Bannon's War Room - Episode 4485： Tina Peter’s Civil Rights Violated, The U.S. Spending Problem

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:07.100 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:12.280 Here's another time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:16.580 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:18.520 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.920 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:22.600 It's going to happen.

00:00:23.880 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:27.280 MAGA media.

00:00:28.180 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:34.080 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.820 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.200 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:00:50.780 Okay, Wednesday, 14 May, Year of the Lord, 2025.

00:00:53.440 On the eve of tomorrow, the arguing of the 14th Amendment, birthright citizenship.

00:00:59.060 So much going on today.

00:01:00.060 We started President Trump in Qatar.

00:01:02.140 They're going to have a state dinner.

00:01:04.160 I think the camera's going to be there for that, at least the kickoff of it.

00:01:07.100 And we will either cover it or Charlie Kirkwell here on Real America's Voice.

00:01:11.880 Another big event today.

00:01:13.340 Steve Stern joins us.

00:01:14.840 Steve, what do you got for us?

00:01:16.000 Where do people go?

00:01:16.780 What time?

00:01:17.300 And who's speaking?

00:01:17.880 So we're going to have the largest election security call ever held.

00:01:23.220 It's going to be 2 o'clock.

00:01:26.020 Go to sstern1054 at gmail.com.

00:01:30.140 My email should be on the bottom.

00:01:31.600 So get your phone out.

00:01:32.840 Get your pencil out.

00:01:34.100 And what's going to happen?

00:01:35.440 We're going to have Tina Peet is calling from prison. 1.00

00:01:37.960 Our main goal is to get her out of prison. 1.00

00:01:39.800 We've had a number of these calls.

00:01:41.740 This one is going to be big.

00:01:42.820 We're asking everybody to call the governor at 303-866-2471 and ask for a pardon.

00:01:50.820 We're going to have Marcy Hoshica, who is her best friend, is going to be talking about her visits with her and what they're doing to her.

00:01:58.100 We're going to have a town hall for 30 minutes.

00:01:59.880 But hold it.

00:02:00.160 But hold it.

00:02:00.640 Steve, Steve, Steve.

00:02:01.660 Hang on.

00:02:03.220 The governor of Colorado, Polis, is running for president. 0.98

00:02:07.300 And one of the things, in a Democratic primary, he's probably the farthest left crazy.

00:02:12.240 He's running on the fact that he's got Tina Peters in prison.

00:02:17.480 Why in a billion years?

00:02:19.240 I'm not saying we shouldn't do it.

00:02:20.560 You have to do it.

00:02:21.340 You have to go on the record that we did it, and he turned it down.

00:02:24.040 But in your heart of hearts, why is Polis the most radical of all the governors in our beloved union?

00:02:31.560 Why is he going to – this is his big political get.

00:02:34.960 He's got a political prisoner.

00:02:36.620 The left hates Tina Peters because she's a paragon of truth.

00:02:41.340 She called it out.

00:02:43.420 And Colorado has been taken over by a bunch of radicals and, quite frankly, don't have enough.

00:02:48.200 You've got some great Republicans out there.

00:02:50.360 But a lot of the senior Republicans and the people in the establishment don't want to hear about Tina Peters.

00:02:55.660 Sir?

00:02:55.980 Well, President Trump just put a directive out for the departments to do everything and get her out of jail. 0.62

00:03:04.980 If we don't get together – because 90 percent of the people don't even know who Tina Peters is.

00:03:10.120 We're bringing this out to let everybody know who she is, what she did, and what happened.

00:03:15.380 So Mark Cook is going to have many of her friends, many of the people that work with her on for 30 minutes for a town hall.

00:03:22.280 Then we're going to have Marlee Hornick on. 1.00

00:03:24.120 She's going to – United Sovereign America.

00:03:25.980 She's going to tell you what we're doing in Colorado with the voter rolls.

00:03:29.740 We're going to expose everything out there.

00:03:31.800 Sure, Polis is a left-leaning guy.

00:03:33.940 Most of the people out there in Colorado are left-leaning.

00:03:36.200 But we have a lot of Republicans.

00:03:37.260 I have called every chair, every vice chair in Colorado.

00:03:42.160 We need people to step up.

00:03:44.000 Now, if we have a voice, we're going to have probably 8 million people on this today.

00:03:48.220 And you were the first one to put it live on The War Room about nine months ago.

00:03:52.000 That started this thing going fantastic.

00:03:54.420 We're going to have Linda Sikwitz on. 1.00

00:03:56.120 She's going to talk about all the double voters in Colorado.

00:03:59.800 We're going to have Marty Wallman on.

00:04:01.380 He just visited with Tina over the weekend.

00:04:04.000 We're going to have Dr. Doug Frank on.

00:04:05.620 He's going to talk about what they did at the trial.

00:04:09.780 Joseph Hopp's going to be on, Gateway Pundit.

00:04:12.580 We're going to have Annie Parchet on from Illinois talking about precinct strategy. 1.00

00:04:17.460 Let's not forget about this.

00:04:18.880 This election's coming up in 2026, and we can't go to sleep.

00:04:24.160 We've got to get all these people working just in New York, in Queens.

00:04:30.100 6,000 Democrats have turned to Republicans.

00:04:32.880 Now, that's because of precinct strategy.

00:04:35.980 People are going out there.

00:04:37.220 They're knocking on doors.

00:04:38.560 They're knocking on doors where Republicans are in the House, and they have a Democrat in the House.

00:04:43.420 That's what we're doing in Broward County.

00:04:44.860 I'm the vice chair here.

00:04:46.180 So if you want to get on today, I know I can talk for an hour.

00:04:48.720 General Flynn's going to try to get on there.

00:04:50.760 We're also asking everybody to send Tina a card.

00:04:53.720 Give her some support.

00:04:54.840 Go and send Tina Peters, 203-512-1401-W.17th Street, Pueblo, California.

00:05:04.240 Come on today or go to Stern American Live or go to the War Room Live.

