Summary

In this episode, we discuss the latest on the Perkins Coie Law Firm and the impact of President Trump's executive order that prevents them from interacting with the federal government. We also discuss the impact this could have on other law firms in Washington, D.C. and the potential for a government shutdown.

00:00:00.000 there, this chilling effect. What were law firms and other legal experts concerned about?
00:00:05.580 So this firm was the basically lead counsel for the 2016 campaign for Hillary Clinton.
00:00:12.360 They helped fund the dossier that Trump obviously became obsessed with and hated
00:00:20.240 and thought was unfairly tarnishing his ties to Russia. The same law firm in 2020
00:00:28.160 was at the forefront of many of the post 2020 election efforts to overturn the election.
00:00:35.700 They fought Trump in court throughout the country and they beat him time and time again with a lawyer
00:00:41.300 named Mark Elias. Mark Elias has since left the firm and subsequently a partner at the firm who
00:00:50.100 had been involved with some of the stuff around the campaign and the dossier and Trump's ties to
00:00:56.720 Russia was indicted and went to trial and was acquitted. So there has been a judicial process
00:01:06.640 on Perkins Coie before. One of their partners was indicted. He went to trial. He was acquitted.
00:01:12.080 Trump tried to sue Perkins Coie. That lawsuit fell flat. But what happens is, is that last Thursday,
00:01:19.280 he signs this executive order that essentially cripples the firm. It basically says that this
00:01:25.200 this firm that has a big office in Washington cannot interact with the federal government,
00:01:30.640 essentially stops them from interacting with the federal government. And if you're a client of
00:01:35.520 Perkins Coie and your lawyer cannot interact with the government and you have contracts with the
00:01:41.440 government in business before the government, it is highly detrimental. And that is what Perkins Coie's
00:01:47.440 lawyers, they have their own law firm now representative, Williams and Connolly, says yesterday. They
00:01:52.560 say that this is almost this is an existential threat to this firm based on the simple fact that
00:01:58.400 Donald Trump, nearly 10 years after Perkins Coie committed what he thinks is his first sin against
00:02:05.280 him, is suffering under because of this executive order. And he says many worry about what could happen
00:02:11.920 to their businesses if Trump and his officials attack them, a reason some companies have considered
00:02:17.280 legal settlements with Trump or other moves to win his favor. The mood has totally changed,
00:02:23.280 George said. What you're hearing publicly is not what you're going to hear privately. So what kind of
00:02:29.040 an effect, a dampening effect on actually speaking out loud about the lawsuit against Perkins Coie,
00:02:35.760 or whatever. Okay, okay, okay, okay. We could go on. We had a long call open. I want to bring Mike
00:02:41.920 Davis in. So Mike, this radical federal judge insurrection, you've got judges now saying that
00:02:48.720 Trump can't actually withhold money, that it's got to be paid two billion dollars in the foreign aid,
00:02:55.040 which is going to lead to a bigger fight on impoundment. And folks understand, Schumer's shutting
00:02:59.760 down the government tomorrow at midnight. We're going to have a shutdown. The Schumer shutdown is going to
00:03:03.840 happen. And President Trump's already offered up something very fair, but it's shutting down
00:03:09.520 because the Democrats are not comfortable with impoundment. They're laying it out there. So this
00:03:14.080 fight is now going to be both in the legislative and it's going to get to the courts. They've also
00:03:18.080 said President Trump can't fire people, that some of the firings that they're doing, particularly on
00:03:22.240 these probationary periods, these first line judges come out and say he doesn't have ability to do that.
00:03:27.840 Perkins Coy is actually taking on the legal structure in the imperial capital. The city is
00:03:35.120 run by these big law firms. Covington and Burley and Perkins Coy being the two most radical,
00:03:40.640 right? Eric Holder at one, Mark Elias and Bob Bauer at the other. These are not,
00:03:44.240 and you notice these guys' hands are in everything. Just across the board and everything that's trying to
00:03:50.080 happen. We're getting chop blockers slowed down by these radical judges at the front line. And this
00:03:57.040 is why article three is so important. These judges are everything. And this is why you see Chutkin and
00:04:02.160 everything popping up on all these different cases. But the Supreme Court hasn't been great either.
00:04:07.840 So Davis, everybody looks to you as the viceroy. What in the hell is going on here, brother?
00:04:13.600 So President Trump campaigned on the fact that he's going to hire Elon Musk, he's going to set up
00:04:22.080 the Department of Government Efficiency or DOGE, and he's going to go after waste, fraud and abuse
00:04:28.000 in Washington, D.C. And that is shocking to people in D.C. because Trump is actually a politician who's
00:04:35.600 actually going to do what he promised American voters he was going to do. And he's doing this very
00:04:42.320 quickly, right? He is off to the races. We are less than two months into the administration,
00:04:48.400 and they're ripping signs off at USAID and closing down agencies. And these activist judges need to
00:04:56.240 remember this. The president is exercising his core Article II power under the Constitution. He has
00:05:03.920 the executive power. The executive power belongs to the president and the president alone. And that means
00:05:11.920 the president can fire people if he doesn't want them working in the executive branch, including
00:05:18.960 whether it's Hampton, Dellinger, the special counsel who got fired and Trump won that victory
00:05:25.680 in the D.C. Circuit, or if it's a multi-member board, like one of these agencies that are set up with a
00:05:32.800 five-member board where they think that we can take executive power and give it to these five-member
00:05:37.680 boards with three partisans of one party and two partisans of another party. That's not constitutional,
00:05:45.280 right? And you're going to see with President Trump firing these executive branch board members,
00:05:54.880 that this is going to get to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is going to overrule a key case
00:06:00.480 called Humphrey's executor.
