Bannon's War Room - Episode 4403： Constant Sabotaging Of Courts Against Trump; Freeing The Panama Canal

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.340 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.940 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.700 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.280 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.100 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.040 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.260 okay thursday april uh 10 april year of alert 2025 the engine room informs me uh or before me again

00:01:00.060 monica crowley was uh confirmed i think yesterday uh in the uh by the united states senate to be

00:01:05.180 head of protocol so she's now been confirmed once you confirm too many many things can happen you

00:01:10.360 saw the secretary of the army uh stepped in to take the burden of atf off of cash cash got enough

00:01:16.820 to do at the uh at the fbi and according to tom fit and some of our colleagues maybe you know got

00:01:23.880 to work longer hours so atf is now with the secretary of the army the reason was the guy had

00:01:28.000 been confirmed so very very important uh so much in the second hour we're going to break down from

00:01:33.040 the economics to the politics to the uh to the judicial uh and try to break it all down for you so

00:01:38.300 you understand where the battle is right now on trying to thwart president trump's uh second term

00:01:44.420 and particularly president trump trying to reorganize the world geopolitically geostrategically

00:01:49.920 and geoeconomically i want to start with the mike davis uh mike uh i think it's five or six cases now

00:01:58.340 the supreme court justice roberts has stepped into what was his wake-up call i thought roberts was uh

00:02:05.060 was going to try to avoid as much of this as possible it looks like somebody rung his bell how did that

00:02:10.200 happen sir well president trump has gotten five monumental wins in the supreme court over the last

00:02:18.660 week and uh the chief justice is stepping up and reigning in these activist judges who are

00:02:26.560 sabotaging the president's core article to executive power president trump won a broad electoral mandate

00:02:33.580 312 electoral votes all seven swing states the popular vote he's doing exactly what he promised

00:02:39.460 american voters he would do which is cut waste fraud and abuse with doge secure our border get

00:02:46.700 illegal immigrants the hell out of our country especially uh foreign terrorists with trend 1.00

00:02:51.680 aragua and international gang bangers with ms 13 president trump's doing the unthinkable he's 0.97

00:02:57.240 actually doing what he promised american voters he would do he kept the house he won a comfortable

00:03:02.480 majority in the senate the last place these democrats have to go are these uh with these activist

00:03:08.320 plaintiffs with these bogus cases with these activist judges in places like dc they were sabotaging

00:03:15.320 the presidency and uh and the chief justice is finally stepping up after two months of judicial

00:03:21.540 sabotage it's not judicial review it's judicial sabotage and finally playing whack-a-mole with these

00:03:28.280 activist judges and reigning them at what was it now if president trump's had five monumental wins about

00:03:37.420 his executive his article to powers or what we refer to sometimes as the unitary executive theory in each

00:03:44.900 different vertical both as chief executive officer on personnel and and money as commander in chief and

00:03:51.020 also as chief magistrate uh in the chief law enforcement officer which their heads are still blowing up

00:03:56.300 about president trump's uh like yesterday the executive order for the investigation telling doj to

00:04:01.580 investigate what why why did he why was robert's not involved in this in the first couple of months but

00:04:09.020 now seems to be very engaged and these wins are basically going for president trump what caused that

00:04:17.380 in your best estimate well i think it's the firestorm that we unleashed the political firestorm

00:04:24.100 with the article three project and the war room posse and look it was getting picked up

00:04:28.880 by mainstream media these uh these criticisms strong criticisms of the chief and justice amy cody

00:04:35.400 barrett for letting the presidency get sabotaged and and they do care about what uh people say about

00:04:40.880 them in mainstream outlets and i know that so uh we this started six weeks ago when the chief justice

00:04:48.200 john roberts and justice amy cody barrett professor amy cody barrett let judge all lee on the dc district

00:04:55.920 court this new judge that got jammed through in the lame duck session after democrats lost the white

00:05:01.200 house lost the senate this first muslim this first arab judge gets jammed through on the dc district court

00:05:07.620 one of the first things he does is tells the president of the united states orders the president to send out

00:05:13.080 checks for two billion dollars in foreign aid before the president can do a national security review

00:05:19.360 to make sure we're not funding hamas terrorists for example who are killing americans or we're not 0.99

00:05:25.300 funding transgender mice research and durka durka lands and this got to the supreme court and justice

00:05:31.640 barrett and the chief justice shockingly as justice alito pointed out joined the three liberals and said oh

00:05:38.320 this is called judge ali called this a temporary restraining order which is supposed to be

00:05:43.060 temporary uh even though two billion dollars is going out the door and never coming back and because

00:05:49.020 judge ali called it a temporary restraining order justice barrett's the smartest civil procedure

00:05:54.000 professor in the land and those aren't immediately appealable fortunately justice amy cody barrett the

00:06:00.580 rattled law professor with her head up her behinds got it out of her behinds uh in this last week 1.00

00:06:06.680 because she said okay she joined four conservatives and said okay we get it these are tros these are

00:06:13.060 injunctions this money's not coming back these actions are are not temporary and she finally

00:06:18.640 got her head out of her behind but it took that that that judge ali decision unleashed six weeks

00:06:25.700 of judicial chaos judicial sabotage of the presidency and i think the chief justice finally learned his