00:05:08.320 You can see it live at 2 o'clock.

00:05:10.000 I'm going to spend the next two hours on telling everybody how to get on.

00:05:12.980 Thank you very much for having me on, Steve.

00:05:14.460 We love you.

00:05:15.260 Hang on, Steve.

00:05:16.620 2 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

00:05:19.020 This is going to go on for an hour, hour and a half.

00:05:21.200 How long will it go for?

00:05:22.600 Two and a half hours with all the people that are going to be talking.

00:05:25.680 We've got a lot more people talking.

00:05:27.260 We won't talk about it because we don't have time.

00:05:28.740 But if everybody copies my email down, sends me that.

00:05:31.680 I'll send you a link.

00:05:32.840 If not, they go on the War Room, on Getter.

00:05:34.920 We've got it all over.

00:05:35.880 We have 148 podcasters streaming this live.

00:05:39.480 The voice is big.

00:05:40.620 If we can do this, we can do anything.

00:05:42.700 Anything that needs to get done is a big voice out there.

00:05:46.080 You can call me.

00:05:48.400 I'm here.

00:05:49.380 I'm working 24-7 on that.

00:05:51.600 You can go to the Flag Shirt and get on there.

00:05:54.960 We've got it on every place today.

00:05:56.620 We had 8 million people on it three weeks ago.

00:06:00.020 We're also going to have a big Flag Day event, June 14th.

00:06:02.760 We're going to have Flag Day and Election Security.

00:06:05.120 Eight hours on TV on that Saturday.

00:06:07.280 Thank you very much for having me on.

00:06:08.680 I know you're busy.

00:06:09.340 I don't want to take up any more time.

00:06:10.960 Okay, Steve.

00:06:12.220 We'll see you at 2.

00:06:13.120 We're doing it live here on War Room, all of our platforms for the entire two and a half hours.

00:06:18.620 I'm going to try to break away and actually slip in there and join it.

00:06:21.360 Also, look forward to it, Steve.

00:06:23.640 And you're right.

00:06:24.140 Tina Peters is a priority.

00:06:25.840 It's absolutely insane what is happening to that woman. 0.99

00:06:29.300 She's one of the most abused political prisoners in the history of this republic. 1.00

00:06:34.020 It's a disgrace.

00:06:34.900 Thank you, Steve Stern.

00:06:35.780 See you 2 o'clock today, sir.

00:06:38.500 2 o'clock Eastern.

00:06:41.240 2 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

00:06:42.980 Okay, Grace and Moe and Elizabeth, everybody's got that.

00:06:46.960 Let's push it out hard.

00:06:48.880 The Viceroy joins me today.

00:06:51.580 First off, Matt Gaetz was on here for the hour.

00:06:54.300 Matt agrees with you that we need a forcing, but maybe even, I think, I don't know if more radical, but he's saying, hey, we should be, he should, the president should not be complying on anything regarding his commander in chief power right now.

00:07:11.440 That the plane should be flying and he should be taking guys off and forcing Roberts' hands on this.

00:07:17.840 Your thoughts, Viceroy Davis.

00:07:21.580 Yeah, let me just say this about Tina Peters, what you were talking about with Steve Sterns.

00:07:26.140 This is really important.

00:07:27.760 I did an opinion piece in The Federalist right before the election in 2024.

00:07:31.840 I did a Denver Post piece in March.

00:07:35.060 I've worked with Lauren Boebert to send a letter to the Justice Department, including Cash Patel at the FBI.

00:07:42.560 What they are doing to Tina Peters is a criminal civil rights violation.

00:07:47.300 With the Democrat secretary of state in Colorado, I'm here right now, the Democrat attorney general, the local prosecutor and the Democrat judge, they are punishing Tina Peters because of her political viewpoint. 0.99

00:08:01.960 She thought the election was stolen because it was, and she got thrown in prison for nine years as a 69-year-old woman because she does not want to disavow her correct belief that the 2020 election was stolen.

00:08:17.540 So, yes, I agree with Steve Stern.

00:08:20.020 Turn up the pressure on Polis.

00:08:21.800 We have a phone to action where we're calling on Colorado residents to put the heat on Polis to expose him as a far-left radical, as you say, Steve, because he thinks he's going to run through this primary and pivot to the middle.

00:08:35.920 He's going to run it off of Tina Peters to the left. 0.99

00:08:38.940 But hang on.

00:08:39.820 You said something about criminal.

00:08:41.460 Do you believe what they're doing, the judges, the prosecutors, the prisoners, do you believe what they're doing to Tina Peters is actually criminal on their side?

00:08:50.620 And can we pursue that?

00:08:52.140 And why is Maine Justice or the U.S. attorneys out there not, sir?

00:08:56.300 Maybe they are.

00:08:57.520 Maybe Kash Patel is actually doing something with that letter that I worked with Lauren Boebert, the great congresswoman out here in Colorado, to send because this is a conspiracy against rights under our federal civil rights criminal statutes.

00:09:11.780 When you use government to punish people for exercising their constitutional rights, like their free speech rights under the First Amendment, that is a very serious federal civil rights felony.

00:09:23.900 Just like conspiracy against rights against Trump, his top aides, his supporters, when you politicize and weaponize government, law enforcement and intel agencies to go after your political opponents for non-crimes.

00:09:38.820 18 U.S.C. Section 241, conspiracy against rights, a very serious federal civil rights felony.

00:09:46.600 And I would tell Jenna Griswold, I would tell the Democrat attorney general, what the hell is his name, Phil Weiser, and then I would tell this judge, this judge out here, Mesa County Judge Matthew Barrett, I forgot these losers' names.

00:10:03.200 You might be in a deep blue state here in Colorado, but you're not immune from federal civil rights criminal statutes.

00:10:09.240 So lawyer up. 0.94

00:10:13.800 Tina Peters, you're right, is a disgrace. 1.00

00:10:16.780 And Polis, and I know we've got to make the case, but Polis is running for president in this Democratic primary on one of the big things is the trophy he's got of Tina Peters.

