Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 679： Cybertruck Bomber's Manifesto

00:00:00.000 By noon, when you start talking to reconciliation, you get you had Jason Smith and those guys up there doing the three card money because they want to hide what's really in the tax part.

00:00:10.600 Where are we going to be, sir?

00:00:13.120 So my preference was and I've been public about this was two bills to do exactly what you just said.

00:00:18.540 I want border security. I want energy. Let's reverse all the Biden crap.

00:00:22.260 Let's bank some wins. Let's bank some savings and then use that to leverage and set up whatever we need to do on the overall mandatory spending cuts. 0.67

00:00:30.320 That is, you know, reforming Medicaid and cutting snap and all that in exchange for what we're doing with respect to the tax relief and put that in a package.

00:00:38.580 But now it looks like there might be a single bill approach.

00:00:42.440 My standards are still going to be the same. There must be deficit neutrality.

00:00:46.260 The border must get done and it shouldn't take till May, June, July. Right.

00:00:50.860 Which is what they're risking doing by putting it in one package.

00:00:54.140 Yeah. OK, Friday, 3, January, year of earlier, 2025.

00:00:59.640 That was clipped by Aaron Rupar.

00:01:01.880 He's one of the top independent journalists out there in a major Internet figure was watching our early show and he focused right in on what the signal was, not the noise.

00:01:12.120 Good on you, Aaron. I'm going to get to that in a second.

00:01:15.480 We were going to start off with that, I guess.

00:01:16.940 Chris Fenton, who's an expert, you know, the film producer, an expert on China, is here to talk about these student visas.

00:01:23.700 Natalie's going to join me. Natalie, but I've asked Jack Posobiec.

00:01:26.720 There is breaking news and we're trying to get to the bottom, particularly since we're a show that focuses a lot on the existential threat of the Chinese Communist Party.

00:01:35.920 There is an email out there and it's been labeled as a manifesto. Right.

00:01:40.980 And it's it's I guess it's getting some verification from Sean Ryan.

00:01:44.420 Some other people have been dealing with this.

00:01:46.840 I know Poso has a very different attitude, but can you just read to the audience?

00:01:50.460 This is supposedly an email that came from the relatively highly decorated combat vet that appeared to both commit suicide by blowing his head off and also detonating some sort of bomb or weapon inside a inside a one of the Tesla vehicles outside of Trump's hotel in Las Vegas.

00:02:14.800 Can you just read it and we can put it up on the screen while Natalie reads?

00:02:18.500 I want the whole audience to hear this and then we'll bring in Jack Posobiec.

00:02:23.260 Yes. So starting off, in case I do not make it to my decision point or on to the Mexico border, I am sending this now.

00:02:32.040 Please do not release this until one Jan and keep my identity private until then.

00:02:37.660 First off, I'm not under duress or hostile influence or control.

00:02:41.360 My first car was a 2006 Black Ford Mustang V6 for verification.

00:02:47.520 What we've been seeing with drones and quotes is the operational use of gravitic propulsion systems, powered aircraft by most recently China and the East Coast.

00:02:58.020 But throughout history, the U.S.

00:03:00.220 Only we in China have this capacity.

00:03:02.900 Our OPCN location for this activity is in in the box is below.

00:03:08.360 China has been launching them from the Atlantic, from submarines for years.

00:03:12.520 This activity recently has picked up.

00:03:14.880 As of now, it is just a show of force and they're using it similar to how they use the balloon for SIGINT and ISR, which is also part of the integrated comms system.

00:03:25.780 There are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time.

00:03:28.240 The so what is because of the speed and stealth of these unmanned AC.

00:03:34.400 They're the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed.

00:03:38.100 They basically have an unlimited payload capacity and can park it over the White House if they want it.

00:03:43.680 It's checkmate.

00:03:44.440 USG needs to give the history of this, how we are employing it and weaponizing it, how China is employing them and what the way forward is.

00:03:53.480 China is poised to attack anywhere in the East Coast. 0.98

00:03:56.160 I've been followed for over a week now from likely Homeland or FBI, and they're looking to move on me and are unlikely going to let me cross into Mexico, but won't because they know I am armed and have massive VBIED.

00:04:08.760 I've been trying to maintain a very visible profile and have kept my phone, and they are definitely digitally tracking me.

00:04:16.320 I have knowledge of this program and also war crimes that were covered up during airstrikes in Nimra's province, Afghanistan in 2019 by the admin, DOD, DEA, and CIA.

00:04:27.360 I conducted targeting for these strikes of over 125 buildings.

00:04:32.480 65 were struck because of CIVCAS that killed hundreds of civilians in a single day.

00:04:39.060 USF-ORA continued strikes after spotting civilians on initial ISR.

00:04:44.300 It was supposed to take six minutes and scramble all aircraft in CENTCOM.

00:04:48.480 The UN basically called these war crimes, but the administration made them disappear.

00:04:52.280 I was part of that cover-up with USF-ORA and Agent Blacked Out of the DEA, so I don't know if my abduction attempt is related to either.

00:05:02.700 I worked with Jen Miller's I.O. staff on this, as well as the response to Bala Mergob, AOBS commander at the time.

00:05:12.060 Again, blacked out, can validate this.

00:05:14.600 You need to elevate this to the media so we avoid a world war because this is a mutually assured destruction situation.

00:05:20.280 Last sentence for vetting.

00:05:23.580 My LinkedIn is Matt Berg or Matthew Livesberger in active duty 18Z out of 1 to 10.

00:05:30.660 My profile is public.

00:05:32.240 I have active T-S-S-C-I with U-A-P-U-S-A-P access.

00:05:38.020 Okay, our own war room, we're here on the bridge of the war room in our own combat information center run by Grace Chong.

00:05:48.380 She's very jaundiced about this.

00:05:51.440 She thinks that, hey, this sounds too smooth, that this is a Fed, the workings of the Fed, or excuse me, not the Fed, of the Feds.

00:06:00.380 Jack Pasovic, I know you're also, look at this with a jaundiced eye.

00:06:04.760 Give us your thoughts, or you're a naval intelligence officer, your thoughts.

00:06:09.260 Hey, thanks again for having me on.

00:06:10.740 And, look, I spent the entire last couple of days speaking with people and contacts that I have throughout the Army, people who I know in the social forces community, ERD community,

00:06:22.900 and was even actually able to track down a guy who served with Matt Sergeant Livesberger in Afghanistan and actually was 2019.

00:06:33.040 So prior to even this email coming out, I was already in contact just through SourceChain to be able to get to talk to someone and asked and said,

00:06:41.260 how was your reputation?

00:06:42.360 He said, hey, you had an okay reputation, not the greatest, but not the worst either.

00:06:46.340 You know, I wasn't a scumbag, but nobody's favorite guy. 0.83

00:06:49.760 Said there was some trouble at home. 0.96

00:06:51.920 It was a big issue that had been talked about in the last week or so.

00:06:55.560 He also had heard reports of a break with his wife and reports of infidelity.

00:07:03.140 Some said it was on him.

00:07:04.860 Some said it was on her.

00:07:05.880 I haven't been able to verify any of that.

00:07:07.540 Also heard a report from a separate contact in the military who said that something they've heard is that a couple of days ago,

00:07:16.060 even before this email was sent, that the same individual, Matt Sergeant Livesberger,

00:07:20.540 had attempted to cross the lines and joined one of the Ukrainian international brigades and requested to go serve at the front.

00:07:28.900 And, you know, essentially was rejected because even the Ukrainians know that it wouldn't be smart to be poaching special forces operatives like that in unauthorized status.

00:07:38.580 So then he abruptly takes leave, flies back to the United States, flies back to his home record in Colorado Springs and goes and conducts this thing.

00:07:47.020 By the way, there's another letter that the Las Vegas Sheriff's Department has been putting out there saying it's from him talking about this was a wake-up call that America has said.

00:07:57.340 They said it was sent from the same email address that emailed the Sean Ryan podcast saying this is not a terrorist attack.

00:08:02.340 This was a wake-up call because America has ineffective leadership, and the only thing Americans respond to is a spectacle, so I will give them a spectacle. 0.70

00:08:11.480 Again, everything I'm seeing is that this guy has some kind of mental episode.

00:08:18.600 I mean, do you believe the sheriff's letter, or do you believe this email that Sean Ryan came in contact with and Natalie just read is real?

