00:00:00.000We'll certainly focus on that little story, but what I suggest to you as journalists is that there's two really bigger stories that you might want to report on and even do some research on, because these are big issues.
00:00:23.260This is not about me. One of the big stories is about what is really an unprecedented assault on the constitutional separation of powers and the doctrine of executive privilege as a critical tool dating back to George Washington,
00:00:50.560of effective presidential decision making. When I walk in that prison today, the justice system such as it is will have done a crippling blow for the constitutional separation of powers and executive privilege.
00:01:03.560The second and related story has to do with the emergence of lawfare and the partisan weaponization of our justice system,
00:01:20.560which we have seen come to this country with a vengeance since the coming of Donald John Trump as president.
00:01:29.560And that keeps getting worse. So let me walk you through those two stories. And again, I'm hoping as journalists, you will you will do some background, some research.
00:01:42.560I'm asking you to fact check everything I say today and write the bigger stories here, which I think are the important ones.
00:01:54.320So let's let's talk about some facts here. I am the first senior White House.
00:02:01.340Okay, right there. That was historic 19 March of the year 20 year of our Lord 2024.
00:02:10.460Dr. Peter Navarro, that is right outside the prison in in Miami. And Peter, what I always admired about you, totally unflappable.
00:02:19.460People got to understand when you're about to step into prison because you don't know what's on the other side.
00:02:23.680You're calm, collective. It's just like you're right at Pebble Beach today talking about an EU trade deal.
00:02:31.800You walk through the separation of powers, you walk through executive privilege and you talk about you're the first senior member of a White House staff ever to go to prison on for standing up and defending the president of the United States, sir.
00:02:44.340Well, I wish the journalists had taken my advice and actually done their homework, but you and I got to do it for them.
00:02:54.700That's why I wrote the book. I went to prison. So you won't have to.
00:02:57.460That's why that Breitbart article is out today and why that Breitbart article is really important and really explains the whole kind of conspiracy against Donald Trump in a way which ties everything.
00:03:13.340everything together. It's like people know about the Russia hoax.
00:03:19.200They might know about Arctic Frost. They might know about all these these different kinds of things, but nobody really has weaved together the whole theme of this.
00:03:29.840And the thing that ties it all together is this tale of Walter Giardina, the FBI agent.
00:03:37.760And I call him the Forrest Gump from the Hades. He pops up literally everywhere.
00:03:42.960And thanks to Senator Grassley for getting all this out. Thanks to the whistleblowers inside the FBI.
00:03:52.260But but we need to get to the bottom of all this, Steve, because if we don't hold these people accountable, they'll do it again.
00:03:59.860Oh, no, we're going to do that. They'll do it. But I don't want to give to I don't want to give to go ahead.
00:04:06.880I don't want to give away too much of the book because I want people to read it, particularly your discussion about in prison.
00:04:12.140And it's very important, folks. Peter Navarro was over 70 years old when they put him in prison and he took it like a soldier, just like a trooper.
00:04:19.860I do want to, though, before I let you go about this FBI agent, this you're a senior advisor to the president and people should understand as an assistant to the president, that is the equivalent of a major general.
00:04:32.660I think the rank is a major general in the Army, the Air Force or Admiral in the Navy.
00:04:36.920You served honorably. You really changed the direction of this country by being the manufacturing and trade and tariff senior advisor to the president that has changed the arc of American history, American economic history for working class people in the middle class, not just now, but for generations to come.
00:04:56.240You were at Reagan National and for what basically was a civil dispute between we refused to testify, which we now know was an illegal committee that they all got pardons for and all illegitimate pardons on the auto pen.
00:05:11.520But we'll deal with that another day. We know the criminality of their staffs who went over there and begged for those pardons because they knew the crimes they were committing against myself, Peter Navarro, but most importantly, the president of the United States to try to put him in prison.
00:05:23.300They went to National Airport and they basically went there to humiliate you.
00:05:29.800They went there. They dragged you out. They put you in chains. They gave you the handcuffs to go around, but also the leg irons.
