Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.880
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:20.500
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:24.440
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:28.740
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.620
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.380
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:53.040
Okay, it's Saturday, 2 November, Year of the Lord, 2024.
00:01:04.480
Mike Davis is down at Trump campaign headquarters in West Palm Beach.
00:01:07.920
We've got Jim Hoft, Alexander Kolodin, the lawyer out in Arizona.
00:01:15.080
As you know, we're doing these shows in our expanded, massive coverage here on Real America's Voice,
00:01:20.380
but we're going to tuck in and out of these rallies.
00:01:23.080
And I can tell you, he's always late because the speeches run longer.
00:01:30.400
Ben Burkham, where are you and who are you with, sir?
00:01:42.260
Greensboro, North Carolina, going up to the Coliseum.
00:01:51.200
We've got Trump and not only Trump, Steve, we've got some War Room posse fans over here.
00:02:01.980
Tell me, who loves Steve Bannon and the War Room?
00:02:15.980
All right, Steve, we're going to be talking to the folks out here,
00:02:19.320
You know, they talk about the Democrat blue wall
00:02:21.380
that they're trying to save up in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
00:02:24.900
We're going to tear that wall down, but we've got to have North Carolina.
00:02:30.240
North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona, those are the places, must-wins for President Trump.
00:02:35.440
Are we going to bring it home for President Trump?
00:02:40.080
All right, we're going to have more out here, Steve, but for now, back to you, brother.
00:02:51.180
Is it pretty intense out in Arizona this weekend?
00:02:57.520
I know everybody's focused on the election right now, but I did want to talk to you guys
00:03:02.600
real quick about something I just learned about from the IG of the Department of Homeland
00:03:09.200
Security in a letter that he wrote to Secretary Mayorkas about seven days ago.
00:03:14.700
I know everybody's continuing to follow the investigation for the J-13 assassination attempt,
00:03:26.860
Dear Secretary Mayorkas, in accordance with 5-USC-504, I'm writing to report particularly
00:03:32.660
serious or flagrant problems, abuses, or deficiencies related to the administration of programs and
00:03:42.000
He then goes in to talk about a whistleblower credibly alleges that in 2021, the Secret Service
00:03:49.880
imposed functional limitations on government phones issued to the Secret Service personnel
00:03:55.300
that eliminated the ability of a user to, one, initiate or participate in a group text limited
00:04:02.300
to users of Secret Service phones, and two, send or receive a photo attached to a text messages.
00:04:09.920
Steve, this is so important because if you look at the timeline, this was right after January 6th,
00:04:15.020
and we know that the Secret Service told investigators in Congress that we couldn't get access to their
00:04:22.000
communications because they had decided to do an upgrade of their phones right after January 6th,
00:04:29.000
this looks to me as if they doubled down in trying to prevent Congress and investigators
00:04:35.440
from conducting oversight by taking away the ability on Secret Service agents to send,
00:04:46.080
And so what's going on is all of these Secret Service agents are now having to use their private
00:04:55.280
And that obviously creates massive problems with hacking, trying to, you know, compartmentalize
00:05:03.180
And I just wanted to bring the war room posse up to speed on that because I know information
00:05:09.720
is important and I know oversight is important to this audience.
00:05:16.660
It's one more reason why this election coming up in a couple of days is so important because
00:05:21.420
many of the bureaucracies within the federal government need an overhaul.
00:05:26.020
And it's clear that the Secret Service is up to their same old tricks in trying to prevent
00:05:31.280
investigations from going forward with Congress and other investigative bodies.
00:05:41.340
Are you saying that you think that this whole change in protocol, which they mentioned in
00:05:46.800
this letter, happened after January 6 to try to suppress information about January 6 or
00:05:54.440
to stop the Secret Service and going forward to be able to provide that information?
00:05:59.200
What is the link to January 6 and the date that's so important to you?
