Bannon's War Room - Episode 3954： Did The Pentagon Legalize Assassination？

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.780 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.380 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:21.140 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.720 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.540 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.480 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.700 you're in the war room it's friday october 4th in the year of our lord 2024 it's natalie g winters

00:01:01.160 hosting coming at you live still from washington dc now we know it's october so there's obviously a lot

00:01:08.600 of october surprises inbound although i think for me today the october surprise was just a 0.91

00:01:15.640 msnbc hitting a new low with morning joe the deranged idiocy of the people over there having 0.78

00:01:23.120 the nerve to say that they're wary of a second trump term because stephen k bannon may throw 0.98

00:01:31.200 president trump's opposition in jail now frankly i think that's a stellar policy proposal but a little

00:01:38.640 out of touch joe or shall we say mika we'll put the emphasis on her in honor of stephen k bannon who

00:01:45.340 uh is in jail that's why he's not in this chair but uh i get it maybe a little little low iq over

00:01:50.580 there uh we're trying to connect with lee smith my sue is going to tell me when we get him up but

00:01:55.540 until then there's an important story that i want to flag for you guys i know we focus so much on

00:02:00.720 weaponization here um in the war room specifically under the auspices of the department of justice

00:02:05.620 but i think it's happening in the department of defense too there was a new directive that was

00:02:11.120 released just a few days ago that so it's a word salad headline but i'll read it for you

00:02:15.240 dod intelligence and intelligence related activities and defense intelligent component assistance to law

00:02:21.320 enforcement agencies and other civil authorities now if you drill down and you read this report which i did

00:02:29.140 you can see that the biden regime on september 27th went out of their way

00:02:34.580 to revise guidelines that is on domestic work here potentially against civilians on assassinations

00:02:44.120 curious timing i would say but when you drill down and you you read the changes the quite substantive

00:02:50.640 substantive changes that they made uh it gets a little concerning as of november 9th 2020 it was

00:02:58.060 under no circumstances shall any dod component or dod employee engage in or conspire to engage in

00:03:05.920 assassination they then went out of their way in the same way that they've gone out of their way to

00:03:11.920 change the text on the page on the doj website about human trafficking to omit references to human

00:03:18.820 and child sex trafficking as a crime but we can pause the discussion on that for a second september 27th

00:03:25.140 so just a few days ago they revised the document to say no dod civilian employee or member of the

00:03:32.160 armed forces will engage in or conspire to engage in assassination now if you saw that picture up on

00:03:37.260 screen you can see first of all they stripped it of the under no circumstances portion but even worse

00:03:44.320 they omitted dod component and whittled it down to merely dod civilian employee or member of the armed

00:03:53.520 armed forces now i don't exactly know what this means but i don't think it bodes well especially

00:03:59.800 when you see individuals with ties not just to uh shall we say the dod through the form of the azov

00:04:05.180 italian in the case of ryan ruth who actually received funding from the pentagon or people like

00:04:10.280 thomas or rather get thomas matthew crooks who of course has some level of fed involvement it seems

00:04:17.220 from social media accounts or group chats i think this leaves a lot of people's heads scratching

00:04:21.840 now if we have lee smith up i'd love to go to him we don't okay because he has a brilliant new piece

00:04:27.280 out which we will get to at some point talking about how uh governor gretchen whitmer that whole 1.00

00:04:32.680 fed napping plot there's a lot of striking parallels to this new iranian assassination um i don't know if

00:04:40.360 i'll call it a hoax yet but maybe we'll get there but denver let's roll the clip of joe biden discussing

00:04:45.580 um the hurricane and his administration's joking response to it

00:04:52.080 or i guess we're not going to roll that clip we're really on a roll here today um anyways

00:05:02.980 let's just all right we have the clip all right all right we have lee this is just a stellar show

00:05:10.380 lee smith thank you so much for joining us i want to start with your brilliant new piece the fbi and

00:05:16.720 traps another fake assassin i want to just read um a line from it because i think this top line

00:05:22.680 assessment sort of gets to the heart of it uh the plot is reminiscent of the alleged gretchen whitmer

00:05:28.260 kidnapping and murder plot in 2020 court proceedings show that the entire scheme was cooked up by federal

00:05:33.600 law enforcement officers and informants we can sort of reverse engineer the piece but just walk us through

