Bannon's War Room - Episode 4472： Pope Francis Reincarnated; 80th Anniversary Of Victory Day In Europe

00:00:00.000 Oh, white smoke, we have a pope. We have a pope. The cheers are coming up.

00:00:06.900 Do we hear the bells ringing? One of the things that has happened is that because it was difficult

00:00:14.960 to tell white smoke from black smoke, they instituted the ringing of the bells. But now,

00:00:21.080 on day two of this conclave, the Catholic Church, 1.4 billion Catholics, we have a new pope.

00:00:33.000 Bishop. Habemus Papam. Habemus Papam, Bishop. What's your reaction?

00:00:39.300 Well, I'm surprised that it came so early. This was like it was 12 years ago with Francis.

00:00:44.980 It's telling me, I'm just guessing here, that maybe one of the people that really was predicted

00:00:49.200 did get elected. Because if it became more of a contested conclave, it would have gone on for

00:00:54.460 another day or so. That's what it's telling me. So I'm guessing maybe a Cardinal Peraline,

00:00:59.900 but who knows? I'm a little surprised it's come so soon.

00:01:05.020 So one of the things that we had been looking for in this is exactly, and that was a question I was

00:01:10.260 about to ask Susan. Would it tell us something about what was going on? Oh, look at the people

00:01:15.600 jumping up and down. Susan, I'm going to come to you in a minute. But because you can see it,

00:01:20.980 Claudio, tell us what you're seeing, what you're hearing in that square right now at 6.09 p.m.

00:01:27.960 Rome time.

00:01:30.640 Well, the St. Peter's Square has exploded. You can probably see it behind me. Everybody's screaming.

00:01:36.500 There's a lot of applause. There's a lot of singing. There are flags waving. And of course,

00:01:43.340 you know, it's a surprise for everyone. I was just saying five minutes ago that I thought that,

00:01:48.340 or we thought that the first vote wasn't successful. You can hear it now. Now the bells of St. Peter's

00:01:54.200 Basilica are now ringing. That is yet another sign, the confirmation that a pope has been elected.

00:02:02.120 Well, what's going to happen now, probably as it happens for every time a pope is elected,

00:02:08.240 hundreds of thousands of people are going to run to the Vatican from all over Rome because in less

00:02:14.520 than an hour, we're going to see on that balcony the pope appear. We're not going to know who it is

00:02:21.740 until he appears on the balcony. Well, until his name is announced on that balcony. And the first

00:02:27.960 words we're going to hear, of course, is Habemus Papam. We have a pope.

00:02:34.420 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval

00:02:45.240 on these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have

00:02:52.040 had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything

00:02:55.800 in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:02:58.580 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega Media. I wish in my soul,

00:03:05.340 I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my

00:03:11.720 purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:03:18.920 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:03:28.580 All right. Welcome to War Room. Huge day of news. We have a great show for you. Liz Yor is up on

00:03:35.880 Habemus Papam. We have a new pope along with Jack Posobiec reporting from Rome. We have Patrick

00:03:42.340 K. O'Donnell because it's also VE Day victory in Europe. This is Dave Bratt sitting in with the

00:03:50.520 great Stephen K. Band, who's out on assignment. He'll be back shortly. And then we have also

00:03:58.000 Mike Lindell and Mike Davis to weigh in on the latest D.C. political news with the Senate on

00:04:06.620 very controversial issues related to Washington, D.C., its governance and all that position entails

00:04:13.660 as well. So today we have a new pope, Robert Prevost, as you heard on the War Room months ago from

00:04:21.460 Stephen K. Bannon and Liz Yor and Ben Harnwell reporting from Rome and Jack, of course, as well.

00:04:29.720 We've been reporting the main names in contention and what they all mean. And so today we're going

00:04:36.280 to get to Liz Yor, but I'll just offer up a couple comments early. It's interesting irony,

00:04:41.920 I think, if I'm reading the tea leaves right here. VE Day victory in Europe, we're going to cover.

00:04:49.340 That's huge in American history. And then right after that, not right after it, but a few decades,

00:04:57.880 we have the fall of the Iron Curtain brought to you by Pope John Paul II and Ronald Reagan and

00:05:06.580 Thatcher. People with strong wills who fought against tyranny fought for all the basic American

00:05:15.260 principles. And so now with the new pope, things have been in question. I've been meeting with

00:05:21.260 a few ambassadors from around the world over the past years. China has a bucket full of money. They've

00:05:28.040 been doling out around the world. And so all eyes are now, right, we had doge in the United States that

00:05:35.700 cleaned house, right, and showed us where the money is, USAID, funding major media outlets,

00:05:44.560 funding China, funding leftist political programs. All this is not conjecture anymore. Now we have the

00:05:51.240 receipts. The War Room's been on this forever. All political views are my own. But now we have an

00:05:57.500 expert in Liz Yore from Your Kids, Y-O-R-E, Your Kids, a fighter for the kids, for the people.

00:06:07.120 And so, Liz, welcome to the War Room. As always, you're a great friend of the show. Everybody loves

00:06:11.840 you. And so give us your understanding of what we're seeing and what our future holds.

