Bannon's War Room - Episode 3902： Focusing On The Signal Not The Noise

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.960 medieval on this people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.560 the people have had a belly full of it I know you don't like hearing that I know you've tried

00:00:20.560 to do everything the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen

00:00:23.760 and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media I wish in my soul I wish that any

00:00:31.760 of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that

00:00:38.480 answer is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:53.760 you are back in the war room I am Monica Crowley in for our good friend and fearless leader here in

00:00:59.400 the war room political prisoner Stephen K Bannon once again I am so honored it's such an honor and a joy to

00:01:05.880 sit in his chair and take all of you all of us deplorables our despicable crowd through the war

00:01:12.820 room today and into the election in just about 53 days before we get back to Katherine Engelbrecht 0.89

00:01:20.040 on election integrity we also have Eric Prince standing by Mike Lindell we've got a great hour

00:01:25.680 lined up just want to make another really important point here and we started the last hour with a

00:01:31.580 montage of the media and I would attach it to what Kamala Harris and her campaign are also doing in

00:01:38.160 in talking smack about Donald Trump and America first calling us despicable along the lines of what

00:01:45.260 Obama and Hillary Clinton did in dismissing and mocking us those of us standing up for the U.S.

00:01:51.180 Constitution free market capitalism all of the foundations that made America great the reality

00:01:56.620 is you have a system in a regime that is increasingly desperate so they have resorted to the smears and the

00:02:03.140 attacks and of course using weaponized government to go after President Trump and the rest of us

00:02:08.480 they have no alternative they cannot Kamala Harris in her campaign and all of her wingmen in the press

00:02:16.460 and in the regime they cannot talk about inflation because under Kamala Harris inflation has reached a 30

00:02:23.880 year high and these prices that are astronomical are crushing the middle class the working class and

00:02:30.540 the poor in particular all of the groups that they profess to champion right we're out here for the

00:02:36.600 little guy their inflation their cost of living crisis is affecting everybody but those groups in

00:02:42.860 specifically gas prices also continue to crush working families so she and they cannot talk about

00:02:50.360 that they cannot talk about taxes Donald Trump cut your taxes and she is proposing the largest tax

00:02:57.120 increase in U.S. history she and they cannot talk about illegal immigration because her no borders policy

00:03:04.940 has created a criminal illegal alien invasion to the tune of over 10 million illegals just in the last

00:03:12.760 three and a half years bringing the economic social and national security threats with them along with

00:03:21.940 the murders and the rapes and the burglaries and and the all of the other problems that have targeted

00:03:30.020 innocent victims like Lake and Riley so she can't talk about that she can't talk about the collapse of

00:03:36.280 law and order and the crime crisis in this country that she created and she can't talk about foreign policy 0.99

00:03:42.340 two new hot wars the catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan Iran marching toward a nuclear weapon 0.97

00:03:49.240 strengthened terrorist organizations around the world including here at home because they've come 1.00

00:03:55.260 marching across the border so she and and her wingmen are left with nothing else to talk about and that is why 0.53

00:04:03.240 they have resorted to talking smack about all of us they are doing this and it's meant to demoralize you it's meant to

00:04:12.080 disparate you after the debate I got a number of texts my Twitter feed was was full of people in despair that is what they

00:04:21.260 want they want they want you in despair they want you discouraged the reality is completely different

00:04:27.680 Donald Trump is winning this election despite everything that they have thrown at him and us

00:04:33.880 do not fall for it guys do not get discouraged do not get dispirited we are winning this race do not play into

00:04:42.960 their hands and by the way to anybody who comes to you and I'm telling the people who are coming to me with this

00:04:48.680 moaning and groaning about the race have you learned nothing from 2016

00:04:54.600 every time President Trump came out with what was deemed as a controversial comment oh they're sending

00:05:01.900 murderers and rapists they're not sending their best and there was a massive pile on or his criticism of

00:05:08.580 John McCain every time the left and the nervous Nellies out there told you that he was going to implode 0.97

00:05:16.780 as a result of it well you can't say that you can't attack the military no he attacked John

00:05:21.680 McCain he didn't attack the military and by the way the base was was um so full of um anger toward

00:05:31.020 John McCain that they were more angry at John McCain than they were at what Donald Trump said about

