00:00:00.000 animus between Mr. Bannon and Mr. Musk encapsulates a key tension at the heart of Mr. Trump's
00:00:06.340 Make America Great Again movement. It pits those, like Mr. Bannon, who want Mr. Trump to carry out
00:00:13.340 a more fully populist agenda against ultra-wealthy interests, epitomized by Mr. Musk, who occupy key
00:00:20.900 positions in the president's orbit. Mr. Trump has made clear he wants to keep both men and their
00:00:26.360 allies within his movement, but Mr. Bannon's vocal disdain for Mr. Musk has been noticed by the
00:00:31.460 president. In mid-February, the president told Mr. Bannon that he wanted him to lay off the attacks
00:00:36.700 on Mr. Musk and for the two men to sit down privately. That's according to two people familiar
00:00:41.760 with the comments. That meeting has not happened yet. It's not clear when or if it will. So, Tyler,
00:00:48.900 you know, we know that Bannon, you know, still an outside advisor to the president. They speak
00:00:53.800 occasionally. His War Room podcast is listened to by many in the West Wing. It seems like he's
00:01:00.420 pulled his punches on Musk. You know, he's hit him a couple times, but not the full-throated way
00:01:04.280 that we know Steve Bannon can when he wants to go after someone. So, tell us a little bit more here
00:01:08.780 about the state of this relationship. Do we think that meeting's ever going to happen?
00:01:12.760 Yeah, that's a big question, John, and it's unclear that it will. And I think one of the things that's
00:01:16.940 really interesting about this relationship and this fight between the two of them is what it tells us
00:01:23.140 about Donald Trump and the broader Republican Party and the movement and Trump's effort to try
00:01:28.740 to keep both of these sort of opposite poles inside the coalition, inside the tent, and sort of tamp
00:01:34.820 down on these attacks. But, you know, as you noted and read from the piece, these two men have vastly
00:01:41.180 different views. And one of them, I think, comes down to sort of the ideological drive of them.
00:01:45.920 Steve Bannon has been preaching about populism for many years, has sort of been at the vanguard of that
00:01:51.540 movement to move the Republican Party in that direction. Elon Musk is not somebody who was
00:01:56.600 even a Republican a few years ago, definitely not a Trump supporter. During the first term,
00:02:01.860 I heard from people that heard directly from Elon Musk, who was very critical of Trump's approach
00:02:07.320 on tariffs, on sort of his disdain for the globalization and the global economy that many
00:02:12.700 of Elon Musk's businesses depend on. Now we've obviously seen this full transition
00:02:17.860 of Musk into someone that is a full-throated Donald Trump supporter. And so it's just interesting
00:02:22.920 to observe this dynamic unfold, particularly against the backdrop of the economics that we're
00:02:27.640 talking about here and how, you know, Trump's tariff policy is going to impact billionaires like
00:02:33.700 Elon Musk, who are quite concerned about not just investment, but the stock market as well, which,
00:02:38.640 as many guests have mentioned, is a huge concern of Donald Trump. He ran in 2024 on this economic
00:02:45.520 argument, blaming Joe Biden for inflation, blaming Joe Biden for a whole cost for inflated goods across
00:02:52.280 the board. And so as we see costs go up here in America, it'll be quite interesting to see not
00:02:57.000 just how Donald Trump responds, but how Republican politicians and their voters respond as well.
00:03:01.580 Action here isn't just made up. This isn't just like somebody like trying to gain power. I can think
00:03:07.500 a few people less suited to help run the MAGA movement than the two I mentioned, like Elon Musk.
00:03:15.920 I mean, the whole populist fight is against globalists, billionaires, multinational corporations,
00:03:26.700 monopolies, which a lot of these tech companies now basically are monopolies.
00:03:32.180 And they aren't that they don't believe in nationalism. They believe they are bigger than
00:03:38.440 any nation, that they are their own standalone nation state. So, again, I'm just not sure how
00:03:45.220 these two forces are balanced in the MAGA universe moving forward.
00:03:51.480 Well, look, I mean, Joe, that that tension between which is embodied by the tension between Musk and
00:03:57.000 Elon Musk and Steve Bannon, who've been fighting publicly and in some cases viciously now since
00:04:04.640 December, when the first kind of debate about H-1B visas came out, it became clear that Elon Musk was
00:04:09.640 like every other person in Silicon Valley who believes deeply in immigration, especially for
00:04:14.700 high skilled workers. And Steve Bannon, who wants to basically stop all immigration in the United
00:04:19.740 States, they started fighting then. The tension has ebbed and flowed in public, but in private,
00:04:24.640 it's been intense. And this reporting by Maggie and John, John Swan that that that put Elon on his
00:04:32.600 back foot, Bannon immediately seized on that. I think this is in the long run. This is one of the
00:04:38.520 great tensions governing the Trump 2.0 era and also about kind of the what the key choices that Trump
00:04:46.520 has to make. And I got to say, you know, but Elon Musk is a is an incredibly rich guy, although he's
00:04:52.120 getting less rich by the day. The man has lost one hundred and eighty billion dollars off of his net
00:04:59.540 worth. Wow. As Tesla's the Tesla shares a tank. That's that's even big money to you, Joe. One hundred
00:05:05.700 and eighty billion dollars in net worth. That's like that's some serious, some serious business
00:05:10.200 there. And like as that as that is, that is starting to happen. You know, Bannon, he's very
00:05:17.820 rich. He's got control of X. They give those are big assets to Donald Trump. But I got to say how long
00:05:24.640 Elon Musk is going to want to continue to win to see people attacking Tesla dealerships around the
00:05:30.460 country, lighting Tesla charging stations on fire, painting swastikas on the sides of Tesla
00:05:36.000 dealerships and seeing the stock price plummet that way, impacting his personal wealth. I don't
00:05:41.180 know. And the other thing I know is you never count out Steve Bannon in one of these fights because he
00:05:46.540 is the embodiment of the MAGA base. And without the MAGA base, there is no Donald Trump.