00:05:37.920What they did is absolutely unacceptable and they're going to pay for it.
00:05:41.880Not just that FBI guy, but everybody that signed off. And I want them to know and their lawyers know we're coming for you guys and we're coming hard.
00:05:48.780And there's a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure that you go to prison and when you go to prison, it ain't going to be for four months.
00:05:55.920It's going to be for four years plus. Dr. Navarro, your closing thoughts on this topic.
00:06:01.140We're going to have you a lot on between now when we do the book launch, doing an official book launch on the 13th of September and a place to be determined.
00:06:08.820We're going to announce that in the next couple of weeks.
00:06:10.420Look, Steve, you and I, look, I think it's fair to say we're warriors.
00:06:20.200We know what we got into when we got into fighting all of the people that we have to fight every day or trying to destroy this country.
00:06:29.020But I'll never forgive them for particularly Walter Giordina is perp walking my fiance out of there that you don't involve family.
00:06:40.380I live literally across the street from the FBI as a field goal kicker back in the day.
00:06:46.420I could literally kick a football into their into their top floor there.
00:11:16.100But I did know, and I fought for a week to get this information redacted.
00:11:19.740And to the credit of the attorney general, to the credit of the FBI director, who, by the way, have a thousand other jobs,
00:11:25.020like saving people in D.C. from crime and everything, they took the time to look at this.
00:11:29.460They agreed that it didn't need to be redacted, that it is important to the American public.
00:11:33.420Those documents are going to be transmitted to Congress.
00:11:35.560I think we'll know about them shortly, but there are secrets, deep secrets, about the FBI and the James Comey era we still don't know about.
00:11:44.420And I think we're beginning to get a picture of what the Justice Department looked like under Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein.
00:11:54.260I think there were moments of information that were available to that Justice Department and that some of the failures of accountability don't go back to the Obama era,
00:12:03.440like the things we talked about last week.
00:12:05.920But some of them rest on the first Justice Department under Donald Trump.
00:12:11.340Case in point, this morning we have a really important story.
00:12:14.520It shows that after the FBI was turned down, not once, not twice, but three times for investigating corruption against Hillary Clinton's foundation,
00:12:22.340three years later, the IRS got contacted by whistleblowers.
00:12:26.340One of them was the DEA's, one of their top counterterrorism intelligence analysts for a long time.
00:12:33.560He actually testified at some famous post-9-11 hearings, very decorated, very trusted, all across the law enforcement committee.
00:12:40.480They believe that the Clinton Foundation and other nonprofits and corporations working with them were involved in an illegal tax scheme.
00:12:47.820The IRS agents on the front lines, just like the IRS agents who were pursuing Hunter Biden right around the same time, ironically,
00:12:54.880they started building a big case and they're working with the whistleblowers and they're moving forward.
00:12:59.020They're even talking about treating the whistleblowers as confidential witnesses.
00:13:02.320And all of a sudden it gets shut down.
00:17:29.840You know, Ben Harnwell's in Rome going to join us here momentarily.
00:17:31.940I'm very proud that between Ben Harnwell and Jack Posobiec, myself and the others that we had on here, going back to February and March of 2022 at the beginning of this come total and complete, beyond a fiasco now, tragedy.
00:17:46.980And the people that drove this and the people that we fought all along, the blood that's on their hands is never going to be able to wiped out.
00:17:54.120Because now I think we understand the scale of this and it makes sense.
00:17:58.940Everything that happened over the last week from Friday in Alaska all the way through the dog and pony show that these Europeans try to put on for President Trump in the Oval Office and then later at the Ukrainian embassy beforehand with the general cataloging team.
00:18:18.220Of which, by the way, I think we need to start having some accountability because I'm not sure information is getting to all the right sources.
00:18:29.660If you want to get it, you saw it this morning.
00:18:33.200Immediately upon their return to Europe, the Germans said we don't have the resources to put anybody on the line of contact to really have anything to do with security guarantees.
00:18:46.220Maybe we can put up some money or maybe some weapons.
