Bannon's War Room - Episode 4361： Activist Judges Face Hearings, Legislation, And Impeachment

00:00:00.000 I think the excuse is that they were trying to add the trade rep, who's also initials as J.G.

00:00:05.700 Look, I don't know.

00:00:06.720 It's kind of how do you think it through?

00:00:10.660 That's why I think it's something that the White House, in particular the way President Trump makes decisions on these types of things,

00:00:19.240 and people should know he's making big decisions.

00:00:22.480 I mean, Waltz is up today in Greenland.

00:00:24.400 He's having discussions about the Panama Canal.

00:00:27.880 He's asking for a war plan, or at least it's been leaked that he asked for a war plan or military action in Panama.

00:00:33.320 He actually has two carrier battle groups.

00:00:36.000 Since this, you know, over the weekend, Eric, it shouldn't be lost to you, the USS Vincent's carrier battle group was deployed,

00:00:43.160 so now you have two carrier battle groups down there, which I warned about.

00:00:46.180 You got, that's a big hunk of the operating Navy.

00:00:49.220 Yeah.

00:00:49.500 Yeah, so it's, you know, and like I said.

00:00:52.520 I don't want to eat more of your time, but why?

00:00:54.740 What did they do?

00:00:56.040 Why are they moving a second battle group?

00:00:58.800 Are we preparing for war in the Middle East?

00:01:00.620 Is that what we're doing?

00:01:01.160 That's a, that's, that, well, right now I'm keeping the Red Sea and that sea lane open.

00:01:07.340 I think J.D., I don't know if that's the venue you do or whatever, but J.D.'s issues were the same issues I have,

00:01:14.820 was why are we defending Europe's sea lanes?

00:01:17.680 And President Trump's got a bigger picture there as he tries to bring peace to the Middle East.

00:01:21.100 He's juggling a lot of balls.

00:01:22.600 That's why I think it's incumbent upon the president to get that core group of divisors,

00:01:27.520 don't do it in the cabinet room, go down to the national security space,

00:01:32.960 have everybody out and just go around the table and say, okay, let's work through this for a second.

00:01:38.140 How are we going to, here's my operating style, here's how I make decisions,

00:01:43.220 you guys are my advisors, this is life and death, let's walk through this so we don't make this mistake again.

00:01:49.220 That's what I think needs to happen, and I think only President Trump can do that.

00:01:52.280 All right, Steve, I stole a couple of your minutes, appreciate your time, I'll see you tomorrow, my friend.

00:01:57.380 No, no, that's okay.

00:01:58.720 Bowling, you're always one of the best guests I have now.

00:02:01.620 I realize we weren't, we were talking about war and peace, life and death, something very heavy,

00:02:06.160 not briskets in your bracket, ology, whatever this is, but it sounds fascinating.

00:02:10.560 Well, you can vote.

00:02:12.360 Only Eric Bowling.

00:02:13.380 I'll get your vote tomorrow.

00:02:14.460 And Eric Bowling, Eric Bowling, you've got, we say in the business, you have range.

00:02:19.640 You have range, sir, so thank you very much.

00:02:21.900 Have a great show.

00:02:23.880 Eric Bowling.

00:02:25.180 Okay, thank you, sir.

00:02:26.540 We've got a call, a lot of activity in the White House today besides this issue.

00:02:30.440 Natalie's going to join me at six, we're going to work through that.

00:02:33.160 Let's go ahead, we've got a call open for you from the cabinet meeting and then a very special meeting,

00:02:36.900 half of the President Trump right afterwards.

00:02:39.000 Let's go ahead and let it roll.

00:02:39.700 Yesterday, I was speaking to somebody, I was checking on the border, and they said there

00:02:45.760 was literally nobody in this massive plaza, you know we're talking, a plaza that would

00:02:53.560 hold hundreds of thousands of people, there was literally nobody there, there was one person

00:02:58.440 sweeping it, but there were no people.

00:03:00.860 It's been amazing, it's been an amazing transformation very quickly, and we're getting the bad ones out

00:03:06.880 first, and we're taking them out, and there's some really bad ones, really bad ones, murderers,

00:03:12.440 murderers of more than one people.

00:03:14.360 At least 50% murdered more than one person.

00:03:17.140 This is the people that were letting in through their open border policy.

00:03:20.740 It was terrible.

00:03:21.940 But I want to just congratulate you and Tom Holman on the job you've done.

00:03:27.420 You've been, it's really, it's really.

00:03:29.140 Boston this weekend, hundreds of dangerous criminals were removed, four killers taken

00:03:34.300 out of the country, just by what they did in Boston this last few days.

00:03:37.560 And these are killers that there's no reasoning.

00:03:40.000 It's not like, oh, let's talk them out of it.

00:03:42.520 These are stone cold killers.

00:03:43.880 They don't care. 0.98

00:03:44.420 They don't even think about it. 0.93

00:03:45.380 They kill somebody. 0.57

00:03:46.640 They go to sleep. 0.84

00:03:47.480 They wake up.

00:03:48.000 They don't even remember they killed them.

00:03:49.300 These are bad people that should have never been allowed into our country. 0.97

00:03:52.900 We had a very, very good cabinet meeting.

00:03:56.440 We're on our way to some tremendous numbers.

00:03:59.540 I think, first of all, many companies are now moving into the United States.

00:04:04.820 They're coming back.

00:04:05.500 Some of them left us from many years ago, decades ago, and they're all, seems they're all coming back.

00:04:12.080 We have probably identified maybe $4 trillion worth of companies moving back or going to move back.

00:04:19.300 Many of them have announced it's going to be tremendous jobs, high-paying jobs, too.

00:04:24.960 And you probably know the chip business, not because of the CHIPS Act, which was a disaster.

00:04:30.140 You gave billions of dollars to companies that already have many billions of dollars.

00:04:34.240 They just, they said, thank you very much.

00:04:36.460 It was no incentive for them to use it.

00:04:38.800 But what is good is the tariffs will make it so that they want to come back.

00:04:43.340 That's why they're coming back.

00:04:44.400 I think they're coming back because of the election that took place on November 5th and because of the fact that they have to come back because the tariffs are forcing them to come back.

