Bannon's War Room - Episode 4356： Threats Against Tommy Robbinson's Life; The Judicial Insurrection

00:00:00.000 My friend, Eric, thank you so much.

00:00:04.080 My favorite time of the day is doing the pass, the handoff from the Eric Bolling show at four to Worm at five.

00:00:09.940 Thank you, brother. Appreciate it. Have a great weekend, Eric.

00:00:12.900 Eric Bolling, an original gangster.

00:00:15.940 Talk about original gangsters.

00:00:18.380 We're going to have Tommy Robinson.

00:00:20.840 Also, Peter McElvenny is going to join us from London.

00:00:24.380 I want to play kind of a highlight reel of President Trump today in the Oval Office.

00:00:28.360 He was dropping bombs, including probably more bombs than the F-47 is going to drop.

00:00:34.140 Let's go ahead and play it. The cold open.

00:00:36.380 Julie Kelly is going to be here. Andy Biggs, Royce White.

00:00:39.420 We're packed on a Friday in the Worm. Let's go and let it roll.

00:00:43.160 Well, people are coming to me and talking about tariffs.

00:00:45.980 And a lot of people are asking me if they could have exceptions.

00:00:49.580 And once you do that for one, you have to do that for all.

00:00:52.280 So, I mean, generally, I did something, interestingly, during two weeks ago.

00:00:59.800 I gave the American car companies a break because it would have been unfair if I didn't.

00:01:05.520 And everybody said, oh, he changed his mind on tariffs.

00:01:07.800 I didn't change my mind.

00:01:08.880 I helped our, you know, sort of big three, big four.

00:01:12.900 I helped some of the American companies.

00:01:14.900 And instead of taking it properly, they said, oh, he changed it.

00:01:18.540 I don't change.

00:01:19.380 But the word flexibility is an important word.

00:01:22.020 Sometimes there's flexibility.

00:01:23.600 So there'll be flexibility.

00:01:25.080 But basically, it's reciprocal.

00:01:28.720 So that if China is charging us 50 percent or 30 percent or 20 percent,

00:01:34.140 and I don't mean China, I mean anybody, any country, Canada,

00:01:37.640 nobody knows that Canada is charging our dairy farmers.

00:01:41.620 They have 270 percent tariffs.

00:01:44.900 Nobody knows that.

00:01:46.260 Nobody knows that.

00:01:48.140 They have up to 400 percent.

00:01:50.420 They have a couple of tariffs at 400 percent.

00:01:54.220 Nobody knows that.

00:01:55.080 Nobody talks about that.

00:01:56.520 And remember, with Canada, we don't need their cars.

00:01:59.240 We don't need their lumber.

00:02:00.280 We don't need their energy.

00:02:01.480 We don't need anything from Canada.

00:02:03.020 And yet it costs us $200 billion a year in subsidy to keep Canada afloat.

00:02:08.220 So when I say they should be a state, I mean that.

00:02:10.760 I really mean that.

00:02:11.500 Because we can't be expected to carry a country that is right next to us on our border. 0.97

00:02:21.060 It would be a great state.

00:02:22.200 It would be a cherished state.

00:02:24.020 The taxes for Canadian citizens would go down in less than half.

00:02:29.520 They don't spend money on military because they think we're going to protect them.

00:02:34.620 There are many things that they do, like icebreakers.

00:02:37.460 They want us to provide icebreakers for them. 0.52

00:02:39.940 Oh, that's wonderful.

00:02:41.240 So the Canada, they've been very tough traders.

00:02:45.600 I want to just tell you, all the people, they're tough traders.

00:02:48.780 They trade very tough.

00:02:49.760 And, you know, the expression I use is some people don't have the cards.

00:02:55.820 I used that expression about a week and a half ago, right?

00:02:58.720 Somebody was negotiating who didn't have the cards, who's now, I think, saying that he wants to do it.

00:03:04.120 And I think we're going to have a big deal on that very special something.

00:03:07.820 We've got to make a deal on that.

00:03:09.400 But Canada has been a very nasty negotiator against the United States, took advantage of the United States for a long time.

00:03:16.280 But nobody knows that they were getting 270% tariffs on dairy products.

00:03:21.600 On something else, these Trendy Aragua guys, because of your executive order, they are designated as foreign terrorists.

00:03:29.120 If ISIS or Al-Qaeda foreign terrorists were operating here in the United States, cops would probably be shooting first and asking questions later.

00:03:39.620 And so, what is the difference between terrorists, between somebody like an ISIS or an Al-Qaeda operative versus an MS-13 or Trendy Aragua?

00:03:49.440 Well, these are people that focus on destroying people in their homes.

00:03:54.260 They're not as international in that sense. 0.99

00:03:58.440 They're a group of thugs. 0.98

00:04:00.060 They come from Venezuela. 1.00

00:04:01.320 They come from the prisons of Venezuela. 0.85

00:04:03.100 They're very, very dangerous people.

00:04:06.700 But they didn't look so dangerous when the guards took care of the situation from El Salvador.

00:04:12.680 And I want to thank the president.

00:04:14.060 He's a friend of mine.

00:04:14.940 He's done a great job.

00:04:17.500 But I just can't imagine that the Democrats are taking this issue where they want to have them back.

00:04:23.880 You know, so now they have men playing in women's sports. 0.99

00:04:27.680 They have transgender for everyone.

00:04:29.380 They have open borders.

00:04:30.320 They have all of their crazy policies that are, I think, 95-5, not 90-10.

00:04:35.060 Okay?

00:04:35.920 And their new policy is, let's bring Trendy Aragua back into our country. 0.98

00:04:41.960 Let's bring the worst. 0.96

00:04:43.180 These are the worst gang members there are.

00:04:44.940 They looked amazingly frail, though, by the way they were handled.

00:04:49.960 It's very amazing.

00:04:50.720 You know, they weren't, when they were in Colorado, cutting the fingers off a man because he made a phone call to the police,

00:04:55.640 they seemed a lot tougher then than they did when they were having their heads shaved and they were in shackles.

00:05:03.380 They're tough people.