00:05:36.660 John McCain do you understand the way Donald Trump works you should by now after nine years on the

00:05:43.300 political scene have you learned nothing since 2016 Donald Trump there is always a method to what he

00:05:51.100 says and does trust him trust the process and trust America first all right let's go back to our good

00:06:01.060 friend Catherine Engelbrook the founder of true the vote uh Catherine thank you so much for hanging with

00:06:06.300 us walk us through uh Georgia you had a significant uh victory for election integrity there and then if

00:06:13.580 you would address what is going on in Wisconsin I was just there in Milwaukee doing a Trump agenda 47

00:06:20.320 live event with Governor Burgum but it was recently announced that they will refuse to remove 4 million plus

00:06:27.420 ineligible voters from their voter rolls is there anything we can do about that

00:06:32.140 uh taking Wisconsin first I'll just say you know it is the purview of the Wisconsin election commission

00:06:40.180 to to manage their roles in the way that they see fit unless and until you find a way through

00:06:46.660 litigation or legislation to correct that positioning it's frankly what's happening in Georgia right now

00:06:51.920 where they're refusing to clean up the voter rolls so it's you know Wisconsin is a is a particularly

00:06:57.000 challenging state because not only do they not remove their inactive voters but they have uh

00:07:03.200 silos of voters that they that they label as indefinitely confined which means that they will

00:07:08.920 always get permanent mail-in ballots they have same-day voter registration and historically you have

00:07:15.000 people come that will register on election day vote and then as required by NBRA the state or

00:07:21.360 counties municipalities will send out postcards to those those voters who registered on the same day

00:07:27.000 as the election just to confirm their address and tens of thousands routinely come back

00:07:31.980 undeliverable because they were not real people circle that all the way back to the to the fact

00:07:37.340 that they don't remove inactive voters and you get where we are today so yeah it's a huge mess but

00:07:43.540 we have many more eyes on it now we have identified we had a project called iv3 that um took a look at the

00:07:51.040 nation's voter rolls we identified over 25 million ineligible records and now we're watching to see

00:07:56.520 if those ineligible records go on to cast ballots um that's something that we will immediately report

00:08:03.460 to the proper authorities and to our uh litigation partners so lots of work but i'm so appreciative of

00:08:10.380 your opening comments at the top of the hour monica because look there this is the thousand front

00:08:14.540 war this is not easy but we must not lose focus we are winning liberty will find a way but we must

00:08:23.980 stay in the fight and all of the other propaganda it's just noise focus on the signal 53 days focus

00:08:31.740 on the signal that's right and do all of the heavy lifting that you and your teams are doing on

00:08:38.460 election integrity uh true the vote is doing extraordinary work talk to us a little bit about

00:08:43.280 georgia there was a big victory there right right right well we had a big victory in georgia earlier

00:08:48.600 this year we had um been sued by fair fight fair fight was represented by mark elias and the elias

00:08:55.100 law firm along with the biden doj who jumped in against us and um we were sued over our helping

00:09:02.480 citizens across the state file what are called voter or in the case of georgia elector challenges

00:09:07.720 to point out ineligible records at the county level it's a it's a state authorized process uh but because

00:09:14.560 the numbers are so out of whack in the state of georgia there are over 400 000 ineligible records

00:09:19.720 and that drew a lawsuit long story short we fought it out for years that that lawsuit was filed in 2020

00:09:26.360 we finally won it at the federal court level in the northern northern division of georgia um in that

00:09:32.800 and then now it's just to tie that off now we are uh on appeal in the 11th circuit court fair fight

00:09:38.240 filed an appeal we're very optimistic but that's still uh inactive litigation at the appeals level

00:09:44.140 circle all the way back what did we see happen two days ago uh in another case where two georgia

00:09:51.080 residents heroic patriots jason jason frazier excuse me jason frazier couldn't get it out jason frazier

00:09:57.940 and earl ferguson uh filed to sue the county of fulton and the state of georgia for fulton's uh public

00:10:07.000 disregard for the the maintenance of their voter rolls and what did we see happen just recently

00:10:13.180 uh in the same courtroom where we were fighting and ultimately were victorious against fair fight

00:10:19.040 we see mark elias now move to intervene on behalf of brad raffensperger and the state of georgia

00:10:26.260 to prevent the rolls from being cleaned yet again i think that the fact that it's in the same court is