00:06:32.360 lesson along with justice amy coney barrett that's just one of the cases there was also

00:06:36.680 the case where we had two illegal immigrants uh one gets sent back to el salvador he's an ms 13 gang 0.89

00:06:44.540 banger and he he tried to pretend like he's being persecuted that's all he's not being persecuted

00:06:48.740 anymore because biden let all the the persecutors from el salvador into america so i think he's he's he's

00:06:55.440 he's in graver danger in america that he is in el salvador uh he got sent back obrego garcia

00:07:01.580 got sent back because the chief justice stayed the fourth circuit when the fourth circuit said

00:07:07.620 he's not going back to el salvador sorry obrego garcia hasta la vista buddy you're going back to

00:07:12.920 el salvador and then we had the bozberg trend de aragua case where bozberg i think it was four

00:07:18.520 saturdays ago exposed an ongoing uh national security military operation endangering lives and

00:07:25.440 tried to stop the president from deporting uh trend day aragua foreign terrorists along with uh ms 13 0.59

00:07:32.240 gang bangers this bangers the supreme court uh stopped bozberg the chief justice joined four

00:07:38.540 conservatives uh barrett joined her liberal hens again but five justices on the supreme court said

00:07:45.940 no bozberg you don't have jurisdiction here jurisdiction is a habeas claim in texas from where the planes

00:07:51.940 took off it's not a dc activist judge sabotaging the president so we uh the third case we have

00:07:58.240 we have the office of professional personnel management the ninth circuit said the president

00:08:03.520 couldn't fire 16 000 probationary employees the president can absolutely do that both under statute

00:08:10.720 and under article two of the constitution the ninth circuit tried to stop him the supreme court

00:08:16.120 uh with only two noted dissents with uh justice jackson and sonia sotomayor reversed that and said

00:08:25.060 the president can fire these probationary employees and then uh we have number five we have the norb

00:08:31.980 and the merit system protection board president trump fired two of the commission or several of the

00:08:37.400 commissioners on these commissions the dc circuit tried to stop him and say that you have to reinstate

00:08:42.800 these commissioners the chief justice state that decision so we could have humphreys executor a 1935

00:08:49.560 supreme court decision egregiously wrong supreme court decision overturned and it shows the president

00:08:56.280 can fire any executive branch employee he wants

00:09:00.020 kind of running the table right now uh what what is what do you foresee as the next big uh battle coming

00:09:08.360 down the road and then i want to make sure everybody knows how to get to article three but as you sit

00:09:11.980 here today given these wins where do you think this is going to go because every time he does an action

00:09:16.700 they're still jumping into federal court right away yeah i mean like for example even on the ninth

00:09:21.420 circuit even when the supreme court and the seven to two ruling said the president can fire 16 000

00:09:28.560 probationary employees they're still going to try to change they're still going to try to sabotage that

00:09:33.740 with the en banc court and the fourth circuit these these radical plaintiffs these radical attorneys these

00:09:40.600 radical activist judges are unrelenting they're going to do everything they can to try to sabotage

00:09:46.440 the president because they can't win elections we're playing whack-a-mole but i'll tell you this

00:09:51.460 that the article three project when we team up with the war room posty we're not going to let these

00:09:56.000 judicial saboteurs win the president had his first term sabotaged by russian collusion hoax it's not going 0.94

00:10:02.980 to happen again he's going to be the most consequential president in our history and we're going to make damn

00:10:08.280 sure of it where they go to by the way julie kelly joined us today about this contempt trap that 1.00

00:10:15.700 bozberg set uh she's going to have a whole timeline we'll go to and you'll see how these guys are trying

00:10:21.060 to set up president trump in his team uh mike davis you were still calling for the impeachment of

00:10:27.040 bozberg you still want people carpet bombing uh by phone and text messages and emails jim jordan in

00:10:33.080 the house judiciary committee is that is that still our play here there are two important actions at

00:10:38.020 the article three project.org article three project.org number one jeb uh that that judge

00:10:44.040 ali the first muslim the first arab federal judge in dc sent two billion dollars in foreign aid to his

00:10:51.340 hamas buddies to kill americans and other places over the president's national security review the 0.85

00:10:56.640 supreme court let this happen six weeks ago which unleashed this judicial sabotage let's take that 0.93

00:11:02.640 two billion dollars out of the federal judiciary's ten billion dollar budget if they want to if they

00:11:07.980 want to waste our money like this then they're going to pay a consequence so that's number one

00:11:12.480 the second one is we need to impeach dc obama judge jeb bozberg i've never called for an order to

00:11:18.820 be ignored i've never called for a judge to be impeached we need to do both here this this judge is not

00:11:23.800 only clearly wrong as a matter of of the laws the supreme court just held he's also dangerous he

00:11:30.700 exposed an ongoing military operation he put american and allied lives in grave danger he's

00:11:37.760 trying to sabotage the president's ability to conduct foreign affairs and he's doubling down he thinks he's

00:11:44.260 going to hold trump officials in contempt of congress i hope he has green berets as law clerks because guess

00:11:50.020 what i don't see his little pencil neck nerd harvard law clerks enforcing his contempt order and it's 0.72

