As Jonathan Martin put it in Politico this week, if Republicans want to win, they need Trump to
00:00:04.600
lose big. Trump will never concede defeat, no matter how thorough his loss. Yet the more
00:00:10.060
decisively Vice President Kamala Harris wins the popular vote and Electoral College, the less
00:00:14.160
political oxygen he'll have to reprise his 2020 antics. And importantly, the faster Republicans
00:00:19.140
can begin building a post-Trump party. Again, of course, that outcome's far from given, right?
00:00:25.800
Think of it this way. Donald Trump could utterly disappear from public, never appear in public
00:00:31.660
once again from now until Election Day, still have a pretty good shot winning the White House
00:00:36.340
and Republicans flipping the Senate, like a coin flip maybe. And that makes it all the more
00:00:42.640
important that, again, the country's pro-democracy coalition does the hard work of preventing that
00:00:47.860
outcome. Because the reality is winning a clear majority is not enough. The MAGA movement needs
00:00:53.880
to lose over and over and over again. Democracy will not be on secure footing in this country
00:00:58.860
until the Republican Party internalizes the lesson that nominating extreme, dangerous,
00:01:05.340
maladjusted psychopaths and hoping the quirks of our election bail you out is not enough.
00:01:12.880
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:01:21.460
these people. The reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The
00:01:27.580
people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do
00:01:31.560
everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:01:34.600
And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA media. I wish in my soul,
00:01:41.100
I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my
00:01:47.720
purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:01:58.320
Dave Bratt in the War Room with the great Stephen K. Bannon. Start off the show out of respect for
00:02:11.260
Steve in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The world is in chaos. We're about
00:02:17.080
ready to have up a great friend of the show in a second on election integrity. But I just want to
00:02:22.820
spit out a couple key events happening in the news. You've all seen the border invasion play out,
00:02:29.480
right? This show, Steve Bannon's been at the forefront of that for a decade. I ran on that
00:02:34.040
a decade ago, had a big win. But now it turns out a small town, Springfield, Illinois, et cetera,
00:02:41.380
50,000 people has 20,000 Haitians delivered to them by the federal government. The town is in
00:02:47.660
total collapse, total freefall. We told you this is happening at a theater near you folks,
00:02:54.860
right? And so I know I'm preaching to the choir, but we are in the countdown, right? All political
00:03:00.360
views are my own, but it is time to go nuts on every group you know. If you haven't spammed your
00:03:07.620
entire list of friends and told them what's at stake in this country, I think two days ago in England,
00:03:13.660
I saw a nice looking gentleman arrested for speaking up against the trans stuff going on
00:03:20.040
in his kids' schools. Arrested and put on what looked like a SWAT bus. Germany, the conservative
00:03:26.660
elections, huge results a day ago going toward the populace over there. And then it turns out
00:03:35.040
Germany actually deported some of the Afghan criminals out of Germany, right? So the mainstream,
00:03:43.000
the globalists even know they've gone too far, right? So they're starting to respond to the
00:03:48.500
people's votes. And so thesis for the day and our next guest, voters matter. There's only one way to
00:03:57.880
turn things around, and that's with a huge vote to get this country on track. And you all know in the
00:04:04.160
war room, the big three have always been the border invasion, and then the endless spending.
00:04:11.040
You know, now even the Republicans, right? I was in the House as a Congress member, folks don't know.
00:04:16.900
But in the House now, they're saying, well, the good news is we're keeping spending to the current
00:04:21.120
levels. There's no spending rate. We're keeping spending to $7 trillion. We approved the Nancy Pelosi
00:04:26.940
$7 trillion budget that funds World War II level debt and that funds the COVID budget. When we
00:04:36.420
handed out a check to everyone in the country, that's the $7 trillion budget. We're going to do
00:04:41.620
a CR for that again. It may be worth it. You heard Scott Perry and others in the Freedom Caucus,
00:04:47.620
Ralph Norman, messaging yesterday out on the news and saying, look, if we get the SAVE Act,
00:04:54.300
we're not going to get anything better on the budget because the Senate and the White House
00:04:57.300
can veto everything. But there's a lot at stake here, right? And then the never-ending wars,
00:05:03.320
today we're going to get in that with Faddis and some generals, et cetera. Nuclear war is not
00:05:09.480
out of bounds, right? Luckily, nothing's luckily, right? There's 500,000 dead in Ukraine, right?
00:05:17.820
Russia, if we ever pinned Russia down, which we're not going to, and the conventional forces,
00:05:22.100
they're winning and they're going to win. But if you pinned them down and put their back up to the
00:05:25.440
wall, they would react. And we're trying to put them there. So all of this is at stake. You all
00:05:31.820
know it. It's our pleasure to have a representative from North Carolina from a group called Insight.
00:05:39.120
We'll get into the name of, but Jim Womack, he can introduce himself and he's got some family
00:05:45.240
members you may know of if he wants to go there. But the name Insight, I heard, and the best thing
00:05:50.980
I could say about Jim is he's friends with Cleta Mitchell. Anyone that's a friend of Cleta Mitchell
00:05:55.540
is a friend of mine. She's an American icon and hero. And I heard, Jim, I heard Cleta had a naming
00:06:01.860
opportunity for you and your group. Why don't we start off with that one? Yeah, David, thanks for
00:06:06.880
having me on. Really appreciate it. Big fan of the war room and of you, Professor Bratt. You were an
00:06:11.980
inspiration when you got elected back a decade or so ago to Congress. We always followed you closely
00:06:17.880
and supported you, my friend. Well, look, when we were first formed back about two and a half years
00:06:23.280
ago, Cleta, you know, she's the matriarch of the Election Integrity Network, does a magnificent job
00:06:29.620
nationwide. She recruited us to organize a state team here in North Carolina that would protect the
00:06:36.940
election for 2022 and 2024. And when we got organized, she wanted us to be called the North
00:06:43.300
Carolina Election Integrity Network. So we were a subsidiary of the EIN. But when we tried to
00:06:49.100
pronounce that acronym, it came out as insane. So we decided there would be a better naming convention.