00:10:32.420 very encouraging because this is a judge who listened very patiently to a very long trial that we went

00:10:37.500 through and and must now be you know be seeing for himself the the fact that there are there's a thumb

00:10:44.440 on one side of his scale that that needs to be addressed and the thought that that mark elias is

00:10:49.960 now representing the state of georgia i think also should you know or at least has moved to represent the

00:10:54.760 state of georgia i think should tell us a lot as well but the but the patriots across the state in

00:10:59.860 georgia have just been uh just unparalleled fantastic group of people fighting for their state

00:11:05.580 oh amazing in all of these states and i was just about to ask you about mark elias so thank you for

00:11:12.040 addressing that you know things are dire for the left and the democrats when elias shows up so good for

00:11:18.400 you in georgia um the postal service i was at the treasury department from 2019 through the end of

00:11:25.480 president trump's first term january of 2021 we saw the covid all of the the rules changes related to

00:11:32.140 covid with mass mail and balloting etc a lot of states have kept a lot of this um wisconsin has

00:11:38.720 drop boxes still but when i was there we did hear um that there were a lot of problematic things happening

00:11:46.900 with the postal service not the postal service per se although i'm sure that the postal service has some

00:11:53.460 deep deep deep state actors uh involved in some of this as well but that it gets so overwhelming that

00:11:59.880 the postal service can't really they can't monitor fraud they can't really watch for this kind of

00:12:04.820 thing could you address the postal service as it relates to this election as well sure i i think that

00:12:12.140 this was engineered chaos set in motion in uh in the under the fog of covid in 2020 and what we saw was

00:12:20.180 an all-out push for the mass mail of ballots into an infrastructure that was not designed to support

00:12:26.120 it and they they picked uh the deep state picked two particular forms of uh paths for dysfunction the

00:12:32.880 first was the united states postal service during holiday season in a system that they are not equipped

00:12:38.200 to to manage millions of ballots that was known and that that weakness was exploited and then on the

00:12:45.740 other side you had drop boxes that were as we all now know clearly unmonitored and and still to this

00:12:51.700 moment aren't procedurally sound as we move into the november election just uh you know just 50 some days

00:12:58.560 away so it's a problem but it was in my opinion it was a known problem it is an institutionalized

00:13:05.520 layer of fraud and it is designed to better control outcomes we must be smarter than that with our

00:13:11.540 ballots and if at all possible hand that ballot in in person if you intend to vote early hand it in in

00:13:18.440 person if you can if you can't okay then then no matter what you must crawl across broken glass to

00:13:25.620 get that vote cast this cycle but the the challenge is making sure that it is not just cast but counted and

00:13:32.900 the best way to do that is to put it into the hands of someone uh at at your election administrator's

00:13:38.680 office or at the polling place absolutely very very good advice and we all need to make sure that

00:13:45.100 we're voting and that we're voting in a way that we can to the best of our ability ensure that our

00:13:50.480 vote is counted uh catherine thank you so much where can people find you and true the vote you can check

00:20:32.060 warm introduction it is great to see you as always let's start we've got a couple of different topics

00:20:38.460 i want to cover with you let's start first with yesterday it was supposed to be a day of rage on

00:20:44.460 america's college campuses the target of course israel pro-hamas pro-terrorism demonstrations didn't

00:20:52.940 get a lot of coverage but there were college campuses across the country that were once again

00:20:57.740 aflame uh the administrators of a lot of these schools simply will not crack down some of them

00:21:03.900 have but most of them have not and have allowed these protests to take over these universities

00:21:09.900 again the the issue was never the issue the issue was always the revolution so this is the latest

00:21:15.340 attempt to destabilize not just our campuses but american society writ large going into this election

00:21:22.620 where do you think we are on this particular destabilization effort well this is the uh the

00:21:31.340 fruit or the plants that were the seeds that were planted years ago with the amount of foreign money

00:21:37.980 muslim brotherhood friendly money coming from the gulf states that have infected universities and

00:21:44.140 it's really worked in parallel to what the american left wanted to do to make

00:21:47.500 uh universities into left-wing uh factories of um of super progressive marxist socialist thinking people

00:21:57.260 and uh and this is the product of it so it's why uh the university system probably needs to be

00:22:03.740 re-looked at uh tax the endowments or um you you have to competition i think will end it uh will

