Bannon's War Room - Episode 4716： Kill The Bail Out Packages; If They Can't Cheat They Can't Win： Texas Trouble

00:00:00.000 steps here as far as Europe is concerned securing a peace deal and what has been the reaction there

00:00:04.820 in London and beyond about that scene yesterday at the White House? So Willie, on this side of

00:00:10.280 the Atlantic, the race is really on to figure out what those security guarantees would look like

00:00:16.160 in reality. President Macron of France, Prime Minister Keir Starmer of the UK this morning

00:00:21.820 hosted a video conference of the so-called Coalition of the Willing. These are the European 0.72

00:00:26.700 allies who are prepared to put their own troops on the ground in Ukraine to try to offer Zelensky

00:00:33.600 the security guarantees that he needs. There is going to be a meeting of European Union leaders

00:00:40.080 later on today to try to build on what I think is seen as sort of cautious progress at the White

00:00:46.560 House yesterday. But these European leaders, Willie, really have a delicate needle to thread here. They

00:00:52.700 need to come up with a formula for security guarantees that are strong enough to give

00:00:57.020 Zelensky and Ukraine the confidence that they can agree to a peace deal without fear that the Russians

00:01:03.240 will just attack again. And at the same time, these security guarantees can't be so strong

00:01:09.160 that they alienate President Trump, alienate the more isolationist wing of his MAGA movement.

00:01:15.880 So we are starting to see the sort of broad outlines of what these security guarantees could look like.

00:01:20.640 Some of these European countries led by Britain and France saying they are prepared to put their

00:01:24.560 own troops on the ground in Ukraine, not on the front line, not in a way that is designed to provoke

00:01:30.300 Russia, but in a way that is designed to deter future Russian aggression. But the reality is

00:01:36.320 the Europeans are still dependent on the United States for a number of capabilities that they don't

00:01:41.560 have themselves. Things in terms of missile defense, in terms of intelligence, overhead satellites,

00:01:49.220 some form of air support. So one possible formula here is you have British, French, possibly other

00:01:55.460 European troops on the ground, and you have a commitment from the United States to support them

00:02:00.240 in the air without any American forces actually being on the grounds. Now, assuming that both

00:02:06.540 Zelensky and Trump can live with that, there is the question of will Vladimir Putin and the Russians

00:02:12.220 yesterday making very clear that they will not, at least as an opening gambit in these negotiations,

00:02:18.460 accept NATO forces on the ground in Ukraine in large numbers. So we will see how they square that

00:02:27.060 triangle. You pick your metaphor in terms of coming up with a formula for security guarantees that are

00:02:32.160 acceptable to all sides. President Trump, during the meeting yesterday when you decided to call

00:02:37.420 Vladimir Putin, what was the reaction among the other people in the room? And what was what was

00:02:44.560 President Putin's reaction to like being brought into a phone call in the middle of your meeting?

00:02:50.020 Well, I think they expected it. I didn't do it in front of them. I thought that would be

00:02:53.420 disrespectful to President Putin. You know, I wouldn't do that because they have not had the warmest

00:02:58.460 relations. And actually, President Putin wouldn't talk to the people from Europe. I mean, that was part of 0.63

00:03:04.840 the problem. They had no communication. They had no communication with the White House for years

00:03:13.260 as people died years with Biden and his people. No communication. Putin told me years. It was years

00:03:21.040 that he that he didn't speak to anybody from the White House. And it was a long time that he didn't

00:03:25.480 speak to anybody from Europe. No, it's a fractured relationship. And when I came in, I always had,

00:03:30.980 despite the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, which truly was a very dangerous thing for our country. 0.51

00:03:35.560 But despite that, I maintained a very good relationship. I mean, you saw that when he

00:03:40.260 got off his plane, I got off my plane. There's a warmth there that you can't, you know, there's a

00:03:44.500 there's a decent feeling. And it's a good thing, not a bad thing. People would say, oh, that's such a

00:03:48.940 terrible thing. It's not a terrible thing. But what we did get were the European leaders

00:03:53.780 saying out loud that Trump was OK with Article five style security guarantees. Now, Article five of

00:04:02.700 NATO means an attack on one is an attack on all. So this is European leaders saying and Donald Trump

00:04:09.140 agreeing that they would have some sort of troops inside Ukraine such that if Russia ever attacked

00:04:16.420 Ukraine again in future, it wouldn't just be attacking Ukraine. It would be attacking NATO member 0.84

00:04:21.840 states, probably not under the banner of NATO, but those individual states wouldn't pull their

00:04:26.800 troops out. They would stay and dare Putin to keep going. What kind of assurances do you feel like

00:04:34.440 you have that going forward and, you know, past this Trump administration, it won't be American boots

00:04:42.620 on the ground defending that border? Well, you have my assurance, you know, I'm president and I'm

00:04:48.480 I'm just trying to stop people from being killed, Charlie. Look, they're losing from five to seven

00:04:54.800 thousand people a week. So the security guarantees in some ways might be an easier discussion point

00:05:01.640 than how you actually stop the fighting. What do you think about that?

00:05:07.380 Well, I think going back to what Kim said and your point as well, it's the rules of engagement

00:05:13.120 that's going to be really a difficult thing for these nations to talk about. The rules of engagement

00:05:17.740 lay out just what the plan will be if the Russians do something. Will this group actually work with

00:05:24.900 Ukraine to push back militarily on the Russians or do they fall back or do they leave that those

00:05:31.660 rules of engagement and and the agreement by the nations of what they will do will dictate what these

00:05:37.860 what this presence will look like? Is it going to be a small presence that's just representative

00:05:43.020 something that's not meant to fight or is this going to be a robust group in their real boots on

00:05:48.660 the ground with weapons and rules of engagement that says if something happens, if Ukraine is

00:05:53.780 attacked, your job is to fight Russia too. This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:06:02.500 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. I got a free shot. All these

00:06:10.420 networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing

00:06:15.940 that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's

00:06:19.300 going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul,

00:06:26.740 I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:06:34.340 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:06:40.580 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:06:50.020 It's Tuesday, 19 August, Year Overlord 2025. We've got so much to go through today,

00:06:53.860 uh, including, uh, getting back focused on the United States of America. Okay. Both the, uh,

00:07:01.460 make America healthy again, President Trump, uh, signing, uh, getting ready for a tough executive

00:07:06.660 order on, um, on mail-in ballots, the big fight down in Texas, because, uh, here, and I think Rachel

