Bannon's War Room - Episode 4071： Drilling Down what Is Happening In Bucks County

00:00:00.000 Breaking this hour, the House Ethics Committee has ended its meeting

00:00:03.760 to discuss its report on allegations of sex trafficking and drug use

00:00:08.940 by Donald Trump's pick for Attorney General, firebrand Matt Gaetz, a figure who commands

00:00:14.520 bipartisan hatred among some of his colleagues, but is liked by the one person who calls

00:00:20.160 all of the shots in the Republican Party, Donald Trump. The chair of the Ethics Committee tells

00:00:26.300 reporters that there has been no agreement reached to release the report. Hours before

00:00:31.900 the meeting, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance today joined Matt Gaetz on Capitol Hill to lobby

00:00:37.980 on behalf of Matt Gaetz, another sign that Team Trump is all in in terms of getting Matt Gaetz

00:00:44.200 confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Never mind the allegations of sex trafficking or drug use or

00:00:50.280 his, quote, long history of trafficking and anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. That is

00:00:56.620 according to the Anti-Defamation League or even the lack of legal experience, the action on

00:01:02.580 Capitol Hill happening in the backdrop of a steady drip of revelations from that congressional

00:01:08.220 investigation. It was more just the defeatism in his eyes and in his tone. And it reminded

00:01:14.940 me of like those George W. Bush years where there was just kind of an exasperation that

00:01:19.640 we had to kind of surrender to the frame of the media or the powers that be, and that

00:01:23.700 we didn't have the ability to go and carve out our own destiny. And I saw that in him

00:01:27.880 at the time. We put forward arguments and affidavits and evidence. We showed him videos. We were

00:01:33.780 in the cabinet room meeting with Mike Pence in the days leading up to January 6th. And I

00:01:39.680 left quite disappointed that he was not motivated by our argument.

00:01:44.380 Just a quick fact check, David Jolly. There was no evidence. There were arguments, but there was no

00:01:52.340 evidence presented to Mike Pence of fraud, which is why Mike Pence did not vote to overturn the election.

00:01:58.520 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:02:06.480 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:02:10.660 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.

00:02:17.480 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:02:22.580 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:02:33.780 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:02:43.740 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:02:47.180 Wednesday, 20 November, year of our Lord, 2024. Okay, absolute fracas on Capitol Hill.

00:02:59.380 Two huge battles going on simultaneously in the Senate. It's the judges and Mike Davis. I think we might have some good news to report. Mike Davis is going to join us at the bottom of the hour to go through it.

00:03:13.380 And Natalie is going to be with us on all things Ukraine and also the resistance. Nigel Farage is going to join us at six. Ben Harnwell.

00:03:22.840 A lot of things going on in Ukraine. They're trying to escalate this war into a very dangerous area and try to jam up President Trump.

00:03:31.340 Right there with Matt Gaetz, Matt, the committee, the ethics committee decided not to put out the ethics report. I think they're saying it's not finished.

00:03:41.260 What is quite evident in one of the hurdles they can't get over, you heard Senator Tuberville today, the Justice Department and I think a U.S. attorney looked at this in a lot of detail.

00:03:52.060 And over at Justice, the public officials' corruption, I think area, looked at this in detail and never brought charges. So that's a big hurdle.

00:04:02.440 As Tuberville said, hey, if it's not criminal activity, if you didn't commit any crimes and they dropped the investigation and never did any crimes front, tell me what the big deal is and just go forward.

00:04:16.220 When I talk about wave after wave after wave of flood the zone, we flood the zone first with these amazing announcements for the leadership of this.

00:04:27.980 Then we came in for the second wave, and the second wave I think should have Kash Patel and maybe some other people associated with that, maybe OMB, maybe Kash Patel.

00:04:36.980 I think that could happen. Maybe additional people at DOJ, that could happen here momentarily, if not tonight or this evening, maybe tomorrow.

00:04:44.860 Then the two other tranches, one is around January 4th or 5th, when the confirmation process, I strongly recommend, and they all come up together, flood the zone again.

00:04:56.660 Senator Tuberville said, we're working on that. We want to do around the 5th or 6th.

00:05:01.480 I think Aaron Ruper tweeted that out today. Heads are blowing up.

00:05:05.420 Senator Tuberville also said, hey, if they can't do it through that method, they're definitely going to, you know, and I think he implied that Thune had made a commitment to the president to make sure the president backed off on Thune's election to be the leader, Senate leader, that they're going to use some sort of recess appointment, which Senator Tuberville said many people in the Senate think is absolutely justified.

00:05:27.600 So huge fight. So huge fight on that. So you have now the flood, the zone.

00:05:31.980 Then you have in early January, the confirmation itself.

00:05:35.420 And then on the 20th of January, just hit it. Boom.

00:05:38.480 Executive orders, restructurings of the government, DOJ unleashed, and also the permanent budget for next year.

00:05:49.320 Looks like they're going to take a CR for 90 days, let President Trump and his team, and my recommendation is merge the appropriations process with what Vivek and Elon are working on over at DOJ.

00:06:07.780 So a lot going on here.

00:06:10.200 We've got a lot to get to tonight.

00:06:12.420 One of the things that's happening is the mantra is Trump didn't have a mandate, Trump's below 50 percent, and I think there's still, believe it or not, two million votes that haven't been counted.

00:06:23.280 I don't know if these are overseas votes, what Cleta Mitchell was complaining about when she was here last night.

00:06:29.400 There's something going on.

00:06:31.140 What I want to do is play a second cold open for our guests.

00:06:36.100 We have the one and only Scott Pressler who's going to join us.

00:06:38.520 There's something rotten in Pennsylvania.

00:06:40.000 There's something really rotten in California.

