00:02:17.140 all right so uh denver get ready to cue that kamala harris uh ad uh but first i want to bring in 0.99

00:02:28.200 uh a gentleman who um is one of my uh favorite uh guys uh in the trump administration uh because

00:02:38.960 um he not only was on the right side of every issue whenever we called upon him um he actually got

00:02:48.300 stuff done in what i like to call in trump time which is to say as quickly as possible

00:02:53.880 um his name's mark morgan he was the uh former director of customs and border protection he has

00:03:02.760 a lovely chapter on border issues in my new book new maga deal that's a new maga deal.com new maga deal

00:03:12.080 uh the unofficial deplorables guide to the 2024 trump campaign platform so mark um before i

00:03:23.140 we're bringing you in now but i want you to watch this ad and um i want to put a blood pressure cuff

00:03:30.020 on your arm take your blood pressure reading afterwards and then let you wax eloquent so

00:03:35.080 denver uh play that ad for uh for the audience and we want to let mark react to that kamala harris has

00:03:42.900 spent decades fighting violent crime as a border state prosecutor she took on drug cartels and jailed 0.93

00:03:49.800 gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across the border as vice president she backed the toughest

00:03:55.660 border control bill in decades and as president she will hire thousands more border agents and crack 1.00

00:04:02.240 down on fentanyl and human trafficking fixing the border is tough so is kamala harris i'm kamala harris

00:04:10.180 and i approve this message all right all right morgan what's your blood pressure and and when you see

00:04:17.680 that uh talk to me because because look here's the thing it's like particularly on the custom

00:04:23.600 border agents i love these guys they love these women who put on the uniform she has done nothing but

00:04:30.020 abuse them and now this when you saw that what what's your thoughts talk to me look i i think peter

00:04:37.720 we're in a whole new realm uh we're way past dc spin right i mean this is just laughable it's blatant

00:04:44.880 intentional lying to the american people and let's use her own words right when she was a state 1.00

00:04:50.220 prosecutor when she was then uh a senator and then when she ran for president for the first time 0.93

00:04:56.180 these are her words and you can google let's take five minutes she wanted to defund the police she 1.00

00:05:01.480 wanted to decriminalize illegal immigration she wanted to abolish ice she referred to the hard 0.99

00:05:08.060 working men and women of ice as equivalent to the kkk and as she continued through her career

00:05:13.360 she's been a 100 supporter and defender of the vast set of open border policies she has been supported

00:05:21.020 to stop and end wall construction which is an effective deterrent and part of a multi-layer strategy

00:05:26.480 and a force multiplier she was a full supporter of ending the remain in mexico program which ended

00:05:32.160 catch and release and when they did that they actually created the the unimaginable chaos and

00:05:38.000 lawlessness we've experienced for the past three years peter i can keep going on and on remember

00:05:43.120 this is also the same woman that wanted free health care and free education for every single 1.00

00:05:47.880 illegal alien and now she's picked a vice president candidate that makes her look conservative 1.00

00:05:53.680 on her liberal open border policies mark um talk to me a little bit about the customs and border

00:06:02.380 agents how many of them are there where are they primarily based what was the morale like during the trump

00:06:10.280 years what is it like now what what tell us like let's drill down a little bit give give us give us

00:06:17.280 like the picture of what cbp looks like what a day in the life of an agent looks like what what they're

00:06:23.120 having to grapple with yeah that's a great question peter i i appreciate that so it's it's a it's an

00:06:28.120 organization it's the largest law enforcement organization in the united states over 63 000

00:06:33.500 personnel has a worldwide mission it goes well beyond just securing our border uh they play an

00:06:39.480 integral role in facilitating the lawful trade and travel in fact cbp is the second large revenue

00:06:45.420 collector for the united states just outside the irs and their mission look they're like any other

00:06:51.560 individual that wakes up every single day puts a badge on their chest and goes to work they just

00:06:56.280 want to do their job and they want their their leadership and their administration to give them the

00:07:01.620 tools the resources and policies for them to do their job to uphold the constitution and protect

00:07:07.260 american people it's that simple and that's exactly what they were able to do under the trump

00:07:12.300 administration you talked about trump time i love going in your office and i you have that clock on

00:07:17.220 your wall it said trump time and that's what it was about and under the under president trump he he gave

00:07:22.940 me as the commissioner a network of tools authorities and policies that i can provide to the men and women

00:07:28.360 so they could do their job under this administration from day one they dismantled that network of tools and