00:05:52.000 Yeah. Well, I don't know if Donald Trump would say that. But, yeah, don't count out Steve Bannon
00:05:56.760 in a fight over, you know, what lies at the heart of MAGA.
00:06:05.040 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:06:13.380 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a
00:06:20.240 belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world
00:06:24.020 to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like
00:06:27.520 that go to share the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people
00:06:35.140 had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save
00:06:42.820 my country, this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:06:54.020 It's Monday, 10 March, Yervilor, 2025. President Trump today geopolitically trying to stave off
00:07:06.200 the kinetic part of the Third World War. Team in Riyadh getting ready to sit down with the Russians
00:07:13.760 about this Russian rapprochement. Canada last night chose a, or yesterday chose a new leader
00:07:19.720 who stoned down even harder. The Mexican president also yesterday throwing down hard about President
00:07:26.120 Trump's. It's not just the terrorist program. It is, it's much deeper. We're going to get
00:07:31.120 into it right now about what the stakes are here and where we really stand. And we're going
00:07:36.580 to address, obviously, this CR, which is going to come to a head, at least on the Republican
00:07:41.680 House side with a vote tomorrow. President Trump, it's three or four directions or verticals. As
00:07:51.580 we said, the main thing he's got to do in this first part of the second term is, number one,
00:07:59.440 one of his priorities, or if you look at the whole three we've talked about, is to stop the kinetic
00:08:04.000 part of the Third World War. Because if that continues on with the viciousness in Ukraine,
00:08:12.960 with the viciousness you're seeing in Israel, with side combat coming out of the Houthis in the Red
00:08:21.440 Sea, and other places, it's going to spin out of control. It is going to spin out of control.
00:08:27.720 And we're going to have a situation that's going to be very tough to put back into the bottle. And
00:08:32.200 President Trump understands that. That's why he's spending so much time with this. And this is
00:08:35.580 why he has people like, you know, Marco Rubio, I think, has deployed a day to RIA. You have Steve
00:08:40.540 Whitcoff, his lead negotiator, who's all over this. They're putting their best minds on it,
00:08:46.900 and they're putting their best people on it. Number two, it is the three-prong seal the border,
00:08:54.480 take out the cartels, deport 10 million illegal alien evaders. A three-prong process,
00:09:00.560 basically around our southern border, that begins to get our sovereignty back and our
00:09:06.740 territorial integrity back, and to protect American citizens, particularly Hispanics and
00:09:11.100 African-American working class have been flooded with cheap labor. Okay, and you've got Tom Homan,
00:09:16.100 you have Stephen Miller. Todd Benzman's deploying down there right now to give us a report.
00:09:21.960 We understand the Striker Brigade is like headed to El Paso, Texas right now. We have reports of CIA
00:09:27.620 assets doing targeting. The Mexican president yesterday was pretty adamant about what she
00:09:32.800 thinks the sovereignty of Mexico is, but there's a fight that is coming just like in the first
00:09:39.540 part of President Trump's first term and taking down the ISIS caliphate, and people forget how brutal
00:09:46.160 that was, how he did it, and it was done in six months, what they told us, a generational activity.
00:09:50.960 President Trump is going to do this to the Mexican drug and human trafficking cartels, full stop.
00:09:57.820 The third leg of that, and maybe the most complicated, is to get us out of this financial
00:10:03.640 crisis that we're in. And there, in a three-fold thing, a three-fold part is, and I think this is
00:10:12.100 the one area where the administration, which I think is clicking on all cylinders and just doing
00:10:18.540 a great job, is maybe not messaging to the degree they could message. And that is the mess that they
00:10:28.060 were handed. Right now, if you look at the business press and the business media and all the questions
00:10:32.420 get asked for President Trump, is everything I have currently, it doesn't have a starting point
00:10:36.380 that's based in reality. The best reality of this has been on the show with EJ and Tony
00:10:41.980 about 10 days ago. And I will replay that in this first, in the morning segment, because I think we
00:10:47.840 have to have a reset exactly where we are financially and economically, upon which President Trump's
00:10:53.980 policies that are going to take place. The policies are three-fold. Number one, it is to have a supply-side
00:11:03.580 tax cut and a organized effort in the cutting of this massive federal spending, which is driving
00:11:11.260 inflation, to kind of get our growth back and to unleash the animal spirits, right? Number two is
00:11:17.300 the deconstruction of the administrative state and massive deregulation, of which the Doge guys
00:11:21.900 are at the forefront right now. Number three is this tariff, but it's not just tariffs on
00:11:27.820 tomatoes from Mexico. It is a rethinking of the geoeconomic model of the United States of America.
00:11:33.280 To wit, that we're a premium market. And if you want access to this market, there's going to be a
00:11:39.620 toll. And that toll is going to work to the benefit of the American people. Number one, it's going to
00:11:47.780 be used to drive high-value-added manufacturing jobs back here to the United States of America,
00:11:54.480 a reshoring. And the reshoring is working, and I don't think being promoted in an enough
00:12:00.140 organized way. It's kind of every couple of days announcement. It is historic. In the first 40
00:12:06.660 days of President Trump's administration, it's almost a trillion dollars, folks. And this is not
00:12:12.900 from private equity funds or the Saudi Sovereign Wealth Fund or Masa-san with SoftBank, all these
00:12:19.400 guys that kind of come in and out and they may invest in companies and they may not. That's all great.
00:12:23.600 I'm not a big believer in that type of foreign capital coming to the United States, but it does
00:12:28.420 show a support for President Trump's economy and President Trump's business model for the country.