00:06:17.420 Well, the first American pope, Dave, from Chicago. What could go wrong, right? Not unlike the first

00:06:25.720 American president from Chicago. And as a lifelong Chicagoan who was weaned on the Chicago Democratic

00:06:33.620 political machine, I'm very curious about this election. This young man, you know, he's only 69

00:06:42.040 years old for a cardinal that's young. He's only been a cardinal for a year and a half. So he was

00:06:49.120 barely known to the 133 cardinals electors who barely knew each other. And yet, in four quick,

00:06:59.880 fast votes, he's elected. You know, there's very little that's known about him, except he's been

00:07:06.900 active on Twitter and active in his pushback on the Trump administration, both with J.D. Vance and

00:07:14.280 the deportation program by Donald Trump. Frankly, I think they've hid Prevost in the Vatican Witness 0.99

00:07:23.000 program, and they launched him at the right moment. I am very concerned that he is going to carry on the

00:07:31.620 legacy of Jorge Bergoglio. He was a favorite of the Francis. And he is also, according to a tweet by

00:07:41.860 Father James Martin, S.J., the Jesuit radical activist, he's also a favorite of James Martin.

00:07:51.060 So, you know, we're going to be watching six months of mainstream media mania that, oh, this man is so

00:07:57.360 humble and he's a tennis player. But frankly, let's talk politics. This is a master stroke from the

00:08:04.140 Chicago Cardinal Cupich and also Pope Francis. This pontiff, based on what we know, and we don't

00:08:12.620 know everything about him, but he is made in the image and likeness of Jorge Bergoglio. You know,

00:08:20.120 he wants to let Donald Trump know. And I think Donald Trump has got now an American pope,

00:08:25.260 speaks English, very pro-immigration, anti-deportation, along with now a cardinal in D.C.

00:08:35.000 who is pro-immigration, anti-deportation. So it's obvious that there's a full court press coming from

00:08:44.040 the Catholic Church to lift up the globalist agenda with respect to deportation and migration.

00:08:52.840 But look, the new Pope Leo has got to worry about the disastrous China deal that's sitting on his

00:08:59.760 desk. He has to worry about the sexual predators roaming the halls of the Vatican. He needs to attend 0.88

00:09:06.740 to immediately the corruption in the Vatican Bank, the looming Vatican bankruptcy, and start enforcing

00:09:14.320 the zero-tolerance policy against priests and bishops who are preying on children. So this is kind

00:09:24.040 of the classic Obama playbook, plucked out of obscurity, lived most of his career, clerical career

00:09:31.260 in Peru, but grew up in Chicago. And so we'll see what we're going to give him the benefit, the doubt.

00:09:38.020 But Dave, we're not going to take our eyes off of him. We are going to immediately watch him

00:09:46.240 like a hawk. And I think all you need to know about this man, Robert Prevost, the new Pope, is that he

00:09:57.860 sacked what we call America's cardinal, America's bishop, Bishop Joseph Strickland of Tyler, Texas, one of the

00:10:06.960 most devout, holy, kind, humble bishops we've had in America for a long time. And I hold Prevost and I

00:10:19.060 hold Francis responsible for what I consider the corrupt ousting of Bishop Strickland. And also he

00:10:27.140 placed the notorious Cardinal McElroy in Washington, D.C. So again, this is a warning to Trump. This, I think,

00:10:35.680 is the curse of Ted McCarrick and Joe Biden. They've had their final mark on the American and

00:10:42.440 global church. So I'm really asking people to take a very close look at this man. Watch what he does.

00:10:53.060 We, as Catholics, you know, it's Fulton Sheen's birthday. And Fulton Sheen was famous for saying

00:10:58.380 it's the Catholic laity that are going to save the church. So I think it's appropriate and, you know,

00:11:04.480 kind of ironic that on this day we have a new pope elected. So I'm hoping that he will grow in the job,

00:11:14.780 mature in the job, and realize that he should let the border of the United States be the ultimate

00:11:24.320 responsibility of Donald Trump. Because after all, 56 percent of American Catholics voted for Donald Trump

00:11:31.980 and support his policies. So I think Robert Prevost needs to concern himself with all the problems at

00:11:41.240 the Vatican that will be nipping at his heels immediately.

00:11:44.940 Thank you, Liz. We're going to go to Jack in the next segment. A couple minutes left. I just want to

00:11:52.720 make it clear, you know, Catholic doctrine, a lot in common with Protestants, Nicene, Creed, Apostles,

00:11:59.100 Creed, our Jewish friends as well. It's not hard to connect the dots going from the Bible and the Word of

00:12:07.180 God and every person on this earth created in the image of God. To being able to stand up in public

00:12:14.900 and say, China, right, this is not a controversial stand, right? It's a communist, totalitarian,

00:12:22.720 surveillance state. Marxism, by definition, does not believe in human rights. They don't have any

00:12:28.540 human rights. They're atheists. They don't believe in God. And without God, I fail to see how you get

00:12:34.060 human rights. And so I don't think it's asking too much, right? And the Protestants and the Jewish 1.00

00:12:39.860 friends and the Catholics have all taken money through NGOs, right? So this is not speculative,

00:12:45.680 right? Steve Bannon, Natalie Winters has documented all of this. And so, you know, at a minimum,

00:12:51.780 two minutes to go, Liz, what does the Catholic Church have to say vis-à-vis being Catholic?