00:05:39.060 why you make this comparison and just sort of familiarize the audience with who we're talking

00:05:43.800 about in the timeline um of this assassination plot that was allegedly thwarted shortly before the first

00:05:49.800 attempt on president trump's life right thanks natalie and first of all sorry about uh my internet

00:05:55.460 connection here don't know what's happening in southeast might have to do with the storm

00:05:59.140 uh aftermath i don't quite understand um look what what what happened was is that as if merchant

00:06:06.360 entered or tried to enter the united states in april um he should the uh customs stopped him from

00:06:14.060 entering the country then dallas fbi said no no no we want him in the country now the uh rationale that

00:06:21.280 they've provided for this is that they had information that merchant was behind uh or part of a plot

00:06:28.180 um to go after u.s officials and politicians and reportedly that is referring to donald j trump

00:06:36.300 the problem is is that in the court filings there was no evidence whatsoever that merchant was

00:06:42.840 plotting at all that he had done anything before he arrived uh in the united states so the reason that

00:06:49.940 i compare it to the whitmer um the the the the fake whitmer kidnapping and execution episode was that

00:06:59.660 it appears that there was nothing here that this plot was entirely contrived by the fbi um and also

00:07:07.060 it appears that there is a local police department involved as well because the uh the term that's

00:07:13.400 used in the court filings is not an fbi term it's rather a term used about different law enforcement

00:07:18.980 agencies it appears it may be the nypd um so that that appears to be what happened this was contrived by

00:07:27.420 the fbi with other law enforcement agencies and um there there is nothing to as i report in the

00:07:36.400 piece i show what actual iranian plots against american officials look like what actual iranian plots um

00:07:42.980 against you against the united states looks look like as well and this looks nothing like that

00:07:49.240 so it's all in the court documents but that explains that this whole thing is um appears to be 100

00:07:57.140 phony and the problem for the fbi is that the arrest of asif merchant was made july 12th that's

00:08:05.180 roughly four months after he entered the united states of america and the day before the butler

00:08:12.580 pennsylvania rally where uh there was the first attempt on on donald trump's life uh occurred so that

00:08:20.600 that's what i mean about the fbi has questions to answer look the the most obvious um most obvious

00:08:27.240 rationale is that they wanted to boost their they wanted to boost their numbers right a big uh so-called

00:08:32.660 plot like this everyone gets raises awards promotions and stuff like that um it would be bad if it was just

00:08:39.920 about fbi corruption but there's something else at stake here too and that again is the fact that today

00:08:45.840 after the arrest of merchant when they let in the country there was an attempt on donald trump's life

00:08:52.340 well and i think it's damning enough that as you said the fbi arranged essentially for his entry

00:08:59.160 into the united states but if we can sort of walk through just the peculiarity which might be a

00:09:04.900 euphemistic way to put it but uh of the actual documents and just the whole situation in the sense i know

00:09:10.500 you alluded to the fact that um they only were talking about his activities in the united states in other

00:09:15.480 words there doesn't really seem to be any pretext or precursor for the fbi wanting to allow him in in

00:09:20.180 the first place but the bounty was historically low for most iranian assassination plots it was what

00:09:26.380 five thousand dollars and the guy himself as you noted doesn't really even have any real ties to whether

00:09:33.880 it was the iran government the irgc walk the audience through just how laughable the the accusation is

00:09:40.040 well in 2011 there was a very large plot an iranian plot against the saudi ambassador in washington the

00:09:47.360 plan was to blow up a restaurant in georgetown in washington dc with a saudi ambassador frequently 1.00

00:09:55.240 uh frequently dined right and looking at those court filings the bounty on the head of the saudi

00:10:01.300 ambassador was 1.5 million dollars and the people responsible for that bounty were actual irgc members

00:10:08.420 in iran in 2022 in the spring of 2022 there was a plot uncovered against john bolton and the person

00:10:17.980 who had uh originated this plot was again an actual irgc member this is what the court documents show

00:10:25.540 and i should point out because there's been a little bit of confusion over this regarding my story

00:10:29.920 some people saying the iranians don't actually want to kill trump that is not true

00:10:34.240 the iranians absolutely 100 want to kill donald trump as well as former secretary of state mike

