00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:10.040 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:16.640 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:20.400 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people
00:00:23.980 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people
00:00:31.800 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my
00:00:39.740 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band
00:00:46.960 welcome to the war room it is wednesday january 15th in the year of our lord 2025
00:00:59.660 we finally so glad that we've reached the day where i get to read you
00:01:05.320 joe biden's farewell letter on air or just the highlights well i guess i should say uh
00:01:12.900 lowlights because that's basically i would say this is probably the largest example in modern
00:01:19.040 day history of gaslighting at best maybe just an example of dementia but at worst an insult to your
00:01:26.680 intelligence the only positive thing i guess that i have to say about joe biden's farewell letter which
00:01:33.000 i think is sort of the pregame to the speech that he'll be giving later today is that hey maybe at
00:01:37.520 least he's just getting used to the preferred method of correspondence while in prison
00:01:41.860 right sending letters after all this isn't just about wokeness or dei this is about four years of
00:01:54.440 destroying de-dollarizing and deconstructing this country from the inside out and yes msnbc i'm using
00:02:02.680 the word inside because the enemy within is on full display in the full-scale gaslight
00:02:08.740 that is joe biden's farewell letter so that's your legacy let's go out to say mr president but you
00:02:17.940 sir are no president there's more revisionist history i think maybe than the uh the 1619 project
00:02:24.120 and just flagging it is interesting you know we uh pay attention to the small details here in the war
00:02:30.060 room but if you read the letter he didn't sign it president joe biden it's because you know
00:02:37.680 that you stole this election you didn't win you never won
00:02:42.360 and i think i can think of what over 70 million or so reasons why in this latest election
00:02:49.400 each vote in and of itself its own piece of evidence proving there's no way that what 83 81 whatever the
00:02:55.840 number may be million people ever voted for you now i'm going to read you some of the highlights
00:03:02.480 and i want you guys with each sentence that i read to tell me if this squares with any of your lived
00:03:08.840 experience under joe biden today we have the strongest economy in the world and have created
00:03:15.020 a record 16.6 million new jobs wages are up inflation continues to come down the racial wealth gap is the
00:03:23.060 lowest it's been in 20 years we're rebuilding our entire nation urban suburban rural and tribal
00:03:29.200 communities manufacturing is coming back to america we're leading the world again in science and
00:03:35.820 innovation including the semiconductor industry and we finally beat big pharma to lower the cost of
00:03:41.440 prescription drugs for seniors more people have health insurance today in america than ever before
00:03:46.620 i signed one of the most significant laws helping millions of veterans who were exposed to toxic
00:03:51.520 materials in their families as well as the most significant climate law ever and the first major gun
00:03:56.660 safety law in nearly 30 years here's the kicker today the violent crime rate is at a 50-year low
00:04:03.900 i guess maybe after reading that i now know why what meta got rid of their whole fact-checking
00:04:10.260 operation because i guess they'd be working overtime to deal with all that nothing in that letter
00:04:17.140 is true i will debate frankly the audience you guys could debate any single sentence in that letter
00:04:25.520 and show that it is complete and utter bs i'm sorry sorry joe biden not to not to trigger you saying
00:04:31.940 the word debate we all know how you did uh so well in that joe biden of course is already i think uh
00:04:37.280 shading nancy pelosi a bit i thought we were friends well we'll go back to the letter because there's
00:04:46.000 another quote that i want to read for you guys this this is when it gets really good so i think
00:04:51.180 you can hear the akamala speech writer coming out in this part history is in your hands the power is
00:04:58.200 in your hands the idea of america lies in your hands we just have to keep the faith and remember who we
00:05:05.780 are we are the united states of america and there is simply nothing beyond our capacity when we do it
00:05:12.200 together i'm curious joe biden does this apply to the january sixers does this apply to stephen k
00:05:23.260 bannon does this apply to peter navarro does this apply to i don't know the school board moms and dads
00:05:29.460 the catholics playing praying the rosary outside the abortion clinic last time i checked you put their
00:05:35.980 hands in handcuffs and just a pro tip if you really think that you were preaching and proselytizing
00:05:46.880 unity and togetherness you probably weren't if now all the people who were involved in that are now
00:05:54.920 begging for blanket preemptive pardons not just pardons not just preemptive pardons but blanket
