Bannon's War Room - Episode 3952： Corruption And Lies From Katie Hobbs

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.420 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.020 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.780 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.360 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.180 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.120 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.340 this idea that mail-in ballots are going to come in and stole the election it is a belief system

00:00:57.660 among them and as you know you cannot have a democracy if a certain percentage of people

00:01:01.700 don't believe in the results exactly and i think that that's part of us on a human level struggled

00:01:05.700 with the most is hearing so many people saying already before votes been cast that was back in

00:01:10.480 april here i've had conversations for months that are just like that here we could roll the tape for

00:01:15.000 a long time and take the rest of your show because there is a segment of the population

00:01:19.060 that takes donald trump's words and they parrot them when he says election interference time and

00:01:23.840 again i hear from his supporters election interference election interference just today in colorado a

00:01:29.060 former county clerk was just sentenced to nine years in prison for uh essentially election

00:01:34.520 interference right like and this is the part though that where where are we going one month from

00:01:40.180 now i don't know what does another january 6th look like i don't know but there is a

00:01:44.880 segment of the population it's not a majority yeah but there is a heavy potent minority of the

00:01:50.380 american population that believes the last election was taken yeah joe biden kamala harris shouldn't be

00:01:54.440 in office and that is the concerning part as we go in into this november here it is not just donald

00:02:01.060 trump's words in the concern around how donald trump could use his power but it is the power that the

00:02:06.720 american citizens have yeah and they don't believe in the basis of our election i think people don't

00:02:12.160 appreciate is that an investigation in and of itself is a highly invasive stressful thing for an

00:02:20.200 individual to go under it can cost them a lot of money it can scare their families it can allow the

00:02:26.900 government to come in and to see into their lives in ways that that that you don't normally get to

00:02:33.480 so even if there are not prosecutions even if there are not people that are put before military

00:02:39.660 tribunals are in prisons that doesn't stop just the simple existence of an investigation that can

00:02:46.980 ruin someone's life and they've they've also they have promised they have promised jonathan that this

00:02:53.240 next term the trump second term they will have people there who will execute uh every one of trump's

00:03:01.080 orders and demands and they have promised that they well you know bannon and cash patel

00:03:06.600 they just looked at the camera and said they were coming after us if they have promised we will not

00:03:12.180 miss next time we will we will find our targets and we will throw them in jail and that includes

00:03:17.700 morning joe and you're right this time around it's worth underscoring there won't be guardrails there

00:03:21.680 won't be the don mcgans or jesse kelly's in the world who try to stop trump he's pledged this time

00:03:26.460 we'll just be loyalists friday 4th of october annor domini 2024 ben harnwell here sitting in for

00:03:37.060 stephen k bannon well then um an astonishing story covered by what the washington post emerged that um

00:03:46.020 in a three-way call in arizona it had uh become evident that and these figures are estimated between

00:03:54.860 98 000 and 148 000 voters registered voters um who'd been on the voter rolls for many decades

00:04:02.980 had uh never supplied evidence that they were actually citizens of the united states um and in

00:04:10.960 this panicky three-way phone call i think we'll put this up on on our social media because uh this

00:04:16.720 article because it is absolutely amazing um katie hobbs the governor and her secretary of state

00:04:24.460 and attorney general were discussing what to do about it um now we're going to discuss that phone

00:04:29.900 call um and with me this morning therefore gina swoboda the chair of arizona gop and caroline

00:04:37.460 wren senior advisor to carrie lake gonna go through this first of all gina um let's start with you on

00:04:44.740 this one um there's a lot of substance in this call um revelations i think um that we're going to

00:04:51.960 have to get through this morning but my first question is who made this call and how did it get

00:04:59.260 out that's a great question uh thanks for having me benjamin so who recorded the tape um the media

00:05:06.620 has been sending public record requests to the secretary secretary fontes to attorney general mays

00:05:12.460 and to governor hobbs and thus far i believe two of the three have said they don't have a tape

00:05:18.100 um i don't think anybody comes out uh looking good they knew there was a problem it was a systemic

00:05:24.120 issue at motor vehicle they rant and rave at us about why do people not have faith in the process

00:05:29.560 and then they sit on the information that we don't we haven't been properly checking for citizenship

00:05:34.320 for at least 100 000 voters for at least 20 years right so you know i have my suspicion uh only one of the

00:05:43.560 three sounded like you know they were maybe in a broadway play sticking up uh for the for the

00:05:50.560 american the rights of the american voter and the other two were kind of like what about the political

00:05:54.700 ramifications uh you know so it it doesn't um bode well for the leadership of the state of arizona

00:06:00.420 and this is why we would wish we had a better election process in 22 and we would have had a different

00:06:05.900 outcome just to be clear here we're talking about people um who are eligible to vote this is the

00:06:15.760 bizarre thing about america they're eligible without having ever given evidence that they are american

00:06:20.900 citizens they are eligible to vote in the federal election but they're not eligible to vote um in state

