Bannon's War Room - Episode 3829： Congressional Whistleblower Slams Sham Investigations; Immigration Is Election Fraud

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.880 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.480 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:21.240 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.820 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.640 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.580 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.800 welcome to the war room it's natalie g winters hosting today tuesday august 13th in the year

00:00:59.440 of our lord 2024 very excited and honored to be joined shortly by our first guest you guys know

00:01:06.500 war room i think really has changed the tide the establishment media fox news controlled opposition

00:01:12.520 whatever you want to call them for so long i think set the the goal posts for the action that we saw

00:01:17.720 coming out of republicans in congress so weak and so feckless accountability meant basically

00:01:24.000 nothing but this show the war room posse you guys have fundamentally changed that in demanding

00:01:29.060 actual accountability actual results to come from congress not just mean strongly worded letters and

00:01:35.320 tweets um but actual accountability accountability like we say it's not retribution it's justice and

00:01:42.020 it seems like the variable we've been focusing on for the last few years at least on this show

00:01:46.060 have been these congressional committees these investigations of course the weaponization one

00:01:50.940 oversight the kind of botched impeachment inquiry but one hearing that we have also focused on is of

00:01:56.980 course going into the debacle that was the afghanistan withdrawal under the leadership

00:02:01.400 of chairman mike mccall over at the house foreign affairs committee we're joined by someone who just

00:02:08.860 two days ago announced sort of in protest their resignation from that committee for i think a lot of the

00:02:14.600 problems that we've highlighted on this show which is fundamentally taking it unseriously staffing

00:02:20.100 problems and a lack of results so we are here to reinforce that messaging and i'm honored to be joined by

00:02:25.940 jerry dunleavy who like i said was a senior investigator for that committee specifically focusing on the

00:02:31.780 afghanistan withdrawal jerry why don't you tell the audience a little bit about what your role was and

00:02:36.600 why you decided to step down yeah so i was originally an investigative reporter um and i covered the

00:02:44.880 disastrous withdrawal from afghanistan i also wrote a book on it and so i was asked to join the committee

00:02:52.140 last year to help with their investigation into the withdrawal from afghanistan and unfortunately

00:03:00.180 uh it's not a serious investigation um witnesses that should have been called that weren't uh witnesses

00:03:09.720 that we did bring in being treated with kid gloves and uh being absolved of any real responsibility or

00:03:18.120 accountability for the mistakes that they made uh questions that we should have been asking that we

00:03:22.820 um you know there were promises made by chairman mccall uh related to uh leaving no stone unturned to get

00:03:35.240 answers about the abbey gate bombing um and those promises just have not been kept um the committee has

00:03:44.140 has not done what it needs to do to get real answers and real accountability i think that answers and

00:03:52.540 accountability are important for the gold star families they're important for all of the u.s

00:03:57.520 service members who fought and died in a 20-year war in afghanistan it's also important for the future

00:04:03.180 uh i legitimately fear that if we don't learn lessons from our retreat and defeat in afghanistan

00:04:12.220 in 2021 that there will be more unnecessary gold star families in the future in the next war that we

00:04:21.260 fight probably against a major adversary i i'm worried about that um i don't think that the committee

00:04:28.920 uh has done um what it needs to do uh related to any of this um and so i you know after a lot of

00:04:37.920 soul searching i did think that it was important to speak up share what i know and see if um going

00:04:47.400 public and public pressure might get them to do what they thus far have failed to and you put out a

00:04:54.640 long four-page letter walking through in detail which i encourage the audience to read but there was a line

00:04:59.540 that stuck out to me uh yet my efforts to fully pursue investigative leads have been repeatedly stymied

00:05:05.440 by our chief investigator and by senior staff and unfortunately sometimes by indecision from you

00:05:11.180 mr chairman now something we focus on a lot on this show is you know are these errors these flaws

00:05:17.180 that we're seeing are they a result of incompetence right people just not knowing what questions to ask

00:05:22.100 what witnesses to bring in or is it something more and i dare you know it hurts me to say the word

00:05:27.880 nefarious but is there something more nefarious going on in other words is there a reason why they don't

00:05:33.040 want to get to the bottom of this from your kind of inside baseball perspective you know why are these

00:05:38.480 logical obvious questions these logical witnesses to call not being called some of it is hard to

00:05:45.760 understand uh house born affairs committee largely and usually has jurisdiction over state department

00:05:52.640 however this investigation by chairman mccall was given broad latitude to also investigate

00:05:59.600 the military side of things now on the state department side uh some of the witnesses that we did bring in

00:06:07.360 were treated far too gently uh zalmi khalizad comes to mind um sometimes we failed to bring in basic