00:04:53.940 And remember, there are no tariffs if you build here, and that's a big factor.

00:04:59.860 So we have record numbers.

00:05:01.760 Howard was just telling me the numbers that we're talking about are crazy, beyond anybody's wildest expectation.

00:05:08.060 So they'll be doing a lot of building, all sorts of businesses, including the basics of automobiles.

00:05:16.660 We have, as you know, Indiana's, Honda's coming in with a massive plant in Indiana.

00:05:22.100 But there are many plants that are happening, and literally some have started already.

00:05:27.720 General Motors is already redoing plants that were half abandoned, or they have plants that weren't being fully utilized.

00:05:36.860 They're going to be, they and others are going to be making parts and other things in those plants so that it's one-stop shopping finally.

00:05:44.420 It's ridiculous. 0.68

00:05:45.060 You had to go to Mexico. 0.99

00:05:46.020 You had to go to Canada.

00:05:47.420 A car went all over the place.

00:05:48.820 It was like, I don't know how that would have worked.

00:05:52.060 But that's the way it sort of ended up.

00:05:55.300 We had a deal, and we have a deal.

00:05:57.420 It's fine, but people took advantage of the deal.

00:06:00.380 They cheated.

00:06:01.480 And when you cheat, the deals are unfortunate.

00:06:05.100 But now what's happening is the numbers are beyond our wildest expectations.

00:06:10.000 We are under your direction.

00:06:11.620 We're reprivatizing the economy.

00:06:13.740 We're bringing down government spending.

00:06:15.540 We're bringing down excess employment in the government sector.

00:06:19.020 On the other side, we're going to re-leverage the banking system.

00:06:22.540 We're going to have all the new manufacturing jobs.

00:06:25.120 So everyone who's laid off from the government will have an opportunity to go into the private sector.

00:06:30.580 And that is going to lead to disinflation.

00:06:34.420 We're going to – inflation is under control.

00:06:36.820 We're going to get the affordability crisis fixed.

00:06:39.360 So lower energy, deregulation, more private sector jobs that will naturally get interest rates down.

00:06:47.960 Interest rates down.

00:06:49.540 Mortgage rates are down almost every week since January 20th.

00:06:52.580 The energy costs are down about 15 percent.

00:06:56.780 Crude oil is down about 15 percent.

00:06:59.020 And as we keep that going, interest rates are going to keep declining.

00:07:03.760 It'll be good for mortgages.

00:07:05.420 It'll be good for credit card debt.

00:07:06.900 It'll be great for auto loans.

00:07:09.420 I think it won't be that long before the states will be really running the Department of Education.

00:07:15.520 Our teachers are going to be taken very well care of.

00:07:17.680 And I said, you know, personally, I don't care union, non-union, it doesn't matter.

00:07:21.880 Teachers are so important to this country and to me.

00:07:25.620 And we're going to take great care of our teachers.

00:07:27.620 And I know it's very important to Linda.

00:07:29.900 So I think you're going to see a tremendous change very quickly having to do with education.

00:07:35.380 And the process has already begun, very strongly begun.

00:07:39.320 Through your leadership, you embody the values of our Christian faith and love for the gospel.

00:07:48.060 You remind me of the great Roman emperor, Constantine the Great.

00:07:53.400 This emperor, this emperor, your dear Mr. President, is the one who founded and built the magnificent city of Constantinople,

00:08:12.920 my birthplace, known today as Istanbul.

00:08:20.760 It is my great honor to present you with this holy cross.

00:08:34.760 This cross is the very symbol that led this great Roman emperor, Constantine, to victory.

00:08:42.840 As Christ revealed to him in a vision, he said,

00:08:49.440 And tuto nica, told the emperor, means go with this and be victorious, Mr. President.

00:08:58.120 This cross is an everlasting symbol of peace and an invincible trophy, a sign of divine strength and guidance.

00:09:09.100 With this cross, I pray you bring peace to the world and make America invincible.

00:09:17.280 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:09:34.680 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:09:39.940 Here's the time I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.

00:09:44.120 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:09:46.120 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:09:47.580 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:09:50.240 It's going to happen.

00:09:51.520 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:09:54.920 MAGA media.

00:09:56.240 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:10:01.680 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:10:05.460 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:10:11.120 Save War Room.

00:10:12.660 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:10:14.740 Bannon.

00:10:21.220 It's Monday, 24 March, Year of the Lord, 2025.

00:10:24.320 Thank you for joining us for the late afternoon, early evening edition of the War Room.

00:10:29.300 Cabinet meeting right there.

00:10:30.500 Scott Besant, the Secretary of Treasury, going through a litany of how the economy, the horrible change or turnover they got from Biden with inflation, lack of manufacturing, production, all of it.

00:10:44.280 And, of course, what President Trump's doing and particularly bringing jobs back.

00:10:47.260 And then Scott walked through.

00:10:48.440 We'll replace Scott's in a little while.

00:10:50.000 Very important.

00:10:50.560 At the end, the Patriarch of Constantinople, I guess, it's the eve of Greek Independence Day, so they had a ceremony today, an event today.

00:11:01.680 Of course, it was packed.

00:11:02.560 You see the loud applause.

00:11:05.160 They called President Trump Constantine the Great.

00:11:08.420 Constantine the Great is the individual who made Christianity a state religion of the then Roman Empire.

00:11:15.720 And I think, as Michael Pack and others that I agree with, gave the Roman Empire a couple more years of life and then was the basis of the Judeo-Christian West to spread Christianity throughout Europe and then eventually to the New World.

00:11:31.980 If we can go to—now, this is totally—I'm not saying we're prescient here in the War Room.

00:11:37.220 We always like to look over the hill, as Wellington told his lieutenants.

00:11:40.960 But this, if you go—and I'm not hawking merch.

00:11:45.660 Moe and Grace come and hawk the merch.

00:11:47.360 They run their—they oversee the merch site.

00:11:49.160 So, but on merch, right there, can we put it up?

00:11:52.940 That is from a photo that Raheem—that's actually a gift from Raheem.

00:11:58.180 And he took a photo.