00:12:58.340 Well, you know, Prevost is an Augustinian. He was the provincial of the Augustinian order

00:13:05.500 based on the teachings and life of the great doctor of the church, St. Augustine. And, you know,

00:13:13.500 he was famous for saying, our hearts are restless until they rest in thee, Lord. And, you know, that's

00:13:20.660 what we have been preaching and talking about to our persecuted friends and Catholics and Christians

00:13:28.480 in China, that they deserve the right, the freedom to be able to pursue God. And one of the things that

00:13:37.600 Augustin always said is, if you really want to be kind to a person, lead them to the truth. And we have

00:13:45.420 been harping on the truth of atheistic communism. And it's important to articulate, you know, really

00:13:54.800 what's going on in China, because with the censorship in China, and with the persecution, and we haven't

00:14:01.300 had, frankly, as we've talked about, Dave, the moral voice of the Vatican telegraphing the persecution

00:14:08.760 in China. And so the truth has got to come out of the moral voice of this new pope. And he has to,

00:14:17.600 he's got the bully pulpit. And with all the persecution that's going on in the world, not only

00:14:23.600 in China, but all over the world, it is his number one duty to speak on behalf of religious freedom

00:14:31.320 and to protect, and to protect those Christians who want to pursue a life following Jesus Christ.

00:14:42.280 It's absolutely spot on, Liz Yor. Thank you for being with us. We're going to pivot to

00:14:47.760 Jack Posobiec. The truth is, is fairly simple, right? Love God, you got to first find out who God is,

00:14:55.960 and then love your neighbor as yourself. And Liz Yor just told you, told what it meant.

00:15:00.040 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the block of emerging

00:15:05.780 superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing 0.95

00:15:12.560 the United States dollar as the global currency. They're calling this the Rio Reset. As BRICS 1.00

00:15:19.320 nations push forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing

00:15:24.020 down the value of the dollar in your savings. While this transition won't not happen overnight,

00:15:30.040 but trust me, it's going to start in Rio. The Rio Reset in July marks a pivotal moment

00:15:36.360 when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable

00:16:30.800 All right, Dick Bratt, back in the war room. We certainly live in times of instability. New Pope

00:16:43.320 China in decline. There's a debate on who's racing to the bottom fastest. All the evidence. Just go out

00:16:51.580 to YouTube and click on China economy and you'll see people out in the streets. $37 trillion in debt.

00:16:59.880 The bond market getting jittery. Congress continuing to do $7 trillion budgets. Not

00:17:07.240 good. We can do better. Put some heat on the folks. But in times of instability, I want to

00:17:12.860 bring you to our friends at Birch Gold. Go out and contact them, birchgold.com slash Bannon or text

00:17:41.480 but it has been a source of stability in portfolios for two millennia. And so please contact our friends

00:17:48.720 at Birch Gold. And so now back to the show, we're going over to Jack Posobiec. Jack Liz Yore invoked

00:17:57.140 St. Augustine. And St. Augustine was about 400 AD, right at the fall of Rome, where you're standing

00:18:07.460 today. He said the source, the cause of that was not Christianity. Some people were laying the

00:18:13.820 feet of Christians. He said precisely the opposite. It's precisely the cause was moral decay and spiritual 0.99

00:18:23.140 crisis. And that sounds a lot like today in the European West. And even in the United States of

00:18:31.400 America, we need to wake up. In particular, he talked about the fall of man and said that was due,

00:18:38.080 right, the fall of man, right, Genesis 2 and 3, rejection of the logos, the word. And in the

00:18:46.360 Christian tradition, that logos is Christ. And that fall of our attention to the word, 0.70

00:18:53.960 China now is working on rewriting the logos, rewriting the Bible for Christians. And so a lot 0.96

00:19:01.820 on the plate. Jack, give us your analysis of what we should expect from the new pope and the way

00:19:07.800 forward for the Catholic Church and the traditional church. I know you're a fan and I am too. Jack

00:19:12.840 Posobiec. Well, Dave, thanks again so much for having me on. I'm here in Rome, Italy. You can see,

00:19:19.280 I don't know if they have it in the shot, but you can see right over my shoulder is the dome of St.

00:19:25.000 Peter himself, right where St. Peter was martyred and is buried on Vatican Hill and where the church in

00:19:32.620 Rome was founded of Peter, the first bishop. And today I was there in the square and we were

00:19:37.480 covering it live on first Charlie Kirk show. And then my show, the election of this new pope,

00:19:44.060 a shock to many, but not to Steve Bannon, who actually correctly predicted when he was on Piers

00:19:49.800 Morgan last week, that in fact, Cardinal Prevost of Chicago would be elected pope. And what I've been

00:19:57.120 doing in the interim now is going through apparently Prevost and sure, I'll throw a caveat out there

00:20:02.940 that it may not have been him, but he's got a Twitter account that appears to be him and is

00:20:08.500 extremely active, particularly on issues involving open borders, migration, these migration compacts from

00:20:17.620 the United Nations and attacking J.D. Vance and President Trump. In fact, there's a tweet up there

00:20:24.260 from just three weeks ago, spreading the Maryland man hoax and attacking President Trump and El

00:20:30.900 Presidente Nayib Bukele from El Salvador regarding the deportations of the worst of the worst, these

00:20:38.200 criminals down to Seacott. Now, at the same time, I'm also hearing folks who know him from Chicago.

00:20:45.140 I've been reaching out to them, such as Gabe Guardini, who is currently the chair of the Ohio YRs.

