Bannon's War Room - Episode 4777： Live： Washington DC Prayer Vigil For Charlie Kirk

00:00:00.000 Shots fired during a speech by right-wing activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University

00:00:07.400 in Orem. This happened really just moments ago. Kirk was about 20 minutes into his speech

00:00:12.740 when shots were fired from a nearby building. There was a single shot that rang out. He

00:00:17.660 was shot in the neck. And now the president of the United States, someone that Charlie

00:00:22.380 Kirk was close to, is reporting that he has died.

00:00:26.580 They did detain an individual, somebody who's well known to them in that area, charged with

00:00:31.280 obstruction of justice after the shooting. We are, of course, following the breaking news

00:00:34.500 out of Utah right now. And I just want to sort of clarify where we are right now. There was

00:00:38.840 back and forth about whether a suspect, a person of interest, or a subject had been apprehended.

00:00:43.920 There was an individual in custody. Just moments ago, we got information from FBI Director Cash

00:00:48.560 Patel that that person has been released after an interrogation by law enforcement, which

00:00:53.720 would lead one to conclude, is that the suspect, whoever pulled this off, whoever committed

00:00:58.020 this heinous act, is at large. We don't yet know who did this. We don't know their motives.

00:01:06.080 And it very well may be, as was the case, I think, in the wake of the attempted assassination

00:01:11.820 of Donald Trump, that those motives or politics were illegible, inscrutable, something of a black

00:01:17.860 box. I did hear the governor of Utah, somebody that I generally trust, call this a political

00:01:24.720 assassination. Maybe he has information that the rest of us don't. They were able to set up without

00:01:29.860 detection, had done some sort of planning. Where Kirk is, he's kind of down in a bowl with a tent.

00:01:35.880 So this person was able to set up far enough away where they knew that they could be, and yet at a low

00:01:41.260 enough of an angle where they could fire a single shot, high center mass, and then have the

00:01:46.800 discipline to leave immediately after. Now the question becomes, who is this person? Why did

00:01:51.680 they specifically do it? Police announced that they've recovered what they believe to be the

00:01:56.020 murder weapon, a high-powered rifle alongside ammunition and a screwdriver in a wooded area near

00:02:03.100 the crime scene. Salt Lake City's FBI posting, we are asking for the public's help identifying this

00:02:08.780 person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University.

00:02:14.240 They explicitly said that they had imagery of this individual in the stairwell arriving at the

00:02:20.040 school, and then this person of interest jumps off the roof into a local neighborhood, at some point

00:02:25.660 dumps the gun in a wooded area where they said they recovered it. They probably figured out the

00:02:30.380 pictures are not enough granularity to do facial recognition through their systems that they were going to

00:02:37.140 now ask the public. And the public is a force multiplier. I think just to protect us all, and

00:02:43.340 so Fox doesn't get sued, and we all don't get sued, and everything else, but I think with a high degree

00:02:50.460 of certainty, we have him in custody, right? In custody. U.S. media are now reporting that the suspect

00:02:58.340 is 22-year-old Tyler Robinson. So we do now have a name circulating.

00:03:05.540 President Trump made the arrest announcement, even as he said he might not be getting all the

00:03:10.040 details right. We heard him say that, but there are still questions. It was a family member and a family

00:03:15.540 friend who helped deliver Tyler Robinson to law enforcement in Washington County. Considerable

00:03:22.540 distance between here and there that Robinson was able to go before he ultimately was brought into

00:03:28.040 custody. Investigators were also able to look at some messages, they say, between Mr. Robinson and his

00:03:34.720 roommate on his roommate's phone, and there was a reference to a rifle in some of those messages.

00:03:40.640 It seemed as though he was trying to get the roommate to go after and recover the gun,

00:03:44.720 but that's my speculation on it. 33 hours is a very short period of time to go from nothing,

00:03:50.840 as far as an ID, to being able to have this guy in custody. Inscriptions on the three unfired casings

00:03:56.720 read, hey fascist, exclamation point, catch, exclamation point. Up arrow symbol, right arrow

00:04:04.340 and symbol and three down arrow symbols. A second unfired casing read, oh Bella Ciao, Bella Ciao,

00:04:13.000 Bella Ciao, Ciao Ciao. And a third unfired casing read, if you read this, you are gay, LMAO. 0.99

00:04:20.740 So, oh Bella Ciao, that is a song glorifying the partisans who fought against the fascists and the 0.95

00:04:26.020 occupying Nazis in Italy during the Second World War. And later, when the governor was asked about a

00:04:31.220 motive, he said, well, maybe you don't need to look any further than those words, hey fascist catch.

00:04:37.860 And the chats are remarkable to me because the idea that an assassin who has gone to this level of

00:04:44.780 planning has traveled over 100 miles from his own home to execute this crime, who thought through

00:04:51.420 showing up in one set of clothes, changing his clothes to commit the crime and changing back to

00:04:55.820 try to escape. And then a big piece of that escape was dropping the rifle in an area, possibly dismantling

00:05:03.420 it, but also wrapping it in a towel so he could go back and retrieve it later. Apparently he shared

00:05:09.100 that part of his plan with his roommate. A Fox News alert, FBI sources tell Fox News Digital

00:05:15.180 that the man charged with assassinating Charlie Kirk was living with a transgender partner. They say that 0.51

00:05:21.740 individual is fully cooperating with their investigation, claims to have had no idea of

00:05:27.820 Robinson's plan. What more have we learned about the suspect and are investigators any closer to finding

