00:11:47.460 his that he'd met through a religious organization and a now disbarred lawyer managed to convince

00:11:52.820 him that he needed to transfer the deed out of his home as part of a loan process for home renovations

00:11:58.820 but don't worry they reassured this at the time near 70 year old man that everything would be

00:12:04.580 transferred back when the project was finished and ray did say that later they gave him a piece

00:12:09.860 of paper saying that the house was transferred back but sadly the family knows now that it was never

00:12:15.060 legally filed with the county and keep in mind ray initially paid twenty thousand dollars for this

00:12:20.420 house in 1969 it's now worth over three million and the scammer ended up taking out a mortgage of

00:12:27.700 about seven hundred thousand so when the loan was never paid the property was eventually foreclosed on

00:12:33.460 and sold at auction in 2018 all while ray was still living in the home and he didn't know any of this

00:25:21.700 hours but it's possible you know at any time uh in in iran has basically said so much is that they're

00:25:28.180 going to retaliate uh there's some rumors about some kind of brokered peace deal that would leave

00:25:33.460 hezbollah and hamas in place uh but i don't think that's uh likely i think that iran is going to strike

00:25:40.020 back uh there's possibility they strike outside of israel and some other interest to israel in another

00:25:45.940 location uh again i don't think that's likely either i think there will be an attack on israel

00:39:16.500 republicans for america first republicans in in the arguments and the debates and regarding further

00:39:23.220 continued funding to ukraine was that this money wasn't it was just wasted going down the drain

00:39:29.780 because uh because the borders between ukraine and the the contested borders are now digged in um

00:39:38.180 neither is a war of attrition and america can't afford to to finance ukraine's side of that attrition any