00:08:28.360 I mean, certainly the emails appear to be genuine in the sense that they were written by this individual, but the details, this is something that will come up in, when I was at Guantanamo, this is something that will come up in human source operations.

00:08:42.700 Just because a source is telling you something does not mean that the things that they are telling you are verified.

00:08:48.660 So absent outside verification or outside corroboration, I don't think there's any way that you can say that those things are verified within the contents of this email regarding secret Chinese drones and the FBI chasing.

00:09:01.600 I do point out, though, that we do, of course, know that he did actually have a vehicle-borne IED, a VBID, and so given the date that this was sent, 24 hours prior to the bombing of Trump Hotel,

00:09:13.420 I certainly hope that the individuals who were in possession of this email did forward it to the proper authorities, because it seems as though the authorities had no idea this was coming.

00:09:23.360 Obviously, it took place, so I certainly hope that no one sat on this email of an imminent terrorist attack and didn't report it up the chain as authorized.

00:09:34.640 He talks about, and I want to get your thoughts, Brian Costello, who's a regular on this show, is very focused on the drone technology coming out of China.

00:09:43.360 Talk to me about what he said in this email, because this gets right to the heart of Sequoia, Elon Musk.

00:09:48.880 It's very confusing who's on what side of the football.

00:09:52.980 Is this guy saying that we could have a major drone strike coming from the Atlantic, from Chinese submarines launching drones with advanced technology?

00:10:02.560 And talk about this advanced technology, because this thing sounds pretty scary.

00:10:06.220 And what would be the involvement of an Elon Musk?

00:10:08.540 Is this the reason he made a symbol?

00:10:10.580 It wasn't so much about the car as about the person or the individual, and also Sequoia Capital.

00:10:15.220 I mean, these guys, it's quite questionable what technology they've actually given Sequoia Capital with funding to the Chinese that now supposedly,

00:10:24.260 and I guess according to this guy's warning to America, is about advanced drone technology of the Chinese Communist Party, sir.

00:10:32.880 Sure, Steve.

00:10:33.680 I'm not going to say that it's in any way corroborated about the specific sightings over New Jersey and other parts of the eastern seaboard.

00:10:40.820 That being said, this is the exact type of technology that has been worked on by the U.S. government.

00:10:47.940 We've certainly seen Chinese and other foreign entities using similar types of technology.

00:10:53.880 And obviously, look, I was just on the program the other day saying that these are the types of things that we need to be very much on the lookout for when it comes to the inauguration that's coming up in 17 days here, 17 days' time.

00:11:06.600 But Speaker Mike Johnson, okay, he's reelected. Where are we going to get the National Guard deployment?

00:11:11.280 Where are we going to make sure that we have the drone jammers that are up?

00:11:13.980 Where are we going to be to make sure that we've got, by the way, the digital geofencing of any self-driving electronic vehicles,

00:11:20.460 be it a Tesla or a Ford F-150 Lightning, around the Capitol complex or really the entire D.C. metro area for that day?

00:11:27.800 Because that day could absolutely be horrific, should something like this, regardless of who it's from.

00:11:34.380 These are the types of technologies that everybody needs to be deadly afraid of and deadly serious about,

00:11:40.360 because these are the types of things that our adversaries have and bad actors,

00:11:43.920 whether it be a foreign actor or a domestic actor or someone pretending to be using a fake flag to be some other actor.

00:11:53.060 These are the types of things that could all come to play, and quite frankly, where is the security briefing?

00:11:58.520 Steve, where is the security briefing at the inauguration for the rally the day before,

00:12:02.300 for the parade that President Trump is expected to have down Pennsylvania Avenue?

00:12:06.000 I want to see Speaker Johnson and Mayor Bauer put out the announcement.

00:12:10.600 I want to see the police.

00:12:11.720 I want to see the heads of everyone coming forward, because quite frankly, I do not, at this moment,

00:12:17.120 I do not have confidence in the abilities of U.S. government to defend against all of this.

00:12:25.660 My belief is that President Trump's team, like Cash Patel and Pam Bondi, have not been totally red.

00:12:31.160 Are you comfortable having people like Chris Wray and others who have announced they're leaving

00:12:36.860 and have shown their incompetence in this regard?

00:12:39.680 Do you feel comfortable, Poso, with those guys, kind of the people in charge of this?

00:12:43.580 Absolutely not, Steve, and the great Miranda Devine has done incredible work on the DEI programs

00:12:48.680 that Chris Wray has pushed that produce situations like we saw in New Orleans with the agent with the nose ring

00:12:54.640 and going up there and can't even tell you that it was a terrorist attack.

00:12:57.940 When we see IEDs, when we see an ISIS flag, when they're just straight up lying to everybody out there. 0.57

00:13:03.160 How can you have confidence when a guy like that's in charge of the FBI?

00:13:05.640 Last question is that what strikes me different about this individual,

00:13:12.720 he's a relatively highly decorated combat vet, and he had been in a couple of three bad situations.

00:13:19.480 And I realize he probably PSD, there's all kind of other issues,

00:13:22.200 but this is not someone that has been involved in these activities in the past.

00:13:28.420 Does that lead you to question what exactly went on here?

00:13:31.700 Because, to me, there's many more unanswered questions about this one than anything we've seen before.

00:13:37.920 Look, you know, Steve, I said to you yesterday that it didn't add up to the construction of the bomb.

00:13:43.000 I said it doesn't seem like it was.

00:13:44.560 He certainly would have had the capability to blow the entire ground floor of Trump Hotel if he wanted to.

00:13:50.680 This was fireworks and some gasoline.

00:13:53.180 And then he says with the email that, oh, this was meant to be a spectacle.

00:13:56.200 It was not meant to kill others, and that's exactly what we were saying based on the construction of the really just amateurish fireworks show.

00:14:03.680 It was not a bomb in any way, shape, or form.

00:14:05.780 And that's what we saw with the incendiary.

00:14:08.280 And so something is going on here that doesn't add up.

00:14:11.680 I think a lot of people realize that it doesn't add up.

00:14:14.040 What we said yesterday still bears true. 0.59

00:14:15.760 Everything that could be activated is being activated, and we need to keep all of our heads on a swivel.

00:14:20.580 But that being said, I'm going to be at the inauguration.

00:14:23.040 And Brother Poso is going to be at the inauguration because we don't back down.

00:14:28.700 Jack Posobiec, where do people go to get you on social media, sir?

00:14:32.440 I'm putting it all up on my Twitter account, on X, on True Social, on Getter, and, of course, Telegram.

00:14:38.140 Because who knows where I'm going to be taken down next.

00:14:43.080 Thank you very much for joining us.

00:14:44.520 I know you're out with the family, so thank you very much for stepping out and joining us by phone.

00:14:48.320 Appreciate you.

00:14:49.360 All good.

00:14:49.920 I needed a break from the ice rink.

00:14:53.040 Hopefully get Jack on tomorrow.

00:14:56.200 Something doesn't make sense to this.

00:14:57.220 Okay, so some programming notes.

00:14:59.360 Brian Costello that's been on top of this drone situation, particularly Sequoia Capital, Elon Musk,

00:15:04.860 all these technologists that are in bed with the Chinese Communist Party,

00:15:10.080 and there's a lot of questions about this drone technology.

00:15:14.500 Who actually has it?

00:15:15.640 Who was given it?

00:15:16.620 How advanced the United States was?

00:15:18.120 How did China get so advanced?

00:15:19.320 So we'll get Brian on here in a little while.

00:15:20.800 So I'm going to get back in also in a little while to the situation that took place today with the Speaker.

00:15:27.120 Tomorrow's show we're going to drill down, besides these terrorist attacks, also security for President Trump's inauguration.

00:15:34.740 Also what's happening at Fort McNair tomorrow with this major conference of the Republicans to go through exactly in detail what the plan is going forward.

00:15:43.280 Natalie, of the most disturbing thing, the thing people most worked up about is now understanding that not only do we have 12 to 15 million illegal invaders here,

00:15:53.580 just on Biden's watch, just from 20 January 2021 till, you know, a week from now or 10 days from now, 17 days from now.

00:16:02.840 But that in addition, when all these Republicans say, hey, you know, we all support legal immigration,

00:16:10.400 as you've been able to show us over the last 24 hours, there is no legal immigration, and we're calling for a moratorium on it.

00:16:16.700 The reason is all of these visa programs, all these different programs, which are very obtuse, confusing for citizens to actually see what's going on in aggregate,

00:16:25.840 are all kind of, you know, three-card money and hide the football, it turns out they're all illegal because they've all been gamed or worked around.