00:06:55.760
So we called it the North Carolina Election Integrity Team Insight. And that has a lot better
00:07:01.260
connotation than insane. So, you know, we operate widely across the state. We have about 1,700 members
00:07:07.180
now that are active in the program. We have conference calls every week to keep people posted
00:07:12.340
about what's going on nationwide. And we operate closely with Cleta and her network of experts.
00:07:19.520
The other thing I do, in addition to running the state team, is I run Cleta's Election Machines and
00:07:24.880
Technology National Working Group. So we have a lot of analysts and machine experts that are a part of
00:07:33.040
our team that are helping to identify the vulnerabilities of machines and what we need to
00:07:37.560
do to audit those machines so that we have reliable election outcomes. Yeah. Go over that. How vulnerable
00:07:45.000
are you? How vulnerable is North Carolina when it comes to election integrity? How do you assess the
00:07:50.300
vulnerability? Okay. So we have what we refer to as the eight lanes of election integrity. And I won't
00:07:56.160
get into all eight of them because we don't have the time. But basically, you know, one part of that
00:08:00.520
is poll observation and interaction at the polling sites to make sure that things are done in a free
00:08:07.000
and fair fashion. And we train poll observers nationwide to do that. We're really, that's part of the key
00:08:14.340
focus we have now of training volunteers to be poll observers and judges and election officials so that
00:08:20.200
they can effectively ensure a free and fair election. But the other lanes that are really
00:08:26.300
vulnerable, that's a least vulnerable lane, actually. The other lanes that are very vulnerable
00:08:30.880
have to do with the voter lists, the machines, and voting by mail. Those three lanes of election
00:08:36.560
integrity are all very vulnerable, mostly around the country, but especially in North Carolina.
00:08:41.300
And it's been caused by two things, two principal factors. One, the State Board of Elections
00:08:45.740
is operating in a partisan fashion underneath the governor, a Democrat governor, and they have shut
00:08:53.020
down list maintenance operations almost entirely around the state. They've protected the corrupt
00:08:59.740
voter lists in North Carolina, and they're doing it willfully and intentionally. The second reason is
00:09:05.840
because our legislature has just failed to pass important legislation that would protect the vote.
00:09:11.820
We proposed several bills to them over the last couple of years, and they've given us a few
00:09:17.340
things around the edges, but not really changed the statutes of North Carolina that would protect the
00:09:24.940
Yeah. And we're learning in the last week or so, Chip Roy and a bunch of other leaders on the SAVE Act,
00:09:31.660
we didn't even know for sure, but it turns out it is illegal for illegal aliens to vote
00:09:39.340
in the federal law. But then the Democrats are messaging on that and saying, well, so there's
00:09:45.260
no need for this SAVE Act. But now we've learned there is a need because it can be against the law
00:09:50.780
at the federal level. But if the states don't comply and enforce the law and go through their voter
00:09:57.180
lists and exclude the illegal immigrants, their votes will stand. And all the other shenanigans is
00:10:03.260
just assumed, right? The mail-in votes and all that. So explain that. And all of this applies
00:10:10.300
generally, right? That's why you're on. So your North Carolina insights apply to the nation, right?
00:10:16.540
That's correct. Well, there's only one state in the country that I'm aware of that actually has a
00:10:21.420
division of proof of citizenship, and that's Arizona. Arizona, in that state, you're required to
00:10:27.660
declare or to prove your citizenship when you register to vote. And if you fail to do that,
00:10:32.140
then you can only vote in the federal elections because it's protected. It's a protected status
00:10:37.180
as a registrant without proving citizenship to be able to vote in the federal elections.
00:10:40.700
That SAVE Act would fix that. But at state level, virtually none of the other states have any
00:10:46.620
protections because you can't prove citizenship. The forms, the federal forms that are approved for
00:10:51.260
their use do not require proof of citizenship. And even though there's evidence of citizenship,
00:10:57.260
many of the bureaus of motor vehicles around the country, and especially in North Carolina,
00:11:01.900
that information is not used. The Help America Vote Verification to have lookups are not being
00:11:08.140
used uniformly by the states, and North Carolina uses it very rarely. And so we've got a lot of
00:11:13.500
registrants who have never proved their citizenship through the have lookup or through providing their
00:11:18.860
driver's license. We got half a million voters in North Carolina who are missing federally required
00:11:25.180
information, federally required information under the HAVA Act. And they're on the voter list,
00:11:32.620
Yeah. And so give us a little hope, right? I mean, we had the 16 cycle, the 20 cycle, the 22 cycle.
00:11:41.900
Good people like you are working like crazy. Cletus working like crazy. The war room, Steve's incited
00:11:48.300
every state and he's in touch with everybody. What inroads? Are we making at least a dent,
00:11:54.460
you know, getting ready for the lawfare that's sure to come? What's the good news on the front?
00:12:01.100
Lara, Trump over at the RNC, I've heard she's whipping some stuff into shape.
00:12:06.460
So it's obvious we still have problems. The states are still behind the times. They're not on the
00:12:11.660
right side of the football. They all yell about democracy, but this is the clearest case of violations
00:12:17.340
of the democratic spirit where we just want every vote to count. And so give us a little hope and
00:12:23.500
good news. And then, you know, tell us what should people be doing? What's the call to action?
00:12:29.420
Well, the good news is, is there are activists all over the country,
00:12:32.380
patriots like you and me that are working nonstop to connect with a network or a team to participate
00:12:41.580
in the election process. And typically in the past, most citizens have left that to the paid
00:12:46.300
operatives. Honestly, there are a lot of citizens that are coming out of the woodwork that are saying,
00:12:50.780
look, we're concerned about the election. I think CPAC showed that the number one concern among
00:12:55.900
conservatives in America beyond the border wall and the economy was the sanctity of the elections.
00:13:01.180
You know, the surveys all over the country are showing that people are concerned. They don't
00:13:05.340
trust the machines and they have every right not to because the machines are so vulnerable.
00:13:09.580
Here's the hope. The hope is, is that citizen activism will always be a deterrent factor.
