Bannon's War Room - Episode-4418： Mother Recounts Horrific Attack By Illegal Immigrant On Her Daughter

00:00:00.000 President Trump wants to remove from our country.

00:00:03.900 These are the kind of criminals that we need to remove from our country.

00:00:08.280 We are American citizens.

00:00:10.040 Why should we allow people like this, 0.81

00:00:13.880 violent criminals that have no conscience at all, 0.98

00:00:17.720 to murder our mothers, our sisters, our daughters?

00:00:23.880 I don't understand why there's even any kind of problem with this.

00:00:31.620 And it's not that it's political, like the left or the right,

00:00:35.820 although I understand different parties have used it in the past.

00:00:40.260 But we have to look at it as we are American citizens.

00:00:44.700 We need to protect our families, our borders, our children.

00:00:51.740 I don't care about politics.

00:00:54.080 Well, I do, but I want to preserve life.

00:00:59.380 And that's the only reason why I have taken

00:01:02.520 and spoken about Rachel all this time.

00:01:05.860 If you're a mother here in the room,

00:01:08.320 can you imagine standing there alive, you're alive,

00:01:13.000 and someone comes and puts the hands into your chest

00:01:15.600 and rips out your heart?

00:01:18.060 That's what it feels like.

00:01:19.700 It feels like a part of you is being ripped out of you.

00:01:23.080 You can't even describe the pain,

00:01:25.880 just like you can't describe to your husband

00:01:28.380 what it feels like to carry a baby in your womb

00:01:31.420 or to feel those first kicks

00:01:33.740 or to know just intuitively if it's a boy or a girl.

00:01:37.220 It's only a thing that a mother knows. 0.85

00:01:41.180 Why are we not protecting the American citizens?

00:01:45.300 It's just common sense.

00:01:47.640 Why are we not protecting our children?

00:01:51.480 And to have a senator from Maryland

00:01:55.980 who didn't even acknowledge or barely acknowledged my daughter

00:02:00.640 and the brutal death that she endured,

00:02:04.720 leaving her five children without a mother

00:02:08.760 and now a grandbaby without a grandmother

00:02:12.660 so that he can use my taxpayer money to fly to El Salvador

00:02:18.840 to bring back someone that's not even an American citizen.

00:02:23.640 Why does that person have more right than I do

00:02:29.920 or my daughter or my grandchildren?

00:02:34.620 I don't understand this.

00:02:38.760 Thank you.

00:02:41.020 And I just want to say that as a mother

00:02:49.800 and as an American citizen, the president and our entire team,

00:02:54.800 and I hope people in this room are grateful

00:02:57.540 for your willingness to come here

00:02:59.140 and your request to share your daughter's story.

00:03:02.100 And I think the country hears you a lot and clear.

00:03:05.580 So thank you.

00:03:07.520 Does anyone have any questions for Patty?

00:03:10.080 Or for me?

00:03:14.020 No?

00:03:14.520 I have a question.

00:03:15.580 No. Anybody?

00:03:17.660 Okay. We'll see you all later.

00:03:19.020 The president will be at his dinner later this evening.

00:03:21.100 Thank you.

00:03:21.760 Thank you for being here, Ms. Moran.

00:03:23.300 We really appreciate it.

00:03:24.160 Thank you.

00:03:25.160 Thank you.

00:03:25.500 Thank you.

00:03:26.360 Thank you.

00:03:27.360 Thank you.

00:03:28.360 Thank you.

00:03:29.360 Thank you.

00:03:30.360 Thank you for being here, Ms. Moran.

00:03:31.860 We really appreciate it.

00:03:32.860 Thank you.

00:03:33.800 Thank you.

00:03:34.800 Thank you.

00:03:35.800 Thank you.

00:03:36.800 Okay, right there.

00:03:39.040 It's incredibly powerful.

00:03:41.200 And what a day on the day that it was,

00:03:43.980 the day that the showboating as President Trump was.

00:03:47.720 President Trump's phrase for this is grandstanding.

00:03:54.720 The Maryland Senator grandstanding,

00:03:56.060 what Patty just had the most vivid description of her daughter's agony and murder.

00:04:05.840 I want to, I want to re-cut that because I'd like to replay that in a moment.

00:04:09.340 Here's what we've got.

00:04:10.140 We've got a cold open for the show that we're going to get to in a second, but right there

00:04:15.220 in impromptu press conferences.

00:04:16.420 This is because of, and I've done a couple of interviews today about this topic.

00:04:20.980 This is President Trump as commander in chief of the United States military and his role

00:04:28.780 and his oath to heaven to defend this country.

00:04:32.700 The courts are trying to come in the middle of, and President Trump just not going to have

00:04:37.140 it.

00:04:37.320 So I don't know if you call it a constitutional crisis, whatever you call it, but President

00:04:42.500 Trump's not going to back off that.

00:04:43.720 And there you heard right there, a Maryland residence about an incident that happened in

00:04:48.020 Maryland.

00:04:49.020 And you've got the Maryland Senator down there showboating about going to El Salvador on taxpayer

00:04:55.400 money.

00:04:56.400 And this is the power of President Trump and his movement right there.

00:05:00.540 You had, you had a average citizen who was leading a life, their fulfilling life and getting

00:05:06.780 over and their daughter is horribly in that description.

00:05:10.080 And I really want to compliment, really want to compliment the entire White House staff

00:05:17.620 and the comm staff over there for allowing that to, allowing that to happen and happen

00:05:22.340 that way, because that was actually just brutal.

00:05:24.960 And you noticed the mainstream media didn't want to ask one question.

00:05:29.420 The question they tried to ask was a snarky question of the press secretary.

00:05:33.500 And she goes, no, no question.

00:05:36.000 That is the power that we need.