00:10:24.840 This is how I'm saying the left is.

00:10:26.620 A gold star mother in a nasty prison in Colorado, and they're championing that. 0.92

00:10:33.160 Let me go back to Gates and the president and his actions right now.

00:10:37.700 Matt said he should be defying these courts even at this stage to force Roberts' hands.

00:10:44.300 Otherwise, he says Roberts is going to try to avoid this.

00:10:46.540 Your thoughts, sir?

00:10:48.060 Look, the president has a constitutional duty under Article II of our Constitution as commander-in-chief to secure our border

00:10:58.220 and expel the invasion of foreign terrorists who are kidnapping, robbing, raping, torturing, murdering Americans.

00:11:07.700 He has that constitutional duty under Article II separate from any statute, separate from the Alien Enemies Act, separate from any immigration statute.

00:11:16.860 He has that duty, and he should move forward and carry out that constitutional duty to expel an invasion of foreign terrorists, right, 0.98

00:11:26.340 who are working with Venezuela to harm Americans. 0.88

00:11:29.960 And he also has a constitutional duty to take care that our laws are faithfully executed.

00:11:36.420 And that means cutting waste, fraud, and abuse in our government.

00:11:40.060 That means we're not funding Hamas to kill Americans under the guise of humanitarian aid from U.S. AID.

00:11:47.800 And I would tell this, and I mean this, I have never called for the president to ignore a court's order before until Judge Boesberg illegally opened up his courtroom on a Saturday

00:11:59.920 and exposed an ongoing military operation by the president to expel an invasion of terrorists with Trendy Aragua and MS-13.

00:12:09.860 And this Judge Boesberg even ordered the planes to be turned around.

00:12:13.560 And so, yes, in that situation, the president has not only the rights but the duty to ignore this order that the Supreme Court ruled was illegal.

00:12:25.720 Boesberg's order was illegal.

00:12:27.380 They struck his orders, including his contempt proceedings.

00:12:31.040 But I think it's a very high bar for the president to ignore a court's order.

00:12:35.500 It has to be clearly illegal and highly dangerous to America's national security.

00:12:41.680 And that I think the president has an obligation to ignore that court's order.

00:12:48.020 I want to hold you through the break.

00:12:49.760 We're going to have a short break in a moment.

00:12:51.380 But Matt also is of the opinion that Roberts, your theory of the case and mine, is that this has got to be resolved by the end of June

00:12:58.760 because you can't have this summer, you can't have 90 to 100 days before they come back, you know, with this open question.

00:13:06.160 Matt thinks that the opposite.

00:13:08.040 He thinks Roberts is going to go out of his way to try to avoid any decision here.

00:13:12.260 Sir, your thoughts?

00:13:13.880 Well, then what the president should do is say, OK, the Supreme Court, the seven generals on the Supreme Court,

00:13:20.800 Commanding General John Roberts and six lieutenant generals think that they're going to tell the president

00:13:26.140 that he cannot repel a foreign invasion of terrorists under the Alien Enemies Act.

00:13:31.400 So the president should say, OK, while these seven generals are navel-gazing about the Alien Enemies Act,

00:13:40.200 the president should assert his Article II power as commander-in-chief and get these people the hell out of our country immediately. 0.97

00:13:49.120 Mike Davis, hang on, we've got so much more to go through.

00:13:52.000 By the way, pretty good team you field when you have Matt Gaetz and Mike Davis at the tip of the tip of the spear.

00:13:59.380 Makes me feel pretty good who we've got lined up on our side of the football.

00:14:05.280 End of the dollar empire.

00:16:27.020 For the first time a federal judge has ruled the Trump administration can invoke the Alien Enemies Act to remove Venezuelan migrants from the country.

00:16:37.700 What part of Texas is he from?

00:16:39.220 The judge ruled yesterday that the government can use the centuries-old wartime law to expel alleged members of the Trende Aragua gang if it first provides adequate advance notice and due process.

00:16:54.800 Axios reports the judge said the government has to provide a 21-day notice in a language understood by the migrants and an opportunity to be heard before deporting people under the Alien Enemies Act.

00:17:08.740 The administration had argued it only needed to give migrants 24 hours' notice, so some strings attached.

00:17:14.980 Well, yeah, and Elizabeth Buhmiller, that is, that's not really the greatest news for the Trump administration.

00:17:22.980 I thought the purpose of the Alien Enemies Act would be to be able to sweep them up off the street, throw them onto a plane, and fly them out. 0.73

00:17:31.640 Okay, let me have, this morning, Joe, they broke this big announcement.

00:17:36.280 They kind of downplayed it.

00:17:37.520 It's actually cut against us because it was a narrow ruling.

00:17:41.480 Your thoughts, Mike Davis?

00:17:42.420 This was an important ruling by Judge Stephanie Haynes.

00:17:48.040 Judge Haynes is a Trump judge who went through the process back in 2019 when I was helping President Trump confirm these judges, and she is a colonel in the Army.

00:18:02.060 She was a former federal prosecutor.

00:18:04.140 She got confirmed, I think, unanimously in the Senate.

00:18:07.920 I don't think she had anyone oppose her nomination, so you can't really say that she's some right-wing radical, and she's exactly right as it relates to the president has the power under the Alien Enemies Act to designate alien enemies and get them the hell out of our country.

00:18:27.100 I disagree with her that you need 21 days' notice.

00:18:31.280 I think that she's just making that up, and I think that she's just trying to figure out, to read the tea leaves, to figure out where the seven generals on the Supreme Court could be, what mood, whatever mood those ladies will be in, the seven women generals on the Supreme Court, what mood they're going to be in that day.

00:18:48.480 And maybe Stephanie Haynes is just trying to figure out their mood, so she's saying 21 days to appease the ladies on the Supreme Court. 1.00

00:18:57.100 I want to pivot for a second because this is all going to come to head.

00:19:03.160 We're also going to have Mike on tomorrow, the 14th Amendment, a historic presentation at the Supreme Court tomorrow, pretty historic.

