Bannon's War Room - Episode 4706： Battle For A New Census; Will SCOTUS Repeal Gay Marriage

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.

00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:12.000 The reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.

00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:27.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:29.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:34.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:38.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.000 War Room.

00:00:45.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:54.000 Okay, we're going to go to a live shot right there.

00:00:56.000 That's called action, action, action, folks.

00:00:59.000 If you just listen to the audio of the podcast, what we're watching right now is, I guess, a bulldozer or an earth mover or a device that is moving things in Washington, D.C.

00:01:12.000 Okay, you got a little ambient noise right there.

00:01:15.000 The homeless encampments are coming down.

00:01:17.000 President Trump is serious about this.

00:01:19.000 He's going to take the homeless encampments down.

00:01:21.000 He's flooded the zone with troops and also park rangers and others, border patrol.

00:01:27.000 Judge Jeanine actually indicted a guy yesterday.

00:01:30.000 He's in the process of the indict guy for a felony for throwing a sub sandwich at a customs and border guy and calling him a fascist, ripen his face.

00:01:40.000 President Trump said no more spitting on him.

00:01:41.000 Those days are over.

00:01:42.000 President Trump's finished playing games.

00:01:44.000 He's going to clean out Washington, D.C., and then he's going to get the graffiti off the buildings and the monuments.

00:01:51.000 And people spraying monuments, like he said, he went back.

00:01:53.000 There's a 200-year-old law.

00:01:55.000 It's 10 years in prison.

00:01:57.000 He's had enough of it.

00:01:59.000 Washington, D.C., and anybody will tell you this, progressive Democrats are right.

00:02:04.000 It's a hellhole.

00:02:05.000 It's become a hellhole.

00:02:07.000 So the Democrats can argue on the marginal statistics.

00:02:10.000 Argue your statistics all day long.

00:02:13.000 Right there, it's coming down.

00:02:15.000 This is action.

00:02:16.000 Same action you've got to take to these institutions.

00:02:18.000 You have to go in, field strip them, purge them of all the bad actors, and then rebuild them, rejuvenate them, et cetera.

00:02:26.000 We're going to have more about this.

00:02:27.000 We've got Wade Miller coming up.

00:02:29.000 Alex Sawyer.

00:02:31.000 She's got the new book out also with The Washington Times.

00:02:34.000 We're talking major court decisions, everything going on.

00:02:37.000 The Nixon film about the deep state taking down Nixon.

00:02:41.000 And that's what they're trying to do to Trump.

00:02:43.000 I think we have, I don't know, 25,000 downloads already.

00:02:47.000 Some amazing amount.

00:02:49.000 We'll get to all that.

00:02:50.000 Natalie Dominguez.

00:02:52.000 I want to make sure we need people.

00:02:54.000 And so a little bit later, Gavin Newsom is going to announce he's coming in because Texas was so slow.

00:02:59.000 And Texas was slow, not because of the war in posse, because of Abbott and the Speaker of the House and Lieutenant Governor Patrick just asleep at the switch, didn't want to do it.

00:03:08.000 Now you're going to have Newsom coming in.

00:03:10.000 He's running for president.

00:03:11.000 He's going to top Pritzker.

00:03:12.000 He's saying, hey, I'm going to I'm going to take care of it all in California.

00:03:16.000 We're going to redistrict the whole state and I'm going to have enough to stop Trump in 2026 and impeach him.

00:03:23.000 Right. That's what they're talking about.

00:03:25.000 Let's understand that this is this is political warfare at its highest.

00:03:29.000 And it's time now people got focused.

00:03:31.000 So the second hour of the show is huge.

00:03:33.000 Natalie Dominguez.

00:03:34.000 I have heard such amazing feedback from folks on the one million dollar triple lock protection of home title lock.

00:03:42.000 And the reason is we've tasked us.

00:03:44.000 They are working so hard, even the big vacation month of August, making calls, sending text messages, getting people focused down in Texas.

00:03:51.000 And we're soon to do Ohio and Indiana.

00:03:54.000 Indiana, I think, Indiana, we're going to kick off this afternoon, Indiana, Florida, all of it.

00:03:59.000 We can't have somebody lose control of their title and have some hard money lender get it, take out a big second.

00:04:05.000 And then they've got to pay it off because your whole life will be revolving around getting your title back.

00:04:10.000 And that's the opportunity costs we're trying to stop.

00:04:13.000 Talk to us about how home title lock can help people preserve their title.

00:04:18.000 Because I think a lot of people don't realize, hey, this rudimentary system we have throughout the country of monitoring it and holding your title is about as rudimentary as you can get in the age of cyber warfare and artificial intelligence, ma'am.

00:04:31.000 Absolutely.

00:04:32.000 So we actually have a perfect example of that for you today.

00:04:36.000 A new report came in recently about a couple from Georgia, James and Lucretia Cluckin, who discovered that someone forged James' signature against their family home illegally transferring ownership without their consent.

00:04:48.000 Their nightmare began in 2019 when they started receiving letters about a $50,000 reverse mortgage debt tied to the home that had been in their family for generations.

00:04:57.000 So just like you were saying, Steve, that's exactly what happened.

00:05:00.000 The forged deed was dated September 3, 2017, which is two years before they found out anything about it, right?

00:05:07.000 And it was allegedly notarized by an attorney who later in court actually avoided giving sworn testimony, which is a lot suspicious in my opinion.

00:05:15.000 The couple immediately filed a complaint with the Walton County Sheriff's Office.

00:05:19.000 However, investigators ultimately deemed the situation a civil matter, not criminal, which again, hear all the time, right?

00:05:26.000 Eventually and unfortunately, the fraudulent transfer led to a foreclosure, followed by the home being sold at auction to a company called Maverick Land Company, LLC, who bought the home despite being warned that the mortgage documents were fraudulent.

00:05:40.000 They later offered the Cluckins $300,000 to settle.

00:05:44.000 It was sold for $500,000, which they refused because they just wanted their house back.

00:05:50.000 And the Cluckins then had to file a civil lawsuit to try and undo the sale and reclaim their home.

00:05:56.000 Keep in mind, they found out about this in 2019.

00:05:59.000 It's 2025 and they're still trying to get their house back.

00:06:02.000 Lucretia actually appeared on another Real America's Voice show just a couple of days ago talking about their devastating experience that her and her husband have been through and is really urging people to just get protected.

00:06:14.000 And Steve, I see this stuff all the time, right?

00:06:17.000 My job is to watch the news, keep updated, have stories for you guys to show how real it is.

00:06:23.000 Hang on.

00:06:24.000 So sad.

00:06:25.000 Don't bury the lead.

00:06:26.000 I want everybody in this audience to understand something.

00:06:28.000 Here's the buried lead.

00:06:30.000 There are institutions out there that will look and say, you know what?

00:06:34.000 I think these guys might have gun decked the title.

00:06:36.000 They might have stolen the title.

00:06:37.000 However, for the price I can get it for, that arbitrage, the original owners would give up, right?

00:06:43.000 It's just too tough.

00:06:44.000 It's too expensive.

00:06:45.000 They'll give up.

