00:21:27.160 millions of dollars in grant money. So there's no reason why they shouldn't have better technology

00:21:32.440 and more than that. And we believe that they are slow walking this because we flipped Bucks County

00:21:38.440 to a plurality of registered Republicans this year. So, you know, is this planned? Is this intentional?
