00:02:06.000 But Gordon, what's at the top of your mind right now as we go into a presidential election, as we need people to focus?

00:02:12.000 What should the world be worried about?
00:02:14.000 The world right now should be worried that Xi Jinping wants to start a war.
00:02:19.000 Now, I can't say that he has made the decision to go to war, but I can say that he's made the decision to risk war. 0.76

00:02:49.000 But Joe Biden will not have a candid conversation about China's plans with the American people.
00:02:55.000 And that means Biden is abrogating his most solemn constitutional duty, which is to protect the American people from foreign attack.
00:03:04.000 And so when it comes to foreign attacks, Gordon, what do you think is some of the ones that are most pressing?

00:03:12.000 And I think for my counterterrorism days, you know, over, you know, explosive style attacks.
00:03:17.000 But in terms of the CCP in China, what have they been doing that we've missed?
00:03:22.000 And how do we counteract that?
00:03:24.000 And is it too late?
00:03:26.000 You know, we've got assaults on the United States from all perspectives.
00:03:31.000 So, for instance, we've got political warfare.
00:03:34.000 You know, in 2020, Beijing leaned very heavily on Joe Biden's side.
00:03:39.000 They supported Biden during the Democratic Party primaries over Bernie Sanders.
00:03:44.000 And in the general election, they went all in on Biden.
00:03:47.000 And they were actually able to cast the decisive vote in November of 2020 because through their misinformation, disinformation campaigns, they really tilted the election.
00:04:00.000 They're doing the same thing now, though a little bit more subtle this time because they've been warned.
00:04:06.000 But the point is they are still using TikTok, for instance, to amplify these anti-Trump videos.
00:04:13.000 And we're seeing increased activity on the part of their social media platforms.
00:04:19.000 They're probably pouring money into Kamala Harris's campaign like they poured money into Joe Biden's campaign in 2020.
00:04:27.000 In 2020, we knew what they were doing.
00:04:29.000 This time, I'm sure they're going to do the same thing.
00:04:32.000 So that's the domestic front.
00:04:34.000 And by the way, we have got these Chinese saboteurs in our country and they are waiting to strike. 1.00
00:04:40.000 With the increase in Chinese migrants coming across our southern and northern borders, we are seeing increased tempo of incursions into military bases. 1.00

00:05:12.000 And then you touched upon the impacts of it and what they're planning.
00:05:15.000 But you also talked about how the Chinese, the CCP, helped fund portions of the Biden campaign.
00:05:23.000 Can you give us some details on that?
00:05:24.000 And then we'll flip back to the border in 2020.
00:05:27.000 On China supporting the Biden campaign financially in 2020, what they did was they funneled small contributions through ActBlue, which was their website.
00:05:37.000 And many of these contributions came from abroad and they were too small to run down.
00:05:43.000 So they got away with it.
00:05:44.000 I don't know if they're doing that this election cycle, but I wouldn't be surprised because we have seen heightened activity by the Communist Party's United Front Work Department.
00:05:55.000 That's the part of the Communist Party that subverts foreign governments.
00:05:58.000 And they've been very active in two states in particular.
00:06:01.000 One of them, of course, is Minnesota, where Tim Walz, as governor, has had continuous contact with the front department organizations.
00:06:11.000 And also, of course, in New York State, we had the Linda Sun issue.
00:06:15.000 She's been indicted.
00:06:17.000 You know, you've got the police commissioner.
00:06:22.000 He resigned over foreign contacts.
00:06:25.000 Wendy Greco, Mayor Adams' senior official, she's got China contacts that she hasn't explained.
00:06:31.000 And Mayor Adams just got indicted for his Turkish contacts.
00:06:35.000 But his contacts with Turkey also involved trips to China.
00:06:39.000 So China's there as well.
00:06:41.000 So we have China all over our political campaigns right now and infiltrating our campaigns and our political system. 0.97

00:06:52.000 And when it comes to the border and sort of maybe you can explain the approach that the CCP takes into getting illegal Chinese nationals into America versus, say, a lot of the Latin American, South American countries and how they're operating versus, say, how some of the terrorist organizations are operating.
00:07:12.000 Because I don't think many people have the focus on what the CCP is doing long term and long range.
00:07:19.000 And they're using the same tools to invade our country illegally. 0.61

00:07:37.000 But the composition of Chinese migrants has changed over the last two years.
00:07:42.000 Now we're seeing packs of Chinese males coming in groups of five to 15 of military age, traveling without family members and who are single.