00:11:55.220 sure the hell not going to get enforced by the justice departments

00:11:58.180 uh where should they go one more time uh mike and i know you've got everything laid out where they go

00:12:05.320 article three project dot org article number three project dot org and thank you steve

00:12:11.020 mike also shows you the the power of article three and what you've been doing the supreme court

00:12:18.660 definitely got a wake-up call they heard they heard and now they're fully engaged five big wins for

00:12:23.180 president trump so thank you so much from the audience uh brother tip of the spear the viceroy

00:12:28.040 mike davis thank you sir thank you

00:12:30.160 incredible action action action is uh rahim up let's go can we go to rahim kassam

00:12:37.480 do we don't have rahim up yet okay we're going to try to get rahim up momentarily rahim just

00:12:42.260 got back from panama so he's going to have a action report he's going to have an action report uh for us

00:12:50.040 uh also bill gertz is going to join us bill gertz is going to lay out the entire battle plan of the

00:12:55.140 chinese communist party nobody knows this better than bill gertz as now we're engaged in a you call it

00:13:00.660 a trade war but it's much much much else it's much much much deeper uh all the way from the arctic

00:13:06.260 down to panama across the vast pacific the three island chains in the capital markets of the world

00:13:12.420 city of london wall street tokyo shanghai frankfurt singapore a 30 front war against the

00:13:21.060 chinese communist party they've been at it for us for years this is one of the reasons folks i think

00:14:03.240 it's going to be choppy president trump is mike david says the most consequential president since

00:14:07.680 i don't know let me think about abraham lincoln we've had two before him in american history that

00:14:14.240 would be general washington and president abraham lincoln now donald trump the world's on fire

00:14:21.820 but president trump's there to put out the fires and lay the groundwork for peace and prosperity i

00:14:28.040 can actually start to see the glimmerings of the sunlit uplands long long long way off

00:14:35.520 in a torturous path to get there but if we don't quit get there we shall short commercial break back in

00:14:45.100 the warm in just a moment you don't go out and buy a life jacket when the boat is already sinking

00:15:03.320 and you don't buy gold when the economy has already collapsed clearly others are heeding this advice

00:16:34.180 at certain universities in their finance class because we made it to be accessible to people

00:16:39.840 accessible to you you just heard mike davis the massive in uh impact you've had on the judicial

00:16:46.240 side five supreme court wins count them five 30 days ago we had zero that is because of you

00:16:53.680 working with mike davis the article three project so this is why and this is why people look at what's

00:16:58.860 happening on the show who's talking on the show what the audience is doing about it because you guys

00:17:02.180 have a massive impact and the legal remember the legal vertical was how they were coming after

00:17:07.380 president trump and there's big questions where the supreme court was going to come down and all

00:17:11.280 three of those issues about article two or the unitary executive however you want to define it

00:17:18.140 uh but we're winning and it's going to get tougher you heard mike davis got to get up on the ramparts

00:17:23.220 um this is why we don't let anybody get hung up on their title you got to get on the ramparts about

00:17:29.180 the the two action items you said but go to article three right now get fully up speaking particularly

00:17:34.160 the uh particular i'd love the fact take the two billion dollars out of the federal judiciary the 0.81

00:17:39.360 ten billion dollar uh appropriations they get cut it by two if they're going to if some judge is going

00:17:45.280 to do that and they're going to back it up then cut it by two billion also the impeachment of

00:17:48.940 bozberg julie kelly is going to join us this afternoon she's going through a detailed timeline

00:17:53.280 of the contempt trap and bozberg's already been overruled on this thing overall but he's still

00:17:58.460 going i think he's still going to go into the path of contempt trial she's going to walk you through

00:18:01.860 how exactly he set it up to entrap president trump's uh team more of that at five o'clock today uh

00:18:08.960 raheem ghassam the national pulse founder and publisher uh was honored to go with pete hagsett down to

00:18:15.240 panama pretty explosive we played at the top of the show as part of this is why we have you and

00:18:20.780 gertz together today part of this kind of our expanding coverage of this what i you have to

00:18:26.780 say is an economic war against the chinese comments party they've been gauging it against us for 20 years

00:18:31.580 but pretty stunning do i take it that the memorandum of understanding uh raheem is where the united states

00:18:38.940 is going to partner with the government of panama to actually have a military presence and train up so

00:18:42.900 that someone can militarily seize the panama canal and make sure the chinese communist party is not 0.88

00:18:48.140 involved sir yeah steve thank you uh thank you for having me and uh and i want to say to the entire

00:18:55.540 uh team around pete hagsett thank you for having us you know it's a tight press team that they take

00:19:00.140 on board it's these trips are always very um very difficult um they're navigating uh lots of

00:19:05.980 extremely precarious things uh and and so by the way the panamanians who have been uh pressured

00:19:12.520 for so long now by the chinese communist party uh who ironically accused the united states and pete

00:19:19.260 hegseth this week of using blackmail but who have themselves been using blackmail and other forms of

00:19:24.320 coercion uh to try and take over the panama canal in recent years there hasn't been much pushback uh

00:19:30.100 not least from you know the previous biden regime uh or really any other uh major nation in the world

00:19:35.480 it's taken this new administration it's taken donald trump it's taken pete hegseth uh to put this trip