00:06:26.960 or local elections because those those elections require um evidence so that just shows you what a whole

00:06:32.940 mess this system is um caroline when does this not oh let me go for the quote and then i um here this is

00:06:44.000 one of the many money quotes in this article this is katie hobbs speaking when this goes public it's going 0.98

00:06:49.940 to have all the conspiracy theorists in the globe in the world coming back to relitigate the past

00:06:56.780 three elections at least in arizona and it's going to validate all of their theories about illegal voting

00:07:04.100 in our elections that's a direct quote from from the governor the actual governor caroline men just 0.97

00:07:10.100 she's right actually isn't she um that this will uh uh make everyone who's ever queried the elections

00:07:18.340 come out and say well hang on we were right all along what has carrie been vindicated 0.93

00:07:24.720 we already have very little confidence in these elections like so i mean this was uh she is right

00:07:30.660 in saying this will uh only further that but you know i remember when this story broke it was actually

00:07:36.000 about like two weeks ago but i was on a plane on my way to arizona the first person i sent it to was

00:07:39.860 gina swoboda and they were trying to kind of bury it but what was shocking to me is the maricopa

00:07:44.780 county recorder stephen richard put out on his twitter he said oh actually um you know we've been

00:07:49.980 huddling about this privately for a week trying to figure out what to do and i immediately thought so well

00:07:54.340 so they've known about this for we're not sure exactly when they figured it out but he said for

00:07:58.640 at least a week and instead of coming forward and being transparent with the public the democrat

00:08:03.720 governor the democrat secretary of state the democrat attorney general and others just privately huddled

00:08:09.420 and this call was during that window panicking saying what the heck do we do and then they went

00:08:13.680 into strategy mode how do we strategize to actually keep these people on the voter rolls and see if we

00:08:18.540 can bury it as much as possible and to me that was i i thought that was just unbelievable when i heard that

00:08:24.200 and that they were steven richard would even admit that they knew about this for a week and didn't

00:08:27.400 take it public and so it's it is a tremendous amount of voters i mean it's 208 first they said

00:08:32.740 98 000 then they said oh wait never mind it's 218 000 for context the margin of victory in the 2022

00:08:39.980 governor's race that was 17 000 votes the presidential race was 10 000 votes abe homady's attorney general race

00:08:46.580 was 200 and something votes so 218 000 voters where we cannot confirm their citizenship i i actually

00:08:54.060 think it's closer to 500 000 but that is a massive number in a state like arizona and something similar

00:09:00.620 happened in oregon by the way oregon and they were kicked off the rotor rolls but in arizona where we

00:09:05.780 have razor razor thin margins nope let's leave them on nobody just everybody look away

00:09:10.080 caroline that that quote from katie hobbs and it's going to validate all of their theories about

00:09:18.940 illegal voting in our elections she adds um even though we all know it's not true but forget that

00:09:24.500 part the fact that it's going to validate all the things she's what she's basically saying here let me

00:09:29.780 ask you this what she's basically saying here what the governor is saying in this secret phone call

00:09:34.380 uh with her two highest um placed collaborators is um effectively it is a validation of everything

00:09:42.280 that carrie lake has been saying over the last two years is it not it is but i love that they say this

00:09:48.440 will validate their theories that we want illegals to vote they're not theories like ruben gallego

00:09:53.140 carrie's opponent has voted twice to allow illegal citizens to vote like the democratic party the entire

00:09:58.100 like just entirely except for i think one or two democrats just voted against the save act

00:10:01.660 like this isn't shocking news they openly say they want illegal aliens to be able to vote in our

00:10:07.200 elections and then they vote on legislation to that effect so we are not conspiracy theorists we are

00:10:12.820 just simply calling out their own words and their own votes and then it is really shocking though when

00:10:17.500 we've been saying of course this is happening it's happening all over the country and then we have

00:10:21.580 the firm concrete evidence like still nothing happens they take it to the arizona supreme court and

00:10:26.400 the arizona supreme court once again sweeps it under the rug and here we are all yet again 30 days

00:10:31.280 after the election with no confidence in our election systems

00:10:35.260 gina swoboda um the other interesting thing here is that these aren't these whatever figure you're

00:10:44.980 going at whether you're going for 98 000 and then 48 000 turned in 18 000 it it is a movable feast

00:10:51.440 um caroline wren suggested that it could be as high as 500 000 what is interesting here you tell me now

00:10:59.240 are these is this a neutral selection of voters across the board some leading democrats some

00:11:06.360 leading republican or is it slightly more sinister than that do these voters skew in a certain direction

00:11:14.220 thank you so here's part of the problem secretary fontes refuses to provide the required transparency 1.00

00:11:21.920 for anyone to ascertain with any degree of certitude exactly what this group of voters is okay

00:11:28.240 they are representing to us that this new group with the new bucket the total is 218 000 and they're

00:11:34.840 saying 79 000 are republicans right so the largest group again is still republicans and these people

