Summary

Steve and Eric discuss the latest trade deal between the United States and China, the impact on the stock market and the economy, and the impact of China's retaliatory tariffs on the U.S. goods and services sector. Steve and Eric also discuss how China is playing 3D chess with the world.

Transcript

00:00:00.000 I actually believe some of these deals going forward on the reciprocity, Eric, don't be surprised if three months from now, four months from now, five, you see Scott Besson come up with a proposal that maybe, hey, part of the way to close this trade gap is maybe you take a different type of security that's maybe got some longevity to it.
00:00:17.760 I think folks have to understand in the overall trade, President Trump is a dealmaker.
00:00:22.780 They're going to look at a lot of different things.
00:00:24.420 With China, I think it's beyond a trade deal.
00:00:27.460 Pete Hexitt, your buddy, is down in Panama signing an MOU.
00:00:31.860 We're sending Army Rangers down there to do exercises.
00:00:35.660 And he says, hey, if anything comes up, we're going to seize actual the locks in the canal.
00:00:43.300 Pete Hexitt is not a guy that throws out things like that, right?
00:00:46.860 So, game on.
00:00:48.200 Don't fool yourself.
00:00:49.040 That timing of that is perfectly placed.
00:00:51.740 Now, that is where they're playing 3D chess with the world.
00:00:55.080 Steve, your show, brother.
00:00:56.400 Looking forward to watching it.
00:00:57.480 Exactly.
00:00:57.580 Thank you.
00:01:00.620 Eric, thank you so much.
00:01:02.140 Love doing the handoff.
00:01:03.200 Okay, we've got an incredible, a lot, so much happened today since the morning show.
00:01:06.840 We're going to do another great cold open.
00:01:08.700 Let's hit it, and then I'll take it from there.
00:01:10.800 Well, Mr. President, one of the most important things I believe you'll achieve in your presidency
00:01:16.140 is reordering the world in a proper way.
00:01:19.360 For 31 years, more than 31 years now, multiple administrations have allowed the Chinese to
00:01:24.400 deindustrialize this country, to take away jobs and factories and pillars of our national strength.
00:01:30.000 And what you're doing now, I think, is a great service to our country, but ultimately to the world.
00:01:33.440 And I want to congratulate you and your team that's working on that, because that has extraordinary
00:01:37.100 geopolitical implications, as you see, from all these other countries that are now coming
00:01:41.740 here and wanting to join something that actually makes it crazy to allow these.
00:01:45.360 I mean, basically, we lived in a world where Chinese companies can do whatever they want
00:01:49.560 in America, but our companies cannot do anything over there unless they allow it.
00:01:53.580 And even then, they steal our stuff and reverse engineer it.
00:01:56.220 So just reordering all of that has dramatic implications on peace and security of the world.
00:02:01.120 So we thank you.
00:02:01.760 The up 2 down 1 is not a bad ratio.
00:02:04.920 We're up 10 down 5.
00:02:07.260 And I think, as we have talked about, as we go through the queue and settle with these
00:02:14.760 countries who are going to bring us their best offers, we will end up in a place of great
00:02:20.660 certainty over the next 90 days on tariffs.
00:02:24.300 But we had very good inflation numbers today.
00:02:27.300 Oil is down.
00:02:28.280 We had a successful bond market.
00:02:29.820 So I don't see anything unusual today.
00:02:32.740 What are you planning on using the money that you're gaining from revenue to the tariffs
00:02:36.820 off?
00:02:38.740 Paying down national debt, reducing taxes, creating good budgets, helping Christie with the border
00:02:48.060 and all of the other things we built.
00:02:50.060 China retaliated today by reducing the number of American films that can be shown there.
00:02:55.140 What's your reaction to them now targeting cultural exports from the United States?
00:03:00.180 I think I've heard of worse things.
00:03:02.280 For the White House, goods from China would be subject to a 145% tariff rate that's higher
00:03:14.080 than what Trump had said Wednesday, yesterday, when he said that that rate would be 125%.
00:03:19.280 What do you think they're going to do at this point in this?
00:03:23.860 I think the radical continued, Bill.
00:03:25.500 That's why I was an advocate.
00:03:26.500 But why are we messing around?
00:03:27.620 Just go to 400%.
00:03:28.840 Get everybody on a plane.
00:03:30.600 Let's meet in Geneva, wherever.
00:03:33.120 Look, what are you going to do?
00:03:34.660 25% every day until you're at 400?
00:03:36.460 Just go to 400.
00:03:37.240 And then it becomes impossible for them to access the American market, which is 39% of
00:03:42.520 all consumption in the world and 26.1% of the world's GDP.
00:03:47.700 China cannot do without America, period.
00:03:50.860 And the reason that Xi would care about this and be laser-focused on it, he only gets to
00:03:55.820 be the supreme leader in perpetuity while people are employed and eating and feeding and making
00:04:00.420 sure their families are taken care of.
00:04:02.300 If it's mass closures of factories, he's screwed.
00:04:06.360 So he knows that, too.
00:04:08.380 And right now, as Stuart Varney detailed, and others know this, it's a precarious situation
00:04:13.840 over in China on their currency and a lot of other issues as you measure their economy
00:04:18.460 and their GDP growth.
00:04:20.080 Now, look, I want to be clear about this.
00:04:22.120 I have no problem with the Chinese people.
00:04:24.560 And I, along with millions of other investors, want to do business in China.
00:04:29.280 But I've had it with getting screwed on IP.
00:04:32.280 I'm done.
00:04:33.000 And I want someone to go in there and level the playing field.
00:04:36.100 That's what I want.
00:04:37.220 And in some cases, yeah, that they have extracted.
00:04:40.720 And signed a couple of historic deals.
00:04:42.980 One which is with the Panama Canal Authority, a framework for U.S. vessels, first and free
00:04:49.520 through the Panama Canal.
00:04:50.460 And then also a memorandum of understanding with their security minister for the presence
00:04:57.460 of U.S. troops, Fort Sherman, an old U.S. base there, as well as a naval station and air
00:05:03.300 station jointly with Panama to secure the Panama Canal from Chinese influence.
00:05:08.080 That's something you said we're taking back the canal.
00:05:11.260 China's had too much influence.
00:05:13.040 Obama and others let them creep in.
00:05:15.920 We, along with Panama, are pushing them out, sir.
00:05:18.880 U.S. forces in Panama, that's, we'll go with controversial history.
00:05:23.020 But what do you think might be required of the U.S. military under this deal?
00:05:27.720 I think that's a question for the Secretary of Defense and the President that hasn't been
00:05:30.660 answered.
00:05:31.300 We've seen this a lot where they spike the ball and they don't offer the details around
00:05:34.380 what's going to be required, especially the U.S. forces.
00:05:36.760 Look, it's better than an invasion, right?
