Bannon's War Room - Episode 4173： January 6th： Where Were You Four Years Ago (cont)

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.840 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.440 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:21.200 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.780 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.600 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.540 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.700 okay monday 6 january year of alert 2025 starting at 1 p.m today just like four years ago

00:00:58.320 to begin the certification process of the 47th president of the united states that would be

00:01:03.440 donald j trump of course real america's voice charlie kirk's going to follow us they'll be

00:01:07.900 covering it live we'll be back five to seven just like four years ago back five to seven hopefully

00:01:13.440 have ben burkholm with us then uh we'll be going through a lot i want to davis is going to join me

00:01:18.080 in a minute um i want to go back to the task at hand now um so three things or a couple things let's

00:01:28.240 look at this kind of we're going to overlay the crises ahead of us with the action program of the

00:01:37.580 president in the next administration so remember we'll always go back to the three things that are

00:01:42.980 facing us immediately the the kinetic part of the third world war which is number one on the eurasian

00:01:47.380 landmass you have then this financial uh crisis we have of spending and debt the budgets uh tax cuts

00:01:55.740 rejuvenating the economy all that kind of in the middle and that is that is the one that's existential

00:02:00.440 um and the third is the the um mass deportations of the 15 million illegal aliens that came here just

00:02:09.060 on biden's watch and of course now all these issues with the phoniness of legal immigration um

00:02:16.140 the first two are bad enough and you say hey you're starting the kinetic part of the third world war it's

00:02:23.740 like 1939 and you've got here an invasion that's taken place by these unctuous people put your fellow 0.95

00:02:30.900 patriots in prison and hunting them down like dogs and treat them like dogs you see the way these people

00:02:35.560 were treated you see the way they're treated in prison um and then you have the deportations the

00:02:42.540 invasion all that as horrible as that is horrific that that is those are not existential which i mean

00:02:49.580 could be game over if something's not done clearly things have to be done and will be done on both the

00:02:56.580 illegal and the uh in legal immigration or i guess i can't even call it legal immigration more the scam of

00:03:01.360 the h1 visas the um but the one the centerpiece the the the getting the house in order financially

00:03:08.960 because of this debt you just look at the debt clock and kane over citizens free press does a great

00:03:14.200 job every now again of just taking the debt clock which is mathematically tied with this formula of

00:03:19.600 where the money how the money is being spent actually and just projects it forward that you know as

00:03:24.480 you know you're at 40 trillion dollars in debt i think a year after president trump takes the oath i think

00:03:29.400 sometime in 2026 that is existential now if you layer on top of it so what are we doing about all

00:03:38.720 this you you have three kind of areas also of kind of uh so those are the things you have to take on

00:03:46.960 you have kind of lines of action lines of work is what we call it and and there you have the the

00:03:52.440 confirmation process in the in the getting of the team that's not confirmed but you also have the

00:03:57.860 confirmation process of your leaders in your different departments then you have what i call

00:04:03.360 and uh and uh pacific i use a military term the violence of action we're not saying the action is

00:04:09.380 violent but the violence of action and moving forward and that's the executive the executive uh orders

00:04:15.520 how you fire off the football right how you fire off the football and the uh and the third is

00:04:22.280 actually then also legislatively how do you bring this forward and so this it got back to last week

00:04:28.820 and this is why i've been on polly pockets johnson and i will stay on him because now we have coming out

00:04:36.780 of yesterday and it may have changed because i'm gonna play a huge hewitt clip in a moment

00:04:40.780 the president trump's putting up on twitter or in true social you know i got one big beautiful we're

00:04:47.780 going to do one big beautiful bill so we got our confirmations you know heading down and now

00:04:53.740 i think people have kicked up enough dust that some of those are going to take place earlier

00:04:57.740 some of those uh pete pete hegs is going to be in the 14th right i think people are going to be

00:05:03.080 earlier also there's coming out that thune's telling trump that hegs is going to get get over

00:05:08.780 the hump remember they were getting getting rid of hegs a couple weeks ago before this audience got 0.94

00:05:13.100 involved they're going to get rid of him and get to santos or something they're going to drop him

00:05:16.660 like they dropped gates they didn't because of you and now thune's telling trump that hegs

00:05:21.320 looks like he's going to get through you've got um cash patel all the word we have is cash patel

00:05:28.420 is going to get through right we're hearing bobby kennedy is going to get through there's all kind of

00:05:34.140 word coming out articles people on twitter behind the scenes bobby kennedy is going to get through

00:05:38.240 as of right now it looks pan bondi's going to get through obviously um noam's going to get through

00:05:44.480 obviously uh marco rubio is going to get through the only one that i hear any question about at all

00:05:49.760 is tulsi gabbard and tulsi is i don't know not brief right or whatever but that's something that