00:07:15.300 Maddow, although she's part-time, you know, one day a week over at MS now, what a disaster that thing is. 1.00

00:07:21.460 NBC running away from that, uh, dumpster fire as quickly as they can. It's not just that they're

00:07:27.940 spinning it off with a bunch of other dogs and cats, um, to, to let the public share in its, uh,

00:07:37.060 in all its beauty, but they're taking their name off it and any association with it, which is pretty

00:07:44.020 extraordinary. Um, in 2026 and beyond, it is a convergence of a number of forces. Number one,

00:07:52.420 uh, it is incumbent that the Commerce Department listen to President Trump and get on with it

00:07:58.100 on a mid-decade, um, a mid-decade census done this time correctly with correct algorithms, correct,

00:08:06.500 um, uh, data analysis, uh, the way it's collected. Also no illegal alien invaders, none, zero. That

00:08:16.820 will show you a true demographic picture of the United States, the massive demographic, demographic

00:08:21.780 shifts to the Southern part of the country and the demographic shifts within the States. Uh,

00:08:28.740 number two is to get these, um, you get these elections squared away for once in all, no mail-in

00:08:36.660 ballots. Christina Bob's going to come here and talk about Fulton County. You still got problems down

00:08:40.660 there as exemplified by many of these big cities. Um, but get rid of the mail-in ballots and they're

00:08:46.660 whining, they're, they're petrified over MSNBC that, um, uh, you know, and CNN that, hey,

00:08:53.380 they're going to be, since we're taking control of the cities, there's going to be ICE officers

00:08:59.140 near polling places. You're damn right. Write this down in your number two pencils over at CNN

00:09:05.540 and, uh, MSNOW. We're not going to allow any illegal aliens to vote. If you don't have an ID, 1.00

00:09:11.940 if you're not a citizen, you're not voting. So you can whine and, and, and, and throw your toys at

00:09:16.900 the prim all you want. That's going to happen. And number three is the redistricting. We need a Texas 1.00

00:09:22.340 10 right now. Now in Texas, they're, they're trying to put DPS officers or Texas Rangers with

00:09:27.140 the Democrats. It's not good enough. We need to go to a maximalist policy and these redistricting

00:09:34.660 now, whether you're in Indiana, Missouri, South Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Texas, we need a

00:09:42.020 maximalist position right now because Gavin Newsom and his team have told us exactly what they're going

00:09:46.100 to do. And that is what they're going to do is try to rig the 2026 election so they can impeach,

00:09:52.340 President Trump and stop the MAGA movement. He's got, uh, a lot more than a year and a half

00:09:58.020 worth of work left. He's got more than this term and beyond. This is absolutely, uh, you know,

00:10:04.580 the work we have before us to take all this crap down that the Republican establishment has allowed. 0.75

00:10:10.500 And you see it in Texas right now. If you want a perfect example, how feckless and hapless they are. 0.99

00:10:16.500 The two best examples of how we're starting the show today, both the redistricting in Texas of

00:10:21.540 which it's all performance art from the Republican party. It's the grassroots leadership and the

00:10:27.220 grassroots folks down there and the MAGA movement that are forced anything. And on this Ukraine

00:10:31.460 situation in Ukraine, the reason the Europeans and, and, and Zelensky there, and they're talking

00:10:37.140 tough and they're going to do this and they're going to do that is they're looking in the Senate.

00:10:41.300 They're, they're, they're working on Lindsey Graham and the Tom Cotton. These guys are working

00:10:45.700 on a $55 billion, another bailout package for them. And the reason is they don't see this money

00:10:54.100 as an opportunity cost. There's financial data coming out right now where I think we're about

00:10:58.660 to hit the wall, even with the big, beautiful bill kicking in on the supply side, kicking in on

00:11:03.300 the production side. We're going to go through some economic turbulence here. The only focus we

00:11:08.820 should have is on the American people. That's what's, what's happening in D.C. is so amazing.

00:11:14.260 And John Lott's going to join us. I think President Trump today is also going to order a, an investigation

00:11:19.780 in their crime statistics because these cities are lying to you. People there know their crime-ridden

00:11:24.980 hell holes. Yet these Democrats come to the microphone or on, they're on media all day long saying,

00:11:30.180 oh, the crime stats are dropping. They're not dropping. Ask the people got to live there

00:11:33.940 if they're dropping. So the focus has to be on the American people. One talk of security guarantee,

00:11:38.580 how about a security guarantee for folks in Los Angeles, folks in Chicago, folks in New York City,

00:11:44.420 who are hardworking, decent, wait for it, American citizens and get rid of everybody else. 0.86

00:11:51.940 Also, other good news coming. You've seen where the, uh, amphibious, uh, the amphibious group has

00:11:59.380 been attached to Southcom. Southcom is the, is that like CENCOM. Southcom is the group. CENCOM does

00:12:05.220 the Middle East. Southcom does, uh, everything in, uh, Latin America, Central America, Mexico,

00:12:11.300 all of that. The Southcom commander, who's also responsible for the Caribbean, which is nothing

00:12:16.660 but a CCP or PLA Navy lake, um, has been, uh, attached to his command. Now is an amphibious group.

00:12:24.980 Uh, I think it's the Iwo Jima amphibious group. That's now attached to him to look at cartels or

00:12:31.860 to help enforce interdiction and cartels in the Caribbean and Central America. And hopefully

00:12:37.620 even Latin America, we have to, and they've assigned the 22nd Marine expeditionary force.

00:12:42.820 So now you got 4,000 troops with some, uh, with some, uh, backup, right. And some punch.

00:12:49.780 This is where we ought to be focusing. President Trump is trying to do,

00:12:52.740 trying to move heaven and earth with these deadbeats. You said that collection of clowns. 1.00

00:12:56.660 In fact, if we can go to my getter, they, somebody, one of the official photographers 0.97

00:13:01.140 took a photo from over president Trump's shoulder to, uh, the front of the resolute desk where the, uh,

00:13:08.900 where all, all the leaders of, uh, Europe were sitting there. And remember, these are countries

00:13:15.620 of one time were led by, you know, Napoleon and De Gaulle, uh, or, or Winston Churchill,

00:13:21.940 right. Or some of the greatest leaders in world history. And you see these munchkins that are 1.00

00:13:28.500 sitting in front of the desk. You realize, I mean, president Trump, what are you, what are you doing?

00:13:31.940 I mean, you gotta, you're going to have to carry these people on your shoulders.