00:13:15.260
They will always stop the attempts if there is any risk of getting caught. So that citizen activism at
00:13:22.060
the polls helps. Citizens need to sound off on their legislators about not doing enough to protect the
00:13:27.500
vote. Legislators are denying legislation that could protect the vote in many states. And they should
00:13:35.020
always demand from their representatives, what are you doing for me to make sure that my vote is being
00:13:40.380
protected? And don't let them give them that pat answer. Make sure that they call them out about the
00:13:45.020
voter list being corrupt and about the vote by mail being a very insecure system. Those both need to be
00:13:51.580
challenged. And then I think the other thing is, is that citizens should, should feel free to, to make
00:13:59.660
even small dollar contributions to organizations like Cletus network, the election integrity network,
00:14:05.420
our team insight, you can go out to our website, nceit.org and, and make a small dollar donation.
00:14:11.900
Every little bit helps. We are not prepared like the left is to conduct lawfare, to protect the vote
00:14:17.500
through, through, through the, uh, defense of the statutes that are on the books. And, and therefore
00:14:22.220
we're at, at the mercy of Mark Elias and these left wing organizations that are pursuing until we're
00:14:27.820
blue. Uh, we need that kind of help as well. So any funding support, but you know, come out to my
00:14:33.020
website, join nceit.org. Join that. We don't spam you. We don't, we don't, uh, drill you for money, uh,
00:14:40.060
all the time. We do, you know, we just get you, help you get plugged into this network so that we can,
00:14:44.620
uh, we can do the things we need to do to protect the vote. Yep. Jim Womack. Uh, thanks for being
00:14:50.860
out in the war room, brother. Thanks for all you're doing in North Carolina. He just gave you
00:14:54.140
insights across the country, uh, all the action items, the urgency stick with the war room, Scott.
00:14:59.740
The elites are getting desperate. They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own
00:15:05.020
Orwellian purposes, their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank
00:15:11.180
digital currencies, which they control. Imagine your every purchase being called into question,
00:15:17.260
your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country. This is not the America we want,
00:15:23.180
but it is the America they want to create. Fortunately, you can fight back. I believe
00:15:28.380
owning gold is the best solution. Why? Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings. Plus,

Back in the war room with the great Stephen K. Bannon and today, very special guest, my good friend and
00:16:25.340
colleague back in Congress, Congressman Scott Perry, a member of the Freedom Caucus. These guys are the
00:16:33.420
true heroes for real. The press comes after us for believing in the simple Constitution, for believing
00:16:43.340
in balanced budgets and for wanting to keep our country safe from foreign dangers. And for that,
00:16:49.580
we face headwinds. And so Scott Perry, Congressman Perry, welcome to the war room. It's an honor to
00:16:57.660
have you on. You're a great leader. We're leading the helm at the Freedom Caucus. And I just want to
00:17:02.460
start off with the big leading news on the SAVE Act. Can you fill us in? I heard there's a discrepancy
00:17:08.380
between federal law and state law. Fill us in as to what that means. Well, what that means is,
00:17:14.620
and great to be with you, Dave. Thanks for hosting and thanks for letting me have an opportunity.
00:17:19.020
What it means is that it is currently a felony to vote if you're here illegally. But the illegals
00:17:25.580
don't know it. And there are people that will capitalize on it. And probably some illegals do
00:17:30.220
know it. But they also know that no one's ever prosecuted for this, Dave. And no one,
00:17:36.060
the states don't even bother checking. So just imagine having speed limit laws, but no police,
00:17:41.820
right? What would it matter? Because you know no one ever got caught and no one ever did anything
00:17:47.180
about it. That's where we are right now. So right now to vote, at least in Pennsylvania and I suspect
00:17:52.140
around the country, all you do is sign your voter registration for. Now there's some small print
00:17:57.100
there about being a citizen and all that stuff. But these people that probably many of them don't
00:18:03.420
speak English. And if you're just signing up for a driver's license in Pennsylvania where we have motor
00:18:10.220
voter, right? You want to get the driver's license and get out of there before anybody asks more
00:18:14.860
questions if you're here illegally. And when they say, you know, do you want to register?
00:18:19.260
You're not going to say no. You're just going to say, look, whatever gets this process done
00:18:23.420
and get me down the road. Once they're registered, they're on the rolls. Now they might vote. Maybe
00:18:27.980
they don't. Maybe somebody votes on their behalf with a mail-in ballot of which millions are mailed out.
00:18:33.660
Because as you know, no one requests a mail-in ballot in Pennsylvania. You just get them sent to you.
00:18:38.620
And the parties do that. And so there are millions of these things floating around
00:18:45.180
untethered to any single person where anybody checks a list. And so the SAVE Act says that if
00:18:51.980
you're going to have an election, remember the Constitution, David, I know you know this,
00:18:55.980
that in Article 1 it says that the states will determine the time and manner of elections. Time
00:19:01.900
and manner, right? So if you're going to have the election in those states and determine the time
00:19:06.060
and manner, the federal government is going to require you to determine and authenticate
00:19:11.740
citizenship. It's already, it's already against the law. It's just, nobody does anything about it.
00:19:16.540
This would put some teeth in and say, you can't let people that are here illegally vote illegally.
00:19:22.140
And if you do, there are going to be criminal consequences and penalties for that.
00:19:28.220
Good. And so what's the, what's the major hangup in order for the feds to enforce that?
00:19:33.740
What do they have to do? I know it's, what do they got to do? Ask the states for their
00:19:38.700
The major hangup, David, is that many of these states don't want to do it because this is all
00:19:45.420
part of the plan, right? They want as many untethered voters out there and untethered
00:19:50.700
votes out there for them to determine. That's the major hangup. No one ever wants to do this work
00:19:55.740
because they tell us all elections are secure. They're the most secure ever. Meanwhile,
00:20:00.460
we know dead people are voting. Their rolls are never been completed, uh, being cleaned up. We know
00:20:06.060
that, uh, they don't purge people off the rolls year after year and cycle after cycle. So that's all
00:20:12.300
just rhetoric, but it's not tied to reality. Yeah. All right. Let's go from that to, uh,
00:20:20.300
the same act, uh, may perhaps, uh, hopefully, uh, be tied, uh, to the CR to the spending bill,
00:20:27.500
in which case there'd be pressure to get that moving forward. President Trump has signaled.