00:11:59.600 That's my Christmas gift from Raheem.

00:12:02.580 And Raheem took a photo.

00:12:04.260 It was at an individual's house.

00:12:05.840 We were having Christmas dinner.

00:12:07.440 That went viral in Turkey and in Greece.

00:12:09.940 In Turkey, they were applauding.

00:12:11.260 And Greece, maybe not so happy.

00:12:14.080 It's kind of like the protesters.

00:12:16.180 They're rounding up.

00:12:16.880 Erdogan, you know, did not dig that.

00:12:19.920 Free Constantinople. 0.88

00:12:21.320 But you can get that shirt.

00:12:23.400 I'm just saying, I had no earthy idea at the time.

00:12:27.020 Raheem had no earthy idea that the patriarch of Constantinople would call what President Trump,

00:12:32.600 the greatest leader or the embodiment of Constantine the Great.

00:12:37.220 I'm going to play that tape again.

00:12:38.320 So, so much going on.

00:12:39.360 Go ahead.

00:12:39.820 Thank you.

00:12:40.200 Thank you.

00:12:40.540 Go to the merch site right now.

00:12:42.020 Go over to War Room Merch and check it out.

00:12:47.480 Free Constantinople. 0.88

00:12:49.260 People in Turkey were going nuts.

00:12:50.940 They were not happy.

00:12:53.820 They're not—they don't think Constantinople needs to be free.

00:12:57.300 Hey, going back to the Crusades, maybe we disagree.

00:13:00.420 American Heart's going to take us out.

00:13:04.100 Big day today.

00:13:05.880 There was a—how do I say this?

00:13:09.360 There was a—I talk about it in a bowling show.

00:13:11.920 There's something that just has to be addressed.

00:13:13.180 The president has to do that.

00:13:14.160 Don't need a big investigation.

00:13:15.460 This is very personal.

00:13:16.760 I think the president just ought to do it with his advisors.

00:13:19.340 Kind of work through how they're going to go forward and do this.

00:13:21.620 But on that topic of being commander-in-chief, fireworks today in an appellate court, just

00:13:32.300 so you keep your scorecard on your scorecard, fill your scorecard out in pencil because there's

00:13:38.620 a lot going on.

00:13:39.220 It was an appellate court, I think, for the removal of the judge.

00:13:43.660 The case itself, the judge itself is still on it.

00:13:47.040 That's still proceeding forward.

00:13:48.020 Julie Kelly's here for that.

00:13:49.480 But we also have hearings on these judges because of you, this war room posse, up on 0.91

00:13:55.060 the ramparts, firing people up and saying, hey, we need to have reviews.

00:14:01.920 So Johnson doesn't want to do impeachment, but at least what Jim Jordan tells us are going

00:14:05.620 to be hearings, and they're going to have some of these judges in to answer a couple

00:14:09.640 of three questions in front of the nation.

00:14:12.480 I dig that.

00:14:13.460 Mike Davis will be here.

00:14:15.500 Natalie Bossie, we're going to get to all of this.

00:14:17.420 As they try to thwart President Trump to delay as to deny, but also as commander-in-chief.

00:14:23.500 They try to get between him and decisions he has to make for the national security and

00:14:27.940 safety of the country.

00:14:29.640 Take your phone out.

00:16:11.660 This court's decision, IM versus CBP, is instructive on this.

00:16:18.120 Am I wrong about anything I just said, factually?

00:16:21.560 Your Honor, I think it's incorrect that they couldn't have gone into court as the five individual

00:16:25.240 plaintiffs also did.

00:16:25.740 No, but the point here was that there were plane loads of people.

00:16:29.960 I mean, it's a class action.

00:16:31.720 There were plane loads of people.

00:16:33.040 There were no procedures in place to notify people.

00:16:38.980 Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemy Act than has happened here, where the proclamation

00:16:44.100 required the promulgation of regulations.

00:16:46.760 And they had hearing boards before people were removed.

00:16:51.780 And yet here, there's nothing in there about hearing boards.

00:16:54.420 There's no regulations.

00:16:55.400 And nothing was adopted by the agency officials that were administering this.

00:17:01.380 People weren't given notice.

00:17:02.820 They weren't told where they were going.

00:17:04.880 And they were given, those people on those planes on that Saturday had no opportunity to

00:17:10.300 file habeas or any type of action to challenge the removal under the AEA.

00:17:16.100 And you've agreed that two of those airplanes, people were removed under the AEA.

00:17:21.040 But second, I think that the procedural one still challenges fundamentally in court habeas.

00:17:28.660 It says, you may not do anything to me under the AEA until you satisfy these preconditions.

00:17:34.740 You are utterly without power to do so.

00:17:36.940 I mean, that is the same sort of court habeas as asserting that a conviction is wrong because

00:17:43.220 procedural requirements in a trial were not followed.

00:17:47.000 No, I don't think that's the same at all because people don't go through a trial in this

00:17:50.780 country without getting the gold standard of due process.

00:17:53.780 And that was not happening here.

00:17:56.240 I think that's a false equation.

00:17:58.780 The problem here is, right, the problem here is that they are challenging implementation,

00:18:07.340 the proclamation, in a way that never gave anyone a chance to say, I'm not covered.

00:18:14.540 And if your argument is, we didn't have to do that, it's an intrusion on the president's

00:18:22.960 war powers, the courts are paralyzed to do anything, then that's a misreading of precedent.

00:18:31.540 It's a misreading of the text of the Alien Enemies Act.

00:18:35.020 And that can't be an unlawful intrusion on the president's powers.

00:18:41.520 It just can't.

00:18:43.300 The president has to comply with the Constitution and laws like everybody else.

00:18:49.420 On that, we certainly agree, Your Honor.

00:18:51.200 I think that what has occurred...

00:18:52.740 It's a breakdown for us, what happened today.

00:18:54.540 So, Alicia, today was an argument about certain issues in the case, but not others.

00:18:58.700 So let's first set the table about what it wasn't about.

00:19:01.000 It wasn't about whether the president lawfully used the Alien Enemies Act or whether, for

00:19:07.460 example, it applies in peacetime.

