00:09:33.320 the 1980s would send people to uh cia agents to brookings for training the cia has a uh in intelligence

00:09:48.040 himself was a state department ambassador the ambassadors play the coordinating role in a region

00:10:59.380 note what norm eisen notes is that states may find partners in allied regulators over social media such as

00:11:08.260 the eu and brazil so this is norm eisen as as you heard in this clip noting that uh he recruited people for his

00:23:43.420 department of homeland security and essentially got rid of their objection so we we pay a federal government

00:23:51.800 office to maintain to usurp the control of elections held by states and then we pay for another federal

00:23:59.540 government slush fund to bribe the states to go along with it we're talking now about getting rid of

00:24:06.300 uh waste fraud and abuse this is state sanctioned waste fraud and abuse it has to be undone immediately

00:46:47.700 this because the plaintiffs in the case were in texas they weren't in washington didn't matter

00:46:52.800 what bosberg did after that was uh berate and harass and harangue doj attorneys in his courtroom and i was

00:47:02.420 there in april when he did it again claiming that by defying that order to return the planes they were

00:47:08.780 in contempt of court what the dc appellate court did today uh two to one decision two trump judges

00:47:15.180 one obama appointed judge was vacate his contempt findings and not only did they vacate his contempt

00:47:23.600 findings natalie um they issued a writ of mandamus which is very unusual for judges to do basically

00:47:30.600 saying either do your job or don't do your job and so they said because a particular naomi rao a trump

00:47:38.100 appointed judge on that panel just called this an egregious abuse of power and discretion by jeb

00:47:45.480 bosberg that there was no evidence first of all that that uh the entire order that he issued was

00:47:51.360 overturned by the supreme court and number two the contempt findings were weak at best and he didn't

00:47:57.420 have any basis for claiming that they had defied that order so this is really another stunning

00:48:03.720 development more proof natalie of this hyper partisan judge uh who is the chief judge of the dc district

00:48:11.340 court by the way he's not just a regular judge on the bench he is extremely powerful and this is why

00:48:18.420 as i said earlier uh the trump administration would have an extremely difficult time pursuing any grand

00:48:25.700 jury proceedings in dc courthouse because he would oversee those as the chief judge so now you have

00:48:32.340 judge bosberg being smacked down by the supreme court twice the appellate court again today they

00:48:38.860 also may um issue another they're looking at something else that bosberg did that might have

00:48:45.120 violated local court rules early on in this process so this guy is completely out of control

00:48:56.660 supreme court by their colleagues on the dc appellate court they are going to do whatever they can