00:06:03.480
Well, as you remember, Steve, that was one thing that's been widely reported that after
00:06:10.080
January 6, the Secret Service took many of the of the agents phones and said that they
00:06:18.300
were conducting downloads and overhauls on their phones.
00:06:22.880
And so investigators weren't able to gain access to their communications in their investigations
00:06:29.260
to look into, you know, what the Secret Service, you know, was doing on January 6.
00:06:36.900
So it appears to myself and many others who are investigating the J-13 investigation that
00:06:45.440
Secret Service is, again, trying to prevent oversight abilities because if they're communicating
00:06:51.240
on their personal phones when we go to investigate what's going on, it's a lot harder for us to get
00:06:56.560
access to their personal phones than their government phones.
00:06:59.700
But if, you know, if they can't send photos, if they can't, you know, have group chats like
00:07:04.700
many on J-13 were doing there on site, you know, these guys are just using their personal
00:07:12.560
And so I wanted to make sure that the posse knew that.
00:07:15.060
I wanted to make sure that you guys understood that the IG sent a letter to Secretary Mayorkas
00:07:21.140
seven days ago, giving Secretary Mayorkas seven days to report to Congress of this flagrant,
00:07:28.780
you know, problem within the Secret Service so that it could be it could be taken care of.
00:07:36.140
Are you anticipating in your oversight and investigation into the assassination attempt
00:07:46.600
It's either gross incompetence, you know, reckless negligence, or do you think there was
00:07:54.100
You know, I think there's a possibility for both, Steve.
00:07:56.440
But, you know, I do find it interesting that all other federal agents are required to use
00:08:04.540
their work phones when they're on the job at work so that if something, a mass casualty
00:08:10.100
event or a crisis happens, we can get the records and their transmissions and communications.
00:08:17.920
And once again, that we're seeing that it appears that the Secret Service is trying to
00:08:22.340
go around that by having agents use personal phones where we cannot then go and look at
00:08:32.680
Before we let you go, how Arizona, the way you see the the way you see the thing shifting
00:08:40.240
We're going to have Arizona on here in a second about this legal issues popping up.
00:08:44.080
We got the big vote on Tuesday, and I don't know if Maricopa County is prepared for it.
00:08:52.340
You know, I think the voters here in Arizona, Steve, are doing a phenomenal job of turning
00:08:57.940
I mean, the numbers, the early voting numbers are massive out here.
00:09:01.880
The momentum, the excitement is massive out here.
00:09:07.940
But as you know, we cannot take our foot off the gas.
00:09:10.140
We got to keep pushing all the way through Tuesday.
00:09:13.400
And I just I feel like Americans are turning out in droves.
00:09:16.420
Even low propensity voters, you know, are showing up when often they don't show up.
00:09:23.540
But I know we're not going to rest until we put this thing to bed.
00:09:29.880
Eli, where do people I know you're jammed with events tonight, tomorrow, all of it.
00:09:44.780
We're going to be we got a lot more to talk about.
00:09:54.760
Don't we have a lot of great men and women to come on the show?
00:09:58.360
He's with some great men and women of the MAGA movement awaiting President Trump in North Carolina.
00:10:07.000
And let me hear from the posse down there of their assessment.
00:10:10.720
Are we going to take we're going to take Tar Heelia?
00:11:51.360
Two questions, Steve, and jump in wherever you want to.
00:11:54.840
How many of you is this your first Trump rally?
00:12:10.480
How many are you going to vote that haven't voted yet?
00:12:15.960
Now, the only ones that haven't voted or aren't going to vote are these guys, because they're
00:12:25.860
Is that a hard hat, or what are you going to be when you grow up?
00:12:41.320
Are we going to take it as North Carolina Trump country?
00:12:46.040
This is going to be, this is the biggest election that it's ever going to be.
00:12:50.440
Even though I can't vote, I'm still going to influence you two.
00:13:05.140
Hey, this is, hey, Steve, this is the key, though.
