00:00:00.000 Supreme Court ruled today that the administration can move forward to fire tens of thousands of
00:00:07.220 federal employees. A, how significant is that? And B, does the administration still want to do that
00:00:14.820 now that we're living in a post Elon Musk supercharged Doge era? So on the first part
00:00:21.760 about how significant it is for the Supreme Court, it's absolutely significant. This is the latest
00:00:26.920 case that the Supreme Court has handed even more power to the president and the executive branch.
00:00:35.380 We are seeing a theme not only in Congress handing over power to the executive branch,
00:00:40.960 but the Supreme Court as well. And this is exactly what Donald Trump and his administration
00:00:48.860 were planning for and hoping for when they were making very, very aggressive moves that they knew
00:00:55.720 that they were going to be sued over, that the Supreme Court was going to come down on their
00:01:01.120 side. Now, and it's just for now, so we'll see what happens in the future. There's probably going
00:01:06.420 to be additional suits, especially if they act outside the bounds of the law, which is what Justice
00:01:12.500 Sotomayor and Elena Kagan said. But do they still want to do this? It seems absolutely that the White
00:01:20.320 House, then Donald Trump still wants to make some massive changes to the federal government.
00:01:26.360 You know, he said, I think it was today where he if he was in charge of Doge, he would have done
00:01:31.240 things differently. Well, the administration has not made any indication that they want to reverse
00:01:37.780 a lot of these cuts. And Congress in the next couple of weeks is going to vote on a nine billion
00:01:43.940 dollar package to rescind some of these cuts, including USAID stuff. And speaking of government
00:01:50.880 cuts, the State Department will begin mass layoffs of its workforce as early as this morning.
00:01:56.480 Employees were formally notified yesterday that dismissals would finally begin after months of
00:02:01.600 delays. The mass firings are a part of a reorganization of the agency that includes closing or merging more
00:02:09.720 than 300 bureaus and offices. The plan was unveiled by Secretary of State Marco Rubio back in May.
00:02:17.060 He called his department bloated and said the chant the changes would better align it with core American
00:02:23.600 values and root out pockets of radical political ideology. The Supreme Court cleared the way for the cuts
00:02:30.440 earlier this week after overturning a lower court decision that had blocked the Trump administration
00:02:35.940 decision for moving forward with the layoff. I have this presentation I'm working on. That'll be up
00:02:41.680 tomorrow. This is a placeholder. I'm just going to say what it is. The 2008 plea deal review that was done
00:02:51.160 by the Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility can answer publicly once and for all
00:02:58.700 the question that is hung over the Epstein case for the since 2019 as to whether or not the Vicki Ward story
00:03:09.300 about Epstein belonged to intelligence or at least that Alex Acosta, the then Justice Department
00:03:17.180 official who gave the sweetheart deal to Epstein in 2008 was, quote, told to back off of Epstein because he
00:03:26.340 belonged to intelligence and it was above his pay grade. The question about whether or not Vicki Ward's
00:03:31.340 reporting was accurate has been a giant mystery that's hung over this. There are two separate
00:03:38.000 lines of inquiry about the intelligence question. One is, well, is Jeffrey Epstein working with U.S.
00:03:44.980 and or foreign intelligence agencies? And two, if yes, did that influence in any way the course of
00:03:54.740 prosecutions of Epstein while he was carrying on these activities for so long?
00:03:58.980 I tell you, I know for a fact documents are being suppressed and they're being suppressed to protect
00:04:03.700 individuals. I know the names of the individuals. I know why they're being suppressed. I know who's
00:04:09.220 suppressing them. But I'm bound by confidentiality from a judge and cases. And I can't disclose what I
00:04:16.740 know. But I pan to God. I know. I know the names of people whose files are being suppressed in order to
00:04:24.740 protect them. And that's wrong. Just out of curiosity, without names, are these politicians, business leaders,
00:04:31.060 both? They're everything. And let me tell you, a lot of them are at least one of them is somebody who
00:04:39.620 was accused. Others are accusers. And the judges have said if somebody calls themselves a victim,
00:04:46.260 a victim, we're not going to give any information about them. But they may not be victims. They may be
00:04:51.700 perpetrators. So we don't have information about false accusers. And we know there have been many false
00:04:57.940 accusers who have accused innocent people for money. And those records are being deliberately,
00:05:03.860 willfully suppressed. And they shouldn't be suppressed. If the accusation is allowed out,
00:05:09.220 so should the material that diminishes the credibility of the accuser. We want total
00:05:14.980 transparency on this. Every single document. No redaction. That's what I've said from day one.
00:05:20.900 I waive any of my rights to privacy. Anything there is about me, I'm happy because it will be exculpatory
00:05:26.660 because I know I haven't touched a woman other than my wife from the day I met Jeffrey Epstein.
00:05:31.860 I don't even hug people. But I was falsely accused and I was able to prove it. And I was able to prove
00:05:37.380 it through documents. And I want other people to be able to disprove false accusations through documents.
00:05:43.540 But these documents are being suppressed and withheld. Yeah, I think this is a really important
00:05:48.020 point. First of all, that that quote is a remarkable quote from Marco Rubio, formerly not only an
00:05:53.140 establishment type Republican, but a huge proponent of diplomacy and American soft power around the
00:05:58.340 world. You know, the flip flop by Marco Rubio is one of the more dramatic if underappreciated stories
00:06:04.500 in Trump 2.0. And, you know, that quote, what does it do? It underscores the idea that it's not just a
00:06:10.900 kind of an inward looking isolationist foreign policy that the Trump administration is pursuing
00:06:15.860 right now, Jonathan. But it's actually a war against radical political ideology. It's that's the enemy
00:06:23.300 within. This is a modern day version, essentially, of a kind of McCarthyism that you're seeing. Remember
00:06:29.460 that one of McCarthy's main targets was enemies, as he called them, within the State Department who were
00:06:35.700 somehow disloyal. And so that language to me, especially at the State Department, I mean, that's
00:06:41.060 a historical echo that Marco Rubio had to have been conscious of when he used that phrase. And he,
00:06:46.020 of course, is parroting Donald Trump himself, who I think in one of the most, you know, sort of
00:06:51.140 overlooked statements before the 2024 election, Trump gave an interview in which he said, yeah,
00:06:56.420 you know, we have adversaries, we have Russia and China internationally, but then we have the enemy
00:07:01.620 from within. And of those, the enemy from within is the greater enemy. And I think this administration
00:07:07.860 isn't so much focused on countering adversaries overseas as it is in a series of loyalty purges
00:07:15.380 from within. We just heard those horrifying statistics about FEMA and not only the vacancies
00:07:20.260 there, but the idea that the Secretary of Homeland Security would want to be personally signing off on
00:07:25.620 minor decisions because they don't trust federal government employees. But of course, Russia and China
00:07:31.620 have radically expanded their presence overseas in countries around the world in order to counter
00:07:37.700 the United States in its soft power. So this is like an own goal once again.
