Bannon's War Room - Episode 3867： Breaking Down The SAVE Act And Pushing Back Against Weak Conservatives

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.

00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:53.000 Welcome to the War Room. Dave Brat sitting in for the great Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:57.000 We have a super show for you today.

00:01:00.000 We start all shows out of respect for Steve.

00:01:03.000 Our prayers are always with them.

00:01:06.000 But August 29, year of our Lord, we begin in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.

00:01:11.000 Today we have a very special guest.

00:01:14.000 You're going to be very excited.

00:01:16.000 I have the honor of introducing them.

00:01:17.000 First of all, I want to give just a great shout out to our friend who hosted a super event in Charlottesville last week.

00:01:24.000 Lisa Jones for Eric Trump.

00:01:27.000 A little foreshadowing for you right there.

00:01:30.000 And so we had a great event.

00:01:32.000 Eric gave the keynote remarks.

00:01:34.000 High energy.

00:01:35.000 Room loved it.

00:01:36.000 We all asked him to come on the War Room this week.

00:01:39.000 He immediately said yes.

00:01:41.000 We just want to give our utter thanks and gratitude to him and to his family for all they have done for this country.

00:01:49.000 And it's just starting.

00:01:51.000 And it will be America first again. 0.97

00:01:54.000 So, welcome to the War Room, Eric Trump.

00:01:57.000 It's great to be on, Dave.

00:01:59.000 It's great to see you last week.

00:02:00.000 Glad to have you on.

00:02:01.000 Yeah, you did a great job.

00:02:04.000 I'm just going to lead you off with a question.

00:02:06.000 No surprise to the War Room, patriots watching.

00:02:09.000 We have great unity for a change in the Republican Party.

00:02:14.000 Starting at the top, President Trump.

00:02:16.000 Then going to the RNC platform.

00:02:18.000 And then the War Room, Steve Bannon.

00:02:21.000 These issues, the top three in the platform, have been with us for two or three years.

00:02:26.000 It frames populism.

00:02:27.000 It gives us the energy.

00:02:29.000 We've got Democrats, black, brown, Hispanic, women, men, everybody on board for these big three, right?

00:02:36.000 The border invasion, the out-of-control spending on woken, weaponized federal government.

00:02:42.000 And third, the endless wars.

00:02:44.000 So, first question is, anything you want to add to that list?

00:02:48.000 But most importantly for this crew, this is the most patriotic American crew there is in the country.

00:02:54.000 Anything you want to add to that list?

00:02:56.000 And then what's the call to urgency and your call to action?

00:03:00.000 Eric, Trump.

00:03:01.000 Thank you.

00:03:02.000 Well, Dave, I can probably add to that list for an hour, right?

00:03:05.000 But there's no question.

00:03:06.000 It's economy.

00:03:07.000 It's border.

00:03:08.000 It's education in this country.

00:03:09.000 It's patriotism in this country.

00:03:11.000 It's assault on our Constitution.

00:03:12.000 It's assault on our democracy.

00:03:13.000 It's illegal lawfare.

00:03:15.000 All of these things.

00:03:16.000 I mean, you know these subjects as well as anyone.

00:03:19.000 What they've done.

00:03:20.000 I mean, last week they lied about a million jobs that were created last year.

00:03:24.000 A million jobs, right?

00:03:26.000 They've let 13 million illegal immigrants cross the southern border unchecked.

00:03:30.000 We've lost 300,000 children.

00:03:32.000 300,000 children to fentanyl.

00:03:34.000 And they're not doing a damn thing about it.

00:03:36.000 They had planes flying in the middle of the night landing in airports all across the country. 0.57

00:03:40.000 You know, fully illegal immigrants. 0.98

00:03:42.000 And now she comes out and says, yes, I want to be very tough on the wall.

00:03:46.000 Give me a break.

00:03:47.000 No one believes it.

00:03:48.000 No one believes it.

00:03:49.000 It's the most radical left administration in the history of this country.

00:03:53.000 They've, you know, I mean, literally, I mean, just I want to put this in perspective.

00:03:57.000 Not that I need to sit there and describe who Kamala is, but look at her home city of San Francisco.

00:04:04.000 It was once one of the greatest cities anywhere on Earth.

00:04:07.000 Now you can't walk three feet without walking across hypodermic needles without getting mugged.

00:04:11.000 There's tent villages all over the place.

00:04:13.000 Homelessness all over the streets.

00:04:15.000 The city is gone.

00:04:16.000 The companies are gone.

00:04:18.000 They've left.

00:04:19.000 They've vacated.

00:04:20.000 Elon was the last person to leave.

00:04:22.000 And it's the same policies that she wants that she enacted in California. 0.93

00:04:26.000 This led to the highest crime, the highest taxes, you know, and people fleeing record numbers that she wants to impart in the United States of America. 0.85

00:04:34.000 And then she picks a running mate whose single claim to fame was putting tampons in boys bathrooms in schools in Minnesota. 0.96

00:04:41.000 Right.

00:04:42.000 His other claim to fame was that Donald Trump builds a 25 foot tall wall.

00:04:46.000 He wants to have ladders.

00:04:47.000 He wants to have a ladder factory in Mexico, which builds 30 foot tall ladders.

00:04:51.000 Right.

00:04:52.000 I mean, that's the second claim to fame. 1.00

00:04:54.000 These people are absolutely insane. 0.86

00:04:56.000 And the reality is everybody in this country feels it right now. 0.92

00:05:00.000 Dave, everyone in this country knows exactly what's happening.

00:05:03.000 Life is unaffordable.

00:05:04.000 You've had zero wage growth in this country.

00:05:06.000 You know, you have inflation that's hit record numbers.

00:05:08.000 I mean, numbers that people had never seen in the country in a very, very long time.

00:05:13.000 So you have zero wage growth at the same time you have inflation that's going like this.

00:05:17.000 People have gone crammed down.

00:05:18.000 People can't afford to live.

00:05:20.000 Interest rates are through the roof.

00:05:22.000 People.

00:05:23.000 There's somebody listening to us right now that's probably trying to refinance a mortgage.

00:05:27.000 And they're going to go from two and a half percent to seven or eight percent.

00:05:31.000 There's somebody listening to us right now who's probably trying to get auto insurance.

00:05:34.000 And that auto insurance, since my father was in office, has literally doubled or tripled,

00:05:39.000 right?

00:05:40.000 You know, there's somebody who's probably paying their rent check.

00:05:42.000 Rents in this country are totally unaffordable, let alone groceries, let alone gasoline.

00:05:48.000 You know, there's probably somebody listening to us right now who's filling up their car and

00:05:52.000 just astonished by the prices of absolutely everything.

00:05:55.000 Yet she comes out, Dave, you know, my first day in office, I would like to start tackling prices.

00:06:00.000 Well, three weeks ago you were saying how great Bidenomics were.

00:06:04.000 You were saying that, you know, that Bidenomics was the new system, that it was leading the

00:06:09.000 way.

00:06:10.000 You were also lying to the American people saying that Joe Biden was with it, that he was competent,

00:06:15.000 that he was energetic, that he was all there.

00:06:18.000 She they will stop at absolutely nothing.

