00:00:00.000 of the country. We have to have funding for that. That's a hundred billion dollars to rebuild six
00:00:05.620 states. And then on top of that, we have our farmers, our small farmers and ranchers, our
00:00:09.860 food producers in this country are in jeopardy of going under permanently. They've had three
00:00:14.280 lost years in a row, primarily because of Bidenomics and inflation and lots of other
00:00:18.960 factors outside their control. So for the first time since I've been in Congress, guys, in eight
00:00:22.560 years, it's not just farmers and ranchers urgently needing the help. We now have the creditors,
00:00:27.840 the lenders, the banks who give them those loans who are saying we have to have a stopgap measure.
00:00:32.960 So when you add those things in, here's the other thing to remember. Our Democrat colleagues who
00:00:37.420 have to vote on all this, they don't prioritize agriculture. They don't really care that much
00:00:42.380 about farmers and ranchers because they're in rural red districts, right? But that's our food supply.
00:00:46.740 If we crush domestic food supply, that is a direct threat to national security. We need all those
00:00:51.760 small farmers and ranchers, and that's included in the bill as well. So when you add all those
00:00:55.380 things together, that's what makes people nervous. You really don't have a choice. We have to fund
00:00:59.740 those. We have to fund FEMA. We have to fund our farmers. Right. And Mr. Speaker, it's not just,
00:01:06.120 so you've got a bunch of Republicans who are angry at you. They don't like this. And just in a couple
00:01:12.280 of weeks, you're going to stand once again to run for Speaker of the House. And you don't need a bunch
00:01:18.120 of Democrats mad at you. But you know, and this is breaking news you do not know. You know who also
00:01:23.720 does not like this? Elon Musk, the world's richest man, just tweeted, this bill should not pass. The
00:01:31.680 only way you're going to be able to pass it now, Mr. Speaker, is with Democrats. If you could,
00:01:37.460 what's your message to Elon Musk? Well, I was communicating with Elon last night. Elon and
00:01:43.080 Vivek and I are on a text chain together. And I was explaining to them the background of this. And
00:01:47.240 Vivek and I talked last night about almost midnight. And he said, look, I get it. He said,
00:01:51.840 we understand you're in an impossible position. Everybody knows that. Remember, guys, we still
00:01:55.660 have just a razor thin margin of Republicans. So any bill has to have Democrat votes. They
00:02:00.920 understand the situation. They said, it's not directed to you, Mr. Speaker, but we don't like
00:02:04.500 the spending. I said, guess what, fellas? I don't either. We got to get this done.
00:02:07.960 It's directed to you. This is okay. This is for everybody out there that contacts me and says,
00:02:13.660 well, you can't say anything about Johnson, Steve, because President Trump, he said, no,
00:02:17.000 no, no, no. Just like Vivek. Because Vivek's a smart guy. He just put this out. You just
00:02:24.660 heard, you heard Johnson right there. He's got to say, oh, they say I'm in an impossible
00:02:28.720 position. I got one third of one ninth of one fifteenth of one one hundredth. I don't
00:02:33.360 know what the hell they even mean by that. But stop it. It's like saying elections are about
00:02:37.800 the future. Elections are about the here and now. It's called net present value. Bring
00:02:41.880 it all back to now. Everybody tells the election about the future. They're trying to sell you
00:02:46.600 something because they don't want to make tough calls. Just like I got one third. Man
00:02:51.780 up, dude. Show me something. Show me some Christian masculinity. How about that? I want
00:03:00.800 to read Vivek. No, Vivek just dropped a bomb on him. Remember, I talked to Vivek at midnight
00:03:06.880 and they're very, they understand I'm in a tough position and they're supportive and, you
00:03:10.100 know, they know that's a bald face lie. You must not negotiate deals. Hey, what they
00:03:15.200 say the first time? He hadn't read the thing. He's just going through it. When you
00:03:20.500 read it, you throw up in your mouth. Hell, we got working. And this is the thing they
00:03:27.340 can understand. Will you please stop? I think this is what I said somebody the most. Our
00:03:33.620 audience is working class and middle class. I'll bet you a third to fifth percent of the
00:03:36.800 audience made high school degrees, probably not college degrees. They're plenty smart. My dad
00:03:41.200 just had a high school degree. My grandfather didn't go to like third grade. They're the
00:03:44.780 two smartest guys I ever met. Read newspapers and, you know, journals and magazines and books.
00:03:52.260 They were voracious readers. My mom, high school graduate, we think. They're plenty smart
00:04:00.980 people. They were very smart. They're a lot smarter, these people up here, all these law degrees
00:04:06.400 and fancy degrees. Vivek, let's put this up. I wanted to read the full 1500 plus page bill
00:04:14.460 and speak with key leaders before forming an opinion. Having done that, here's my view.
00:04:18.180 It's full of excess spending, special interest giveaways and pork barrel politics. If Congress
00:04:23.460 wants to get serious about government efficiency, they should vote no and the vote no is all in
00:04:27.660 caps. So Johnson, once again, you went on Fox and Friends in the morning and you're selling
00:04:34.800 for the kids at home and the homeschoolers. Don't don't let's scratch that. Okay.
