00:01:13.200 On Monday, July 8th, I and other commanders from PSP attended the initial planning meeting
00:01:19.280 with various law enforcement agencies.
00:01:22.420 I visited the site multiple times and completed the PSP operation plan leading up to July 13th.
00:01:30.860 The Pennsylvania State Police provided all resources requested by the Secret Service.
00:01:34.960 The Secret Service did not ask me, as the officer in charge of PSP assets,
00:01:40.600 to post a car, a trooper, at the AGR International property.
00:01:45.020 Nor am I aware that Secret Service is making that request to any other PSP official.
00:01:50.740 Thirty members of the state police were assigned to various roles to support the Secret Service.
00:01:55.580 These members provided escort for the motorcade route, staffed post within the secured perimeter,

00:03:23.320 Yesterday, the state election board there unanimously approved a new rule that would make pictures,
00:03:29.040 photographs of ballots available to the public within three days after an election.
00:03:33.640 It would give candidates and voters the ability to check the vote count and identify concerns more quickly.
00:03:38.640 Unclear if the new rule will be finalized in time for November's election.
00:03:43.100 Also, Georgia's Board of Elections opened an investigation into eight county election boards
00:03:48.280 and how they handled thousands of challenges to voter registration.
00:03:52.620 So help us sort through what both of those stories mean.
00:03:55.280 Well, let's start with the first one about making the ballot images transparent.
00:03:59.060 You noted, Willie, that all five members of Georgia Election Board voted for that.
00:04:03.120 And I think it's because it represents something different to each side.
00:04:05.960 Remember, this is not happening in a vacuum.
00:04:08.340 The Georgia Election Board has been considering change after change to its rules.
00:04:12.940 We have a trial coming up on October 1st about two of the most controversial of those rules,
00:04:18.200 one that allows county election board members to conduct a reasonable inquiry after an election and before certification,
00:04:24.500 and the other that allows them to demand any and all election-related documentation.
00:04:29.640 You can see then why how the two non-MAGA board members might favor a system where you get to see the transparent images of ballots
00:04:39.260 because that will allow people to be their own check on counties that say,
00:04:45.020 oh, wait, I couldn't possibly certify these election results because there's irregularity X or alleged fraud Y.
00:04:52.080 By making those images available to everyone, perhaps they're hoping that that will serve as a check.
00:04:57.780 On the other hand, for the three MAGA board members, this is also an opportunity to give the voting public
00:05:03.940 and all sorts of citizen activists, the kinds of people maybe trained by Cleta Mitchell,
00:05:08.460 the opportunity to sow that doubt themselves and distrust in the results.

00:07:11.880 And so lay out at just the highest level, what's the good news and how prepared we are

00:07:19.560 Well, number one, you started this show talking about our faith in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

00:07:30.040 There are so many places in the Bible that tell us to fear not.
00:07:33.440 And so number one, it is—actually, I listened to a sermon yesterday by a pastor in Denver
00:07:39.520 who really laid it out about how it is our Christian duty to vote.
00:07:43.800 And he laid out the difference between the parties.
00:07:46.020 That's pretty great.
00:07:46.680 So number one, vote in person the very first day that you can vote.
00:07:52.240 Do that.
00:07:52.800 It's your obligation.
00:07:53.820 You have to do that.
00:07:54.660 Your Christian obligation, it's your obligation as a patriot and a citizen of this country.
00:07:59.860 Number one, if you're not registered to vote and you're listening to this, shame on you.

00:08:06.660 Now, with regard to election integrity, we are so much better off today than we were four years ago.
00:08:12.400 I can say, people are better off because as a country, we're not better off.
00:08:18.280 But what you didn't see, what we have is citizen patriots all over this country who have been examining voter rolls,
00:08:27.420 who have gone to their election board meetings, who know what the laws are,
00:08:31.540 who know what needs to be done, who have been fighting for transparency.
00:08:35.220 So that little clip from MSNBC is a reaction to the Georgia state election board now has three rule of law members.
00:08:45.000 They're not MAGA.
00:08:46.060 They're rule of law.
00:08:47.640 It just happens that doesn't actually believe in the MAGA movement, also believe in following the law.
00:08:52.600 And so what they are, what the Democrat on that board has said is, oh, my gosh, we've never adopted rules proposed by citizens.
00:09:01.960 Well, so what?
00:09:03.060 That just shows that you've not been paying attention and not been listening to the people.
00:09:07.240 Now, these citizens have been coming forward with terrific proposals for ways to implement the statutes.
00:09:14.460 And we have coalitions and people active in Georgia, in Pennsylvania, in Michigan, in North Carolina.

00:09:26.300 And citizens are watching what's going on.
00:09:29.000 And I would urge people, if you're not signed up to be a poll observer or a poll worker,
00:09:34.960 go find out how to be a poll observer and a poll worker,
00:09:37.880 because now we have many tens of thousands of citizens watching, eyes on every ballot, eyes on every envelope.
00:09:45.740 So, look, I mean, that's what the people at MSNBC and The Washington Post and The New York Times and all the establishment media,

00:09:56.560 And so we just have to double down and get more involved.
00:09:59.580 And I'm very, look, I mean, there's a group in Michigan that is working with local town clerks,
00:10:06.860 giving them handbooks that show what the law is in Michigan because of the lawlessness of the Michigan Secretary of State.

00:10:21.320 they are going to election officials and saying, here's what the law says, follow it and we'll help you.