00:05:37.700 But the mother stood up there and gave that vivid description of what happened in the last

00:05:43.300 few minutes of her daughter's life.

00:05:45.340 The brutality of her murder, the brutality of her rape, the callousness of her murderer.

00:05:51.620 And no response for the media.

00:05:55.140 Not one question interested in asking a following question of the mainstream media.

00:05:59.440 What they want to do is ask some snarky question about the showboating, grandstanding politician

00:06:05.420 hanging down in Maryland right now.

00:06:06.680 OK, we have a cold open on a different topic.

00:06:09.500 We're going to come back to this.

00:06:10.640 We're packed today for the next couple of hours.

00:06:12.720 Stick around.

00:06:13.100 Let's go and play the cold open and we'll start the show with the war room.

00:06:16.780 Federal judge found he has probable cause to hold the Trump administration in criminal

00:06:22.560 contempt for ignoring his temporary restraining order to either stop planes of detainees from

00:06:27.980 being flown to El Salvador or to turn those planes back around.

00:06:31.440 Judge James Boasberg filed the opinion alongside a short one page order directing the government

00:06:37.740 to either voluntarily comply with his orders or to submit to the contempt finding and identify

00:06:43.960 who exactly in the administration made the decision to ignore a federal judge.

00:06:50.660 There are a lot more wrinkles here that we're going to have to iron out with some really smart

00:06:55.480 guests in a moment, including more from the opinion, which reads like an edge of your seat drama.

00:07:02.140 But the bigger question here and the one that stopped me in my tracks as I read this opinion

00:07:07.340 this morning is what happens if this goes to the Supreme Court?

00:07:12.140 Judge Boasberg sets the stakes as high as they possibly can be.

00:07:16.900 Quote, the Constitution does not tolerate willful disobedience of judicial orders,

00:07:23.440 especially by officials of a coordinate branch who have sworn an oath to uphold it.

00:07:28.440 To permit such officials to freely annul the judgments of the courts of the United States

00:07:34.140 would not just destroy the rights acquired under those judgments.

00:07:38.540 It would make a solemn mockery of the Constitution itself.

00:07:42.640 So fatal a result must be deprecated by all.

00:07:47.880 That, by the way, is Judge Boasberg quoting a Supreme Court opinion upholding judicial authority

00:07:54.380 back from 1809, a specific phrase that Chief Justice John Roberts has also cited in opinions

00:08:01.700 he's written arguing himself on the supremacy of the judiciary.

00:08:06.940 So if this goes to the Supreme Court, which it very well could, as the Trump administration

00:08:13.120 has already said it's going to appeal, how might that court decide?

00:08:17.680 And how big of a deal will it be?

00:08:19.760 Boasberg sets the stakes so high here, saying the administration defied him.

00:08:25.380 Criminal contempt.

00:08:26.340 If the Supreme Court gets this and doesn't agree with him, does that blow a hole in our Constitution?

00:08:33.380 I would think so, because Judge Boasberg is basically setting a dividing line between before and after.

00:08:41.440 So what he's saying is it doesn't matter that the Supreme Court later vacated his TROs and found...

00:08:48.300 Temporary restraining orders.

00:08:48.940 Temporary restraining orders.

00:08:49.580 And found that the appropriate metric of relief is to be found where folks are detained,

00:08:56.000 meaning they had to sue somewhere else other than in the District of Columbia.

00:09:00.260 That means that the ACLU, which has brought this case, is now litigating, for example,

00:09:04.640 in the Southern District of New York here in Manhattan and in Texas.

00:09:07.600 But he's saying, while my orders were still in place,

00:09:10.600 your willful violation of what I clearly directed you to do on March 15th,

00:09:16.460 and then your refusal to provide me any answers over a course of opportunities,

00:09:22.440 which he then goes through in detail, that can't be tolerated.

00:09:27.380 And it's hard for me to see a situation, Katie, in which the Supreme Court finds that tolerable as well.

00:09:33.000 It may be that they say, for example, Judge Boasberg should undergo some further fact-finding

00:09:37.580 before he gets to the point that there's probable cause for criminal contempt.

00:09:41.300 One of the things that he contemplated doing at that April 3rd hearing that he last had

00:09:46.320 in this case was having people come in and testify before there was a probable cause determination.

00:09:52.020 It was a little bit surprising to me that he issued this opinion today and said,

00:09:55.220 we're already there, and now I just want to know exactly who's to blame.

00:09:59.480 But I don't think we're at a place where the court is going to say, he's crazy,

00:10:04.520 this is not called for, because there was a clear order of the District Court

00:10:09.460 that was so willfully, flagrantly, clearly violated by the federal government

00:10:15.380 and specifically the executive branch that I don't know that the court can tolerate it

00:10:19.680 and yet uphold the rights of other district judges around the country

00:10:23.760 to declare what the law is and find remedies for when it's violated.

00:10:27.420 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:10:35.260 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:10:40.480 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:10:44.740 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:10:46.640 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:10:48.080 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:10:49.840 but you're not going to stop it.

00:10:50.760 It's going to happen.

00:10:52.020 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:10:54.720 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:11:02.240 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:11:05.980 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:11:12.320 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:11:19.540 Wednesday, 16 April, year of early, 2025.

00:11:21.920 I'm going to replay the mother's testimony,

00:11:26.400 eyewitness testimony, in the press briefing room in the next block.

00:11:30.280 I did want to start this work, because I think it shows you how President Trump,

00:11:34.160 they're coming at him for the smallest nits.

00:11:38.620 You see what the problem is with that woman. 1.00

00:11:40.880 Nobody represents her.

00:11:42.160 The system does not represent her.

00:11:44.900 The system just treats her daughter as just another thing. 1.00

00:11:49.500 But they want to hold these criminals and hold these terrorists and hold these people that are preying on the American people.