00:06:42.420 We've got to get to the bottom of this because they're trying to steal a couple of House seats. 0.99

00:06:45.560 They're maybe trying to steal a Senate seat, and they're trying to get President Trump under 50 percent to say, well, he won the proper vote, but he didn't get a mandate.

00:06:53.180 Let's go ahead and play the introduction to the one and only Scott Pressler.

00:06:57.700 Good morning.

00:06:59.280 Bucks County has been in the news a lot this year.

00:07:04.540 Earlier, we flipped Bucks County from blue to red.

00:07:08.960 And for the first time in modern history, there are more registered Republicans than Democrats here in this county.

00:07:15.560 Number two, voters were disenfranchised in this county.

00:07:24.560 And in fact, I want to thank Chairman Michael Watley of the RNC and co-chair Laura Trump for suing to make sure that we have three additional days of early in-person voting.

00:07:37.060 Because voters waiting in line to do in-person, on-demand, mail-in voting were told that they couldn't vote until 5 o'clock, that the line was cut off.

00:07:46.180 So thank you to the Republican Party for suing Bucks County and fighting for election integrity.

00:07:51.400 And now, here before us, it's on the world stage that we have a commissioner, quote, by Diane Marsiglia.

00:08:04.100 Precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country.

00:08:10.520 People violate laws any time they want.

00:08:15.180 And if I, meaning Diane Marsiglia, violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it.

00:08:25.180 Well, Commissioner, the court already ruled that undated and misdated mail-in ballots could not be counted.

00:08:33.240 You knew that going into the meeting.

00:08:36.060 And I want to congratulate the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

00:08:39.480 This speech I'm doing right now is going to be seen by millions across the country, the Commonwealth, and the world.

00:08:46.280 And I have a message.

00:08:47.780 Congratulations to President-elect Donald J. Trump, the 45th and 47th president of the United States of America.

00:08:55.720 Congratulations to Senator-elect Dave McCormick.

00:08:59.160 And we are not going to allow Democrats to steal this seat from us.

00:09:03.800 Furthermore, congratulations, because we defeated Matt Cartwright, giving President Trump an additional seat in Congress.

00:09:12.140 Congratulations to Congressman-elect Rob Bresnahan.

00:09:16.320 Congratulations to Congressman-elect Ryan McKenzie, defeating Democrats Susan Wilde in Allentown and Lehigh.

00:09:23.360 And I have a message.

00:09:27.200 Peacefully, peacefully, we are coming for your seat in 2027.

00:09:32.360 If you don't resign today, I am coming for your seat peacefully.

00:09:37.960 And, Harvey, Commissioner Harvey, this goes for you, too.

00:09:40.760 You are complicit.

00:09:42.440 Mark Elias and his cronies must be disbarred from practicing law in Pennsylvania, any of his cronies, for the misconduct that they did.

00:09:51.500 I want you to know that I am going to spend all of my time in Bucks County for the next three years, making sure that we take back this county.

00:09:59.780 Thank you to every single patriot that showed up today.

00:10:03.700 We should.

00:10:12.100 Well, Scott Presser, lighting them up there.

00:10:13.960 Scott, you can't spend all your time in Bucks County because you're going to be in the White House or in one of the over at DHS and in charge of election integrity.

00:10:21.520 Tell me what is going on in Pennsylvania.

00:10:24.120 Have we sorted out this problem because you're trying to steal a Senate seat, sir?

00:10:27.340 Thank you, Steve.

00:10:30.180 Well, we showed up today because Bucks County was trying to continue counting ballots, even if they were misdated, undated.

00:10:40.760 The Supreme Court already ruled that that was unlawful, and the Supreme Court had to rule again that these counties must and shall comply.

00:10:52.640 Dianne Marsiglia, the Democrat commissioner, has so embarrassed the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that she not only had a five to two Democrat Supreme Court rule against her, but even Democrat Governor Shapiro was forced to say that these counties must comply.

00:11:13.780 The fact of the matter is that Bob Casey doesn't have the votes, and we have before us in January, Senator-elect Dave McCormick, we delivered the Senate seat to President Trump.

00:11:28.540 What is the—tell me, not just in Bucks County, why there's—are there two million votes that have not been counted throughout the country?

00:11:40.040 They're trying to make a big deal that Trump's below 50 percent.

00:11:42.720 We've got a couple of House seats they're trying to steal in California. 0.99

00:11:46.400 People asking, what in the hell is going on?

00:11:48.520 The election was over two weeks ago, Scott.

00:11:51.060 Are they—is Mark Elias and his crowd trying to steal a couple of House seats to make it like 218, right on the bubble, and to drive President Trump under 50 percent to say he does not have a mandate, sir?

00:12:04.380 Well, it seems like they're trying to do that in states like California, you know, where ballot—

00:12:09.960 I lost him?

00:12:17.460 Okay, fine.

00:12:18.360 We'll just try to—let's try to reboot him.

00:12:20.700 Okay, they never—they're relentless.

00:12:22.900 You think we've got fights here on Capitol Hill?

00:12:24.480 And we have massive fights here on Capitol Hill, massive fights.

00:12:28.940 Davis is going to be here about the—about the Senate fight.

00:12:33.480 Mark Paoletta has just put out a tweet about the impounding because they're trying to spend all cash going crazy.

00:12:39.960 This thing is out of control on Capitol Hill.

00:12:42.480 The Democrats, who believe so much in democracy, are trying to Trump-proof the federal government.

00:12:49.880 Natalie's going to join us.

00:12:51.460 We're going to punch through all that.

00:12:52.740 We'll get Scott back up when we get a chance.

00:12:54.520 But Scott Pressler up in Bucks County in Mark Elias is just brazen.

00:12:58.560 They're counting every—you know, votes not dated, not signed.

00:13:02.260 It's the typical Democrats.

00:13:03.980 All votes must count.

00:13:05.620 All ballots must count.

00:13:06.460 No, just certifiable, chain of custody, legal from U.S. citizens.