00:20:32.860
He's in favor of it. Uh, Speaker Mike Johnson is signaling. He's might be in favor of it. Uh,
00:20:38.460
I remember, uh, back in the days. Yeah. Yes. Give us the update. Just got off. I just got off a call
00:20:46.300
with the speaker and what he's proposing is a six month CR into next year, right into March or so
00:20:53.660
with the save act attached to it. Now, you know, and I know Dave, that a CR continue resolution
00:20:59.020
continues the bad policies and spending of the past, right? So you and I would never want to vote
00:21:05.020
for that, but here's, what's going to happen. And you know, this, we're going to run out of funding
00:21:09.100
on the, at the end of September, the Senate has passed no funding bills and they don't even have
00:21:13.620
an agreement on how much we're going to spend, let alone, you know, in the different appropriations
00:21:18.880
bills, how much is going to be spent on the military versus the department of justice versus the
00:21:23.440
department of interior, right? No agreements whatsoever. So what that means is a CR is
00:21:28.900
going to come or an omnibus, which is even worse, right? So, so this is an alternative for us,
00:21:34.860
even though we hate the CR, what it does is it allows us to fund government, unfortunately at the
00:21:40.820
same level until Donald Trump is the president. And then he can decide number one and two, it allows
00:21:48.180
us to say to the Senate, okay, if you're going to play this game, you're going to have to pass the
00:21:52.920
CR with the save act on it, which is going to be actionable in this election in November,
00:21:57.900
you're going to require States to determine citizenship and verify citizenship of their
00:22:02.840
voters. And number three, it stops all possibility of the pre-Christmas omnibus written in Chuck
00:22:10.260
Schumer's office by his staff. So that, that, that's our choice. And as you know, Dave, we never have a
00:22:15.780
choice between, you know, good and bad, right? You have a choice between bad and worse. And so,
00:22:21.860
you know, look, I don't want the CR. I certainly don't want the omnibus, but if I can get the save
00:22:29.180
act with the CR, that's going to pass anyhow, because remember Dave, that even though Scott Perry and Dave
00:22:34.180
Bratt won't vote for a CR at the end of September, a bunch of Republicans will join every Democrat to
00:22:39.980
vote for it and we will lose anyhow. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, you don't have to weigh in on this,
00:22:46.620
but, uh, one of our perennial problems was always the Republicans are left to run on your own,
00:22:51.420
right? As a Congress, you got to get the, the, the bullhorn out in your own district. The newspapers
00:22:55.400
are all leftist. It's very hard to get your message out. And then our team doesn't run on
00:23:00.240
anything. Trump and the RNC and the war of, we have the big three. It's the border invasion,
00:23:05.960
endless spending on woke and weaponized government and endless wars. Why doesn't our side message on
00:23:11.920
these? And the save act, by the way, is an 80% issue that everybody wants. How can you not run on
00:23:18.300
that? What is wrong with us? All political views are my own. Go ahead. Congressman Perry. I agree with
00:23:22.720
you. We asked the speaker to do this CR back in the beginning of the summer so that we could have been
00:23:28.320
running on it all through August, all summer long, beating up the people that voted against it,
00:23:33.460
who are essentially by voting against it are saying it's okay for people here to, to vote illegally,
00:23:38.640
right? That's what they're saying. But, you know, we couldn't get our colleagues there. As you know,
00:23:43.660
that's always the problem, especially some of the people that spend the money, they want their hands
00:23:48.540
on that lever and they don't want to, to have that power taken away from them. Unfortunately, Dave,
00:23:54.420
whether it's the left or the right, you know, I'm an equal opportunity. Um, just, you know, I, I,
00:23:59.720
I make objective calls the way I see them. Both sides want to spend this money often. And so both
00:24:05.440
sides are responsible that for that. Like I said, we can come in and Dave Brat, if you were still in
00:24:10.580
Congress, Scott Perry, certainly vote against the CR, but there's always enough Republicans to team
00:24:15.520
up with Democrats to, to pass that kind of garbage because they get something for it and they don't
00:24:20.660
have to go out in their districts and say, Oh, well I, you know, I voted against shutting down the
00:24:25.720
government, right? No one ever wants to see the government shutdown, even though, as you know,
00:24:29.940
85% of the government never really shuts down anyhow. And everybody gets all their back pay,
00:24:35.580
even if they never showed up for work. So the whole thing is, uh, look, we need Republicans with
00:24:40.800
spines. You were in the freedom caucus, you know, where the tip of the spear is. And, uh, you know,
00:24:45.900
quite honestly, the save act, uh, as you know, Dave is a, is a freedom caucus product. The save act
00:24:52.840
came from the freedom caucus and the save act took to a six month CR going into president Trump's
00:24:58.680
term where he can determine what's next is also a freedom caucus product. So as usual,
00:25:04.340
the freedom caucus is fulfilling its mission of dragging, even though it might be unwilling at
00:25:09.340
times, the Republican conference to the right. Yeah. Good for it. All right. In closing, we got
00:25:15.080
about two and a half minutes left. Pennsylvania is going to be ground zero, right? All political views
00:25:20.460
of my own Georgia, Pennsylvania. You're in Pennsylvania. Great people, heartland, uh,
00:25:27.300
super folks. What are the issues that Pennsylvanians care about? Cause that's going to determine
00:25:31.740
everything. Well, first of all, president Trump will be here this evening for a, uh, for a town
00:25:37.480
hall. He understands it. And here's what Pennsylvanians are concerned about, Dave. They
00:25:41.780
can't pay their bills, right? People say, well, inflation, the cost of living is up 20%. But what
00:25:47.080
they don't count is for the reduction in the size of the product. So you're paying 20% more,
00:25:52.680
but the product size, you know, you can't go buy a half gallon of ice cream anymore, right? The
00:25:57.580
product size has been reduced, whether it's a, you know, it's a, a pound is not, you know,
00:26:02.020
they don't sell things in pounds anymore. It's so many ounces, 17 or, or 14 ounces for 20% more in
00:26:08.640
the price. People can't afford their groceries, their electricity bills, their daycare bills. They
00:26:13.680
can't afford to buy a new home. They can't afford to buy a new car and they're paying for the grocery
00:26:18.000
bills on their credit cards, which is at the highest rate ever in history. So it's unsustainable. The
00:26:23.480
economy is crushing everyday working citizens in Pennsylvania. Number two, safety. They're watching
00:26:29.660
it occur all around the state and all around the country. People don't want to visit our cities
00:26:34.060
because they don't feel safe. And it's not just the cities now, Dave, 60 miles from here. Some person
00:26:39.480
here illegally killed a young lady jogging out on a rail trail, just minding her own business,
00:26:44.600
but she got assaulted and killed. And people are afraid to go outside their homes and they want
00:26:50.560
safety and security. They're not going to get it with the open border Democrats. And then finally,