00:07:34.780 authorities they don't have the resources to do their job they don't have the policies to do their job

00:07:39.660 and they know that every single day that every aspect of our nation's safety and national security

00:07:45.220 is being negatively impacted because this administration will not give them the tools

00:07:50.400 and the policies and resources they need to do their job and that's why their morale is the lowest i've ever

00:07:55.940 seen it mark when you were the head of the agency um let's go to the southern border now you get

00:08:05.480 you get illegals streaming across um you catch them did you have anything like the the busing programs

00:08:14.780 programs that we see now that that take these illegals to to other states and provide a con it's it's it's a

00:08:23.720 whole new set of infrastructure did that did that exist in some form when you were were the head of

00:08:31.500 cbp no because we were actually enforcing a law we actually are addressing uh that the incentives we

00:08:38.460 are de-incentivizing illegal immigration here's here here break it down really simple if if you if

00:08:44.540 someone that comes to our border illegally if we process and then and release them in the united 1.00

00:08:49.180 states never to be heard from again they're going to continue to come and so we stopped that we

00:08:54.620 de-incentivized we ended the catch and release through programs like the remain in mexico program

00:08:59.500 so they would come to our borders illegally but we weren't releasing them so there was no one to bus 0.95

00:09:04.640 into other states throughout the country because we were removing them and they were waiting in mexico 0.97

00:09:10.140 why they were going through their asylum process and when that happened when we ended catch and

00:09:14.960 release you saw the volume of illegal immigration plummet by february march of 2020 we had reduced

00:09:21.140 illegal immigration by a over 85 percent peter 85 percent and on day one this administration they

00:09:29.120 enacted biden and harris working together enacted over 94 executive orders that that blew everything away

00:09:36.320 they stopped building the wall they ended the safe third country agreements we had with all three

00:09:40.620 northern triangle countries and they ended the remain in mexico program which jump-started and

00:09:45.580 reinstated the catch and release program that's why we've had over 11 million total nationwide encounters

00:09:51.160 and over 2 million known guideways because right now you come to our border you're going to be

00:09:55.980 processed and released and you're going to get on a bus or a plane and be flown into every state in this

00:10:00.520 country and where does the budget come from that does that come out of the cbp budget

00:10:06.940 absolutely does so a couple of things happen one you cbp has to reprogram funding they fundamentally

00:10:15.500 transform their law enforcement and national security mission peter to one of a processing enterprise

00:10:21.260 so what happens to facilitate that you're going to have to reprogram you're going to have to take

00:10:25.560 funding away from that law enforcement national security mission and put it over to the processing

00:10:30.020 enterprise part of this their strategy their whole mission now is all about processing and releasing

00:10:36.360 those that have illegally entered our country never to be heard from again and that's why i say what 1.00

00:10:41.440 people don't understand when that happens you pull limited resources off the front line away from

00:10:46.880 that law enforcement national security mission there are some sectors where 80 to 90 percent of agents

00:10:52.340 are no longer on the front line doing their mission they're relegated to administrative duties related to

00:10:57.760 process and releasing those that have illegally entered and that's why in the cartels i've

00:11:02.340 literally we've handed operational control over the cartels because of that to push drugs criminals

00:11:07.400 and national security threats into this country every single day for the past three and a half years

00:11:12.500 so so during the trump administration once once we got the uh the safe third nation thing in place

00:11:21.060 was it the case that if if an illegal actually got across the border they could be returned to mexico under under safe nation

00:11:29.980 yeah that's exactly right so because every look individuals were exploiting the system and so the law is very clear

00:11:37.720 if you transit through a country that can provide you relief first of all that's the international standard

00:11:42.780 we should all want to support someone that has a valid asylum claim to seek relief in the first safe third country

00:11:48.420 that can provide that so if they transited through one of the the safe third countries and got to our border

00:11:53.640 we would send them back to that country that they transited through who would then give them 1.00

00:11:58.360 a asylum process of relief if it was warranted and that the others that came if they didn't trans

00:12:04.340 through uh to transverse through one of those safe third countries then we use the remain in mexico

00:12:08.980 program to to have them wait in mexico while they were going through the asylum process the end of the day

00:12:15.200 the whole design was to stop releasing them in the united states de-incentivize them from coming and it

00:12:21.540 worked so this is really important i think because i think people let's see if i got this right now so

00:12:29.220 so in trump world once we got the uh the the safe third nation and the remain in mexico and remain in mexico