00:04:44.860 Pay attention. My mother would have dragged me in there, wash my mouth out with soap right now
00:04:49.220 and she would do it. Trust me. And you would, it would, uh, it would, it would leave an impression
00:04:56.560 keeping the government open $300 billion. I mean, he's got it right here. If everybody
00:05:03.400 can get this great input in the chat, Vivek kind of nails it. Congress has known about this
00:05:09.300 deadline since they created in late September. There's no reason why this couldn't have been
00:05:12.440 done through standard process. Instead of being rushed to a vote right before Congress would
00:05:16.800 want to go in for Christmas, the urgency is 100% manufactured and designed to avoid serious
00:05:20.780 public debate. The gospel according to war room, Vivek, I'm glad you put it so eloquently. Then
00:05:29.880 he gets down to, we got Natalie Winters reason. She's not here this morning. She'd go through this
00:05:33.520 thing. And first thing she tells me is the pandemic preparedness and the global engagement
00:05:38.120 center. Heard those names before heard that from Mike Benz and Natalie and Darren Beattie heard
00:05:42.860 those. Guess what folks? Vivek's on it. The bill could easily have been under 20 pages. Instead,
00:05:48.220 there's dozen unrelated policy items crammed into 1500 pages. There's no legitimate reason for them
00:05:53.120 to be voted on as a package deal by lame duck Congress. 72 pages, 72 pages worth of pandemic
00:05:59.660 preparedness and response policy. Renewal the much criticized global engagement center, a key player
00:06:05.660 in federal censorship. And she, he goes on and on and on. We're grateful. This is Vivek. And I quote,
00:06:15.300 this is great. We're grateful for Doge's warm reception on Capitol Hill. Nearly everyone agrees
00:06:19.900 we need a smaller and more streamlined federal government, but actions speak louder than words.
00:06:24.540 This is an early test. The bill should fail.
00:06:29.260 So with, and if Grace, you can put back, let's get this out everywhere, folks. Push this out.
00:06:35.140 Vivek is 1000% correct.
00:06:37.300 The, um, so Elon put it out earlier, you know, I think this thing should pass or should fail.
00:06:48.580 And I put up hard pass. I was going to put up and it just didn't at the last second, you know,
00:06:54.360 motion to vacate. I think we just got to go to that.
00:06:57.040 I think we got to go to that. Like tell him, Hey dude, don't even put your name up. It's not going
00:07:02.720 to happen. This is an epic fail. And it's not just that it's the way the process handle. Like
00:07:08.640 Vivek said, they should have been working on this thing months ago and been transparent.
00:07:16.480 What galls me is, is the, is the treating you like an idiot.
00:07:20.280 We're back to the same thing.
00:07:28.620 President Trump, you don't need this. This is not what you need. You need some people
00:07:31.700 who are going to get into the trenches and fight. This is going to be a fight.
00:07:34.960 It's going to be a fight for Doge. It's going to be a fight on the appropriations process.
00:07:40.840 It's going to be, it's going to be a fight across the board. It's just going to be a fight
00:07:44.060 every day because we've done, we've, we've, we've delayed this for years and kicked the can
00:07:48.860 into the years. And what have I said? Every, I said, your, your alternatives, your options
00:07:51.880 get smaller and smaller and smaller as you choose chosen this course of action to continue
00:07:56.280 to spend. There's no easy decisions. Hell, I gave this speech during the tea party. I
00:08:00.540 said all the easy decisions were years ago. It's, it's worse now and it's geometrically
00:08:09.100 worse. These, this does not move in a linear, in a linear way. It gets, it gets harder or
00:08:15.640 it doesn't make too hard as we go on. Cause now you got to generate more. You're, you're
00:08:20.380 like an addict. We're addicted. We're addicted to easy decisions and we're addicted to spending
00:08:25.920 that comes to those easy decisions. And everybody wants to be a big shot and stand for them.
00:08:29.800 And Mike, we're doing this and we're doing that. Those days are over. They're over.
00:08:37.860 So for the wealthy, I said this the other night and Elizabeth Warren's up there running
00:08:40.760 her mouth on things we do. This is all billionaires and they're going to do, it's not good. No.
00:08:46.540 This is what the wealthy wealthy got it. You big donors. You better get focused unless you
00:08:50.360 want like taxes to get your attention. You've got to get on all these people in the political
00:08:56.300 class you pay and all the NGOs. You got to be talking about cuts, not playing the same.
00:09:02.200 This is just more of the Washington game.
00:09:03.880 I think if there's anything positive that comes out of this, I think it's for Elon and
00:09:13.980 Vivek and the Doge guys that I've been very supportive of. Cause that's to me, the deconstruction
00:09:17.940 administrative state, which has to happen. And it's, and it's an advisory and a consultant
00:09:23.400 to the best thing that we got, which is Russ Vogt, Mark Paoletta, Jeff Clark. He's seen
00:09:29.960 those guys in the show a couple of three times and vote the CRA people. They're over there
00:09:38.340 and these people are hammers. Doge is part of that. They're advisors to OMB and OMB is
00:09:44.400 in the appropriations process. And this is, it's going to be a fight. It's going to be
00:09:48.100 ugly. It's going to be tough, but you're going to see action. What Vivek said, you got
00:09:52.260 to have action, not talk.
00:09:53.640 It's a mindset we have to shatter. What is amazing here is that the policy people around
00:10:01.960 Johnson and his political people thought this was sellable. They thought the process, not
00:10:07.420 just the face amount in the deals in the, in the go, but they thought the process where
00:10:11.500 they've been working on this for months under secrecy and they tossed in a pay raise and
00:10:16.840 opt out of Obamacare and kept it secretory. Just dump it. That, that, and everybody's got
00:10:21.360 to leave. They all want to vote on Thursday. Are you kidding me? Are you, are you, is
00:10:27.940 that, do you think that's real? Do you think that that's, you think this audience and what
00:10:31.920 they've done and the people that worked and walked precincts and Scott Pressler and took
00:10:36.520 the training and sat in for the election integrity and canvas neighborhoods and sat in parking
00:10:43.360 lots and the burning heat and humidity and signed people up for voter registration. Do you
00:10:48.600 think they're fools? You Johnson, you think they're garbage. You agree with Biden. And I
00:10:55.260 can tell right here, you have no respect for, for our side of the football by putting this
00:11:01.780 out. And you don't understand what this victory is. That people out there that are kind of new
00:11:09.760 to politics and don't follow that much. And they shouldn't, they got their own lives to
00:11:14.660 live. You don't have to follow this crap at this level of detail. Trust me, half of this
00:11:19.500 audience would love to punch you out and go do other things, but they're not because their
00:11:25.360 patrons said, Hey, I'm fighting for the country. This is where the fight is. Let's sign me up.