00:18:48.740And gosh, one of the reasons we don't have manpower is because we have a whole battalion that we put up in, I think, Latvia.
00:19:23.680Maybe we can take a port and maybe we can, you know, defend Odessa.
00:19:28.040Maybe we put some people in the port or maybe in the air.
00:19:30.500Now, this is the same Navy that's not giving us virtually no help while the United States Navy keeps the Suez Canal open so that 97 percent of the goods and services that go through there are the goods that serve Europe and keep Europe connected to Asia and also to the to the Middle East.
00:19:47.820So England's out and they're also financially a debacle.
00:19:51.220And as you know, they're going to need their own troops for the coming civil war in England, which is going to happen.
00:19:56.480And Macron goes up and he's talking big talk.
00:20:36.920You know why Poland didn't get on the plane?
00:20:38.340They didn't want to embarrass President Trump by putting some phony front up.
00:20:42.880Now, what got revealed, and this is coming from different Russian sources, but it's been kind of verified.
00:20:47.500Maybe the number is not totally accurate.
00:20:49.160But they're saying Russian cyber hackers have released information that show that Ukraine has 1.7 million casualties, dead and wounded.
00:20:57.220Now, the reason this kind of or at least directionally makes sense, President Trump keeps talking about classified information that he's seen that shows you the killing is much worse.
00:21:05.320And that's what he wants to stop is a killing.
00:21:07.980What this reinforces, particularly when you look at the scale, it's not 2022 and 2023.
00:21:13.220In 2025, according to these hackers, and they supposedly back it up, and there's a lot of these podcasts now that are going through some of the details, 625,000 dead and wounded Ukrainians since the beginning of this year.
00:21:28.580This kind of makes sense because this is why it's been a massive fight in their parliament by parents saying, you're not taking my young sons and daughters.
00:21:37.280It's not going to happen, and they've stopped that.
00:21:39.540But what they've done is open it up that people over 60 years old can go serve in the military.
00:21:44.740Here's the brutal facts, and this is why the Russians won't agree to a ceasefire.
00:21:51.320The Europeans don't have the money, the resources to defend themselves.
00:21:54.180This whole thing with Zelensky sitting there, well, I'm going to dig in here, and I'm going to – dude, if we don't put up the money and don't put up the arms – and I think now the fact is the more money we put up and the more arms, you're just going to have more dead Ukrainians.
00:22:08.260I think Jack Posobiec, Ben Harnwell, Stephen K. Bannon, and others on this show back in the beginning days of the war back in 22 mentioned Professor Mersheimer.
00:22:19.900You know, the EU elites are going to fight until the last Ukrainians dead.
00:22:28.100So I – and Hugo Lowe, the great Hugo Lowe over at The Guardian who does a really good job of covering President Trump.
00:22:35.200Look, it's The Guardian, so it's going to be left-wing.
00:22:37.480But he just said today on really good reporting, well-reported and looks like well-sourced from the White House, President Trump's kind of going, hey, I'm going to step back for a second.
00:23:05.620I don't think we're going to be talking in the coming days, and I think this has got to be a reality check for people, and particularly those demons in the Senate that are trying to push through a $58 billion, another bailout package for the Ukrainians so Zelensky and that crew can griff more off the top.
00:23:23.940Right now – because we're going to be in a situation that you're not talking about deal and you're not talking about, oh, this is a little bit territory, that.
00:23:31.300You're going to be talking about a surrender.
00:23:34.580The Europeans are not going to send any troops, full stop.
00:23:39.060The Europeans are going to send virtually no money, full stop, because they ain't got it.
00:23:43.780They're going to look up – they're going to look to Uncle Sugar to do both, and we need to sit there and go, you cannot continue to do this because more Ukrainians are going to die.
00:23:58.220I think you're looking at – and since we've called every shot on this right, I'm not so sure you're ever going to get to a quote-unquote deal.