00:11:57.180 They want to hold them up, especially.

00:11:59.080 And you got a U.S. senator disgustingly flying down there to make a big deal. 0.98

00:12:04.380 They ought to arrest him, put him in Seacott.

00:12:07.400 That's my recommendation.

00:12:08.380 Natalie Winters, you've got some scoops.

00:12:12.760 You've got some analysis.

00:12:15.240 Boesbert is heading forward on contempt.

00:12:17.220 Julie Kelly's going to join me later. 1.00

00:12:18.600 Gold passes 3,300 again today, or is up with more momentum.

00:12:23.080 Philip Patrick's going to join us.

00:12:24.360 We're packed for the next two hours.

00:12:25.860 Natalie Winters, start us off, ma'am.

00:12:27.340 National Republicans, because they are at fault for so much of this.

00:12:34.200 We know Democrats are going to not just do nothing, but apparently fly down to El Salvador and I think really draw a blurred line between essentially being an honorary member of MS-13.

00:12:44.480 If MS-13 or Trendy Aragua wanted to propagandize here in the United States, I think what the Democratic Party and the legacy media is basically indistinguishable from the questions that they would want them to be asking, from the actions and the videos that they would want sham, disgusting senators to be making. 0.92

00:12:59.920 But more importantly, you know, I remember what was it we heard all about the impeachment articles against judges like Boesberg and all the people who've allowed for these people to be allowed into this country.

00:13:10.720 Have you seen those hearings happen?

00:13:12.020 Have you seen anything substantive actually occur?

00:13:14.480 No, it's been talking points.

00:13:16.240 It's been Fox News soundbites.

00:13:18.240 And I think that the blame, while it might not start with them, I think they need to get their act together and that they are wholly to blame because at least they like this country.

00:13:27.400 They think this country is worth protecting.

00:13:29.160 They have let people like Rachel Morin's mother down and frankly, this whole country.

00:13:34.840 Natalie, hang on for a second.

00:13:36.280 Here's what we're going to do.

00:13:36.840 We're going to take a break and a short commercial break and we're going to replay.

00:13:41.000 We've cut this.

00:13:41.780 We're going to replay what just happened in the press briefing room.

00:13:44.480 A moment ago.

00:13:45.480 And I want to remind everybody, the mainstream media did not have enough respect even to ask a couple of questions.

00:13:53.940 What they want to do is come in and immediately ask some snarky questions of the press secretary about President Trump.

00:13:58.660 She just cut them off. 1.00

00:13:59.320 I think you have to take CNN and these people and just throw them out of there now. 0.98

00:14:03.740 It's just ridiculous. 0.97

00:14:04.520 It's just a waste of time and it's offensive. 0.99

00:14:06.520 It's offensive.

00:14:07.720 They have no respect for the American people.

00:14:09.520 They have no respect for American citizens.

00:14:11.840 It's quite obvious.

00:14:13.780 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:15.160 John Conn with American Heart is going to take us out.

00:14:17.920 We're going to be back in a moment.

00:14:19.220 I'm going to come back and play as a cold open.

00:14:20.760 And the entire eyewitness, the testimony of the mother.

00:14:24.660 And then we're going to get Natalie back in here.

00:14:26.280 Julie Kelly is going to join us later. 0.95

00:14:27.540 Philip Patrick.

00:14:28.140 That's just in the first hour.

00:14:29.220 We've got a whole raft of stuff in hour two.

00:14:32.440 So stick around.

00:16:14.980 And we are grateful and we are honored for her willingness and her request to share her powerful story with the world.

00:16:22.640 Thank you, Patty, for being here.

00:16:24.200 Thank you.

00:16:27.360 A lot of you don't know the whole story about Rachel and about the crime that was committed against her.

00:16:36.540 Even us, her family, we didn't know all the details.

00:16:40.400 They kept most of it close to their chest, the detectives, because they didn't want to do anything to hurt the case.

00:16:54.200 They wanted to keep the integrity of the case, so they kept everything close.

00:16:58.300 I sat for the last two weeks in her trial, and we saw layer upon layer upon layer of evidence against the accused, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador.

00:17:14.920 And the things that we thought, well, maybe this might have happened, we didn't know.

00:17:22.780 But when we were at the trial, we got all the puzzle pieces.

00:17:26.320 And I want to share some of those things with you.

00:17:28.300 You know that Rachel is a 37-year-old mother. 0.84

00:17:33.360 She has five children.

00:17:35.000 We've walked the trail for the last 25 years that we've lived in Maryland.

00:17:39.200 It's a safe place for our family.

00:17:41.380 It's where we go to get a little bit of New England, because that's where we're from, New England.

00:17:45.840 And when she went on that trail that day, she was not planning on dying.

00:17:52.240 She wasn't planning on walking to her death.

00:17:55.180 She was planning on going to the grocery store with her girls afterwards.

00:17:59.600 Victor Martinez, he waited for her.

00:18:04.060 He waited for her to come closer.

00:18:07.420 He saw her.

00:18:08.360 He saw that there was nobody around.

00:18:12.500 He attacked her.

00:18:16.000 He dragged her 150 feet, blood gushing from her head. 0.99

00:18:22.300 It left a 150-foot trail of her blood to the culverts, where he took, he picked her up. 0.99

00:18:30.560 He threw her against the wall of the tunnel, and he raped her. 0.82

00:18:38.360 But before he did that, he stopped on that trail, and rocks still stained with her blood. 0.98

00:18:47.840 He used them to hammer her head against those rocks.

00:18:53.200 They say 20, at least 20 times they could count the cuts in her head. 0.99

00:19:00.480 They said that when they did the autopsy, and I've seen the pictures, there's a six-inch square in the back of her head, where the skull is shattered the way that you would crush an eggshell, in pieces.

