00:03:48.560 actual American citizens are left stranded on the street. Though I guess that's only par for the

00:03:53.520 course when it comes to the immigration policy, beloved by our fellow Democrats.

00:05:00.000 Andrew Ferguson, the chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, along with his team. I met with Mark

00:05:06.460 Metter, the new Trump commissioner on the Federal Trade Commission. These are all my friends, and I

00:05:12.420 went and checked in on them, and they are doing a phenomenal job for President Trump. They are carrying

00:05:18.360 out his policy agenda. And again, I say this to the war room posse. Just because you're not seeing

00:05:25.660 something in the news does not mean that it's not happening. There's a lot going on. There's a lot more

00:05:31.500 that's coming. And I can assure you, as someone who has no problem voicing my criticisms of our allies

00:06:34.980 who went to prison, Trump supporters on January 6th, who were persecuted. Justice is definitely coming,

00:06:42.000 right? And so I would say to those who were involved in this criminal conspiracy against rights

00:06:48.640 under 18 U.S.C., Section 241, lawyer up, because nobody's above the law. And I've been talking about

00:06:56.700 this on this show and every other show for several years now, at least three years. And I have made

00:07:20.640 judges, non-activists. But they were caught harboring, in some cases, allegedly illegal aliens.

00:07:31.160 them in her judges' quarters, having them leave through a backdoor exit. And now, I guess it's the

00:07:36.260 new Maryland man hoax. But I mean, the left is truly breaking down, acting like this is, I believe,

00:07:42.700 as some MSNBC contributors said, that we've crossed the Rubicon on this front. Can you walk us through

00:07:49.500 the absurdity of today's latest immigration hoax? It is a federal crime to be an illegal alien in

00:07:59.860 the United States, right? Every single one of these illegal aliens, they're committing a federal

00:08:07.100 crime. And those who harbor those illegal aliens are also committing a federal crime. And those who

00:08:15.540 obstruct immigration law enforcement to get those illegal aliens and arrest them and detain them and

00:08:22.800 get them out of our country, those who obstruct that are committing a federal crime. And it does

00:08:27.260 not matter if you are a judge or not. You should know better as a judge. You know what the law is.

00:08:34.260 You are intentionally violating that law, whether you are obstructing federal investigators or

00:08:39.740 obstructing ICE agents or if you're harboring an illegal alien at your house. These are very serious

00:08:46.360 crimes. And so these judges are facing felony charges. They are almost certainly going to face

00:08:54.960 imprisonment. In this sense, a powerful message to everyone that if judges can get charged for this,

00:09:00.700 every other American is fair game. So this illegal immigration amnesty is coming to a screeching halt.

00:22:22.500 understand borders or boundaries, but they're using foreign cash to sway elections. And in one case,

00:22:28.780 we're going to get into it, but Josh Phillip from the Epoch Times, who does wonderful reporting on

00:22:33.080 Chinese Communist Party subversion, particularly in the case of Michelle Wu, the Boston mayor,

00:22:38.960 who is, you know, the tip of the spear, the resistance poster girl. I don't want to misgender,

00:22:44.180 but I believe poster girl is fitting. But it was actually just revealed by a great report in the

00:22:49.120 Daily Caller just last week that a Chinese Communist Party intel officer, an intel asset who worked for

00:22:56.660 the United Front, which is something that you and I both reported on, sort of the tip of the spear when

00:23:02.140 it comes to Chinese Communist Party political infiltration, that he helped raise hundreds

00:23:06.460 of thousands of dollars for her campaign, sort of act blue, I guess, on a microcosm scale or myopic

00:23:13.820 scale, rather. But Josh, if you could sort of walk us through this story, and I'm curious just more

00:23:17.960 broadly to get your thoughts on the foreign vertical of the act blue campaign finance stuff.

00:23:23.700 Right. So the key part with all this is the United Front Work Department, which, you know,

00:23:29.860 as you mentioned, Natalie, I know you've done a lot of work on, I've done a lot of work on.

00:23:34.040 The important thing to understand is how the United Front Work Department functions and what

00:23:39.240 its goals are. So this individual being accused of, again, tied to these Chinese spy organizations,

00:23:44.840 using his ties to various organizations, not even just that one, to funnel money into the campaigns

00:23:50.860 of politicians. He has direct ties, according to the Daily Caller, to the United Front Work

00:23:56.580 Department. A lot of that is through the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.

