00:00:00.000 Katie Turr wanted it.
00:00:01.420 I think it was canceled, and it's now time, I think, to get back to work.
00:00:04.360 Let's do it.
00:00:04.880 Let's do it.
00:00:05.320 See, we hand it off to you, and we will see you again tomorrow, my friend.
00:00:07.640 Have a great show.
00:00:10.800 Thank you, Eric.
00:00:11.520 Appreciate you.
00:00:12.360 Love the handover.
00:00:15.360 Okay, we got a really great – this morning, I really want to thank my team.
00:00:18.740 The cold open was fantastic.
00:00:20.540 Did another great job this afternoon.
00:00:22.020 This will kind of summarize everything.
00:00:23.660 Let's go ahead and get it rolling, and I'll come back at the end of it.
00:00:27.500 Stocks closing mostly lower as a wild session comes to a close.
00:00:31.360 Looks like we've got gains on the NASDAQ here.
00:00:33.900 But the S&P 500 touching bear market levels early in the session.
00:00:37.300 The Dow swinging more than 2,500 points in trading today.
00:00:41.840 And the NASDAQ trading in a nearly 10% range.
00:00:45.800 It was, to say the least, volatile.
00:00:48.760 Just saw this tweet from the Treasury Secretary, Scott Besant,
00:00:52.640 who posted that he is engaging in negotiations at President Trump's direction
00:00:56.980 with the government of Japan.
00:00:59.280 That's an interesting one, Scott, because that does seem to indicate
00:01:02.200 that there are negotiations going on behind the scenes,
00:01:05.100 or at least they're starting today.
00:01:06.440 And one of the big questions for the market in all of this was
00:01:09.280 whether or not this is a negotiating strategy
00:01:12.360 or whether this is a permanent tariff strategy.
00:01:14.320 We had Peter Navarro on CNBC earlier today saying this is not a negotiation,
00:01:18.660 and that even if a country like Vietnam came and offered 0% tariffs,
00:01:23.000 he said that wouldn't be good enough.
00:01:24.220 We have to go below zero by getting rid of all the non-tariff barriers.
00:01:28.220 Here you see Scott Besant saying, well, it is a negotiation.
00:01:30.900 So make of that what you will.
00:01:33.020 But it seems to be at least a little bit of a positive
00:01:35.920 for those who don't like these high tariff rates, Scott.
00:01:38.580 There's really no sign of the market finding stability.
00:01:42.260 Just listen to the way that these CEOs are viewing it.
00:01:45.360 Jamie Diamond, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, says,
00:01:48.280 We are likely to see inflationary outcomes,
00:01:51.320 whether or not the menu of tariffs causes a recession,
00:01:54.400 remains in question, but it will slow down growth.
00:01:57.780 Bill Ackman of the hedge fund Pershing Square says,
00:02:01.300 the president is losing the confidence of business leaders around the globe.
00:02:05.480 This is not what we voted for, he says.
00:02:07.880 We are heading for a self-induced economic nuclear winter,
00:02:12.100 and we should start hunkering down.
00:02:14.340 Richard Branson of Virgin says,
00:02:15.860 This is the moment to own up to a colossal mistake and change course.
00:02:20.520 Otherwise, America will face ruin for years to come.
00:02:24.460 Jay Hatfield of Infrastructure Capital Advisors,
00:02:28.240 This is unambiguously stupid.
00:02:31.820 And Isaac Larian of MGA Entertainment,
00:02:34.200 This thing is going to backfire.
00:02:35.920 And yet, Donald Trump is still shrugging it all off,
00:02:40.220 not bothered by what is dangerously close
00:02:43.020 to becoming the worst three-day sell-off in 38 years.
00:02:46.600 We'll see how things end.
00:02:47.900 Bigger than COVID or the 2008 financial crisis.
00:02:52.080 As Politico put it this morning,
00:02:54.320 your playbook author has only ever seen one example up close
00:02:57.380 of a leader taking bold and purposeful economic action,
00:03:00.600 which instantly crashed the national economy,
00:03:02.920 and she was outlasted by a head of lettuce.
00:03:06.300 It would be nice to serve a nice, easy term,
00:03:09.480 but we have an opportunity to change the fabric of our country.
00:03:13.020 We have an opportunity to reset the table on trade.
00:03:16.900 We lose billions of dollars.
00:03:19.680 We lose close to $2 trillion a year on trade.
00:03:23.520 We lose a trillion dollars a year to China, a trillion.
00:03:26.740 We lose hundreds of billions of dollars a year on trade to China.
00:03:32.980 We lose hundreds of billions of dollars overall,
00:03:37.680 probably close to $2 trillion.
00:03:41.500 Why would we do that?
00:03:42.660 Number one, why would we do that?
00:03:44.240 And then you have to say, is it sustainable?
00:03:46.040 Then you hear about all of the people that say,
00:03:48.300 well, deficits, if we have a deficit with the country,
00:03:50.920 or if the country has a big surplus with us,
00:03:53.140 like China has a massive surplus that they take and they spend on their military.
00:03:57.800 Well, we don't want that.
00:03:59.300 I don't want them to take $500, $600 billion a year and spend it on their military.
00:04:05.420 I don't want them spending money on their military.
00:04:07.980 And I shouldn't have to spend money.
00:04:09.420 We shouldn't have to spend it either.
00:04:11.440 Because, you know, hopefully, and I said this to President Xi,
00:04:14.040 hopefully it's money that we're never going to use.
00:04:16.660 In other words, because we're not going to use those incredible weapons that we have
00:04:20.300 and that they have.
00:04:21.180 We don't want that.
00:04:22.900 So it's going to be very interesting.
00:04:26.140 It's the only chance our country will have to reset the table.
00:04:32.660 Because no other president would be willing to do what I'm doing or to even go through it.
00:04:38.260 Now, I don't mind going through it because I see a beautiful picture at the end.
00:04:42.980 But we are making tremendous progress with a lot of countries.
00:04:47.140 And the countries that really took advantage of us are now saying, please negotiate.
00:04:52.520 You know why?
00:04:53.080 Because they're getting beaten badly because of what's happening.
00:04:57.480 They're getting beaten badly.
00:04:58.740 They're being devalued as countries.
00:05:01.300 But it's the only chance we're going to have to reset the table on trade.
00:05:05.540 And when we do, we're going to come out unbelievably well.