00:11:30.220 I'd rather go play golf. I'd rather go play tennis or pickleball, whatever it is, get on a yacht,
00:11:34.700 get the hell out of here. But I'm not. And yes, I'm sitting in a parking lot, sending up people.
00:11:41.140 I'm going with Scott Preston, knocking on, remember he's not, he's in Gettysburg. He's
00:11:44.920 knocking on windshields. Open your car. Are you registered?
00:11:51.900 Johnson, you've shown you don't have respect. And then you get on Fox and friends and you,
00:11:56.160 you, you basically say, Vivek, you don't know how the world works. These guys haven't seen
00:12:00.100 it. They're not going to, you're not, your BS is not sellable.
00:12:04.080 Well, you know, Vivek, uh, you know, I only have one thing and, you know, it was the emergency
00:12:08.980 for the farmers, the national security. Don't, don't use the farmers. Don't pimp them out.
00:12:14.440 It's terrible. They haven't had a bill in two years. It's terrible. They're left hung out
00:12:18.700 to dry. It's terrible. The small banks. I got that. And we got to figure out something.
00:12:22.960 Hey, I think you can wait for 60 or nine days. You strung them out this long.
00:12:26.860 They're part of the permanent capital structure.
00:12:31.620 Maybe not there. Maybe not some of the thing. I think that at least to keep the money flowing,
00:12:36.200 there's stuff in FEMA that's Biden and holding it back to make it harder for Trump. You don't
00:12:39.640 have to step in with a hundred billion dollars. That doesn't need a hundred billion dollars does
00:12:43.260 not need to be done for the next 30 days. It just does not. And you're hiding behind those people
00:12:48.080 like a coward using them as a human shield. The farmers are a human shield. The little banks
00:12:53.580 that lend to them are human shields. The, the, the people that devastated in, in Carolina,
00:12:57.960 you see these videos every day. My citrus all over me every day. These people in Carolina,
00:13:03.280 we have to, we have to, we have to, we must, we owe it to Tuberville's 18 year old dad
00:13:19.180 with Patton's army or in the battle of the bulge that we're going to eventually hurdle to
00:13:25.800 save the beleaguered 101st airborne that was surrounded at Bastogne. That's, that's what
00:13:35.740 we come from. That's what we honor back to every Patriot's grave, back to the beginning
00:13:44.900 of this project, back to the revolution when they put it all on the line. Then afterwards
00:13:50.440 tried to form a country because trust me, it was still in play then. We disgrace them. We dishonor
00:13:58.420 them. They didn't risk all to have this. They didn't risk all to have the disrespect. This
00:14:09.660 is why I'm a populist. I back on the sovereign will of the American people in the common sense
00:14:15.020 because I come from the deplorables and I've seen them in action and their decency and their
00:14:20.220 hardheadedness and their common sense. That's what I rely upon. And I don't rely upon the games I see
00:14:28.480 up here. And I find it revolting Johnson that you hide behind Christianity because you do.
00:14:35.580 That's not Christianity. Christianity stepping into the breach.
00:14:42.560 I find you personally offensive. I'll just be blunt. I find you personally offensive.
00:14:48.120 Your wormy little ways and trying to sell this and lie to people, the straight faith and treat us
00:14:52.800 like fools. Short break.
00:14:56.780 Big victory on 5 November. Now the work can finally start on the big issues facing the country. One of
00:15:06.300 the biggest is the national debt and the deficits that drive it. Hey, you think the country's broke?
00:15:12.680 The country is broke. We're just printing money to keep this house of cards going. The strategy
00:15:18.840 remains the same for you. You got to diversify, diversify your savings. That's why buy gold from

00:16:26.080 Okay, birchgold.com slash BANN. The end of the dollar empire. Hey, I don't give investment advice
00:16:34.440 here. Although gold's been on quite a run, right? Big article on Zero Hedge about, I think Goldman
00:16:41.200 Sachs has found that the Chinese have been buying like three times more than they've represented.
00:16:47.440 Wow, that's fascinating. The CCP has actually put out bad numbers. I don't give you personal
00:16:55.300 financial advice. What we do is put you in contact with people. The home title lock people are going
00:16:59.500 to be on later. That can help you sort out certain issues or problems. But if you see where this deal
00:17:07.960 is going, I mean, the audience, do you have the stomach for this? I got it. Do you have the stomach
00:17:15.740 for it? Ask yourself. This is gut check time. Do you have the stomach for this? Because a lot of this
00:17:23.860 show going forward, I'm just telling you, and we're kind of looking, you know, around the room, hey,
00:17:29.600 it's going to be a lot of this going forward. This country's in a crisis. It's far from over. I keep
00:17:34.340 telling you, November 5th is a just a sign on the way. They have now rendered their verdict, the American
00:17:40.240 people, on the version of Stasi-like East German, quote unquote, democracy, color revolution that these
00:17:48.900 people are trying to pull in this country, including Liz Cheney, who's now, I think, going to be up on
00:17:53.380 serious criminal charges. But this is going to be a fight. And we're going to be in it, and this
00:18:00.300 show is going to be in it. We're going to be the tip of it. And we're going to be telling you the smart
00:18:03.920 things many, many months before they become evident on other platforms, including the big conservative
00:18:14.920 channel, quote unquote, the big neocon neoliberal channel. Like this morning, they shouldn't have to
00:18:24.240 have Elon and Vivek to Elon's tweet to have to jump Johnson. He's jumping because, you know, he's lying to
00:18:32.060 your straight face. But one thing you got put in your repertoire that you have to think about, I don't
00:18:41.420 think about it. You got to think about it. You. You're free men and free women. You. This show is
00:18:48.220 about self-determination. It's about agency. It's about the sovereign will of a free people, to be
00:18:54.000 just brutally frank about it. McCarthy's out today with some tweet, America's an idea. Will you stop?