00:22:14.060 will curtail some of the nonsense because if people want to go to school and learn and have a trade

00:22:20.940 after that that they can get a good return on their investment when you look at what people are paying to

00:22:26.140 go to college now and with some of the nonsense degrees it's just not working out so between very

00:22:32.700 weak administrators in these schools which then which they and themselves are super left-wing products

00:22:38.780 of those universities they're not going to do anything to change it i went to hillsdale college

00:22:44.300 there was never a protest or any such nonsense at hillsdale college because the administration would

00:22:49.420 not have tolerated it and by the way let me just tell you about my parenting so my mother who worked

00:22:57.740 hard to send me to colgate and then on to columbia pray for me um where i got my phd but if i had spent

00:23:07.020 part of my time at college or graduate school protesting in such an anti-american anti-israel

00:23:13.740 way my mother would have shown up on campus and grabbed me by the ear eric okay and marched me 1.00

00:23:20.140 away from the protest back to my door room or the library to study uh but that's a separate issue are

00:23:27.180 you or take or take them home yeah it's it's like a multi-generations of people that were never spanked

00:23:33.740 yeah or say i i'm not paying for your college education if this is how you're going to spend

00:23:38.540 your time are you surprised that it it's essentially fizzled out i mean you do still have pro-hamas

00:23:45.180 activity on these campuses and it has spread it has metastasized but i think that the originators of

00:23:52.460 these protests are the same originators of the black lives matter and the antifa protests back in 2020

00:23:58.860 destabilized society going into a major election to try to stop president trump and america first

00:24:05.260 i think they expected the same kind of energy and activism and effect this time around with the pro-hamas

00:24:13.580 demonstrations and they weren't able to really cash in in the way they were in 2020. are you surprised by

00:24:19.900 that um it's definitely the same infrastructure of of organizing uh and fomenting rebellion whether

00:24:29.580 it's black lives or first it was um uh the the the the wall street protesters and then it's black lives

00:24:37.180 matter antifa now it's the uh the pro-hamas wing uh i i guess most american people are still can see

00:24:45.340 clearly enough a a good versus evil that taking um hundreds of hostages and holding them is uh is

00:24:54.300 still unequivocally a wrong thing and so i think people can still see uh a good versus bad struggle

00:25:02.380 there and and can still still see through that it it speaks to just how bad universities are because

00:25:11.420 nobody has been turning any of this money back from the kind of the muslim brotherhood promoting 1.00

00:25:17.500 uh countries that are that are pushing that money and and no politician has really made them do it so

00:25:23.020 maybe it is time to start taxing the endowments of all these schools which really makes them immune

00:25:28.780 to uh to almost donor input anymore mm-hmm yeah i mean that's really the only way to really get their

00:25:35.900 attention is going after the endowments is going after their money and you've had a lot of big

00:25:41.660 jewish donors to major ivy league schools and other institutions that have pulled their money and that

00:25:47.980 is what got the administration's attention so if you go to the source and attack their funding that is

00:25:55.020 what will turn their heads and and force their hand not because they want to but because they have to

00:26:01.580 for financial reasons uh we've got two minutes left in this block and i'd love to hold you over eric

00:26:06.940 you want to put a finer point on this go ahead sure seven out of the eight ivy league school presidents

00:26:14.060 are jews themselves and so it's got to be an interesting quandary for them to be in to say

00:26:19.740 this this left wing of the democrat party has really uh now it's turned into a very anti-semitic

00:26:27.420 um anti-jewish approach and so it's got to be a very uh uh interesting choice for jews in america

00:26:37.740 that have you know a lot of them have gone very left in their politics to figure out what yeah but

00:26:43.740 it's only an interesting choice eric it's only an interesting choice if they care and a lot of

00:26:49.340 them don't care they don't care about israel they don't care about their faith and so the the choice is

00:26:54.220 very clear for them all right eric i'm going to ask you to please stand by we've got to hit a quick

00:26:58.140 break here more with eric prince and jeff clark on what happened in georgia with the law fair against

00:27:04.060 president trump coming up on the other side sit tight did you know there is nearly one trillion

00:27:09.260 dollars of infrastructure and pandemic funds yet to be spent that's right there's a massive amount

00:27:15.340 of money that the lame duck administration is pushing hard to spend in their last few months