00:19:14.720 Three-fourths of her head, hemorrhaged.

00:19:19.940 Her right and left side of her face bashed in.

00:19:23.620 Her beautiful face bashed in. 1.00

00:19:26.600 Her head bashed in.

00:19:29.520 Broken bones fractures.

00:19:32.300 He takes and he drags her.

00:19:34.520 Some more.

00:19:35.780 He drags her through the thorn bushes.

00:19:39.700 She has all the scrapes and cuts on her body. 0.99

00:19:43.600 There wasn't one inch of her body that didn't have some kind of injury, whether it's bruising, broken bones, contusions, the scratches.

00:19:54.580 She had a fractured rib.

00:19:57.680 Fractured nose.

00:19:59.760 Fractured skull.

00:20:00.520 And then he takes her into the tunnel.

00:20:04.940 And he picks her up.

00:20:07.200 He throws her against the wall.

00:20:10.120 Blood is gushing from her head.

00:20:12.880 Her hair is soaked in blood.

00:20:15.120 And they showed us pictures of her body.

00:20:18.620 Against the wall, outline, the blood outlined her body. 0.87

00:20:22.660 And you could see where the blood ran down around her as he was raping her. 0.99

00:20:28.200 And then he threw her down and raped her some more. 0.99

00:20:34.280 And then he strangled her because he didn't want her to be able to live to tell the story. 0.97

00:20:40.780 They said that when they did the autopsy on her neck, that one of the things they do is they open up the neck and they look to see how far the injury is.

00:20:49.140 And they went all the way down as far as an injury is possible, hemorrhaging in the muscles because of how strong and violent the group was around her. 0.85

00:21:01.620 These are the kind of people that have no, no compulsion.

00:21:10.120 Like to them, this is nothing.

00:21:13.100 And when he was sitting in the courtroom, he actually looked like he thought he was going to be set free.

00:21:22.840 There was no remorse on his face at all.

00:21:27.140 This person took my daughter so violently and so gruesomely and so graphically that they sealed the pictures.

00:21:37.380 Because I don't want my granddaughters to see these pictures.

00:21:41.380 These are the kind of criminals President Trump wants to remove from our country.

00:21:50.120 These are the kind of criminals that we need to remove from our country.

00:21:54.580 We are American citizens. 0.90

00:21:56.240 Why should we allow people like this, violent criminals that have no conscience at all, to murder our mothers, our sisters, our daughters?

00:22:08.980 I don't understand why there's even any kind of problem with this.

00:22:18.140 And it's not that it's political, like the left or the right, although I understand different parties have used it in the past.

00:22:26.660 But we have to look at it as we are American citizens.

00:22:31.220 We need to protect our families, our borders, our children.

00:22:36.960 I don't care about politics, well I do, but I want to preserve life.

00:22:45.900 And that's the only reason why I have taken and spoken about Rachel all this time.

00:22:51.960 If you're a mother here in the room, can you imagine standing there alive, you're alive,

00:22:59.500 and someone comes and puts their hands into your chest and rips out your heart?

00:23:03.160 That's what it feels like.

00:23:06.120 It feels like a part of you is being ripped out of you.

00:23:09.480 You can't even describe the pain.

00:23:12.160 Just like you can't describe to your husband what it feels like to carry a baby in your womb.

00:23:17.660 Or to feel those first kicks.

00:23:19.980 Or to know just intuitively if it's a boy or a girl.

00:23:23.620 It's only a thing that a mother knows. 0.85

00:23:25.580 Why are we not protecting the American citizens?

00:23:32.540 It's just common sense.

00:23:34.200 Why are we not protecting our children?

00:23:37.460 And to have a senator from Maryland who didn't even acknowledge or barely acknowledge my daughter

00:23:46.300 and the brutal death that she endured, leaving her five children without a mother and now a grandbaby without a grandmother

00:23:57.800 so that he can use my taxpayer money to fly to El Salvador to bring back someone that's not even an American citizen.

00:24:08.700 Why does that person have more right than I do or my daughter or my grandchildren?

00:24:20.660 I don't understand this.

00:24:24.880 Thank you.

00:24:26.480 This is the question that the American citizens asked right there, Patty Morin, about her daughter Rachel.

00:24:34.400 The murder trial just ended yesterday.

00:24:36.920 And she's asking a question.

00:24:38.040 And she's a citizen of Maryland.

00:24:39.440 Why is her senator down showboating, making a big deal about this other criminal?

00:24:46.060 And right there, Natalie, you see the – just not the pain and the agony, but also nobody stands up for her.

00:24:52.980 Before Trump came, nobody stands up for her.

00:24:56.160 Dismissed by the media.

00:24:57.160 We're going to play the cut in a second with the media.

00:24:59.660 No even questions for her.

00:25:02.400 When Caroline Levitt, just some snarky question from some mainstream media. 0.95

00:25:05.740 What Caroline Levitt did, the classy thing and just cut it off. 1.00

00:25:08.420 Your thoughts, Natalie Winters?

00:25:10.440 Well, look, the media has covered this issue.

00:25:13.740 Front page news 24-7 vamping on air.

00:25:16.740 It's all they want to cover.

00:25:18.020 You know what they didn't air?

00:25:19.420 I watched CNN.

00:25:20.300 I watched MSNBC.

00:25:21.380 I don't think they had any interest in airing any of her remarks.

00:25:24.300 And I think this goes back to why this show exists, why President Trump, when he descended down that escalator, why he resonated so strongly.

00:25:32.360 Because the only time that the legacy media that are betters will dare to even say the word immigration, right, the first time Kamala Harris ever said sovereignty was when she magically went down to Tucson and pretended to talk tough on the border. 0.96

00:25:44.300 The only way that they'll ever talk about immigration is in the confines of trying to get a gotcha moment against President Trump.