00:05:55.160 can also be sorted so as it stands now and you just got to move them forward best in all of them

00:06:00.840 you just got to move them forward we got to have those we got to go earlier in that week

00:06:04.120 and for the committees the committee's got to vote and then we got to swear some people in president

00:06:08.300 trump needs his team immediately the executive orders i don't know you can see 50 to 100 executive

00:06:14.420 orders they i'm sure they've got office of legal counsel doing what is remember office of legal

00:06:20.600 counsel is kind of the law firm inside the justice department it it really writes opinion letters like

00:06:26.680 you would go to a sullivan and cromwell or cravath uh swain to to get an opinion letter on a merger

00:06:33.400 deal or some sort of offering right the the olc gives you opinions on executive orders to make

00:06:39.040 sure they are constitutional that great scene for them in lincoln they kind of says hey my attorney

00:06:43.120 general wasn't that wasn't that he wasn't that uh excited about he wasn't excited about the

00:06:48.220 emancipation proclamation as an executive order wasn't that thrilled about it kind of had to weave in

00:06:53.560 and out as lincoln said he said he didn't think it was all that legal had some questions that's the

00:07:00.100 office of legal counsel and they're now working around so these executive orders are going to hit

00:07:04.520 off the football right right on day one and i think that's going to be part of the shock and awe process

00:07:08.940 you're gonna see good things the thing that's most disturbing and i think this because president trump

00:07:15.420 was an offer to true alternative you have because you have this budget i don't call it a gimmick but a

00:07:20.620 budget uh instrument that we can use to get around the filibuster and and biden's use it we use it in the

00:07:27.800 first we use it in the first term i think it's how we got the tax cut done it's called reconciliation

00:07:34.720 this audience knows because we've been talking about and so you had the difference between you

00:07:41.320 you have two possible but it's very tough to use two in a year because just it's logistically cumbersome

00:07:48.000 but when you got two you could use two and so the thought from the beginning is to use both and to do one

00:07:54.260 immediately immediately immediately on the border on deportations on energy on the substrate of the

00:08:01.680 trump basics let's get officially money border wall deportations let's get it rolling baby

00:08:08.540 and we actually codify this and we have some real money we're not having to scrape it around and go

00:08:13.420 on particularly now they're telling us we're hit the debt limit and you're kind of in the emergency

00:08:17.040 measures for the waterfall remember the cash waterfall so you have some money around there but no you want

00:08:22.480 to have it codified and have them you know you know carve out some money over here and if you have

00:08:27.260 to have all sets fine get the all sets down but get it done and it should be done the afternoon of the

00:08:31.800 20th but to do that to do that you've had to been working on this maybe before we maybe before we got the

00:08:42.300 win maybe you should have done this in august and september should have been working on it and doing

00:08:46.820 committee meetings on it you're in charge the 118th congress was yours controlled by republicans

00:08:52.100 now we're in the 119th we're working on it do we have something do you have an alternative to give

00:08:58.300 to the president or president we can do two we do one now quick we do one quick and in that one we can

00:09:03.680 do uh we can do the wall we can do deportations and i'm gonna throw in some energy and maybe even

00:09:08.540 throw in a little defense make everybody happy and we can do that and we can pass it quickly having

00:09:14.140 your desk asap to go with your shock and awe executive orders that unwind all the biden madness

00:09:21.840 particularly the border and other things and boom you have what robert bartlett the wall street journal

00:09:26.540 calls muzzle velocity you're firing off the football and you're driving the action you're driving the

00:09:31.540 action you're a protagonist just like your protagonist after j6 why did we turn it around because this

00:09:39.700 audience having president trump's back became the drivers of action became the protagonist in the

00:09:45.740 story the hero's journey

00:09:47.880 you must drive the action you must seize the institutions if you don't they're going to overwhelm you

00:10:00.420 their their purpose is not to let the mega movement be in charge not to let president trump

00:10:09.480 be in charge to make president trump react to events instead of the driver of events let me

00:10:14.700 repeat this to drive events not to react to events when they control the administrative state and they

00:10:22.740 control the deep state they make you react to what they did this is what the first term was about

00:10:27.460 because we didn't have enough bodies we didn't have a project 2025 not just the policies but

00:10:33.160 the training and networking and of subject matter experts and people got to know each other

00:10:38.260 that you could fill out the 3 000 non-senate confirm and get the senate confirm and have a deep bench

00:10:44.640 to drive the action to drive the action to drive the action

00:10:48.700 what is president trump been offered on january 1st jason smith and and johnson went to mar-a-lago and

00:11:00.440 they sold president trump on one bill yes you sold them on that i know you sold them on that i know the

00:11:07.120 details i had you sold them on that and it's not acceptable you did it for two reasons jason smith