00:13:07.020
Even if you can't vote in this state or in any state, this is why what Charlie Kirk and
00:13:11.540
Turning Point is doing, Action's doing, it's so important.
00:13:14.380
It's influence the people you have influence over.
00:13:19.340
12-year-old saying he can't vote, but he's going to influence the people.
00:13:29.940
Ben, lead him in a cheer for Trump to take us out to break.
00:13:38.600
If you are pumped to be here, I want to get a Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump,
00:13:48.140
Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.
00:13:55.540
From North Carolina, Ben Berquam, Real America's Voice.
00:13:59.060
Ben, we're going to come back to you later in the show.
00:14:02.340
I don't think he was supposed to speak in Salem, Virginia, my beloved Salem, Virginia.
00:14:12.080
It's a magnificent little, obviously, one of the prettiest parts of the country.
00:14:15.760
It's God's country down in southwest Virginia outside of Roanoke.
00:14:19.560
It's got a fantastic little civic center there.
00:14:22.680
I think that civic center, I think it seats 8,000, 10,000 people.
00:14:33.620
That happens when the people want to hear from you in the mass mobilization weekend.
00:14:43.460
I think we're well positioned to win this, but we have to deliver.
00:15:04.360

00:16:49.960
It's expanded coverage, so hey, that stuff's going to happen.
00:17:04.420
This is Bill Maher and our favorite Jamie Raskin.
00:17:09.120
I got Mike Davis at Trump campaign headquarters in West Palm Beach.
00:17:15.080
We'll bring Mike in from commentary and analysis.
00:17:19.940
My question to you is these things he says he's going to do.
00:17:48.960
And it reminds me of the first time when I kept saying to Democrats, you know, he's not
00:17:53.820
And they would laugh and say, I smoked too much pot.
00:18:06.900
I mean, you know, Donald Trump has never won the popular vote.
00:18:15.680
The Democrats have won eight of the nine last presidential elections in the popular vote.
00:18:19.460
Even when Trump won in the Electoral College against Hillary, she beat him by three million
00:18:24.940
Joe Biden beat him by seven and a half million votes, three of six to two thirty two.
00:18:28.900
And the vast majority of the people in America reject fascism, authoritarianism and racism
00:18:33.760
and want to get back to what the real American story is.
00:18:44.780
It's not that they can't be the vast majority because it's tied.
00:18:48.840
Well, look, the way I see it is like I'm a I'm a big John Dewey fan.
00:18:54.080
He said the only solution to the ills of democracy is more democracy.
00:19:03.720
So I got to get the entire interview because it then gets into details.
00:19:06.240
The entire interview is like eight minutes long.
00:19:07.900
So let's get somebody to track that down on HBO right there.
00:19:20.120
You've got you've got Mark Elias is now there's a buried lead in a story.
00:19:26.280
He's got like a thousand lawyers already working on documents before we talk about specific
00:19:32.080
You know, Jamie Raskin goes, hey, he's never won the popular vote.
00:19:35.180
Hey, dude, yo, dude, it's the Electoral College.
00:19:39.640
What are they trying to tee up here, Mike Davis?
00:19:45.060
Down here in the Trump campaign headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida.
00:19:49.640
And I'll tell you, they are very well prepared this time with the legal effort, with the election
00:19:57.660
And I give a lot of credit to RNC chairman Michael Watley, who has really built a very
00:20:08.880
Harmeet Dillon's law partner, David Warrington, has built a very good legal team on the Trump
00:20:18.580
We have Bill McGinley down here, Steve Kenney, who I've brought on your show.
00:20:24.860
And so these Democrats are not going to be able to rig and steal the election again.
00:20:38.120
Let's make this win so big for President Trump on Tuesday that we don't need to worry about
00:20:45.620
Let's overwhelm the polls with Trump supporters and do it all across the country.
00:20:51.420
So Trump not only wins these seven swing states, he also wins the national popular vote decisively.