00:19:40.760 together you know remember how quickly this has come together since the inauguration we're not all

00:19:45.500 that far in to this admin yet in terms of you know pure human numbers days alone and you know there

00:19:53.220 are certain things you can report and there are certain things you can't report uh when you're on

00:19:56.920 these trips things you see in the background things you hear but one of the things that really stood out

00:20:01.200 to me was how you know these guys hit the ground running day one to get the panamanians to the table

00:20:07.440 you had rubio go over there a couple months ago then this is the follow-up trip to say hey okay

00:20:12.240 here's what we're going to do we have these memorando of understandings and what are they

00:20:16.160 going to do they're going to you're going to have uh firstly u.s war and auxiliary vehicles going through

00:20:21.680 the panama canal first and free first and free is the phrase that kept coming up over the course of

00:20:27.380 the week then you have this jungle training school of course which used to be there which used to train

00:20:33.040 war fighters up when they were going uh to vietnam this training school shut down in 1999

00:20:38.540 and is now being reopened we actually got to go there tour the facility see exactly what the plans

00:20:45.180 were going to be and it's an incredibly uh it's it's impressive but it's also optimistic a lot of work

00:20:50.860 is going to have to go into this and what is it all about it is about keeping that uh panama canal

00:20:56.640 under panamanian sovereignty but u.s control that the the chinese communist party cannot use it

00:21:03.340 cannot seize it cannot shut it down uh cannot dictate terms uh not just to panama but to any

00:21:08.920 any single boat nation that wants to use it which is what the plan has been by the chinese for so very 0.99

00:21:15.720 long so a fascinating trip and i've got to tell you pete hexeth is a freaking machine uh the number of

00:21:23.640 troop touches he did you know going morale boosting we went on the uh the chosen uh this guided missile

00:21:31.060 cruiser uh running around all inside of that i mean this guy has more energy than you could possibly

00:21:37.580 believe and with somebody like that putting their shoulder to the wheel for the maga agenda i think

00:21:42.320 people at home uh can finally feel uh they have a secretary of defense that is interested in keeping america

00:21:47.800 safe the warrior ethos uh where do we go to national pulse where do we get all of your content on this

00:21:55.460 sir yeah i've got all the stories up at the national pulse.com uh we're now on instagram at the nat pulse

00:22:01.360 um at the nat pulse on x as well and uh i will say this you know these trips aren't cheap as you know we

00:22:07.980 have to pay full market rates to go on these trips uh it's it's it's actually very expensive especially

00:22:13.060 for a small outlet like us we're 100 funded by our readers so if you want us on more of these trips

00:22:18.780 if you want more of the truth if you want more of the breaking news from on the ground ladies and

00:22:22.120 gentlemen the national pulse.com forward slash war room go and sign up or if you don't want to do a

00:22:27.220 subscription you go to the national pulse.com and just hit the donate button i really appreciate it

00:22:31.280 and it really does every single cent goes into bringing you the news

00:22:34.540 amazing amazing coverage raheem thank you so much raheem kasam the raheem kasam in panama

00:22:43.500 amazing and pete hexeth that's the warrior ethos somebody went on his first extended trip was bill

00:22:48.700 gertz uh bill talk to me about what you saw with pete and and most importantly the expanding you've

00:22:55.260 been covering this now for i don't know 30 years or longer the expanding uh engagement with the economic

00:23:01.260 war and other types of unrestricted warfare the chinese communist party has been waging 0.97

00:23:05.800 against the west and particularly the united states of america bill gertz yeah good uh steve great to be

00:23:12.400 on the show um this is really an amazing point in history we finally have a president who after 40 years

00:23:19.880 is recognizing the threat posed by the chinese communist party uh this is not a uh theoretical threat

00:23:27.340 this is a real and growing threat and uh trump who is an expert at business and economics is really

00:23:34.840 approaching this from that standpoint so we're seeing the trade war uh really devolve into uh

00:23:41.360 instead of the u.s versus the world it's really the u.s versus china i was fortunate to be able to travel

00:23:48.240 uh recently with defense secretary hegseth we traveled to the indo-pacific command uh who's the commander

00:23:55.700 admiral paparro uh testified today before the senate armed services committee that the threat from china

00:24:01.740 is real and growing and that the u.s uh can basically counter it but we need to go faster in building

00:24:09.060 weapons asymmetric warfare weapons to counter the the largest military buildup and the most rapid

00:24:15.680 military buildup since world war ii

00:24:17.700 if we want to if we don't want to go kinetic and they may force our hand but if we don't want to go

00:24:26.240 kinetic the other tools in the toolbox for president trump we've never had a president

00:24:30.420 that's engaged and he's thrown down and i just i don't first off i don't believe that she's going

00:24:37.080 to kowtow and pick up the phone say president trump i want to come to dc and have a meeting and work out

00:24:41.640 this trade deal do you think that that is the possibilities that she will do sir um i think the 1.00

00:24:47.900 president is beginning to understand that he's not going to be able to work his uh deal making magic

00:24:55.920 with the chinese communist party and its supreme leader xi jinping i think he's coming to that

00:25:01.880 realization up until now it's been look i can talk to this guy i can make friends with him he's he's