00:16:36.080 The worst, it turns out, looks like it's the student visa program. 0.99

00:16:40.960 Natalie, give me your thoughts.

00:16:42.660 I know we've got a very special guest that's going to join us, knows a lot about the Chinese Communist Party.

00:16:46.920 Well, look, I didn't think that we had to add the caveat on MAGA being with Americans, right?

00:16:53.160 It's Make America Great Again, emphasis being on with Americans, not by importing foreigners, who are going to replace you. 0.90

00:17:00.900 But the more that I think this audience and myself that we drill down into these numbers,

00:17:05.600 you really see what has been going on behind the scenes starting back all the way in the 90s with the immigration reform that, like I said, has always sort of rested on a bed of lies.

00:17:15.520 I know we focused on the H-1B and the H-4 and the sort of employment visa category, but there's similar, I mean,

00:17:22.640 I would call it an absolute fraud and scam and, frankly, just demographic warfare being waged against the American citizen, 0.59

00:17:30.380 but most precisely the American worker through the sort of diploma visa mill in the form of the numbers.

00:17:37.920 Again, it's always hard to tell because they don't track visa overstayers,

00:17:41.300 but over 1.5 million foreign students, either on the F-1 visa or the M-1 visa,

00:17:47.980 of which over 500,000 of those have obtained work authorization through some sort of practical training program.

00:17:55.820 The one that's sort of infamous is the OPT, the Optional Practical Training Program,

00:18:01.000 which allows these foreign students to stay for up to a year,

00:18:04.360 though there's certain sort of subsections of that program where they can stay for up to three years.

00:18:10.060 But what's so interesting about this, Steve, is that, again, it's a total scam.

00:18:15.800 What do I mean by that?

00:18:17.060 They basically have cheapened and exploited, though I think you could maybe make the case

00:18:21.820 there wasn't much to cheapen or exploit from America's higher education institutions,

00:18:25.140 but they've turned them into basically, you know, shuttles or sort of these nesting doll situations

00:18:32.140 for foreigners who just want to work in this country at depressed wages to gain citizenship

00:18:38.800 through the scam of higher education.

00:18:41.100 Why do I say that?

00:18:42.660 Of data that has been able to be pulled.

00:18:45.300 Bloomberg sort of did a long-form report back in 2017,

00:18:49.840 and it actually showed that more than half of the people who were studying here in the United States

00:18:55.920 on these student visas, once they actually won the H-1B lottery,

00:19:03.200 they dropped out of the institutions that they were studying in,

00:19:07.800 and that of most of these students, fewer than one in three actually hang around until completely graduating.

00:19:15.560 And I think the most damning aspect of this program is called STEM OPT, which, by the way, you want to talk to me.

00:19:24.160 Hold it. Hang on. But hang on. But hang on. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hang on. Hang on.

00:19:27.320 I assume what you just said about the program, when they leave or otherwise,

00:19:30.800 they immediately get sent back home to their mother country, correct?

00:19:33.900 So I shouldn't feel worried?

00:19:35.480 Well, unfortunately, I hate to be the perennial bearer of bad news here in the war room, but not quite.

00:19:43.740 And there's sort of two ways to look at this.

00:19:46.040 One is they essentially have treated this foreign working class as just a way to legally,

00:19:53.660 sort of a subsidy, right, to escape having to pay American workers a fair wage.

00:19:59.000 And like I was saying, how this goes back to the 90s, so much of the sort of BS propaganda fear porn

00:20:06.260 over the idea that there was a shortage of American workers went back to a study that the National Science Foundation

00:20:14.100 put out, like I said, a little bit before the 1990 Immigration Act.

00:20:18.880 And it's so funny because this study, researchers have tried to independently find it and go through the data,

00:20:24.620 the analysis of it, but the National Science Foundation actually never posted it.

00:20:29.880 They never named the researcher who participated in it.

00:20:32.520 And the Government Accountability Office actually found that the data they were using was completely bunk.

00:20:37.760 And if you read the report, there's one throwaway line where they essentially admit

00:20:42.980 that these education pipelines are just pathways to sort of pseudo-citizenship,

00:20:50.040 so big corporations or big tech can exploit foreigners for cheap labor while actively discriminating against Americans.

00:20:59.520 And to make that point, I would go back to the program I was about to talk about, which is STEM OPT.

00:21:05.580 So that's an extension for a total of three years.

00:21:08.460 But the foreigners who are working under that program, they're exempt from payroll taxes, right, 0.97

00:21:14.240 that are funding Social Security and Medicare.

00:21:16.040 And their employers are also exempt from that portion of their taxes.

00:21:21.020 In other words, they're getting a tax subsidy to not have to hire Americans.

00:21:26.580 And when groups like CIS have run the numbers, you're talking about nearly a loss of $4 billion annually

00:21:32.780 as a result of this tax exemption.

00:21:35.160 And, Steve, here's the real kicker.

00:21:37.540 The STEM OPT program was initially launched in the Bush era,

00:21:41.900 and they wanted to sort of secretly do it, not by some big press conference out in the open.

00:21:48.440 They later had to because they were sued and they had to open it up to comments from the American public.

00:21:54.780 But it was really interesting because they had a line in there where they were forced to admit,

00:21:59.120 and I quote, DHS acknowledges that this rule includes neither a quantified estimate of potential negative impacts

00:22:06.020 to individual U.S. workers nor a quantified estimate of specific benefits to U.S. educational institutions

00:22:12.380 or to the overall economy.

00:22:14.960 In other words, it's never been about bringing in the best and brightest.

00:22:19.340 It's never been about boosting up the merit of these higher education institutions.

00:22:23.840 It's always been a scam in the same way that lobbyists get their white papers on a host of issues.

00:22:30.460 This issue of importing foreign workers is and always has been about that.

00:22:35.400 And the Biden regime actually nuked a Trump-era initiative to bring in an ICE review commission

00:22:41.280 to go after the fraud that was plaguing this program

00:22:44.420 and that they were using to discriminate against American workers.

00:22:47.660 Joe Biden killed that.

00:22:48.960 Mayorkas killed another Trump-era program that killed—that focused on visa overstayers.

00:22:56.180 But all together, you're talking about a conspiracy against rights of the American worker.

00:23:04.840 So much to the point that—catch this, Steve.

00:23:07.600 I hope the audience is truly pissed off.

00:23:09.320 In 2020, when President Trump—sorry, in 2017, when they were suing over the H-1B stuff,

00:23:18.780 guess what groups were suing on behalf of foreign workers to make sure that the H-1B pipeline could continue

00:23:26.460 and that foreign students could still be plaguing and coming into these institutions?

00:23:30.960 It was the American Council of Education, the American Association of Community Colleges,

00:23:36.920 the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, the Association of American Universities.

00:23:43.260 I'm sorry, what does it even mean then to be American if they're the ones that are actively working legally and otherwise?

00:23:49.300 You want to talk about lawfare?

00:23:50.880 Yeah, that's a pretty good example.

00:23:52.300 And might I just add my last point, which I know we'll get into with Chris.

00:23:55.480 But the only point that I've ever heard coming from these elite academic institutions,

00:24:02.160 which I was blessed but also cursed to have attended—I'm grateful my parents sent me there—

00:24:07.180 but I was also able to have a front-row seat to the revulsion that the ruling class of this country has for American workers,

00:24:14.080 I think epitomized by what I just laid out.

00:24:16.720 There's no demonstrable benefit to having people come into this country from—sorry, to these schools from foreign countries. 1.00

00:24:26.240 And that might be a hot take.

00:24:27.480 I know that's a little more radical than maybe what you think.

00:24:29.740 I don't even think that these people should be forced to return to their countries.

00:24:33.700 The children that I went to school with, whether it was Harvard-Westlake or across this country,

00:24:37.660 who could not get into higher academic institutions and saw their spots being outsourced

00:24:43.020 and shipped off to people from foreign countries that are hostile to this country, right?

00:24:47.740 The people who built the bombs that Iran now has all went to MIT, right? 1.00

00:24:51.700 The nuclear program.

00:24:52.780 It's all MIT scientists.

00:24:54.540 It's absolutely disgusting.

00:24:56.440 And the best case—the evidence that they have to say why we need to import a bunch of foreigners 1.00

00:25:00.820 is because, you guessed it, diversity.

00:25:04.180 Well, I'm sorry, and this might be a hot take,

00:25:06.480 but the what—they say they want diversity.

