00:32:36.620 But we understand there are good, you know, good agents in many of our federal law enforcement units.

00:45:10.240 Mo Bannon, if it was you and you had been in charge of the logistics, how might you have gone about this withdrawal differently than we did?
00:45:22.440 So let me back this up.
00:45:24.540 I was part of the withdrawal out of Iraq, so I know how a proper withdrawal should be done.
00:45:29.360 Now, there were some flaws in that withdrawal, but we did it, for the most part, correctly.
00:45:34.740 You sent equipment home that wasn't needed, and you signed over equipment to the Iraqi army.
00:45:43.540 So that's what should have been done in Afghanistan.
00:45:45.760 The equipment that was not needed to stay in country that the Allied forces that we had trained needed, we should have sent home.
00:45:54.880 And it should have been over a certain amount of time.
00:45:58.660 You know, we left Bagram Airfield in the middle of the night.
00:46:03.640 We had equipment, you know, by Abbey Gate, the airport by Abbey Gate.
00:46:12.960 And you had units destroying equipment so that the Taliban couldn't get possession of it.
00:46:17.980 But we still left equipment there that either wasn't damaged and was operable.
00:46:22.860 And that's what we saw being paraded in front of us.
00:46:27.140 And $89.2 billion, if not more, equipment, functional pieces of equipment and weapons, weapons should have never been left.