00:13:36.180 I said, it was like a class photo for Oswald Spengler's, the decline of the West. 0.99

00:13:42.100 It's just, it's pathetic. And all they're trying to do, they're trying to figure out now how they 0.98

00:13:46.580 get troops. What they're trying to do, 1,000%, what they're working on, they know the Senate

00:13:53.140 and they know the neocons are going to look at a 50 billion or to a hundred billion dollar

00:13:58.340 package of American taxpayer money to go bail them out again and let Zelensky and those crooked 0.96

00:14:03.380 oligarchs skim more. So, and that keeps them in business. It's the Senate, it's the Senate and 1.00

00:14:08.660 the House are going to keep them in business. And they see that they're just plotting against

00:14:12.420 President Trump by how we get you in here for security guarantees, how we get boots in the

00:14:15.780 ground, or maybe we put an air, air corridor up there or a no fly zone, have American combat

00:14:21.700 patrol, combat air patrols the entire time. Yeah. There's no chance like Syria. There's no chance 1.00

00:14:26.900 that anybody could get a missed signal and maybe shoot down a, a, a Russian MiG, right? A Russian 0.92

00:14:33.220 plane. They want us up cheek by, just like in Syria. Saw this before. They want you cheek by

00:14:39.140 jail with the Russians. So something can go wrong. One of the hotheads. And look, the Ukrainian people 1.00

00:14:43.460 suffered enough. They got a million dead and wounded, right? They're angry and they should be angry

00:14:50.500 because that same group of deadbeats in the EU and in NATO led them down the primrose path to

00:14:56.500 their destruction.

00:14:58.820 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the block of emerging

00:15:05.780 superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia are meeting with the goal of displacing the 0.99

00:15:12.820 United States dollar as the global currency. They're calling this the Rio reset. As BRICS nations push 0.86

00:15:20.140 forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the

00:15:24.980 dollar in your savings. While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to

00:15:31.860 start in Rio. The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a

00:16:56.540 What are the next steps here as far as Europe is concerned securing a peace deal and what has

00:17:00.800 been the reaction there in London and beyond about that scene yesterday at the White House?

00:17:06.020 So, Willie, on this side of the Atlantic, the race is really on to figure out what those security

00:17:11.420 guarantees would look like in reality. President Macron of France, Prime Minister Keir Starmer of

00:17:17.820 the UK this morning hosted a video conference of the so-called Coalition of the Willing. These are

00:17:23.280 the European allies who are prepared to put their own troops on the ground in Ukraine to try to offer

00:17:30.040 Zelensky the security guarantees that he needs. There is going to be a meeting of European Union

00:17:36.700 leaders later on today to try to build on what I think is seen as sort of cautious progress at the

00:17:43.420 White House yesterday. But these European leaders, Willie, really have a delicate needle to thread here.

00:17:49.680 They need to come up with a formula for security guarantees that are strong enough to give

00:17:54.100 Zelensky and Ukraine the confidence that they can agree to a peace deal without fear that the Russians

00:18:00.300 will just attack again. And at the same time, these security guarantees can't be so strong that they

00:18:06.960 alienate President Trump, alienate the more isolationist wing of his MAGA movement. So we are starting to see

00:18:14.440 the sort of broad outlines of what these security guarantees could look like. Some of these European

00:18:18.740 countries led by Britain and France saying they are prepared to put their own troops on the ground in

00:18:23.700 Ukraine, not on the front line, not in a way that is designed to provoke Russia, but in a way that is

00:18:29.200 designed to deter future Russian aggression. But the reality is the Europeans are still dependent on the 0.54

00:18:36.200 United States for a number of capabilities that they don't have themselves. Things in terms of missile

00:18:42.200 defense, in terms of intelligence, overhead satellites, some form of air support. So one possible formula here

00:18:49.840 is you have British, French, possibly other European troops on the ground, and you have a commitment from the

00:18:55.760 United States to support them in the air without any American forces actually being on the grounds. Now, assuming

00:19:02.600 that both Zelensky and Trump can live with that, there is the question of will Vladimir Putin and the Russians

00:19:09.300 yesterday making very clear that they will not, at least as an opening gambit in these...

00:19:14.960 We're far from isolationists, but we're realists. It's a European problem. Ukraine wants to be a 1.00

00:19:22.880 European country. That's fine. Ukraine can do what they want to do. But right now it's all predicated upon 0.54

00:19:29.840 American cash, American arms, and now they're going to meet American involvement. You know, and you can't

00:19:36.880 trust these Europeans. You can't trust those European leaders. Until the populist, until Alternative for

00:19:42.320 Deutschland wins in Germany, until Front National wins in France, right? Until Nigel Farage takes over,

00:19:50.480 and that's all happening. First time in history, I think, two weeks ago or 10 days ago, they've all

00:19:56.360 polled, all the populist parties polled number one in their respective countries' polls.

00:20:02.040 That is when we can do this. Right now, these are all globalists, like Lindsey Graham and like Tom

00:20:08.720 Cotton. I think I've got a quote in Politico Day, an article by Adam Wren, where I'm just saying,

00:20:15.300 hey, this is the same globalist trying to get America sucked into a deep involvement. And this

00:20:20.900 could, because it's a bad opportunity cost, right? We've been covering this nonstop for five days,

00:20:28.280 and the way they're going, they want you to cover nothing but this so that you miss everything else

00:20:32.200 in this country that needs to be taken care of. Now, thank God, President Trump has got all these

00:20:36.340 policies out there that are rolling. We need to reinforce that. And one of the things you need to

00:20:40.220 reinforce it, we need to reinforce it by putting, giving time to talk about it and let you understand

00:20:45.320 what's going on so you can become actively engaged. Brandon Weikert's here. Brandon, you wrote an

00:20:51.520 amazing book before a while ago called How the West Lost Ukraine. Give me your assessment right 0.98

00:20:58.600 now. Where do you think this stands with, and President Trump trying to move heaven and earth

00:21:02.460 with these deadbeat European leaders? Because you can't believe anything. They say they lie all the

00:21:06.780 time. They say they're going to, you know, NATO's, they're going to put money in NATO and reform their

00:21:11.540 militaries. They don't put a penny in. Their militaries are decrepit. The militaries are such a joke

00:21:16.280 that when the Suez Canal was getting shut down by the Houthi rebels, guys fighting like they've got

00:21:24.080 drones and everything else is from the 6th century, you needed American battle groups, carrier battle

00:21:31.100 groups, strike forces down there to keep open the Suez Canal so they could get oil from the Persian

00:21:38.640 Gulf and goods from Asia, and they couldn't do it themselves. I think they had one French Corvette,

00:21:44.440 one Italian destroyer, one Royal Navy frigate. It's a joke. Your thoughts on this, sir?

