Bannon's War Room - Episode 4753： Lapado Removes All Vaccine Mandates In Florida; Quest For Immortality In Dictatorships

00:00:00.000 Mr. President, thank you very much and I would like to express my

00:00:29.920 gratitude for your invitation only after one month from my sworn in sworn and from

00:00:38.080 celebration for my inauguration. It means that Polish-American relations are very important,

00:00:45.120 very strong. I think that we have so strong relations that we have never had and it's

00:00:53.920 very important for me. Our relations are based of course on the values.

00:00:58.080 Thank you very much for your support, for your endorsement during my very hard campaign.

00:01:04.880 I remember it and I'm very grateful for your support. It was the fight me against others,

00:01:12.480 so your support was very important and the support of Polish people, Polish diaspora.

00:01:17.440 In the United States of America we have almost more than 10 million people here

00:01:23.760 and they voted for Donald Trump. In vast majority they voted also for me,

00:01:30.000 so I would like to say hello to Polish diaspora in the United States of America. Those relations for me,

00:01:37.200 for Poland, for Poles are very important with United States of America and they are based on values

00:01:44.080 independence, sovereignty, democracy and I think, Mr. President, that those values are

00:01:50.320 epitomized by our common heroes, Kazimierz Pułaski and Tadeusz Kościuszko. So thank you very much

00:01:58.720 and I hope it will be very thoughtful discussion around the energy, around the economy and military service.

00:02:06.000 Transparency is justice, release the files, end the secrecy and stand with us in declaring that no one,

00:02:13.840 no billionaires, no politicians, not world leaders is above the law.

00:02:18.560 And let me announce now, several of us etching survivors have been discussing creating our own list of names.

00:02:38.320 We know the names.

00:02:43.200 Many of us were abused by them.

00:02:44.720 Now together as survivors, we will confidentially compile the names. We all know we're regularly

00:02:51.680 in the Epstein world and it will be done by survivors and for survivors. 0.52

00:03:00.080 No one else is involved. Stay tuned for more details on that.

00:03:06.000 Because history is washing and so are the women who will come after us. Thank you. 1.00

00:03:11.920 Sir, so this is a Democrat hoax that never ends. You know, it reminds me a little of the

00:03:19.440 Kennedy situation. We gave him everything over and over again, more and more and more,

00:03:24.560 and nobody's ever satisfied. From what I understand, I could check, but from what I understand,

00:03:30.400 thousands of pages of documents have been given. But it's really a Democrat hoax because they're trying

00:03:36.400 to get people to talk about something that's totally irrelevant to the success that we've had

00:03:42.000 as a nation since I've been president. I think it's shameful that this has been called a hoax.

00:03:48.080 Hopefully today we can clear that up. This is not a hoax. This is real. There are real survivors.

00:03:55.520 There are real victims to this criminal enterprise. And the perpetrators are being protected because

00:04:02.640 they're rich and powerful and political donors to the establishment here in Washington, D.C.

00:04:10.320 This is the best issue of all. They are against preventing crime. They are fighting us.

00:04:17.200 I want to go into Chicago and have this incompetent governor that doesn't want us.

00:04:21.760 Do you know that this weekend, 72 people were shot in Chicago? I'm embarrassed to say it in front of

00:04:27.600 the president of Poland. 11 people were killed. 72 people were shot. Last week,

00:04:34.480 seven people were killed in Chicago, a place which is probably your number one place. I hate to say it.

00:04:41.200 Yeah, I love it. And we got to keep it safe. But seven people were killed. The week before that,

00:04:46.720 five people were killed and 21 people were shot. This is in three weeks. So in three weeks,

00:04:52.880 I lost almost almost almost 35 people were killed. It could have been stopped. If you look at Washington,

00:05:00.560 D.C. three weeks ago, it was the same or worse. And now it's considered a totally safe zone.

00:05:08.640 I have no message to President Putin. He knows where I stand and he'll make a decision one way or the

00:05:14.720 other. Whatever his decision is, we'll either be happy about it or unhappy. And if we're unhappy about it,

00:05:20.960 you'll see things happen. 2002, I was living in California, a young woman with high aspirations

00:05:25.600 of becoming an actress. I was already beginning to make a name for myself in the industry.

00:05:29.600 A person I trusted, someone I thought was a friend, invited me to meet a powerful woman 0.93

00:05:34.000 who could help advance my career. That woman happened to be Ghislaine Maxwell.

00:05:38.960 I was asked to give her a massage, though I had almost no experience. And when I did,

00:05:43.520 she praised me and promised introductions to someone enormously powerful, someone who could

00:05:48.000 change the course of my life. And that man was Jeffrey Epstein. At first, I was an excited young

00:05:53.280 woman on top of the world. Epstein flew me to his private island. He listened to my dreams, promised

00:05:58.400 to help. But his promises came with a catch. The abuse began. He told me to keep it secret. He

00:06:05.200 manipulated me with quid pro quo I did not consent to, but I felt I had no one to turn to. He was too

00:06:11.760 powerful. I was just one of the many young women trapped in his orbit. I was even taken on a trip to

00:06:17.120 Africa with former President Bill Clinton and other notable figures. In those moments, I realized how

00:06:22.880 powerless I was. If I spoke out, who would believe me? Who would protect me? Epstein himself was the

00:06:30.480 most powerful leader of our country. Epstein surrounded himself, I'm sorry, with the most

00:06:34.640 powerful leaders of our country and the world. He abused not only me, but countless others, and

00:06:40.480 everyone seemed to look away. The truth is, Epstein had a free pass. He bragged about his powerful friends,

00:06:46.480 including our current president, Donald Trump. It was his biggest brag, actually.