00:06:16.920 witnesses on the state department side uh names that people probably know uh wendy sherman and victoria

00:06:24.000 newland uh they uh have played i think often pretty negative roles in u.s foreign policy in the past

00:06:32.000 they had their hands on the uh afghanistan portfolio in 2021 for reasons unknown to me despite my urging they

00:06:41.200 were never brought in for questioning on the military side of things where i think the problem is uh when it

00:06:48.720 comes to this committee when it comes to chairman mccall uh is there was a decision that was made

00:06:57.120 to sort of let the military commanders off the hook for the mistakes that they made um now in 2021

00:07:06.560 did military commanders and generals perform better than the state department or the biden white house i

00:07:13.600 think the answer to that is probably yes but that's about as low a bar to clear as possible

00:07:18.560 that's a bar that's on the floor so the military commanders need real accountability as well and

00:07:25.840 i just want to emphasize i'm not talking about the marines and soldiers for instance on the ground

00:07:33.200 at kabul airport in the evacuation they performed heroically part of why they were put in such a

00:07:39.680 terrible situation was their military commanders and generals such as chairman milley and general

00:07:48.400 mckenzie uh they failed uh in their roles those military commanders and there is a sense on the

00:07:56.800 committee and from chairman mccall that the military leadership uh didn't really do very much wrong

00:08:04.960 they're not the ones at fault they shouldn't be held accountable um and i think that that has played a

00:08:10.000 big role in why the hearing that we had with uh million mckenzie um was so ineffective and it's played a

00:08:18.000 big role in why we've refused to to bring in the uh other military witnesses that we need to and why we

00:08:24.720 have uh failed to ask uh the pentagon and centcom the tough questions that they need to be asked

00:08:31.200 and from your perspective just having worked on this this one committee of course under the auspices

00:08:38.000 of chairman mike mccall who leads the house foreign affairs committee i mean that's no insignificant

00:08:42.720 position in terms of the the other committees that we've seen the investigations kind of extrapolating

00:08:49.120 what you identified to be the major problem do you think that it's a problem of leadership or do you

00:08:54.880 think it is a problem of who is you know staffing these investigations is it a mix of both what is the

00:09:00.560 positive lesson that we can take from this with the you know few remaining months we have to sort of

00:09:06.080 if it's possible reverse course and turn the ship around yeah well look the the house foreign affairs

00:09:12.880 committee's afghanistan investigation it did uh unearth some interesting information but for the most part it

00:09:22.480 did fail to do what it needed to do the house foreign affairs the fact the house armed services committee

00:09:28.560 uh which has within its remit uh the u.s military uh has done essentially nothing and i i might even

00:09:37.760 say nothing but as close to nothing as you can do related to the withdrawal in afghanistan uh they have

00:09:44.800 refused to uh do their part in any way whatsoever to investigate what went wrong from the military side so

00:09:53.040 they share their side of the blame as well and what i would say just from my experience uh first working

00:10:02.080 as an investigator outside capitol hill and then being brought in to be one in congress is there does

00:10:08.640 seem to be a culture um especially among well with with the chairman that i worked for and perhaps with

00:10:18.160 others um to not rock the boat too much uh to not ask too many tough questions um to go after maybe the

00:10:30.000 people that you know you would like to but then but not to go after the people that you're your friend

00:10:35.840 you're friendly with or friends with and i do think that that is something that really uh harmed the

00:10:41.760 investigation that i was on i know that chairman milley uh chairman mccall uh of the house foreign affairs

00:10:49.520 committee was very friendly for instance with uh with general milley um and i think that uh those uh

00:11:00.160 those friendships and relationships uh in dc um when the chairman of a committee uh wants to be friends with

00:11:09.600 uh with uh with a general um who really uh screwed things up uh i think that that makes uh accountability

00:11:17.280 tough it obviously limits uh what uh the chairman is going to do and that trickles down um to the staff

00:11:26.960 that are working on these committees um that uh goes across to other members just rank and file guys that

00:11:34.640 are on various committees a lot of the time the tone is set by the chairman and if the chairman of

00:11:40.800 a committee uh doesn't want to take action then action doesn't really happen and i would just tell

00:11:48.160 people uh don't let inaction uh don't let them come up with excuses for inaction as the chairman of a

00:11:56.000 committee you have tremendous power you can issue subpoenas you can compel uh the production of

00:12:04.400 documents you can force people to appear in front of you and if they don't tell the truth uh there

00:12:10.320 can be consequences for that so chairman uh the chairman of committees are powerful and uh inaction

00:12:18.320 is really not an excuse especially when you have a congressional majority you have the gavel and you

00:12:24.960 have important issues that you need to be getting answers on and jerry just give me a minute it seems