00:27:21.020 if biden can push out these funds we could see another prolonged inflation surge just like during

00:27:26.700 covid and i'm sure you remember the terrible effects that high prices had on americans and still do

00:27:32.140 but there's hope a surge in prices can be beaten a gold ira from birch gold group is the ultimate

00:29:24.620 welcome back to the war room i am monica crowley in for steven k bannon and we are rejoined

00:29:29.820 by eric prince eric let's turn if we could to haiti a lot of conversation about what is happening in

00:29:36.300 springfield ohio and other communities that have gotten this massive influx of haitian immigrants

00:29:43.260 talk to us a little bit about what's going on here in the united states with the haitian uh illegal 0.71

00:29:48.300 immigrants who have come into the country courtesy of harris's no borders policy but also at the source

00:29:55.100 in haiti very volatile it's long been that way but it is a source of the kind of destabilization that

00:30:02.140 we're seeing in american communities look i'm particularly disgusted of what's happened in

00:30:08.380 haiti because they've been an independent country for 220 years haiti has had independence no slavery

00:30:16.860 but it is the embodiment of horrible management it is the embodiment of socialism run amok the us

00:30:25.020 through ngos has pumped hundreds of billions of dollars into haiti and there is more poverty more

00:30:30.300 chaos and more carnage than really any planet than any country in the world it's probably the worst

00:30:37.180 country in the world i had a lot of friends that have worked in the worst of places uh i actually

00:30:43.260 swam ashore there in 94 as a young seal officer when the u.s invaded it's the worst uh bodies in the

00:30:51.340 streets being eaten by dogs human bodies it's it's it is such a mess and and the ngos us funded ngos 0.98

00:31:02.620 are the true enemies of america because they're literally organizing facilitating mass migration 0.58

00:31:08.700 of people from haiti into the united states and now they they deposit these people 20 000 of them in a

00:31:15.260 nice quiet town in in ohio springfield ohio and you're hearing the legitimate complaints uh complaints

00:31:23.020 of the citizens there saying what is going on my pets are disappearing jobs are being taken uh can't

00:31:30.140 afford rent and there's a lot of crime and even murders so it's national borders uh are supposed to be

00:31:40.860 a distinct line delineating governance approaches and you can really see that if you fly over haiti

00:31:46.700 the island of hispanola the western side is haiti the eastern side is the dominican republic

00:31:51.980 haiti has been so badly governed that you can literally see where the border stops 0.89

00:31:55.980 because all the trees in haiti have been cut down they have like two percent of their original

00:32:01.420 forests remaining because the country has been so badly governed and and i i feel terrible for the

00:32:08.700 people it's a um haiti would be better governed if it was the united fruit company doing it instead

00:32:15.820 of the mess of governance that's been and and you know i talked to some of the business community in

00:32:21.020 haiti and i said what was the best time for haiti said it was actually the 80s there was one-third

00:32:26.940 the population and duvalier was it was a bad guy but he wasn't crazy it's really when the u.s got involved

00:32:35.420 and they put bernard uh uh aristide a basically a marxist priest in charge that the country really

00:32:42.540 went off the rails and socialism has run amok and this is this is what we must stop it's it's you see

00:32:49.900 it in chicago you see it new york you see big blue run cities that become urban hell holes we have to do

00:32:58.700 everything to prevent that and and you and to think of what's happening in venezuela there's a reason

00:33:04.940 that venezuela was called el dorado the city of gold because there is unbelievable natural wealth in

00:33:10.620 the ground they have more oil than saudi arabia more gold than you can imagine but now the government

00:33:17.580 there the maduro cartel has been allowed to steal not one not two but three elections this last round

00:33:25.100 this election that they just had in july the opposition parties won 70 of the vote maduro one

00:33:33.180 thirty percent and all of course all the diaspora all the people that have left uh venezuela that are

00:33:40.300 living in united states or mexico or colombia peru uh are not permitted to vote but even then 70 of the

00:33:49.420 people voted to oust these guys they are backed by the cubans they're backed by the iranians they're

00:33:54.140 backed by the russians and also they're taking it down the road of more poverty more despair more

00:34:00.780 socialism and it to me it's very concerning because what they've done uh you know the goal of kind of a

00:34:09.020 state capture of a political party to where there's really not elections anymore it's kind of what