00:19:00.020 America's not an idea. Just stop reinforcing what a moron you are that helped get us in this situation.
00:19:07.120 That's where you're turfed out as, uh, the first speaker to be fired. Well, Johnson's going to be
00:19:11.780 the second or it's smart. He shouldn't run again. There's just zero probability.
00:19:19.860 You just, you're like, you're like peacetime army, like the army before the civil war, the army before
00:19:26.760 world war two, it's got to function, you know, training and things like that. But it, it, you,
00:19:32.160 this is why you see different leaders come up, you know, from the civil war guys like
00:19:36.520 sure people that you just would never have thought of come to the forefront, like, like
00:19:40.260 Sam Grant or people like Patton and people, you know, that, that you would never thought
00:19:47.840 they were marginal players come up. That's where now we're in a war for our country. There's
00:19:56.240 all kinds of folks you've never heard of that are going to be quite prominent in the years
00:20:01.540 and days, weeks, months, years ahead. People that you may have seen on TV once, you may
00:20:05.820 heard about them once, you may see the clip and they're going to be folks that matter.
00:20:11.280 People that matter. That's how fourth turnings are. The pattern's pretty well established if
00:20:17.000 you think it through and study it.
00:20:21.560 And they're horses for courses, but it's more than just Johnson as an individual. I don't
00:20:25.860 even want to pick, I don't even want to pick on him. It's a mindset. It's an attitude.
00:20:30.660 We have to always be on offense. And you just heard right there from Coach Tuberville. How
00:20:36.800 many of you heard, have you heard that yet of Pete and Cash and Bobby of how organized
00:20:42.440 they are and Pam, how organized they are when they come in and they actually own offense and
00:20:48.120 laying out their plans? Because these people have thought about this a long time. These
00:20:52.760 aren't random choices of President Trump's. He knows these folks. And that's what we have to
00:20:57.540 have their back. Is there any surprise that President Trump put out last night about Liz
00:21:03.140 Cheney? We've thought about this a lot. This is not personal. But Liz Cheney has nothing
00:21:09.740 to do with my going to prison. It just doesn't. The prison was empowering for me. It was damn
00:21:17.400 empowering. As a 70-year-old guy, it was damn empowering. That's why I don't talk about
00:21:20.200 it. It was empowering. And Nancy Pelosi's broken and I'm more empowered than ever.
00:21:26.020 However, this is about something so fundamental and basic and it has to be done.
00:21:33.740 Yes, of course she's guilty of crimes, but that has to come out in a process, but it has
00:21:38.360 to be investigated. But the question there with Latimer coming out yesterday, Johnson, you've
00:21:43.160 been Speaker. McCarthy, you've been Speaker. We had this thing since January of 23. Why is
00:21:48.860 it coming out now? It's an attitude. We're either going to set things right or we're not.
00:21:54.660 This is either meaningful or it's not. And now, like I said, we're thrust upon the world
00:22:02.380 stage now, now, now. Right here in this time and place, we are thrust upon the whole world,
00:22:11.220 the big shots. Everybody calls all these big shots in these European capitals and all throughout
00:22:18.500 Asia and all the money market guys, all the big shots, the hedge fund guys. You see them
00:22:23.620 down there. Why are they going to Trump and genuflecting? It's obviously President Trump
00:22:29.740 is what he represents, the manifestation of the movement that he leads. They understand
00:22:36.740 a sea change. Stephanie rules on last night. She's hammering these guys. Yeah, but, you
00:22:40.400 know, why did they, why would their employees of the CEOs, why the employees and their customers
00:22:44.680 didn't want to operate with Trump and jump at the first thing? And that's not the case
00:22:48.240 now because there is a change to the zeitgeist. We finally have broken through. We have broken
00:22:54.700 through in low information. Low performance doesn't mean they're not smart. They're plenty
00:22:59.020 smart. They just don't pay attention to politics because they got enough in their life trying
00:23:03.020 to get on a subway and go, go to work for eight or 10 hours and then come back on a subway
00:23:07.800 and try to think, make ends meet. It's the speech in parliament in the Canadian parliament
00:23:12.800 by the great populace up there. He says, he's just talking to common people that are working
00:23:17.740 two and three jobs. And that's prevalent when you see that when he really, as we take you
00:23:23.740 through the employment statistics, more people working multiple jobs than ever. The lived experience
00:23:30.920 of the American citizen sucks to wit. And I don't, I don't approve this. In fact, I disapprove
00:23:41.020 it. I've dedicated my life to a proposition that we can get through this and restructure
00:23:45.360 without going there. But when a young man from a wealthy family and privileged and has got
00:23:51.480 every privilege in the world guns down somebody at point blank range, like Robert Ford shot Wild
00:23:58.560 Bill Hickok right in the back and the most anti-American thing that happened in the entire
00:24:03.960 American West. Okay. Maybe not the most, but up there and you do it again. And I don't know,
00:24:11.300 90% of the online people are saying that that's a seething anger. I'm not empathizing with the
00:24:17.760 anger. I'm telling you it's there. It's a fact. It's a material fact.
00:24:21.000 And the way not to do that is that this is, this is enabling what Johnson's doing in these
00:24:30.260 people. They're too weak to stand the bridge and say, okay, this is a problem. This is a
00:24:34.100 mess. And we're going to have to hammer this out together and everybody's going to have
00:24:37.380 to give up a little bit because we don't have any easy solutions anymore. And obviously
00:24:43.100 the people that are in these hurricane areas and these farmers, yeah, we got it. We got
00:24:48.280 to figure out how to try to take care of them. They've already been in pain and guess what?