00:06:03.200 Well, hang on, hang on, hang on. I'll get to the court in a second. ACB and Roberts. But put a pen,
00:06:10.560 I want to get there first. But I got to go back because I want, it's best when people understand
00:06:15.360 the big ideas that are at play and then all of a sudden all the machinations begin to fend into a
00:06:20.480 mental map so they can kind of discern. The deconstruction of the administrative state,
00:06:24.720 the basic theory is, and this is your great clerk for Gorsuch, the great intellectual leader of this,
00:06:30.480 is that this over the last 50 or even from FDR, this administrative, a fourth branch of government
00:06:37.200 that became these alphabet agencies, but also certain cabinet positions like Department of Education
00:06:42.640 that got bigger, that the administrative state became a permanent government, right? That has never
00:06:47.680 been envisioned in the Constitution. And so the deconstruction of the administrative state,
00:06:53.680 of which Elon Musk in the Doge and the Musketeers over at Doge, right, are a hammer to kind of
00:07:00.480 implement. They're shock troops to look at waste, fraud, and abuse. But it gets back to this theory
00:07:04.960 because, remember, that's on the executive side of the equation. You have this theory called the
00:07:10.080 unitary executive theory, where the President of the United States by the Constitution is the chief
00:07:15.360 executive officer of the federal government. He is the commander in chief of the military uniformed
00:07:22.000 services, and he is the chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer of the United States to
00:07:28.800 kind of unwind what happened after Watergate. And those three, right, powers is not even against the
00:07:34.720 legislature. You're actually going against an administrative and deep state executive branch
00:07:40.400 that's out of control. These federal judges is basically telling you at the front line,
00:07:46.000 correct me if I'm wrong, that they're on the side of the administrative state, that they don't believe
00:07:51.440 any of this theory. They don't believe the president is the chief executive officer. They don't believe
00:07:55.680 that the president is actually the commander in chief of the uniformed services. And they
00:07:59.040 certainly don't believe that he's the chief magistrate and the chief law enforcement officer
00:08:03.200 of the federal government. Is that basically the theory? And you're seeing at the front line,
00:08:08.400 the worst case, they're slowing us down and making it as painful as possible that you got to go
00:08:13.440 through these every single time with these judges that in Tacoma, Washington can have a TRO,
00:08:19.440 an injunction that shuts down the entire ability for us to move. Is that essentially the theory? And
00:08:24.400 that's where the bid and the ask is between these radical judges and the law firms. And this is why
00:08:28.800 Trump's going to the law firms to get them out of government business so that the law firms lose
00:08:35.200 90% of their revenues. Is that basically the theory of the case? And that's the map of the battlefield?
00:08:40.880 Well, what liberals called the unitary executive theory, I call article two of the constitution,
00:08:47.040 which says that the executive power belongs to the president and the president alone to remember
00:08:53.200 what our constitution is. It is a loan agreement between we, the people and our governments.
00:08:57.600 It's a radically different concept from Great Britain, from where we escaped, right? Back in
00:09:04.480 Great Britain, in Europe, we have God giving power to a sovereign king or queen, a monarch,
00:09:12.480 and that king or queen lends power to subjects through documents like the Magna Carta. The US is
00:09:19.040 completely different. We have God giving power to sovereign citizens, we the people, and we loan
00:09:25.920 power to our governments through our constitution. And the federal government has limited specific
00:09:33.520 enumerated and divided powers that we specifically lay out in the constitution. And at about 90 years
00:09:40.000 ago, that got flipped on its head with the switch in time that saved nine more FDI, FDR threatened to
00:09:46.480 pack the Supreme courts with radicals so we can push through his new deal agenda that that was clearly
00:09:52.800 unconstitutional. And we have the constitution being flipped on its head. It's no longer a shield
00:09:59.600 that protects us from government, particularly the federal government. It has turned into a sword
00:10:05.360 that the federal government uses to come after us. And you're seeing with these constitutionalist judges
00:10:12.400 that started under President Trump's first term and will continue under his second term, we're going to flip
00:10:18.960 that back. We're going to have limited power. If it's not spelled out in the constitution, the federal
00:10:25.280 government does not have the power because we didn't, we didn't, we did not lend the federal
00:10:29.520 government that power in our constitution. And when we lend power to the federal government, it has to
00:10:34.960 be divided. Congress writes the laws under article one, the president executes the laws under article two,
00:10:42.960 and the Supreme court and the lower federal courts decide cases and controversies. The judicial power
00:10:48.720 under article three, that's all been consolidated to these administrative agencies. So no, no, the,
00:10:55.040 the federal government has power that they are not allowed to have under the constitution, way too much
00:11:00.560 power. And then that way too much power is consolidated in the executive branch where they have legislative,
00:11:07.440 judicial and executive power. And it's not even with the president. They don't even want the president
00:11:12.400 to have that power. They want unelected bureaucrats, the administrative state, the deep state. And we
00:11:18.000 are going to deconstruct that. I thought we were going to do it over the next 25 years through the
00:11:23.600 federal judges. Cause I didn't think politicians had the balls to do it, but apparently President
00:11:28.720 Trump and Elon Musk have the balls to do it. So I'm all in. Yeah. Okay. Hang on a second. This is
00:11:35.120 critical. Uh, and this is why Doge, I disagree with Elon Musk and so much stuff, but this is where Doge is
00:11:40.080 quite important. I want to hit rewind that in with Gorsuch at the Supreme court and even Kavanaugh to
00:11:45.120 a degree. This was looked at by the Don McGann and Mike Davis and the strategists back in 16 and 17
00:11:52.160 as a long-term to, to get these judges that are about deconstructing the administrative state.
00:11:57.200 And you're talking about a five or 10 or 20 years. This is why the Chevron exemption at the
00:12:01.680 Supreme court was such as Chevron Devers, such a huge win for us. What's changed is now you actually
00:12:08.800 have an onslaught from people, you know, politicians run, Oh, the bureaucrat is so big
00:12:14.080 and we've got to do the thing, you know, and never, nothing ever happened. Now you have an
00:12:18.880 absolute war with this. And that's why Trump in this flood, the zone, one of the central hammers
00:12:24.160 every day is this deconstructs the administrative state. That's what they were not prepared for,
00:12:28.720 Mike Davis. And this is where the most vicious part of this fight right now is in here and in
00:12:34.640 these courtrooms and what's happening. And, and, and, and Trump, and this is what, uh,
00:12:38.800 we had Dave Weigel's piece on the, from the, from Morning Joe the other day. Weigel said,
00:12:43.440 Hey, one of the reasons they're dispirited is that they keep having these court filings and all this
00:12:47.520 kind of stuff. And Trump's team just keeps coming. It just keeps coming. They're relentless.