00:05:08.640 We're going to have a strong country economically again.
00:05:11.260 And we're going to have those factories that are empty all over the United States.
00:05:15.600 We've lost 90,000 plants and factories.
00:05:19.800 Think of this.
00:05:20.760 90,000.
00:05:21.560 You wouldn't think it's possible.
00:05:23.040 90,000 plants and factories since NAFTA, which was, by the way, the worst trade deal ever,
00:05:28.720 ever developed, ever had by any country anywhere.
00:05:31.640 Well, in the past, he did care about stock market returns, right?
00:05:36.040 He thought it was the best single indicator of a president's success the last time he was in power
00:05:40.600 when stock markets were going up.
00:05:42.460 This time around, yes, he and Scott Besson, his Treasury Secretary,
00:05:46.120 had been bragging about how interest rates were falling.
00:05:49.300 Interest rates were probably falling because investors were dumping stocks
00:05:53.260 and plowing that money into bonds, which mechanically reduces interest rates.
00:05:57.840 But actually, today, rates have gone back up, which almost never happens when you see a stock
00:06:03.960 market route like this.
00:06:05.560 And there was some debate about why that might be going on.
00:06:08.840 It might be because people are just, like, desperate to hoard cash, so they're selling
00:06:13.380 everything they can.
00:06:14.660 It might be that investors are trying to pull their money specifically out of the United States.
00:06:18.880 And it might, in fact, be that there are expectations of higher inflation.
00:06:24.040 When there is higher inflation, in this case, presumably due to Trump's tariffs,
00:06:28.500 that would nudge the Federal Reserve to raise rates, right, which exactly is exactly what Trump
00:06:34.820 does not want.
00:06:36.280 So I think that's one very likely course of action here that's driving these weird things
00:06:41.400 that we're seeing in the stock market that, again, are sitting in the bond market that,
00:06:45.160 again, Trump had been bragging about, now has been silent on, that they're going the other
00:06:49.320 way.
00:06:50.080 But no matter what, the Federal Reserve is not going to bow to Donald Trump.
00:06:54.900 It must not bow to Donald Trump.
00:06:57.260 It is politically independent.
00:06:59.200 Its actual independence and its perceived independence are crucial to its ability to keep inflation
00:07:04.940 under control.
00:07:06.240 Like, there is a reason why countries that have more independent central banks tend to have
00:07:12.640 better inflation outcomes, and it's because if you put the money supply in the hands of
00:07:17.460 politicians, people don't believe that that money supply will be stable.
00:07:22.560 It's what happens in Argentina.
00:07:24.120 It's what happens in Ethiopia.
00:07:25.800 It's what happened in Turkey.
00:07:27.220 I mean, we're cutting prices because prices got so high, people couldn't live.
00:07:32.140 I mean, the prices for groceries, the prices for standard, standard groceries, standard things
00:07:37.300 were going through the roof.
00:07:38.960 They couldn't live.
00:07:39.620 And now those prices are coming down, so call them groceries.
00:07:42.960 But that's down, energy's down, and interest rates are down.
00:07:47.180 Everything's down.
00:07:48.280 And the interest rates, the beauty there is when we refinance debt, you know, debt's become
00:07:52.780 such a big factor in this country.
00:07:54.540 We're going to get, we're going to start paying debt off with tariffs and other things.
00:07:58.500 But it's such a big factor because the interest rate's so high.
00:08:02.420 Well, now that's coming way down.
00:08:04.320 So our budget's going to look a lot better because interest costs are way down.
00:08:07.960 And I guess I've done that.
00:08:11.300 Mr. President, do you please?
00:08:15.740 Yes, please.
00:08:16.580 Thank you, Mr. President.
00:08:17.940 I want to ask you about Iran because this is the first time we hear that the U.S. is having
00:08:22.360 a direct contact with the Iranians.
00:08:24.560 Is it possible to give us some more information at what level the U.S. is represented?
00:08:29.100 Very high level, yeah.
00:08:30.780 We're dealing with the Iranians.
00:08:32.780 We have a very big meeting on Saturday.
00:08:35.200 And we're dealing with them directly.
00:08:37.460 You know, a lot of people say, oh, maybe you're going through surrogates or you're not
00:08:40.640 dealing directly.
00:08:41.460 You're dealing through other countries.
00:08:43.100 No, we're dealing with them directly.
00:08:44.620 And maybe a deal is going to be made.
00:08:46.820 That would be great.
00:08:47.960 That would be, it would be really great for Iran, I can tell you that.
00:08:51.760 But hopefully, we're not going to have to get into that.
00:08:54.940 We are meeting, very importantly, on Saturday at almost the highest level.
00:09:01.280 And we'll see how it works out.
00:09:02.560 Please.
00:09:05.960 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:09:11.220 Pray for our enemies.
00:09:13.160 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:09:16.460 I got a free shot.
00:09:17.740 All these networks lying about the people.
00:09:20.640 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:09:22.720 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:09:24.140 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that.
00:09:25.840 But you're not going to stop it.
00:09:26.780 It's going to happen.
00:09:28.060 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:09:31.440 MAGA media.
00:09:32.780 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:09:38.200 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:09:41.980 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:09:48.260 War Room.
00:09:48.800 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:09:51.260 Bannon.
00:09:57.220 It's Monday, 7 April in the year of our Lord, 2025.
00:10:00.620 Black Monday was canceled.
00:10:03.440 As much as Jim Cramer and the CNBC crowd and the MSNBC crowd and particularly, you know, Katie Turner, all these people don't know anything about the stock market, never cared about it.
00:10:16.040 But now it's like the most important thing in the universe.
00:10:17.880 The folks that financed the globalists, the folks that financed all the factories leaving, the folks that essentially bet against the American people, the folks that went long other countries and shorted America, they're getting crushed.
00:10:36.440 Americans are doing just fine in a historic day.
00:10:41.120 A couple of things.
00:10:41.860 President Trump right there just dropped a blockbuster.
00:10:44.220 Oh, by the way, we're in direct negotiations with the Iranians of direct talks.
00:10:49.320 Let me know if Denver has a Scott Besson, the secretary of treasury, as you know, contributor at the War Room for a couple of years.
00:10:55.380 Scott, this is what got things sorted during the day.
00:10:59.080 Talk about process.
00:11:01.260 And remember, these reciprocal, the reciprocity of the tariffs kick in on Wednesday, one week after they were announced on the 9th of April.