00:05:38.740 I mean, the tough talk they've been having lately around Panama and others makes everybody
00:05:42.360 scared of an actual military conflict.
00:05:44.600 So this seems to be a de-ratcheting or a de-escalation, at least, of the rhetoric.
00:05:48.760 And maybe we can move toward a deal that helps American interests and brings the focus back
00:05:52.800 on China, which is what Trump and Hegseth have been doing this week, which is a lot more
00:05:56.400 popular politically.
00:05:57.640 It's a lot more intelligent strategically rather than kind of spraying and praying across
00:06:02.220 the globe.
00:06:02.820 They're now focusing on China economically and militarily, which I think is the right place
00:06:07.200 to focus if you're talking about the next 50 years or so and who's going to be our adversary.
00:06:11.280 But the devil's in the details here.
00:06:12.700 And it's often a show with big talk and not a lot of details.
00:06:15.940 And that's what we need right now.
00:06:16.880 I want to ask you, what is the future of this budget blueprint that was adopted today?
00:06:21.520 What are the next steps?
00:06:22.760 Do we know where it's going?
00:06:24.680 Well, it's a long process still, Christina.
00:06:26.240 And there could be many pitfalls that congressional Republicans face along the way.
00:06:31.220 They basically just have an outline, a sketch right now of what their goals are on spending
00:06:36.140 and the cuts that they'd like to make.
00:06:38.220 But even those are not necessarily those targets that they hope to ultimately hit.
00:06:43.340 Republicans in both the House and Senate would like to make cuts in the range of $1.5 to $2
00:06:48.220 trillion, which is not what it specifically spells out in this budget resolution that they
00:06:52.860 passed here today.
00:06:53.680 But the Speaker of the House, the Senate Majority Leader, have essentially given a pinky swear
00:06:58.460 to these House Republicans in particular that want to see those steep cuts that when the
00:07:03.060 final reconciliation package comes to bear, that those cuts will exist.
00:07:07.200 Now, that's not going to be easy because they also have to pass what they're hoping would
00:07:11.580 be a $4.5 trillion extension of the Trump tax cuts.
00:07:15.540 They've promised that they're not going to touch the benefits to entitlement programs like
00:07:19.860 Medicaid.
00:07:20.580 It's really hard to make that math work and do so in a way that doesn't blow a huge hole
00:07:26.060 in the deficit.
00:07:26.940 So there's a lot of work that needs to be done here.
00:07:29.380 They got over this step, but many House Republicans are already saying that they were willing to
00:07:34.600 do this because it's not final and not binding.
00:07:37.920 But when the actual final product comes to bear, they want to see those steep cuts.
00:07:42.620 And if they don't, there'll be a no vote.
00:07:44.620 So the Speaker and the President both have a lot of work still to do, Christina.
00:07:49.060 Yeah, when it comes to cutting without touching those entitlements, the math isn't really
00:07:52.740 mapping, as the kids would say.
00:07:54.220 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:08:02.060 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:08:07.280 I got a free shot.
00:08:08.540 All these networks lying about the people.
00:08:11.540 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:08:13.520 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:08:14.960 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:08:17.580 It's going to happen.
00:08:18.860 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:08:22.260 Mega media.
00:08:23.140 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:08:29.020 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:08:32.780 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:08:39.140 War Room.
00:08:40.000 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:08:42.060 Bannon.
00:08:42.400 It's Thursday, 10 April, in the year of our Lord, 2025.
00:08:51.640 Just an incredibly explosive day all around the capital in the world for news and things that are vitally important.
00:08:59.640 One recommendation I want to make, and there's so much going on, is that Citizens Free Press, you have this extraordinary individual, Kane.
00:09:09.380 He's a lot like Andrew Breitbart, even Drudge in the old days.
00:09:12.420 Remember, Andrew came up by being the editor, one of the editors, or actually the only wingman Drudge had for many, many years.
00:09:18.920 Those guys would work, you know, 12 on, 12 off all the time, seven days a week, never left the page alone.
00:09:25.100 Kane, we're very blessed to have someone like Kane, who is just a news hound.
00:09:29.680 And he's a, what I call a gym rat.
00:09:33.040 And this is how we recruit people at the War Room.
00:09:35.160 Those are the people that want to get up on the Saturday morning and sweep the gym and be doing, you know, free throws at 7 o'clock in the morning.
00:09:42.720 You can't get them out of the gym.
00:09:43.960 They just love it.
00:09:44.780 They love the game.
00:09:45.620 They love what they do.
00:09:48.160 It's so important, I think, to go to Citizens Free Press throughout the day because they're continually putting up great headlines and really framing narratives.
00:09:55.360 And two, that he's particularly on and that Kane, I think, from his years of doing this has become kind of an expert.
00:10:01.840 And there it is right there if you see it.
00:10:03.460 If you're listening to the podcast, this is why you've got to get the command brief.
00:10:08.040 You've got to get the videos because you've got to – I know we have tons of podcast audience that listen.
00:10:14.440 This is one of the reasons you've got to get it.
00:10:15.520 We've got Citizens Free Press up there right now.
00:10:18.160 And it really summarizes the date.
00:10:19.860 Number one, the situation with China, this is not about reciprocity.
00:10:26.240 This is not even about tariffs.
00:10:28.220 That's all part of it.
00:10:30.160 This is the world's two great powers, one power that was totally created by the elites in the United States.
00:10:38.140 That's China, the great civilization.
00:10:41.520 But I mean destroyed by the Chinese Communist Party and they worked in conjunction with the Chinese Communist Party, our elites, financial elites, political elites, worked business elites,
00:10:51.960 worked with the Chinese Communist Party to basically take it from a kind of a backwards agricultural power to a manufacturing superpower on your tax dollars and your pension funds that ship those jobs over there.
00:11:05.360 And President Trump has now said, hey, we've got a problem.
00:11:08.820 We've got to reindustrialize.
00:11:10.400 We have to become an industrial power to retain our greatness.
00:11:14.140 We have to have manufacturing jobs that families can build real lives around, right?
00:11:19.920 Not just these service jobs that are, you know, are never around, up and down, have no stability to it, have no true competitive advantage over time.
00:11:30.780 So in his efforts to reindustrialize this country, eventually you're going to have to get to the hard nut of the problem in China, in the Chinese Communist Party.
00:11:40.740 The Chinese people are fantastic.
00:11:42.120 Lao Bajing, I'm very honored to head up, be one of the co-founders of New Federal State of China.
00:11:47.400 It's one of these alternative groups that look to work with Lao Bajing to free themselves.
00:11:51.280 But I work with many, many others as being one of the proudly one of the leaders of the anti-CCP organizations throughout the world because they're a murderous dictatorship.
00:12:00.440 Every bad, every bit as bad as the Bolsheviks under Stalin and the Nazis under Hitler.
