Bannon's War Room - Episode 4516： Restructuring Of The FBI; Paxton Kicked From Texas House

00:00:00.000 Next time, Eric, you'd say, hey, I got it from here and take them right to the airport.

00:00:03.740 Put them on a military transport.

00:00:05.520 Next stop, Seacott.

00:00:07.340 We're doing it tomorrow morning.

00:00:08.820 I'll mention to the officers.

00:00:10.780 No, no, no, no, no.

00:00:12.220 Hang on.

00:00:13.000 No, hang on.

00:00:13.500 Don't mention it.

00:00:14.160 You walk in and say, hey, look, we took a vote on RAV during the day.

00:00:19.640 99,000 to like one.

00:00:21.760 The people want to see him on planes of Seacott.

00:00:24.580 See how far that takes you.

00:00:27.400 All right, brother.

00:00:28.300 You're sure.

00:00:28.760 I love you.

00:00:29.080 See you tomorrow, brother.

00:00:31.000 Thank you.

00:00:31.560 Bowling out.

00:00:32.300 Thank you.

00:00:32.880 Good luck tomorrow.

00:00:33.620 Be safe, Eric.

00:00:34.620 Great that you're doing it.

00:00:37.180 Eric Bowling doing some ice raids.

00:00:38.980 One of the controversies, we're with Julie Kelly.

00:00:40.900 We've got a great cold open.

00:00:42.040 We're going to start the show now.

00:00:43.640 We've got Julie Kelly in the house. 0.99

00:00:46.140 Supposed to be.

00:00:47.260 And we've got Rogan O'Hanley is going to join us.

00:00:51.940 Steve Hilton.

00:00:53.400 Edward Bolsonaro.

00:00:54.960 Rabbi Walecki.

00:00:56.180 Jackie Toberoff.

00:00:57.380 We're packed.

00:00:58.560 Jammed. 1.00

00:00:58.920 We may add some live reporting from the Texas House, which is a free-for-all this afternoon

00:01:04.580 as Democrats try to roll in their laws and they're just a mess down there in Texas.

00:01:09.720 Let's go ahead and play the cold open.

00:01:11.020 I'll be right back.

00:01:11.620 Part of a plan to dramatically downsize the advisory body, which has already undergone major restructuring during the second Trump administration, including the replacement of NSA Mike Waltz with Marco Rubio, who is wearing two hats, serving as secretary of state as well.

00:01:28.080 And the firing of five key aides in April on the advice of far-right activist Laura Loomer.

00:01:34.340 FBI Director Cash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino are facing pressure from Trump's base to ramp up their actions against the, quote, weaponization they spent years railing against.

00:01:46.120 Dan Bongino announced the FBI is reexamining some major Biden-era controversies.

00:01:51.240 Pipe bombs found near the RNC on January 6th, 2021.

00:01:56.140 The leak of the Supreme Court's Dobbs decision in 2022.

00:02:00.120 And cocaine found at the White House in 2023.

00:02:03.700 Joining us now, we have NBC News Justice and Intelligence correspondent, Kendallanian.

00:02:07.900 And Lisa Rubin is still with us here in the studio.

00:02:10.820 Can you first, what do we know about these cases so far and how they were chosen?

00:02:14.840 Well, Alex, I think you put your finger on it.

00:02:18.940 They were chosen because these two men who are leading the FBI for years have been fomenting conspiracy theories.

00:02:25.300 And now the base is asking them to deliver on many of them.

00:02:28.600 And there are some that they just can't, like the Jeffrey Epstein case.

00:02:31.320 But these are cases of controversy where they think there's some more room to run here.

00:02:36.840 Take a listen to, I think we have some sound from the FBI Director Cash Patel.

00:02:39.780 Actually, we don't have that, Ken.

00:02:45.320 I'm so sorry about that.

00:02:46.400 Oh, apologies.

00:02:47.600 So, look, in terms of the FBI pipe bomb case, Dan Bongino, the Deputy Director, was saying before he got the job that he believed, more than he believed,

00:02:58.780 he asserted blindly that this was an inside job, that the FBI was lying when they said they didn't know who the suspect was,

00:03:05.160 that he believed that this was an embarrassment that was trying to cover up the fact that the January 6th narrative, as he put it, was not what we thought it to be.

00:03:13.760 Since he's taken office, he hasn't said those things.

00:03:16.640 But now he is saying he's going to they're going to reinvestigate the pipe bomb case.

00:03:20.500 In terms of the Supreme Court leak, you know, there was an investigation, didn't go anywhere for obvious reasons.

00:03:25.340 That's going to be a really difficult case to solve.

00:03:27.680 Same with the cocaine in the White House.

00:03:29.620 There was an investigation.

00:03:30.980 They couldn't determine who left it there.

00:03:32.320 And they dropped the investigation.

00:03:34.000 But now the FBI wants to put more resources in.

00:03:36.280 One final thing I will add about this is to Donald Trump, it doesn't matter too much about the numbers.

00:03:42.000 What matters to him is limiting the sort of extra eyes and ears that are in the White House.

00:03:47.960 Remember, he was furious with the National Security Council because he blamed it for overhearing his phone call with Vladimir Zelensky,

00:03:57.760 which led to his first impeachment hearing.

00:04:01.000 This was the call in which he pressured Zelensky to announce an investigation of the Biden family and to imply that the family was corrupt during their election, his campaign for reelection.

00:04:14.280 So he views the council as a worrisome source of leaks, a worrisome source of experts that will get in his way.

00:04:21.740 And I really can't emphasize enough about what Carol was saying, that these are individuals, you know, there is a process.

00:04:27.420 And there are a lot of people who think it's too bureaucratic, it's too bloated.

00:04:31.600 And President Trump is one of those.

00:04:33.840 He believes that he has a decision.

00:04:36.580 He wants the people around him, often a very small group of people, to take his position, his policy, and to implement it.

00:04:44.960 And the more people around, the more possibility for leaks.

00:04:48.240 So the way that an NFC would typically work in past administrations is there would be some sort of a decision they have to make.

00:04:55.240 Let's say providing weapons for Ukraine, since, you know, Carol was just talking about Russia and Ukraine.

00:05:00.800 Let's say that that decision is made.

00:05:02.900 The National Security Council would meet at sort of working group levels and up to the principal's levels,

00:05:07.840 and then they would provide, at a higher level, a recommendation to the president to make a decision like that.

00:05:13.620 Well, President Trump just wants to hear from his higher-level people.

00:05:16.920 That is one reason that these lower-level working group experts are being eliminated.

00:05:21.900 How is this going to play amongst the very few conservatives who are remaining in America?