00:11:12.660 wants to hide all that lobbyist nonsense and crap in one bill so you can bury jason smith you have to

00:11:19.140 in ways and means understand something this audience that came back from january uh six january 6th 0.95

00:11:27.580 and reverse history and changed history with donald trump as their champion do you honestly think

00:11:35.300 they're not going to go through and did julie kelly and darren beattie and put out all things

00:11:39.440 but force multiply and made the world see and understand what had been done and that biden was

00:11:45.180 illegitimate and that theirs was a righteous cause and here's the reason do you honestly think sir 0.89

00:11:52.220 they're not going to go through your tax thing chapter and verse don't think you're going to bury

00:11:59.760 those days of burying all the goodies to the cartel all the lobbyists and the wealthy and all the games

00:12:06.760 and shenanigans is not going to be buried

00:12:09.000 it's not going to be buried and johnson because you have failed yet again here's what johnson's good

00:12:17.440 at i finally figured it out over the weekend here's what he's great at he's great at

00:12:21.120 schluffing off responsibility and blame to president trump he has an innate ability to

00:12:28.400 actually shift blame of his failures to president trump your failures you sit in a room you're not

00:12:35.440 ready to go with the two bills you're not ready to go with the first nothing has been done let me

00:12:40.340 repeat that nothing has been done so you can't put a skinny bill up that focuses on immigration and

00:12:47.420 deportations and energy nothing has been done it's not ready

00:12:52.880 so now you've convinced the president it's one big beautiful bill that strikes me as an omnibus

00:13:01.260 is not what we've done here in the work that we've done

00:13:05.980 to get away from the omnibus to to get back to single subject bills

00:13:12.300 is that not this effort johnson nobody read you in jason's men nobody read you into that and you

00:13:21.220 think we're just kidding that this is just all some yeah dude there's a thousand people in prison

00:13:28.900 their people's lives have been broken people have been bankrupted do you think we're kidding here you

00:13:36.220 think this is just something we're just doing because we got nothing else to do early in the

00:13:39.960 morning on a weekday and this audience has nothing to do do you think we're kidding we're not kidding

00:13:47.040 this is about taking this country back and setting it on a path of peace and prosperity

00:13:54.480 for people living today and for future generations full stop

00:13:59.220 anybody that's with us on that is with us anybody a guinness is a guinness and you're a guinness

00:14:06.800 you're not with us the games have to stop and not the happy talk oh we got a whole series of wins 0.65

00:14:13.580 your crap on the 1500 page we've got conservative wins stop it stop it there were no wins in that 0.89

00:14:21.580 and don't think you're going to give us some budget we got four trillion dollars of cuts now 0.99

00:14:26.720 they all start in years six seven eight nine no games president trump's got a great phrase no games

00:14:33.880 no games the time for games are over

00:14:37.340 so now you get president trump jammed up on an omnibus bill that you tell him swear to him is going

00:14:43.520 to come in april and i just read this morning they're even saying memorial day it's not going to

00:14:46.820 be till june it's too late it's too big it's too complicated you johnson have failed failed already

00:14:55.300 short break

00:14:57.780 it's obvious the unthinkable continues most americans know something is very very wrong

00:15:06.700 the people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop noticing but you

00:15:11.640 know better that's why self-reliant folks are investing in emergency food storage and you

00:15:18.160 should too my patrons by the nation's largest emergency preparedness company are the ones you

00:15:24.480 can trust go to my patronsupply.com and secure their best-selling three-month emergency food kits

00:15:56.760 today hope is not a plan my patriot supply is a plan time is running out to prepare for what's coming

00:16:05.580 mypatriotsupply.com go there today action action action

00:16:10.960 one bill i also want to get everything passed and you know there are some people that don't

00:16:17.440 necessarily agree with us i'm open to that also my preference is one big as i say one big beautiful bill

00:16:23.640 now to do that takes longer you know to submit it takes longer actually but but uh so it's a longer

00:16:30.140 process i would say that i'd live with that i believe we'd get i don't know to me it just is

00:16:36.920 a cleaner it's cleaner it's nicer now with that being said uh we get some border work done a little

00:16:44.160 bit earlier etc etc but the border work you know we have a lot of money that we're going to be clawing

00:16:49.120 back from the green news scam and all of the the trillions of dollars billions and trillions you

00:16:56.140 usually have to use the word trillions nowadays unfortunately but from the trillions of dollars

00:17:01.480 that we're going to be clawing back and and uh we have we have money we don't need it desperately

00:17:07.620 immediately you know two months is going to make a difference so uh i can just say this the border is

00:17:13.680 going to be secure we're going to start it immediately tom holman is central casting he's

00:17:18.340 going to do a great job and that whole group is going to be fantastic and uh i did it before and

00:17:23.940 we're going to do it again we had the best border we've ever had and now we'll have the best border

