00:05:10.280 And if you harken back a decade ago, a little institution, a small institution really run
00:05:20.020 by some amazing people actually drilled down into the Clintons and exposed their corruption.
00:05:28.660 And as much as anything else, President Trump's America first and President Trump's build the
00:05:35.100 wall and bring jobs back in that really intense fight in the 2016 campaign, a big element of
00:05:43.580 this was people's just hesitation and reservations about the Clintons just being too corrupt, not
00:05:49.820 just Bill Clinton and his obvious perversions and corruptions, but really Hillary as the head
00:05:55.760 of the mob over there.
00:05:57.400 I want to bring in now Peter Schweitzer, Eric Eggers from Government Accountability.
00:06:01.040 And guys, I just want to, because a lot of people, particularly a lot of the newer audience
00:06:07.800 that's come to the war room since the pandemic or since the 2020 election, a lot of those,
00:06:14.500 a lot of these people didn't even vote for Trump in 2016 or were not awakened to politics,

00:06:21.380 I want to go back to the beginning and talk about, because my understanding in talking to
00:06:27.640 people after John Solomon broke it, there's some serious, I don't know, grand jury, there's
00:06:34.440 some serious investigation going on about the very topics you guys exposed over a decade
00:06:39.440 ago.
00:06:40.140 So walk us through, Peter and Eric, walk through what exactly we're talking about in Clinton
00:06:44.080 corruption, Clinton cash, all of it, guys.
00:06:47.920 Well, what we showed in the book, Clinton cash and Clinton cash was, of course, a culmination
00:06:52.600 of research that the Government Accountability Institute had put forward.
00:06:56.560 And you, Steve, of course, co-found GAI with me, and you were chairman of the organization
00:07:01.920 at the time that the book came out in 2015.
00:07:04.540 We showed that the Clintons were taking huge sums of money in the forms of speaking fees
00:07:10.220 that Bill Clinton was getting while Hillary was the secretary of state.
00:07:14.500 This was coming from foreign sources like Russia and China, these very corrupt corners
00:07:19.980 of the earth, and the Clinton Foundation itself was getting large donations from people that
00:07:25.860 were getting favors from the State Department.
00:07:28.440 They were getting Haitian reconstruction contracts, et cetera.
00:07:31.800 So that was kind of the genesis of the book.
00:07:33.900 It was the paper trail.
00:07:34.980 It was the money trail.
00:07:36.400 And I would argue that kind of laid the predicate or laid the pattern, which the Bidens would follow
00:07:42.740 later with regards to China.
00:07:44.660 Yeah, I think you absolutely can't separate the Biden family corruption, which we also chronicled

00:07:49.860 Remember, Joe Biden's vice president, Hunter Biden, his son, they're watching how much money
00:07:54.500 the Clintons are making because she's secretary of state.
00:07:57.380 One of the more shocking statistics, Steve, and your audience will just be stunned to learn
00:08:00.960 this, Bill Clinton, after he leaves the presidency, gives 13 speeches for which he's paid over
00:08:06.420 half a million dollars, right?
00:08:08.300 He leaves the office in 2000.
00:08:10.740 11 of those speeches in which he's paid over a half a million dollars don't come until Hillary
00:08:15.260 becomes secretary of state.
00:08:17.100 And as Peter likes to say, so he either became a better speaker or people realized the front
00:08:21.660 door to the State Department came in Bill's wallet, right?
00:08:24.840 And so, yeah, Clinton Cash just exposed the shameless and obscene ways that people traded

00:08:32.180 And that's what I think, why, quite honestly, the FBI reached out.

00:08:41.680 And now we now know the FBI is having internal negotiations about should we open an investigation

00:08:57.240 White House, they actually had negative net worth because they had never really owned any
00:09:01.240 real estate because he'd been governor of Arkansas and then the president, right?
00:09:05.120 So he didn't, they hadn't built up any net worth.
00:09:07.160 They were actually, I think, had negative net worth, Peter, if I remember your analysis,
00:09:11.280 because of the legal fees around Monica Lewinsky and his impeachment.
00:09:14.960 As I told people at the beginning, remember, the White House counsel's office is, represents
00:09:20.340 the office of the president, not the individual.
00:09:22.720 So Trump, so Clinton had to go get his own individual lawyers.
00:09:27.100 Negative net worth.
00:09:28.300 But they thought of the concept, they understood with all the world leaders coming into the
00:09:33.320 White House and the Chinese generals with the cash, they weren't really able to skim any

00:09:38.800 So they came up with an architecture that combined their contacts throughout the world.
00:09:45.080 Hillary's going to be president one day, right?
00:09:48.200 Maybe she'll take a stop as secretary of state or secretary of defense.
00:09:51.500 But they set up an apparatus to monetize these relationships, not forward the advancement
00:09:58.940 of the United States, but to monetize their relationships and relationships empowered to

00:10:07.860 And the reason that this worked so well for the Clintons is Bill leaves office in 2000.