00:25:08.040 rational he can make a deal no the chinese communist party has a plan a very specific strategic plan

00:25:15.820 to take over the world i was fortunate enough to have a few minutes uh privately with uh hegseth

00:25:22.880 on his plane coming back from japan and i i made that case to him i said the chinese are going to

00:25:28.660 take over the world unless the u.s stops them and it has it's going to require all of our efforts 0.79

00:25:33.960 all of our resources all of our energy to be able to do that and uh again they are not a normal nation

00:25:41.540 they are motivated by marxism leninism what they call marxism leninism with chinese characteristics

00:25:47.500 and the main impediment to china's drive under xi to take over the world is the united states and so

00:25:54.860 he's doing everything he can to weaken us we've seen that through uh fentanyl which killing uh tens of

00:26:00.660 thousands of americans we've seen it through the massive cyber attacks we're seeing it through

00:26:05.460 increased military activities around the taiwan strait and the south china sea and against japan

00:26:11.600 so uh the challenge is on i think the economic part we're finally realizing is is a key to really

00:26:18.800 challenging the chinese world takeover but we also have to bolster our other forms of power including

00:26:25.060 both military diplomatic intelligence and other uh bill can you hang on for a second i want to hold

00:26:34.440 you through the break and ej and tony is also going to uh is going to be with us um now more than ever

00:26:40.480 this is one of the reasons we did the end of the dollar empire one of the tools that the chinese 1.00

00:26:44.400 communist party is trying to use now i would argue i think we got them potentially their weakest

00:26:51.020 financially their shift to try to get their economy to be more consumer driven less export driven because

00:26:56.860 they understood they had an exposure here the people were finally on to them after decades and

00:27:02.180 decades and decades of the elites in the world supporting them they realized it was so egregious

00:27:06.080 what had happened uh not just the united states but other countries of the world they're going to be

00:27:09.720 caught out they tried to shift to a consumer uh an eternal market that hasn't happened one is lao

00:27:16.280 beijing understands he has no safety net particularly as they get older they put every penny

00:27:21.020 away it's not really a consumer driven uh economy uh birch gold now more than ever the end of the

00:27:28.220 dollar empire de-dollarization because when you talk bricks the black hand and back of bricks is the

00:27:35.400 chinese communist party that's why they did the oil deals with the persians they try to do the oil

00:27:40.360 deals with the saudis and do it make it convertible into yuan their currency with some sort of gold

00:27:46.220 back up right they're trying to get the world off the dollar that would be catastrophic for us

00:27:51.640 right now if that happened maybe later not so much but now end of the dollar empire birchgold.com

00:27:57.420 slash bannon get it read it maybe i'll do a seminar take some questions from the audience how about

00:28:03.380 that short break the bill gertz and ej and tony next

00:29:41.360 you know the engine room uh points out and and folks have to remember and this back to bill's

00:29:51.200 point about president trump's a master negotiator i'm not so sure there's a lot to negotiate at least

00:29:55.220 right now if this thing and this is why we have to avoid this going kinetic if you go back to look at

00:30:00.160 the history of korea look at the korean war wave after wave after wave after wave of chinese soldiers

00:30:05.760 were sent to the death in the most brutal way possible with sticks and not even weapons or weapons that

00:30:10.840 had no bullets and the marines that that were that fought there would tell you they've never seen

00:30:14.980 anything like it if this war goes kinetic mao se tong their philosophy is that the chinese people

00:30:20.940 as people as individuals are totally expendable this would be if we went kinetic in a war with the

00:30:26.580 chinese right now it would be catastrophic and both sides because the the weapon systems of the u.s 1.00

00:30:32.940 and the valor and courage of our sailors particularly the seventh fleet uh would give as good as they got

00:30:38.040 but you look at the weapons are lined up and the intensity would happen in the straits of taiwan or

00:30:42.780 the south china sea and as a young man i patrolled that for uh about a year um it's um it would be a

00:30:50.740 very intense shooting gallery bill gertz uh how do you see this thing evolving your recommendation to

00:30:56.180 the president is hey use all your negotiating skills but don't think you've got a party on the

00:31:00.900 other side that can even have the room to negotiate right now correct correct and we even though the

00:31:07.200 chinese economy is facing problems they have a banking problem big real estate bubble uh also

00:31:13.120 a youth unemployment you have to understand this is a tightly controlled system i call it high-tech

00:31:18.900 totalitarianism uh one of the key features that came out recently was a director of national

00:31:25.480 intelligence report on the hidden wealth and corruption of chinese leaders including xi jinping this is a

00:31:32.060 really important this is basically a shot across the bow of the ccp that says look we know where 1.00

00:31:38.280 your hidden wealth is uh we can expose this to the chinese people and show the hypocrisy of the chinese 1.00

00:31:44.380 communist party which claims to be a uh a marxist leninist group working to end capitalism and here all of

00:31:51.300 this capital in terms of billions of dollars of senior ccp leaders is being parked abroad

00:31:56.900 they're they're just they're they're they're a new dynasty imperial power that's the five factions

00:32:05.560 the fighter over the throne uh are among the wealthiest in the world bill you're the single

00:32:10.880 best you've been doing this forever uh i'm glad you went with pete on that trip and i'm glad you got a