00:12:40.260 in place i remember i was in the oval with white house legal counsel pat simboloni the day the

00:12:46.880 president decided to use tariffs to basically force mexico and the northern triangle countries to adopt

00:12:53.920 that okay so once those were in place um if uh if if somebody came across the border okay if they were a

00:13:02.600 mexican citizen send them back to mexico um let's say they were from um el salvador could you then 0.80

00:13:12.060 kind of you how would you get them back to el salvador is that yeah so so we we we use the

00:13:19.460 combination of the safe third agreement and remex remaining mexico program under the remain in mexico

00:13:24.860 program we are actually sending back all spanish-speaking countries to mexico while they're 1.00

00:13:29.920 way through their asylum so it was beyond just mexico but then mexico would handle it on their end

00:13:35.120 correct correct and then okay if regardless of the country if you transited through one of those safe

00:13:41.260 third countries we were sending you back like for example if you went through guatemala didn't claim

00:13:46.200 for asylum came to a border it didn't matter what country you came from we were sending you back to 1.00

00:13:50.200 guatemala now there were some countries that guatemala didn't want to take well that's okay we were

00:13:55.280 detaining those individuals right while they went through the process and we would remove them

00:13:59.700 afterwards let's say somebody well we're going to come back but to finish the thought so the

00:14:05.380 difference is in trump world if they came across the border they got sent back somewhere okay it

00:14:13.060 weren't being released and and on day one biden harris signed a bunch of executive orders that

00:14:20.660 basically reinstituted the catch and release in other words if they got across the border if an illegal

00:14:26.400 god crossed the border then they'd be released often with accommodations often to a red state all 0.98

00:14:33.900 right when we come back mark we're going to keep talking about this um i'm peter k navarro in with a

00:14:39.940 former head of customs and border protection um exposing the lunacy of the kamala harris uh

00:14:47.080 uh ad where she claims she's tough on the border we'll be right back

00:14:52.020 we will fight till they're all gone we rejoice when there's no more let's take down the ccb 1.00

00:14:59.060 the elites are getting desperate they now want to use the technology behind bitcoin for their own

00:16:26.000 kamala harris uh was the tie-breaking vote uh giving you a ton of new agents uh to come after 0.99

00:17:19.040 or tnusa.com slash bannon t slash n usa.com slash bannon all right let's get back to

00:17:32.540 the former director under the trump administration of customs and border protection mark morgan

00:17:41.140 we just uh he just eloquently explained how in trump land illegal came over they were sent back and

00:17:48.960 kamala harris land uh they were catched then released and then often paid to go to red states and get

00:17:58.120 medicare and all that stuff okay the next thing mark i'd like to go over with this is kind of the flow

00:18:05.780 um we have um certainly millions of illegal illiterate aliens flooding into our labor markets 1.00

00:18:13.500 driving down wages stealing jobs but in addition we have murderers rapists we got drug cartels we got 1.00

00:18:23.060 uh human traffickers we got islamic terrorists we got chinese spies and whatever else explain 0.99

00:18:30.860 uh the problems with that and and what you're seeing coming in that is actually endangering 0.94

00:18:38.040 our lives right here in america in our houses and on the streets sir yeah peter so this is why it's so

00:18:45.760 important what you were focused on it before the whole catch and release issue because that was one

00:18:50.660 of the biggest incentives it's either a de-incentive or it is an incentive and on the trump administration

00:18:56.140 because we ended catch and release meaning we no longer were releasing people into our country 0.80

00:19:00.980 they stopped coming that's their goal they want to be released the united states never be heard from 0.76

00:19:05.940 again it's that simple well since this administration because they reversed all those policies that's

00:19:10.660 active as a magnet as an incentive to the entire world over the past three and a half years we've

00:19:15.340 received illegal ailings from 180 different countries there's only 195 recognized countries in the face of

00:19:21.340 the planet and we also know that we've received almost 11 million total nationwide encounters plus another

00:19:28.300 two million known god of ways think about that in three and a half years 13 million illegal aliens

00:19:34.500 have been encountered or gotten away and now the majority of them are in our country and to put that 0.99

00:19:39.960 in perspective let me give you a couple stats during that same time period border patrol has apprehended

00:19:44.780 over 50 000 criminals 50 000 that includes murderers rapists pedophiles aggravated felons and gang

00:19:51.900 members at the same time period border patrol has apprehended over 380 illegal aliens on the