00:05:04.300 They're bad people.

00:05:04.980 We don't want them in our country. 0.78

00:05:06.120 We can't let a judge say that he wants them. 0.64

00:05:09.040 You know, he didn't run for president.

00:05:10.380 He didn't get much more than 80 million votes.

00:05:12.600 And we just can't let that happen.

00:05:16.320 It would be so bad for our country.

00:05:18.440 I won on the basis of getting criminals out of our country that were let in.

00:05:23.460 It was called unforced error.

00:05:25.340 They were let in by Biden, incompetently let in, and let in by the millions, actually.

00:05:31.540 21 million people.

00:05:32.820 I believe it's 21 million.

00:05:34.140 And that's not even including the gotaways, but these are rough people.

00:05:38.860 We want them out of our country. 0.98

00:05:40.220 And I won the election based at least partly on that.

00:05:43.580 And that's a big part.

00:05:44.500 Yeah.

00:05:46.280 We know something about some of these people.

00:05:48.300 In fact, I will tell you that Robert Serna, who is an ICE official, who's been a declarant here,

00:05:52.760 meaning somebody who has submitted a sworn declaration on behalf of the government,

00:05:56.020 has conceded as much in a sworn declaration saying many of these people or some of these people don't have criminal records.

00:06:02.120 In terms of what else we know about them, the ACLU and Democracy Forward,

00:06:06.280 they represent both the five original plaintiffs and then sort of the larger class of Venezuelans

00:06:10.940 subject to the proclamation, have put in a court filing that has multiple declarations attached to it

00:06:16.860 from lawyers who represent Venezuelan nationals who are believed to have been

00:06:21.100 essentially disappeared by the U.S. government over the weekend on one of these flights.

00:06:25.600 Many of the lawyers say, my client didn't have a criminal record.

00:06:30.560 I know my client's tattoos.

00:06:32.780 None of those tattoos, which the government has either cited to us previously as a basis for

00:06:37.680 his affiliation with Trinidad or has never raced with us before.

00:06:41.280 But none of those tattoos have anything to do with gang membership.

00:06:44.340 In one case, there's a declaration from a sister who says, I know the meaning of those tattoos that

00:06:49.620 my brother has because I made two of them in Harlingen, Texas, where we lived.

00:06:54.760 He didn't have any of those tattoos when he left Venezuela.

00:06:57.160 So those are the sorts of facts that we're learning about the human beings at the heart of this.

00:07:00.760 Yeah.

00:07:00.960 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:07:08.640 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:07:13.840 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:07:18.100 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:07:20.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:07:21.440 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:07:24.120 It's going to happen.

00:07:25.180 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:07:28.800 MAGA Media.

00:07:29.700 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:07:35.600 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:07:39.340 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:07:45.640 War Room.

00:07:46.560 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:07:55.180 Explosive activity today in federal courts.

00:08:04.960 We're going to get to all of that here in a moment.

00:08:07.280 I want to play Peter McElveney joins us.

00:08:10.700 Breaking news on Tommy Robinson.

00:08:12.920 We have a short clip.

00:08:13.780 Let's go and play that and we'll bring Peter in.

00:08:16.260 Tommy Robinson has lost a high court bid to challenge his segregation in prison

00:08:20.840 over fears he'd be killed by another inmate.

00:08:23.240 He was moved to a closed wing at Woodhill after intelligence suggested a prisoner serving life there was planning to attack him.

00:08:30.600 His lawyers argued his isolation breaches human rights and is harming his mental health.

00:08:36.200 But the court heard he enjoys various privileges behind bars and has no arguable claim.

00:08:41.340 Robinson's real name, Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, is serving 18 months for breaching a court injunction.

00:08:47.000 Peter McElveney from Hearts of Oak joins us and we distribute Hearts of Oak here on the War Room.

00:08:55.320 Peter, am I to hear this right because there was a guy there that was going to kill Tommy Robinson

00:09:00.980 or they found out it was going to kill him, a person serving a life sentence.

00:09:04.820 The solution was to put Tommy Robinson in solitary confinement.

00:09:09.740 Is that what we're hearing?

00:09:11.080 He's in solitary confinement for the rest of his imprisonment, sir?

00:09:16.340 Well, Steve, great to be on with you.

00:09:18.680 That is what the courts have said.

00:09:22.700 He has been in solitary confinement for about 140 days, maybe 138 days as I join you.

00:09:31.340 He was arrested for showing a film.

00:09:34.620 He was the lowest level prisoner.

00:09:37.300 That is a civil offence, Category D offence.

00:09:40.600 He was originally put in the Category A prison, Belmarsh, the top security prison in the UK.

00:09:48.240 And I had gone to visit him when he was there back two and a half years ago.

00:09:54.660 He was then moved in the middle of the night to another prison, a Category B prison,

00:09:59.660 but held in the maximum containment unit of that prison.

00:10:05.380 And yeah, he is held in solitary confinement.

00:10:09.820 I know the government refused to call it solitary confinement.

00:10:14.460 They call it containment or restricted access.

00:10:17.960 But that basically is 22 hours a day in a cell.

00:10:21.800 He doesn't see anyone.

00:10:23.100 He is allowed out by one guard.

00:10:25.540 He goes and he is allowed in the gym by himself for two hours and then back in the cell.

00:10:31.480 That is it.

00:10:32.480 He doesn't see anyone except the individual, the guard, who walks him to the gym and back again.

00:10:41.920 So that is solitary confinement.

00:10:44.900 The court yesterday, so he was in court yesterday,

00:10:48.600 and they have said he is in solitary confinement for his own protection.

00:10:52.400 He is never asked to be in solitary confinement.

00:10:54.760 He shouldn't actually be in a Category B prison for a minimal offense.

00:11:01.220 He should be a slap on the wrist and a fine.

00:11:04.240 That's another issue.

00:11:05.920 The third issue is he is in solitary confinement.

00:11:08.900 The prison authorities have put him in a prison that's 35% Muslim.