00:07:44.340 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on
00:07:52.500 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a
00:07:59.380 belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to
00:08:03.300 stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go
00:08:07.300 to share the big lie? MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:08:16.100 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:08:22.980 this country will be saved.
00:08:25.940 It's Friday 11 July, Year of our Lord 2025. We're here at the Student Action Summit in Tampa,
00:08:39.700 Florida, The Turning Point. And I am officially today a rose between two thorns. We have Natalie
00:08:46.900 winters. Thank you. When I first met you, that was the first thing you ever said to me.
00:08:50.980 He asked us to stand here, so he said, I'm going to open the show.
00:08:54.980 No, no, no. Normally, Natalie's in the middle, but hey.
00:08:57.700 Well, I'm fresh off my cruise from last night's show.
00:09:01.380 Last night's show. Fantastic. Yeah, that was great. Great going, Rav. We had her out on the
00:09:05.780 balcony with a palm tree. No, it was fantastic.
00:09:08.020 No Soros money. It was a great show.
00:09:09.700 Great show. They were trying to throw her beads. I don't know what was up with that.
00:09:14.180 Oh, we're going live. Let's go to Brian Glenn. Brian Glenn's about to get on Air Force One. He's
00:09:19.300 at Andrews Air Force Base to travel with the President of the United States to Kerrville,
00:09:23.140 Texas. The President is going to get a hands-on brief today and a walk around to see the devastation
00:09:29.060 and the tragedy in Kerrville. Brian Glenn, what do you got for us, brother?
00:09:39.700 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. We're going to try to get... The engines are... Okay, we're right there.
00:09:56.340 Let's just go... Let's just kill the sound and keep the shot. I want to keep that shot.
00:09:59.620 Is that... That's Marine One there. Keep the shot. Marine One.
00:10:02.980 Let's go full screen. I'm going to direct here. Full screen would be a full screen.
00:10:09.300 There we go. Okay, there's a full screen. Marine One. I don't think the President's exited yet.
00:10:14.980 Is this the staff one or is this Marine One? I don't know. Somebody's high and tight there
00:10:18.740 with a couple of salutes, so we'll find out. Anyway, Andrews Air Force Base right there.
00:10:24.100 The President of the United States is going to leave momentarily for Kerrville, Texas.
00:10:33.540 And we're going to cover this. Our own Brian Glenn, Real America's Voice, is there at Andrews.
00:10:40.740 He's going to be Air Force One. Let's go to... And don't show the shot. I want to keep right here.
00:10:44.180 Maybe just do a box. Let's go to Ben Berquam is with us in Tampa. Ben, what will the President...
00:10:49.220 What will the President see today when he goes and sees the devastation in at that just incredible
00:10:56.500 biblical level flood, sir? Well, just first off, heartbreak, Steve. This is a small community that's
00:11:03.220 been absolutely devastated. And not just Kerrville. You've got Comfort Down River. You've got Horn.
00:11:08.580 You've got Ingram. All of these communities and all of the tributaries off of the river.
00:11:14.740 That whole area, the hill country of Texas, has just been devastated. And we finally, you know,
00:11:19.700 we were down there from day one. We're over 120 deaths. We finally got the number of missing,
00:11:26.020 170, but the unknowns are still unknown. It's absolutely devastating.
00:11:32.740 Hang on. This must be not the staff. This must be the President himself, right? You've got the
00:11:36.820 military escort. We'll have to say, I think this is the President's Marine One itself. The President
00:11:42.260 will be exiting in a moment. Ben, some of the briefings last couple of days have not been the best,
00:11:47.780 right? Clearly, they don't want to talk about the process they had down there.
00:11:53.060 They're saying it's too early, but at some point, is that the President? There's the President of the
00:11:55.860 United States. Nope. Got to get better glasses. Or Brian Glenn's got to give me a heads up. Okay,
00:12:03.700 there's Marine One. Ben, are they going to do, who will actually brief it? Will it be Abbott in that
00:12:08.820 team or Kristi Noem? I guess Kristi Noem should be there. Who do you think will be down there? Because
00:12:13.460 some of the local, some of the locals briefing and some of the Texas authority, we've gotten
00:12:17.380 conflicting information virtually every day, sir. Yeah, he'll get a brief. Hold on, hold on,
00:12:22.820 hang on. There's the President exiting right now. President Trump at Andrews Air Force Base.
00:12:28.820 The First Lady right there. Thank you, Rev. We're going to blow the break. Thank you.
00:12:32.660 First Lady. I think it's very important the First Lady is going down there, particularly given the
00:12:37.860 tragedy with the children. Yeah. Horrible. Yeah, 36 kids so far that we know of. We're still five missing
00:12:44.740 from Mystic, correct? The camp and one counselor, I believe. Yep, yep. And again, unknown numbers
00:12:50.420 that are still missing. And he'll get a brief from the locals. He'll get a brief from emergency
00:12:55.140 management, the state level, and then also from the federal level. We're going to hang here. The
00:12:59.860 media, I think, with Brian Glenn is outside normally. We'll see if the President goes up or
00:13:03.780 just enters Air Force One. Susie. Susie Wiles, Chief of Staff.
00:13:07.860 The President is not going to take any questions. He and the First Lady. So they're going to get on with
00:13:16.980 this. You know the President means business. I don't think he had his tie on, right?
00:13:23.540 That's when he's in business mode. The President is going to get on Air Force One. So it's what,
00:13:30.260 a two-and-a-half, three-hour trip in Headwinds? Three-hour trip in Headwinds. They're an hour behind
00:13:35.540 us. So, hopefully, Charlie Kirk will pick that up on the Charlie Kirk Show. President waving
00:13:40.980 to the audience now. The media will jump in the back, the back way. Susie Wiles, all of it. Ben
00:13:47.700 Burquam, what can the President anticipate? I mean, it's, they're now in a recovery. I want to add, too,
00:13:55.940 that yesterday, when we heard it, two days ago, they told us there had not been a live,
00:14:00.660 this is the power of that. There had not been a live, uh, rescue since Friday morning, right? That
00:14:06.980 was the power, that was the power of that, uh, of that flood. Ben Burquam, your thoughts as the
00:14:11.140 President gets ready to depart Andrews Air Force Base? Well, yeah, unfortunately, everything is
00:14:16.100 recovery now. So, uh, everything he's going to see, the devastation he's going to see, and there's some
00:14:20.740 areas that they're, they've done an initial sweep on, but as those water levels drop, they're getting
00:14:26.180 access to, to more of the debris. And basically, they're, they're digging through debris, following
00:14:32.420 the smell to find the bodies. It's, it's, it's terrific. It's absolutely terrific. What is this
00:14:36.900 controversy, uh, Poso? You actually didn't break it, but you promoted it and, and made it a national
00:14:42.820 story about what happened in Texas with the air assets from the fire brigade, all of that. What is,
00:14:48.500 how big a deal is that? Well, there was a story, it was very small when it first came out on a
00:14:52.420 Facebook post from the Austin Fire Association saying that they had held their, their tongue
00:14:58.820 for too long. And finally, they were waiting for recovery ops to get through, but that they had had
00:15:03.700 a request put up, that ran up the chain in Austin there, which has one of the largest fire departments
00:15:09.140 in that part of Texas, uh, some of the best trained rescue swimmers and rescue boats and the Swift
00:15:15.380 water techs. And they said we had put in a request on July 2nd, two days before the flood to deploy,
00:15:22.180 which was denied by the fire chief up there. And then we started looking into this fire chief,
00:15:27.460 Steve, and he's as DEI as they come. This guy is a DEI hire for diversity purposes.