00:06:53.840 And while I what I endured will haunt me forever, I live every day with PTSD. I live as a mother

00:07:01.200 trying to raise my child while distrusting a world that has betrayed me. This kind of trauma never leaves

00:07:06.320 you. It breaks families apart. It shapes the way we see everyone around us.

00:07:10.400 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:07:18.160 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:07:23.120 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people have

00:07:28.000 had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything

00:07:31.840 in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:07:34.640 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:07:37.520 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and

00:07:47.280 what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:07:55.040 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Back.

00:07:58.320 It's Wednesday, 3 September, the year of our Lord 2025. Of course, a wild day on Capitol Hill. We

00:08:10.800 covered the press conference wall to wall to see if any names would be released or any details.

00:08:16.640 The discharge petition is in kind of limbo right now. I know they're working up there,

00:08:20.320 but they don't have the votes to pass it. So we'll continue to follow that. President Trump

00:08:24.160 pretty hard saying, hey, it's a hoax, democratic hoax, hoax. In fact, it looks like all the names

00:08:30.000 are going to be democratic names. So who knows? But a huge turnout for that today. As I said,

00:08:35.840 we covered it wall to wall. Also, Poland, I just got back from giving a speech over to a great event

00:08:41.840 put on by the Polish media company, Jack Posobiec, myself. Darren Beatty was there. Incredible. The

00:08:47.680 Polish, just a glorious day for the relationship between Poland and the United States, and particularly 0.85

00:08:52.240 the two populist nationalist movements that are driving politics here in the United States,

00:08:56.320 America First, MAGA, and of course, the Law and Justice Party with the new president, the boxer,

00:09:02.560 and he's both a boxer and historian, a man of action and a man of thought.

00:09:08.720 Mike Davis joins us by phone. Mike, so with everything going on, probably the most important

00:09:13.920 thing about us moving with alacrity and getting things done are still the radical nature of the

00:09:21.120 courts. I want to get to Google in a minute, but walk me through just where we stand, because every

00:09:24.720 day I see that it looks like, you know, whether it's trying to deport people, Mass Deportations,

00:09:30.560 Aliens Act, other things President Trump's trying to do, these courts are now trying to get in,

00:09:35.360 are getting in the way more than ever, sir? Yeah, it's the judicial sabotage continues,

00:09:43.040 even after President Trump and his all-star Justice Department team are winning monumental cases at

00:09:50.800 the Supreme Court of the United States. You still see these radical Democrat activist judges around

00:09:58.480 the country trying to undermine not only the president of the United States and his Article II power,

00:10:04.800 they're undermining the Supreme Court of the United States and its Article III judicial power by

00:10:11.040 ignoring these cases. I know that Justice Gorsuch, my former boss, called out these judges. In one of

00:10:18.480 his recent writings, Justice Gorsuch said, you can disagree with our decisions, but you can't ignore

00:10:25.520 them. You can't disregard them. And that's what these activist judges are doing. President Trump

00:10:31.360 and Attorney General Pam Bondi, White House Counsel Dave Warrington, Todd Blanche, the Deputy Attorney

00:10:36.800 General, Chad Mizell, the Chief of Staff, John Sauer, the Solicitor General, Harmeet Dillon, the head of

00:10:44.560 Civil Rights, Tash Patel, Dan Bongino, they're doing a great job every day. They're cleaning up crime

00:10:51.200 in D.C. With Kristi Noem and Tom Holman and Stephen Miller, they've sealed the border. They're

00:10:59.360 expelling illegal aliens, particularly foreign terrorists and other violent criminals. They're fighting every day. 0.98

00:11:07.360 on these matters. And they have Democrat lawyers, Democrat plaintiffs, Democrat witnesses,

00:11:13.680 Democrat judges, Democrat operatives, throwing sand in the gears constantly because these Democrats

00:11:21.040 know they're going to lose, but this is about running off the clock.

00:11:25.280 Let me go to just three major things. There's the centerpiece of America First and President Trump's

00:11:30.960 program. Number one, on the tariffs, we've had a judge rule that you can't use the emergency powers.

00:11:36.640 On deportation, a judge has ruled you can't use the Alien and Enemies Act. These were all, 0.90

00:11:42.640 I'm not saying creative, but really kind of very well thought through, but very outside the box

00:11:48.080 thinking. Number three, I think on posse comitatus, they're saying we really can't send

00:11:53.920 troops into Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York outside of D.C. The three big things, law and order,

00:11:59.920 redoing the world's commercial relationships, and getting 10 million bad hombres, illegal alien 1.00

00:12:08.800 invaders out of the country. The courts right now have struck all, am I correct? Have they struck

00:12:13.680 it? It's more than sand in the gear. They've struck those all down as we currently sit here

00:12:18.240 today on the afternoon of three September.

00:12:21.120 Yeah, I mean, what I mean by sand in the gears is that these judges know, these Democrat activist

00:12:25.280 judges know they're going to have their decisions reversed by the Supreme Court of the United States,

00:12:30.960 but that that's going to take weeks or even months for that to happen. And that's what I mean by

00:12:35.200 throwing sand in the gears. And I would say this. Remember, these judges sat by and let Biden import

00:12:43.520 20 million illegal aliens, a mass invasion of our country. This is a violation of we, 1.00

00:12:51.200 the people's most fundamental sovereign rights. And that sovereign right is to control our border

00:12:57.280 and control our population. And I'll say this to these judges, including on the Supreme Court.