00:13:13.440 Once you do that, the Republicans win.

00:13:15.960 When you start counting the other ballots that are not chain of custody, legal, approved, certifiable, signatures,

00:13:25.640 then the Democrats have a chance because they're just manufacturing ballots.

00:13:29.860 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:53.840 We have Natalie Winters, maybe Mark Paoletta on a Wednesday.

00:15:00.080 Big victory on 5 November.

00:15:02.600 Now the work can finally start on the big issues facing the country.

00:15:06.100 One of the biggest is the national debt and the deficits that drive it.

00:15:11.120 Hey, you think the country's broke?

00:15:12.680 The country is broke.

00:15:13.700 We're just printing money to keep this house of cards going.

00:16:20.460 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:16:22.540 Bannon.

00:16:26.160 Scott, just in summary, where can people go?

00:16:28.740 I know we've got a terrible connection because you're out and about, I think, in rural Pennsylvania.

00:16:32.020 Where can people go to contact you to make sure they stay up to speed?

00:16:36.240 Because there's something very dark happening right now.

00:16:40.600 They're still trying to steal a couple of House seats, which we can't afford to lose.

00:16:44.140 And they're trying to drive President Trump under 50 percent.

00:16:48.480 So they're going to say he doesn't have a mandate.

00:16:50.040 And it's stunning to me we have over 2 million votes that have not been counted over two weeks after the election is over.

00:16:56.580 Scott Pressler.

00:16:59.300 Thank you.

00:16:59.960 Well, you can send tips to us, earlyvoteaction.com.

00:17:04.880 My ex is at Scott Pressler, P-R-E-S-1-S-L-E-R.

00:17:09.720 My messages are open.

00:17:12.020 But we must also be forward-thinking, Steve.

00:17:14.540 In November of 2025, three Democrat Supreme Court justices are up for retention, Steve.

00:17:22.580 My mission is to get people to vote no to these justices, which would cause special elections in 2027.

00:17:31.140 And if we play our cards right, we can remake the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania 5D to 2R to 5R to 2D before the next presidential election.

00:17:46.960 And so we are laser focused on election integrity going into the future.

00:17:50.440 Scott, thank you so much.

00:17:54.580 We're looking forward to having you back on.

00:17:55.840 You've been fighting the great fight.

00:17:56.980 And anything we can do to assist you in your fight against Mark Elias, the war room is all in, brother.

00:18:02.520 One thousand percent.

00:18:05.040 Hey, thank you.

00:18:06.620 Take care.

00:18:08.980 Thanks, brother.

00:18:10.240 Boy, Scott Pressler threw down hard.

00:18:12.340 Let's – so we've got a lot going on.

00:18:15.160 But we have a special – a crying jag on Morning Mika today, and I want to bring in Natalie Winters.

00:18:22.400 New York Magazine says she's a sunny blonde, but she's pretty tough. 1.00

00:18:25.920 Let's see what her response is to the crying jag on Morning Mika this morning.

00:18:30.140 Tears on Morning Mika.

00:18:31.080 Let's play it.

00:18:32.060 I'm on my self-reflection tour.

00:18:34.200 Yes, and I like that better.

00:18:35.560 I just need to give you a little Know Your Value advice right now.

00:18:38.760 I don't want to hear the words I'm sorry ever again on your podcast, on your social, or on this show.

00:18:44.240 No, you're really – you have great insights, and you have a great knowledge, and there are things you – we all are learning.

00:18:53.760 Okay?

00:18:54.380 So continue.

00:18:55.440 By the way, that's how she starts all of her Know Your Value conferences. 0.99

00:18:58.940 I just – no, I'm sorry.

00:18:59.540 So it's not about you.

00:19:00.600 She's always saying, don't say I'm sorry for –

00:19:03.600 It's just a bad way to start.

00:19:04.880 Doing, you know, what you're trying to do.

00:19:07.480 Right.

00:19:07.920 I have to say –

00:19:08.920 We're not here perfect.

00:19:09.720 Mika, you have been – the things you have suggested to me have actually always been right.

00:19:14.420 Always been right.

00:19:15.300 Yeah.

00:19:15.700 So I'll take it.

00:19:16.340 I'll take it.

00:19:16.780 Just let her say that, and not you, sweetie.

00:19:18.620 Go ahead.

00:19:21.140 So I just wanted to sort of – we are in it for four years, right?

00:19:25.640 This is going to be a marathon, not a sprint.

00:19:28.140 We need to protect norms and institutions and not focus on the aesthetic problems with Trumpism.

00:19:33.640 So the first time there was a lot of, like, he uses vulgar language, he, you know, offended by things, and more to focus on the norms and institutions.

00:19:42.620 So is this damage – like, the war on woke is vague, right?

00:19:46.340 The war on woke is vague.

00:19:47.940 You saw reporting that had these people, Trump voters, saying that Trump had defeated woke, right?

00:19:55.080 So that's vague, but the structural things that Trump might do to try to fight woke could end up undermining democracy.

00:20:04.040 So I feel like more focused on democracy, democratic values, norms and institutions, the structures that keep America, America, and less focused on the aesthetic problems of Trumpism.

00:20:16.260 Okay, norms and institutions, Natalie Winters, they still don't get it, but I'll toss it.

00:20:26.540 First of all, she was crying.

00:20:27.580 She was weeping.

00:20:28.840 Mika gave her a shoulder to cry on.

00:20:30.560 You're terrific.

00:20:31.260 And then she gets into it.

00:20:32.740 Look, Molly, if this is what you're going to do for four years, you're going to get smoked worse than you just got smoked a couple of weeks ago. 0.99

00:20:38.480 This is kind of pathetic, Natalie Winters. 0.98

00:20:41.100 Your thoughts and observations, ma'am? 0.98

00:20:43.280 Well, I guess I'm going to say the word I'm not allowed to say.