00:05:26.940 As a politically viable force, I would say not well.

00:05:29.720 How is it going to play with the Trump right?

00:05:32.100 They don't care.

00:05:33.080 In fact, they kind of get a little bit of joy out of watching even programs like this, where we think this is wrong.

00:05:40.940 They take joy in the discomfort or anger of Trump's foes.

00:05:46.100 And so it's not just that they—it's even worse in some ways than not caring.

00:05:50.700 There's an affirmative hatred for the other side that is so strong that they actually many times enjoy watching the outrage.

00:05:58.440 They enjoy stoking the outrage.

00:06:00.600 And so one of the questions that I have is at what point does a critical mass of Americans and a sufficient number of Americans emerge from really this kind of apathy in some quarters,

00:06:13.940 hostility in other quarters, to reimagine the American founding and to sort of re-found the United States in a way that recaptures what the founders wanted

00:06:26.100 in integrity and leadership, accountability amongst the branches of government, all of that is breaking down right now, all of it.

00:06:33.540 And it's being broken down to thunderous applause on parts of the right.

00:06:38.460 And that's the thing, going full circle to the beginning of the top of this hour, this is the thing that concerns me the most,

00:06:44.340 is the enthusiasm and the popularity of many of these punitive acts and many of these corrupt acts.

00:06:51.660 People are enthusiastic about it.

00:06:53.200 They're not just tolerating it, they're enthusiastic about it.

00:06:58.480 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:07:03.360 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:07:08.560 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:07:12.840 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:07:14.740 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:07:16.180 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:07:18.780 It's going to happen.

00:07:19.900 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:07:23.540 MAGA Media.

00:07:24.880 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:07:30.260 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:07:34.080 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:07:40.280 War Room.

00:07:41.280 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:07:43.340 Bannon.

00:07:50.060 It's Tuesday, 27 May, in the year of our Lord, 2025.

00:07:52.900 That is President David French.

00:07:54.640 Remember when French ran for president?

00:07:56.620 You might have missed that, but he did.

00:07:59.240 It didn't really go anywhere.

00:08:00.220 So that's David French saying we have affirmative hatred.

00:08:03.380 No, we're trying to take down the administrative state and the deep state, brother, that has driven this country into a ditch that we need to get it out of to make it great again.

00:08:14.320 Part of that ditch is obviously this insane spending on the forever wars.

00:08:18.460 The NSC 100, I think it could have been even more because I think the billets are 250 to 300.

00:08:23.680 The NSC used to be 10, 20 people, National Security Council.

00:08:26.860 So he's sending home the detailees from all these different – the Pentagon, the Justice Department, the CIA.

00:08:34.860 Basically, I think you ought to fire them and get them gone out of the entire government.

00:08:39.000 But he's sending – President Trump is sending them back, getting them out of the ELB, getting them out of the White House. 0.84

00:08:43.860 No need for them.

00:08:44.640 You don't need a National Security Council that big.

00:08:47.960 President Trump's got political appointees.

00:08:49.380 He's going to put his own people in there, the detailees who are just all deep staters. 1.00

00:08:54.000 And remember, it's not that they were listening to the phone call, Washington Post reporter.

00:09:00.240 It's not that they were listening to the phone call.

00:09:01.980 The perfect phone call is that they lied about what was said, twisted it, and trumped up a bizarro impeachment that we now know about the corruption of Zelensky and Biden.

00:09:14.440 Notice the mainstream media is not all over the Biden story.

00:09:16.500 Anyway, we've got a lot to get to.

00:09:18.520 Julie Kelly, the Julie Kelly, is in the house today. 0.85

00:09:22.020 Julie Kelly, honored to have you here.

00:09:23.600 Let's start with I guess the Bongino.

00:09:26.660 They're doing the cocaine.

00:09:27.820 They're doing the pipe bomber. 0.94

00:09:30.460 They're doing a couple of other things.

00:09:32.480 I think those are all lovely, but we've got to get on with the important stuff, and we're not.

00:09:39.120 And if they think this is going to assuage us, they are wrong.

00:09:42.880 But go ahead, Julie Kelly.

00:09:43.920 I know you've got some very strong opinions about this, ma'am.

00:09:46.100 Well, first of all, we were just joking here in the studio about David French and how much we missed him because he did take a Twitter X break.

00:09:55.420 And now like a cicada, like the little bug that he is.

00:09:58.820 He has reemerged with more of his babbling BS.

00:10:02.480 David French, not only who ran for president in 2016, but of course a happy promoter of every anti-Trump hoax from Russiagate to Ukrainegate to very fine people to the insurrection.

00:10:15.700 You know, and the idea that he wants to reimagine American democracy when the public's trust in every institution, including the media, is at all-time lows.

00:10:28.940 Anyway, it's so nice to have David French back.

00:10:32.160 Well, hang on.

00:10:33.100 Hold it.

00:10:33.500 Now that you brought it up, anytime somebody – you see this in Hollywood.

00:10:38.540 When they talk about reimagine, what that means is they're taking a classic film and they're going to destroy it with some crap they're going to make now with a bunch of hacks they have in Hollywood and hack writers like David French.

00:10:50.240 So I don't think we need to reimagine the Constitution.

00:10:53.480 I think we're doing just fine.

00:10:54.700 We love democracy because we're – democracy is the way that we're winning and building our coalition, and all the polling is great.

00:11:02.840 The Rasmussen guys are going to join us tomorrow morning.

00:11:05.280 Mark Mitchell, an incredible new polling coming out across the board about the president.

00:11:09.600 So, no, we're doing fine.

00:11:11.140 We don't need to reimagine.

00:11:12.560 I don't think so, Julie Kelly.

00:11:13.920 This is what I voted for.

00:11:16.520 Well, remember, too, David French infamously called Drag Queen Story Hour a blessing of liberty, so one can only imagine what his newly found democracy would look like.

00:11:28.360 Many colors of the rainbow.

00:11:30.960 David French, oddly, supporting that.

00:11:35.080 So, at any rate, so, yes, so back to what we're talking about with the FBI.

00:11:41.440 I think you and I might have just a slight disagreement here on what Cash and Dan are doing.

00:11:47.200 I understand the frustration of the base.

00:11:50.240 Of course, you know that – I mean, this FBI is the one that I covered who was using battering rams against veterans who, with no criminal record,

00:12:00.120 you know, destroying their homes, their lives, their families over nonviolent protests at the Capitol on January 6th.

00:12:07.380 So, and, of course, the Whitmer case, which we'll talk about as well.

00:12:11.000 But I think the depth of corruption there, and this is what I'm hearing from my sources, is far worse than anyone imagined.