00:06:21.000 They will stop at nothing, Dave.

00:06:24.000 And so the economy is is is number one, two and three.

00:06:28.000 But immigration, people are sick and tired of this. 1.00

00:06:31.000 I mean, I personally had four friends who have lost children to fentanyl, right?

00:06:35.000 Four friends.

00:06:36.000 There are three hundred thousand children in this country, predominantly children, not

00:06:41.000 all children, but predominantly children who have lost their lives to fentanyl.

00:06:44.000 They haven't done a damn thing about the southern border.

00:06:46.000 Thirteen million people coming into this country.

00:06:49.000 And we know what they want to do.

00:06:51.000 They want to pay for for all health insurance.

00:06:53.000 We can't afford our schools.

00:06:55.000 We can't afford our infrastructure.

00:06:57.000 We can't afford anything in this country anymore.

00:06:59.000 Our our debt is out of control.

00:07:01.000 Everything's out of control.

00:07:02.000 Our cities are lawless.

00:07:04.000 There's more cars that are being stolen in this country than than ever before.

00:07:09.000 You've got half of the hotels.

00:07:11.000 And this is my business, right?

00:07:12.000 Half of the hotels in New York City that are fully illegal immigrants.

00:07:15.000 While you have veterans who have fought for this country, who have been shot at for this country,

00:07:21.000 who are sleeping under overpasses all across the country.

00:07:25.000 They're sleeping on curbs.

00:07:27.000 But yet, you know, illegal immigrants who came across a border three days ago are being housed in the most expensive hotels in New York on our taxpayer dollars. 1.00

00:07:36.000 Have we lost our damn minds? 0.99

00:07:38.000 And the answer to that is yes. 1.00

00:07:39.000 And everybody listening to this knows we have lost our mind as a country.

00:07:43.000 Wars all over the world.

00:07:45.000 You've got these beautiful kids in Russia and Ukraine.

00:07:48.000 Ukraine, you know, they're shooting at each other at point blank range in trenches and in the most unthinkable, you know, horrific kind of warfare that you could possibly imagine.

00:07:58.000 Probably warfare that hasn't been seen since, you know, maybe World War One.

00:08:02.000 I mean, in terms of the trench stuff that they're dealing with.

00:08:05.000 I mean, think about that.

00:08:06.000 Yes.

00:08:07.000 And we're paying for it, frankly, on both sides in so many of these conflicts.

00:08:11.000 We've sent two hundred billion dollars over there.

00:08:14.000 So you can see these kids take these lives by pulling a light trigger in one millisecond.

00:08:21.000 You know, on YouTube, you know, yet we won't invest in our schools.

00:08:26.000 We won't invest in the safety of our schools.

00:08:28.000 We won't invest in education.

00:08:30.000 We won't better society.

00:08:32.000 We won't invest in technology.

00:08:34.000 You know, my father's laying a wreath at the, you know, in Arlington National Cemetery to commemorate the anniversary of Abbey Gate, the worst withdrawal in the history of the world.

00:08:45.000 I mean, we threw away 20 years based on Kamala and Biden.

00:08:51.000 Threw away 20 years.

00:08:53.000 And what's Joe Biden doing? 0.99

00:08:54.000 He's sleeping on a damn beach, you know, on another vacation because three quarters of his presidency has been vacation. 0.99

00:09:00.000 And you have Kamala who's literally hiding from every single network. 1.00

00:09:05.000 It's been like 36 days since she's done an interview.

00:09:07.000 36 days.

00:09:09.000 And guess what?

00:09:10.000 She finally comes out and says, I'm going to do an interview.

00:09:12.000 It's going to be a prerecorded interview because we'll chop it up if she says something crazy. 1.00

00:09:16.000 Pre-recorded interview with Dana Bash on CNN with her vice president who can give her all the cover that she needs when she starts fumbling, which she will.

00:09:26.000 It's crazy.

00:09:28.000 This is the state of the country.

00:09:29.000 And you know what bothers me?

00:09:31.000 There are actors all around the world that want to eat our lunch.

00:09:36.000 China, right?

00:09:37.000 The entire Middle East.

00:09:38.000 I mean, you have people that are coming for American greatness.

00:09:41.000 They want the number one spot.

00:09:42.000 We're the superpower of the world, but they're coming for it.

00:09:45.000 They want to be the worldwide currency.

00:09:47.000 They want to be the most dominant language.

00:09:49.000 They want to own all the industries.

00:09:50.000 They want to own all the, you know, supply chains and telecommunications and electronics.

00:09:55.000 And I mean, they want to win the war without ever taking a shot.

00:09:59.000 Make no mistake about that.

00:10:00.000 Right?

00:10:01.000 And they're coming.

00:10:02.000 And what have we focused on as a country for the last three and a half years?

00:10:05.000 Whether or not a six foot five male should be able to swim in women's sports. 0.59

00:10:08.000 I mean, we've got this massive hole in the roof of this country.

00:10:13.000 Our economy.

00:10:14.000 Our immigration.

00:10:15.000 Drug use.

00:10:16.000 Crime.

00:10:17.000 Homelessness.

00:10:18.000 The cost of absolutely everything.

00:10:20.000 You know, and they want to fix a little piece of, you know, crown molding in the basement.

00:10:25.000 That's got a little, you know, there's missing some paint.

00:10:28.000 You know, let's focus on the hole of the roof.

00:10:31.000 Let, let's, let's go back to common sense.

00:10:33.000 You know, let's, let's return this country to the country that we all know and we, we love.

00:10:38.000 We're losing our standing and we're losing it awfully quickly.

00:10:41.000 And, and there are people, you know, across oceans who are literally laughing at us right now.

00:10:46.000 They're, they're laughing at American weakness.

00:10:49.000 And every person listening to this right now knows it.

00:10:52.000 They feel it in their hearts.

00:10:53.000 They, they know that, that the, the American dream is slipping away.

00:10:57.000 They know that our constitution is getting away.

00:10:59.000 They, they know that the meaning of the, of red, white and blue and everything that we love is, is, is getting away.

00:11:05.000 And it's why we need to win.

00:11:07.000 It's, it's why a family like ours that does not need to be doing this.

00:11:10.000 The last thing I need to be doing is, is, is this right now.

00:11:13.000 And my father certainly does.

00:11:15.000 He could be living the greatest life at Mar-a-Lago as, as the kingmaker for the Republican party.

00:11:20.000 And yet they're dragging him through every courthouse in the country.

00:11:23.000 They're, they're, they're, they tried to kill him.

00:11:25.000 They've tried to, you know, impeach him in multiple times, the scandals, the, this, the, that, the far left DAs, the far left AGs, the, you know, far left justices removing him from ballots of various states.

00:11:38.000 He's had to fight through all of it, absolute hell, because the guy who wants to save the United States of America.

00:11:44.000 And, um.

00:11:45.000 Oh man.

00:11:47.000 It's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's just beyond.

00:11:52.000 It's, it's beyond.

00:11:53.000 Yeah.

00:11:54.000 And I, and I know Americans feel, and, and I, I frankly, and I've never seen more passion and, and energy and enthusiasm than, than right now.

00:12:02.000 Yeah.