00:12:30.320 like mccall is more concerned with you know trashing you and trying to rebut your claims in the mainstream

00:12:35.440 media an interesting alliance there just walk us through real quick how he's been pushing back on

00:12:40.320 what you've been saying well i have not spoken with him since uh since i resigned um and since i made my

00:12:49.600 letter public so i have not heard directly from him i've seen the uh comments and uh statements that

00:12:56.720 the house foreign affairs committee on chairman mccall's behalf uh the statements they've given to uh to

00:13:02.800 the press um where there's not really an effort to say that anything that i said was wrong um they can't

00:13:11.680 they really can't because everything that i said was was true um but it's just sort of a repetition of

00:13:18.720 what uh chairman mccall has said in the past that uh he uh according to the the most recent statement

00:13:25.520 from the committee that he pours his heart and soul into uh getting answers for the abbey gate uh families

00:13:34.160 look he he made specific promises to the abbey gate families that he would uh uh stop at nothing to

00:13:41.360 get answers for them there are extremely basic things uh that were not done uh despite months

00:13:49.520 and months and months of my urging basic things that we should have been doing to get those answers

00:13:54.560 so i don't even coming against a break so i've got to let you go but if the audience wants to read your

00:13:59.440 letter read the book follow you where can they go to to keep up to date with everything that you're

00:14:04.000 working on check out the book cobble on amazon and you can follow me at jerry dunleavy on x

00:14:11.040 that right there war and posse a signal not noise jerry thank you so much for for having the courage

00:14:18.160 to speak out we know uh the system protects itself and when you dare to stand up and criticize it

00:14:24.720 i think this show knows firsthand what the repercussions of that can be war and posse

00:16:15.680 welcome back to the war room like i was saying in the opening of the show you guys know we exist

00:16:27.680 to move and frankly broaden the goalposts that all the lame controlled opposition conservative

00:16:33.040 news outlets like fox news have set really woefully for so many congressional republicans

00:16:38.240 they give mike mccall every other night a round of applause on air for what he's been doing with his

00:16:43.040 investigation which frankly i don't even know if it's better or worse than what trey gowdy did

00:16:47.280 with benghazi but americans are dead and mike mccall is worried about being friends with chairman

00:16:52.640 mark milley that should show you the priorities up there on capitol hill the same man who's in charge

00:16:57.840 of house foreign affairs committee always kind of taking charge on ukraine policy used to chair i

00:17:03.360 think homeland security was pretty high up in that no wonder why our border is wide open because

00:17:08.400 this is the issue right this is frankly it's why i'm hosting this show right now right

00:17:12.320 the regime protects its own it's why they did not call victoria newland it's why they didn't call

00:17:17.280 wendy sherman a host of biden regime apparatchiks they let them stonewall this investigation investigation 0.55

00:17:25.040 this stuff makes me so sick so sick that the system will always protect its own mike mccall is a perfect

00:17:32.880 example of that and we need more people like jerry to to step up and stand in the breach and call out

00:17:38.160 what we're seeing not these horrible attempts you guys remember that biden impeachment inquiry

00:17:43.920 he barely had meaningful questions the very own witnesses that they called undermined their own case

00:17:50.320 like we always say the evidence the facts are there but when you put people like mike mccall in charge

00:17:54.480 of running the play you're not going to get good results so i hope jerry dunleavy's crusade in the

00:17:59.680 media i hope mike mccall spends more time actually getting answers for the gold star families and not

00:18:04.640 trashing him in mainstream media outlets so that seems to be a problem with a lot of republicans

00:18:09.200 these days i'm looking at you uh new york times and trump campaign speaking of that you guys know we always

00:18:16.000 focus on the great replacement here in the war room it's not a theory it's not a conspiracy theory

00:18:21.600 it's happening media matters can clip that if they want but there was just a a striking piece in the

00:18:28.320 new york times yesterday um we discussed it very briefly with bob good but i want to bring on theo

00:18:35.680 wold who really was part of the first trump administration's brain trust in terms of

00:18:39.920 immigration policy behind a lot of the the legal work that you guys did to secure our borders which

00:18:45.360 the biden regime has miraculously but i think what we're going to get into now intentionally undone

00:18:51.120 kind of unraveled uh for electoral gains uh right the great replacement theory also applies to your vote

00:18:57.760 the article in the new york times immigrants are becoming u.s citizens at fastest clip in years

00:19:02.720 the government has reduced a backlog of applications that built up during the trump

00:19:06.320 administrations new citizens say they are looking forward to voting in november now war

00:19:12.160 and posse i promise i'll stop talking and won't torture you with any more new york times quotes but

00:19:16.640 this is so in your face saying the quiet part out loud that i just have to read the quote and