00:20:47.060 I'm sorry to the audience that we played that. 0.97

00:20:50.220 What absolutely disgusting just drivel.

00:20:53.500 I know I'm the sunny blonde of War Room, but I think that makes Molly Jong fast. 0.99

00:20:58.440 What the crazy red or whatever hair situation is going on there of Morning Joe, and that's a pretty low bar.

00:21:04.800 It sort of gives crazy ant vibes.

00:21:06.240 It gives Janet Yellen a run for her money. 1.00

00:21:08.920 But look, it's so funny, right, as they're having the back and forth about, you know, the war on wokeness, how it's so vague.

00:21:14.520 That right there is a perfect example, not just of the feminization of society more broadly, the tone policing.

00:21:20.700 It's really, I think, you're seeing this country turn into really a gynocracy, I think, epitomized, right, by Kamala Harris. 1.00

00:21:26.640 But they're so out of touch, and Steve, it goes back, I think, more substantively to what was outlined in that Vanity Fair piece, what was outlined by Alex Wagner, and the way that they're trying to interpret and triage their 2024 loss because it dictates their pathway, their battle plan going forward.

00:21:44.140 And I think they've realized that they have been forced into the corner with their backs against the wall of being the ones who have to defend the institutions.

00:21:51.480 And they're hanging on with really, I think, their dying breath of this concept of democracy, right?

00:21:57.000 All of the coalitions that are coming out to attack President Trump to really foment resistance, it's all democracy 2025, democracy alliance, democracy forward, right?

00:22:06.860 That's the kind of, I guess, favorite term, go-to word of this sort of new resistance type left.

00:22:13.480 But if they want to have a fight where they're the ones defending the FBI, CIA, DOJ, State Department, I almost feel bad for them.

00:22:21.600 Although I think anything, my biggest takeaway from that clip is that Morning Joe and Morning Mika really shouldn't worry about going to trial for treason or anything like that,

00:22:29.760 because I think the insanity defense would probably work out pretty well for them.

00:22:33.220 Talk to me another story that you're following, the situation in Ukraine.

00:22:39.560 I've got Nigel on at six to talk about this situation of this kind of metastasizing conflict.

00:22:45.800 It looks like the Biden regime is in back of this, trying to have this war actually spread wider.

00:22:53.260 Although a new poll out today, the Ukrainian people at 38 percent, they want this war over now.

00:22:58.700 They just they don't want to continue the war.

00:23:00.440 Only 38 percent support the war.

00:23:02.740 I think 52 percent want to end it now.

00:23:04.600 Natalie Winters, your thoughts?

00:23:07.340 Well, look, today the Biden regime was forced after a series of reports sort of unearthed what they've been trying to do.

00:23:13.460 But they are now working overtime behind the scenes to forgive the loans that the United States gave to Ukraine,

00:23:21.000 particularly those coming from the 2024 Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act.

00:23:27.900 Now, it was at November 15th.

00:23:30.520 That was the date where they could essentially delegate the powers to Secretary of State Blinken to begin that process of, like I said,

00:23:37.060 forgiving four point seven billion dollars worth of aid to Ukraine.

00:23:41.600 But the State Department has only publicly come out about it.

00:23:45.100 Now, I believe Denver has the article, but I just want to show you the political warfare that's going on here.

00:23:50.140 Right. It's not like they're sending Blinken or Biden, wherever he may be, down to the sticks to defend.

00:23:55.860 Right. This loan forgiveness program, not for student loan forgiveness, not for anything here in the United States,

00:24:02.080 but for Ukraine, because they know it's so politically unpopular.

00:24:05.020 So they're couching it.

00:24:06.020 You can see that very confusing headline under sections 507D and 508A.

00:24:11.520 Like I said, the State Department only being forced to sort of give clarifying statements on that today.

00:24:16.540 But I think that there's important takeaways here.

00:24:19.320 One is that everything that they're doing on Ukraine, they're essentially laying, I would argue, the tripwire for President Trump's third impeachment,

00:24:30.360 whether it's foreign policy and Ukraine stuff, the mass deportations via DHS.

00:24:35.600 That is what everything should be viewed as is what they're doing right now when it comes to the lawfare.

00:24:39.980 Right. Assuming they're hoping they're working like you just went through with Scott Pressler to take back the House.

00:24:45.340 I also think it's worth noting, too, Steve, that it was back in the Transition Integrity Project's 2020 playbook outlining what they thought the evil authoritarian Donald Trump would do in the transition period.

00:24:57.260 And they accused him of potentially looking to, quote, spark a foreign adventure or have a sort of wag the dog type event by escalating foreign conflicts abroad.

00:25:07.980 So as we always know, projection is essentially what they're always dealing in.

00:25:11.840 But this, of course, has to be linked to to the broader landmines that they're now letting Ukraine use. 0.70

00:25:17.260 In addition to the long range missile missiles, which I think shouldn't be lost on anyone, Steve, that these are the policy proposals and positions that were advocated for and staunchly supported by none other than Ryan Routh,

00:25:29.220 who tried to assassinate President Trump because he disagreed so much with him on his Ukraine policy.

00:25:34.400 And what you're seeing emanate right now out of the Biden regime in the State Department is, frankly, a continuation of the legacy of Trump's second assassin.

00:25:45.740 It's unbelievable. Talk to me about the resistance. We're going to have Mike Davis in a second about the judges.

00:25:50.420 Payaletta is going to be in here about impoundment, also about firing career guys over DOJ that don't don't get with the program, just like you got to fire them at DOD. 0.85

00:25:59.620 Updates today on the resistance. I've heard a lot of these NGOs that some of the donors are getting quite concerned.

00:26:06.900 They're being outed by people like Natalie Winters. Anything to report, ma'am?

00:26:11.860 Well, that's not misplaced concern at all, because we will continue to out them.

