00:00:00.000 He's president again, Project 2025's fingerprints are all over his agenda.
00:00:05.800 Even one of the key architects of Project 2025, Russell Vogt, is back in the administration
00:00:11.300 resuming the role he held during Trump's first administration, director of the Office of
00:00:16.800 Management and Budget. And on Friday, Vogt was named acting director of the Consumer
00:00:22.780 Financial Protection Bureau, which protects consumers from deceptive practices by banks,
00:00:28.180 lenders, or other financial institutions. The CFPB has been targeted for elimination by Project
00:00:34.800 2025, and now it's the latest federal agency to come into the crosshairs of President Trump and
00:00:41.120 Elon Musk. Last night, Vogt sent a series of directives to slow a portion of the Bureau's
00:00:47.320 activity, effectively putting them at a standstill. And earlier today, CFPB's employees were told to
00:00:54.460 start working remotely as the Washington, D.C. headquarters will be closed all this week.
00:01:00.460 What are we doing here? If federal funding is supposed to be routed through Congress and you
00:01:06.900 are just bypassing us, then why do I show up to the Capitol every week?
00:01:11.840 That's a great question. And for decades that I've been involved in government and politics,
00:01:16.260 even the legislative side, even if it's split government, tends to work together to fight
00:01:21.380 for their powers against the executive branch. It's not uncommon to see that. But what we're
00:01:26.220 seeing now is that the Republicans in the House and Senate are willing to completely fold to Donald
00:01:32.500 Trump's will. They're buying into he has a mandate. He doesn't have a mandate. He has the slimmest
00:01:38.120 majorities possible in the House. He has three. He doesn't have 60 votes in the Senate, but they are
00:01:44.820 afraid. I don't know how else to say it. They have no political courage. What does it take? Maybe 2026.
00:01:50.300 Maybe. But I'm not putting any stock in that.
00:01:54.640 You mean a midterm when the voters hold them accountable?
00:01:56.800 Yeah. Or yeah. And then they become a little free when some of them get reelected, like a
00:02:01.060 Susan Collins, for example. But at the end of the day, I still it troubles me so much to see that
00:02:08.680 they are willing to abdicate the very thing that makes our country great. They are not willing to
00:02:14.760 uphold the Constitution. They are not willing to live up to the oath they've taken. You can
00:02:20.700 disagree, disagree with your Democrat counterparts, but at least fight for something. You're just
00:02:26.140 simply abdicating everything, and especially in the House. And the House, I actually think they're
00:02:31.480 happy they don't have to take a bad vote.
00:02:33.420 Public opinion matters. And the public did not give Trump a mandate to dismantle the whole chunks of
00:02:40.840 the federal government. Gave him a mandate to kick the tires, check the dipstick, and make sure that
00:02:47.500 things are running well and efficiently. In that part, he has a mandate. But what Elon Musk is doing
00:02:53.820 is way beyond any mandate that Trump could possibly realistically claim. And we're going to fight
00:03:00.740 that. Remember, in his first term, Joe, you'll remember this. He wasn't much of a shrink-the-government
00:03:05.080 kind of conservative. He wasn't doing very much, if anything, to pare back the scope and size of
00:03:10.720 our federal state. Now, suddenly, they're shuttering agencies without congressional approval.
00:03:16.460 They're sending these young 20-somethings in to agencies left and right to just make wholesale
00:03:22.820 changes and reductions without any input from lawmakers. And on the foreign front, we're seeing
00:03:29.460 a different kind of America first, right? Instead of America first isolationism, we're seeing kind of
00:03:33.680 an America first imperialism. Instead of focusing on things within our borders, he's now focused on
00:03:38.680 expanding our borders. And so this is a different kind of Trump in that sense.
00:03:42.940 And I decided to average all the polls. And you know what? The average of the polls also has him
00:03:47.100 on the positive side of the ledger. All right, let's take a look. Trump's net approval rating
00:03:50.760 on February 9th. Look at this. In 2025, he's at plus four points. Look where he was in 2017,
00:03:56.560 his first term at this point. He was at minus five points. So he's doing nearly 10 points better
00:04:00.780 on the average. And more than that, as I mentioned, it's not just the CBS News poll. It's the Ipsos poll.
00:04:05.900 It's the Gallup poll. It's the Pew poll. All of these polls have him in better shape than those
00:04:10.500 respective polls had him at this point back in 2017. So the bottom line is, no matter where you look,
00:04:15.940 Donald Trump is more popular than he was eight years ago at this point in his first term. And
00:04:20.960 he's on the positive side of the ledger versus the negative side of the zero point line as he was back
00:04:26.100 in 2017. And how rare is it that Trump's in this positive territory when it comes to his approval
00:04:30.980 rating? Yeah, you know, I remember Donald Trump's first term, and it just seemed every single day
00:04:36.480 Donald Trump was in the negative territory. And it turns out it was pretty much every single day of
00:04:41.400 his first term. Positive net approval rating for Donald Trump, again, using the aggregate of the
00:04:45.720 polls. Look at this. In his entire first term, just 11 days, just 11 days was he on the positive side of
00:04:52.680 the ledger. Compare that so far every single day, all 20 days so far he has been on the positive side
00:04:59.300 of the ledger. So he has nearly doubled up the number of days in which he has a positive net approval
00:05:04.420 rating from his first term. And we're only 20 days in. Every single day Donald Trump has been in
00:05:09.280 positive territory compared to just 11 days during his first term. The bottom line is no matter which
00:05:14.720 poll you look at, no matter what way you look at it, simply put, Americans like the job that Donald
00:05:20.380 Trump is doing significantly more this time around than they did in his first term when he just had
00:05:24.760 11 days in which he had a negative, a positive net approval rating compared to already nearly three
00:05:30.060 weeks so far, Jessica. This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:05:39.280 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. Here's one time I got a free shot
00:05:45.560 on all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you
00:05:50.960 don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're
00:05:53.940 not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:05:55.720 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish
00:06:02.960 that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:06:09.900 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:06:16.080 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:06:19.520 It's Monday, 10 February, Year of Our Lord, 2025. All out in the war between the populist
00:06:33.260 nationalist movement, President Trump's second term in the takedown of the administrative state
00:06:38.960 in the deep state. And they are fighting back on all fronts. A couple of their fronts are already
00:06:44.440 kind of beat up and crushed. That is, politically, they're feckless, hapless, and wandering around.