00:25:09.360 Of the 1.5 million students that they're importing,

00:25:12.860 nearly a third of them, they're all coming from China.

00:25:15.220 They don't assimilate. 0.98

00:25:16.600 Most of them don't even speak English,

00:25:18.020 so I honestly, truly don't even know how they're getting through their classes.

00:25:21.160 I experienced this firsthand at the University of Chicago,

00:25:24.180 and it's because it's not about education.

00:25:26.720 It's about treating these institutions as a citizenship mill, cheapening that.

00:25:32.340 And by the way, Steve, David Brooks had a very long-form piece in The Atlantic.

00:25:36.640 What was it last month?

00:25:37.540 It was one of their feature stories.

00:25:39.080 It was called How Ivy League Admissions Broke This Country.

00:25:41.800 And he sort of takes a little different derivative view of it,

00:25:44.800 saying that instead of, you know, just allowing the entitled elites of America,

00:25:48.580 they sort of reoriented the system to go after people who were intelligent.

00:25:53.260 But I would argue that he's right in his diagnosis, but not the contributing factors.

00:25:57.760 It gets to the core of what propelled Trump to victory in 2016.

00:26:02.280 To get ahead in the United States nowadays,

00:26:04.700 you either have to be a foreigner who's going to be imported, 1.00

00:26:08.080 and that's how you're going to get into one of these colleges,

00:26:09.940 because you're paying more,

00:26:11.000 or you have to be some weird, you know, woke, diversity,

00:26:14.680 you know, genderqueer, whatever, to get in and get ahead. 0.96

00:26:18.220 Or you have to be the ultra-rich, ultra-connected.

00:26:20.960 You know, I don't see any of the grandchildren or children

00:26:23.400 of Democrat and Republican senators not going to elite institutions,

00:26:27.180 and I can tell you, they're not necessarily academically qualified,

00:26:30.500 but they're getting in via the back door.

00:26:32.580 So this college admissions whole scam really is a microcosm

00:26:36.400 for, I think, so many of the issues that are plaguing this country

00:26:39.340 and robbing young Americans of their future.

00:26:43.900 Natalie, hang on for one second.

00:26:46.260 Chris Fenton and Brian Costello are going to join us

00:26:49.280 after a short commercial break.

00:26:50.640 Thank you.

00:26:57.180 It's obvious.

00:27:06.160 The unthinkable continues.

00:27:07.760 Most Americans know something is very, very wrong.

00:27:12.020 The people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine

00:27:14.600 and to stop noticing.

00:27:16.120 But you know better.

00:27:17.540 That's why self-reliant folks are investing in emergency food storage. 1.00

00:28:23.320 they can't handle the truth.

00:28:25.280 War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.

00:28:29.440 If you want a great summary of what goes on in the War Room,

00:28:32.280 plus the breaking news and an incredible analysis

00:28:34.680 from Rahim Kassam and the team they have over National Pulse,

00:28:37.440 go to National Pulse.

00:28:53.060 and contextualization of the news is only Sir Rahim

00:28:56.400 and his team, Will Upton and the team, can give it to you.

00:28:59.220 So quite special.

00:29:00.360 Also, the guys at Birch Gold totally freeze

00:29:02.960 the end of the dollar empire, modern monetary theory.

00:29:06.200 But with turbulence going on,

00:29:08.460 and I think tomorrow after we know

00:29:10.040 if there's going to be one or two reconciliations,

00:29:11.900 you'll see some of the turbulence we're going to have

00:29:13.620 because it's just the financial markets,

00:29:16.280 there's so much debt,

00:29:17.180 President Trump's going to have to chop his way through here.

00:29:20.600 Now, I think more than ever,

00:29:22.060 it's a time to talk to Philip Patrick and the team

00:29:24.060 over at Birch Gold.

00:29:25.280 One way you can do it and get all the free information kits

00:29:27.600 is just take your phone and text

00:29:29.460 Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 0.90

00:29:31.720 at 9-8-9-8-9-8.

00:29:34.940 Why don't you do that today?

00:29:36.640 Last but not least is Cash.

00:29:38.000 We're talking about Cash,

00:29:39.520 trying to get Cash to confirm.

00:29:41.460 Remember, they were laughing at Cash

00:29:43.400 and Hegseth and the entire team.

00:29:47.620 They ain't laughing now.

00:29:48.580 These things got a lot of steam on them.

00:29:51.000 They're rolling forward,

00:29:52.060 but we've got to get them

00:29:52.700 before their individual committees.

00:29:55.420 Cash, he's got to book Government Gangsters.

00:29:57.160 We made it into a film

00:29:58.200 to make it even more accessible for you.

00:30:00.580 I'm very proud of this work.

00:30:01.960 I was one of the producers.

00:30:03.720 Dan Fluitt, who did the book Outlaws,

00:30:06.460 Beberoswarves and Outlaws, 0.99

00:30:07.760 was the line producer on it and co-wrote it.

00:30:10.980 So make sure you go to warroom.film

00:30:14.300 to get Government Gangsters.

00:30:15.460 You can download it today over the weekend.

00:30:17.000 Enjoy it with a group of people

00:30:18.180 and talk about what Cash Patel

00:30:19.920 is going to do going forward.

00:30:22.400 Chris Fenton, you came on the scene

00:30:24.380 by really calling out Hollywood and the Chinese 1.00

00:30:27.300 about a trillion dollar, you know,

00:30:29.440 really effort for the Chinese 1.00

00:30:31.420 really to suppress freedom of speech

00:30:33.680 here in the United States.

00:30:35.300 You know a lot about the Chinese Communist Party.

00:30:37.400 You know a lot about education over at USC.

00:30:40.000 Natalie, why don't you jump in here?

00:30:41.480 I know we've got a lot of information

00:30:42.660 you've worked on with Chris.

00:30:44.320 I want to make sure we get it all out of you, ma'am. 0.85

00:30:47.540 Yeah, well, Chris, I think if you could just

00:30:49.320 sort of explain to the audience

00:30:51.080 your background in terms of education and academia,

00:30:54.300 we don't typically have professors

00:30:56.180 here in the war room.

00:30:57.780 No shade to professors,

00:30:58.900 but I think that you have sort of

00:31:00.900 an inside perspective,

00:31:02.480 a sort of, as Steve would say,

00:31:03.460 lived experience of what I was just talking about.

00:31:06.580 So if you can just sort of let the audience know.

00:31:08.880 Well, first of all, thanks for having me back.

00:31:10.840 I feel like I'm coming home.

00:31:12.040 I think this is my seventh appearance,

00:31:13.540 but there's been quite a while in between.

00:31:15.680 And happy New Year to you both.

00:31:18.040 I've been listening to the show the last few weeks,

00:31:20.660 and this whole visa issue is so interesting

00:31:23.580 and such an important discussion to have,

00:31:26.480 particularly because we're talking a lot

00:31:28.120 about the late-inning ramifications

00:31:31.240 of having all these foreigners in the country 1.00

00:31:34.600 taking jobs that may possibly go to Americans, 0.70

00:31:38.060 especially if Americans are trained appropriately.

00:31:40.880 A quick stat just to rattle off.

00:31:43.720 It's hard to top what you were just saying earlier,

00:31:45.860 but 25% of international students on an annual basis

00:31:51.640 end up working in the state

00:31:53.540 that they end up graduating college in

00:31:56.020 or getting their master's in.

00:31:57.760 That's a stat you can look up on Google.

00:31:59.800 That's not some made-up stat.

00:32:01.840 What's interesting is when you look

00:32:03.680 at just the state of California,

00:32:05.540 which happens to be the state

00:32:07.560 that seems to be most in the headlines about this issue,

00:32:10.840 there's 138,393 international students here.

00:32:17.360 So if you multiply that by 25%,

00:32:19.980 that's a lot of foreigners taking jobs away from America.

00:32:25.000 If you look at just USC in particular,

00:32:28.000 where I'm a John H. Mitchell

00:32:30.180 Business of Cinematic Arts professor,

00:32:33.360 I'm not tenured.

00:32:35.040 I'm always sort of challenging the environment at USC.

00:32:37.960 I bring in people like Anthony Constantino,

00:32:40.940 who's a great e-comm guy

00:32:42.560 who's trying to take Elise Stefanik's open seat, 0.93

00:32:46.740 or Dallas Saunier,

00:32:48.020 who runs the content production over at Daily Wire.