00:12:17.920 The new folks at the DOJ and the FBI.

00:12:20.520 And all you have to do is look at James Comey's recent comments.

00:12:24.780 That mindset has infected the 37,000 employee workforce of the FBI, every single field office, 56 field offices, of course, main headquarters.

00:12:37.600 So it's not like new leadership – and I know you're not suggesting that – just magically goes in, and then they become normal human beings.

00:12:45.140 So, Julie, but Julie, you and I are totally in agreement.

00:12:48.440 We're totally in agreement.

00:12:50.440 We're totally in agreement.

00:12:51.580 So why not take – how about this?

00:12:53.460 Here's an idea.

00:12:54.680 Let's not ask for another billion dollars for new headquarters.

00:12:57.120 Let's shut the headquarters down. 0.86

00:12:58.800 Let's get rid of 37,000 people, and then we can hire back onesies, twosies of ones that are good to a new organization. 0.93

00:13:05.380 Let's just get rid of it.

00:13:06.460 Why – Comey shows you what fascist they are.

00:13:10.640 Comey's going on – he's on the – he's on Raggedy Ann's show, Jen Psaki's show, that's got, like, no ratings now.

00:13:17.840 Rachel Maddow's left.

00:13:18.800 The thing's imploded.

00:13:20.020 He's talking about – I mean, he's a complete police state fascist, and he's talking about going back and taking the FBI, and this is what is the problem.

00:13:29.220 If they steal 2028, they're coming back, and we haven't taken the thing apart.

00:13:33.360 I want to take it apart brick by brick and have a Carthaginian peace salt the earth around it so it can never grow back, ma'am.

00:13:41.820 Well, I will tell you this.

00:13:43.280 I mean, that's what Cash and Dan, I think, once believed and probably still do believe.

00:13:48.320 But they would find huge resistance in Congress, Republicans in the House and Senate.

00:13:54.700 We just saw this with Ed Martin, whose few Republican senators successfully scuttling his nomination for D.C.

00:14:02.480 U.S. attorney.

00:14:03.080 These cowards in Washington would fight every – and they're probably doing it behind the scenes, I would imagine – to dismantle and destroy the FBI start from scratch or at least preserve little parts of it to help with major crime threats. 0.98

00:14:19.000 I agree, but we've got to hit them – he's from the godfather. 0.99

00:14:23.540 We've got to hit them while we're strong. 0.98

00:14:25.720 I agree 100 percent. 0.93

00:14:26.880 They're going to block it.

00:14:27.840 Let's take it on right now.

00:14:29.380 And I will tell you, if you bring this to the forefront and have that battle that you and I want to have, and I think Cash and Dan want to have also, with the powers that be on the deep state and on Capitol Hill, the funding sources, President Trump's going to throw in with us.

00:14:45.960 He's going to say, yeah, this is what – you know, give me some of this.

00:14:48.780 This is what – I tell you what, let's take a short break.

00:14:51.400 Julie Kelly's in the House.

00:14:52.700 Rogan O'Hanley's going to be with us.

00:14:54.220 Short break.

00:14:54.920 Back in the warm in a moment.

00:14:55.880 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the bloc of emerging superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the United States dollar as the global currency.

00:15:15.600 They're calling this the Rio Reset.

00:15:18.280 As BRICS nations push forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings.

00:15:26.960 While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to start in Rio.

00:15:33.420 The Rio Reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.

00:16:32.160 Okay, markets are jumping all around.

00:16:36.580 When you see the financial mess that we've got to work our way out of, that the Senate's now going to take on the big, beautiful bill, President Trump, all of it, Japanese bond market.

00:16:45.240 Let's be blunt.

00:16:46.540 No investor in the world wants to lend any money to any government long.

00:16:50.960 Does that make you concerned?

00:16:52.260 They don't want to lend it to Germany, Britain, Japan, the United States.

00:16:58.780 Does that concern you?

00:17:00.480 This is not sub-Saharan Africa or some developing nation.

00:17:03.360 I'm talking about the G7, the most powerful nations on earth.

00:17:08.060 Find out why.

00:17:20.500 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:17:22.140 Now more than ever, you need to understand not the price of gold, the process of what drives the price of gold.

00:17:29.240 You need to understand this for your community, your family, your country, and most specifically, your own financial well-being.

00:17:35.900 Make sure you understand it.

00:17:36.840 We've taken a lot of time to do this.

00:17:38.340 We have a clip on James Comey.

00:17:41.780 Let's go ahead and play it, and we'll bring back the great Julie Kelly. 1.00

00:17:44.660 Do you think there's a – I mean, one of the things that is happening now is that the Trump administration is, of course, testing the system in ways it hasn't been tested before.

00:17:53.740 In the law enforcement sense, do you think there are laws that should be put in place that would help better manage this that aren't in place now?

00:18:03.180 I mean, are we equipped?

00:18:04.080 Is the law enforcement system and the legal system equipped to deal with what we're seeing now?

00:18:08.940 Probably there could be changes at the margins, but in the main, we have the tools.

00:18:13.200 There are cultural impediments to doing this work.

00:18:15.940 Let's say you work in the FBI.

00:18:17.220 You know that one of the two political parties is, let me put it nicely, white supremacist adjacent at a minimum.

00:18:25.080 And so why would you want to throw your career on that side of the line and be summoned to Capitol Hill to be asked, why are you pursuing these innocent groups?

00:18:32.780 And so we have a cultural impediment to working it effectively that should get more attention than it does. 0.98

00:18:40.000 Why he is not in prison, he's a disgusting and revolting human being. 0.99

00:18:43.840 And the system that created him is disgusting and revolting. 1.00

00:18:48.340 And I'm adamant. 0.96

00:18:49.240 We got to take this apart brick by brick.

00:18:51.180 It cannot be saved.

00:18:52.260 It cannot, you know, cash.

00:18:53.220 They're talking about a hall of heroes over there.

00:18:57.000 There are no heroes.

00:18:58.780 Because even the guys are the good guys, the FBI, nobody came for it because they didn't believe we would ever come back into power.

00:19:05.000 And guess what?

00:19:05.520 We're going to be in power a long time.

00:19:07.120 We need to take the FBI apart and we need to take it apart today.

00:19:14.240 Call me right there.

00:19:15.300 You see white supremacist adjacent.

00:19:18.000 Dude, we won by getting the biggest vote on the Hispanic community ever.

00:19:23.560 We got 39 percent of African-American men. 0.60

00:19:26.940 White supremacist that, dude. 1.00

00:19:28.980 You're disgusting and revolting. 1.00

00:19:31.740 And we got to take it to these people. 1.00

00:19:33.480 We can't play patty cake anymore.