00:34:13.740 happens in california when the democrats win those elections and the people in california are stuck with

00:34:20.460 it now a lot of them are voting with their feet just like the people in venezuela are voting

00:34:24.460 with their feet and leaving there's been another million and a half people just since july have

00:34:28.940 left venezuela trump is right to complain about venezuela because they've literally sent all their

00:34:34.700 murderers they emptied their prisons and sent them as illegals up in the united states you have 1.00

00:34:40.060 the trendy trendy agua uh gangs active in new york and colorado they took over some apartment buildings

00:34:47.340 recently it's just a mess and um i actually uh after the election i trolled maduro uh by posting on uh

00:34:58.620 on x uh his wanted poster because he's actually wanted for drug trafficking uh there's a 15 million

00:35:04.780 dollar bounty i said if if biden and harris want to support justice and actual democracy in venezuela they

00:35:10.540 should up the bounties of these wanted criminals of him of maduro his interior minister uh cabello

00:35:18.860 and some others just up the bounties to a hundred million dollars a piece they could use frozen funds

00:35:24.780 of the venezuelan government that the u.s is already sitting on and sit back and watch the magic happen

00:35:30.620 uh they didn't do that but it's really gone um viral in venezuela they are expecting they're really

00:35:36.140 hoping people from america people from freedom loving countries will help them get rid of this

00:35:41.340 marxist socialist gang that is now fully oppressing the company the country having rejected three

00:35:49.020 elections where they lost um and now staying in power the cubans literally flew hundreds of additional

00:35:55.420 security agents into the country the iranians are there in force uh as are the chinese so it's um

00:36:02.060 the monroe doctrine is definitely dead by the united states allowing this kind of nonsense to continue

00:36:07.180 and it does affect us because it pushes more and more people from venezuela into the united states some

00:36:13.020 are great some are not so great well and these are two very dangerous countries in the western hemisphere

00:36:20.460 that have literally taken their own countries and shaken them and all of the dregs of their humanity have 1.00

00:36:26.940 entered uh the united states uh either over the no borders uh situation in the south and in the north

00:36:33.900 or have been actively proactively flown into the united states by biden harris uh before we let

00:36:40.300 you go um eric just let everybody know where they can find you and follow your work

00:36:45.660 sure um also uh today uh friday the 13th the world war one memorial is being dedicated in washington

00:36:56.220 if you're in the dc area please come especially if you're a veteran sabine howard the artist did a

00:37:01.980 phenomenal job it's a beautiful bronze sculpture it's 60 feet long 38 different life-size sculptures

00:37:09.500 it's called the soldier's journey it's of a soldier uh being recruited training off to war

00:37:15.340 the cost of war and then coming home he did an absolutely beautiful job it is old school

00:37:21.260 excellent artistic work uh and it's and it's located just southeast of the treasury building

00:37:27.420 directly south of the willard hotel on freedom plaza um it is a proper world war one memorial

00:37:35.100 finally 124 years later um people can follow me at uh real eric d prince on x and uh i have a podcast

00:37:44.940 called off leash with eric prince and also since this is the war room uh you should pick up an unplugged

00:37:51.900 phone if you're sick of big tech crawling through your data and monitoring everything you do whether

00:37:57.180 it's big tech or big brother uh this is the phone that's designed to keep your it's really to restore

00:38:03.900 your data sovereignty and privacy so that your your personal data is not leaked anywhere and everywhere

00:38:11.660 unplugged.com war room fantastic eric and thank you so much for raising the world war one memorial

00:38:19.100 that it's located in my former stomping grounds of the treasury department and i remember when they were

00:38:24.700 clearing that area of freedom park uh to build this memorial for world war one and all of our veterans

00:38:31.340 who served and paid the ultimate uh price on the killing fields there in in europe you know so i

00:38:37.340 want to thank you for reminding everybody that it's being unveiled today right yeah and i have to give

00:38:42.780 credit where credit is due i rightfully criticize many parts of the u.s government but the american

00:38:48.380 battlefield monuments commission did a phenomenal job with this memorial good job to them yes yes fantastic

00:38:56.380 and thank you for reminding the audience if you're in the dc area please go down there show your

00:39:01.340 respects and and attend the unveiling eric prince you are terrific thank you so much thank you ma'am