00:32:15.740 few minutes of pete to walk through the grand strategy here where do people go particularly your book

00:32:19.980 deceiving the sky that came in a couple of years ago one of the most powerful books i've ever read

00:32:25.400 about the chinese communist party and their grand strategy where do people get that and where they

00:32:29.720 get all your writing sir yeah it's gertz file.com is my website you can find my columns my stories

00:32:36.820 i also have a podcast called victory over communism which is key to defeating chinese communist ideology as

00:32:43.980 well as american marxism bill gertz uh you're a national institution thank you so much sir appreciate

00:32:54.120 you thank you

00:32:55.820 gertz has been doing this i don't know 30 years 35 years knows it backwards and forwards um

00:33:03.340 this is a tough one for president trump who's a master negotiator and really i think set this perfectly

00:33:09.760 that it's the chinese communist party versus the united states of america the two different systems

00:33:13.980 in the chinese communist party in may of 2019 had the ability to basically become integrated

00:33:19.960 into the world's economy in a way that uh would be productive not destructive and they didn't want to

00:33:26.160 take it they wanted their own deal they wanted to run it their own way that should tell you everything

00:33:30.080 you need to know right now and by the way the nations of the world particularly the ones in east asia

00:33:34.540 the koreas which they're having a coup in south korea right now that's chinese communist party

00:33:38.860 inspired the in south korea in japan in taiwan in the philippines these folks all know what the

00:33:46.260 problem is in vietnam and cambodia and southeast asia remember she just told them hey don't go to

00:33:50.160 washington i'm coming there that is a shot across the bow of those folks down there and there are storm

00:33:56.400 clouds on the horizon in this entire situation ej and tony uh great news you've been for you've been

00:34:04.040 predicting this was going to happen tell us today and by the way we just passed

00:34:07.720 the budget resolution in the house and i'm going to tell you there might have been some games played

00:34:12.560 at the end it was 216 to 214 two republicans had not voted and they closed the vote we'll get some

00:34:18.900 details about that later this afternoon but they closed my understanding is they closed the vote

00:34:23.040 with two republicans outstanding i'm not sure those i'm not so sure those votes were yeas

00:34:28.260 so this budget resolution and reconciliation it's you can't tell people gimmicks are not going to

00:34:35.880 hack it first off the bond market is just not going to sit there they're not going to give you a hat

00:34:40.040 tip on gimmicks the days of gimmicks are over and this reconciliation thing feels i may be wrong

00:34:47.140 i just need to see more information but it feels a little gimmicky ej and tony great great uh news today

00:34:53.640 what happened sir well steve thanks for having me again we got the latest numbers on inflation and

00:35:00.920 it turns out last month uh prices not only did they slow in terms of how fast they were going up they

00:35:07.520 actually on average declined if you can believe it now wasn't a huge decline it was a tenth of a

00:35:12.680 percentage point but still this is the biggest drop we've seen in prices since the last time trump was

00:35:18.920 president so the fact that not only has inflation slowed down but we're actually making some progress

00:35:24.460 in terms of getting prices down that's huge um and and if we look at you know over time we see that

00:35:31.560 this is a this is the start of a really really great trend because uh let's look at the the period

00:35:36.940 of economic expansion that started after the great recession so that that's about the middle of 2009

00:35:42.200 and if we exclude the you know the uh all the disruptions from covid that basically goes until

00:35:47.640 the very beginning of 2021 when biden becomes president during that time you had incredibly

00:35:53.260 mild inflation on average it was only 1.8 percent as soon as biden gets in and he unleashes the wave

00:35:59.660 of inflation what happens the average annual inflation rate spikes it goes up to 8.6 percent on average

00:36:07.040 for about a year and a half then it levels off at over three percent but now that we have trump back

00:36:13.620 this has been absolutely amazing steve his policies are working even faster than i thought they would

00:36:19.000 we're already down to an average annual inflation rate of one percent and it's only been a couple of

00:36:25.420 months so this is really welcome news his policies are actually having an even bigger impact now than

00:36:31.620 they did during his first term and we're not even done implementing that agenda so again a lot of really

00:36:38.400 really great news on the inflation front that's not to say all prices are going down some prices

00:36:43.360 are still going up but energy prices for example steve dropped so much last month that it helped pull

00:36:49.440 the overall index down and that's really good for the future because those lower energy prices today

00:36:55.920 are going to trickle down into all kinds of other prices throughout the economy diesel fuel is a great

00:37:00.480 example because it's what goes into trucks and all the products that you get at the store get to that store

00:37:06.720 on a truck so as you bring down transportation costs for example you're going to bring down

00:37:11.200 costs throughout the economy so again really really great news on the inflation front today

00:37:16.240 it's welcomed relief for the american people still a very long way to go don't get me wrong

00:37:20.720 but again the fact that we're making this much progress this quickly it's just absolutely astounding

00:37:29.440 can you put that uh chart back up i want to go back to this chart that when you say this is truly

00:37:33.680 remarkable so the inflation rate for the trump years uh was and it went before that but the trump

00:37:40.320 years of of 17 to 21 was 1.8 percent then biden in the first year and a half with all that massive

00:37:47.520 keynesian stimulus we didn't need i know you fought against it peter navarro myself every day we said