00:24:53.680 They're going to continue in pain because this is not a total solution, but then you got to
00:24:57.800 stop the rest of it. It's the attitude. And it's the attitude that you're stupid, that
00:25:03.540 you're stupid. I want you to embrace that today. Everything with the Johnson, that deep voice
00:25:10.320 and one third or one fifth of one ninth of one, one hundredth of the government. It doesn't
00:25:15.720 matter, dude. You're Speaker of the Frickin' House. Stand in the breach and lead. People
00:25:21.000 will rally around you. Hell, man, you're the number two in line of succession to be President
00:25:27.560 of the United States. A little worm like you. Think about that for a second. Think about
00:25:34.880 that. That requires you to grow a set and stand in the breach. Not do this and not treat people
00:25:43.380 like idiots and hide stuff. The pay raise they gave themselves is $243,000. Well, at $173,000,
00:25:55.880 you can get a lot of good people in this country. Hell, I'll take every truck driver making $30,000,
00:26:01.080 $40,000. I'll take people making $52,000 and say, we're going to fleet you up and pay you
00:26:04.520 $173,000. You've got to go over this job. And they'll do a better job. So what's the actions?
00:26:14.540 First off, get Bill Blaster on this one or call 202 as a 225-3121. Of course. But I think
00:26:23.180 the message, my recommendation, and I'm just throwing it out there, that this is deeper than
00:26:28.920 the CR. CR is offensive. And of course, you've got to vote no. And anybody that represents you
00:26:34.420 that doesn't vote no, you have to deal with it. But to me, that's because you're not serious going
00:26:41.400 forward. Because this is the easy one. It's a hard no or, you know, you're done. I'm done with you.
00:26:47.160 But it's deeper than that. I think Johnson's got to be told, you know, either step down now and put
00:26:52.860 somebody in on an interim basis for the next couple of weeks, or just commit to us that you will not
00:26:58.680 run again before. And we have to see some leaders step up here. Tom Emers, his whip. I think Emers
00:27:07.360 just told us in so many words, he's running for speakership. And Emers is no day at the beach. I
00:27:12.420 mean, he's a tough guy. But hey, he's no MAGA guy. He trashes Trump all the time behind the scenes.
00:27:18.360 I know he's down there kissing his ass like they all do. I'm just saying Emers is, Emers is, he's the
00:27:26.120 whip. And they asked him walking out, hey, whip. Because the whip's a guy cracking the whip
00:27:31.560 to get the votes and line it up. Hey, whip. Why are we going to vote? Is it going to be
00:27:35.760 tomorrow morning? That's what people are saying. He says, I don't know. Ask the speaker.
00:27:38.300 Here. That's your whip telling you that, hey, I'm a kid in play. Okay?

00:29:31.620 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:35.840 Okay, so I'm throwing these out there, folks. Remember, I'm calling, we're doing audibles here,
00:29:40.360 but I just, these are observations right off the top of the head, but Tom Emmer's running for speaker.
00:29:45.820 Just is. When you whip, if you've ever seen House of Cards, you know, the whip is like the hammer up
00:29:52.260 there. It's a job you give somebody that's tough. Emmer's got a reputation. I think he's a former
00:29:56.600 hockey coach. He's a tough guy. And the whip is supposed to be obviously very dedicated to other
00:30:03.400 speakers because you're the enforcer. You're the enforcer. So Emmer walks out and they go,
00:30:09.840 hey, are they going to vote tomorrow? He goes, hey, I don't know, man. Talk to the speaker. Boom.
00:30:14.860 Boom. That is not air cover. That's the opposite air cover. But I got even a better one coming from
00:30:21.800 another, because you saw Coach Tuberville. Coach Tuberville is a classic Southern gentleman.
00:30:27.720 He's a classic Southern gentleman. So he's not going to talk crap about anybody, but you know,
00:30:31.420 he rolls his eyes on Johnson. I got Josh Hawley. This is part of Josh Hawley. This is Josh Hawley,
00:30:37.840 2028. He's got the child tax credit. So he's getting, he's into the populist economics probably more
00:30:43.620 than anybody. This is a quote from Hawley. And this is from the Senate. This in the old school
00:30:50.580 of kind of the way the city worked, this was kind of verboten. House never criticized the Senate guys
00:30:55.620 and the Senate never criticized the House guys. It was just kind of the one of the unspoken rules.
00:31:00.240 But we live in different times, people. The speaker, this is a quote from Senator Hawley of Missouri.
00:31:07.500 Quote, the speaker has been an embarrassment from beginning to end. And the CR is the latest
00:31:14.780 example of this. The CR is a total disaster. Why he continues to be elected as speaker is beyond me.
00:31:24.600 Boom. Said from a populist point of view in Speaker Johnson, I mean, Senator Josh Hawley,
00:31:33.720 Missouri. Ditto. Ditto head. That's ditto. I'm going to quote again. The speaker's been an embarrassment
00:31:43.220 from beginning to end. And the CR is the latest example of this. The CR is a total disaster.
00:31:52.340 Why he continues to be elected as speaker is beyond me. End quote. It's beyond me too, sir.
00:31:58.160 So today, and I think you tell him, give us a one-liner and kick it into one Trump's here.
00:32:07.560 Or don't go home for Christmas. D.C. is a lovely Christmas town.
00:32:13.660 There's no requirement. You serve in your country. Hell, we got a hundred, you know, we're tonight
00:32:19.700 at six. We're going to, I'm going to try to get Patrick K. O'Donnell on the 80th, the week
00:32:24.380 of the 80th beginning because the Battle of Bulge went through it. We always do it on
00:32:28.260 Christmas too as the combat history of Christmas because we're still going. The, you know, people,
00:32:36.260 if you're serving your country is what it is. If this thing's got to last, if the government
00:32:39.780 gets shut down, maybe it gets shut down when Trump comes. Hey, and let's CNN and these guys
00:32:44.860 all melt down. It's Biden. So, so Biden's got no government, no money in the government for,
00:32:50.620 you know, for his last five weeks. Maybe that's what we do. Or they sit here and negotiate it
00:32:58.080 and get into the trenches and now get everybody. Maybe they, maybe they don't go home tomorrow.