00:11:13.000 Now, Tommy has spent his time speaking up against that clash that Islam has with the West. 1.00

00:11:19.000 He has spoken out of the Muslim rape gangs, the grooming gangs that we have had in the UK since at least 1975 for 50 years. 0.99

00:11:28.640 So, of course, if you put him in a prison of 35% Muslims, they're going to be a bit pissed off and they're going to possibly take it into their own hands to deal out their own justice. 0.99

00:11:40.900 But why has the British establishment put him in a prison where actually a third of the prison is Muslims and it's highly likely actually he would be endangered?

00:11:51.580 So, the government are arguing a situation that they put him in and he doesn't need to be in.

00:11:58.740 And showing a film is not a 18-month solitary confinement prison sentence.

00:12:08.040 And I don't know anyone who is in for contempt of court for that length of time and is normally a slap on the wrist, maybe a fine few thousand pounds.

00:12:19.420 But because Tommy is the enemy of the state, there is no one like Tommy Robinson.

00:12:24.080 And from the 1st of January, when Elon Musk posted, free Tommy Robinson, the world is aware of the work that Tommy has done and the pressure that has been put on him by the UK establishment, by the UK state, by the police, by the courts, by the politicians.

00:12:42.540 And we only have two politicians that speak up for Tommy.

00:12:46.500 In the House of Commons, it's Rupert Lowe MP.

00:12:49.780 And in the House of Lords, it is Lord Pearson of Rannock.

00:12:52.880 Those are the two people in nearly 3,000 people in Parliament that actually will speak up for Tommy.

00:13:00.040 Why is that?

00:13:05.360 Why has no one picked up the cause of Tommy Robinson, particularly what he's done about the rape gangs and about the radical Islam in the heartland of the United Kingdom? 0.64

00:13:14.740 I think it's because it's a fear.

00:13:16.440 It's a fear of having what we call a race riot.

00:13:20.040 And that was why the police said they didn't get involved in the grooming gangs because they were worried about a race riot.

00:13:25.660 So you don't want to touch on this issue because it has religious and racial connotations.

00:13:32.980 And as we saw in the Danish cartoons, you don't want to point the finger at Islam and critique Islam because you have huge violence in the streets if you do. 0.99

00:13:42.260 So it is much easier and makes more common sense in a multicultural society to keep your head down, to keep quiet, to allow these hundreds of thousands of white girls, white young girls to be raped by Muslim gangs. 0.98

00:13:57.140 Actually, let that continue, because if you speak up, you will have an issue on your hand. 0.98

00:14:02.160 And the girls that are actually being targeted, they are deemed as lower class, not only by the Muslim or grooming gangs, but actually by the establishment.

00:14:12.880 And that is the sad part that our courts, our police, our politicians see them as disposable.

00:14:19.860 And I know you've spoken about this regularly, Steve, and Rahim has focused on this.

00:14:26.700 It is a huge issue and probably the biggest thing in Britain for the last hundred years.

00:14:33.280 Just hang over a sudden, Peter.

00:14:35.800 I know it's late there.

00:14:37.420 You've got guests.

00:14:39.520 Julie Kelly's going to join us. 0.99

00:14:40.680 She's under time pressure.

00:14:41.780 But I've got to talk about these no-go zones.

00:14:44.740 Short commercial break.

00:14:46.180 We're going to return in the war room with Peter McIlvenna.

00:14:50.400 Just a moment.

00:16:12.280 The Trump administration is back in court in front of Judge James Bosberg.

00:16:16.820 Bosberg is still waiting, by the way, for answers to his questions about last Saturday's deportation flights.

00:16:23.060 Bosberg called the latest response from the DOJ, quote, woefully insufficient.

00:16:27.520 And he also said the government, again, evaded its obligations.

00:16:32.940 The DOJ is denying this, instead calling Bosberg's request for information, quote, inappropriate judicial overreach.

00:16:41.040 Joining us now, MSNBC legal correspondent Lisa Rubin.

00:16:44.440 What's happening in court right now?

00:16:46.380 So there's been a lot of conversation, Katie.

00:16:48.340 First of all, we are not going to get answers today about those flights.

00:16:52.660 And that's because Judge Bosberg has given the administration until the 25th to determine definitively whether or not they're going to invoke something called the state secrets privilege.

00:17:03.200 If they do, that will be a legal argument by them that they never have to provide that information, that they are justified in withholding that, even from a judge who has a top-level security clearance.

00:17:13.960 But what they are talking about right now is the judge's power to determine whether or not the people who are part of the first two flights that left on Saturday are appropriately within the ambit of the Alien Enemies Act to begin with.

00:17:28.100 You noted at the beginning that the Trump administration has argued repeatedly this is a judge who has overstepped his boundaries.

00:17:35.480 And Judge Bosberg fighting back a little bit with the government's lawyer today, noting that there is a bunch of case law from earlier world wars that sets up quite nicely the fact that courts do have a role to play here

00:17:49.680 and determining whether somebody is, for example, a foreign enemy at war with the United States or somebody who is part of an actual or attempted invasion against the territory of the United States by a foreign nation or government,

00:18:06.240 which are important words here because Tren de Aragua is not formally any country or government.

00:18:11.920 The Trump administration's argument is that essentially it is an arm of the Venezuelan government.

00:18:17.420 But there's some real stretching there that has to take place in order to bring what they are trying to do within the plain language of the Alien Enemies Act,

00:18:26.060 which is the legal predicate for the deportation flight.

00:18:31.480 OK, Julie Kelly, we've seen there in this narrative war how the left portrays this and MSNBC is all over this with their top legal correspondents.

00:18:40.480 What say you, ma'am?

00:18:41.920 So I also listened to the hearing today before Judge Bosberg was about an hour and a half.

00:18:48.160 He opened the hearing by blasting the Department of Justice, saying that their responses to him have been intemperate and disrespectful and that he has this is something he rarely sees in responses by the government.

00:19:03.740 So he is really offended at some of the words that the DOJ has used while at the same time going out of his way extrajudicial steps to protect what he described today as the due process rights of illegal Venezuelans who are here and suspected members of what has been designated a foreign terrorist organization, TDA.