00:12:06.540 They're just a brutal dictatorship.
00:12:09.360 We're in it now.
00:12:11.020 And that's why I think, you know, when people talk about, hey, we want a meeting with them, there's no one meeting that's going to solve the problem what's here.
00:12:17.060 First off, as Natalie has shown you over years for Investigate Report, they're so embedded into the culture life, into the universities.
00:12:24.240 There's 350,000 Chinese students right here paying full freight.
00:12:29.880 What do you think would happen to the university system if we told them to leave tomorrow, which we should do?
00:12:35.760 The university system has tapped off this.
00:12:37.860 The national labs, the weapons labs, Chinese nationals all throughout that.
00:12:41.080 Biden allowed tens of thousands of military-age men, of Chinese men, into the country.
00:12:48.580 Right now, one of the lead stories up on Citizens Free Press, the Wall Street Journal is breaking it.
00:12:53.540 The Biden administration was told to their face last year in Geneva that all these cyber hacks, the cyber hacks in the infrastructure.
00:13:00.980 Remember when Chris Wray did the 60 Minutes that was so shocking to the country?
00:13:05.200 He says, yeah, the number one problem we have is China, the CCP.
00:13:08.320 Oh, and what they have done, they're embedded in all of our infrastructure.
00:13:13.160 I mean, the electrical grid, the communication systems, the highway systems, the transportation, logistics systems.
00:13:19.060 They're embedded either through software or other means.
00:13:23.180 And when the flag goes up, when the balloon goes up, they will use that infrastructure to cripple us.
00:13:29.480 We've been asleep.
00:13:30.720 We've been asleep for a long time.
00:13:32.700 I know the war room posse hasn't.
00:13:34.140 You're the army of the awakened.
00:13:35.720 And folks in this country have said, hey, I don't like what's happening.
00:13:39.500 I see too many business guys rubbing up on the Chinese.
00:13:43.440 Remember when Xi came to San Francisco and all the elites in New York City flew out there?
00:13:49.060 You know, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Asia Society and all the big tech bros.
00:13:53.000 Remember they were slobbering all over Xi?
00:13:55.660 Remember that?
00:13:57.900 That's who their allegiance is to.
00:14:01.320 We're in it, folks.
00:14:02.340 There's no when meeting to talk about reciprocity.
00:14:06.000 This is global.
00:14:07.500 It's multidimensional.
00:14:09.700 And one side is going to win and one side is going to lose.
00:14:14.540 We've got tremendous leverage.
00:14:16.420 We have tremendous power in this.
00:14:18.700 We have to smartly use that power and kind of bring this to a head.
00:14:22.720 But I've argued for years decoupling.
00:14:25.760 We have to.
00:14:26.240 We can't be a part of a system that they're part of, an economic system.
00:14:29.160 Because why?
00:14:30.080 Their system is based upon slave labor.
00:14:32.940 They're always going to drive and crush wages.
00:14:35.260 Always.
00:14:36.520 Because Lao Baixing, unfortunately, are slaves to a murderous dictatorship.
00:14:42.860 Short commercial break.
00:14:43.840 I'm going to tell the flip side of this.
00:14:45.280 Chains got up on Citizens Free Press.
00:14:48.260 We've got to stop kidding ourselves about federal spending.
00:14:51.700 The games have to stop.
00:14:54.240 Next in the war room.
00:14:59.380 You don't go out and buy a life jacket when the boat is already sinking.
00:15:03.500 And you don't buy gold when the economy has already collapsed.
00:15:07.220 Clearly, others are heeding this advice as gold hit an all-time high the first part of 2025 multiple times.
00:15:14.660 It's not too late for you.
00:15:15.760 The company I trust to help you diversify into physical gold is Birch Gold, the company I buy my gold from.

00:16:11.040 Also, the House today also approved the SAVE Act, a bill requiring proof of citizenship for voter registrations.
00:16:18.500 The president signed a similar executive order last month.
00:16:21.480 That executive order has been challenged legally, but this is a bill now that has been passed by the House.
00:16:26.900 It's going to go now to the Senate.
00:16:28.780 How do you feel on that?
00:16:30.140 You know, there's that saying, when this is a solution in search of a problem, this is a classic example of the SAVE Act.
00:16:38.900 What Republicans are doing is, once again, demonizing immigrants for the sake of making it harder for eligible citizens to register to vote and to cast their ballots in elections.
00:16:49.580 It's voter suppression in disguise, not so much of a disguise.
00:16:52.800 And here's the truth.
00:16:54.660 It is already illegal for non-citizens to vote in our elections.
00:16:59.800 I got Benzman up because there's so much going on on the border.
00:17:06.260 Before I bring Todd in, I just want to go one more time back to Citizen Street Press, now more than ever.
00:17:11.500 Because since Drudge gone off the reservation years ago, Cain keeps a running—they call it the stack.
00:17:19.400 And he's always breaking news.
00:17:20.700 And this guy does not sleep.
00:17:21.980 But like right up at the top, every now and again, Cain plays it pretty straight.
00:17:28.000 And you can tell, by the way, if you spend enough time there, you can tell when he's framing a message or he's framing a narrative.
00:17:35.520 But every now and again, he will actually give editorial commentary.
00:17:41.220 And I keep telling people, when Cain does that, it's kind of like a papal bull.
00:17:45.040 You should pay attention and you should read it.
00:17:48.440 It's like when Trump says no games.
00:17:50.540 Right there, Mike Johnson makes blood oath to cut 1.5 trillion spending, except it's over 10 years.
00:17:56.400 So just a $150 billion deficit.
00:17:59.320 I think Cain is right.
00:18:00.460 That's what we're trying to get in back of.
00:18:02.000 And I think it's one of the reasons Philip Patrick is going to be in the bottom of the hour.
00:18:05.600 Gold is now spiked.
00:18:07.260 The 10-year Treasury is not doing that great.
00:18:09.560 I think people see the potential for inflation coming back because, listen, at the end of the day, President Trump is doing amazing stuff.
00:18:15.900 Commodity prices are dropping.
00:18:17.540 He's going full-spectrum energy dominance.
00:18:19.420 And every vertical he can to wring out inflation, he's doing it.
00:18:24.300 The one that to me is the most important is you're still giving this massive Keynesian stimulus.
00:18:30.840 And unless I can't do the math right, and I think I can, I just see the deficits of $2 trillion a year.
00:18:39.300 That 1.5 trillion I think is over 10 years.
00:18:42.000 And remember, we've gone through this exercise before.
00:18:44.060 This is the reason McCarthy got turfed out.
00:18:45.640 Remember the time they came back and said, we have so many conservative wins.
00:18:51.120 We've got so many conservative wins.
00:18:52.820 We've got cuts.
00:18:53.420 I go, you have nothing.