00:33:03.120 Maybe they miss the weekend before Christmas. Hell, maybe they go all the way up to Christmas
00:33:06.660 Eve. Maybe they go through Christmas day. It's, it's not the, it's not the, it's not the end
00:33:15.680 of the world. It's not the end of the world. It's the end of the world as we know it. If
00:33:25.600 you keep doing this, because this runs out over time, you saw this from the, you saw that
00:33:31.780 from the BRICS nations. You saw that, um, cause they're punching out and here's why they're
00:33:37.580 punching out. They see this. He thinks people are stupid. They're not stupid. They get all
00:33:43.220 these resources. They got plenty of people that went to the top Ivy league business schools.
00:33:47.940 They got, you go to those countries that got them. Their best are pretty damn good.
00:33:54.920 They got them and they're plenty smart and they see exactly what's going on here. Do you think
00:34:00.600 this shows the rest of the world, your fiduciary? When you sit here and you throw in an all this
00:34:05.900 mess, you're going to slide in a pay raise. Have you, Johnson, before you get turfed out as
00:34:11.440 speaker and you're going to get turfed out? You got to fire these people around you that
00:34:16.760 told you this was a good idea, but put the, the, put the, uh, to put the pay raise in there.
00:34:21.840 To put the pay raise in there. To put the pay raise, to raise your, to, because of past
00:34:28.220 COLAs, they haven't had a raise, I don't know, since 2009 or, or whatever, because of the
00:34:33.340 $243,000. That's a, what's it? $80,000 like bonus right off the bat. It's not going to
00:34:44.060 happen. People are not going to agree to that. Just don't. Your approval rating, I think is
00:34:48.080 an institution. I don't know. It's in single digits. That's pretty hard to do because you
00:34:53.520 can basically find anybody at 20%. You know, the people are confused. Yeah. Congress are fine.
00:34:58.840 Okay. You're at like eight. 202-225-3121. Give them the old what for and tell the staff, don't,
00:35:12.120 you know, tell, put, said, put me in touch with the principal. Give me your, give me your
00:35:16.120 principal. Give me the member. I want a member. I'm not looking for a staffer. Call up there
00:35:19.940 and say, Hey, I'm, I'm irate today. They'll be running. They'll be out the microphone. Trust
00:35:25.520 me. You get the phone calls, like we can get them in there and the emails and the text messages.
00:35:28.700 They'll be up the microphone. Hey, I don't know anything about this. I had nothing to
00:35:31.480 do with it. Our phone's blown up. The producer, all kinds of folks want to come on. I said,
00:35:35.900 I don't want to do that this morning. I got to have a, I got to have a partner's discussion
00:35:41.440 with the, with the, with the troops. We're about to put, we're about to go up armor here.
00:35:47.000 So if we do that, at least going to have, we're going to have a chat and we got to take this
00:35:51.940 up a notch. This has got to be about, let's get down to the thing itself. This is about
00:35:55.300 the leadership and we're, we don't have time. President Trump, you can't put everything
00:35:59.640 back on him. Hell, he's got a war. He's got to negotiate. And Ben, Ben, Ben, I got to slip
00:36:05.400 Ben in here. I'll get Ben tonight. In, in Ukraine, folks, they're committing your sons and daughters
00:36:11.220 right now, even as we speak. And I'm talking about Kellogg, I think. They're over there talking
00:36:15.740 about American security guarantees. That, that means United States troops. They're talking,
00:36:21.720 we're not going to do Ukrainians. We're not going to stop firing. Guess what? Then keep
00:36:25.280 fighting. Then talk to your own people. Maybe you have an election. Maybe go talk to those
00:36:29.540 parents of the 500,000, 18 year olds who want to chew up. Go talk to them. Don't talk to
00:36:35.280 me. What do you mean we have to give? We don't have to give anything. We don't get any more
00:36:38.020 money. We don't give any, none of our kids. It would be a crime, a crime that somebody should
00:36:45.720 be held accountable for of a young man or woman in uniform died in Ukraine, just should
00:36:50.800 be. That's where they're going. And they're going to do it in Syria too. You watch, you
00:36:54.920 wait for it, you wait for it, unless you fight, you, unless you sit there and say, no, I didn't,
00:37:00.300 I didn't work for years in doing this. I didn't use my agency, send American boys and girls over
00:37:07.000 to Syria and to, and to, and to Ukraine. I didn't do that. That was not part of the deal. I'm America
00:37:13.600 first and no Mitch McConnell to smear this, that this is dangerous. Isolation isn't the same.
00:37:19.880 Oh, the people that were, were for the fascist. Well, they weren't for the fascists. And quite
00:37:25.740 frankly, McConnell, when FDR ran in 1940, he pledged to the American people, he pledged to
00:37:33.700 the American people that we weren't going to get in a European war. He pledged to the American
00:37:39.920 people, swore to him. Why? World War I was vastly unpopular. He had some more time, but you
00:37:48.500 don't see a lot of movies. Hey, you know, all quiet on the Western front. Sergeant, these
00:37:52.920 are not, Sergeant is a little celebratory, but there wasn't much. The big parade. You
00:37:58.200 go back and look at Paths of Glory. There's not, there was, World War I was not celebratory.