00:17:28.080 we've ever had times two uh i would prefer one but i will do whatever needs to be done to get it

00:17:35.680 passed and uh you know uh we have a lot of respect for senator thune as you know he may have a little

00:17:42.200 bit of a different view of it uh i heard other senators yesterday including lindsey talking about it

00:17:48.100 they prefer it the other way so i'm open i'm open to either way as long as we get something passed as

00:17:53.380 quickly as possible you see there's a president saying he's open he's open to either way there's

00:18:00.940 the president right there i'm open to either way i hear thune i hear lindsey i hear these guys going

00:18:04.680 on tv i'm open to either way he's open he's he's a deal guy he wants to he wants to execute and get

00:18:11.560 on with his program to turn this country around hell they tried to put the man in prison for 492 years

00:18:17.360 look at the hell he's gone through for four years he wants to get on with it it's incumbent upon us

00:18:23.920 to assist him in getting on with it in one big bill first of all you get bled out just if because the

00:18:31.980 media is going to be all over you that first hundred days is so important it's just important not just

00:18:37.000 symbolically it's important to fire the football and start getting stuff done that's what we had a

00:18:41.760 big legislative went right in the box and you would have had that if you'd started work in august and

00:18:47.760 september because then you should have known we were going to win it was obvious to everybody

00:18:53.140 which should have been obvious if it wasn't obvious to you you weren't doing your work why not what this

00:18:58.060 is what you're supposed to do you're supposed to give president trump alternatives all here's

00:19:03.000 alternative we can go with two we got one ready to go the other one later or even go with one

00:19:08.420 but you didn't give him alternatives you didn't give him alternatives because you're not ready to

00:19:14.360 go with the first bill on deportations uh immigration and energy it should have been done

00:19:21.540 hell you got john thunan these guys if they're going to sit there and go because they understand the

00:19:26.340 complexity of the tax bill it could be summer go back in 17 the predicate of the of the trump

00:19:34.300 revival with tariffs and trade deals and deregulation and also taxes it's all of a piece

00:19:40.120 it's quite complicated and it's more complicated today than it was then why because we got 37 and

00:19:48.880 trillion dollars of debt and we're run up a trillion dollars every hundred days that's why

00:19:53.240 and the global capital markets and the bond market are watching everything that you're doing

00:19:57.580 and president trump's got these trade deals now they're talking about even some guys in in his

00:20:02.520 administration talking about the easing off on the tariffs president trump's counting on that cash

00:20:08.640 you just saw right there the clawbacks and there's a lot of clawbacks there's a lot of callbacks and

00:20:14.020 this whole concept remember impoundment impoundment impoundment we bring these concepts early so you

00:20:19.980 can start thinking impoundment impoundment the clawback impoundment of the cash to pay for other stuff

00:20:26.520 you have to give him continue to give him range of options and be able to we're going to get on

00:20:33.060 this path this is where it's going to lead but these are the options we have to either zig or zag or

00:20:37.320 continue on

00:20:38.080 and then the violence of action action action action drive the narrative continue to drive

00:20:47.840 you see what president president trump knows why he was reelected and brought back in in all this glory

00:20:53.820 of the invasion of the southern border the invasion of the country and yes the economics and all of it

00:21:00.320 driven by this massive federal spending give him options if you think about it with the complexity

00:21:07.580 that you have to do and this is about jason smith and these guys playing games with the donors and

00:21:13.060 the corporatists just the natural how you got to press it through with the complexity of all of it

00:21:17.940 they're saying now memorial day they said yesterday end of april now they're saying memorial day they've

00:21:23.480 kicked it out that end of memorial day means summer you get into the summer then you get the summer

00:21:28.860 recess this thing you might not be there until after labor day then you talk about it kicking in remember

00:21:34.360 newt gingrich just on fox a couple weeks ago saying hey we need to do these immediately because they got

00:21:39.380 to be done by the spring to have the impact president trump the impact of the impact of the 17 bill which

00:21:47.780 wasn't passed to i guess around christmas in the fall and in christmas in 17 the full impact of that

00:21:54.880 didn't really kick into 19 this is why we had 19 was the golden year with everything great happening

00:21:59.600 19 duly note that was past the midterm of which president trump lost a ton of seats and led to his

00:22:07.460 impeachment because nancy pelosi ran out of impeachment just like hakeem jeffries is going 1.00

00:22:11.260 to do hakeem jeffries is going to run to raise two billion dollars to flip a handful of seats to sit

00:22:17.340 and go we're going to peach this dude right out of the box we're going to go back to all the madness

00:22:22.600 unless we execute

00:22:25.320 and president trump actually they're all saying no no he wants one bill no he doesn't he wants what works

00:22:33.380 you owe the man the respect to give him ranges of alternatives of courses of action and what that