00:20:50.380 He went to school up there and he says, look, this guy is not with us on the border.

00:20:54.260 But he is better when it comes to issues such as LGBTQ, the gender issues and pro-life. So kind of

00:21:03.080 a mixed bag there. But the way that I look at it is very clear. It's very clear to me that the choice

00:21:09.400 of an American pope for the first time ever in church history was meant as a reaction and a response

00:21:16.440 to President Trump. So mark this down in with your number two pencil that this or excuse me, number two

00:21:23.200 pencil that this choice of the American cardinal was done as a response and a message to President

00:21:31.580 Trump. Now, Pope Leo. Hang on one second. You invoke there. We got a one minute. We got a one minute

00:21:39.260 clip of Stephen K. Bannon's prophetic ability to see in the future along with you and Liz Yor. Let's

00:21:46.320 play that quick and then you respond to it. Denver, you want to roll, Steve?

00:21:51.460 I do think one of the dark horses, and I think, unfortunately, he's one of the most progressive,

00:21:55.780 is Cardinal Prevost. I don't think he's getting enough play. He is certainly on the short list

00:21:59.840 as being. And I think it's pretty shocking given the contempt they hold the American church. The

00:22:07.340 American church gives so much money, they're afraid it has too much power. So they've never

00:22:11.140 really wanted to have an American pope. But my understanding is Prevost is one of the ones

00:22:15.920 closest to Francis ideologically. He's also had tremendous experience in Latin America. And so

00:22:21.300 he's one of the ones on the short list. I'm a big believer that Cardinal Seurat from Africa would be

00:22:28.820 a perfect selection right now for this moment in the church. But I will tell everybody,

00:22:34.780 this is anybody's game right now between Paralon, one of the traditionalists. You have no earthy idea 0.98

00:22:40.680 how this is going to turn out. That's why I think this time, this run-up is so important. And it's

00:22:45.240 kind of, it's interesting that it's ironic. It's going to take place. It's going to kick off,

00:22:49.280 I think, on either the day of or the day before the 80th anniversary of victory in Europe. So it's

00:22:56.620 very symbolic of what's coming together here in the first part of May.

00:23:01.980 Yeah, you're only going to find that on the war room with Bannon, Posobiec, and Liz, your,

00:23:07.000 Jack, I cut you off on a point you were making, but if you want to respond to Steve and then keep

00:23:11.540 going.

00:23:12.920 Well, I would respond to Steve. And of course, it is the most on-brand thing ever for Steve Bannon to

00:23:18.520 have called who, and when no one else in mainstream media would tell you, when people were saying

00:23:23.180 pizza bala, people were talking about Parolin, people were talking about the Teagle from the

00:23:28.300 Philippines, Cardinal Zupi, it was Stephen K. Bannon, the lone voice who was exactly right

00:23:34.600 on Piers Morgan one week's time ago, proving and predicting that he was correct on who the next Pope

00:23:40.920 would be. What I would suggest, and this is my call for President Trump, the call to action,

00:23:47.460 and J.D. Vance, by the way, who we remember was the last world leader to meet with the

00:23:52.420 immediate predecessor of Pope Leo, Pope Francis. Call on the Pope to visit the White House

00:23:59.980 immediately. Get ahead of the entire relationship, because I guarantee you what they want in with the 0.82

00:24:07.200 Jesuits, with the leftist leadership in the Vatican right now, what they want is someone to be an

00:24:13.720 antagonizer of Trump. We've elected someone from America who speaks your own language, who is an

00:24:21.080 American citizen. By the way, Pope Leo's president is Donald Trump. Have Donald Trump, have President

00:24:28.380 Trump invite him to the White House first, make it a state visit, but also use that as a negotiation

00:24:35.460 to set the relationship forward. And what do we need? We need protections for the traditional church.

00:24:42.140 As you mentioned, you knew I was going to say that. We need protections for the Latin right mass,

00:24:46.480 and for everyone who believes in the traditional order of the church, which was prevalent for 2,000

00:24:54.340 years, all the way up until Vatican II. That's what we need out of this pope. And we need him to be

00:25:00.700 that kind of leader on the theological issues and leave the political to the leaders who are elected

00:25:08.220 by the people of their nations, like President Donald Trump is. And by the way,

00:25:13.880 it was American Catholics in those swing states, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, that proved

00:25:20.920 to be a huge edge. And everyone knows those are massively Catholic states. And where was their

00:25:25.680 swing? Their swing went from Democrat to Republican to the red column, or perhaps I should say the orange

00:25:32.180 column when the orange smoke popped up in November of 2024 with not only the popular vote win for

00:25:39.280 President Trump at the Electoral College as well. I think this will be the single animating effort

00:25:45.720 going forward for the United States and the papacy, the Vatican right now. Bring him in. Bring

00:25:51.720 him into the White House. Yeah, you got it, Jack. Hey, we're going to talk about the E-Day victory in

00:25:57.460 Europe with Patrick K. O'Donnell, you know, one of Steve's favorites. He's coming in next. But a couple

00:26:02.860 minutes to go. Pope John Paul II, along with Reagan and Thatcher, and kaboom, the wall of

00:26:09.660 communism comes down. The Catholic Church, the Protestants, our Jewish friends, where are their 0.98

00:26:15.000 voices on the same thing? China, atheism, totalitarian communist regime, and silence,