00:12:03.000 Oh man.

00:12:04.000 Spot on.

00:12:05.000 Uh, this is, uh, why we love the war room.

00:12:08.000 President Trump, Eric Trump, they come in off the top of their head.

00:12:12.000 Uh, you get a tour de force across every issue that affects your lives today.

00:12:18.000 Eric got just covered the sense of urgency.

00:12:21.000 Uh, we all face, uh, all political views are my own, but Eric got the next question is, you got the most patriotic, uh, audience.

00:12:28.000 Listen, right now, where do you point them?

00:12:30.000 Uh, what should they do?

00:12:31.000 Where should they take action, action, action, as we say on the war room?

00:12:35.000 You know, listen, people can't be lazy.

00:12:37.000 People can't be complacent.

00:12:38.000 People have busy lives.

00:12:39.000 People have to get out and they have to vote and they have to vote early and they have to vote and vote and vote.

00:12:44.000 And they have to get people out and they can't be silent anymore.

00:12:48.000 You know, 2016, a lot of people, Dave came up to me and they whisper in my ear.

00:12:51.000 They say, Hey, you know, Eric, we're really, we're really going for your father.

00:12:54.000 You know, it's, it's my entire church is behind him.

00:12:56.000 Our entire community is behind him.

00:12:58.000 Uh, you know, we, we love him.

00:12:59.000 We adore him.

00:13:00.000 You know, we're, we're all behind him.

00:13:01.000 And I was kind of thinking to myself, Hey, why are you whispering?

00:13:03.000 Right?

00:13:04.000 You can't whisper anymore.

00:13:05.000 There's no, there's no more whispering.

00:13:07.000 I mean, we're losing our country and, and, and it's, it's so sad.

00:13:11.000 I mean, no one can, no one can compete with the United States.

00:13:13.000 No one can compete with the United States of America.

00:13:15.000 Europe certainly can't.

00:13:16.000 Um, you know, China certainly can. 0.99

00:13:18.000 We've got a better system.

00:13:20.000 We've got better people.

00:13:21.000 We've got better minds.

00:13:22.000 We've got, we've, we've got better work ethic.

00:13:24.000 We've got the entrepreneurial spirit.

00:13:26.000 Um, you know, our, our country was founded in a time where, you know, really, if you look

00:13:30.000 at our, our industrial revolution, right?

00:13:31.000 I mean, it was really surrounded by, by gas and, and by obviously the model T and, um, you

00:13:36.000 know, the vehicle and, and, you know, it, it separated us so much from so many other

00:13:43.000 societies in Europe, right?

00:13:44.000 Europe was a train based society.

00:13:45.000 And so you get on a train in London and there would be four stops and everybody would

00:13:50.000 get on the train at 10 AM and they get off the train at 1 PM in the exact same spot.

00:13:54.000 And it created monolithic thinking.

00:13:56.000 And then all of a sudden this incredible society comes up around the automobile where, you know,

00:14:00.000 Dave, if you want to go to some jazz bar in New York and I wanted to go hunting and,

00:14:05.000 you know, in, in the mountains of Tennessee, you know, we can go different directions.

00:14:09.000 And, and it, it created the greatest minds of, of, you know, let's go put that person

00:14:14.000 on, on, on a moon.

00:14:15.000 Let's, let's, let's have an Elon Musk.

00:14:17.000 Let's, you know, let's, you know, have rockets that land on, on their own.

00:14:22.000 Let's create the greatest self-driving cars.

00:14:24.000 Let's create the greatest medical innovations.

00:14:26.000 I mean, no one can stop the entrepreneurial spirit that's built in this country.

00:14:30.000 That's, that's, that, that is what America stands for.

00:14:33.000 It's why our economy at 340 million people is still substantially larger than the economy

00:14:39.000 of China when they have four times the amount of people as us, right?

00:14:42.000 We're go-getters.

00:14:43.000 We do better.

00:14:44.000 You know, the problem is.

00:14:45.000 Eric, I'm going to hold you.

00:14:46.000 Yep.

00:14:47.000 I'm going to hold you over the brace.

00:14:48.000 We've got about nine seconds left.

00:14:49.000 Please.

00:14:50.000 I'll be, we'll be right back.

00:14:51.000 But.

00:14:52.000 Please.

00:14:53.000 I'll be, we'll be right back with Eric Trump.

00:14:55.000 He'll tell us how to reach him right after the break.

00:14:57.000 Stay with the war room.

00:14:59.000 The elites are getting desperate.

00:15:01.000 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.

00:15:06.000 Their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies,

00:15:12.000 which they control.

00:15:13.000 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.

00:15:17.000 Your every move tracked like you live in a communist country.

00:15:21.000 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.

00:15:25.000 Fortunately, you can fight back.

00:15:27.000 You can fight back.

00:15:28.000 I believe owning gold is the best solution.

00:15:30.000 Why?

00:15:31.000 Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings.

00:16:13.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:20.000 Back in the war room, Dave Brat sitting in with the great Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:24.000 We have had the honor of having Eric Trump with us.

00:16:27.000 Eric, let folks know how they can reach you, follow you, follow any parts of the campaign

00:16:34.000 that are most urgently needed.

00:16:37.000 And then I think you wanted to give a shout out to Stephen K. Bannon as well.

00:16:41.000 Thanks for being with us, brother.

00:16:43.000 Well, Steve's been a warrior.

00:16:45.000 I mean, just warrior the hell that they put him through.

00:16:47.000 All right.

00:16:48.000 He does illegal offers as well as anyone.

00:16:50.000 And, you know, so, yeah, obviously a massive shout out.

00:16:53.000 And at Eric Trump on all the channels on X and obviously on Truth and on Instagram,

00:17:00.000 at Eric Trump, the Zuckerberg channels do as much as they can to shadow ban us.

00:17:04.000 So you have to type in my full name.

00:17:06.000 Otherwise, you know, you'll have parody accounts pop up and other other crap.

00:17:09.000 You know, that's part of the weaponization.

00:17:11.000 But and then obviously if you want to help, if you want to contribute, we're running the

00:17:15.000 most efficient campaign in the history of the country, in my opinion, and at Donald J.

00:17:19.000 Trump.

00:17:20.000 And my wife is over at the RNC.

00:17:21.000 I think everybody knows that she went in there.

00:17:23.000 She fired three quarters of the people of the RNC who either weren't on board or just 0.78

00:17:28.000 were dragging.

00:17:29.000 And she's turned the RNC into a true powerhouse.

00:17:31.000 And I'm incredibly proud of her.

00:17:33.000 She she sits there 24 hours a day, Dave, and focuses on election integrity. 1.00

00:17:37.000 I mean, literally, I sleep next to a woman every single night who goes to bed at midnight, 0.96

00:17:41.000 you know, thinking about election integrity and wakes up about four o'clock in the morning

00:17:45.000 thinking about election integrity.

00:17:46.000 So I'm gonna be happy as hell when when November 6 comes rolling around.

00:17:51.000 But I can tell everybody, you know, there is and by the way, these people do cheat.

00:17:56.000 There's no question about it.