00:11:40.780 have purportedly all attested that they were citizens when they registered to vote right they

00:11:44.880 checked this little box so but what what degree of confidence can anybody have when the number keeps

00:11:50.660 changing and now we have this leaked tape of the three of them on a call basically saying oh no you

00:11:55.840 know what are we going to do this this is terrible politically this is supposed to be about the

00:12:00.280 security of the system you can't do systemic voter list maintenance within 90 days of an election that's

00:12:07.940 federal law the reason in america we are trapped with this whole federal only voter nonsense is because

00:12:13.620 congress passed that nvra okay so arizona's fighting and we're at the supreme court and the ninth circuit

00:12:19.780 fighting over this and in the midst of all this monday is the voter registration deadline in arizona

00:12:24.860 okay at 11 59 p.m on monday that's your last shot anyone who's listening who knows anyone in arizona get

00:12:30.600 them registered as we're having this conversation we have shifted that the voting demographics in

00:12:35.860 arizona so republicans now have 60 000 more votes statewide more registered voters statewide than we

00:12:42.120 had when we went into the last election cycle so yes these people were always going to get to vote a

00:12:47.580 federal ballot now they're going to get to vote for it for the state and the ballot measures but at the

00:12:52.400 end of the day i personally am sick of hearing the left rant at us about the doubts that people have in

00:12:58.000 the system when they are the ones creating the doubts because they are the ones obstructing

00:13:01.900 transparency either let us have oversight as we're supposed to in the nvra i have litigation that

00:13:07.480 i filed months ago to require the secretary to tell us exactly how you're keeping the voter list

00:13:13.140 rolls clean and they stonewalled us at every turn oh no everything's fine go home nothing to see here

00:13:18.100 and now here we are and it's at the penultimate moment we start voting wednesday guys and they're

00:13:23.040 like by the way oh by the way so it's got it it's it's ridiculous it's got to be stopped and we've got

00:13:27.940 to get uh this kind of person out of office as a chief election official they have no business being

00:13:32.380 there gina on that point just give me one minute and then we go into the break are arizona's 1.00

00:13:38.100 scratching their heads looking at the the state infrastructure saying basically guys you had one

00:13:44.900 job to do hundred percent this is your main role as the chief election official of the state of

00:13:51.920 arizona is to help our county recorders you know he's not giving the list of these voters to the

00:13:56.340 county recorders and they're the ones who are responsible i've got people all over the state of

00:14:01.240 arizona that got a license before 96 that are terrified something's wrong with their voter record

00:14:05.900 they're calling their county recorder like is it me is it me and they don't know because he's he is

00:14:11.100 sitting there trying to do a top-down system in a bottom-up state because that's what marxist leftist 0.89

00:14:16.340 democrats do that's who these people are at the end of the day and given any opportunity to take power

00:14:21.640 they do and so we have to go back to the bottom-up system empower the county recorders to do their job

00:14:28.300 you know this whole thing was only discovered because of a staffer at the county level who was doing

00:14:33.200 their job doing routine maintenance oversight auditing the records making sure everything

00:14:38.540 was good to go and they were like hey why is this non-eligible person here there has been

00:14:43.740 no feedback from our chief election official other than to do a cya um you know maneuver and a bunch of

00:14:50.940 the elites are getting desperate they now want to use the technology behind bitcoin for their own

00:15:05.200 orwellian purposes their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank

00:15:11.340 digital currencies which they control imagine your every purchase being called into question

00:15:17.040 your every move tracked like you live in a communist country this is not the america we want

00:16:12.560 here's your host stephen k band

00:16:15.720 welcome back another thing as i say we're gonna have this article we'll push this out on

00:16:25.940 social media so you can all read this yourself and it's definitely worth getting into um but katie

00:16:33.120 the governor of arizona who's sitting in the chair that by rights carrie lake should be sitting in 0.88

00:16:39.520 suggested in this secret phone call that the issue would best be resolved with the court decision

00:16:45.120 and i quote her directly now that would provide the cover the legal cover um and she suggested that

00:16:52.100 litigation should come from someone who's friendly to us now gina sobode um that that that aside that

00:17:03.840 strategic thinking on behalf of the governor it suggests to me a relationship between the state

00:17:10.780 political branch the executive branch and the state judicial branch that should not exist

00:17:15.920 the idea that they're thinking of shunting um this over to the courts to to get them the political

00:17:22.900 leadership out of a difficulty that their own incompetence has brought them into even though of

00:17:28.840 course they did this to acknowledge that these this issue goes back two decades um and none of

00:17:34.640 these people were in none of these three participants in this phone call were in power two decades ago

00:17:39.620 this is a long-standing issue but the idea that with all the attention that people have uh have brought

00:17:46.200 to the issue of election integrity in arizona over the last four years that they are weeks away from

00:17:52.220 this existential knife edge election and this issue had even been sort of as in no one had been even

00:17:59.100 bothered to to go through and check these things that quote tell me um what does that say to you