00:19:28.060 So he repeatedly condemned the DOJ, accused them of not being forthcoming with him, said that they have not been cooperative.

00:19:40.480 At one point, he scolded the DOJ attorney and Bosberg said, you know, I tell my clerks when they leave my office to go out into the world that the one thing that they really have is their integrity and their reputation.

00:19:55.700 And I think this is something that you need to remind yourself of, he said to the DOJ attorney, because, of course, what he's trying to do is set up this contempt trap that we've been talking about all week.

00:20:07.840 Whether those two flights that took off during the hearing that began at five o'clock, whether those flights were able to be turned around explanation as to why they were not turned around, which he gave in a weird verbal order.

00:20:23.680 He said at six forty eight on Saturday night, the flights had already left Texas an hour beforehand, but also then this third flight that took off after he posted his minute order and what he seems to want to do is not just find someone in contempt of his order, but then also establish due process relief for these Venezuelans accused of being members of TDA.

00:20:52.800 So they make sure that they have their rights covered, something he was not too concerned about in 70 plus J6 cases that he handled.

00:21:04.720 This is heading, he did give them to the 25th, though, to say if they were going to exert not executive privilege, but state secrets act.

00:21:15.620 Is that correct?

00:21:16.780 Privilege, state secret privilege.

00:21:18.740 Correct.

00:21:19.020 That's something that the Department of Justice in a filing this week suggested that they said that they were considering to keep these granular details about these flights away from Jeb Bosworth.

00:21:30.660 He does not need to know the details of these flights, where they landed, who was on them, who directed them.

00:21:36.820 Was anyone taken into custody?

00:21:38.960 He doesn't need to know that information.

00:21:40.740 The DOJ has told him we have abided by your orders.

00:21:43.740 That's not enough for him.

00:21:45.060 So when he asked for today, Steve, that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, as if he doesn't have more important things to do,

00:21:53.040 had to sign a sworn statement filed before Judge Bosworth this morning, saying that yes,

00:21:59.180 confirming there are cabinet level discussions about invoking state secret privilege to keep this national security

00:22:07.320 and foreign policy decisions away from this reckless partisan hack, Jeb Bosworth.

00:22:21.680 Do you think that the effort that's out there publicly to impeach him has gotten to this guy?

00:22:26.660 That's why he's dug in even harder, because both sides seem implacable, right?

00:22:30.700 There's a gulf there.

00:22:32.260 You can see it, and it only gets deeper every day.

00:22:34.440 It may not get wider, but it's getting deeper.

00:22:36.260 Well, he did say, because, of course, the public line has now been reopened for all of these proceedings.

00:22:45.400 They were closed for three years during J6 trials and hearings.

00:22:49.700 But all of a sudden now, the public, including reporters like myself, can phone in and listen to what's happening in the courtrooms.

00:22:56.220 And he did say at one point, I understand that there is great, unusual public interest in this case.

00:23:03.440 And he was asking the DOJ to confirm that, basically, he's not defending all terrorists.

00:23:10.000 He just has concerns about this certain proclamation by the president and who it specifically covers.

00:23:18.620 So he's well aware of the bad press that he's getting.

00:23:21.500 But look, he does not care.

00:23:23.180 He does not.

00:23:23.900 He doesn't even care if he's reversed by the D.C.

00:23:27.000 Circuit Court because the oral arguments, in this case, before the appellate court, are Monday afternoon.

00:23:35.640 Yeah.

00:23:36.080 And he's he's you know, he is defending due process rights for a terrorist designated organization that the commander in chief did to protect the security of citizens and the country.

00:23:47.720 Julie, I want to go to this.

00:23:49.840 I guess it was a opinion yesterday from the from the judge on the Social Security on DOJ or Social Security is about 130 pages long.

00:23:58.760 It was pretty brutal, was it not, ma'am?

00:24:02.060 I wish I had had time to read it today, but I was covering this and also DOJ more breaking news.

00:24:09.820 DOJ asking for the recusal dismissal of former chief judge Beryl Howell.

00:24:15.360 That is Jim Bosberg's job.

00:24:16.960 Bob Bosberg's predecessor, Beryl Howell, asking for her to be removed from the lawsuit filed by Perkins Cooey in the president's security clearance executive order against that firm. 0.86

00:24:30.540 So there was some other breaking news on that.

00:24:32.680 Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to cover the Social Security one.

00:24:38.080 But has the government responded to the Social Security?

00:24:41.060 Do you know that?

00:24:41.720 Because this was actually pretty brutal.

00:24:43.660 132 pages.

00:24:44.620 Do you know if the government do you know if the government has responded to it yet?

00:24:49.980 I don't, but I can certainly look that up and hopefully give you an answer on Monday.

00:24:56.360 We'll talk.

00:24:57.080 We'll talk.

00:24:57.600 Yeah, we'll talk on a Monday.

00:24:59.640 Quite brutal.

00:25:02.060 These guys are coming in hard and I think they're getting ready to file.

00:25:05.580 I think the suit's getting ready to be filed on the Department of Education.

00:25:09.040 Although President Trump did say he was sending the loan portfolio, the $1.7 trillion.

00:25:14.620 To be managed by the Small Business Association and everything to deal with the disabled children and everything to deal with school children and health.

00:25:22.840 He was putting over to HHS.

00:25:24.460 So he basically gutted the Department of Education today.

00:25:28.600 Your sense on this one, this kind of main event.

00:25:31.780 We've got about a minute or so.

00:25:33.260 How do you think this plays out next week?

00:25:34.760 Because like I said, the two sides are not getting closer here.

00:25:37.880 One side's going to win.

00:25:38.800 One side's going to lose.

00:25:39.880 Andy Biggs is going to be here in a while on next block.

00:25:43.880 We're definitely getting some momentum on this impeachment effort because I'm talking to a lot of people behind the scenes and they're saying, hey, they think it makes sense and they want to drive it when the House convenes next week.

00:25:54.660 Your thoughts, ma'am?

00:25:55.380 Well, I think there definitely is momentum for impeachment or I believe what Andy Biggs is looking at is jurisdiction stripping, reassigning some of these judges or just stripping them of their jurisdiction.