00:15:33.700 Why did they, why did they not, why did they not do it? Do we know?
00:15:37.620 They, he claimed to date a standing order against deployments because of budgetary issues, even
00:15:43.540 though the state had come in and said they would backfill. Now there's also an issue about, about,
00:15:48.500 uh, FEMA and about Kristi Noem. We got to get to that maybe tomorrow or maybe this afternoon about
00:15:54.980 for cost cutting. She says everything over a hundred thousand dollars she has to approve.
00:15:59.060 And there's some debate about certain equipment or certain, uh, uh, resources that were held up
00:16:03.940 for FEMA over the weekend, uh, because they hadn't, they didn't get to it till Monday. So we have to
00:16:07.780 get that. We're going to, the left is going to try to take every shot at president Trump,
00:16:11.940 the national weather service, the cuts, all of it. And so we've got to be, uh, we've definitely got to get
00:16:16.500 ahead of this because you can tell they're trying to politicize this. Uh, they're trying
00:16:20.820 to politicize. It's not political from the Austin standpoint, because this is the actual Austin
00:16:24.980 firefighters themselves. And this is their union president coming up and he's not Republican.
00:16:28.980 He's not Democrat. He's just been a firefighter. And he himself is a swift water tech. And he said,
00:16:33.860 this is exactly what we trained for because back in the eighties, the exact same tragedy took place
00:16:38.660 in the same river. Well, I, I'd also add to all this upward, right? The idea that, oh,
00:16:42.740 we're not politicizing it. They have politicized flood response, frankly, the domestic priorities
00:16:47.540 of this country for decades. Even if you just look under Joe Biden, I mean, so much as you recall
00:16:52.420 from the North Carolina floods, flood response, emergency management response, actual equipment,
00:16:57.140 flood technology, stuff like that was shipped over to Ukraine. And you have so many towns across
00:17:01.860 Texas that don't even have basic rudimentary flood alert systems. So they've politicized
00:17:07.060 this from the get go. You can, you can back that statement up, right? Well,
00:17:09.540 you saw in North Carolina and Tennessee, that stuff has gone to Ukraine and didn't,
00:17:13.220 and, and, and they purposely held stuff back from the citizens there.
00:17:16.900 Well, yeah, what was insane about that Helene, uh, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia,
00:17:21.220 I went several months afterwards even, and, and there were areas that looked like it had happened
00:17:26.260 the day before. I mean, it was just dismal, the response. And to think that we were spending
00:17:31.060 billions of dollars on, on foreign countries while our own citizens were, were left to die.
00:17:36.820 It was the FEMA situation was so bad, not sending them, uh, anything to live in and stuff like
00:17:41.220 that. This is where president Trump got to say, Hey, we're out of FEMA. Let's get it back to the
00:17:44.660 States. Yeah. Even worse, Steve, they had the, the, the, the, the trailers for them to live in.
00:17:48.980 They would nobody, they wouldn't, they didn't even deploy them to let them live in them.
00:17:52.820 So, and when we finally did, they were all empty. So everything they did under Biden was an
00:17:57.780 absolute disaster. And, and even to this day, they're still rebuilding. They're still digging
00:18:02.580 through the debris. There's still hundreds that are missing. Uh, it's, it's criminal. It's criminal.
00:18:07.380 And there, we're talking about investigations. I know we're going to be talking a lot about
00:18:10.340 that on other topics later on. We still need investigation.
00:18:13.060 Well, hang on a second. We're going to get to the obscene intel, all the, the Mike Benz part of it.
00:18:16.820 We got, but I want to get, well, I got you. I want to go to your beloved, um, state, California.
00:18:22.740 Yeah. What happened yesterday?
00:18:24.100 You project that on me. I don't, I don't.
00:18:26.260 No, it shows you how far in your journey, how far you've come. Um, present and now the Newsom
00:18:32.580 this morning called the president of the United States scum. By the way, if we get the Air Force
00:18:36.420 One leaving, let's take that shot. The, um, they're back and forth between the president and Newsom.
00:18:41.940 What happened? You're saying if we have that tape, can we play it? What happened in the marijuana fields
00:18:46.820 with the child trafficking for labor? Yeah. What is the situation? What's the situation out there?
00:18:52.100 The illegals have been crossing into California for decades after amnesty under Reagan. Uh,
00:18:57.060 basically they had a free ride. You've got all of these, uh, businesses, you've got all of these,
00:19:01.300 these farmers and ranchers, and now you've got the, the drug industry because they've legalized
00:19:06.020 marijuana in California. Basically they've legalized trafficking. So they're trying to make it out like
00:19:11.300 ice are the bad guys. Ice are going in there and actually saving kids, taking kids out of human
00:19:15.860 trafficking. They've been trafficked up to work at these, these pot farms, and you've got the left out
00:19:20.820 there attacking ice for it. It's, uh, it's insane. So, so Steve and, and there's Air Force One taking
00:19:26.100 off. So, so ice conducts this massive raid. It's actually two farms and protesters from Antifa and
00:19:33.300 others came in to try to block the raids. I guess they got tipped off to it somehow, uh, from their
00:19:38.580 networks. You're seeing the, you're seeing. Hold on, hold on. They're getting tipped off from inside,
00:19:42.580 inside the apparatus. This is homeland security. And this is why you can't coordinate with local law
00:19:47.860 enforcement. That's because local law enforcement is, is, is riddled with informants that are given
00:19:53.540 the other side. So they got out there and with the time they get there, they got a whole praetorian
00:19:56.740 guard of these, uh, of these, uh, protesters. And what we need to add though, is that one of these
00:20:01.460 guys came armed and took pot shots at the ice. He was firing. He's firing. I'd also add to right
00:20:08.180 representative Pramila Jayapal, who we've documented extensively how she's been collaborating with
00:20:13.540 Harvard, taking taxpayer funds to do these sort of resistance type training programs. She's now
00:20:18.340 calling for basically to attack ICE officers, saying that she's inspired when she sees people
00:20:22.820 carry out these terrorist attacks. And I think when you link it back to everything we've been
00:20:26.340 talking about, right, how we've seen USAID and State Department officials openly admitting that
00:20:30.420 they're trying to sabotage President Trump. It's out in the open. It's what they're doing. As
00:20:34.020 soon as we get that video, can we, uh, uh, when, after Air Force One leaves, we ought to put it up.