00:06:46.000 And so for the $500,000 versus the $300,000, that $200,000 is value they're going to accrete to them.

00:06:54.000 And they'll just sit there and go, the owners.

00:06:56.000 So you have financial institutions now are sitting there going, you know, this thing may be a little gamey and these guys may be a little gamey, but I can go in and do it.

00:07:05.000 I at least got owners, you know, possession is nine tenths of the law and I'll just browbeat the original owners and they'll settle for something less and I'll take the difference.

00:07:13.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:07:15.000 This is why you need the free checking, right?

00:07:19.000 The triple lock protection, the 24-7 coverage, they let you know in the middle of the night if something's up and somebody's messing with your title and you got the $1 million restoration project.

00:07:29.000 That's why people need to go today because I think you give them a free assessment.

00:07:33.000 Folks don't understand.

00:07:34.000 This thing is so sophisticated between cyber, between rogue accountants, rogue lawyers, the collapse of values in our culture and the institutions.

00:07:43.000 I talk about institutional rot all day in the show.

00:07:46.000 Institutions sitting there going, hey, I think we can make some money.

00:07:49.000 This title may not be 100% correct, but the original owners will just give up because they don't have the resources to continue on.

00:07:57.000 Is that essentially it in a nutshell, Natalie?

00:07:59.000 Absolutely.

00:08:00.000 Absolutely.

00:08:01.000 And I mean, this family has been doing this for six, seven years.

00:08:04.000 They have a GoFundMe to pay for some of their legal fees.

00:08:07.000 And if you think about it and what this costs, you can pay for our service for your home for 30 years and still not be paying the amount that you would have just as a retainer fee for an attorney to help you litigate this.

00:08:19.000 And that's if it goes through relatively quickly.

00:08:21.000 We have a team of legal experts throughout the United States so that you don't have to do this and it's no out of pocket cost to you.

00:08:27.000 We cover you, we walk you through everything, and we get everything reversed.

00:08:30.000 So we fight for you so you don't have to fight for yourself and be bulldozed by giant companies that have way more resources than you.

00:08:37.000 This is why I keep telling you, if you don't want to spend years of this arcane thing that just torture yourself and worry and everything like that, when you've got so much to do in your personal life, plus you've dedicated yourself to saving your country.

00:08:50.000 That's why I go check out Home Tidal Lock.

00:08:52.000 That's why we're so proud they're a sponsor.

00:08:54.000 Where do they go to check out the Triple Lock Protection, ma'am? 1.00

00:09:37.000 You got enough anxiety.

00:09:38.000 You got enough worry.

00:09:39.000 Don't take this one off the plate.

00:09:41.000 Go talk to these folks.

00:09:43.000 Don't make the case.

00:09:44.000 And some of the stories are nightmares.

00:09:46.000 I got the great Wade Miller.

00:09:48.000 I want to play a short intro to him and then we're going to bring in Wade.

00:09:52.000 This one, he's making more radical changes to the country and to the White House that'll live well beyond his presidency.

00:10:00.000 Right.

00:10:01.000 And I think part of it is because he now knows how government works.

00:10:03.000 I think one of the things that really is the key difference between the first term and the second term is that he had a whole host of characters in the government that were trying to stymie his efforts to radically change the country.

00:10:15.000 He's now surrounded by people that are fully supportive of his agenda and helping him do it.

00:10:19.000 He's way more effective at accomplishing his agenda with having that time out of office because those a lot of his A's, Russ Vogt, those sorts of officials spent their time out of government planning for this term.

00:10:30.000 And so what they've done is an onslaught of executive orders in the first six months that accomplished a lot of their goals very quickly because he knew what they wanted to do.

00:10:40.000 We planned for this for years.

00:10:42.000 This was the whole reason that CRA Center for Renewing America was established.

00:10:46.000 Wade Miller, you're holding the fort down now.

00:10:49.000 Some of your guys are in the government, but you guys still got a great team.

00:10:52.000 I want to talk. We're talking about institutions this morning, seasoned institutions.

00:10:55.000 One of the most important things to do, and we also tied to this massive redistricting battle we're going to have, we're going to get to that a little later in the show, including Newsom.

00:11:04.000 He wasn't just going to sit there with the feckless nature of the Texas governor and lieutenant governor and speaker of the House, right, didn't get it done in the regular session, didn't get it done in the first special session.

00:11:16.740 What do they think is a badge of honor?

00:11:18.160 You're just going to do nine special sessions and eventually they'll give up.

00:11:21.540 You got to take bold action and get it done at the beginning.

00:11:25.380 This is the way you shut down the Gavin Newsoms in the world.

00:11:28.600 But key to this, Wade, is the census.

00:11:31.580 Am I getting a sense?

00:11:33.560 Because I thought commerce, it was Stephen Miller and myself that had, at the time when President Trump backed us, had not counting illegal aliens in the first term.

00:11:44.780 Also, all the madness they do over there just at the census is not right.

00:11:50.800 And Wilbur Ross and others just got around it and said at the end of the day we counted them.

00:11:55.820 That can't happen this time.

00:11:57.260 But there's more fundamental problems than that over at Commerce with the census.

00:12:01.260 So what are we going to do about it, Wade Miller?

00:12:04.040 Well, there needs to be a new team that comes in at the bureaucratic level.

00:12:08.640 We've got a lot of Obama-era holdovers.

00:12:10.780 I don't have any confidence that they have the best intentions for President Trump's agenda in mind.

00:12:17.900 So I think, one, we need a whole new team at the top brought in at the bureaucratic level, not just the political level, people who understand how the census process works, are supporters of President Trump and his agenda, and then will faithfully execute a republishing of the 2020 data.

00:12:34.480 But you're right.

00:12:35.800 I think that the Trump administration started to figure this out in the first term.

00:12:39.240 They tried to attempt to fix this.

00:12:42.180 I think they ran out of runway.

00:12:43.480 There were some APA pushback, Administrative Procedures Act legal challenges.

00:12:49.680 They've got plenty of runway now.

00:12:51.200 So I think it's – but this is a key point.

00:12:54.400 It's not just about asking the citizenship question.

00:12:57.740 If you only do that, the census bureaucracy – and there's only a handful of them that have special clearance to the actual raw data, what's known as a tiger file.

00:13:06.400 But outside of that, what they do is they run a differential privacy algorithm, and we don't have access to it.

00:13:14.740 It's not publicly sourced.

00:13:15.960 Other federal agencies don't have access to it.

00:13:18.060 So even if the administration asks the citizenship question, these Obama-era and before that bureaucrats could use the algorithm to manipulate the data and scramble it in a way that we don't actually get as much effective use out of it.

00:13:32.720 So imagine this.

00:13:34.940 Let's say we know the number of illegals.

00:13:37.600 That can feed into the apportionment conversation.

00:13:41.380 But if we don't know where they're at in a state, that makes the redistricting part of this difficult, and it plays into the hands of the left because that will concentrate power towards the cities.

00:13:50.980 They use the population of the cities to then reduce the political power of rural red areas, and they'll do that all over the country. 0.99

00:13:59.240 But if we want to counter Gavin Newsom, I think that the priority has to be massive amount of census reform, republish the 2020 data, basically mandate that these states use that data.