00:13:02.720 At no time did we, the people, give away that sovereign power, that sovereign right to control

00:13:08.080 our border and our population, not at our founding with the Fifth Amendment, not after the Civil War

00:13:13.760 with the 14th Amendment, and no Congress since then, and certainly not after the last election.

00:13:20.160 President Trump campaigned on the fact he's going to seal the border, he's going to expel these 1.00

00:13:24.720 terrorists, he's going to reduce crime, and he's delivering on his campaign promise.

00:13:28.560 And these judges need to get the hell out of his way.

00:13:32.720 Mike, can you hang on for one second or take a short break? Here's a question I want to give you,

00:13:36.480 and I'll wait for the answer on the other side. All three of these, I think, go back to the

00:13:41.920 Article II powers, his emergency powers, both on the tariffs, on the Aliens Act, and on law enforcement,

00:13:51.840 a posse comitatus. Mike Davis will give us the answer. They have gummed it up more than that.

00:13:57.760 I mean, they are everywhere. Like we said, to delay is to deny. We need a maximalist strategy.

00:14:03.600 We need to move with urgency and seize the institutions. The only thing the Democrats have

00:14:08.720 going for them right now is these radical judges, and they're using it to the utmost. Like I said,

00:14:14.400 President Trump is winning, but an overwhelmed Justice Department. And this is why we should

00:14:20.480 have done the recess appointments in August, folks. In August, not wait to get back. And

00:14:25.680 Dune's talking about doing some things on the margins, right, for some judicial appointments.

00:14:30.000 Of course, the Republicans always want to get the judges through. Mike Davis was the tip of the spear of

00:14:36.400 us for that. We need the Grundoons. We need the deputy assistant secretary, the assistant secretary, 1.00

00:14:43.040 the undersecretaries, more people of justice, these U.S. attorneys. President Trump needs to

00:14:50.080 fight with a full team. Short commercial break. Mike Davis going to give us the answer on the other side.

00:15:00.240 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the block of emerging

00:15:05.760 superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the 0.99

00:15:12.720 United States dollar as the global currency. They're calling this the Rio reset. As BRICS nations push 0.86

00:15:20.080 forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the

00:15:24.880 dollar in your savings. While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to

00:15:31.760 start in Rio. The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from

00:16:57.200 So, Mike Davis, a lot of this centers around President Trump's emergency powers. The emergency

00:17:04.340 power on the national manufacturing, economic, and the situation with fentanyl, on the tariffs.

00:17:11.700 You've got the deportations using the Alien and Enemies Act. And then you've got the emergency

00:17:16.980 powers to get around posse comitatus in D.C. and now in Chicago, New York, and L.A., New Orleans.

00:17:23.460 President Trump said this show has done so well in D.C. He's taken it on the road. Your thoughts, sir?

00:17:31.040 Well, I would say this to these activist judges like Judge Charles Breyer, the 83-year-old brother

00:17:37.120 of former Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, these Democrat judges, that the President of

00:17:43.260 the United States can use the military to repel an invasion of our country. And when we have

00:17:50.520 20 million illegal aliens who were imported into our country unlawfully by the last President

00:17:56.840 of the United States, it is within the President's constitutional power and his constitutional duty

00:18:03.980 to repel that invasion. And you can use the military to do that because these are foreign terrorists 1.00

00:18:12.820 in our country. These are violent foreign criminals in our country who are raping, kidnapping, 1.00

00:18:19.000 torturing, murdering Americans. And so the President has the power to do that separate from any statute, 0.95

00:18:25.060 right? He has the power as the commander-in-chief to do that. And I would say this about the tariffs.

00:18:29.980 That is within the President's foreign policy power. And that cannot be taken lightly. And you should

00:18:36.500 always, when you're a judge, you should always err on the side of the President of the United States

00:18:43.420 if there's a question whether the President has a power as it relates to foreign policy. And I think

00:18:48.460 that's where the Supreme Court is going to end on these tariff cases. But stepping back a broader picture

00:18:55.280 that, remember, President Trump campaigned on the fact he's going to do all these things. And the American

00:19:02.440 people like what they heard. They gave him an overwhelming electoral mandate, 312 electoral

00:19:07.920 votes, all seven swing states, the popular vote. He kept the House. We want a comfortable margin

00:19:13.740 in the Senate. The American people gave the President a mandate to lead. And he's using

00:19:19.640 core Article II power to lead. And he's not stealing legislative power from Congress. He's not stealing

00:19:28.220 judicial power from the Supreme Court. It's core Article II power. But I would say this,

00:19:31.800 are these courts going to step in when we have unelected executive branch bureaucrats like Tony 1.00

00:19:37.760 Fauci making decisions on behalf of the American people? I don't see these judges for the last 60

00:19:47.040 years or 80 years or 90 years going back to when the administrative state was set up. I don't see

00:19:52.180 these judges stepping in and stopping the unelected bureaucrats when they do things that many would say is

00:20:00.600 outside of their constitutional power. But these judges are sure quick to go after President Trump,

00:20:06.400 the elected President of the United States, when he's fulfilling his campaign mandate. They're sure

00:20:11.460 quick to go after him when he's exercising for Article II. So it's obvious to anyone that this is

00:20:19.600 political. This is partisan by these activist judges. They have a policy disagreement with the

00:20:26.340 American people who elected this president of the United States to do what he's doing. And these judges

00:20:32.040 are acting outside of their judicial roles. Their job is to wear robes, not tapes. Their job is to

00:20:39.200 decide cases and controversies of the parties properly before them with redressable claims.