00:19:12.460 Dave will also come on and give us pregame on that.

00:19:15.240 Mike, two things.

00:19:16.760 One, a piece you wrote in The Washington Times, another in Verge.

00:19:20.040 Let's start with Verge because it showed, once again, like we shut down the ability to get rid of the FTC, the power of Article III and the Warren Posse when they get to the ramparts is pretty historic.

00:19:32.960 It gets the attention of decision makers, not just this country, through the world.

00:19:38.380 Talk to me about this Verge story, about copyright, about what tried to happen, and we've begun the process of shutting it down, sir.

00:19:45.120 Well, I think Mark Zuckerberg is going to get Steve Bannon and me on the alien enemies expulsion list after the work we've been doing over the last three months to shut down Mark Zuckerberg and Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple.

00:19:59.580 Big Tech's power plays to try to sneak things through in the Trump administration, whether it was shutting down the Meta play to go to the FTC to end the Trump lawsuit from his first term to hold Meta accountable for its antitrust abuses.

00:20:16.840 Thank God, Andrew Ferguson, our good friend who's been on the War Room, is the chairman of the FTC, and he is charging forward to hold Facebook accountable for its market abuses.

00:20:28.000 And Gail Slater, our friend who's been on the War Room, is the head of the antitrust division, and she's holding Google accountable at the antitrust division, along with all the other big tech platforms.

00:20:40.260 We have an all-star team with Andrew Ferguson, Gail Slater, and the new addition, Mark Meador, who joins the FTC.

00:20:47.160 We have a really good all-star antitrust team.

00:20:51.060 And President Trump has picked some really good people, and they're all our friends and allies on the War Room in the Article III project.

00:20:58.240 The next thing that the big tech oligarchs are trying to do, the broligarchs, as Steve calls them, is they're trying to take every creative work in the world, everything that's copyrighted or copyrightable, and put it into their AI machines, steal it.

00:21:15.740 They're saying they're training their AI machines, they're stealing everyone's content, all their works, for profit.

00:21:23.080 And they're going to say that somehow fair use under the Copyright Act.

00:21:27.200 Under the Copyright Act, the creators of the copyrights get to own it, and they get to make money off of the copyright.

00:21:33.380 And there's an exception for fair use, meaning if Steve Bannon's War Room is played in a classroom for some god-awful reason and polluted those kids' minds, that would be considered fair use under the Copyright Act, because it's for educational purposes.

00:21:48.940 And Steve Bannon couldn't sue those teachers and students for copyright violations.

00:21:52.680 But it's not fair use to take Bannon War Room episodes and put it into the AI machines and profit off of them.

00:21:59.700 And let me tell you how this affects—we've talked about this before—how this affects these creators.

00:22:05.180 If you say, give me all the hits that Mike Davis has done on Steve Bannon's War Room over the last four years, and it pulls up the 3,000 hits or whatever the hell it is, and it gives a summary of those hits, and you don't have to go click on the hits,

00:22:18.580 and you get a summary of what Steve Bannon and I talked about over the last three years, that's very valuable to those AI machines, and it causes Steve Bannon to lose a lot of money on the clicks.

00:22:29.780 And so how does he pay his staff?

00:22:31.940 How does he—you know, if he's not getting clicks and advertisers, how the hell does he pay his staff to keep the show going?

00:22:37.700 He doesn't have China and George Soros propping him up like the Democrat shows do, so we have to do it the old-fashioned way on the conservative side through advertising.

00:22:47.420 But this affects everyone.

00:22:49.220 It affects every creator in the world—songwriters, movie makers, podcasters, book writers, everyone.

00:22:57.560 And so they tried to go—these big tech platforms tried to go to the Justice Department and get the Justice Department to file a court brief saying,

00:23:05.960 sure, this is fair use, steal everyone's content, we need to compete against China, because apparently to compete against China, we have to steal like China. 0.70

00:23:14.060 And in order to compete against China, we need slave laborers like China. 1.00

00:23:18.360 Steve Bannon is going to be the slave laborer for Mark Zuckerberg at Meta, right?

00:23:22.520 And so that's not going to fly.

00:23:24.020 We shut that down.

00:23:25.000 And then the next move is they try to get rid of—now, President Trump did not know this was the play,

00:23:31.540 but they got President Trump to get rid of the Librarian of Congress and the Copyright Office registrar,

00:23:37.060 the head of the Copyright Office, who has the keys to the kingdom for every copyright in the world.

00:23:41.520 And then they thought they were going to slip in their big tech shill as the copyright registrar and then just give away all the copyrights,

00:23:48.300 give a backdoor access to the copyrights to all these big tech platforms.

00:23:52.900 Well, we've effectively shut that down, as the Verge story talks about.

00:23:57.820 Now their next play is they're going to Congress, and they're trying to give these AI, big tech AI platforms,

00:24:04.260 10 years of amnesty from the states, like they did with Section 230 with big tech platforms many years ago.

00:24:12.460 Section 230 and antitrust amnesty, they're trying to do the AI amnesty, this time through reconciliation.

00:24:19.080 We're going to shut that down as well. Look, these big tech oligarchs, these trillion-dollar big tech oligarchs, 0.62

00:24:27.660 Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple, they don't need the government's help with anything.

00:24:33.360 They actually need the government's help to break them up because they're illegal monopolists.

00:24:41.020 What is the process for that? What's the process?

00:24:43.400 We've got the most aggressive Justice Department. You've got an aggressive FTC. You've got an aggressive FCC.

00:24:50.880 You've got the best teams ever been fielded, right?

00:24:54.140 I mean, they had Lena Kahn and other great people and left them hanging out to dry because the Democratic Party is controlled by the oligarchs. 1.00

00:25:01.520 That's what makes the Bernie and the AOC thing so phony.

00:25:05.400 What is your recommendation here to go on even more offense, sir?

00:25:10.020 I would recommend that Andrew Ferguson and Gail Slater and Mark Meador focus like a laser beam on these big tech platforms,

00:25:20.720 Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple.