00:21:00.160
So these Jamie Raskins and these Bill Maher's and these other left-wing radicals can go to
00:21:06.400
And the war room posse should go to SwampTheVoteUSA.com.
00:21:22.600
And if you have to wait till election day, make sure you're getting out there.
00:21:26.940
You're taking your friends, your family members, your neighbors, your colleagues.
00:21:36.080
Do you want a President Kamala Harris replacing Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito on the Supreme Court
00:21:45.440
Or do you want President Biden to replace these justices with constitutionalists who respect
00:21:52.360
the rule of law, respect the Constitution, respect our God-given rights to speak, worship,
00:22:03.140
I think that would be President Trump, not Biden.
00:22:07.780
Let me ask you, Georgia today, was that a defeat where the judge ruled that, no, we can
00:22:13.660
just deem certain centers in Fulton County can stay open as long as possible, take as
00:22:26.340
These Fulton County Democrats have opened up these voting centers on the weekends.
00:22:37.520
Fortunately, the Trump legal team, the RNC legal team, were on it immediately.
00:22:42.740
They even had it where we couldn't have poll watchers go in there.
00:22:46.900
You have these emails where these Democrat operatives are trying to keep out the poll watchers.
00:22:53.680
Why are they trying to keep this hidden, what they're doing with these illegal openings on
00:23:02.220
We got poll watchers in to these voting centers, and we're going to, this legal effort, we're
00:23:07.960
going to, they're going to seek an appeal of this immediately.
00:23:13.120
Where else, where else are you concerned about right now?
00:23:16.540
We've had the, we've had the horrific election administration by Shapiro and company up in,
00:23:27.020
We've got some issues with the drop boxes in Wisconsin.
00:23:30.580
Alexander Colliden is going to be on in a second, this new ruling out in Arizona.
00:23:34.760
But right now, as you're there and kind of one of the field commanders, where should we
00:23:43.680
I feel very confident that President Trump's legal team on his campaign and at the RNC under
00:23:51.240
chairman, Michael Watley, they are on their game.
00:24:02.760
They're actually getting victories ahead of the election, which is so critically important
00:24:08.340
because if you wait to take legal action until after the election, good luck.
00:24:14.400
You're not going to get a judge to overturn the entire state's election as a remedy.
00:24:19.720
So I think President Trump learned his lesson from 2020 when the Democrats used COVID to rig
00:24:27.080
and steal the election, and it's not going to happen this time.
00:24:30.160
So it's critically important that Trump's supporters continue to show up in massive numbers.
00:24:37.580
We are outperforming past elections with early votes.
00:24:41.940
Let's run through the finish line and give President Trump a decisive victory on Tuesday
00:24:49.340
so Jamie Raskin and these other left-wing radicals can't.
00:24:56.840
There's nothing they're going to be able to do about it so long as we continue to show
00:25:06.980
Let's bring in Alexander Kolodin, if we can put up.
00:25:11.760
Alexander, tell me about what happened in Arizona, and is it going to have an impact?
00:25:18.400
It's kind of stunning that an attorney general has been caught out like this.
00:25:23.800
Why it shows so poorly on the Democratic AG out there.
00:25:29.360
Yeah, and I think Alex is going to be joining us here shortly.
00:25:32.240
I'm Mike Yoder with the Citizen AG, the executive director.
00:25:35.900
But it's incredible to me that it's gotten to this point where we have citizens that are
00:25:42.800
filing these lawsuits to try to hold the government accountable because we're having DOJ actors
00:25:48.240
and we're having attorneys generals not stepping in.
00:25:50.020
And that's exactly what we just had in Arizona with 1.2 million voters in the court's ruling earlier today.
00:26:02.640
What actually is the main—and are you going to wipe all these people off the voter rolls by Tuesday?
00:26:06.560
That's where people—my phone's blowing up that it reads huge.