00:12:52.320 Where do you see the breaks here? Where do you see the sunlight in, in, in how we're going to get
00:12:56.800 around this first line of defense they've got, which is these radical insurrectionist judges,
00:13:01.760 sir? Well, this is why the article three project teaming up with the war room posse is so important
00:13:07.120 because these federal judges have lifetime tenure. They have pay protection. They're not supposed to
00:13:13.360 care about the politics, but they're still humans. They still have spouses. They still have kids.
00:13:18.720 They still care about the politics. And that's why we are lighting up these radical activist judges,
00:13:25.840 Democrat activist judges, really Marxist judges that, that Biden and Obama put into place,
00:13:31.440 particularly in DC and these radical Democrat activist judges, especially in Washington,
00:13:38.960 DC are the left wing saboteurs. They are trying to sabotage president Trump and the presidency and
00:13:46.000 therefore destroy our country. Because if you destroy the presidency, you destroy our country. This is
00:13:51.840 this, you know, when they tried to throw president Trump in prison, when we raised the presidential
00:13:56.080 immunity argument, we made that point. And that's what got the Supreme court to, to take the position
00:14:02.320 because as conservatives, not only do we have to have the law, right? We have to have the politics,
00:14:07.200 right? Because we have justices on the Supreme courts, like the chief justice and justice,
00:14:13.120 Amy Coney Barrett, who are too political.
00:14:19.680 Hey, Mike, hang on for one second. I just need to hold you through the break because I want to
00:14:22.960 go back to the immunity. Remember when we first started talking about the immunity,
00:14:25.920 we were mocked and ridiculed Weissman and MSNBC and CNN. They laughed every day. There's a bunch of
00:14:31.120 kooks, a bunch of cranks, belly laughing, and also about Fisher, belly laughing. Oh, these guys are
00:14:38.880 a bunch of screwballs. There's a bunch of cranks. Hey, guess what? 9-0 Supreme Court.
00:14:45.760 Change the arc of the presidency. The fight on the legal insurrection, probably the main line of
00:14:52.240 battle right now, even more important than what's happening on Capitol Hill. And that's pretty damn
00:14:56.560 important. Short break. You don't go out and buy a life jacket when the boat is already sinking,
00:15:02.960 and you don't buy gold when the economy has already collapsed. Clearly others are heeding this
00:15:08.560 advice as gold hit an all-time high the first part of 2025 multiple times. It's not too late for you.

00:16:11.760 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:14.160 Okay, there's a bunch of explosive news coming out. The director of the CDC, a guy that everybody
00:16:23.760 was on board with, Make America Healthy Again, his nomination pulled this morning by the White
00:16:27.840 House. New York Times reporting about measles. Mary Holland from Children's Health Defense is going to
00:16:33.200 be with us here momentarily. We have Alistair Gras. Explosive news coming out of Wisconsin.
00:16:39.360 An email has been found by the judge running to be the head of the Supreme Court, where it looks like
00:16:45.440 she's raising money off of saying, hey, guess what? You get me in there, and I'm going to flip. I'm
00:16:50.960 going to work on a redistricting. I'm going to flip the congressional delegation from 6-2 to 4-4.
00:16:58.080 We're going to have Alex de Gras. It's all over the story. We're going to have Alex de Gras here this
00:17:02.400 afternoon. Remember, everything is so important about Wisconsin. Mike, I know you're focused on the
00:17:07.280 federal, and you got this war you're going to fight. I want to announce right now, Mike Davis
00:17:10.800 is going to be back, well, we have him on virtually every day anyway, for the tactical. But strategically,
00:17:15.680 we're going to take an entire hour next week, like we've done in the past, and we're actually going to
00:17:20.440 walk through all the constitutional issues and lay out the entire battlefield for you of what
00:17:25.280 President Trump, his Justice Department, are fighting for. Mike, I know that you, and I want to
00:17:30.920 thank you for doing that, Mike. I know, Mike, that you're so overwhelmed and just working on all the
00:17:36.160 federal issues. This Supreme Court fight in Wisconsin is pretty damn important, is it not, sir?
00:17:43.740 It is a hugely important, hugely important race, and Alex de Gras is going to talk about this.
00:17:51.680 But Judge Brad Schimmel is up for the Supreme Court, and we need to get behind this guy and vote for him
00:17:57.400 because Democrats took over the Supreme Court in 2023, and these aren't our parents or grandparents,
00:18:04.760 Democrats. These aren't liberals who love America. These are radical leftists. And if we don't take
00:18:11.360 back the Supreme Court in Wisconsin with a judge like Judge Brad Schimmel, we are Wisconsin screwed.
00:18:20.160 They're going to redistrict the House seats out there, and they could really take away the House
00:18:28.480 from Republicans, the U.S. House with redistricting, and that could lead to the impeachment of Trump in
00:18:35.220 four years of investigations. We just can't happen. Two years. Two years. Not could lead. Hakeem Jeffries
00:18:43.700 first, they will swear him in on the 3rd of January of 2027, and his first act will be to move, set up a
00:18:50.900 committee to move on an impeachment of President Trump. Full stop. That's happening. That's why the House is
00:18:56.380 everything. We've got to get up on the ramparts. I'm going to have DeGrasse here talk about it.
00:19:00.840 Mike, I appreciate it. We're going to come back. This fight at the court level, on every aspect of
00:19:08.820 what President Trump is doing, whether it's personnel, whether it's him being commander-in-chief
00:19:13.600 and letting people go over at the Pentagon, all the money, right, trying to do the waste, fraud,
00:19:19.660 and abuse. They are really, and he's gone to the heart of it. It's like hitting a nest of wasps,
00:19:26.560 right? He's got them going now. He's going up to Perkins, Corey, and Covington Burley to cut them
00:19:31.000 off. They're not going to be walking around making four and five, six million bucks a year, because
00:19:35.220 he's going to put those law firms out of business. Let me repeat this. There's major law firms in
00:19:40.000 Washington, D.C., and what we are trying to do is put you out of business and bankrupt you,
00:19:45.460 just so you understand it. Mike Davis, Article 3, now more than ever, brother. Where do people go?