00:25:24.020 These are the existential threats to our free markets.

00:25:28.300 These are the trillion-dollar big tech monopolists that are crushing competition,

00:25:34.440 canceling conservatives and others with whom they disagree and shuttering small businesses.

00:25:39.320 I would focus like a laser beam on Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple,

00:25:44.500 and that keeps together our bipartisan antitrust coalition.

00:25:50.020 It keeps President Trump happy, and it keeps us focused.

00:25:55.500 And if we stray from Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple,

00:25:59.340 it's going to undermine our bipartisan coalition, and it's going to make President Trump unhappy.

00:26:04.180 The Zero Hedge Day has about a new book about what Apple's done and really conspiring with the Chinese Communist Party.

00:26:12.060 I'm going to get to that probably on Friday.

00:26:15.020 Mike Davis, Article 3.

00:26:16.640 This audience, the people of Article 3, folks, you made such a massive, massive difference here.

00:26:23.320 And I'm telling you, the imperial capital is kind of shocked at some of the wins we've had here over the last couple weeks

00:26:29.840 because the people are just not going to sit here and tolerate these oligarchs controlling the nation. 0.99

00:26:34.480 Mike, where do people go?

00:26:37.120 Article3project.org, Article3project.org.

00:26:40.140 You can follow us on social media.

00:26:42.060 Donate, but only what you can afford.

00:26:44.900 And, again, the War Room Posse superpower is action.

00:26:47.800 Take action.

00:26:48.560 Action, action, action.

00:26:49.940 Mike Davis, look forward to it.

00:26:53.560 We'll get you back on tomorrow on this historic argument in the front of the Supreme Court tomorrow on the 14th Amendment.

00:26:58.620 Thank you so much, sir.

00:26:59.660 Mike Davis.

00:27:01.680 So proud of President Trump.

00:27:03.180 If you think about it, everybody said, oh, the oligarchs are going to run and be invited to the inaugural. 1.00

00:27:08.320 I said, hey, that's like a Roman general bringing in the barbarian chieftains to be behind the chariot as he's having a triumph. 0.67

00:27:16.100 Right?

00:27:16.440 And look what he's done going after the oligarchs.

00:27:18.500 It's breathtaking.

00:27:20.080 Even Democrats said it's breathtaking what he's done, given how Biden basically hung out Lena Kahn and the rest of these people to dry.

00:27:26.720 And if you look at the way he's done to big pharma and signed the executive order, and they're all saying, well, it doesn't matter.

00:27:31.660 It's not going to happen.

00:27:32.260 You wait.

00:27:33.300 It matters.

00:27:34.060 When Trump signs something, he expects to get it done.

00:27:36.500 He doesn't want anybody to cause no games.

00:27:39.040 Talking about games, the BRICS nations, guess what?

00:27:42.460 They are all over the fact that they want to break the dollar empire.

00:27:47.820 They want to stop the United States of being the prime reserve currency.

00:27:50.220 Ten-year treasury just touched 4.5%.

00:27:54.000 Hello.

00:27:55.520 We kind of warned about this.

00:27:56.540 Bond market is going to have a say-so in this.

00:28:32.280 The Chinese have been buying up hundreds of thousands of acres of U.S. farmland. 0.99

00:28:38.020 They're also taking control over critical supply chains, things like fertilizer, animal feed, and farming equipment.

00:28:44.740 Why?

00:28:45.720 It's not clear.

00:28:46.960 They're tightening their grip on global food production.

00:28:50.980 That is clear.

00:28:51.820 And if things go south and it could happen quickly, we need to be ready.

00:30:44.680 Senator Ron Johnson was famous for being in that Tea Party revolution back in 2010 as being really the most Tea Party of all the senators that came to the United States Senate.

00:30:54.500 Senator Johnson, I knew Pat Cadell.

00:30:56.360 We got to meet him early on.

00:30:57.580 Just fantastic.

00:30:58.260 He came as an entrepreneur, now as a lawyer, as an entrepreneur, and had a whole set of ideas about how you put the entrepreneurial spirit, the entrepreneurial business spirit into the federal government to really change the economic business model and the financing model of this nation.

00:31:12.720 Senator Johnson joins us now.

00:31:14.140 Senator Johnson, you've got all kind of things you want to get to in detail, but I've got to ask you a question.

00:31:17.380 Listen, 15 years later, given your angle of attack, which was different than anybody else in the city at the time, where do you think we stand 15 years later as we're now talking about a $2 trillion deficit this year and what we have served on the CR?

00:31:32.760 The current budget, I don't know, the big, beautiful bill, I think it's $2.5 trillion deficit, $2 to $2.5 trillion.

00:31:38.620 The CBO is talking about, I don't know, $20 trillion in 10 years.

00:31:42.700 Where do you think we stand, and have your efforts succeeded, sir?

00:31:46.740 Well, from the standpoint of our fiscal situation, we're in far greater danger.

00:31:51.420 Steve, I did run in 2010.

00:31:53.200 I remember the parades.

00:31:54.840 I beat Russ Feingold shouting to the crowds, we're mortgaging our children's future.

00:31:59.520 It's wrong.

00:32:00.120 It's immoral.

00:32:00.680 It has to stop.

00:32:01.480 This is a fight for freedom.

00:32:03.280 That's why I'm here.

00:32:04.560 I haven't changed.

00:32:05.600 I still view myself more Tea Party than Republican Party, and I recognize this is pretty much our last opportunity.

00:32:14.000 We have to take advantage of it, and what depresses me is we're not.

00:32:18.080 We're not taking the time to go through the process.

00:32:20.660 It's one of the things I point out.

00:32:23.380 You do not come from a manufacturing background.

00:32:25.480 You do not have a good product if you don't have a good process, and we've never had a process to control government spending.

00:32:32.880 We don't have a balanced budget requirement.

00:32:35.600 The Budget Act didn't work.

00:32:37.040 The Simpson-Bowles Committee didn't work.