00:18:55.220 First off, all these cuts are ephemeral.
00:18:56.940 They all take place in the out year, so they never happen.
00:18:59.460 The only thing that happens is an appropriation bill that takes place in that year.
00:19:03.620 And that's going to get me to Elon Musk in a moment.
00:19:05.680 I'm going to play that live because a bombshell was dropped in that incredible cabinet meeting.
00:19:10.200 President Trump basically had a cabinet meeting with the cameras there, which is extraordinary.
00:19:13.240 But Elon talked about the waste, fraud, and abuse he found.
00:19:16.200 But I want to save that to after Todd Bensman.
00:19:19.040 So Todd, the SAVE Act, they already hate that.
00:19:22.160 You've got an incredible article up on Daily Wire of what you're talking about.
00:19:27.080 Let me get this straight.
00:19:28.000 The SAVE Act now makes it official for federal.
00:19:30.800 You've got to have a voter ID.
00:19:32.940 You can't register unless you've got a real ID.
00:19:35.900 There's no more possibility we'll let foreign nationals vote in our elections.
00:19:40.240 On the other side, have we really started to criminalize it that is real, that coming across
00:19:46.060 the border, you're going to get thrown into jail first and then shipped back?
00:19:50.020 You're just not going to be allowed in the country?
00:19:51.900 Because I saw President Trump on your famous app, I think it was yesterday, he said, hey,
00:19:57.140 everybody came on the app since 1973.
00:20:00.000 He's got to go back immediately.
00:20:01.700 Todd Bensman.
00:20:02.380 Yeah, I just came back from Del Rio Federal Court down there.
00:20:07.380 I was in the courtroom for three days watching them bring busloads full of apprehended illegals
00:20:13.960 into the court on charges of improper entry, 1325 of Section 8 of the INA.
00:20:21.940 And then a whole other courtroom full of, you know, they brought in 27 on the next rung up,
00:20:30.020 1326.
00:20:31.540 These are federal charges.
00:20:34.260 They are widespread.
00:20:36.580 I have this from, you know, the highest, best possible source.
00:20:40.900 This is part of a coast-to-coast, border-to-border, north-to-south initiative by the Trump administration
00:20:49.840 to send illegal aliens that they apprehend anywhere into federal prosecution.
00:20:56.920 Now, the first-timers might get 30 days or 60 days or up to six months.
00:21:02.600 Not that big of a deal, but that's only half the story.
00:21:05.460 The trick is that when we deport them every time after they're out of jail, and if they
00:21:12.760 come back, then they face two years, 10 years, and even 20 years, depending on how many times
00:21:20.040 they've come back and whether they've got other criminal, non-immigrant criminal history.
00:21:24.560 And, you know, the impact of thousands and thousands of these really has, you know, is
00:21:31.660 reverberating all over the, you know, Latin America and all over the world.
00:21:37.480 We don't want to end up in prison now when we cross.
00:21:41.640 So that's a significant, I don't think, I think it's got a lot of, it's been undercovered
00:21:46.300 quite a bit, but I went down to actually see this thing.
00:21:50.180 And it's very impactful, something to keep in mind.
00:21:53.260 And one other thing about that is, you know, anybody who's getting antsy and impatient about
00:21:59.420 Tom Homan's mass deportations should just delay their gratification a little bit because
00:22:06.040 we have to wait until these people serve their time before we can add them to the deportation
00:22:11.640 rolls.
00:22:12.460 But there's going to be thousands of them.
00:22:14.600 It's ramping up that program.
00:22:15.980 And it's a good program because it's got sharp shark's teeth in it, you know, 10, 20 years
00:22:23.160 in prison the next time you come back.
00:22:27.860 So let me get right.
00:22:29.200 When you say the 10 or 20 years, they catch them now, you get sent back right away.
00:22:34.640 If you come back, the penalties have actually been raised.
00:22:38.040 You're going to spend real time in prison.
00:22:39.380 So that'll be a massive, that'll be a massive way to tell people you don't want to do this.
00:22:45.260 It's a deterrent.
00:22:45.920 Is that what you're saying?
00:22:47.420 Yes, that's the way it works.
00:22:48.800 If you get, if you're a first time offender, it's a 1325 charge, misdemeanor, federal misdemeanor.
00:22:56.740 There also can be a felony charge on 1325 as well.
00:23:01.980 That comes with two years.
00:23:03.620 Most of that's six months or under.
00:23:05.920 And these guys are like, oh, whatever, you know, free room and board for a few months.
00:23:09.900 But not if they come back.
00:23:11.820 And those 1326s are getting multiple years in prison.
00:23:17.700 I talked to judges.
00:23:19.200 I talked to criminal defense attorneys while I was down there in Del Rio in the courtroom.
00:23:23.380 And they're like, yeah, I've seen guys get 10 years in prison for returning.
00:23:28.660 Now, it gets even worse if they have criminal history on them where, you know, they did an assault or a felony, you know, some kind of rape or whatever while they were here.
00:23:39.160 Then you're looking at serious prison time.
00:23:42.020 This is a really important tool because you've got detention and deportation, expedited removal.
00:23:49.500 We all know about that.
00:23:51.560 But, you know, when they come back over and over and over, you always hear about these repeat offenders, right?
00:23:58.260 This is the way you reduce the chances of a resurgence of mass migration by putting a big sledgehammer in the air over them or sort of Damocles over them for returning.
00:24:12.700 So this thing is spreading all over the country.
00:24:15.980 This is a big program.
00:24:17.060 One of the things I think people are getting antsy, it's not that they don't like seeing Holman or the secretary of DHS, Noam, on these raids and doing these raids and talking about putting bad guys and putting guys on planes and were fighting in courts.
00:24:33.840 The concern gets to be in this new reconciliation budget.
00:24:38.120 It's the one big beautiful bill now has the deportations part in it.
00:24:41.700 It's $175 billion.
00:24:42.980 So, number one, that is a massive amount of money.
00:24:47.060 But, two, people want to know.
00:24:48.760 They see what happened on the app and now there's 930,000 people.
00:24:52.580 When are we going to actually get to the mass deportation site?
00:24:55.700 Are we going to have to wait for the $170 billion to be spent?
00:24:58.680 Then you're talking years.
00:25:00.020 I think people are getting antsy because they realize the criminals that came across, yes, there's lots of those and they have to be dealt with.
00:25:07.020 Then it looks like Holman and Kristi Noam and others are dealing with it.
00:25:09.880 But the mass deportation part, starting with the app, the 973 or whatever that number was, when is that going to kick in and people start – we start getting these guys out of here and start getting them off the back monetarily and financially and business-wise off of African-Americans and Hispanic citizens so they don't have to compete with these folks for jobs.
00:25:31.280 Yeah, I mean I've been telling the posse for quite a while now that you've got to be patient because the Biden administration dismantled the machine.