00:17:57.000 But there there is a effort that is 24 hours a day, seven days a week with with tough, smart

00:18:04.000 people doing absolutely everything they can, filing every lawsuit they can to ensure the

00:18:10.000 most secure election.

00:18:11.000 So donate to the campaign.

00:18:13.000 Donate to the RNC.

00:18:14.000 Donate anywhere you can.

00:18:16.000 Vote early.

00:18:17.000 Get out there and vote early and get that message across.

00:18:20.000 Democrats don't want that message across because they realize how hard it is to put 80 million

00:18:24.000 people into, you know, the polls in a one day period in the middle of the week.

00:18:29.000 Get out, vote early and make your voices heard.

00:18:33.000 And guys, I just promise you and I'll end it with this.

00:18:35.000 We're gonna fight every single second as a family every single day to win this and restore

00:18:42.000 greatness in this country.

00:18:44.000 And our family will never stop fighting.

00:18:45.000 And we love you and we appreciate you.

00:18:47.000 And it's an honor to be on.

00:18:49.000 And to the great Monica Crowley, who I believe is coming up.

00:18:52.000 We think the world of her as well.

00:18:53.000 We love her to death.

00:18:54.000 And and I hand it over.

00:18:56.000 Awesome.

00:18:57.000 Awesome.

00:18:58.000 Eric, Trump, Laura, Trump, the Trump family.

00:19:00.000 God bless you all.

00:19:01.000 Thanks for being with us, Eric.

00:19:03.000 Awesome show.

00:19:04.000 Honor to hand the show over right now to Monica Crowley. 0.98

00:19:08.000 I think she's got some superstars, Chip Roy and others lined up for you.

00:19:12.000 Monica, it's all yours.

00:19:13.000 Take over the reins at the war room.

00:19:16.000 Oh, well, thank you so much, Dave.

00:19:18.000 And thanks to Eric Trump for those very kind words.

00:19:21.000 Greatly appreciated, Eric.

00:19:23.000 It is such an honor and a pleasure and a joy to fight for your father, the Trump family

00:19:29.000 and for America first every single day.

00:19:31.000 Just like it's a huge honor to sit in Stephen K. Bannon's chair.

00:19:35.000 My longtime friend, who is now a political prisoner, courtesy of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris,

00:19:41.000 Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco and the list goes on.

00:19:44.000 So I am so grateful to be here.

00:19:46.000 And thank you so much, Dave.

00:19:47.000 And thanks to the war room posse for joining me today.

00:19:50.000 Yeah, we've got a huge show.

00:19:51.000 We're going to have Congressman Chip Roy join us here momentarily on the SAVE Act.

00:19:56.000 Jack Sobik, Julie Kelly is going to join us.

00:19:59.000 And we've got a whole litany of others coming up in the second hour with reports from the grassroots

00:20:05.000 and election integrity efforts going on across the country.

00:20:09.000 So huge show.

00:20:10.000 I want to begin by talking about Eric's father, President Trump, who I spoke to earlier this

00:20:17.000 morning from my podcast.

00:20:19.000 That podcast will go live later today, about 3 p.m. Eastern time.

00:20:25.000 You can find it on Rumble at the Monica Crowley podcast.

00:20:29.000 And I have to say, I spoke to President Trump this morning for a good 35, 37 minutes for the show.

00:20:36.000 Spoke to him briefly off the air as well.

00:20:39.000 And I can tell you he is in extraordinary spirits.

00:20:42.000 He was on his way to another event somewhere in the middle of the country today.

00:20:48.000 But I can report to you that President Trump is doing very well.

00:20:52.000 And he's excited about this next chapter of the campaign.

00:20:55.000 We covered a whole range of topics on this interview.

00:20:59.000 And he broke some news, which I'll share some of it here with the war room posse.

00:21:04.000 But also, I want to retain some from my show.

00:21:07.000 So you're going to want to listen to the show later today.

00:21:10.000 But I will say we covered lawfare very extensively because, of course, now that he is leading in

00:21:18.000 most polls and now that he essentially put away the first Democrat candidate for President Joe

00:21:24.000 Biden and he's prepping to do away with the second Democrat candidate for President Kamala Harris,

00:21:30.000 because he's doing so well, because he just survived an assassination attempt, of course,

00:21:35.000 they had to indict him again.

00:21:37.000 This is what we're dealing with.

00:21:38.000 This is what communists do.

00:21:41.000 There's no rule of law.

00:21:42.000 There's no there's no asking for permission.

00:21:45.000 They just blow right through in order to ensure that they seize ever more power and control.

00:21:52.000 This is what they do.

00:21:53.000 So, again, no surprise that they indicted him again.

00:21:56.000 We should have seen that coming after what the Supreme Court did with regard to presidential immunity and all of that.

00:22:03.000 It essentially gutted Jack Smith's J6 case.

00:22:07.000 And we've got Julie Kelly coming up here in just a couple of minutes to break apart all of that for our audience. 1.00

00:22:14.000 But they've come at him again.

00:22:16.000 So we covered that.

00:22:17.000 I asked him what kind of approach he's going to take in his second term to making sure that the DOJ, the FBI and the three letter agencies writ large, but specifically on lawfare on that approach.

00:22:32.000 What is he going to do?

00:22:33.000 Because this republic cannot survive this.

00:22:36.000 This republic cannot survive these kinds of out of control, ideologically driven communists in high positions.

00:22:44.000 And I'm not just talking about the attorney general or special counsels as dangerous as they are.

00:22:50.000 I'm talking about run of the mill D.A.'s in New York City, in Chicago.

00:22:55.000 You've got all kinds of out of control judges and prosecutors.

00:22:59.000 I asked President Trump about that.

00:23:01.000 We also spent a good deal of time on the Harris no borders policy.

00:23:06.000 Stop calling it open borders.

00:23:09.000 Yes, they're open.

00:23:10.000 But this is a full erasure of the American borders, both North and South.

00:23:16.000 By the way, our friend John Solomon at Just The News has a really important article today up talking about the number of known and suspected terrorists who have come across both the southern and more importantly, the northern border.

00:23:31.000 You know, we've all been focused on the southern border, but the northern border has also been wide open.

00:23:37.000 And more known and suspected terrorists have come across the Canadian border with the U.S. than the southern border with Mexico.

00:23:45.000 I've been screaming about this for the last three and a half years since Biden and Harris erased the border and created a no borders policy.

00:23:53.000 We've got a big terrorist threat.

00:23:55.000 But specifically, I asked President Trump about the SAVE Act.

00:23:59.000 And we're going to bring in Congressman Chip Roy here, who introduced it in just a moment.

00:24:04.000 But the president and I spoke about it and I asked him specifically about addressing Republicans like Senator Mitch McConnell, who it's been reported over the last few days, might oppose including the SAVE Act in the new spending bill coming up next month.

00:24:22.000 What did President Trump want to say about it?

00:24:24.000 He's got some things to say.

00:24:26.000 Is he willing to shut down the government for the SAVE Act?

00:24:30.000 President Trump has some things to say about that as well.

00:24:33.000 We also covered public safety and the collapse of law and order, which is hugely important to all Americans, but specifically to American women who can no longer walk down the streets of our cities and our towns and our communities without fear of being mugged or worse.