00:25:52.380 Now, I'll be very blunt.

00:25:53.980 Media Matters, you can quote me on this.

00:25:56.100 I do not care about the lived experience or human rights of a convicted, woman-beating, gang member, illegal alien. 0.75

00:26:04.580 And you can take any of those monikers, and that would be the reason why I don't care.

00:26:08.860 Compound them all together.

00:26:09.920 And that's why I really don't give a you-know-what about this individual. 0.55

00:26:14.280 Now, why I like to have President Trump as my president and not have Democrats in power, not just because I know that it's considerably less likely that I'll end up being raped or murdered like that horrible story you just heard.

00:26:25.660 But at least my senators and my president would not then fly down to the country that is harboring, if not sending, so many of these gang members to this country to commit heinous acts like that.

00:26:36.420 So that's the real tell.

00:26:37.960 They won't talk about immigration.

00:26:39.260 You know what the American people really want to know, and I would love to tell my colleagues this?

00:26:43.660 Let's fix the legal immigration. 1.00

00:26:45.180 Let's get the deportation numbers up.

00:26:47.320 They will never ask about immigration unless it is in the context of trying to smear the logistics and follow-through of one case that maybe was a little bit wrong.

00:26:58.100 You know what, this shows you how wonderful the mass deportation operations have been executed because the best gotcha moment they have, the best fear porn, fear mongering that they can do is a woman beating gang member that apparently they were in the wrong seat and now they're in too harsh of a prison.

00:27:14.700 That's the best that they have.

00:27:16.700 Natalie Winters, hang on.

00:27:20.520 We're going to get to you.

00:27:21.360 Julie Kelly is going to be up.

00:27:22.600 They're coming after the president with a contempt charge.

00:27:25.800 You can see that.

00:27:26.480 That's Bozberg.

00:27:27.380 That's moving forward today.

00:27:28.340 That's the other thing the mainstream media is all over is the full-out attack on President Trump.

00:27:33.640 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:27:34.840 Philip Patrick is also going to join us.

00:27:37.480 Gold is on a tear.

00:27:38.520 What does it signal that now it's starting to move like people have never seen before?

00:27:43.740 Julie Kelly, Natalie Winters.

00:27:45.660 We're also going to have a big autism report came out.

00:27:48.820 A ton of stuff going on.

00:27:50.780 Stick around.

00:27:51.280 The next hour and a half here in the warm short break.

00:27:53.520 Back in a moment.

00:27:54.040 The modern day, Hollywood, coming after your mind, divide your soul.

00:28:03.760 Oh, it's true.

00:28:08.520 The modern day, Hollywood, you've heard me talk about Patriot Mobile for a while now.

00:28:44.000 Let me repeat.

00:28:44.640 They can even add two numbers on two networks on one phone.

00:28:49.300 It's like you're carrying two phones in one.

00:28:52.500 They have unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, internet on-the-go devices, and internet backup.

00:29:32.840 That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon or call 972-PATRIOT.

00:29:37.360 Patriot.

00:29:38.740 Any questions for Patty or for me?

00:29:43.980 No?

00:29:44.580 I have a question.

00:29:45.800 No.

00:29:46.620 Anybody?

00:29:47.560 Okay.

00:29:48.400 We'll see you all later.

00:29:49.280 The president will be at his dinner later this week.

00:29:51.060 That shows you how awful they are, the spickle.

00:29:58.440 I would move them over to the EOB right now, get them out of there.

00:30:02.780 Not one question for her after that heart-rendering testimony or discussion about her daughter.

00:30:11.240 Her daughter's rape and brutal murder at the hand of an illegal alien invader brought here by Joe Biden and the Democrats.

00:30:19.260 You've got a showbiting Democrat senator who's on a plane down in El Salvador talking about somebody's due process.

00:30:23.780 Here's your due process.

00:30:24.740 We're going to ship them all out of here. 0.99

00:30:26.280 We don't care what anybody says about it.

00:30:27.700 How about that? 1.00

00:30:28.260 Suck on that. 1.00

00:30:30.360 Could care less. 1.00

00:30:32.500 Because they don't care that your daughters are raped by these people. 1.00

00:30:36.100 They don't care that your daughters are murdered by them. 0.99

00:30:38.400 Would the senator not even be there, go by the trial, talk to her, talk to the mother?

00:30:43.840 Could care less.

00:30:44.840 Once it be on MSNBC, that's what these people think.

00:30:46.660 They got a Stephen Chung put out a tweet.

00:30:50.260 MSNBC would not show it because they're too gutless to show it.

00:30:53.920 CNN wouldn't even show it because they're too gutless to show it because they know it makes a lie of everything they've been telling the American people.

00:31:00.080 And now it's time for us to go on offense.

00:31:04.020 Why are we just waiting around?

00:31:05.460 Why are we just sitting here?

00:31:06.440 Why are we not going, Pam Bondi, where are the prosecutions of the people that did the invasion, that set up the invasion of the southern border?

00:31:17.720 Where?

00:31:18.920 Cash, where the arrest?

00:31:20.200 Where are, what are we doing?

00:31:25.360 Are we going to get serious about this or are we not?

00:31:28.980 It's very powerful.

00:31:30.220 She goes to the White House and incredibly powerful.

00:31:32.800 The president of the United States gives us a global platform.

00:31:35.260 But what action are we taking?

00:31:40.640 What are we doing about it?

00:31:42.200 This is why Tom Fitton and others are so frustrated.

00:31:50.420 What are we doing about it?

00:31:51.840 What are we doing about this?

00:31:52.920 What is going on at this very moment about that?

00:31:55.000 We understand the president is sending these folks and DHS is sending these folks back to El Salvador, Venezuela, wherever they're going.