00:06:50.100 The media is also on its back foot, particularly as these polls come out and overwhelmingly support
00:06:55.780 President Trump. The CBS poll yesterday was incredible. We'll get to that in a moment.
00:07:01.640 The front that looks like they're trying to slow us down, and this is all blitzkrieg, is in the courts.
00:07:08.460 I'll address that. A lot to do today. A huge, huge work week for this audience of so much
00:07:14.420 going on between confirmations, understanding what's happening on the war against the administrative
00:07:19.380 state, international first, geopolitics, tons of economics. I want to get right to it.
00:07:26.440 Jack Basovic, a big cultural event yesterday, one for the people of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania
00:07:31.120 and Eagles fans throughout the world, but also the backing of President Trump, the first president
00:07:37.080 ever to attend a Super Bowl. I didn't even realize that. President Trump didn't realize that either
00:07:42.000 one was brought up on the Fox thing. I thought at least a couple of the presidents back in
00:07:45.060 the 80s had gone. I thought Clinton had gone. I thought maybe Bush 41 had gone. Jack, talk
00:07:52.540 to me about both the cultural, culturally what happened yesterday, both in the game itself
00:07:56.820 and then the festivities surrounding the game.
00:07:59.880 Well, Steve, what can I say? Big night for Philadelphia, for my family, for the Poso family.
00:08:06.020 The people remember went pretty viral earlier in this year during the season when my brother
00:08:10.580 and I got sent up to Eagles jail just a couple of months before, or a couple of days before
00:08:14.640 the election, going down and campaigning for Trump at Eagles Stadium, the Lincoln Financial
00:08:18.740 Stadium itself, with Cliff Maloney, by the way, from the PHAs. But I kept telling people
00:08:23.860 this is about Pennsylvania. And if you go into the heart of Philadelphia, that hard scrabble
00:08:30.360 area, look, and I understand that people have a view of Philadelphia because of the recent
00:08:35.060 crime, the homicide rate, the Soros prosecutor, all the stuff that's going on there. We're
00:08:40.060 fighting it. We are absolutely fighting it. But I want you to think that there's another
00:08:44.520 side of Philadelphia. There's the Poso Bros Philadelphia, the Poso family Philadelphia, the
00:08:50.500 Sam Alito Philadelphia, the Frank Rizzo Philadelphia. This is a town full of hard workers, a town
00:08:59.140 full of bare knuckle fighters, and a town that will absolutely show up and deliver. And that's
00:09:04.120 what you saw last night. It was sort of the people's team versus the corporate with the
00:09:09.360 Pfizer backing of Kansas City, you know, Pfizer and Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift and all the
00:09:16.840 corporate media hoopla around that entire thing, which myself and Mike Benz called out last week
00:09:23.280 or last year, when we said that there's clearly, there's clearly a thumb on the scales behind all
00:09:29.180 this stuff. And of course, the media went after us and Saturday Night Live went after us. And then
00:09:33.400 suddenly, suddenly, we have this moment where President Trump walks in. He's shown on the
00:09:42.640 jumbotron saluting during the national anthem. The crowd erupts in cheers. Then a little while later,
00:09:50.580 they put up Taylor Swift. So there's there's Trump, you can see him with the cheers. Then a little while
00:09:56.320 later, they put up Taylor Swift and the entire crowd is booing her. And there's this this viral
00:10:03.340 video now of her watching herself being booed. And she turns to her friend, she said, what's going on?
00:10:08.320 Because she's been in this bubble, this corporate crafted bubble herself and Travis Kelsey, the same
00:10:17.280 way that they use other people. And I don't know her personally, I have nothing against her personally.
00:10:21.760 But the point is, is that they were trying to use her as and Steve, you and I talked about this a lot.
00:10:28.440 They were trying to use her politically in 2024, until that bubble was popped by President Trump
00:10:36.360 himself and a few others within the MAGA movement, who called out these political forces formulating
00:10:42.040 behind her these corporate forces, popped that bubble, President Trump came out swinging. And now
00:10:47.560 people really see it for what it is. And they're completely sick of it. So I just want people to
00:10:52.020 understand, we've gone through a massive cultural shift, where President Donald J. Trump is being
00:10:58.840 cheered at the Super Bowl, while Taylor Swift is being booed at the very same night in the very
00:11:05.680 same night. And by the way, people want to talk about, oh, well, that's, you know, that's Taylor
00:11:09.120 Swift, and it's an Eagles crowd. So maybe there are more Eagles. So she's from the Philadelphia
00:11:13.500 area. This is supposed to be her hometown crowd. So I'm just saying, maybe, maybe there's a little
00:11:19.960 something going on when it comes to all this. Know somebody else from the Philadelphia area,
00:11:25.080 by the way, Joe Biden, remember Scranton Joe, Eastern, Eastern start part of Pennsylvania,
00:11:30.020 he's putting the by the way, they're putting the Biden Museum, they announced that's going to be in
00:11:33.860 the Philadelphia area as well, because they understand Delaware is just a complete wasteland.
00:11:38.660 That's what they've left behind there. So they're putting that in the Philadelphia area. Look,
00:11:42.300 there's a huge shift going on on the ground. We tried my brother and I when we were doing all the
00:11:48.120 work in Pennsylvania and in Philadelphia, specifically to show you that the shift was going
00:11:52.100 on. But it's, it harkens to a larger shift that's going on in the country, where the era of BLM,
00:11:58.940 the era of high wokeness has gone astray, and it has been replaced by the era of high MAGA.
00:12:08.500 Talk to me about the whole, because people, a lot of people don't know this, don't live on the East
00:12:13.380 Coast, or maybe don't live up in that part of the Northeast. But when you say the Frank Rizzo
00:12:17.660 element of it, Philadelphia is a very tough town. You can't go to a tough, as hard as it is to go to
00:12:24.920 Boston Garden, right, and see a bunch of executives and working class guys get in, particularly with
00:12:31.200 the Bruins, or to go to a Rangers game in New York City. But Philadelphia Eagles football is right up
00:12:40.700 there with Rangers games and Bruins games, being a little rough. Talk to me about the Rizzo influence,
00:12:46.340 it's got a minute or two. I want people to understand that Philadelphia is not mainline,
00:12:50.060 right? It is, it gets quite dicey, sir.