00:32:39.100 The Budget Control Act didn't work.

00:32:40.640 I didn't realize the appropriation committees were actually established because the authorizing committees were big spenders, so the appropriation committees were going to be the control.

00:32:47.920 Well, that obviously didn't work.

00:32:49.700 So, you know, I've written my third column in a series with the Wall Street Journal.

00:32:52.920 I started out in January where he laid out an unchallengeable, a very reasonable approach to returning to a pre-pandemic level spending.

00:33:02.780 Go back to prior years.

00:33:04.700 I chose Clinton, Obama, and Trump 2019.

00:33:08.080 Take the 1998 spending under Clinton and Obama in 2014 and Trump 2019.

00:33:14.720 Use today's Social Security and Medicare.

00:33:17.500 You could even exempt Medicaid and interest and then grow all their expenditures by population growth and inflation,

00:33:25.340 and you end up with a baseline budget of somewhere between 5.5 and 6.5, okay?

00:33:32.300 Eminently reasonable.

00:33:33.200 Nobody can argue with it.

00:33:34.620 Nobody is arguing with it.

00:33:36.680 They're just throwing in the towel.

00:33:38.500 Just, well, that's too hard.

00:33:39.780 They're not, Steve, they're not willing to do the work.

00:33:42.780 DOGE has shown us how to do this.

00:33:44.900 You have to look at individual contracts.

00:33:47.680 You have to go through the budget line by line.

00:33:49.860 There's a couple thousand lines in the budget and then probably thousands of lines under each of those.

00:33:55.460 I proposed a budget review panel, senators, House members, members of OMB,

00:34:01.120 sitting and having the administration officials, their budget experts, come through and justify it,

00:34:05.920 just like you would in business.

00:34:07.640 Why are you spending more than we spent in 2019 plussed up for population growth and inflation?

00:34:12.940 Explain yourself, justify it.

00:34:15.520 I have to believe if we do the work, and nobody seems to be willing to do it,

00:34:20.020 if we do the work, you literally would find hundreds of billions of dollars,

00:34:23.360 as we're finding DOGE is finding, that if you didn't spend the money,

00:34:27.320 nobody would even know other than the people who are involved in the graft and the waste, fraud, and abuse.

00:34:34.960 So here's the thing.

00:34:36.540 Secretary Besant basically became Secretary of the Treasury

00:34:39.680 and got President Trump to buy into taking deficit as a percentage of GDP from 6.5% to 7%,

00:34:47.400 which is unsustainable, down to 3.5%.

00:34:49.860 Your program, the 5.5% to 6.5% pre-pandemic, I take the midpoint, $6 trillion.

00:34:55.820 Given the revenue side, we're 500, we're within, we're as close to the 3.5% in year one.

00:35:03.200 How, given that that's the mandate of the president, that this, you're showing you don't touch any of these core programs,

00:35:11.160 when you go up in the Senate and talk about it, after writing these great pieces in the Wall Street Journal,

00:35:16.560 why are they not, why is Thun not embracing you?

00:35:19.180 Why are others not embracing, say, yes, this is our way out?

00:35:22.780 Given this fiasco we're just seeing right now in the House, sir.

00:35:28.420 Because it's hard.

00:35:30.000 Because they're used to doing it a different way, which is take a look at all these programs and say,

00:35:34.460 well, we can't touch that one or that one or that one or that one.

00:35:37.000 Well, this one, we can tweak a little bit.

00:35:39.460 Probably won't be politically painful.

00:35:40.740 We'll get a quick CBO score.

00:35:42.680 We'll push through a budget resolution, which is the easy thing to do.

00:35:46.280 Tell people, okay, we'll cut $1.5 trillion.

00:35:48.560 Sounds like a lot.

00:35:49.500 And tell members, well, oh, we're going to, that's just a minimum.

00:35:51.840 We'll cut a whole lot more.

00:35:53.320 So you jam that thing through.

00:35:55.260 And then you string everybody, you know, people like me along,

00:35:58.660 bring it up to the breaking point where we're going to default on the debt

00:36:01.580 or we're going to have an automatic tax increase,

00:36:04.000 which, by the way, was a real blunder of the 2017 tax law.

00:36:08.260 We ought to learn that lesson.

00:36:09.980 But here we are again.

00:36:11.120 We're going to have temporary tax relief.

00:36:13.320 Again, it doesn't make any sense.

00:36:15.140 But, again, that's the process they're always used to.

00:36:17.220 But what I wrote in the Wall Street Journal piece, the $1.5 trillion,

00:36:21.820 I mean, that's just paltry.

00:36:23.140 It's meager.

00:36:24.300 We expect to spend more than $89 trillion over the next 10 years.

00:36:28.920 $1.5 reduced by the $340 billion addition we're spending on defense and border security,

00:36:35.560 that leaves us less than $1.2, which is 1.3% of that $89 trillion.

00:36:41.180 I mean, it's a rounding error.

00:36:43.000 And if you had a principle, a primary goal of budget reconciliation,

00:36:48.880 when we're $37 trillion in debt on a path to be $59 trillion in 10 years,

00:36:54.280 at a minimum, you'd say, well, whatever we do here, we're not going to increase the deficit.

00:36:58.260 Okay, guys?

00:36:59.440 Let's make sure we're at least shrinking, that we're bending down that curve.

00:37:03.940 As you said, we're going to – I've got my figures.

00:37:06.040 I figure it's probably about $4 trillion.

00:37:07.340 Again, nobody can really understand the economic impact if the tax cuts expire,

00:37:12.640 which, by the way, I don't want them to.

00:37:14.660 So I proposed a three-step process, and we should have done this immediately.

00:37:18.180 We could have two of the steps out of the way.

00:37:19.960 First step, provide the border security.

00:37:23.900 You've got to do the fence to satisfy people.

00:37:26.980 And in that Senate resolution, we would have already banked $850 billion of real spending reduction

00:37:33.040 because we would have insisted on it.

00:37:34.400 That's more than half of the $1.5 trillion.