00:12:34.700 But what's really special is when you have Apple, who has built their business around
00:12:42.600 offshoring, saying, we're going to reshore to the tune of at least $500 billion,
00:12:47.100 dollars, right? Advanced manufacturing jobs. When you have Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing
00:12:54.860 Corp, the premier, I still believe, even when the premier advanced chip design in the world say
00:13:02.960 that they're going to put $100 billion over four years around Phoenix, Arizona to really build
00:13:09.920 world-class manufacturing. We see Honda and other car companies saying, we're coming to Indiana,
00:13:14.100 all these other red states principally. I count Michigan now as a red state or in process
00:13:22.420 of becoming red. It's almost, I think it's $700 or $800 billion you can actually point to
00:13:30.380 today in 40 days. And these are people that have made decisions of pivoting here.
00:13:36.340 At the same time, with the deconstruction of the administrative state and what Doge is doing,
00:13:40.340 you have to take care of what are the bridge events. The show is, we pride ourselves in showing
00:13:47.220 process and critical path. How do you get there? How did President Trump get to the new golden age
00:13:54.120 America? How do you get to what we call the sunlit uplands? It's a grind and a process.
00:14:01.540 And you have to be realistic about that process. And we have to know exactly kind of where we're going
00:14:06.340 on the journey, even though the journey may have some zigs and zags. The CR is clearly a zig.
00:14:12.420 That's okay. Not the end of the world. But we have to have an adult conversation about exactly
00:14:19.940 what it means. And more importantly, where it's heading us. Because the only thing we're interested
00:14:25.380 in is victory. The only thing we're interested in is getting to the sunlit uplands. The only thing,
00:14:30.100 this whole effort, is for President Trump to return from a stolen election to restore this republic.
00:14:40.340 As one of the three greatest leaders this nation's ever had, along with General Washington and Abraham
00:14:45.620 Lincoln. The sunlit uplands are ahead of us. But the hard work is also ahead of us. All next,
00:14:56.100 in the war room.
00:15:00.180 You don't go out and buy a life jacket when the boat is already sinking. And you don't buy gold
00:15:05.860 when the economy has already collapsed. Clearly, others are heeding this advice as gold hit an all-time
00:15:11.460 high the first part of 2025, multiple times. It's not too late for you. The company I trust to help

00:16:11.620 I want to, if Real America's Voice and my crack production team could do the following,
00:16:22.900 and Grace and Moe, if you get Thomas Massey's.
00:16:28.180 Because Thomas Massey, look, Thomas Massey's not going to vote for the CR. He's pretty adamant.
00:16:33.620 I do believe that we have to make progress in this, that we have to somehow not shut down this
00:16:40.580 government. And you know, I'm a big believer in shutting down the governments, but President
00:16:44.900 Trump has got so many things, balls he's juggling right now, that are massively important. I don't
00:16:50.740 think that because the Democrats are going to want to use that against him. But we have to get back to
00:16:58.340 what we're trying to accomplish and who's trying to accomplish it. If you look at the economic part
00:17:03.220 of this, so you got the geopolitics, and what President Trump's doing with geopolitics, it's a
00:17:07.620 hemispheric defense. It's really America first, but it's not America alone, and it's not America
00:17:15.860 coming home, and it's not America isolation. It's a quite brilliant logic of the founding generation.
00:17:24.180 And, and particularly Monroe and the people that came out and who are the tip, these guys were the
00:17:29.780 fighters of the, in the Revolutionary War. Not the field grade officers like General Washington and
00:17:36.980 others, but people like Hamilton, like Monroe, like John Marshall. The, and they understood
00:17:46.260 that we're not Europe, that we left Europe, and they wanted to leave the old world behind.
00:17:54.500 In doing that, they, they came up with this Monroe Doctrine, this hemispheric defense,
00:17:58.580 and President Trump is reinstating that, first with the Panama Canal, and of course,
00:18:03.380 Drudge's Mac Daddy over the weekend, which was pulled from a Newsweek article, which is quite
00:18:08.500 brilliant. It's about the CCP turning the Caribbean into a, into a PLA Navy lake, like Russia tried at
00:18:18.740 the Cuban Missile Crisis. And the Chinese has been very effective on this, with embassies and ports and
00:18:23.700 money and all of it. It's one of the reasons Trump's going to Panama, to seize the Panama Canal
00:18:28.100 and seal that off and cut off the Chinese Navy from access to the Caribbean, all the way to
00:18:32.980 Greenland, right? To fort, to thrust our defense out into the North Atlantic, to cut off the Russian
00:18:38.900 Navy, the submarine forces. On the Pacific, same, the three island chain, to make that, that, what I
00:18:45.620 call the Pacific desert. And some of my colleagues at the Committee on Present Danger brilliantly say,
00:18:50.020 no, that's the American Heartland. I'll get more of that later. But then you, for medically sealed the
00:18:54.820 United States of America. Maybe even throw up an Iron Dome program. This is one of the reasons the
00:19:00.900 Canadians, which by the way, were a dominion, I think, into 1982. The inter-, the logic of the 21st
00:19:07.220 century will make it quite clear that some sort of partnership, state or whatever, has a, a compelling
00:19:14.020 logic to it when you look at the Arctic, because you're going to lose your sovereignty and you're
00:19:19.540 going to lose your territorial integrity from the North. President Trump sees this. Just like
00:19:25.380 President Trump understands, to stop the chemical warfare attack of the second opium war by the
00:19:30.740 Chinese Communist Party, you have to take out the distributors and he's going to take out the
00:19:34.900 cartels and he's going to do it violently. He's going to cut their money off. He's going to treat
00:19:39.220 them like a terrorist organization. He's going to seize assets, but eventually he is
00:19:43.780 going to drop a physical hammer on them to make sure they're eradicated and they don't come back.