00:18:05.060 about the political leadership the present political leadership in arizona well isn't it incredibly ironic

00:18:12.940 that the left who has done nothing but beat up on on the right for attempting to go to the courts to

00:18:19.960 um seek remedies when the rules were changed on us in 20 when the equipment failed uh in 22

00:18:27.460 they this is lawfare right this is another form of lawfare it's like we have completely screwed

00:18:33.060 something up in the process level we have not provided transparency what are we going to do let's

00:18:38.760 run to the courts to save us after we've just been bashing everybody as election deniers for the last

00:18:43.680 four years and when they're talking about the the friendly lawsuit they're talking about maricopa

00:18:48.400 county recorder steven richard who lost his primary uh so they had this thing like set up we'll have

00:18:54.380 you go sue but really you're on our side and you're going to help us get the outcome we want

00:18:59.380 and then you know i will just say for the court the court is is literally our state supreme court is just

00:19:05.660 looking at what the federal law is the legislature the state party you know myself we looked at what

00:19:11.260 the federal law is and there's and we said there's no way we can disenfranchise these voters and

00:19:15.720 deprive them of due process under the 14th amendment to our beautiful beautiful constitution this close

00:19:20.900 to the election it can't be done uh so it was just an epic fail and they flew to the courts and and

00:19:26.280 basically they're throwing the courts under the bus now that we have two supreme court justices on our 0.99

00:19:31.320 ballot that you know i find their uh opinions helpful and and conservative uh for the people of

00:19:36.740 the state of arizona and i hope they retain their seats but this was like a win-win-win it's like a

00:19:41.280 they're going to get out from under their failure to lead and to provide transparency and execute

00:19:46.600 their core mission up in secretary of state b they have their little friendly cipher over their

00:19:51.080 recorder steven richard filing the suit on on their behalf c now they've thrown the court under the bus

00:19:56.200 and they have a precedent uh so if they want to shove anything else in there you know there's nothing

00:20:00.360 that can really be done at this point so um i'm not done uh for my part we're gonna we're moving

00:20:06.500 forward to seek the transparency required to know there is someone other than these people looking

00:20:12.520 at that list to provide assurances to the public that that is indeed the people who are on this list

00:20:17.900 and this is the finite number and we're gonna go after the fact and and make sure we clean it up but

00:20:23.160 we need to know who these people are so that has to happen but i agree with you 100 i don't want to hear

00:20:28.640 another single word about election denialism when people are going to come out with this kind of

00:20:33.340 nonsense days away a couple of weeks away and now days away from voting and you're crushing the

00:20:38.580 confidence of our people and then you're going to go whining on msnbc about the terrible trumpian

00:20:43.380 people who don't have confidence in the system gee i wonder why what why would we not have confidence 0.95

00:20:47.760 when this is the kind of garbage that we get from people that are supposed to lead

00:20:50.500 absolutely um caroline when you were mentioning before that the votes in play here the potential votes 0.92

00:20:58.700 in play here could have swayed a number of previous elections over the last few years and this article

00:21:05.900 cites um the i think it's the attorney general saying can you imagine telling 67 000 republicans

00:21:13.740 that they can't vote on the abortion initiative um that's another issue then isn't it uh this forthcoming vote

00:21:22.220 that could easily be swayed by this um by this revelation and by how the state powers decide to

00:21:30.000 resolve it yeah i mean this is funny to me when you read that article but in their spin they're

00:21:37.560 trying to say that this batch of 98 000 i guess right there she said 45 000 then 98 000 now 218 000

00:21:44.140 unconfirmed u.s citizen voters that they're majority republicans and so that they're just trying to

00:21:49.240 protect republicans but if you believe that katie hobbs and adrian fontes and chris mays spent a

00:21:55.780 week in a back room trying to decide how to do what's in the best interest of preserving republican

00:22:01.740 voters on the voter rolls then i have some beachfront property in scottsdale to sell you give me a break

00:22:07.640 nobody's buying this like they're lying they always lie they're not trying to cover up this was all

00:22:12.540 calculated and and they did it intentionally they've known about this is what i believe and that now they

00:22:17.500 just wanted to do come out and say oh this happened because they know if um they're successful in

00:22:22.900 trying to steal this election from republicans in arizona after the fact if there are lawsuits that

00:22:27.420 would have brought this out then you know it could have been problematic so now they went and got a

00:22:31.060 a ruling with the supreme court without actually giving all the facts to them doing a ruling based

00:22:35.820 off of 98 000 voters who now are going to be to be able to vote without proving citizenship which is

00:22:41.100 illegal so the spin out of the democrats is ridiculous here but you know my focus now is

00:22:46.720 look i i have watched as so many court cases have gone and failed to the arizona you know

00:22:51.800 appellate court trial court to the supreme court i just i don't have any faith in the court systems

00:22:56.980 anymore and so we we have to win this race and on on i guess just effort alone and trying to swamp