00:06:01.420 preemptive pardons i don't think maga really ever felt that unity or that hand holding
00:06:08.340 not that i want to hold your hand especially not you hunter biden i don't know where the heck those
00:06:12.840 hands have been but this is some next level gaslighting that i guess we've only come to expect
00:06:18.800 from this regime they then go on to list thousands of words of their record of everything that they've
00:06:25.600 accomplished accomplished now some of them are really weird such as 230 million americans are
00:06:34.380 now vaccinated up from 3.5 million when president biden took office how's that that's the new version
00:06:40.880 of manifest destiny you're not manifesting destiny you're manifesting bigger profits uh for pfizer and
00:06:47.060 moderna that's joe biden's legacy but this has to be probably one of my favorite headlines or subheading
00:06:53.820 in the article are you ready joe biden quote protected the american people from terrorism
00:06:59.080 and wrongful detention well i think the people of new orleans and stephen k bannon would probably like
00:07:07.740 a word with you on both of those and then it gets even better did you know that joe biden quote grew
00:07:15.040 the economy and lowered costs well the economy is not the assets under management by hunter biden and
00:07:21.600 something tells me that if just the word grocery standing alone by itself can be a campaign slogan
00:07:26.840 that costs aren't really lowering all that much now another thing i don't know if you missed this i
00:07:33.100 miss this joe biden quote catalyzed a small business boom i don't know i'm not really hearing that joe biden
00:07:41.980 also highlights how he supported american workers yet they don't tell you about what was it flooding the
00:07:48.320 zone and inundating this country with cheap third world tier labor i guess that's what's being
00:07:55.260 supported by joe biden as an american worker means oh and of course they uh preach about their tax
00:08:03.400 fairness and fiscal responsibility again a direct quote i think the debt ceiling the cr the deficit
00:08:12.200 all those wonderful negotiations that we've had and that we've been on the front line of on this show
00:08:17.060 would probably beg to differ call me a conspiracy theorist i know but i think the numbers don't
00:08:25.160 lie and when i say numbers i'm not talking about hundreds or hundreds of thousands or millions or
00:08:30.460 billions i'm talking trillions and here's where we get to the even better stuff because i don't know
00:08:37.940 if you knew this but joe biden says that he saved quote american leadership around the world
00:08:42.820 he quote ended the longest war in american history in reference to afghanistan of course
00:08:51.980 talk about a whitewashing i think that euphemistic term i think the 13 gold star families would
00:09:02.260 probably beg to differ that the way that you quote ended that war was anything to be proud of
00:09:08.720 i mean you may as well just come out and speak from a podium all drugged up on whatever you're
00:09:16.040 taking and say that you don't care about the american people and you wish that they were dead
00:09:20.700 and we know you do
00:09:24.200 and maybe that's just patriotism to joe biden and then of course it's just a bunch of ukraine
00:09:31.540 drivel talking points we guess we can call it propaganda they quote stood with ukraine in defense
00:09:37.060 of freedom and democracy they worked to build lasting peace in the middle east responsibly
00:09:41.980 and they managed competition with the people's republic of china note to self it's the chinese
00:09:47.820 communist party now this all gets a little too uh weff and united nationsy for me but they brag
00:09:55.720 about how they've quote bolstered climate resilience and adaptation they've accelerated a clean
00:10:01.580 transportation future and they've advanced the most ambitious environmental justice agenda in history
00:10:08.340 and of course for good measure they had to throw in everything they've done on racial equality equal
00:10:15.680 opportunity and diversity as well as gender equity and equality that was a mouthful i'd also ask
00:10:22.900 california how all that's working out last time i checked what was it last week i was hosting the show
00:10:28.600 and my house was in a mandatory evacuation zone but hey at least my fire chief's a lesbian
00:10:33.660 and my mayor's a black woman
00:10:36.320 and then here has to be probably the most gaslighting sentence of this entire document
00:10:45.100 securing our border
00:10:48.080 quote deploying the most agents and officers ever to secure the southern border
00:10:54.560 deploying the most agents and officers ever to secure the southern border
00:11:03.440 i know they're saying that this is a farewell address but just remember
00:11:09.660 had president donald j trump not won
00:11:13.500 this suspectively would have been the eulogy of these united states of america
00:11:20.200 right his parting gift to america let's put the hill article up on screen about how the trump
00:11:26.240 inauguration is already facing a copious amount of threats and yeah i'm sure it's probably to try to
00:11:30.740 drive attendance down so they can mock trump for the next four years now i guess they can say
00:11:34.820 convicted felon they want to be able to heckle him over his crowd size