00:10:18.040 And we trace the fact that she joined certain committees and the committees that she was
00:10:23.500 on ended up covering areas where big donations came from people who wanted favors from Hillary
00:10:30.720 and Hillary gave it to them.
00:10:32.240 When she became the secretary of state under Barack Obama, that's when it just absolutely
00:10:38.500 exploded.
00:10:39.560 And you got all these foreign entities.
00:10:42.200 The whole Russia collusion farce as it relates to Trump was not a farce when it came to the
00:10:48.020 Clintons.
00:10:48.620 I mean, one of the things we showed in the book, and you'll remember, Steve, the New
00:10:52.800 York Times ran a front page story, 4,000 words confirming the Uranium One story.
00:11:00.700 The fact that Bill Clinton helped these investors get the uranium mines from Kazakhstan with the
00:11:10.640 help of the Russians.
00:11:11.600 And then they, of course, got Uranium One, which was a U.S.
00:11:15.800 Uranium company.
00:11:16.740 They folded that into it that ended up being bought by the Russians.
00:11:20.880 And the Clinton Foundation got $145 million from the investors in that uranium company.
00:11:29.480 So there was Russia collusion.
00:11:31.780 It was not just that, but there was massive Russia collusion involving the Clintons.
00:11:35.820 You know, those were the days where they thought Putin, oh, this is a decent guy, a guy we
00:11:40.700 do business with, and a guy who can make us rich.
00:11:45.820 Eric, there you see right there is it's not just the foundation that can get the speaking
00:11:51.420 fees and everything else, but it's the exploitation of relationships.
00:11:57.040 This is what we saw in Biden when we went and saw everything that they were doing with the
00:12:00.740 Chinese Communist Party and later with you with Ukraine.
00:12:05.000 Talk to me, though, for a second on Uranium One, because people are on me all the time.

00:12:11.180 Did it not shift with nuclear power and nuclear energy and our nuclear ballistic missile submarines
00:12:19.240 as a part of the triad of nuclear defense?
00:12:21.620 Did we not essentially transfer ownership of Americans?
00:12:26.680 A lot of Americans, almost all of Americans, best uranium, exploitable uranium assets to
00:12:33.540 essentially what became a Russian entity is was is that the big is that the big reveal

00:12:40.540 Look, Steve, historians can debate whether it was wise to transfer 20 percent of U.S.
00:12:46.140 uranium assets to Vladimir Putin.
00:12:48.280 I mean, it's clearly someone who's proven to be a great steward of energy resources and
00:12:52.760 he's not going to encroach in a global.
00:12:55.000 No, this was a disaster.
00:12:56.980 And it was a disaster.
00:12:58.480 Then people flagged it as a disaster.
00:13:00.220 By the way, you know who knew it was a problem that the Clintons were set up to be kind of
00:13:05.340 trading international favors while people are being paid?

00:13:09.980 The Obama administration made the Clintons sign a number of disclosures about people they
00:13:14.560 would and would not take money from in the Clinton Foundation.
00:13:17.260 Of course, the Clintons violated that almost from day one.
00:13:20.380 And Uranium One is perhaps the most flagrant violation of things that should have been
00:13:24.740 in the United States' best interest.
00:13:26.560 I think among the more damning pieces of evidence we have in Clinton Cash, the book, the documentary,
00:13:32.040 the graphic novel, is the fact that this entity called Salida Capital, which eventually became
00:13:37.600 a wholly owned subsidiary of the Russian energy company Rosatom, paid for a speech by Bill Clinton
00:13:43.440 and donated to the Clinton Foundation.
00:13:45.420 Those are the same people, Rosatom, by the way, that built the Iranian nuclear reactor.
00:13:49.980 So, I mean, the Clintons are deep in the worst elements of what's happening to Russia right now.

00:18:47.020 I mean, people describe Paul Pelosi, Nancy's husband, as an investor.
00:18:52.540 He ran a car limousine business in San Francisco.
00:18:55.740 What turned him into an investor was the fact that they got juiced into all these pre-IPO shares
00:19:03.340 of stock, and in the 60 Minutes episode, we showed that they got, I think it was like
00:19:08.540 5,000 shares of pre-IPO stock in Visa.
00:19:13.020 And there was a piece of legislation in Congress that was going to be really tough on Visa.
00:19:18.080 Nancy Pelosi was the speaker, and she killed it.
00:19:20.740 And they got the 5,000 shares of IPO stock.
00:19:23.440 They made $100,000 in like less than four hours when it went public.
00:19:28.220 And I think there were 11 different IPOs that got shares in stock.
00:19:33.540 And it also has to be said, Paul Pelosi has a success rate on options trading.
00:19:39.040 You would know more about this than I do, Steve.
00:19:41.180 Options trading, very, very difficult, very speculative.
00:19:44.040 His success rate in making money in options trades is above 80%, which is just unprecedented.
00:19:51.200 So this is all courtesy of the inside information that she gets.