00:20:38.980 But yeah, but Steve, it, what, what Newsom said is so egregious because Newsom comes out there. He
00:20:44.020 says, you can't be coming in with these raids. You can't be doing it. And they, they launched some
00:20:48.020 tear gas after the shots were fired. So you can't be doing tear gas. He says,
00:20:51.220 Hey, there's children down there. There's children down there. And then everybody starts responding and
00:20:55.860 said, of course there's children there because they're child traffickers and they're trafficking
00:21:00.820 children. And ICE is the one going in there on Trump's orders to save them. Amen. Amen.
00:21:05.700 Um, we got some war room posse. I think we need to show them.
00:21:09.700 Oh, what do you say, folks? Should we save the children? Hold it. I am, I am shocked. I thought
00:21:15.700 only VIPs were in here at 10 o'clock. The posse is VIP. This is VIP. This is VIP.
00:21:21.700 This is VIP. This is VIP. Very important posse. Yo. What a motley crew.
00:21:26.980 VIP posse. Very important posse. Yeah. Okay. Hang on for a second. While we do this,
00:21:30.740 I got Mark Krikorian because Axios led the last two days, Axios has had the story.
00:21:36.580 And this is Charlie Kirk. I'm gonna do a hard handover with Charlie today at noon.
00:21:40.260 Charlie Kirk, Jack Posobiec, Real America's Voice, war room.
00:21:43.460 We pounded down when they ran up the flagpole amnesty, right? The A word. No amnesty. Mass
00:21:50.420 deportations now. Amnesty never. That's right. That's really simple, Steve. No amnesty. Not a single
00:21:58.740 illegal should be allowed to stay in our country. That's been let into our country illegally.
00:22:02.900 So, Axios, we're putting them on amnesty watch. Now, hang on, hang on.
00:22:07.860 Instead of citizen arrest, citizen deportation.
00:22:10.580 Citizen deportation. Hey, you know, Cesar Chavez used to do that. Cesar Chavez had a gang of guys.
00:22:16.100 Say about that. Say about Cesar Chavez.
00:22:17.460 Yeah, so Cesar Chavez, the hero of the left when it comes to illegal immigration,
00:22:21.300 he actually had a gang of guys that would go and catch illegals coming across the border.
00:22:25.380 They would beat them, and they would deport them back to Mexico. That's Cesar Chavez's real legacy.
00:22:31.380 They don't want you to know that. He didn't want illegals coming into our country,
00:22:34.660 and now you've got the same people celebrating him as this hero. If you want to do what Cesar Chavez
00:22:39.620 did, we'll start citizen deportation. Hold it. Cesar was not a hero to them on immigration.
00:22:44.180 He was a hero to them about farm labor, getting a decent wage. That's it.
00:22:49.300 He said day one, if you allow all these illegal immigrants to come in here versus people that
00:22:55.060 are here legally, they will never be able to remember. Back in the 60s, I know some of you
00:23:00.820 are not old enough to remember. And that's the fake populism of AOC and Bernie, right?
00:23:04.020 They won't touch it. They won't touch illegal immigration. Well, but Cesar did because he said,
00:23:08.180 hey, it was great pickers, lettuce pickers, and they had a big revolt. He actually got a Navy ship.
00:23:14.180 There's Air Force One leaving. No, Jack Posobiec, where's the room in my ear? Is that the Qatari
00:23:18.180 plane? No, Jack, that is not the Qatari plane. No, not yet. That is not the Qatari plane.
00:23:21.780 The Qatari plane is going to be taken apart, you know, rivet by rivet.
00:23:25.780 It's still not the original, though. They've still got the other one out.
00:23:31.060 Yeah, okay. There we go. President's wheels up. Brian Glenn is with him going to Kerrville, Texas.
00:23:37.140 Can I just juxtapose this for a second? You got President Trump is going up there now with
00:23:42.020 the First Lady. This is a working day. This is Friday. Every day is a working day in the Trump
00:23:45.780 presidency, but he has taken time out of his day to go and stand with the people who have lost
00:23:50.500 everything. Yes. And these Democrats, they're standing with the child traffickers in the cannabis
00:23:56.180 farms of California, and every single farm that gets hit, they're finding more and more children.
00:24:02.580 To her point, they're backing up people actually attacking them now with firearms, right?
00:24:09.540 They took shots yesterday in California. You saw the Axios. They want blood.
00:24:12.980 That's what the Axios piece said. They said they want blood.
00:24:15.220 The lady who was a they-them, so choose your term, but that-
00:24:18.740 Yeah, we got to be- You can't be problematic here on the war room.
00:24:21.380 You don't get censored. But Representative Jayapal had partnered with,
00:24:24.180 her whole sort of modus operandi, her canon of work was in terrorism studies,
00:24:28.500 and that he was advising the Democratic Party on how to stage and wage their resistance against
00:24:34.900 President Trump. This is not democracy rhetoric. This is kinetic.
00:24:37.780 Okay, so Axios had amnesty. Charlie Kirk leading at the turning point on his show,
00:24:44.740 with Pasovic and ourselves in war room, the war room posse, beat that down. Now,
00:24:50.340 Axios reporting, okay, there's certain people around the president that are coming up with amnesty light,
00:24:57.140 right? Amnesty light. I think we need a louder boo. Yeah, what do you guys think about that?
00:25:04.020 Who wants amnesty? Any amnesty. Any amnesty at all? Is there anyone out here who voted for amnesty?
00:25:10.340 No. Okay, hang on. Let's bring in Mark Krikorian. Let's bring in Mark Krikorian. It's early.
00:25:15.700 See, they're just here to Tampa. After tonight, tomorrow morning, they'll be-
00:25:20.420 They'll be hyped. They'll be hyped. After a wild night in Tampa. Mark Krikorian,
00:25:25.700 you recorded in the Axios story. Walk our audience through here and throughout the nation,
00:25:30.740 and what is amnesty light, and why do we have to be wary of it, sir?
00:25:35.300 Well, I mean, amnesty is amnesty, is letting illegal immigrants stay is amnesty. There's amnesty light
00:25:42.420 where you get a work permit. I like to call it amnesty premium where you get a green card. But the
00:25:47.860 point is they're illegal immigrants and they get to stay. And if you're going to do it, just own it.
00:25:53.860 I'm frankly kind of a boomer squish among immigration restrictionists on amnesty. I'm
00:25:59.620 at least willing at some point down the road after we fix this problem to consider it. But the
00:26:06.500 administration's only been in office for six months. We haven't fixed this problem yet. We've
00:26:12.580 had a good start. No question about it. But that's all it is. This is literally just the
00:26:17.540 start of the process. Don't we have 10 million illegal alien invaders, at least on Biden's watch?
