00:02:45.660 signed up on a new indictment a grand jury made up of the same compensating democrats who make up the

00:02:51.340 trial duties in washington so he got this indictment as i said it was gutted but there's more problems

00:02:57.960 big problems for jack smith even with this new indictment number one he did not address the fisher

00:03:03.020 decision by the supreme court which reversed how doj has applied 1512c to obstruction of an official

00:03:11.140 proceeding which represents two of the four counts jack smith did not even address this in the new

00:03:16.560 indictment the court said you have to prove that the individual charged either tampered with or

00:03:22.400 destroyed evidence or documents how doj and jack smith have applied it is saying just basically

00:40:15.440 filing lawsuits because the american people have exhausted themselves over three and a half years trying

00:40:51.780 like 29 million potential felony violations of the right to vote in the fundamental civil right of every american

00:45:27.060 and we find a 13 percent error rate in the vote across these 20 states on average and uh so to that end

00:45:44.120 who was not only the former acting attorney general of the commonwealth of pennsylvania but he's also the

00:45:51.300 winning counsel in the second impeachment trial of president donald trump in front of the u.s senate so

00:46:04.520 in maryland pennsylvania ohio florida texas michigan north carolina and we anticipate filing in colorado

00:47:12.240 january 1st are legitimate provable united states citizens who are eligible to vote and if they were

00:47:24.420 why we listen to these people at all anymore they have to be held accountable and this this litigation