00:39:09.180 you bet all right joining us now to talk about what went down in georgia besides the devil is our fan

00:39:15.660 favorite jeff clark uh jeff it is great to see you and i saw the breaking news yesterday and i told camera

00:39:21.900 us and we got to have jeff clark on to take it all apart for us so you have the judge in the fanny

00:39:26.940 willis rico case the bogus lawfare prosecution down there of president trump who uh dismissed two out of

00:39:34.380 the ten criminal charges against him saying fanny willis had no standing to bring those charges can

00:39:40.300 you walk us through what happened sure uh monica so it's great to be here and look here's what we're

00:39:46.380 talking about it's a decision uh from judge mcafee down in the fulton county superior court uh that

00:39:52.860 goes strongly against fanny willis it dismisses three counts and those are three counts that were

00:39:59.900 challenged by john eastman and a state senator named still and then president trump as you noted was a

00:40:07.740 party to two of those counts and so he benefited from the fact that they won the dismissal of those

00:40:14.540 counts president trump and i and several others are up on appeal to the georgia court of appeals

00:40:21.100 arguing that fanny willis needs to be disqualified from this case and that judge mcafee erred and not 0.69

00:40:27.180 disqualifying her that case is going to be argued in december but john eastman and uh senator state

00:40:33.660 senator sean still did not uh join that appeal for whatever reason and so judge mcafee issued this

00:40:40.780 decision kind of grinding through their motions attacking the indictment and here let me explain

00:40:46.780 to you what's going on in terms of what got dismissed so a little bit of i guess uh you know clark

00:40:52.860 law school class for the war room audience but it's a sophisticated audience there's a uh an area of

00:40:58.780 federal law called preemption which is based on the supremacy clause in the constitution and it says

00:41:04.780 that uh federal law you know supersedes conflicting state law or even areas where the federal government

00:41:12.540 occupies it uh completely there's a famous case called in re loney l-o-n-e-y and that case basically

00:41:20.300 says that if you're talking about making representations to the federal government certainly in court but maybe

00:41:25.980 even beyond courts you know to other federal agencies and the like and those representations are

00:41:33.180 you know alleged to be false it's exclusively for the federal government and its sphere of authority

00:41:39.180 to go after that it's not something that the states can go after can i ask you hold that thought

00:41:44.220 i want you to complete the thought and the point on the other side of the break we're going to hold

00:41:47.980 jeff clark over we also have jim rickards coming up as well so don't go anywhere i'm monica

00:41:53.500 crowley in for steve bannon on the war room we'll be right americans are tired and frustrated

00:44:14.380 welcome back to war room i am monica crowley in for steve bannon and we've got jim records coming up here

00:44:20.460 about the potential for a u.s recession as well as a global recession so you don't want to miss that

00:44:25.900 turning though back to jeff clark uh jeff before we were unceremoniously interrupted by that um by that

00:44:33.340 break finish your point um the broader point and then i've got another couple of questions for you

00:44:39.260 sure so the broader point is look the federal justice system what's subject to that can't be second

00:44:45.900 guest or double guest in a state court system and that's what this in ray loanee case holds

00:44:51.900 and so what are we talking about the judge applied that to we're talking about the so-called fake

00:44:56.540 electors scheme right and they're not fake they're alternate electors that uh those around president

00:45:02.780 trump were essentially trying to tee up because they questioned the election and they wanted to try to

00:45:07.020 either convince congress or the georgia legislature to change the slate of electors and that's been alleged to

00:45:13.260 be false so judge mcafee has now thrown out the counts that say that uh you know when the the so-called

00:45:20.380 fake electors scheme was being pursued by sending documents to the federal courts or there was a

00:45:26.380 discussion about that that that can be penalized under state criminal law he says no they can't it's

00:45:32.300 exclusively a subject for the feds so that was the ruling yesterday so what happens to the remaining

00:45:38.940 eight criminal counts against the president they well the first thing is that everything is frozen

00:45:46.060 at the moment directly as to president trump and and to uh and to me and to rudy giuliani for instance

00:45:53.260 and some others who were up on appeal until we get this ruling on whether funny willis has to be

00:45:57.740 disqualified or not and it's possible that that could lead you know to the collapse of the entire case

00:46:04.060 and we're seeing more and more of it get paired back right so you know what i guess funny willis