00:26:21.180 because China's cutting checks. Give us two minutes. Well, I would also just add, by the way,

00:26:26.840 you know, today is VE Day, 80 years ago. And in fact, my grandfather, John Posobiec, was right here

00:26:33.840 in Rome in World War II. He was actually here in 44, so 81 years ago. But he played a huge part in that

00:26:42.440 in the first armored division coming up through North Africa, fighting Rommel up there, then into

00:26:48.280 Sicily and into, with the landings in Anzio, and then up through Rome, chasing the Germans up north 0.98

00:26:54.540 until they eventually receded. So we've got some incredible photos of my grandfather right here

00:27:00.040 at St. Peter's from World War II. Just incredible history. And it's incredible to be following in his

00:27:06.520 footsteps as being here as well, although in different capacity. Look, you know, as Catholics,

00:27:12.820 as Christians, and as conservatives, we call upon our leaders, stand by what you believe. What do

00:27:19.080 conservatives call for? We call for our politicians to follow the Constitution. That's all we say. We say,

00:27:24.320 day in, day out, Brad, you teach courses on this. We tell people we just want the Constitution

00:27:29.080 followed as written. It's as simple as that. It's the left that are the revolutionaries. They are the

00:27:34.500 ones who want to erect all of these superstructures on top of it. We just want that. And when it comes

00:27:38.820 to the papacy, it's no different. When it comes to Christianity, we want the Bible, and we want the

00:27:43.140 Word of God. We want canon law in the church followed. We don't want these changes. Why? It's not

00:27:48.640 because we don't care about the world. It's in fact because we care about the salvation of the world

00:27:55.420 that the church and Christianity must be that solid rock, that beacon of truth. And I would much

00:28:02.200 rather have a church that is a beacon of truth than a church that is running around worried about

00:28:07.160 getting the esteem and friendship of the world and the mainstream media. No. As Pope John Paul II once

00:28:13.360 said, and we visited his tomb earlier, if the church has to go back down to 12 again, then so be it.

00:28:17.820 Five seconds. Yep, you got it. Jack Posobiec. Life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, that's the original deal.

00:28:24.000 Let's keep it rolling. Thanks, Jack.

00:28:27.020 Health isn't just a personal issue. It's a family issue, a community issue. We're living in

00:28:32.180 unpredictable times. Supply chains can break down. Hospitals can get overwhelmed, and let's not even start

00:28:37.380 on the natural disasters. These aren't hypotheticals. They're happening. You see it here in the war room,

00:28:42.220 and we all know it. The question is simply, are you ready? That's where Jace comes in.

00:28:49.600 This isn't just a kid. This is a Jace case. It's a lifeline. It's a personal supply of prescribed

00:28:56.960 emergency medications that puts the power back in your hands, whether it's an unexpected illness or

00:29:32.820 We have a new pope, and it is VE Day, Victory in Europe, probably the most significant date in 0.98

00:29:50.080 early modernity here. The left is always talking about fascism. We had fascism, and as always,

00:29:59.360 the American people come through, the American people against Hitler, Mussolini, fascism.

00:30:06.020 Just to redefine what fascism is, is monopoly government with monopoly business in bed together.

00:30:14.440 Sound familiar? Conservatives, we are against, with every fiber of our being, fascism. We want

00:30:23.300 to bring down the big firms. We want to bring down big government, and that's what Steve's been

00:30:29.060 talking about for the past year, these big seven, magnificent seven in the arms of government,

00:30:34.160 censorship, 20 million people, Facebook censored, on and on and on. So we need to go back to our roots

00:30:42.400 and gain the pride that we do share. We fought the fight, and so we have the best of the best,

00:30:49.220 one of Stephen K. Bannon's best friends, Patrick K. O'Donnell, with us. But we have a clip to frame

00:30:54.500 it, and so let's go to the clip, and then Patrick K. O'Donnell.

00:30:57.800 Yesterday morning, at 2.41 a.m., at General Eisenhower's headquarters, General Jodl, the representative

00:31:21.800 of the German High Command, and of Grand Admiral Dönitz, the designated head of the German state,

00:31:31.380 signed the act of unconditional surrender of all German land, sea, and air forces in Europe

00:31:41.620 to the Allied Expeditionary Forces, and simultaneously to the Soviet High Command.

00:31:49.440 Hostilities will end officially at one minute after midnight tonight, Tuesday, the 8th of May.

00:32:02.060 But in the interest of saving lives, the ceasefire began yesterday to be sounded along all the fronts.

00:32:09.920 The German war is, therefore, at an end. We may allow ourselves a brief period of rejoicing. 1.00

00:32:25.300 Today is Victory in Europe Day.

00:32:28.500 President Truman announced the official surrender.

00:32:30.580 This is a solemn but glorious hour.

00:32:36.120 I wish that Franklin D. Roosevelt had lived to see this day.

00:32:42.260 General Eisenhower informs me that the forces of Germany have surrendered to the United Nations.

00:32:50.200 The flags of freedom fly all over Europe.

00:32:56.040 For this victory, we join in offering our thanks to the Providence,

00:33:02.260 which has guided and sustained us through the dark days of adversity and into light.

00:33:09.900 Much remains to be done.

00:33:11.640 The victory won in the West must now be won in the East.

00:33:18.720 The whole world must be cleansed of the evil from which half the world has been freed.