00:12:53.580 No, this isn't, this isn't Josh Shapiro's mainline. No, no, no. This is, when you're in Philadelphia,
00:12:59.160 especially when it's Frank Rizzo's Philadelphia, this is the place where the journalists would
00:13:03.420 come and try to, he was the mayor back in the 60s, 70s, and the police chief before then,
00:13:07.760 when the journalists would show up at his house, that he would pick fights, physical fist fights
00:13:11.820 with the journalists and throw them out and throw the cameras out and call them a bunch of crumb bums.
00:13:16.340 He was the one that would lead the crackdowns on the riots in the 60s. He would lead the
00:13:21.480 crackdowns on the Black Panthers. When police officers were caught, he would just order the
00:13:25.560 cops to go around and round them all up, strip searching people. He did, and he did, by the way,
00:13:30.700 what he had to do to keep the city clean. You might even say that a certain New York mayor,
00:13:35.860 Giuliani, got a little bit of the Frank Rizzo playbook there in the 1990s. Of course,
00:13:41.380 I would never say that.
00:13:43.980 Yeah, a little bit of the playbook, but not the...
00:13:46.520 Real quickly, the statue of Frank Rizzo, is that, was that a victim of BLM? Is that,
00:13:50.940 is that the statue gone? Is it still there?
00:13:53.520 The statue of Frank Rizzo, as well as the great statue of Kate Smith there in Philadelphia,
00:13:58.380 have been taken down, and Steve, those are absolutely on my list for restoration.
00:14:03.760 But the one statue that we did keep up in Philadelphia, South Philly,
00:14:07.920 Chris Columbus is still standing right there in South Philly, because the people to South Philly
00:14:12.580 said, you want, you want to take down Chris? You got to come through us.
00:14:18.000 Come and get it. Poso, we got a lot to talk about geopolitically. You're bringing that,
00:14:24.320 you're bringing that Frank Rizzo angle of attack on things. Big news on Poso this week. Also big
00:14:29.960 news about President Trump, what's happening overseas. We got economy, the budget, the tax process,
00:14:36.420 the administrative state, the courts, Mike Davis, President Trump's appointing, as much as I say
00:14:44.800 the tech bro's owning, he's appointing anti-big tech folks to the regulatory apparatus that oversees
00:14:51.760 big tech. So it's a day of action, action, action in the war room. Back in a moment.
00:14:56.640 Have you seen the news from economists forecasting a depression? I'm not talking recession. I mean
00:15:06.640 depression by the year 2030. We're in a perfect storm as Social Security and Medicare hit a breaking
00:15:12.820 point with the largest generation hitting retirement. A smaller workforce means a smaller tax base.
00:15:20.840 Pair that with our growing national debt and rising cost of living, and you got a problem,
00:15:26.180 and I mean a big problem. So what are you going to do now to protect your family for the future?

00:16:39.720 It's so important for politicians is for folks to believe what they're saying and that they're
00:16:44.240 keeping their campaign promises. So I think this gives you a pretty gosh darn good idea of what may
00:16:49.500 be going on. Trump's doing what he promised to do. You go back to April of 2017. It was just 46%
00:16:57.000 of all Americans who said that Trump was doing what he promised to do. Compare that now to February of
00:17:02.880 2025. You know, there was a good show that was on during the 1990s called A Different World.
00:17:08.920 That is what's going on right now. We're living in a different world. 70% of Americans say Trump is
00:17:15.160 doing what he promised to do. Again, compare that to April of 2017 when it's just 46%. When Americans
00:17:21.640 are 24 points more likely to say that you're doing what you promised to do, it's no wonder that your
00:17:27.240 net approval rating is much more likely to be on the positive side of the ledger than on the negative
00:17:31.340 side. And so far, what we're seeing, again, is Americans 21 days so far versus just 11 days during
00:17:37.880 his entire first term that Trump has a positive net approval rating. Quite a different world.
00:17:44.520 Okay, this is the predicate. This lays the foundation for everything that's going forward.
00:17:49.080 And you know, we're fighting on many fronts. I want to make note here for the audience. Gold's at
00:17:54.460 29.33, all-time high, earlier 29.35. It's not the price of gold. It's about gold as a
00:18:04.380 store of value. Take out number two pencil and write that down. Gold as store of value. It's been
00:18:12.220 a store of value for 5,000 years of man's, I don't know, recorded history. Go to Birchgold
00:18:19.420 today, birchgold.com slash Bannon, right? And you get the end of the dollar empire. Please take the
00:18:29.720 sixth free installment. We're going to be announcing something about this whole program we're doing
00:18:33.360 because it's gotten such overwhelming support. But you must read and just take it on. Absorb
00:18:40.200 what you can of modern monetary theory. Don't let it, you know, back you off because much
00:18:46.940 of what we're going to talk about on the budget process, and let me just say this, the Hill
00:18:51.440 newspaper yesterday, for people on Getter, and please, everyone should download Getter or go
00:18:58.240 the Getter website. I'm up there 24-7 putting up things I think are interesting or to know. I kind
00:19:03.540 of build the case of a lot of things there. I do link to a lot of what I would call left-wing,
00:19:10.300 The Guardian, Politico, CNN, so you can see how in information narrative warfare, because Jack
00:19:15.720 Posobiec is the best of this. It's all about narrative warfare. You get to understand it.
00:19:21.500 On Getter, I put up a story yesterday. One of the first stories Sunday morning in the Hill
00:19:27.560 was about, wait for it, the continuing resolution, and how March 14th is everything. And all these
00:19:36.580 things that are running around and doing reconciliation are important, but they're not
00:19:39.880 the thing itself. They're not the thing itself. I'm going to drill down on that as we've been
00:19:45.520 talking about it. Because right now, unless there's some changes, and there's still time for changes,
00:19:50.220 what they intend to do is acquiesce to keep the government running around March 14th and kick
00:19:58.820 the can down for the full rest of the fiscal year. To go all the way to September 30th. That means
00:20:04.960 President Trump, his first year, is working on Joe Biden's budget. It means that none of the stuff
00:20:10.020 you see a doge right now, whether it's the kind of the small ball stuff you're seeing on, hey,
00:20:15.320 this research project is terrible, research project is terrible, which is all great, are some of the
00:20:19.900 bigger things that are getting into, like shutting down USAID, or shutting down the Consumer Protection
00:20:28.380 Board, which is, you know, 80% of that's total scam. Or over at the Pentagon, you got across the
00:20:34.660 Potomac, none of that would be included, because you just go off the existing numbers of Biden's budget.