00:26:55.380
embarrassment on the world stage where at the anniversary of like Afghanistan and the horrific
00:27:00.440
withdrawal that the, the, the, the service members lost at the Abbey gate, president Biden checking his
00:27:05.720
watch and, and, and never calling the gold star families afterwards. You know, even after the
00:27:11.100
funeral where he was checking his watch, people don't like that. They, and then they know that
00:27:16.620
Harris and walls is just a continuation of that. And maybe even worse. I mean, Walt's mate, you know,
00:27:22.020
he honeymooned in, in, in communist China. He could have chosen anywhere in the world, David,
00:27:27.100
he honeymooned in communist China. And here today we find out more Chinese spies in America working with
00:27:32.740
government. Right. Reuters, all that. All right. 10 seconds to go. Congressman Scott Perry. Thanks
00:27:39.680
for being with us. How do people reach you, get you, support you? Rep. Scott Perry or Patriots for
00:27:46.040
Perry. Rep. Scott Perry is the official side. Patriot for Patriots for Perry is the campaign side.
00:27:51.620
We're in ground. I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank
00:27:56.720
accounts. First, think back to nine 11 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:28:01.520
This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and
00:28:07.580
tracking our movement across the internet. Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial
00:28:13.120
newsletter, Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author is warning about a coming
00:28:18.720
event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact,
00:28:24.560
some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers
00:28:29.000
to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes,
00:28:35.620
buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:28:42.000
I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately, Jim Rickards,
00:28:48.760
an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:28:54.280
and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money. Watch Jim's warning video
00:29:01.640
now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to rickardswarroom.com. That's rickardswarroom.com
00:29:09.380
now to see the video. Did you know there is nearly $1 trillion of infrastructure and pandemic funds yet to be spent?
00:29:18.120
That's right. There's a massive amount of money that the lame duck administration is pushing hard to spend
00:29:23.980
in their last few months. If Biden can push out these funds, we could see another prolonged inflation
00:29:29.860
surge, just like during COVID. And I'm sure you remember the terrible effects that high prices had
00:29:35.340
on Americans and still do. But there's hope. A surge in prices can be beaten. A gold IRA from Birch Gold Group

00:31:13.640
Back in the war room with the great Stephen K. Bannon. I've been reading through a couple of the
00:31:18.460
comments out there from the posse on the great Congressman Scott Perry and some of his comments.
00:31:25.820
Some folks in the war room say, no, he's all wrong. We want a shutdown. And I'm scratching my head on
00:31:32.760
those comments, folks. I want to go over this slow-mo. We don't want a shutdown. Right now,
00:31:39.320
we want the SAVE Act so we can save democracy. So, of course, if you put the SAVE Act into place,
00:31:46.420
the Senate may say no, that we may get pressure in the House even. But what we want is the SAVE Act,
00:31:53.500
right? We want much more. We don't want a woken, weaponized budget. If your congressman
00:31:59.140
member from either side, Republican or Democrat, says, well, the good news is we're not going to
00:32:03.460
increase spending. Well, I hope not. It's a $7 trillion budget that the CR is going to approve
00:32:08.820
and go forward. So when they make it, if any congressman is giving soundbites, this is saving
00:32:14.360
money. No, it's a disaster, right? That's the budget that McCarthy handed up to Pelosi and the
00:32:20.900
White House to Biden unilaterally by himself after promising the House they wouldn't do that.
00:32:26.840
So I just want to put that in context. The goal is the SAVE Act, right, to save democracy for real
00:32:32.540
where citizens vote. The goal is not a shutdown, right? And so Perry had it just right. If you put
00:32:39.320
the SAVE Act in, the Speaker is going to have to decide at the end of the day when the Senate comes
00:32:44.800
back and says no, which they certainly will do, that's when the shutdown debate will start. So I
00:32:50.680
just want to put an important caveat in there. Our pleasure to welcome the crowd favorite back on
00:32:57.240
all things domestic and international. But today we're going to hit the international with
00:33:01.380
Jack Posobiec. Jack, welcome to the War Room. I've been trying to follow the world news. It's just
00:33:10.240
dizzying pace with all these wars across all the countries. And so I wanted you on again to go
00:33:18.060
around the world. And right now, you know, it's particularly problematic. I've got some military
00:33:24.040
friends here at Liberty, generals, great American heroes. And I always used to be very happy that,
00:33:32.480
you know, the military was under civilian control, meaning under the president, who's the commander
00:33:36.720
in chief. And right now, you know, all political views are my own. But on the Democrat side of the
00:33:42.620
football, it's their administration. They took out their own commander in chief and they said he's not
00:33:47.420
capable of running for the presidency. And now Kamala Harris is running for the presidency. And so
00:33:53.760
number one, you know, is this problematic? Who's making the play calls? And then, you know,
00:33:59.120
give us a tour de force around the globe with all the hotspots. And you're the master on that. Thanks,
00:34:04.100
Jack Posobiec. Yeah, of course. And by the way, I'm also seeing those comments regarding the
00:34:08.660
shutdown situation. And it's so simple. We don't need a shutdown, folks. We don't need the shutdown
00:34:14.320
decision is the Democrats decision, because all we're asking for is to make sure that illegal aliens
00:34:20.880
can't vote. And if illegal aliens can't vote and that the states are going to remove them from the
00:34:26.400
voter rolls and arrest people who are involved in registering noncitizens to vote, then, of course,
00:34:32.420
you get your CR. It's as simple as that. All you have to do is pass the SAVE Act and then there won't
00:34:37.540
be any problem. So if you want to avoid the shutdown, just pass the SAVE Act. It's that simple,
00:34:43.100
ladies and gentlemen. But of course, the decision is going to be up to the Democrats and Mitch
00:34:47.160
McConnell and Joe Biden. So we'll see. We will see. Now, that being said, we know that Joe Biden
00:34:53.460
isn't actually in charge of the White House. And we also saw that, by the way, with the yanking of
00:34:58.940
him, which, by the way, Vladimir Putin is up on TV in Russia right now making fun of. He's making fun
00:35:05.480
of Joe Biden saying, well, we were supporting we were supporting Joe Biden, but he was yanked from the
00:35:11.420
presidential campaign and he has told his supporters to go and support Kamala Harris. So
00:35:17.240
very well, we will now support Kamala Harris. She has such a wonderful laugh. She's doing a great
00:35:21.900
job. I mean, he's he's up there laughing at you. He's up there laughing at the White House. He's
00:35:28.680
laughing at all of it. And by the way, there was something that this is very interesting, Dave.