00:26:12.540
But what exactly went on, what has been found, and what does it mean for Tuesday?
00:26:18.200
So obviously, you know, everyone remembers in 2020 that the election day has seemingly decreased in its value
00:26:26.800
because of the amount of counting of votes that goes into it after election day before they finally certify.
00:26:32.300
What this case really was about was obtaining a list of the individuals that are still on the rolls
00:26:38.700
that, based on the Secretary of State's own admissions to the EAC, the Election Administration Commission,
00:26:46.100
It's really around 1.9, but that 1.2 million figure was us giving every single concession that we could
00:26:51.620
to get the number down, and it was still at 1.2 million.
00:26:55.520
And these individual voters are people who, as of November 9, 2022, the day after the 2022 midterm,
00:27:02.420
should have been removed, or if they had voted in the 2020 election or the 2022 election under the NVRA,
00:27:09.340
the National Voter Registration Act, they were active.
00:27:12.860
So you either have active voters or they didn't vote in either of those, and they should have been removed.
00:27:17.760
But regardless, that 1.2 million figure should actually be zero,
00:27:21.160
and we wanted to get to the bottom of it to figure out how many of those voters should be on the rolls
00:27:25.340
and who shouldn't be, and that's what we can do now.
00:27:32.180
These voters, though, are still going to be on the rolls potentially on Tuesday?
00:27:37.760
In theory, yes, they would still remain as inactive on the rolls,
00:27:41.220
but the key for this upcoming election is the fact that those names can't be used to commit fraud.
00:27:47.920
Under subsection E, the NVRA 20507E, it states that you have to reactivate your registration status,
00:27:56.720
and all of which ways require that these voters become active prior to them being able to vote.
00:28:11.800
A huge kind of development out in the great state of Arizona.
00:28:23.700
I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:28:30.860
First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:28:35.380
This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email
00:28:43.720
Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence
00:28:48.180
and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event
00:28:52.480
that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:28:56.960
In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon
00:29:04.460
If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:29:11.380
the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:29:15.340
I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:29:20.780
Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission
00:29:24.980
to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility
00:29:33.380
Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:29:47.020
If Trump loses, do you think Steve Bannon will lead election denial efforts?
00:30:00.300
And he told me a month before the election that they were going to deny the results.
00:30:08.020
That we're going, like, there's no way Trump is going to concede.
00:30:21.560
I mean, we've been living with this for 10 years.
00:30:30.940
I think another person in the Republican Party would pick up that mantle, don't you think?
00:30:36.480
I don't think there's anything going back from that.
00:30:41.200
But what's interesting is that in 2020, Bannon and the inner coterie were all emphatic that
00:30:47.300
Trump was going to declare victory, even if he lost.
00:30:52.100
They were saying, regardless of whether or not he wins, he will declare victory.
00:30:55.620
Can I give you one happy thought, though, on this?
00:31:00.440
But, like, it is really hard to imagine, like, a mob of people storming the Capitol,
00:31:08.220
Like, there will still be election denialism, but, like, Trump's unique charisma is important.
00:31:14.420
And, like, removing him from the process is a good positive step.
00:31:18.540
There you have – did Tim Miller have pukas or pearls on?
00:31:28.680
Michael Moynihan and Tim Miller with Bill Maher.
00:31:33.080
There's going to be some long faces with these guys.
00:31:39.280
They're absolutely – they're trying to say Trump can't win.
00:31:45.920
Your thoughts about the information warfare and psyop that's going on?
00:31:49.760
Yeah, I'm wondering if they're going to have this same position at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5th,
00:31:58.140
when President Trump wins in a landslide, so long his supporters continue to show up and vote in massive numbers,
00:32:10.360
Remember, these are the same Democrats who objected to Republican wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.
00:32:21.200
Do we see Al Gore and John Kerry or Hillary Clinton in jail?
00:32:26.200
Hillary Clinton still claims that Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the 2016 election.