00:26:16.840 I do think it's interesting, right, that they all decided to meet in Washington, D.C. this week.

00:26:21.040 Well, what Joe Biden is out of town. Kamala Harris is in Hawaii because it shows you that they're the new apparatus. 0.97

00:26:27.260 They're the backbone that represents the Democratic Party.

00:26:30.420 There's new reporting out today that Pierre Omidyar, behind Omidyar Network and a lot of these sort of never Trump activism back in 2016 and 2020,

00:26:39.360 that he's been funding that new democracy Democratic Governors Alliance, propping that up to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

00:26:47.100 In addition to, of course, pouring out cash to support Mark Elias's election subversion efforts.

00:26:52.620 But just remember, right, it's Alex Soros who's cheering on Joe Biden's, Joe Biden, I put that in quotes, decision to give Ukraine the ability to use long-range missiles.

00:27:01.560 They're all meeting in Washington, D.C. right now, plotting out the resistance.

00:27:05.140 And what, just a day later, you see them working to give loan forgiveness programs and give additional landmines to Ukraine.

00:27:11.060 So you can really see when you pull the curtain back who's running the show and certainly not Joe Biden.

00:27:16.240 There are no coincidences, young lady.

00:27:21.160 Natalie, where's the social media?

00:27:23.120 How do people track you, get all your latest content?

00:27:26.680 Natalie G. Winters on all social media platforms.

00:27:29.460 And Black Friday at shesowright.co, not .com, using code 47 for 47% off.

00:27:36.780 It's sort of like a loan forgiveness program in the style of Ukraine.

00:27:43.240 We're going to miss you tonight, but I know you've got, you're on watch down there in transition.

00:27:48.500 So we really appreciate you, Natalie.

00:27:50.260 See you tomorrow.

00:27:51.440 Thank you.

00:27:53.520 Natalie Winters has got to watch down at Palm Beach as we report on all things transition.

00:27:59.360 From the imperial capital, President Trump, it's a first order problem.

00:28:03.620 He's been putting up true social about it.

00:28:05.300 Got to stop the Democrat judges in the middle of the night.

00:28:09.020 Democrats said they're going to work to 3 a.m. or longer tonight.

00:28:12.020 Mike Davis is here.

00:28:12.940 Mark Paoletta next in the war room.

00:28:37.080 Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models and Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer. 0.90

00:30:56.020 Birchgold.com.

00:30:56.880 Slash Bannon.

00:30:57.980 So, Mike Davis, first off, what's the status of people taking this seriously?

00:31:02.820 Because Focahontas, Elizabeth Warren's taking it very seriously.

00:31:07.180 They understand you've got to get these judges jammed through.

00:31:10.240 President Trump is taking it seriously.

00:31:11.780 He put out a true social, say, hey, all hands on deck.

00:31:14.600 Everybody back to D.C.

00:31:15.800 I want to see everybody manned up on these votes.

00:31:18.700 What's the current status, the situation report, and are we making any progress in getting senators

00:31:23.400 to the ramparts, sir?

00:31:25.400 We are making progress, Steve.

00:31:27.120 Remember, the American people voted on November 5th in an overwhelming fashion for President

00:31:33.980 Trump and Senate Republicans to appoint constitutionalist judges to the federal judiciary and to stop

00:31:42.420 President Biden and Senate Democrats' radical left-wing judges from getting appointed to these lifetime

00:31:49.100 positions.

00:31:50.020 And in this lame duck session, the Democrats are doing everything they can to jam through

00:31:56.460 these radical left-wing judges.

00:31:58.820 These are the bottom of the barrel. 0.83

00:32:00.780 These are the worst of the worst radicals.

00:32:03.900 And so long as Senate Republicans show up to the Senate floor, use all the debate time and

00:32:12.060 be there for votes, we can stop these judges.

00:32:15.200 It is so critically important that Senate Republicans do this.

00:32:19.360 Not only show up, but force debates on these judicial nominees. 0.98

00:32:25.260 And the war room posse has lit a fire under the Senate Republicans' asses. 0.98

00:32:31.120 We've got their attention. 0.99

00:32:32.820 We've got them showing back up and doing their job.

00:32:35.920 And we're going to start making serious progress.

00:32:38.240 We have a whole bunch of Biden-Kamala judicial nominees who are, again, the bottom of the

00:32:44.940 barrel.

00:32:45.280 They're going to get worse and worse and worse.

00:32:48.100 And this is why go into article3project.org, article3project.org, take action.

00:32:55.680 And on the top right of that, take action page.

00:32:58.240 So you take action.

00:32:59.620 You go to the top right.

00:33:00.860 And it tells you to tell these, tell both of your home state senators to stop these lame

00:33:07.700 duck, lifetime judicial confirmations of these bottom of the barrel judicial nominees.

00:33:13.640 They are the most radical of them all.

00:33:17.220 So long as Senate Republicans show up, do their job, debate, we're going to be able to stop

00:33:22.920 these.

00:33:23.220 This is really important.

00:33:24.660 We're already seeing huge numbers through the article3project of the war room posse who

00:33:30.780 have gone through and made phone calls, sent emails, and posted on social media.

00:33:36.060 And this has really gotten their attention.

00:33:38.700 We did this with Ketanji Brown-Jackson's confirmation.

00:33:42.220 We've done this with other matters.

00:33:44.280 This is very effective when the war room posse, the most powerful force on the right, calls,

00:33:50.980 emails, lights up on social media, their home state senators.

00:33:56.180 Real quickly, you were Gorsuch's guy, his clerk.

00:33:59.380 You helped get Gorsuch through.

00:34:00.820 You helped get Kavanaugh through.

00:34:01.880 You know how it is to sherpa these Supreme Court guys through.

00:34:07.660 Gorsuch was the believer and the intellectual architect of the legal process to start to

00:34:13.720 deconstruct the administrative state led by the Chevron deference.