00:19:58.220 fbi terror watch list they've also intercepted well over a hundred thousand what we call special

00:20:03.760 interest aliens that come from countries that we know sponsor harbor and facilitate terrorism from 0.79

00:20:08.840 iraq from pakistan syria the list goes on and on that's who we've apprehended now think about that

00:20:15.200 the two million known god of ways in addition to that peter the fact is that we do not have the

00:20:21.140 capability to actually vet all those that we're encountering so those 11 million that we've encountered

00:20:26.620 many of these come from countries we have no diplomatic relationships with so we're not getting

00:20:31.200 their criminal background from their home country we don't know whether they're a known terrorist from

00:20:35.840 their home country but yet we're still releasing him and in our country and this administration and

00:20:40.840 vice president harris has been leading the charge lying to american people saying that everybody we

00:20:45.540 encounter we properly bet to ensure they're not a threat that's just a lie so i i think it's fair to

00:20:52.600 say here that in trump land in trump's america murderers and the rapists were turned back the human 0.97

00:21:03.100 traffickers the drug cartels were turned back from this country uh the islamic terrorists the chinese 1.00

00:21:11.840 communist spies and i'd like to get your thoughts on the the surge of those coming in we're all turned

00:21:19.580 back and and what was i think important that you mentioned about this is is that once people

00:21:27.960 understand that they're going to wind up stuck in mexico or going back to where they came then they

00:21:34.560 stop coming that's the whole incentive so so now we're in in kamala harris land and it's catch and

00:21:42.840 release with limousine travel to the red state of your choice in the hotel accommodations and free

00:21:50.320 medical care that's their policy let's be honest about this kamala that's your policy yes that's your 0.56

00:21:56.740 policy kamala it's like come on in and just go spread around those red states red get get your driver's

00:22:07.020 license register to vote and and then turn that red state blue i mean that's that's the agenda that's

00:22:13.320 what it is and and mark morgan's point here is that amongst that flow is that they're very very very

00:22:23.200 dangerous people so mark even if she even if the ad says she's going to add a bunch of new border 1.00

00:22:29.440 patrol right she's turned the border patrol into chaperones it's a dangerous people that's what 0.99

00:22:37.480 let me say that again kamala harris has turned the customs and border patrol into chaperones and limo 1.00

00:22:47.120 drivers for the worst collection of trash coming across our border they're gonna murder and rape 0.99

00:22:54.200 american citizens yeah and like okay so that all seems extreme when we talk about it the problem 1.00

00:23:00.760 mark is it's true is it not sir it is true look look this is what i keep saying nothing is perfect

00:23:07.740 you know we were never going to be able to get the numbers down to zero but what i say on the

00:23:11.360 trump administration we had the most secure border in our lifetime and to give a couple statistics to

00:23:15.880 to your point the the 50 000 uh criminals murderers rapists pedophiles aggravated felons that have been

00:23:22.500 encountered uh encountered by border toll that's a 99 increase from fy 17 and 20 combined in the trump

00:23:29.300 administration the 380 uh uh illegal aliens on the fbi terror watch list compare that to the all four

00:23:37.080 years of trump administration that number was 14 so yes with a reason being and again illegal immigration

00:23:44.420 was down by 85 percent why because we stopped releasing them in the united states fewer came which meant

00:23:51.200 more resources on the front line to do their law enforcement and national security mission to

00:23:56.380 defend and protect this country that's the fact and when you remove that when you reinstated catch

00:24:02.420 and release that's what incentivized billions to come our resources are overwhelmed they're pulled

00:24:07.920 off the front line they're relegated to being a federal travel agency as you said we had operational

00:24:12.700 control over the cartels so they could push criminals drugs and national security threats we haven't even

00:24:18.240 talked about the drugs last year 108 000 americans died from drug overdose or poisoning in a 12-month

00:24:23.940 period that's more americans that died from all the terrorist attacks iraq and afghanistan and vietnam wars

00:24:29.400 combined peter mark let me let me i mean the thing that that really pisses me off about kamala harris's

00:24:38.040 kamalaya ad on the border is this claim that she's somehow going to stop people dying

00:24:45.880 from fentanyl i mean fentanyl is killing close to 100 000 americans and a little quick story like

00:24:58.720 everybody knows i got out of prison for i was in there for defending the constitution

00:25:03.320 sit around at lunch one day with with a group of inmates all of whom had been