00:32:33.960
So these Democrats, when they get their asses kicked on Tuesday, I seriously doubt they're going to take this same position about coming in and conceding quickly.
00:32:49.700
I want to get back to this situation in Arizona because this is something we fought for for years.
00:32:58.440
So walk me through specifically what happened here because I can't believe they got 1.2 million, quote-unquote, inactive voters.
00:33:09.460
But can those slots be used to steal an election, sir?
00:33:18.540
The applicable federal laws here require certain categories of voters to be removed from the rolls on an ongoing basis.
00:33:31.000
Those categories include people who have died, people who have been adjudicated insane, people who have been convicted of felonies, and people who have moved out of state.
00:33:39.340
Our client, Citizen AG, submitted a public records request about a month ago after Arizona had some other problems with the voter rolls saying, hey, Secretary Adrian Fontes, please tell us what you've been doing to comply with HAVA's requirements and the NVRA's requirements that these voters be removed from the rolls.
00:34:00.640
And he got a rather surprising answer back, and the answer that we got back was, I have no documentation at all.
00:34:09.660
I have no documents to show anything that I've been doing to take these folks off the rolls.
00:34:24.100
Yeah, that's why we had gone into court, and we had filed to request emergency relief that these documents be ordered to produce to our clients.
00:34:36.620
Obviously, the reason being that we have a major presidential election coming up here in Arizona.
00:34:42.720
We're one of the magnificent seven swing states.
00:34:45.100
And we want to make sure that we have that data from the secretary of state to check against our own files and see if anybody who is unlawfully listed on the rolls votes or, as is more likely, whether somebody votes under their name.
00:35:01.620
Now, the court has awarded this relief, and we will have it.
00:35:05.780
And then we will be able to check, as I understand from my client, those two lists and see if we have unlawful votes.
00:35:12.620
But the total universe of people who, in the absence of documentation from the secretary of state, may be unlawfully listed on the rolls, is 1.2 million.
00:35:21.780
Now, I don't expect that it will be quite that large when we get the data, but it's still very significant in a state that's decided by margins, sometimes of 10,000, 20,000 votes.
00:35:35.320
There's only a couple of million people that actually vote in Arizona, right?
00:35:39.920
So, I mean, 1.2 is like, I don't know, 20 percent of the total.
00:35:45.140
It's a massive number, and it's absolute, but it's even a bigger number when you look at the percentages.
00:35:52.160
Why did people wait until a month ago to ask this?
00:35:55.320
Isn't this something – I thought this was something people were on top of and bothering state officials for years.
00:36:03.300
So, people have been bothering the secretary of state about voter roll maintenance issues in Arizona for quite some time.
00:36:12.360
That's what actually had triggered this is, if you'll recall, about six weeks ago, it was announced that Secretary Fontes had not been checking to make sure that everybody on the rolls had documented proof of citizenship because of what was termed a DMV glitch.
00:36:30.920
And then kept moving around the number of people in that universe who are listed on the rolls without providing DPOC, as we call it.
00:36:38.940
When that happened, it triggered Citizen AG to inquire further as to what other voter list maintenance obligations the secretary might be ignoring.
00:36:49.240
And fortunately, the judge seemed to take this very seriously, strongly inquired of the attorney general's office why the secretary of state has appeared not to be doing his job in order of the records produced.
00:37:03.320
Okay, the first instance about the people that can't prove their citizenship, I think that's approximately 90 – is it correct?
00:37:20.400
So – and that's supposed to be – correct me if I'm wrong.
00:37:27.180
Is there anything about that they can't check the citizenship because of the DMV?
00:37:44.680
Are these people, if they're not actually eligible, the 1.2 million, are these – are we guaranteeing the listeners, the viewers, and particularly the people in the state of Arizona, that there's no chance that anybody on either one of these lists are going to be able to vote?
00:38:02.140
Election came down last time around 10,000, 11,000 votes of millions cast.