00:19:50.020 That is, if you're not sending those strikers down to El Paso, Texas, for a show of force.
00:19:58.100 Economically, let's go back to it. It's a three-pron-, the, the, the, the tax cut,
00:20:02.740 which is this whole thing of reconciliation. And this is one of the reasons they got,
00:20:05.780 took their off the ball in the CR, which we preached the gospel of this back in December.
00:20:11.220 And in January, we had to focus on this. So then we wouldn't be in a situation where we're coming
00:20:17.140 up against the clock, a forcing function, right? And this time a forcing function for the Democrats
00:20:22.900 to basically fund the rest of this year.
00:20:25.380 And what Thomas Massey's saying is correct. We have to go for it. Unfortunately, I think with
00:20:31.620 the CR, as clean as possible. And with the assumption, one big assumption that the Doge,
00:20:37.700 because this is the, this is the, this is the reality of it. And the New York Times did a really
00:20:43.060 good job of laying out where Doge had done force reductions and cost cutting. Okay. And it's kind of
00:20:50.100 laid out, um, in, in pretty much detail, you can see, but the reality is we are going to approve
00:20:57.540 Biden's budget numbers. We are going to have in, in basically a $2 trillion deficit for this fiscal
00:21:02.580 year. And we are going to at least, at least temporarily, temporarily or some interim period,
00:21:08.100 actually finance, not just future, future Doge cuts where they're finding, they're finding
00:21:14.020 anomalies. They're finding things, either waste fraud and abuse, overstaffing, et cetera,
00:21:17.780 that, uh, but we're going to do the ones they've already found. Now that's supposedly going to be
00:21:23.460 taken care of on either one of two methodologies, either impoundment by the executive branch at some
00:21:30.580 time in the future before September 30th for this fiscal year, or it's going to take place in some
00:21:36.580 sort of rescission, maybe in the Senate, who knows, but Rand Paul already laid out a $500 billion package
00:21:43.540 that would come in a hundred billion dollar tranches. The bottom line is to always remember
00:21:50.420 secretary treasury Bessent and the president's joint plan is a supply side tax cut that gets growth
00:21:57.860 above 3% to maybe three and a half, potentially 4%. Because in that growth with the tax structure
00:22:04.820 you even have today, you start to generate more tax revenue. You can, you can pay down and not have
00:22:10.180 as big a deficit. And the target in the deficit is essentially from six and a half percent of GDP
00:22:15.300 to three and a half percent. They're not saying that you can get and eradicate this, the, the deficit
00:22:20.980 immediately. Or even I think Russ vote has a plan to get to a balanced budget in 10 years. And the way
00:22:27.460 you do that is incrementally and you get the three and a half percent in a couple of years, and then you
00:22:31.700 manage down from there. That's logical. I would clearly like to have it come quicker. And I think it can
00:22:37.140 come quicker, but that is a plan and that's a plan they're working towards towards that plan. You
00:22:43.140 have to have, you have to stop this insane federal spending. Now, how do you do that? There's two
00:22:50.100 ways. Number one, there is certainly waste, fraud and abuse. Is it a trillion dollars that's been
00:22:56.260 that's been reported? No, I do not think it's, I would love to have it a trillion dollars. It would
00:23:00.100 be quite painless to do it that way. I'm also an adult that's gone through this budget. Is there
00:23:06.340 waste, fraud and abuse? Absolutely. Are the things that are popping up people didn't know about?
00:23:10.820 Absolutely. Do we have to, are we going to pay for that by the CR, at least temporarily? Absolutely.
00:23:16.500 That's just the way it falls, folks. So embrace it. Can it be unwound? Absolutely. Is it the thing we
00:23:24.260 have to hit first? Absolutely. But then it's going to come and it's going to come. And now they're
00:23:29.540 promising us, and this is Johnson, because remember in the constitution, it's got to come out of the house,
00:23:34.260 both all the revenue suggestions coming from Jason Smith and his committee,
00:23:38.580 and the cuts. And so what Johnson's promising now, here's what you're buying into. I just want to
00:23:45.140 make sure everybody understands it, that you're buying into a situation where we are doing this
00:23:51.460 interim basis as much as people hated. But there are two things going to happen. Number one, that the
00:23:57.140 doge cuts that are already been identified in this fiscal year of 25, which ends on September 30th,
00:24:02.260 that they will somehow on a commitment from the administration be dealt with. Number one. Number
00:24:09.700 two, that in these appropriations hearings this summer, and folks, this may strike a raw nerve because
00:24:16.980 you've done this exercise before, that we're going to sit through and they're going to have programmatic
00:24:22.340 cuts. Because in reality, to actually get this spending under control, I have preached, it's got to be
00:24:31.300 programs and billets. Billets mean job, you know, organization charts that go away. So it's not,
00:24:38.740 it doesn't, it's not matter of the people's performance. It doesn't matter if they're good,
00:24:43.700 bad, indifferent, they show up to work, they don't show up to work. All that's got to be dealt with,
00:24:46.980 with the doge aspects. But the real cuts, the significant cuts, the painful cuts, because it's not
00:24:52.580 going to be easy and somebody's going to have to take some political pain.