00:22:42.740 means right there on the hugh hewitt show today he says that i'm open it's trump he's always open if

00:22:49.680 you give him alternatives he's always open to a course of action if you lay it out they're saying

00:22:53.420 no no he wants to do one johnson pitched it at the at on at fort mcnair like it was trump's idea

00:23:00.720 this is how sleazy this guy is he's pitching it like it's not trump's idea president trump wants 0.50

00:23:07.700 to do what will work he understands he has complexity he's got to stop the third world war

00:23:13.180 guy has to reverse an invasion of our country oh by the way has to sort out a fiscal and economic

00:23:19.700 and financial mess that he inherits

00:23:22.260 it's a tall any one of those would be an overwhelming order

00:23:29.640 of of of just one presidency he's got to do all three simultaneously and make sure the interconnecting

00:23:36.960 parts one doesn't overwhelm the other while being a wartime president he needs alternatives and no he's

00:23:45.380 not selling the one you convinced him that hey this is how we have to do it because of your own

00:23:49.880 inadequacies and this is what i'm saying for that vote that took place on front it's not going to

00:23:55.520 get better it's only going to get worse because in situations of intense pressure of situations of

00:24:01.480 intense um you know scrutiny and the pressure of the moment the hit you know the the unforgiving

00:24:08.260 minute or the unforgiving moment then your imperfections and your failings are magnified

00:24:14.260 that is my problem with the speaker we're we're we're going into it now

00:24:21.740 look look at what happened on go back to hegseth and go back to cash

00:24:27.640 and davis gonna join me in a second davis knows this go back to kavanaugh it's those are defining moments

00:24:34.680 they could have gone south on hegseth in a second they could have gone south on cash in a second

00:24:40.680 but you this audience had the back of these individuals and now they're going to get confirmed

00:24:47.380 and be major leading parts of president trump's team to guess what execute on his plan

00:24:53.240 because they know they got a feel for you can tell with hegs that he gets he gets it he has a feel for

00:24:59.520 this cash obviously has a feel for it

00:25:02.360 davis you saw this this is why the confirmations you were there for kavanaugh kavanaugh we came within

00:25:10.420 a minute i was in italy we came within that close to throwing in the towel and going a different

00:25:17.040 direction and in the history of the court would have been changed if we had done that first off

00:25:20.460 once they smell weakness you're done you're finished they're like a pack of wolves they will come

00:25:26.380 after you mike davis yeah we were six weeks before the 2018 midterm elections when these bogus

00:25:36.040 allegations came out from christine blasey ford this nut job who claimed uh then teenager brett 1.00

00:25:42.820 kavanaugh sexually abused her it was just utter nonsense her own father didn't believe her uh the

00:25:49.200 people who she said would corroborate her story didn't corroborate her story one of them leland kaiser 0.94

00:25:55.180 actually said she was pressured by ford's allies to change her story so obstruction of justice

00:26:01.280 sober nation of perjury but besides that i i was there i was the chief counsel for nominations

00:26:06.740 on the senate judiciary committee during that process and it just it struck me how weak some of

00:26:13.780 these senate republicans were during that process and if they thought that they were going to throw

00:26:19.080 kavanaugh overboard i as i explained to them at the time look uh we don't have time to confirm

00:26:27.120 another supreme court pick in the next six weeks and so if we throw kavanaugh overboard because of

00:26:33.420 these bogus allegations we are going to lose the senate president trump will lose re-election we will

00:26:41.420 lose the courts and therefore we will lose the country kavanaugh was too big to fail so it was my job

00:26:49.540 then to help these senate republicans find and keep their backbones and you know i'll give my boss

00:26:55.820 chuck grassley was the rock during that process and all else i will also give credit to mitch mcconnell

00:27:02.000 he's i know the war room posse we don't agree with him on a lot of things but he was rock solid

00:27:07.240 during that process with kavanaugh and i a big part of the the big reason i started the article three

00:27:14.360 project five years ago was because i saw the weakness i saw how vicious the democrats are with that 0.98

00:27:22.500 kavanaugh process and many other nominees and i saw how weak and stupid our side was and i i wanted to 0.59

00:27:29.020 fill that void with the article three project to take my insider experience along with my outsider 0.92

00:27:36.820 mindset and my fighting irish attitude to make sure that we confirm these nominees we confirmed

00:27:42.880 trump's nominees judicial nominees for two years now we're confirming his cabinet picks yeah

00:27:47.960 cabinet it's amazing uh mike hang on for a second we get into the confirmation uh we're going to try

00:27:54.580 to get to canada and elon musk in the uk all of it if we can if not we're gonna do it at five o'clock

00:28:01.220 because we have a lot to go through and only 30 minutes to do a short commercial break back in a moment