00:24:05.400I think now you're going to be looking at what I refer to as a surrender, unless Germany steps up with combat personnel, unless France steps up with combat personnel, unless the United Kingdom steps up with combat personnel, and my favorite, Georgia Phoney Maloney, unless she steps up with combat personnel, I don't know how this thing plays out because the Russians are going to stop – they're not going to stop the pounding.
00:24:36.360The leaders of Russia – and that's what Putin is, the KGB – they're not particularly sensitive to the fact that Russian soldiers die in combat.
00:24:44.840They'll just keep putting them into the meat grinder.
00:24:47.500Ben Harnwell, your thoughts and observations, sir.
00:24:51.560Steve, that was an absolutely magisterial synthesis of everything that has happened in Europe over the last 48 hours.
00:24:58.900Let me start with this Hugo Lowell story in The Guardian because that is – it's mentioned very, very subtly and the language is toned down.
00:25:12.560But this is a fundamental shift for those who have eyes to see.
00:25:16.500The suggestion coming out from the White House now that President Trump is just going to say – as you said, Steve, in your words, you know, you've got one another's numbers.
00:25:29.820Now, the official, according to this position, the informal position, is that Presidents Putin and Zelensky need to sit down and have a bilateral – at which point, after which point, President Trump will then come back on board and try and get involved with this trilateral meeting with himself.
00:25:55.080This is just diplomatic speak for President Trump doing what the war room audience has been on its knees begging for, which is basically to put his cards down on the table, say, fold, I'm out.
00:26:10.020And that is the best thing anyone could hope for if they want peace.
00:26:15.500Now, you said a few things, and I'm just going to go over them quickly.
00:26:19.200I know we've got a break coming on in a couple of weeks.
00:26:24.120I tweeted on this – I put it out, excuse me, on Geta earlier.
00:26:28.000The bridge, the $16 billion – don't forget at least a tenth of the size of the economy of the United States.
00:26:35.600So this equivalent $16 billion bridge between the peninsula and Sicily.
00:26:42.320If – just to make the point absolutely explicit – if she really thought that Russia represented an existential threat to Italy, she'd be putting that money in tanks and not on a bridge to nowhere, which is due to the dodgy accounting at which Italians excel.
00:27:00.220That is going to be considered as part of their 5% NATO defence commitments, which shows the absolute total hoax that this is.
00:27:10.200The FT have an article, and this is what I posted a few hours ago, Steve.
00:27:13.600The FT have an article saying even the Sicilians don't want this bridge, right?
00:27:17.200That tells you how serious America's EU allies are and how much you can depend on these people.
00:28:27.000There's a lot of talk about government debt, but after four years of inflation, the real crisis is personal debt.
00:28:34.040Seriously, you're working harder than ever, and you're still drowning in credit card debt and overdue bills.
00:28:40.880You need done with debt, and here's why you need it.
00:28:44.020The credit system is rigged to keep you trapped.
00:28:47.280Done with debt has unique and, frankly, brilliant escape strategies to help end your debt fast, so you keep more of your hard-earned money.
00:28:57.300Done with debt doesn't try to sell you a loan, and they don't try to sell you a bankruptcy.
00:29:01.880They're tough negotiators that go one-on-one with your credit card and loan companies with one goal to drastically reduce your bills and eliminate interest and erase penalties.
00:29:13.480Most clients end up with more money in their pocket month one, and they don't stop until they break you free from debt permanently.
00:29:21.840Look, take a couple of minutes and visit donewithdebt.com.
00:30:33.760We're going to try to get to him this morning for an introduction, but it looks like we're having a slight technical problem.
00:30:40.980Back at the command ship, but that's okay.
00:30:43.460Grayson Quay, the transhumanist temptation.
00:30:47.760And remember, we talk a lot about the singularity, but in the singularity, the convergence, all those forces, the overarching concept is transhumanism.
00:30:55.700To get beyond homo sapiens, to get beyond man.
00:31:38.160It's the fact that you can see, when you understand the process of history, and if you really understand who the players are, because here's what sickens me.
00:31:45.200If you go back and look at the coverage from Alaska with Putin all the way through, it's so stupid and so dumb and so dangerous.