00:11:13.540 And President Trump says, hey, it's no negotiation.
00:11:16.060 This is what it's going to be.
00:11:17.440 The formula, and this is why people are confused, it's not just the tariff rate.
00:11:22.360 It's all the gaming of the system, the currency manipulation, the counterfeiting, the trying to get around the rules.
00:11:29.700 Also, all the barriers.
00:11:31.260 They put up tons of barriers, what they call non-tariff or non-cash barriers.
00:11:36.260 As Peter Navarro said, for Vietnam, hey, bro, even if you went to zero, it's not even close to being good enough.
00:11:42.480 And this has come as a wake-up call, but they're still stacked up.
00:11:45.780 So President Trump's prepared to listen, right?
00:11:48.340 These are going to be trading partners.
00:11:49.660 He's prepared to listen.
00:11:50.560 But this is a total restructuring of the geoeconomic order throughout the world.
00:11:57.660 And let me just read these two tweets that came out earlier and followed by a third about the Chinese Communist Party.
00:12:04.320 This is Scott Besson early in the afternoon.
00:12:06.200 Following a very constructive phone discussion with the government of Japan, POTUS, real Donald Trump, has tasked me and the U.S. trade rep to open negotiations to implement the president's vision for the new golden age of global trade.
00:12:22.940 And then he is going to do it with the prime minister and his cabinet.
00:12:28.240 So this is direct high-level negotiations.
00:12:30.820 Then Scott Besson followed that up by saying, Japan remains among America's closest allies, and I look forward to our upcoming productive engagement regarding tariffs, non-tariff trade barriers, currency issues, and government subsidies.
00:12:46.240 I appreciate the Japanese government's outreach and measured approach to this process.
00:12:51.500 Another big thing, this is like the Chinese Communist Party, state-owned industries and what they do to game the system with state-owned industries against companies here in the United States that have to compete.
00:13:00.980 All we're looking for is a level playing field.
00:13:03.460 This was followed very closely, very closely by China, and this is from the Secretary of the Treasury, now in charge of this process.
00:13:12.280 China has chosen to isolate itself by retaliating and doubling down on previous negative behavior.
00:13:19.140 Over 50 countries have responded both openly and positively to the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
00:13:25.980 Historic action to create a fairer, more prosperous system of global trade.
00:13:30.980 He looks forward to China getting the message.
00:13:35.340 I think President Trump took tariffs today over 100% against the Chinese Communist Party.
00:13:42.180 It's the folks, the people that are whining are the people that finance the Chinese Communist Party.
00:13:48.820 They've been outed, they've been unmasked, and quite frankly, they've been isolated with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:13:54.340 Hey, if you've got a problem with your stocks going down, don't finance the bad guys.
00:13:59.060 And whatever you do, do not short the American worker, the United States of America, and particularly never doubt Donald John Trump.
00:14:07.580 He's coming to this one full on.
00:14:10.640 A total throwdown.
00:14:12.480 And right now, as we end trading on a Monday, it was supposed to be Black Monday.
00:14:17.220 Unfortunately, for the bad guys, that was canceled.
00:14:19.920 Katie Tur, I know you're going to cry.
00:14:21.620 Great salt tears tonight over all those stocks that didn't drop to the floor.
00:14:27.320 This is completely manufactured as they're trying to use this as another weapon to drive President Trump from office and destroy MAGA.
00:14:36.240 Guess what?
00:14:38.000 Five days into it, it's the tech bros and the Chinese Communist Party and the sociopathic overlords on Wall Street taking it on the chops.
00:14:50.880 Short break.
00:14:51.620 Back in a moment.
00:14:52.300 I got American babe in America's heart.
00:14:59.160 You don't go out and buy a life jacket when the boat is already sinking, and you don't buy gold when the economy has already collapsed.
00:15:07.720 Clearly, others are heeding this advice as gold hit an all-time high the first part of 2025, multiple times.
00:15:15.320 It's not too late for you.
00:15:17.380 The company I trust to help you diversify into physical gold is Birch Gold, the company I buy my gold from.

00:16:12.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:15.460 You know, earlier, I don't know if we play, if we have time to play it, but Vandelion said they're prepared to go zero tariffs,
00:16:27.620 but that didn't even start to talk about the state on industries, what they've got on currency, I mean, all of it.
00:16:31.680 But she made a threat there, if it doesn't happen, you know, if they're prepared to stand up and take countermeasures.
00:16:40.080 Hey, lady, you take one countermeasure, all the underwriting we do for your defense is gone.
00:16:46.560 Europe can't defend itself.
00:16:49.440 Europe spends no money on defense.
00:16:51.540 Think about this for a second.
00:16:52.840 They have all these trade barriers.
00:16:54.800 They rip you off constantly.
00:16:56.200 There's no American cars in Germany.
00:16:57.800 They ship the German cars over here right from Germany.
00:17:00.560 Nothing's really made here, manufactured here.
00:17:02.980 Even the assembled parts, even the assembly we do for Fords and others, the high-value-added parts are made over, you know, other places.
00:17:10.700 She has the gall to sit there, hey, if you don't do this, we're going to retaliate.
00:17:15.280 Retaliate one iota, and we ought to pull all money out of NATO, number one.
00:17:20.020 We ought to move the two carrier battle groups that are in the Red Sea taking incoming from the Houthis to keep the Suez Canal open so that you get trade, right?
00:17:28.960 Because as J.D. said in that text stream, only 3% of that of going through there has anything to do with the United States of America.
00:17:37.520 We're keeping the Suez Canal open.
00:17:39.700 Why?
00:17:40.020 Because you guys are too broke and never put any money into the Royal Navy, to the French Navy, to the Italian Navy, right?
00:17:46.300 You've under-invested there for decades and decades and decades, and that's because the globalists on the Atlantic Council and Stavridis and all these people on Morning Joe, Richard Haas, you know, you had to have big, great partners in NATO.
00:17:58.600 Why?
00:17:59.120 The European nation's elites spit in our face and stole from our workers, and President Trump has stood up to that.
00:18:07.320 It's not going to happen anymore.
00:18:09.260 He's thrown down hard, and she has the gall to retaliate.
00:18:11.800 Then fine, not just cut off NATO.
00:18:13.500 If we pulled out all the infrastructure of our military throughout Europe, the communications, the logistics, NATO wouldn't exist.