00:35:33.000
There was something that Putin said in his Tucker interview that a lot of people missed. And it was
00:35:37.800
this one piece where he would say, I came to learn because we know Putin's been in power for a long
00:35:43.080
time. It's been, I think, 20 plus years at this point. So he said, I've noticed that the issue is
00:35:48.020
whenever I seem to negotiate with presidents in the United States, that they will tell me one thing
00:35:53.500
and they will then they will go and talk to their advisors and the intelligence committee and the
00:36:00.980
intelligence community and the intelligence community tells them something else. And so he says,
00:36:05.680
I gradually began to realize that it isn't the presidents who are actually in charge in the
00:36:10.360
United States. It's actually these national security guys. And maybe those are the ones that
00:36:14.520
we should be negotiating with because the presidents don't seem to have any actual power. And so when
00:36:19.700
when you listen to the words of our system as described through one of our adversaries, our
00:36:25.760
competitors around the world, we realize that their view is actually interesting to us because
00:36:32.120
they're looking at it from the outside. And it's perhaps actually instructive for us to look at it
00:36:37.440
this way as well. Are our presidents actually in charge of our governments? And clearly, by the way,
00:36:43.240
Joe Biden didn't make the decision to drop out. So the question then becomes, well, who made that
00:36:47.940
decision? Was it really just the Obamas? Was it Pelosi? Was it Schumer? Or were there people behind
00:36:52.880
the scenes that were actually pulling the strings? And we know this. I think the average American knows
00:36:58.020
this. That's why when you have crazy situations, just go look around the world, as you were
00:37:02.640
mentioning earlier. So you've got Ukraine has now pushed into Russia in the Kursk region. They're
00:37:08.680
going after the Kursk national nuclear power plant. They're potentially going after these pipelines that
00:37:14.400
are running from Russia into Ukraine. Of course, that's what this entire thing is about. And don't
00:37:18.660
think for one second that Burisma and Hunter Biden and the natural gas and the energy flows from Ukraine
00:37:25.140
and Eastern Europe into into Europe proper are not what all of this has been about from the very
00:37:31.380
start. That's why Hunter Biden 10 years ago was put on the board of Burisma. It wasn't an accident.
00:37:37.280
It wasn't just about the money to him. It wasn't just about the money to his father and his family
00:37:42.160
and the policies. No, it was about the energy sales to Europe. That's what it's all about, because if you
00:37:48.000
could control the energy, you can control the nations. It's so strategic. And by the way,
00:37:52.680
President Trump talked about this again and again and again, who controls the energy controls the
00:37:58.280
decision makers to makers just controls the strategic outlook. Then you go down not very
00:38:04.860
far south of Ukraine. You've got what Israel, the Israel Gaza situation with now Hezbollah getting on
00:38:10.680
board with Iran ramping things up. It is currently threatening to break out into a wider regional war.
00:38:18.360
The Red Sea has already been essentially lost to the Houthis because the Houthis have now
00:38:23.780
successfully been able to conduct the first the first sea blockade from land. And they're doing so
00:38:30.020
with drones. And the United States Navy, unfortunately, I hate to say this, but the United States Navy,
00:38:34.780
my beloved United States Navy, has not performed well in response to this. But of course, there's no
00:38:40.360
accountability because the SECNAV is up there and isn't taking any questions. The Congress doesn't
00:38:45.080
really seem to be looking into it. And we don't even know who to talk to Lloyd Austin. He's a ghost
00:38:49.180
in Washington, DC. He doesn't even go to the White House for these briefings anymore, barely. And we're
00:38:53.620
told there's no barely any discussion between the White House and him. He's just freewheeling it to
00:38:58.040
totally freelancing going into business for himself. This has been a huge black mark on the
00:39:04.200
state of the Navy. And let me tell you something, you think that China isn't looking at that? China is
00:39:08.600
going to go around mark my words, China will go around to all of these partner nations throughout the
00:39:13.880
port of Africa, throughout the Red Sea, to the Saudis, to the Iranians. That's why they're
00:39:18.260
talking to all of them and saying, oh, look, the United States can't provide freedom of navigation or
00:39:23.340
FONOPs at sea anymore. And this has always been the raison d'etre. This has always been the reason
00:39:31.120
for our stated reason for having the United States Navy have this massive force projection posture all
00:39:37.640
around the world with bases in Japan, with bases in Korea, all throughout Asia, all throughout Africa,
00:39:44.360
this region, throughout the Middle East. It's Qatar. It's always been Bahrain. It's always been
00:39:49.780
predicated on we are defending the freedom of navigation at the sea. Well, what if we're not
00:39:53.800
doing that anymore? Well, I'll tell you what goes on right now. You are going to lose the current
00:39:58.580
Mahanian strategy. And this is, by the way, this is all predicated on the model that the British
00:40:02.920
Empire actually built. That's why if you look at islands like Diego Garcia and the way stations
00:40:07.740
along the way, the Seychelles, this is why you see the presence there and the working with the
00:40:11.800
British. This is the British Empire model that the U.S. adopted post-World War II, sort of inherited in
00:40:17.520
many ways. And now that is what's breaking apart as we see this balance shake out towards
00:40:23.640
multipolarity. So who's going to backfill that? It's the BRICS nations. The BRICS nations are now
00:40:28.820
chomping at the bit with China more than anyone from a naval presence that's going to step up.