00:20:10.020 A couple weeks before, Joe Becker, the great investigative reporter for The New York Times,
00:20:13.960 does a front-page story on Uranium One that has everybody going to general quarters
00:20:18.440 because it shows just this graft and greed of the Clintons.
00:20:21.460 What happens to the FBI, what do we know now in this investigation about what the FBI was
00:20:26.860 thinking of after the publication of the book, Clinton Cash?
00:20:30.660 Yeah, so the book came out, and within a couple of weeks, we got contacted by the FBI.
00:20:36.880 These were field offices.
00:20:38.780 And, you know, Steve, when we set up GAI, one of our rules was if a congressional committee
00:20:43.760 or law enforcement wants our information, we're going to share it with them.
00:20:47.280 I mean, that's just kind of what we're going to do.
00:20:49.140 So we gave them all the information, and the investigation evolved organically.
00:20:55.080 These were the field offices.
00:20:56.360 This was not FBI headquarters.
00:20:57.940 So you had the FBI office in Little Rock.
00:21:01.240 You had the public corruption section in Banassas, Virginia.
00:21:05.920 You had the New York office.
00:21:07.120 You had the Boston office.
00:21:08.760 And you might also remember, Steve, there was actually an annex office of the FBI in Lagos,
00:21:14.080 Nigeria, that was investigating this as well.
00:21:17.240 And they actually got their hands on a video recording of a Clinton Foundation donor from
00:21:22.620 Nigeria bragging on a phone call with somebody else that he had donated to the Clinton Foundation
00:21:28.480 and was getting all these favors from the Clinton campaign.
00:21:32.180 So the investigation was off and rolling.
00:21:35.380 And, again, this was the field offices.
00:21:36.960 We now know, based on the FBI documents released by Cash Patel and John Solomon's reporting,
00:21:43.620 that this was shut down by headquarters.
00:21:46.580 They said, you are to cease and desist.
00:21:48.960 Stop.
00:21:49.740 We don't want to hear any more about this.
00:21:52.040 The field offices kind of continued a little bit because they thought that this was such
00:21:56.420 a big, important story.
00:21:58.000 And then it was finally Sally Yates at the Department of Justice who said, this is done.

00:22:03.900 No more investigation into this.
00:22:05.680 But, Steve, think about this, right?
00:22:06.920 We now know that we know, according to the timeline, so Clinton Cash comes out May of
00:22:10.880 2015.
00:22:11.960 Formal investigations are opened in January of 2016 in those offices Peter just mentioned.
00:22:16.660 And then you get pushback from Andrew McCabe and Sally Yates.
00:22:19.180 Sally Yates says to shut it down.
00:22:20.740 That's no specific date, but in March of 2016.
00:22:23.320 So you've got the Department of Justice actively shutting down investigations into real things.
00:22:29.140 Meanwhile, because of Clinton Cash and the reporting on the Uranium One story and how Hillary essentially
00:22:36.240 helped funnel 20% of U.S.
00:22:38.220 uranium to Russia specifically.

00:31:48.040 And the PR firms, the law firms, the debanking, the lawsuits, the rig courts where you're found guilty by these Democrat activist judges.
00:31:56.960 And then I went into bankruptcy, and they said, oh, we're going to catch him with all this hidden money and stuff.

00:32:04.260 Then they had the U.S. trustee last year and the CRO, who were assigned to it by the Justice Department, try to close the building without a court order.
00:32:13.060 We went and challenged that, stopped him there.
00:32:14.900 I had to literally stop armed security they sent with no court order and said, no, you're not.

00:32:19.520 They said, well, that makes sense.

00:32:22.780 And then they said, we've got a lawyer from the Justice Department saying, you know, I'm ordering you to do this.

00:32:33.640 And we had buyers that had already done the first bids because you do bids before the online auction that was more than triple what the other side had done.
00:32:41.140 And so they just pulled the auction the day before, said they had a secret auction, and gave it to the Everytown group that is financing the Onion.
00:32:49.840 And that Everytown group is 97% owned and run by Michael Bloomberg, who we know is financing some of the suits going back years ago.
00:32:56.800 And so we said, no, we're not leaving.
00:32:58.740 So they sent in security again.
00:33:00.520 They turned off the Internet.
00:33:02.280 I went to our backup studios, the Alex Jones Network, and didn't even miss a beat.