00:10:41.520 pompeo iran envoy uh brian hook as well as as well as john bolton and a bolton's successor 0.87

00:10:49.120 robert o'brien so the iranians definitely want to kill trump the problem is there is no connection

00:10:55.900 between asif merchant a pakistani national and the iranian regime apparently uh or according to the

00:11:03.980 court filings merchant has a wife and family in iran that's it there is nothing in the court

00:11:11.440 documents and again this is not like the other court documents we've seen with the saudi ambassador

00:11:16.860 plot with the bolton plot they say exactly how the plot originated where it originated who was behind

00:11:24.200 it right there's nothing like that in the merchant filings and again as you point that the sum is

00:11:31.300 absolutely absurd to kill bolton the iranians were uh putting a price on his head of three hundred

00:11:37.540 thousand dollars and there was an additional job that's referred to in the bolton filings for a 0.80

00:11:43.620 million dollars presumably uh this is to kill someone even more important than john bolton that's

00:11:50.060 likely uh that's likely president trump so the the story here is in the court filings right this is

00:11:58.840 what happened and it's also the fact that they let this man into the country and they let him stay 0.77

00:12:05.020 in the country for four months i want to connect this to another politico article that i saw come

00:12:13.200 out today uh capitol police chief new intel bureau is key as congress threats rise with a quote in

00:12:21.180 there quite damning uh that the capitol police chief quote emphasized the importance of his department

00:12:26.200 having nationwide surveillance to effectively be the secret service for congress 24 7 because i think

00:12:33.400 you see a similar pattern where whether it's january 6 or these foreign assassination plots as you were

00:12:38.040 sort of getting to they use it as a pretext to accomplish you know another agenda i'm just curious to get

00:12:44.080 your thoughts on this new uh kind of pitch to get i don't even know a nationwide surveillance effort

00:12:50.480 under the the pretense of january 6th well you know the the big the big job of capitol police

00:12:56.820 i mean only one of its um its smaller job is actually to protect the capitol the big thing it does is it

00:13:03.800 investigates threats against congress uh uh uh uh against the representatives of the american people

00:13:10.880 and there are a lot of threats against both republicans and democrats alike so that's the big job that capitol

00:13:17.340 does and you know so when they ask for when they ask for more money people on the hill are going to

00:13:26.320 give it to them because they fear that capitol police are the only uh are the only law or the law for a

00:13:33.520 law enforcement agency best equipped to protect them from people who make threats against them but

00:13:39.000 absolutely the fact that they are that you know i mean there are good congressmen uh threats are made

00:13:45.000 against them in their home district in california or nevada or florida or new york wherever it is

00:13:51.460 so capitol police goes to these different places and this is a pretext exactly to establish another

00:13:57.900 uh another intelligence collection agency and you would think that congress would have a reason for

00:14:06.060 saying no i actually don't want these guys snooping around in my backyard and i don't want to give them

00:14:10.540 any more power but again capitol police has them over a barrel because these are the people who are

00:14:16.060 also investigating threats against u.s uh american representatives

00:14:21.220 and lee if you can hang with us through the break there's a new i guess also damning dhs report out

00:14:28.780 showing that quote high risk non-citizens it's the uh actual report from the federal government saying

00:14:34.320 that they're being allowed to fly all over the united states because ice i guess isn't doing their job and i

00:14:39.080 guess neither is mayorkas but what's new there war and posse you got to be checking out birchgold.com

00:16:18.140 confident it'll be free and fair i don't know whether it'll be peaceful the things that trump has said

00:16:25.080 and the things that he said last time out when he didn't like the outcome of the election

00:16:29.980 were very dangerous uh if you notice uh i i noticed that the vice presidential republican

00:16:37.720 candidate did not say he'd accept the outcome of the election they haven't even accepted the outcome

00:16:42.400 of the last election so i i i'm concerned about what they're going to do are you making any

00:16:48.840 preparations 1 353 days into taking office joe biden or what's left of him decided to go into

00:17:00.140 the press briefing room and surprise reporters to both joke about re-entering the race and say that

00:17:06.020 violence is coming ahead of the election although i guess that's actually probably a stunning level of

00:17:11.840 mental uh acuity for for that man um we're going to get into the latest on the hurricane stuff after

00:17:16.840 this but lee while i still have you because i think it connects quite curiously shall we say