00:40:33.380
And then you look at the United States, you know, leadership, you look at Washington, D.C.,
00:40:39.000
and it's rudderless. It is completely rudderless. China understands this. Russia understands this.
00:40:44.000
And that's why the Saudis are moving in a different direction.
00:40:46.880
Yep. Let me ask you on that rudderless thing. They may be they may actually have a rudder. It seems
00:40:53.960
like they got 30 million dollars steering the rudder a certain way going to the Biden
00:40:58.180
family, as you pointed out, through Burisma. And then the Harris connections to China,
00:41:05.780
30 trips from Waltz, et cetera. We've had former retired retired Colonel John Mills on the show,
00:41:13.740
and he showed that we have currently 14 hotspots around the world right now. And he said China is
00:41:20.700
plausibly behind all 14, right? He went through Asia, South America, Europe, the Middle East,
00:41:28.500
et cetera. And everything you just went through is depleting our resources from the main threat
00:41:35.800
that we face, which is China. And so we got a minute to go on this side of the block, Jack,
00:41:41.060
but why don't you tee us off on that? What are we doing? And we know China's coming after us,
00:41:47.220
like you just said. There's all sorts of news reports and Reuters yesterday, China intelligence
00:41:52.000
inroads. Of course, the Biden DIA reports to Reuters and somebody else. Well, you know,
00:41:58.280
they're being a little cautious. All the evidence says they're disproportionately going after the Trump
00:42:03.560
side. And so give us a little more on the China piece, 30 seconds, and we're right back after the
00:42:09.560
right as well. China understands that they want to be where the United States was circa the Iraq
00:42:15.680
war invasion. So where the United States was positionally in the world in terms of dominating
00:42:20.100
the world hegemony, in terms of dominating the world system, that's where China wants to be.
00:42:25.380
And they seek to duplicate that model almost exactly as possible. And you're seeing them do this
00:42:30.580
with a series of bases, a series of agreements around the world, focusing on strategic lines
00:42:34.780
of communication and sea lines of communication, like, oh, by the way, taking control of the Panama
00:42:39.320
Canal. This is operating off of a plan. The Chinese Communist Party knows exactly what they're doing.
00:42:45.180
Yep. Awesome job, Jack. Back after the break with more Jack Posobiec. People do matter. The left
00:42:53.120
wants us to believe that big personalities no longer matter in this world. To counter that,
00:42:58.580
I highly recommend the new movie, Ronald Reagan. I went to see it this weekend. What one person can
00:43:05.140
do when they say, my strategy, you lose, we win. Back with Jack.

I recognize Jim Rickards as a regular guest and wise man of the war room. His grasp of the intersection
00:44:24.780
between geopolitics and capital markets is unmatched. His financial newsletter, Strategic
00:44:30.520
Intelligence, is essential reading for anyone concerned about protecting your own wealth.
00:44:36.880
As you've seen during his war room appearances, Jim has a knack for making the complex simple.
00:44:41.960
And every month, strategic intelligence cuts through the noise and delivers actionable financial
00:44:48.080
guidance. Plus, war room members get a free copy of Jim's The New Case for Gold. This is an amazing
00:44:56.540
follow-up to Ron Paul's classic. And what makes Jim's book even more crucial is that he's not a gold
00:45:03.060
bug. He'll help you understand gold's significance on the global stage as well as in your own
00:45:08.820
portfolio. Go sign up now and claim your free book at our exclusive website,

00:45:21.440
Back in the war room with the great Stephen K. Bannon, in-house with Jack Posobiec giving us a tour
00:45:27.880
de force around the globe. Former retired Colonel John Mills made the argument back that most all of the
00:45:37.760
hotspots are due to China. Jack Posobiec just told us we're wasting huge resources around the world
00:45:45.060
and losing some of these proxy battles. And the basic issue, right, that doesn't get repeated
00:45:51.860
enough, and it needs to be repeated every day by all of us, four years ago, we were not at war,
00:45:57.280
right? And so it does appear that key figures in history do matter. Now we have 14 hotspots all over
00:46:03.700
the globe, weakening us, using up our resources, our military's being depleted. We're having a hard
00:46:10.320
time with recruitment. We're having a hard time with military culture. We got woken weaponized way
00:46:15.560
up at the top. And so, Jack, how do we get this ship turned back on course? And how do we get ready
00:46:23.220
for China? And what should leadership be doing about all of these hotspots around the world? Hate to put
00:46:29.240
that all on your shoulders, but you're the man. Well, it's, it's, you know, there's, there's a few,
00:46:33.620
there's a, I mean, the, the easiest answer is returned Donald J. Trump and J.D. Vance to the
00:46:38.360
White House as president and vice president, respectively. J.D. Vance, of course, being an
00:46:42.900
actual combat veteran, as opposed to Chris or Tim Walsh to freakish Timothy, who claimed he was a
00:46:49.160
combat veteran, but actually was not one. And Kamala Harris, by the way, if she hadn't grown up in
00:46:53.740
Canada, maybe she would understand the importance of gold star families and of Arlington and why you
00:46:59.360
shouldn't be attacking them. This, by the way, this is a situation that attacking gold star families
00:47:03.580
is something that in another time period would have ended a presidential campaign. That's number
00:47:09.180
one. Number two, getting hostages killed after you just had their family speak at your own rally.