00:38:11.020
We have to assume that, particularly for the problems they could have on Tuesday of how long it's going to take to vote that four-page – the four-page ballot.
00:38:19.780
Is anyone prepared or the court's prepared to back us up that these people that are either on these inactive lists or they haven't checked their citizenship, that we can come into this with a guarantee that those voter rolls that should have been – should have been cleansed years ago will be cleansed by Tuesday?
00:38:41.020
So, Steve, there's no guarantees in life, and there's certainly no guarantees in litigation, right?
00:38:46.980
But what I will say is the judge seemed to take this issue very seriously.
00:38:50.880
He, in fact, at one point inquired of the attorney general's office whether he ought not order the records produced to him specifically so that the judge himself could review the rolls and make sure that the secretary has been complying with his voter roll maintenance obligations.
00:39:07.180
So, while I can't say that the secretary is going to hurry up and purge all of these people from the rolls who shouldn't be on it by Tuesday, what I can say in light of the judge's order of release of the documents is that if he does not and if some of these ineligible voters do wind up voting, then it is quite likely that Citizen AG will be able to prove that those ineligible voters did vote in our election.
00:39:33.480
And hopefully knowing that and knowing that the federal courts are watching very carefully will make Secretary Fontes think twice before he tries to do anything too improper.
00:39:45.400
OK. Can we get – where people can find out more about this case and your client, the name, social media.
00:39:50.780
We've got to toss. President Trump's taking the stage. I want to go there. So, Alexander, can we get it?
00:39:54.700
Yeah, absolutely. My client's name is Citizen AG. And you can find them on Twitter. They post under Citizen AG. Very simple.
00:40:06.540
So, if you want to hop on Twitter, they have been posting updates about the case. You could also follow me on Twitter, at RealAlexColladin.
00:40:14.540
So, that's at R-E-A-L-A-L-E-X-K-O-L-O-D-I-N. And thanks for having me on.
00:40:23.420
Alexander and your client, thank you. You guys have been fighting a good fight out there. Arizona's like, look at this. It's a mess. Look at Fontes. What a scumbag.
00:40:31.660
I mean, not for done – and the only reason he's going to do anything is you guys have taken him in front of a federal judge that backed you up.
00:40:37.540
So, thank you very much. Mike Davis, hang on down there in West Palm Beach. We're going to go to the rally in North Carolina.
00:40:43.100
It's obvious. The unthinkable continues. Most Americans know something is very, very wrong.
00:40:50.880
The people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop noticing. But you know better.
00:40:56.340

00:41:54.860
President Donald—oh, no, this is Salem, Virginia.
00:42:02.900
We're going to get the stupid people out of here as quickly as possible.
00:42:18.900
Every problem facing us can be solved, but now the fate of our nation is in your hands.
00:42:45.820
The whole thing doesn't work, so we'll just call her Kamala.
00:42:53.680
Kamala, you're the worst vice president in history.
00:43:12.260
I'm here today in this incredible Commonwealth for one very simple reason,
00:43:17.780
because I believe we can win Virginia, and that would be unbelievable.
00:43:21.940
And working with your governor, we will get MS-13 the hell out of your communities.
00:43:42.520
They're very tough people that love our country.
00:43:45.120
And if you don't have very tough people, you're not getting MS-13 out anytime soon.
00:43:56.440
We will cut your taxes, create millions of jobs, fix your schools, stop the indoctrination of your children,
00:44:04.480
and we will not let them try to change your kids' gender.
00:44:14.420
We won't be changing your children's gender with their transgender craziness.
00:44:23.940
And we will protect parents' rights, and we will protect school choice.
00:44:32.280
And we'll bring back an education system based on merit.
00:44:38.200
Don't forget, our Supreme Court gave us today, a very great ruling, a decision that we're
00:44:44.320
actually allowed to use merit again, merit, so that if somebody works hard, if somebody
00:45:03.440
And we will, of course, keep men out of women's sports.