00:32:51.520 I really want to expand the minds and perceptions

00:32:54.040 of the students at USC,

00:32:55.620 and USC has been very supportive of that.

00:32:58.520 But if you look at the school in general,

00:33:00.480 it follows the same sort of systemic issue

00:33:03.000 that we have across the nation.

00:33:04.540 There are 6,000 Chinese students alone at USC.

00:33:09.680 There's roughly 3,000 Indian students there.

00:33:12.860 There are a lot of international students on that campus,

00:33:16.520 roughly 24%.

00:33:17.800 If you extrapolate that to my alma mater,

00:33:20.540 Cornell University, it's roughly 26%.

00:33:23.280 So why are we educating

00:33:26.460 all these international students?

00:33:28.720 I can see a lot of pluses to it,

00:33:30.740 but in terms of what we've been talking about

00:33:33.580 and what the national dialogue has been recently,

00:33:36.600 I think we need to relook at this and say,

00:33:39.000 wait a minute,

00:33:39.560 we're taking spots from Americans 0.94

00:33:41.660 at our elite institutions

00:33:43.280 and giving them to those who we might say,

00:33:46.560 you can't even work here.

00:33:47.760 Or even worse, they work somewhere else

00:33:49.980 and possibly in a bad scenario

00:33:52.520 can be used to weaponize against us

00:33:54.720 if they're in the high-tech industry,

00:33:56.980 say in China

00:33:57.780 or some other foreign adversary country.

00:34:00.060 So it's an interesting topic

00:34:01.780 and I'm glad you guys are trying to address it.

00:34:04.140 Well, and I'll preface this too

00:34:06.060 with this isn't just, you know,

00:34:07.660 anti-China's screed.

00:34:09.820 I think when you look at, right,

00:34:10.880 Article 7 of China's national intelligence law,

00:34:14.100 it stipulates that any Chinese citizen

00:34:16.460 can be requisitioned

00:34:17.960 by the Chinese Communist Party

00:34:19.720 at any point for any purpose

00:34:21.480 to achieve what they vaguely define

00:34:23.560 as the national security aims of the regime.

00:34:26.900 So you don't know what these students are engaging in,

00:34:29.200 let alone excluding the Confucius Institutes

00:34:31.720 and the Chinese Students and Scholars Association,

00:34:34.200 which is basically Confucius Institute,

00:34:36.100 plus espionage as defined by our own federal government.

00:34:40.360 But something struck me,

00:34:41.180 we were talking on the phone earlier today,

00:34:42.640 and you were like,

00:34:43.080 there's an inner conflict

00:34:44.480 where when you're looking out on your class

00:34:46.800 and you're quite literally

00:34:48.540 handing non-Americans, foreigners,

00:34:51.620 the tools, the tricks of the trade

00:34:53.820 to effectively more compete out, right,

00:34:57.140 or compete against their American counterparts.

00:35:00.540 I'm just curious how sort of reflective

00:35:02.840 on just a cross-institutional basis

00:35:05.380 across the country,

00:35:06.400 you think that that is

00:35:08.580 and what you think,

00:35:09.380 not the solution necessarily is,

00:35:11.340 but what you think are more reasonable numbers

00:35:13.780 for foreign students to be

00:35:15.340 in these, you know, highly selective programs.

00:35:17.760 Well, I think number one is

00:35:19.920 we have to determine,

00:35:21.360 and as I know Steve and yourself,

00:35:24.260 we're friends with Chinese people.

00:35:26.360 This is not an anti-Chinese people

00:35:28.940 kind of platform.

00:35:30.180 This is about what are we thinking

00:35:32.160 is our best strategy as Americans

00:35:34.640 and to make this country

00:35:36.060 as good as it possibly can be

00:35:37.840 and to allow the people of this country,

00:35:40.300 the citizens of this country,

00:35:41.400 to flourish right.

00:35:42.600 If you're looking at

00:35:44.160 why we're teaching

00:35:45.760 the best students

00:35:47.640 from around the world

00:35:48.620 at literally the most elite universities

00:35:50.860 in the world,

00:35:51.560 which are here in the United States of America,

00:35:53.920 you'd like to believe

00:35:54.740 that that's sort of a training camp

00:35:56.700 for them to then show their loyalty

00:35:59.720 to what they got here in this country

00:36:01.720 to the country

00:36:03.060 of the United States of America.

00:36:04.580 But as we know,

00:36:05.340 just even in the business world,

00:36:07.140 that is not something

00:36:08.400 the Chinese people can promise

00:36:10.600 to us here in the U.S.

00:36:12.360 They are beholden to Beijing.

00:36:14.160 We've seen this over and over again

00:36:15.780 in various industries

00:36:17.200 where the headquarters in China

00:36:20.380 is seen spying on their own companies

00:36:23.460 or not listening to

00:36:24.920 what headquarters is asking them to do

00:36:27.140 or opening up their offices

00:36:28.800 to raids voluntarily

00:36:30.700 or giving away IP.

00:36:32.680 Why?

00:36:33.020 Because they have friends and family.

00:36:34.640 They live in China. 0.99

00:36:35.940 They got to do

00:36:36.820 what Beijing tells them to do.

00:36:38.260 And it's no different

00:36:39.040 than Chinese nationals 0.94

00:36:40.460 studying here in the U.S.

00:36:42.480 They still have lots

00:36:44.460 of repercussions

00:36:45.660 for not listening

00:36:47.120 and not staying loyal

00:36:48.600 to their homeland.

00:36:49.760 It's just human

00:36:51.140 and it's also survival instincts.

00:36:53.900 So we need to realize that

00:36:55.760 in terms of some

00:36:56.680 of these international students.

00:36:57.940 We're going to devote

00:36:59.040 a lot of time and effort.

00:37:00.480 People like myself

00:37:01.280 want all of my students

00:37:03.100 to be the best they can be, right?

00:37:05.540 And I'm telling you,

00:37:06.460 there's great international students

00:37:08.140 in my class.

00:37:08.880 I cherish the fact

00:37:10.200 that they push the Americans 0.99

00:37:11.520 really hard.

00:37:12.540 But Chris,

00:37:13.140 shouldn't the guiding star here

00:37:18.240 is that if we do welcome them here

00:37:20.780 and they participate

00:37:22.000 in the education,

00:37:23.200 that we should staple

00:37:24.740 an exit visa at graduation?

00:37:27.080 They got to go back

00:37:27.880 to their country

00:37:28.480 and make it great.

00:37:30.260 Coming here to get an education

00:37:31.920 should never be looked at

00:37:33.780 as the entry to the United States

00:37:35.360 to get a job

00:37:36.100 and to hang out here.

00:37:36.940 Blue-collar America

00:37:39.220 doesn't have that.

00:37:40.440 I mean, it's kind of absurd

00:37:41.680 when you look at it.

00:37:42.960 We just got to get

00:37:43.640 in the mentality of

00:37:44.980 not we're going to give them

00:37:46.060 a green card,

00:37:46.720 we're going to do

00:37:47.040 the exact opposite.

00:37:47.940 If you come here

00:37:48.480 to be educated

00:37:49.220 and even that,

00:37:50.720 I think we got to get comfortable

00:37:51.620 they're not taking slots

00:37:53.000 from Americans.

00:37:55.160 But if you have foreign students

00:37:56.240 come,

00:37:57.000 because the universities

00:37:57.740 want to,

00:37:58.100 because their governments

00:37:58.920 pay full freight,

00:38:00.480 full freight.

00:38:01.200 And this takes care

00:38:02.180 of these tenured professors

00:38:03.240 and the bloat you see

00:38:04.700 at the universities

00:38:06.300 that have become

00:38:07.080 a scam, right?

00:38:08.320 We all went to

00:38:08.980 Ivy League schools

00:38:09.640 or Ivy League equivalents.

00:38:10.820 We know what a scam

00:38:11.660 it is right now

00:38:12.540 of allowing these kids

00:38:14.200 in there, right?

00:38:15.260 And so,

00:38:16.160 but the concept

00:38:17.440 that could come here

00:38:18.460 and that is any way

00:38:19.820 that allows them,

00:38:20.860 and California statistics

00:38:21.900 blow me away, 0.98

00:38:23.080 but that they can actually

00:38:23.880 come here

00:38:24.480 and use that

00:38:25.380 as an entry

00:38:26.120 to get a job

00:38:27.200 here in the United States

00:38:27.900 from an American citizen

00:38:29.740 is shocking.