00:25:10.320 sentenced and in jail for dealing drugs and the conversation was about how much cheaper street drugs

00:25:20.040 are now during harris biden because the borders so open so when kamala harris says she's going to

00:25:30.000 do something to stop fentanyl from killing americans i mean that pisses me off thoughts sir

00:25:38.520 it does look i i was also in the fbi for 20 years she's talking about how tough she was on

00:25:43.980 prosecution that's a joke right we we we have been going after using the same traditional

00:25:50.080 prosecutorial method to go after the cartels for 30 years and it's failed for 30 years the only thing

00:25:55.300 that's happened is the cartels have gotten stronger more powerful and more influential we have to

00:26:00.260 fundamentally change how we go after the cartels i don't care what you label them terrorist or not i think

00:26:05.000 there's pros and cons to that but we need to do is go after them in the same way the same whole

00:26:09.900 of government approach that we do terrorist organization and i i've subscribed to ag bars

00:26:14.920 plan colombia type that use that means using a precision surgical military kinetic operations to

00:26:21.700 go to the heart of the cartels because the reality is mexico they're not a true ally they're not our true 0.59

00:26:27.180 partner and they haven't been they don't have the political will nor do they have the capacity now

00:26:31.780 to actually go and defeat the cartels that's why we need to do it ourselves to protect our nation

00:26:36.440 well i look mexico um has got its own extremist politics and i think one of the big concerns we

00:26:46.940 have with with the kamalas and waltches of the world is that we're moving left um in 60 seconds you

00:26:54.320 know before we get to the next segment tell me about minnesota is a sanctuary state and tim waltz's

00:27:01.240 governor and how it ranks relative to other states and and and that i think this is important because

00:27:08.200 as far left as kamala harris policies have been again when she was a state prosecutor a senator 1.00

00:27:14.340 a former presidential candidate and vice president she has been leading the charge some of the most

00:27:20.140 liberal progressive open border policies and strategies that we've seen in our lifetime and

00:27:25.760 what does she do in a vice president vice presidential candidate pick someone that's more left on the 1.00

00:27:31.220 borders than she is this is a man who has given out a driver's license to illegal aliens so they

00:27:36.840 should get free in-state college tuition give them free health care and is absolutely promoted becoming

00:27:42.580 a sanctuary state peter look at the end of the day there's no doubt in my mind this ticket paris and

00:27:48.100 we won't have a sanctuary city or state we're gonna have a sanctuary country

00:27:52.060 boom as bannon might say we'll be right back uh we're gonna bring on a uh former customs and border

00:28:04.980 patrol agent with mark morgan to talk about what it means from an agent's point of view if you're like me

00:29:16.480 decades fighting violent crime as a border state prosecutor she took on drug cartels and jailed 1.00

00:29:25.240 gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across the border as vice president she backed the toughest

00:29:31.100 border control bill in decades and as president she will hire thousands more border agents and crack down 0.99

00:29:37.960 on fentanyl and human trafficking fixing the border is tough so is kamala harris i'm kamala harris and i

00:29:45.940 approve this message hey peter navarro here and um we've been talking with the uh former head of the

00:29:55.120 customs and border patrol uh mark morgan he's still with us but i want to bring in now

00:30:00.640 um a gentleman um he's just quintessential a trump type person in uniform for decades he started out

00:30:11.500 as a line agent accustomed to border patrol and he wound up as the chief of uh the border patrol

00:30:18.260 first under trump and then um under uh biden harris for the first seven months before they decided that

00:30:27.560 they didn't like anybody who was actually going to be a border patrol agent and that's rodney scott so

00:30:33.100 chief scott welcome to the war room um you saw that ad um what are your thoughts sir well thank you for

00:30:42.620 having me on peter you know that that ad would actually be laughable if there wasn't so much at

00:30:48.020 stake for our country it is so unbelievably misleading you know she prosecuted cases in california because

00:30:55.160 they were forced down her throat by state and local law enforcement and she really couldn't uh

00:30:59.300 couldn't walk away from them i think it's important to point out one of the law enforcement officers a

00:31:03.580 sheriff in that ad has come out publicly said and he does not support her this ad is misleading

00:31:09.380 um she fought against the wall she fought for sanctuary cities she wants to decriminalize illegal 1.00

00:31:15.660 immigration you know all the facts are out there for americans to see if they look at it and they look

00:31:21.300 for it or they watch shows like yours but unfortunately a lot of people out there in the