00:26:26.260 Mark Green says 13 million. Trump says 21 million. Don't we have to deport mass deportations? Not
00:26:32.260 just the bad hombres. All of them have to be deported, right? And then we can have discussions
00:26:38.020 about what happens after that. Yeah. And this is the problem I have with all of the talk about the
00:26:43.940 criminals. And obviously there's a lot of illegal alien criminals. They all need to go. But most
00:26:48.660 illegal immigrants are just regular working stiffs. They've considered committed all kinds of crimes,
00:26:53.060 ID theft, tax fraud, everything. But they're not violent people. But the point is, they got to go.
00:26:59.220 Biden illegally let them in. We got rid of Biden. Here's the pitch.
00:27:02.660 And now we have to get rid of the people who let in. Yeah. The pitch they lay out in Axios, if
00:27:08.340 someone's been here for 10 years, right, and has no criminal record, they're going to work on some
00:27:14.260 way they can stay. Do you guys approve of that? You approve of that? Did you vote for that?
00:27:19.460 Go! I was promised retribution. I don't know about you guys.
00:27:24.900 I don't think. Is that the plan they're trying to?
00:27:29.860 Yes, there are some people talking about that. And the fact is,
00:27:33.060 why are we even talking about it? Because the point, the goal of the administration
00:27:38.580 isn't just to deport everybody, because there's only so many people ICE can take into custody and remove.
00:27:44.180 They're hoping for being able to get people to leave on their own as well, which is how it worked
00:27:51.540 when Eisenhower did this. Most of the illegals who left, left on their own. That's not going to happen
00:27:57.300 if you're talking about, well, maybe we'll let you stay. Maybe we'll give you a green card and a
00:28:02.340 social security number. Why would anybody leave if that's what they're hearing in the news?
00:28:07.140 Absolutely. Yeah, I have a question too. I think it's regrettable that we even have to sort of
00:28:14.900 solidify that the goalposts should be no amnesty, but particularly on the legal immigration front,
00:28:19.860 obviously we're very anti-H1B visa here in the worm. They announced tens of thousands of more for
00:28:24.820 the preceding fiscal year. I'm just curious where we stand on sort of reforming the legal immigration
00:28:29.460 front. Is it similarly watered down or do you see any promising moves there?
00:28:33.140 Well, I haven't seen much promising yet, quite frankly. Now, a lot of the things Congress is
00:28:39.860 going to have to do and Congress is, you know, so narrowly split and the Democrats won't agree
00:28:45.940 to anything. There are some administrative things they can do. They need to do more.
00:28:52.740 We got it. We got to fire up on Congress. We're going to take a short commercial break here.
00:28:55.940 I want to thank the folks at Birch Gold for sponsoring us. Take out your phone,

00:29:16.660 for Epstein right now. And you had Dershowitz in our cold open, who happens to be Epstein's lawyer
00:29:21.860 and says there is a list. There's only one solution. And I'll throw it out to my colleagues
00:29:26.900 and Burquam and Jane when we get back. You must appoint a special prosecutor immediately.
00:29:32.500 That special prosecutor, right? Who wants a special prosecutor on Epstein?
00:29:37.620 You have to do it. You have to do it. DOJ and FBI love those guys,
00:29:42.660 but they can't know possibility. They can do it too busy. Okay. Sure. Commercial break.
00:29:47.460 Mark Krikorian, Dan Caldwell, the team here at the war room and discussion in depth about Mike
00:29:54.180 Benz intelligence and a special prosecutor next in the war room.
00:30:00.420 This July, there's a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the block of emerging
00:30:05.940 superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia are meeting with the goal of displacing

00:33:04.900 that fast. Without a dam break, you'd think a dam would have to break to have it. So it's a terrible
00:33:10.660 thing. But we're going to be there with some of the great families and others, the governor, everybody.
00:33:16.820 It's going to be there.
00:33:17.700 Sir, what are you going to say to the President?
00:33:19.700 Were you glad to talk to the Brazilian President about the tariffs?
00:33:23.460 Maybe at some point I'll talk to him. Right now I'm not. They're treating President Bolsonaro very
00:33:29.060 unfairly. He's a good man. You know, I know him well. I negotiated with him. He was a very tough
00:33:35.300 negotiator. And I can tell you, he was a very honest man. And he loved the people of Brazil.
00:33:39.780 He was a very tough guy to negotiate with. I shouldn't like him because he was very tough
00:33:45.380 in negotiation. But he was also very honest. And I know the honest ones. And I know the crooked ones.
00:33:58.020 We're going to see. It was sent yesterday. They called. I think it was fairly well received.
00:34:04.020 But it's what we need. So we'll see what happens.
00:34:15.780 I know you'll be you'll be seeing things happen.
00:34:17.700 I think we've done very well on immigration.
00:34:29.460 We were given a very bad hand by Biden. He allowed 25 million people to come in totally unchecked,
00:34:36.020 unbedded. We're getting the criminals out and we're getting them out fast.
00:34:40.500 The courts have ultimately done the right thing. Amazingly, they've really done the right thing.
00:34:47.300 And they understand it's really the survival of our country. It's a very important thing. We can't have
00:34:52.420 like 11,888 murderers. And, you know, something that you should have that you haven't reported.
00:35:00.980 As you know, 300,000 children are missing. Right? 300,000 under Biden.
00:35:08.900 We've already gotten back 10,000 of those children. And we have a lot more planned to come back.
00:35:14.420 We're getting it back by the thousands. But 300,000. And as of this morning, over 10,000 we've gotten back.
00:35:23.380 What is your advice to countries worldwide ahead of the upcoming tariff deadline?
00:35:35.380 Oh, I think just keep working hard. You know, we've been taking advantage of for many,
00:35:39.620 many years by countries, both friend and foe. And frankly, the friends have been worse than the
00:35:45.140 foes in many cases. So I would say just keep working. It's all going to work out.
00:35:49.460 I think he's doing a terrible job. I think we should be three points lower interest rate.
00:36:03.460 He's costing our country a lot of money. We should be number one. And we're not. And that's because of
00:36:09.620 Jerome Powell. In terms of interest, we are number one in the world. Look, I'll tell you a little
00:36:15.060 simple, a little simple language. One year ago, our country was a dead country. We were going nowhere
00:36:23.140 except down. We were the laughing stock all over the world. And now we're the hottest country anywhere
00:36:29.540 in the world. We're number one everywhere, anywhere in the world. And that's all they're talking about
00:36:35.380 is our country. One year ago, it was a dead country. Now it's the hottest country anywhere in the world.
00:36:41.220 Okay. Uh, I might add, I just want to say this. He did not get one question on Jeffrey Epstein and
00:36:54.420 the president will take that. He will take that, that, you know, move on. I'm just saying, we're
00:37:00.500 not going to stop. I know that Jeffrey Epstein around here should be folks. No, I got that. But
00:37:05.860 I'm saying in his perception and perception, as you know, goes a long way to reality here. So I'm
00:37:11.620 just, I thought that was why they put new media. They asked 10, they asked 10 questions there and
00:37:15.460 not one question. Uh, I didn't love the answer. And I don't love this answer about, uh, Kerkorian
00:37:22.020 come back in and market Korean CIS. The president, once again, caveats by saying, we got to get the
00:37:28.340 bad hombres out. We got to get the criminals out. That's code for, I'm gonna get the criminals out.