00:24:55.300 The cuts, and this is why I say, and this is why I was so adamant about Elon having to cross the
00:25:01.140 Potomac, because you're not going to have a serious conversation until we have a conversation about
00:25:07.220 the Defense Department. And particularly since President Trump has laid out a hemispheric
00:25:11.620 defense that totally reorganizes the geo strategy of the United States, the grand strategy, and
00:25:17.460 essentially says the post-war international rules-based order had to spread all over the rim of the Eurasian
00:25:23.620 landmass and a containment strategy of the Soviet Union. Now, maybe in the 21st century,
00:25:30.900 particularly with a Russian rapprochement, maybe we don't have to do it the scale that we had to do it
00:25:36.900 before. And therefore, the defense budget can be rejiggered, restructured, and we can pull finally
00:25:44.660 out of CENCOM. Maybe not totally, but not with this obsession. And this is why Tucker and Kurt Mills and
00:25:51.140 other very smart people. And Bridge Colby, the big fight over Bridge Colby, was to say, hey,
00:25:55.700 maybe we don't get pulled into another Middle East war that we've been at for 20 years. And maybe we
00:26:02.500 don't get pulled into a war with Persia, a land war. Maybe we can do it other ways.
00:26:08.820 The Persian head, dictator Mullah, rejected President Trump. They say, I haven't gotten a
00:26:14.420 letter. I don't want to read a letter. I don't know. Who's Trump? Well, he's about to know quite
00:26:18.900 shortly who President Trump is. In that geopolitical restructuring, and it's not America alone. It's not
00:26:28.180 America isolationists. It's America smart and America first. And President Trump has thought
00:26:35.860 this through to a very deep level. And you can see that playing out with all his credit snapping at his
00:26:40.660 heels. But the economic part, there you're going to have to thread the needle. And it's only going to
00:26:49.560 come the supply sack tax cut. It's about getting us growth. That gets you growth that kind of even
00:26:58.660 with the exact same tax structure you have, starts to generate more revenues, number one.
00:27:04.180 Doge, the waste, fraud, and abuse cuts at least one layer at the top or the easiest that has to be done
00:27:10.080 now. The second is the harder appropriations process that you're going to have to get in
00:27:16.560 there and cut. And the third is the repurposing and looking at tariffs as an external revenue service
00:27:26.720 that if it can't drive external revenues, it brings high value added manufacturing jobs from the greatest
00:27:32.860 companies in the world to the United States of America, where they employ people called American
00:27:37.840 citizens in our homeland and generate tax revenue in our homeland. That three aspects of it,
00:27:45.540 coupled with the geopolitics, is the plan. The only question is, how do we execute? That will take us
00:27:52.160 to the sunlit uplands. How do we execute this? And who executes it? All next in the war room.

00:29:40.080 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:45.100 Okay. Trust the process. Have you heard that before? History is a process. We're living in history.
00:29:52.500 You know, the decades in which nothing happens and there are weeks and decades happen. That's
00:29:58.020 what you're living right now. You're also living in the Chinese curse. May you live in interesting
00:30:02.680 times. But you, this audience, are an army of the awakened. As I've said, in the long run of history,
00:30:13.440 when they think back of this era, like with General Washington and President Lincoln around the Civil
00:30:18.620 War, they're not going to remember Steve Bannon or Tucker Carlson or Sean Hannity or Gavin Newsom or,
00:30:25.540 you know, Pritzker or, you know, Mark Cuban, Elon Musk. They're going to remember two things. This is
00:30:35.920 going to be the age of Trump and they're going to remember Trump. And they're going to remember MAGA,
00:30:40.460 a populist nationalist movement that kind of came after years simmering malcontent, discontent
00:30:48.640 of what was going on. That's what they're going to remember. And that is why you're so important
00:30:56.340 in this, in this historical process. But in any process, you have statics and dynamics and you have
00:31:02.840 to force things. It's just not going to happen, particularly when you have an established order
00:31:08.540 like we've allowed this nation to ossify in a series of kind of oligarchic, whether it's the
00:31:15.180 lords of easy money on Wall Street, the corporatists or the oligarchs in Silicon Valley. That's just,
00:31:21.340 that's just reality. That is what Trump essentially and you have been fighting against,
00:31:25.600 whether that's been represented by Mitch McConnell or Nancy Pelosi or anybody in between.
00:31:31.440 And you've seen this now that that is why the Fox News and the Murdochs and the Republican Party
00:31:38.000 have been in controlled opposition for decades after decades of decades. We didn't get here
00:31:41.460 because, uh, because there was a fight going on. There wasn't a fight. It was phony, like,
00:31:47.300 like pro wrestling. And now we're in a fight because now you're talking about money and power
00:31:53.800 and it's going to be a fight and there's no compromise. There's just not, there's nothing
00:32:00.140 to compromise about. If you compromise, it means you're losing. So you can't compromise.
00:32:08.000 Compromise is always the easy way too. You can't, if you're going to compromise your,
00:32:13.460 if we had compromised at any step of the way, we would not be here. Well, you can see the sunlit
00:32:18.880 uplands. You can see how this thing gets sorted. It's going to be, it's going to be massively
00:32:25.940 difficult. It's going to take everybody's time and energy. We're not going to win them all. Hey,
00:32:30.140 we ain't going to win tomorrow when the CR passes. That's not a win. That's a tactical retreat to get
00:32:37.500 to a better place. Well, let's call it what it is. Don't, don't say me, don't put, put it by saying,
00:32:43.800 oh, these are huge wins. No, this is because of incompetent and cowardly house leadership.