00:33:26.600 All through the day, the king and queen had answered call after call, so it was again at night.

00:33:32.240 Thousands upon thousands went to the palace, for this is a way we have in Great Britain.

00:33:36.700 The family and the head of the family rejoice together.

00:33:39.380 It was at nine o'clock on V.E. Day that the king had broadcast his message to the people of Britain,

00:33:46.960 the British Empire, and the Commonwealth of Nations.

00:33:50.580 But today, we give thanks to God for a great deliverance.

00:33:59.040 Speaking from our empire's oldest capital city,

00:34:05.840 to all battered, I would never for one moment be daunted or dismayed.

00:34:12.880 Germany, the enemy who drove all Europe into war, 0.97

00:34:20.780 has been finally overcome.

00:34:24.880 Cheers bridged the English Channel.

00:34:32.780 Britain's, impatient for the official signal to celebrate,

00:34:35.720 jumped the starting gun on Monday night,

00:34:37.920 when notice of capitulation waited upon Whitehall, Washington, and Moscow.

00:34:42.840 VEE began it,

00:34:44.660 and for days afterwards, Londoners packed city streets and squares.

00:34:47.960 The idea was to make a noise, and this is it.

00:35:09.620 You measured the crowds by the acre in this bubbling over of a nation's joy and thanksgiving.

00:35:14.680 What a great clip.

00:35:38.080 Thanks to the War Room team, Denver, for putting that together.

00:35:42.260 Just unbelievably powerful.

00:35:44.680 Churchill, Truman, speaking of God's providence, certainly the case.

00:35:52.360 And then the King's Speech.

00:35:53.680 If you haven't seen that movie, the King's Speech, just very moving.

00:35:58.460 And then you see the joy of the people because they were in peril of losing their freedom.

00:36:04.920 We've got the best guy on the planet to help bring this into perspective.

00:36:08.820 He's interviewed thousands of people from back in the day, from World War II itself.

00:36:14.200 So it's our honor, privilege, to have Patrick K. O'Donnell to frame things.

00:36:17.960 There's a lot of young kids who don't know any of this.

00:36:20.800 So Patrick K. O'Donnell, bring us up to speed.

00:36:23.900 What is the meaning of VE Day?

00:36:25.960 Dave, it's a pleasure and an honor to be with you today.

00:36:30.640 It's Victory in Europe Day. 0.93

00:36:32.420 This is one of the most consequential events in Western history.

00:36:36.320 This marks five years of war with Nazi Germany.

00:36:42.460 And they were the most dangerous Axis partner, if you will, much more dangerous than Italy or Japan. 0.96

00:36:51.460 Their technology was, in many cases, second to none with rockets and jet power.

00:36:56.100 They were in the race for a nuclear weapon, along with the United States.

00:37:02.040 And this is the conclusion of a war in Europe, which is a brutal war.

00:37:07.840 World War II claims the lives of 4% of the entire planet Earth.

00:37:14.080 That's how dangerous, deadly, and widespread the conflict is.

00:37:18.780 And it's in Europe that it ends on May 8th.

00:37:23.820 It ends an hour later, in Moscow time, on May 9th.

00:37:30.000 And there's some interesting chronology on the surrender of Germany.

00:37:35.900 The OSS actually gets the German forces in Italy to surrender one week before,

00:37:42.380 with something called Operation Sunrise, where they contact the SS general there, Carl Wolf.

00:37:47.800 And he's able to negotiate a separate surrender of German forces in Germany.

00:37:53.680 But within that sphere of negotiations, which was behind-the-scenes cloak-and-dagger stuff,

00:37:59.720 with the OSS and Allen Dulles, the Soviets were constantly paranoid of a separate peace with the West,

00:38:08.400 that the Germans would have a separate peace with the West, and they would continue to fight.

00:38:13.400 And this is exactly what happens on May 7th, where the Germans officially surrender at Reims.

00:38:20.760 They sign all the documents, but the Soviet representatives there are very concerned

00:38:25.120 because there's still German soldiers fighting on the Eastern Front.

00:38:28.720 And they demand some additional minor points to the surrender documents,

00:38:34.140 and that they also demand that they be signed in Berlin on May 8th.

00:38:38.540 So this marks the official Victory in Europe Day.

00:38:44.000 But it's only, there's still, you know, there's still many months of war still to go against the Japanese,

00:38:50.900 but it's victory in Europe that really has, you know, it's an incredibly important date.

00:38:56.900 And this is the 80th anniversary of it.

00:38:59.580 And, you know, it's significant that we honor this date,

00:39:04.200 and we honor the generation that fought there.

00:39:06.200 I think one of the great, you know, problems with the United States is that we don't honor our heroes in many cases.

00:39:14.020 And we don't take, we don't, we don't actually remember the importance and significance of these events,

00:39:20.960 such as BEE Day, like other European countries and elsewhere.

00:39:24.920 Yeah, no, I think you're right on that.

00:39:30.140 Our elitist, globalist institutions these days, in fact, want to tear down the fabric of the West.

00:39:36.580 They want to bring the U.S. down a notch.

00:39:39.480 So the last thing they want to do is invoke the providence of God, Churchill, Truman, the King's speech we just saw.

00:39:48.260 Now, the men that you've interviewed and documented and studied, what kind of faith,

00:39:55.400 what was in their souls that they knew that freedom was something worth fighting for?