00:11:37.820 well it's still bigger than zero kamala
00:11:40.960 but it is a perfect culmination of every failure of this regime
00:11:48.460 they're actually working overtime they made 7 000 exemptions for refugees coming from countries on
00:11:56.240 terrorist watch lists to allow them and grant them citizenship here in the united states of america
00:12:01.020 they overlooked quote terrorism related entry restrictions oh and by the way one of the
00:12:07.380 illegals who started one of those fires out in california which by the way another war room
00:12:11.680 called shot he probably won't even be detained because california is a sanctuary state
00:12:17.580 sorry to assume your pronouns i know joe biden's office of refugee resettlement is working overtime to
00:12:24.360 change the application forms for unaccompanied minors so they can now put their preferred pronouns
00:12:29.220 and identify as non-binary when they're trying to breach and enter the united states illegally
00:12:33.900 law enforcement is so off their rocker and weaponized and off of their task and purpose
00:12:42.460 which is keeping the homeland safe and even if they wanted to it's a bunch of dei and affirmative
00:12:46.860 action hires so good luck on that that they couldn't even keep this inauguration safe if they wanted to
00:12:51.580 and that's all by design
00:12:53.300 and here's the best part here's the juxtaposition the thing itself
00:13:00.940 no one gives a crap what joe biden says everyone knows it's a lie
00:13:06.560 but when president trump speaks people listen
00:13:10.380 just a week ago president trump said and i quote all hell will break out if the hostages
00:13:18.200 held in gaza right now are not returned to the united states
00:13:21.400 and you know what just happened today like i said just a week after that
00:13:26.160 because our adversaries our enemies and even our allies know that we're actually playing with a full
00:13:32.320 deck of cards and not a president who was god knows where doing god knows what the only unifying
00:13:37.800 factor of all of his actions being that he hates this country and has tried to destroy it for what 50
00:13:44.680 years when president trump speaks people listen and that's why you're seeing now a ceasefire deal
00:13:52.660 and that these hostages will be returned joe biden's state department was even forced to admit that
00:13:58.760 today in their press briefing trump of course taking credit for it and rightfully so
00:14:04.580 but how about this january 20th at what is it high noon
00:14:11.080 that's when there's a ceasefire on the american people from this rogue and weaponized and america
00:14:19.600 last government that's hated you for so long and then had the nerve and the balls to lie to you
00:14:25.880 and put out a 10 000 word letter as if you're children and you need a letter read to you about
00:14:31.840 everything that they did to destroy this country and they want to whitewash it as victories for
00:14:37.000 themselves so i would say joe biden get freaking used to writing letters because you're going to
00:14:45.680 be sending a lot of them when you're rotting in prison which is where you belong and it's where
00:14:51.260 your son belongs to and deep down you know that and that's why you pardoned him
00:14:54.640 we'll be right back after this short break
00:14:57.560 big victory on 5 november now the work can finally start on the big issues facing the country one of
00:15:05.760 the biggest is the national debt and the deficits that drive it hey you think the country's broke the
00:15:12.260 country is broke we're just printing money to keep this house of cards going the strategy remains the
00:15:18.960 same for you you got to diversify diversify your savings that's why buy gold from birch gold

00:16:18.920 welcome back to the war room where you know we always like to keep things a little hot i know
00:16:34.200 the media was a little bit i guess in meltdown about some of our comments about all things
00:16:38.120 mark zuckerberg but how about this i'll pile on all these people these hacks the benny johnsons of the
00:16:45.020 world the liz cheney's begging groveling adam kinzinger mr only criminals need pardons now
00:16:51.560 groveling for their pardons yet the corporate equivalent of that is now the millions of dollars
00:16:57.120 that the bezos's and the zuckerberg's and all these sellouts now what hosting all these inaugural
00:17:02.800 parties oh wow your conversion to maga is so legit yeah that's the equivalent of the corporate
00:17:08.500 pardons might i humbly suggest that those are the companies that we should be investigating
00:17:12.880 and looking into first for a full-out globalist conspiracy to not just steal the 2020 election
00:17:19.000 but to steal this country from you from your children from your grandchildren and deprive us
00:17:24.380 of the way of life that we have known for so long and i say we uh fund those investigations
00:17:30.480 with the money that they've donated how's that for a hot take speaking of hot takes
00:17:36.840 it's not a hot take to say that joe biden won uh rather did not win the 2020 election
00:17:44.000 that president trump did i know some of our some of our other friends in media have a little
00:17:49.400 harder time saying that but the issue of election fraud is not going anywhere it's certainly not gone