00:21:51.560 Well, just to be clear, I think Europe is a complete joke. Remember, it wasn't long ago the

00:21:57.220 Germans were doing war game practices with broomsticks because they didn't have enough 0.85

00:22:01.900 guns to go around for their troops. The British can't stock their aircraft carrier with a requisite

00:22:11.000 number of war planes because they can't afford the F-35. The F-35s keep falling out of the sky.

00:22:16.520 All the British ones do. They keep having to do emergency landings in Japan. So the Europeans are 0.99

00:22:22.020 not, excuse me, are not allies. As you say, they are vassals, and they're not very good vassals at that.

00:22:29.240 They are clearly trying to manipulate us into an Article 5 declaration. The British continue talking

00:22:35.160 about putting so-called peacekeepers on the ground in Western Ukraine. Well, that basically is hanging

00:22:41.100 their rear ends off the side, hoping they get shot off so that they can then run to Washington and go, 0.82

00:22:46.680 see, the Russians are starting a war. If Trump is serious about stopping this war, he needs to cut

00:22:53.680 Ukraine off from all the aid tomorrow. But he can't do that because the Senate, as you rightly say,

00:23:00.140 Lindsey Graham hiding in the closet somewhere, Lindsey Graham is there trying to stop this thing from 0.93

00:23:05.360 happening. But the only way we're going to get Ukraine to a big, beautiful table to negotiate an end to 0.64

00:23:11.160 this war is if we cut them off tomorrow. And if we start downgrading the NATO alliance, that thing is

00:23:18.700 a albatross for us. We need to get out of NATO as well.

00:23:22.420 Yesterday, what they tried to do is manipulate President Trump. And President Trump had to

00:23:32.940 come on Fox this morning and said, hey, I want you to know there's not going to be any boots in

00:23:36.740 the ground. We're going to figure something else out. They've put into his statement, what he put

00:23:41.700 out last night, that somehow we would have some coordination factor. And the people around him

00:23:47.400 should be giving him this advice. Pete Hegseth over at Defense, Marco Rubio, you guys got to wake up.

00:23:52.420 And see what the reality is. We're not going to get entangled in something. You're going to be

00:23:56.540 there decade after decade after decade after decade with a major financial commitment.

00:24:02.140 Right now, I'd like to have Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio and Scott Besson, all three of them,

00:24:06.640 step up and say, hey, we've put pen to paper and this is what it's going to cost. Let's talk to the

00:24:11.080 American people about this. And then we can make a decision. Do we want that money going to Ukraine

00:24:15.340 or we want that money going into Los Angeles to start the mass deportations of at least the 10 to

00:24:20.900 20 million illegal alien invaders we have here, Brandon, is what is it going to take to wake up 1.00

00:24:27.440 NATO to say, we're not going to be on the hook anymore for the money and for your own defense

00:24:32.340 because they're not putting any cash into their own military. Have Maloney there yesterday talking.

00:24:37.600 She's stiffed us more than anybody. That's right.

00:24:39.720 That's a big talk. They're not even there. I think 1.75 percent. And when you get into the

00:24:43.780 actual receipts, they're not putting into combat arms. They're not putting into maneuvers. They're

00:24:49.700 not putting in interoperability. Your thoughts, sir?

00:24:52.160 Well, let's just keep it. Keep in mind that because of the Ukraine war and also the Middle East,

00:24:56.860 but let's just talk about the Ukraine war. A few weeks ago, we dropped below war reserve status and

00:25:02.720 our stockpiles. That means we have critical stockpiles for ammunition and platforms that we need to defend

00:25:09.220 our people and our interests all around the world. We've given so much to Ukraine over the last three

00:25:14.580 years alone that we've now depleted those stockpiles to the point that we've gone below war reserve status.

00:25:21.420 And as long as this war goes on because of how broken our defense industrial base is, we will not be able

00:25:27.580 to replenish those systems, which means when we need those systems to protect our troops and our

00:25:33.420 interests around the world, they won't be there. And so for me, this is a very simple calculation.

00:25:39.420 Forget about the emotions. Forget about all of that. We can't continue supporting Ukraine and neither can 1.00

00:25:45.600 the Europeans. And I'll just add, Steve, I think the Europeans do know. I think they've realized very

00:25:51.520 quickly that under this president, NATO is not going to be the priority that it was under previous

00:25:56.900 presidents. And I think that's exactly why they're trying to ensnare the Americans in a protracted 0.81

00:26:03.460 long-term European war against nuclear armed Russia. Because for Europe, if NATO goes away,

00:26:09.600 or if NATO doesn't become as important to us in America as it once was, then they will no longer

00:26:15.560 be relevant. The Europeans will be basically a sideshow, which they already are, but they will be a 1.00

00:26:20.700 sideshow in geopolitics. And it will really be a world driven by America, Russia, and China, and maybe

00:26:26.420 India, and a few others. And the Europeans will be left to the mercies of us. 0.94

00:26:31.820 And in the global south, the problem I've got with this is that they're allowing their own countries 1.00

00:26:37.120 to be destroyed. That's right.

00:26:39.680 England's going to have a civil war in less than 10 years, a civil war, because they have not stopped 0.59

00:26:45.400 the Islamization of their country. You see the merger in France of these radical left Marxists 0.51

00:26:51.060 with jihadists, with Islamist jihadists. And you see this happening in New York City. So what are we

00:26:57.820 supposed to do? We're supposed to defend that? The leaders allow that to happen? Not on our watch.

00:27:02.580 It's absolutely obscene.

00:27:04.780 Well, Starmer's talking...

00:27:05.640 Go ahead.

00:27:06.400 Sorry.

00:27:07.020 Starmer's talking about sending what few patriotic British are left to go fight the Russians in Ukraine

00:27:13.520 when those men should be used to protect British interests at home, to protect the women of Britain,

00:27:19.440 to massively deport the Islamists who they've imported for the last 30 years. 1.00

00:27:24.740 But they're not.

00:27:25.580 And I think that might be purposeful.

00:27:27.140 You start to think, well, maybe is this incompetence?

00:27:29.280 Or is this really part of an agenda to basically change the demographics of Europe and Britain?

00:27:34.760 And I think it might be.