00:32:01.840 He's doing his job.

00:32:04.700 What are we doing about the rest of it?

00:32:05.760 How did this happen?

00:32:06.540 How do we have in front of this, on this budget committee, $170 billion?

00:32:11.280 Let me repeat that.

00:32:13.140 $170 billion.

00:32:14.620 You can add up the NATO defense budgets.

00:32:18.320 I don't think you reach $170 billion in all the countries over there.

00:32:22.540 Or if you do, you barely reach it.

00:32:25.480 $170 billion to rebuild the infrastructure to deport the 10 million people, the illegal alien invaders. 1.00

00:32:31.840 But what are we doing about the people that set up the system?

00:32:37.700 Todd Benzman's on here all the time.

00:32:39.260 He said it was intricately set up to mass invade the country.

00:32:44.420 Where are those politicians?

00:32:46.300 Where's my Yorkers?

00:32:47.500 Where's the grand jury?

00:32:48.700 Where's the investigations?

00:32:49.940 It's one thing to provide a platform and hear that heart-rendering story.

00:32:53.380 But how are you going to stop it from the future?

00:32:55.360 It's take action now.

00:32:56.660 The reason the frustration of this audience is all the work and effort to get here.

00:33:02.160 Let's do something.

00:33:04.840 Because don't think you're going to be here forever.

00:33:06.880 You can't plan on that.

00:33:10.160 Action, action, action.

00:33:13.460 And I don't care about the FBI counterterrorism force, all that.

00:33:16.540 That's just not relevant now.

00:33:17.880 We care about this, and we care about what Tom Fitton's suing about.

00:33:23.000 What does it mean that a guy like Tom Fitton that couldn't be more supportive of people has to go to court and sue?

00:33:33.000 You cannot take advantage of the MAGA movement and what the people that got here and what their priorities are.

00:33:41.740 Their priorities are important.

00:33:43.860 Not your priorities.

00:33:45.160 Their priorities.

00:33:45.940 Let's be blunt.

00:33:48.000 You're there because of them.

00:33:50.880 So their priorities should be your priorities.

00:33:53.900 And that is not the case right now.

00:33:56.140 And that has to change.

00:33:58.660 It has to change.

00:34:00.300 Repeat this.

00:34:01.200 It has to change.

00:34:07.100 It's revolting. 0.99

00:34:08.900 Disgusting. 0.97

00:34:12.220 Let's go to this spring Philip Patrick in. 0.86

00:34:15.040 Philip, I got a chart.

00:34:17.760 And I think the great Grace Chung got it to me today.

00:34:21.380 It was a very busy day, and I was doing a lot of stuff, but I got this.

00:34:24.500 And of all the stuff she was sending me, this thing shocked me the most.

00:34:28.240 And this is why for those that listen to the podcast, you have to go and register and get the actual visuals.

00:34:36.260 We put them out, the clips we do, to actually see the show, because this chart has to be seen.

00:34:42.360 Walk me through this chart.

00:34:43.860 What is it?

00:34:44.340 Because is it Kobayashi?

00:34:45.960 This guy's terrific.

00:34:46.920 And he says, hey, gold is moving now in the way it would move if you're looking at a Great Depression.

00:34:52.440 I just want to make sure, because that's gotten a lot of buzz this afternoon, particularly after the Fed came out earlier and said, hey, these tariffs could drive inflation, etc.

00:35:01.360 We've seen extraordinary movements in gold, and you have taught us over the last four years that gold does not move like this.

00:35:10.160 It's a store of value and a hedge against times of financial uncertainty.

00:35:14.340 Now it's moving, I don't know, like a penny stock, sir?

00:35:17.140 It is.

00:35:19.780 It is.

00:35:20.360 It almost looks like a chart of the S&P upside down this year.

00:35:25.000 But look, one thing is clear.

00:35:26.940 Investors are acting now like an economic disaster is already underway, right?

00:35:31.740 While other assets are entering bear market territory, capital is rushing into gold.

00:35:38.400 Gold now, I would say, is the only global safe haven asset.

00:35:42.620 U.S. government debt, of course, was once the gold standard safe haven, but it's not as desired anymore.

00:35:50.520 And I think gold at the moment is acting as a leading indicator for broader market risk.

00:35:56.820 If you look, the Economic Policy Uncertainty Index has hit now its highest level ever, over three times higher than it was during the 2019 China-Trump trade war.

00:36:09.260 And I think volatility is back, right?

00:36:11.440 Primary capital markets are breaking now below technical levels.

00:36:15.940 Central banks, meanwhile, are publicly calling for a soft landing while aggressively stockpiling gold behind the scenes.

00:36:23.540 It's rank hypocrisy.

00:36:25.840 Gold imports into the U.S. have been so huge, 2% of GDP in the first quarter, that the Fed's GDP now tool adjusts for them, right?

00:36:36.160 My Q1 2025 GDP contraction, including gold, is expected to be minus 2.2%.

00:36:43.300 Take out gold, and it's minus 0.1%.

00:36:46.860 Gold buying right now is at recession levels.

00:36:50.760 And I think the current trade war is just intensifying things.

00:36:55.060 Government debt holdings and gold holdings are diverging globally, especially in China.

00:37:00.600 And this is all leading to an explosion in gold price.

00:37:04.280 By the way, we hit the 25th all-time high in gold prices this year.

00:37:10.160 So we're expecting it to continue with all the volatility.

00:37:13.960 We're talking volatility.

00:37:17.080 I also want the audience, the end of the dollar empire.

00:37:19.860 Go to birchgold.com slash bandit, the end of the dollar empire, the sixth free installment.

00:37:24.220 You can get them all today about debt and deficits.

00:37:28.360 But here, and this is where we're working on even another new installment with your team already.