00:12:09.240 And so every Christian out there, you know, you need to be a force multiplier.

00:22:12.140 She is a great hero of the republic, and you can't say enough great things about her.

00:22:18.160 You know, the North Carolina election integrity team works very closely with the EIN, and we're very happy to be a part of that effort.
00:22:23.760 We have – the good news is we have 1,805 trained volunteers around the state now who are scrutinizing every aspect of this election to make sure that election fraud does not creep in, though we've been left vulnerable in many of the battleground states because our legislatures have failed to instruct the state boards of election to clean up the voter lists.
00:22:46.500 They just really haven't done an effective job.
00:22:48.400 We've got as many as 1 million ineligible or improper registrations in the state of North Carolina, more than half a million that are missing federally required information for list maintenance purposes.
00:22:59.500 So that's a problem.
00:23:00.580 But the good news is that we have an order of magnitude number of greater number of volunteers that are working around the state to scrutinize the voter list, to watch for improper voting, to watch for ineligible registrants having been voted.
00:23:17.880 And I think, you know, that's important.
00:23:21.580 If nothing else, it's at least a deterrent factor for those that would like to commit voter or election fraud.
00:23:28.540 Now, the bad news is that we've already started receiving ballots back in for this election.
00:23:34.980 Last Thursday, I think it was the UOCAVA votes, which is the Uniformed and Overseas Civilians that are voting, have already started filing back in their ballots, their completed ballots.
00:23:45.480 They were only mailed out or sent out electronically on Thursday of last week.
00:23:49.220 We already have 1,000 back in from overseas.
00:23:52.380 And among those 1,000, two-thirds of them were not coded as UOCAVA voters, which is obviously either a major administrative mistake or an indicator of potential voter fraud.
00:24:04.180 Because there's no way that you could have an overseas voter following those conditions that would be not under UOCAVA that would have already had the ability to respond with a completed ballot.
00:24:17.220 Two of them were listed as having been mailed in.
00:24:19.580 Well, it's because—
00:24:21.020 Right.
00:24:21.140 How is that?
00:24:21.740 Yeah, UOCAVA voters are a special treatment.
00:24:24.720 That's basically your military, military dependents, and civilians living overseas.
00:24:29.640 They get special provisions under our law to do things electronically.
00:24:32.880 They can fax in ballots.
00:24:34.060 They can email them.
00:24:35.780 So electronically, you would have the time to get them back in.
00:24:38.560 But if you're not coded correctly in North Carolina to have that special provision for you, you shouldn't be voting that way.
00:24:44.700 And two-thirds of the ballots that have been received so far were not coded correctly.
00:24:48.640 Now, it could be just an administrative error in part of the state.
00:24:51.180 But it more likely is an indication that there's mismanagement somewhere.
00:24:55.840 And we've got to watch that.
00:24:57.440 You know, and we are primed and ready to do voter challenges if we start seeing these things.
00:25:02.220 We're not going to sit idly by like we did in 2020 and allow that kind of mismanagement to occur.

00:30:38.840 So one thing about Georgia that we don't have in North Carolina, which is a real concern, is cast vote records.
00:30:46.860 They were able, Garland Fiverito and others, and Julie Adams and others in Georgia have been able to show to the courts evidence of improper management of election files, election data.
00:30:59.260 And we don't have that ability in North Carolina because our General Assembly let a bill die that would have granted us access to the cast vote records.
00:31:06.580 House Bill 770 never passed.
00:31:08.220 It sat in the Senate for a year, and they killed the bill over there.
00:31:11.580 It had bipartisan support in the House, and they killed the bill, which prevents North Carolina from having access to records even that California has access to, which is ridiculous.
00:31:21.680 That bill should have passed.
00:31:22.840 It would have given us the ability to do checks and balances like they do in Georgia.
00:31:26.040 So North Carolina is not really ready at the state level.
00:31:29.260 To conduct a free and fair election, it's unfortunate.
00:31:32.480 You'll hear different opinions from the bureaucrats at the state, but it's really not.
00:31:36.500 The truth is the citizen volunteers, we the people, have to step up and be the sanity in these elections.
00:31:44.640 Because if we're vigilant and if we're watching the procedures and if we're holding legislators and the Board of Elections feet to the fire, then we'll have a free and fair election.
00:31:54.140 But short of we the people volunteering, it's going nowhere.
00:31:56.760 There's all kinds of vulnerability and risk in these elections through absentee by mail in particular, corrupt voter rolls.

00:50:27.800 So this title thief, a mother of three, had submitted paperwork to the Register of Deeds
00:50:32.780 in Wake County, transferring the $4.5 million home to a trust in her name, saying that the
00:50:39.100 homeowner was in debt to her, and he'd never met this woman before in his life.
00:50:43.800 So despite having evidence that the title thief had no legal claim to his property, the
00:50:48.000 homeowner was told by the Register of Deeds that they were unable to reverse the fraud
00:50:51.780 because under North Carolina law, they can't remove a document once it's been recorded.
00:50:55.760 And keep in mind, registers are also not required to verify the legal sufficiency of the documents
00:51:00.860 or the identity of the notary involved.
00:51:03.200 They just need to make sure it's filled out properly to accept it.
00:51:05.900 So then they told the homeowner that his only option was to hire a private attorney and file
00:51:10.220 a civil suit with the initial legal fees starting at $8,000 just to get the deed reversed.