00:34:18.500 Talk to me just quickly.

00:34:19.540 Give me a minute on why these frontline, particularly the district court federal judges, are so important

00:34:25.360 in our efforts to deconstruct the administrative state.

00:34:27.580 Why do we have to fight to keep these slots open for President Trump when he comes in, sir?

00:34:32.940 These are critically important.

00:34:34.260 The Supreme Court only takes about 100 cases on its merits docket every year.

00:34:39.580 Everything else is decided by the lower federal courts.

00:34:43.080 The federal appellate courts, the circuit courts, are the last stop for more than 99 percent of federal appeals.

00:34:50.240 And these district court judges are so critically important in finding facts on these cases that put them in the right procedural vehicle for the appellate courts to rule the right way.

00:35:02.660 These federal judges are critically important, particularly the circuit court judges.

00:35:07.680 And this is why it's so important for the war room posse to light up their home state senators and tell them to show up and vote hell no on these bottom of the barrel Biden radicals for these lifetime appointments to the federal bench.

00:35:24.540 There is nothing more important right now than stopping these judges.

00:35:29.860 Where do people go to get you on social media and where do they go to get you on Article 3, brother?

00:35:37.700 Again, Article3Project.org.

00:35:54.180 Mike Davis.

00:35:55.160 Thank you.

00:35:55.380 The Viceroy.

00:35:56.100 Thank you, brother.

00:35:56.880 Appreciate you.

00:35:58.140 Thank you.

00:35:58.640 What a warrior.

00:36:01.540 Go to Article 3.

00:36:02.640 Get signed up now.

00:36:03.420 Get to the ramparts.

00:36:04.820 Paoletta's here.

00:36:05.500 Mark Paoletta.

00:36:06.120 Mark.

00:36:07.580 So the three of us.

00:36:09.460 Mark Paoletta was on the selection committee along with Stephen K.

00:36:13.020 Bannon.

00:36:13.300 I was the only non-lawyer.

00:36:15.000 You had Mike Pence.

00:36:16.520 You had Paoletta.

00:36:17.300 You had, of course, the great Dom McGannan-Reince Priebus and myself that selected the first two.

00:36:25.200 Paoletta.

00:36:25.680 And then Mike Davis was the Sherpa that worked with Grassley and made sure they got through.

00:36:30.700 So this team knows how important, how tough it is to get judges through.

00:36:34.620 How important is it, Paoletta, for us to stop these bottom-of-the-barrel Democrat judges? 0.65

00:36:40.680 They try to jam through on a lame duck, sir.

00:36:42.380 Is he on mute?

00:36:50.640 Yeah.

00:36:51.400 Mute.

00:36:53.500 Mark.

00:36:54.560 Mark Paoletta.

00:36:55.460 Can we unmute your...

00:36:57.500 I know this technology is kind of tough.

00:36:59.500 Let's get him sorted.

00:37:01.440 There we go.

00:37:03.180 There we go.

00:37:04.620 Paoletta, you ready?

00:37:06.060 Can you hear me?

00:37:06.600 I can hear you.

00:37:09.360 This is what happens when you hit the unmute button.

00:37:11.900 How important is us to stop these bottom-of-the-barrel Democrat judges? 0.96

00:37:17.060 They're trying to jam through on a lame duck.

00:37:19.620 It's critically important.

00:37:21.680 These are lifetime appointments.

00:37:23.600 We've seen what the Democrats have done with these judges, their selections.

00:37:27.880 They are radical leftists, progressives that will be there for a lifetime.

00:37:30.960 So, you know, everything to stop it.

00:37:34.960 And, in fact, I think there's some legislation that's about...

00:37:39.900 I think the Democrats had pushed it through thinking that Kamala Harris would be elected.

00:37:43.720 And I think there's 66 judgeships that are waiting with legislation, if it gets through the House,

00:37:52.000 to add 66 more seats that President Trump could fill the majority of, I think.

00:37:58.820 So, it's important to stop it right now and let the president, you know, kind of start with those vacancies.

00:38:05.840 If they don't confirm them, those will be open for President Trump to fill.

00:38:09.140 And then I think there's more, you know, there's some bill with additional judges creating new judgeships

00:38:16.900 that President Trump could also fill.

00:38:20.840 Should this be the number one priority of the guys in the Senate, men and women in the Senate right now,

00:38:24.740 is to basically stop this, fight a rearguard action?

00:38:27.480 Is this their number one priority?

00:38:28.860 They should all be here for this.

00:38:30.180 I understand it may be inconvenient.

00:38:31.500 Maybe they think they're helping on transition, but that this is the most important work they could be doing right now?

00:38:37.840 It is.

00:38:39.060 I mean, look at the judges that have engaged in lawfare against President Trump, right?

00:38:44.480 I mean, that's what's down the road with some of these judges that, you know,

00:38:48.580 if we look back and say, oh, if we could have stopped this particular judge from getting on the bench.

00:38:54.500 So, yes, I think they should make it the highest priority to stop these judges from getting confirmed.

00:39:00.820 So, Payaletta, you know, people that know Mark, he's a fighter, but he's low-key.

00:39:07.460 He's not, you know, up in people's faces like maybe some of the hair on fire folks here at the War Room.

00:39:13.780 Payaletta is two things. 1.00

00:39:14.580 I want to get to impoundment in a second.

00:39:16.620 But, brother, you've been lighting some folks up on social media, on Twitter.

00:39:21.540 Talk to me about these lawyers at DOJ.

00:39:23.820 But you're putting people on notice.

00:39:26.340 Why is Mark Payaletta a pretty even keel, what I call a steady Eddie?

00:39:31.060 You're worked up on this topic.

00:39:32.960 What is it and why are you firing warning shots right now?

00:39:36.760 Yeah, you know, we did great things.

00:39:39.020 President Trump's first administration did great things.

