This has been a very terrible experience. I think it's been a tremendous setback for New York and
00:00:06.020
the New York court system. This was a case that Alvin Bragg did not want to bring. He thought it
00:00:14.580
was, from what I read and from what I hear, inappropriately handled before he got there.
00:00:22.960
A gentleman from a law firm came in and acted as a district attorney. And that gentleman,
00:00:31.240
from what I heard, was a criminal or almost criminal in what he did.
00:00:37.220
It was very inappropriate. It was somebody involved with my political opponent. Part of
00:00:44.540
the records that we're talking about, they're saying, I just noticed where he said I was
00:00:50.040
falsifying business records. Well, the falsification of business records, as they say, it was calling
00:00:56.880
a legal expense in the books where everybody could see them, a legal expense. In other words,
00:01:01.720
that legal fees or legal expense were put down as legal expense by accountants. They weren't put
00:01:07.980
down by me. They were put down by accountants. I didn't call them construction, concrete work. I
00:01:13.500
didn't call them electrical work. I didn't call them a, they called a legal fee or legal expense,
00:01:18.720
a legal expense. And for this, I got indicted. It's incredible, actually. Now, if you look,
00:01:26.460
my attorney alluded to it, the top legal scholars and legal pundits in this country, the ones that
00:01:35.440
are quoted all the time on television that are making their views felt and highly respected people
00:01:41.700
have said, everyone, virtually everyone that I know of, I haven't seen any to the contrary. Not one
00:01:49.500
and none of these people are not exactly friends of mine, to put it mildly. But they all said this
00:01:55.480
is a case that should have never been brought. It's an injustice of justice. Very respected Jonathan
00:02:03.400
Turley, Andy McCarthy, Judge David Rifkin, a wonderful man who just passed away, by the way.
00:02:12.340
Greg Jarrett, Ellie Honig from CNN, of all places. CNN said that Paul Ingrassia, Alan Dershowitz,
00:02:23.140
they all said this is not a case that should be brought. It's not, think about it. Legal expenses
00:02:28.260
are down as legal expenses and, and I get indicted for business records. Everybody should be so
00:02:33.820
accurate. It's been a political witch hunt. It was done to damage my reputation so that I'd lose the
00:02:41.940
election. And obviously that didn't work. And the people of our country got to see this firsthand
00:02:46.880
because they watched the case in your courtroom. They got to see this firsthand and then they voted
00:02:51.720
and I won and got the largest number of votes by far of any Republican candidate in history.
00:02:59.060
And won, as you know, all seven swing states. Won conclusively all seven swing states. And won
00:03:07.200
the popularity, the popular vote by millions and millions of votes. And they've been watching your
00:03:13.280
trial. So they understood it. I wasn't allowed to use the lawyer client privilege or the reliance on
00:03:21.180
council. I had a lawyer that made this deal and he admitted that. And he was also a totally
00:03:27.280
discredited person. We weren't allowed to use the information from the Southern District that totally
00:03:32.160
discredited him. It wasn't allowed to be put in. And that was terrible, unbelievable. And this is a man
00:03:39.560
who's got no standing. He's been disbarred on other matters, unrelated. And he was allowed to talk as
00:03:50.000
though he were George Washington. But he's not George Washington. He shouldn't have been allowed.
00:03:55.100
The Southern District did a book of approximately 28 pages where they I've never seen anything like
00:04:02.280
it. They excoriated him. You wouldn't let it be put into evidence. So he was able to testify
00:04:07.660
as a witness. And I think it's a disgrace to the system. I was under a gag order. I'm the first
00:04:14.100
president in history that was under a gag order where I couldn't talk about aspects of the case that are
00:04:18.840
very important. I guess I'm still under. So probably I won't do it now. I assume I'm still
00:04:23.880
under a gag order. But the fact is that I'm totally innocent. I did nothing wrong. They talk about
00:04:32.660
business records and the business records were extremely accurately counted. I had nothing to
00:04:38.120
do with them. Any of that was done by an accountant or a bookkeeper who I think gave very credible
00:04:43.380
testimony and was corroborated by everybody that was asked. And with all that's happening in our
00:04:51.720
country today, with a city that's burning to the ground, one of our largest, most important cities
00:04:57.280
burning to the ground with wars that are uncontrollably going on, with all of the problems of
00:05:03.560
inflation and attacks on countries and all of the horrible things that are going on, I got indicted
00:05:12.040
over calling a legal expense a legal expense. It was called a legal expense. I just want to say I
00:05:18.960
think it's an embarrassment to New York. And New York has a lot of problems. But this is a great
00:05:23.920
embarrassment. I believe that this and other cases that were brought, as you know, the DOJ is very much
00:05:30.660
involved in this case. It's because that's the political opponent they're talking about.