00:23:03.140 the vote and getting out and so gene i do know is working on lawsuits and different things but

00:23:07.000 for me i'm really focused on getting more bodies in arizona and help us not only with poll observers

00:23:11.380 but also with chasing the vote if you don't live in arizona if you go to um actually turning point it

00:23:34.920 volunteering you can email mac m a k at carrie lake.com he can help you if you live in arizona

00:23:40.800 and you want to be a poll observer go to the az gop.com slash observer i'll put all these on my

00:23:46.780 social media as well but my take right now is we need all hands on deck there is no road to the white 0.97

00:23:51.900 house that doesn't run through arizona there's no road to a senate majority with carrie lake we need 1.00

00:23:56.520 her in there that runs through arizona we have two extremely tight congressional seats that 1.00

00:24:00.720 could determine the congressional majority that runs through arizona we have supreme court races i 0.71

00:24:05.580 mean everything is running through arizona right now and we need the war room posse's help we need

00:24:10.600 your army please come and help us and caroline where do people go to on social media to stay in touch with

00:24:17.480 what you're doing sure it is at caroline wren on twitter getter and truth social caroline when senior

00:24:47.960 and we are behind her 100 she's all over this ladies thank you very much catch up again with you 0.74

00:24:53.940 soon god bless well now um the biden administration just towards the very last month of its time in

00:25:04.700 office uh has announced 1.5 billion um to invest in four transmission projects supporting nearly a

00:25:16.040 thousand miles of electrical lining um and that comes on the back of of news that uh in some states

00:25:23.860 and i'm looking here at the map geographically we're talking sort of i thought when i saw this

00:25:27.660 this was actually due to um due to hurricane helen um but florida north carolina what have you

00:25:34.240 um some states had seen power costs skyrocket by some 800 but it's nothing to do with the hurricane

00:25:42.800 dave walsh good morning tell me what is this uh the the phenomenal increase in energy prices due to

00:25:51.620 well across uh okay pjm which is um the um 13 state region comprising you know the 40 or so million

00:26:02.400 people we've got now a tenfold increase in the annual capacity auction meaning that's where generating

00:26:10.000 companies uh bid in to what their power is going to cost three years out into the grid and those

00:26:16.700 costs are up ten tenfold why is that pjm has shuttered huge amounts of capacity in the last in the last 10

00:26:24.800 years shut down nearly um uh 40 000 gigawatts of coal fired 162 000 gigawatts of coal and nuclear power

00:26:34.540 across the last 10 years displaced a lot of that and more recently in the next five years will

00:26:40.120 displace up to 20 percent of their total energy mix with expensive wind and solar that run only on

00:26:47.040 average about five to six hours a day so you've got coal plants and nuclear plants coming offline that

00:26:52.840 ran 100 of the time 85 to 100 of the time being shuttered and displaced with stuff that runs

00:26:58.880 only about 24 percent of the time creating a massive shortfall in electricity they just hold on to this

00:27:05.460 point we'll carry on two minutes after this short break with a massive tax hikes proposed by harris

00:27:11.200 and almost 40 top income tax rate seven percent increase to the corporate tax a capital gains tax

00:27:17.980 on unrealized gains and the fact that she's proposing to add almost two trillion dollars to a

00:27:24.120 current two trillion dollar deficit you might be thinking it's time to make more of your savings

00:29:18.780 here's your host stephen k van

00:29:22.320 welcome back dave walsh please carry on the point you're making for the break

00:29:31.500 breakdown for the posse where has this 800 percent increase in energy prices in south southeastern

00:29:39.520 united states where is this what is the cause of this phenomenal uh hike

00:29:45.420 well pjm for the for the audience is a 13 state region including west virginia pennsylvania maryland

00:29:52.580 delaware new jersey uh virginia eastern ohio that region of the country that that that section of

00:29:59.140 the grid for the country these grids conduct annual capacity auctions the generation companies that have

00:30:05.320 power plants have been in in for three years from now costs that are tenfold higher tenfold higher

00:30:12.060 than present generation costs due to the mass over absorption in that time period of very part-time

00:30:19.160 solar wind and battery storage resources batteries operate two to four hours a day

00:30:24.540 solar up there in that section of the country four and a half to five hours a day

00:30:28.820 wind is operational about seven to seven and a half hours a day meaning the reciprocal of the time

00:30:34.500 those resources supply nothing and given that that's all the capacity being added up there over the

00:30:40.500 next five to ten years you've got basically a massive electricity shortage growing as demand looks like

00:30:47.560 it's growing from five to seven percent per year in places like virginia with a lot of server centers

00:30:53.200 demand growing up to seven percent per year we we have capacity increases by this part-time generation

00:31:00.660 being added aggregating only about five percent across ten years cumulatively because of the the

00:31:07.300 shortfall in this in this part-time resource being added while huge amounts of coal and nuclear that run

00:31:13.620 all of the time have been taken offline systematically across pjm and this is happening across most of the