00:18:24.800 These people have put no money into their military, and if you look at the polling, their young people won't volunteer for their military.
00:18:31.800 Their young people won't fight for their own countries.
00:18:34.760 You have some very brave people, like in the British Army, in the Royal Navy, in the French.
00:18:39.000 Don't you have some, obviously, young patriots in those countries that volunteer, but overall, you do the polling, they won't fight for their country.
00:18:46.000 They won't volunteer, generally, overall.
00:18:49.800 And in the United States, our infrastructure throughout Europe is what even allows any type of military response.
00:18:55.520 So, lady, you want to talk tough.
00:18:57.980 People are just saying, hey, we've had enough of it.
00:18:59.760 We had a belly full of this.
00:19:00.900 We're underwriting a bunch of elites that are skiing in Switzerland or hanging out in the south of France, and we don't want to do it anymore.
00:19:08.640 The American taxpayer doesn't want to do it.
00:19:11.520 We told you it was going to be turbulent.
00:19:14.000 This started off a little dicey last night at about 6 o'clock when the futures market opened, but it went all over the map today and kind of landed in not too bad a place.
00:19:23.360 We're a long way from being out of this.
00:19:25.060 President Trump says, hey, this is just the top of the first inning.
00:19:28.260 You've got to get ready because he is reordering global trade to focus on either, one, bringing manufacturing back to the United States so the American workers have high-value-added jobs, right, the most premier manufacturing in the world,
00:19:46.200 and the American citizen can then get a great pricing off that.
00:19:51.540 Or if you're not going to do that, you're going to pay up to get into this premium market.
00:19:56.280 You're not giving it away anymore, and we should not be even considering giving up the military.
00:20:03.020 I would actually charge the Europeans, if you want two carrier battle groups in the Red Sea and you want carrier strike forces hitting the Houthis to keep the Suez Canal open, start sending checks, folks.
00:20:14.680 Underwrite it.
00:20:15.440 We're not doing it for free anymore.
00:20:16.700 That's what it costs because we have a trillion-dollar defense bill.
00:20:18.880 The whole fiasco on the one big, beautiful bill we haven't even had time to get into in the last couple of days, it's a fiasco.
00:20:26.340 There's enough no votes in the House right now that says it can't pass.
00:20:29.260 And why?
00:20:29.660 These are the deficit hawks that are saying, are you kidding me?
00:20:32.700 We're actually increasing spending.
00:20:34.900 Forget the happy talk over 10 years.
00:20:36.540 That's all happy talk.
00:20:37.460 In this fiscal year, we're using Biden's budget at 25, there's been no impoundments, no rescissions, and we keep asking the rest of the guys, like, where are they?
00:20:48.160 Doge, where is the fraud?
00:20:50.320 Don't put up something on a website.
00:20:51.820 I want to see cash money, and I want to see people that start getting indicted.
00:20:56.280 If it's fraud, and on the programmatic side, where are the cuts?
00:21:00.340 Where are the cuts?
00:21:01.620 You're not seeing it.
00:21:03.180 And I'm telling you, these two budgets, they've got debt ceiling increases of four trillion on one hand and five trillion on the other, and I think it's a two-year deal.
00:21:12.260 I don't think it's a four-year deal.
00:21:13.540 I think that's in two years.
00:21:14.560 I don't know because I don't know all the details, but I also know they're going to run massive deficits.
00:21:20.660 And so that just can't go on.
00:21:21.980 We have to have an adult's conversation.
00:21:23.440 Over in the Senate, they're doing gimmicks, they're doing games.
00:21:27.500 The American people don't want to see it, and particularly MAGA.
00:21:30.420 We want to face up that, hey, if things have to be cut, they have to be cut.
00:21:33.620 If taxes on the wealthy have to be increased, then taxes on the wealthy have to be increased.
00:21:37.440 I'm sorry.
00:21:38.680 I'm so sorry about that.
00:21:40.240 But that's the financial situation we're in because working people deserve an additional tax cut.
00:21:44.960 Besides the extension of the tax cut, they deserve to have, as President Trump promised on the campaign, no tax on tips, no tax on overtime,
00:21:52.720 and particularly, folks, no tax on Social Security.
00:21:56.520 You worked hard enough, and you contributed so many years, you don't need to be taxed on that on the way up.
00:22:02.100 Two things they're going to do.
00:22:03.060 Mike Davis is going to join us at the bottom of the hour.
00:22:05.300 Rosemary gets a huge decision in the Supreme Court today.
00:22:07.940 But they're thinking, they're working on coming into these courts with these radical judges, I'm not kidding, to stop Trump on his trade, to say it's unconstitutional.
00:22:18.620 That's going to happen.
00:22:19.400 We're going to talk to Mike about that because we're going to need you at the ramparts because now we've got to be bringing these judges in and grilling them in public to get people's minds right.
00:22:28.660 We need a struggle session with Beryl Howe.
00:22:31.900 We need a struggle session with Boesburg, those two to start off with.
00:22:36.360 And I think the message will then get out, and you will have rulings that understand that President Trump's commander-in-chief of the United States,
00:22:44.680 big ruling at the Supreme Court today on that very, very, very topic, which the MSNBC and the New York Times have been skipping around all day long
00:22:51.900 about there was an order at midnight that had to be fulfilled to bring this individual back not so fast.
00:22:58.100 Mike Davis will be here to explain that.
00:23:00.080 Rosemary Gibson is going to talk about supply chain.
00:23:01.980 Also, an investigative report she's been doing is going to blow your head up, as only Rosemary Gibson can do.

00:24:03.700 particularly on these judges over the next couple of days, because we've got to get some minds right.
00:24:09.840 The Judiciary Committee is not going to move on their own volition.
00:24:13.540 They're going to send a strongly worded letter.

00:24:43.780 is a thing called the title.
00:24:45.900 Don't let anybody else get their hands on it.
00:24:47.380 Go check out the nightmare stories Natalie comes on here with.
00:24:50.040 It'll scare the devil out of you.
00:24:52.960 Okay, intense day on Wall Street.
00:24:54.840 Here's what's happening.
00:24:55.460 President Trump is going through both a geopolitical – really, let me think about it.
00:24:59.460 At CPAC back in 17, I said, hey, American first national security policy, economic nationalism,
00:25:08.640 and then deconstruction of the administrative state.
00:25:10.800 Those are the three big verticals.