00:37:32.780 This is the central banks.

00:37:37.780 I mean, who is our institutions driving this?

00:37:40.540 Because in the old days, central banks and institutions weren't the buyers.

00:37:45.560 It was individuals.

00:37:47.160 Something's happened fundamentally in this market to drive this type of demand, volume, and price.

00:37:53.800 What is that?

00:37:54.820 Is it central banks?

00:37:56.020 Is it institutional investors?

00:37:58.080 It's got to be something, then, the basic schmendricks right out there, the little guy that bought gold forever, sir.

00:38:07.160 Yeah.

00:38:07.720 I mean, you've mentioned before hedge funds now putting large percentages into physical gold, which historically was unheard of.

00:38:16.400 We've talked a lot about central banks for the last three years setting records, 1,000 tons plus in gold buying.

00:38:24.420 And, you know, it was the weaponization under the Biden administration of the dollar that incentivized central banks to start looking alternatives.

00:38:32.940 And, of course, huge money printing, which has devalued the dollar.

00:38:37.260 Look, the key for the dollar as global reserves since 1971 has been stability.

00:38:42.400 With huge money printing, huge debt, it doesn't make sense.

00:38:46.560 Look at countries like China.

00:38:47.940 China have tripled their gold allocation over the last few years.

00:38:52.360 They just imported over 700 metric tons from the United Kingdom, from the Bank of England.

00:38:57.760 And for some context, 700 metric tons is the entire gold reserves of India.

00:39:03.360 China are specifically, but other central banks as well, they're diversifying out of U.S. government debt into gold.

00:39:10.420 And the reality is, since 2022, it has been a good trade.

00:39:15.460 If you bought gold and a 10-year government debt back in 2021, you'd be up 80% in gold.

00:39:21.560 You'd be down 20% in government debt.

00:39:24.100 Like I say, this isn't all sort of anti-America, de-dollarization sentiment.

00:39:30.480 There is a just – it is a better trade today than holding U.S. government debt.

00:39:36.360 And I think, ultimately, that's been driving prices.

00:39:39.600 By the way, UBS came out and said if central banks continue to buy, they see gold over 4,500 by the end of next year.

00:39:47.240 Let me just go back.

00:39:50.660 700 metric tons, the Chinese just bought that from the Bank of England, purchased that from the Bank of England?

00:39:58.120 Yeah, 700 metric tons.

00:40:00.340 It is a colossal amount of gold.

00:40:03.620 And that's been over the last couple of years, escalating recently.

00:40:07.400 Look, the biggest central bank purchases, the biggest single quarter in world history, was the fourth quarter of last year.

00:40:14.800 I'm waiting to see first quarter numbers for this year.

00:40:18.220 They're not out yet.

00:40:19.420 I suspect they'll be up.

00:40:21.060 So the trend is continuing, and China are leading the charge. 0.99

00:40:25.980 Unbelievable.

00:40:27.680 I want to make sure everybody goes two things.

00:41:41.180 Appreciate you, sir.

00:41:42.940 Thank you, Steve.

00:41:43.660 Do I have Julie? 0.99

00:41:48.080 Julie, we've got a minute on this side.

00:41:50.200 I want to just give the headline of what Bozberg did, and I'm going to bring you back for the next segment.

00:41:56.180 Contempt.

00:41:56.780 Are we heading towards a contempt charge against President Trump and his senior team, ma'am?

00:42:01.480 That's exactly what it looks like, as we have discussed and I predicted from, I think, day one of this whole debacle.

00:42:08.920 Well, he did issue this opinion saying that he believes that Trump officials did commit criminal contempt.

00:42:16.180 He outlined his basis, as we've already discussed.

00:42:20.800 What we have to figure out is how you can be in contempt of a court order that was vacated by the Supreme Court last week, actually two of them,

00:42:29.400 and how the Trump administration can remedy what he calls contempt by following temporary restraining orders that are nonexistent.

00:42:38.920 This was really a bizarro opinion and definitely not worthy of someone who is the chief judge of the D.C. District Court, Jeff Bosberg.

00:42:50.280 Hang on.

00:42:51.000 We're taking a short commercial break, and we're going to come back to this.

00:42:53.580 And I can tell you from someone that spent four months in a federal prison on a misdemeanor charge of contempt, this is the way they roll.

00:43:02.700 I've said this time and time and time again.

00:43:05.980 They are trying to put Trump officials, and they're trying to put Trump in jail, in prison.

00:43:10.780 If you doubt it, if you doubted anything today, a criminal contempt opinion, as Julie Kelly told you, was coming at the beginning of this.

00:43:19.920 We're going to get the entire story.

00:43:21.140 Short commercial break.

00:43:21.980 Natalie Winters, Natalie G.

00:43:24.260 Winters and Julie Kelly are with us.

00:43:26.320 We're going to break this all down.

00:43:27.480 Short commercial break.

00:43:28.220 Back in a moment.

00:43:30.220 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.

00:43:32.600 We will fight till they're all gone.

00:43:35.140 We rejoice when there's no more. 0.99

00:43:37.020 Let's take down.

00:43:46.220 Hospitals can get overwhelmed.

00:43:47.600 And let's not even start on the natural disasters.

00:43:50.840 These aren't hypotheticals.

00:43:52.020 They're happening.

00:43:52.540 You see it here in the war room, and we all know it.

00:43:55.480 The question is simply, are you ready?

00:44:41.460 Get the Jace case and do it today.

00:44:45.540 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.

00:44:50.500 Okay, I want to go back to the beginning of this because you called this to the meeting.

00:44:55.940 What actually happened?

00:44:58.100 What did Bosberg do today?

00:44:59.700 And how dangerous is this for the president and the folks around him, ma'am?