00:19:20.800 the other ones your your thoughts kind of walk us through why we're seeing this change

00:19:24.960 the surge in naturalization efficiency isn't just about clearing backlogs it's potentially reshaping

00:19:32.320 the electorate merely months before a pivotal election said xiao wang chief executive of boundless

00:19:39.040 a company that uses government data to analyze immigration trends every citizenship application could

00:19:45.680 be a vote that decides senate seats or even the presidency theo your thoughts

00:19:52.560 yeah i think uh thanks for having me on again natalie but to start here from from i think a digestible

00:19:59.680 thesis for for the posse one thing is very clear naturalization trends have essentially uh plummeted

00:20:07.200 over the last 30 to 40 years and and why well activist liberal judges and a lot of left-wing activists

00:20:14.560 who got elected to congress essentially gave the farm away to non-citizens over the course 0.68

00:20:22.400 of decades so most of all the privileges we associate with citizenship are now available to uh permanent

00:20:28.800 residents green card holders what's the one thing that a green card holder can't have that only a

00:20:34.400 citizen can have that's voting so these these numbers that are coming out of uscis and the department of

00:20:41.200 homeland security are are really a testament to how the left is is is targeting this idea of ensuring that

00:20:49.040 non-citizens get their green cards and then they very efficiently make that move from green card to 0.81

00:20:54.160 hold status to citizenship so that they can actually participate in federal elections and walk us

00:21:00.800 through some of the policy reversals that the biden regime has engaged in to sort of facilitate what we

00:21:07.360 kind of call legalized fraud here in the war room yeah i mean i think here this is where one of the more

00:21:13.920 interesting points for for your viewers to kind of wrestle with is immigration is where you can see

00:21:19.280 the work of the the deep state or the administrative state most clearly which is if it's a policy or an

00:21:25.440 idea that they oppose they'll drag their feet they'll be reluctant to actually engage in the necessary leg

00:21:32.000 work or the reforms to make it happen and if it's an idea that they like or that they agree with you

00:21:37.280 know in general terms they'll move expeditiously uh to see it prioritized or carried across the finish

00:21:43.120 line so one of the examples that the new york times sites is that under trump and and previous years

00:21:48.640 uh you know the last bush administration naturalization timelines took for processing purposes about 11

00:21:55.040 and a half months and the biden administration has cut that normal processing time down to just three

00:22:01.520 months um and and that's a really good indication that the civil bureaucracy has something that they're

00:22:06.640 they're aiming for here and what's what's the thing they're aiming for they want these non-citizens to get 1.00

00:22:11.360 their green cards they want the green cards then processed into citizenship so that they can vote

00:22:16.320 in the 2024 election that's one of the key ingredients in this whole idea so is it unlawful

00:22:21.920 this is the worst part no it's not unlawful it's just you have a appliance captured bureaucracy that's

00:22:27.360 willing to work for one side one objective and not the other political side yeah the uh the administrative

00:22:35.120 state certainly didn't seem to work with similar haste when it came to to building the wall or

00:22:39.920 deferring anything for dreamers um but in terms of counteracting this obviously there's a lot of

00:22:44.880 discussion of you know mass deportations and the feasibility of that but in terms of

00:22:49.520 i think it's fair to say we're at a point where you almost need denaturalizations too is that something

00:22:55.040 that is legally plausible is that something that could be pursued in a second trump administration

00:22:59.520 yeah i mean it it all depends right it depends on on the contours denaturalization works uh on a case

00:23:07.600 by case or individual basis so it just depends on whether or not we will there will be the resources or

00:23:14.400 the focus to go back and review some of these naturalizations to to see if whether or not there

00:23:20.080 there was fraud fraud on the inducement i mean one of the things we worked on um you know so targetedly in

00:23:25.840 in the trump administration was to limit uh marriage fraud i mean there our country has been

00:23:31.120 a replete with instances where people engage uh in falsified relationships in order to obtain green

00:23:37.200 cards or eventually citizenship under false pretenses that was something we really tried to ferret out and

00:23:42.320 end that work like some of the other projects you've mentioned has all essentially been undone by

00:23:47.520 the biden administration so if there are instances where there was fraud fraud in the submission of

00:23:52.320 necessary paperwork or a criminal record that was obscured then yeah there would be a basis for

00:23:58.240 either through civil proceedings or criminal proceedings to denaturalize these individuals but

00:24:02.720 i think this is the part that needs to be most troubling for for your viewers which is most of

00:24:07.760 everything that they're doing right now is totally lawful it's consistent with the laws on the books they

00:24:13.200 they could move to expedite um naturalizations they just choose not to do the the counter under say a trump