00:37:33.860 And then we're going to have, you know, some discussion, right? I don't think it is no amnesty,
00:37:41.220 mass deportations, mass deportations means mass deportations, not a couple of hundred thousand
00:37:47.060 criminals. Right. And I think this is where we're getting, you can see, we're going to get jammed up
00:37:51.940 into this area. Is that your, your concern? Kerkorian? Yeah, absolutely. It is. Absolutely.
00:37:56.740 It is because saying that you want to deport criminals isn't easy. It's almost a cop-out. Of course,
00:38:02.100 you want to deport criminals. I mean, who doesn't? It's kind of like the old joke. Uh,
00:38:05.860 was it Chris Rock or somebody who said, uh, you know, you bring your kid up, right? It's,
00:38:09.940 and you boast about it. And he said, what, do you want a cookie for that? That's what you're
00:38:13.060 supposed to do. Of course we deport the criminals. But there's two things here. First of all,
00:38:18.020 if you want people to self-deport, you got to deport regular people too. So that ordinary illegal
00:38:23.060 immigrants understand that the party's over, it's time to pack up the kids and go back. And the other
00:38:28.900 thing is what is a criminal? Are we talking just rapists and murderers? They're terrible,
00:38:35.220 obviously get rid of all of them. But what about people who've stolen the IDs of American children
00:38:41.060 and messed up their, you know, ability to get a college loan or even their medical, uh,
00:38:46.900 care has been compromised. Are those people criminals? Sure. What about tax thieves? What about
00:38:52.740 here illegally? As the audience says, aren't they a criminal? Mark Kerkorian, you're the expert. If
00:38:58.260 you came in here illegally, are you a criminal? I realize it's a misdemeanor, not quite a felony,
00:39:03.540 but Hey, I went to Danbury prison for four months on a misdemeanor, right? So people go to jail for
00:39:09.780 misdemeanors. If I could just jump in, I think that there's also a big issue with these corporations
00:39:15.780 that are getting passes for hiring illegals. We just saw yesterday, you know, no one's to talk about
00:39:19.940 the fact that you brought it up, Jack, that there are kids literally at a pot farm. Well,
00:39:24.020 that's not the first time that corporations have been busted for hiring migrant children.
00:39:27.860 Purdue and Tyson chicken farm actually got caught doing it. And yet Congress will not make a peep
00:39:32.020 about it. They don't want to increase the sentencing or the penalties for these corporations.
00:39:35.780 So it's like, it's a multifaceted approach. Anyone that tells you that, oh, well, we have to let these
00:39:39.620 people in, but I will tell you that it actually is a dog whistle to signal more people to come here
00:39:43.780 legally. And it hurts people on both sides. It hurts the people that are coming here.
00:39:46.900 They're working under the table. They're taking advantage of. So it's not this American dream
00:39:50.820 story that they're trying to chalk up and serve to you. It's, it's a lot actually more sinister than
00:39:54.180 that. Talk about, uh, Natalie just brought up in the last segment about Congress and Kerkorian said,
00:39:59.140 Hey, look, the executive orders, these kinds of things have a limit. We talk about the H2A
00:40:03.380 visas. You talked about the H1B visas. Congress is going to have to act. Is there any impetus
00:40:08.820 inside at least the Republican caucus to take hard action on this, to start to limit actually that we have 12
00:40:14.900 million, uh, STEM workers, 12 million tech workers out of work here in the United States,
00:40:19.700 looking for work. And each corporation is trying to max out. I think there's 167,000 H1B visas
00:40:26.660 issued this year. Is there any movement in Congress at all against the lobbyists to try to even enforce
00:40:31.940 things on legal immigration? Uh, realistically, no. And I'll tell you that there's actually members
00:40:36.580 of Congress on the Republican side that actually are pushing for amnesty. And I actually was at a dinner
00:40:41.540 conversation with a, unfortunately a very liberal neocon Senator. I don't think I need to say their
00:40:46.580 name. Um, but they were actually, but they were saying that under no way, shape or form would there
00:40:53.060 be ever. And this is always interesting because they say that border border and immigration are
00:40:57.220 the same thing. They're not. These are two separate issues, but they wouldn't pass anything on border
00:41:00.660 security if it didn't have amnesty. And I'm thinking, are you listening? Hold it. Stop. They said they
00:41:05.940 wouldn't have passed anything on border security if they didn't know amnesty was coming. No, if they
00:41:10.180 didn't have some, a solution for giving full amnesty. What you just, the Senate bill, you guys
00:41:16.660 passed, I think with $80 billion in for deportations and for, and for the border security, the Senate
00:41:22.340 bill was $170 billion. Isn't that enough to not just secure the border, but to start to get millions,
00:41:29.300 do mass deportations. When they talk to you about the program of the use of proceeds of that money,
00:41:34.820 what are they telling members of Congress? I will tell you that right now, um, I'm not too
00:41:39.700 hopeful that there's actually going to be something to be more aggressive in codifying any of that
00:41:43.300 stuff. But what I will tell you is they're saying it's going to help to, um, with tech,
00:41:47.140 it's going to help with hiring more agents, et cetera. But at the same time that this is happening,
00:41:50.660 remember they're also not wanting to take aggressive stance in investigating some of the
00:41:54.260 people that are bankrolling these mass immigration, illegal immigration,
00:41:57.460 I mean the NGOs and the NGOs. And I think that the NGOs are the biggest problem. So
00:42:01.540 I actually was following data Republican on X. I'm sure you guys all know who
00:42:04.660 she is. And she was actually the one that flagged that, um, Neville Stingham was the one that was
00:42:09.060 actually bankrolling a lot of these. He's the billionaire communist, right?
00:42:12.500 He's literally directly tied to the CCP. So you have all these, you know, knuckleheads out there
00:42:16.500 waving Mexican flags, thinking that they're helping people and they're not. They're simply
00:42:20.100 literally using Mexicans the same way that they use black Americans.
00:42:22.980 He's also the big funder. He's in back of the New York City situation with the mayor.
00:42:26.980 He has his hands in a lot of pots. And what I will tell you is that we actually sent a letter
00:42:32.340 asking him to testify to Congress and we can't deliver the letter. He's literally not accepting
00:42:37.780 the letter. And so I actually have something going out to see if we can freeze assets if he's hiding
00:42:42.180 out in China. Why should we be allowing these people to ignore congressional authority when
00:42:46.500 they're actually knowingly undermining our own, uh, our own efforts here in the United States,
00:42:51.220 ushering in communism, and then honestly inciting mass rights and violence. That's not normal.
00:42:55.940 Yeah. Look, you're a firebrand in the house, but is anybody in leadership taking any of this
00:43:00.500 seriously? Are they just reporting to the donors and they hope this just goes away? By the way,
00:43:04.420 this audience right here, are you ever going to back off no amnesty?