00:25:12.960 He's doing it nonstop.
00:25:14.200 A couple of the numbers, some of the engine room folks had repeat them.
00:25:17.140 Okay, you got $37 trillion in debt.
00:25:18.780 Right now we're going at about $1.4 trillion, I think, gross amount of interest every year.
00:25:26.240 Think about that for a second.
00:25:27.540 $1.4 trillion just to go to pay the interest on this debt.
00:25:31.660 Well, it's the flip side of the trade deficit.
00:25:34.520 Trade deficit now is $25 trillion, I think, in aggregate.
00:25:37.620 That means we've spent more – or sent more assets or monetized more assets to buy stuff coming into this country.
00:25:44.640 We have a – that's why President Trump was talking over a trillion dollars with China.
00:25:49.020 I think this is a gross amount.
00:25:50.300 The net, I think, with China is about $600 billion last year.
00:25:54.080 The trade deficit, by the way, the last couple of months has been at record rates.
00:25:57.420 Why?
00:25:58.000 Because we don't make anything here.
00:25:59.980 We're treated as an economic colony.
00:26:01.740 We sent essentially raw materials and some services to China, and they sent us back finished goods, many of which come from state-owned industries.
00:26:10.840 They kind of gamed the entire system.
00:26:13.160 That and the transfer and stealing of intellectual property.
00:26:16.980 So we have $25 trillion in trade deficit.
00:26:19.220 $18 trillion just since China came into the World Trade Organization and got most favored nation status.
00:26:25.040 I think it's $600 billion a year for stealing of intellectual property from our universities, from our companies, from the government by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:26:35.820 I think that adds up to another $25 or $30 trillion of stolen intellectual property that you paid for either supporting the state colleges or your taxes, going to Ivy League schools, the research, or your equity investments in these companies.
00:26:53.520 The intellectual property was stolen by the Chinese Communist Party, fully understood by Wall Street.
00:26:59.340 That was one of the reasons they said, hey, you do these joint ventures.
00:27:01.680 You can take the intellectual property.
00:27:03.060 We get that, too.
00:27:03.980 The folks on Wall Street knew this, why they were underwriting it.
00:27:06.900 In fact, they encouraged it.
00:27:08.040 They thought it was a good thing.
00:27:09.340 You know why?
00:27:09.880 Put money in their pocket.
00:27:11.340 Now, it ain't putting money in their pocket, and they're quite upset.
00:27:15.360 The last number is the contingent liabilities on the U.S. dollar.
00:27:20.980 Over $100 trillion.
00:27:22.140 I don't want to get into that, because then you won't be sleeping at all.
00:27:26.380 A Monday that didn't turn out to be Black Monday.
00:27:31.120 Jimmy Cramer wanted it.
00:27:33.020 Katie Turr wanted it.
00:27:34.720 All the jackals over at MSNBC wanted it.
00:27:38.400 It didn't happen.
00:27:40.360 Because President Trump, once again, stepped into the breach, and his Secretary of the Treasury stepped up and started getting an orderly process of how we're going to work through this.
00:27:52.140 Short commercial break.
00:27:53.560 Mike Gibson, or Mike Davis, Rosemary Gibson, next.
00:27:58.540 Only in the war room.
00:27:59.320 How well do you sleep at night?

00:29:38.720 Action.
00:29:39.260 Action.
00:29:39.500 Chief Justice John Roberts is temporarily blocking a district court order requiring, that is, that a Maryland man mistakenly deported to El Salvador be returned to the U.S. by midnight.
00:29:51.320 So this gives the court more time to consider the issue after the Trump administration requested they intervene.
00:29:57.840 So the legal team for Kilmar Obrego Garcia now has until tomorrow night at 5 to respond.
00:30:04.380 CBS News Department of Justice correspondent Scott McFarlane has been following this case closely.
00:30:09.780 Scott, thanks for joining us.
00:30:11.280 What can we expect in this case?
00:30:14.360 The Supreme Court's going to hit the snooze button proverbially on this case.
00:30:18.820 It doesn't really change the fundamental dynamics here.
00:30:21.480 They now have until 5 p.m. tomorrow to make their arguments over the matter, but the matter stays the same.
00:30:26.960 A court in Maryland, a federal judge, has ordered the return of Mr. Obrego Garcia by the end of the night tonight.
00:30:32.920 Well, that's now pushed at least through 5 p.m. tomorrow.
00:30:36.360 The Department of Justice has acknowledged it was a mistaken deportation that shouldn't have taken place.
00:30:41.380 But they've made the argument they can't get him from El Salvador because it's now in El Salvador's jurisdiction.
00:30:48.280 The U.S. Supreme Court may hash out some of what comes to them in this.
00:30:51.560 They may kick this back to the federal judge in Greenbelt, Maryland.
00:30:54.400 But for now, the deadlines have been delayed.
00:30:56.960 They have not been canceled.
00:30:57.900 Okay.
00:31:02.180 Article 3's Mike Davis joins us.
00:31:04.600 Mike, all day long, up until this happened, MSNBC, this was like the B block.
00:31:11.520 They were saying he's coming back at midnight or Trump officials are going to be held in contempt.
00:31:15.700 They haven't decided whether it's civil or criminal contempt.
00:31:19.060 They were lathered up on this one, bro.
00:31:20.860 What happened?
00:31:22.020 Because you haven't heard a peep on it in MSNBC since this ruling came down by the Supreme Court.
00:31:27.660 Why is this a big deal?
00:31:29.320 Well, I think the chief justice finally understands that these activist judges don't have Green Beret law clerks.
00:31:37.280 And so how the hell do these judges think that you're going to order the president of the United States to negotiate with a foreign leader?
00:31:45.300 A judge does not have that authority to order the president to negotiate with a foreign leader, especially on a compressed timeline like this and get a result from that foreign leader to bring back any illegal immigrants into our country.
00:32:00.540 This guy was from El Salvador.
00:32:03.080 He was here illegally.
00:32:04.180 He convinced an immigration judge that he was going to be persecuted in El Salvador.
00:32:09.580 OK, well, you know what?
00:32:11.360 Send him to another country.
00:32:12.540 He shouldn't be in the United States if he's here illegally.
00:32:16.340 And for this judge to think that she can order the president to negotiate with a foreign leader is just crazy.
00:32:23.040 And fortunately, the chief justice is starting to wake up.