00:24:04.040 Now, what the United Front does, this is a branch of the Chinese Communist Party that is dedicated

00:24:10.620 to doing what they call leadership capture. The role of the United Front is to, well, work on the

00:24:18.260 front lines of the Chinese Communist Party, which is on American soil. That means these guys are

00:24:23.520 operating in the United States. They have public organizations. They don't even try to hide it. I

00:24:29.160 mean, Natalie, I know you've done a lot of research on this, too. You've found individuals like they say

00:24:33.920 it on their business cards half the time. Like they do such a poor job of hiding their ties to these

00:24:41.100 Chinese spy organizations that it's like it's almost like laughable. They say it publicly. They have

00:24:45.980 websites publicly. They don't try to hide it at all. So what the United Front Work Department will do,

00:24:52.880 it will approach various leaders. So it's going to be your politicians, your journalists,

00:24:58.540 your academics. Like, you know, Harvard was having a lot of controversies with this.

00:25:02.440 It'll approach your business leaders, and it will offer them various forms of bribery or,

00:25:08.580 you know, debt traps or whatever else. So the Chinese Communist Party will typically offer

00:25:14.300 four different things to people. That's going to be lust, meaning, you know, like honey traps where

00:25:21.120 they maybe there's underage girls. They invite them back to China or like prostitution rings.

00:25:25.960 They're having cases of those busted even here in the United States. Lust would be one of them.

00:25:30.840 They'll videotape it. They'll blackmail people. That's a big one. Another one is going to be money.

00:25:35.500 And so, of course, business leaders making business ties with China. Sometimes they'll even set up like

00:25:42.040 import-export businesses, and they'll use that to funnel money into people's wallets effectively.

00:25:48.060 Like, for example, the Chinese businesses might give them a 50% discount. By doing so, it's as if

00:25:54.300 they paid them like a million dollars. They'll do that. Another one's going to be fame. A lot of times

00:26:00.860 with, you know, college professors, with academics or journalists, it's fame. They invite them to

00:26:07.460 China. They treat them like royalty. You see this a lot with like TikTokers and like YouTubers right

00:26:12.680 now who are getting offered these trips to China. That's one of the main tools they use. With

00:26:17.480 politicians, the main one they use would be power. And what they will do in that case seems very close

00:26:23.720 to what we're seeing here and very close to what we're seeing with them maybe even laundering money

00:26:28.880 through various other organizations. ActBlue is being accused of some of this right now.

00:26:33.220 The way they do that is they will have organizations here in the United States. A lot of these are,

00:26:38.880 they're called tongs, T-O-N-G-S. You have tons of them. There are tongs in New York City. There are

00:29:33.200 say, the nation's leading Chinese Communist Party infiltration experts. Josh, I want you to kind of

00:29:38.860 pick up where you left off this idea of the Tong-style infiltration operation, but being sort of

00:29:45.280 replicated. Again, potentially, I think the ActBlue investigation could show some interesting roads

00:29:50.720 leading back to Beijing. But if you think that that's being replicated on a national level or

00:29:55.600 where else it may be?

00:29:56.820 Yeah. So the reason I was explaining that is because if this were the case, and I know there's

00:30:03.880 accusations on it. I know the House is actually investigating ActBlue right now. They're asking

00:30:07.900 for answers on this. And I also know that with this recent case, this individual is giving hundreds of

00:30:13.660 thousand dollars to a political campaign. This is how that would work through the United Front.

00:30:20.080 And so the point is, one of these individuals has now, in fact, been shown to be with the United

00:30:25.300 Front. He just says it publicly. So it's not a secret. The key part with the United Front, though,

00:30:31.820 is not necessarily the stuff in China. The key part is the stuff here in the United States,

00:30:37.360 the stuff right on American soil, and that's the tongs.

00:30:40.540 So the United Front works through the tongs. Basically, the way it functions,

00:30:46.780 the Chinese consulate will have representatives. They call it liaison work. They will approach

00:30:52.360 people. They'll get agents. But the agents, they work within the tongs. And again, these are Chinese

00:30:58.760 organizations, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of members. And they'll do all kinds of

00:31:04.500 stuff. It could be, for example, bussing around voters. It could be doing get out the vote drives.

00:31:09.000 It could be offering, you know, protests or support or whatever else. But they also do straw

00:31:15.160 donors. This is where the money comes in. So, for example, Natalie, you mentioned Act Blue. And there

00:31:22.660 are concerns right now that they were getting foreign money. One of the things that Donald Trump

00:31:27.300 himself has brought up is he wants to investigate possible straw donors. Straw donors. What does that

00:31:33.720 mean? It means that you're making illegal campaign contributions by basically donating money under

00:31:41.920 somebody else's name. The accusation against Act Blue is that they were not using CVVs, you know,

00:31:48.660 card verification systems. In other words, so they can't really verify the origin of donations. They

00:31:55.120 can't verify this was a verified donor or something like that. If the Chinese Communist Party is,

00:32:01.180 in fact, tied in with this, this is why that's important, is because what they will do oftentimes