00:31:19.920 country so you'll see electricity retail rates probably double up there in four to five years in those

00:31:25.620 aforementioned states as the generation cost of new capacity being bid in is ten times more costly

00:31:32.320 for example dominion energy building an offshore wind farm at ten billion dollars that for the same

00:31:38.800 capacity for a combined cycle would cost about a billion five gas-fired combined cycle so the sheer

00:31:45.120 costs of these renewables also being bid in are very very high on a net basis when you factor out all of the

00:31:52.280 majority of time they're not operational due to nighttime or lack of wind

00:31:56.200 dave could you stand by for one quick moment because we have a short clip which we're going to play

00:32:04.700 that we've lined up for to accompany your um your discourse today

00:32:09.340 so here's the truth everyone the united states under president joe biden and vice president kamala harris

00:32:16.320 right now already produces more energy than any other nation on earth and more energy than the u.s

00:32:22.180 ever has in the past including the trump administration in fact the biden department

00:32:26.660 of energy helped open the second of two nuclear reactors in georgia in may those are the first

00:32:33.660 nuclear plants in the u.s in 30 years just in july biden signed a bipartisan bill into law aimed at

00:32:40.500 vastly growing domestic nuclear energy so chris hayes there seems to be living in a different united

00:32:48.020 states i think on most of the americans then right yeah we need to fact check the shameless fact

00:32:53.960 checker here i mean some egregious lies okay global energy consumption china china electricity consumes

00:33:01.700 159 billion kilowatt hours of electricity the u.s 96 billion china 66 percent more electricity consumed

00:33:09.640 than the u.s overall energy all in energy with oil gas and everything else china's 81 percent more

00:33:15.940 exajoules per year than the u.s 170 quadrillion uh exajoules the u.s 94.3 quadrillion the u.s on

00:33:24.100 total energy consumption is kind of kind of flatlined across about a 15-year period china has doubled in

00:33:31.020 that same time period now who has shut down nuclear the nuclear industry in this country the democrat

00:33:36.420 party from 1985 through just last year has been on an egregious campaign due to concerns with radioactivity

00:33:43.800 spent fuel and conflating nuclear war with electricity production which is wrong to conflate have worked

00:33:51.280 hard to shut down the nuclear industry in the united states for a 30-year period and they've succeeded

00:33:56.560 with massive probably we've had 30 nuclear plant shutdowns and one built under their efforts to shut

00:34:03.120 down nuclear so yeah vogel is the only nuclear plant added to our national fleet of nuclear reactors in 30

00:34:09.040 years because of 30 years of democrat policy in state by state egregiously opposed to any nuclear

00:34:16.760 and shutting down that which we have they've been completely responsible for the shortage of nuclear

00:34:21.640 in this country by over regulating it and demanding that it be shut down and and blocking the storage

00:34:28.260 capacity for spent fuel such as yaka mountain so they've been they've been the cause of the lack of

00:34:33.400 nuclear power growth in the country and to underline the point that is the conflict that the output of

00:34:40.400 that is the consequence of that is 800 800 percent energy yeah now you've got a shortage of continuous

00:34:48.580 duty capacity baseload capacity massive across miso and pgm that are 60 million people 70 million people

00:34:56.680 of the u.s population grossly affected by now these power shortages we've already seen

00:35:02.060 in the in the four years of biden 30 percent increases in electricity cost across the u.s that's

00:35:08.080 that's going to now more than double across the next four to five years based on the shortfall of

00:35:12.920 electricity that we're generating while they're trying to electrify everything what a complete mystery

00:35:18.100 dave walsh absolutely outstanding thank you very much uh where do folks go to um to learn more

00:35:25.340 about energy in the u.s right now thank you ben you can find me on on x getter and true social

00:35:31.340 at dave walsh energy thank you ben thanks dave thank you god bless well so we're all in trance

00:35:38.260 watching the the vp debate right um and that's naturally dominated press attention over the last few days

00:35:47.780 seeing a republican candidate absolutely smashed the democrats opponent um but that has overshadowed

00:35:57.080 somewhat another debate where exactly the same thing has taken place a republican has smashed

00:36:03.480 the democrats um joe kent up in washington state good morning um the press local press there seattle

00:36:12.640 the press seems quite positively or surprised actually um that you did quite well in this

00:36:18.300 debate against uh congresswoman mary marie glusenkamp peres

00:36:23.440 man i'm having a hard time hearing you i heard a little bit of your your opening there um i'm not

00:36:30.920 sure if can you guys still hear me i we can hear you perfectly okay i'll uh i'll do i'll do my best

00:36:39.140 yeah it was a uh quite the interesting debate uh quite quite the contrast uh look my democrat

00:36:44.420 opponent like democrats everywhere they can't defend their record uh she got out there and 0.85

00:36:50.360 attempted to talk about all the great things she's doing in washington dc and the last thing that she

00:36:55.120 wanted to talk about was what's front and center on the people's minds the inflation the open border