00:24:21.600 presidency which is to expedite removals and deportations of criminal aliens so we're seeing

00:24:26.720 the one-way ratchet work here in real time you obviously worked you know very close and we're

00:24:32.720 sorry for that to a lot of these administrative state holdover types who of course obstructed and

00:24:38.080 interfered anytime you guys tried to do anything resembling america first when it came to immigration

00:24:42.640 policy you know we focused yesterday with jeff clark on the show talking about how there's a bunch

00:24:47.840 of activists within the epa already kind of pre-forming these radical groups to object and kind of uh

00:24:54.720 interfere with what would be president trump's second term agenda do you kind of foresee similar

00:25:02.000 i think efforts coming from within dhs and relevant organizations that you know the trump camp needs

00:25:08.080 to be preparing for oh yeah without a doubt without a doubt i mean i i think generally um the challenge

00:25:15.440 that the first trump white house faced was how do you operationalize uh some of the president's

00:25:21.520 instinctual ideas on in immigration policy and and i think it's worth saying i mean like immigration is

00:25:27.280 one of those things that i think lots of americans have different feelings about it's not necessarily

00:25:31.920 bad or or good just in itself but um one thing that we we are learning more and more especially when we

00:25:38.480 look to other countries around the world is immigration without any meaningful integration either

00:25:44.720 immigration of the legal or illegal variety is a direct challenge to the nation and there are lots 1.00

00:25:50.800 of people embedded in the department of homeland security who see immigration regardless of integration

00:25:57.120 efforts assimilation efforts as a net good always and changing that attitude uh in a second trump

00:26:03.440 white house or second trump administration is going to be incredibly difficult and in terms of you

00:26:09.760 you know these i guess they're citizens right so they're able to vote but in terms of non-citizens

00:26:14.880 voting which is i think similarly a threat probably on an even larger scale it depends the numbers are

00:26:20.160 always kind of shady they love to play right kind of russian nesting doll with the numbers and not

00:26:24.400 really tell you what the actual figures are unless they're trying to brag to the new york times about how

00:26:28.880 quickly they're replacing americans and the the electorate um but how how does that process actually

00:26:34.800 work how will non-citizens be eligible to vote um ahead of november yeah i mean i i think that's a

00:26:42.640 it's a pretty complicated uh topic unto itself i mean the way it i think the the way to sort of understand

00:26:49.040 it again sort of bite by bite here is is to to really review the way that each state uh handles its own

00:26:58.080 purposes of of registration and then voting and then tabulation in its elections and what i mean by that is

00:27:04.400 lots of states have these sort of oddities that allow for non-citizens to participate

00:27:10.160 even without a non-citizen knowingly trying to register or cast a ballot so for example

00:27:17.200 there are a number of states that have same-day registration without proof or documentation you

00:27:22.000 can just show up and say whoops i i forgot my id and so you're given what's called a provisional ballot

00:27:27.760 but a lot of poll workers don't know that you're supposed to cure a provisional ballot with an affidavit

00:27:33.520 and then a visit to a registrar's office to prove that you have sufficient identification

00:27:38.320 i mean another way that this happens for non-citizens participating in our elections

00:27:42.800 gotta jump to break but i know the audience wants to drill down on this because in order to

00:27:47.200 to combat that problem we have to understand it right we'll be joined after the break theo wold

00:29:34.880 take action today action action action

00:29:39.600 host steven k band

00:29:47.520 welcome back to the war room you guys know on this show we've chronicled in great detail and frankly

00:29:52.800 with great pain all of the policy reversals and even kind of uh just organic policies that the biden

00:30:00.800 regime has initiated when it comes to immigration weather reversing the dna test requirements

00:30:06.240 not allowing wire fencing though of course they recently kind of kowtowed to who was it was it ken

00:30:11.920 paxton or actually there's a g uh uh andrew bailey up in missouri who wrote that letter demanding that

00:30:18.320 you know the remainder of the funds for the wall actually be used to imagine that uh build the wall

00:30:23.440 but you sort of see all of these policy positions converging together into frankly i think what is that new

00:30:28.720 york times article right which is the thing itself the issue itself which is that they're not just

00:30:33.920 content with having these people you know living in the shadows and having their green cards they

00:30:37.520 want them to be able to vote and that is the fundamental dividing line and that is why you're

00:30:41.600 seeing these naturalization rates skyrocket theo before we let you go i just want you to sort of

00:30:46.240 wrap up what you were saying about what non-citizen voting actually looks like and more importantly

00:30:52.800 you know who needs to kind of step up to the plate and counteract we had bob good on the show

00:30:58.480 yesterday talking about how you know republicans in the house are going to use that as their kind