00:17:21.940 um to your new piece today there's a new inspector general report out and i'll read the quote under

00:17:28.020 current processes cbp and ice cannot ensure they are keeping high-risk non-citizens without 0.99

00:17:33.720 identification from entering the country the report goes on to say they're actually roaming around freely

00:17:39.540 too i know we've all always been critical of course of you know biden and kamala's open border here

00:17:44.480 i think we always sort of took the non-citizen critique uh in terms of them voting but it

00:17:49.340 almost seems like when you look at the broader plot to you know get trump that there's almost a more

00:17:53.780 sinister angle there i'm curious your thoughts on this new reporting well i mean that's i i mean i think

00:18:00.280 that the open borders policy if we can call it that certainly connects to um certainly connects to

00:18:07.520 national security i mean this was i mean i'm i think we have to see that this was designed to

00:18:14.480 compromise american national security and then we look at both obama administration and now biden

00:18:20.920 administration policies and what would be the national security policies of a harris administration

00:18:26.000 these people have committed us uh not only to violence but have committed us to very dangerous

00:18:32.160 relationships with very dangerous regimes including the iranians including the chinese communist party 0.59

00:18:37.980 um so if you look at it that way that open borders is partly designed to deter the united states um

00:18:45.460 from acting against american enemies right this is one of the issues is one of the things that people

00:18:51.080 have been saying since the israelis killed hassan masrallah right well we're in danger now i mean by the way 0.90

00:18:57.340 i think it was a thing to be celebrated that the israelis killed this terror uh this terror madman

00:19:02.420 but people have been saying well now we're now we're vulnerable to uh to iranian risks and hezbollah

00:19:08.380 risks well that that should not be the case this is one of the first things that a national security

00:19:13.960 establishment should do should protect the homeland but instead exactly the opposite has happened they've

00:19:19.540 compromised the security of the homeland and one of the reasons for that is undoubtedly

00:19:25.120 to uh to allow our enemies to deter american actions abroad so the idea that it's not only felons who

00:19:34.780 are here but there are also terrorists and there are also um you know that there are also foreign

00:19:41.380 intelligence services here of course hostile services are going to send their people across the border

00:19:46.140 when the americans are virtually inviting them to come across the border and no one is looking no one is

00:19:52.520 checking remember this is one of the reasons why we have borders and why there are why there are

00:19:57.860 people manning the borders to make sure that hostile actors do not cross it's not just that to keep out

00:20:04.340 foreigners who may overstay their visa the primary reason is to protect americans from actively hostile

00:20:12.300 forces and by dropping by dropping all of our defenses at the borders and as it turns out it's not just the

00:20:19.580 texas border it's not just the southern border it's also our northern borders as well so this is what

00:20:25.580 the biden administration open borders policy has done so the idea there's finally an ig report about

00:20:31.680 this which is stating the obvious i mean you know okay so it's out in the public now but we've all been

00:20:38.060 talking about this since you know i know you guys have been talking about this since january 2021

00:20:43.980 and now finally people are starting to understand the dangers and what compounds it is madman at the

00:20:50.220 fbi who are ushering across our border not just criminals not just felons but people uh people people 0.90

00:20:59.480 who are brought across the border to commit acts of terrorism and as i say in my piece the real danger 0.64

00:21:07.760 wasn't necessarily that he's going to kill donald trump but that this lunatic was going to uh was going to

00:21:13.960 strike some other american at some other point so yes it's a very dangerous time and um the problem

00:21:21.360 is not just our adversaries the problem is our ruling class that is partnered with our adversaries 0.91

00:21:27.540 that is compromising not only our borders and our national security but is making vulnerable

00:21:33.240 every american

00:21:34.780 lee smith if people want to follow you stay up to date with everything you're working on where can they go to

00:21:42.280 do that thank you they can find me at lee smith dc on twitter uh at lee smith on truth social and also

00:21:49.840 got a new book coming out in about a week and a half called disappearing the president uh trump

00:21:56.080 truth social and the fight for the republic and it's available for pre-order now directly from the

00:22:01.700 publisher and counter books also of course from amazon and barnes and noble and your local

00:22:06.480 independent bookseller so yeah disappearing the president and uh i hope we get a chance to talk about that

00:22:12.080 as soon as it comes out

00:22:13.520 i definitely think we will lee smith thank you so much for joining us we'll have you back on