00:32:49.340 It just is. And to do what we need to do by September 30th, there's a ton of hard work and
00:32:58.920 a lot of pain that's going to come. Just remember, you're not going, inflation is driven by this
00:33:04.920 massive federal spending. We're not going to stop that until you stop said federal spending
00:33:11.340 to cut it back dramatically. There's two ways to do it. Doge. And I wish those guys all the luck
00:33:19.100 in the world. I've talked about this deconstruction of the administrative state. Guys have tried to do
00:33:23.440 it. We've been thwarted by the Republican establishment every step of the way. Couldn't
00:33:26.720 overcome it. This is why it's so important. But that's only part of the solution. The other is
00:33:31.280 you're going to have to get into those appropriation things. You're going to have to have huge fights
00:33:34.560 and we're going to have to make tough calls and you're going to get tons of criticism
00:33:37.920 in cutting defense, in cutting social programs, in smartly cutting Medicaid. Smartly. Would
00:33:44.640 President Trump say yesterday, say Thursday in the, in the, with a scalpel, not an axe. And you can do
00:33:51.460 that. Some programs you have to take up axe to, a hatchet, I think as he called it, to get to six and a
00:33:59.000 half, from six and a half percent of GDP as deficits, which we're addicted to. We're addicted to
00:34:03.820 federal. Look at the, look at the TV, look at news, look at the papers, look at the
00:34:07.800 protests, the upward. We're addicted to federal spending. Addicted. Needs to be an intervention.
00:34:12.680 Interventions are tough. A real intervention. The program magically says, we're not going to do this
00:34:17.740 anymore. It's not that we found waste or fraud or abuse. No. This part, boom. Yes, we found the
00:34:23.080 waste for our, we took that, but this, we're not going to do that. We're not going to do that. That's
00:34:26.960 gone. Boom, out. All the billets associated were gone. In the New York Times piece that lists out
00:34:32.180 everything that's been done, the buried lead down there is coming from the Washington Post where
00:34:36.160 President Trump says he intends to cut 30 to 40 percent of the federal government. Now, it's
00:34:43.420 illifying that workforce or programs, but hey, even if it's workforce, come on, baby, let's go. Let's
00:34:49.800 roll. Then you have to do that in a manner that's serious and not there to humiliate people, but to
00:34:58.080 say, hey, we're not going to do this anymore, that is gone. And if it needs to be passed through
00:35:02.780 legislation or if the courts need to back us up, we're going to have compelling cases in each of
00:35:06.660 the week, either win on votes or we can win in the courts to make it permanent.
00:35:15.160 They're all over President Trump and there's tariffs, the tariffs, you know, the tariffs. And I
00:35:19.600 think and I understand for the how legally they have to do it with emergencies and it's fentanyl and
00:35:26.260 all that. I got it. And fentanyl is horrible in the second chemical war, but there's something also
00:35:32.240 deeper. And that is the the economic relationship with our trading partners, the Chinese Communist
00:35:40.780 Party being the biggest and we have to face that. The other two being Mexico and in Canada, our
00:35:46.320 neighbors on this, our neighbors here for this, what we call it, hemispheric defense.
00:35:50.720 And there's been huge political changes going on in those countries, even as we speak. And to get
00:35:58.580 to the sunlit uplands, right, particularly with Canada, it's been one of our best allies and the
00:36:04.600 valor and courage of the Canadian men and women that have served have been unbelievable and as
00:36:10.460 allies to the United States. And I mean, people that really punch way above their weight class.
00:36:14.520 They're extraordinary people. And it's an extraordinary dominion. Let's play. And by the way,
00:36:25.320 they're they're an uproar now as Trudeau passes the baton. Let's play. Let's play Canada. I didn't
00:36:30.520 want to play a cut from Mexico. I've got to get Viva Fry for Canada and our own Oscar Blue Ramirez will
00:36:36.400 join us from Mexico City. Let's go and let it rip.
00:36:38.460 We have made this the greatest country in the world. And now our neighbors want to take
00:36:53.220 us. No way. No way. There's someone who's trying to do the opposite. There's someone who's trying
00:37:04.040 to weaken our economy. Donald Trump. Donald Trump, as we know, has put, as the Prime Minister
00:37:18.800 just said, unjustified tariffs on what we build, on what we sell, on how we make a living. He's
00:37:28.720 attacking Canadian families, workers, and businesses. And we cannot let him succeed. And we won't.
00:37:37.720 We won't. We won't.
00:37:38.720 Unfortunately, the dialogue has prevailed and, above all, the respect between our nations.
00:37:49.720 The Canadian government has rightly retaliated and is rightly retaliated with our own tariffs
00:37:56.720 that will have maximum impact in the United States and minimum impact here in Canada. My
00:38:03.720 government will keep our tariffs on until the Americans show us respect.
00:38:08.720 The American people want our resources, our water, our land, our country.
00:38:27.720 notre eau, notre territoire, notre pays. Pensez-y.
00:39:26.720 I thought I was angry this morning until you put that montage up. I mean, it's the most irritating.
00:39:36.720 I know that I'm relatively naive. And I know my own level of ignorance. And you understand
00:39:43.720 that people watching Mark Carney don't even understand that they are ignorant in the first
00:39:46.720 place to know that they're being played like a fiddle. This is an unelected, anointed, globalist,
00:39:53.720 W-E-F lackey. I don't know if I can use the W-H-O-R-E word on your channel, and I'm joking,
00:40:00.720 but people don't even understand this. Like, when Trudeau said he was resigning and everyone
00:40:05.720 rejoiced, and I was one of the ones who rejoiced because, you know, you don't fully appreciate
00:40:08.720 how the rules will come and bite you in the butt. And you thought Trudeau was a scoundrel.
00:40:13.720 He's a scoundrel even in his resignation. He resigns and they prorogue Parliament for three
00:40:18.720 months. So we've had no session of Parliament of government in Canada. And then they declare
00:40:23.720 a leadership race. And in comes Mark Carney, who spent the better part of the last decade,
00:40:29.720 living in Europe, serving the interests of England, opposing Brexit. He is a W-E-F globalist
00:40:36.720 whore by the purest of definitions. He just walks in and is anointed Prime Minister of Canada
00:40:44.720 because 150,000 registered Liberals voted for this guy, or 85% of them voted for this guy.