00:31:55.940And I include Fox here as one of the worst.
00:31:58.340But Fox, MSNBC, CNN, it's so juvenile.
00:32:07.120Because now, and it makes sense why the European countries don't want to step in, number one, why they want to suck the United States into it.
00:32:15.380They understand their own guilt, their own accountability.
00:32:18.380And Boris Johnson, I think you make an argument for Boris Johnson almost as a war criminal for what he did, understanding the deal he trashed.
00:32:26.080And he just said the other day, I think he used the phrase vomit-inducing of President Trump's meeting with Putin.
00:32:33.340And I don't think he'd get any lower or more narcissistic than Boris Johnson.
00:32:46.880The Ukrainian people are going to be outraged.
00:32:48.760And, hey, they're going to be coming looking for Russians because Russians, you know, were in combat.
00:32:53.180But I've got to tell you, they're going to be looking for trials of people that knew what was going on and drove this for their own financial profit as far as armed dealers go.
00:33:04.260And also, you know, the James Stavridis and the Atlantic Council and all that morning joke crowd, you know, Richard Haas, all of them.
00:33:37.220That was all done by the EU and Victoria Nuland and the Davos crowd and all of it.
00:33:43.100And if you notice, they still go to the big conferences and they're going to Geneva and they're thinking great thoughts on TV all the time and writing their books.
00:33:51.500While the people in Ukraine suffered this, this absolute tragedy and debacle.
00:33:56.400And President Trump went out of his way with so much going on in the world, in the United States, went out of his way to put so much time and effort into this.
00:34:04.440And I think you can see now, Ben, the reality that the Europeans have no intention.
00:34:10.800First off, they have no possible – I just want to make sure people understand because we understand the financial condition of Europe.
00:34:16.940We spend so much time there helping the populist nationalists, different parties get going, right?
00:34:36.500That's been one of our real true allies.
00:34:38.860The Polish guy said, hey, we're not even coming over because we know who these deadbeats are, and we don't want to embarrass President Trump by taking his time up on something that's a joke.
00:34:48.12024 freaking hours after this thing finishes, you go back, and they're all in their home countries, and they all sit there and go off.
00:34:55.960All this talk about you need security guarantees, and you need Article 5, you need all this.
00:35:00.400What they wanted to do was to suck the United States into that so the United States would get onto the very point of contact with the Russian army and defend it, and we will never allow that to happen.
00:35:14.560And anybody there, Lindsey Graham's the blood on his hand and the Tom Cottons and all the big talk about freedom and democracy, would tell it to the 1.7 million that are dead or wounded in Ukraine.
00:35:26.400Tell them, it's disgusting and revolting what you did.
00:35:31.680And right now, the countries of Europe, for all their big talk and coming over and the flags and all that, they never had any intention because they don't have the capability.
00:35:40.840They don't have the financial wherewithal.
00:35:42.940They don't have the military wherewithal.
00:35:45.120More importantly, they don't have the political will.
00:35:47.300The people of those countries are not prepared.
00:35:49.500They're prepared to do it when the United States is doing it, but when it comes back to them and says, hey, you actually got to pay up, I don't have no intention of doing that.
00:36:15.680I'm going to do a $100 billion deal, right?
00:36:18.800Well, first off, a guy has no money that we have to put the money up because Europeans aren't going to kick in that kind of dough.
00:36:24.480We put the money up to buy weapons that our stocks are down.
00:36:28.740Our production has to be for ourselves.
00:36:30.720So it's a guy with no money buying from a country that doesn't have the weapons right now to support a guy that has no troops and no ability.
00:36:38.760This is why they went to the 60-year-olds, and you're fighting a real war, an attrition.
00:36:44.600This is not some global war on terror.
00:36:47.240This is in the trenches, World War II, as only the Russians can give it to you.
00:40:04.280I tell you what he's going to take a meeting for.
00:40:06.620And they're going to say, oh, Bannon says, I'm not saying to surrender, but I'm telling you, give me the Europeans going to back these guys play right now.