00:31:26.040 middle you know they're going to watch that ad and they're going to actually think she's tough on the

00:31:31.020 border but let's get down to the bottom line even today when she talks about border security she 0.99

00:31:36.960 conflates that with immigration policy and she she stated recently immigration comprehensive immigration

00:31:43.280 reform is this is the cure if you will you know bad policy makes it completely impossible to

00:31:50.820 secure the border good policy makes it easier but securing the border isn't immigration policy it's

00:31:56.720 simply making sure we have the capability to know and control who and what is entering our national

00:32:02.260 home harris has a track record and so does her new running mate of actually doing tons of things to 1.00

00:32:08.900 fight against that to make it harder for border patrol to actually secure the border and she talks about

00:32:13.960 you know every other country in the world and trying to make it better for them she never talks about

00:32:17.500 protecting america or putting americans first so um if you're a a line agent now uh a customer border

00:32:28.880 patrol on the front lines and and you see that ad what is your morale like after four years 0.96

00:32:38.580 in biden harris land and then hearing that crap from comma liar yeah so i i didn't think it could get 0.92

00:32:49.920 any worse but it probably is and let me emily clarify my entire career i was a u.s border patrol agent wore 0.96

00:32:56.300 that green uniform but uh mark represents customs and border protection the bigger organization that

00:33:02.300 includes the cbp officers at the ports of entry and i'm pretty good friends with a lot of them still i

00:33:07.180 actually was just talking to one this morning in a leadership position and he was explaining to me

00:33:11.680 how devastated morale is because they understand and know whether it's a green uniform a blue uniform

00:33:17.560 or tan uniform the threats that this nation faces every single day and the fact that they're missing

00:33:23.660 those threats because this administration has forced them to process administrative immigration cases

00:33:30.380 that really have no merit and that takes them away from enforcement duties for about two hours

00:33:36.140 if they're at a port of entry for every single illegal alien that the biden administration and

00:33:40.800 now the harris administration wants to bring into this country so anybody that says they know that

00:33:46.060 her saying she's going to fight fentanyl it's not true because she has made decisions to take

00:33:51.200 hundreds of thousands of man hours away from fentanyl enforcement away from patrolling the border

00:33:56.500 and process these fraudulent asylum cases morale couldn't be any lower

00:34:00.840 so you were there for the first seven months of biden harris can you talk a little bit about

00:34:09.140 how they put you in a box because you actually wanted to enforce the law but also whether you you saw

00:34:19.140 this this beginning process of catch and release where they began to turn cbp and your agents into like

00:34:27.300 chauffeurs for illegals to places like red states can you give us some perspective on that sir

00:34:33.400 sure so let me back up a little bit i i want to be transparent i was naive when the biden administration

00:34:39.240 uh came into power i had spent a lot of my career in california i'd spent a lot of time talking to

00:34:45.060 people that walked through my door open border advocates you know talking all about the immigrants

00:34:50.540 and pretty consistently when they looked at the facts and evidence they would walk away and say hey you

00:34:55.340 know what we need border security this stuff is important so i honestly thought that the biden

00:35:00.620 administration would come in and it'd be the same process but i to say i was naive i thought that

00:35:06.360 their campaign rhetoric was just probably rhetoric and that they didn't really want to shut down

00:35:11.240 detention and actually start releasing people because we explained to them in detail through the

00:35:16.420 transition and then i explained to them in detail once they came on board historically what the

00:35:21.880 ramifications would be of that that we would be inundated with this massive influx of illegal aliens

00:35:26.940 and how that would transition the control over who and what comes into the country meaning decision

00:35:32.180 making would go to the cartels instead of the u.s government they didn't want to hear anything about

00:35:37.060 it anytime it was brought up they literally got angry and stymied the conversation but i continued and

00:35:42.760 my team continued to explain to them as politely as possible facts and evidence that i still today

00:35:48.880 believe are apolitical that you cannot have a country if you don't have a secure border and we

00:35:54.780 need to know who and what's coming into this country and we had a plan that was actually getting better

00:35:59.540 and better for 27 years as bipartisan that the trump administration strongly supported and then this

00:36:06.260 administration was walking away from it so more and more we had clashes left and right but at the end

00:36:11.060 of the day when they wanted me to lie to america and tell america that all the aliens were being

00:36:15.440 covid tested that they were being vetted before they were released and i refused to actually go

00:36:20.300 along with that that was kind of the beginning to the end and i was ostracized and then they were