00:32:26.920 He's starting to get his judicial house in order.
00:32:31.360 Now, you say this.
00:32:32.800 He ruled against us the other day.
00:32:34.180 Why do you think this shows you that he's now focused on what he said about this is important enough that this could because don't they aren't they on the hook to actually give briefings tomorrow on this contempt?
00:32:45.860 We have a whole nother thing going.
00:32:47.440 Bosworth's got a contempt hearing going about, you know, Bosworth trying to step in and be commander in chief.
00:32:52.860 Yeah, I don't know how Bosworth can think that his case is going to survive after the chief justice just just did this administrative stay in a case that the facts and the law are a lot worse for the Trump administration on this one than than the trend de Aragua that Bosworth tried to stop.
00:33:11.140 So I don't I hope that the Supreme Court is coming to its senses.
00:33:18.200 I hope the Supreme Court is stopping these judicial saboteurs.
00:33:22.240 I hope the Supreme Court understands that if Bosworth is able to hold Trump administration officials in contempt for not turning around planes full of terrorists and bringing them back to the United States.
00:33:34.960 After this Bosworth, the clown exposed dangerously exposed this ongoing military operations for Saturdays ago when he wasn't even the emergency judge that weekend, he he took this upon himself to open up his courtroom, expose this ongoing military operation where the president is working with the Salvadorian president with a very sensitive military operation to get over 200 of the Western Hemisphere's worst terrorist.
00:34:03.120 The hell out of America, the hell out of America and Bosworth thinks he can expose that Bosworth thinks he can order planes to turn around.
00:34:09.820 Bosworth did not know the fuel levels.
00:34:12.500 Bosworth did not know the security footprint in America.
00:34:15.760 We saw the security footprint in El Salvador.
00:34:18.720 Why the hell would we have had that same security footprint in America?
00:34:22.720 Because who would have imagined that some whack job D.C.
00:34:26.460 activist judge thinks he can order planes to turn around.
00:34:28.960 So I hope that this is the chief finally getting his judicial house in order because if Bosworth holds Trump administration officials in contempt, good luck.
00:34:40.520 Good luck, Jeff Bosworth enforcing your contempt order, because I just I don't see it happening.
00:34:45.180 OK, all day long this morning, there's been a huge buzz because Jonathan Karl broke it this morning on Stephanopoulos on Good Morning America,
00:34:58.000 that prominent conservative people in the judicial side of the conservative movement came to Jonathan Karl and said they are preparing lawsuits right now to go into court
00:35:08.220 and to shut down President Trump's reordering of the global trade arrangements between countries.
00:35:15.500 Your thoughts on this?
00:35:16.820 This is once again every action that President Trump is trying to take as chief executive officer of the U.S. government or commander in chief for national security purposes is being thwarted by these by these courts.
00:35:29.180 What do you think about this one?
00:35:30.260 Because I hear they may be as close as tomorrow to be ready to file.
00:35:33.480 I think that these activist judges and these activist plaintiffs are election deniers because President Trump campaigned on the fact that he's going to hire Elon Musk.
00:35:45.200 He's going to set up the Department of Government Efficiency.
00:35:47.420 He's going to secure our border.
00:35:49.200 He's going to deport illegal immigrants, particularly foreign terrorists.
00:35:52.720 He's going to impose tariffs on foreign countries to rebalance our trade that's been so out of whack for decades.
00:36:00.540 And President Trump's doing exactly what he promised American voters he would do.
00:36:05.200 And he got a broad electoral mandate to do it.
00:36:07.840 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states, the popular votes.
00:36:12.340 He has the legal authority to do this, both under Article 2 of the Constitution and his statutory authority.
00:36:18.940 And I would say this, if you don't want the president to have so much power, maybe you should not give the executive branch so much power.
00:36:27.560 Maybe you should follow the Constitution and have the executive branch with its specific enumerated and divided powers.
00:36:35.400 And what's not specifically spelled out in the Constitution belongs to the states and to the people.
00:36:41.640 But this idea that you're going to delegate to the executive branch all of this power, but the president doesn't get to oversee that executive branch, that we have unelected bureaucrats who are supposed to run the executive branch despite what the president wants.
00:36:55.700 That's the very definition of a deep state.
00:36:57.500 Mike, I've talked to a number of congressmen that are sitting there going, they think it's time for hearings, particularly with Burrell Howe and Boesbert on these very topics.
00:37:08.340 They're not saying start impeachment.
00:37:09.820 They're saying, but they ought to come in at least for kind of public, I guess, depositions or at least hearings by judiciary.
00:37:15.160 I don't know if there's any momentum over there or movement over there.
00:37:18.480 We've told the audience, hey, make sure you're doing your home title lock because you've got to have you on the ramparts.
00:37:25.120 What is Article 3 calling for right now?
00:37:27.000 Because I know the audience wants it.
00:37:29.520 I know the MAGA base wants it.
00:37:31.120 I know there's many, many congressmen that think it should happen.
00:37:33.940 I certainly know that people in the Trump administration want it and want it to happen right away.
00:37:38.920 Where do we stand with all this?
00:37:40.280 You're kind of the go-to guy in this.
00:37:41.720 Where do we stand?
00:37:42.480 I'm working very closely with Senator John Thune's office, the Senate Majority Leader, along with Senator Chuck Grassley's office, the Senate Judiciary Chairman, Senator Mike Lee, along with members of the House.
00:37:56.300 We are working on legislation right now, various pieces of legislation to hold these activist judges accountable for their unlawful temporary restraining orders that aren't temporary.
00:38:10.240 At least the Supreme Court finally fixed that problem yesterday, or Friday, excuse me, where Justice Amy Coney Barrett switched sides from her position she took several weeks ago that unleashed this judicial sabotage.
00:38:26.620 I said before that she's a rattled ball professor with her head up her ass.
00:38:30.660 Well, at least on Friday, she got her head out of her ass, and she finally understands that just because these judges called a temporary restraining order, that doesn't mean it's temporary.
00:38:42.120 When you're sending $2 billion out the door, that's not temporary.
00:38:45.920 It's not coming back.
00:38:47.000 And so it sounds like she's back in line.
00:38:49.760 What I've been calling on the War Room Posse to do is to go to Article3Project.org.
00:38:54.800 And I've never called on this before, but what Judd Boesberg, this activist Obama judge in D.C. has doing, is so unlawful and so dangerous for him to expose and sabotage an ongoing military operation.
