00:00:57.000 Well, one thing that we're uncovering on the show, and I think quite forensically, state by state, is the evidence of non-citizens voting.
00:01:06.000 News out from Oregon today has 1,200 people scrubbed from the voter rolls because they failed to show proof of their U.S. citizenship.
00:01:17.000 With me to discuss, this is state representative, Ed Deal.

00:01:28.000 Tell me a bit about this, if you wouldn't mind.
00:01:30.000 1,200 people were moved who weren't citizens.
00:01:34.000 How did they ever get onto the voting list in the first place?
00:01:36.000 And how was it discovered that they shouldn't have been there?
00:01:40.000 Yes, this is the tip of the iceberg, I think, in Oregon.
00:01:46.000 So what we learned during some testimony last week was there was a tip from some outside entity, I believe it's a voter registration activist group, that notified our DMV that, hey, we, or Secretary of State, that it looks like you might have a problem.
00:02:04.000 And so they looked at, initially found 300 voters that had been registered to vote by the DMV accidentally by just clicking a box on the automated dropdown system that says they're a citizen.
00:02:21.000 They didn't provide any verification or they provided, they provided some other identification, but the DMV clicked the wrong box.
00:02:28.000 That's what we've been told.
00:02:30.000 They've since gone through, and since 2021, they're associating this with a software update that was done in 2021, saying that now I think it's 1,257 voters.
00:02:42.000 But the thing we have to remember in Oregon, we're an attestation state.
00:02:47.000 You check a box.
00:02:48.000 If you fill out the paper form to register to vote, you check a box that says you're a citizen, there's no check.
00:02:55.000 The Secretary of State actually doesn't have any means to verify U.S. citizenship when you register to vote.
00:03:02.000 Well, Marlee Hornick from United Sovereign Americans came on this show about a month ago, and she's putting out unbelievably top-rate stuff. 0.80
00:03:14.000 And she actually sort of said something which for me was revelationary.
00:03:17.000 It's actually the state's obligation before the law to ascertain that those people who have eligibility to vote are actually eligible.
00:03:29.000 That is, the onus is on the state.
00:03:31.000 It's not on the onus of anyone to prove or demonstrate that someone shouldn't be there.
00:03:35.000 It's quite clear that states go around across the union, what state after state after state.
00:03:40.000 They're not doing due diligence on this.
00:03:42.000 Tell me, Representative Deal, is there any evidence that people on this list amongst this 1,257, which you're citing, is there any evidence that any of these folks have actually been voting in previous elections?
00:03:55.000 So the DMV tells us, or the Secretary of State tells us, that nine of those voters did vote.
00:04:03.000 So that's what we know.
00:04:06.000 But again, I have no reason to believe that this is limited to 1,257 non-U.S. citizens.
00:04:13.000 And presumably this now is the starting point for you guys, the Republican representatives, GOP representatives in Oregon to start sort of unpacking this and sort of doing the deep dive and find out what the murky reality is.
00:04:34.000 Yes, it is.
00:04:35.000 And what's what's really disturbing is we had a committee hearing last week on this topic.
00:04:41.000 The secretary of state didn't even bother to show up.
00:04:44.000 They did not even show up for the hearing.
00:04:47.000 They do not take this seriously.
00:04:49.000 And we have other issues with our voter registration system.
00:04:54.000 We don't clean the voter registration rolls.
00:04:56.000 Like I was saying, you just check a box and that indicates citizenship.
00:05:01.000 Our secretary of state and our county clerks have no means to go back through the voter rolls and verify that people are U.S. citizens.
00:05:09.000 There's no tool sets available for them.
00:05:11.000 So this is people know this is a real problem.
00:05:15.000 Eighty percent of Americans expect some kind of voter I.D. to be in place before you can vote.
00:05:22.000 And we have a very sloppy system in Oregon.
00:05:26.000 Let me ask you this question, because I know it's something that drives the war absolutely crazy.
00:05:31.000 What are you guys doing now that this has emerged?
00:05:34.000 Are there going to be any legislative initiatives to ensure that the state or any initiatives even of a judicial nature of lawsuits?
00:05:43.000 Are you guys going to be doing anything to hold the state operators to account on this?
00:05:48.000 Yes.
00:05:49.000 Some of us are implementing or introducing a state version of the safe act or the safe act, which would require verification of citizenship.
00:06:01.000 And we'll we'll see if that gains any traction.
00:06:05.000 We have tried to introduce legislation to have our voter rolls cleaned.
00:06:09.000 That hasn't been done in, I don't know, over a decade, I believe.
00:06:13.000 We so we will be introducing some legislation and we'll be pushing on this hard.
00:06:18.000 But it's going to take overwhelming public support and be in that building in the Capitol building to help push this.
00:06:26.000 And even I would say even to get a hearing on the topic.
00:06:31.000 Well, in terms of overwhelming public support, all I can say is that the followers that the posse on the war room have been chomping at the bit, giving every possible sustenance and aid to both the state level representatives and also the national level to do something about election integrity.
00:06:50.000 And yet here we are less than, I think, 35 days away from this existential knife edge election.
00:06:55.000 Yeah.
00:06:56.000 And it's amazing, I think, four years in after 2020, really quite amazing that we're even still having these conversations.