00:32:07.660 is they'll launder money through the tongs. They'll launder money and they will do straw donors

00:32:13.800 through the tongs. And so you'll have, you know, usually small donations oftentimes, not usually big

00:32:20.340 ones. And, you know, hundreds of people, thousands of people, tens of thousands of people,

00:32:25.640 they can use these networks for those things. The other thing that needs to be investigated,

00:32:31.520 though, is if you make a deal with the United Front, if the United Front is there, it is always

00:32:38.040 I scratch your back, you scratch mine. There's always something in return. Part of that might

00:32:43.920 look as simple as lobbying. It might look as simple as them having dinner together or going to China

00:32:49.080 together or something else. They'll say, I care about this issue, that issue, and that issue.

00:32:54.000 You need to represent these. If you remember the assistant to, the mayoral, sorry, the governor

00:33:00.940 assistant in New York who was arrested as a Chinese spy, the one who was working under Governor Hochul,

00:33:07.960 that individual, of course, was also accused of having blocked certain issues that were within the

00:33:13.580 interest of the Chinese Communist Party to block. And so they will try to enact Chinese Communist Party

00:33:19.100 issues by manipulating these politicians and using the leverage of the quote-unquote Chinese community,

00:33:25.680 when in reality, they're not representing real Chinese, they're representing, you know, CCP front

00:33:31.100 organizations. They'll use that as the narrative to justify those kinds of things. And so to me,

00:33:36.260 this is cut and dry, the kind of stuff that's happening all over the country. This is not one official,

00:33:43.520 this is not two officials, this is not just one organization. This stuff is so common, I think

00:33:49.420 people would be absolutely shocked if they understood how broad these systems are.

00:36:28.360 announced next week. And everyone's going to hear a lot about it. People are going to support it and

00:36:32.540 tell you how great it is. And it could be. It could be. I haven't seen the exact text. But there's only

00:36:36.960 one number that I'm truly tracking in that bill. And that is how many illegal aliens will it allow

00:36:43.720 the administration to deport? And that number better have a bunch of commas in it. And it better be a

00:36:50.540 few million per year. Because without that, we're not going to meet the mandate. Current projections

00:36:55.200 right now are only focusing on the worst of the worst, which I get it. The gangbangers got to go

00:36:59.680 home. But you know who else has to go home? Everyone who's illegally here. And you see the

00:37:03.900 rhinos shifting their language and saying they only want to deport the hardened criminals. Well,

00:38:33.040 That's because him being there is absolutely central to this administration's agenda. He's up to be the

00:38:39.320 U.S. attorney for Washington, D.C., the District of Columbia. He's already been in the job. He is a

00:38:44.400 U.S. attorney. He gets to be there for up to 120 days. But in order to stay, the Senate needs to

00:38:49.260 confirm him. And he needs to be in that job because D.C. has been a crime-ridden, terrible place for too

00:38:56.160 long. I moved out of the city myself a few years ago during COVID. It has not recovered. He is

00:39:01.620 refocusing a office that basically used all of its resources under the last guy to go after J6ers. So,

00:39:08.860 you know, 1,600 cases or something crazy like that. Meanwhile, the city festered into, you know,

00:39:13.560 crime-ridden, juvenile crimes out of control. It's just not safe anymore. We got the 250th

00:39:20.120 anniversary of America coming up. All eyes will be on Washington, D.C. from around the world. We have

00:39:25.820 limited time to get this thing cleaned up. And the left is terrified of Ed Martin. They absolutely

00:39:31.620 are. Why? Because he's an even-handed guy who will enforce the law. And they don't like that.

00:39:37.360 He went after Chuck Schumer for the comments Schumer made about, you know, reaping the whirlwind for

00:39:42.820 Brett Kavanaugh and others, where he threatened the Supreme Court justice. And the left lost their mind.

00:39:47.260 But what was the result? Schumer caved. He went to the Senate floor and basically crawled back his

00:39:52.060 comments. So he's already getting some accountability, making him retreat. But

00:39:55.760 they don't want to see that very important office that was weaponized so harshly under

00:40:00.100 the Biden administration return to a neutral and strong force for the rule of law. And

00:40:04.960 so they are pulling out all the dirty tricks. They're, you know, even reaching so far to

00:40:09.540 say he, you know, was anti-Semitic, which is the most absurd thing and one of the laziest

00:40:14.640 slurs I've heard. And it squarely does not apply. I think he's cleared the record up. He's

00:40:18.820 got massive Jewish support out there. Leaders are lining up to back him. They see right through

00:40:23.580 these just dirty Democrat tricks. And even today, he announced an investigation into Wikipedia,

00:40:28.780 which has basically become a foreign intelligence playground from the looks of it. It glows big time.