00:14:10.640 And then Gavin Newsom, it's going to be hard for him to do what he wants to do to basically try to undo the Trump presidency.

00:14:19.140 Hang on for a second.

00:14:20.580 Wayne Miller is going to stick with me.

00:14:22.760 We're going to go through this one more time.

00:14:24.540 This is E.J. and Tony over at Bureau of Labor Statistics, Wade Miller and the team getting into commerce, getting rid of these Obama appointees, plus some of these administrative state types.

00:14:35.000 When you seize the institutions, let's seize them.

00:14:38.820 This is what the left, this is why the country's in such a bad shape.

00:14:41.680 This is why the Republican Party for years has been the controlled opposition.

00:14:46.040 This rot in our institution, you think it just occurred overnight?

00:14:50.600 Decade after decade after decade, tapping it along.

00:14:56.240 Short commercial break.

00:17:14.500 Oh, it's terrible.

00:17:15.120 He's just kind of walking by like many people were.

00:17:18.820 I think it makes him even more based.

00:17:20.720 I like him even more now.

00:17:23.540 Let's just go to recess appointments.

00:17:25.080 Let's get Thun in these guys. 1.00

00:17:27.840 On top of this.

00:17:29.620 It's urgent.

00:17:30.560 Every day is like a month.

00:17:33.160 Every month is like a year.

00:17:35.580 We don't have that much time.

00:17:37.060 And they know that.

00:17:38.100 That's why they're putting up all these blocks.

00:17:40.100 Alex Swarier is going to be on in a minute.

00:17:42.320 Talk about the courts.

00:17:43.220 This is why they're fighting this in the courts because to delay is to deny.

00:17:47.700 The way you get around delays is you hit it 24-7 like Trump is.

00:17:52.460 You see his schedule tomorrow in the Alaska thing.

00:17:55.740 It's insane.

00:17:57.960 It's a one-day trip.

00:17:59.380 That's Trump.

00:18:00.800 I'm going to take two days.

00:18:01.620 I'm not going to go with the night before or stick around and come back the night.

00:18:04.460 No.

00:18:04.820 One day.

00:18:05.380 Fly out early in the morning.

00:18:06.500 I don't know.

00:18:07.000 Eight-hour flight with those headwinds.

00:18:08.740 Let's have a six- or eight-hour meeting with Putin, right, in a rapprochement, and let's fly back into the tailwinds.

00:18:14.780 I don't know.

00:18:15.220 It's six-pack.

00:18:16.560 That's a long day.

00:18:17.720 That's a guy that's putting in seven days a week.

00:18:20.120 Everybody ought to be working at that intensity, working at that intensity.

00:18:26.820 Wait.

00:18:27.280 Tell me.

00:18:27.840 Explain this, Saudi. 1.00

00:18:28.840 First off, Howard Lutnick, note to self, the Census Bureau, clean them out this afternoon.

00:18:36.440 Get rid of all the Obama guys.

00:18:38.160 Get rid of all the Bush-era guys, any Biden people. 0.86

00:18:41.960 Get rid of them.

00:18:43.220 There are plenty of great statistical geniuses in the MAGA movement.

00:18:49.260 Get rid of these people.

00:18:51.040 Get ready to do a census.

00:18:52.460 Now, what are you talking about sharing the 2020 data, even with the illegal aliens? 0.57

00:18:57.560 Why do you think that would be – that we could use that to thwart what Gavin Newsom is trying to do right now, sir?

00:19:05.360 Yeah.

00:19:05.880 So if you republish the 2020 data, account for the miscounts, the overcounts, the undercounts, which, by the way,

00:19:12.100 like across the board helped the left in 2020, the Census Bureau admitted that they got it really wrong.

00:19:19.540 It was the worst census in our lifetimes, I believe.

00:19:22.700 The 1991 was not great either, but this one, I think, by far outstrips it.

00:19:26.620 In 2010, they were off by 36,000.

00:19:29.120 In 2020, in Texas alone, they were off by 560,000.

00:19:33.340 So it was just a terribly run census.

00:19:35.140 And if you account for all of those corrections, if you account for swings and voter tendencies, especially amongst Hispanics,

00:19:41.900 if you account for the illegal population, and then you republish those maps and then mandate a reapportionment,

00:19:49.720 that will then bleed into redistricting.

00:19:52.080 If you know where the illegal populations are and you don't count the illegal populations for the purposes of redistricting,

00:19:57.620 it pushes political power into rural red areas because the vast majority of these illegal populations, 0.89

00:20:03.860 especially in blue states, are in major cities or suburbs of major cities.

00:20:08.900 So it makes it harder for Gavin Newsom and the left to write these maps because the population,

00:20:14.080 the weighted population moves out from the cities slightly or significantly in the case of California.

00:20:20.180 So it's just harder for them to write a map that accounts for all of that, that benefits them.

00:20:25.140 It's a much harder road for them to do that.

00:20:27.860 And if they republish the census and then mandate reapportionment, it takes the ball out of Gavin Newsom's hand.

00:20:34.220 And sure, you can go ahead and redistrict, but good luck doing that.

00:20:39.540 They might actually end up with fewer Democrat seats if you republish the 2020 census and they still try to redistrict.

00:20:47.960 Miller's all over this.

00:20:49.080 Stephen Miller, he's one of the brightest guys that we got.

00:20:51.740 He's all over this.

00:20:52.540 How do we get – commerce has got to take some action here.

00:20:55.520 I mean like action today, today.

00:20:59.180 It's taken way too long.

00:21:00.800 It's too sluggish.

00:21:02.440 Step one, fire the Obama guys. 0.76

00:21:05.220 Just walk them out of the building today.

00:21:08.360 Let them clean. 0.99

00:21:08.800 Take their plants.

00:21:10.320 Take their – let them clean at their desk. 0.99

00:21:12.720 Go today.

00:21:13.800 Then what do we do?

00:21:14.560 What's the next step we need to do, Wade?

00:21:17.080 Well, we've got to get spun up and educated on differential privacy as it pertains to the census.

00:21:22.100 If you look that up, most of the references you'll see will be with regard to social media companies.

00:21:28.100 Disregard that.

00:21:28.900 It's a different application.

00:21:30.300 Basically, it just scrambles the data.

00:21:32.300 And I don't fault political appointees and cabinet heads of not understanding.

00:21:37.260 This is a very technical thing.

00:21:38.680 And we, as a movement, really haven't dug into this in a long time.

00:21:41.740 But now that we know, I think, one, get educated on it.

00:21:44.820 And then, two, we've got to account for it.

00:21:46.320 We have to not scramble the data with regard to population and with regard to illegal aliens.

00:21:52.200 We have to know where they're at, and we have to know exactly where they're at to account for that in redistricting.

00:21:58.660 We're going to get – the whole movement is going to get deep in this like we're doing at BLS with EJ and Tony.

00:22:05.500 I need to shift topics because I can't scream at Russ because Russ is not here.

00:22:10.240 You are.

00:22:11.120 You guys are the railhead of rescissions, pocket rescissions, impoundment.