00:39:41.520 But we really battled the bureaucracy and the deep state, the swamp.

00:39:45.460 And it's only gotten worse.

00:39:46.420 And we saw, you know, from when we were in there, Steve, to watching what they did, you know, going after President Trump with all this lawfare.

00:39:55.040 But it was really also the, you know, trying to stop the agenda being done.

00:40:00.020 And they took it as a badge of honor.

00:40:02.320 You know, there are some good career employees in the federal government.

00:40:05.340 I work with some of them, many of them.

00:40:07.420 But there are a lot of deep staters that think that it's the right thing to do to thwart the duly elected president's agenda because they don't like it, because they disagree with it, because they're left wing.

00:40:17.720 And I want to call this out because President Trump, right, in this election in particular, ran on an agenda. 0.91

00:40:24.460 It was overwhelmingly supported by the American people to get rid of this DEI garbage, which is unconstitutional, which is destructive, to deport millions of illegal aliens, starting with the criminals, right? 0.98

00:40:36.980 And rapists that are murdering and killing our people in the United States, as we just saw with this, you know, this illegal alien that was just sentenced to life in prison should be the death penalty. 0.97

00:40:47.680 But and so all of these policies that the president wants to pursue, the federal government employees, the career people should be all in.

00:40:57.840 And if they're not, they should leave or they should be they should there should be serious action to fire them when they are not.

00:41:05.460 You know, everyone welcomes input and expertise and stress testing your ideas.

00:41:12.000 OK, but once that decision is made and the president says this is what we're doing or the attorney general says this is what we're doing or the secretary of agriculture says this is what we're doing.

00:41:20.100 Those people need to get on board.

00:41:22.000 And it's actually subverting democracy for them to stand in the way and do things.

00:41:27.200 And you'll get this, you know, you'll get this these comments from the careers.

00:41:31.140 Right. You see there are some stories on this on one of my tweets that you're referencing, I think, on CNN, where they're saying, hey, we're career people.

00:41:38.760 We want to serve the president. We've served Republicans and Democrats.

00:41:43.180 You know what they do? They try and thwart the Republicans.

00:41:45.140 OK, in many instances. And I called out and pointed out two examples, OK, in the Department of Justice and just talking to some of my colleagues, former colleagues about the time that they were at justice.

00:41:55.700 One of them was when people were dying in the nursing homes in New York, right, under COVID.

00:42:03.440 And we wanted to look at what Andrew Cuomo was doing.

00:42:06.540 The career people would not write a letter to New York, OK, asking for information on this while people were dying, OK, in in in those hospital because of Cuomo's policies.

00:42:18.460 All right. They wanted to protect him because he was the Democratic star.

00:42:22.180 Right. He was the foil to President Trump.

00:42:23.880 So, you know, who wrote it? The assistant attorney general for that division, the political appointee, the top person in the bureau, OK, in that division, how to write something like that.

00:42:33.020 Same thing with the civil rights division was investigating Yale University for what for discriminating, discriminating against people on race in their admissions practices.

00:42:45.440 And they wanted to write to Yale and they and they got the information showing that they were discriminating against people.

00:42:51.900 OK, this was ultimately ruled unconstitutional in the Harvard case a couple of years later, which was brought by an outside law firm.

00:43:00.040 But but the Department of Justice was coming after Yale.

00:43:03.040 And if the career people had not sort of sabotaged that investigation, they also refused to work on the work.

00:43:10.040 So you had to get the top political people and other people from the department to come in and work on those cases.

00:43:14.980 That is just insubordination. That's what I want to call out.

00:43:18.480 I want to call attention to this thing that the president has every right to expect career employees to work on what he wants to get done.

00:43:27.160 Pay a letter. Hang on. We're taking a short commercial break.

00:43:30.000 We get Clark. We get Mark Pay a letter. Pay a letter is coming with another tool in the toolbox for President Trump.

00:43:35.840 Impoundment. What it means. How it's going to be used next in the war room.

00:45:18.880 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:45:23.840 Okay, impoundment.

00:45:27.760 What is impoundment?

00:45:29.120 Why is it important?

00:45:30.040 Why is it a tool to President Trump, another tool in the toolbox for President Trump to get control of the administrative and deep state, sir?

00:45:37.080 Okay.

00:45:43.340 Okay.

00:45:44.940 Okay, let's go ahead and drop it.

00:45:46.400 We'll have to, we have a problem with the link over at CRA.

00:45:51.140 And I tell you what, listen, we'll get Mark tomorrow.

00:45:52.900 This is too important.

00:45:53.740 I don't want to jam this in.

00:45:54.680 Um, this whole concept of impoundment.

00:45:57.620 Uh, so if we can put it up, no, no.

00:45:59.560 Okay, stop.

00:46:00.560 I don't want to do it.

00:46:01.660 Let's take a deep breath.

00:46:03.080 Just get the impoundment story up.

00:46:05.200 Uh, if Grace and Mo can, uh, push out Payaletta's, uh, uh, piece on impoundment, we will take it up tomorrow.

00:46:14.720 And here's, here's what's happening.

00:46:17.940 Behind the scenes, there are people working on many different things.

00:46:22.300 You saw Jeff Clark working on this kind of alternative for the recess appointments, right, where the president actually may have the authority if the House goes out to force the Senate.

00:46:32.280 Uh, this impoundment situation, a lot of this is coming out of CRA. 0.76

00:46:35.540 Of course, Russ, vote this afternoon, ABC News and CBS, I think, and Bloomberg.

00:46:41.360 Not saying it's a done deal, but we're talking about Russ may be selected.

00:46:44.720 In the next 24 hours to, uh, head OMB.

00:46:47.840 We don't know that, but that's some of the reporting coming out of Mar-a-Lago.

00:46:51.740 CRA, which Russ runs, uh, is also working on a lot of other things.

