Rachel Bovard joins the show to talk about the need to take back control of the culture from the left and why it s time for the right to win back the culture. She also explains how the left is trying to control the culture and how the right can reclaim it.
00:02:14.000What do I have to do to kind of finally grow up?
00:02:16.000And they tell them, because the left is premised on narcissism and hedonism.
00:02:20.000And so they tell them, oh, to be happy, you just have to compare yourself to this person on Instagram.
00:02:25.000To be happy, if you're a girl, you just have to become a boy.
00:02:28.000You know, to be happy, you just have to avoid marriage and family.
00:02:31.000These things are going to make you miserable.
00:02:33.000And the result of this total toxic sludge has been the most miserable generation in the history of modern America.
00:02:41.000And yet the young people continue to sign up for it.
00:02:45.000And I think this goes to a more sort of argument of infrastructure, which is that the left controls all the institutions of culture.
00:02:53.000And this is why, you know, for years I've said the right cannot cede the culture.
00:02:58.000The right has to engage in these culture wars because, you know, if your son or daughter, you know, isn't, you know, is out in these institutions and is easily swayed by them, they all go in one direction.
00:03:11.000Every social media influencer, every celebrity, every like, you know, every corporation at this point is spouting these talking points.
00:03:19.000And so we cannot cede the culture because the result will be what we have today, which is young people, again, miserable, but also destroying themselves in pursuit of these lies, the left tells them.
00:03:29.000Yeah, I think you're spot on, Rachel, and you put it in a way I've never heard it put, which is great.
00:03:37.000And so then the next question is these institutions, where's the low hang and fruit, right?
00:03:42.860If we're just going to be efficient and aim at the institutions, where does the conservative movement go?
00:03:48.800Where do we strike first in order to retake the culture?
00:03:52.480Because you're right, it's been – it's massive, right, from Hollywood to K-12 to the Ivy League to the ABC News folks.
00:04:36.420But what it really is is the big business relationship with big government.
00:04:40.100And we have to stop reflexively shielding these companies from that – from us leveraging that relationship, right?
00:04:47.400If they are going to be involved with government, then they also have to deal with Republicans.
00:04:51.920And we have to step back and say, well, I'm sorry, I'm not going to shield a company from antitrust enforcement if that company is indeed breaking the law.
00:04:59.780I'm not going to shield this company from – you know, I'm not going to protect its tax extenders and subsidies if it's using, you know, those government dollars or government benefit to target conservatives, to target people of faith.
00:05:15.020And I think a lot of people on the right are waking up to that.
00:05:17.180But, you know, one interesting thing about this, and I think a real consequence of this, is look at the whole furor around the J.D. Vance cat lady's comment.
00:05:27.340I think the response to that from women of a certain age in particular is reflective of what happens when we cede the culture.
00:05:35.200Because a lot of the women that responded to J.D., they, you know, are women waking up in grief.
00:05:41.020They're women waking up and saying, I wish I had had kids younger.
00:05:43.560No one told me because, you know, they thought they were doing it right and waiting to have kids or not having them at all because that's what the culture told them.
00:05:54.200And so we have to make sure, I think, our voices are reaching into the culture in a way that, you know, maybe we were welcomed before, we're not now.
00:06:03.040So we have to fight for our place in the culture and we have to stop ceding that ground.
00:06:06.440I think, you know, with not only celebrities and the media, but also with these corporations, which Republicans have just been fined to sort of, you know, say, well, you know, it's fine for government, you know, these companies to have subsidies.
00:06:20.400It's fine, you know, to protect them from, you know, any enforcement in the marketplace.
00:06:23.860We'll no longer because they are our enemy at this point.
00:06:51.120Just waking up and being responsible consumers again, we can bring culture back at least to neutral, to the middle, which would be great.
00:07:01.500Say a little bit more on faith and the role of the family with these young boys and girls and the way they're being influenced by social media.
00:07:11.640What can we do in that space for the culture?
00:07:46.060It's being content in all circumstances.
00:07:48.180And so I think the churches really need to better their outreach.
00:07:53.240I think some of the churches, not all of them, have sort of bought the lie that religion is something that happens on Sundays between the four walls of the church and at the four walls of your home and nowhere else.
00:08:02.720I think the church has to evangelize the fact that this isn't just a higher calling and a way to live.
00:08:23.640But Chesterton has a very famous quote that says, nine out of ten new ideas are simply old mistakes.
00:08:28.740We have a lot of intellectual and religious traditions to tell them this, right, to say, you know, don't just do this because the Bible says you shouldn't do it.
00:08:38.580The Bible says this because Jesus Christ wants you to be happy, and this is why he said don't do this.
00:08:43.240So I think we need to make that leap that this isn't just about getting into heaven, although it always is.
00:08:47.640It's about living a happy and fulfilled life.
00:08:51.820The best mental health is going to church.
00:12:46.360So every single member of the U.S. House that is added by counting illegals allows the diffusion and dilution of states like Wyoming
00:13:04.480in terms of its voice in the U.S. Congress.