00:24:50.000 So I asked President Trump about that because I wanted him to address American women specifically.

00:24:56.000 And he did.

00:24:57.000 And then, of course, we talked about the assassination attempt.

00:25:00.000 I asked him if he thought it's an inside job.

00:25:03.000 He had some very important and interesting things to say about that.

00:25:07.000 And I asked him about God as well and his faith.

00:25:10.000 So it was an extraordinary conversation I had with 45 and 47 earlier today.

00:25:17.000 And I recommend my podcast coming out later today to all of you.

00:25:21.000 Please go check it out on Rumble at the Monica Crowley podcast.

00:25:25.000 All right.

00:25:26.000 Let's get into some of what I talked about with President Trump with our first guest, Congressman Chip Roy of Texas, who, as I said, introduced the SAVE Act, which would block noncitizens from voting in this election and beyond.

00:25:40.000 Congressman, welcome.

00:25:42.000 Monica, great to be on with you, my friend.

00:25:45.000 Oh, it's great to talk to you as well.

00:25:47.000 I knew you back when.

00:25:48.000 So it's great to reconnect.

00:25:50.000 Let's talk about the SAVE Act, because, as I mentioned, President Trump and I had an extensive conversation about that earlier today.

00:25:58.000 He is totally in support of it.

00:26:00.000 And he's totally in support of attaching your bill to the massive spending bill coming up in just a couple of weeks.

00:26:07.000 What can you tell us specifically about what the SAVE Act does and where it stands in Congress right now?

00:26:14.000 Yeah, no, happy to.

00:26:15.000 Great to talk about it with the with the war room posse, who I think are pretty well versed in what we're trying to do with the SAVE Act in that we all recognize that we have too many noncitizens voting in this country. 0.99

00:26:26.000 We've had report after report.

00:26:28.000 Texas just released a report.

00:26:30.000 The secretary of state saying they had to clean off sixty five hundred noncitizens.

00:26:34.000 Virginia did the same thing a few weeks back. 0.56

00:26:36.000 Other states, Ohio.

00:26:38.000 We know that there are thousands of people who are on the voter rolls and we need to make sure that the law requires documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote.

00:26:49.000 That's what the SAVE Act does.

00:26:51.000 It's pretty simple.

00:26:52.000 Eighty five percent of Americans support this.

00:26:55.000 Democrats don't.

00:26:56.000 I will note, though, we had five Democrats who voted with Republicans in favor of the SAVE Act back in July.

00:27:04.000 So we passed it bipartisan.

00:27:06.000 Five Democrats supported it sitting in the Senate.

00:27:10.000 Chuck Schumer and the president are refusing to move it.

00:27:13.000 So we've been working to say that we should attach the SAVE Act to any moving appropriations bill.

00:27:19.000 And there are two things we need to do.

00:27:21.000 Mitch McConnell wants.

00:27:23.000 Let's be very clear.

00:27:24.000 Mitch McConnell and swamp Republicans.

00:27:26.000 They want to have a funding bill that expires in December so that they can get all their goodies and a great big omnibus spending bill with the swamp, the unit party. 0.51

00:27:36.000 We want to extend funding into twenty twenty five, attach the SAVE Act and move that through.

00:27:42.000 President Trump is exactly right in supporting that effort.

00:27:46.000 I'm working with the speaker and working with Republicans in the House.

00:27:49.000 I'm I'm pretty confident that's what we're going to bring up the first week back in September is a CR, a continuing resolution into twenty five with the SAVE Act attached to it.

00:28:01.000 Can you get enough bipartisan Democrat support for this as you did initially, do you think, to get it across the finish line?

00:28:09.000 You know, that's going to be a really important question.

00:28:12.000 And I have to also have to acknowledge there is a question there's going to be some Republicans who may not want to support it because they're concerned about attaching it to a, quote, continuing resolution.

00:28:22.000 Now, none of us like CR's or continuing resolution because we would rather do the individual appropriations bill.

00:28:29.000 But we've only passed five. We know they're going to move a CR, a continuing resolution in September.

00:28:35.000 The upside is free spending at current levels. Take the pen away from Democrats in December. Attach the SAVE Act.

00:28:43.000 So I hope all Republicans or most will support it. And I hope at least those five Democrats that voted for the SAVE Act in July will see the benefit of, hey, we're going to vote to continue to fund government and we'll attach the SAVE Act.

00:28:56.000 And you know what? There's political pressure on those those Democrats who are in tougher districts to try to do something that eighty five percent of their people support.

00:29:05.000 Look, this is a no brainer. You're talking about election integrity. We're talking about all the issues. Eric was on talking about Laura and what the RNC and my friend Michael Watley are doing over there.

00:29:14.000 We've got to focus on making sure we have the integrity of our elections. One piece of that is making sure noncitizens don't vote. 1.00

00:29:21.000 There's lots of other pieces about mail and ballots and all that stuff. And I'm out in Texas campaigning today with Ted Cruz and we're out working hard to get people to be poll watchers.

00:29:30.000 And if you're part of the posse, sign up, get involved. Let's have poll watchers. Let's do our part to save our elections. But the SAVE Act are critical piece of that. Donald Trump is exactly right.

00:29:40.000 Yep. And you know what, Chip? Thank you for doing it, because it's the only thing we can do between now and the election. Obviously, we've got all kinds of election integrity efforts going on.

00:29:50.000 But the biggest piece of this is the tens of millions of illegal aliens that Biden and Harris have allowed into the country where in order to get them to vote, they don't need to physically show up to the polling place.

00:30:03.000 They just need to be physically present in, say, a swing state to have their name and their address generate a ballot. And then the Democrats, through their ballot chasing and ballot harvesting efforts, they generate the ballot.

00:30:16.000 They fill it up. They put it in the system. They don't even need the illegal to actually physically show up and vote.

00:30:22.000 Let me ask you about this, because Heritage has a report from Hans von Spakovsky, and he says that a 2021 Biden administration executive order constitutes unlawful and potentially partisan interference in the election process.

00:30:39.000 And it actually allows illegals to vote. What can you tell us about that? And would the SAVE Act then preempt that executive order in any way?

00:30:49.000 Yeah. Well, so Hans is one of the better experts on that. And I want to give a shout out to Heritage, who hosted us last week at the forum that I have with Corey Mills and Eli Crane and Matt Gaetz and Andy Biggs on the assassination attempt.

00:31:02.000 They're moving too slow on that. That's a topic for another day. But I want to give them a shout out for that. Hans does great work.

00:31:08.000 And, yes, our bill would step in front of any of these executive orders and, frankly, judicial opinions. You understand judicial opinions, Monica.

00:31:17.000 They've interpreted federal law to prohibit states like Arizona from being able to process and ensure that only citizens are voting.

00:31:25.000 So the legislation I drafted and I work closely with Stephen Miller, you know Stephen, Cleta Mitchell, Hans himself, to make sure the legislation is drafted such that it would step in front of all of these executive orders and judicial opinions and existing laws and have one clear standard of documentary proof of citizenship across the country if you're going to register to vote in a federal election.

00:31:48.000 And that's the purpose of it is to make sure we clear the slate and protect our election.