00:22:20.640 thank you i was watching the uh horrible liz cheney kamala harris rally yesterday and i saw they had

00:22:31.540 signs and it said country over party i would uh humbly put forth you won't have a country under kamala

00:22:39.940 harris because you won't have borders so i think those signs maybe miss the mark uh denver let's

00:22:46.620 roll the clip of joe biden discussing how his administration or shall we say regime is handling

00:22:52.440 hurricane relief what are the states in the storm zone what do they need after what you saw today

00:23:01.080 oh on the storm zone yes sir i'm wondering what storm you're talking about

00:23:06.780 doesn't know where the storm is remember this is the same joe biden who what was it discussed quote

00:23:23.980 the weather with hunter biden and his chinese business partners on the phone he can take time to do that

00:23:32.300 but he can't take time to help americans who are stranded if not being left for dead

00:23:37.860 by his regime after a devastating hurricane i want to put up a tweet from ron filipkowski someone i

00:23:45.720 don't usually quote unironically but uh i guess there's always a time let's see you see that tweet

00:23:52.660 now i disagree with the first part of it but the second part is great you damn well better start

00:23:58.160 communicating facts heavy and often because you're already late to the party and losing on this

00:24:02.800 he's critiquing the biden harris response to everything that is unfolding in north carolina

00:24:08.540 and georgia and tennessee when it comes to the flooding ron don't you get it they don't care

00:24:15.760 they never did and they never will what's going on in north carolina is on par to what we saw unfold

00:24:25.040 in afghanistan because the secret's out they don't care about americans your government hates you

00:24:33.140 they've lost more money as part of ukraine aid packages remember all that reporting how the

00:24:39.620 pentagon was losing billions of dollars that they were shipping over to ukraine they've lost more money

00:24:44.620 as part of ukraine aid than they've actually given to americans frankly the white house and democrats

00:24:53.080 have shown more support for reparations than they have actual hurricane relief effort for american

00:24:59.280 citizens and don't don't make any mistake establishment republicans are in on it too

00:25:03.960 lindsey graham was asked on fox today what he was doing for his constituents in south carolina

00:25:08.760 and in one of the most i think disgusting moments on fox which is a pretty low bar

00:25:13.320 he actually pivoted and said that we need to be more concerned about what's happening in israel

00:25:18.340 than what's happening in the united states like i always say it's not america last it's america never

00:25:25.800 and president trump who has an active bounty on his life showed up in those areas i think that's a

00:25:34.920 pretty hard perimeter to secure yet he still showed up and he showed up before kamala harris and joe biden

00:25:42.760 did you know when iran chants death to america and kamala harris and joe biden go out of their way

00:25:51.560 to give them what is it a hundred billion dollars it's almost like there's some convergence on the

00:25:58.320 policies there and with what kamala harris and joe biden are doing in north carolina their policy

00:26:04.560 strapline literally is death to america

00:26:07.220 but wait what i just told you according to kamala harris and joe biden that's a rumor they launched

00:26:17.460 like fema actually launched let's put the tweet up a new website it's called rumor control yeah that's

00:26:24.700 an actual graphic that your taxpayer dollars were used to create that's a serious government agency

00:26:30.300 but here's the most telling part about the website right they say rumor control now i don't know

00:26:37.020 about you but i've never seen the biden harris regime miss an opportunity to not use the word

00:26:41.980 misinformation or disinformation so there's almost a tacit admission in there that what we're saying

00:26:48.020 when it comes to the biden regime literally not funding americans not even giving them their 750

00:26:53.680 dollars their paltry 750 dollars in comparison to what the hundreds of billions to ukraine and israel

00:26:59.820 they're not even saying it's misinformation they're saying it's a rumor which doesn't

00:27:03.860 necessarily negate the truth of it to get analytical i think that's a quite interesting

00:27:07.820 tell you know in the same way that doug emhoff beating up his girlfriend in 2012 or doug emhoff

00:27:13.740 having an affair with the nanny was a was a rumor oh wait that was that was true but it's quite it's 0.70

00:27:20.760 quite telling and there's also an implicit i think tell here with all of this too which is that all of

00:27:27.620 those far left groups the zuckerberg type organizations who jammed down our throats in 2020