00:13:08.460So I think it's terribly important that with especially with his massive influx of non-citizens that are in this country illegally
00:13:18.460and by virtue of the Biden-Harris administration, anywhere from 10 million to 22, 23 million people are in this country illegally in the last three and a half years.
00:13:31.380We just can't allow them to be counted for purposes of the census.
00:17:01.460So the conservatives got, you know, a bunch of people, and they demand one conservative thing out of a $7 trillion woke and weaponized budget.
00:17:10.520And then the defense guys come in and say, we need more than $7 trillion.
00:17:14.160We want even more for the U.S. military.
00:17:16.980When it's not clear, we have a clear strategic plan with what to do with the current money.
00:17:22.980And so Cynthia Lummis is in the Senate now.
00:17:27.220Cynthia, how do we break this logjam, and how do we make progress for the American people and reduce the size of the federal government?
00:17:35.280Dave, I don't see us breaking it between now and the end of this calendar year, but we have a huge opportunity to break it in 2025.
00:17:45.320Many people in the U.S. Senate, even some on appropriations, are really sick of not getting all 12 budget bills considered on the floor of the Senate.
00:17:59.360So I think there's a real effort in the U.S. Senate, now that we might have the opportunity to elect a new majority leader, if the Republicans take over the majority in the U.S. Senate, we will have a new majority leader because Mitch McConnell is retiring from that job.
00:18:20.940And I think there are enough of us that are going to demand of a new majority leader that all 12 budget bills make it to the floor of the Senate and that we have a robust amendment process.
00:18:36.160Right now, we never even consider those bills on the floor of the Senate.
00:18:40.200And, you know, Dave, when you and I were in the House, the same was true there.
00:18:43.760There were so many of those that just got wrapped up in a huge bundle.
00:19:13.500So if you want to tie together, the Cheney's been a conservative family dynasty for a while, but they're not playing well in the sandbox with fellow Trumpsters and populists right now.
00:19:25.520And there's land grabs going out west.
00:19:27.480If you want to treat either of those to fire away, Senator.
00:19:31.940Okay, well, I'll start with what the Harris-Biden administration has done out west.
00:19:38.260They're trying to lock up federal land that was always intended for multiple use, for oil, gas, coal, recreation, and instead change it to one purpose.
00:19:54.320They're trying to do away with no coal, no oil, no gas, no trona, no bentonite, no rare earth minerals, no recreation, no mortarized vehicles, no hunting.
00:20:07.800On 1.8 million acres in Wyoming, we've got to fight back on this.
00:20:32.800It's either they're completely out of touch.
00:20:34.840I can tell you they're completely out of touch with Wyoming.
00:20:37.660But I think that they're also so used to a war economy and a war-centric defense department that the notion of going back to what Ronald Reagan had, which was peace through strength, it just doesn't fit their playbook.
00:21:01.660And so I'm very devoted to going back to peace through strength.
00:21:07.420But the kind of strength that they want to assert is the kind that perpetuates war instead of being strong and peaceful.
00:22:16.000The misrepresentations about January 6th and in Kamala Harris's, as far as she is concerned, her flat-out lies about that day really need to be confronted by conservatives and those on the right.
00:22:31.440So, let's break down Kamala Harris's role in January 6th.
00:22:36.860And these are unanswered questions that she has not addressed in more than three and a half years.
00:22:42.400First of all, as she continues to suggest, and she did this Tuesday night.
00:22:57.260She left the Capitol at 1120 a.m. on January 6th.
00:23:03.860She had attended a Senate intelligence briefing as a sitting U.S. senator.
00:23:07.960For inexplicable reasons, we still don't know why, she left and went to the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee, just a few blocks from the Capitol, as you know.
00:23:18.700She stayed there until she was evacuated at 117 p.m.
00:23:25.200after law enforcement allegedly, quote-unquote, found the pipe bomb.
00:23:30.680The inspector general for the Department of Homeland Security, in his report last month, said that she came within 20 feet of this alleged explosive device.
00:23:41.560She has never discussed the fact that she was almost assassinated, we are told by the FBI, from a device that was viable and deadly.
00:23:50.640Unfortunately, she's never explained why she left the Capitol, where she was about to be certified as the incoming vice president and a sitting U.S. senator, part of the proceedings that day, to go to the DNC.
00:24:03.660She's never discussed the pipe bomb or why her Secret Service, Capitol Police, D.C. Metro Police, and bomb-sniffs and canines all missed this device sitting outside the building.
00:24:14.580That, again, the FBI said was planted the night before.
00:24:18.660Why is she misrepresenting, and that's a nice word, where she was on January 6th and never discussing that she was at DNC headquarters?
00:24:38.360I mean, the dark side of me, which is increasingly a bigger part of me, especially January 6th, is that she was supposed to play some sort of role in this hoax, and that was going to create the initial panic and the justification to shut down the proceedings that day.
00:24:59.500Remember what was going to happen on January 6th.