00:26:08.340 Of course, you and I have talked about this for years as well.

00:26:11.260 But if Jeff Bosberg is overturned by his own appellate court on this, that should give even more evidence as to why he should face impeachment.

00:26:21.200 Because what he did in ordering planes back, setting a contempt trap, unnecessarily burdening top Department of Justice officials and the White House in his crusade to try to undermine President Trump's foreign policy and immigration agenda.

00:26:40.340 If he is reversed, this should certainly result in impeachment hearings for him.

00:26:49.980 Julie Kelly, where do people get you over the weekend until you join us again on Monday, ma'am?

00:26:55.200 Well, they can get me online.

00:26:57.420 I'm not going to tell you where I'm going to be this weekend, Steve, but I will be.

00:27:01.180 You could find me declassified with Julie Kelly and ask Julie underscore Kelly to.

00:27:08.320 Julie Kelly, look forward to seeing you on Monday.

00:27:10.340 Have a great weekend.

00:27:11.060 Thank you, ma'am.

00:29:38.020 Action.

00:29:38.720 Action.

00:29:39.260 Action.

00:29:39.500 Action.

00:29:40.180 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.

00:29:44.220 Okay, Tommy Robinson's been in a prison for 18 months.

00:29:48.260 Now he's in solitary confinement because he stood up and tried to defend these young girls about these gang rapes in these old industrial cities in the heartland of England.

00:29:58.540 There's a report out from the Middle East Forum.

00:30:00.860 It's one of the best analytical groups out there about no-go zones throughout Europe.

00:30:04.820 The thing's out of control.

00:30:06.020 They talk about sending troops to Ukraine.

00:30:07.680 They're going to do this.

00:30:08.320 They're going to talk all this big talk.

00:30:09.580 It turned out they're not going to do anything.

00:30:11.640 There's 20,000, you know, they are not even a peacekeeping force.

00:30:16.580 They can't afford it.

00:30:17.380 The country's already kind of saying, well, who are we going to pay for this?

00:30:20.680 But this story about no-go zones, McIlvenna, this is what Tommy Robinson's kind of talking about.

00:30:26.440 Why is he riding in prison, in a prison that's one-third Muslim, in solitary confinement, when this issue is up in the grill of the British people? 0.98

00:30:36.860 Why do they look away from it?

00:30:39.580 Because they fear someone pointing out that multiculturalism has utterly failed.

00:30:44.260 And that MEF article is fantastic.

00:30:46.740 And it shows the no-go zones all across Europe.

00:30:49.700 Not an area that legally you cannot go, but an area where if you go, you realize this is not where you should be.

00:30:58.640 In terms of the shops, in terms of a lot of the Islamic shops selling halal food, you cannot get normal food, non-halal food.

00:31:07.520 You see the Arabic signs everywhere.

00:31:09.860 And I remember the very first time in London when I got the underground, the metro, the tube, and came up in East London in a place called Mile End.

00:31:20.420 And I get up and I looked around and I thought, where am I?

00:31:24.000 I used my card.

00:31:27.160 I went on the underground from somewhere in England and I've arrived somewhere that is not England.

00:31:32.880 And I looked around.

00:31:33.940 I didn't recognize the names of any of the shops.

00:31:36.420 I didn't recognize the signs because they were all in Arabic.

00:31:39.200 And I was surprised and confused where I was.

00:31:43.020 And that is happening across England.

00:31:44.860 It is happening up in the heartlands of North England, up in Yorkshire.

00:31:50.340 In towns that used to have a church in every street corner and they now have a mosque on every street corner.

00:31:55.720 They call to prayer.

00:31:57.120 Then if you go into Paris, if you go into Brussels, and the report talks about the Netherlands,

00:32:02.200 Brussels is 30% Islamic.

00:32:04.760 Paris has the running battles between Islamic groups in those ghettos. 0.99

00:32:10.680 And Paris is 15%.

00:32:12.200 London is 12%.

00:32:13.840 And how London has not actually sparked a mass riot, an aggressive riot, a violent riot, is only by God's grace.

00:32:23.540 Because actually the pressure is there.

00:32:26.240 And as the Brits, as the English move out of the cities, into that vacuum comes Islam. 1.00

00:32:34.500 And Islam dominates. 0.99

00:32:35.880 Islam is vocal.

00:32:37.280 Islam is forceful. 1.00

00:32:38.740 And it demands it has its shops.

00:32:40.520 It demands it has its schools.

00:32:42.080 It demands the headdress.

00:32:43.900 It demands Sharia courts, of which we have 85 in the UK.

00:32:48.920 And the government refused to engage on that.

00:32:51.300 All these issues Tommy Robinson has talked about for 25 years.

00:32:56.740 And because of that, he's been criticized.

00:32:58.700 He's been maligned.

00:32:59.620 He's been marginalized and attacked by the mainstream media, by the courts, by the government,

00:33:05.060 who are afraid of him because he has the support of the people.

00:33:08.660 He has the support of the working class, those on the ground who see this happen in their communities.

00:33:13.760 And the government in their ivory towers refuse to accept what is happening, or they're the ones making it happen and hoping that the population don't realize.

00:33:23.500 And Tommy has an appeal that no one else has in the UK.

00:33:27.760 And that's why the state are afraid of him.

00:33:29.840 And that's why his first book called Enemy of the State.

00:33:33.220 He isn't enemy of the state because he calls out these things as they are.

00:33:37.140 And that's why Tommy Robinson is in prison, and that's why Tommy Robinson is in solitary confinement.

00:33:44.480 And that is why Tommy Robinson is a man of courage and a hero in trying to save lives, Islamic lives also.

00:33:52.940 Tommy Robinson is a hero, and that's why he's imprisoned.

00:33:56.040 So endeth the lesson.

00:33:58.000 Peter, where do they get Hearts of Oak?

00:33:59.340 They can get us at Hearts of Oak UK on Twitter.

00:34:03.260 Of course, they can find us on War Room, Rumble and Getter.