00:20:40.500 And it has baked in there already a $2 trillion deficit. So it would be a total surrender
00:20:45.900 to Biden and Pelosi in the first year of President Trump's term, and he just saw. He's got 70% approval
00:20:53.140 on people saying he's doing what he said he would do. One of this is to cut this deficit and have
00:20:59.720 massive cuts of federal spending. That's the entire reason you have Elon Musk and the Doge.
00:21:05.440 They're both auditing for corruption and incompetence and malfeasance, but they're also going to come back
00:21:11.840 with Stephen Miller, the Deputy White House Chief of Staff for Policy, and Russ Vogt,
00:21:19.000 head of OMB, to talk about actually taking apart the administrative state program by program and
00:21:25.540 cutting the massive federal deficit. Elon said he could cut a trillion dollars out. None of that
00:21:30.380 will happen. Now, you're going to be the soldiers at the front line of this. Also, many confirmations.
00:21:36.140 Davis will be up about the legal, about the making sure President Trump has got people in there to
00:21:42.100 go against the oligarchs, and about this entire budgeting process, all of it, which you're going
00:21:47.720 to be at the front lines on. Jack, I want to, Posobiec, you brought up something, and I wanted to play
00:21:53.840 that CBS, that's CNN talking about the CBS poll. The CBS poll was nothing short of shocking if you are
00:22:02.940 a President Trump supporter. I know for the opposition, they're in the mumble tank, but it
00:22:06.800 was so positive. Give me your assessment of where he stands with the American people, and then I want
00:22:11.660 to play the manifestation that you brought up last, and actually people see the video and hear the audio
00:22:17.640 of what America thinks of the Trump version of MAGA versus the credentialed in elite class
00:22:24.580 personified by Pfizer's own Kelsey's boyfriend, Taylor Swift, sir.
00:22:34.180 Look, Steve, 53 percent, and by the way, this is 53 percent where President Trump's approval is
00:22:41.020 sitting at, and that's after the nominations, after all of the executive actions that they told us were
00:22:48.060 deeply unpopular. They told us the American people don't want this stuff, and then you have two things
00:22:53.320 that happen on the same day. The 53 percent that drops from CBS News in the morning, and then
00:22:57.980 President Trump walking onto the field at the Super Bowl right there in New Orleans at the Superdome
00:23:04.860 and getting a standing ovation from the crowd while Taylor Swift has been booed. Look, you don't need
00:23:11.140 to take my word for it. We saw the culture shift here a year ago. We told you that this was coming a
00:23:17.780 year ago, but nobody wanted to hear us. They said it was, hi, Taylor Swift. They said it was, hi,
00:23:21.860 everything else. We're going to do more wokeness. We're going to do more all of this, but they
00:23:27.340 didn't see it. They didn't see that the ground was shifting under them, that people were, and by the
00:23:32.760 way, you did see this last night in some of the advertisements, because the way it works with the
00:23:36.840 channeling on those advertisements, that pipeline starts a year in advance. So what you did see were
00:23:43.000 woke advertisements. You saw a halftime show that was mid at best. This was not playing to all of
00:23:48.720 America. There were other elements I thought that were wonderful. I thought the national anthem was
00:23:52.620 great, a lot of this. And by the way, to the folks out there who say, why do you care about the Super
00:23:57.920 Bowl? Why do you care about this, right? The Super Bowl is America's largest spectacle. This is the Roman
00:24:05.560 Coliseum and the gladiators of America, which is the new Rome. This is our great championship event
00:24:15.340 of the entire nation that everyone tunes into. And whether you like it or not, and I say this as a
00:24:21.460 guy who's from a football town, but whether you like it or not, this is the country as it is. And
00:24:26.460 President Trump always understood that. That's why, what did Trump stand against? The kneeling.
00:24:32.420 He stood against the kneeling from the very start. He identified that as anti-American and that he
00:24:39.600 wrapped himself in the flag and wrapped himself in patriotism. And let's go back to it because who was
00:24:43.820 it? What was the team? Colin Kaepernick was the one who started that on the Kansas City Chiefs. And
00:24:49.800 who was there sitting right next to him, or I should say kneeling right next to him, Travis Kelsey. So it
00:24:56.580 was Travis Kelsey all along with the BLM, with the wokeness. That was the way they backfilled it. And
00:25:02.080 people remember the NFL being used to promote Obamacare back all the way in the mid 2000s. That's what
00:25:08.260 broke. People were finally sick of the crap. They were sick of the nonsense. And that's what's given
00:25:13.620 this massive wave of support. That's what's given the populist nationalist brand, this massive wave
00:25:18.560 of support. People want to support America. They want to support their country. They're sick of being
00:25:23.180 told what to do. They're sick of being told that some people are better than others. They just want
00:25:27.640 to see skill. They want to see merit. They want to see achievement. They don't want some massive
00:25:33.080 corporate sponsor sitting there and barking orders to them anymore. They're still the American people.
00:25:38.020 We have always been the most independent people in the world. And by the way, a center right country,
00:25:44.400 America's always been a center right country. This ain't Canada, boys and girls, Canada, I don't know,
00:25:49.120 I would say maybe center left country. And, you know, the Canadian conservatives and Pierre up there
00:25:54.360 will show you every chance they get. Because they don't have the same roots that we are. We threw off the
00:26:00.640 crown. We are the ones who stood up and said no more. We're going to be our own people. We don't want to
00:26:06.640 be some international system empire that's run out of the city of London. We are going to be a nation
00:26:12.860 state and we're going to focus on ourselves. And that's where the hemispheric defense policy came
00:26:17.400 from, which our founders adhered to. By the way, born amidst empires, right? We had the Spanish empire,
00:26:23.140 the British empire, the Russian empire was here on the North American continent back then. But at the
00:26:27.220 time, America said we will not be an empire. We will be a republic and a nation state. That's always
00:26:34.620 what our constitution was set up for to make us be a nation state, not this globalist,
00:26:39.660 monoculture, homogenous, global homogenized culture. No, we are going to be the American
00:26:45.000 people, independent, strong. And that's what you see coming out. And President Trump saw those
00:26:49.200 energies building and harnessed it. That's why he's having the political force that he has now.