00:40:13.500The meeting that Putin will take is a surrender meeting.
00:41:13.940And yet this fiasco goes on, and every day it goes on.
00:41:16.900I think President Trump said 5,000 Ukrainians died, which I couldn't get my head around that number until I saw 625,000 Ukrainians have either been killed or wounded in 2025.
00:41:52.520If this represents the position now of President Trump, this is exclusively a tribute to the power of the war room audience and Real America's voice.
00:42:03.660It's not because of Fox or Newsmax or any other media organization that has put consistent pressure on the president with love and respect, but pleading with him to not keep this war going.
00:42:24.260You'll give me some great – is anything I said about Europe from your perch in the Eternal City, is anything I said about these Europeans wrong?
00:45:42.620Well, I wrote this book not necessarily for War Room viewers who are pretty keen on this issue, but for people who don't take the threat of transhumanism seriously, who think it's just this crazy fringe sci-fi thing that's far away.
00:45:54.000And my argument in this book is, no, the transhumanist temptation is the same temptation from the Garden of Eden.
00:45:59.540It's ye shall be as gods, which isn't a lie per se.
00:46:04.220You know, if you believe in theosis, if you believe in kind of the promises God makes to his people to raise them up to be partakers of the divine nature and sons of God equal to the angels, there is truth in the statement you'll be as gods.
00:46:16.660The lie that Satan tells there in the Garden is that you can have that deification, you can have that immortality and that power apart from a relationship with God and in defiance of God.
00:46:27.460And that is what transhumanism promises us.
00:46:31.900Do you think we're hurtling down a path?
00:46:53.060Mary Harrington has her great book, Feminism Against Progress, where she says the birth control pill is the first transhumanist technology because it inverts what we have historically used medicine and technology as a whole for, which is we start with a standard of human flourishing.
00:47:08.800We know what a healthy, flourishing human being looks like.
00:47:11.260This informs our conceptions of natural law.
00:47:13.820And we use our technology to either fix humans when they're broken or sick or advance sort of basic human goods that we're able to identify by looking at our nature and lead us toward this flourishing, this Aristotelian idea of eudaimonia.
00:47:27.360The birth control pill or other transhumanist technologies basically say we're going to take something that's healthy and break it in accordance with the will or desires of someone and not informed by their nature.
00:47:39.640Is there a possibility of having a Christian being a Christian transhumanist, sir?
00:47:48.680I mean, I think, you know, if you're a Christian transhumanist, it's almost redundant in the sense if you believe that God's eventually going to glorify us and raise us to, you know, reign with Christ.
00:48:00.900But if you're a Christian who believes that apart from God, we're going to use technology to raise ourselves to omnipotence and to immortality, then no, that's an inherently Luciferian project.
00:48:13.140If you call yourself a Christian transhumanist and you're really committed to transhumanism as it's being practiced generally and as the term is generally meant, I think you've fallen under the sway of the forces of Antichrist.
00:48:28.040Joe, tell us about your interview tomorrow night with Grayson on this extraordinary book.
00:48:34.240Yeah, Steve, very much looking forward to it.
00:50:40.720We've got, obviously, Hurricane Aaron churning up the East Coast, and that does tell us that hurricane season is well underway.
00:50:46.140And what we've got for you today, again, is the free satellite phone with a free Faraday case to protect that phone from all comers from cyber attacks and everything else.
00:50:56.860You can use this Faraday bag to protect your cell phone.
00:51:00.120You can also use it to protect your cell phone.
00:51:02.640There's a lot of people out there, Steve, trying to steal your data, and they're doing it very easily unless you protect your phone with a Faraday bag.
00:51:18.120And, Steve, if you get hit in an area that gets hit by a hurricane, as we know, the first thing to go wrong is the power grid goes down, and with it go the cell towers.
00:51:27.240So you want to make sure that you're always able to stay in communication so you can call for emergency and reach out to others.
00:51:33.740And the satellite phone will do that for you, Steve, as you know.