00:17:55.460 away and even though we enjoyed a wonderful victory in 2024 there are a lot of people on the
00:18:00.500 state and local levels who are really advocating uh hardcore for some much-needed changes i'm honored
00:18:06.680 to be joined now by jordan pace who is a representative in the south carolina house also the chairman of
00:18:12.500 the south carolina freedom caucus he joins us now jordan there's a big article talking about how you
00:18:18.140 guys are pushing for certain measures or at least just sort of sounding the alarm um on the threat
00:18:22.840 of non-citizen voting which i would argue was not really comprehensively or adequately addressed
00:18:27.960 even in 2024 certainly not in 2020 and probably every election uh preceding it but can you sort of walk
00:18:33.780 the audience through uh the glaring issues loopholes errors that you think currently exist and how you
00:18:40.720 guys are going about trying to fix them on the state level yeah i mean this uh this really started all
00:18:46.660 the way back in the 1990s with the what's usually called the motor voter act and it was 1994 it required
00:18:53.500 uh state agents or states that received this money uh ostensibly for like you know roads and various
00:19:00.700 other uh strings uh to to record to register uh everyone who it goes on government welfare of any kind
00:19:10.560 uh to offer them the opportunity to register to vote well uh what that's turned into is states like
00:19:20.200 south carolina spending gobs and gobs of taxpayer money is to send voter registration forms repeatedly
00:19:27.000 to non-citizens um so uh folks that are here legally or illegally um but we we know for a fact
00:19:37.920 uh that uh at least some legal non-citizen migrants uh brought it to our attention uh last year
00:19:46.280 uh to our former chairman of the freedom caucus here in south carolina that she had received
00:19:50.940 uh form after form after form after form from state agencies uh showing her how to register to vote
00:19:58.600 and asking her if she wants to register to vote and she she brought it to us and saying hey i'm not a
00:20:04.720 citizen this is not right uh how many people are are getting these forms and and don't have the
00:20:12.220 integrity that this lady had um to uh to bring up to us uh how many are registering to vote and we don't
00:20:19.840 know and actually we found out today actually just a few minutes ago got a uh a notification that our
00:20:26.980 current director of our election state election commission is under investigation by our um by
00:20:33.140 sled or our state law enforcement division uh so it is a it is quite a mess and there's a reason that
00:20:40.400 uh that voters in south carolina and in states all over the country don't feel like our our elections are
00:20:46.840 safe and secure i mean good grief in south carolina we have a super majority in both houses uh of
00:20:53.720 republicans and we don't we can't even get closed primaries done uh much less and it's other stuff
00:21:00.400 about you know actually auditing elections more than one percent uh less than excuse me less than one
00:21:05.420 percent of our uh precincts are audited in any given election uh audited by hand but we can't even get
00:21:11.760 closed primaries and there's a reason why in states like south carolina where we have super majority
00:21:18.660 uh that we're competing with states like connecticut uh for the last like 10 years on you know the
00:21:27.060 number of conservative policies that have been enacted uh it is not a good thing um
00:21:32.920 but we have the opportunity now thanks to shows like yours to connect people uh beyond just the
00:21:42.120 the mainstream corporate media and and let voices be heard that haven't been heard before and i think
00:21:48.700 it's starting to turn the tide uh as far as elections here on the state level and i'm curious your thoughts
00:21:55.560 i mean the fact that we can't even answer the question right how many non-citizens voting or how
00:21:59.300 rampant or widespread is this problem i think sort of then presupposes the idea right that that there
00:22:03.820 is a problem if you can't answer it doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't exist it means that
00:22:07.660 we can't quantify it but you say that at least in south carolina you guys have a super majority
00:22:12.220 understand 12 or so states as part of the state freedom caucus uh network of sort of co-sponsored or
00:22:18.360 collectively advocating for this but where would you say or assess that a lot of the opposition to your
00:22:25.260 election integrity efforts are coming from in other words do you think that it's more so
00:22:29.200 the democratic party or are you feeling backlash even from your more established republican
00:22:34.140 counterparts too yeah in south carolina house there's only like 36 democrats they can't do
00:22:39.780 anything on their own it is it is the teaming up of those democrats and then the moderates within the
00:22:46.160 republican caucus that have brought that have blocked our attempts at closed primaries that have blocked
00:22:51.340 our attempts at uh paper ballots that have blocked blocked our attempts to remove funding for
00:22:57.440 um uh the the the system you know the failed system of um going through the voter rolls that it turns out