00:19:52.480 How they signed up? What do they do? I would just quickly say this. What you're seeing right now is
00:19:57.340 exactly why Democrats tried to bankrupt President Trump, throw him in prison for four bogus crimes,
00:20:05.060 take him off the ballot, and take off his head, because they know that President Trump was going
00:20:10.420 to come in this time and be highly effective and do what's needed to be done for 100 years,
00:20:16.240 and that is to dismantle the executive branch and return power back to the states and the people,
00:20:21.840 and he's actually delivering. And so you can find us at article3project.org, article3project.org. You
00:20:29.080 can donate there. You can follow us on social media. The most important thing you can do is take action,
00:20:35.740 and that top middle action item is that $2 billion that judge is sending to terrorist and fraud. Let's
00:20:43.140 take it out of the federal judiciary's budget. John Yoo, the famous John Yoo, one of the greatest
00:20:50.620 young lawyers we've got going, we're trying to get him on War Room before the end of the week. He's
00:20:56.700 got two amazing pieces. What went up on Fox News about this entire strategy and what's happening,
00:21:01.860 and then a deeper piece that I wanted to talk about, that what we're trying to do is unwind what
00:21:07.720 happened after Watergate. They used, Watergate was a, what you see on Woodward and Bernstein,
00:21:12.580 that's all, that's all, that's all happy talk. This was Judge Sirica. It was the house, lawyers at the
00:21:20.080 house, house impeachment, right? It was lawyers at the DOJ. This was a legal conspiracy against Richard
00:21:26.440 Nixon. And Jeff Shepard in two books, who was there and has gone to the National Archives,
00:21:31.020 lays it all out. Yoo's got this piece about how, what Davis, the viceroy, and others are working on
00:21:36.720 now is going to unwind. And this is his whole concept. The President of the United States,
00:21:41.940 the Office of the President, he's Chief Magistrate and Chief Law Enforcement Officer. This whole thing
00:21:45.260 of the separation of the FBI and the separation of the DOJ comes from Watergate. Mike Davis,
00:21:50.620 appreciate you, John Yoo, all you fighters. Got a pretty good cast of characters over there.
00:21:55.620 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. So Davis, next week, we're going to do a whole hour and lay this all
00:22:02.420 out because this is, it's one of the biggest areas that we're fighting here on the Trump agenda.
00:22:11.560 And you talk about neo-Marx's judges and how radical they are. You cannot believe, I mean,
00:22:16.180 it is so radical. One of the most holy individuals I've ever met, one of the most decent men I ever
00:22:23.260 met, I met in Danbury Prison, right? Not, not a club fed, not a camp. I was in a prison and I met
00:22:29.480 so many people there that inspired me. The ones that inspired me the most were these men that were
00:22:35.240 imprisoned for praying the rosary in front of abortion centers and have really dedicated their
00:22:40.480 lives to them. I mean, this is what their life is. Will Goodman joins me. We've had Will on before.
00:22:46.180 Will, you inspired me every day at Danbury. Your humility, your decency, you are an example
00:22:54.020 of lived Christianity. I'm far from that, right? I don't only come within 50 million country miles.
00:23:00.400 You are, you take your Catholicism to heart every day. And I've just learned now that a couple of
00:23:07.660 priests and yourself, you are about, you've been pardoned by President Trump to get out of federal
00:23:13.120 prison. Tomorrow, you're going to be resentenced in a state court by some radical judge to send
00:23:19.700 you to a state prison for the same, basically the same thing President Trump pardoned you for. Is
00:23:24.360 that true, sir? Well, Steve, let me just say, first of all, that it's a great honor to be on the
00:23:29.340 program. And you were an inspiration to me and Danbury. And even though I wish you weren't thrown
00:23:34.200 into the Hooskow, the fact that you were there, your courage, it inspired me. So I'm a work in
00:23:40.240 progress. I have a long way to go. I appreciate your kind words. But tomorrow, what we've got going
00:23:45.780 in Morristown, New Jersey, is a trial because four of us were falsely accused of trespass,
00:23:54.620 defiant trespass, and an abortion facility that kills and murders babies. And Father Fidelis
00:24:01.020 Misinski with the CFR Franciscans, Father David Nix out of the Archdiocese of Denver, Sister Malazia,
00:24:07.420 and myself went in and prayed inside the waiting room of this abortion facility on a day they were
00:24:14.080 packed. The couples were there. They were preparing to kill their children. We were offering them roses
00:24:19.280 with a positive message, letting them know that there were people who could assist them
00:24:23.420 in this moment of crisis, but that we would not leave the waiting room. We would continue to pray
00:24:30.260 so that their children wouldn't be killed and that we would be there for them.
00:24:34.120 And so this happened almost six years ago during the tyranny of COVID, and the prosecutors brought
00:24:40.120 the charge right away in a hearing. And so the statute of limitations hasn't run out.
00:24:45.600 And so what will be happening tomorrow at 9 a.m. is we will be going to the Superior Court
00:24:50.780 in Morristown, New Jersey, and we are charged with defiant trespass because we refused to leave
00:24:58.580 this abortion facility. And we are working with attorney, great attorney Vincent Sansone,
00:25:04.260 who works with the Thomas More Law Society, and we're using an affirmative defense, saying that
00:25:09.640 we have a defense of necessity. We were there because human lives were in danger, and we are
00:25:15.380 standing on a number of the legal precedents in the state of New Jersey, as well as the Dobbs decision
00:25:20.260 that there is in fact a human being in the womb, a person worthy of our protection.