00:25:43.400 The deportation and detention machine literally dismantled it.
00:25:47.560 For example, they closed all the – every family detention center in the United States was shuttered.
00:25:55.980 I drove past one last week, Dilley, in Dilley, Texas, and tried to get up there, and they're under construction now.
00:26:03.340 So it's still not open.
00:26:05.540 They're going to have to put open centers in the interior of the country to put people while they're waiting for a bus or a plane to fill up to come and get them.
00:26:17.080 And also there are other programs that are in play.
00:26:20.360 For example, you know, they want to put a registration – if you don't register your presence here and we catch you, that's going to be a charge on you unless you self-deport.
00:26:30.500 They're creating some of those kind of programs to incentivize self-deportation, which I think will help.
00:26:36.800 But remember, the engineers of this thing, the architects of the mass migration crisis, which was done fully, completely on purpose for four years straight – there was no accident here.
00:26:50.940 They did it on purpose with lawyers, you know, constructing the whole thing carefully – is designed to be a one-way road in.
00:27:00.320 One-way road in because everybody knows that it's difficult then to legally remove people.
00:27:07.660 There are processes, legal processes to make up – to open up the way going the other way.
00:27:14.840 They knew that.
00:27:18.140 Hang on.
00:27:18.920 I'm going to hold you because I've got to get to the bottom of this.
00:27:22.100 Philip Patrick is also going to join us.
00:27:23.640 Gold is on fire today.
00:27:24.820 We're going to talk about why.
00:27:26.460 Capital markets.
00:27:27.980 Julie Kelly is going to be with us.
00:27:29.860 We're going to break down, Julie, everything on the legal side, particularly trying to trap President Trump and these folks in the contempt charge.
00:27:36.960 Tax Day.
00:27:37.580 The Ides of April are upon us.
00:27:40.540 If you've already got problems with the IRS, they're not going to go away.
00:27:44.440 800-958-1000.
00:27:46.220 Tax Network USA.
00:27:47.520 Just use the name Bannon.
00:27:49.280 Get a free consultation.
00:27:52.520 Walk them through your problems.
00:27:54.260 Before you talk to the IRS, talk to these folks.
00:27:56.900 Because guess what?
00:27:57.900 At a $2 trillion budget deficit a year, they're going to be looking for some money.
00:28:02.860 Make sure that you're paying what is appropriate and right and legally justified.
00:28:07.280 Talk to Tax Network USA.
00:28:08.900 Short break.
00:28:09.660 Back in a moment.
00:28:10.320 The world.
00:28:12.240 Are you a yo-yo dieter?
00:28:14.840 You diet, lose weight, but gain it all back, plus a few extra pounds for the effort.
00:28:19.780 Then later, you lose it again and regain it again and on and on and on.
00:28:24.600 I think I resemble this.
00:28:26.900 It's dangerous.
00:28:27.680 Studies show that you can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and other health problems.
00:28:34.040 Breaking free of your yo-yo diet pattern is a main reason doctors created Lean.
00:28:39.740 Lean is a supplement, not an injection, and you don't need a prescription.
00:28:43.680 The science behind Lean is impressive.
00:28:47.100 It's studied natural ingredients, target weight loss in three powerful ways.
00:28:51.640 Lean helps maintain healthy blood sugar.
00:28:54.160 It helps control appetite and cravings.
00:28:56.240 And it helps burn fat by converting fat into energy.
00:29:00.300 Listen, if you're tired of losing weight and gaining it back, if you want to lose meaningful weight at a healthy pace, Lean was created for you.
00:29:08.640 Let me get you started with 20% off when you enter Bannon20.

00:29:16.300 That's code Bannon20 at TakeLean.com.
00:29:20.760 Bannon20, that's 2-0, at TakeLean.com.
00:29:24.840 Lose it and keep it off.
00:29:26.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:29:33.840 Okay, so I'm going to have to move some things around because we have so much to go through today.
00:29:38.520 But I've got to get – this is bugging me no in.
00:29:44.540 How do I say this?
00:29:45.720 Let me say this in a way that doesn't hurt feelings.
00:29:50.180 But, you know, I've seen our attorney general, and we love her.
00:29:54.220 But she's on Fox a lot.
00:29:56.840 And cash is grinding.
00:29:58.460 I actually am glad they took ATF and gave it to the Army.
00:30:01.120 It may be like cash is fired.
00:30:02.340 Cash is not fired.
00:30:03.360 The job he and Dan Bongino have with the FBI is huge.
00:30:06.880 However, folks, I want this to burn into you.
00:30:10.760 I want to rub some salt in the wound here because we've got to get this rolling.
00:30:13.700 And I commit to you we'll get it rolling.
00:30:15.120 But we are now talking about a budget that is going to be bigger than $6.5 trillion.
00:30:24.400 And one of the reasons is they're going to ask for $150 billion more defense money than the $900 billion on the defense authorization.
00:30:31.980 So it's going to put us over a trillion dollars, which to me is obscene.
00:30:35.640 And I say that as a hawk.
00:30:38.920 Number two, there's $170 billion to set up a deportation system that was purposely taken apart by the Biden regime to allow 10 million people in here.
00:30:52.460 And now we have to pay.
00:30:54.420 It's going to take us years to get this ready to get these 10 million people out.
00:30:58.380 Now, if that's not a crime, it's got to be something.
00:31:03.540 And there's got to be a thorough – to your mind, Todd Benzman, the process of taking it down as they did that was so systematic because you would come on here for years.
00:31:14.100 And unlike all the other shows, you would go, it is not chaos at the border.
00:31:18.340 This is very well thought through.
00:31:20.260 They're doing this systematically.
00:31:21.740 They're taking it apart systematically.
00:31:23.520 They're inviting people in.
00:31:24.980 This is going to have a long-term impact for the country.
00:31:27.080 And in any indice you look at, this was probably even higher than inflation, right, the thing that got Trump back to office because it's one of his core signature things just like tariffs and trade and bringing manufacturing jobs back from the first term.
00:31:43.340 To your knowledge – well, first off, am I wrong?
00:31:46.020 Is this not treason?
00:31:46.900 When you take apart a system that's there to protect the sovereignty of the country and the sovereignty of our citizens and take that apart, invite the world in, and now we know that it's so hard.
00:31:58.340 You've got to put all this stuff back together again.
00:32:00.340 And plus physically you have to go recreate the logistics thing of transporting, and even then it's never been built to send 10 million people back home.
00:32:10.680 If that's not a crime or if that's not treason to the nation, I don't know what is, Todd Bensman.
00:32:15.380 Well, I do believe that there is a lot of fraud to be uncovered.
00:32:22.580 I will share this with you.
00:32:24.460 During the break, I didn't think of this, but I was contacted recently by a congressional investigator.