00:28:06.040 it's obvious the unthinkable continues most americans know something is very very wrong the people in

00:29:22.580 so last night over dinner i told my kids about the decision that i'm sharing with you today

00:29:29.340 i intend to resign as party leader as prime minister after the party selects its next leader

00:29:40.240 through a robust nationwide competitive process last night i asked the president of the liberal party

00:29:48.560 to begin that process okay uh ben harnwell joins us from rome a mighty oak has fallen in canada

00:30:00.700 uh this clown is finally this is the trump effect trump president trump talks about tariffs

00:30:05.820 four weeks later the two at 10 days later he goes down takes a trip and a couple weeks later he's gone 0.78

00:30:11.880 uh ben give me your uh assessment sir steve i'm going to break this down in more detail 5 p.m today

00:30:18.200 but right now you're absolutely correct this is really the consequence of the trump tariffs that

00:30:24.280 have destabilized the canadian government i'd say it's 50 percent the trump tariffs and 50 percent

00:30:29.160 the christian free clan's stab in the back of december but that there's both those things together

00:30:35.320 has made his political uh career political future unviable i want to say very quickly steve as an

00:30:42.640 international correspondent what is happening in canada today is exactly the same as what's happening here

00:30:48.060 in europe in austria uh with the collapse of the austrian government uh and the the failure of the system

00:30:54.780 to keep out the uh the freedom party the the the fpa the the austrian analog to the afd

00:31:02.260 so these things are taking effect right across the world and i do hope i know you mentioned it in the

00:31:08.020 first hour of the show steve i do hope president trump holds the line on these tariffs

00:31:13.300 oh no definitely uh ben social media until you come back and join us in the uh afternoon evening

00:33:03.380 in bannon you get even more of a free assessment than they normally offer but just go check out they

00:33:07.920 get all the information home title lock.com mike davis uh on the confirmations extraordinary i want

00:33:16.420 people to go to article three you started this you you were relatively unknown outside of a very small

00:33:21.240 circle people that really revered your professional toughness and clarity to get these because these

00:33:27.440 nominations were not easy now you're back with president trump's uh senate confirmation which is

00:33:33.680 uh incredible but before you leave us i want to talk about matthew graves and these guys are just

00:33:39.500 relentless and coming out and saying that they're going to arrest more people they're relentless all the

00:33:44.480 way up to the end what in your mind is going to stop this what what is going to this was the

00:33:49.200 weaponization of the government uh really almost like the stasi or the east germans did it what in

00:33:55.100 your uh learned opinion sir is going to stop this let me send a message to merrick garland and lisa monaco

00:34:03.260 and jack smith and jay bratt and matthew graves and all these other biden partisan operatives in the

00:34:13.060 justice department who are continuing to wage this unprecedented lawfare against president trump

00:34:19.700 supporters on january 6th right now you guys are the hunters two weeks from today on january 20th

00:34:27.900 you're going to be the hunted so you can you can beat your chest all you want uh as you're running

00:34:35.000 for the hills as you're running for the exits of the justice department and you can say what you want

00:34:40.360 about the justice department continuing these january 6th prosecutions i promise you that's not going

00:34:48.180 to happen the article 3 project is going to make it a top priority to very publicly uh put pressure

00:34:57.240 on the incoming administration to end these bogus prosecutions of these january 6th defendants who

00:35:05.440 are politically persecuted under the supreme court's fisher decision last june we're also going to push

00:35:12.960 very hard from the article 3 projects for president trump to pardon almost everyone who was prosecuted

00:35:21.140 on january 6th except for the worst offenders and for those worst offenders we push to commute their

00:35:27.880 sentences because nothing that happened on january 6th four years ago calls for a prison sentence

00:35:35.300 of over 20 years and i i don't want to hear biden and his administration crying about january 6th

00:35:42.900 where you had a lawful protest permitted by the the national park service that devolved into a riot

00:35:49.380 i don't want to hear them crying about that when they let blm and antifa and hamas supporters their

00:35:55.840 democrat base cause a hell of a lot more death and destruction so joe biden and his his justice

00:36:02.340 department can go to hell justice is coming on january 20th in the form of pardons commutations

00:36:09.800 and investigations of this obvious criminal conspiracy against the constitutional rights

00:36:16.380 of these january 6th defendants they were persecuted and there must be accountability under

00:36:22.980 18 usc section 241 conspiracy against rights nobody's above the law as they've told us for four years

00:36:31.580 so lawyer up mike i want to get back because our audience is a big believer in ideas have

00:36:39.900 consequences i want to go back to this idea of the unified theory of the executive uh in the

00:36:45.780 executive branch okay uh it's not dealing with the other part but the branch he he is the chief

00:36:50.280 executive officer by the constitution he's chief executive officer of the united states government