00:34:10.000 And we're on every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

00:34:13.040 And can I say, Steve, I'm not going to buy anything from shopwarroom.org until I see you actually showing off all those clothings.

00:34:21.820 I want to see those caps on you.

00:34:23.180 I want to see the T-shirts.

00:34:24.040 I want to see you holding the mug, not just that one T-shirt.

00:34:26.980 So I'm holding off until I see you as the model with all those clothing. 0.63

00:34:31.120 It's my premium, Free Constantinople.

00:34:35.320 Come on, man.

00:34:36.080 That's the big one.

00:34:36.900 Peter, thank you so much.

00:34:38.040 I know it's late there.

00:34:39.100 I know it's late there.

00:34:40.960 Who booked this guy?

00:34:42.440 Talk to the bookie.

00:34:43.340 Thank you, Peter.

00:34:44.020 Love you guys.

00:34:44.660 Love Hearts of Oak.

00:34:46.580 See it up on War Room.

00:34:49.860 Honored guest, one of the real fighters in Congress, Congressman Andy Biggs.

00:34:54.300 Congressman Biggs, first, we've got some business to take care of with you today.

00:34:59.240 But I want to address, we just had Julie Kelly on here about this fiasco this afternoon in a federal court about President Trump, the commander-in-chief, trying to get rid of and get out of the country a terrorist-designated organization of Venezuelan criminals and having a judge step in the middle of that.

00:35:19.120 You've been very vocal about different alternatives.

00:35:23.440 Can you give us your assessment of where we stand now with this judicial insurrection, given your career as a prosecutor, sir?

00:35:30.720 Yeah.

00:35:31.280 What's gone on is the judiciary is utterly out of control, Steve.

00:35:37.120 So when you think that there's been something north of 130 lawsuits filed to stop President Trump and any of his actions, you know that the federal judiciary is out of control.

00:35:49.640 So let me give you some examples of what needs to happen.

00:35:52.540 First of all, we have the checkbook.

00:35:54.840 We can defund them.

00:35:55.660 Second of all, under Article 3, Section 1 of the Constitution, we create all federal courts other than the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:36:05.260 And we grant or remove jurisdiction from all those courts.

00:36:09.340 So we need to remove jurisdiction from place to place so you don't get these nationwide injunctions. 0.98

00:36:16.180 Piece of legislation I've got pending right now needs to get a hearing, needs to go forward, needs to get off the floor and get over to the Senate.

00:36:22.460 But I'm going to give you—and then people say, well, let's impeach.

00:36:26.820 That's an Article 2, Section 6 issue.

00:36:29.600 And you can impeach.

00:36:32.280 Your standard of proof is going to be different.

00:36:35.140 You're going to have to prove some stuff.

00:36:37.140 You can get them out of the House.

00:36:38.280 And I have no doubt that we can come close to impeaching in the House.

00:36:41.080 But you won't get the conviction.

00:36:42.360 You're not going to get removal.

00:36:43.400 I'm going to tell you now how I think we can remove these judges. 0.62

00:36:47.760 Everybody thinks that these judges have lifetime tenure.

00:36:50.480 Everybody's told that, but that's not accurate.

00:36:53.140 Article 3, Section 1 says these federal judges, all federal judges, including U.S. Supreme Court justices, only can serve a tenure of good behavior if they are found to be in good behavior.

00:37:06.880 So let me tell you what I think needs to happen.

00:37:08.600 This has never been approached in the entire history of the United States, but this is different than impeachment.

00:37:15.340 And I am asserting that Congress should actually pass a resolution saying, judge, you are not in good behavior.

00:37:26.220 You're not consistent with the Constitution anymore, Article 3, Section 1.

00:37:30.300 And thus, you are terminated.

00:37:33.360 You are fired.

00:37:34.580 That does not require an impeachment.

00:37:37.840 It doesn't require the supermajorities that impeachment does.

00:37:40.880 What it does is it says, we've resolved.

00:37:44.360 You are in bad conduct.

00:37:46.300 And you need to go.

00:37:47.240 Well, have you begun to socialize that with your colleagues?

00:37:53.940 Because I love it.

00:37:54.740 I love outside-the-box thinking.

00:37:56.400 And, brother, that's pretty breathtaking.

00:37:58.200 It only can come from the mind of Andy Biggs.

00:38:00.860 Are you starting to run this up the flagpole with your colleagues?

00:38:05.340 Yes, I am.

00:38:06.080 I've started it.

00:38:07.080 I've talked with some folks on Judiciary Committee, including some who have actual control of what goes on in Judiciary Committee.

00:38:16.820 And I'm pushing that because I do believe that's the way it needs to be.

00:38:21.620 My team is drafting legislation.

00:38:24.020 I'm working with them to draft that resolution.

00:38:27.280 I'm hoping that we can get it to go forward next week.

00:38:30.220 This has never been done in U.S. history.

00:38:32.940 And I believe it's simply because people have bought into the notion of lifetime tenure, which is not what the Constitution says.

00:38:42.120 So, yeah, I'm socializing it, and we need to get it done.

00:38:47.360 Let's go ahead and play.

00:38:48.300 I've got some clips from another congressman and also from two congressmen, one at a rally today, the other day.

00:38:55.480 Let's play it.

00:38:55.920 I want to have your observations and whatever actions you think are appropriate here, sir.

00:39:00.640 On March 29th, it's my birthday.

00:39:03.820 And all I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down.

00:39:08.920 Yes.

00:39:09.920 Listen, I have learned as I serve on the Doge Oversight Committee that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now.

00:39:21.100 And that language is money.

00:39:23.600 And so I've been so proud to see us organized behind a cause because here's the deal.

00:39:30.600 The things that we're fighting for, we are fighting for our country.

00:39:34.500 We're fighting for democracy.

00:39:35.640 We're fighting for our freedoms.

00:39:36.660 And all of ours will back his campaigns and bankroll those of his allies.

00:39:42.920 They scratch his back and he scratch his theirs. 0.58

00:39:46.300 And all of us are left behind.

00:39:49.340 Okay, Congressman Crockett's there to take out Elon Musk in a fight.