00:31:02.960 of bargaining chip when it comes to spending deals but do you think that that's enough

00:31:08.560 yeah i mean i i think the thing that we we should make clear here is the the democrats in the far left

00:31:14.000 have been at this game the game being revising amending and transforming our election laws for 40

00:31:20.720 years i mean motor voter registration i know a lot of people are jazzed about that because governor

00:31:25.040 shapiro in pennsylvania made a big statement about it you know six months ago motor voter registration

00:31:29.920 has been on the books since the early 1990s uh most of the transformative laws were passed you know 10

00:31:36.960 15 years ago all mail ballots no absentee voting or no no fault absentee voting all of these things were

00:31:43.360 done a long time ago republicans are just now waking up to them and and i think for someone like me

00:31:47.840 who's interested in immigration policy what's interesting about these supposed reforms to election laws

00:31:53.920 is they all allow vulnerabilities permeability for non uh citizens foreign nationals to vote in some

00:32:00.800 instances unwittingly but in many instances because they're put up to it by the consortium of far left

00:32:06.320 activists pro-immigration groups to participate in our elections and actually affect the outcome

00:32:10.960 and that quote you led with natalie from the new york times piece which was from you know an activist

00:32:15.920 from a pro-immigrant group is exactly right the goal is to change the outcome of either senate or

00:32:23.120 gubernatorial elections but definitely the presidential contest and no matter how anyone

00:32:27.440 feels about how the campaign is going you know in light of the switch to kamala or the change of the

00:32:33.120 the media embargo on her record what is very clear is this is going to be a close election no matter what

00:32:38.560 and 50 000 votes could be made up of you know a good portion of non-citizens who are participating in

00:32:45.360 our election and changing the outcome in bellwether counties and bellwether states

00:32:48.640 you know you're all over this if people want to follow you stay up to date with your work on this

00:32:53.920 and so much more where can they go to to do that yeah check out the uh the claremont institute's dc

00:32:59.680 office the center for the american way of life and also a real theo wold on x or instagram

00:33:05.920 thank you so much for joining us we'll have you back on soon

00:33:08.560 oran posse we're joined now by congressman tim birchett who's sort of on vacation i was giving

00:33:18.640 him a hard time uh in the break i asked him how's your speaker johnson sanctioned vacation going well

00:33:25.120 uh while rome burns uh no but you've been working you've recently been trying to get answers as to why

00:33:30.560 a good friend on this show uh tulsi gabbard looks like she was placed on you know some semblance of a 0.98

00:33:36.320 no-fly list um by by dhs people like stalking her through airports can you kind of walk us through

00:33:42.960 that story and the action that you're taking to rectify it yeah apparently tulsi was um and i

00:33:49.360 hadn't actually talked to tulsi in i don't know months maybe a year and then she after she saw what

00:33:54.560 i did she texted me the other night was very kind about it but apparently she's going through airports

00:34:01.200 now and she's on what's called a quiet skies watch list and apparently they've had uh agents have

00:34:08.000 followed her of different agencies and um and you know it's not just one you know as we like say rogue

00:34:14.880 agency or something and to me that's that is a very chilling effect why are they doing this and i

00:34:20.400 that's why i want to know if they got to put me in a skiff to tell me why um they're following her and

00:34:25.520 doing this thing but if they're doing if they're doing that to her they're doing it to others and it's a

00:34:30.000 complete overreach again these are unelected bureaucrats that are given the green light by 0.94

00:34:35.360 somebody and we've seen it time and time again the failures i mean from the secret service to

00:34:40.560 president trump almost getting shot um to um our members of our justice department are labeling moms

00:34:48.800 that go to school board meetings as domestic terrorists the same for catholics who had the audacity 0.99

00:34:54.560 to protest um abortion clinics legally within their first amendment right again terrorist watch list

00:35:01.200 and so we've got a i think we we need to bring these people in we need to rein them in and find out

00:35:06.160 what the heck is going on because this is um it's unconstitutional it's illegal and it's un-american 0.61

00:35:11.760 frankly seems like the failures always uh seem to go one way same with i guess uh late night ballot

00:35:19.760 drops coming in from from swing states um but congressman in terms of the committees and

00:35:25.120 investigations we had an individual on earlier in the show who was kind of a whistleblower he resigned

00:35:30.080 in protest from house foreign affairs committee's investigation um into afghanistan saying that you

00:35:35.760 know chairman mccall just isn't calling in the right witnesses there's just not an appetite to get

00:35:40.480 actual accountability on on a litany of issues whether it's you know the assassination attempt

00:35:46.000 uh the biden family you know crime enterprise the racket that is is the biden crime family where do

00:35:52.720 we stand on those investigations right now given that you know everyone is sort of dispersed across