00:20:45.300 Nothing more, nothing less. That is their Article III power. And we have too many narcissists

00:20:50.760 and tapes instead of judges and locks. They're being held up. I mean, you see it with Luigi in prison. Now

00:20:58.420 they're using artificial intelligence. He's selling product. They're commercializing his image.

00:21:08.820 You've got Mamdani in New York City that's a radical jihadist and communist Marxist. They're rewarding 0.99

00:21:18.820 that. They're rewarding these judges. They're singing their praises every day in the New York

00:21:22.260 Times, the Washington Post, some of the Wall Street Journal, MSNBC and CNN. These are heroes.

00:21:28.480 Reversal at the Supreme Court is going to mean nothing to these people. They're going to look

00:21:32.220 there and say, at least we slowed it down for a year or we made Trump work harder and it's an

00:21:36.760 opportunity cause. He couldn't function on something else. In your mind, you're the viceroy and you're

00:21:41.480 the viceroy for a reason. What is it going to take to stop this, sir?

00:21:47.920 Well, I would say this, that these judges, when they lose the legitimacy of the American people,

00:21:57.480 when the American people stop believing that they're impartial judges following the law,

00:22:03.080 when the American people think that these are partisan actors and robes, then when the Supreme

00:22:09.920 Supreme Court and the lower federal court, when the federal judiciary loses its legitimacy with

00:22:14.060 the American people, it loses everything because the federal judiciary does not have an army to

00:22:23.140 enforce its orders. It has to rely on the Justice Department, the executive branch to enforce its

00:22:29.640 orders. And they are going to create a serious constitutional crisis in the federal judiciary if they

00:22:36.640 don't get back into their lane, if they don't do their crucial but limited rule of deciding cases

00:22:43.140 and controversies of the parties properly before the judges with redressable claims. Nothing more,

00:22:49.500 nothing less. It reminds me of Thomas Moore in A Man for All Season when the young guy trying to get

00:22:57.240 his daughters, trying to get them to marry him, is in a debate with Thomas Moore and says he would cut

00:23:03.660 down every law in England to get to the devil. And Thomas Moore says, and when the devil turns on

00:23:08.540 you and you've cut down every law in England, what's to stand between you and destruction?

00:23:13.340 He doesn't have an answer. That's where we're headed on this. Mike, one more thing before we let you go.

00:23:17.380 You rose to prominence here over the last five or six years by fighting concentration of corporate

00:23:25.420 and governmental power. We had a devastating loss. Given all the work people did, you have to call it,

00:23:32.300 you have to call a ball and a strike. This Google situation is a loss, is it not, sir?

00:23:38.860 It is. And it is a devastating loss, like you said. I've spent the last six years taking on Google,

00:23:45.480 Amazon, Facebook, and Apple on the right. It was Rachel Bovard and me who started this thing.

00:23:51.920 And they have concentrated power. Like you said, they have monopoly power and they use that monopoly power

00:24:00.460 to crush competition, shutter small businesses and silence conservatives and others with whom they disagree.

00:24:07.120 We've made tremendous strides on this. They have two antitrust lawsuits that are being handled by the Justice

00:24:15.640 Department's antitrust division by Dale Slater. And one of these cases just went to Judge Mehta,

00:24:23.880 who is an Obama judge. And Judge Mehta gave a very disappointing remedy in the Google case,

00:24:30.920 the Google search case. There's a Google search case that was just decided. There's also the Google

00:24:36.200 online advertising case, which is more important, frankly. And Judge Mehta, even though he found that

00:24:42.200 Google is a monopolist, it uses its market power to crush competition, Judge Mehta gave a pretty

00:24:50.120 tepid remedy to Google. And it's wrong. I think that Dale Slater should appeal this decision

00:24:57.320 to the D.C. circuits because the remedy does not fix the market harm that Google has caused.

00:25:07.480 Mike Davis, the Viceroy, Article 3. Where do people go, sir?

00:25:12.200 Article 3project.org. Article 3project.org. You can follow us on social media. Donate,

00:25:19.480 but only what you can afford. The most important thing, again, for the War Room Posse is action,

00:25:24.680 action, action, the action page. And thank you, Steve.

00:25:28.760 Thank you, brother. Appreciate you.

00:25:32.840 Maximalization and urgency. We are at, and seize the institutions, those three things,

00:25:39.220 because we're in it now, folks. You see the deep state, the administrative state. Tomorrow,

00:25:46.580 huge hearing. We're going to have a toll show live. I've got a ton of guests coming on. We're

00:25:50.980 going to work this whole thing through. But Bobby Kennedy is going up to the Senate, I think,

00:25:54.740 at 10 a.m. to be grilled. An inquisition, let's call it.

00:25:59.140 Mary Holland Joyce. Mary, I got a cold open for you, but I want to play it after the break.

00:26:03.540 How important is it tomorrow about Bobby Kennedy? Because they're going to come after him hard

00:26:10.900 on these vaccines, are they not? Yeah, and they're going to come after him for

00:26:16.500 attacking the deep state at the Centers for Disease Control and basically throughout HHS.

00:26:22.260 Yes. I'm here in D.C. right now and will be there at the hearing. And I do think it's really

00:26:29.220 important. As you said, we're in it. The war is on. And the efforts to reform health and to create

00:26:37.940 a healthier America are definitely running into some deeply entrenched governmental and corporate

00:26:45.140 interests. And that's what we're up against. But this doesn't surprise us. We knew this fight was

00:26:50.500 coming. And quite frankly, this is a fight we won because we believe in platinum level science.