00:23:08.060 they weren't actually doing it that all the other states that texas and and and florida have left
00:23:12.460 um a lot of our colleagues didn't know what it was we try to to get that out in last year's budget
00:23:18.500 our former chairman when he brought up this issue up of uh these voter registration forms going to
00:23:23.780 non-citizens we try to cut uh cut that as a proviso in our state budget to tell our agencies stop doing
00:23:30.760 this and the pushback from our republican colleagues was well what if we lose federal funding for like
00:23:36.940 medicaid and and all these other programs and and my our response back to them was what what state lost
00:23:45.860 federal funding when they defied the federal government and legalized marijuana or defied the federal
00:23:51.440 government when in the first trump administration and and and have these sanctuary cities in in their
00:23:57.540 in their states like if they're not going to cut our medicaid funding cut the medicaid funding for
00:24:03.200 having sanctuary cities and jordan i'm just i'm curious when they when you're debating this with
00:24:08.320 with your colleagues and they're trying to make the pitch saying oh this is why we don't support it
00:24:12.620 is the rationale that they just have an alternative idea as to how to secure elections or are they not
00:24:18.540 even really engaging with you on face value what what's their pitch well you know whenever we bring
00:24:25.040 this up in south carolina when we have it's that we have safe elections i mean our our when we brought
00:24:31.820 this up last last year our governor uh went and told sled to do an investigation to see if any laws had
00:24:38.700 been broken and when that's not even what we brought up like our our whole point wasn't that the that
00:24:44.020 state laws were being broken our point was we're spending money on these things that we shouldn't
00:24:49.440 be spending money on um and there isn't a law in place to stop it that was our whole point so his of
00:24:55.800 course his report came back and said oh no laws were broken everything's fine when that's not even what
00:25:01.020 we were bringing up um so i mean essentially their their answer is everything's fine why are y'all
00:25:07.140 freaking out like why are you making this a big deal so how can our audience the most grassroots
00:25:13.360 activist engaged audience that i think exists how can they help you help your fellow state freedom
00:25:19.000 caucus um members and representatives how can they help get this legislation across the finish line
00:25:24.140 yeah uh so the best way is to uh check out our our sub stack we put this information out uh

00:25:37.460 jordanpace.com i do an email uh to about updates with this uh if they want to contribute to what we're
00:25:43.260 doing i mean our leadership opposed us uh last year pretty strongly i mean they spent millions of
00:25:49.680 dollars trying to oust our our members thankfully all of our members who ran for re-election
00:25:53.440 were re-elected by huge margins because the grassroots are behind us um we're trying to fight
00:25:59.380 and the grassroots like i said are i think appreciate that um so contributing to our our cause like
00:26:06.860 so we get outspend 10 to 1 uh or worse um but being able to fight back and and due to the support from
00:26:15.060 grassroots is what lets us uh move things in the right direction and i think we are and um yeah so
00:26:21.520 that's the best way to do it and we've got some more stuff in the works we're going to file some bills
00:26:26.760 uh very shortly and uh our legislative season just started yesterday so we got some bills come down
00:26:33.020 the pipe to uh make things less hot less friendly in south carolina for uh folks who are not here
00:26:40.160 legally we love to hear it if people want to follow you where can they go to do that

00:27:07.560 by julie kelly give us a rundown on all the hearings that are happening today and of course
00:27:13.240 the january 6th the law fair they have an interesting uh shall we say rebrand that they're
00:27:17.700 trying to attempt to go after president trump once he's out of office because these people are sick

00:29:35.440 or visit tnusa.com slash bannon tnusa.com slash bannon tnusa.com slash bannon you're very very very very
00:29:46.460 very likely uh to uh be confirmed and uh certainly look forward to working with you in your office on
00:29:52.960 the issues that i've raised today uh and more will it be your advice the president no mr president i need
00:30:00.220 to go over them on a case-by-case basis do not issue blanket pardons will that be your advice to
00:30:05.740 the president senator i have not looked at any of those files if confirmed i will look at the files
00:30:11.960 and will you be able to do will you be able to review hundreds of cases on day one i will look at
00:30:17.900 every file i am of course you won't so will you advise the president can i answer the question well my
00:30:23.120 question i would have plenty of staff you said of course you want you you'll be able to review
00:30:27.780 hundreds of cases i'm not going to mislead this body nor you all right let me ask another question
00:30:33.920 you don't want to answer that let me ask you were censured by congress for comments just like this