00:19:10.440 It wasn't about that.

00:19:11.540 It wasn't about whether the Trump administration has violated the orders that Judge Bosberg

00:19:16.280 set into place.

00:19:17.180 And it certainly wasn't about what the remedy is for that.

00:19:20.260 The question here today was, does a court have any role when a president invokes the Alien

00:19:27.460 Enemies Act through a proclamation and then takes action to implement it?

00:19:31.000 As the Trump administration did with those two flights of alleged Venezuelan migrants

00:19:36.460 who are members of Tendejo Agua.

00:19:38.340 And today, you heard two very different interpretations of that.

00:19:42.660 You heard the administration saying, really, there is no role for the court here to play

00:19:46.220 unless and until those who have already been placed in custody bring what's called a habeas

00:19:52.040 petition.

00:19:52.560 That's a fancy way of saying a petition for their release from U.S.

00:19:55.920 custody.

00:19:56.920 Then you have the plaintiffs represented by legal learns of the ACLU saying that can't

00:20:01.320 be the only way that we can contest this.

00:20:03.700 People are entitled to an individualized determination of whether or not they are, in fact, members

00:20:11.580 of Tendejo Agua, which is what you were talking about at the top.

00:20:14.820 But it wasn't a question, for example, of whether or not we are at war with the Venezuelan

00:20:20.820 government, whether Tendejo Agua is an extension of the Venezuelan government.

00:20:25.620 And I think the most interesting part of all of this came at the end when Judge Patricia

00:20:29.900 Millett, who you just quoted with that respect to saying that Nazis were treated better than

00:20:35.200 some of the Venezuelans here, really forced the government to acknowledge the government 0.97

00:20:39.880 was in complete control of who was on the plane.

00:20:42.520 And she asked them, given that, aren't these people entitled to some form of notice and

00:20:47.720 a chance to contest that they are who you say they are before you deport them to El Salvador

00:20:53.260 and put them in a notorious Salvadoran prison?

00:20:55.760 And the answer, of course, the government was trying to weave around it.

00:20:59.440 But eventually he finally conceded, if you lifted this TRO, yes, there would be no limitations

00:21:06.000 on what we could do.

00:21:07.140 We would be within our rights to start these plane flights immediately again, and we could

00:21:13.500 pack more Venezuelan migrants who are alleged members of Tendejo Agua on a plane before they

00:21:19.260 could even file a habeas petition or anything else.

00:21:22.640 And that's a chilling thing for the government to acknowledge.

00:21:25.100 But of course, that is exactly what they want to do and why they want the TRO lifted.

00:21:31.640 Chilling?

00:21:32.280 I don't know if the American people think it's chilling.

00:21:34.040 I think it's what they want, what they demand and what they deserve.

00:21:37.440 And President Trump's going to give it to them.

00:21:39.440 Julie Kelly, your assessment that she actually compared and said that the not, well, I'll

00:21:46.360 let you take it.

00:21:47.240 It's so enraged me to listen to this today, but you saw these, you saw these lefties that

00:21:52.100 want to be commander in chief.

00:21:53.340 They want to take over Trump's role.

00:21:54.780 Julie Kelly, your thoughts.

00:21:55.660 So that was Obama appointee, another gem of an Obama appointee, Patricia Millett on the 0.77

00:22:02.780 D.C. Circuit Court, the appellate court.

00:22:05.820 And she had her soundbite ready to go, just like we heard from Judge Flo Pan during the 0.98

00:22:11.660 presidential immunity oral arguments for a three-judge panel of the D.C.

00:22:16.500 Appellate Court.

00:22:17.060 Remember when she said, does this mean the president can use SEAL Team 6 to go kill his

00:22:22.400 political opponents, and that became the headline.

00:22:25.660 So Patricia Millett picking up on her fellow Democratic appointee and then throwing this 1.00

00:22:31.080 chum in the water that somehow these illegal Venezuelans who are tied to Trente Aragua are 0.96

00:22:39.480 treated worse than Nazis. 0.86

00:22:41.420 Now, I'm not sure the American people, number one, would view it that way, or number two,

00:22:45.860 have a big problem with terrorists here in America illegally tied to a very dangerous,

00:22:53.360 deadly gang cartel in Central and South America.

00:22:59.160 I don't know that they would have such a big problem with them being removed without what

00:23:04.020 they call due process.

00:23:05.880 I actually think Lisa Rubin gave a pretty good summary without her editorializing there of

00:23:12.800 what happened today.

00:23:13.820 And look, these are very complicated issues that Judge Bosberg should have been more careful

00:23:21.480 in his handling of.

00:23:23.400 But of course, he wasn't, Steve.

00:23:25.260 He leapt into action last Saturday.

00:23:28.600 This lawsuit we found out today by the ACLU, the lawsuit that was filed to stop these deportations

00:23:35.880 and halt these flights, was filed at 2 a.m. on Saturday morning.

00:23:41.860 Now, the president had signed the Alien Enemies Act proclamation Friday night.

00:23:48.120 However, it was not published until Saturday afternoon on March 15, around 3 o'clock.

00:23:55.820 So the ACLU had this ready to go because, of course, the administration has already designated

00:24:02.520 TDA as a foreign terror organization.

00:24:04.620 They knew that this was coming.

00:24:07.140 I'm not sure they knew the specific proclamation that would cover these Venezuelan illegals.

00:24:13.440 But then Judge Bosberg, he said at 8 o'clock on Saturday morning, this is last Saturday,

00:24:19.300 the 15th, then jumped into action, called both sides, the Department of Justice and the ACLU,

00:24:26.360 immediately entered a temporary restraining order, halting the deportation of five of the unnamed

00:24:35.580 Venezuelan illegals who were plaintiffs in the ACLU lawsuit, filed that temporary restraining order

00:24:43.360 immediately and then called a 5 p.m.

00:24:47.400 hearing, status hearing for Saturday evening, after which he entered another TRO, turning

00:24:54.560 those five plaintiffs, those five Venezuelan illegals into a class action lawsuit that covered

00:25:01.040 every single Venezuelan illegal who would have been subject to the president's Alien Enemies

00:25:08.520 Act proclamation.