00:40:00.320 Why should we honor them?

00:40:03.820 Dave, this is a remarkable generation.

00:40:06.820 I've had the pleasure and honor of saying that many of the great heroes of D-Day and Normandy,

00:40:15.240 as well as World War II in general, were some of my friends.

00:40:19.620 I began interviewing World War II veterans shortly after college, almost 35 years ago.

00:40:27.800 And I have interviewed thousands of veterans, about 4,000 from the elite units,

00:40:33.620 beginning with the 82nd Airborne, going to the 101st, the Rangers, 1st Special Service Force, Merrill's Marauders,

00:40:40.880 the OSS, the elite units, if you will, the precursors to Special Operations Forces in the United States,

00:40:51.400 as well as I interviewed the Axis rivals that many of these men faced.

00:40:56.740 And in some cases, they were some of the hardest core units in the German army, such as the SS.

00:41:04.740 And what the common theme is that these were very hardened individuals, men and women.

00:41:12.220 In many cases, it was the Great Depression that hardened them,

00:41:15.220 because they had to endure the economic hardships, in many cases starvation, lack of employment.

00:41:24.900 And through that, that was a crucible that toughened these individuals.

00:41:31.600 And, you know, they formed, the men that I interviewed formed, for instance, the Airborne, the parachute troops.

00:41:39.300 The first, they were an elite, you know, they were told, you know, very few men were able to get through the training.

00:41:45.900 It was a weed-out process that would get rid of most men that were hard enough and tough enough.

00:41:51.340 And they were told that they could be five regular soldiers.

00:41:54.980 Many of these guys believed it.

00:41:56.880 And the OSS operatives, they were commandos that I interviewed, truly extraordinary individuals that didn't understand, you know, their limitations.

00:42:10.420 And they pushed things to the absolute limit.

00:42:12.800 Many of the stories, the Brenner assignment, for instance, is a book that I wrote about, you know, a commando team, the German operational group.

00:42:23.520 They all speak German.

00:42:24.780 And they go back to fight Nazi Germany.

00:42:28.100 And many of these men were also Jewish refugees from Nazi Germany.

00:42:32.980 And they went back for vengeance because their families were languishing in the campsite.

00:42:39.500 And two of those individuals, Dave, were able to affect the surrender of thousands of German troops.

00:42:48.480 You know, single individuals are able to shape and bend history by their actions.

00:42:54.520 And that's extraordinary.

00:42:57.060 Tremendous.

00:42:57.780 I'm going to hold Patrick O'Donnell over through the break so he can share some resources with you, parents, grandparents, kids.

00:43:08.240 We've got to get this into our souls and our minds so that we do honor those who fought so honorably for this country and gave us freedom.

00:43:19.220 And we need to do the same.

00:43:21.160 Stephen K. Bannon's fighting every day.

00:43:22.740 It's an honor to be a part of this show with Patrick O'Donnell and the heroes who come on every day.

00:43:27.780 And so right back after the break, stay with us.

00:45:08.900 All right.

00:45:09.880 What a day.

00:45:10.480 We open with a new pope, Habimus Papam.

00:45:13.520 We got a new pope.

00:45:14.480 We talked about the entrance of the word, Jesus.

00:45:19.140 God himself came as the word, the logos.

00:45:23.400 Words matter.

00:45:24.620 We have Patrick K. with us, and he is sharing the words of reason and history, and these words matter.

00:45:33.800 So, Patrick, please share with us, how do people follow your words?

00:45:37.220 Where do they connect with you?

00:45:39.760 My Twitter account is at Combat Historian as well as Getter.

00:45:44.980 PatrickKO'Donnell.com is my website.

00:45:46.840 You can find my books at Barnes & Noble, The Unvanquished, which covers Mosby and the Rangers, which Wild Bill Donovan World War II used as a template.

00:45:56.180 And it was Mosby that guided a young George Patton in maneuver warfare.

00:46:02.400 My books are at Barnes & Noble and stores everywhere.

00:46:05.580 And I'll end with a quote.

00:46:06.580 Poor is a nation that has no heroes, but poor still is a nation that having heroes fails to remember and honor them.

00:46:14.980 Cicero, 43 BC.

00:46:17.000 You got it.

00:46:18.340 Closing with Cicero, brother.

00:46:19.320 That's what my work has been all about, is honoring those heroes and remembering them.

00:46:23.740 Yeah.

00:46:24.700 Yeah.

00:46:25.020 And putting them on paper.

00:46:26.340 Putting them on paper, brother.

00:46:27.440 Thank you for your heroic work.

00:46:28.820 God bless you.

00:46:29.980 All right.

00:46:30.340 Now we're going to Mike Davis on the Ed Martin story.

00:46:35.260 Breaking news today.

00:46:36.760 The Senate is out of control, as usual, doing nothing.

00:46:41.020 They always contrast the show horses, us in the Freedom Caucus, with the workhorses in the Senate and the House mainstream who get nothing done for this country.

00:46:50.280 And so thank God for the show horses and the people that make some noise like Mike Davis.

00:46:54.040 Mike, bring us up to speed.

00:46:56.200 Yeah.

00:46:56.400 Ed Martin is a good man.

00:46:58.380 He's a good friend of mine.

00:46:59.520 He's a good friend of Steve Bannon and yours, Dave, on the show.