00:19:34.960 Julie Kelly – and look, I get the – I don't care about Hunter Biden's cocaine in the White House.

00:19:40.120 The bomber, yes, I care about the bomber, but it shouldn't be top priority.

00:19:43.880 And the rest of the stuff they're doing, it's all marginalia.

00:19:46.860 We got to get to the heart of it.

00:19:48.820 And the heart of it is guys like Comey are in prison.

00:19:51.720 Brennan's in prison.

00:19:52.900 And the apparatuses that created them and they were there to suppress the American people are gone forever. 0.56

00:20:00.960 Julie Kelly.

00:20:01.640 Well, you took the words right out of my mouth after listening to that clip.

00:20:07.000 James Comey should be in prison.

00:20:08.760 After Anthony Fauci, he has done more damage to this country and to real people's lives than anyone else.

00:20:15.080 So it's really a shame that he is still walking around, being treated as a folk hero on the left,

00:20:20.480 being able to sell books, getting big book advances, and buying a big beach house

00:20:25.500 where he can play with rocks in the sand and make threats against the president.

00:20:29.340 Very unfortunate.

00:20:31.000 So I certainly agree with you there.

00:20:33.860 I do think the pipe bomb is still very important because, as Darren Beatty used to say, 1.00

00:20:39.400 once that unravels and is exposed, as yes, fusion can, an inside job,

00:20:45.220 because there's a reason why four years went by and the FBI, with every surveillance and investigative tool at its disposal,

00:20:52.400 still could not identify this guy.

00:20:54.680 Why they doctored with the video from January 5th.

00:20:57.960 Why Stephen D'Antuano, talk about the connection to the Whitmer Fednapping hoax,

00:21:03.080 why Stephen D'Antuano lied to Congress and said one of the data files from the cell phone providers

00:21:08.560 from January 5th and 6th was corrupted.

00:21:12.020 So I do think exposing the lies and the malkees. 1.00

00:21:16.980 Julie, Julie, Julie, Julie.

00:21:19.000 I'm not defending the – you know that I'm not.

00:21:21.720 No, no, no, no, no, no.

00:21:23.600 You've done more than – where's my old Julie Kelly? 1.00

00:21:26.880 You've done more – you're going cash on me.

00:21:30.000 Hang on, hang on.

00:21:31.520 You've done more than any individual to sit in those courtrooms every day and document this.

00:21:36.220 The pipe bomb is clearly important. 0.99

00:21:37.680 But we've got – Miranda Devine has got this piece up in the Post-its to say,

00:21:42.140 how is everybody associated with the laptop from hell still working at the FBI?

00:21:46.860 The whole thing of January 6th, you know the depth of it, the scale of it,

00:21:52.020 that we've got to get now to adjudicate what actually went on in everything.

00:21:55.980 It was a Fed surrection.

00:21:57.640 The pipe bomb is important, but it's such a marginal piece.

00:22:01.020 Don't get me wrong.

00:22:01.700 I want to get to the bottom of that.

00:22:03.220 But we've got the entire thing sitting right before us,

00:22:05.640 and they know we're not getting it done.

00:22:07.680 They're laughing at us because we're not moving with urgency.

00:22:12.020 We're burning daylight, as Jack London used to say.

00:22:15.360 Do you not agree with me that this has got to – and we've got to raise it up to President Trump's level.

00:22:19.080 This is why you need a special prosecutor.

00:22:20.580 The FBI cannot do this themselves.

00:22:23.480 The Justice Department can't do it themselves.

00:22:25.420 You have to have somebody else.

00:22:26.700 Hey, I'm recommending a Tom Fenton, Julie Kelly, Rudy Giuliani team – I'll throw Rogan O'Hanley in there, too – that advise we get a top prosecutor,

00:22:38.040 a team of prosecutors, and let's roll, baby.

00:22:40.340 Let's do it.

00:22:41.480 Ma'am.

00:22:41.800 Yes, and the old Julie Kelly is still here, but I guess my concern is you destroy the FBI, dismantle it at this point.

00:22:52.320 How do we get those answers, I guess, is my concern, that they've already buried and hidden and probably destroyed so much evidence that we need.

00:23:02.780 How then will we get those answers?

00:23:04.940 And I think there has to be a political process to build –

00:23:08.500 Oh, I feel comfortable.

00:23:09.080 I feel comfortable.

00:23:09.280 In the process of taking a part, I feel comfortable that the smart people with Fenton and Julie Kelly and Rudy and Rogan and top prosecutors and people will put on here,

00:23:19.580 maybe even take Ed Martin out of justice and give it to him, the top people will have it.

00:23:23.940 And the passion that people will have for this, I feel – I'll take that bet.

00:23:28.660 I feel highly confident that we will find it.

00:23:31.240 And guess what?

00:23:32.500 In the process itself, so much else will come up because you know the process.

00:23:36.520 Look at Watergate.

00:23:37.600 Every day things are going to happen, but you have to start the journey.

00:23:41.440 Right now we're sitting here – and Dan Bongino, I love Dan.

00:23:44.820 He's fantastic, but I don't want to hear about the pipe bomb.

00:23:47.240 I don't – particularly don't insult me with the cocaine.

00:23:50.060 I don't want to hear about the cocaine.

00:23:51.560 That's something that's 50 down, 50 down the list.

00:23:55.560 I want to get to the Biden – the biggest corruption in the history of the country, bigger than Watergate, is what they did with Biden.

00:24:02.080 Both put him – steal the election, put him in office, do a feds direction on January 6th, and then hide the fact that he had dementia.

00:24:08.760 It's the biggest scandal in the history of the nation.

00:24:10.940 And it's right in front of us.

00:24:12.040 And we have all the power to do it, and we're running around talking about Hunter Biden's cocaine in the White House.

00:24:17.840 It's not relevant.

00:24:19.160 It's a misdirection play, and we're not going to be fooled.

00:24:22.340 Hey, we're in the business of not having the left do that.

00:24:25.040 We're certainly not going to have the right do that on us, ma'am.

00:24:27.500 It's got to raise up to the level of President Trump.

00:24:30.340 Actually, we've got a system that the special prosecutor can report to President Trump.

00:24:34.620 Let's get on with it.

00:24:35.840 Would you volunteer, Julie Kelly?

00:24:37.280 I get the old Julie Kelly.

00:24:38.840 You get in here with Fenton and these guys and form some sort of working group.

00:24:42.500 Come on.

00:24:43.680 Come on, lady. 1.00

00:24:44.780 No, but I will continue to report on it because I like my life, so I don't want to give it up, quite frankly, like Cash and Dan have done.