00:27:35.700 What President Trump has done in D.C. should be a template for the country.

00:27:41.600 That's where our troops should be.

00:27:42.440 Brandon, where do people get you on social media? Where do they get your writings?

00:27:45.860 At WeTheBrandon Twitter. And you can get my writings at thenationalinterest.org or my books

00:27:51.960 are on amazon.com. You've got some of them listed right there.

00:27:57.240 How the West lost Ukraine is magnificent. 0.99

00:28:01.300 Sir, thank you so much for coming on this morning. Great start to the show.

00:28:05.700 Check out his books. Really smart guy.

00:28:09.180 And writes in a very boom way that gets all the information to you.

00:28:14.460 Not a lot of fluff.

00:28:16.180 Okay, short commercial break. We're going to pivot now to elections.

00:28:20.820 And to get this thing set right.

00:28:23.860 The three converging policies of President Trump.

00:28:27.080 According to the Department of Energy, blackouts could increase by 10,000% over the next few years.

00:28:32.260 It's because of massive energy demand from artificial intelligence data centers.

00:28:37.100 We talk about that all the time here in the War Room.

00:28:39.960 And we have a fragile power grid.

00:28:42.020 It just cannot keep up with that demand.

00:28:44.260 I don't know about you, but I don't like the idea of being without power, even for a day.

00:28:48.580 That's why I got the Grid Doctor 3300 from my patron supply.

00:28:53.180 It's a powerful solar generator that runs refrigerators, AC units, medical devices, power tools, anything you need to write out a blackout.

00:29:02.380 And right now, for their Christmas in July event, they're including over $1,000 in free survival gear with your generator.

00:29:11.180 Including emergency food supply, water filtration, survival tools, and more.

00:29:15.920 You heard that right.

00:29:17.160 Over $1,000 in free gear for a limited time.

00:29:20.680 Head to MyPatriotSupply.com slash Bannon.

00:29:23.900 That's MyPatriotSupply.com slash Bannon.

00:29:26.940 And grab the Christmas in July bundle before it's gone.

00:29:30.600 Blackouts are coming.

00:29:32.420 Go to MyPatriotSupply.com slash Bannon and get prepared today.

00:29:37.380 Legislators did come back home to Texas today.

00:29:39.540 They had left the state to try to stop the legislature from convening so that Republicans couldn't change the maps the way Trump had told them to.

00:29:47.540 When the Democrats came back today, Republicans tried to force them to sign consent forms that would allow the assignment of a state police officer to each Democrat to follow each and every Democrat in the legislature everywhere that person goes.

00:30:04.860 It's 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

00:30:06.560 They're not assigning law enforcement officers to these Democratic state legislators as bodyguards.

00:30:12.340 They're assigning them as minders to monitor the location of these Democrats 24 hours a day so as to be prepared to arrest them at any time.

00:30:22.480 State Representative Nicole Collier of Fort Worth refused to sign this consent form.

00:30:30.340 And because she would not consent to having a police officer following her around and monitoring her 24 hours a day, Texas House Democrats say she is now effectively being held on the House floor, on the legislature.

00:30:43.540 I've heard enough.

00:30:44.340 You know, I do tune in to watch Rachel every Monday night so that you don't have to, but it is painful, quite painful.

00:30:55.300 And now she's doing it part time.

00:30:56.920 She's kind of lost her stroke.

00:30:58.260 The thing over MSNBC is a mess, a complete mess.

00:31:02.660 That's that's fading away.

00:31:04.060 CNN's fading away.

00:31:06.040 These guys are all going direct.

00:31:07.600 They're all starting podcasts.

00:31:08.500 That's their next thing.

00:31:09.700 We've got to show you Comey. 1.00

00:31:12.900 If you haven't seen Comey on Taylor Swift, you're in for a whole new experience as an adult.

00:31:19.860 Brian Harrison.

00:31:21.600 So Harrison, I just have to ask you, do Abbott and Dan Patrick and the Speaker and all these anti-MAGA, anti-grassroots, anti-populist,

00:31:36.380 you know, essentially moderate Democrats or call themselves Republicans and Abbott being the worst.

00:31:42.440 Did they honestly think that that circuses like this will get people's attention, that people are not savvy enough now and they have enough social media that were onto them?

00:31:51.660 And that's why we're driving this.

00:31:52.860 I mean, are they assigning instead of doing any things that you recommended that are logical to really make these Democrats pay for their for their irresponsibility to the citizens of Texas for what should have been passed last time in the special session?

00:32:08.000 I'm talking about the emergency relief, the flood relief, the the taxes, right?

00:32:13.400 The, the, the, the real estate taxes, all of that, uh, they're now going to sign a Texas, they're, they're saying they're going to sign a Texas Ranger.

00:32:23.200 That's Department of Public Safety.

00:32:24.840 They're going to sign it with each, you know, one, it used to be one Ranger, one riot.

00:32:29.000 Now we got one Dem, a one, uh, one Ranger.

00:32:32.180 Is that what they're going to do now?

00:32:34.080 Yeah.

00:32:34.400 Yeah.

00:32:34.580 Whatever the one to one ratio, non-ratio of the song and dance performance theater, lawn, whatever you want to call it.

00:32:42.060 And here's the reality, uh, the emperor, uh, has been seen to have no clothes down here in Texas and the emperor being the leadership of the state of Texas.

00:32:50.060 So this is utterly embarrassing.

00:32:51.840 There's a saying we have down here, uh, Steve, all hat and no cattle.

00:32:56.020 And perhaps that has never been more appropriately applied to the so-called leadership in the state of Texas right now.

00:33:03.100 Okay.

00:33:03.500 I mean, do you remember back, you know, two, three weeks ago when America was promised all these Democrats to be arrested?

00:33:08.220 Yeah.

00:33:08.620 Zero arrests.

00:33:09.420 I mean, do you all remember when you were told about all these Democrats that were going to have their seats vacated if they didn't show up at 3 p.m. Monday, two weeks ago?

00:33:16.340 Yeah.

00:33:17.040 That was a lie.

00:33:18.120 Do you remember all this rhetoric about, you know, oh, if those Dems don't come back, we'll add, you know, seven, eight, nine seats, basically stealing, you know, uh, my proposal, pretending it was their own, that the posse was pushing for weeks.

00:33:28.700 Um, yeah, when they said it, it was a lie.

00:33:32.440 Um, nothing has happened.

00:33:34.300 I mean, they came back to their parking spots.