00:25:25.940 And if the judge decides it's a bench trial, decides that we're guilty, there's the possibility
00:25:31.100 that we could be thrown into jail for another 30 days. And this is after the pardon that we got from
00:25:37.480 Trump after I served 17 months in federal prison because of an effort to peacefully protect the
00:25:44.800 unborn babies and help the mothers and fathers. Tell the people, we just had Mike Davis on here,
00:25:50.540 Julie Kelly's going to come tonight. We've got Chuchkins. There's going to be a bunch of rulings today
00:25:54.780 in this legal insurrection. We're going to have Julie on tonight. But tell people, because when I got there,
00:26:02.180 I said, you know, because there's hardened criminals there, there's convicts there, there's tons of decent
00:26:07.460 people there. But then you guys kind of stand out because you're essentially these holy men that pray every
00:26:13.860 day. You're very religious. Everybody, everybody in the prison respects you guys. Talk to, just give
00:26:19.980 me a second about these federal judges, the lengths of terms. They're, they're sentencing 70 year old
00:26:24.940 women. I mean, they're so triggered and vicious against, uh, the people praying at abortion centers.
00:26:31.820 Like nothing I've ever seen. I mean, it was actually pretty scary when I saw the length of sentences
00:26:36.300 you guys got and nobody going to camps. They sent you to the prison system, into the prisons themselves,
00:26:42.180 sir. That's correct. Well, we had a judge in Washington, DC, uh, judge Colleen Kotel, uh,
00:26:50.160 Kohler-Kotelli. And, um, she essentially was, it seemed, a prosecutor from the DOJ, Merrick Garland's
00:26:57.560 DOJ. She seemed very pro-abortion, very biased and prejudicial against us. We had members of our jury
00:27:04.600 who gave money to Planned Parenthood, who marched for abortion rights, who she said, oh, they could sit on
00:27:10.000 the jury. They would be completely, uh, you know, impartial. It was a show trial and a sham. And,
00:27:16.400 uh, after we were wrongfully convicted, we knew that was going to happen. Uh, I joined some
00:27:22.480 grandparents and other people. I was in a hallway handing out brochures. Meanwhile, there were
00:27:26.980 grandparents praying the rosary in the waiting room, sitting in chairs. And the, uh, the judge said
00:27:32.460 that she had no choice. Her hands were tied. We'd have to go into immediate custody, be taken away
00:27:37.820 and chained by the U.S. Marshals because our actions were violent. And the terrible irony is
00:27:44.040 that these elderly women were attacked viciously by the abortion staff. Of course, not nearly as
00:27:49.760 viciously as the unborn babies who are dismembered alive. This abortion facility in DC kills babies
00:27:55.000 up to nine months. Will, just hang on for one second. Will Goodman, we're gonna take a short
00:28:01.580 break. Modern day holy war takes us out and it is a holy war. Back in a moment.
00:28:10.800 Health isn't just a personal issue. It's a family issue, a community issue. We're living in

00:28:25.380 here in the war room and we all know it. The question is simply, are you ready? That's where

00:30:16.600 Okay. Michael and Dale still recovering. Had a little throat surgery the other day. He's going to be out
00:30:20.040 for the week. We won his live presence back. Always love Mike Guinness. Will Goodman, we got to bounce.
00:30:26.660 What time is the trial tomorrow? And if we can put up the, you can take my face off. We put up the
00:30:30.540 poster. What time is the trial tomorrow, sir?
00:30:32.680 So the trial will be tomorrow at 9 a.m. at the Morris County Courthouse at 56 Washington Street.
00:30:39.600 And an organization, Catholics for Catholics, will be holding a rosary rally at 8 a.m.
00:30:45.660 before and praying for the protection of life and also praying for Father Fidelis Misinski,
00:30:50.540 the Franciscan, Father David Nix, who are great life defenders. And we're so grateful for the support
00:30:55.500 of Catholics for Catholics and the wonderful work John Yepp is doing. So encourage people to come
00:30:59.440 out and pray. If they can't come to the courthouse and pray, pray wherever they're at. This is a
00:31:03.300 spiritual battle.
00:31:06.560 Okay. So 8 a.m. is a rosary rally with John Yepp and the great team over at Catholics for Catholics.
00:31:11.700 That's the poster. If Grace and Mo and Jane Zerkle can get this all out throughout all the,
00:31:17.120 and Elizabeth, let's put this out everywhere. As many people that can attend tomorrow at 8 a.m.
00:31:20.760 at the courthouse in Morristown, New Jersey, to pray the rosary before him. A rosary rally.
00:31:26.380 We know how effective those things have been and the size groups we get. So let's everybody do it.
00:31:32.280 And I'll mention this again this afternoon on that. Will Goodman, right before I leave,
00:31:37.360 brother, I just got to make a passing comment. Now, so when I was in Danbury and Will and these
00:31:41.880 guys show up later, you know, I'm on the yard and I'm with, you know, the New York car where
00:31:46.980 everything's broken into what they call cars and not actual cars, but this is prison lingo.
00:31:52.340 And I'm with the car and they go, yeah. And I see, I see this guy walking in the, he's in
00:31:58.260 the yard doing the, he's walking and they say, he looks like St. Anthony or John the Baptist.
00:32:03.380 I mean, it's a total wild man. He's got a beard. He's got this hair. He's got this thousand
00:32:08.720 yard stare. And he's like a guy you don't want to mess with. Right. Because he looks crazy.