00:43:09.300 So the base here, the base of the party is locked in no amnesty, no amnesty light, nothing,
00:43:15.220 right? You need mass deportations, not just the bad hombres, mass deportations.
00:43:20.180 I think that there are a lot of people that, um, are unfortunately concerned about reelection.
00:43:24.500 And I would say that this is not a winning issue.
00:43:28.740 Isn't the winning issue to dig in hard? You come from, you come from one of the toughest
00:43:32.580 districts to win about this. They would, they would say that they don't want to put people
00:43:35.940 in tough positions to take hard votes is the constant sentiment. And I will tell you this,
00:43:40.820 this is not just about taking tough votes. It's literally about protecting the sanctity of the
00:43:45.220 election process because you have these people being counted in the census that results in congressional
00:43:50.340 districts. And so it's so much more than that. And so that's why you have to make sure that you are
00:43:54.660 a advocating for it to be, you know, more aggressively approached, but then also to
00:43:58.260 leadership, um, Mike Johnson, I will tell you this to your face. So I don't feel like I'm dragging you
00:44:02.580 on Steve Bannon. You need to get more aggressive in this approach period, more aggressive.
00:44:07.460 Let's take a vote right now. How many people in this audience? Let's see a show of hands.
00:44:12.180 Do you want to see ice raids? Like we saw yesterday, California, all across the United
00:44:16.740 States of America. And by the way, let me add into ice officers. A lot of them are Hispanic.
00:44:23.940 Yeah. Border patrol. I think it's over 50% is Hispanic. So you're telling me that Hispanics are
00:44:28.100 now Gestapo. It's, it's literally the biggest BS ever because we know what's happening to our
00:44:33.780 communities. So to say to want border security or to want these deportations that it's racist,
00:44:38.660 that's literally BS. So the president of the United States, uh, because Newsom is now supporting
00:44:44.020 and pushing, uh, yesterday they had shots fired at guys. So the president of the United States
00:44:48.740 consider arresting the neo-Confederate governor of California, Gavin Newsom.
00:44:53.860 I would say that I, you guys agree with that. You agree with that?
00:44:57.940 What? You guys can't hear their chanting, lock him up. What I will tell you is that,
00:45:09.220 and this is a perfect example is I think that instead of the president doing that, they need
00:45:13.300 to, he needs to make sure that the DOJ is doing their job and they need to open up full fledged
00:45:16.900 investigations. We sent criminal referrals for some of these sanctuary city mayors that should
00:45:20.340 also apply to governors that are not upholding federal law. Okay. So like, first and foremost,
00:45:25.060 hold on, hang on. You sent criminal referrals to a justice department run by the Trump administration.
00:45:30.100 Have those things been sent out? No. I sent them over and they did not respond.
00:45:34.100 And DOJ has not responded to you. Isn't that kind of shocking? Pam Bondi's from Florida. You're from
00:45:40.020 Florida. You can't, I mean, she's not calling you saying, Hey, APL, great idea. I'm gonna do it right
00:45:46.020 away. I think that the attorney general needs to be very aggressive and, uh, I would appreciate a phone
00:45:51.140 call. But they have made no contact with you. No contact. And the criminal referral is for these
00:45:55.460 neo-confederate mayors of these sanctuary cities that have- You heard them. You heard them. I
00:46:00.420 actually questioned all of them. I went through their policies in their cities and how it actually
00:46:04.980 undermined federal law and how it was illegal. And I actually was not going to, if they would
00:46:09.060 have answered correctly and said, we've reversed this policy. We want to make sure that we're in
00:46:11.860 compliance with the law. I would not have done the criminal referrals, but the ones that answered
00:46:17.060 wrongly, the ones that are breaking the law deserve to be investigated. Steve, you had another idea
00:46:21.220 for the department of justice, right? But the department of justice, you mean the special
00:46:25.940 prosecutor? That shouldn't be- Congressman, would you support Steve's idea for his call for a special
00:46:31.380 prosecutor on the Jeffrey Epstein case? Yeah, I actually went on record saying that I would. Oh,
00:46:35.380 yeah. Okay. Hang on. We're taking a shortcut. He's on the record, folks. Special counsel, Jeffrey
00:46:39.380 Epstein. By the way, by the way, that's not for DOJ. That special counsel must report directly to the
00:46:44.340 office of the president. DOJ and FBI have got too much on their plate. They've already blown this
00:46:49.300 one. They've got to go. Short break. Back with APL and the team next. What if he had the brightest
00:46:55.220 mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month? Steve Bannon here. War room
00:47:01.620 listeners know Jim Rickards. I love this guy. He's our wise man, a former CIA, Pentagon, and White House
00:47:07.540 advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets. Jim predicted Trump's electoral

00:47:22.820 warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future. His

00:48:11.760 They're finally letting the war room posse in here, the VIP tickets.
00:48:16.560 Okay, we're gonna get you guys second. Marco Corian, thank you for hanging out so much. Where do people go to CIS
00:48:21.760 CIS to get the hardest core of the hardcore, sir?
00:48:24.960 Man rosary.
00:48:26.960 The CIS.org.
00:48:28.960 Did we lose Krikorian? There we go.
00:48:30.960 And if you like snark and sarcasm, I'm on Twitter at Mark S. Krikorian. S as in Stephen. Mark S. Krikorian.
00:48:38.960 Mark S. Krikorian.
00:48:40.960 Krikorian's got all the latest information put up with snark on the invasion of the United States of America. Thank you, Krikorian. Appreciate you, brother.
00:48:50.160 Thank you. Thanks.
00:48:52.160 I want to go back to the Justice Department, the special prosecutor. I mean, we can play it again. Dershowitz was his lawyer. Dershowitz came out and said, hey, there's a list, right? You've been involved in this for quite a while, APL. Where do we stand with this thing?
00:49:04.160 Well, I'm involved in the investigation.
00:49:06.160 No, no, no. Do you support, do you support a special prosecutor? Yeah, and I will say this. Right now, this is interesting because you know that the task force that I'm running is actually, and has been very successful in getting a lot of these documents pertaining to the JFK assassination, right? Like everything that just broke last week, Ratcliffe had actually released for the first time in 67 years of Joe Needy's files.
00:49:27.360 Hold it, hold it, hold it. That proves that the CIA was involved, that Lee Harvey Ozzo is on the payroll.
00:49:32.160 Trust me. He's on the payroll, and they finally admitted it after 60-some years, right? They did, and that was because of President Trump's executive order. But remember, the American people had inclinations. They suspected there was a lot of theories.
00:49:43.160 But to treat the American people as if they're stupid, and they can't make the determination for themselves, the way that they need to handle the Epstein files is they need to, no one wants to see child pornography.
00:49:54.160 No one wants to see victim information. But there should be information available for the public to decide what they so choose in regards to the investigation, and that needs to be publicly out there.
00:50:02.160 They need to roll it out how they did with the JFK files. I don't believe this whole notion of, you know, no one's involved. I just don't.