00:36:26.000 going to reassign me to another position and when you say uh they um is this mayorkas at the top of

00:36:36.340 kind of like the chain down to you was it the new head of cbp was it from the white house itself

00:36:42.680 i we we like to name names here so we know who we're dealing with it sounds like a deep state but

00:36:49.780 real people make decisions like who are you having to interact with that brought in this

00:36:55.260 this new kind of organizational culture to your agency and and turned it again into

00:37:03.240 chauffeurs for illegal aliens sure so so it was more like vague than ever before but i put

00:37:12.100 the blame at the top at the end of the day we elect a president and a vice president and they

00:37:16.740 they put staff in place so on a day in and day out basis we were interacting or i personally was

00:37:22.240 interacting with political appointees like the chief of staff at cbp like secretary mayorkas but i watched

00:37:28.720 secretary mayorkas sit in meetings and then basically agree with me on things and then later completely

00:37:33.920 flip so was he the liar that i believe he is today and that he really has no actual like set position 0.56

00:37:40.760 or beliefs on anything and he just goes with the direction of the wind or was he lying to me from

00:37:46.360 from the get-go you know what i don't know peter but this is what i do know there's a lot of people

00:37:51.340 in washington dc especially what we've seen with biden lately behind that curtain i'll name names people

00:37:56.720 like susan wright roberta jacobson lise clavel a guy named blas nieto that were totally open border

00:38:03.460 told me to my face that they didn't trust the border patrol they didn't like our mission they didn't

00:38:07.500 believe in the mission and they were going to do everything they could to create safe and orderly

00:38:11.620 pathways to get more migrants into the united states i just i just can't wrap my head around

00:38:17.340 if i'm like a border patrol agent who for many years in my work i go in and my job is to police the border

00:38:27.260 and send illegals back and suddenly the paradigm shifts and it's like i i am i am simply kind of

00:38:34.980 escorts chauffeurs for these illegals i can't imagine what the morale must be like what goes

00:38:44.040 through their heads there must be a lot of attrition now there must be a lot of early

00:38:47.540 retirements do we have any insight into kind of what's going on in the agency in terms of its

00:38:55.140 deterioration and and and prospects we do and you touched on a couple but i think the problems are

00:39:01.860 even deeper so over four thousand agents have chose to retire many of them chose to retire early

00:39:07.360 under this last administration because they literally some have stated flat out they feel

00:39:12.300 like they're complicit in the smuggling currently and they can't do anything some some have actually

00:39:17.360 left just to speak out but peter think about this for a minute those that have stayed have literally

00:39:23.480 had the crap beat out of them for three and a half years to not enforce the law that they are

00:39:28.760 illegal immigration processing and that's it i worry that when when we do get a new administration 0.95

00:39:34.940 you know we've got like three and a half years of complacency to kind of like to read to reenergize

00:39:41.320 these guys and make sure that when they do deploy to the border that they're safe we've brought in a

00:39:46.540 bunch of new agents over the last three years that they don't even know what border enforcement is

00:39:50.700 and we're going to have to retrain them hey peter can i jump in here real quick yeah yeah yeah so i

00:39:56.680 know this is going to something that will get rodney fired up that we agree on this we've been saying

00:40:01.020 this phrase for a very long time that border security is synonymous with national security and

00:40:06.620 rodney i know you were championing this and i i know you were pushing the biden administration on

00:40:10.800 this heavily before they forced you out my what how i feel right now under under biden harris

00:40:16.900 our border are more vulnerable now than they were prior to 9-11 what's your thoughts

00:40:21.980 mark i 100 agree and you know at the end of the day when we talk about those 50 000 criminals you

00:40:29.440 talked about the vast majority of those are u.s records they've been in the u.s before committed a

00:40:34.020 crime left and came back we don't have a global database on crime at the end of the day how do we vet

00:40:41.240 and figure out what somebody's intent is and i don't care if you're fbi ice or border patrol

00:40:46.040 it's through a skilled interview face to face sanity checking what people tell you looking at

00:40:52.700 the facts and then basically challenging them none of that is happening today agents don't have the

00:40:58.660 time to interview even the the most basic illegal alien from mexico let alone somebody that's a 0.88

00:41:04.880 significant threat and the real big huge threat today from china this systematic invasion of our 0.99

00:41:10.500 country by by operatives sent directly from china anybody that thinks they weren't trained on how

00:41:17.100 to do an interview and how to like smile and try to get past an agent or officer you're fooling