00:30:38.500 i guess uh blanket pardons for me but not the in the case of uh adam schiff v the jan
00:30:47.760 sixers but even better in the case of pam bondy v adam schiff i think the score is pam
00:30:53.380 one adam schiff like negative 55 maybe he totally got beat up by her we love to see it we are joined
00:31:01.960 now by julie kelly who's going to break all of that down for us julie you've obviously tracked
00:31:07.960 really the i think railhead of so much of the doj stuff the january 6th prosecutions persecutions
00:31:13.180 take your pick and your vernacular um your thoughts on the the hearing today
00:31:19.200 well i mean natalie i think that pam bondy is someone we could totally hang out with right
00:31:26.380 that's right up our alley uh she totally shoved it up adam schiff's you know what and that was just a
00:31:33.820 delightful moment so i like her i think she was very measured uh she didn't seem overly prepared which
00:31:40.900 is good because she came across i think very uh but also you know she she has seen how this works
00:31:48.520 right right she has she understands what this committee was going to do what the democrats have
00:31:54.920 done and furthermore what was even more gratifying is her saying why is everyone so worried about
00:32:01.320 prosecuting liz cheney or jack smith why aren't you worried about protecting your own constituents in
00:32:07.540 california and she started to kind of tick off some of the crime rate the increases in crime rates in
00:32:13.300 california so uh she's got good political instincts which is nice to see because i don't think you could
00:32:21.160 say that about some other doj picks from the president at least his first term so i think she came across
00:32:28.060 very well i liked her passion i liked her answers i think she kept some of her answers sort of close to
00:32:34.100 the best which is fine um but democrats once again embarrassing themselves uh in another uh
00:32:41.620 performance uh related to the confirmation hearings for donald trump's cabinet
00:32:46.420 certainly wasn't as intense as i would say the pete hegseth hearing was i even think the washington
00:32:54.140 post what was it yesterday two days ago when they put out their slate of endorsements for
00:32:58.980 um president trump's you know cabinet secretaries or at least people who need senate confirmation i
00:33:03.700 believe pam bondy got the uh the go ahead from them from from your perspective how do you sort of
00:33:08.960 reconcile the idea that the establishment is maybe a little more favorable towards her again she did get
00:33:14.740 some tough questions today but do you think that she will have the ability to sort of you know carry
00:33:20.340 out and execute a lot of the things that you've talked about that we've talked about on this show for
00:33:25.620 for years now or or what's your sort of i you know again we're it's all hypothetical but what's what's
00:33:31.060 your sort of assessment of of that i was pretty optimistic watching her today watching her demeanor uh see that she's
00:33:40.100 willing to sort of go right back at democrats for trying to attack her integrity or the integrity of the president
00:33:48.420 so she was a very forceful defender of the president as well as condemning the weaponization of the doj
00:33:57.300 related to going after president trump i mean i thought it was very smart of her on several occasions
00:34:03.220 to note the fact that three-quarters of americans do not trust the department of justice and that is
00:34:09.620 not because of donald trump that is because what they've done to donald trump and of course his supporters
00:34:15.380 and you know people like the j6ers so i'm i'm pretty hopeful now after watching how she conducted
00:34:24.340 herself today but natalie i think what really came across today is this was sort of a dress rehearsal
00:34:31.060 for the confirmation hearings for cash patel i think probably half maybe a third or half of the hearing
00:34:38.100 was devoted to comments that cash patel has made uh his enemies list so to speak that he describes
00:34:45.300 in government gangsters and they are really prepping to pull out all the knives whenever cash uh faces
00:34:53.460 that committee for confirmation for fbi directors so i do think uh you know they tried to land a few
00:35:00.420 punches on miss bondi today uh but they are saving their fire for cash that was clear
00:35:07.060 i want to play a clip for you sort of segueing into how they are keeping this law fair alive
00:35:15.700 desperately it's absolutely insane denver if you want to roll warm's favorite glenn kershner talking
00:35:22.100 about some i'll tell you this talking about some actual conspiracy theories denver let's roll it
00:35:28.500 and that trial out in arizona is scheduled to begin about a year from now january 2026 and here's the
00:35:37.940 thing evidence of the crimes of one co-conspirator whether that person is indicted or not is generally
00:35:48.660 admissible against all of the other co-conspirators it's called co-conspirator liability so what does that
00:35:56.660 mean well come january 2026 when donald trump will be presumably finishing up the first year of his
00:36:07.940 second term as president america could be seeing the evidence of donald trump's 2020 election subversion