00:32:32.500 I'm not going to say who or which chamber that has – this is an arm of Congress that has very powerful subpoena power asking me what they should do, who they should subpoena, what they should – what they – so there are – there is interest in fact diving into what actually happened fraud-wise.
00:32:58.760 And my biggest concern I told this person was that maybe there would be destruction of documents.
00:33:08.960 There were going to be people that were involved in this thing that are gone now, political appointees, people that served in all of the agency of DHS, at the State Department, the Domestic Policy Council, maybe the NSC.
00:33:25.140 I don't know.
00:33:25.600 The point is, is that this was deliberate.
00:33:29.140 It was careful.
00:33:31.460 It was well done, actually, if I'm being honest, grudgingly have to say how well done this thing was.
00:33:38.620 And there is room for investigators.
00:33:41.580 There's demand.
00:33:42.560 There needs to be investigation into how those –
00:33:47.600 Hang on.
00:33:50.340 I want you to go through that right now.
00:33:51.740 But President Trump just signed an executive order yesterday on Krebs and saying Krebs are going around forever.
00:33:56.660 It's the safest, most secure ever.
00:33:59.860 And Tulsi Gabbard, I think, said today at the cabinet meeting.
00:34:03.500 They have evidence at DNI of actually – and Lindell is going to be up here because he's skipping around lighting his hair on fire because I'm not a machine guy.
00:34:10.540 I think they stole it with mail-in ballots.
00:34:13.200 However, I've always been open.
00:34:14.300 The machines are too complicated for what they're supposed to be done, and that always gets – that always has me worried of why they're so complicated.
00:34:21.100 Tulsi Gabbard, I think, says the day in the cabinet meeting that, yeah, we think we found evidence or we're pursuing evidence of the hacking of the machines.
00:34:29.360 And Krebs, he signs an executive order to go off to Krebs.
00:34:32.660 I mean do we need and maybe help the president frame for the president to sign an executive order about this, that this has to be investigated?
00:34:40.240 I mean first of all, it's a $170 billion tab, folks.
00:34:43.700 That used to be the size of the defense budget a decade or so ago.
00:34:47.680 I mean that is a number that is just shocking to me, and people in this town are not sitting there going, this is the most outrageous thing I've ever seen.
00:34:54.580 We took a system that wasn't perfect, but it worked if you enforced it.
00:34:59.900 They systematically took it apart knowing exactly what they had to do, right?
00:35:04.420 Then they allowed 10 million people in basically to take low-skilled jobs against African-Americans and Hispanics and also, as we know, try to get – try to gin up new voters.
00:35:15.300 And then when they're thrown out and the people throw them out for this topic being like number one, we get the tab, oh, yeah, it's going to take a few years because they took it apart so well.
00:35:25.700 It's $170 billion.
00:35:26.900 It's going to take your time.
00:35:28.800 If we don't hold people accountable for that, that entire thing, if that doesn't reach treason that you did that and allowed invaders in here, Trump just said, hey, 973,000 are heretofore ready to go back.
00:35:44.080 This thing is maddening, and I don't think we show the American people we're serious about this.
00:35:49.500 Of course they're going to sit there and go, hey, you guys are just part of the swamp.
00:35:52.440 It's just going on to get along.
00:35:53.760 This has to be a high priority, not just the physical removal but also the process of how it happened and who's responsible and who's going to be held accountable and who's going to go to prison.
00:36:04.840 Start with Mayorkas and the rest of that crowd that would sit there and smirk through hearing after hearing lie and perjure themselves.
00:36:11.980 Impeachment's not enough.
00:36:12.960 Todd Benzman.
00:36:14.920 Yeah, I have to agree with just about everything you said there.
00:36:18.580 I mean good governance demands accountability about what happened.
00:36:24.500 I've written before that we have to have a – at the very least some kind of a commission that – I know you don't like the idea of commissions.
00:36:31.840 But I agree that there needs to be fact-finding about who did what when.
00:36:36.900 And there needs to be a backing DOJ, Department of Justice backup for the things that they find for referrals on the interior of the Biden administration.
00:36:50.360 These are going to be the political appointee class.
00:36:53.600 I've said this many times on your show.
00:36:55.860 They did this.
00:36:57.360 They came from the NGOs.
00:36:59.160 They came from the migrant advocacy industrial complex, not think tanks.
00:37:05.040 They came from those places, and the things that they did benefited their former employees – employers, rather, and future employers.
00:37:14.620 So there's a lot to be done there that I don't think that they've – I'm not sure that it's fully appreciated yet in the administration how badly people want justice for what happened, and they deserve justice.
00:37:28.900 Yes, people are furious.
00:37:31.740 Anyway, I'll talk to you afterwards.
00:37:33.040 We'll get this organized.
00:37:34.240 I might add – and Liz, you're in the gang for getting this to me – but to show you how much the Catholics, the regular people and Catholics that hit in the second collection or something supported the Catholic Charities Refugee Program and Illegal Alien Invasion Program, as soon as the government cut it off, Todd, didn't they announce the other day that after 50 years of doing this, we're out of the business?
00:37:56.880 As soon as you cut the government tap on, there wasn't enough money coming from Catholics to support it.
00:38:02.460 They basically said they're not in that business anymore.
00:38:04.920 This shows you how corrupt these NGOs are.
00:38:07.780 These NGOs are like barnacles on a ship.
00:38:09.920 We've got to get to the bottom of these NGOs, and then who supported the NGOs, the sources and all those guys.
00:38:14.560 They're all part of a vast criminal conspiracy to have an invasion of the United States of America.
00:38:21.700 The greatest invasion that's ever happened in our country.
00:38:24.200 Nothing else even comes close.
00:38:25.540 It came close to destroying the nation.
00:38:28.800 We have to – we don't – when the balloon goes up on the CCP, I have people in the new federal – I have people that are Chinese, that are here, Chinese citizens, say, hey, you have no earthly idea what's coming across the border during the Biden years.
00:38:42.240 You're totally exposed to fighting-age men, and we know we've got terrorists.
00:38:45.700 Your book, your book exposed how many terrorists are coming across.
00:38:49.200 I mean your two books back-to-back were kind of the two guns, the two-gun approach to find out what's going on.
00:38:55.760 It just maddens me, and I know – realize people have so much to do.
00:38:59.260 They're so burdened with what's going on, but this has got to be a top priority.
00:39:02.500 We've got to get an executive – I actually think the president ought to assign a special counsel and ought to report directly to him in the White House.
00:39:09.240 That will blow up the legal community.
00:39:10.660 And this – they ought to impanel a grand jury, and they ought to start going – just ripping on this thing.
00:39:17.240 Todd Benzman, your thoughts?
00:39:19.120 Grand jury, good idea.