00:33:36.080 They came back to the warm embrace of the so-called Republican leadership of the Texas.

00:33:39.700 They were literally being hugged, given hugs on the floor, um, by the, uh, the leadership team in the Texas house.

00:33:47.660 And, and here's the thing that I think people just need to, to grapple with, okay, um, the Democrats have had a smashing success.

00:33:53.680 They defeated every single Republican agenda for the, uh, for the first entire special session.

00:33:57.700 We haven't gotten a property tax relief.

00:33:59.300 We haven't dealt with anything else that the voters in the state of Texas, uh, want.

00:34:03.120 And this is just unacceptable, but they've gotten away with this for so long, Steve.

00:34:06.980 And this is where I think, uh, the war room and the posse, you're making a difference.

00:34:10.580 It's frustrating as hell to watch them get, you know, probably get away with this again right now, but the tide is shifting.

00:34:17.400 They're feeling the heat.

00:34:18.880 And I think that for the first time, they're realizing the eyes of Texas and the eyes of America are on them.

00:34:25.040 And what people, they're shocked.

00:34:26.220 I mean, I'm getting blown up.

00:34:27.220 People are just shocked and angry at my rhetoric and how I'm calling out, uh, the leadership team here in the state of Texas.

00:34:32.360 I had to tweet out this morning, just to clarify for people, um, I don't work for the leadership in the state of Texas.

00:34:38.460 I work for the people of the state of Texas and the posse and the war room and the patriots and the freedom loving overtaxed men and women of the state of Texas.

00:34:46.620 They don't give a rat's, you know, what about protecting the well-crafted reputation of the leaders in the state of Texas who have proven themselves to be weak, feckless, and not up to the task at hand.

00:35:01.060 Okay, they don't know what time it is.

00:35:02.400 And while President Trump's trying to, you know, ward off World War III, okay, and save this country after the damage of the Biden administration, for example, the state of Texas should be locking arms with the president and leading the fight to defeat the radical progressive leftist socialist Marxist.

00:35:17.440 And time and time again, the leadership of the state of Texas is now being caught basically in league with these Democrat leftist progressives.

00:35:25.780 And that's what's happening here.

00:35:26.960 Not one single punishment has been meted out to these Democrats.

00:35:29.440 Not one fine, not one parking spot.

00:35:31.180 And here's the, get this, I was told this yesterday, okay, I'm getting, they're leaking this to me now.

00:35:34.600 Now, some sort of breaking news here a little bit.

00:35:37.580 There are a list of punishments that might be meted out on them at the end of the special session.

00:35:45.080 But like, so they might take away somebody's vice chairmanships at the end of the session.

00:35:50.260 But that's like throwing a hockey player in the penalty box after the game's over.

00:35:54.720 What's the point?

00:35:55.200 It doesn't matter if they're not chairman anymore after the committees are effectively dissolved, after the session is over.

00:36:01.600 So this is bad, it's not even good kabuki theater, it's bad kabuki theater.

00:36:06.500 Texans deserve better, Americans deserve better. 0.99

00:36:09.100 And keep the pressure up because the ultimate surrender came yesterday, Steve,

00:36:12.640 when after days and days of telling people, we can take 10 seats from the Democrats.

00:36:16.760 We can take seven seats, eight, nine, 10 seats from the Democrats.

00:36:20.740 They unveiled the maps and the Texas House Redistricting Committee passed out of committee a map that once again only adds five Republican seats.

00:36:30.280 And this is after Gavin Newsom and California have pledged to continue gerrymandering their states.

00:36:36.080 So, look, Texans deserve bold Republican leadership.

00:36:38.460 We're getting weakness.

00:36:39.540 We're getting fecklessness.

00:36:40.560 And worse, we're getting collusion with the Democrats.

00:36:44.420 Let's put that.

00:36:45.260 Hang on for a second.

00:36:46.000 Let's let's screen with Brian and put up the numbers.

00:36:48.960 If you're listening to this on audio or on the podcast, I want to give you the governor's number five one two four six three one seven eight two.

00:37:00.420 That would be five one two four six three one seven eight two.

00:37:05.820 The governor, Governor Abbott, I think Governor Abbott said we want to Texas 10.

00:37:10.700 We have to go full maximalist.

00:37:12.400 And no, he's not going to want to because he's a moderate Democrat.

00:37:14.760 But we've got to do it.

00:37:17.560 The five is no longer good enough.

00:37:19.620 Well, I need to probably tweet tweet this out.

00:37:23.320 I was watching an old Fox News interview the governor did just a couple of days ago.

00:37:26.800 And the whole chyron, the headline at the bottom of the screen, it says, you know, Abbott, colon, we can take 10 Democrat seats.

00:37:34.220 This was banner to the wall to wall on national news breathlessly reporting on the bold statements coming out of the leadership in the state of Texas.

00:37:44.060 But what we've learned in the last several days is that's exactly that's all that it was.

00:37:48.160 It was bold statements.

00:37:50.180 Remind him, remind him of the 10 seats, because Newsom is already trying to neutralize it.

00:37:57.280 Brian, we're going to state now it has passed out of committee is what's your what do you believe this process is for the next couple of days?

00:38:05.280 I think it could be pretty quick now that it's out of committee.

00:38:07.660 I mean, my guess is it could be on the floor as soon as tomorrow.

00:38:10.140 And look, it's nothing less than embarrassing and surrender.

00:38:17.760 The Democrats came back unpunished.

00:38:19.940 The map's going to only have five seats, at least that's what it looks right now, both the Senate and the House.

00:38:23.520 So this is a clear, coordinated effort.

00:38:25.160 Both the leadership of the Texas Senate and the leadership of the Texas House are passing these maps that are nothing more than capitulation to the Democrats.

00:38:32.080 But they're doing it on the other issues, too.

00:38:33.560 And I know folks across the country won't care as much about the property tax thing, but like if a state like Texas has become and it has a big government, liberal, progressive, high tax, high regulation state,

00:38:44.240 and we can't even get our taxes under control in the great Republican state of Texas, that portends very poorly for states across the country and for the federal government.

00:38:52.540 But the leadership of the Texas Senate has just unveiled our property tax proposal.

00:38:57.820 And guess what?

00:38:58.620 It's a property tax relief bill that allows for the automatic increases in property taxes.

00:39:05.540 So it's full spectrum surrender to the Marxist, progressive leftists by the Austin Uniparty that is supposedly controlled by Republicans.