00:45:08.120
Last year, the radical left's gender insanity arrived right here in Salem, when a man was
00:45:20.520
allowed to transfer onto the Roanoke College women's swim team.
00:45:25.700
And I just met them backstage, the great swimmers.
00:45:33.940
I didn't notice a male on that particular team.
00:45:41.360
Perhaps I don't understand what's happening, but I didn't see any males on that team, believe
00:45:47.160
But the brave members of the swim team stood up to the transgender fanatics.
00:45:55.700
And those strong, and I would say beautiful, but I'm not allowed to use that term anymore
00:46:02.900
with women, because if you say beautiful, it means the end of your career in politics.
00:46:09.200
You're not allowed to say a woman's beautiful, so I will not tell you how beautiful they are,
00:46:15.780
But those strong, beautiful, intelligent women, they won.
00:46:20.980
And today, we're joined by seven of the great members, really championship incredible swimmers
00:46:28.000
of the Roanoke College women's swim team that have gotten a little publicity.
00:46:37.540
Including team captain Lily Mullins, a real champion.
00:47:22.720
As female athletes especially, we know that men have an inherent advantage over women
00:47:26.620
in sports, and due to current policies though, men are competing against women of all ages
00:47:37.900
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have advocated for and pushed for this anti-woman sex-based
00:47:46.720
discrimination to continue all over this country.
00:47:57.320
So I would like to thank you, President Trump, for standing with women and promising to protect
00:48:06.320
We are so lucky to have a leader like Donald Trump with common sense who knows what a strong
00:48:22.600
woman is, and will fight for generations of girls to come.
00:48:42.100
How about if we introduce each member of the team?
00:49:37.240
And the men don't realize they're tougher and smarter than us.
00:49:50.240
So we're just three days away from the greatest political victory in the world.
00:50:05.240
It's a political victory in the history of this country, probably in the history of the world.
00:50:19.240
You know, it's always tough when you have California.
00:50:26.240
Well, they actually do sort of know where they go.
00:50:37.240
A Republican always loses from five to seven million.
00:50:48.240
That I'm winning with Hispanics over the Democrat by eight points.
00:50:55.240
And I'm telling you, if God came down and agreed to be our vote taker for one day, just one day.
00:51:08.240
If he came down and he was going to be our vote taker.
00:51:12.240
Meaning, if we had an honest election in California, we would win California.
00:51:20.240
But when you have New York, Illinois and California that like automatically, it's like ridiculous, automatically goes to a Democrat.
00:51:33.240
It's tough to win the popular vote because there are three big states and it's like automatic.
00:51:40.240
You have Gavin Newsom, who's a governor of California.
00:51:48.240
And in signing the bill, you know what it says?
00:51:51.240
If you're an official, if you're anybody, you are not allowed under any circumstances to ask whether or not somebody has voter ID.
00:52:01.240
If you say, let me see your voter ID, you are criminally liable.
00:52:30.240
I think when we heard that one, we said, this is getting a little bit crazier.
00:52:34.240
So now it's not only that you don't have to have voter ID.
00:52:38.240
Now you're not even allowed to ask for it under penalty of a lot of problems.
00:52:47.240
And then they say he lost the, he lost the popular vote.
00:52:54.240
But I have a feeling, I mean, the polls are showing we're going to win everything.
00:53:04.240
And I'd love to win the popular vote with them cheating.
00:53:09.240
You know, let them cheat because that's what they do.
00:53:14.240
But I think we have a really good chance to win the popular vote.
00:53:17.240
And I think things are going to be very interesting.
00:53:20.240
It's going to be one of the most interesting days in the history of our country.
00:53:25.240
And it's going to be the most important election in the history of our country.
00:53:29.240
And if we win, which we should, because we got a big lead.
00:53:36.240
She's swimming and swimming and she's 10 yards advanced with about five yards to go.
00:53:48.240