00:07:53.000 U.S. Border Patrol knows that some of them have links to the Chinese military.
00:07:58.000 And so that's concern.
00:08:01.000 And as I mentioned, once we've seen this surge of Chinese males, we've also had the surge of Chinese intrusions into our military base. 0.89

00:09:38.000 And then she brought in investigators from the state of California who brought in investigators from the federal government.
00:09:45.000 And they seized those pathogens.
00:09:48.000 They seized the mice that had been engineered to spread disease.

00:09:56.000 Now, Cash, that could not have been the only secret biological weapons facility in the United States.

00:11:27.000 They've also been using land in the state next to me right now, which is Oklahoma, where China's nationals have been basing human trafficking operations on farmland.
00:11:39.000 And as a local resident told me, the Chinese have a fence around their property.
00:11:44.000 Well, that's no big deal because everybody in Oklahoma has a fence.
00:11:47.000 But the fences Americans put up are to keep people out and off their property.

00:11:59.000 Also, there are so many illegal marijuana grows, especially in Oklahoma and in Maine.

00:13:03.000 But if we're focusing just on property, I mean, what we should be doing is taking, for instance, the CFIUS rules.
00:13:10.000 That's the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. and tightening them so that Chinese nationals can't buy land in our country.
00:13:17.000 Just as reciprocal. Americans can't buy land in China.
00:13:20.000 We can't own a square inch in China.
00:13:22.000 So why are we allowing Chinese nationals into our country to buy up fast tracks for various sinister purposes? 1.00

00:13:33.000 And the president of the United States can wield that power with the executive pen.
00:13:38.000 So that's clearly something that should be done.
00:13:41.000 But also we should be cutting trade.

00:18:32.000 No one's really talking about that.
00:18:34.000 Yeah, the Chinese are coming across the northern border.
00:18:37.000 In February, U.S. Border Patrol caught three Chinese migrants coming in.
00:18:42.000 What was ominous about this was that there were Chinese nationals on our side of the border who were obviously there by prearrangement who were there to help those people sneaking in. 0.99

00:19:47.000 But I did see an interesting article and the House Intelligence Committee, all of the Republicans on it, signed a letter essentially demanding a briefing and maybe an investigation from both the FBI and SEC on a company called PDD or Timu.
00:20:02.000 And I know there's no better person to ask than you. I bring that one up singularly. But are there other companies the CCP is using?
00:20:10.000 And can you comment on that and this article that came out with the House Intel letter just the other week?
00:20:17.000 Yeah. Timu is the retailer that brings in goods under $800 to avoid the tariffs.
00:20:25.000 And his parent, Pin Du Du, is under investigation.
00:20:30.000 And they're under investigation because what they've been taking is the data that they obtain when people use their site and they're shipping it off to the party, Communist Party.
00:20:43.000 Now, that happens with every Chinese company. And the reason is that whether a company is owned by the state or it's owned by private investors, it is subject to the will of the Communist Party, which demands complete obedience.
00:20:58.000 No Chinese entity can disobey a demand from the party. And in addition to that, China's 2017 national intelligence law requires every Chinese national and every Chinese entity to spy if it receives a demand from the authorities.
00:21:14.000 And so this is the this is the core of the concern from the Republicans in the House.
00:21:23.000 And it's obviously something we need to look at because we think that China is sort of organized like us, you know, that private actors can get to do what they want.
00:21:32.000 Well, no, that's not the case. Every person, every entity in China must comply with demands from the Communist Party.
00:21:41.000 Wow. And I didn't really know too much about the depth of this before talking to folks like you who are so well versed in it.

00:22:45.540 Gordon, can you tell us about the book and what made you write the book and what people are going to find in it?
00:22:50.940 Yeah. What I was concerned about is that a lot of people just view China in benign terms.
00:22:57.020 And it's throughout our political system, Republicans, Democrats, liberals and conservatives.
00:23:01.880 So I wanted to lay out just some of the very fundamental points.
00:23:05.480 And one of them is that the Communist Party has declared a people's war on America.
00:23:09.900 They did that in May 2019 when People's Daily, the most authoritative publication in China, published a landmark editorial.
00:23:18.520 So this is the position of the Communist Party.
00:23:21.720 People's war has a meaning for the communists, and that is total war.
00:23:27.720 We know it's total war because a Chinese military publication this year very helpfully explained what was the meaning behind people's war.
00:23:38.520 So clearly this is an existential struggle.
00:23:40.780 And it's an existential struggle, Cash, not because of anything that we say or do, but it's because of who we are.
00:23:47.340 You have an insecure regime in Beijing is worried about the inspirational impact of America's values and form of governance on the Chinese people.
00:23:57.040 So the Communist Party feels it will never be safe as long as the United States exists, which means it is out to destroy the United States.
00:24:04.640 And we see this.
00:24:05.460 And that's, for instance, when people talk about fentanyl, we have to understand that this is a project run by the Communist Party to kill Americans.
00:24:13.820 Seventy-five thousand Americans each year die from doses of illegal Chinese fentanyl.
00:24:19.320 Those are murders, and we have to look at it in that context, because if we don't, we won't do anything effective about it.