00:39:16.560 But we've got a Republican government down here that's been in power for so long, they don't even know what time it is in this state or in this country anymore.

00:39:23.460 It's embarrassing.

00:39:25.780 No, President Trump won by 14 because of the grassroots.

00:39:28.380 Brian, where do people go to get that magnificent Twitter feed of yours, which is the bane of all the globalists and all the globalists down in Austin?

00:39:38.640 I've been yelled at and cussed at for a lot of things in my four years in the Texas legislature, but nothing so much and aggressively as what I put on my Twitter feed or X feed.

00:39:47.280 At Brian E. Harrison, go please at Brian E. Harrison right now, take five seconds, make a rhino furious and follow me on X, at Brian E. Harrison, at Brian E. Harrison.

00:39:59.120 Keep the pressure up.

00:40:00.040 Blow up the phone lines into the Capitol.

00:40:01.940 Texas has got to be leading.

00:40:03.480 We're not leading.

00:40:04.220 We're not even following.

00:40:05.840 And we've got to change that.

00:40:06.980 America's on the line.

00:40:07.740 Thank you.

00:40:09.640 Thank you, brother.

00:40:10.380 Appreciate you.

00:40:10.700 Appreciate you.

00:40:12.080 Is John Lott ready?

00:40:13.600 I want to thank Birch Gold, the Birch Gold sponsors, I think now more than ever.

00:40:18.240 I think Gold's made a little movement this morning, but it's not about the daily price of gold as we keep talking.

00:40:24.240 If you learn the pattern recognition of what drives gold as a hedge, and that's what we're here to do to give you all the information.

00:40:32.560 One of the easiest ways you can start off is just take your phone out and text Bannon at 989898.

00:40:39.520 Get the ultimate guide to investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.

00:40:45.780 You get access to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:40:48.200 Ask Philip Patrick, what's the advantage of owning physical gold?

00:40:52.960 Ask him that.

00:40:54.220 Get your arms around that topic.

00:40:55.860 Over at Birch Gold.

00:40:56.820 Great team at Birch Gold.

00:40:59.000 John Lott.

00:40:59.500 I got John Lott joins me.

00:41:00.640 John, I got a bunch of things to go through there, especially I want to start with because Rachel Maddow's all weirded out about the convergence, as she should be, right? 0.67

00:41:08.900 The convergence of the new census, the mid-decade census we're going to do with a real count and no illegal aliens in it, coupled with President Trump.

00:41:19.960 This executive order is going to come out for mail-in ballots, right, plus the redistricting.

00:41:24.860 Let's go to the mail-in ballots.

00:41:25.980 I know you're working on something right now.

00:41:27.460 Help President Trump out.

00:41:28.540 He's right in the executive order.

00:41:30.220 What is John Lott's solution to this mail-in ballot problem?

00:41:33.660 Because President Trump's looking for one.

00:41:37.000 Well, the president's comments yesterday were exactly right on.

00:41:41.960 In fact, I would have been even a little bit stronger when he was talking about what the rules are in other countries.

00:41:47.340 There's no other country in the world that has it with the type of mail-in ballot system that we have in eight states in this country, where if you're registered to vote, you automatically get sent a ballot in the mail and then you have to send it back.

00:42:01.640 If you look at Europe, for example, of the 47 countries in Europe, 35 of them completely ban absentee ballots, let alone mail-in ballots for people living in the country.

00:42:14.520 Another 10 allow them, but you have to have government-issued photo IDs to go and pick up the ballot in person.

00:42:23.980 They will not send you the ballot in the mail because they want to make sure.

00:42:27.940 I mean, I'm sure you've heard stories where ballots are stolen out of people's mailboxes and other things.

00:42:34.580 They want to make sure that the person who's getting the ballot is the one who should be getting the ballot.

00:42:40.240 And then even then, six of those 10 states limit it to people who are in the military or in a hospital, and they won't just take your word for it.

00:42:49.560 You have to have verification by the military or the hospital that you will be indisposed on Election Day and be unable to vote.

00:42:59.540 You know, these are rules that, you know, we don't have anything even close to in the United States.

00:43:05.100 And it's just not European countries.

00:43:07.360 It's something that you go and you see worldwide, even with regard to absentee ballots.

00:43:12.320 I mean, the difference between mail-in ballots and absentee ballots is that with mail-in ballots, they automatically send out the ballots to everybody who's a registered voter.

00:43:23.500 At least with absentee ballot, it's a fraction of that.

00:43:26.780 People have to go and request.

00:43:28.380 Yeah.

00:43:29.060 John, hang on one second.

00:43:31.580 We're going to take you through a short break.

00:43:33.120 There's a lot of talk about government debt, but after four years of inflation, the real crisis is personal debt.

00:43:43.600 Seriously, you're working harder than ever, and you're still drowning in credit card debt and overdue bills.

00:43:50.480 You need done with debt, and here's why you need it.

00:43:53.740 The credit system is rigged to keep you trapped.

00:43:56.580 Done with debt has unique and, frankly, brilliant escape strategies to help end your debt fast, so you keep more of your hard-earned money.

00:44:07.020 Done with debt doesn't try to sell you a loan, and they don't try to sell you a bankruptcy.

00:44:12.320 They're tough negotiators that go one-on-one with your credit card and loan companies with one goal, to drastically reduce your bills and eliminate interest and erase penalties.

00:44:22.060 Most clients end up with more money in their pocket month one, and they don't stop until they break you free from debt permanently.

00:44:33.460 Look, take a couple of minutes and visit donewithdebt.com.

00:44:37.380 Talk with one of their strategists.

00:44:39.040 It's free.

00:44:40.020 But listen up.

00:44:41.380 Some of their solutions are time-sensitive, so you'll need to move quickly.

00:44:45.980 Go to donewithdebt.com.

00:44:47.600 That's donewithdebt.com.

00:44:49.240 Stop the anxiety.

00:44:50.840 Stop the angst.

00:44:51.780 Go to donewithdebt.com and do it today.

00:44:54.880 Like, I'm seeing three different lanes, three different tactics by which Trump is trying to call into question the normalcy and to sort of change expectations around the 2026 midterms.

00:45:10.120 Do you think that's fair?

00:45:11.240 Do you disagree?

00:45:12.600 I absolutely agree.

00:45:13.820 And I think that what you're doing is key to understanding this, which is, I think, too often we think of sort of Donald Trump being crazy over here, being crazy over here, and being crazy over here, and that they're not related to some sort of larger plan or effort.