00:32:14.000 And they say, Oh no, that's one of those rosary guys. And I go, what do you mean? The rosary guys
00:32:18.240 says, yeah, they put these guys in praying the rosary. They get, they get these long terms
00:32:22.080 in these prisons. He said, but no, they're harmless. So I go up and talk to him. And now
00:32:26.620 I see him on the show today and you look like a solid, you look like a, you look like a solid
00:32:31.260 citizen. You look like somebody be the next backyard barbecue next door. Rumor has it that you hang on,
00:32:38.140 that you cleaned up so you could go on Fox news. Is there any truth to remember? Because that would be,
00:32:42.720 that would be the information people need to never watch Fox news again. So please tell me,
00:32:48.240 was it Fox news that you had to clean up for? I was persuaded by some others to clean up for the
00:32:54.660 interview, but it was actually because my parents and others said, come on, Will, you look a lot
00:32:59.460 better without the beard, please. So I did it for my mom and dad, actually. I mean, that's the real
00:33:03.560 reason. But, uh, but yeah, the rosary is powerful. I'm holding in my hand the rosary that I got at Dan
00:33:08.520 Barry blessed by the chaplain there. And, uh, it's, it's powerful. Uh, the rosary is our spiritual
00:33:14.120 weapon. We, we need to be fighting here for the unborn for the protection of women and children
00:33:18.140 and, uh, just get on your knees and storm heaven. This is a, this is a Holocaust happening. That's
00:33:24.720 killing millions and millions of children. And, uh, we need to pray for the conversion of poor sinners
00:33:29.700 and reparation for the attacks on life and for authentic justice. And that these, uh, judges would be
00:33:35.420 converted because they need, they stand before God is responsible for protecting the rights of
00:33:41.180 children, not to be murdered. So, uh, we hope our case tomorrow will be an opportunity to defend the
00:33:45.880 constitutional rights of babies. Please everyone pray for that. And, uh, thank you so much, Steve,
00:33:51.160 for having us on. Will Goodman, you're a good man. Thank you for coming on. For more information,
00:33:58.380 go to redroadsrescue.com. Also for the babies we recovered in DC, the late term abortions,
00:34:04.360 justice for the five.com. And to get rid of the obnoxious federal laws against pro-life rescuers,
00:34:11.680 go to smash the face.com. So abolish abortion and abolish face the unjust law that goes after
00:34:18.500 peaceful pro-lifers. Okay. We'll put that back up this afternoon. Well, thank you so much.
00:34:25.360 Appreciate you. Thank you, Steve. God bless you. My friend. Thank you, brother. You see these guys,
00:34:32.780 these men and women are incredible over the women's prison. They had, they put, they put,
00:34:36.140 I think a 73 year old woman. I think they gave her five years. These federal judges are out of
00:34:41.720 control. And we got to start the impeachment effort. These judges got to understand just
00:34:46.900 because you're sworn in and given a lifetime report, it doesn't mean you're going to serve
00:34:50.120 out a lifetime report. We've got to start impeaching these judges. These judges are neo-Marxists.
00:34:54.820 I'm telling you how corrupt it is. Alex DeGrasse, and it's corrupt up to, it's corrupt at every
00:34:59.820 level. These radical Democrats are the most corrupt things in the world. They've corrupted
00:35:04.320 the judicial system. Let's go to, let's go to Wisconsin. Alex DeGrasse, you got kind of a
00:35:10.200 bombshell today, sir. I thought, I thought it's a free and court level. It's about the rule of law
00:35:14.420 and thinking great thoughts and making sure the law applies. It doesn't get down to the grubbiness
00:35:18.960 of electoral politics. Am I incorrect on that, sir? Yeah. So it was a major leak from an internal
00:35:26.180 Democrat, you know, fundraising among the dark money groups on the left, funded by George Soros
00:35:31.800 with what we know of is already an over $1 million donation. This is the most expensive
00:35:36.460 judicial race in the history of the country, already over $60 million spent on either side
00:35:43.560 as of early March through public records and what we're able to track at the Republican Party.
00:35:47.980 I mean, this is crazy. So they're openly talking about it, and they're talking about
00:35:52.240 sealing two House seats, something that the war room has been talking about, and we've
00:35:56.040 been battling for years on this front. And it's a liberal court right now. There's an
00:36:00.700 open seat. If we flip this, three front, right? A, we protect these seats. Two, election
00:36:07.540 integrity, major disputes and issues going into the midterms, going into the next presidential
00:36:12.040 race where this court has jurisdiction that we've talked about, and then the abortion
00:36:16.880 message, you know, issue in Wisconsin's huge on the pro-life, which is why our side's backed
00:36:22.600 by that. And so, yeah.
00:36:27.140 You have Second Amendment. You have Second Amendment. You have abortion. You know, life
00:36:32.920 issues. You have many issues dealing with other topics and interests, whether it's electoral,
00:36:43.320 whether it's faith issues, whether it's Second Amendment. Those are the things that comes before
00:36:47.460 the court. What gets this email out in this fundraiser, and folks, understand this. A Supreme
00:36:53.460 Court race for a state court has already cost $60 million, both sides. $60 million. And
00:37:02.520 we're not in the red zone yet. Early voting starts in the 18th. As a matter of fact, if
00:37:08.680 you go to the TP Action, you can download the app where you can actually do, and we'll have
00:37:13.760 a more detailed discussion this afternoon, that you can start to work the phone banks from
00:37:19.520 out of state, because this is a national race. $60 million already. But her fundraiser
00:37:25.080 gets back right now. It's a six to two. It's an eight-seat congressional delegation, six
00:37:31.600 to two. And she's basically saying, I can make it four-four, correct?
00:37:36.380 Yeah. They want to steal two seats. Blaine, I mean, this stuff is, these are Blaine, and
00:37:41.060 you've been talking about that, Steve, right? They're getting more in our grill. I mean, they're
00:37:44.240 just more out there, of course. And I would love to see more of the conversations among the
00:37:49.080 dark money networks here that are backing her up. But this is what they're talking about.
00:37:53.480 They're talking about stealing two Republican seats. This stuff is crazy, probably criminal
00:37:58.520 in many regards, in terms of just being blamed about having a judicial race focused on a political
00:38:04.240 action, because it's vastly corrupt. So as people look into her, she's an insane person. Her
00:38:10.200 record's totally out of control, far left, completely controlled. Pritzker, Reid Hoffman, these guys
00:38:16.620 are dumping in money, all the sort of bad actors in that space. They're outraising us
00:38:21.680 heavily, outspending us heavily. The polling is very tight, frankly alarming, I would say.
00:38:26.760 So we need the posse to dig in. This is really priority alpha, top priority, I would say, is
00:38:31.400 to dig in on the red zone and get this done.
00:38:34.300 Oh, no, no, no. You remember the redistricting fights from from twenty one and twenty two and
00:38:40.000 twenty three. If we hadn't fought those in one folks, Mike Johnson, as sad as he is, would
00:38:45.840 not be speaker. It'd be Hakeem Jeffries and Donald Trump. None of his legislation be going
00:38:49.540 through. And the first thing, if we lose those two seats in Wisconsin with New York and California
00:38:55.520 and the fights we're going to have in North Carolina, all of it, I'm telling you that the
00:38:59.640 odds that Hakeem Jeffries can come back is going to be quite high. And Hakeem Jeffries
00:39:03.600 first, first effort is going to be moved to impeach Donald John Trump. And that's in
00:39:09.020 January twenty twenty seven, which is just around the corner. DeGrasse, where do people
00:39:13.000 go to social media? Because you're keeping people up to speed on this all the time.