00:37:36.540 We could already have that done.

00:37:38.240 Then the second reconciliation bill, I just extend the current tax code.

00:37:41.960 I hate it.

00:37:42.880 It's complex.

00:37:43.860 It needs to be simplified.

00:37:44.820 It needs to be rationalized. 0.74

00:37:45.720 But take the automatic tax increase that we stupidly set up in the Tax Cut and Jobs Act,

00:37:53.100 take that off the table, and then let's get down to do the work. 0.84

00:37:56.720 Let's take the months to simplify and rationalize our tax code.

00:38:00.780 Let's discuss all these things.

00:38:02.580 Now, there will be legitimate disagreements on this, but let's take the time, and in particular,

00:38:07.960 let's take the time to go line by line by line of all these budget items.

00:38:13.300 The $7,000 billion we're going to spend, Steve, I have to believe, in $7,000 billion when we were just $4.4 trillion.

00:38:20.440 $4,400 billion six years ago.

00:38:23.740 I mean, that's a massive increase.

00:38:25.460 It's unprecedented other than World War II, which, by the way, in World War II, we started the war at 11.7% of spending, went up to 41%.

00:38:32.440 But Truman and Congress were more responsible back then.

00:38:36.040 By the end of 1948, we were back to 11.4% government spending of GDP.

00:38:42.160 So it's entirely doable.

00:38:43.800 A pre-pandemic level spending is entirely doable.

00:38:46.920 But you have to do the work.

00:38:48.900 You have to take the time.

00:38:50.160 And right now, we're just being jammed, which is why I'm laying out all these columns saying, guys, don't expect my support for this.

00:38:56.720 I've been very up front.

00:38:57.720 I want to see President Trump succeed.

00:38:59.240 He's doing so many wonderful things, by the way, that speech, and I haven't heard the whole thing.

00:39:04.080 I've heard clips on a radio program.

00:39:06.320 Brilliant.

00:39:07.260 It's exactly the kind of approach we need in terms of foreign policy.

00:39:10.200 Let people develop in their cultures.

00:39:12.620 We want to help them succeed.

00:39:14.200 We want to stay out of wars.

00:39:17.060 I want to go, the debt ceiling, they're requiring, they're asking for $4 trillion.

00:39:21.000 But if you just do the math, we're going to be over $2 trillion this fiscal year because we didn't have the courage to actually get in back of the CR

00:39:27.840 and throw Biden's thing out and do the work.

00:39:30.200 So now we're going to be over $2 trillion on September 30th.

00:39:34.200 As I look at everything associated with the big, beautiful bill and not getting some taxes up here on the wealthy and not having more pay for us,

00:39:43.960 no real cuts to government spending, you're going to be $2, $2.5 trillion minimum in fiscal year 26.

00:39:50.220 My math shows that if you pass, if we get the $4 trillion debt relief by Labor Day of 26, they want it to go to after the election,

00:40:00.600 but I think you've blown through the debt ceiling by Labor Day.

00:40:03.720 How can your colleagues in the Senate, who are pretty smart guys and gals, how can they just avoid, this is just basic mathematics.

00:40:10.860 How can people look the other way, sir?

00:40:12.280 They're just all whistling by the graveyard.

00:40:15.880 I mean, they literally are focusing on leaves and twigs and completely missing the forest.

00:40:20.720 And that was the whole point of my Wall Street Journal column is to make people look at the forest, the overall macro numbers.

00:40:26.420 But again, this is where I completely disagree with the president.

00:40:28.760 He just wants to do away with the debt ceiling because it's an ugly debate.

00:40:32.500 I get that.

00:40:33.460 It's the only leverage we have.

00:40:35.300 So one of the things, I would vote for an increase to debt ceiling.

00:40:38.260 As much as I've never done that, I hate doing it, but I'll give him a short-term one to the end of this year to give us time to do this.

00:40:45.500 That alone would probably be $2.5 trillion because you have to replenish the extraordinary measures.

00:40:50.980 And again, we're running a burn rate right now about a half a trillion dollars a quarter.

00:40:55.540 Hopefully just that, to increase the debt ceiling by $2.5 trillion because what we've been doing in these deals is just suspending it.

00:41:03.980 I mean, isn't that easy?

00:41:04.860 We just pass an omnibus spending bill and we just magically suspend the debt ceiling.

00:41:10.120 We take, as a result, we take any leverage to force fiscal sanity and fiscal discipline on the process.

00:41:16.800 And so again, this, you know, I ran, I ran in 2010 because we were mortgage-your-kids-future, $14 trillion in debt then, now it's $37 trillion.

00:41:24.940 This is going to blow up in our face.

00:41:27.100 As Elon Musk said, by the way, have you listeners go to my X page.

00:41:30.620 I've got a great video.

00:41:31.640 It's one and a half minutes long.

00:41:33.000 All of the leaders, including President Trump, saying we don't have a revenue problem.

00:41:37.160 We have a spending problem.

00:41:39.560 At the end of the video, I asked, so are we willing to fix it?

00:41:41.820 Right now, it doesn't look like we are.

00:41:44.140 We'll push it out.

00:41:45.160 I take it right now.

00:41:46.460 I know you've got to bounce, but I take it you're telling us what you're seeing coming out of the House.

00:41:50.080 You're giving people a heads up.

00:41:51.600 Right now, you're a hard no, I take it?

00:41:53.600 Yeah, we can't increase the deficit in this process, and that's what we're going to do.

00:41:59.360 Now, people argue, yeah, but if we just let the tax increase go through, which I do not want to do, I would vote for that alone.

00:42:06.080 Just extend that.

00:42:07.180 But if we do that, we're for sure increasing the deficit, and that ought to be the first goal.

00:42:13.240 And that's, again, in business, you actually establish principles and goals for what you're trying to move forward.

00:42:19.160 Right now, just passing one big, beautiful bill, that's not a goal.

00:42:23.940 It's not establishing the principles.

00:42:26.080 And I would argue we need to establish principles.