00:45:28.760 Whereas I think what we are seeing is this roadmap for how our country loses free and fair elections, which is, I have never been one to believe that, you know, Donald Trump's going to cancel the midterms or cancel the 2028 presidential race.

00:45:45.460 Russia, as we know, Saddam Hussein was elected head of Iraq when he was dictator there.

00:45:54.680 Instead, what I think we are watching is subtle and not so subtle efforts by Republicans across the country, including in the White House, to change who gets to vote, how they vote, and subtly shape the electorate for 2026 and 2028 such that Republicans can lock in an illegitimate minority rule.

00:46:17.900 Okay, he says illegitimate.

00:46:21.740 Okay, here's the point.

00:46:22.580 That guy, who's a writer, put up a tweet that said, oh, my gosh, in cutting away mail-in ballots, they're going to force people to actually go to polling places and vote, and then they're going to have ICE agents there, and they're going to put the word out of ICE agents so that people will be intimidated.

00:46:38.100 Well, hey, if you're a citizen, you're not intimidated by an ICE agent.

00:46:41.820 An ICE agent is looked at as a protector to get an illegal alien out of the country. 0.91

00:46:45.480 You damn right we're going to have ICE agents out.

00:46:49.620 If you're not, if you're illegal alien, you're going home, and you're certainly not going to vote. 0.96

00:46:55.280 Look at those people right there.

00:46:56.720 If they, I keep telling you, if they can't cheat, they can't win, and now they're just freaking out because we've had enough of this nonsense. 0.96

00:47:05.000 We've had enough of crap from guys like Abbott down in Texas that the grassroots is stepping up and saying, no, we need to do these redistricting. 0.95

00:47:13.180 President Trump's coming in and saying we're going to do a new census, and we're going to cut the illegal aliens, and they're going to stop the mail-in ballots. 0.98

00:47:19.620 John Lott.

00:47:21.380 And the reason the Democrats and Rachel Maddow sitting there, this is authoritarian, is they cannot exist unless they have phony voters, unless they steal an election.

00:47:32.020 Let's be blunt.

00:47:33.300 They can't win.

00:47:34.840 They know that, and that's why they're going, oh, the guy tweets out.

00:47:37.580 This is terrible.

00:47:38.380 No, Trump's going to take away mail-in ballots.

00:47:40.540 It means people have to actually go to vote in person, and they're going to put the word out.

00:47:45.900 They're going to have ICE agents, so people are going to be intimidated.

00:47:48.240 Hey, yo, if you're a citizen, you ain't intimidated.

00:47:51.140 ICE agent is looked at as someone that is protecting your rights as a citizen to get illegal aliens out of here. 0.93

00:47:57.840 But, Rachel, and your writer friend, you damn right that there are going to be people there, and if illegal aliens are coming up there, boom, throw them in the back of the paddy wagon and ship them the hell out of the country. 0.96

00:48:10.540 Full stop, John Lott. 0.98

00:48:13.800 Right.

00:48:14.320 Look, other countries don't even have the types of absentee ballot rules that we have.

00:48:21.500 Countries that did, like the U.K. or France, they got rid of them because they saw massive fraud that's occurring.

00:48:29.760 You know, the problem that you have with absentee ballots is that you can show somebody how you vote.

00:48:35.840 And then if you also have vote harvesting, they can pay you, they can see how you vote, and then they can know how you've turned, you know, that the vote actually is turned in and done.

00:48:48.400 People don't know the history of voting in the United States.

00:48:52.180 We didn't have secret ballots until the 1880s.

00:48:56.140 The last state to adopt secret ballots was South Carolina in 1950.

00:49:00.240 And the main reason we moved to secret ballots was vote buying, that what would happen is there used to be a ballot box in the front of the room, and you'd drop in a colored piece of paper based on what party you were voting for, and the two parties would stand on either side of the ballot box there, and they would see how you voted, and then they could pay you afterwards.

00:49:23.060 And research that I've done, peer-reviewed research, shows that when different states in different years adopted secret ballots, there was an immediate about 10% drop in voter turnout.

00:49:37.860 Because it turns out that some people, when they weren't getting paid anymore to go and vote, didn't go and vote.

00:49:44.840 And you've seen, even with absentee ballots, this happening in other countries.

00:49:49.640 When we first moved to secret ballots, a lot of states banned absentee ballots or had very strict restrictions that you had to prove that you weren't going to be around.

00:50:00.480 Over time, people have forgotten kind of the history that was there.

00:50:04.980 And we've loosened the rules, and now we've moved to the fact that these ballots automatically get sent out to people.

00:50:11.760 But there's no country in the world that has mail-in ballots.

00:50:16.180 And few have absentee ballots that are even close to what we have.

00:50:24.100 What – your recommendations to President Trump specifically, because they're writing this executive order right now.

00:50:31.580 So if you were there and able to throw your two cents in, because I know you're working on something right now.

00:50:36.340 What would be the one or two things you think is very important that President Trump focus on and his team focus on while they're writing this executive order, sir?

00:50:43.700 Well, I think they have to make it as difficult as they can for states to do it.

00:50:50.720 Now, the Constitution gives states a lot of leeway in terms of what types of rules that they can have for setting up local elections.

00:50:59.540 But the federal government goes and gives states a lot of money, and they can attach strings to the money that they give in order to kind of reel them in and help prevent this type of fraud from occurring.

00:51:15.220 You know, it's – you look at all these things that are going on in terms of Democrats being upset about rounding up illegal aliens, even criminal illegal aliens.

00:51:25.420 All these things kind of fit together in terms of – as you were mentioning before – tilting the electoral battlefield.

00:51:35.160 You know, California, for example, the most conservative smallest estimates that I've seen indicates that they may have a few years ago three and a half million illegal aliens in the state.

00:51:46.640 You know, that could be like six different congressional seats, five or six congressional seats that are there.

00:51:53.940 You add up Illinois and New York, there's a reason by being sanctuary states there that they are a magnet for illegal aliens.

00:52:04.840 And the fact that they're fighting even the deportation of criminals who are, you know, child rapists or murderers or other people that are there just shows, you know, how concerned they are about losing those people in the population.

00:52:19.940 But when you have things like mail-in ballots and vote harvesting, you allow vote buying, you allow votes by people who aren't going to be voting, all those things go and tilt the field there.

00:52:36.160 Yeah.

00:52:37.100 Dr. Lott, hang on for a second.

00:52:39.300 We're going to take a short commercial break.