00:38:04.680 That was a slaughterhouse. That was a slaughterhouse. That was the end of the Victorian era. That
00:38:09.580 was a slaughterhouse. People weren't digging that. And they, in World War II, they were
00:38:15.580 never gotten into it unless the Japanese intact. And hey, I'm just saying, if somebody that
00:38:20.900 studied the transcripts and studied it, there's a whole lot of unanswered questions on, on,
00:38:27.040 on Pearl Harbor. Just is. Hate to hate to break that news to you. Just is. Yep. Just is my
00:38:35.100 point. The American people want to opt at you. The congressman want to opt out of Obamacare
00:38:41.400 with American people want to opt out of a lot of stuff. And what they want to opt out is the
00:38:44.880 way you're running the deal. They want to opt out of that. They spoke, they rendered a verdict
00:38:49.800 on November 5th. They rendered a verdict. And you know what they said? We don't want to do
00:38:54.520 this anymore. And I keep telling you, it's just not the Democrats. How did we get in
00:38:59.920 the situation? Polly Pockets Johnson is the manifestation, the manifestation of controlled
00:39:07.520 opposition. When I say controlled opposition, this, that's what it looks like. That's what
00:39:12.060 it sounds like when he's talking to the guys on the curvy couch. And he's holding on, he's
00:39:16.640 saying, you know, well, you know, I had a, I had a very deep conversation with Vivek and
00:39:20.360 he understands, Vivek understands, and Elon understands that we're one ninth of one
00:39:25.680 fiftieth of one two thousandth of the government. And, you know, we're in a tough position and
00:39:30.660 you have, you know, all these things that have to be done. And so I had to, in the dark
00:39:34.260 of night, over many months, allow the Democrats to run the table on a 1500 page bill that supports
00:39:39.780 everything that they want and has more things. No, no.
00:39:43.040 Vivek says, well, and then Vivek comes out, kaboom. I think, yo, dude, I think that's the
00:39:51.980 end of your political career. Maybe you stay as a congressman, but you can't be the, you
00:39:56.660 can't be the Speaker of the House. Come on, man. People, people, people, the people had
00:40:02.880 been Speaker of the House. You saw McCarthy got turfed out and we got to deal with that.
00:40:06.940 The debt ceiling thing, the debacle, the debt ceiling. So I don't know what you looked at
00:40:13.680 when you looked at Matt and what your people have told you is coming because the firestorm
00:40:18.280 we're going to have in March when you have to do these massive cuts to the budget and
00:40:25.200 you're going to have to raise taxes on the wealthy. Yep. That's going to happen. As sure
00:40:30.260 as the turning of the earth, it's going to happen. You've heard it here. I gave it at the
00:40:34.680 New York at the wall street at the biggest, you know, private center down at wall street
00:40:39.140 with all the big, uh, where all the big dinners are held. And it was virtually a standing ovation.
00:40:45.720 It wasn't everybody, but man, when I said tax the wealthy, Hey, that's a wall street crowd.
00:40:52.520 They know, they understand. And Hey, there got to be financial, you know, it's, that's not
00:40:55.760 income tax because that's a, there's all types of financial transactions, taxes. There's all
00:41:00.240 kind of, all kinds of ways you can get people start paying up, but it has to happen because
00:41:06.540 you just can't have that. You can't have the scale of this. It's moving beyond our control.
00:41:13.240 And then Johnson comes in here and was lies and misrepresentation. Oh, by the way, gives
00:41:17.500 himself a pay raise from one 73 to $243,000 for what, for the job that you've done for the
00:41:24.540 job that Congress has done. If that was the case, why didn't a month ago, you come forward
00:41:28.760 on Fox and the TV show, send some people over here and say, look, we, we haven't had
00:41:33.740 a COLA cost of living increase since, I don't know, 2009 or whenever the financial crisis.
00:41:39.280 I don't know when it's been, but we want to catch up with all of it. And I want to put
00:41:43.200 it in the CR and it's going to increase our salaries, 80,000 bucks to $243,000. And we're
00:41:48.160 going to give ourselves the ability to opt out of Obamacare. So we have to pay for that
00:41:51.660 and go around and pitch it and sell it. I can tell you what people are going to say. It's
00:41:57.920 going to, Hey, it's right. This is a surprise vote. You see that watch on TV, a surprise
00:42:02.100 vote. I don't know what that is. What is it? Oh, that means no. Okay. Yeah. That that's
00:42:08.700 not going to, that's not going to be, that's, they're not going to sell that part of the deal.
00:42:14.980 Two things, Rickards, I think now more than ever, probably the geopolitics and the capital
00:42:19.180 markets, that'd be one to catch up on. He's one of our best contributors from the economics
00:42:23.600 side. Maybe a few guys we're going to restock because you know, Besson and Navarro and probably
00:42:30.220 Trenner and EJ. They're all, they're all probably going to be, it's some of them already gone
00:42:35.300 and a couple of three others are going to probably be gone.
00:42:38.940 You owe back taxes, right? Here's the question. Why is the IRS targeting you and not millionaires

00:44:04.460 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:09.500 Okay, they just put a notification. They're going to do a canvas at, a whip canvas at 1.30 p.m.
00:44:17.540 Eastern Standard Time. So get on those phones right now and let them know, give them the old what for.
00:44:22.780 So in this, we're trying to get the whip notice. The whip notice actually highlights what they see as
00:44:28.520 wins in this bill. Johnson, not to tick people off more, but you will tick them off more. McCarthy
00:44:36.220 doesn't have the job because they, remember all the wins that he had in the debt ceiling deal when
00:44:40.460 he gave them the second year, took the cap off, gave them the second year. I had a friend of mine
00:44:45.600 that was one of these Republican, you know, rhino types called me one time with the wins and I
00:44:51.500 eviscerated this person. I said, look, I know we're friends, but I said, I'm about to rip your face off
00:44:57.700 and here's why. I went through, remember, remember the McCarthy thing? It was two trillion dollars
00:45:01.400 of saving, two and a, biggest one said, we have so many wins here. I said, are you kidding me? This
00:45:06.600 is all in the out years. It's all nonsense. It's not going to happen. I want to know what you're
00:45:09.860 cutting immediately down front. Period zero, as we say in the finance business. Show me. It was
00:45:15.820 nothing. It was all ephemeral. It was all another jerk off. I said, you expect people to, I said, the times
00:45:21.800 have changed. This is when you begin to see the ecosystem of these podcasts and streaming services and
00:45:27.580 online, Twitter, that people, and people want receipts. They want to get into details. This
00:45:31.120 started during the pandemic. You can't, you can't fool them anymore. You can't fool them anymore.