00:39:56.520 And you've got AOC at this rally where somebody starts saying, bring out the guillotines.

00:40:02.200 The rhetoric's getting kind of heated.

00:40:04.740 What do you think, Congressman Biggs?

00:40:06.220 Well, Steve, I think the rhetoric is abominable.

00:40:12.880 It's not what we would call political discourse.

00:40:17.040 It's not civil discourse.

00:40:18.720 And so today I sent a letter joined by a number of my colleagues to FBI Director Cash Patel.

00:40:24.780 And I've reminded him what U.S.C. Section 18, 18 U.S.C. Section 2335 says about domestic terrorism.

00:40:34.500 And that's what's happening here.

00:40:35.960 And domestic terrorism includes people who are inciting.

00:40:40.240 And they're using this domestic terrorism to actually try to intimidate government officials to change policy.

00:40:49.240 That is what you are seeing happening here.

00:40:51.400 And these members of Congress, they're just as culpable criminally, quite frankly, as, in my opinion, as those that are actually throwing the Molotov cocktails at the Teslas and are doxing people just simply because they own cars.

00:41:07.980 What they are saying is that they want to see these people punished physically and violently.

00:41:14.860 That is contrary to law.

00:41:17.500 That's domestic terrorism.

00:41:18.520 I think Pam Bondi and Cash Patel, I think, want to get on this.

00:41:22.680 And so we sent that letter to Director Patel, and we want to see some action.

00:41:30.860 We're going to get the letter up here in a moment here.

00:41:32.700 The president's right there.

00:41:34.280 The president looks like he's going to get on Air Force One.

00:41:36.940 The ironic thing is that these were all the liberals that loved him when he was on the left, when he first started Tesla as an electric vehicle company.

00:41:46.320 And all the owners are lefties, and the people throwing the Molotov cocktails are lefties.

00:41:51.380 What does that tell you?

00:41:54.740 It tells you that they don't want truth to get out.

00:41:57.700 It tells you that they're double-minded. 1.00

00:42:00.740 It tells you that they're hypocritical. 0.99

00:42:03.100 And quite frankly, they're the authoritarians. 0.99

00:42:06.160 That's what they are.

00:42:08.060 So if somebody has a change of heart or mind like Elon Musk, and I don't even know that Elon Musk has changed to be conservative or not.

00:42:16.100 What I would suggest to you is he's trying to find efficiencies in government, and they simply do not want to find those efficiencies in government.

00:42:24.100 And so they'd rather resort to violence.

00:42:26.640 And you know what that is?

00:42:29.120 That's their motivation for domestic terrorism.

00:42:31.540 What do you hope that Kash Patel does with this letter?

00:42:37.280 I hope he opens an inquiry and begins looking to see the connection between these individuals who are fomenting violence or fomenting vandalism and determining whether they should be appropriately referred for charging to Attorney General Bondi for violation of 18 U.S.C. 233.5A.

00:42:59.460 And that's really what I'm hoping to happen.

00:43:02.520 I want that inquiry.

00:43:03.560 I think the American people, they're sick of this type of stuff where most people in the country, they support the effort to go after waste, fraud, and abuse in our government.

00:43:16.820 And in the meantime, you've got a fraction of these people that have decided they're going to create violence and mayhem.

00:43:24.560 Congressman Biggs, hang on for one second.

00:43:26.200 I know you've got to bounce.

00:43:27.000 Just a short break.

00:43:28.860 A couple more questions on a Friday in the war room.

00:43:32.320 Short break.

00:43:33.000 Congressman Andy Biggs on the other side.

00:43:35.060 Are you a yo-yo dieter?

00:43:43.860 You diet, lose weight, but gain it all back, plus a few extra pounds for the effort.

00:43:49.160 Then later, you lose it again and regain it again and on and on and on.

00:43:53.560 I think I resemble this.

00:43:55.780 It's dangerous.

00:43:56.460 Studies show that you can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and other health problems.

00:44:02.680 Breaking free of your yo-yo diet pattern is a main reason doctors created Lean.

00:44:08.760 Lean is a supplement, not an injection, and you don't need a prescription.

00:44:13.380 The science behind Lean is impressive.

00:44:16.080 It's studied natural ingredients, target weight loss in three powerful ways.

00:44:20.620 Lean helps maintain healthy blood sugar.

00:44:23.160 It helps control appetite and cravings.

00:44:25.220 And it helps burn fat by converting fat into energy.

00:44:29.300 Listen, if you're tired of losing weight and gaining it back, if you want to lose meaningful weight at a healthy pace, Lean was created for you.

00:44:37.640 Let me get you started with 20% off when you enter Bannon20.

00:45:04.280 Birchgold.com, end of the dollar empire.

00:45:06.740 Make sure you get it.

00:45:07.840 Understand why central banks are buying gold with both hands, including the Chinese Communist Party Central Bank of the Bank of China.

00:45:16.080 Understand that, and you will understand modern economics.

00:45:19.080 You'll also understand the pressure that has made gold hit all-time highs the last couple of days, or I think it's 10 times this year or 12 times this year.

00:45:27.920 Make sure you go to Birchgold.com slash Bannon, end of the dollar empire.

00:45:32.260 Modern monetary theory is the sixth free installment.

00:45:36.220 All the installments, all six of them combined are being taught now in one of the finance courses at the University of Arkansas.

00:45:41.600 I think it's mandatory, too.

00:45:44.140 We try to make it accessible to teach you macroeconomics and capital markets.

00:45:48.560 I think it's worked out pretty well.

00:45:49.780 Go check it out today and then talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:45:52.940 Philip's going to join me on Saturday.

00:45:55.060 It's so on fire there during the work week, it's very tough for him to break away.

00:45:59.300 So we are going to do at least a half hour.

00:46:02.260 I'm trying to talk him into an hour, but at least a half hour with Philip Patrick tomorrow on the Saturday show.

00:46:06.720 Go through all this, Birchgold.com slash worm.

00:46:10.700 Check it out today.