00:41:22.360 yourself our country is more at risk today from nation-state threats from fentanyl threats and from

00:41:28.540 just this mass invasion of unknown criminals it's we've never been in a worse position than we are today

00:41:33.980 and it was by choice of the biden administration we could reverse a vast majority of this with just

00:41:40.760 putting the policies back in place that we had under the trump and prior administrations but hey don't

00:41:46.520 let's not sugarcoat this i think mark will agree we have a lot of threats in this country now that

00:41:52.080 we're going to have to get you know some huevo some some uh courage to actually start deporting or 0.97

00:41:57.940 this problem is going to be generational and mass deportation is that feasible yes yes

00:42:06.100 absolutely look we ice i think uh there's it's called ero enforcement of removal it's a subcomponent

00:42:15.160 within ice i think they're the best in the world of what they do uh they this is what they do every

00:42:20.060 year since they were created uh even under this administration the first three years ice arrested

00:42:25.340 163 000 criminals 4 700 were murderers 8 000 of them were gang members so even even even those

00:42:33.180 those numbers are low we can get this done we just have to use a whole government approach infuse ice

00:42:38.880 with some steroids and we can get this done because look we can have the policy to secure the physical

00:42:44.100 border and we can go after the cartels but as ronnie said if we don't go after the threat that's already

00:42:49.640 in the united states both the criminal threat and the national security threat we're only addressing

00:42:54.440 two legs of the three-legged stool gentlemen uh it's been an honor to have you on the war room i want

00:43:01.960 to thank both of you for your service we hope to see you again in that service but we know what needs

00:43:09.380 to get done i am peter k naval in the war room we'll be right back i want to warn you of a huge change

00:43:19.220 that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts first think back to 9 11 shortly after

00:43:24.960 the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the government power to spy on innocent

00:43:29.520 americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet now jim

00:43:36.080 rickards editor of the independent financial newsletter strategic intelligence and new york times

00:43:41.320 best-selling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to

00:43:47.100 a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the war room believe that the government

00:43:52.440 will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we say the wrong things on social media

00:43:58.880 donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga the government may be able to shut us out of

00:44:05.660 our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's an interesting and dire warning

00:44:12.720 fortunately jim rickards an american patriot and friend of mine has made it his mission to educate

00:44:17.440 us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money

00:44:25.160 watch jim's warning video now before it's censored like i've been in the past go to rickardswarroom.com

00:44:32.840 that's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video here's your host stephen k bannon

00:45:58.800 all right um you got a few minutes left um in this hour before uh the great charlie kirk comes up at

00:46:09.600 uh noon eastern time um i'll be with you again on friday 10 to noon as well as next week monday wednesday

00:46:19.280 friday in the 10 to noon hour spread the word we've got uh our work cut out for us um i thought that the uh

00:46:28.360 this hour was uh sobering enlightening frightening um and my deep concern now here is when you

00:46:44.920 hear the reality of people boots on the ground like mark morgan and rodney scott who were

00:46:54.140 really essential elements of the effectiveness of customs and border protection during the trump

00:47:03.560 administration and you see them now on the outside looking in at a customs and border protection

00:47:11.740 that has been uh transformed into essentially um chauffeurs limo drivers

00:47:21.960 um for the kamala harris woke open border regime and then and then you see the blasphemy

00:47:32.900 of kamala harris trying to convince you that she's somehow tough on the border that somehow she was a tough

00:47:44.120 prosecutor in california when rodney scott tells us she was simply forced to prosecute

00:47:51.840 those cases when she says she's going to hire new border protection agents when chief scott tells us

00:48:01.980 that absent a safe third nation agreement and stay remain in mexico policy all more border

00:48:13.640 border protection border patrol agents would do is simply continue this this shuttle as it were the cbp

00:48:22.260 shuffle and shuttle to transport illegals primarily to red states get them registered

00:48:31.520 as voters by first giving them driver's licenses i mean it's just how is this happening in this country

00:48:42.920 it's happening it's happening because journalists like maggie haberman at the new york times

00:48:49.880 clowns like john stewart at the clown that would be comedy central not the clown central but it's one in the

00:48:58.940 same thing um journalists like bob woodward networks like abcc look you're all not doing your job 0.98

00:49:10.860 none of you are doing your job maggie john journalists out there in left wing land will you please just do

00:49:23.960 your job fact check me today you go ahead and fact check me dare you to fact check me okay