00:09:13.000 Look, I'm going to start off with this question, because I know you're going to talk about China and Israel today.
00:09:19.000 And I asked the question lightly to Colonel Mills.
00:09:22.000 But again, it's something that the posse will be pushing me to ask.
00:09:26.000 MAGA is an America first movement.
00:09:29.000 Now, I realize that geopolitically there are things around the world that are of interest, existential interest, perhaps even to Americans.
00:09:36.000 But at some point, American tax dollars are going to run out.
00:09:40.000 You have a national debt.
00:09:42.000 Now, I think 35 trillion is adding a trillion every hundred days.
00:09:47.000 Interest on your debt is now at $1 trillion per year for the first time ever.
00:09:55.000 It's the second largest budget heading, interest repayments, right?
00:10:00.000 Within about six months, it's probably on track to be the largest budget outlay.
00:10:06.000 America first.
00:10:08.000 Can you give me a compelling argument why American taxpayers should be sort of stumping up further dollars for this, for rattle, for saber, saber rattling against the CCP?
00:10:22.000 Well, it's not saber rattling, Ben.
00:10:25.000 First of all, great to be with you.

00:10:30.000 Look, it's not saber rattling when you're providing for your own defense.
00:10:35.000 Most of the things that we at the Committee on the Present Danger China have spoken about are the kind of military expenditures that would lead to deterrence.
00:10:46.000 We're not for invading China.
00:10:49.000 We're not for engaging in foreign wars with no purpose.
00:10:54.000 We're for building a national missile defense, for instance.
00:10:57.000 The kind of things you're seeing over in Israel today and their ability to shoot down those Iranian missiles.
00:11:05.000 We don't have one of those for the United States.
00:11:08.000 We have a very limited system here that is not going to defend us from communist China or Russia or Iran. 0.61

00:11:18.000 We have a so-called military industrial complex.
00:11:21.000 Some of my friends don't like that phrase, but we have one that isn't very industrial in its capacity.

00:11:35.000 And we don't have an adequate offense to deter our enemies, such as communist China. 0.94

00:11:50.000 There have been strategic relationships built over many, many years between Iran and communist China.

00:12:27.000 China and North Korea and Russia have given Iran the capabilities to do that.

00:12:42.000 And so when we talk about the money we spend on our national defense, it's not for doing necessarily from a MAGA point of view, people who care about America first.

00:12:57.000 And that would be, for instance, a ballistic missile defense to make sure that one of these nations, whether it's communist China or Iran, cannot destroy the United States.
00:13:07.000 Can we afford to do that?
00:13:09.000 We can't afford not to do that.
00:13:11.000 Can you imagine the hit to the US economy the first time there is a nuclear weapon goes off on American soil?
00:13:21.000 There would be an immediate depression.
00:13:24.000 And the mere fact that we've not built one of these missile defenses over the course of the last 30 years is, as I say, a scandal.

00:13:35.000 My question, obviously, is simply saying that, you know, America only has a finite amount of money it can spend.
00:13:43.000 And obviously, it can't continue indefinitely piling on money to the debt choices that need to be made.
00:13:49.000 But we can grow the economy, Ben.
00:13:52.000 I mean, one of the promises of President Trump in the campaign was that we're gonna have a growth economy.
00:13:59.000 We're gonna build more cities.
00:14:01.000 We're gonna build a manufacturing base again in this country.
00:14:05.000 And we're gonna get the economy growing.
00:14:07.000 That's not happened under Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
00:14:11.000 And so when you talk about we don't have the money, we can grow the economy.
00:14:16.000 We can get spending under control.
00:14:18.000 That will not be difficult, given the profligacy of this administration.
00:14:23.000 And then if you grow the economy, you can get out of this problem we're currently in.
00:14:28.000 You know, we've got 20 seconds coming up to the break.

00:14:34.000 On the idea of getting spending under control, that was gonna be a nightmare difficult.
00:14:38.000 Because half of the GOP are part of, you know, you mentioned the term I used at the beginning of the show, the military industrial compass.
00:14:45.000 It exists, its presence, you know, another word, unipartic, you know, the GOP in Congress.
00:14:52.000 Again, look at the CR that it passed.
00:14:55.000 Getting spending under control is gonna be very difficult indeed.
00:15:00.000 The elites are getting desperate.

00:16:40.000 Tell me what the implications of this are for Hezbollah, for Iran, for Israel, and also for the United States that is still underwriting Israel's security.