00:22:15.640 Where are we?

00:22:17.260 Why – you just had the inflation print today.

00:22:19.740 We need to cut spending.

00:22:22.360 President Trump promised we're going to have rescissions, pocket rescissions, impoundments.

00:22:26.280 I don't really care how you do it.

00:22:28.440 Just we've got to do it because they're coming – you know this, Wade.

00:22:31.620 They're coming with an omnibus.

00:22:33.080 They're up there right now.

00:22:33.960 Those staffs are up there working in the Senate.

00:22:35.740 They're going to come with an omnibus.

00:22:37.020 We've got to cut them off at the pass.

00:22:38.520 One way to cut them off at the pass is to start talking rescissions.

00:22:42.040 Where do you think we stand, sir?

00:22:44.520 I think there's still a good chance we'll see something.

00:22:46.740 I think you've highlighted one of the major hurdles, which is that some senators, a few

00:22:50.520 of them, really don't like the process.

00:22:53.640 In fact, they, I think, unconstitutionally took away impoundment power.

00:22:58.300 And now that they have this rescissions process, they don't even like that.

00:23:01.400 And they don't like not having ball control when it comes to spending.

00:23:04.500 And I think that if you look at it historically, the moment that the president lost the ability

00:23:09.380 to look at the appropriations as a ceiling and not a floor and make rational decisions

00:23:15.040 on cutting, things have gone awry.

00:23:16.860 And so I think we will still see it.

00:23:18.200 I think that there's a lot of pushback from the bureaucracy on these cuts, and they're

00:23:22.500 putting a lot of scare tactics.

00:23:23.960 You know, if you do this, it's going to take out this important thing.

00:23:26.820 And, you know, we really need that.

00:23:28.600 And it's hard for the political teams to understand that.

00:23:31.520 But, but, I think that there's now a calculus of where are we at on rescissions, pocket rescissions,

00:23:37.480 and then what is the conversation on the second reconciliation bill?

00:23:41.260 And I don't know what the White House is going to ultimately do on that.

00:23:46.760 Okay, War Room Posse, take your number two pencil out and write this one down. 0.98

00:23:51.080 This is a phrase that sends chills down my spine.

00:23:55.000 Bipartisan appropriations process.

00:23:57.540 I notice, I notice, Russ, every time he's on TV, he mentions that.

00:24:01.040 He's got like a, he's got like a, a tweak, right?

00:24:03.960 It's a, it's a, it's a reaction.

00:24:05.820 Bipartisan appropriations process.

00:24:07.860 There should be nothing bipartisan about this.

00:24:10.500 This is where we're headed.

00:24:11.700 This means they're going to jam us in the third week of September.

00:24:15.260 They're going to jam us with a, they'll call it an omnibus, a minibus, whatever.

00:24:19.260 They're going to jam us. 0.99

00:24:20.040 If you want to keep Trump's government open, this is what you got to suck on. 0.98

00:24:23.480 We got to get ahead of that. 0.93

00:24:25.200 Wade, you're doing amazing work.

00:24:26.920 Uh, this thing on the, on the census you're on top of, and we got to get the word over

00:24:31.380 to Howard Lutnick and the team at Commerce.

00:24:33.480 Get to work today by start.

00:24:35.480 Step one, fire some folks, get them all out of there.

00:24:38.760 Get the, get the bureaucrats, get the Obama guys, the Biden guys and the Bush guys, get

00:24:43.380 them out.

00:24:43.740 And then we can restock, uh, Wade, where are the people go to get to CRA and how do they

00:24:49.060 get to your personal, uh, Twitter account, sir?

00:24:52.820 Yeah, we're at americarenewing.com.

00:24:55.300 That's the center for renewing America, americarenewing.com.

00:24:57.900 And then my personal, uh, X handle is Wade Miller underscore USMC.

00:25:05.640 Wade doing a great job holding the fort down there.

00:25:07.680 You guys are amazing.

00:25:08.780 CRA, one of the great institutions.

00:25:11.160 Did I talk about season the institutions?

00:25:12.440 These guys created all these institutions in the, in the interregnum, those four years,

00:25:18.720 all these popped up led by great people.

00:25:21.880 And that is what's informing the, uh, second Trump term.

00:25:27.420 Alex Swoyer joins us now, the author of Lawless Lawfare about how to use the legal system to

00:25:32.440 take down President Trump and the MAGA movement.

00:25:34.800 Alex, you got to help me out here, ma'am.

00:25:37.200 I thought that gay marriage, as much as some of the audience may not like it, except I thought 1.00

00:25:41.900 it was what we call settled law, right?

00:25:45.840 When the Supreme Court justices got picked up, when the Supreme Court justice got picked

00:25:50.040 up, it wasn't even a discussion because gay marriage, sacrosanct gay marriage is settled

00:25:55.180 law.

00:25:55.840 Now I understand that they're going to actually hear a case in this session that could blow

00:26:02.120 up gay marriage.

00:26:02.960 Am I correct in this?

00:26:03.960 They have been asked to hear the case.

00:26:07.240 It's blown up all over social media after mainstream media picked up the petition.

00:26:12.020 I actually reported on it about three, four weeks ago when it first got to the court.

00:26:16.760 So if your listeners remember, it was 2015 when the Supreme Court issued the Obergefell

00:26:21.720 ruling, uh, basically upholding same sex marriage.

00:26:24.900 There was a Kentucky County clerk, Kim Davis, who basically became, I guess, the face of

00:26:31.500 the pushback movement.

00:26:33.040 And she refused on religious grounds to sign off on same sex marriage licenses.

00:26:38.000 She ended up doing six days in jail and the state ended up passing a basically religious

00:26:42.720 exemption, letting other people sign off on these marriage licenses when someone has a

00:26:48.020 religious objection to it.

00:26:49.580 So long story short, there was a gay couple who sued.

00:26:52.940 They sued her personally and said, no, no, we want her signature on our marriage license. 0.99

00:26:59.680 So a lower court actually cited for them on emotional distress.

00:27:04.140 And Kim Davis has now, you know, like a decade as since the Supreme Court upheld gay marriage,

00:27:10.740 taken this issue to the Supreme Court.

00:27:12.900 The two questions she's asked the justices to hear is one, can she dismiss this, you know,

00:27:18.560 a couple hundred thousand dollars that she's been fined for refusing to sign this one 0.99

00:27:22.040 marriage license for this gay couple on the grounds that she's immune as a government 0.55

00:27:26.260 official?

00:27:27.280 And then two, will they overturn their Obergefell ruling?

00:27:31.180 There are still three justices on the court who dissented in that case.

00:27:35.740 So there might be at least three votes to take this up.

00:27:39.300 The question is, is if there's another one, because it takes four justices to vote to actually

00:27:43.040 schedule oral arguments.

00:27:45.820 Oh, my Lord.

00:27:47.420 Boy, do we remember this at Breitbart.

00:27:49.720 This thing 10 years, 10 years ago, 10 years ago, this was big, big.

00:27:53.960 It's ironic.

00:27:55.100 Alex, you're going to stick with me through the break.