00:36:17.860 crimes playing out in that courtroom in arizona and i for one i'm there for all of it
00:36:30.660 because justice matters the clown you there for all of it he is such a clown that's not a real man i
00:36:40.500 don't know what that is but uh you also just like michael cohen i think you sir need some uh some trt by
00:36:46.340 the way my favorite part of that whole clip is when he gets the little smirk on his face was like
00:36:50.820 when presumably president trump's going to be finishing um his term but julie this obviously
00:36:56.500 is coming on the heels this is the reporting a few days ago arizona ag chris mays who with the
00:37:01.700 relevant backstory right people we've covered this the story very closely on the show norm eyes then
00:37:06.660 in his group the state democracy defenders they essentially funded astroturf sort of crafted the
00:37:12.340 law fair that they used out there to go after all the co-conspirators uh sort of i would say an arrow
00:37:18.500 in the quiver of the law fair attempt so now it seems like if i'm not mistaken they're sort of
00:37:23.140 pooling all their resources they're outsourcing it now to arizona buying their time until they say 2026
00:37:29.300 or post um you know president trump leaving office how they're going to want to bring these cases
00:37:35.300 back am i am i wrong to sense the pattern that that seems like they're trying they're in a holding
00:37:40.020 pattern and they're using arizona as sort of the reservoir for all this murky law fair
00:37:46.660 it appears that that is the case and that is why you had the arizona attorney general ask for the
00:37:52.340 entire file of jack smith's prosecution against the president for uh january related to january 6th and of
00:38:02.340 course jack smith merrick garland uh released jack smith's j6 report earlier this week natalie that
00:38:11.140 lasted about you know interest in that lasted about 13 seconds because what else can possibly be said
00:38:17.860 nothing um but glenn kershner as usual because he is a lying blowhard i actually sat next to him
00:38:24.980 the last hearing in judge chuckkin's courtroom in september and um he's not getting his fingernails
00:38:31.460 dirty he doesn't either understand this or he is intentionally lying to his audience probably both
00:38:39.140 um but none of the material that the supreme court determined was immunized from prosecution
00:38:48.100 which represented almost all of jack smith's j6 indictment which is why he had to gut part of it
00:38:54.100 after the supreme court immunity ruling and natalie even if the president would have lost and they
00:38:59.860 would have gone forward to the supreme court again with this j6 indictment pared down they would have
00:39:05.460 gutted it again there would have been nothing left of this so for glenn kershner to suggest that some of
00:39:12.020 the president's immunized conduct can be part of the arizona proceedings because it stayed in
00:39:17.220 not federal um either he's a moron which he probably is uh or he is intentionally lying to
00:39:23.860 his audience because he's got to keep the shtick going right natalie i mean his show justice matters
00:39:29.700 um it's over now i mean what are you what are you going to cover what are you going to try to sell
00:39:35.140 people to get clicks on your show so this is their last gas desperate attempt to try to make people
00:39:44.260 believe or at least the left believe that there's still something there when there's absolutely
00:39:49.700 nothing there it's so cringe that's the only word that i have to use i know that might be a vapid and
00:39:56.900 reductive but i think it sums it up quite nicely julie just give me a minute real quick on where we stand
00:40:03.380 on the pardons for the jan sixers as we approach the uh high noon january 20th in the year of our lord
00:40:09.860 2025 yes so natalie um you know there's a lot of excitement but also anxiety in the j6 community
00:40:18.660 and of course all of us who have been covering this the president has sat on the campaign trail
00:40:22.260 and after the election has to issue something on day one so i think that that is a legitimate
00:40:28.580 expectation there are going to be some trickier convictions and prosecutions charges uh that the
00:40:35.380 president will have to deal with of course those assaulting uh police officers regardless of
00:40:41.460 the circumstances there um and also you know heavy charges like seditious conspiracy so that may take
00:40:48.100 a little bit more time but i do believe the president when he says he wants to take day one action and if
00:40:54.980 he does issue pardons on the low level misdemeanors what we call kind of the starter pack the four or five
00:41:01.540 top misdemeanors um hundreds of j6ers will be pardoned because that represents the bulk of the uh caseload
00:41:11.140 julie kelly as always thank you so much for joining me and the audience here in the war room if people
00:41:16.100 want to follow you stay up to date with all of your brilliant analysis where can they go to do that

00:42:05.140 part out loud they will project onto you what they are really thinking
00:42:09.780 so when they say that we can't pardon the january sixers because then they will think that they will be
00:42:16.500 able to get away with trying to subvert democracy insert bs jargony catchphrase atlantic council