00:38:32.280 And I think we got

00:38:32.820 to get the mentality,

00:38:33.760 hey,

00:38:34.240 if we welcome you here,

00:38:35.760 we love it,

00:38:36.420 we want to make sure

00:38:37.060 you get a great experience,

00:38:38.080 get educated,

00:38:38.760 but then 30 days

00:38:40.140 after you graduate,

00:38:41.160 you got to return home

00:38:42.300 and go make your home

00:38:43.800 country great again.

00:38:44.880 Is that too far off

00:38:46.320 of a concept

00:38:47.000 that would actually work?

00:38:48.740 Well,

00:38:49.180 I think that makes

00:38:49.840 a lot of sense

00:38:50.760 in terms of making sure

00:38:52.000 those jobs 0.65

00:38:52.680 are available

00:38:53.380 for Americans,

00:38:55.380 right,

00:38:55.700 to get those

00:38:56.800 and not be replaced

00:38:58.460 by international students

00:38:59.800 that are in the workforce.

00:39:01.500 But at the same token,

00:39:02.860 I'm saying

00:39:03.380 that's way late in the game.

00:39:05.340 Like,

00:39:05.780 we should be,

00:39:06.920 if that is our policy,

00:39:08.660 we shouldn't even

00:39:09.420 be allowing

00:39:10.540 foreign international students

00:39:12.920 into our schools,

00:39:14.260 at least the elite schools,

00:39:16.020 taking the place

00:39:16.840 of Americans

00:39:17.580 who need to study

00:39:18.700 at elite schools

00:39:19.540 and become

00:39:20.340 one of the elite engineers,

00:39:22.020 the elite people of industry,

00:39:24.860 because we don't want

00:39:26.780 the international people

00:39:28.060 here after they graduate.

00:39:29.480 It's almost like

00:39:29.980 they come here,

00:39:30.980 they take everything

00:39:31.900 that we're really good at,

00:39:33.700 we teach them everything,

00:39:34.940 like we've done

00:39:35.800 so many times

00:39:36.660 over and over again

00:39:37.420 in the China market,

00:39:38.680 and then they take off with it

00:39:40.180 and they sometimes

00:39:40.960 become our biggest competition.

00:39:43.160 So,

00:39:43.480 in a way,

00:39:44.420 if we don't want them here

00:39:45.620 after they graduate,

00:39:46.840 we should actually backtrack

00:39:48.320 and say,

00:39:48.820 well,

00:39:48.940 we don't want them here

00:39:49.860 in the education system.

00:39:51.380 And I think

00:39:52.140 that is the conversation

00:39:53.900 that needs to be had.

00:39:54.860 Like,

00:39:55.060 what are we doing

00:39:55.800 in innings one through five

00:39:57.580 rather than innings

00:39:58.980 six through nine?

00:40:00.680 brilliant.

00:40:01.580 You know,

00:40:01.840 the Lao Bai Jing,

00:40:02.760 working with the new

00:40:03.960 federal state and others,

00:40:04.960 they're put under

00:40:05.580 tremendous pressure

00:40:06.680 by the Chinese Communist Party

00:40:08.260 as Natalie brought up.

00:40:11.120 I mean,

00:40:11.340 the Chinese Communist Party

00:40:12.080 keeps a very tight grip

00:40:13.200 on these kids.

00:40:14.080 Chris,

00:40:14.300 we've got to bounce

00:40:14.940 because we've got

00:40:15.340 Costello coming up.

00:40:16.700 Where do people go

00:40:17.660 to get the book,

00:40:18.360 but also your writing,

00:40:19.420 social media,

00:40:19.960 all of it,

00:40:20.340 you've got a lot to say

00:40:21.180 about the Chinese Communist Party

00:40:22.520 and its infiltration

00:40:23.800 into the United States

00:40:25.320 of America,

00:40:25.980 sir.

00:40:27.040 Yeah,

00:40:27.460 well,

00:40:28.080 Feeding the Dragon book

00:40:29.280 is my website

00:40:30.440 and then

00:40:31.120 at the Dragon Feeder

00:40:32.240 is my Twitter

00:40:32.980 and I'll actually

00:40:33.840 have a fantastic op-ed

00:40:35.360 coming out

00:40:35.980 from Real Clear Politics

00:40:37.500 next week

00:40:38.180 that I think

00:40:38.660 you'll really enjoy

00:40:39.540 yourself,

00:40:40.140 Steve.

00:40:40.440 So,

00:40:41.000 I'm out there

00:40:42.160 and I just enjoy

00:40:43.680 trying to be a part

00:40:44.600 of this constructive process

00:40:46.400 of getting America 0.59

00:40:47.260 back on track.

00:40:48.120 Thank you,

00:40:50.980 Chris.

00:40:51.200 We look forward

00:40:51.560 to having your op-ed

00:40:52.600 and then we'll get you

00:40:53.240 back on when it's up

00:40:54.000 over Real Clear Politics.

00:40:55.060 Thank you,

00:40:55.400 brother.

00:40:56.200 A pleasure.

00:40:58.580 Right there,

00:40:59.300 Natalie,

00:40:59.700 that's Manhattan Beach.

00:41:00.980 You see what you could have

00:41:02.200 but you're back in D.C.

00:41:03.500 slaving away.

00:41:04.320 I don't know why I had to

00:41:04.360 respond to that

00:41:05.140 for a bunch of

00:41:06.020 bomb threats

00:41:07.400 from a bunch of,

00:41:08.300 what, 0.98

00:41:08.660 Islamic terrorists 0.99

00:41:09.600 here in D.C. 0.99

00:41:12.480 But,

00:41:13.080 I will also add,

00:41:14.160 Steve,

00:41:14.400 though,

00:41:14.580 real quick,

00:41:15.600 it's not just,

00:41:17.120 universities

00:41:18.680 at the,

00:41:19.340 you know,

00:41:19.680 prestigious Ivy League

00:41:21.140 or I noticed you

00:41:22.020 added Ivy League adjacent.

00:41:23.480 I humbly accept that.

00:41:24.820 I did only go

00:41:25.460 to the University of Chicago

00:41:26.940 but it's community colleges too.

00:41:30.400 Just last year,

00:41:31.360 there was a 12% increase,

00:41:33.440 12% increase

00:41:34.420 in foreigners

00:41:35.380 coming into

00:41:36.080 American community colleges.

00:41:37.820 The number back in 2016

00:41:39.120 was 96,000.

00:41:41.520 Hang on,

00:41:42.520 hang on.

00:41:42.900 That one

00:41:43.500 is a non-starter for me.

00:41:45.280 There should be none,

00:41:46.380 no foreign students

00:41:47.600 coming to community colleges.

00:41:48.660 That should be for

00:41:49.440 blue-collar kids

00:41:50.320 and kids

00:41:51.160 that haven't had

00:41:51.920 the education opportunities.

00:41:54.340 Yeah,

00:41:55.020 go ahead,

00:41:55.500 please.

00:41:56.340 So the Economist

00:41:57.460 ran all their,

00:41:58.720 you know,

00:41:59.240 big,

00:41:59.600 bright,

00:42:00.120 brainiac numbers 0.58

00:42:01.020 doing the analysis

00:42:02.080 of how many foreigners 0.60

00:42:03.080 are looking to come

00:42:04.060 to the United States

00:42:05.420 for jobs.

00:42:06.940 23 million

00:42:07.860 is the ultimate number

00:42:10.200 of people

00:42:11.560 who are

00:42:12.000 actively

00:42:12.820 23 million.

00:42:15.640 So that's what

00:42:16.240 the American workers

00:42:17.080 have to compete against.

00:42:18.460 And by the way,

00:42:19.020 the little meeting

00:42:19.560 that they're having tomorrow

00:42:20.620 is collecting all the forces

00:42:22.260 so they can jam

00:42:23.080 those people through.

00:42:25.580 God, 0.98

00:42:26.200 it's disgusting.

00:42:27.480 Hang on for a second. 0.98

00:42:28.900 You're going to get even madder

00:42:30.020 when I bring on

00:42:30.580 our next guest,

00:42:31.260 Brian Costello.

00:42:31.860 Brian,

00:42:32.220 about this situation

00:42:33.900 in Las Vegas

00:42:34.600 at the Trump Hotel,

00:42:35.740 about now this weather,

00:42:37.100 and it's trying to be verified,

00:42:38.380 this email,

00:42:39.280 I guess,

00:42:39.740 went to Sean Smith

00:42:41.840 got his hands on

00:42:44.640 talking about

00:42:49.420 the brave,

00:42:53.720 very brave

00:42:54.540 Bronze Star winner.

