00:19:02.420 And that was tension, and that was tension, and that tension was finally broken when Massachusetts and Virginia, the two commonwealths that kind of drove the deal, the last of their presidents, and then, you know, John Quincy Adams kind of stealing one from General Jackson for the next Jacksonian populism, kind of took it all the way through until it was in the early 19th, early 20th century.