00:46:09.420 would say is that even if she's disqualified a georgia council will assign it to a different 1.00

00:46:14.780 prosecutor but that prosecutor might decide not to go forward and then things would potentially return

00:46:20.300 to the trial court to continue adjudicating the rest of the case so one thing is a takeaway for the

00:46:26.300 war room posse is that you know this case is on a very slow boat and it's not going to be resolved

00:46:32.220 until probably well into 2025 yeah i mean all the love fair is falling apart um so it's been

00:46:39.340 fascinating to watch jeff before we let you go where can everybody find you on the socials

00:46:44.700 and elsewhere sure uh so i am at uh jeff clark us on getter and x and at real jeff clark on truth

00:46:53.260 social and you can follow the work of our think tank the center for renewing america at america

00:46:58.940 renewing.com monica terrific jeff thank you so much for being here we appreciate you thanks

00:47:06.060 thanks monica you bet all right turning now to financier extraordinaire jim records jim welcome

00:47:12.780 back to the war room wanted to ask you we just got a couple of minutes here next time we'll have more

00:47:17.660 time but i wanted to get your thoughts on uh this idea that we could be heading into a global recession

00:47:24.140 and how that will affect the u.s economy thanks monica it's a big issue and it is uh coming very

00:47:30.300 quickly we've spent 30 years talking about globalization so extend the supply chains capital

00:47:35.660 goes wherever it wants this is obviously devastating u.s manufacturing u.s jobs but but that was that was

00:47:41.580 the thing now we're seeing the downside of globalization it used to be the case that one country or maybe the

00:47:47.020 european union could go into a recession but the u.s could pull us out and maybe china could pull us out

00:47:51.900 et cetera but now we're seeing a a synchronized global recession china is literally literally

00:47:58.060 collapsing i don't mean you know the end of the end of china but uh they're arresting bankers they

00:48:03.100 basically revoked all the passports of all the bankers in china they're not allowed to leave the

00:48:07.500 country you know investment bankers and so forth uh the real estate sector is collapsing yeah europe

00:48:13.260 germany's and been in and out of recession but growth is around zero at best falling into recession so

00:48:18.620 that brings us to the united states now technically you know gdp is still estimated to be positive for

00:48:24.620 the uh third quarter of 2024 but without to get without being too geeky there's something called gdi

00:48:30.940 gross domestic income and gross domestic income and gross domestic product should be about the same

00:48:37.180 there are always differences in leads and likes but right now they've diverged gross domestic income

00:48:41.980 is is going down and gross domestic products still going up a little bit when that divergence arises

00:48:47.900 it has to reconverge at some point it's usually because gross domestic product collapses and kind

00:48:52.700 of meets up gross domestic income you've seen that you're familiar with the jobs report jobs are uh much

00:48:59.180 weaker but uh all of those jobs over 100 of those jobs when you net creation and losses are going to

00:49:06.060 illegal immigrants uh and a lot of them almost all of them are part-time jobs instead of full-time jobs 0.99

00:49:11.740 and then june and july will be revised downward so if you they they 86 000 jobs disappear so if you

00:49:17.660 subtract those from what they say they created in august uh we're almost at the point of net job losses

00:49:23.740 so uh and just again without being too technical there's something you you know this the yoke curve so

00:49:29.660 it's basically looking at different maturities and different interest rates the yoke are supposed to go up

00:49:34.540 uh meaning the longer you borrow the higher the interest rate about a year and a half ago it became

00:49:39.420 inverted which meant longer rates 10-year notes five-year notes were actually lower interest rates

00:49:45.020 than three-month notes and six-month most notes that happens but it's very unusual but it's a sign

00:49:50.540 that a recession is coming the big money sovereign wealth funds and so forth to say hey i'll take that

00:49:55.740 three and a half four percent coupon on the 10-year note because that's going to look really sweet when

00:49:59.980 interest rates collapse to two percent it's warning you the recession is coming now we're here and what's

00:50:05.420 happening is i'm so sorry we're we're up against a hard break more time next time i promise just

00:52:12.940 back to 9 11 shortly after the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the government

00:52:17.660 power to spy on innocent americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across

00:52:23.900 the internet now jim records editor of the independent financial newsletter strategic intelligence

00:52:35.340 governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on