00:35:57.280 the country well we're not doing anything obviously uh that's why the secret service when you know they

00:36:05.040 they they obviously were made a almost fatal mistake with president trump you know i said let's let's

00:36:12.880 forget the you know forget the dadgum convention let's go in monday morning let's start subpoenaing

00:36:17.440 these people let's get them in and everybody's like no we got to get notice we got this we got that

00:36:22.560 and you know and now it's off the front page and now it's not even news and nobody cares and uh i think

00:36:29.680 they'll run it up against these elections and then they'll they'll they'll play it out hopefully that

00:36:34.720 hopefully that trump will lose and kamala harris will win and then they they know they won't have to

00:36:40.720 come then because the democrats sure as hell won't bring them in so we've got a i think we need to 0.86

00:36:46.320 push it we need to full court press this whole thing it is it's ridiculous it's out of control

00:36:52.160 and you know here we are at the will of these staffers i've i've said this time and time again

00:36:57.520 you know i have a bill dealing with um uh the the chinese developing a genome um that for americans

00:37:05.760 through these dna services you know you send your dna in and you get you find out that you're you

00:37:12.400 know your your history your family's history what have you and i can't even get a hearing on that

00:37:18.160 i couldn't get it under the democrats i can't get into the republicans you've got staffers you know

00:37:23.200 we talk about the k street lobbyists but they've infected that whole capital and as i've stated many 0.91

00:37:28.560 times it's not a you know it's not a swamp a swamp is something cool that god created this is a sewer

00:37:36.160 it is man-made and it stinks and we have got to that's why it's so important that these folks realize

00:37:42.800 what the heck is going on in this country and get to the polls our numbers are ridiculously low you know

00:37:49.280 in knoxville tennessee my hometown we have a a person that apparently identifies as a marxist they're

00:37:55.680 friendly but they're a marxist in knoxville tennessee you know and we just continue down this

00:38:00.960 path we have preachers that won't preach the gospel nobody's holding anybody accountable

00:38:05.120 people are afraid to stand up in church at their work at the you know at the water cooler at schools

00:38:12.000 at public squares at county commission at city councils in the united states congress in the united

00:38:17.520 states senate they're afraid to stand up and we better wake up because we're going to lose it all

00:38:22.800 this one is for all the marbles this is not some conspiracy theorist kind of thing i think they're

00:38:28.720 showing exactly what they're doing they're pushing the envelope as far as they can get it because they

00:38:33.280 know if trump wins their little charades over but if trump loses we lose everything all these things

00:38:40.640 will be more or less codified codified as they say it will be in the law they'll be allowing people

00:38:47.360 over our border more so than they are now they will be voting they will get your benefits these veterans

00:38:54.240 will be shunned and pushed out of things that they're rightfully intended to get and so we better

00:39:00.800 wake up and this deal with tulsi is the very tip of the iceberg i can't imagine who else is on that list

00:39:07.120 but it my mind doesn't have to wander very far to figure it out to think that an american citizen is

00:39:12.560 being spied on by an american agency for little or no proof this is um this is just this is very

00:39:19.920 reckless behavior by by this administration which is really a rudderless ship nobody's running this

00:39:26.560 ship it's a bunch of obama leftover bureaucrats hard leftist marxist that are trying to destroy this 0.61

00:39:34.000 country i won't go overkill on the uh city planning metaphors but i do think you are very apt to say

00:39:41.040 that it is a a sewer not a swamp because it is man-made and i think a lot of these you know

00:39:46.320 deadlines or government shutdown debates that you guys find yourselves in are sort of a a function of

00:39:52.640 the system right the lobbyists love when you're kind of pressed up against the wall in the 11th

00:39:56.480 hour and you don't pass your single subject spending spending bills so obviously we're sort

00:40:00.720 of barreling towards that already what is it october 1st can you kind of walk us through where you

00:40:05.920 stand we have the congressman put on on talking stop gap funding measures all that what what do

00:40:11.520 you kind of see as the path ahead well that's exactly you couldn't have laid it out any better

00:40:16.480 that's exactly what the bureaucrats and the lobbyists want because it continues the poor spending 0.98

00:40:21.520 policies that we've had in the past and you got to realize some of these policies and and programs that

00:40:26.880 were were funding no longer even exist so that money just is unaccounted for it goes into a slush fund

00:40:33.760 it's just like the pentagon um they can't account for a half a trillion dollars in assets i mean what

00:40:39.520 is that a battleship i mean that that's that's pathetic and you multiply it over all over government

00:40:45.600 and you just see it time and time again they want a continuation of cr continued resolution or whatever 0.77