00:27:57.260 Also, Jeff Shepard and Michael Patrick Leahy.

00:28:00.300 Guess what?

00:28:00.860 The deep state film on Nixon is a hit and a big hit.

00:28:04.520 We'll tell you why.

00:28:06.840 Sawyer.

00:28:07.400 So they try to be wise guys and force her to sign it because they had to have the Christian 1.00

00:28:10.940 sign it.

00:28:11.380 They had to rub her nose in it. 1.00

00:28:13.340 Looks like it came back to haunt them.

00:28:16.740 Looks like it came back to haunt them.

00:28:18.600 Alex Swarier, next in the war room.

00:28:27.200 If you're a homeowner, you need to listen to this.

00:28:29.360 In today's AI and cyber world, scammers are stealing home titles with more ease than ever.

00:28:36.660 And your equity is the target.

00:28:38.900 Here's how it works.

00:28:39.620 Criminals forge your signature on one document, use a fake notary stamp, pay small fee with 0.98

00:28:45.620 your county, and boom, your home title has been transferred out of your name.

00:28:50.920 Then they take out loans using your equity or even sell your property.

00:28:55.260 You won't even know it's happened until you get a collection or foreclosure notice.

00:29:01.000 So let me ask you, when was the last time you personally checked your home title?

00:29:08.140 If you're like me, the answer is never.

00:29:11.160 And that's exactly what scammers are counting on.

00:29:13.900 That's why I trust Home Title Lock.

00:29:17.060 Use promo code Steve at HomeTitleLock.com to make sure your title is still in your name.

00:29:22.900 You'll also get a free title history report plus a free 14-day trial of their million-dollar

00:29:35.700 And if fraud should happen, they'll spend up to $1 million to fix it.

00:29:41.500 Go to HomeTitleLock.com now.

00:29:43.340 Use promo code Steve.

00:29:44.920 That's HomeTitleLock.com.

00:29:46.720 Promo code Steve.

00:29:47.760 Do it today.

00:29:49.800 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:29:54.500 Okay, we're jammed.

00:29:55.560 We've got a lot to get through and not a lot of time.

00:29:58.420 We're going to be back live 5 to 7 tonight.

00:30:01.960 So much going on.

00:30:03.200 We're going to go through a whole breakdown of not just President Trump's schedule,

00:30:07.820 which is brutal tomorrow.

00:30:09.160 It's a one-day trip, but also the stakes involved,

00:30:12.000 the rapprochement, the games the Europeans and Zelensky are trying to play already.

00:30:17.380 I hope Scott Besson's on that plane.

00:30:20.400 Like I've been saying, this is primarily more of an economic deal.

00:30:25.440 And Marco Rubio's doing a great job.

00:30:27.080 But if you had to pick state or treasury,

00:30:29.280 I'd realize state is important in this, obviously, in defense.

00:30:32.940 But Putin's bringing his finance minister.

00:30:36.740 As I said, called shot.

00:30:38.560 They're looking at this through the economics of it,

00:30:40.620 which are only massive.

00:30:42.740 Particularly when we talk about the secondary sanctions on the Chinese Communist Party,

00:30:45.940 on their earl.

00:30:47.680 You take the earl,

00:30:49.280 the oil,

00:30:50.900 gas that they're buying,

00:30:52.120 you put secondary sanctions on that,

00:30:53.780 that is a shot across the bow, ladies and gentlemen.

00:30:56.760 Let's go back to Alex Swoyer.

00:30:57.760 So Swoyer,

00:30:58.820 are you telling me,

00:31:00.160 and by the way,

00:31:01.440 this is what's so ironic about it,

00:31:02.800 because they try to be cute and go back and make,

00:31:05.080 and force the Christian to sign the gay marriage document. 0.72

00:31:08.920 Let's rub their nose in this. 0.99

00:31:10.940 They try to be cute.

00:31:12.260 They thought,

00:31:12.640 you know,

00:31:12.840 we're winning.

00:31:13.540 Let's go,

00:31:13.820 let's go back and force the Christian to sign. 0.99

00:31:15.620 We only want it.

00:31:16.300 If the Christian signs the document, 0.99

00:31:17.580 she got to sign it.

00:31:18.620 That's an opening.

00:31:20.000 Are you telling me that as gutless as Roberts is,

00:31:24.340 that they want to redress?

00:31:27.100 I mean,

00:31:27.460 Lord,

00:31:28.000 they almost burned DC down with the abortion ruling. 0.98

00:31:31.720 You're telling me,

00:31:32.700 because they're just getting worked up on MSNBC.

00:31:34.660 This kind of came out yesterday,

00:31:35.680 kind of with your reporting and others,

00:31:37.180 kindly,

00:31:37.880 finally,

00:31:38.160 they're figuring it out. 0.98

00:31:39.520 They'll go nuts if you reverse gay marriage, 1.00

00:31:43.500 ma'am. 0.99

00:31:44.580 Oh yeah,

00:31:45.240 you're right.

00:31:45.560 And so basically,

00:31:46.880 Kim Davis,

00:31:47.700 the clerk has asked,

00:31:48.740 can the Supreme court take up her issue over immunity that she should not

00:31:52.760 have been sued by this gay couple because she's a government official. 0.95

00:31:56.140 And you're right. 0.69

00:31:56.940 They could have bit off here more than they could chew,

00:31:59.240 trying to go after her in that,

00:32:00.620 that respect.

00:32:01.300 So the justices could just take that issue up and not go ahead and go all

00:32:05.260 the way where she's asked the second issue of,

00:32:07.720 will you overturn Obergefell,

00:32:09.280 the same sex ruling where you upheld same sex marriage there?

00:32:13.300 Like I said before,

00:32:14.660 our three justices still on the court that dissented in that ruling.

00:32:17.340 One is a chief justice Roberts.

00:32:20.280 I have covered the court since 2017 and I would be shocked if he's ready to

00:32:24.120 go and do a same sex marriage and overturn that right after they just did 1.00

00:32:28.940 abortion a couple of years ago.

00:32:30.540 It's the same legal principle,

00:32:32.100 substantive due process.

00:32:33.420 A lot of conservative lawyers say this read rights into the constitution that

00:32:37.500 aren't there like abortion,

00:32:39.040 same sex marriage.

00:32:39.800 So we'll see.

00:32:40.500 It's yet to be determined if they're going to take this up.

00:32:42.600 And conservatives are going through and trying to,

00:32:46.100 they're doing what they should do.

00:32:47.280 These conservative lawyers going through and trying to take the underpinnings

00:32:50.640 of this up real quickly,

00:32:51.600 two things,

00:32:52.560 Los Angeles.

00:32:53.920 Can the president of the United States not get to,

00:32:55.840 there's 2 million illegal aliens in Los Angeles County,

00:32:59.280 ma'am.

00:32:59.860 How the court's holding us up on this one.

00:33:01.260 One in 10 people,

00:33:03.420 Bannon.

00:33:03.620 So basically what happened was there's been immigrant right groups that have

00:33:07.940 sued the Trump administration representing anonymous illegal aliens that

00:33:13.100 say that they've been improperly detained or contesting the way that ICE is

00:33:17.060 doing its sweeps.