00:25:10.120 So here we are, you know, eight days later, this has been rushed through the process.

00:25:15.580 And these three judges on the appellate panel, including Patricia Millett, trying to figure 0.83

00:25:20.720 out whether that temporary restraining order, which is usually not appealable, will this three

00:25:27.220 judge panel vacate or put a stay on that temporary restraining order as some of these more what

00:25:34.980 what the Democrats and the activists and the judges have made very complicated related to

00:25:40.300 the president's obvious president, his authority, executive authority in issuing that proclamation.

00:25:47.880 Well, the purpose of this is because there's all over, we got, you know, dozens of these,

00:25:53.260 but on this one, they actually want to have the president reverse.

00:25:57.200 What they would only be happy with is get the prisoners out of the El Salvador prison, walk 0.73

00:26:02.840 them back to a plane, fly them to the United States and let them stay here essentially in 0.99

00:26:07.500 perpetuity as they work through the due process rights for thousands of these people, eventually

00:26:12.760 tens of thousands, because we have 10 million to deport.

00:26:16.760 Is this the part they want to stand between Trump and being, being chief, being a commander

00:26:21.020 in chief?

00:26:21.580 Is that, is that what they're driving at?

00:26:23.680 Because it kind of confused me today that it's very, it's very obvious they don't want Trump

00:26:28.740 to be commander in chief.

00:26:29.700 That's obvious.

00:26:30.420 And so they want to step in and have the courts take that role.

00:26:34.020 Is that the point of this exercise?

00:26:37.200 Yes, this is one part of it.

00:26:39.060 And of course, Jeff Bosberg, who is the chief judge of the DC district court, we've been

00:26:44.240 reporting and talking about for over a week, how partisan he is.

00:26:48.600 There was a huge report on just the news that confirmed that Jeff Bosberg attended an event

00:26:56.600 in Idaho, a conference in Idaho, the week after Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential

00:27:01.480 race, an event that was sponsored by well-known anti-Trump resistance figures and major donors

00:27:08.920 who have been behind some of this lawfare and attacks against the president for the better

00:27:13.220 part of a decade.

00:27:14.780 The Jeff Bosberg attended that conference.

00:27:18.740 I also reported last night that in December, he received an award from the DC Bar Association.

00:27:25.180 You're familiar with them.

00:27:26.460 Of course, this really vengeful, aggressive DC Bar Association that disbarred Rudy Giuliani

00:27:33.060 is still trying to disbar Jeff Clark and went after several Trump attorneys.

00:27:38.260 Now, Jeff Bosberg winning a big award from them just a few weeks before the inauguration.

00:27:43.420 Hang on one second, Julie.

00:27:46.520 Just want to hold you through the break.

00:29:38.720 Action.

00:29:39.260 Action.

00:29:40.640 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:29:43.220 Julie Kelly, what they want, these radical Democrats and these Marxist judges, they want to bring everybody back, coddle them, and ask them,

00:29:56.840 are you part of the terrorist gang?

00:29:58.120 No, I'm not.

00:29:58.960 I'm not.

00:29:59.780 And then keep them here for three years.

00:30:02.140 You can tell how this is playing out.

00:30:03.880 And it's absolutely against the national security of the United States.

00:30:08.680 So what is actually on the table?

00:30:10.600 They have to make a decision on just the TRO.

00:30:12.960 Is that where we stand?

00:30:14.620 Right.

00:30:14.980 So this is an emergency motion to put on hold these temporary restraining orders pending, going through the entire appeal process of this lawsuit.

00:30:26.840 So this would be, it would be a temporary hold on this.

00:30:30.660 And then that's what they disclosed today, is that if there is an administrative stay put on the TRO's pending appeal, now they could add some caveat to that.

00:30:40.460 Mike Davis could probably speak to that.

00:30:42.440 But then what would hold back the Trump administration from restarting this deportation process?

00:30:52.360 They wouldn't.

00:30:53.360 So I think that's what you heard.

00:30:54.920 What did, hang on.

00:30:56.340 Of course they're not.

00:30:57.140 But what do you mean restarting?

00:30:58.520 Didn't we just send a plane to Venezuela and they accepted them before we hit them with a 25% tariff on their oil?

00:31:05.580 Right, but they said those individuals were not covered by this proclamation.

00:31:11.060 Everything goes to this proclamation that was published last Saturday with the president invoking the Alien Enemies Act.

00:31:20.100 And so those, that is the, that's what is affected by this temporary restraining order.

00:31:27.480 Ship them.

00:31:28.520 They should just ship them all out and let the courts thorough fit. 0.93

00:31:32.980 You've got to get these terrorists out of here.

00:31:34.480 Julie, Substack, your commentary, you followed this thing entirely today and it was quite complicated, ma'am.

00:31:42.700 Where do people go?

00:31:45.120 So my Substack, Declassified with Julie Kelly, I'll have a piece up on this tomorrow.

00:31:50.100 And also, of course, XJulie underscore Kelly too, followed, you know, covered the oral arguments blow by blow today.

00:31:57.500 We'll probably have some more thoughts on it tonight on X, but that's where people can find me and I'm sure I'll be talking to you soon.

00:32:04.480 Julie, great job. 1.00

00:32:07.040 Thank you for doing this today, breaking it down for us.

00:32:10.140 That's on that topic.

00:32:11.800 Scalise just put out, Steve Scalise, they're going to vote on the national TROs and injunctions on the judges next week, he just said.

00:32:21.560 Steve Scalise, that's a victory for you, but we've got a bit bigger victory.

00:32:25.320 And it shows you that maybe you're signing up for home title lock, you're not worried about getting your title.

00:32:31.120 Go to Steve to home title lock, Steve 25 for the triple lock protection, $1 million triple lock protection, 24-7 coverage.

00:32:43.060 And they've got a million dollar restoration if all else fails.

00:32:47.140 Home title lock.com, Steve 25.

00:32:48.800 Talk to Natalie Dominguez and the team because 80% of your net worth is tied up in that piece of paper.

00:32:54.240 Don't let anybody get their hands on it.