00:27:32.920 that we needed to secure get out the vote efforts and conveniently only pro-biden districts where in

00:27:41.040 the heck are they now ensuring that north carolinians in maga districts in tennessee and georgia can

00:27:46.600 actually vote come november 5th i haven't heard anything from them it's obvious the unthinkable

00:27:54.640 continues most americans know something is very very wrong the people in charge keep telling you

00:28:01.120 that everything's fine and to stop noticing but you know better that's why self-reliant folks are

00:28:54.580 time is running out to prepare for what's coming my patronsupply.com go there today action action action

00:29:03.300 you're back in the war room where you got to be checking out birchgold.com slash bannon and texting

00:29:18.320 bannon to 989898 getting the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire and while you're at

00:29:24.380 it checking out public square supporting companies that support you and are actually patriotic

00:29:29.400 i guess they would probably be part of the rumor control operation that fema is now running

00:29:34.060 now to that point i want to do something that i don't usually do on air which is engage in a fact

00:29:38.960 check i guess the tables have turned but just for uh the fema overlords who are watching that is when 0.99

00:29:45.260 they're not too busy prioritizing diversity equity and inclusion the chief of staff for fema i was

00:29:52.420 reading his bio on the website his sole mission is to quote instill equity as the foundation of

00:29:58.620 emergency management and make sure that fema is staffed with quote diverse and inclusive people

00:30:03.940 putting that aside for a second let's put up a tweet from fema not that one the other one

00:30:08.540 and uh from 2023 where they explicitly say that they give a disaster relief aid to non-citizens

00:30:16.140 and then the best part a whole graphic that they wasted your tax dollars to create

00:30:22.200 actually gets down into the nitty-gritty of who gets special treatment and who's eligible for

00:30:27.580 disaster relief aid you can put the other one up refugees non-citizens whose deportation status 0.62

00:30:34.300 is being withheld for at least one year non-citizens paroled into the u.s for at least one year

00:30:41.120 and a whole beautiful section on the right that says even if you don't fall under those

00:30:45.780 categories you're still eligible that's what america last looks like

00:30:52.280 it's i mean seriously but i guess they are serious and their hatred for this country and their hatred

00:31:03.420 for you and while you say oh well our house republicans gonna do anything 0.98

00:31:09.240 not quite i want to put up just another glorious moment of pure idiocy almost on par with msnbc 0.91

00:31:17.540 from house judiciary committee today why is the fbi stonewalling congress 0.93

00:31:23.900 when it comes to information on the iran assassinate the iran assassination attempt

00:31:33.480 against president trump or the hack rather well jim jordan well house judiciary gop who what i've still

00:31:43.600 yet to see a statement from you guys on jack smith's 160 page 165 page filing being released

00:31:50.580 the most blatant example not just of election interference but of government weaponization

00:31:54.620 still yet to see a statement on that but i have an answer why they don't take you seriously

00:31:59.480 because they shouldn't because you just gave them 300 million dollars for a brand new glorious

00:32:05.600 headquarters you didn't even put merrick garland in jail for defying a congressional subpoena

00:32:14.280 and that one hits a little close to home stephen k bannon should be the one sitting here talking

00:32:19.860 about this but it's me because you guys didn't do anything on that front or maybe we'll give a just

00:32:25.340 another alternate option answer to the question it's because your general counsel steve castor is

00:32:32.080 too busy giving puff piece interviews to the hill magazine saying that well we can't do anything that

00:32:37.300 doesn't have a legislative purpose and our base is just really angry that stephen k bannon is in prison

00:32:42.200 but whoops i can't do anything about it maybe that's why they're not complying with you because there's

00:32:47.900 actually no punishment because you guys don't understand how to bring about accountability because

00:32:52.820 you're too busy funding the very regime that is responsible for the demise of this country

00:32:57.620 but maybe you're in on it

00:33:01.380 because at this rate i hope you are because otherwise you guys are just 0.99

00:33:06.520 purely asinine and that's nice that's an understatement 0.99

00:33:11.000 the fbi quite literally put an iranian hitman allowed him to enter the united states along with 0.97

00:33:20.600 a host of other non-citizens that they identify as being a danger to this country 1.00

00:33:24.640 and you guys want to put out a silly tweet

00:33:28.320 saying well why won't the fbi do and i hope for your sake that that's a rhetorical question