00:26:54.920 Let's play the clip of Trump and we'll go to break. Trump and Taylor Swift.
00:27:00.520 Well, the worm has turned brother Prasovic,
00:27:30.500 America overwhelmingly supports President Trump and MAGA and Taylor Swift. Not so much. Correct.
00:27:39.280 Travis, Travis was supposed to propose last night. He was going to get the big trophy. He was going
00:27:44.000 to propose there on the field. But Taylor, I don't know. I'll put it this way. At least Taylor's got
00:27:48.420 material for her new album.
00:27:53.660 Since I've never listened to one note or one lyric, I take it that has, that's about heartache.
00:28:02.180 Okay, we'll take a short commercial break. Birchgold.com. They've got a pamphlet.
00:28:06.920 Just type in Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 9-8-9-8-9-8. Investing in gold during the Trump administration,
00:28:15.680 the second term. I would call it the age of Trump. Pretty extraordinary. For folks that have been with
00:28:21.320 this for a long time, another called shot by the war room. Make sure you go to Birchgold Day. Check
00:28:28.580 it out. We've got a lot to get through. Every second is going to be packed with information
00:28:33.200 you need to mull over. How about that? Short break. Posts of Ben Hartnell on the other side.
00:28:38.380 We've seen all the headlines, cyber attacks on our power grids, drones in the sky,
00:28:44.240 violent attacks on everyday Americans. The ugly truth is no leader, no system can protect you from
00:28:50.320 everything. And the last thing I want is to be standing in line depending on help that may never
00:28:56.120 come. And when crisis hits, food is always the first casualty. Everyone needs it and panic buying
00:29:03.100 makes things worse. You remember this from the pandemic. That's why I've made sure my family's
00:29:08.060 prepared with MyPatriotSupply and their four-week emergency food kit. It gives you the nutrition
00:29:13.620 you need to stay strong in a crisis. With 2,000 calories per day and 100% of your daily value of

00:29:35.180 grab yours. Don't put this off. Now is the time to prepare. That's MyPatriotSupply.com to get your
00:29:40.840 four-week food kit today. Make sure you're prepared. The crisis is here.
00:29:48.180 One of the things that's so important for politicians is for folks to believe what they're
00:29:52.020 saying and that they're keeping their campaign promises. So I think this gives you a pretty gosh
00:29:56.740 darn good idea of what may be going on. Trump's doing what he promised to do. You go back to April
00:30:02.720 of 2017. It was just 46% of all Americans who said that Trump was doing what he promised to do.
00:30:09.700 Compare that now to February of 2025. You know, there was a good show that was on during the 1990s called
00:30:16.140 A Different World. That is what's going on right now. We're living in a different world. 70% of Americans
00:30:22.440 say Trump is doing what he promised to do. Again, compare that to April of 2017 when it's just 46%.
00:30:28.800 When Americans are 24 points more likely to say that you're doing what you promised to do,
00:30:34.300 it's no wonder that your net approval rating is much more likely to be on the positive side of the
00:30:38.820 ledger than on the negative side. And so far, what we're seeing, again, is Americans 21 days so far
00:30:44.860 versus just 11 days during his entire first term that Trump has a positive net approval rating.
00:30:49.680 Quite a different world.
00:30:52.440 Unbelievable. I also want to play the 70, the Harry Enten's on the 70% too. Let's get that teed up.
00:31:03.840 Jack, this, it's quite frankly, it's unbelievable, right? It's unbelievable. It's stunning what his
00:31:12.100 support is. And even on what he's doing is absolutely incredible. So the predicate,
00:31:18.580 the predicate is pretty enormous of what President Trump's doing. Now this week, you're actually
00:31:25.640 going to be, because we've got, remember, let's go back to the war room theory of the case. You have
00:31:30.760 to stop the kinetic part of the Third World War. You have to start the mass deportations, secure the
00:31:39.620 border and start the mass deportations, get the 10 to 12 million invaders out of here.
00:31:43.680 Then you've got the existential, you have to get your hands around the budget. All three of those
00:31:48.100 are coming. At the same time, you're deconstructing the administrative state and starting the
00:31:52.660 investigations in the vast criminal conspiracy against President Trump in the MAGA movement.
00:31:56.800 Let's go to the, because I am increasingly concerned, I'm increasingly concerned that we have
00:32:06.580 a little bit losing the plot, not President Trump, but Pete Brown, because I think he's in direct
00:32:12.080 conversation with Putin. You've got Zelensky running around, they're talking about security forces,
00:32:16.240 the British talking about putting troops in. He's offering now minerals, the mineral wealth of
00:32:20.980 Ukraine if America commits to ongoing security commitment, which means troops and money.
00:32:26.800 Where are we? And you've got these big international conferences coming up. Pete Hexas going over.
00:32:32.660 I think the vice president's going to be there. They're going to go to the Munich Security Conference,
00:32:37.220 everybody around. I think you're going over with the Secretary of Defense in that group of reporters.
00:32:44.440 Tell me about what we can plan for. And is somebody getting, because General Kellogg is a guy I love.
00:32:50.780 He's a fantastic guy, a hero, 82nd Airborne, was with us in the first term. I'm not sure I'm digging
00:32:57.160 what I'm hearing coming out of the people giving President Trump options about Ukraine, sir.
00:33:03.360 Well, Steve, this is going to be a huge week for, as you say, the kinetic part of the Third World War,
00:33:08.200 and we're going to be winding it down. The message that's going to be sent this week to NATO conference,
00:33:14.860 as well as at the Munich Security Conference, is going to be the same message that President Trump
00:33:19.820 campaigned on. No more forever wars. The war will be wrapped up. There will be a ceasefire.
00:33:27.100 We already saw in Broker 1 in the Middle East. You're going to see a ceasefire. And by the way,
00:33:31.640 not just a deal to end the war. You're going to see potentially a big deal between the U.S.