00:39:11.500 I've never called for this to happen before.
00:39:14.460 I think the Trump administration had a constitutional duty to ignore those orders to turn around the planes.
00:39:20.700 And I also think the House of Representatives must open an impeachment inquiry on Boesberg because if he's sitting through an impeachment inquiry, he's not going to have time to moonlight as the next commander-in-chief whatever Saturday he decides to go open his courtroom and expose an ongoing military operation.
00:39:37.460 And as you call from day one, the reason this is important, people need to go to Article 3 today, and you've got a script there too about the impeachment, you know, even go by the hearing or even more important than legislation right now, is that he's going down the path of contempt.
00:39:56.060 He intends to basically chop block the Trump administration.
00:40:01.480 It's what they want to do at midnight tonight.
00:40:03.300 If Roberts hadn't stepped in, if they didn't comply by midnight, this is all they were taught.
00:40:07.960 They were lathered up all day.
00:40:09.120 Oh, it's got to be contempt.
00:40:10.380 The question now is it going to be civil or is it going to be criminal?
00:40:13.860 They're trying to go down.
00:40:15.000 It shouldn't be lawsuit.
00:40:15.960 This is the reason I went to prison was contempt.
00:40:17.940 This is the weapon they attempt, they try to use, correct?
00:40:21.140 And Boesberg is very specifically trying to use it with Trump on the commander-in-chief issue.
00:40:26.320 This is why we have to take action now, correct?
00:40:28.960 Yeah, Judge Boesberg is acting lawlessly and dangerously.
00:40:35.680 He has no need to know anything about these flights.
00:40:39.160 He has no jurisdiction.
00:40:40.520 This is at best a habeas case where those prisoners can file a habeas petition in Texas from where those planes took off.
00:40:49.040 Judge Boesberg does not have the jurisdiction, does not have the power to be in this case at all.
00:40:54.920 He definitely does not have the power to order the president to turn around planes during an ongoing military operation.
00:41:02.440 Think about how dangerous that is.
00:41:03.960 Think about how dangerous this precedent is where a judge can expose and sabotage an ongoing military operation,
00:41:12.780 tell the president to turn around planes with 200-plus of the worst terrorists in the Western Hemisphere,
00:41:19.320 and then the president lands the planes, thank God, and this judge thinks he's going to hold people in contempt.
00:41:26.700 He's trying to figure out how his order was ignored.
00:41:30.820 Hey, Jeff, you know why your order was ignored?
00:41:33.880 Because it was completely lawless and really dangerous, right?
00:41:38.180 Did you know the fuel levels of these planes?
00:41:40.820 Did you know if there was a security footprint back in America to take 200 of the worst terrorists?
00:41:46.500 Did you want to undermine the president's ability to conduct foreign affairs if you're going to embarrass a foreign leader
00:41:52.260 after he has several hundreds of his law enforcement, military, and intel officials waiting for these terrorists
00:41:59.600 and this high-stakes operation, and you're going to embarrass that foreign leader
00:42:03.620 so they don't want to do business with the president going forward?
00:42:07.100 Hey, Jeff, go to hell, buddy.
00:42:08.500 Big victory on Friday, another big victory today, but we need to get this done on Bozberg.
00:42:15.840 Where do people go, Mike, on Article 3? Where do they go? What do they do?
00:42:20.340 Article3project.org, Article3project.org.
00:42:23.400 Donates, but only as much as you can afford.
00:42:25.440 Follow us on social media, and the action item right now is let's impeach Jeb Bozberg's ass.
00:42:32.160 Let's haul him in. Let's make the process the punishment.
00:42:35.180 If he thinks he's going to take off his judicial robe and climb into the political arena and throw political punches,
00:42:41.140 the Article 3 project is very happy to throw political counterpunches.
00:42:47.180 Mike Davis, also your Twitter feed. It gets a little hot late at night. Where do people go?
00:42:52.820 M-R-D-D-M-I-A. My initials in Des Moines, Iowa. And thank you, Steve.
00:42:57.480 Thank you, Mike Davis, and thank you for leading the fight.
00:43:02.960 Remember, the courts is where they think they've got the advantage right now, including on this trade situation.
00:43:08.560 And these are conservative groups.
00:43:10.480 What we hear from Jonathan Karl at ABC News is that some big conservative groups are going to take President Trump to court
00:43:17.220 to try to thwart his efforts to reorganize the world's trading system so that American workers benefit the United States of America.
00:43:25.660 Short commercial break. Back in the warm in just a moment.
00:43:29.220 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:43:31.760 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:43:34.500 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:43:36.180 Let's take down the CCP.
00:43:38.060 We'll be right back.

00:44:51.680 That's DoneWithDebt.com.
00:44:53.180 One of the best people we ever had come on the show now joins me, Rosemary Gibson.
00:45:07.460 Rosemary, you put a book out in, and for those of you that have come to the show in the last couple of years,
00:45:12.620 back in the early days of the pandemic, Rosemary Gibson shocked America by coming on war and pandemic at the time and saying,
00:45:20.780 hey, got a heads up for you folks.
00:45:23.260 Most of the supply chains on so many important areas are really controlled by the Chinese Communist Party,
00:45:29.020 and they've done this just not to make money but also strategically.
00:45:33.080 One of them is in generic drugs and active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:45:38.140 She published a book that was suppressed by a big farmer.
00:45:40.860 It came out in 2018, I think, called China Rx.
00:45:43.600 That was one of the most, you know, it was an Ira, was it a Turbo-type expose or Sinclair Lewis from back in the 1920s and 30s.
00:45:54.820 This was a blockbuster that shocked people about how China had done this and making money off it but also using it strategically.
00:46:01.980 It's the reason we talk about the Jace Medical guys.
00:46:04.500 They eventually built a business around it.
00:46:07.140 Now this fight about supply chains, because this is one of the things we're talking about.
00:46:12.600 The company guys come and talk to the president and say, hey, look, we're going to build the factories.
00:46:16.620 We're going to put money in, but we also had to bring the whole ecosystem back with us, including the supply chains.
00:46:21.520 This is going to take a while because the CCP has done this strategically.
00:46:25.700 First off, where do we stand with the generics?
00:46:28.080 Because you've been working with President Trump and others who are trying to solve this problem, which appears to be unsolvable,
00:46:34.220 but also you have another massive expose, ma'am, in your investigations into this area.