00:39:16.220 Where do they go? DeGrasse 81 on X. Get her truth. I'm on all of it. But I just ask, please
00:39:22.640 all over the country, volunteer, get the phone banks. If you're in Wisconsin, get people,
00:39:26.960 get your list. It's going to be a turnout game, just like we've executed with President
00:39:31.020 Trump and the rest of them. So thank you, guys.
00:39:33.500 Turn up. It's a murder in the 24. It's a dead heat right now on the polling. That means this
00:39:39.960 is all about turnout. Scott Pressler talked to some of his team this morning. Pressler's
00:39:43.900 there. This is everybody, everybody on both sides. This is this is all a game. You got
00:39:49.280 every hitter. You get to read Hoffman's. You've got the you've got the Pritzker's. You got
00:39:53.420 Soros on their side. You got all their top operatives. They get
00:39:56.520 Pressler top operatives there. This all starts in the 18th. And so you got to get
00:40:01.740 ready to do it. DeGrasse, fantastic work. Thanks for the heads up. Look forward to
00:40:06.100 having you back on, brother. Thanks, Steve. Thank you. DeGrasse, all things
00:40:09.380 house. The Schumer turndown. This is why you're going to we need you at the
00:40:15.120 ramparts. Not today, but we're going to need you to ramparts and give you the go
00:40:18.360 signal. The early voting in-person voting starts on the 18th of March all the way
00:40:23.360 through the 30th. And every day, it's going to be game day. Nothing's more
00:40:27.820 important right now. The electoral map is going to be this this situation in
00:40:31.640 Wisconsin. This is why, like on home title lock, we can't have you your attention
00:40:36.880 diverted to a hundred thousand dollars second mortgage taken out on you on your
00:40:41.580 home by some hard money lender and don't want to hear your tale of woe. Right.
00:40:46.420 Well, it wasn't really me. Right. The bad guys got the cash. You have to pay off the
00:40:50.840 principal and the interest. This is why home title lock now gives you the triple
00:40:55.620 lock one million dollar guarantee. What is it? 24 seven coverage alerts all hours
00:41:03.880 of the day or night. If something happens, somebody is messing with your title. And
00:41:07.480 then if all else fails, a one million dollar restoration project legal in every
00:41:13.560 different aspect. So what do you do? Talk to Natalie Dominguez and the team at home
00:41:19.340 title lock on the triple lock protection, the one million dollar triple lock protection
00:41:23.380 to make sure that you're not encumbered. So you can put your focus that the very little
00:41:28.480 time you have to be able to focus on politics to manning the ramparts. And we're going to

00:41:43.640 Mary Holland. I'm holding to the next break. I've only got a minute right here. I hate
00:41:49.560 to say, Mary, I told you so, but I had you on the other day and I said, Mary, I saw this
00:41:55.040 book you put up for free. It was on measles. And I said all about the vaccines and people
00:41:59.580 get the information because a big controversy about measles. And I said, Mary, when I get
00:42:05.100 I said, you got to come on because this is big. I can see I can see in the information
00:42:09.480 warfare of MSMEC is big. And then this morning, brother Weldon, the CDC, who is a make America
00:42:18.560 healthy again guy, his confirmation is pulled. We only got 30 seconds. Was it pulled because
00:42:24.240 of this measles situation, ma'am?
00:42:27.240 No, it's not exclusively the measles, but the measles was a very effective backdrop. Steve,
00:42:32.320 there's more to it. Weldon was absolutely, completely aligned with make America healthy
00:42:38.440 again. And I think the powers that be didn't want somebody that aligned, frankly.
00:42:44.800 OK, hang on. We're going to take a short commercial break. Mary Holland from Children's Health
00:42:49.620 Defense. We're going to talk measles first and we'll talk about other aspects in the make
00:42:54.680 America healthy MAGA merger. We took an incoming today. Weldon was the man at CDC.
00:43:03.160 We're going to get down on all of it. Short break in the war room.
00:43:08.440 We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the
00:43:14.600 CCP.
00:43:17.640 What if he had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research
00:43:22.500 every month? Steve Bannon here. War room listeners know Jim Rickards. I love this guy.
00:43:27.700 He's our wise man, a former CIA, Pentagon and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp
00:43:33.520 of geopolitics and capital markets. Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312
00:43:40.160 to 226 down to the actual number itself. Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th,
00:43:48.540 a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future. His latest book,
00:43:53.900 Money GPT exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos. Bank runs at lightning speeds,
00:44:00.680 algorithm driven crashes and even threats to national security. Right now, war room members

00:44:31.320 Withdrawing the nomination of former Congressman Dave Weldon to be the next center for disease control
00:44:36.320 director. This coming just hours before his confirmation hearing. No reason given. Weldon
00:44:41.440 had faced considerable controversy because of his anti-vaccine views and our Julie Serkins back with
00:44:47.680 us. Julie, any reaction on the Hill to Weldon's nomination being pulled?
00:44:51.600 Not yet. We're actually waiting for Susan Collins to speak about this. Apparently she has something
00:44:55.960 to say. Bill Cassidy, who is the top Republican on that panel, didn't even answer questions from
00:45:00.440 reporters as he was going in and out of the hearing room. Remember, this was all set to take place.