00:26:57.300 They supposedly believe in science. At least they say they purport to. And, hey, if it's a battle

00:27:03.540 between science and between data, we win. Am I wrong on that? I mean, we want this fight. They're

00:27:10.980 going to fight dirty every way. No, you're absolutely right. This has to happen and it's on. And

00:27:18.420 really, they're claiming science, but they don't have it. Bobby Kennedy is saying, show us the data,

00:27:24.340 show us the science. They're purporting to show the science. So it was really interesting. President

00:27:30.580 Trump came out on Monday, Labor Day to say, Pfizer, show the people what you've shown me about how

00:27:37.620 effective and safe your vaccines were during COVID and Operation Warp Speed. And they're coming out and

00:27:44.100 saying, oh, well, we're posting all of these articles. But that's not going to be sufficient,

00:27:48.020 Steve. There's a lot more that has to be done than just sort of saying, look at our citations.

00:27:54.660 They're in trouble. You know, this Bobby Kennedy is over the target and he's there because there's

00:28:00.100 this enormous popular support to end the broken health care system that we have.

00:28:05.140 Hang on for one second. We're going to take a short commercial break. Everybody worked on the

00:28:09.540 Pfizer papers under Natalie or under Naomi Wolf's guidance. Tomorrow's big day. Pfizer,

00:28:19.780 stand and deliver. Short break. Back in a moment.

00:28:23.300 You missed the IRS tax deadline. You think it's just going to go away? Well, think again.

00:29:48.340 What I'm most excited about is an announcement that we're going to make, that we're making now,

00:29:55.220 which is that the Florida Department of Health in partnership with the governor is going to be

00:30:02.420 working to end all vaccine mandates in Florida. All of them. All of them.

00:30:13.140 every last one of them, all of them, every last one of them, every last one of them,

00:30:42.820 every last one of them is wrong and drips with disdain and slavery.

00:30:50.020 That's Dr. Latipo. We're trying to get him on tomorrow. Mary, you'll actually be in the audience,

00:30:54.820 so hopefully we'll get you afterwards. So tie together what just happened in Florida with Dr.

00:31:03.140 Latipo. We had Latipo on the other day. I think he should be the new CDC guy myself. He's my nominee.

00:31:07.780 What he and Governor DeSantis are doing in Florida, which is a pretty big and robust state. A lot of

00:31:13.940 people are moving there. The economy's on fire. Versus Pfizer getting back to Trump. Trump says,

00:31:19.860 hey, I just want to be transparent. Trump's not a scientist. I'm not a scientist. We're not doctors.

00:31:24.100 Just put put the information out. Put the data out. Put it put out like in the Pfizer papers that the

00:31:28.820 Warren Posse did with the team over at Daily Cloud. Just do something like that or refute what we put out in

00:31:34.820 the Pfizer papers, which I think is irrefutable. So how can Florida do this if tomorrow we're going

00:31:41.460 to have, and it's going to be an inquisition. It will be an inquisition of Bobby Kennedy. They are

00:31:46.820 going to try it. I said this last week. This is all about forcing Bobby Kennedy out as Secretary of HHS,

00:31:54.100 which will not happen. But we're going to go to war over this thing. Trust me. Tomorrow,

00:31:58.740 you think it's bad now. Tomorrow, during it, and then after, as the media jumps in here,

00:32:04.100 you better fix bayonets, folks, because this one's going to be rough. Mary Holland. 0.99

00:32:08.740 So what happened in Florida is not only a response to what Pfizer did, but it's also a response,

00:32:14.180 Steve, to what the northeastern states are doing, the blue states on the west coast are doing,

00:32:18.980 saying we're going to come up with our own vaccine recommendations. We're going to work with the

00:32:22.980 corporate interests at American Academy of Pediatrics. We're just going to ignore the CDC.

00:32:27.060 So what Joe Latipo and Governor DeSantis did was a huge endorsement, really, for what Bobby Kennedy

00:32:35.460 is doing. But they've gone the step further, as they did throughout COVID. No state in the United

00:32:40.820 States was more in touch and aligned with health freedom than Florida and Governor DeSantis. And they

00:32:47.220 looked at the data then. And our position at Children's Health Defense is there should be no

00:32:51.940 medical mandates. Medicine should be about the individual. It cannot be done at the population

00:32:57.620 basis. We know that if you administer one food, one drug, one vaccine to everybody, some people are

00:33:05.140 going to be hurt. That's acknowledged. Everybody recognizes that. So I'm thrilled with what Florida

00:33:11.300 has said. I'm sure it will be challenged in the courts, maybe by the legislature. That's just happened

00:33:17.060 in West Virginia as well. But this fight is coming. Can there be medical mandates and real autonomy and

00:33:24.580 bodily integrity and human rights or not? And I think this is coming to a head. And this is this is great

00:33:30.820 because there has to be the right to make decisions about your own health care and about your own body.

00:33:37.220 And if we don't have that literally, as Joe Latipo just said, it drips of disdain and slavery. If you

00:33:44.260 don't have control over your own body, what do you have control over? Nothing, literally nothing. If you

00:33:50.180 think you can control your property, if you can't control your body, it doesn't work that way. So it's

00:33:55.860 exciting that this is really coming to a head. I want to go to the north. Don't the blue states and some of

00:34:04.500 these northeastern states, they're doing it to get away from Bobby Kennedy, correct? Yeah, correct.