00:47:05.260 We have our weak Senate Republican sisters who just couldn't handle Ed Martin's political past. 1.00

00:47:14.780 And so they were very dug in.

00:47:17.080 I know the president is a huge fan of Ed Martin's.

00:47:20.340 He pushed very, very hard.

00:47:22.400 But sometimes these weak Republican sisters, you just can't get them to change the tampons. 1.00

00:47:28.520 And so here we are.

00:47:30.540 Ed Martin is now going to be utilized by President Trump in another high-impact job.

00:47:37.640 He's not going away.

00:47:39.680 And people are going to remember this.

00:47:42.020 I'm hearing Judge Jeanine Pirro is being floated for D.C. U.S. attorney now.

00:47:47.260 And I think that would be phenomenal.

00:47:50.280 So if you guys thought that if the Senate Republican caucus thought Ed Martin was too tough for them, just wait until Judge Jeanine gets there.

00:48:01.120 Yeah, it's too good.

00:48:04.180 I'm smiling.

00:48:05.380 It's not good.

00:48:07.080 But, yeah, just give us one minute to go.

00:48:09.540 We got Mike Lindell coming up, and he's in a good mood lately, so I want to share his smile.

00:48:14.480 But these senators, give us a litany of the names of folks they did approve, by contrast.

00:48:19.860 And then we got a guy who's fighting for the Constitution of American freedom on a key day like this.

00:48:26.720 It's just stunning.

00:48:27.580 Mike, go ahead.

00:48:29.240 Yeah, I think we need to.

00:48:30.240 I think Tom Tillis should invest in Tom Tillis tampons because I think he would sell a lot of those things.

00:48:38.560 And, look, I get along with Tom Tillis.

00:48:41.520 He's a good guy.

00:48:42.240 I think that we need to be smarter on our side about getting bold, fearless people into this position, into these positions.

00:48:50.600 Remember, Senate Democrats put Rachel Rollins as the Boston U.S. attorney under Joe Biden. 0.92

00:48:57.800 She was a radical lunatic who got chased out of office very quickly. 1.00

00:49:02.540 But the Senate Democrats didn't budge. 0.96

00:49:05.040 They brought in Vice President Kamala Harris to break the tie. 0.90

00:49:08.800 I think our side needs to get a hell of a lot tougher than we are.

00:49:12.980 They think that they're principled.

00:49:14.300 They are the controlled opposition.

00:49:16.440 I'll say this on your show.

00:49:17.700 I'll probably get in trouble. 1.00

00:49:18.900 Senate Republicans are giant pussies. 1.00

00:49:21.100 And they need to stop being giant pussies and start understanding what we're up against. 1.00

00:49:25.960 President Trump has four years and about a 30 percent chance of saving this country. 0.99

00:49:32.140 And these cowards in the Senate, Senate Republican cowards, the ladies of the Senates, men and women, the ladies of the Senate, need to grow a backbone. 1.00

00:49:43.340 Yeah, Mike, fighting words, all political views of my own. 0.95

00:49:47.760 It's the Pope's day.

00:49:50.540 We look to the heights, but in other spheres, we're at war.

00:49:54.460 And that D.C. slot is a war zone.

00:49:57.240 And if you want to maintain the rule of law in this country, you need fighters.

00:50:02.020 As Steve always says, they're not going to give you the keys.

00:50:04.880 And we keep giving them the keys.

00:50:07.320 Our Senate leaders, our House leaders, we're letting them keep the keys.

00:50:12.820 We have two years to make these changes.

00:50:15.240 Mike, how do people get you?

00:50:16.340 And then we're going over to the other Mike.

00:50:19.020 Yeah, there's black smoke coming out of the White House.

00:50:21.100 They haven't picked a D.C. U.S. attorney yet, but maybe we'll get white smoke for Judge Jeanine Pirro if the tampon caucus among Senate Republicans can tolerate her. 1.00

00:50:31.160 Go to Article3Project.org, Article3Project.org.

00:50:35.640 You can follow us on social media, donate, but only what you can afford, and take action.

00:50:48.540 Let's get the rule of law back at play in the United States of America.

00:51:06.400 Mike, you've got about a minute and a half.

00:51:08.040 Fire away.

00:51:09.840 Yeah, everybody.

00:51:10.760 As we continue to get attacked by the Attorney General in Minnesota,

00:51:14.300 attacking the LindellRecoveryNetwork.org, everybody.

00:51:17.420 But if you know anybody, addiction, or if you want to help out that fight,

00:51:20.880 go to LindellRecoveryNetwork.org.

00:51:22.940 But I'm smiling because, you know what?

00:51:24.940 I know I'm being attacked because they want to keep suppressing the truth.

00:51:29.620 And the truth is, when we get attacked, we just turn lemons into lemonade.

00:51:35.360 And that's what we're going to do today with the war room posse.

00:54:09.880 My name is Trevor Comstock.

00:54:11.280 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.

00:54:13.240 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.

00:54:17.760 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.

00:54:28.060 So, unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.

00:54:39.480 So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap with quality supplements.

00:54:44.680 And, of course, the beef liver being our flagship product.

00:54:47.600 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.

00:54:56.760 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.

00:55:09.960 So, we have some other amazing products.

00:55:12.020 But if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com.

00:55:15.620 And cheers to your health.