00:37:00.480 we have a fentanyl epidemic here in the district and that's the last thing she wanted to talk about so

00:37:04.700 actually for me it was rather simple i just had to hold her to account for her record and her record

00:37:10.300 is record is atrocious just like kamala harris and just like joe biden so that's what i attempted to

00:37:14.960 do throughout the evening um the democrats will do anything but talk about these issues that's why they

00:37:20.340 go off all the different petty attack lines and insults but the crowd was really i i think holding

00:37:25.280 her to account because the people there uh that were present in the district they're feeling the

00:37:29.980 effect of the inflation they're having a hard time filling a tank of gas because our gas prices have

00:37:34.700 skyrocketed the price of the grocery store uh and then also just the fentanyl and crime epidemic that

00:37:39.620 we're feeling i also held her to account for her disastrous votes for the continuing wars uh throughout

00:37:45.000 the the entire world prioritizing foreign aid and foreign wars over the needs that we have here in the

00:37:50.440 district and so really it was quite the contrast um i hope more people get a chance to check out the

00:37:55.060 debate because really it just it really contrasted the the america first agenda versus the failed

00:38:00.620 policies of the democrat party um and of course i mean even the seattle times indicates that the

00:38:08.700 audience um leaned and i quoted in here leaned decidedly pro kent um and at times broke out into

00:38:16.580 spontaneous applause um for you and jeez for gluzenkamp peres um tell me that that

00:38:24.940 in and of itself is a particularly can you hear me joe now i got you yeah if you can just give me

00:38:30.820 that question i think i have you now yeah okay so my question was that the seattle times mentions

00:38:37.540 um confesses admits that the audience of a few hundred lends decidedly towards you um and that

00:38:45.860 the audience at times broke out into applause for you and jeez for gluzenkamp peres that in and of

00:38:52.080 itself uh when that happens i think that is that's probably more illustrative for the rest of the

00:38:57.620 state who's watching this of how the arguments are playing down than anything that either side will

00:39:03.820 say when an audience is so committed and persuaded by one set of arguments in the debate that was

00:39:09.920 pretty pretty impressive and convincing right yeah i i think so you know obviously i had some of my

00:39:16.720 my diehard guys there wearing kent t-shirts she had a lot of her diehard supporters there you know

00:39:21.080 wearing you know her campaign gear as well but there was also just a lot of regular people that

00:39:26.240 attended there was students from the college uh and there was a lot of folks who to me appeared to

00:39:30.820 to be you know uh not leaning one way or another at the beginning of the debate the the group that put

00:39:37.020 on the actual debate itself i think did a good job of advertising this across the board to both

00:39:43.320 republicans democrats and undecided folks so really again these policies when they actually

00:39:48.760 are exposed they do not sit well with the people of washington's third congressional district

00:39:54.320 washington state and i think the entire country i mean she had a very very uh challenging task

00:39:59.920 she had to defend voting for four trillion in new inflationary spending she had to defend leaving the

00:40:06.160 border wide open while fentanyl kills our citizens here at night uh she also had to defend voting to put 1.00

00:40:11.840 biological men into women's sports and women's spaces in our schools and she had to explain to

00:40:18.360 the american people into the people of the district why she's voting to you know prioritize these

00:40:23.500 disastrous wars overseas as opposed to our own citizens and really the people let her hear it i mean

00:40:28.960 everybody was respectful uh it wasn't incredibly raucous i've done a lot of debates i thought this one

00:40:34.160 was fairly you know there was some some booze there was some yelling there was some clapping but i i didn't

00:40:39.420 think it was out of control or anything but when she attempted to defend her record and tell people

00:40:43.640 you know hey why this inflation was really not that big of a deal and they'll get it under control if

00:40:49.100 you just give her a couple more years people did not respond well to that just because of the state

00:40:53.580 that our district's in right now um well as a former special special forces green beret you're made

00:41:01.640 for the fight and you've got i think a month left uh now tell me what can people do if they want

00:41:06.500 to assist you in this fight where can they go how can they support the campaign uh give me a minute

00:41:11.280 please uh joe sure yeah please go to joe kent for congress.com the only advantage my opponent has

00:41:17.540 right now is that she's outspending us by about four to one the democrats i think are going to spend 1.00

00:41:22.920 probably around uh 12 million dollars in this race they are flooding their airwaves right now

00:41:28.020 and what they're trying to do is they're trying to drive my negatives up and they're trying to get

00:41:33.160 people who are going to vote for donald trump at the top of the ticket to also vote for her so

00:41:38.300 they're flooding the the airwaves of this message that she's some sort of a moderate democrat so 0.68

00:41:42.920 if people are out there and they know folks in washington three just tell them they got to vote

00:41:47.600 straight republican ticket i mean basically that's the message throughout the entire country i think

00:41:51.480 vote straight republican ticket these democrats all support open borders and inflation and endless wars