00:34:12.020 They're saying, hey, Bobby Kennedy's in charge. Maha's in charge of CDC. We're going to go ahead

00:34:16.900 and go full Tony Fauci on it. They're not they're not doing this for freedom. They're doing it for the

00:34:21.380 exact opposite. And they're doing this. They're doing this because of their relationships to pharma,

00:34:26.740 frankly, to their relationships to big pharma. You know, listen, sadly, pediatricians are

00:34:33.060 financially incentivized by the insurance companies and by pharma to give kids over 70

00:34:39.460 vaccines by the time they're 18 years old. This has been going on for decades, and they don't

00:34:44.660 want to end the gravy train. And they believe in it, Steve. I'm not saying that there aren't

00:34:49.140 pediatricians that believe in it. They do. But if you look at the clinical trials, if you look at those

00:34:54.580 Pfizer papers about the COVID shots, the evidence just isn't there. There's just not science behind this.

00:35:00.740 What should we look for? Make us smart because we're not going to have you until afterwards. 1.00

00:35:08.260 Make us smart on what we should be looking for tomorrow and particularly some of these

00:35:13.620 Democrat senators and a few Republicans really have a star chamber on Bobby Kennedy.

00:35:19.860 Yeah, I mean, I think we're going to see a lot of ad hominem attacks from Democrats. I think we're

00:35:24.660 going to see they're saying, oh, you're you're firing senior level people who've been working

00:35:30.260 at CDC for 30 years. That's kind of the point, Steve. You know, America's public health has been

00:35:35.780 declining for decades. So but they're going to be also talking about his cutting jobs unjustifiably.

00:35:42.740 They're going to say that he's an anti-vaxxer. The person that I'm most going to be most focused on,

00:35:48.260 Steve, is Senator Cassidy. He's head of the Senate Help Committee. The Senate Help Committee does have

00:35:54.740 some oversight over HHS. He's on the Senate Finance Committee. And so I think he's a very

00:36:01.860 important fulcrum. I think a lot of the Democrats are going to be calling for Bobby Kennedy's

00:36:05.220 resignation or termination. I don't think there's any question about that. They want him out.

00:36:09.300 Their clients, Pharma, wants him out. And remember, September this month is when Bobby Kennedy is going

00:36:15.220 to come back and say what's, you know, initial assessment of what's causing autism. That is

00:36:21.380 earth shattering. That is huge. Pharma has got to be shaking in their boots about that.

00:36:27.780 So you agree with me that this is all driving to the Democrats and some Republicans and Big Pharma,

00:36:34.660 because Big Pharma owns them all, driving to force Bobby Kennedy out, correct?

00:36:40.500 Oh, there's no doubt that that's what they're trying to do. There was a leaked memo from

00:36:45.380 one of the lobbying groups that explicitly said we're putting $2 million towards dividing Trump

00:36:50.740 and Kennedy and getting Kennedy out. There's no question that their objective is to get him out.

00:36:57.140 I don't think it's going to succeed. I was so happy to see President Trump's

00:37:01.380 post on Monday saying, you know, more or less, I stand with Bobby Kennedy and Pfizer, like, show your cards.

00:37:08.900 That was really encouraging. I think that's sending a signal to the Senate and to others.

00:37:14.900 You know, you're on the hot seat, Pfizer.

00:37:18.820 We have argued that HHS should be more aggressive in putting out data and putting out the, you know,

00:37:29.220 they've got the 700 studies curated and put it out that you have to, in this information war,

00:37:35.620 if you ain't on offense, you're getting smoked, right? And Big Pharma, they got the best lobbyists,

00:37:41.300 the best PR firms, they got an unlimited money. Do you think HHS on the comm side ought to be just

00:37:48.820 more aggressive about putting out the, because we went on the facts. Let's get the facts out there.

00:37:54.420 Yeah. Listen, we went on the facts and right now they're winning on the messaging. And so I think

00:37:59.860 there needs to be grassroots messaging on social media in support of the movement to make America

00:38:07.300 healthy, in support of the reform that Secretary Kennedy is doing. I think that the grassroots are

00:38:13.460 going to win ultimately, but let's be real, slick messaging and, and, and tons of money is pretty

00:38:19.380 useful. Yeah, no corporate messaging. Mary, your social media, people need to get all over this and

00:38:25.940 your website. And hopefully we'll see you tomorrow afternoon after the, after the star chamber.

00:38:32.100 So website for children's health defense is children's health defense.org. It's a great website.

00:38:37.940 It really is tons of information, lots of free stuff there. And I'm on X at Mary Holland NYC.

00:38:45.940 Thank you, ma'am. Appreciate you. Thank you, Steve. Incredible.

00:38:50.420 One thing putting the show together all and just every day now it's curating, but here's the great

00:38:55.860 thing. This audience, you are the tip of the spear. People come on here because they want to talk to

00:39:00.260 grassroots leaders and they want to talk to people that take action. Just don't sit there and just,

00:39:04.980 you know, a couch potato. Everything that we've, in fact, if you look at the, the arc of the show,

00:39:12.100 starting with impeachment, war room pandemic, the election, everything about Trump in the years in

00:39:17.540 the wilderness, right? It's all coming. This, as I said, the convergence of everything that we fought

00:39:22.700 for is happening. That's what I said after the first hundred days, the next 200 will define not just

00:39:29.380 Trump's presidency, but also define where we are in the United States against, uh, against all this,

00:39:35.540 particularly the deep state of the administrative state. But if you look at everything from the

00:39:38.740 geopolitics and the, and, and, and the wars, you look at the vaccine, the huge vaccine fight and

00:39:43.460 just not just vaccines, but turning around, uh, the medical industry, make America healthy again.