00:32:56.840 You did great work, folks.

00:32:59.120 Let's play.

00:32:59.560 We got a clip, a couple of clips before Mike Davis joins us.

00:33:04.640 Let's hear him.

00:33:05.700 What we're trying to do is take legislative action.

00:33:08.100 Two and a half weeks ago in the Judiciary Committee bill, we passed legislation which said instead of these federal district judges issuing an injunction that applies to the entire country,

00:33:17.040 we think it should be limited to the parties of the case in that respective jurisdiction.

00:33:20.760 It's Congressman Issa's bill.

00:33:22.520 It's a good piece of legislation.

00:33:23.760 We passed it two and a half weeks ago.

00:33:25.560 Speaker Johnson's indicated he'd like to get this bill to the floor next week and move it through the process.

00:33:30.040 So we think there's some things we can do legislatively.

00:33:32.440 And then, frankly, there's the broader issue of all these judges' injunctions and then decisions like Judge Boasberg, what he's trying to do and how that case is working.

00:33:43.280 We're going to have hearings on all of that because particularly when you look at Judge Boasberg, it starts to look like this is getting totally political from this guy,

00:33:52.800 particularly when you remember he's also the judge who was part of the whole Trump-Russia-FISA court granting those warrants that allowed the Comey FBI to spy on President Trump's campaign.

00:34:02.460 So we're going to look at that issue as well.

00:34:04.840 But hopefully we can get that bill passed next week on the House floor, move it to the Senate, hopefully get it to the president's death.

00:34:10.560 We have the deportation of violent Venezuelan gang members.

00:34:13.820 A federal judge blocked the administration's attempt to remove them.

00:34:17.660 The president put in place, as he did last time in his first term, a policy removing transgenderism from our nation's military.

00:34:26.300 And we have a judge stopping that. 0.99

00:34:28.400 I mean, this is an issue of national security and defense.

00:34:31.200 Where do we draw the line?

00:34:33.440 Yeah, I mean, some of these decisions are as dangerous and egregious as they are unconstitutional.

00:34:39.040 And these are very high stakes.

00:34:41.020 You're right.

00:34:41.760 Article 2 defines clearly the scope of the executive authority, and it is broad.

00:34:47.640 There are checks and balances, obviously separation of powers in our system.

00:34:51.720 But the courts were never intended to be able to step in and act as though they are the commander-in-chief themselves.

00:34:58.580 No individual federal judge should be able to enjoin what a president is doing in the way that it is being done.

00:35:04.680 I mean, when you're talking about the president serving as the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, that is the president's prerogative.

00:35:11.580 It is the president's policies that he can enforce, and not some judge that's not involved in the military at all.

00:35:17.000 That's not how this works.

00:35:18.120 So, look, I think that we're going to have to send a message.

00:35:21.360 Congress is going to have hearings very soon, probably as early as maybe the end of next week, as soon as we can schedule them,

00:35:27.920 to look at this issue, to look at the judicial abuses, and to highlight some of the most egregious examples.

00:35:33.920 I think we've got to bring about a change.

00:35:35.660 And ultimately, speaking of the powers under the Constitution, Article 1 is the legislative branch.

00:35:40.780 That's Congress.

00:35:41.520 And in our branch, we can limit the jurisdiction of courts.

00:35:45.560 We can limit the existence of entire courts.

00:35:47.760 So, if they push us to take extreme measures, we will.

00:35:51.300 And I think you're going to see a lot of discussion about that in the days ahead.

00:35:53.700 Mike Davis, two big wins.

00:35:58.720 They're going to put this bill up about, I guess, the nationwide TROs.

00:36:02.380 I think it's coming from Daryl Issa.

00:36:05.860 And then we're going to have this hearing.

00:36:09.600 Jim Jordan tells the hearing, and I think we're going to get some judges that answer a few questions.

00:36:13.460 Anyway, two big wins for the posse of Mike Davis.

00:36:16.100 Was Mike Johnson reading out of your scripts, or did you have the great Tony Perkins asking the questions over there at Salem?

00:36:22.820 And you – and he went off your script, sir?

00:36:26.560 I think Mike Johnson had on the Article 3 project puppet strings as he was doing that.

00:36:32.180 And I'm joking.

00:36:33.500 With all due respect to the speaker.

00:36:35.460 No, this is very positive what's happening with Jim Jordan and Speaker Mike Johnson and the House of Representatives.

00:36:43.240 It's really important that the House and Senate step up and rein in these activist judges who are sabotaging the president's core Article 2 executive powers.

00:36:55.820 They think they're the last line of resistance because they lost the election.

00:37:00.580 They lost the House again.

00:37:02.780 We won the Senate with a comfortable margin.

00:37:05.380 And President Trump has a broad electoral mandate to root out waste, fraud, and abuse to secure our border.

00:37:12.060 But hang on.

00:37:14.760 The left's going crazy right now or blowing up.

00:37:18.180 Specifically, to the best of your ability, what exactly has the head of the Judiciary Committee and the Speaker of the House committed to?

00:37:27.440 Not on the voting, on the ISA, what Steve Sklees said about you can't have these crazy judges, you've got to get a three-part panel, whatever that works out.

00:37:35.720 I'm talking about the impeachment.

00:37:37.620 Johnson has been a reporter all week and he doesn't want to do impeachment.

00:37:40.540 What has he empowered Jordan to do and what has he said he's going to have his back on, sir?

00:37:45.340 Well, I mean, Jim Jordan is opening hearings and considering legislation, and I think that's important.

00:37:52.960 But what we can't do is we cannot take the impeachment probe off the table.

00:37:58.860 That is important to have that leverage.

00:38:00.800 That's important to have that sort of Damocles over the judiciary's head.

00:38:06.180 And, you know, I've been there.

00:38:07.220 I've been the chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee with the oversight portfolio,

00:38:13.120 the upper chamber, the chamber that actually knows what they're doing.

00:38:16.620 And if you don't have that leverage, you're not going to get the chief justice's attention.

00:38:22.320 So you need to go after this on multiple fronts.

00:38:25.200 You need to go after with impeachment inquiries.