00:31:53.000 Well, we absolutely need it. And, you know, I'll share a quick story with you, Chip. I am registered to vote in New York City. All right. So pray for me. OK, but there have been multiple times where I've gone to vote in New York City and I have voluntarily offered my driver's license as proof of citizenship and identity.

00:32:15.000 And I have been proactively told, no, put that away.

00:32:20.000 Put it away. We don't want to see it. And if we look at yours and we're going to have to look at others and we don't do that here.

00:32:27.000 I've been told that year after year when I go to vote in New York City.

00:32:31.000 So if this legislation passes, then it would be a requirement nationwide to prove your citizenship, correct?

00:32:39.000 No, that's right. And what people need to understand is because some people raise, Chip, why is the federal government going to mandate this on states?

00:32:47.000 Well, I'll tell you why. Because there are jurisdictions like New York, Oakland, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., that are actively registering noncitizens as we speak and want to fight us on this. 0.94

00:32:58.000 Because what you'll hear the radical progressive Democrats like Kamala Harris say and Chuck Schumer is it's already unlawful for noncitizens to vote.

00:33:07.000 Well, that is technically true. But if you take away all the enforcement mechanisms, which is currently the case, there is no way to guarantee that only citizens are voting.

00:33:16.000 Look, this is basic stuff. Only citizens should vote in American election. We are watching an effort by the worldwide radical progressive left to try to transform Western civilization, including our country.

00:33:30.000 That's the reason there are open borders that we're seeing in Western Europe. It's coming to a theater near you. Aurora, Colorado has people taking over buildings.

00:33:38.000 We have got to make sure that only citizens vote. That's why this bill exists. That's why I drafted it. Look, we should have passed this in a CR in July.

00:33:47.000 We should have already been browbeating Democrats by having passed it. But we need to do it when we get back.

00:33:52.000 One of the last things President Trump did before the shooting was he tweeted out support for doing this because he gets it.

00:33:59.000 So we've got to get this done in early September. Pick a fight and inspire Americans that we're going to fight for them.

00:34:05.000 All right. Before we let you go, Chip, quick question. Speaking of picking a fight, are you willing and are your colleagues willing to shut down the government in order to get this done?

00:34:17.000 Well, I'm certainly willing to pick a fight like this to say 100 percent.

00:34:22.000 We need to have funding be into 2025 so we don't give Democrats the pen and we need to protect American elections.

00:34:29.000 And I don't think that we should do anything but that. And then if Democrats choose to shut down the government, that's on them.

00:34:35.000 But we should not run away from that. Now, I got to be full disclosure. Not every Republican feels that way.

00:34:41.000 So we're going to have to gird our loins and demand what the American people want us to do. Right.

00:34:47.000 Again, let me be clear. All we're talking about doing is funding government into 2025.

00:34:52.000 So the next president, which will be Donald J. Trump, number 47, will have the pen and make sure elections are secure that 85% of Americans support.

00:35:02.000 That is common sense. Republicans can rally around it and we should.

00:35:07.000 Well, amen to that. Although, you know, I'm not I'm fully confident in you and Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene and so many other fighters that we have on our side ship.

00:35:17.000 But I'm not fully confident in some of the others in the Republican caucus and certainly not in the Republican leadership in the Senate to hold the line on this.

00:35:27.000 So you'll have to listen to my podcast later today to hear how President Trump feels about Mitch McConnell and other possible weak need Republicans on attaching the SAVE Act to the spending bill.

00:35:40.000 But we have to really put everything on the line here, because if illegals vote, the country is over and it's hanging by a thread anyway. 0.99

00:35:47.000 Chip Roy, thank you so much. Where can people follow you and follow all your great work?

00:35:52.000 Thanks, Monica. Chip Roy, T-X, C-H-I-P-R-O-Y-T-X on Twitter. Roy.house.gov is my official website.

00:36:00.000 Thanks for having me on. God bless Steve. We're praying for you. We're looking for your return.

00:36:04.000 And God bless the war room posse. I've been proud to sit in that chair. It's a hard thing to do.

00:36:09.000 God bless you for what you're doing, Monica.

00:36:11.000 Oh, thank you so much, Chip. Always a pleasure and a joy to talk to you, too. God bless.

00:36:16.000 Another day, another breaking news story buried. They rather talk about anything else than what's really going on.

00:36:24.000 It's not because they don't know what's happening. The media pundits and talking heads just don't want to pay any attention to it.

00:36:31.000 And they particularly don't want you paying any attention to it. The real stories, you have to look beyond the headlines for them.

00:37:32.000 Action, action, action.

00:37:34.000 All right. Now, to pick it up on where we left off with Chip, the great Jack Posobiec joins us.

00:37:40.000 And he has been tweeting up a storm over the last couple of days and weeks over the SAVE Act.

00:37:45.000 So, Jack, it's always great to talk to you. Thank you for being here.

00:37:48.000 And let's talk about the SAVE Act.

00:37:50.000 React to what Chip Roy just said and what I laid out from President Trump's reaction to the SAVE Act to me earlier today.

00:37:59.000 Well, Monica, once again, just thanks so much for having me on.

00:38:02.000 And congratulations on that fantastic exclusive that you got with President Trump.

00:38:06.000 I've just been telling everyone over at Humanevents.com.

00:38:09.000 I said, make sure that you guys have this listening because I want to get the stories that she's going to be breaking,

00:38:15.000 the scoops that she's going to be getting out of there as soon as possible.

00:38:18.000 So we're definitely going to be set to get that and all the clips and everything else.

00:38:22.000 Look, folks, it's very simple.

00:38:24.000 In the military, we have the concept of something called a shaping operation.

00:38:27.000 And a shaping operation, by the way, I just sent an email to Steve Bannon about this just this morning talking about the importance of the SAVE Act.

00:38:34.000 And he and I are going back and forth even while he's in federal prison talking about the importance of the SAVE Act.

00:38:41.000 If you want to save your country, if you care about illegal aliens not voting, then you must set the conditions for victory. 0.99

00:38:50.000 And the condition for victory in November is a shaping operation in September, which gives us the SAVE Act and puts it into place for the November election.

00:39:01.000 We're not talking about kicking the can to March.

00:39:03.000 We're not talking about kicking the can all the way down the road.

00:39:06.000 No, we're talking about getting this done now because it affects this election.

00:39:11.000 If you have the ability to set the conditions for victory prior to so one month prior to about six weeks prior to the election, the September 30 is pending deadline.

00:39:22.000 This is why we need to have Speaker Johnson and Politico has got the story up this morning where they're saying he wants to go for it.

00:39:30.000 House Freedom Caucus is in on board on it. Johnson's there.

00:39:34.000 But the real question is this.

00:39:36.000 If Mitch McConnell and the Senate leadership are against this and they are against it because they worry about the risk, they're terrified about a government shutdown over putting this in the budget.

00:39:48.000 Well, let me tell you something right now.

00:39:50.000 Bring it on.

00:39:52.000 Bring the fight.

00:39:54.000 We want the fight.

00:39:55.000 Force the fight.

00:39:57.000 And the Speaker Johnson, who people had a lot of questions about him when he first came in.