00:39:48.260 If, um, on all this, whether it's sealing the border, mass deportations, you can't pick one

00:39:55.060 topic that we've made election integrity. You can't pick a topic. There's not massive things

00:40:01.620 happening every day. Uh, and that's why we want to make sure you share the clips, push everything out,

00:40:06.420 because this is only going to get more intense in all of this happening. Also,

00:40:10.820 you've got the ticket that you can hear the ticking right now on the, uh, on midnight on

00:40:17.940 September 30th, the budget, the appropriations bills, nowhere to be done. Tom Cole's already

00:40:22.980 talking about extension. When you hear extension here, CR, the continuing resolution, you've got a

00:40:29.460 Russ vote and the team is putting out and president Trump has backed a pocket rescission. It's only $5

00:40:34.820 billion, but it's got the Senate completely freaked out that the president would actually take executive

00:40:40.420 action. Like I said, I'd give them some impoundments. I wouldn't even do a pocket

00:40:43.780 rescission. I'd get right up in their face and let's go to court about it. They've gone to court

00:40:47.220 about everything else. Every different vertical, everything that, uh, that you folks have worked

00:40:53.460 on and fought for over the last, what, five years, the show has been on four or five years,

00:40:58.020 uh, is coming to fruition right now. It's absolutely incredible. This September is going to be just

00:41:03.380 strapped in, uh, and tomorrow is going to be inquisition for Bobby Kennedy. As I said last week,

00:41:09.620 they are, and I said this in the Washington post, I gave him a quote. I said, Hey,

00:41:12.980 this whole thing is about forcing out Bobby Kennedy and the president. I'm really proud.

00:41:18.260 The president, he came out and said he had Kennedy's back. He said, Pfizer, you know,

00:41:22.260 I'm very proud of warp speed. However, there are a lot of issues, a lot of complaints and some data

00:41:28.020 out there. I don't fully understand. Be totally transparent. And what did Pfizer do? Oh, we've got

00:41:32.420 these studies and we're going to put in some more studies. I think what they've got to do is come

00:41:36.500 forward with all their data, like the data that was in the, quite frankly, in those, in that they

00:41:41.860 had to turn over because the federal court says, no, you can't keep this secret for 70 years.

00:41:47.140 You have to put it out. And Naomi Wolf and the team, and of course, 3,500

00:41:52.100 War Room Posse members jumped in there and just did an absolutely extraordinary job. The, uh,

00:41:57.140 shift in geopolitics or the attempted shift of the Chinese Communist Party, KGB,

00:42:01.300 trying to, they're trying to rope in, uh, trying to rope in Modi, my guy Modi, one of the great

00:42:06.820 nationalists in the world. You saw that happen in, in China over the last 72 hours. The new federal

00:42:11.940 state of China did a magnificent job of putting it up last night so everyone could watch it.

00:42:16.500 President Trump took notice. He said, Hey, look, I think if you're conspiring against the United States,

00:42:21.460 uh, you know, maybe I'm gonna have something to say about that. This is, uh, there tomorrow, uh,

00:42:27.220 or today. I think it's today. Tomorrow is the, uh, is the Ukraine conference call between the

00:42:32.660 European nations to come back with their security guarantees, what they're really going to put up,

00:42:36.340 money, weapons, manpower. We'll see. It's all phony. Today was the BRICS nations because they saw an 0.52

00:42:42.820 opportunity when they were in China. They saw an opportunity for the CCP. And I told you the CCP

00:42:47.300 was leading this. They, they understand to come after the United States, you have to come 0.79

00:42:51.860 out of the United States, not just militarily and not culturally, which they're doing both.

00:42:56.900 You have to come out of the United States about its financial superpower and its economic power.

00:43:03.860 The central, the basic way you do that is to go after the U S dollar as the prime reserve

00:43:08.500 currency, because the entire post-war system of global economics and finance are predicated upon

00:43:15.700 the U S dollar as the prime reserve currency. Go to Birch Gold right now,

00:44:59.860 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:45:06.180 In this moment in world history with the geopolitical, you know, America,

00:45:13.620 hemispheric defense, what you're seeing of the Eurasian landmass, the 80th commemoration of the

00:45:19.620 end of World War II was about a war that was fought over the Eurasian landmass from both Europe and from

00:45:27.140 Asia. The Americans were the victors there with the Russian people and the Chinese people. 0.92

00:45:33.380 The Russian people were, I think, in many ways, horribly led. In some ways, they were well led

00:45:41.140 because the leaders, as bad as they were, would not give up. And that was very important, particularly

00:45:45.620 in that brutal year of 1941 into the winter of 1942.

00:45:51.940 But it's obvious that elements inside the U.S. government overstocked the Bolsheviks, Stalin,

00:46:01.060 and the Soviets, the leaders, who were pound for pound as bad as Hitler, 0.68

00:46:07.060 war with weapons. And that led to this horrible Cold War that lasted for decades and decades and

00:46:14.260 decades in the captive nations, of which today was such a glorious day for Poland and the Polish

00:46:20.660 people and this great young leader. They've got the boxer and the historian combined in one person.