00:36:55.360 he is the commander-in-chief of the military services the the uniform services report to a

00:37:01.440 civilian the commander-in-chief uh president trump uh he's also the chief magistrate what's happened

00:37:06.700 since watergate is that the radical lawyers and and radical left carved off the justice department

00:37:13.100 be its own hermetically sealed institute that just did because they they were the ones that actually

00:37:17.640 took it wasn't uh bernstein woodward and bernstein it was a serico it was the house

00:37:23.880 committees with the lawyers it was the justice departments and federal judges in the corrupt

00:37:28.760 uh washington dc uh you know uh court that took down nixon and they hermetically sealed it after

00:37:35.140 that and they have their own branch of the administrative and deep state right there

00:37:38.580 what is it going to take these people are embedded into the justice department to be able to

00:37:43.080 effectuate what pam bondy wants what the president wants and most importantly the will the sovereign

00:37:48.420 will of the american people what has to happen in your mind at the justice department sir to get back

00:37:53.600 to this unified theory which they hate that donald trump is actually the chief magistrate the chief

00:37:58.980 law enforcement officer of this nation happens to be the individual that occupies the office of the

00:38:05.240 president and that would be donald john trump sir yeah the left calls this the uh a theory that the

00:38:11.960 president runs the executive branch i would point to article two of the constitution where it says

00:38:17.780 the executive power belongs to the president he is elected by all americans president trump

00:38:24.100 just won a landslide victory 312 electoral votes that they're going to certify today all seven

00:38:30.960 swaying states he is the president of the united states and the good thing about president trump

00:38:36.480 is i think he's learned his lesson from his first term where he had never run for office before he won

00:38:43.160 the first time he ran for office he won the presidency and he's going to come in after four years of the

00:38:48.620 president of his presidency the first time where they obstructed him from day one with crossfire

00:38:55.500 hurricane russian collusion they tried to undermine him every step of the way he's had four years in the

00:39:01.380 wilderness to reflect and he's going to come back this time and i don't think he's going to mess

00:39:05.580 around this time i think he's going to come in very experienced very eyes wide open and i would say to

00:39:12.440 these justice department and intel officials who think they're going to undermine president trump the

00:39:17.900 duly elected president of the united states it's not going to happen this time guys your job is to carry

00:39:24.940 out the president's policy agenda and lawful orders and it doesn't matter whether you have a policy

00:39:32.480 disagreement with the president of the united states uh if you can't carry out his policy agenda

00:39:38.920 and his lawful orders you better resign from your job and go get a different job maybe run for congress

00:39:44.640 maybe run for president but if you if you try to subvert the will of the american people if you try to

00:39:51.500 undermine the president of the united states i am going to push very hard for the justice department 0.99

00:39:57.840 to open criminal probes on you and throw your asses in prison because we're not messing around this 0.99

00:40:04.220 time the american people elected president trump again he has a policy agenda and it's not going to 0.99

00:40:11.400 be subverted by these andrew weismans and other weasels within the executive branch

00:40:18.040 uh mike where do people go uh to uh to go to article three and to become a member and support

00:40:27.260 because you're doing the lord's work here sir this is why i'm not going back into government because i

00:40:32.840 can say and do whatever the hell i want without any restraint you can go to article three project

00:40:39.460 dot org donate there follow us on social media the most important thing the war room posse does

00:40:46.080 is take action action action action like you said steve uh cash patel pete hegseth many of these other

00:40:53.860 nominees were dead on arrival according to the very smart people in washington and then three days after

00:40:59.760 the war room posse lit up the senate with phone calls and emails through our action center we went

00:41:06.680 from dead on arrival to when can they start so you guys are very effective at the war room posse

00:44:21.600 here's your host stephen k bann

00:44:29.340 because the commemoration of j6 and in a little over an hour uh they're going to start the process it

00:44:39.720 should go swimmingly today uh jamie raskin those guys may have a few tricks up their sleeves but it

00:44:44.520 should go uh swimmingly um it'll start we'll be reporting all that in five to seven plus we'll get

00:44:51.420 to all the other news massive economic news over the weekend jillian tett uh the editor one of the

00:44:57.700 senior editors of the financial times of london did an incredible piece on peter navarro and uh also

00:45:03.460 economic nationalism and president trump's plan for the second term kind of the end of david ricardo's

00:45:09.640 um laissez-faire uh thinking but i will get into that at in the five to seven hour also a maga versus

00:45:17.000 the bayonaires we'll get into all that another big piece in the financial times uh a lot going on in

00:45:22.860 tariffs a lot going on about trade uh so we're going to break that all down make sure in the interim

00:45:28.600 one thing we need to do is go to birch gold look to talk to the birch gold guys about your personal

00:45:34.760 portfolio and all that you can do that but also we need you to read the end of the dollar empire if