00:05:35.980
The DOJ is very involved. You have a gentleman sitting right there from the DOJ who was from the
00:05:41.520
DOJ's office. He was also involved with the New York State Attorney General's case.
00:05:46.060
And he went from there to here. He went around and did what he had to do. He got them to move on me.
00:05:52.200
But in the meantime, I won the election and a massive landslide. And the people of this country
00:05:57.940
understand what's gone on. This has been a weaponization of government. They call it lawfare.
00:06:02.960
Never happened to any extent like this, but never happened in our country before.
00:06:08.000
And I'd just like to explain that I was treated very, very unfairly. And I thank you very much.
00:06:20.940
to conclude this criminal proceeding by the imposition of sentence.
00:06:27.120
Although I have taken the unusual step of informing you in advance of my inclinations,
00:06:32.800
before imposing sentence, I believe it is important for you,
00:06:36.520
as well as those observing these proceedings, to understand my reasoning for the sentence
00:06:42.900
The imposition of sentence is one of the most difficult
00:06:47.880
and significant decisions that any criminal court judge is called upon to make.
00:06:55.560
Our legislature sets the parameters for an authorized sentence,
00:06:59.860
but it is a judge that must decide what constitutes a just conclusion
00:07:07.500
The court is vested with broad discretion in determining what sources
00:07:11.260
or evidence may consider to arrive at an appropriate sentence.
00:07:16.840
In doing so, the court must consider the facts of the case,
00:07:21.420
along with any aggravating or mitigating circumstances.
00:07:28.000
In my time on the bench, I've been called upon to grapple
00:07:30.760
with this weighty responsibility for countless defendants
00:07:34.300
who have been found guilty after trial for an assortment of offenses,
00:07:42.040
to the most heinous of crimes including homicides,
00:07:50.640
The task is always difficult and deserving of careful consideration,
00:07:55.700
whether the sentence be an unconditional discharge
00:08:01.580
However, never before has this court been presented
00:08:06.740
with such a unique and remarkable set of circumstances.
00:08:21.500
public interest, and heightened security involving various agencies.
00:08:32.840
the trial itself was no more special, unique, or extraordinary
00:08:37.800
than the other 32 criminal trials that took place in this courthouse
00:09:05.700
And it was all conducted pursuant to the rules of procedure
00:09:43.220
about the circumstances surrounding this sentencing.
00:42:30.400
They spent hundreds of millions of dollars trying
00:42:40.720
This audience stood up during the impeachment of
00:42:49.360
Philip Patrick is going to be with me tomorrow.
00:42:52.300
Of course, he actually had to evacuate his house.

On the Birch Gold, we're going to walk through tomorrow
00:44:49.820
this situation in the bond market, which is signaling
00:45:01.040
At the same time, it's now come out that Janet Yellen left our own
00:45:05.440
Scott Besson, who was one of our big contributors, was here on all the time,
00:45:11.980
He will have his confirmation hearing next week.
00:45:19.160
President Trump is walking into the middle of a crisis of capital markets
00:45:26.220
All of these governments have been turfed out for the same thing.
00:45:29.060
Immigration and the Ukraine war support that led to major financial problems.
00:45:33.460
From Germany to France to the United Kingdom to, I would argue,
00:45:40.720
Even a little bit in South Korea, although South Korea's got the CCP's hand
00:45:47.200
So make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:45:50.740
Learn about modern monetary theory, the idea that God is here.
00:46:02.040
There's a BlackRock connection here, and we're always on watch for Larry Fink
00:46:07.200
and the masters of the universe, the lords of easy money on Wall Street.
00:46:17.820
why are these small group of Republicans working so hard to keep their power and control
00:46:22.360
when it's so clearly against the Republican Party and just common sense?
00:46:28.040
And one of my friends, Mitch Little, wrote an editorial on X and pointed out that there are
00:46:35.720
connections between Dennis Bonin, who was the Speaker of the House, Dade Phelan, who was
00:46:43.200
or is right now the Speaker of the House, Dustin Burrows, who is running for the Speaker of the
00:46:47.940
House, Cody Harris and maybe others, that are all shareholders and employees of this little
00:46:54.580
bank called Third Coast Bank. And Third Coast Bank's largest shareholder is BlackRock.
00:47:00.580
Their second largest shareholder is Vanguard. And so you're starting to see why there's so much
00:47:07.460
power in what should be an administrative managerial position as Speaker of the House
00:47:12.560
that just kind of helps the people and the members of the House to do their work.
00:47:17.140
But it's all connected back to these people that are on the board of Third Coast Bank,
00:47:24.120
employees in Third Coast Bank. And I don't know exactly what the financial
00:47:29.260
implications of all that are, but it's something that definitely needs to be to be investigated.