00:42:55.800 If that,

00:42:56.460 who it even turns out to be,

00:42:57.660 I'm not so sure

00:42:58.160 we've even gotten

00:42:58.720 the DNA results

00:43:00.280 of who was actually

00:43:00.960 in the car.

00:43:01.960 But it talks about,

00:43:03.140 a lot about Chinese drones

00:43:04.680 and Chinese technology.

00:43:05.960 You've been all over this.

00:43:07.020 You've been the tip

00:43:07.580 of the spear

00:43:08.020 to say,

00:43:08.540 hey guys,

00:43:09.160 we have venture capital

00:43:10.760 companies

00:43:11.320 using American pension funds,

00:43:13.560 particularly Sequoia Capital

00:43:14.760 and others,

00:43:15.840 at the highest levels

00:43:16.880 of American industry

00:43:18.760 and American finance

00:43:19.900 that are openly

00:43:21.140 working with

00:43:22.460 the Chinese Communist Party

00:43:23.380 to give them access

00:43:24.400 to every piece

00:43:25.240 of advanced technology

00:43:26.240 to make

00:43:27.200 the most advanced drones.

00:43:29.720 How does this tie into this?

00:43:30.920 Because it looks like

00:43:31.640 from this guy's email

00:43:33.260 that he killed himself

00:43:35.400 as a show

00:43:36.580 to try to wake people up

00:43:37.840 to the effect

00:43:41.720 that the Chinese Communist Party

00:43:43.060 has got these drones

00:43:43.900 that are going to attack

00:43:44.480 the United States?

00:43:45.360 Am I misreading that,

00:43:46.960 sir?

00:43:48.240 Yeah,

00:43:48.660 and I think,

00:43:49.420 Steve,

00:43:49.820 the letter,

00:43:51.940 the Las Vegas police

00:43:53.400 to Ryan

00:43:54.340 have said

00:43:55.080 that it's legitimate.

00:43:56.640 So I think

00:43:57.240 they've validated

00:43:58.620 that they have

00:43:59.420 every reason

00:43:59.960 to believe it's legitimate.

00:44:00.840 so one of the things

00:44:01.960 it said

00:44:02.420 in the letter

00:44:03.500 and certainly

00:44:03.940 we don't want to

00:44:04.560 glorify this

00:44:06.000 but as the facts

00:44:06.760 come out

00:44:07.140 it's looking like

00:44:07.820 it was not a terrorist event

00:44:09.460 and the guy

00:44:09.940 was looking to

00:44:10.840 send a message

00:44:12.100 with his own life

00:44:13.040 is that

00:44:13.700 he is making a claim

00:44:15.960 that the drones

00:44:17.180 that we've seen

00:44:18.060 over New Jersey

00:44:19.040 are from China

00:44:20.560 and that

00:44:22.160 they're getting

00:44:22.980 more and more

00:44:23.480 aggressive with those.

00:44:24.480 Now,

00:44:24.640 we don't know

00:44:25.080 if that's validated.

00:44:25.840 We know he's

00:44:26.480 making that claim

00:44:28.000 and what we know

00:44:28.740 now is a lot

00:44:29.580 of the people

00:44:29.960 who are talking

00:44:30.440 about the miracle

00:44:31.920 of the Cybertruck

00:44:32.900 are now quiet

00:44:33.820 about what's being

00:44:35.260 said in the actual letter

00:44:37.720 and they're not

00:44:38.240 talking about this.

00:44:39.140 We seem to talk

00:44:39.700 about everybody's manifesto

00:44:41.260 unless it lands squarely

00:44:43.580 in the oligarchs

00:44:45.200 and criticizing

00:44:45.800 some of the things

00:44:46.680 that they're doing.

00:44:48.640 So, Steve,

00:44:49.560 yeah,

00:44:49.880 it's so to your question

00:44:51.480 I think,

00:44:52.560 you know,

00:44:52.720 we've looked

00:44:53.280 and Congress

00:44:54.900 was trying to thread

00:44:55.760 the needle

00:44:56.140 and put through

00:44:56.720 restrictions on

00:44:57.540 up on investment

00:44:58.340 into China

00:44:58.940 and that's very

00:44:59.920 difficult to do

00:45:00.900 because we look

00:45:01.940 and say

00:45:02.360 when they first

00:45:03.500 looked at drone

00:45:04.140 companies,

00:45:04.700 Maritz from Sequoia

00:45:05.560 said these things

00:45:06.200 look like toys,

00:45:07.580 right?

00:45:07.880 Now we know

00:45:08.320 drones are the

00:45:08.940 primary military

00:45:10.580 vehicle used

00:45:11.480 to, you know,

00:45:12.120 kill lives 1.00

00:45:12.980 and deliver destruction. 0.98

00:45:14.700 So, you know,

00:45:15.580 back in 2018

00:45:16.740 would we even

00:45:17.580 restricted drones

00:45:18.620 when they looked

00:45:19.140 like toys

00:45:19.680 that were just

00:45:20.140 flying over beaches?

00:45:22.060 I can give you

00:45:23.220 another example too.

00:45:25.000 ByteDance,

00:45:25.880 you know,

00:45:26.160 TikTok,

00:45:26.480 the technology,

00:45:28.680 the artificial

00:45:29.080 intelligence technology

00:45:30.180 behind it

00:45:30.620 was used

00:45:31.040 and spun out

00:45:31.540 to create

00:45:31.920 a company

00:45:32.220 called 4 Paradigm

00:45:33.400 that uses these,

00:45:34.820 that's one

00:45:35.380 of the military

00:45:35.860 command control

00:45:36.700 systems

00:45:37.260 behind these

00:45:38.200 drone swarms.

00:45:39.000 So,

00:45:39.580 the technology

00:45:40.460 that gets created

00:45:41.200 in some of these

00:45:41.860 companies,

00:45:42.480 as we know

00:45:42.900 from some

00:45:43.280 of our own

00:45:43.740 companies,

00:45:44.540 becomes very

00:45:45.340 powerful in terms

00:45:46.260 of the military

00:45:46.800 use,

00:45:47.320 the way China 0.59

00:45:47.840 works on the

00:45:48.440 military civilian

00:45:49.220 side.

00:45:50.320 So,

00:45:50.680 the fact that

00:45:51.300 tech still wants

00:45:52.400 to keep

00:45:52.880 or somebody

00:45:53.440 still wants

00:45:53.920 to keep

00:45:54.260 any investment

00:45:54.940 open into China 1.00

00:45:55.820 is asinine. 0.99

00:45:59.260 I just want 0.99

00:46:00.020 to make sure

00:46:00.400 I reiterate

00:46:00.840 with Sean Ryan

00:46:03.080 with the email,

00:46:04.140 with the letter

00:46:04.640 that came to

00:46:05.140 the Las Vegas

00:46:05.700 police,

00:46:07.000 are you saying

00:46:07.700 that he took

00:46:09.000 his life

00:46:09.660 to make sure

00:46:10.500 that this issue

00:46:11.440 was before

00:46:12.360 the American people

00:46:13.240 about drones

00:46:14.680 from the PLA,

00:46:15.740 from the Chinese

00:46:16.380 Communist Party,

00:46:17.100 from the Chinese

00:46:17.580 military?

00:46:18.360 Was that his point?

00:46:20.040 You know,

00:46:20.440 I don't know,

00:46:20.940 Steve,

00:46:21.060 but it's certainly

00:46:21.540 looking like

00:46:22.040 as it goes now

00:46:22.740 that there

00:46:23.160 were some

00:46:23.720 coincidence here

00:46:24.500 with the other

00:46:24.980 terrorist attack.

00:46:25.920 This was not

00:46:26.420 meant to be

00:46:26.860 a terrorist attack,

00:46:27.980 although there

00:46:28.320 was a life.

00:46:29.540 So,

00:46:29.760 you know,

00:46:30.040 people don't know

00:46:30.540 this.

00:46:30.760 The Consumer

00:46:31.160 Electronics Show

00:46:31.920 is in Vegas

00:46:32.440 this week,

00:46:33.560 right,

00:46:33.960 on January 6th.

00:46:35.260 I don't know

00:46:35.540 if anybody's

00:46:36.040 put that together.