00:47:15.600
That's something else that would, in another time frame, would have had been an ender. It would
00:47:20.840
have been a campaign ender. By the way, this is also why Tim Walsh, because of his own stolen
00:47:25.020
valor lies, can't come forward and respond to any of the gold star situation because of his own
00:47:31.020
problems. And so this team is not ready to lead. I certainly hope that by that next week in
00:47:36.320
Philadelphia, that foreign policy is asked about because Kamala Harris, I mean, she says things like
00:47:41.400
Ukraine is a small country and Russia is a big country. And you ask her a question about China.
00:47:46.800
I mean, she might be able to point it out on a map, but I don't know that she would really
00:47:50.380
understand the difference between why the United States supports Taiwan, the semiconductors,
00:47:54.700
the importance of defending democracy in that part of the world, our allies with Japan and Korea
00:48:00.240
and all the, by the way, you know, Captain Fennell and Bradley Thayer, a fantastic book about this,
00:48:05.140
but also understanding the underpinnings of our alliances in this region. She has none whatsoever.
00:48:12.120
And so they're going to eat our lunch. And it's simple, by the way, if you want to keep the status quo
00:48:16.540
pro anti, if you want to return to that, all you have to do is bring Donald Trump back because he
00:48:21.360
understands that if you have a strong military and a, and a, by the way, a serious will to actually
00:48:27.640
commit to action when needed, as we saw with the Soleimani strike, then you don't need to go to war.
00:48:33.140
You don't need to commit to boots on the ground all over the world. Like so many of these people do,
00:48:37.960
like Hillary Clinton wanted to do, like Joe Biden has pushed for in this proxy war in Ukraine,
00:48:43.160
you can actually seek diplomatic ends. And then what does, what does Trump, what does Trump always
00:48:48.000
push for? It's business deals. How can we do business with these places? How can we find a
00:48:52.880
way to make a negotiation to seek peace? And we saw him doing that with the Abraham Accords. We saw him
00:48:57.640
do that when he sent Rick Grinnell over to Kosovo. We saw him do that personally when he sat down with
00:49:02.760
Vladimir Putin. I was there, by the way, in Helsinki. And he, of course, did that famously directly
00:49:07.780
man to man with Kim Jong-un stepping into North Korea. If you want peace, if you want prosperity,
00:49:14.420
that's Donald Trump. And, you know, I can't think of any more reason, by the way, that they would want
00:49:20.400
to take him out, whether physically, as we saw in Butler, PA, or also just arresting him,
00:49:27.240
convicting him. But then, of course, you know, we're just a couple of weeks away from sentencing
00:49:30.560
with Judge Womershan over here in New York City. And we know that there are so many strategic reasons
00:49:36.560
that they want to take him off the board. Yeah, Jack, two minutes to go until break.
00:49:44.640
But give me a little, where are the senior statespeople on this stuff? Where's the U.S.
00:49:49.480
Senate on foreign policy? Everybody knows, right, in the strategic briefs, they do put
00:49:55.040
China number one, maybe after the environment and after Woken weaponized. But, you know, China is up
00:50:03.920
there. And yet none of our resources and energies are being spent in preparation there. Where are
00:50:08.840
the senior voices at the New York Times, the foreign policy folks? I mean, most of them are
00:50:14.380
globalists. We know that. But there's got to be some good guys out there. Well, the issue is they're all
00:50:16.720
taking bags of money from the Chinese Communist Party. That's typically the main problem. Washington
00:50:22.780
Post, the New York Times, they're all being backfunded by this. And now you've got a guy, Tim
00:50:26.760
Waltz, who's running, that they're all lining up behind. And of course, he is totally in bed with
00:50:33.360
these guys with 30 trips over there. You mean to tell me that the Ministry of State Security wasn't
00:50:37.160
backbriefing him every time he went? It's a joke. It's a complete and utter joke. Now, it's very clear,
00:50:42.060
by the way, this is also an issue the Wall Street Journal has, because, of course, China is the
00:50:46.720
backbone of the globalist system. China understands that their manufacturing predicated on the slave labor
00:50:52.840
of the Lao Bai Xing, of the Chinese people, has been the factory for the IP that is controlled
00:50:58.400
and the investment, the foreign direct investment that comes out of Wall Street. This has been the
00:51:03.400
deal that was sown in the blood of Tiananmen when Scowcroft went over after Tiananmen Square. George
00:51:08.240
H.W. Bush's national security advisor made his secret meeting with the Chinese Communist Party. It's so
00:51:14.120
simple. And I know we've got a quick break coming up, so I'll just give a shout out that I will be
00:51:18.180
speaking this Saturday in Fort Worth. And if anyone wants to continue this discussion or talk
00:51:23.920
some more about this with the Tarrant County GOP, I'll be down there at Fort Worth. Beau French will
00:51:28.820
be there. We'll be doing a fantastic roundtable, talk all things foreign policy, all things domestic.
00:51:34.220
Look, if you want to understand where we're going for this world, if you're in the Dallas-Fort Worth
00:51:38.700
area, it's incumbent, come out there. I know it's on a Saturday. I know SEC is back, so I know football's
00:51:44.220
going on, but come on, guys. Let's sit down. Let's actually have this discussion. And I promise you,
00:51:49.020
great. Watch the game after. Awesome. Thanks, Jack Posobiec for coming on the War Room. And I just
00:51:55.280
got to say, as a footnote to what Jack just said, President Trump, the only thing the left says in
00:51:59.600
the Wall Street Journal says is tariffs. The reason we want tariffs is not to have tariffs. It's to stop
00:52:05.240
the theft from China and the persecution of a Lao Bajing, as Jack just said. Once we get that,
00:52:11.680
you can have free markets all you want, but we want justice and fair trade first.
00:52:16.320
Back in the War Room. You owe back taxes, right? Here's the question. Why is the IRS targeting you

Hey, War Room. Hope you're all doing well. My name is Trevor Comstock. I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.
00:53:49.120
And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.
00:53:53.960
But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide
00:53:59.940
American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:54:05.160
So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like
00:54:10.260
preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:54:15.240
So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements.
00:54:21.000
And of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.
00:54:24.100
For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A,
00:54:33.660
And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better
00:54:40.100
than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:54:48.240