00:46:40.600 You've got another blockbuster for us.
00:46:42.120 So the floor is yours, Rosemary Gibson.
00:46:44.640 Welcome back into the war room.
00:46:46.980 Steve, it's great to see you.
00:46:48.340 Thanks so much for airing this issue.
00:46:50.420 Yeah, China, our ex-exposed how dependent we are as a country.
00:46:54.900 So most of the medicines that Americans take, Steve, each one depends on China for at least one component.
00:47:02.920 And China knows exactly what our pain points are.
00:47:05.940 So I can imagine we might see some disruption in our medicine supply chain in terms of the starting materials.
00:47:14.500 It's just like the rare earths.
00:47:15.800 China controls the upstream.
00:47:17.560 It has a control on the global supply.
00:47:19.960 So we could expect to see some real challenges with that.
00:47:24.560 But I think the real news here, what's new today, Steve, is that it's not just that we've lost jobs and lost our industrial base.
00:47:35.620 We've had our trading partners dump substandard drugs into the United States.
00:47:41.600 These are not the illegal ones.
00:47:44.020 These are the ones in the legal supply chain.
00:47:47.600 And this has been known for a while.
00:47:49.600 And the good news is we had some tremendous leadership from the Department of Defense.
00:47:54.960 And they started a generic drug testing program in November 2023.
00:48:00.300 They realized the importance of this.
00:48:02.160 They have to protect their warfighters, their family members, and retirees and veterans.
00:48:06.940 And so some of the results are just beginning to come out, Steve, in their blockbuster.
00:48:13.120 They're finding after just testing the first few drugs, and some of these are in the top 10 of what Americans take, that 13% of them have manufacturing defects.
00:48:24.380 They have carcinogens in them, lead, arsenic.
00:48:29.220 And some of them don't work as they should because they're not manufactured properly.
00:48:33.060 And if you ask any manufacturer with a product with 13% manufacturing defects, that is off the charts.
00:48:41.300 You know, people bet their lives on these things.
00:48:43.400 And some of these products are really lifesavers.
00:48:46.800 And I stay tuned because there could be some things coming down the pike showing that Americans are not doing too well on some of these.
00:48:54.800 So we have to fix it and fix it fast.
00:48:56.680 And the other key thing is that the Department of Defense stocks the White House pharmacy, and I'm sure it must stock the crash carts.
00:49:06.440 And so first priority, 101, is to expand this testing.
00:49:09.960 And by the way, we have to brief the new senior leadership in DOD because this was started under the prior leadership, and I give them a lot of credit for this.
00:49:18.420 We have to brief the new leadership team in DOD, and they have to expand this testing.
00:49:23.380 And these test results, you know, they can be used by hospitals all over the U.S. because they're all the same.
00:49:28.500 What's used in the White House and elsewhere, basic drugs, and hospitals around the country, we have to start testing.
00:49:34.900 Hang on.
00:49:36.540 Rosemary, hang on.
00:49:37.520 Before my head blows up, I'm a simple man.
00:49:39.640 Let's go back to the beginning.
00:49:41.620 These generic drugs.
00:49:43.720 Well, hang on.
00:49:44.320 I know China's got a reputation of making some shoddy product, but I thought that since they do the generics and they make the ingredients for other drugs, once they come in, once to get into the United States, don't you have to go through some sort of, I don't know if it's FDA or who does it, but is it somebody besides Customs and Border?
00:50:05.300 However, don't these have to be inspected to make sure that they're the quality, they say so in the package, and so you don't get arsenic or lead or whatever else you said was in there?
00:50:16.440 Isn't there already a testing apparatus that just says, okay, this batch is not good, and it's got to go back, and we find the company or we tell the company you no longer can make drugs and products that come into the United States, ma'am?
00:50:28.780 Steve, we have de facto two regulatory systems.
00:50:34.800 We have one for U.S. firms and European firms that are professional, trustworthy companies and trustworthy countries.
00:50:43.060 And then we have, in the case of China, and by the way, these manufacturing defects are in products coming from multiple countries.
00:50:49.780 It would be India.
00:50:50.920 It was just an issue with South Africa where they didn't have sterile facilities.
00:50:56.740 They had an outside door left open, letting all sorts of air come in, what's supposed to be a sterile facility.
00:51:02.160 We have billions and billions of pills coming in every day, Steve, and it's an impossible task for one federal agency to do that.
00:51:11.000 But with regard to China, in a nutshell, China has no respect for our law and our regulations when it comes to the FDA.
00:51:22.340 It was really shocking to see the former FDA commissioner two years ago, March 2023, tell Congress that China was blocking FDA inspectors from traveling to that country because they inspect the facilities.
00:51:37.120 It was blocking them, not transparent.
00:51:39.360 Big problem.
00:51:42.140 Hey, Rosemary, hang on for one second.
00:51:44.060 I'm going to hold you through to the 6 o'clock hour.
00:51:46.480 A blockbuster report, as only Rosemary Gibson can give.
00:51:51.980 I'm going to have to drill down into some more.
00:51:54.820 It sounds like the drugs coming into the country from China are not properly inspected.
00:52:00.080 And where they are inspected, they're found wanting.
00:52:03.380 Now, who would ever think that the Chinese Communist Party would be part of some sort of system that sent defective goods to the United States of America, including the White House?
00:52:15.000 Who to thunk it?
00:52:16.560 Into our military.
00:52:18.500 Short commercial break.
00:52:19.780 Leave you with the right stuff.
00:52:20.940 Rosemary Gibson on the other side.
00:52:22.680 And we're going to talk about Netanyahu's visit.
00:52:27.140 Kind of a surprise, I think, to him about how advanced the discussions are with the Americans and the Persians.
00:52:32.920 Direct discussions, negotiations, sounds like.
00:52:35.820 Also, some blockbuster news on artificial intelligence all next hour in the War Room.
00:52:41.880 The April 15th tax deadline is coming, and it's coming fast.
00:53:00.120 Do you have unfiled tax returns?
00:53:01.800 Can't pay the IRS?
00:53:03.380 The IRS is more than aggressive and the more aggressive than ever.
00:53:07.500 And the longer you wait, the worse it gets.
00:53:09.320 Wage garnishments, bank levies, even property seizures are all on the table.
00:53:15.300 You need to get ahead of this.