00:45:03.900 So what Bosberg found and what he's been signaling and threatening for the last few weeks, really since he got this case on March 15th, is accusing the Trump administration, specifically the Department of Justice, of defying two written temporary orders that were handed down on March 15th.

00:45:25.000 What those temporary restraining orders did was first prevent the deportation removal of five unnamed illegal Venezuelans who were covered by the president's Alien Enemies Act proclamation.

00:45:40.560 Then he said a hearing for five o'clock that day was a Saturday on March 15th.

00:45:47.300 This lawsuit filed by the ACLU on behalf of these unnamed five illegals.

00:45:52.560 What the ACLU was asking Judge Bosberg to do was convert those five into a class action lawsuit covering any illegal Venezuelan in custody suspected of having ties to Trente de Aragua and subject to immediate removal.

00:46:11.600 Judge Bosberg held that hearing at five o'clock.

00:46:13.960 He put he recessed at about 522, which is important because about four minutes later, one plane carrying the Alien Enemies Act subjects left Southern Texas.

00:46:29.520 And about 10 minutes later, another plane carrying AEA, Alien Enemies Act subjects, left Southern Texas for Central America.

00:46:39.060 As we have talked about and I reported at my substack, I believe that Judge Bosberg knew those planes were planning to take off.

00:46:48.620 He called a recess right at that moment, instructing the DOJ attorney to make calls and find out the status of flights that were leaving again a Saturday night, March 15th.

00:47:01.760 DOJ return DOJ attorney returns to the hearing.

00:47:05.480 It is resumed at six o'clock.

00:47:07.640 He tells Judge Bosberg, I can't get any details on these flights.

00:47:12.940 Bosberg doesn't care.

00:47:14.940 Then makes an extraordinary what he calls an oral command.

00:47:20.120 That's how he referred to it in his opinion today.

00:47:23.400 Oral command instructing the DOJ lawyer to tell his clients, this would be DHS, DOJ,

00:47:29.620 to immediately return planes that were in the air headed to Central America with these subjects, illegals covered by a presidential proclamation over which Judge Bosberg said he did not have authority to review.

00:47:45.920 Nonetheless, he takes this extraordinary oral command telling him to return flights that at that point were already out of U.S. airspace.

00:47:56.140 He then says, Steve, and this timeline is super important.

00:48:00.280 He then tells the ACLU and DOJ attorney, don't write any of this down.

00:48:05.640 I'm going to put this in a written order shortly.

00:48:08.920 He publishes a written order at about 726, so roughly 40 minutes after this so-called oral command.

00:48:17.240 And he turns the five unnamed plaintiffs, illegals, into a class action suit and prohibits their removal.

00:48:25.600 He does not, however, include what he said, his oral command, to return planes.

00:48:32.740 So that on itself, very confusing.

00:48:35.920 He then continued over the past few weeks to push for details about those flights.

00:48:42.680 Attorney General Pam Bondi, Secretary of State Rubio, DHS.

00:48:46.480 But hang on, hold on, hold on, hold on, slow down, slow down, slow down, full stop.

00:48:50.320 But there you're telling me from the bench on a Saturday afternoon and a Saturday evening.

00:48:54.880 Night.

00:48:55.740 And from a court in D.C. or by Zoom, he's actually intruding into the decisions of the commander-in-chief of the United States military on what he's doing in a military maneuver.

00:49:08.680 This guy is actually intruding right there, asking his questions and wanting planes to turn back.

00:49:13.080 That's what this judge is doing?

00:49:14.460 They ought to arrest this judge.

00:49:16.300 Is that what he's doing?

00:49:17.960 That's exactly what he did.

00:49:20.080 And, Steve, all this happened very quickly on this Saturday, March 15th.

00:49:24.880 Without any meaningful input or briefing by the Department of Justice or Trump administration, nonetheless, and Bosberg has repeatedly admitted how quickly the proceedings advanced that day, that it was out of the norm for him to do what he did.

00:49:41.740 But nonetheless, he stepped in and not only prohibited these flights, but then ordered them to be returned.

00:49:50.880 And then when the Department of Justice attorney couldn't get information, this is when he started setting what I call this contempt trap for the Trump administration.

00:50:02.900 Now, what also happened that day, and this is important, is that the DOJ immediately appealed his first order for those five unnamed illegals.

00:50:12.240 So Heardy knew this was going to be on appeal.

00:50:14.860 He also admitted numerous times that the jurisdiction, Washington, D.C., could be improper, that this would have required a habeas petition in the venue or jurisdiction where these illegals were in custody, which was Southern Texas, not Washington, D.C.,

00:50:34.860 which is why the Supreme Court last week, the main reason why the Supreme Court, vacated his two written temporary restraining orders.

00:50:44.860 So I don't know on what basis he made this contempt.

00:50:50.300 Hang on.

00:50:51.140 I want to hold you to the six o'clock hour because I've got to go through this in more detail.

00:50:54.400 And I've got Natalie Winters for Breaking News out of the State Department and more analysis of this.

00:51:00.280 This is a big one.

00:51:01.100 And we're going to get into the bizarre nature that all this thing has been overturned, etc.

00:51:06.080 But this is why talk about action.

00:51:08.820 Jim Jordan, why are you not heeding what Mike Davis advice for?

00:51:11.460 Why have we not started impeachment hearings on this guy?

00:51:14.860 Don't know.

00:51:15.260 Because now he's got a criminal.

00:51:16.180 Because now it's all just because he's got a criminal.

00:51:17.480 It should have started weeks ago.

00:51:20.500 This is why you start things.

00:51:24.180 People should be frustrated.

00:51:25.820 It's the same old Republican.

00:51:27.480 Let's just kind of go along to get along.

00:51:29.960 The lack of action, the lack of spine, the lack of steel, the lack of doing something.