00:40:01.000 Steve had some interesting comments.

00:40:03.000 But I remember that that Speaker Johnson also came on board with sending the letter and the filing over regarding Steve Bannon rescinding that subpoena that would essentially nullify Steve Bannon sentencing would nullify his charges.

00:40:17.000 Look, Speaker Johnson, if you want to man up, now is the time to man up.

00:40:23.000 If you want to stand and be counted, if you want to test your salt, prove your salt, this is the time to do it to the SAVE Act.

00:40:31.000 And I guarantee you, sir, to you, to any other member of the House that wants to go into this fight, we will stand with you.

00:40:38.000 The entire posse will stand with you.

00:40:40.000 I will lend you my sword and my shield, and we will go into this political battle together because this is about the battle for the Republican.

00:40:48.000 And, oh, by the way, you've got some very powerful supporters on the sidelines as well, like Senator Mike Lee, who's working there in the Senate, will defeat anything that the feckless leadership tries to put up.

00:40:59.000 And Elon Musk himself has tweeted that he wants the SAVE Act to be included in the budget spending bill.

00:41:06.000 This is the time.

00:41:08.000 This is the time right now.

00:41:09.000 Don't sit around and wait for November.

00:41:11.000 Don't sit around and I don't want to be there on November and everyone's assuming the fetal position in the corner saying, oh, what happened?

00:41:17.000 How did all these illegals vote? 1.00

00:41:18.000 How did it go by?

00:41:19.000 No, no, you do the work now.

00:41:21.000 We're not going to be sitting around and waiting for November to roll in in 3 a.m.

00:41:25.000 No, you do the work.

00:41:27.000 You leave it all out on the field.

00:41:28.000 And this is what we can do today.

00:41:30.000 November starts on Monday.

00:41:32.000 So the fight begins now.

00:41:35.000 Yes.

00:41:36.000 And we're going to talk to Grace about, you know, the app, the War Room Posse app to mobilize this entire audience to let their members of Congress and their U.S. senators, I don't care where they are on the political spectrum, they all need to be on board with the SAVE Act and attaching it to the spending bill.

00:41:53.000 Also, Jack, you know, this gives Mike Johnson a real opportunity to redeem himself because he's blown it over the last, you know, on a variety of issues.

00:42:03.000 He's blown it.

00:42:04.000 This will give him a redemption arc by adopting the SAVE Act, attaching it to the spending bill and fighting for this.

00:42:12.000 I think it was Mike Lee yesterday on his ex account said, good news, Speaker Mike Johnson says he will give serious consideration to attaching it to the spending bill.

00:42:22.000 No, that is not good enough.

00:42:24.000 Serious consideration is like the equivalent of a strongly worded letter.

00:42:28.000 No, this has to be a straight up.

00:42:30.000 Yes.

00:42:31.000 From Speaker Johnson that he is going to put this attached into the bill.

00:42:35.000 And for all of the weak need Republicans out there who say, well, this is so close to the election.

00:42:40.000 I don't want to have to take a controversial stance.

00:42:43.000 This is not controversial.

00:42:45.000 You know, shut down the government if you have to.

00:42:47.000 And there's so many who will not want to do that, obviously.

00:42:50.000 But this is it.

00:42:51.000 I mean, this is the one thing, Jack, that we can do between now and the election to make sure that we've got some semblance of a clean election.

00:43:00.000 This is the essential shaping operation.

00:43:03.000 And I've spoken to Grace as well about bill blaster.

00:43:05.000 And we're going to be getting that on board.

00:43:07.000 And it's it's very simple.

00:43:09.000 It's a very simple concept, folks.

00:43:11.000 And by the way, 80 percent of America, probably even more than that.

00:43:16.000 But of course, we know how the polls go.

00:43:18.000 Eighty percent of America will support this illegal aliens, foreign citizens, noncitizens should not be voting in our elections. 1.00

00:43:26.000 Period.

00:43:27.000 Full stop.

00:43:28.000 It's time to start having a government that actually puts the interests of the people who live here, of the people who built this country, of the families who are here now first.

00:43:38.000 And I know that the world is full of problems.

00:43:40.000 But you know what?

00:43:41.000 We've got problems, too.

00:43:42.000 And it's the job of leadership to determine whose problems come first.

00:43:47.000 And that's the problems of my family.

00:43:49.000 That's the problems of my children.

00:43:51.000 That's the problems of our neighborhoods, et cetera, et cetera.

00:43:54.000 They come first before I want to talk about anything else that's going on in any far flung corner of the planet.

00:44:01.000 That's number one.

00:44:02.000 And to all of these other people looking around out there saying, oh, we've got to do this.

00:44:06.000 We've got to.

00:44:07.000 No, no more blue ribbon committees.

00:44:09.000 No more commissions on the Trump assassination attempt that don't even ask serious questions that couldn't even get.

00:44:14.000 By the way, we had to break the story over at humanevents.com that the grand jury has been impaneled in western Pennsylvania.

00:44:21.000 We broke the story yesterday when I got it up there from information from America First Legal.

00:44:27.000 Where's the committee on this?

00:44:28.000 The committee was up there in Butler and they couldn't even find out that there was a grand jury impaneled down the street.

00:44:34.000 What are you guys doing?

00:44:35.000 What are you doing?

00:44:36.000 Look, if you need something to do, I'm going to give you a very simple task.

00:44:41.000 It's called the SAVE Act.

00:44:43.000 Make sure, and I guarantee you, the posse here, we will support you to the hilt.

00:44:49.000 We will give you whatever you need.

00:44:50.000 We will give you air cover.

00:44:52.000 We will give you ground support.

00:44:53.000 We'll give you a naval cover if you need naval cover.

00:44:56.000 We will be out there in the trenches.

00:44:59.000 The posse will be crawling down from the trees and outside from every shadow to go into the field for this.

00:45:05.000 Because we understand that this is about its Task Force 47.

00:45:09.000 It's all about the Pennsylvania chase.

00:45:11.000 It's all about Scott Pressler and the great work that Turning Point Action is doing in the swing states.

00:45:16.000 That's how we have a fighting chance.

00:45:18.000 Now come in over the top with the SAVE Act.

00:45:20.000 This will be the essential shaping operation to prepare for eventual victory and set the conditions in November.

00:45:28.000 Yep.

00:45:29.000 I mean, President Trump talks about all of the key policies that essentially solve the border and illegal immigration problem in his first term.

00:45:37.000 He talks about enforcing the border, building the wall, remain in Mexico, asylum reform.

00:45:41.000 All of those things come in a second term.

00:45:44.000 But the SAVE Act is something we can do right now.

00:45:47.000 So thank you for your voice on this.

00:45:49.000 Jack, really, really strong.

00:45:51.000 And the posse is totally mobilized.

00:45:53.000 You've got 30 seconds.

00:45:54.000 Where can people find you?

00:45:56.000 Sure.

00:45:57.000 Humanevents.com, where we're going to be breaking a lot more news about not just the SAVE Act,

00:46:01.000 but also this grand jury and the investigation that's going on under the radar about what's happening on the ground.

00:46:08.000 There's a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:46:11.000 Well, you've done fantastic work on that, too, Jack.