00:46:37.640 But,

00:46:38.000 you know,

00:46:39.020 if you wanted

00:46:39.420 to take lives,

00:46:40.540 you know,

00:46:40.940 doing it on

00:46:41.500 Christmas Day

00:46:42.200 in front of a

00:46:42.760 building with

00:46:43.220 nobody walking

00:46:43.840 by is really

00:46:44.580 not the way

00:46:45.020 to do it.

00:46:45.880 And typically

00:46:46.380 you don't put

00:46:46.860 fireworks in the

00:46:47.700 trunk of a car

00:46:48.460 and you typically

00:46:49.560 don't put a

00:46:50.840 manifesto

00:46:51.580 and a statement

00:46:52.040 out to social

00:46:52.880 media that,

00:46:54.200 you know,

00:46:54.400 the message

00:46:54.880 behind why

00:46:55.500 you're taking

00:46:55.920 your life.

00:46:56.420 I mean,

00:46:56.600 clearly this guy

00:46:57.320 had some 0.88

00:46:57.660 mental health 0.86

00:46:58.200 issues.

00:46:58.800 He had a

00:46:59.360 breakup in a

00:47:00.320 relationship.

00:47:01.160 He was in

00:47:01.900 therapy and

00:47:03.180 everything else.

00:47:03.780 So there were

00:47:04.260 obviously some

00:47:04.880 mental health

00:47:05.420 issues there,

00:47:06.300 but it looks

00:47:06.720 like he was

00:47:07.220 trying to send

00:47:07.900 a message.

00:47:11.560 Brian,

00:47:12.080 where do people

00:47:12.560 go?

00:47:13.100 Thank you for

00:47:13.760 jumping on this.

00:47:14.300 Where do people

00:47:14.680 go for the

00:47:15.160 information?

00:47:15.680 Your Twitter

00:47:16.020 feed is

00:47:17.280 absolutely

00:47:17.780 stunning.

00:47:18.340 this is going

00:47:19.760 to get to be

00:47:20.220 a huge deal.

00:47:20.820 We've got to

00:47:21.160 unpack this.

00:47:21.800 I think it was

00:47:22.140 New Year's Eve,

00:47:22.800 by the way,

00:47:23.120 not Christmas

00:47:23.500 Day.

00:47:23.760 I think it was

00:47:24.020 New Year's Eve

00:47:24.500 that he killed 0.60

00:47:26.060 himself.

00:47:27.600 That's okay.

00:47:28.240 Just where do

00:47:28.780 people go for

00:47:29.240 social media?

00:47:29.820 Because your

00:47:30.220 Twitter feed alone

00:47:31.320 is a,

00:47:32.280 and I'm kind

00:47:33.100 of shocked you

00:47:33.620 haven't been

00:47:33.960 shadow banned

00:47:34.560 over there.

00:47:35.440 Where do

00:47:35.720 people go?

00:47:37.080 Well,

00:47:37.320 there's always

00:47:37.700 today,

00:47:38.720 right?

00:47:40.460 And a nice

00:47:41.180 segment with

00:47:41.620 Chris,

00:47:41.980 too.

00:47:42.200 I'm sitting

00:47:42.600 here in

00:47:42.940 Marina Del Rey

00:47:43.680 if you want

00:47:44.080 to rub it in

00:47:44.500 a little bit

00:47:44.860 more with

00:47:45.220 Natalie right

00:47:45.760 now.

00:47:45.980 But they

00:47:47.560 can go to

00:47:48.000 on X,

00:47:49.040 it's BP

00:47:50.780 Costello.

00:47:53.900 Boy,

00:47:54.400 we did

00:47:54.760 South Bay

00:47:56.760 today.

00:47:59.140 Brian,

00:47:59.660 thank you so

00:48:00.120 much for

00:48:01.680 jumping on

00:48:02.120 here.

00:48:02.360 I'll call

00:48:02.640 you after

00:48:02.960 the show.

00:48:04.020 All right,

00:48:04.320 thanks.

00:48:04.680 Natalie,

00:48:05.280 thank you

00:48:10.300 very much

00:48:10.840 and love

00:48:11.540 the hot

00:48:11.860 takes.

00:48:12.160 Where do

00:48:12.340 people go

00:48:12.820 to get

00:48:13.300 you over

00:48:13.540 the weekend?

00:48:15.080 Natalie

00:48:15.440 winters

00:48:16.140 on all

00:48:16.860 platforms.

00:48:17.540 I don't

00:48:17.800 know if

00:48:18.160 they're all

00:48:18.440 that hot.

00:48:19.260 I think

00:48:19.580 it's just

00:48:19.960 the truth.

00:48:23.400 I think

00:48:24.020 you're

00:48:24.220 correct.

00:48:25.040 I think

00:48:25.380 you're

00:48:25.580 correct.

00:48:25.920 It was

00:48:26.120 very

00:48:26.320 powerful.

00:48:26.860 Thanks,

00:48:27.160 Natalie.

00:48:27.380 Appreciate

00:48:27.680 you.

00:48:30.400 Tomorrow,

00:48:31.420 we didn't

00:48:31.760 get to

00:48:32.160 get back

00:48:32.660 to the

00:48:33.000 Speaker

00:48:33.340 of the

00:48:33.500 House

00:48:33.660 to do

00:48:33.880 that

00:48:34.060 tomorrow.

00:48:34.460 We'll

00:48:34.520 have a

00:48:34.740 packed

00:48:34.980 show.

00:48:35.980 Something

00:48:36.380 is quite

00:48:37.260 odd and

00:48:39.260 disturbing

00:48:39.680 about the

00:48:40.140 situation

00:48:40.640 in Vegas.

00:48:41.300 Obviously,

00:48:41.700 it's very

00:48:42.080 unsettling

00:48:43.360 about what

00:48:44.080 happened in

00:48:44.800 New Orleans.

00:48:46.900 We don't

00:48:47.700 need Chris

00:48:48.280 Ray anymore.

00:48:49.060 We don't

00:48:49.300 need anybody

00:48:49.900 associated with

00:48:50.600 this regime.

00:48:51.260 They all

00:48:51.600 should resign

00:48:52.240 in disgrace.

00:48:54.680 And right

00:48:55.820 now,

00:48:56.140 Grassley and

00:48:56.880 others should

00:48:57.920 take it as

00:48:58.720 first order of

00:49:00.180 business to get

00:49:00.800 Pam Bondi up

00:49:02.680 in front of the

00:49:03.500 Judiciary Committee

00:49:04.280 followed by

00:49:04.820 Cash Patel

00:49:05.640 immediately.

00:49:06.580 President Trump

00:49:07.200 needs that team

00:49:08.160 in place.

00:49:09.380 The closer

00:49:09.840 we can get

00:49:10.460 to January

00:49:10.960 20th of

00:49:11.600 President Trump

00:49:12.140 fueling his

00:49:12.760 entire team

00:49:13.400 of DOD,

00:49:14.640 CIA,

00:49:15.720 FBI,

00:49:16.760 DOJ at

00:49:18.020 the top

00:49:18.460 levels and

00:49:19.640 then maybe

00:49:19.980 start going

00:49:20.400 with the

00:49:20.580 other people

00:49:21.060 but waiting

00:49:21.560 until January

00:49:22.260 15th,

00:49:22.840 16th,

00:49:23.220 17th for

00:49:23.740 the committees

00:49:24.240 and then

00:49:24.560 waiting for

00:49:25.620 the committees

00:49:26.080 to vote them

00:49:26.460 out the

00:49:26.720 following week

00:49:27.300 and then the

00:49:27.680 following week.

00:49:28.260 It's just

00:49:28.500 too long.

00:49:30.200 We're a

00:49:30.380 nation in

00:49:30.900 crisis right

00:49:31.640 now.

00:49:31.900 You can see

00:49:32.300 that.

00:49:32.660 They're trying

00:49:32.900 to sow more

00:49:33.760 chaos to make

00:49:34.720 it more

00:49:35.060 disturbing.

00:49:36.120 All of it.

00:49:37.140 It's not

00:49:37.460 acceptable.

00:49:37.860 Tomorrow's

00:49:38.980 show is

00:49:39.320 going to

00:49:39.520 be on

00:49:39.780 fire, 0.96

00:49:41.120 10 a.m.

00:49:41.680 Eastern Time.

00:49:42.420 I want to

00:49:42.600 thank everybody

00:49:43.200 for helping

00:49:43.560 put this

00:49:43.940 together.