00:35:41.160 But Lee, the Iranian threat, unfortunately, isn't just outside of our borders.

00:35:49.280 There's folks in the government, in the Biden-Harris administration, who have authored and architected
00:35:55.720 the JCPOA, who have been buddies with the Iranian regime, who have sought permission from them.

00:36:04.620 coverage that it would if, say, President Trump had hired these people.
00:36:09.680 So can you give us a little summary about some of these folks and what they're doing?

00:36:16.140 Well, I mean, the most important figure was Robert Malley.
00:36:18.500 Robert Malley was an Obama deputy, and he was really in charge of the Iran nuclear deal
00:36:25.240 in 2015.
00:36:26.120 And just very quickly, it's important for people to understand there's a lot of loose talk
00:36:31.220 around this.
00:36:32.100 It was never designed to stop Iran from getting a bomb. 0.69
00:36:35.120 The purpose was to legalize Iran's nuclear weapons program.
00:36:39.040 So that's what Malley did in 2015.
00:36:41.460 Malley was also hired in the Biden administration.
00:36:44.080 Malley had participated in an Iranian influence operation dating back several decades.
00:36:51.900 He brought one of these people into the State Department, an official named Arianna Tabatabai. 0.83

00:36:59.460 Now she's moved over to DOD.
00:37:01.120 And remarkably, Cash, even though this has been public for about a year, Tabatabai is still

00:37:09.280 She's working as chief of staff in the Office of Special Operations, which means you'll know

00:37:20.980 But my understanding is that this office deals with everything, not only special operations,
00:37:26.140 but things like hostage rescue as well.
00:37:29.000 And of course, we still have American hostages being held by the Iranian terror proxy army in
00:37:35.920 Gaza, Hamas.
00:37:37.780 For those not super up to date, but what have they specifically done that had warranted Robert
00:37:46.160 Malley's security clearance to be suspended and her to be under investigation?
00:37:50.280 I think that's the critical part.
00:37:51.520 These people have monumental national security roles.
00:37:54.120 And we haven't even talked about Mahavatar, but maybe just focus on these two for now.
00:37:58.420 Yeah, Mahavatar, of course, you first ran into him when he was working for Adam Schiff,
00:38:02.240 I guess.
00:38:02.660 So look, here's the thing, Cash.
00:38:05.880 As we know now, when the FBI says it's investigating something, it means they're burying it.
00:38:11.360 And that's the case with Robert Malley.
00:38:13.040 Malley had his security clearance that's taken away last year.
00:38:17.500 And now we're told that it's under FBI investigation.
00:38:21.620 What they're doing is they're just burying that.
00:38:24.040 So, right?
00:38:24.540 Because what will the FBI say?
00:38:25.880 They say, well, we can't talk about this matter since it's the subject of an active investigation.
00:38:30.660 What Malley actually did, we have a little more clarity on what he did was it seems that
00:38:37.880 he moved classified information from classified electronic devices over to personal devices.
00:38:47.080 Now, what this looks like, frankly, it looks like Malley purposefully exposed this information,
00:38:54.480 knowing that as Biden's Iran envoy, of course, he knew a whole bunch of people,
00:38:59.000 a whole bunch of hostile actors were going to be looking at—he was going to be a target of surveillance.
00:39:06.160 So apparently that information reached the State Department.
00:39:11.200 The State Department moved him aside.
00:39:13.300 But look, even that with the story, we know how the State Department dealt with it after.
00:39:17.300 And that was the subject of a recent inspector general's report.
00:39:20.040 The big thing is, what was the information that Malley was—that Malley had made public?
00:39:26.740 It seems unlikely that we're going to find out any time soon.
00:39:30.140 God willing, a Donald Trump presidency will show us exactly what the Biden administration was doing,
00:39:37.140 why they were playing footsie with Iran, and exactly what kind of information were they providing