00:37:52.720 inflation was going to explode 8.6 percent for biden for the first year and a half and then steadily

00:37:59.120 at 3.1 percent thereafter now with president trump in the first 100 days or 80 days his his he's

00:38:07.600 averaging one percent now ej how can that happen when msnbc every second of every night is telling

00:38:14.800 me that trump is you know causing inflation everything he touches is causing inflation it's inflation

00:38:21.920 and in the poor working class that they care so much about that they haven't done anything for

00:38:26.560 in two decades that they cry big alligator tears are paying so much more how can your chart be so

00:38:33.680 radically different than when i'm here on msnbc sir well steve the shorter answer is because the

00:38:40.080 people on msnbc aren't analysts they're clowns quite frankly i mean they they talk about uh opposite things

00:38:47.360 and say they're going to have the same effect like when they say the uh trump cutting taxes that's going

00:38:52.320 to cause inflation but then they talk about tariffs which are a tax increase they say well that's going

00:38:57.360 to cause inflation i'm sorry they can't both be true so you're telling me tax cuts cause inflation

00:39:03.040 but also tax increases cause inflation pick a lane for crying out loud these folks will look at

00:39:08.960 absolutely anything they want and then just still come to the same conclusion that they want because

00:39:14.480 for them it's not about facts for them it's just about orange man bad and so anything trump touches 0.96

00:39:20.480 we'll we'll just uh go to hell in a handbasket right and whatever the president does it's going 0.80

00:39:24.960 to have a negative effect it doesn't matter what his actual policies are they are just so blinded by 0.98

00:39:30.400 their hatred of him that they can't be rational and they can't actually analyze what's going on and

00:39:36.800 and look i will tell you when the president does something i think is right i will tell you when i think

00:39:41.120 the president uh is is in the wrong and maybe he needs to course correct whatever the case may be

00:39:46.160 this is not about blind opposition or blind loyalty to a person it is about policy not politics and

00:39:54.000 and that's what i think the folks at msnbc just can't get their heads around because again they're

00:39:58.880 so blinded by their own ideology are they the the reason we're down to a one percent run rate under

00:40:08.640 president trump is that principally because he's focused on full spectrum energy dominance is it

00:40:14.160 commodities prices what is your what what are the drivers here for for getting the inflation lower

00:40:20.320 demonstrably lower sir well there's two important important points here steve one of one is the fact

00:40:27.040 that we are putting the brakes on the growth in government spending now is government spending still way too

00:40:32.880 big absolutely but we're slowing down the rate of increase so that's really important because as the

00:40:38.400 government spends less they're borrowing less and as they borrow less that is helping put downward

00:40:44.080 pressure on the loanable funds market so you're seeing not only interest rates come down but also

00:40:49.200 inflation rates come down as the government is borrowing less the banks are creating less money

00:40:54.800 to fuel that borrowing so that's very very welcome sign we're slowing the growth there but where are we

00:41:00.480 increasing growth we're increasing growth in the productive private sector we're seeing this especially

00:41:05.200 in the jobs numbers even as the government loses jobs for example we're seeing more job growth

00:41:10.400 again on the productive private side of the economy and as the economy gets bigger it can absorb more

00:41:17.040 and more liquidity more and more cash without causing inflation this is what you know guys like steve moore

00:41:23.200 larry kudlow art laughter steve forbes they're always talking about supply side growth this is it in

00:41:29.040 action if you grow the economy faster than you grow the money supply then that ratio goes down not up which

00:41:36.400 means prices go down not up that's again that's a really welcomed relief for the american consumer

00:41:42.320 and one of the best ways to do that is by increasing energy production and decreasing the cost of energy

00:41:49.040 production that's what the president is doing and so much of energy infrastructure steve it because it's

00:41:55.360 so big and it takes so long to create and it's so heavy in terms of maintenance these things are very forward

00:42:01.600 looking in other words markets need to know that in the future they're going to have an administration

00:42:07.200 that has their back they're going to have an administration that continues supporting energy 0.99

00:42:11.920 production under biden because we had exactly the opposite we had mothballing of refineries for example

00:42:18.240 we had critical uh infrastructure maintenance that was simply just being deferred these energy

00:42:23.280 companies weren't doing it because they weren't sure if these assets were actually going to be uh productive

00:42:28.560 long enough to make all that all those input costs worthwhile that has all shifted now it is full

00:42:34.640 steam ahead in energy markets and it's already having an effect to bring down prices cash that was

00:42:40.080 sitting on the sidelines is now being put to work again especially in things like refinery maintenance

00:42:46.160 so all of these things point to more production not less and they put they point to lower prices not higher

00:42:51.920 prices so even though you know we have we're fighting against a lot of headwinds and we have a lot of lost

00:42:57.280 ground to recover things are finally moving in the right direction

00:43:03.920 uh ej hang on for one second the reconciliation just passed by two votes and even then it was a

00:43:08.720 little dicey and people have voted for it a lot of them were not happy i just want to ask some

00:43:13.040 questions about this because you talk about government spending 972 patriot go to patriot mobile today

00:46:13.760 nothing short of amazing president trump now has five victories at the supreme court because you

00:46:19.440 working with mike davis article three project gave everybody a wake-up call we're just not going to sit