00:42:28.920 Don't increase the deficit.

00:42:30.100 Anything we do should be promoting growth in terms of what taxes are, and we have to tax spending.

00:42:36.480 If you want to defeat the deep state, and I think that's the primary reason most people voted for Trump, they want to defeat the deep state, quit funding it.

00:42:45.380 Don't fund it.

00:42:46.760 I mean, I'm happy to get more revenue by economic growth, not by increasing taxes.

00:42:53.160 Quite honestly, I don't want tariff revenue to fund a massive deep state.

00:42:57.780 I want to reduce the deep state.

00:43:00.480 That's got to be our number one emphasis, spending, spending, spending, and we're giving it short shrift.

00:43:05.180 As much as all these leaders, including President Trump, Vice President Vance, all these guys.

00:43:09.680 Whenever we have a new problem, we have a spending problem.

00:43:12.100 They're giving pretty much short shrift to the spending side of that equation, and just focusing on more tax cuts, quite honestly, to expand our deficit.

00:43:22.160 Senator, we've got about 30 seconds.

00:43:24.460 Where do they go for your Twitter feed to get up to this?

00:43:26.840 We're going to push it all out.

00:43:27.780 Where do folks go?

00:43:29.220 We're just at sendronjohnson on Twitter.

00:43:32.220 We're pretty easy to find.

00:43:33.280 You know that.

00:43:34.860 Thank you, sir.

00:43:35.620 By the way, you have not changed.

00:43:37.020 You've been a hammer on this from the beginning, and you're taking a very principled stand.

00:43:40.440 This is going to get quite ugly, folks.

00:43:43.340 It's going to get quite ugly, because somebody's got to address this thing.

00:43:46.200 The debt and deficits are exploding out of control.

00:43:49.180 The capital market is not going to be able to handle it.

00:43:50.920 That's why the 10-year Treasury is at 4.5%.

00:43:53.620 10 years at 4.5.

00:43:55.400 Senator Johnson, thank you so much for joining us in the boardroom.

00:43:57.940 Appreciate you.

00:44:01.800 Short break.

00:47:59.520 Matt Gaetz says, hey, it's better to have all these bad hombres in one place.

00:48:03.000 We're going to talk about that.

00:48:03.960 We've got some guests coming on to break all of that down.

00:48:06.640 So make sure that you check it out.

00:48:08.740 We've got Mike Liddell.

00:48:11.380 Tina Peters.

00:48:12.340 Talk to me about Tina Peters.

00:48:13.460 Well, we hope that she gets out soon.

00:48:18.680 I know that the administration is doing as much as they can, and they're on it.

00:48:23.080 They're on it, Steve.

00:48:25.480 I believe it's going to happen.

00:48:28.240 The president wants her out, and he wants her out soon. 0.85

00:48:31.520 We have a big case coming up.

00:48:33.800 My case, which is on June 2nd, which is also in Colorado.

00:48:38.540 I believe in the same town.

00:48:42.480 I guess we're in a federal courtroom.

00:48:45.260 And both of them tie together.

00:48:47.440 This is all the lawfare that's been done against Tina, myself.

00:48:53.300 Obviously, she's in prison. 0.99

00:48:56.400 So it's a lot worse than losing all your assets and the attacks that I've endured.

00:49:02.140 But this will be a very important case on June 2nd.

00:49:05.920 I believe it's going to be the gateway to the truth being revealed out there, and that we end up getting to securing our election platforms.

00:49:17.620 And that's what Tina stood for, and that's what I've stood for in many people in this country, and using lawfare against our citizens and weaponizing the FBI against our citizens, which they did in Colorado.

00:49:31.300 They did it with me with a cell phone and a hardy drive-thru, and they did it with Tina in the most extreme ways you could ever do it against a person.

00:49:41.820 But what the judge did to her was they should be basically pure hate.

00:49:45.920 And so we've been praying for her, but we're doing everything we can to get her out.

00:49:51.320 How do you expect to get a fair trial in Colorado?

00:49:56.740 There's so many great people out there, but a federal jury be able to cherry-pick.

00:50:01.400 How do you guys expect to get a fair trial out there?

00:50:04.160 Well, Stephen, this is also the trial where I told off the lawyers in the deposition, and also where I had problems with the judge, and I made that very public.

00:50:14.300 This is a jury trial, so I really believe that, you know, you're just looking for people with common sense.

00:50:22.240 And, you know, I go anywhere in this country.

00:50:24.660 I went to the heart of Chicago, and I think it's the people.

00:50:28.640 If you get people that are just people and not brainwashed or politicized, I think we'll be fine.

00:50:36.600 You know, I'm looking forward to it just because I want to be—I want to get the word out.

00:50:43.860 And everyone, Steve, has settled over the last four years.

00:50:47.600 You know, with Lawfare, these companies sued over 75 individuals and platforms and networks.

00:50:54.280 Every one of them up until now has settled because their insurance companies told them to settle,

00:50:58.640 or they were afraid of being just wiped off the face of the earth with a tax every day.

00:51:03.120 I didn't settle.

00:51:04.100 I will never settle.

00:51:04.960 And so we'll just have to pray and see what it is.

00:51:08.100 That's going to be all the—if we get a fair trial, if we don't, it's—God willing, I think the jury is—you know, there's 12 jurors.

00:51:17.800 And I've done nothing wrong other than try and secure our elections, and the truth will set you free.

00:51:25.220 And God willing, it will—this will open up a lot of doors that no man can shut.

00:51:30.800 Okay.

00:51:31.500 Do me a favor.

00:51:32.400 Sell me a pillow or a pair of sheets.

00:54:47.660 Not yet, but about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.

00:55:00.060 So, unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.

00:55:11.480 So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap with quality supplements.

00:55:16.680 And, of course, the beef liver being our flagship product.

00:55:19.120 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.

00:55:29.420 And, because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.

00:55:41.960 So, we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to SacredHumanHealth.com.

00:55:47.200 And, cheers to your health.

00:55:49.120 Thank you.