00:50:10.160 I gotta, here's what I think the special prosecutor.
00:50:12.160 Dershowitz just came out and said there are people involved. Dershowitz, who was Epstein's lawyer, says there's people involved, and even he says that it's being suppressed.
00:50:21.160 It seems to me, here's what you gotta do. Special counsel, special prosecutor has two mandates. The first mandate is to go to the court and request formally, which the Justice Department refuses to do, to unveil, release all the secure documentation.
00:50:40.160 Cause the court has, has, has, you know, has put behind a wall. The SDNY has, has sealed it partially. This was all unsealed, but not just SDNY, not just SDNY, a federal judge has done it. You've got to go to the judge to unseal the documents.
00:50:55.160 Right.
00:50:56.160 Those documents, once unsealed, plus all other information, all other information they have, every piece that that memo talked about. Oh, it's not credible. All information by the special counsel then must be released to the public.
00:51:10.160 Let the public determine that, right? And on the child pornography that was uploaded, maybe a special group inside there can redact it or whatever, or lead to it, but all that.
00:51:19.160 In addition, the second mandate has to be that the special counsel has the ability to impanel a federal grand jury, criminal grand jury, and start to look at what Mike Benz is talking about, about the intelligence coordination here.
00:51:36.440 And if I can, if I can just add in, Steve, and also too, like, I think that specifically the reason why this is such a big issue right now is because of how it's been handled, right?
00:51:44.080 Like, Jack, you actually did a really good explanation on what actually happened, and I think that people are really frustrated because it's like they were promised information, they were not promised information, there's too much conflicting information in general.
00:51:54.780 And then, you know, you have people like Dan Bongino and Cash Patel that they can release certain information, but they can't do it without the approval of the Department of Justice.
00:52:03.580 So they're absolutely getting destroyed right now online, and Caroline Leavitt, who you guys all know, Caroline Leavitt's not part of the swamp, but she's getting destroyed online.
00:52:11.360 So this is, I think, what the American people want, and it's not just a Republican-based issue, it's massively bipartisan.
00:52:17.840 Democrats and independents want it too.
00:52:19.420 But back to the Republican base, the only way this thing, the firestorm, passes is if the 5 to 10 to maybe 15% of the Trump movement, the Pepes and the hardcores, many of whom are in this audience, just say, I've had enough of it.
00:52:39.200 The Epstein situation gets down to one basic question.
00:52:42.820 One basic question.
00:52:44.380 Who governs this country, right?
00:52:46.840 Who governs this country?
00:52:48.000 Is it a shadowy network of intelligence, MI6, Saudi intelligence, the Mossad, CIA, elements of DNI with other international financiers and corporations and governments?
00:53:01.740 Or do the people of the United States govern?
00:53:03.700 All that information has come out, and the people have to weigh and measure it itself.
00:53:07.320 This is the most populous thing we can do right now.
00:53:09.820 Steve went Vladimir Putin.
00:53:12.720 Is that true?
00:53:14.680 It's not about just a pedophile ring and all that.
00:53:17.660 This is about who governs us, right?
00:53:20.320 And that's why it's not going to go away.
00:53:22.180 For this to go away – can we blow the brake, by the way?
00:53:24.860 Can we blow the brake, guys?
00:53:26.260 For this to go away, you're going to lose 10% of the MAGA movement.
00:53:31.780 If we lose 10% of the MAGA movement right now, we're going to lose 40 seats in 26.
00:53:37.080 We're going to lose the – they don't even have to steal it, which they're going to try to do in 28.
00:53:41.220 Because they're going to sit there and they go – they've disheartened the hardest core populist nationals.
00:53:46.200 It's always been who governs us.
00:53:49.200 Jack, APL, Natalie.
00:53:49.820 When Vladimir Putin came out and he was in that interview and Tucker went over, there was a line in there that's always stuck with me.
00:53:57.960 And he said, you can't negotiate with the presidents.
00:54:01.500 He said, I've been here for a lot of presidents.
00:54:03.460 You can't negotiate with the presidents.
00:54:04.980 I used to try to.
00:54:06.280 But then I realized something, that the presidents weren't the ones in power.
00:54:09.940 He said, the United States is controlled by the men in dark suits.
00:54:15.420 They come out after the president and they correct what the president said.
00:54:21.040 And he said, those are the ones that are actually in charge of your country.
00:54:24.660 That's what the Russians are saying.
00:54:26.320 They're laughing at you.
00:54:27.880 They say, you want to call us not democratic, at least we're honest about it.
00:54:31.920 And I'm sure APL can speak to this.
00:54:34.000 But it's like time after time, whether it's the Hunter Biden hard drive, the weaponization committee,
00:54:38.600 we have the easiest case to make.
00:54:41.480 It's just release the documents.
00:54:43.280 Meanwhile, the Democrats for the last four years, off of trumped up charges,
00:54:47.500 they created four felony indictments against President Trump.
00:54:50.140 They threw you in prison for bogus charges.
00:54:52.160 They threw thousands of Jan Sixers in prison for completely trumped up BS charges.
00:54:56.300 We have the easiest case to make.
00:54:57.980 We don't even have to lie about it.
00:54:59.360 Let the American people be the jury here.
00:55:01.900 Just release the documents and let people weigh and measure it, right?
00:55:04.780 It's trust and transparency.
00:55:06.900 APL, we know you've got to bolt.
00:55:08.220 So, Congressman, APL, where do people go to get you?
00:55:11.000 And by the way, where's that beautiful baby?
00:55:12.420 Oh, he's running around here.
00:55:13.540 Yes, we actually love children here.
00:55:15.340 We're the pro-family party.
00:55:16.200 Pro-family.
00:55:17.360 You can follow me at Rep Luna or Real Ana Paulina.
00:55:20.380 And one more time, you support a special prosecutor on this situation?
00:55:24.200 Yes, I support a special prosecutor.
00:55:25.000 Because it's the only way out, right?
00:55:26.680 I would say that this needs to be handled the way that they handle transparency on JFK.
00:55:30.480 And frankly, every single person, cabinet member, I think, that's been appointed in some context actually supported him.
00:55:37.340 Do you believe with your work, we had 30 seconds on JFK and now knowing that Lee Harvey Osler was on the payroll of the CIA because of your hard work.
00:55:44.780 Did the CIA have a coup against Jack Kennedy?
00:55:48.300 Correct.
00:55:48.480 There's rogue factions of the CIA that engage in the cover-up and also, too, I believe, turned a blind eye or were involved in people that were associated with it.
00:55:55.360 That's a sitting member of Congress.
00:55:56.720 You heard that?
00:55:57.000 And there's evidence that there was more than one shooter.
00:55:59.280 And there's also evidence that the CIA admitted to not buying the lone gunman theory.
00:56:02.460 So, America's right on this one.
00:56:04.340 Short commercial break.
00:56:05.440 Back in a moment.
00:56:06.520 There's a lot of talk about government debt.
00:56:08.700 But after four years of inflation, the real crisis is personal debt.