00:41:57.340 joe kent for congress.com is where you can support the campaign

00:41:59.700 perfect joe kent for congress.com i advise everyone up in washington state to go there

00:42:06.480 now back in three minutes after this short break with michael and dale america is standing on the

00:42:13.400 brink of an election meltdown and jim rickards editor of strategic intelligence the man who predicted

00:44:33.280 stephen k bannon

00:44:34.660 welcome back uh well obviously i think the whole of the war room posse has been following the story with regards to

00:44:46.400 tina peters great friend of the of the war room having been jailed last night for nine years

00:44:53.560 astonishing um with me on the line is mike lindell who knows tina well uh mike tell me what was your

00:45:00.780 first reaction when you heard this this sentence come out it's one of the biggest travesties and uh

00:45:06.540 ever in the united states history this is uh nine years for doing her job she didn't she never tina 0.92

00:45:13.200 peters never had a jaywalking ticket she served as a clerk from 2019 to 2023 at election clerk in 0.98

00:45:20.460 colorado and um she didn't uh the people of mesa county came to her in uh the spring of 2021

00:45:27.980 and said hey we have problems it was a local election and said hey there's problems here and

00:45:32.820 she didn't believe it so she she dug into it and uh and uh and then the uh the state of colorado

00:45:39.600 dominion and jenna griswold that's secretary of state went to delete all of the 2020 election which

00:45:46.280 was illegal and they ordered all the clerks in colorado to do what's called the trusted bill

00:45:50.840 tina did that but she made a backup of her computer like you like you're supposed to that's where 1.00

00:45:55.760 you're supposed to do this so this goes on then she became of course a conspiracy theorist 1.00

00:46:01.360 an election denier over the last three and a half years and this led to her now she she was charged 0.57

00:46:08.560 with and felt guilty of conspiracy to commit impersonation and um miss an account of official

00:46:17.480 misconduct um this judge was uh this judge was actually um it was horrific what he did he actually

00:46:24.400 called her names when he sentenced her yesterday said you you've done damage to our election people

00:46:29.700 don't trust it now um called her a fraudster basically a fraudster and it was just horrific

00:46:36.340 the hate in his heart and he sentenced her to nine years in prison she's a gold star mom she's a hero

00:46:43.380 to this country she and he just said you know you've never you've you've been such a problem because

00:46:48.660 you've never admitted what you've done or whatever she goes and she basically she's saying hey i'm not

00:46:53.360 going to change my mind and lie about what i've seen and what i know and what i've done and uh this 0.82

00:46:58.640 is lawfare is at its highest highest it's horrific the only the only thing i see is it's so ridiculous

00:47:06.500 nine years uh even if it was even if she was guilty of something that the appeal she should be able to get

00:47:14.780 an appeal if they had gave her if once again evil is greedy if they had gave her a year or so they would 0.62

00:47:20.700 have probably said well we're not going to appeal it but the shame is she's got to sit in prison she 1.00

00:47:24.840 asked for probation or to be out by the appeal she asked for all this and he said no you're a danger

00:47:29.980 to society where you know and you deserve to stay in prison why um for all this it's it's so bad

00:47:36.660 it's uh it's a shame it just breaks my heart so this 68 year old woman who's never hired a parking 1.00

00:47:43.340 ticket is such a menace to society she's not even allowed to be free while she goes to her appeal 1.00

00:47:50.040 i mean you're not only related to this because you you're a friend of tina peters let's we forget that

00:47:55.640 investigators investigating the tina peters case also issued um a search warrant on you

00:48:03.740 this case yeah they came this is why they came and stole my phone two years ago um and now they're

00:48:11.940 coming out they didn't want to make this case anything about our elections everybody but now the

00:48:16.720 media is grabbing it saying oh it was all because you contested the election and stuff i in fact one

00:48:22.120 of the headlines says uh tina peters allowed conspiracy theorists mike lindell inside the voting

00:48:27.160 machine that's not true i didn't even know tina peters in the spring of 21 i didn't know her

00:48:32.300 until august when i had the cyber symposium when people showed up from all around the country uh this

00:48:38.740 is what the media now is going to spin this says how dare you speak out about our elections or you

00:48:43.980 could end up like tina peters this is what it's all about this is a very very planned orchestrated

00:48:50.660 evil attack on our country and on people that um that are trying to save our country and secure our

00:48:57.480 elections and it's it's so sad but they've uh you know tina is uh she she was so brave she you know

00:49:04.060 she waved goodbye to everyone and uh and how she you know her faith in god has kept her um kept her

00:49:11.980 i guess composed during all this i can't imagine what you know what she last night sleeping in that jail 1.00

00:49:18.060 and um and the judge even made it worse he made things you know one after another and so we just pray

00:49:24.540 for her i pray for her and that pray that she uh can stay courageous and i i also pray that everyone

00:49:30.760 else sees this that for what it is this is a travesty this is uh an attack just like our great

00:49:36.940 real president gets attacked and all these is they've used the justice system to just attack citizens