00:33:18.260 So basically the Trump administration has had to go to the Supreme court and

00:33:21.700 say,

00:33:21.960 please lift this injunction on ICE so they can go back and start doing their

00:33:25.640 sweeps.

00:33:26.300 What the problem was,

00:33:27.660 according to these illegal alien groups,

00:33:29.780 is that ICE is targeting workplaces like construction companies,

00:33:34.820 landscape companies,

00:33:36.160 car washes,

00:33:37.100 if you will,

00:33:37.940 that have had past citations for employment issues of illegals.

00:33:42.880 And they're going in there and they're looking and seeing,

00:33:45.160 you know,

00:33:45.420 who's speaking Spanish,

00:33:46.480 that sort of thing.

00:33:47.340 And the administration says,

00:33:48.720 this is a reasonable standard,

00:33:50.580 right?

00:33:50.760 A reasonableness standard,

00:33:51.920 more likely than not kind of like a look at the workplace,

00:33:55.280 the past violations,

00:33:56.540 who's speaking Spanish,

00:33:57.860 race,

00:33:58.200 all this stuff.

00:33:58.680 Well,

00:33:59.620 the immigrant right groups are saying this is discriminatory.

00:34:01.960 They can't do that.

00:34:02.700 The judge actually sided with the groups and said,

00:34:04.940 yes,

00:34:05.220 this is too broad of a sweep the way ICE is doing this.

00:34:08.260 And so they blocked ICE from going ahead and doing their,

00:34:11.460 their work that they've been doing over in the central district of

00:34:14.400 California.

00:34:14.700 And as you mentioned,

00:34:15.860 it's one in 10 people there are illegal.

00:34:19.740 Unbelievable.

00:34:20.140 We got to give them up.

00:34:20.980 We did,

00:34:21.280 we did have a victory though.

00:34:22.360 Talk about real quickly,

00:34:23.200 the appellate court on foreign aid back,

00:34:25.780 president Trump,

00:34:26.560 his article two powers,

00:34:28.940 right?

00:34:29.160 So this was a legal fight going on since February,

00:34:32.220 basically over the president's attempt to freeze about 2 billion of

00:34:35.820 foreign aid.

00:34:36.800 Some AIDS group had sued and said,

00:34:39.300 no,

00:34:39.420 no,

00:34:39.680 you know,

00:34:39.980 you need to pay us out.

00:34:40.800 We're going to go under without this money.

00:34:42.860 Initially,

00:34:43.440 Roberts and Barrett sided with the liberal justices on the court and said,

00:34:47.020 no,

00:34:47.240 the administration does have to go ahead and start paying at least the

00:34:50.260 contracts that have already been fulfilled.

00:34:52.520 But now on the merits of this whole issue,

00:34:55.000 not necessarily the constitutionality of freezing aid,

00:34:57.640 but the issue of can these groups sue the president's administration to,

00:35:00.940 to block his,

00:35:02.120 his decision to stop spending here,

00:35:04.320 the 2 billion,

00:35:05.400 the,

00:35:06.080 the panel did rule inside for the president.

00:35:08.180 So it's a big win.

00:35:09.000 And I'll have to note that it was two GOP appointees that upheld the

00:35:12.840 president's right to block these on the basis that these groups

00:35:16.140 couldn't sue,

00:35:16.660 that only the government accountability office has legal standing,

00:35:20.100 meaning injury after Congress approved these funds to bring the

00:35:23.760 lawsuit.

00:35:24.480 So there wasn't really a decision on it was,

00:35:28.220 you can't sue us.

00:35:29.500 It has to be so enough.

00:35:32.080 Sorry.

00:35:32.620 Where do people go to get the book and where they go to social media,

00:35:35.140 get all your writings,

00:35:36.280 your legal writings are amazing.

00:35:37.960 Your analysis,

00:35:38.960 where do people go?

00:35:40.500 Thank you.

00:35:41.140 Yeah.

00:35:41.300 People can go get lawless law fair,

00:35:43.120 uh,

00:35:43.560 on Amazon,

00:35:44.440 Barnes and Noble target.

00:35:45.440 Um,

00:35:46.280 and they can follow me at a swear on X.

00:35:48.740 And then,

00:35:49.340 uh,

00:35:49.660 some of my reports for the Washington times,

00:35:51.520 as well as some of these lower court issues that you've brought up are

00:35:54.960 at the Washington times.com.

00:35:58.580 Thank you,

00:35:59.100 ma'am.

00:35:59.320 Appreciate you.

00:36:00.420 Thank you.

00:36:01.060 Do we,

00:36:02.760 do we have the short trailer?

00:36:04.160 I'll call for him.

00:36:04.780 Let's get ready.

00:36:05.500 Hang over a second.

00:36:06.120 Let me bring him Michael Patrick Leahy,

00:36:07.720 Jeff Shepard.

00:36:08.600 So we have a hit on our hands over 20,000 downloads,

00:36:13.340 and you can download this film.

00:36:14.760 You can download,

00:36:15.520 hang over one second.

00:36:16.160 You can download this film by going to war room.

00:36:19.440 Dot film.

00:36:20.200 It's totally free.

00:36:21.280 You just got to put in your email.

00:36:23.660 Um,

00:36:24.060 over 20,000,

00:36:25.220 I think it's 20,400.

00:36:27.400 So it's a pretty massive hit.

00:36:28.960 And the feedback I've got is so powerful that we're setting up now.

00:36:33.620 I think we set up starting last night to follow up on the email and have

00:36:37.660 people write reviews because my phone's been blowing up.

00:36:41.680 Jeff Shepard.

00:36:42.640 Is this,

00:36:43.140 uh,

00:36:43.480 it's not the culmination.

00:36:45.060 It's only a marker.

00:36:46.420 Cause you're going to continue on.

00:36:48.420 But,

00:36:48.840 uh,

00:36:49.020 did you ever think you'd have a hit movie off all those years you spent in

00:36:51.940 the national archives,

00:36:52.880 sir?

00:36:53.640 I've been trying for 10 years,

00:36:55.780 writing this stuff down,

00:36:57.120 writing articles,

00:36:58.360 doing programs,

00:36:59.260 but,

00:37:00.080 but Michael's approach is what's so different.

00:37:03.300 Uh,

00:37:03.660 of course the,

00:37:04.240 the,

00:37:04.520 the situation has changed with president Trump.

00:37:07.100 There are clear parallels today with what happened to Nixon,

00:37:11.080 but Michael's approach by isolating and focusing on a dozen due

00:37:17.400 process violations makes it more understandable.

00:37:20.960 And the public can,

00:37:22.400 your viewers can appreciate what was really done back,

00:37:25.960 uh,

00:37:26.240 back 50 years ago.

00:37:27.500 So it's really an exciting new time.

00:37:30.600 I'm sorry,

00:37:32.020 president Trump has had to go through and you yourself tasted the whip on

00:37:36.540 this,

00:37:37.420 have had to go through this awful situation to enable us to say,

00:37:41.780 look,

00:37:42.060 this,

00:37:42.640 that this was there before lawfare.