00:45:38.600 130 is the, going to canvas at 130. So 202-225-3121. Get Bill Blaster. Now more than ever. And call
00:45:45.720 up their local office. And hey, you got to make it personal. You got to make it personal. I went there
00:45:52.180 this morning. This is, this is not just about the, it's a hard no on the CR. Tell me you want
00:45:58.560 two lines that kicks into president Trump saying, let president Trump and his team figure it out
00:46:02.600 because they'll do it. Vivek told you that. That was a great tweet from Vivek. And that should
00:46:08.600 be passed around to everybody. Get Bill Blaster, 202-225-3121. Hey, I don't know. Throw in there that,
00:46:15.800 hey, if you're thinking of voting, if you're representing voting for Johnson, get their mind right on that.
00:46:22.180 Natalie Dominguez from Home Title Lock. Natalie, make me feel better about how we're going to make
00:46:26.820 sure that people, because we're going through a firestorm. We're going to go through a financial
00:46:29.880 economic firestorm in this thing. You can tell there's not a, there's not a angle. There's not
00:46:35.400 an attitude in this town to get serious about it. And they're trying to tap people along.
00:46:40.240 So Natalie, talk to me about Home Title Lock. We got to preserve people's castles. What do you got?
00:46:45.240 Absolutely. So today, Steve, I want to share a report with you all coming from Deer Park, Texas,
00:46:49.220 where a woman named Ashley stole her late grandmother's house. Now, the house was supposed
00:46:53.860 to be willed to Ashley's uncle, who'd moved into the house after the grandmother had passed.
00:46:58.580 But Ashley faked signatures and filed fraudulent documents to put the title in her name.
00:47:03.300 The family only realized something was wrong when they saw a for sale sign outside of the house one
00:47:07.880 day. But by the time they looked into it, the house had already been sold. And the crazy thing is,
00:47:12.240 when Ashley got caught, her own sister tried to warn the realtors and the title company involved
00:47:17.240 that it was a fraudulent sale. But their warnings were ignored, and the money was wired anyway.
00:47:22.460 And now the new owners ended up evicting her uncle from the home that was rightfully his.
00:47:26.960 And to top it all off, after Ashley got caught, she kept doing the same thing, but this time
00:47:31.820 targeting strangers. Investigators, she's stolen mobile homes and land, all using fraudulent transfer
00:47:37.860 documents, and has since been charged with additional crimes. But I guess the first charge wasn't enough
00:47:42.420 to stop her from doing it, because this all happened after she'd posted bond from the first charge and
00:47:47.140 was out on bail. And the family's been fighting for two years, during which time the house had been
00:47:51.900 sold twice, and they don't think they're ever going to get their home back. They said if they'd caught
00:47:55.900 the title change sooner, they believed they could have stopped the sale and saved themselves years of
00:48:00.260 fighting and turmoil. And that's why we can't stress enough how much monitoring your title is so
00:48:05.760 important. These scams can happen fast, and the damage can take years to unwind, especially the
00:48:10.200 longer it goes unnoticed.
00:48:13.400 Real quickly, give me 60 seconds. I gotta go to Lindell. Just hit rewind and give me that story
00:48:19.200 again. What was that? What happened?
00:48:23.860 Grandmother dies. Uncle was supposed to inherit the home. Niece, or granddaughter, I guess in this case,
00:48:29.520 steals the home, and then the guy gets evicted. They never got the home back. It's been two years.
00:48:33.340 And you know, Steve, reports like these are exactly why we do what we do, right? Our triple
00:48:37.780 lock protection monitors the property, alerts you to any changes in your title, and then handles
00:48:41.640 all the restoration when fraud occurs at no cost to you. So it's not out of pocket for you at all
00:48:46.360 at this point. We cover everything. And we want to remind you guys we've got a holiday special for
00:48:50.840 you through the end of the year to protect yourself. Protect yourself, especially going into 2025 when
00:48:55.760 there's a lot of uncertainty right now, and we're trying to be optimistic. But stuff is happening,
00:49:00.260 and it's scary. You can use the promo code HOLIDAY25, HOMETITLELOCK.COM, 25% off your
00:49:05.640 subscription, and a title history report. It's the best way to protect your property and get or give

00:49:17.380 and I hope you guys have a Merry Christmas, and I'll see you all next year. Hopefully.
00:49:22.980 Okay, people should be giving this as Christmas gift. The kid's got a house. I think they're
00:49:30.220 giving it to him as a Christmas gift. Natalie, thank you so much. Fantastic job.
00:49:36.320 Yeah, our elderly parents. This is a great Christmas. Merry Christmas, Natalie. Wow.
00:49:43.040 You know, these governments have been turfed out for finance. This is what's happening to Johnson. He's
00:49:46.580 getting turfed. I told you it was going to happen. You're going to see it. These guys, these weak-willed
00:49:50.940 people are going to get turfed out because people are sitting there going, man, we're in the jam.
00:49:54.820 Mike Lindell, before we get Charlie Kirk up here at noon, so big after that, we're back five to
00:50:00.580 seven. It's going to be on fire at 1.30 today. They're going to canvas the vote. They're going
00:50:04.040 to try to jam this thing through tonight or tomorrow, folks. Mike Lindell, sell me a pillow.