00:40:51.520 you want to call it an omnibus i want single spending bills let's stay there all night let's make

00:40:56.960 all these old fat cats in washington justify their terrible spending programs and i'll guarantee you 0.67

00:41:03.440 they can't do it and people won't vote for it and that's why they want it they were running this

00:41:07.840 country into the ground 35 trillion in debt another 100 days um we had another trillion dollars it's not

00:41:14.800 real sexy and they don't want to talk about it that's exactly where we're at as a country

00:41:21.440 and congressman in terms of you know the allies that you see kind of forming up or you know taking

00:41:27.280 kind of besides you at least on this particular financial fiscal fight you know how many do you

00:41:33.200 think are in line with you how many do you think are are willing to just sort of you know use status quo

00:41:39.120 tactics yeah i think we probably got 20 25 people that'll hold line and then you've got all the democrats

00:41:47.680 against us and then you have some middle-of-the-road moderate republicans and that's part of the problem with

00:41:52.960 their primaries being over you know it's them or some far left democrat and so you know we're kind

00:42:02.320 of in a in a spot and that's timing but i think that is if if we can get trump in there i think that is

00:42:09.120 when people start paying attention because he's going to start cutting these huge huge departments

00:42:14.880 that you know for instance the department of education when i say this everybody says burchett

00:42:20.240 wants to cut education no i just want to cut the department of education send all that money to

00:42:24.960 the states you show me one bureaucrat in washington and dc that's taught a kid how to read in granger

00:42:31.280 tennessee granger county and i'll eat your hat you know it just doesn't happen and they're worse than

00:42:37.840 the mob they take their cut right off the not off the top but off the top to the middle and and i've

00:42:45.040 heard people say we need to cut about 75 percent of the bureaucrats in washington well that's a start

00:42:49.920 that is actually a start and it's it goes to the bureau against the brakes i've got to let you go

00:42:56.240 but if people want to follow you one of one of the few good ones who's still working even while

00:43:01.280 y'all are on vacation where can people go to do that at tim burchett and i'm actually down here for

00:43:07.600 a uh an event for my buddy matt gates and make sure we re-elect him in his primary because the sewer is

00:43:13.440 completely after him they do not like the stance he takes on anything and they need to be ashamed

00:43:19.760 of themselves and they need to be called into account two of the good ones though i would argue

00:43:25.280 it's a it's a low bar among your colleagues but nonetheless you guys stand and rise above we love

00:43:30.880 you here in the courtroom or impossible we will be back after this short break

00:44:42.160 972 patriot action action action government gangsters are the group of individuals career bureaucrats who have

00:44:51.360 been installed by what we call the deep state into every agency and department in the united states

00:44:57.280 government had donald trump not won in 2016 he would not have exposed the flank of the deep state

00:45:02.960 and their weapon of choice the two-tier system of justice from russia gate to hunter biden's laptop to

00:45:07.760 joe biden's classified documents case to january 6th to the 51 intel letter and everything in between

00:45:12.960 we would never have learned that these people are dangerous and vindictive learning from their

00:45:17.600 mistakes and perfecting ways to hide their corruption it is finally time for a straightforward

00:45:24.960 assessment of the state of our nation

00:45:36.640 got to go to war room dot film to get watch rent whatever you want to do with government

00:46:14.320 something like that go check out the website i think we just have to say i mean what a show we've

00:46:19.120 already had today i think springboarding off of the week we had last week going through how they are

00:46:23.520 trying to steal not just trying but i would argue successfully stealing this election but i think there's so

00:46:30.000 much discussion right remember back in 2016 not normalizing president trump and while they always

00:46:35.360 like to kind of focus that rhetoric on trump's tweets and his actions not necessarily the policy that

00:46:41.360 he's put forth but they don't want to normalize republicans like president trump in other words

00:46:46.560 republicans like i think stephen k bannon who are willing to go after the system and say the quiet

00:46:52.240 part out loud which is deconstructing the administrative state the administrative state that will do nothing

00:46:58.000 protect its own in the case of michael mccall worry more about what his friend mark milley who has

00:47:02.880 openly admitted to having back channel dialogues with the chinese communist party to subvert and

00:47:08.080 obstruct the elected desires of president donald j trump that is the administrative state in action

00:47:15.840 right the colleagues the people who refuse to i mean how pathetic is that of the americans who died

00:47:21.760 in afghanistan a place that frankly we spilled enough blood and treasure in to begin with and that's 1.00

00:47:26.160 frankly the real reason they don't want to get to the bottom of that investigation blows up the whole

00:47:29.760 thing on the scam that is the racket that is the endless forever wars going on in this country but

00:47:36.400 they don't have the ability to give gold star families the truth the closure they're more mike