00:40:50.720 And now we've got a Kamala-esque Prime Minister of Canada until such time as a new election is
00:40:55.720 declared or it comes time, you know, per legislation in October 2025. I mean, this man is a man who
00:41:02.720 has three passports. His loyalty to Canada is probably third on the list of his registered
00:41:07.720 passports and it's fourth if you include the W-E-F as an overarching organization. Now he's
00:41:13.720 leading Canada into a war with America that they cannot win, that they should have been smarter
00:41:20.720 to avoid, and that I appreciate people think Trump's tariff war, you know, fentanyl type
00:41:24.720 up your borders was pretextual. If it was pretextual, congratulations, you walked right
00:41:28.720 into the pretext. Carney talked about protecting our way of life in Canada. He spent the better
00:41:32.720 part of the decade in Europe, ignoring the fact that in Canada, healthcare is not a right,
00:41:37.720 death care is the industry. This is a country that's been in shambles for a decade. And now
00:41:41.720 he's going to come in and seemingly successfully convince a bunch of ignorant buffoons that their
00:41:46.720 woes are Trump's fault and not the liberals' reign of terror for the last 10 years. Sorry.
00:41:52.720 Serenity now.
00:41:54.720 Magnificent. No, no, magnificent. Okay, you hang on right there, magnificent.
00:41:58.720 As only Viva Fry can give it with both barrels. We've got Oscar Blue Ramirez that is in Mexico City.
00:42:06.720 Oscar Blue Ramirez, we got about 60 seconds. They're going to hold both of you guys through breaks.
00:42:11.720 Why are you in Mexico City, brother? We covered the speech on the Mexican president,
00:42:17.720 sir. Yesterday, more than 350,000 people were listening to the Mexican president.
00:42:22.720 She spoke completely different as what you saw with the Canadian fellow right here.
00:42:28.720 She completely said that she has a great relationship now with the Trump administration.
00:42:32.720 That is a matter of respect how they Trump has been treating her and also that Mexican president towards the Trump administration.
00:42:39.720 And that you're fixing things and they're advancing on tackling the trafficking of fentanyl.
00:42:43.720 And a lot of things in terms to immigration, Steve, that they're completely against the globalist agenda.
00:42:48.720 This is 180 degrees. Her speech yesterday was about creating a bilateral relationship on tackling the cartels.
00:42:55.720 And, you know, basically making other countries great in Central and South America.
00:43:00.720 So the migration will stop and that those migrants and those countries will grow in the internal and economical growth internally, Steve.
00:43:07.720 So it was completely different. More than 350,000 people listening to the Mexican president's speech.
00:43:13.720 Right there. Hang on, Oscar Blue Ramirez.
00:43:16.720 Folks, you see the sunlit uplands? You see it up ahead? You see it up there? It's kind of dim now, but you see it? Do you see it?
00:43:25.720 That's the Trump effect. Short commercial break. Back in a moment.
00:43:30.720 We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.
00:43:37.720 You wish you could have invested in the stock market last year when investors scored the highest profits in decades?
00:43:45.720 But between that mountain of bills and credit card debt, you had nothing, and I mean nothing, left over.
00:43:52.720 It's time to stop letting debt hold you back.
00:43:55.720 Let me tell you how Done With Debt can help.

00:44:52.720 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:44:57.720 Okay, there were huge moves in like the movement of gold over the weekend.
00:45:02.720 I'm going to get Philip Patrick probably this afternoon or tomorrow to talk about it.
00:45:05.720 But in the interim, go to birchgold.com.
00:45:07.720 One of the easiest ways you can do it right now is just take your phone out.
00:45:10.720 Text Bannon at 989898 to get the ultimate guide for investing in gold in the era of Trump.
00:45:17.720 It's accessible so you can read it and understand it.
00:45:20.720 Then you talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:45:22.720 That's the key is to get a relationship with Philip Patrick and his team.
00:45:24.720 So do it today by going to Birch Gold.
00:45:27.720 Also, if you like geopolitics and to understand how President Trump's trying to save the republic, you have to understand geopolitics.
00:45:36.720 We try to put as much out there as possible with you guys.
00:45:38.720 But we've got Jim Rickards, a new contributor for us, and he's one of the best in the world.
00:45:43.720 Rickardswarroom.com.
00:45:45.720 You go there, you can get access to strategic intelligence.
00:45:48.720 It's his newsletter, monthly newsletters that's quite frankly amazing.
00:45:53.720 I've read it for years.
00:45:55.720 If you sign up, he's got a free – and you come in through the war room, he's got this free book, money in GPT, really money in currency and artificial intelligence, which will basically scare you, as it kind of should.
00:46:11.720 We're going to talk more about artificial intelligence in the next segment.
00:46:16.720 We've got Mark Jeftavik from Canada, and we've also got our own Joe Allen.
00:46:22.720 We're talking about the advances in artificial intelligence and what's happened off of Naomi's great reports she gave us from India on Saturday.
00:46:30.720 We were going to try to have her, but couldn't totally work it out.
00:46:34.720 Hopefully have her tomorrow.
00:46:36.720 Also, this Newsweek article about the Caribbean becoming a Chinese Communist Party lake because of their navy is a wake-up call.
00:46:44.720 It's a fascinating piece.
00:46:46.720 Also, the rise of the Chinese Communist Party and how aggressive they're being, particularly as we go down the path of the Russian rapprochement, which right now they're having a working meeting in Riyadh, which Zelensky somehow has wormed his way into, I think, a meeting with MBS.
00:47:00.720 Yes, more about that later with Ezra Cohen, who's going to join us in the next hour.
00:47:05.720 One thing for you to get ahead of the curve, give yourself access to Jace Medical.