00:24:51.420 So, no, I don't want to do that, but I would certainly cover that.

00:24:56.300 But, look, you're not going to find disagreement on that.

00:24:58.640 I also don't care about the Epstein information.

00:25:01.580 I don't care about those files.

00:25:03.040 I think it's irrelevant.

00:25:04.920 No one is going to be charged.

00:25:06.100 Everyone got away with it, and I would much rather dig into January 6th.

00:25:11.100 You can't surrender like that.

00:25:12.880 You've got to get – no.

00:25:14.360 I just have never cared about it personally.

00:25:16.060 You've got to get to the files because in the files you're going to find out the – I know, but you're – no, no, but I'm saying it's – you'll get to the cover-up of exactly what the cover-up was.

00:25:23.280 They're even admitting they've got these tapes and things.

00:25:25.320 This is Cash and – and Pam, you've got to get – once you get into these things, the rich – as you know, Julie, you've done it yourself.

00:25:33.020 With no resource at all, just doing it yourself, you understand as you start these investigations, every day you tell me, hey, I found this, I found this.

00:25:40.740 The process itself delivers – once you have intention and start moving down, the process itself – I tell you, Julie, hang on for one second.

00:25:48.320 Let me get Rogan in here.

00:25:49.180 Rogan, the great Robert Barnes put up a tweet.

00:25:52.000 We're back to – and I just had – I just did a handoff with Bowling who was on a raid this morning going back again.

00:25:58.260 And guess what?

00:25:58.800 They had 20 guys.

00:25:59.640 It was great.

00:26:00.100 They caught a couple of bad guys.

00:26:01.760 These things – but they sent them to some jail. 1.00

00:26:03.500 They didn't take them to a plane and put them on going to Seacott.

00:26:07.400 Don't we have to – your brilliant idea.

00:26:09.280 Don't we have to right now, President Trump, suspend the writ of habeas corpus and let's get on with it, sir?

00:26:14.420 People are more than ready.

00:26:17.320 I was just listening to a podcast this morning talking about how the war room has popularized this idea of suspending the writ of habeas corpus.

00:26:25.140 But the media keeps shrieking about a constitutional crisis happening or about to happen with Trump.

00:26:32.260 Let me be clear, media.

00:26:34.740 The constitutional crisis is already here.

00:26:37.380 We have a historic record number of national injunctions issued by these leftist activists in black robes called judges at the federal district court level who have hamstrung the duly elected president.

00:26:53.120 And they have ripped apart the Constitution.

00:26:56.180 That is the constitutional crisis that an unelected Marxist judge in a singular federal district in some, you know, judicial shopped area by Democrats can stop the president from deporting violent cartels, okay?

00:27:12.540 To rectify this constitutional crisis, Trump has to suspend the writ of habeas corpus for illegal aliens only and ship these people out. 0.88

00:27:23.580 All we want is what they did on Martha's Vineyard.

00:27:26.620 When a few dozen illegals got shipped there, they mobilized the National Guard and they shipped them off the island in 48 hours or less without a trial. 0.66

00:27:34.760 If it's good enough for Martha's Vineyard, it's good enough for the rest of the country.

00:27:39.220 Rogan, I want you to hang with me.

00:27:41.860 Julie's going to hang. 1.00

00:27:43.560 Aren't they winning because they've slowed us down so much right now with all these lower court things?

00:27:48.440 The Supreme Court's so slow to this.

00:27:49.840 We are in the middle of a crisis right now, but they love it because they're winning.

00:27:53.620 They understand we only got 13 million more to go, right?

00:27:58.840 Don't you think they're winning in 30 seconds?

00:28:02.020 Yeah.

00:28:02.620 I would say right now they have the upper hand.

00:28:05.000 We are in power.

00:28:06.180 We have control of the federal government.

00:28:08.040 But as of right now, we have the upper hand.

00:28:10.160 And that – or they have the upper hand.

00:28:11.920 And that is why I am pushing this idea.

00:28:14.180 The Constitution has tools and weapons that can be used by the government in situations like this.

00:28:21.220 There is an invasion.

00:28:22.600 The suspension of the habeas corpus is for an invasion. 0.94

00:28:25.720 Hang on one second.

00:28:26.320 Let's do it.

00:28:27.220 You missed the IRS tax deadline.

00:29:48.900 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:51.420 Okay, I'm going to get back to Rogan and Julie in a moment.

00:29:57.700 I've got things blowing up down in Texas in the House.

00:30:00.940 Let's go to General Paxson, Ken Paxson.

00:30:03.700 General Paxson, were you escorted off the floor of the Texas House today, sir, by some Republicans?

00:30:11.000 Is there any truth to these rumors?

00:30:13.040 Well, yeah, it's interesting.

00:30:13.960 I've spent 10 years in the Texas House.

00:30:15.560 I was in the Senate.

00:30:16.140 I used to go to the House all the time.

00:30:18.680 I've gone on the floor as Texas Attorney General in the past.

00:30:21.480 This is the first time.

00:30:22.240 I was asked by about 10, 12 House members to come on the floor and talk to a few of them, say hi.

00:30:27.260 It was no big deal.

00:30:27.840 I was going to take a picture with them.

00:30:29.640 And then I had a staffer come up to me and said I had to leave immediately.

00:30:33.800 And I said, I thought former House members were allowed on the floor.

00:30:36.840 She said, well, they are, but not the Attorney General.

00:30:41.860 And I said, well, I was a former House member.

00:30:45.080 I'm Attorney General now, but former House members, my understanding is they were usually allowed on the floor.

00:30:49.840 And I'm a former House member.

00:30:51.700 She goes, not the Attorney General.

00:30:52.940 You're excluded from that group.

00:30:54.860 And I said, who's saying this?

00:30:57.120 Who's saying this?

00:30:57.900 She said, Charlie Guarini is a state rep from Fort Worth that obviously voted to impeach me and was very much behind all of that.

00:31:04.160 So, yeah, I mean, apparently he has sole authority or the Speaker to grant permission to get on the floor.

00:31:10.580 But I was asked by House members to take a picture.

00:31:13.260 They made a big deal out of it.

00:31:14.520 They didn't need to do that.

00:31:15.760 And that's how it happened.

00:31:19.620 General, we're going to have Brian Harrison in a moment.

00:31:22.660 And Brian's been coming on to give us an update over the last five or six days of what's going on in the Texas House.

00:31:27.260 People's heads are blown up.

00:31:28.420 What in the hell is going on in Texas, sir?

00:31:30.860 Oh, you know, it's always a challenge when the Democrats end up deciding who the leadership is, the Speaker in Texas.