00:39:21.840 But most definitely – and by the way, one of those border crossers went on to conduct a terror attack, an actual terror attack in Chicago in October, Mauritanian.
00:39:32.500 I'll just mention that.
00:39:33.840 I've got to – I went to Chicago and reported on that, but the point is that, yeah, it's not just the NGOs, but it's their friends that ran the subcontracting bus company and the food vendor company and the hotel brokers that brokered for the hotel rooms.
00:39:51.140 And the whole thing up and down that – companies that were created out of thin air because, oh, my God, we've got to get minibuses on this down to Del Rio or whatever, and we're going to pay you.
00:40:02.360 Don't worry about it.
00:40:03.740 Just bill us.
00:40:05.080 You know, that sort of thing.
00:40:06.240 I promise you that you would find kickbacks.
00:40:10.140 You would find evidence of overcharging and, you know, contract steering and all the usual stuff whenever you have money in that kind of volume.
00:40:22.640 Grace Chung just sends me a federal judge breaking news.
00:40:27.600 A federal judge is allowing the Trump administration to move forward with their requirement that everyone in the United States illegally must register with the federal government in a move that could have far-reaching repercussions for immigrants across the nation.
00:40:40.960 Your thoughts on that, Todd Bensman?
00:40:42.540 That's the handle.
00:40:44.160 Yeah, I mentioned that earlier.
00:40:45.220 This is a great idea as a way to create leverage where none exists on illegal aliens that are in the country who don't register.
00:40:55.780 We catch you and you didn't register.
00:40:58.040 You can be fined and or go to jail and prosecuted for that.
00:41:04.040 And why don't you just self-deport if you don't want to register, that sort of thing?
00:41:08.700 So, I mean, it's a cudgel.
00:41:10.540 And they're coming up with more and more out-of-the-box ideas like that.
00:41:14.260 Remember, it's a one-way superhighway into the country always, but there is no way out really except by a narrow country trail.
00:41:27.000 That's the way the system is.
00:41:28.800 The people that engineered this thing knew that when they were engineering it.
00:41:33.280 They knew it.
00:41:34.340 Everybody knows that who does this business on immigration.
00:41:37.720 Todd, what is your – where do they get your books, where do they get your writing, where do they get all of it, sir, while we have you, while we're fortunate enough to have you?
00:41:48.620 Yeah, I'm on X, Benzman Todd at X, and I have an account at Getter and Truth Social, and my website is ToddBenzman.com.
00:42:01.220 I work for the Center for Immigration Studies.
00:42:03.800 They're the ones that fund all of my trips, you know, pay my mortgage and that kind of stuff.
00:42:08.940 Great organization, CIS.org.
00:42:10.620 They're the best.
00:42:15.140 Todd, thank you so much.
00:42:16.360 Honored to have you on here.
00:42:17.240 We'll get to the bottom of this.
00:42:18.880 I kind of like my special counsel idea.
00:42:21.960 I think we'll play around with that tonight.
00:42:23.360 Think about it.
00:42:24.540 Something has to happen.
00:42:25.700 It has to formally happen.
00:42:26.740 We've got to start a process here.
00:42:28.380 I realize there's so much going on, but, you know, we've got to get some more laboring oars on it.
00:42:34.700 This is a big one because it's not going to get sorted.
00:42:36.820 People are not going to be held accountable.
00:42:38.660 They're just going to kind of – the rats are just going to kind of go down the rat line.
00:42:43.940 HomeTitleLock.com, you need to man the ramparts.
00:42:46.700 Julie Kelly is going to be here in the second hour.
00:42:49.400 The work you've done, I think we've won five in a row at the Supreme Court.
00:42:52.780 It's because the pressure you put on the Judiciary Committee and others about these judges being out of control.
00:42:59.580 We need you to be able to do that, not worried about somebody who's taking a second mortgage out in your home.
00:43:04.180 You've got to figure out how I'm going to come up with $50,000 to pay it or $100,000.
00:43:07.820 HomeTitleLock, $1 million triple lock protection, 24-7 coverage.
00:43:12.520 They alert you in the middle of the night if anything's up, and they have a $1 million restoration program.
00:43:18.500 Program, if all else fails.
00:43:20.880 HomeTitleLock.com, promo code STEVE.
00:43:24.360 Back in a moment.
00:43:26.960 What if you had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month?
00:43:32.380 Steve Bannon here.
00:43:34.440 War Room listeners know Jim Rickards.
00:43:36.140 I love this guy.
00:43:37.600 He's our wise man.
00:43:38.580 A former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.
00:43:45.200 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.
00:43:53.880 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.
00:44:02.280 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.
00:44:13.840 Right now, War Room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.
00:44:20.000 This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.
00:44:25.340 I read it.
00:44:26.360 You should read it.
00:44:27.440 Time is running out.
00:44:28.280 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:44:30.120 That's all one word.

00:44:35.940 That's RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:44:38.480 Do it today.
00:44:39.900 Bonds down.
00:44:40.680 Bonds down in price.
00:44:42.120 Oil down.
00:44:42.880 Dollar down.
00:44:43.740 Hard.
00:44:44.020 Okay, so basically people are turning pretty much all dollar assets into cash or something owned elsewhere.
00:44:50.560 Hey, gold's green.
00:44:51.220 And gold, of course, is green.
00:44:54.600 Okay, and a turbulent day, and there are going to be many turbulent days, folks.
00:44:58.800 One of the reasons we partnered with Birch Golds four years ago was we kind of saw this financial turbulence coming in Biden and what they did with the balance sheet of the United States.
00:45:07.440 It was going to continue, even regardless of what President Trump is doing.
00:45:11.480 He's trying to right this ship.
00:45:13.620 Why is this happening?
00:45:14.840 Why are we having these Dow Jones down 2,000 points, up 3,000 points, down 10-year treasury, but gold seems to be on a tear?
00:45:22.700 What's driving that, sir?
00:45:24.800 Philip?
00:45:24.940 Look, it's climates like this, right?
00:45:28.080 It's volatility.
00:45:29.160 It's economic uncertainty.
00:45:31.180 It's dollar devaluation.
00:45:33.620 All of the above.
00:45:34.780 I mean, we've talked about these issues for a long, long time.
00:45:38.360 It's all starting to hit us.
00:45:40.120 And, of course, gold thrives in those climates.
00:45:43.240 Gold today has officially hit another all-time high.
00:45:46.460 We're at 3,175, up 21% for the year so far.
00:45:51.920 Bank of America now raised their forecasts again.
00:45:55.200 Gold, 3,500 by the end of the year.
00:45:58.000 UBS say 4,500 by mid next year.
00:46:02.420 Look, at the end of the day, we're in the middle of a geopolitical and economic realignment.
00:46:08.460 The global order we've known for decades is sort of breaking apart.