00:37:46.280 Lawfare didn't start with president Trump.

00:37:48.500 Lawfare was this secret cabal of representatives from all three branches of

00:37:53.780 government who got together secret meetings,

00:37:56.460 secret memos,

00:37:57.420 and,

00:37:57.940 and did things that couldn't withstand the light of day,

00:38:01.340 but they were kept secret.

00:38:02.900 And today with Trump,

00:38:05.140 I mean,

00:38:05.540 this morning,

00:38:06.340 last night,

00:38:07.200 more of these memos are coming out.

00:38:08.820 are really incriminating memos didn't come out except for the last 10 years

00:38:15.520 because the top four prosecutors took their files with them.

00:38:21.520 Now we know today you're not supposed to take files,

00:38:24.400 government files when you leave office,

00:38:26.400 but then they did and they didn't begin to surface till 2013.

00:38:31.460 So we didn't even know what the prosecutors had done in secret with the judges,

00:38:38.820 in secret with congressional staff until very recently.

00:38:42.880 So this is all kind of unfolding in lifetime.

00:38:46.860 But Michael gets the credit.

00:38:48.200 We would have never,

00:38:49.360 we'd never know.

00:38:51.620 Well,

00:38:52.780 I'm gonna get to that.

00:38:53.520 We would have never known it.

00:38:54.740 If you had not dedicated your life to going into the files and extracting the receipts.

00:39:02.440 This is why it's so important audience.

00:39:04.340 We got to get you in.

00:39:05.460 Okay.

00:39:05.760 You're the,

00:39:06.340 this audience is the battle hardened veterans.

00:39:09.560 That's when it comes something like to redistricting.

00:39:12.120 It's the war room posse up on the ramparts.

00:39:14.140 When it comes to any of these fights,

00:39:15.560 we're going to have a fight on our hands on this seditious conspiracy.

00:39:21.700 Just don't think they're going to sit there with some grand jury and all this.

00:39:24.300 Just don't think they're,

00:39:25.380 you're going to have the mainstream media because they're defending themselves.

00:39:29.340 They're up to their necks in this.

00:39:30.640 Look at the,

00:39:31.460 when,

00:39:31.580 when Jeff Shepard talks about the memos,

00:39:33.540 it's coming out how the media was an act of participation.

00:39:36.700 And some of those people are going to be charged.

00:39:38.900 Why are we doing this now?

00:39:41.200 Because you can see,

00:39:42.840 Swoyer just gives you a little taste of it.

00:39:44.420 They understand that after in Watergate,

00:39:47.800 they pulled off a coup using the judiciary in the legal system and the lawyers at the,

00:39:53.520 on,

00:39:53.740 on the house staffs and at the,

00:39:56.200 and main justice and with the DC,

00:39:59.140 the DC us attorney.

00:40:00.780 You ever heard of that?

00:40:01.500 Like judge Janine is now,

00:40:02.760 why it's so important.

00:40:03.880 And the,

00:40:04.640 and the,

00:40:05.060 in the court,

00:40:05.740 the corrupt courts in Washington,

00:40:07.260 DC,

00:40:07.540 they,

00:40:08.660 they did it in a template and it worked.

00:40:11.840 That's what they're doing against Trump now.

00:40:13.580 And it started back at the very first.

00:40:15.140 So if you want to get into the,

00:40:16.580 if you've got to get into the mindset,

00:40:18.440 this film puts you into the mindset to say,

00:40:22.140 this is like your training camp.

00:40:23.660 This is spring training for you to not just think about that,

00:40:27.680 but to understand how they pulled it together.

00:40:29.580 And Leahy pulls out 12.

00:40:31.640 He takes due process and digit 12,

00:40:34.000 the kind of hit points to focus on,

00:40:36.200 on Shepard's research,

00:40:37.600 but it's for today.

00:40:39.840 We're not having you do this as a historical exercise.

00:40:43.260 We're trying to get you up to speed so that you're battle hardened on this one.

00:40:47.600 Because,

00:40:48.020 Hey,

00:40:48.400 as we said,

00:40:49.400 taking apart the deep state is the central thing that we have to do.

00:40:52.940 If we fail to do that,

00:40:54.740 if we fail to do that,

00:40:55.880 all the great stuff on tariffs,

00:40:57.680 all the great stuff on sealing the border,

00:40:59.700 all the great stuff on rapprochement,

00:41:01.340 it's all going to be reversed.

00:41:04.060 We have to take it apart.

00:41:05.380 Leahy,

00:41:06.080 you did this film to show us what is actually going on today by showing what they did,

00:41:13.420 what,

00:41:13.820 50 years ago,

00:41:14.760 sir.

00:41:16.140 Yeah.

00:41:16.560 Jeff Shepard has spent his life putting the receipts together.

00:41:21.680 After I interviewed him on my radio program a little over a year ago,

00:41:25.900 it became clear that we just had to organize it in a way that the people could understand

00:41:31.020 how egregious the deep state takedown was.

00:41:35.540 And so we've got these 12,

00:41:37.840 the dozen dirty,

00:41:39.600 dirty dozen due process violations.

00:41:42.300 One of which I just want to point out has a eerie parallel to what they tried to do in Trump in term 1.0.

00:41:50.020 And that is Elliot Richardson,

00:41:52.440 who was really a rhino Republican,

00:41:55.000 in order to be confirmed as attorney general,

00:41:57.780 agreed to some ridiculous terms before the Edward Kennedy chaired a judiciary committee.

00:42:06.300 He basically said,

00:42:07.840 I will bring in Archibald Cox as a special prosecutor,

00:42:12.400 a Harvard Law School guy who was on Team Kennedy,

00:42:15.680 worked on Kennedy's campaign,

00:42:18.040 hated Richard Nixon,

00:42:19.140 and I will agree to your guidelines,

00:42:21.860 which means I and the executive branch can't control anything they do.

00:42:26.740 Archibald Cox brought in 160 staffers,

00:42:31.440 all of whom hated Richard Nixon,

00:42:34.380 and their goal was to take down Richard Nixon.

00:42:38.440 This was a constitutional inversion.

00:42:41.120 Take down Richard Nixon, they did.

00:42:46.320 It worked.

00:42:47.620 That's why they did it again with Trump.

00:42:49.860 They voided the biggest landslide election in the nation's history,

00:42:53.600 and they reversed it by bringing in Democrat prosecutors to go after all the Nixon people.

00:43:01.040 And what makes it so interesting,

00:43:03.540 I mean, you've got documents coming out today,

00:43:05.460 and they're scary documents that you have.

00:43:08.700 I've uncovered roughly the same thing from 50 years ago,

00:43:13.160 but nobody's that interested.

00:43:15.160 I think the nicest thing you can say is,

00:43:18.120 gee, Jeff, you're a great researcher,

00:43:20.140 but you're a very poor salesman.

00:43:21.700 And it takes someone like Michael to make it understandable.

00:43:26.660 Hang on.

00:43:27.120 Here.

00:43:28.500 You're a lawyer.

00:43:29.340 Hang over a second.