00:25:02.040Republicans did not want the proceedings shut down.
00:25:04.280They were going to take 12 hours to vet voting fraud in the 16-swing states and ask for a 10-day audit.
00:25:11.880It was Democrats and never Trump Republicans like Mitch McConnell who wanted the proceedings shut down that day.
00:25:18.780Was she part of the initial hoax to shut down the Capitol and to, you know, evacuate everyone in the vicinity?
00:25:29.440But that didn't need to happen because it was sort of happening orchestrated by other elements outside the building that day.
00:25:41.120All of the Secret Service texts from January 5th and January 6th were deleted under the Biden DHS after the Biden administration took over.
00:25:51.580Two dozen officials, including the director, including Kim Cheadle, who was on the Protective Services Bureau, all those texts were deleted and never recovered.
00:26:04.400That includes Secret Service, her Secret Service detail at the DNC that day.
00:26:10.560So this is why getting to the bottom of exactly what happened with these pipe bombs is so important.
00:26:17.520And people can also read Darren Beatty's work because he has done some of the facts reporting on them.
00:26:49.160Well, people can find my work at Real Clear Investigations and my subject declassified with Julie Kelly.
00:26:54.540I would keep pushing a Republican in Congress to get to the truth of January 6th.
00:26:59.260We have only a handful who are doing that.
00:27:01.220And that's why these lies can permeate and stay, you know, in the discussion, because the Republicans really have not done their job in uncovering this huge scandal, January 6th, especially the pipe bombs.
00:27:14.760Yeah, no, the ABC, David Murin, all those guys, you know, the myth that's been completely debunked, the officers shot and killed, none of it's true.
00:27:28.380Thanks for being with us, Julie Kelly.
00:28:52.420Get triple lock home title protection for free.
00:28:57.400Back in the war room, Dave Bratt sitting in with the great Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:15.460Ten years ago, I had a big race involving immigration when it was not quite cool yet.
00:29:21.600But ten years before that, there were other heroes on Capitol Hill working on this issue because they knew it mattered.
00:29:30.940They educated me greatly as a rookie green congressman.
00:29:36.280Then I ran into a great leader named Stephen K. Bannon, who's been on this issue forever.
00:29:42.780But the folks who trained me in on Capitol Hill, among them, the chief educator is Rosemary Jenks with the Immigration Accountability Project.
00:30:31.380We just found out through actually a National Review article that the two nonprofit organizations, NGOs, who placed all of the Venezuelan gangbangers in Aurora, Colorado, are two organizations.
00:30:45.480One is Vive Wellness, and the other is Organization Papagayo.
00:30:49.780And they have admitted that they chose those apartment complexes because they were poorly run, they were low rent, and they had very lenient rules on the number of people who could occupy each apartment.
00:31:02.100So now that basically since early spring of 2023, these two organizations dumped 8,000 Venezuelans in Aurora, Colorado.
00:31:14.560These two organizations are funded by Denver taxpayers.
00:31:19.980They are publicly funded by the government.
00:31:22.660Denver is responsible for funding them, and they are responsible for what is happening in Aurora.
00:31:28.300And the latest report is that the vacant apartments in these buildings now vacant because, of course, people have been chased out of them by the gangbangers.
00:31:37.420They're being used for parties at which drugs and child prostitutes are served.
00:31:44.500It's disgusting, and these organizations need to be shut down.
00:31:51.620Yeah, and somehow that didn't make it into the debate the other night.
00:31:55.960Is this being reported at all by the mainstream media, Rosemary?
00:32:01.140And aside from that catastrophic behavior, what else is going on there and what else is going around the country?
00:32:09.040The mainstream media likes to make it sound like this is just selective and a one-off when this seems to be the rule, right, not an outlier.
00:32:42.040It's happening in Chicago and New York City.
00:32:45.000And it's only a matter of time before it comes to a community near you because no one is betting the millions of illegal aliens coming across our border.
00:32:54.300They're being escorted into the United States by the federal government intentionally.
00:33:00.340Then these NGOs are placing them wherever they want to with no input from the community or the government leaders of the state or local government.
00:34:25.420I testified about non-citizens voting in the 2024 election and the fact that we have federal laws that don't require proof of citizenship to vote
00:34:34.140because, you know, this is what the whole fight over the SAVE Act is about.
00:34:39.640If federal law prohibits states from asking for additional proof of U.S. citizenship,
00:34:45.800then we cannot be sure that non-citizens and illegal aliens are not voting in our elections.
00:52:02.400I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:52:07.640First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:52:12.520This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:52:20.860Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:52:33.700In fact, some of the guests I've had on the War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:52:41.620If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:52:52.480I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:52:57.900Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:53:10.520Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:53:26.600I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human, and I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.
00:53:33.100But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:53:43.380So, unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:53:54.900So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap with quality supplements.
00:54:00.020And, of course, the beef liver being our flagship product.
00:54:02.460For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:54:12.760And, because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:54:25.300So, we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to SacredHumanHealth.com.