00:46:11.640 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:46:12.900 Andy Biggs is known as really one of the biggest deficit hawks and cost cutters out there spending.

00:46:22.000 So Tom Massey is another one.

00:46:24.240 And Tom Massey is not always on the Trump train.

00:46:26.720 He didn't vote for the CR.

00:46:27.880 You did.

00:46:28.400 Tom Massey, though, puts out a tweet, said, hey, boys, I told you that the entire Department of Education budget, which you guys just, Nick, just shut down, is included and going to be fully financed to the end of the year.

00:46:46.800 Now, I know there were certain commitments at Russ Vogt and the great team over at OMB about impoundments.

00:46:52.700 I know there's other talk about rescissions, but there was definitely people that said, hey, we're not going to – we know where these cuts are going to come.

00:46:59.980 We've got Doge over here.

00:47:00.940 We've got other programmatic like USAID and Department of Education.

00:47:06.720 So Congressman Biggs, what is it?

00:47:09.340 Tom Massey is right, and he's kind of putting it up to where his House Freedom Caucus brothers and sisters are going to get serious about this, sir.

00:47:19.560 Yeah, here's the reality.

00:47:20.960 What we were told and what I believe is certainly going to happen is impoundments, and I believe that's going to happen very quickly.

00:47:29.100 And what an impoundment is for folks to understand is that's when the executive branch, in this case President Trump, says, yeah, the legislature gave us this much authority to spend, but I'm not going to spend that much money.

00:47:44.060 That's the impoundment President Trump is going to follow with – he's been working on with Russ Vogt, and others of us have had a little bit of input in that.

00:47:56.560 So you're going to see the impoundments.

00:47:57.820 I think that's very short order.

00:48:00.240 And when I say short order, I don't mind saying I expect it to be in the next couple weeks because that's what I was told would happen.

00:48:07.420 The other thing is rescission's package.

00:48:10.420 The rescission's package, Steve, that's where you go in and you actually rescind programs, and there are ways to do it.

00:48:19.340 So there's a couple ways to do it.

00:48:21.000 One, the president could give us a letter saying, rescind all this stuff here, and then we'd have to vote on it.

00:48:26.740 And there's something else, you know, there's other procedures where we won't even have to vote, and he could actually rescind programs, agencies, and departments.

00:48:35.540 And I anticipate that will happen, but that's probably not going to happen until later this summer.

00:48:40.740 That's a little bit later in the summer.

00:48:43.820 The rescissions might not, but the impoundments, you expect that we're going to have to maybe litigate that, sir, probably?

00:48:50.940 Yeah, I think you're going to get stuck litigating both just because of the litigious nature of the left now.

00:48:58.480 But the impoundments, because you have the 1972 Budget Control and Impound Act, there will be folks that come in and say, wait a second, you can't – let's – this is the absurdity of the argument they're about to make.

00:49:12.700 They're going to say, if the legislature gave you $100 million and you found a way to do the exact program that you were authorized to do and you could do it for only $2 million, we still want you to spend the other $98 million.

00:49:26.720 That's what the people who are going to come in and file the lawsuits are.

00:49:30.680 But, yeah, that's going to be litigated for sure.

00:49:32.840 Don't be surprised if you see the rescissions package get litigated as well.

00:49:37.960 That's why we get back to what you and I were originally talking about, which is the judiciary and how it's run amok, and they need to know that they can no longer be judicial activists, try to be super legislature from the bench.

00:49:51.220 They have to invoke – they have to follow the law.

00:49:54.280 They have to – they're not supposed to interpret the law.

00:49:56.560 They're supposed to apply the law.

00:49:58.840 That's what the courts are supposed to do. 1.00

00:50:03.140 Congressman Biggs, you're now running for governor.

00:50:05.620 Your hat's in the ring.

00:50:06.280 Where do people go to get all the information about you, what you're doing in Congress to cut spending, to try to balance a budget, and your campaign for governor of Arizona, sir?

00:50:17.440 If you go to bigs.house.gov, you're going to get all the official information, including my newsletter, access to teletown halls, all of those things.

00:50:28.440 If you go to my campaign, you're going to go to bigsforarizona.com, and you can sign petitions, donate.

00:50:36.960 You can get the latest news.

00:50:40.160 And I hope everybody were to follow me on the social media because if you do, Steve, you're going to see links between you and I and others, great conservatives, and what's going on with my campaign.

00:50:52.320 Congressman Biggs, good luck.

00:50:57.500 You're a good man.

00:50:59.000 You've made a big impact in the House.

00:51:01.200 And President Trump thinks – I know President Trump thinks very highly of you, sir.

00:51:04.420 Thank you.

00:51:06.440 Andy Biggs is a fighter.

00:51:08.900 Mike Lindell's a fighter.

00:51:10.580 They're trying to put him out of business.

00:51:11.720 I saw Letitia James and his attorney general, all of them, Ellison, all having a big confab.

00:51:18.140 I think it was in Minnesota, and Ellison is trying to put Mike Lindell out of business.

00:51:22.960 How's it going, Mike, on a Friday afternoon in March, sir?

00:51:26.580 Well, we're not letting him succeed, Steve.

00:51:29.040 I'm traveling today, but I'll tell you, it's been a week long where he has been relentless.

00:51:34.160 They've been relentless attacking my pillow and my recovery network, but we're not going to let it happen.

00:51:40.400 I want to – the War Room has got behind my pillow the box stores that canceled their spring orders

00:51:48.480 or didn't take them for the spring sheets.

00:51:50.940 We're passing that on to the War Room Posse.

00:51:53.780 This is the spring sheet sale.

00:51:55.780 This was supposed to end up in the box stores.

00:51:58.340 You guys now get it for the wholesale price, $29.98 for the queen-size sets,

00:52:04.540 and $34.98 for the king-size sets.

00:52:17.240 You go to the website.

00:52:18.600 Go to mypillow.com.

00:52:20.320 Scroll down.

00:52:20.940 We've got Steve right there now.

00:52:22.840 Very convenient.

00:52:23.920 Click on his picture.

00:52:25.360 We have a good picture of him there, by the way.