00:33:38.140 and the various entities there on the European and Eurasian landmass deciding what should the future
00:33:44.780 security posture look like. Because the real danger here, of course, as we all know,
00:33:50.540 President Trump's only in for four years. You get someone else in there and they start putting
00:33:55.440 the pedal back on again. You could have the same exact situation flare up, exactly as happened when
00:34:01.820 Joe Biden was in. So that's what you really need to look for. So it's all about NATO.
00:34:06.760 It's about Brussels. It's about their influence. And it's about their designs, their desires and
00:34:15.560 their obsession, their obsession with trying to poke the bear to the east as they move the NATO
00:34:21.900 armies eastward, which, by the way, means U.S. backstopped NATO bodies and NATO soldiers and NATO
00:34:29.800 equipment and U.S. dollars and taxpayer dollars and money. So this is where it all comes together,
00:34:35.200 where it all comes together is the Munich Security Conference, Munich Security Conference,
00:34:39.140 where 2009 Vladimir Putin shows up, Putin shows up and says, don't move NATO east. And what did NATO
00:34:43.860 do? They went east, east or east or and more and more and more eastward every single year since then.
00:34:49.300 Then you have Kamala Harris going there just what one week before the outbreak of all of it,
00:34:54.340 almost exactly three years ago. And she says, Ukraine will become a member of NATO. And what happened
00:35:01.120 days later, the tanks rolled into Ukraine. That's how this all started almost exactly three years ago
00:35:08.880 to the day at the Munich Security Conference. So now President Trump has dispatched. J.D. Vance is
00:35:15.020 already on his way there, by the way, with Raheem Kassam in tow with J.D. Vance. You got Pete Hegseth,
00:35:21.320 where I'll be joining. And then Keith Kellogg, who I believe will also be going to Munich and then
00:35:28.080 moving forward into Kiev itself for a sit down with Zelensky. I do expect Zelensky to also be at
00:35:34.960 Munich, potentially the NATO conference, if not him. I'm sure whoever minister of defense that he has
00:35:40.160 for Ukraine will be there as well. But the point being is this. The United States is under new
00:35:45.160 management and President Trump delivered a mandate and a present and a promise, not just to the people
00:35:49.800 of America, but to the people of the world, that the Third World War has been canceled, that it will
00:35:55.520 not occur on his watch and that he is going to put this down. Now, we know that Keith Kellogg's plan
00:36:00.160 was leaked days ago. We're not sure exactly who it leaked. It may have been from the Ukrainian side,
00:36:05.860 but it includes a phased series of talks and series of negotiations, not just between President
00:36:12.240 Trump, Zelensky and Putin, but between Putin and Zelensky directly. So that's going to come out.
00:36:17.860 And we've seen this first negotiation platform come in. But look, Steve, tie it back to the budget
00:36:23.180 deal. Tie it back to the spending. Tie it back to everything that's going on. You want to cut
00:36:28.140 spending and discretionary. The biggest line item that you can find is the Ukraine war. That's where
00:36:33.720 we can cut the appropriation. We can cut spending immediately day one. And so, of course, what are
00:36:40.280 you going to hear? You're going to hear the war lobby come back in saying they're going to say,
00:36:43.460 whoa, whoa, yeah, we're going to end the war. But that doesn't mean we have to end the
00:36:46.340 weapon shipments, right? That's going to be the next play. So the next play that the MAGA posse
00:36:51.480 needs to watch out for when you're seeing these guys go up there and they're lobbying for all
00:36:55.980 this, they're going to say, oh, we need to secure the piece. We need to secure the piece. And securing
00:36:59.980 the piece means more bombs, more bullets, more drones or tanks for Zelensky. That's going to be
00:37:06.860 the next piece of it that you got to pay the money. The American taxpayer has to pay it. And you know
00:37:11.160 something, I think the war room posse would agree with me when I say the American taxpayer is tapped
00:37:16.040 out.
00:37:16.300 No, in particular, they want the rebuilding, all of it. Here's the negotiating strategy.
00:37:24.080 We're out. Just tell Zelensky, we're out and then let's negotiate. We're out. No money,
00:37:29.020 no troops, no commitment, no focus. Jack, I want you to say this one more time
00:37:34.440 about the Third World War. President Trump and the MAGA movement is doing what to the Third World
00:37:41.120 War right now by acting so tough and so focused. It's canceled. The Third World War is canceled.
00:37:49.140 So there is no, there's not going to be a proxy war that turns into a hot war. There's not going
00:37:54.380 to be this NATO coming in and Russia invades Poland and triggers Article 5 and all this nonsense. And
00:38:03.080 then you got the Bosphorus being opened up by NATO forces and putting pressure on Turkey to do that and
00:38:09.100 come up through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles through the Black Sea. No, no, no, we're not doing
00:38:13.900 it. We're not going down that road. The American people, which, by the way, was the road. We were on
00:38:19.880 the road to nuclear escalation under Biden. And Kamala Harris, who was the same Kamala Harris that
00:38:26.340 spoke at the Munich Security Conference in 2022, that kicked off all of this, would easily have put
00:38:32.300 us on the same path. Why? Because she would have outsourced it to all the people who lost their
00:38:36.920 security clearances over the weekend, like Tony Blinken and Jake Sullivan and all the rest of
00:38:41.900 them, because those were the ones that were running U.S. foreign policy. And by the way,
00:38:46.220 Samantha Power, I'm very sorry about your USAID funding getting completely dried up, because,
00:38:52.000 Steve, that's the other piece of this, is that USAID was funding so much of the propaganda,
00:38:58.320 not just in Ukraine, but all across Europe. And so there's a series. One of the other legs of the
00:39:05.300 stool here is that there are a series of elections, presidential elections. You got Poland coming up
00:39:09.680 in a couple of months in May. You've got Romania after they canceled. The Supreme Court came in and
00:39:14.300 canceled the election. They said, whoa, whoa, this guy got too many TikTok retweets and likes and all
00:39:18.800 the rest and shares. So they canceled their election. Now all of the left-wing media, the left-wing
00:39:24.400 outlets in those countries is falling because their funding is all dried up the minute that they
00:39:29.000 turned off USAID and President Trump went after us. I wonder why it was that all the left-wing
00:39:34.300 media in Europe was being propped up by U.S. taxpayer dollars. And that's why, and I know that
00:39:41.060 Carrie Lake is going to be coming in on the Voice of America side. She's going to be there for Radio
00:39:45.380 Free Europe and the rest of it. I think she should absolutely turn that into a pro-America bastion of
00:39:51.620 freedom and prosperity and the nation state around the entire world, not just in Europe, but to the
00:39:57.900 Lao Baixing in China and all the rest of it. I really think that's a fantastic role. And who better than
00:40:02.680 her to head that up, by the way? But this funding that goes directly to left-wing media is completely
00:40:07.420 insane.