00:31:40.700 And that's been going on for 17 years.

00:31:43.140 And to varying degrees, all of them have some allegiance to the people that got them elected.

00:31:48.100 And that is truly the case in every Speaker that I've seen since Joe Strauss pulled this off in like 2011.

00:31:55.760 The Democrats have had more ability to influence the process than they should, given the fact that we have a majority, a pretty strong majority in the Texas House and a pretty strong majority in the Senate.

00:32:07.700 The Senate is controlled by Republicans.

00:32:10.540 The House is a mix.

00:32:11.840 Are you going to be part – you know, Harrison is going to come in a second.

00:32:17.740 He's talking about we're all going to get together tomorrow and work out a plan on how to set things right down there.

00:32:24.280 I understand everybody knows you're running in this very important primary against one of the worst guys in the U.S. Senate, Cornyn.

00:32:30.320 Will you help Harrison and the rest of the folks down there and, of course, War Room to try to set things right?

00:32:36.980 Because Texas is the railhead of MAGA.

00:32:40.280 Trump won by 14 points after they beat off $400 million by source to turn it blue.

00:32:45.420 This is all grassroots, and the grassroots are just being pillaged down there, sir.

00:32:50.100 There's no doubt.

00:32:50.840 I mean, I was out for nine months campaigning against Republican incumbent House members before this last session.

00:32:56.920 And we changed out 26 incumbents either quit or were beaten in a primary.

00:33:02.200 So I'm definitely part of the process of changing the Texas House to become more Republican and to stick together as Republicans instead of letting the Democrats control who gets elected as Speaker in the Texas House.

00:33:16.500 General Paxson, where do people go for social media and also to find out about their heroic run for the United States Senate, sir?

00:33:23.980 KenPaxson.com and at KenPaxsonTX for Twitter.

00:33:26.920 Thank you, General Paxson.

00:33:30.480 I appreciate you.

00:33:31.180 Thank you.

00:33:31.580 I'm looking forward to having you back.

00:33:33.880 Harrison, what in the hell is going on today?

00:33:36.180 Another Donnie Burke on the last day in the Texas House?

00:33:40.120 Pretty much.

00:33:40.860 I mean, yeah, it's been a few hours since I've seen you and just in the last couple hours since we've talked.

00:33:44.920 So what have we done in the Texas House?

00:33:46.500 On the Texas House floor, the duly elected, multiply elected conservative attorney general of the state of Texas, Ken Paxton, was not allowed.

00:33:56.600 He was kicked off.

00:33:57.540 He was removed from the floor of the Texas House by the corrupt, rhino, Democrat-controlled leadership of the Texas House. 0.99

00:34:03.180 So they move our attorney general off the House floor.

00:34:06.200 Well, what's even more disturbing and alarming is what did they put on the House floor?

00:34:10.440 They put a Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders-esque style student loan repayment bill on the House floor.

00:34:21.040 And get this.

00:34:21.860 So they moved Ken Paxton off.

00:34:23.400 They put a Bernie Sanders-style college student loan repayment program on the House floor.

00:34:27.820 We conservatives somehow, a rare success.

00:34:30.120 We killed the bill, which is very rare.

00:34:32.440 But House leadership was not going to be content with that.

00:34:35.180 So they had a bunch of their rhinos go up and literally pretend, you can see it on tape, they made them pretend their voting machines malfunctioned so that they could save this Democrat bill to literally push Joe Biden's agenda on the Texas House floor.

00:34:50.160 So Ken Paxton banned from the Texas House floor.

00:34:52.920 Joe Biden's student loan repayment program, that was forced through just in the last couple hours since I've talked to you.

00:34:59.600 And by the way, that bill was just one of 81 Democrat bills that they have put on our bill filing deadline here on the Texas House floor.

00:35:07.660 So Texas voters are red, but the Texas government down here, controlled by the Liberal Union Party, they're blue.

00:35:13.460 Democrats control the Texas House.

00:35:14.880 Our parliamentarian is a Democrat.

00:35:16.960 The House rules give Democrats more power than they've ever had.

00:35:19.280 They co-chair every single one of our committees.

00:35:23.560 And just in the two weeks leading up to the deadline, I think we passed 200 Democrat bills off the floor of the Texas House.

00:35:29.080 It's the biggest form of voter fraud.

00:35:31.040 What the hell is the point of election integrity if elected Republicans are just going to give Democrats all their power?

00:35:37.000 Explain this to the nation and to the world because, you know, we've got a big global audience.

00:35:40.200 I've got Steve Hilton coming on.

00:35:41.540 He's running as a populist in California to try to set things right there.

00:35:45.020 It sounds like the great state of Texas, the way it runs, actually may be as bad, sir.

00:35:50.640 In some ways it's worse.

00:35:51.980 I mean, we have actually more people like – so back up real quick and be clear.

00:35:55.860 Texas has got this reputation for leading and freedom and liberty and low taxes and small government.

00:36:01.480 But here's the reality.

00:36:02.460 For far too long we have just been coasting on that reputation.

00:36:06.120 I'll give you just one example that breaks my heart and makes me angry.

00:36:09.980 In some ways we have bigger government and more regulations than states like California and New York.

00:36:15.140 And just one example, we have more occupational licensing regulations than every state in America, and that includes California and New York.

00:36:23.680 Just in the last two budget cycles, we have grown our state budget by 42 percent.

00:36:29.000 That's a bigger growth rate than D.C. Democrats come up with or than big blue states like California and New York.

00:36:35.660 It's absolutely outrageous, and people have no idea.

00:36:38.480 People just think of Texas as this big, great Republican pro-liberty state, you know, elected Trump by 14 points.

00:36:43.060 But the Republicans down here – what we have is a bunch of Democrats that know they can't get elected unless they run as Republicans.

00:36:48.180 They run as Republicans, they lie to their voters, and then they tax Texans out of their home to advance the Biden agenda.

00:36:53.540 And I'm just doing everything I can to expose voters to the truth, to bring transparency.

00:36:57.900 And I'm always grateful to you and the posse for opening the eyes, not just to 30 million Texans who need to know the betrayal that these rhinos are exercising against them, 1.00

00:37:07.100 but to Republicans who care about saving our state and our country all across the United States.

00:37:13.060 And you're going to go to work tomorrow to set things right there because something's not right with Texas.

00:37:17.480 If we lose Texas, as Texas goes, so goes the nation, sir.

00:37:21.380 Yeah, absolutely.

00:37:23.000 And I was very proud to lock arms in the last primary season with President Trump and Ken Paxton.

00:37:28.640 I mean, you just had Ken Paxton on.

00:37:30.180 We traveled the state together going into the districts, which is very unpopular, by the way.