00:16:58.000 We're underwriting in part Israel's security, but we're also underwriting today with the Biden and Harris regime, Iran's security.
00:17:09.000 It's the Biden-Harris regime that's sent $100 billion to Iran, probably with communist China's backing itself, that has helped underwrite the attack both on October 7th and the ongoing bellicosity and actual attack by Iran on Israel.
00:17:31.000 And so when we look at that whole thing, it's not as if we can't frame this as if the United States and Israel are arm in arm against Iran. 0.63

00:18:13.000 They kept pressing and he wouldn't answer and he wouldn't answer because it would be just fine with Tim Waltz for Iran to be the beneficiary of all sorts of protection by the United States.
00:18:28.000 Tim Waltz did not want to say that the Biden administration or the Waltz Harris administration would not back Israel because they wouldn't back Israel.
00:18:39.000 They haven't backed them and they won't.
00:18:41.000 Now, the implications for all that are significant by virtue of the fact that it's a failure of U.S. deterrence.
00:18:50.000 So America says to Iran not to do that.
00:18:54.000 They do it anyway.
00:18:55.000 And so Iran does not respect the United States.
00:18:59.000 China, which is backing Iran, does not respect the United States.
00:19:03.000 So that's a failure of U.S. deterrence, pure and simple.
00:19:08.000 If you had a President Trump in office, does anyone believe Iran would be launching missiles at Israel?

00:19:16.000 We would not have gotten into the position we have today.
00:19:19.000 If there's a single October surprise, Ben, I really do think it's that this whole idea of World War III and President Trump has talked about it.
00:19:29.000 And the Committee on the Present Danger, working with the American Freedom Alliance, have done these conferences around the country on World War III the early years.
00:19:38.000 When you look at what's happening today, this October surprise really could be that the start of World War III is going to get much more kinetic and much more serious.
00:19:48.000 What will it do to the United States if there's a more serious attack on Israel, if Israel responds in kind, and if the Palestinian sympathizers in the United States or all the Iranians in the United States create the kind of street violence we saw in 2020 and that we saw earlier this summer?
00:20:09.000 That I think you really could have the October surprise that people have been waiting for with this failure by the United States to adequately deter both Iran and China and their support of Hezbollah and all the terrorism we see in the Middle East. 0.67

00:23:49.880 Tell us a bit about—you were arrested, I think, yesterday, then.
00:23:53.180 So tell me a bit about what happened in Wake County.
00:23:57.180 Yes, I went to the Wake County School Board meeting, as I've done over the past two years.
00:24:03.040 And I addressed an issue that has taken place in our state that needs to stop.
00:24:07.540 Number one, there was a young girl by the name of Lorena Benson who was forced to read a pornographic book and discuss it in her class about a month ago. 1.00
00:24:18.400 She went to the Wake County School Board meeting two weeks ago to address that.
00:24:21.640 She shared her sentiments and reminded them that she experienced trauma as a result of it.
00:24:28.760 Two weeks later, the board does nothing about it.
00:24:33.740 No changes, no opportunities to give her justice for defrauding her of her innocence.
00:24:41.700 And she's now resigning from that school, and she's going to go to a different school system. 1.00
00:24:46.660 You know, her parents came to the U.S. about three years ago, and she never was met with those things in the Dominican Republic.
00:24:56.560 But here in the U.S., at a school by the name of Athens Drive High School, she was forced to read from a pornographic book. 0.96
00:25:03.760 I addressed that at the school board meeting last night, along with the fact that the board members are failing to adhere to HB 49, which is a new parental rights bill in North Carolina.
00:25:16.760 They're not supposed to put books that push gender confusion in the library. 1.00

00:31:38.660 but even with these stats, it's showing that more brown, black, and white people are coming together,
00:31:46.120 and Hispanic people are coming together on Sunday morning.

00:31:50.040 But the Democrat Party destroyed the Christian church during the pandemic
00:31:53.900 because they deemed the Christian church and churches in general as being non-essential.
00:31:59.900 That is the greatest issue that we should take from this story,

00:32:08.580 but is now destroying the black church and churches in general.
00:32:12.680 These presidents that have led this country, like President Barack Hussein Obama and President Joe Biden,

00:32:29.220 President Barack Obama decorated the White House in rainbow colors.
00:32:33.840 He used a symbol that is a major focal point of the Christian faith.
00:32:38.980 It's a reminder to the church that God will not flood the earth anymore,
00:32:42.420 but he puts the wrong rainbow, the six-stripe rainbow, on the White House.
00:32:48.740 He took away one stripe, and the color that he removed is indigo, which represents God.
00:32:54.140 And in nature, there's a rainbow that has seven colors.
00:32:58.120 It's naturally occurring, and that is God's rainbow.
00:33:01.000 But the woke, prideful rainbow is a six-stripe rainbow.
00:33:05.920 From the Barack Obama administration to the Joe Biden administration,