00:38:29.060 Look, even if they don't have the votes to impeach and remove, who cares?

00:38:32.860 Make the process the punishment.

00:38:35.440 Let this serve as a deterrent to other activist judges.

00:38:38.720 I'd rather have judges fighting an impeachment probe than trying to sabotage the president of the United States during an ongoing national security operation.

00:38:48.160 And then you have the funding.

00:38:50.520 So the impeachment probe, you have the funding mechanism where you're going to cut off their funding.

00:38:55.900 You also have jurisdiction stripping where you're going to say that, for example,

00:39:00.980 the D.C. District Court does not have the jurisdiction to handle these types of cases.

00:39:05.420 And then you just have good old congressional oversight.

00:39:08.480 Any any of those four things will get the chief justice's attention.

00:39:13.320 All four of them at once will make him panic.

00:39:15.780 And that is the point.

00:39:16.980 If the chief justice would simply follow the Constitution,

00:39:22.180 follow Rule 65 of the federal rules of civil procedure on injunctions and get his judicial house in order,

00:39:29.160 we wouldn't be talking about any of this.

00:39:31.080 Are we is this the beginning of maybe all four?

00:39:36.680 I realize the hearings maybe support some of this legislation,

00:39:40.780 but are the hearings going to get into judicial overreach and potentially the beginning of,

00:39:46.720 hey, we could flip this into an impeachment inquiry, sir?

00:39:50.640 I mean, look, I think there's evidence right now to impeach D.C.

00:39:54.320 Obama Judge Jeb Boesburg, because not only was he issuing lawless temporary restraining orders,

00:40:03.480 as these activist judges call these permanent injunctions or these executive orders that

00:40:07.740 they're illegally issuing or their legislation that they're illegally enacting.

00:40:12.200 It was very dangerous.

00:40:13.800 He, Judge Boesburg exposed an ongoing national security operation,

00:40:18.620 military intelligence law enforcement operation two Saturdays ago.

00:40:22.000 That put American lives in danger, along with the lives of our allies.

00:40:26.860 This judge ordered planes to get turned around over the Gulf of America.

00:40:31.000 He didn't know the fuel levels.

00:40:32.680 He didn't know the security footprint we had in America.

00:40:35.000 We saw the security footprint in El Salvador ready to take 200-plus of the worst terrorists in the Western Hemisphere.

00:40:42.660 We didn't know what that security footprint was in America, because I seriously doubt we expected a judge would go run into his chambers on a Saturday

00:40:50.040 and expose an ongoing operation and interfere with that operation, sabotage it in order to return of planes.

00:40:57.160 And so this also harmed the president's ability to conduct foreign affairs on behalf of the country.

00:41:02.740 How does a foreign leader trust the American president to have secret deals like this, this terrorist handoff,

00:41:09.560 if the foreign leader is worried that an activist judge is going to publicly expose it and, what, turn around the planes and humiliate this foreign leader

00:41:17.380 who has his neck on the line physically and politically back in his home country?

00:41:21.800 He has several hundred government officials waiting for these terrorists, and they don't show up, 1.00

00:41:26.600 and he looks like the biggest idiot on the map. 0.99

00:41:29.400 I mean, this is why the Supreme Court has long held that federal judges need to stay out of these military operations. 1.00

00:41:37.920 They have to stay out of these foreign affairs. 0.97

00:41:39.520 They don't have the ability to do this.

00:41:41.980 That's why these powers are committed to the president and the president alone, and Boesburg keeps doubling down.

00:41:48.200 Boesburg is now demanding information about this operation.

00:41:50.920 No detailed information, but tell me, give me your assessment of the appellate situation today.

00:41:59.180 The two appellate lawyers, not the guy that's a McConnell guy, but particularly the head judge there, was all over this.

00:42:09.320 They're once again, I mean, they want to come back and pat everybody on the head and give them full due process

00:42:13.880 and ask them if they've been a good boy and were they terrorists or not.

00:42:16.680 I mean, it was a joke.

00:42:18.120 Is this my overreaction, or does it seem like they want to get more involved than Boesburg is, sir?

00:42:24.980 Look, I would say this.

00:42:26.740 If the president of the United States, as the commander-in-chief, does not have the power under Article II of the Constitution

00:42:34.940 to expel foreign terrorists to hell out of our country, then whatever statute, whatever regulation,

00:42:44.540 whatever judicial decision that is supposedly in the president's way is clearly unconstitutional.

00:42:51.680 It's clearly illegal.

00:42:53.660 The president has no higher duty than to repel invasion of our country.

00:42:59.140 And we have the worst terrorist in the Western Hemisphere, Trende, Aragua. 0.98

00:43:04.420 You have the president making a finding that they're working with the government of Venezuela 0.98

00:43:10.500 and they are invading our country and raping and kidnapping and torturing and murdering Americans. 0.95

00:43:16.900 Any judge who thinks they're going to get away is going to have a problem with the American people.

00:43:22.900 Hang on for one second, Mike.

00:43:24.120 I know you've got to bounce.

00:43:24.980 I'm just going to hold you for a second through the break.

00:43:27.000 Mike Davis on the other side.

00:43:28.200 You wish you could have invested in the stock market last year when investors scored the highest profits in decades.

00:43:46.640 But between that mountain of bills and credit card debt, you had nothing.

00:44:48.240 It's free.

00:44:49.680 Go to donewithdebt.com.

00:44:51.600 That's donewithdebt.com.

00:44:53.620 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:44:57.040 Well, we're in posse being at the Ramparts because, you know, Jim Jordan and these guys won't move unless you nudge them.

00:45:06.940 And I guess they got the nudge because we're going to take some action this week.

00:45:12.320 And, of course, the engine room is telling me, is this going to be a two-year investigation?

00:45:18.160 They're going to put a strongly worded report at the end?

00:45:20.940 Well, not if we do our jobs, I guess.

00:45:22.500 Mike Davis, what is your recommendation?

00:45:24.920 People need to keep the pressure on this.

00:45:26.520 This is how we got this far.

00:45:28.120 And we need to make sure all these hearings start focusing on the impeachment side.