00:46:13.000 First, think back to 9-11.

00:46:14.000 Shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act, this gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet.

00:46:25.000 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of Independent Financial Newsletter, a New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:46:38.000 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:46:45.000 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:46:56.000 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:47:02.000 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:47:14.000 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:47:20.000 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:48:34.000 That's Bannon to the number 989898.

00:48:39.000 All right, welcome back.

00:48:41.000 I am Monica Crowley sitting in for the great political prisoner Stephen K. Bannon.

00:48:46.000 I've been in communication with him as well, and he's doing well in prison.

00:48:51.000 Shouldn't have to be there, obviously.

00:48:53.000 But what goes around comes around, and we will see full accountability, won't we?

00:48:59.000 God always has his say in things.

00:49:02.000 Joining me now to talk about the forces of lawfare that have leveled once again against President Trump is the awesome Julie Kelly of Declassified with Julie Kelly.

00:49:14.000 And I just want to say at the outset, Julie, you are an American heroine, and we're all grateful to you.

00:49:20.000 Well, right back at you, Monica.

00:49:22.000 You are, too, just a fighter.

00:49:24.000 You stay in the fight.

00:49:25.000 You're very loyal to your friends, including me, and I'm so grateful for that.

00:49:31.000 And, you know, we've got a lot of battles ahead, and we can't be too distracted by those who want to tear the movement up.

00:49:39.000 Well, that's just it.

00:49:41.000 The infighting is out of control, and it stops now.

00:49:44.000 It stops here on the war room with the posse.

00:49:47.000 No infighting.

00:49:48.000 Like Steve always says, focus, focus, focus, and action, action, action.

00:49:53.000 I wanted to have you on today, Julie, to talk about this latest superseding indictment that Jack Smith has brought against President Trump.

00:50:01.000 There are obviously political motivations for this driving it.

00:50:05.000 There are legal reasons behind it as well.

00:50:08.000 You have a great piece up on Declassified with Julie Kelly, but I was wondering if you could break it down for the war room audience.

00:50:15.000 Tell us what Jack Smith did and how it differs from the first round that was essentially it needed addressing again after the Supreme Court decision.

00:50:25.000 Exactly right, Monica.

00:50:26.000 So it was a year ago, August of 2023, when Jack Smith brought his first January 6th indictment against the former president.

00:50:34.000 The Supreme Court, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court, a very weak indictment to begin with, relying on vague statutes, including one, 1512C, two, obstruction of an official proceeding that was also reversed by the Supreme Court.

00:50:49.000 So we use these four-week counts.

00:50:52.000 In December of 2023, I just want to give people background.

00:50:56.000 Some people are confused where this new indictment came from, so I just want to explain it as thoroughly as possible.

00:51:02.000 December of 2023, Judge Tanya Chutkin, the Obama appointee presiding over this case, issued a landmark and historic opinion denying Donald Trump's claims of presidential immunity from criminal prosecution.

00:51:15.000 Well, of course, that had to be appealed.

00:51:18.000 The all-Democratic panel, and I think there was one George Bush appointee.

00:51:22.000 Anyway, D.C. Appellate Court, loaded with Democrats and old-time rhinos, upheld her decision. 0.99

00:51:28.000 This got to the Supreme Court.

00:51:30.000 And then on July 1st, the ruling we were all waiting for, the Supreme Court said, yes, of course, there is presidential immunity for official acts, even some acts outside of the constitutional authority given to a president.

00:51:44.000 So that takes this case back to Judge Tanya Chutkin's courtroom where it's been on hold since all of the appellate and then Supreme Court proceedings, you know, were underway.

00:51:55.000 So then Jack Smith had to go back to his original indictment.

00:51:59.000 It is nine pages shorter than the first one.

00:52:02.000 He had the gut from the indictment, everything related to Donald Trump's interactions with his own Department of Justice, the Supreme Court specifically saying that that is covered under presidential immunity.

00:52:13.000 That is the president's authority to deal with his own Department of Justice.

00:52:18.000 So he had to gut that.

00:52:19.000 He also removed, as a co-conspirator, Jeffrey Clark, who you know, who has been absolutely viciously attacked and tried to destroy all of these DOJ and other.

00:52:32.000 Of course, Fannie Willis trying to destroy him as well. 0.93

00:52:35.000 He had to remove him as a co-conspirator.

00:52:37.000 He was never charged.

00:52:38.000 But because he was a DOJ official at the time, he, too, was covered under this immunity blanket related to official acts.

00:52:46.000 So Jack Smith going back, gutting part of his indictment, and then removing Jeffrey Clark.

00:52:53.000 But also, Monica, as I point out in my piece, he very stealthily removed his description of Donald Trump as the former president, 45th president of the United States, and described him as a candidate for president in 2020.

00:53:10.000 This is solely to address the Supreme Court's ruling that says personal private acts are not covered under immunity.

00:53:18.000 Good catch.

00:53:19.000 But it's going through the process, and there's a hearing next week.

00:53:23.000 I will be there next Thursday, and we'll see where this case goes from there.

00:53:27.000 So we've got two minutes, Julie, before the break, and I'd like to hold you over because I have more questions on this.

00:53:34.000 But Brett Tolman, who's a former federal prosecutor, he tweeted yesterday when he saw this, or the day before, that it looks like the exact same counts, that it doesn't really look like he changed much.

00:53:47.000 Now, you say he eliminated nine pages that he had the first time around, but to your eye, and you may want to hold the specifics over until after the break, but to your eye, does it look like he changed very much at all?

00:54:01.000 Well, aside from gutting, you know, the key, the DOJ, and we could talk a little bit about this, we should talk about how he's now portraying the former president, even though he was in office, of course, at the time.

00:54:13.000 This is the period between the election and after January 6th until Trump left office.

00:54:19.000 And he needs to now, Jack Smith needs to try to portray Donald Trump as acting in personal or political pursuit, trying to root out election fraud.

00:54:30.000 He will, of course, convince Judge Chudkin of that.

00:54:33.000 Will he eventually, if this gets to the Supreme Court, will he convince the Supreme Court of that? No.

00:54:40.000 And I can also talk about the Mike Pence that remained in the indictment and what the Supreme Court said about Mike Pence's communications with Trump and his role there.

00:54:49.000 But we can talk about that after the break.

00:54:51.000 Okay, Julie, I want you to ask, please stand by.

00:54:54.000 The Mike Pence stuff, really juicy.

00:54:56.000 We'll also talk about the new grand jury that Jack Smith empaneled for all of this with Julie Kelly on the other side.

00:55:02.000 Also, we've got some great grassroots activists there coming up in the next hour as well.

00:55:07.000 I'm Monica Crowley in for Stephen Bannon.

00:55:10.000 We'll be right back.

00:55:11.000 Hey, War Room.

00:55:28.000 Hope you're all doing well.

00:55:29.000 My name is Trevor Comstock.

00:55:30.000 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human, and I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.

00:55:36.000 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.

00:55:47.000 So, unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.

00:55:58.000 So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap with quality supplements, and, of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.

00:56:07.000 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.

00:56:16.000 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.

00:56:29.000 So, we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com, and cheers to your health.