00:46:23.600 here we're just not going to sit here uh let's go to ej and tony ej there's a kind of funky vote that

00:46:29.680 just took place 216 to 214 uh a couple of republicans i understand hadn't voted yet my understanding and

00:46:36.160 didn't get a chance to vote on this reconciliation a lot of promises made this morning by thune and

00:46:41.600 johnson johnson although not codified in this at least initial reconciliation is it still your

00:46:47.520 belief that government spending and massive deficits is still the main driver of uh still the main driver of uh inflation

00:46:56.320 but a hundred percent steve that's exactly right and it's one of the key reasons why whatever we do here with

00:47:02.400 reconciliation we have to be sure that we are not blowing out the deficit yet again that we are not

00:47:08.880 throwing even more money into the debt yet again that's what we did time after time under biden and

00:47:15.760 look where it got us you people unfortunately got into this mindset of thinking the debt doesn't matter

00:47:22.400 of thinking that the federal government can just keep borrowing forever and as long as treasury markets

00:47:27.440 don't seize up we're all going to be fine i'm sorry but the last four years proved yet again like it had

00:47:33.600 before that that's not the case if you allow the government to keep spending borrowing and printing

00:47:40.000 money at these levels you are going to get the kind of inflation that we've had the last four years and

00:47:45.600 and that is something frankly that would i think sink the trump presidency if they allow that to happen again

00:47:51.920 and so i'll reiterate yet again steve we have to make sure with this reconciliation package that we

00:47:58.880 are actually reducing government we are reducing taxes but we're also reducing spending the status quo is

00:48:06.160 not going to cut it anymore look we can't count on any help from the federal reserve right the fed and

00:48:11.840 the treasury are supposed to be working hand in glove uh mr powell should be working with mr besson not

00:48:18.320 fighting against him unfortunately uh we just again we can't count on that normal working relationship

00:48:25.760 unfortunately powell is the same guy who was actively working against trump in his first term

00:48:35.040 big time um a couple of lessons today the bond market is going to get a vote just understand that

00:48:41.440 the bond market is going to get a vote uh number two we are engaged in a conflict that we finally have

00:48:47.200 engaged in a conflict the chinese communist party has been running against us for decade after decade

00:48:51.840 after decade and last but not least your agency your individual human agency is really the deciding

00:48:57.840 factor here because you can take president trump's message and actually we can weaponize it and boom

00:49:03.040 put it right on target and things change this we know i understand the heart of this uh ej and i i'm

00:49:09.520 a huge believer in this in fact one of the reasons we backed scott besson for so long he came as a

00:49:14.560 contributor years ago and i really the guy is amazing is that he was the biggest proponent this

00:49:19.840 is our last shot to have a supply side solution to this and that means extension of the tax cuts of

00:49:26.240 president trump at least for the you know below the upper brackets there's discussion we've been

00:49:30.960 pushing very hard that the upper brackets wouldn't get the extension but even that with additions of

00:49:35.760 social security and wages this is a supply side tax cut that will generate growth my concern is the

00:49:42.640 gimmicks that are being used on the spending do you agree ej that particularly where the bond

00:49:48.560 market plays in this that we're beyond the gimmicks phase it behooves president trump and the house and

00:49:55.040 the senate to get more data out there possible to get more no more smoking mirrors on 10-year cuts

00:50:00.480 everything like that but have an adult conversation so the bond market knows that we're serious about

00:50:05.840 the supply side cut and also stopping the crowding out that the massive keynesian i mean you can't have

00:50:11.440 a supply side cut in a massive keynesian stimulus at the same time they're gonna they're gonna they're

00:50:16.880 gonna they're gonna rule each other out right it doesn't make sense do you agree with that

00:50:23.440 steve i think that assessment is absolutely spot on the bond market took a real toweling under biden we had

00:50:31.280 during biden the worst three and a half year run for the bond market in over a century that's not an

00:50:37.600 exaggeration that's how bad of a time we had because we went from rates very very low rates of inflation

00:50:44.880 and interest rates to having both of them spike and so at this point the bond market has said enough is

00:50:51.040 enough we're not going through that again and they are building in a lot of safety and a lot of security

00:50:56.400 into these yields in other words if you want me as a as a bond investor let's say if you want me to lend

00:51:02.480 money to the treasury corporation doesn't matter whatever it is but if you want to separate me from

00:51:07.600 my money for a period of time you better believe i'm going to build enough yield into that contract

00:51:12.640 to ensure that i'm going to be able to beat out the next potential wave of inflation and so until we

00:51:18.320 can restore confidence to that bond market yields are going to stay where they are i know a lot of

00:51:23.680 people were cheering the drop in yields that came as the market was tanking but guess what yields are

00:51:29.120 now back up above where they were on liberation day so this idea that that we somehow had a kind

00:51:34.960 of grand master plan i'm sorry but it's just not the case the the bond market is responding to the

00:51:41.120 latest signals before it looked like we were going to have a pretty bad recession and now even if we

00:51:46.240 don't have that recession it looks like there's still some tough times ahead if we don't get these trade

00:51:51.840 deals hammered out and if we don't get government spending down those are things that have to

00:51:56.720 happen and i would say have to happen in the next 90 days