00:45:40.080 you haven't read the first five free installments please get up to speed but the latest one modern

00:45:44.800 monetary theory and i strongly recommend jason smith and the folks over ways and means and

00:45:50.640 everybody in the house read this this is this radical idea that kind of got embedded into the

00:45:55.420 financial thinking particularly the biden regime that you could just spend money forever and if ever

00:46:01.100 got to be a problem on inflation oh all you had to do was then just raise tax take care of it it's not

00:46:05.140 that easy it's a ludicrous uh and dangerous idea and we break it all down for you how we got in the

00:46:11.980 situation but you have to understand the idea to understand the consequences of the idea and then how

00:46:17.640 you change it we're big huge believers in the ideas have consequences because you just see it play

00:46:22.440 throughout history so birchgold.com go today set it up if you have any interest in precious metals

00:46:28.100 and even if you're not interested maybe in putting it into your portfolio you should understand why

00:46:32.880 it's a hedge against times of turbulence because folks we're going to go into turbulence i mean

00:46:38.800 president trump right now when i talk about the three lines of work and particularly stopping the

00:46:43.480 kinetic part of the third world war zelinski came you know they're all it's a great unmasking going 1.00

00:46:48.440 underway so he just came out last night and said hey unless there's an american security guarantee

00:46:53.620 for the ukraine uh there won't be any peace talks won't be peace treaties well hey we're not going

00:46:58.760 to get sucked into that you're not going to you're not going to have american troops as security

00:47:02.260 guarantors in ukraine you're not going to have them in syria you're not going to have them in gaza

00:47:07.540 the the days of forward deploying american troops as you know basically to guarantee security which

00:47:13.780 essentially they're hostages to fortune we're not going to do that we're out of that business and the

00:47:19.540 world is going to have to wake up to that the elites in europe are going to have to wake up to that

00:47:22.420 you've talked a good game you've killed over a killed or wounded over a million ukrainians you've

00:47:27.400 killed or wounded i don't know 750 000 russian troops the blood's on your hands we argued from

00:47:33.340 the beginning not to do it and now you're not going to suck the united states into this

00:47:37.060 so it's important for the audience to understand all this and particularly how the existential threat

00:47:42.780 the ticking time bomb is this debt and people laugh oh death doesn't mean anything we owe it to

00:47:47.980 ourselves all all this nonsense well when your credit card is uh is blowing up because you got

00:47:53.120 it's 29 apr right and you're and you've got a gap your kids have to gap their monthly expenses versus

00:47:59.620 their income with that credit card and just keeps blowing up uh just sit there and tell them oh yeah

00:48:04.140 this is just some theoretical exercise it's not this is a live fire drill and it's live fire in your life

00:48:09.760 so make sure you go over to talk to the folks at birch gold uh to understand about gold as a hedge

00:48:14.080 and particularly get all the free information remember everything in the war room is totally

00:48:17.640 free it's uh your job your task and purpose to assist us to get that information out it has it

00:48:23.940 it you think it has an impact go back to the beginning of the show where were you four years ago

00:48:29.640 remember within an hour president trump was still speaking in fact he got to the podium uh over at the

00:48:36.100 ellipse a little late and he talked president trump i know it's going to shock people he talked a little

00:48:40.040 longer he kind of went off script a couple of times but he gave a very reasoned approach very

00:48:45.040 reasoned argument about how the 2020 election had been stolen uh and then judas pence dropped the

00:48:51.840 thermonuclear weapon of his letter uh and bob's your uncle well today we reversed that starts at one o'clock

00:48:58.640 charlie kirk's going to pick up from here and charlie kirk will be covering it jack pasobik will be

00:49:02.960 covering it uh we'll be back i think it'll take an hour or two uh we'll be back five to seven to give

00:49:08.220 you a recap and also talk about the elon musk on on nigel faraj nigel faraj quite simply is the

00:49:13.720 greatest living englishman he saved his nation we've worked with nigel for over a decade we've 0.83

00:49:18.980 worked with tommy robinson for over a decade raheem kassam was the one that broke the story

00:49:23.320 on rotherham when i was at breitbart and we drove that story we know we've forgotten more about that

00:49:29.920 story and what happened and the grooming and the rapes than uh than most people uh we've had tommy

00:49:35.800 robinson's backs in state one who's a great man i believe he's a great man and he's in prison right

00:49:41.320 now we'll get into that we'll get into all the finances ben harnell will join us again we're

00:49:45.780 going to be jam-packed five to seven night and with a recap of what happened today mike lindell joins us

00:49:49.920 mike lindell you have done more and been persecuted more for the events of what happened four years ago

00:49:55.840 of standing up consistently and starting the narrative that the election was stolen

00:50:00.280 that now the american people the the the awakening happened and that's why president trump's back i