00:42:26.100 think tank cooked up weird phrase there they say then they'll think that they'll be able to get away
00:42:33.140 with it well how about this in the same vein if all of these people who committed crimes and waged war
00:42:40.980 against this country and its people or sorry i should specify citizens because you waged war
00:42:46.180 using non-citizens illegal immigration that's a euphemism if i've ever heard it well they're
00:42:51.860 just going to keep doing what they're doing if there are no lessons learned and there's no
00:42:55.940 accountability or there's pardons for them and they get away with it
00:43:02.180 they've never had to deal with actual accountability like i said
00:43:06.340 that's why they're giving trump what is it i think he's now going to have over 500 million dollars
00:43:10.740 in his war chest come inauguration day because all of these evil depraved globalist corporations
00:43:16.180 know that they broke the law well you're a little late to the party
00:43:23.860 just just a little
00:43:27.540 they will tell you the language that they speak in and the language that they speak in

00:45:14.420 welcome back to the war room where you got to be checking out birch gold dot com slash bannon or
00:45:26.020 texting bannon to nine eight nine eight nine eight getting the latest installment of the end of the
00:45:31.700 dollar empire you know i think there's gonna be a lot of turmoil ahead especially for those of you
00:45:37.220 you've been watching these senate confirmation hearings if those are the idiots the low iq shall
00:45:46.020 we call them grunt dunes who've become united states senators if those are the people making the
00:45:50.820 decisions i don't think you should put your financial future in their hands birch gold dot com
00:45:55.700 slash bannon especially you uh what is it senator maizey hirono that that one in particular i don't know
00:46:01.780 how she got there but i guess that's above my page and tammy duckworth that's pretty bad too
00:46:08.020 it's all bad really um i thought i thought with covid we decided that like the government overbearing
00:46:14.500 karen mentality was was out of style it never was really in um but i guess apparently with these
00:46:20.500 hearings they never really learned that i'm i'm ashamed to be a i guess a woman in politics if those
00:46:26.180 are my uh my counterparts uh speaking people in politics who you just want to go away but seem to
00:46:34.340 keep interjecting themselves in the conversation no i'm not talking about adam kinzinger or the never
00:46:39.620 trumpers i'm talking about well i guess he's a never trumper to his core uh and that is mr mike pence who
00:46:46.660 came out today we can put the article up on screen of all the nominees mike pence urges senators to oppose
00:46:53.780 the rfk jr confirmation well mike i guess those big pharma checks must be hitting really nice you
00:47:02.980 want to buy what is the second home the third home so you're going to shill out for pfizer or
00:47:07.860 moderna take your pick right on the same day that what they just announced that i guess red food dye
00:47:12.420 what is it number three or something is now banned or will be at least by the fda so maybe it's big food
00:47:17.940 that's paying you what a disgusting excuse of a man in the same way that mike johnson and so many
00:47:26.100 of these congressional republicans stand up there and hide behind the shroud of their what you know
00:47:31.860 biblical worldview and the way that they speak oh i'm mr morality and we have to oppose rfk jr because
00:47:40.660 he at one time in his life was pro-choice and he could maybe still be pro-choice mike pence i'd like
00:47:47.780 to bring you back to a little date called january 6 2021 where you sir were directly responsible for
00:47:56.260 ushering in now you probably thought i was going to say the most illegitimate regime in the united states
00:48:01.540 history but no probably the most radical crazed pro-abortion regime that has ever existed on the face of
00:48:08.740 this earth so spare me the moralizing the pro-life ivory towerism from you when in reality i would
00:48:18.580 put money on it more money than you're probably receiving from pfizer and moderna but they are paying
00:48:24.340 you hand over fist to shill against rfk jr
00:48:29.140 you have no courage and we saw that on january 6 2021 and shame on you for coming out and daring to
00:48:39.780 speak against someone who has stood up not just against the democratic establishment but probably
00:48:45.300 the most ossified and intense bureaucratic lobbyist supported funded entity and apparatus that exists
00:48:52.420 that is the codified big pharma regime that runs so much of this town and you now have the nerve first
00:49:01.140 of all who gives a damn what you think you think senators are going to listen to you no one cares but
00:49:08.820 even if they did what a disgusting use of your time and to hide behind oh i'm mr morality i'm mr faith
00:49:18.900 you are responsible for the regime whose death count not just when it comes to abortions but domestically
00:49:25.060 globally everywhere from the corners of afghanistan to ukraine to our southern border to our northern
00:49:32.900 border to east palestine to california you're responsible for that oh but rfk jr the babies shut up