00:37:34.680 You don't win any popularity contests by this.

00:37:36.560 Actually, I got censured.

00:37:38.240 I got censured by the GOP caucus because I had the audacity to endorse and campaign for movement conservatives who wanted to push the Trump agenda, the conservative, the pro-liberty agenda in Texas.

00:37:49.880 I was censured for it because I traveled around the state going into my incumbent Rhino colleagues' districts and educating their voters.

00:37:56.500 Let me tell you what, Texas voters, they are sick and tired of being gaslit by establishment politicians who at every chance vote to grow government and bankrupt the next generation, to empower Democrats, to collude with them, to destroy liberty.

00:38:11.000 Going home, these rhinos going home and telling them they're fighting for small government conservative principles when the reality is they're doing the opposite. 1.00

00:38:19.880 Texas voters deserve the truth, and I couldn't be more excited as we're closing out a train wreck, absolute dumpster fire of a session.

00:38:29.140 Texans would have been far better off at this liberal crony corporatism, DEI, you know, funding, LGBTQ empowering.

00:38:36.980 If this session never happened, Texans would have been better off.

00:38:40.320 But I'm excited as we go into the next election cycle because these Republicans, I'm going to do everything I can to make sure they have nowhere to hide.

00:38:47.900 Their voters deserve the truth.

00:38:49.860 Texans deserve bold, real, fearless Republican leadership that will not bend a knee to the swamp, but who's committed to destroying the swamp in Austin.

00:39:00.700 Harrison, where do people go for your social media, a website, to follow you?

00:39:04.700 Yeah, at Brian E. Harrison on X, at Brian E. Harrison.

00:39:09.500 And I ask folks, please take two seconds, go to at Brian E. Harrison on X because none of the media in the whole state of Texas is being willing to tell voters the truth.

00:39:18.060 That's why the corrupt Texas House leadership has been able to get away with this for so long, as you just heard Attorney General Paxton talking about.

00:39:26.220 The Democrats quite literally select the speaker in the Republican-controlled Texas House.

00:39:31.500 So I'm trying to bring a new level of transparency on my X feed at Brian E. Harrison.

00:39:36.300 Please go there and like and share.

00:39:40.440 Brian, thank you so much.

00:39:41.820 Fight the good fight.

00:39:42.880 Appreciate you.

00:39:43.320 Great to be with you, my friend.

00:39:44.260 God bless you.

00:39:44.820 God bless the posse.

00:39:45.640 God bless Texas.

00:39:47.520 Got a fight down there, but man, we got to save Texas.

00:39:50.100 Don't save Texas.

00:39:51.080 And you got so many.

00:39:51.740 I mean, it's the railhead of MAGA.

00:39:53.500 14-point win.

00:39:55.020 Let me go.

00:39:55.460 Rogan, and I'm going to bring in Julie here. 0.99

00:39:57.660 Robert Barnes said this.

00:40:01.520 We're not hurtling towards a constitutional crisis.

00:40:04.120 We're in a constitutional crisis right now.

00:40:07.220 Tell us why.

00:40:09.140 Because of these judges, Steve.

00:40:11.140 This is – I guarantee if there's actually some investigating into their communications, we would find coordination with these judges, right?

00:40:18.700 We already found that Chief Justice Roberts is in the same little secret judge club in D.C. with Judge Boasberg, who, by the way, used to be on the FISA court that approved the warrant to spy on President Trump.

00:40:30.860 And then now he's getting picked for all these Trump cases about, you know, deporting violent cartels or whatever.

00:40:38.140 Listen, this is being coordinated, which is why I actually like this investigation by Bongino and Cash into the leaker of the Dobbs decision because it potentially implicates a conservative Supreme Court justice.

00:40:52.660 And I say if that's true, we figure out who it is, and if that is a criminal action, we discuss punitive measures up to and including impeachment.

00:41:03.340 So we have to start flexing power.

00:41:07.060 The only person flexing actual power right now is President Trump, and he's fighting the entire machine.

00:41:13.320 Why is Congress not dragging these judges in for impeachment hearings or at least questioning as to if these are being coordinated or if they believe that federal district judges should have the power to give these national injunctions against the U.S. president by the dozen?

00:41:30.080 So it's time to start taking stronger steps to actually accomplish what President Trump was elected on with majority Hispanic men's support, with a majority vote in this country.

00:41:44.320 And that was mass deportations.

00:41:46.680 If Trump takes these bold steps, we will have his back.

00:41:50.000 We will stand by him.

00:41:53.420 Rogan, hang on.

00:41:54.440 I'm holding you through the break.

00:41:55.380 Julie, is Rogan and Barnes right?

00:41:58.020 Are we actually in the crisis right now as you see it?

00:42:02.120 We absolutely are.

00:42:03.600 And Rogan is, of course, 100 percent right.

00:42:06.080 Where is Congress?

00:42:07.780 Where is the U.S. Senate holding?

00:42:09.640 If they're not going to go forward with impeachment, we already heard Speaker Mike Johnson say that they won't, then at least hold some sort of public hearing,

00:42:18.800 compel the production of their documents and their communication, just like we saw judges in Washington do to the president and his entire White House team and his campaign staff.

00:42:28.020 For four years under the Biden DOJ.

00:42:31.320 Look, I have a piece up at my sub stack, declassified with Julie Kelly.

00:42:35.820 I urge everyone to go there because I have linked an order from appellate court judge James Ho, who last week eviscerated the Supreme Court for its involvement in that Texas Alien Enemies Act lawsuit.

00:42:50.860 He compared he compared he compared federal courtrooms to Denny's restaurants, saying that now they are operating on demand 24 seven for these groups, especially the ACLU, to give them whatever they want, not allowing the president or the DOJ or Homeland Security or anyone else time to respond to these lawsuits.

00:43:12.900 It's rubber stamping all of these special interest groups who are defending illegal aliens who are criminals.

00:43:20.280 And so these judges need to be held to account.

00:43:22.940 But I urge everyone to read that opinion from James Ho, who should be at the top of the list right now of Donald Trump's Supreme Court shortlist for Supreme Court nominees.

00:43:32.540 Hang on for one second.

00:43:35.540 Short commercial break.

00:43:36.620 Rogan O'Hanley, the infamous D.C. Drano and Julie Kelly next in the war.

00:43:42.560 There's something happening with our farmland here in the United States that isn't getting enough attention.

00:43:53.580 The Chinese have been buying up hundreds of thousands of acres of U.S. farmland. 0.99

00:43:59.260 They're also taking control over critical supply chains, things like fertilizer, animal feed and farming equipment.