00:46:12.720 And in times like this, individuals, governments, they turn to hard assets and especially gold.
00:46:19.140 So it's not a surprise to me.
00:46:21.040 I know it's not a surprise to you.
00:46:23.040 Gold is hitting all-time highs and is projected to continue to do so, at least for the short to medium term.
00:46:29.040 I'm going to have one of the specialists, one of the gentlemen now running a new federal state for us.
00:46:36.380 And we're doing this big thing on Tiananmen Square, the anniversary on 4 June, and we're putting together speakers.
00:46:41.760 One thing in our research is showing that the Chinese Communist Party, as they're talking to people,
00:46:46.520 they now have come out and they're taking the lead on the de-dollarization effort.
00:46:51.120 One of the weapons, and that's why I say this is not about tariffs and trade anymore.
00:46:54.400 This is two different economic systems, one that has benefited from the capital of the other.
00:47:00.700 That would be the Chinese Communist Party, understands it's being cut off.
00:47:04.180 There's no place they won't go to take us down.
00:47:07.200 The one effort they're doing behind the scenes is the de-dollarization effort.
00:47:12.200 Are what we see in here people concerned about that?
00:47:14.860 Is central banks buying gold?
00:47:16.140 I mean, what is the trend you're seeing?
00:47:18.320 Because every day, it's not simply the price that's going up, but it's the amount of activity in back of that price, sir.
00:47:25.820 Yeah, look, de-dollarization has been a big part of this, right?
00:47:29.720 I've said for the last three years, central banks have set record year on year on year for gold buying.
00:47:35.300 And it's in an effort to de-dollarize, right?
00:47:37.700 China, as much as they want to move away from the dollar, they don't have a better alternative from a currency standpoint.
00:47:44.820 And they're using gold as a means to de-dollarize.
00:47:47.680 And that's the one big concern.
00:47:50.220 Obviously, there's a big negotiation going on.
00:47:52.740 And I agree with you.
00:47:53.640 I don't think this China thing is so much about a trade imbalance as much as it is about an existential struggle with the CCP's authoritarian economic model.
00:48:03.780 For years, they've been playing us like suckers, right?
00:48:06.900 They steal our intellectual property.
00:48:09.000 They subsidize industries and dump products into the United States.
00:48:12.860 They manipulate their currency to gain advantage.
00:48:15.560 And I think what Trump is doing now is saying enough is enough, right?
00:48:18.740 If you want to access American markets, you're going to have to do it on fair terms or not at all.
00:48:24.200 But like you say, we're in a precarious position.
00:48:27.200 We're carrying more debt now than has ever been held by any nation in history.
00:48:31.700 And China are large holders of U.S. debt.
00:48:35.200 If they start to dump U.S. debt, we're going to see what happens to borrowing rates on treasuries.
00:48:40.540 They already spiked quite aggressively.
00:48:42.720 If that continues, that could create problems domestically.
00:48:46.120 So this is a very tough thing to navigate.
00:48:49.620 I think President Trump is doing a good job.
00:48:52.780 I was excited to see the 90-day pause on the rest of the world's tariffs.
00:48:58.460 I think it's diplomacy in action, and I think he's trying to create some togetherness to ultimately deal with the China problem, because ultimately that's the big problem for us.
00:49:10.880 But that's why I say you go to a citizen's free press, you get both sides of what's happening.
00:49:15.180 You have that, and that's fully engaged.
00:49:17.020 But then you look at I think the reason that the tens have been spiking and even some of the rush to gold is the big, beautiful bill.
00:49:23.280 President Trump and Besson both have a theory of the case.
00:49:26.360 This is your last shot to get a supply-side tax cut and do it, and I got that.
00:49:32.140 They're working on that.
00:49:32.980 But the spending on this – and that's why it's kind of gimmicky about how this thing even came apart.
00:49:37.860 I think the bond market is saying that, and they're a little jiggy on this.
00:49:41.980 And if you look up in the headlines, it says, for us, it kind of breaks it down.
00:49:44.880 And it's really like $150 billion of spending, which cuts – which even those are small.
00:49:51.060 Those never happen.
00:49:53.360 People – psychologically, because I know you get a 3 o'clock out west, and I want you to bounce.
00:49:58.740 But people have the psychological – you say, hey, I should have gotten in years ago when Warren started talking about it.
00:50:02.600 It was $1,100.
00:50:03.440 I missed it.
00:50:04.380 And they get nervous about the highs.
00:50:06.680 What is your – how do you talk to people when they come in and you say, hey, it's an all-time high and it's setting an all-time high every couple of days?
00:50:14.600 But that's not about it being a hedge.
00:50:16.280 It's not about being a store of value.
00:50:18.100 What's the psychology there?
00:50:19.580 Because I know a lot of people are spooked that the price of gold is actually so high.
00:50:24.440 Listen, the reality is everything is high, right?
00:50:27.820 Obviously, we've seen the markets come down this year from the highs.
00:50:31.200 But we've been dealing for the last 15 years.
00:50:33.580 Markets are at all-time highs.
00:50:35.300 Gold at all-time highs.
00:50:37.020 Everything, housing markets, rare whiskey markets at one point, everything's high.
00:50:43.700 And it's a reflection of what we've done, right?
00:50:45.620 We've had zero interest rates almost for 12 of the last 15 years.
00:50:49.840 We've pumped money through the economy.
00:50:51.880 And what it does is it creates bubbles.
00:50:54.180 What we're starting to see is those bubbles come undone.
00:50:57.360 But the question is not what can I buy low and sell high today?
00:51:01.480 The question then becomes what's more conducive for the climate in front of us?
00:51:05.860 And that's where I see a big advantage with metals.
00:51:08.980 Look, what President Trump and the team are trying to do is a big, big thing.
00:51:13.680 And in the process, we're going to see bubbles burst.
00:51:16.680 We're going to see global economic instability.
00:51:18.920 And gold in those climates thrive.
00:51:21.820 Then on top of that, you've got debt and deficits as the overhanging problem, right?
00:51:27.680 This is where our dollar could be in trouble.
00:51:30.580 Longer term, gold is the best hedge against that.
00:51:33.900 So I don't fear gold's prices.
00:51:36.400 They're a reflection of the dollar's value.
00:51:38.280 Unless we can curb spending and deficits, the sky's the limit for gold.
00:51:44.600 Philip, where do people go?
00:51:45.980 We'll let you bounce, make you three o'clock.
00:51:47.520 Where do people go to get you?

00:52:46.000 Supply chains can break down.
00:52:47.300 Hospitals can get overwhelmed.
00:52:48.720 And let's not even start on the natural disasters.
00:52:51.940 These aren't hypotheticals.
00:52:53.140 They're happening.
00:52:53.760 You see it here in the war room, and we all know it.
00:52:56.580 The question is simply, are you ready?