00:40:09.540 People have to understand, they funded the invasion of the United States. They funded
00:40:14.300 the left-wing media that tried to take down all the populist nationalist movements in Europe. They
00:40:19.580 funded the media and the suppression with big tech to try to destroy the MAGA movement and try to destroy
00:40:24.820 a free media really devolving here. They supported the mainstream media. It's outrageous. On Voice of
00:40:31.940 America particularly, and this is every government operation, let's take her example. Carrie Lake
00:40:39.020 either has the flexibility to immediately turn it around to a pro-American, and I mean really pro-American,
00:40:45.500 and get rid of all the spies. There's tons of spies in that operation. Get rid of all the foreign
00:40:52.080 intelligence officers, particularly in the Mandarin language and the Chinese. Vet them all. Get rid of
00:40:57.000 them, right? That don't pass vetting. And I mean then go after them legally, criminally. They're in
00:41:02.880 there. Or I agree with Elon Musk. Shut the whole thing down. Either Carrie Lake can get in there for
00:41:08.020 30 days and say, hey, this is what we can do to turn this thing around, or just shut the whole thing
00:41:13.060 down. It's either going to be pro-American or just don't pay for it anymore. And this should be every
00:41:17.960 division of the government, right? Everything they're looking at, in particular over the Pentagon.
00:41:23.360 If it's not working for America first, it's not working for the American citizen, these things
00:41:28.920 have to be shuttered. I mean, go to zero. This is what I love about what's going on right now.
00:41:33.140 It's the administrative state and the deep state. Ryan Fournier, and I'm getting grace to put, he's
00:41:37.460 tweeting out that CNN's talking about senior Pentagon officials in uniformed military service are already
00:41:45.540 meeting to thwart President Trump, Pete Hegseth, and what Elon Musk, and we've been the biggest
00:41:52.280 advocate across the Potomac. They're already meeting over the weekend, how that's all going
00:41:56.520 to be thwarted. Fournier asks, is that not treason, Jack Posovic?
00:42:03.260 Well, Steve, if you're a uniformed service member, then you fall under the uniform code of military
00:42:09.640 justice, the same way that Vindman fell under the uniform code of military justice. Didn't receive a
00:42:15.700 pardon, by the way, I'd point out. Just asking for a friend if his pardon ever showed up in the mail
00:42:20.840 from Joe Biden there, the same way that we know that General Milley is under the uniform code of
00:42:26.860 military justice, that all the generals, by the way, I also saw that President Trump, as we've been
00:42:31.100 speaking, just fired the heads of the Board of Visitors for the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Coast
00:42:37.040 Guard because he's sick of the service academies and the wokeness that's seeped in there. Look, we went
00:42:43.080 through a long march through the institutions, started under Obama, and then it was solidified
00:42:49.260 under Joe Biden. What they're doing now is shock therapy to the institutions. We will force the
00:42:56.220 institutions of America to become bastions of patriotism for the United States again. That's
00:43:03.080 the military, that's the National Endowment for the Arts, and the 250th coming up, that's even the
00:43:07.660 Kennedy Center. We are going after all of it.
00:43:10.540 Jack, I'm going to give you your coordinates, but on the Kennedy Center, I'll talk more about this in
00:43:18.960 the next block. I think the J6 choir, that's the high church of the administrative state and deep state,
00:43:25.500 and he got rid of Rubenstein. He's appointed himself chairman. The J6 choir should come and
00:43:30.780 have a, we should have a special program there. J6 choir and make the, make Lomas the new chairman
00:43:35.640 from Passage Press. Give it to Lomas. I love it. Jack, what's your Twitter? We got 10 seconds. What
00:43:42.440 is it? At Jack Posobiec. Follow me there. You wish you could have invested in the stock market last year
00:43:51.420 when investors scored the highest profits in decades, but between that mountain of bills and
00:43:57.180 credit card debt, you had nothing, and I mean nothing left over. It's time to stop letting debt
00:44:02.940 hold you back. Let me tell you how Done With Debt can help. They have a brilliant new strategy designed
00:44:09.260 to tackle your debt and put cash back into your hands so you can save and invest and build the life
00:44:16.760 you've been wanting. Done With Debt goes head to head with credit card and loan companies. Their team
00:44:23.460 of negotiators and legal experts work to significantly reduce your bills, eliminate interest, and erase
00:44:29.920 penalties. This frees up cash to invest while the stock market is still hot. The bottom line is this. Done
00:44:38.340 with Debt helps turn crushing debt into financial freedom. That's crushing debt into financial freedom, but
00:44:46.180 some of their strategies are time sensitive, so don't wait. Start building the life you deserve. Visit Done
00:44:53.140 with Debt.com and talk with one of their strategists. It's free. Go to DoneWithDebt.com. That's DoneWithDebt.com.
00:45:09.140 At six, I'm trying to get Roger Kimball and I'm trying to get Lomaz also to come on. This Kennedy Center
00:45:14.740 thing is big, folks. Big. They're crushed over there. That is not, I say it's a clubhouse. It's not. It's the
00:45:22.580 high church of the secular, atheistic administrative state that runs the imperial capital. That's their
00:45:32.420 playground. And to think the Visigoths are going to show up. And President Trump now, as chairman,
00:45:39.940 ought to fire them all, including the staff, and just reprogram the whole thing. I strongly believe
00:45:45.940 you start off with the J6 choir, having them in an evening's entertainment and invite all the first
00:45:53.300 guests that should be invited should be the J6 prisoners. Invite them and their families in
00:45:59.060 evening's entertainment and just watch the meltdown of the Washington elite. Watch the meltdown.