00:47:11.720 They took Rosemary Gibson's theory of the case about supply chains, but the Chinese Communist Party controlling 100% of API, active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:47:20.720 Also, controlling 80% of the generic drug market and the 80% they didn't control, the 20% India, they actually controlled that with API.
00:47:28.720 Go to Jace Medical right now.
00:47:30.720 Understand it all.
00:47:31.720 Understand the supply chain issues and understand why Jace Medical gave you an out because the Chinese Communist Party is going to pull every tactic and strategy in the world to continue their rise as a hegemon in East Asia, then the Eurasian landmass, and then for global control.
00:47:48.720 And, of course, we're here to take down the Chinese Communist Party to help Lao Bajang.
00:47:53.720 Oscar Blue Ramirez, hit rewind for one moment.
00:47:56.720 I want to hear, because the speech yesterday was shocking vis-a-vis what had been coming out of Mexico before.
00:48:03.720 Walk us through what was said and why it was said, sir.
00:48:06.720 A lot of the things that are completely shocking, one of the things she started saying, we sent a message to the United States of America.
00:48:12.720 We're not your adversaries. We're not your enemies. We're supposed to be allies and we're neighbors.
00:48:17.720 We are working closely with the Trump administration talking about the trafficking of fentanyl.
00:48:21.720 Also, she sent a message to the American people saying, we're going to do everything we take, everything we can to decrease the level of traffic into your country so we can save the lives of the youth of the United States citizens.
00:48:31.720 Another statistic that it was shocking also, Steve, since the Trump administration took office in January, the distribution of fentanyl, she said, it has decreased on 40 percent in the country of Mexico in direction to the United States of America.
00:48:44.720 And ultimately talking about immigration, this was also shocking.
00:48:48.720 She said that to stop the immigration crisis in these countries that they are lacking of jobs and lacking of necessity.
00:48:54.720 We need to make those countries great.
00:48:56.720 So this immigration of necessity will not come and be a trickle effect and a dominant effect to the north.
00:49:01.720 Everything that is against the globalist agenda, everything that is against what Biden administration was pushing is a 180 degrees change.
00:49:10.720 And also it was pleasing the audience.
00:49:13.720 Everybody was applauding.
00:49:14.720 Everybody was supporting her.
00:49:16.720 And the message was that we need to create an allegiance and that she has a great relationship with President Trump.
00:49:23.720 So Viva Frye, our ally to the north, and people were very, you know, people love Canada.
00:49:30.720 Why the hard throw down by Castro's relief here, sir?
00:49:37.720 He had nothing to lose because he was already on his way out.
00:49:41.720 So the liberals thrive by creating crises to manage.
00:49:44.720 And so their response playing, you know, punch for punch with someone who is 10 times their size or dollar for dollar with an economy that's 10 times their size.
00:49:53.720 I mean, it's a losing strategy, but at least it creates a crisis for the liberals to govern.
00:49:57.720 And it allows them also to retroactively or blame retroactive problems on Trump.
00:50:03.720 People don't seem to really understand this, like one in four children in Canada live in households with food insecurity.
00:50:08.720 It's sort of the same game they played with Covid.
00:50:10.720 Blame Covid for the overwhelming of the hospital system when it's been a decades old problem.
00:50:15.720 Canada has been in dire straits for a long time, but now create this crisis and make people believe it's the result of Trump's tariffs and not liberal policies.
00:50:22.720 I see the person who really dropped the ball in how they dealt with this because they didn't need to deal with it was Pierre Poilier and the Conservative Party.
00:50:31.720 They could have said nothing and been better off than having done what they did, which was jump on this bandwagon of demonizing Trump and making it look like he's coming after Canadian jobs.
00:50:41.720 Canadians, whether or not you think that's what he's doing, you're going to have to negotiate with him, you're going to have to discuss, you're going to have to make certain concessions because there are objective problems up at the Canadian border.
00:50:53.720 So Pierre, you know, really screwed up, dropped the ball in terms of thinking it was popular to pick a fight with Trump in Canada.
00:50:59.720 He might be right in the short term. In the long term, he's going to have to try to win a majority government in the next federal election.
00:51:05.720 So, you know, I say I'm criticizing him. Maybe he takes the advice. Maybe he doesn't. Maybe you think I'm criticizing him because I love him or hate him.
00:51:12.720 I ran for the People's Party of Canada. My criticism is legit.
00:51:15.720 He could still save it by backing walking back the fight with Trump and say, look, we'll we'll come to it when it's time.
00:51:23.720 And for now, we're just going to try to work on making Canada a place to live instead of picking fights with people that we cannot win a fight with.
00:51:32.720 Viva, hang on for one second. Viva Frye about his beloved Canada. Oscar Blue Ramirez about his beloved Mexico.
00:51:41.720 You're hearing it and you're hearing it straight. Amazing change south of the border. Why? The Trump effect.
00:51:51.720 You can see the sunlit uplands. It's up past there, right? No BS. No happy talk.
00:51:59.720 This is what we need to do. And this is how we're going to do it. And we would love to have you as our partner in doing that.
00:52:04.720 We're going to take a short commercial break. The right stuff takes us out.
00:52:08.720 It's 90 seconds. I've asked Viva and Oscar to stick around.
00:52:14.720 Ezra Klein also. Massive news coming out of President Trump and the rapprochement with the Russians.
00:52:21.720 What Persia thinks about it, what's happening in Ukraine, the Chinese Communist Party.
00:52:26.720 We'll have it next in the war room.
00:52:54.720 The April 15th tax deadline is coming and it's coming fast.
00:52:59.720 Do you have unfiled tax returns? Can't pay the IRS?
00:53:02.720 The IRS is more than aggressive and the more aggressive than ever.
00:53:06.720 And the longer you wait, the worse it gets.