00:33:35.200 i doubt it is history would suggest otherwise

00:33:40.440 we're not going to give up you guys thought you were going to put stephen k bannon in prison and you

00:33:46.580 are going to get a an easy few months not quite we are joined now by karen chapman who wants to flag

00:33:55.500 even more radical policies being pushed by joe biden kamala harris when it comes to you guessed it

00:34:02.500 electric vehicles karen can you walk us through there's a new politico article out today there's

00:34:08.840 sort of a preemptively fact checking president trump saying that what he's accusing the harris

00:34:14.520 campaign of wanting to do with evs that it's actually not true so that to me says that it is

00:34:20.180 100 entirely true can you walk us through just how radical some of their policy proposals are

00:34:25.840 well if they don't like the term ev mandate then let's call it what it is it's an internal combustion

00:34:31.500 engine ban because right now and the policies that they've put forward both at the federal level

00:34:36.720 as well as california's overreach is the fact that there's only um five plug-in hybrids and evs that

00:34:43.780 will even meet these standards the internal combustion engine vehicles the gas and diesel

00:34:47.540 vehicles that we drive today do not comply with these mandates uh so if they don't want to call it an

00:34:53.860 ev mandate then let's call it what it is and that's an internal combustion engine ban

00:34:57.400 so can you can you walk us through though just why you think they're coming specifically for evs i

00:35:07.200 almost think in some ways there's something so iconic about american car culture and i think it's

00:35:12.280 broader right than just the economics of it the environmental stuff they've always sort of used

00:35:16.500 that as a cudgel um to go after so many things but what is what is sort of their rationale for why

00:35:23.280 they're trying to push these bands well i mean i think that's sort of there's always sort of this

00:35:28.560 idea to rush like you know kids at a soccer game rush to the ball but not really look at a strategic

00:35:33.480 way of how we accomplish the things that we want to do and the reality is that our cars that we drive

00:35:38.520 today um are are have more horsepower but consume less fuel uh we've advanced the automotive industry and

00:35:47.580 the automotive technology that we drive today for the past 40 years actually the past 100 years if you

00:35:53.100 even think about what the evolution of the car has been um but the fact is that it just has become

00:35:58.000 an environmental um opportunity saying this that one technology over all others is what will get us to the

00:36:04.680 point of of lowering emissions and and bettering the environment and the reality is is that the industry

00:36:10.460 has in fact innovated better cleaner but still more powerful technology um as the years go by

00:36:19.960 and it seems like they focus so much on emissions making you know climate change sort of their you

00:36:29.380 know sacred cow when it comes to calculating the policies but in reality the policies that they're

00:36:35.640 pushing i mean are they not basically just a huge gift to the chinese communist party and foreign auto

00:36:41.840 manufacturers well i think it's the fact that you know again it's about consumer choice and they just want

00:36:48.580 to continue to sort of eradicate consumer choice from our perspective we don't care what you drive if

00:36:55.260 whatever technology we believe that government should remain technology neutral so if you if a consumer

00:36:59.760 wants an ev then great have an ev but there's so many other opportunities and options out there and

00:37:06.260 there's also so much in the future in terms of vehicle technology fuel technologies you have things like

00:37:11.440 hydrogen internal combustion engine technology you have obviously hybrid that has been in the market for

00:37:17.340 gosh 20 30 years and then there's all the stuff that we just don't even know about today but you also

00:37:23.160 look at the fuel companies and the fuel producers and what they've been able to create in terms of lower

00:37:28.400 carbon emissions and so what we're doing is that we're putting from our perspective is that they're

00:37:33.580 putting american technology and american innovation on the sidelines that will then favor you know perhaps

00:37:40.520 other actors around the globe you know you look at the chinese they're obviously the largest producers of

00:37:45.340 of evs right now uh in in the world and so the fact is is that you know why are we putting american

00:37:52.760 manufacturing and american innovation to the side and american jobs to the side in favor of a policy

00:37:59.160 that really isn't workable for american consumers american manufacturing or american innovation

00:38:05.080 it's america last at its finest karen can you walk the audience through if this is an issue that

00:38:12.360 they're passionate about your organization how they can get engaged get involved support you guys do all

00:38:17.640 that sure so uh driving force action is a project of sima we are an independent expenditure organization