00:33:21.620 But the U.S. trustee that's appointed by the Justice Department, and this is hangovers from Obama, will not sell it to anyone.
00:33:29.420 And we sued them and got the emails and depositions and documents where they said, with the plaintiffs, which is really the Democratic Party, the Paul Weiss law firm and others that have already admitted the wrongdoing against the Trump administration with the law firm, did a $40 million settlement with supposedly community action they were going to do and community service.
00:33:51.140 And then they even called part of the $40 million community service in their federal filings the suits against me.
00:33:57.880 So that's something that President Trump obviously needs to know about.
00:34:01.720 When Paul Weiss said they were going to stop all this, they're the main group running it.
00:34:06.300 And so now the federal judges said, status quo, you don't want money.
00:34:10.020 You just want to shut it down.
00:34:11.680 Jones has offered to settle.
00:34:13.040 Plus, it's all on appeal at the state and federal level.
00:34:15.880 And so then they said, no, we're going to get a receiver with the same judge, Guerra Gamble, who ran the show trial in Texas.
00:34:25.720 And so she appointed the receiver at a Wednesday hearing.
00:34:30.440 And you can read her statements in Bloomberg, strangely enough.
00:34:34.480 Of course, Bloomberg doesn't tell you they're behind it.
00:34:36.280 They should tell you in the article, by the way, the owner of our company was behind this.

00:34:41.980 She said, well, we're going to have now another hearing in September 16th and that she intends to do the order.
00:34:49.020 A five-day order is then issued to send in the Travis County Sheriff's Department and close the building.

00:34:58.740 Again, they've said in the news, we do not want money.
00:35:02.000 But now they're saying, oh, he'll never pay us.

00:35:16.080 And when Trump got in seven months ago, two weeks after, we were sent finally for a request we did years ago.
00:35:22.120 And it was Obama putting me under national security investigation with Comey, 2013, where they then strategically go in and try to disrupt what you're doing like you're a foreign adversary.
00:35:31.840 And then ran the law fair and all of that.
00:35:35.120 Then this year, we discovered in the federal filings, thanks to a lot of Doge stuff that got published, millions from the Justice Department directly to the charities of the people suing me who then paid the money to the Democrat law firms that are suing me.
00:35:48.520 They'd be given federal DOJ money, and then they would give the exact amount a week or two later over and over again, millions and millions and millions of dollars to the very law firms as clearly the payment.
00:36:00.180 It matches up exactly.
00:36:01.340 And we also got an undercover CIA, FBI liaison, Gavin Oblevis, two years ago in an undercover Veritas sting that was on a totally separate subject, saying, yeah, we investigated Jones back 10 years ago, which we now have the documents was true.
00:36:17.060 And the FBI couldn't find anything, so we went and did this whole Sandy Hook thing.
00:36:21.320 Then we have the head counsel in Connecticut saying two and a half years ago in the show trial there that, indeed, he went and generated the lawsuits, organized the law firms, and the families.
00:36:31.420 So we have a total chain of this being the Democrats and the deep state, the judges finding me that I was defaulted, so I was guilty.
00:36:40.900 The jury decided how guilty, and now they've got so much egg on their face after Bloomberg and the Onion tried the takeover in November of last year and got thrown out, and it was shown to be a fraudulent auction in the words of the judge.
00:36:53.840 Now they're back, the Onion's bragging that now they are going to get the name and the equipment and all of it in state court.
00:37:03.660 And they say, so they can misrepresent who I am and basically, quote, destroy the brand, because it's not about money, it's about punishing me for what I did.
00:37:15.520 But also in federal filings, we've now learned that these very foundations run by the very families of the children have raised hundreds of millions of dollars by running ads all over Facebook, YouTube, Twitter.
00:37:28.200 Over the years, everybody saw, saying, Alex is harassing us, Alex is being mean to us, send us money.
00:37:34.220 And when they start the PR campaign for two years, then when they sue me, then when they have the show trials, each time the money massively spikes from nothing, a couple million a year, to tens of millions, 30 million, 40 million a year, directly off of my name.
00:37:47.040 So they've gotten 74 million off Remington.
00:37:49.760 They've gotten almost 300 million in donations off of my name playing victim.
00:37:53.840 And then they got their $1.4 billion imaginary show trial judgment.
00:38:00.520 And then they're running around saying, it's not about the money.
00:38:03.840 We just want him off the air, but he also won't pay us our money.
00:38:07.360 And they've tried to get my appeals thrown out, but now they're failing the third circuit.
00:38:10.760 That's Democrats signaled they are going to overturn it because the judge in Texas, after the jury found what my life, because I've already found liable by the judge, how liable I was.

00:38:24.660 So then the judge busted the caps three weeks later, which you can't do under the law, it's cut and dry, saying that I was elder abuse because the man was above 65.

00:38:38.260 Well, you can't have a judge find somebody civilly liable for something two weeks after a jury has already come in with their verdict.