00:46:07.620 An evening. In fact, go on a night they got one of their operas. And look, I'm an opera fan and
00:46:13.460 symphony fan, but go, you got to do this. You got to pick one of their favorite operas. They got
00:46:16.780 things, boom, canceled. We're going to have the J6 choir instead. Oh, by the way, the premium ticket
00:46:23.420 holders down front, you're giving up your seats for the J6 families. Think that'd get their attention?
00:46:30.100 That culturally, you'd break them. And Rubenstein has been replaced by Trump and he's got to be thrown off the
00:46:37.420 board too. Horrible guy. Horrible guy. And a Trump hater, a virulent Trump hater, and MAGA hater.
00:46:49.840 Ben Harnwell from the Eternal City in Europe. I take it Europe, they're not getting the joke of MAGA
00:46:57.700 is recommending to President Trump. And look, President Trump's got many things he's got to
00:47:01.520 balance and he's also empathetic and a good man. He's got a big heart. But you see Zelensky throwing
00:47:06.620 the stuff out with the minerals. Those little snakes over there are trying everything they
00:47:11.400 can possibly do to make America committed to troops, to money for security, and they're going
00:47:20.340 to want trillions of dollars from us for the rebuilding program. The list for the rebuilding
00:47:27.020 program should start in Appalachia, East Palestine, right? Maybe if the people in LA get their act
00:47:33.320 together and cancel the sanctuary cities and the $50 million fund to fight President Trump,
00:47:37.240 maybe even throw LA in there. There's so many parts of the United States that have to be rebuilt
00:47:41.320 if we're going to do that. The money's got to go there. Not a penny overseas on this. Not a penny for
00:47:46.920 Ukraine. Zero. No money for security agreements. No troops. No money. Zero. If Boris Johnson and the
00:47:55.580 guys in London are such big shots, if they're in Paris and in Berlin, it's all yours, baby.
00:48:01.860 President Trump, we're going to cut a deal with the independent, eventually independent Greenland.
00:48:06.440 And we're going to bottle up the Russian submarines up there so they're not a threat anymore. We're
00:48:12.420 going to take the Panama Canal because the people in Panama want us to do it. They're throwing the CCP
00:48:16.000 out. We're going to have the Monroe Doctrine 2.0. The Russian army, the artillery they're so famous
00:48:23.340 for in the tanks, that's Europe's problem. Ben Harnwell, where do we stand in all this?
00:48:28.360 Well, Steve, that's a pretty magisterial synthesis. I'm not sure how I add anything
00:48:32.060 to that. I was listening in the previous segment to you and Poster. I wish I had Jack's degree of
00:48:39.720 confidence here because, of course, that's what everyone expected, that come January the 20th
00:48:46.780 and the inauguration, Trump was going to put an end to U.S. engagement. That's what everyone
00:48:52.520 expected. It's what we've been looking forward to repeatedly for many, many months on this
00:48:57.820 show. But I have to say, with my beady, cynical eyes tracking every single development on this
00:49:08.060 issue, there hasn't been to date publicly revealed a great deal that confirms that expected hope.
00:49:19.160 Look, going back to General Kellogg, last week, he pushed out a note to say that at this
00:49:27.920 Munich security conference, he was going to release something of Donald Trump's strategy
00:49:35.260 for Ukraine. That was walked back, really, by him within 48 hours and said, no, no, actually,
00:49:41.820 you know what? The president himself is going to release this plan when he's ready to do so.
00:49:47.560 I'm just going to be feeding in bits of advice and assisting him to that. I sort of think when
00:49:54.560 I'm looking at things like that, Steve, at this stage in the game, I'm not sure a decision has
00:50:00.600 been made with regards to Ukraine's future and America's future with regards to Ukraine.
00:50:07.760 It could go either way. On the basis of what is publicly out there, it could go either way.
00:50:13.140 That is to say, President Trump could decide to continue the former Biden administration
00:50:20.340 policy. And to some extent, in the last two weeks, he has actually been doing that on a
00:50:25.100 number of fronts. So you mentioned, or Jack mentioned in the previous segment, Munich,
00:50:33.680 that's Friday, Saturday, Sunday of this week. Zelensky is going to be there. He's penciled in
00:50:39.560 to have a meeting with Vice President Vance. You've got Pete Hegson there as well. Also,
00:50:45.960 Wang Yi, the Chinese foreign minister is going to be there. David Lammy, the UK foreign minister
00:50:51.420 is going to be there. It's pretty much like the global military industrial complex's version of
00:50:57.260 Davos. It's been going for 60 years, 61 years. It is a big thing in that sector. Obviously,
00:51:04.000 this time round, all eyes are on it because they're looking for an indication of what President Trump
00:51:09.520 is going to decide to do with regards to Ukraine. What you said before in your question, though,
00:51:14.700 is a thousand percent, a million percent correct. For the warring posse, this is not a difficult call
00:51:21.740 for him to make. It's total and immediate disengagement. No security. U.S. underwritten security
00:51:30.480 guarantees. Europe can do whatever it wants to do. And basically, not even interested in the
00:51:35.360 rare earths or the minerals for security guarantees. That is what a total and immediate
00:51:40.840 disengagement looks like. Is there any enthusiasm in Europe, without the United States, is there any
00:51:45.820 enthusiasm for Europe to step in and clean up the mess that they did? President Trump's hands are
00:51:50.840 clean here. No blood on them. He would have stopped this whole thing. It would have never happened.
00:51:56.260 That's what's so tragic about this. Is there any commitment at all you see in Europe
00:51:59.860 to do anything on their own, finally, on this, Ben Harnwell? Anything meaningful, sir?
00:52:06.580 Well, firstly, with regards to President Trump's hands being clean, they were absolutely clean
00:52:13.020 on January the 20th. We're now sort of, what, 20 days in, three weeks in. I think in terms
00:52:19.280 of popular psychology, popular perception, if even at this point were he to announce a disengagement,
00:52:25.600 there would be a sense of defeat here, surrender. Some of that now will be on him and not on Joe
00:52:35.900 Biden, because the last few weeks have been so impactful. Ben, Ben, Ben, just hang on a second.
00:52:44.380 I'm going to hold you through the break. I want to clean this up. I'm going to finish up.