00:38:24.680 that's educating voters about ev mandates or internal combustion engine bans um these are really

00:38:31.180 important issues to american consumers because um most consumers at least before we started didn't realize

00:38:37.740 what was actually happening both at the federal level as well as what california's policies have

00:38:42.720 been because california actually wants to completely eliminate the internal combustion engine and remove

00:38:48.040 consumer choice completely from the state as well as the other 16 states that follow california's emission

00:38:53.500 standards and so uh we've we've been educating voters uh we started it in virginia last year during

00:38:59.320 the virginia state elections now we expanded that into this year's elections educating voters

00:39:03.960 about what the true impact is of the biden harris administration and what they've done when it comes to

00:39:10.120 the cars that we all love and need to do to do our everyday lives

00:39:14.660 karen hit us with the website one more time how people can follow everything you guys are doing on social media

00:39:21.640 sure uh please join us at driving force action.org you can follow us on social media check out the website

00:39:28.640 sign our petition and keep up with our ad campaigns that we've been running and and will continue to run

00:39:34.000 through election day thank you so much for joining us thanks for having me of course

00:39:42.320 war and posse just to uh close out what i was ranting about before

00:39:48.480 they nearly spent if not over one billion dollars crying about how covid was going to make people

00:39:58.240 unable to vote so we have to use mail and ballot they literally reformed the entire way the united

00:40:05.260 states conducted elections under the pretense and pretext that people were going to be unable to vote

00:40:13.040 because of a public health emergency now an actual public health emergency an actual crisis has happened

00:40:19.620 have you seen any of those voices the ones that called us conspiracy theorists for saying that they

00:40:27.340 were partisan actors come out enraged about what's happening in north carolina when officials on the

00:40:34.240 ground are saying they don't have the resources that they need to conduct elections do you see the aclu

00:40:39.920 out there filing lawsuits on behalf of maga districts do you see the zuckerbucks organization

00:40:46.560 see center for tech and civic life obama acolyte tiana epps johnson you see any of those people

00:40:52.160 no i think it's sort of a tell that the 2020 election was rigged and that all those efforts were partisan

00:41:00.480 so yeah jack smith the 2020 election was rigged and we're going to keep talking about it i don't care

00:41:07.740 how much you criminalize it it was rigged it was stolen and you guys are getting ready to do it again

00:41:16.260 and war room this show is going to do what we did again and that's fight the fraud

00:41:23.000 you can quote that msnbc maureen bannon captain bannon joins us now maureen we got to bounce in about

00:41:31.260 a minute but we're going to get into some exciting developments on the other side but just give me a

00:41:35.640 minute how is the one and only stephen k bannon doing he's doing great ready to be out of dan

00:41:42.720 barry um and very much looking forward to being back behind the mic and getting very much involved

00:41:56.080 ground running captain bannon hang with us through the break i know you got a new event coming up but

00:42:03.840 war and posse in the meantime you got to make sure that you are checking out uh patriot mobile it's

00:42:30.060 them why the fbi isn't playing ball with them not just on stonewalling information about iran

00:42:35.580 hacking the trump campaign but also tim waltz's ties to the chinese communist party which i would know

00:42:40.820 because i was cited in the letter that they sent to fbi director christopher ray that he never responded

00:42:45.840 so if you guys want to use my work why don't you actually make it worthwhile you ever think

00:48:39.320 they admitted off the record to politico right and i always say it's not just that you have to vote for

00:48:47.420 yourself if we want this election to be too big to rig i want you to move your internal goal

00:48:52.980 goalposts to not be i'm registered to vote i'm but you and someone else and someone else you need a

00:48:58.520 whole group shall we say a whole migrant caravan worthy worth number of people bringing them not 1.00

00:49:04.460 migrants though actual registered citizens who can vote coming with you to outvote the fraud to 0.98

00:49:10.420 outvote the non-citizen vote to make a stand about the way that they have cheapened what it means

00:49:16.360 to be an american citizen not just talking the endless foreign wars and the trade policies and

00:49:22.800 the cbp1 app and all that but they want to take your vote away from you

00:49:29.000 right they want to take your ability to even think that an election is stolen away from you

00:49:36.380 cissa the same entity the democratic uh intel senate leader just demanded that they allocate