00:47:36.420
Brent, how do people go to get more information about this? Our audience has worked up.
00:47:41.020
We spend a lot of time working in Texas and the Texas citizens are great, but they want to know
00:47:45.300
how the information in a call to action of where do they go? What do they do? So where do they go?
00:47:50.360
Absolutely. First, they need to go to TexasSpeakerRace.com. That will show them which
00:47:55.760
people, which members are with Dustin Burroughs and this BlackRock group, and which are with David
00:48:04.460
Cook. Call the David Cook people and tell them thank you. Call the Dustin Burroughs people and ask
00:48:09.500
them, what are they doing? Why aren't they with the Republicans? And then they can follow me on
00:48:14.700
x at BrentMoney.com or at BrentMoney. They can follow. There's a lot of reps. I retweet a lot
00:48:21.680
of them. Like I said, Mitch Little, who was Ken Paxton's attorney during the sham impeachment,
00:48:27.360
is a great follow. And he has laid it out pretty well also.
00:48:32.080
Okay, brother. Appreciate you. We'll get everybody over there. Mitch Little is a good man. We spent a lot
00:48:39.700
of time with Mitch, went down and actually did a campaign event for Mitch. I will be, maybe,
00:48:45.140
Mo, you can get it later in the next hour. I'll be in Denton, Texas for the, what is it? The Reagan
00:48:52.540
Day, the Lincoln Reagan Dinner that's going to be there on Saturday. I think it's the 27th. It's the
00:48:59.740
Saturday right after the inauguration. I'm going to go down with Glenn Story and the team. Love going
00:49:06.160
down to Texas. Love being part of this dinner. Going to give some remarks and we'll meet everybody,
00:49:11.140
take some selfies, shake some hands, get to know you. Couldn't be prouder to kick off post
00:49:16.240
inauguration down in the great state of Texas. Mitchell and these guys are good. It's tough to
00:49:21.620
figure out. I mean, the business interest down there are out of control. Now they're going to go cut
00:49:25.620
deals. The Larry Fink guy is going to go cut deals to the Democrats on a state that Trump won by 14%
00:49:30.780
that we overwhelmingly won in defense of Attorney General Paxton. Lindale, you're a Minnesota boy,
00:49:39.840
but you're a big Texas fan. Are you not, sir? Absolutely. I'm in Texas a lot of the time.
00:49:45.720
And I'll tell you, down there, a lot of the stuff we're doing with our election platforms,
00:49:51.080
by the way, that we're still going on, everybody, is going, is starting in Texas. We have so much
00:49:56.840
with, I work with Ken Paxton all the time. I work with Ken Paxton all the time down there. We are,
00:50:02.560
we're not giving up. We're going to have secure elections whether we, whether we get, whether
00:50:08.560
we want it or not. Well, that, that's why you got to get rid of these bad guys trying to take over
00:50:14.440
the Texas house for the bad guys. Well, crosses, how are we doing? Are we sold out on crosses yet?
00:50:18.960
We sold out on crosses. Yeah, it's pretty close. It's pretty close, everybody. We have the crosses
00:50:22.940
exclusive for the warm room, warm room posse. But what I wanted to get on tight is we're getting
00:50:28.200
very low on the flannel sheets. I want to get that so you can get them in the next couple of days here.
00:50:33.160
The flannel sheets, remember, that's a warm room exclusive sale. It's going to be ending soon.
00:50:39.060
We're going to get, we do, we still have all the colors, but they're getting very low.
00:50:41.960
The queen size, only 59.98. King size, only 69.98. That's like, I don't know, it's upwards of 50%
00:50:51.880
off. And that's in a war room exclusive promo code war room. And then the cross the same way. They are
00:50:58.660
getting low, but we've got to, we'll have a new supply hopefully coming in next week. There's the
00:51:02.840
my cross right there. Go to the website right next to it, the flannel sheets. But you guys know,
00:51:07.960
also that clearance event is a warm room exclusive clearance event. So go to the website. When you
00:51:14.680
click on that, click on that clearance thing. There's all of our sleepwear. Everything for this
00:51:19.060
season is there and you can get upwards of 80% off. These are all war room exclusives. And remember,
00:51:26.000
we still have the pillows. My employees are busy making every day. The classics, 14.98.
00:51:30.880
Queen size, 18.88. King size, 19.88 or 1990. And then the body pillows, 29.98. That's still
00:51:40.840
warm room exclusive. And there's the number 800-873-1062. My reps love hearing from the
00:51:48.480
war room posse. Remember everybody, it's a win, win, win. My employees, my pillow, we just keep