00:43:29.980 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:43:31.880 This is why we showed the PBS special in its entirety on Monday and Tuesday

00:43:36.380 and got a tremendous response because they talked about this very issue,

00:43:40.300 Trump's power in the rule of law.

00:43:42.740 Short break.

00:43:47.860 Hey, we're human.

00:43:50.240 All too human.

00:43:51.700 I don't always eat healthy.

00:43:53.740 You don't always eat healthy.

00:43:55.420 That's why doctors created Field of Greens. 1.00

00:43:57.300 A delicious glass of Field of Greens daily is like nutritional armor for your body.

00:44:03.320 Each fruit and each vegetable was doctor selected for a specific health benefit.

00:44:09.360 There's a heart health group, lungs and kidney groups, metabolism, even healthy weight.

00:44:14.520 I love the energy boost I get with Field of Greens.

00:44:17.560 But most of all, I love the confidence that even if I have a cheat day or, wait for it,

00:44:23.620 a burger, I can enjoy it guilt-free because of Field of Greens.

00:44:27.000 It's the nutrition my body needs daily.

00:45:17.820 I think now more than ever, take your phone out.

00:45:20.760 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898.

00:45:23.820 Get the ultimate guide, totally free from Birch Gold, on investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.

00:45:31.280 Remember, to get the inflation out, our theory of the case is quite simple.

00:45:35.340 You've got to cut massive government spending.

00:45:37.400 This is why we had Wade Miller on about rescissions, pocket rescissions, impoundments.

00:45:41.040 It's got to happen.

00:45:42.540 They're going to jam us, folks.

00:45:43.780 Take that number two principle out and just start the third week of September.

00:45:47.880 You're going to get jammed with an omnibus.

00:45:51.060 They're going to say, hey, we've got to do it.

00:45:52.980 And Trump's got to keep – President Trump's got to keep his government open.

00:45:55.920 This is the price you're going to have to pay.

00:45:57.060 It's going to have a $2 trillion deficit in fiscal year 26.

00:46:02.080 And we just hit officially $37 trillion, I think, last night.

00:46:06.960 Make sure you go to Birch Gold right now.

00:46:09.280 Learn everything about gold as a hedge.

00:46:12.340 And talk to Philip Patrick and the team about the ownership of physical gold.

00:46:17.060 Well, it makes sense.

00:46:17.740 But talk to Philip Patrick and the team about that.

00:46:19.420 Also, I want to give a shout-out to the folks down in.

00:46:22.220 We're going to have a big update in the 5 o'clock hour on EJ and Tony, the fight there at the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

00:46:27.900 Also, down in Texas, and we'll be – I think Real America's Voice is going to cover the Newsome Conference.

00:46:33.240 It should be, I think, at 1.30, maybe 2.30, 11.30, I guess, Pacific Daylight Time.

00:46:41.460 It's going to be live.

00:46:42.180 Gavin Newsom, he's saying he's coming out with the – his redistricting that he's going to jam through in California.

00:46:48.380 He's going to reverse everything we've done in Texas because Abbott and these guys have been too slow.

00:46:51.980 Plus, it's going to set the predicate for impeaching Trump.

00:46:54.820 This is what Newsom's running on at 28.

00:46:56.520 You may not like it, but that's a reality.

00:46:59.960 972 Patriot, the great team over at Patriot Mobile, have done so much to keep Texas red and make Texas the railhead of the MAGA movement.

00:47:36.500 Is that the Kennedy Center honorees?

00:47:59.460 Kidding.

00:48:00.700 Dan Fluitt, you join us.

00:48:02.960 You're helping out in helping distribute the film.

00:48:05.340 You're the head of War Room Films.

00:48:07.780 Make sure you go to warroom.film to get the movie itself.

00:48:10.640 It's totally free for two weeks.

00:48:12.440 Just give an email download.

00:48:13.820 The response is huge.

00:48:15.460 Why are we doing this now?

00:48:16.540 We're going back out with emails.

00:48:17.800 You saw that little clip there.

00:48:19.040 We're going to be putting more up on Instagram.

00:48:21.220 The feedback from the audience will be central to driving this forward.

00:48:24.720 Everybody in the country wants to see this film.

00:48:27.300 Where do people go and how do they get a review in, sir?

00:48:31.240 So, like you said, it's very simple to watch the film.

00:48:34.340 Go to warroom.film and you just put it in your name and your email address.

00:48:38.640 It takes you right to a link and you can start watching it.

00:48:41.100 After you watch it, we'd love it if you would give us feedback because we like to promote that.

00:48:48.020 And all you do is it's info at warroom.film.

00:48:51.880 Info at warroom.film.

00:48:54.220 And just send us your reviews.

00:48:55.740 And we're making all kinds of little promos.

00:48:57.720 It's going to be all across the socials on the website and everything.

00:49:00.700 You know, this project came together very quickly and we put it up just the other day with really almost no fanfare at all.

00:49:09.760 And the response has just been incredible since it came up on just a couple days ago.

00:49:15.280 So, it tells me that, you know, there's a real hunger for this kind of information and that this film is really resonating, which is completely in line with the content that we like to create and promote and distribute on warroom.film.

00:49:33.340 And, you know, stay tuned.

00:49:34.360 We've got a lot more coming up, too.

00:49:37.180 Yeah.

00:49:37.960 Okay.

00:49:38.460 Dan, so we're going to get everybody's – give your email, warroom.film.

00:49:42.720 You get the film for free.

00:49:43.720 Then we're going to come back.

00:49:45.140 We're going to have another site you go to to give a review on all your reviews.

00:49:48.940 And I might add, when Jeff Shepard talks about explosive information coming out and John Solomon's got this whole timeline, this is about Peter Schweitzer's – a lot of it's Peter Schweitzer's investigation at Government Accountability Office organization back 10 years ago about the Clinton Foundation, right, and the Clinton Global Institute and the corruption there.

00:50:12.660 And the film we made on Clinton Cash that went mega viral when we put it up free two weeks before I took over the campaign.

00:50:20.820 Why?

00:50:21.040 Because with Dan and Peter Schweitzer and others, we've become specialists in taking hits at the corruptness of, wait for it, Hillary and Bill Clinton and their foundation, all coming back home to Bruce.

00:50:32.800 Dan, thank you so much.

00:50:34.280 Michael, Patrick Lay, I've run out of time.

00:50:35.960 We're going to have you guys back on.

00:50:36.920 Where do they go to get all your content, radio shows, social media, access to your film?

00:50:43.640 Social media, go to X account, Michael P. Leahy.

00:50:46.440 Give me a review there as well.

00:50:48.320 And TennesseeStar.com and MichaelPatrickLahy.com.

00:50:52.720 Thank you, brother.

00:50:55.620 Appreciate you.

00:50:56.360 Jeff Shepard, where do people go get your books, sir?

00:50:59.540 They're the foundation.

00:51:17.720 Folks, these are all part of a whole.

00:51:21.620 The reason we have the Sororers on to talk about lawfare and the Viceroy on, Mike Davis to talk about lawfare.

00:51:30.080 This film, what it shows about the Justice Department, what happened, the whole PBS special, the reason we broke that down for you, this film, and now everything you're going to see about these documents.