00:44:06.060 Why?

00:44:06.900 It's not clear.

00:44:08.480 They're tightening the grip on global food production.

00:44:11.320 That is clear.

00:44:14.020 And if things go south and it could happen quickly, we need to be ready.

00:44:19.560 That's why I trust MyPatriotSupply.

00:44:21.540 They're America's largest emergency preparedness company.

00:45:14.220 But we can control how prepared we are.

00:45:28.500 Do not let this thing get ahead of you.

00:45:30.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:45:38.280 Rogan, you've started something that's going to get big and bigger, and it's actually going to come into effect because President Lincoln had to do it.

00:45:47.980 This is a war, 13 million.

00:45:49.980 There are 13 million illegal alien invaders in this country.

00:45:54.100 We haven't lifted a finger to go after Mallorca.

00:45:56.420 There's anybody that did this to this nation.

00:45:58.320 You got 13 million here.

00:45:59.560 It's not about them as people.

00:46:01.360 They all have to go or you don't have a country. 0.68

00:46:04.980 Okay?

00:46:05.400 Rogan or Hanley, give me a minute.

00:46:06.940 What is your solution?

00:46:07.720 Right now, what should President Trump and his administration be doing to sort this mess out?

00:46:14.840 It's very simple, Steve.

00:46:16.380 Right now, the Supreme Court is debating internally about the extent and the power of these federal district court judges to issue these national injunctions.

00:46:25.720 If they make a ruling that they are able to continue completely stalling the presidency, executive two powers to deport illegal aliens, then President Trump will have no choice but to suspend the writ of habeas corpus and save this country.

00:46:42.280 The history books will thank him.

00:46:44.700 All we want is for judges to have the power to issue injunctions for the parties within their court.

00:46:52.380 Look what just happened at Harvard with that judge when they stopped Trump from disallowing international students.

00:46:59.340 What did the judge do?

00:47:01.000 Crazily, they worked as quick as possible to issue this injunction, but they only issued it with Harvard.

00:47:06.860 They didn't say Trump couldn't do this to every school across the country, just Harvard, because that's the party before them.

00:47:12.140 That's what they should do.

00:47:13.080 If there's five Trenda-Aragua illegals up under Alien Enemies Act before a judge, the judge doesn't get to say every Trenda-Aragua across the country is protected.

00:47:22.960 They get to say these three or four are protected or they aren't.

00:47:26.800 If the Supreme Court does not limit these injunctions to just the parties before the district courts, then that solidifies that we are in a constitutional crisis and Trump will have to take drastic measures to repel this historic invasion.

00:47:40.060 D.C., where do people get you on your social media?

00:47:45.820 At D.C. Drano on all the platforms.

00:47:48.760 It's an honor to be on the War Room.

00:47:51.440 Listen, this was an idea that you brought up, and now it's got a lot of legs.

00:47:58.560 People want this because this is a moment in history where a president has a chance to step up and become a historic figure, and I think one of those times is now.

00:48:08.380 Wow.

00:48:08.580 Well, he's a historic figure.

00:48:11.300 He's going to become even more of a historic figure.

00:48:13.340 I 100% agree with you.

00:48:14.500 Thank you.

00:48:15.720 Rogan, a guy making it happen.

00:48:17.100 Julie Kelly, you've been doing this now for four, going on five years.

00:48:21.400 Your recommendations?

00:48:25.120 I think what Rogan, again, what he said is 100% correct.

00:48:29.260 I hate to just keep saying that.

00:48:31.260 I hope I don't blow up his ego.

00:48:33.860 But he is spot on when he's talking about what is happening with these federal judges in these courtrooms and what he just said about these injunctions.

00:48:42.080 And I just want to underscore what he's talking about.

00:48:44.660 The ACLU, for example, will go to court.

00:48:47.180 They will file a motion for a temporary restraining order, which is the precedent for a preliminary injunction.

00:48:53.220 They will name five anonymous illegal Venezuelans tied to Trenteragua that the DOJ, that the government wants to immediately remove.

00:49:02.120 Then they ask for a class-wide status.

00:49:05.440 The judges immediately do that.

00:49:07.520 So think about that.

00:49:08.340 You have five anonymous illegals.

00:49:11.480 The ACLU, you've got at least a dozen lawyers on every single brief, every single motion.

00:49:17.340 Then they ask the judge, okay, take these five anonymous illegals, turn that into an entire class, which is what Judge Bosberg did in the very first lawsuit in Washington in March.

00:49:27.820 Then everyone is covered.

00:49:29.660 Then none of them can be deported.

00:49:31.120 Then they are due due process rights and notification.

00:49:36.200 And then you have judges on top of that saying, well, this is the Alien Enemies Act is not legitimate because there is no invasion.

00:49:44.040 There is no predatory incursion.

00:49:46.340 These are judges, for example, the one in Colorado, she's been a judge for three years. 0.63

00:49:51.260 She's no background in immigration or foreign policy or anything.

00:49:54.840 She hasn't even analyzed these cases.

00:49:56.780 She hasn't analyzed the huge influx of illegal Venezuelans, which reached historic levels during the Biden administration.

00:50:04.980 Think about this, Steve.

00:50:05.820 In 2023, Venezuela was second only to Mexico in the number of migrants who were crossing the southern border.

00:50:12.780 This is an invasion.

00:50:13.780 This is an incursion.

00:50:15.580 So how do you have these federal judges not just protecting these illegals but defying the president and his team who, of course, have analyzed this, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, including AG Pambandi and her team.

00:50:31.260 And you have some random federal DEI judge in Colorado who is disagreeing with this entire administration and defying the will of the American people who made immigration the number one issue in the 2024 election.

00:50:45.860 So these judges, and again, shame on Congress for being so silent and so cowardly in taking on these judges.

00:50:54.120 Steve, if we would have held impeachment proceedings, and you and I talked about this a few years ago, for Beryl Howell or Ahmet Mehta or any of the other D.C. judges who were completely destroying the constitutional rights of Americans for J-6, we would see a much different judicial climate right now.

00:51:12.600 But instead, they are all off the rails and every single one of them acting in a rogue capacity.

00:51:18.680 And Congress didn't take any – the $10 billion didn't take $2 billion off.

00:51:22.680 They did nothing.

00:51:23.480 Julie, social media, where do people go to follow you on your substack?

00:51:27.220 All of it.

00:51:28.440 Ma'am.

00:51:29.280 Substack is declassified with Julie Kelly, and I'm on xjulie__kelly2.

00:51:36.580 You're amazing.

00:51:37.520 The best.

00:51:38.020 Thank you for coming into the war room today.

00:51:39.420 Appreciate you.