00:46:26.980 the Law and Justice Party to put Poles first and put Poland first. And Poland has been such a great

00:46:34.900 defender of Western civilization and not some theoretical Western civilization. At the same time,

00:46:40.340 the United Kingdom, France and Germany, three nations that should know better, particularly France and

00:46:45.380 the United Kingdom, have been at the forefront of destroying Western civilization because their elites

00:46:51.540 being unable to defend, believing in the substrate and the basic principles and foundational elements of

00:47:01.060 Western civilization have allowed an invasion, an invasion of their countries that are leading them 0.88

00:47:07.380 to financial ruin and, quite frankly, going to lead to a civil war in England. Now you've had the

00:47:12.820 British acting like fascists, trying to stop free speech. Nigel Farage in town, GB News is launching

00:47:19.060 even a bigger aspect in America. Nigel Farage is here. He testified today and had Jamie Raskin,

00:47:25.140 of all the people trying to call him out, little Jamie Raskin. So the fight is on,

00:47:29.860 and that's why it's such a glorious day for the Poles. Dr. Bradley Thayer joins me. Dr. Thayer, 0.93

00:47:35.140 we've got so much to talk about the geopolitics, all of it. I'm going to get to that. If I can't

00:47:38.820 fit you in tomorrow morning because of the hearing, I'll get you tomorrow afternoon. We're going to spend

00:47:42.580 a lot of time on this because what happened was a world historical moment, and we've got to

00:47:46.980 understand that. Understand the elements to it. This is why, by the way, Birch Gold,

00:47:51.780 take your phone out. Text Bannon at 989898. Do it today. That's the ultimate guide for investing

00:47:58.420 in gold and precious metal. Age of Trump. And you can get access, Philip Patrick, into the

00:48:02.980 end of the dollar empire. End of the dollar empire. Over four years, folks, and we have not been wrong

00:48:08.500 on one element of it. And we could have told you gold was going to be at $3,600. We didn't.

00:48:14.340 We specifically didn't because we're trying to get you to learn it yourself.

00:48:18.660 Don't depend upon us. Learn it yourself. That's what the show is about.

00:48:22.980 One of the things is grab people, and this ties together Made in China 2025. They focus on all

00:48:29.780 those industries, the singularity, because we're the leader on the right in the anti-transhumanist 0.65

00:48:35.780 movement, anti-AI, all of it. And also, we're going to have the folks from the Epoch Times on.

00:48:42.740 Jan's going to join us tomorrow about the whole thing about the organ harvesting.

00:48:47.620 She and Putin caught Hot Mike walking around, talking, chatting like old buddies. What are they

00:48:54.180 talking about? Bannon didn't write this script. What are they talking about? Immortality. What

00:49:00.340 are they talking about? Getting them fresh, hot organs, getting them put in there. They're

00:49:04.100 talking about immortality for the two of them. Dr. Bradley Thea, this is one of the, from two

00:49:09.700 demons, demonic talk, sir.

00:49:14.740 Steve, it certainly is. It's great to join you this afternoon. I think there are really a few

00:49:20.980 points to keep in mind here when they're talking about this. First, both Putin grew up in a communist

00:49:25.860 system, of course, and Xi Jinping is a communist, of course. So what do communists do? They're

00:49:33.700 taxidermists. They stuff their leaders and put them on display, right? They deify their leaders

00:49:39.460 because they want to have them around permanently, because they don't believe in, of course, natural

00:49:46.420 law. They don't believe, of course, in God. So they have to have them. So both men grew up in a

00:49:52.820 system that sought to preserve their leaders forever. And it's not a stretch for these men

00:49:57.860 to seek the same, really, to have, want to keep themselves around forever. Second, they're not

00:50:04.180 ordinary men, of course. They're tyrants. And so to stay in power, they've got to show that they're 0.62

00:50:08.660 healthy, as any sign of their mortality may result in their overthrow. And both have had serious health

00:50:15.060 concerns. And so they want to ensure that they're robust and they're healthy, because there is no

00:50:23.300 old dictator's retirement home, right? Essentially, their life requires that they stay in power, 0.83

00:50:30.340 and that's going to require that they at least have the illusion of good health.

00:50:34.340 So that leads, of course, to the third point, which is their good health is going to require

00:50:38.820 organ transplants. And again, Putin's 72 is going to turn 73 this year. Xi Jinping is 72. He had his

00:50:47.300 birthday in June. So they may have had or certainly are planning to have organ transplants. And they

00:50:53.780 want to, of course, instill the fear, of course, in any potential rival that they're going to be around

00:51:00.100 a long time. And although a transplant is... Yeah. It's the basis of Marxism. 0.77

00:51:06.260 A transplant is no life thing. Yeah. But inevitably...

00:51:09.140 Yeah. Totally atheistic. Totally believes there is no afterlife. There's no kingdom of God. There's

00:51:15.300 no kingdom of heaven. Right there. They're trying to be immortal. And you wait. You wait, folks.

00:51:20.580 You heard from the two top guys. So you don't think there's things going on in labs in China right

00:51:25.380 now. You don't think there's things going on in labs in Russia or in parts of Ukraine? Yes,

00:51:31.140 sir. We got about a minute. They have the... The Chinese Communist Party runs what it's called

00:51:36.180 the 981 Health Project, which is striving to make CCP leaders live as long as possible. Right? Xi Jinping

00:51:43.780 talked about 150 years. So the PRC authorities are already harvesting organs from young Falun Gong members, 0.99

00:51:52.500 from executed convicts, from Muslims in Xinjiang. So we want to understand that it's for their own 1.00

00:52:00.500 health, but also that they may be promising this as really currency in international politics,

00:52:06.500 right, to other world leaders and to their families, to have a direct path to influence over

00:52:12.500 them and withholding essentially healthy organs. You don't think these people... Okay,

00:52:16.980 Dr. Thayer, we got to bounce. What's your social media? Brad Thayer at X and Bradley Thayer,

00:52:23.140 get her in truth. Thanks a lot, Steve. It's really... Thank you. It's satanic. It really is a satanic

00:52:28.100 project. We'll get you back on tomorrow, talk about the geopolitics. It's satanic from a couple of

00:52:33.300 demons. You think this is just about, oh, different forms of production. Who owns the means of production? You

00:52:41.780 could not be farther wrong. Short commercial break. We'll be back in the war room in just a brief moment.