00:45:05.200 They informed reporters and folks waiting online to get into the room minutes before it was supposed
00:45:10.320 to start at 10 a.m. This is really a question mark because Dave Weldon was a congressman. He
00:45:15.460 left the Hill in 2009 while he was a member of Congress. He did sit on some committees that
00:45:20.040 oversaw the CDC, which is a good sign. But he did also sponsor legislation and really lead the push
00:45:26.020 on legislation that was anti-vaccine. In one example, he led the effort on taking mercury out
00:45:31.440 of vaccines, claiming there were too many harmful preservatives in vaccines, something that is
00:45:35.600 completely unproven and untrue. And now, of course, we're in a situation where when he was nominated
00:45:40.480 in November, we didn't have a measles outbreak like we are facing now. We didn't have the bird flu
00:45:44.720 exploding like we are having now. And so that was a very different time for President Trump to take
00:45:49.680 his campaign promises of changing and rooting out the FDA, the CDC, the way that the health system is
00:45:55.220 run in this country. Fast forwarding to now, when all of these epidemics and all of these issues are
00:45:59.960 happening throughout the country, to have someone like Dave Weldon sit before a Senate panel where
00:46:04.400 they are Republicans who are extremely skeptical of RFK's anti-vaccine views to now have them
00:46:10.020 question somebody like Weldon. It's unclear if they would even have the votes to confirm him. So
00:46:14.160 it's a question mark, really. Did the White House pull him because he didn't have the votes or did
00:46:17.760 they pull him because it was a terrible optic situation and Weldon wasn't experienced enough
00:46:22.220 to know what he's doing at this critical time? Okay. You see, that's right there. You see in the
00:46:28.420 CNN, New York Times, MSNBC, that's the framing of it. Mary Holland, it don't look good because
00:46:35.900 Weldon was kind of our guy. This is a make America healthy again, former congressman, CDC,
00:46:42.400 signed off by everybody, knew it was going to be controversial. Why did we blink, ma'am?
00:46:48.140 It's because this is why I had you on the other day. Was it was this because of measles or something
00:46:52.100 deeper than that? Well, I think that's the backdrop. I think a big part of it, Steve, was on March
00:46:58.300 seven. Reuters and the New York Times came out with an article saying that the CDC was going to
00:47:03.560 be doing a study on vaccines and autism. And I think that was very threatening. That may have
00:47:09.200 been a setup as the whole measles focus is a setup to make it seem impractical or not politically
00:47:17.260 correct to have Weldon take the position. He's been really outspoken on the hazards of vaccines and
00:47:23.740 how they're poorly studied and they're poorly tested. He is very aligned with Bobby Kenney.
00:47:28.120 So this is a huge disappointment. I was waiting on the line with my colleagues and at just a few
00:47:33.080 minutes to 10, they came and said, no, you know, it's off. They did vote in Bhattacharya and Makkari
00:47:38.740 today. That was good news. But it's very disappointing that Weldon was pulled, particularly in such a last
00:47:46.060 minute. Clearly, there were, you know, negotiations going on that fell apart. I think measles is a
00:47:51.100 backdrop. I think what was really threatening was a vaccines autism study, Steve.
00:47:55.240 And is that autism study that was leaked? You know, we call them embeds. These government
00:48:01.980 bureaucrats are still there, the administrative state. That was leaked strategically to the New
00:48:07.920 York Times and the Associated Press to take out Weldon, correct? I just want to make sure everybody
00:48:12.200 understand this is information warfare. And they may have gotten a scalp on this, ma'am. Go ahead.
00:48:17.720 That's what it looks like. I can't verify that. But it was Reuters being reported in the New York
00:48:22.760 Times. And it was the setup, I think, because Weldon has been a vaccine skeptic, as is appropriate
00:48:29.100 for a physician who cares about children's health. He has said they're not properly tested. There are
00:48:34.740 serious problems. He was going to study it.
00:48:37.380 I want to hit this because on MSNBC and CNN nonstop is you're a kook. Bobby Kennedy's a kook. You people
00:48:45.300 are dangerous. You're going to pull all the vaccines. What is the position of Mary Holland,
00:48:50.480 the position of Children's Health Defense, and the position of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who now got
00:48:55.340 confirmed as the Secretary of Health and Human Services, ma'am?
00:48:59.620 Well, I can't speak for Bobby Kennedy. I can speak for Children's Health Defense. Children's Health
00:49:03.520 Defense is we stand absolutely behind informed consent. We stand absolutely behind. There should
00:49:08.700 be no medical mandates. It's not medicine if it's coerced or forced. And there are very serious
00:49:14.000 problems with vaccines. They're not placebo-controlled, tested. They're not tested for extended periods of
00:49:20.480 time. They are forced on all children, with very few exceptions. These are real problems. It's not
00:49:27.140 medicine if it's forced, Steve. That's just not the ethic of medicine, which is, first, do no harm.
00:49:32.920 Everybody's different. You can't have one-size-fits-all medicine full stop.
00:49:39.200 In this measles situation, what is the position of Children's Health Defense specifically about
00:49:45.100 this measles situation that looks like a breakout in Texas and other places in the Southwest?
00:49:49.320 Well, and now they're saying, there are always going to be measles outbreaks, Steve. The vaccine is not
00:49:56.160 fully effective. That's acknowledged. There have been measles outbreaks every year for many,
00:50:00.980 many years. Our position is that, as Bobby Kennedy said, it's a choice. How you want to treat measles
00:50:08.040 is up to you. You and I, Steve, are old enough that we had measles. We also had other childhood
00:50:13.120 diseases. They now say they're vaccine-preventable. They're not fully preventable. And vaccines cause
00:50:19.200 injuries. The MMR vaccine has called vastly more injuries and deaths than measles has over the last 30
00:50:26.660 years. The book, as we talked about last time, is free on our website, childrenshealthdefense.org.
00:50:33.000 It's a fantastic book. It's the measles playbook. It's every infectious disease playbook. It's what
00:50:39.260 they do. They say, oh, my God, there's only one solution. It has to be the vaccine. And, oh,
00:50:44.600 they're safe and effective. And the people who are selling this to you and giving this to you,
00:50:48.540 they are so altruistic. They would never think of anything but your health, all of which is
00:50:53.420 absolutely not true. This is big money. This is billions of dollars.
00:51:00.120 Mary, one more time. Where do folks get the book, ma'am?
00:51:05.100 Childrenshealthdefense.org in the carousel. You just put in your name and email for the,
00:51:09.880 or you just put in your email for the measles book. You'll get it. It's a really fantastic book.