00:40:34.180 You see all these big edits happening on issues of national security and foreign policy and cultural

00:40:39.320 issues. You wonder who's behind the keyboard. I think I have a pretty good idea. And I think Ed

00:40:43.160 Martin's going to figure it out. So powerful office. President Trump needs him in. President Trump wants

00:40:48.780 him in. Hopefully the Senate does what's right for the country, what's right for Washington, D.C.

00:46:20.520 money to fund these organizations, which we're going to get into, actually was, believe it or not,

00:46:25.920 Act Blue. So I would encourage the Trump administration, DHS, in addition to looking at Act Blue's

00:46:30.680 involvement on the election front, election vertical, also in terms of immigration. And that's probably

00:46:38.340 too euphemistic a term because this was a full-blown invasion. What do I mean by that? Essentially,

00:46:44.420 every NGO, I'm talking about groups from the start of the process, groups that set up, believe it or

00:46:49.520 not, water stations, food, resources on the southern border along the trek from whatever country these

00:46:56.260 aliens may be coming from until they get to the southern border. Groups like the Kino Border Initiative,

00:47:01.300 they actually fundraise using Act Blue. Now, there's groups like Catholic Charities and their

00:47:07.100 Lutheran counterparts, which also fundraise, in addition, like I was saying, to your tax dollars

00:47:11.600 off of Act Blue. These are the groups that once they actually make it into CBP custody,

00:47:16.980 they're then flown into the interior of this country under the guise of, you know, Christian and a lot

00:47:22.340 of Jewish Catholics or Jewish charities and Catholic charities are down there too.

00:47:28.020 Concerningly, we can toss it up on the screen, there's a group called Border Servant Corps, which I

00:47:32.400 was going through their annual report. You can see there, they brag about the airlines and the number

00:47:36.940 of people, the cost it is to fly them. If you want to talk about the eulogy of the United States

00:47:42.520 of America, just look at that document. I think the graphic design and the formatting of a document

00:47:48.800 that is articulating the cost per person to invade the United States of America should not be lost on

00:47:54.580 anyone. I mean, let that sink in. But there's groups then that once these illegal aliens are flown

00:48:00.000 into any town, maybe it's your town, the groups that are providing them with essentially pro bono

00:48:05.260 legal aid to make sure that they're not deported, all those groups also fundraise using Act Blue.

00:48:12.140 And then the groups that are helping these people actively avoid deportation, so after they've been

00:48:16.760 caught by ICE, whether it be a Trump era raid or even before, or the groups that are helping them

00:48:22.740 obtain citizenship or green card, something to that effect, they're also all funded by Act Blue.

00:48:28.280 And then you have groups that you've seen really active under President Trump. We can put this

00:48:33.260 flyer up on screen, but organizing a lot of the pro open borders demonstrations, in some cases calling

00:48:39.620 to defund, if not straight up, just get rid of ICE. In some cases, they just want to abolish all

00:48:45.800 detention centers. We can put the melt ICE graphic up on screen. But all of these organizations take

00:48:51.560 their funding from Act Blue. One group in particular called Freedom for Immigrants. Frankly, I prefer

00:48:59.320 Freedom from Immigrants, but I guess Freedom for Immigrants is so radical, is so woke, that they

00:49:04.020 want to, quote, end detention. That's their stated goal. The Immigrant Home Foundation, another Act

00:49:10.460 Blue beneficiary, their whole reason for existing is to advocate so criminal illegal aliens can stay in the

00:49:16.620 United States. A group called Immigration Forward, their niche issue is to lobby so HIV-positive

00:49:23.900 illegal, sorry, HIV-positively, can you imagine HIV-positive illegal aliens can stay in the United

00:49:30.860 States. Then you have the Black Immigrant Collective, whose goals are abolition and liberation,

00:49:37.340 again, funded by Act Blue, the same payment processor used by mainstream Democratic Party candidates.

00:49:43.680 And my personal favorite, it's the least favorite of all of these groups, like I said, being funded by

00:49:49.040 Act Blue is the Immigrant Alliance for Justice and Equity, which is an abolitionist organization that

00:49:55.180 denounces white supremacy, the patriarchy, and capitalism, and is pro-Black, pro-Brown, pro-Indigenous,

00:50:00.240 pro-queer, pro-trans, pro-sex worker, pro-worker, pro-woman, and gender minorities, and last but not

00:50:06.020 least, pro-Earth. So if they're smurfing donations for Act Blue for Democrat candidates and campaigns,

00:50:13.380 I'd posit that they're doing the same thing for these pro-open borders charities, if you want to

00:50:17.540 understand who is funding and financing a lot of this invasion. So I hope that we can investigate that