00:45:32.740 And we should have a couple of judges come up and just explain what in the hell they've been doing, sir.

00:45:37.300 Yeah, I mean, if these judges want to take off their political robes and climb into the political arena and throw political punches, then guess what?

00:45:48.900 The Article III Project and the War Room Posse will gladly throw political counterpunches.

00:45:54.420 And ours tend to land and they tend to be fierce.

00:45:59.940 And so what I've encouraged the War Room Posse to do is to go to article3project.org, article3project.org, and do what we do best, which is take action.

00:46:11.280 And there are a couple action items that will get their attention.

00:46:14.240 Number one, that $2 billion that D.C. Biden Judge Ali, who they bragged as the first Muslim and the first Arab on the D.C. federal bench, this Canadian citizen to this day.

00:46:28.300 I don't know how that happens, but we have a Canadian citizen on the federal bench in D.C.

00:46:32.940 That $2 billion that Judge Ali pissed away and sent to his buddies in Hamas to kill Americans or to transgender mice in Durka Durka land or wherever he sent the money, let's take that $2 billion out of the federal judiciary's $10 billion budget in the coming year. 0.78

00:46:54.440 And so if they want to play political games, they'll get political prizes.

00:46:58.120 And the second action item that we can take with the War Room Posse is call for the House to open an impeachment inquiry on D.C. Obama Judge Jeff Bosberg, who thinks he's the commander in chief, who thinks he's the air traffic controller, who thinks he can tell the president to turn around planes full of terrorists.

00:47:19.080 It's amazing that these D.C. Judges, as Julie Kelly's been talking about for years, it's amazing that these D.C. judges, these activist judges care a hell of a lot more about the rights of Trende Aragua foreign terrorists than they did about Trump grandmas who trespassed and took selfies on January 6th.

00:47:40.300 Yeah, no, due process for the worst criminals on Earth, the worst terrorists on Earth, President Trump's putting on a plane getting them the hell out of here.

00:47:49.080 As is demanded by the American people and the security of this nation.

00:47:52.640 Mike Davis, your social media.

00:47:53.980 We're going to send everybody to Article 3 to read everything, get up on the ramparts.

00:47:58.260 The pressure's working.

00:47:59.280 The pressure campaign's working.

00:48:00.600 But with these folks, you've got to keep it on all the time.

00:48:03.340 Social media, Mike.

00:48:04.660 One last thing. 1.00

00:48:05.380 I think the president should put these terrorists, hold them temporarily at the Chevy Chase Country Club until these judges get their heads out of their asses and let the president get these terrorists out of our country. 0.99

00:48:16.480 My social media is M-R-D-D-M-I-A. 1.00

00:48:21.200 M-R-D-D-M-I-A. 0.99

00:48:23.760 Where I'm coming in hot, particularly late at night.

00:48:28.780 Burning tree and congressional.

00:48:30.920 Let's do those two. 0.80

00:48:32.680 Mike Davis, thank you so much.

00:48:34.680 Appreciate you, sir.

00:48:36.260 Thank you.

00:48:36.880 Folks, you're winning on this one.

00:48:38.800 You're grinding and winning on this one.

00:48:41.160 Trevor Kompsock, CEO of Sacred Human Health.

00:48:44.360 This posse, we've got to keep them healthy.

00:48:46.660 Because the fight's just now starting.

00:48:49.300 We've got such a grind in front of us.

00:48:51.020 What do you got for us today, brother?

00:48:52.860 Yeah, thank you, Steve.

00:48:54.180 So today I just wanted to quickly touch on one of our more popular products that we've also been getting some great feedback on.

00:49:01.240 And I know quite a few people have maybe heard of collagen before or have maybe even supplemented with it.

00:49:06.820 But for anyone who isn't aware, collagen is the most abundant protein in our body.

00:49:11.500 But unfortunately, as we age, we naturally produce less of it.

00:49:15.260 So that's kind of where our multi-collagen supplement comes into play.

00:49:18.840 It's essentially formulated with five different types of collagen and derived from four different sources of collagen as well.

00:49:24.800 So you kind of get the full spectrum there.

00:49:26.760 But the great thing is that our unique blend helps support everything from skin, hair, nails, all the way to joint health and gut function.

00:49:34.220 So it's really designed to help your body essentially provide or at least provide your body with that comprehensive range of collagen types.

00:49:42.380 So, for example, type 1 and 3 will help promote that youthful complexion, which is typically what collagen is known for and why people love it so much.

00:49:49.860 While type 2 will support cartilage and joint health.

00:49:53.620 So I always like to just like to highlight too that, you know, what makes our collagen great is that it's free from artificial ingredients.

00:50:00.640 So we can ensure that you're getting high quality, clean collagen.

00:50:04.420 So basically, you know, whether you're looking to maintain your hair and nails or support your joints or just give your overall health a boost,

00:50:12.040 our multi-collagen supplement comes in the easy to swallow capsule form.

00:50:16.420 So you can take it with food or water.

00:50:17.980 And for those, because we get a lot of messages of people mentioning that they're not very good at swallowing pills,

00:50:23.840 you can always open the capsules as well and just mix it in water.

00:50:26.840 It tastes fine that way as well.

00:50:29.160 But, you know, I always like to highlight too, I've always been a big fan of collagen.

00:50:33.040 I've been taking it for the past six years of my life.

00:50:35.100 I've always had great results with it.

00:50:36.780 I think it gives my skin that extra shine, which people sometimes compliment me about.

00:50:42.020 But, of course, you know, if you're taking the beef liver, you're already 10 steps ahead.

00:50:45.560 But this is, you know, well, the beef liver will also help with incorporating those essential nutrients like the amino acids,

00:50:52.520 the peptides, as well as the vitamins and minerals.

00:50:55.280 But the collagen is a great addition to your health stack and something that I can't recommend enough.

00:51:01.580 Let's send them to the website because we answer many questions there.

00:51:05.200 And this audience always wants to know about the questions, also their discount.

00:51:29.520 But if you guys have any questions, just send us a message directly through our website, and we'll get back to you.

00:51:35.880 But there is a ton of information about the collagen as well as our other products, so you can check it all out.