00:46:56.120 One is this whole situation of impoundment.

00:46:58.920 Remember, when the appropriations is, is, um, appropriations, uh, bill is signed, and you look at programmatically, this is one of the things the Doge guys will get their hands around.

00:47:11.020 And this is why I kind of want to merge those processes so we don't have to, like, do it over again.

00:47:16.160 They can kill it in the appropriations.

00:47:18.020 The appropriations is a ceiling.

00:47:20.340 It's not a floor.

00:47:21.260 It's a ceiling.

00:47:22.480 You can't spend any more than that.

00:47:24.040 It's open to question of the president's executive authority to step in there and actually impound some of the money.

00:47:31.420 So this is going to be a big tool.

00:47:33.760 There's a lot of stuff going on.

00:47:35.060 Number one, you see the department, the Commerce Secretary right now, with some of these massive bills they pass for infrastructure and for, um, particularly on the chip side, there's, you know, billions and billions and billions, tens of billions of dollars haven't been spent, maybe even hundreds of billions of dollars.

00:47:52.220 The question is, uh, can you impound now?

00:47:54.800 What can you do?

00:47:56.240 How can you move quickly?

00:47:57.760 Uh, because it's saying they're going to leave, they're going to sweep all the cash.

00:48:01.520 Another of the big fights on Capitol Hill.

00:48:03.880 So in summary, every aspect that they're trying to chop block from the financial side of kind of messing with the bond market and putting rumors out there that President Trump's, uh, supply side program is going to be inflationary to all the stories you're seeing now that the, um, that the mass deportations is going to be inflationary.

00:48:30.380 Because they're going to cut out all these, uh, illegal aliens that have undercut African Americans and Hispanics in the, uh, in the wage market. 0.99

00:48:38.240 This is why I'm saying broke, dismayed, and distrusting of Democrats right there.

00:48:41.760 The article in the New York Times, they lays out which our new coalition could be because these people have been broken by the Democratic Party and the Wall Street cartel bringing in cheap labor, mass amounts of cheap labor.

00:48:52.180 But everything's about, it's going to be inflationary.

00:48:54.960 If you deport people, inflationary.

00:48:56.800 Uh, if you, uh, if you take them out, it's going to be 1% hit to the growth of GDP.

00:49:01.360 So you must keep the 10 to 15 million illegal aliens that are here. 0.87

00:49:04.520 Um, if you, if you, um, if you do anything at all of trying to secure debt, it's going to be inflationary.

00:49:12.700 They're, they're, they're trying to Trump proof the house.

00:49:15.900 Uh, they're trying to Trump proof the front line as Natalie's talking about these governors all funded by billionaires, these Democratic alliances of these governors.

00:49:23.540 President Trump, they are trying to make sure this resistance is focused on making sure President Trump cannot implement his plan that just on November 5th, the American people gave an overwhelming mandate.

00:49:36.460 What are they doing right now on this?

00:49:37.920 We started the show with Pressler.

00:49:39.380 They're trying to drive the vote under 50%.

00:49:41.860 Say, well, he made one of the popular vote, but he doesn't have a mandate.

00:49:44.900 This is why they're trying to steal, steal two house seats out in California that we have to get focused on.

00:49:50.780 I think both of those house seats, I think around a hundred votes right now.

00:49:55.340 They're trying to steal them to try to get us down right to the bubble of two 19, two 18 or two 19.

00:50:01.200 And these, uh, bottom of the barrel judges, they're trying to jam through all these judges. 0.99

00:50:05.960 So I realized maybe senators don't want to be here.

00:50:08.720 Maybe bronze now that I don't know the governor of Indiana, he didn't want to be here.

00:50:11.800 Hey, it's all hands on deck.

00:50:14.060 The Warren posse is working.

00:50:15.800 Uh, the cadre is working.

00:50:17.160 It's all hands on deck every day.

00:50:20.780 So you have to have the stamina to do it.

00:50:23.460 Michael and Dell, people are going to need a great night's sleep, not a good night's sleep.

00:50:26.760 On that, they need the products of my pillow to sleep, the sleep of the just.

00:50:32.060 What do you got for us, brother?

00:50:32.960 Well, that's, well, Steve, my, my sewing department just went home and I was here with them today.

00:50:38.340 And this is how the pillow starts, the sewing.

00:50:40.260 And back in the day, as you see there, that we, uh, uh, so these other, this is where it all started, everybody.

00:50:46.640 And so we're, we're going back, back to our roots and we're giving you the best special on the classic, my pillows.

00:51:06.620 And we're going to go that extra mile.

00:51:08.660 There it is right there.

00:51:09.520 And the body pillow, you guys, look at that $29.88 for the body pillow.

00:51:14.320 He's that, you know, these, uh, so you not only get the huge savings, but for the promo code war room, this is a special break exclusively with the war room.

00:52:45.900 Nigel Farage joins us at the top of the six o'clock hour.

00:52:50.080 One of President Trump's greatest allies.

00:52:54.280 Situation in Ukraine, ladies and gentlemen, is very, very dangerous. 0.99

00:52:57.080 They're trying to, as the Ukrainian people are trying to take this thing down and have President Trump come in and make a peace deal.

00:53:04.100 The Biden regime, NATO, the team, the group in Brussels and the party of Davos are ramping up and trying to escalate this war into a third world war.

00:53:13.740 All next, right here in the world.

00:53:16.880 America's heart.

00:53:18.300 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:53:24.140 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:53:28.660 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:53:36.160 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:53:50.220 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:53:57.620 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:54:08.620 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:54:14.160 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:54:26.480 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:54:32.260 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:54:38.260 We'll include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.

00:54:45.120 So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements, and of course the beef liver being our flagship products.

00:54:52.800 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.

00:55:02.920 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.

00:55:14.820 So, we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to SacredHumanHealth.com and cheers to your health.