00:05:32.780 a motive? No, no, no, no, no, no, no motive. I should say in this case, what we've been hearing from

00:05:40.620 investigators, which is that Robinson appeared to have a romantic relationship with his roommate. The

00:05:46.700 roommate is somebody that identifies as transgender transitioning from male to female and that that

00:05:52.060 roommate by all accounts has been incredibly cooperative with the investigation is answering questions. This

00:05:58.140 was a very normal young man, a very, a very smart young man for a student. I believe that social

00:06:05.340 media has played a direct role in every single assassination and assassination attempt that we

00:06:10.940 have seen over the last five, six years. There is no question in my mind that cancer probably isn't a

00:06:17.900 strong enough word. What we have done, especially to our kids, it took us a decade to realize how evil these

00:06:26.620 algorithms are. What we know so far, there are a couple of things that we can confirm

00:06:31.500 that have been reported. We can confirm that, again, according to family and people that we're

00:06:37.580 interviewing, he does come from a conservative family, but his ideology was very different than his

00:06:43.100 family. And so that's part of it. We do know that the roommate that we had originally talked about,

00:06:50.940 we can confirm that that roommate is a boyfriend who is transitioning from male to female. So we know

00:06:58.940 that piece. I will say that that person has been very cooperative with authorities and we have

00:07:06.220 additional evidence, forensic evidence that has been processed. We'll be sharing that when charges are

00:07:12.700 filed on Tuesday. You say he admitted that confessed? No, not, not again. He is, he is not confessed to,

00:07:20.460 um, to authorities. He is, he is, uh, he is not cooperating. So we saw a video of a person jumping

00:07:28.700 off the roof. It was very legitimate to me. However, there was no rifle in his hand. Now, the Mauser does

00:07:36.940 not break down very easily. Incidentally, for those of you who know weapons, something's wrong with the

00:07:42.060 whole thing. They're trying to claim he removed the barrel from the Mauser and fit the receiver and

00:07:48.940 stock in his backpack and barrel in his pants, like all in two seconds. It is not easy to remove

00:07:56.860 a Mauser barrel or index it after reinstalling and remain accurate. We are not hearing or seeing reality.

00:08:03.980 And by the way, the photo of the rifle allegedly left in the woods has the barrel installed. So we're

00:08:12.380 supposed to believe a guy is on the run after killing Charlie Kirk and he pauses in the woods to

00:08:19.740 reinstall a barrel and then he leaves it for us to find, the FBI to find. I don't believe a word of it.

00:08:25.180 It's Sunday, 14 September in the year of our Lord 2025. We're going live right now to the Kennedy

00:08:39.340 Center in the nation's capital, Washington, DC. We have a complete, uh, real America voice team

00:08:44.700 there. David Zier, Ben Berquam. Uh, we've got many of our contributors are going to go for the first hour.

00:08:50.620 This is going to start between 6 and 630, the prayer vigil for Charlie Kirk, one of many, uh,

00:08:57.260 throughout the United States and the world. We have, um, uh, really the, the spiritual leader

00:09:02.780 who's going to lead us in this, uh, Sean Foyt is with us. Sean's got to bounce backstage,

00:09:07.980 get all this organized. Sean, uh, what is the purpose of this today? What do you help to accomplish?

00:09:13.500 This is a major cultural, uh, center in Washington. You've got a who's who of names

00:09:19.100 from the government, uh, in the Trump MAGA movement, uh, coming on stage today. What

00:09:23.660 do you hope to, you've, you were very close to Charlie. What do you hope to accomplish?

00:09:30.060 You know, it just, uh, what a heartbreaking week, what a devastating week. And, you know,

00:09:34.860 only God can, can take this and use it for his glory. And that's what we're seeing today.

00:09:39.260 I mean, churches were slam packed today across America. People are leaning back into faith.

00:09:45.420 I get, I got several messages as to many people, uh, of people that hadn't been to church in

00:09:50.540 15, 20, even 30 years. And because of Charlie, they're going back. Why? Because all his videos

00:09:56.380 of him preaching the gospel on campuses have gone viral. And it's like what the enemy meant

00:10:01.820 for evil. God is flipping it around. And so tonight, I mean, it's only the irony and the,

00:10:07.980 and the beauty that we're here in the Kennedy center, which used to be the center of wokeness.

00:10:14.220 And we are here tonight worshiping, praying, sharing testimonies of Charlie, probably going

00:10:21.180 to do an altar call. I mean, who knows? Like God is going to move and we're doing it in the Kennedy

00:10:25.420 center, Steve. I mean, this is like, this is a total God set up.

00:10:32.700 No, I, I think it's incredible, particularly with the different preachers and, uh, the different

00:10:36.940 spiritual leaders, uh, that are going to be there. Um, talk to me about your, your ministry

00:10:42.300 and Charlie Kirk. You've gone throughout the country. I've known you for years. You've been

00:10:46.460 harassed and hassled, uh, and attacked by many of the forces on the left. Talk to us about your

00:10:51.820 ministry and, and how it's had to go through this brutally dark time in American history.

00:10:57.260 Well, I want to just say, I mean, tonight, obviously we're focusing on the legacy of Charlie.

00:11:03.420 And I, I mean, I, there's a lot of, uh, my ministry I could talk about and things that

00:11:07.020 God's having us do and the season that we're in, but I just want to honor him because,

00:11:11.340 you know, when, when in COVID, like when we were pushing back and God was, you know,

00:11:16.700 had this call on us to bring, let us worship, to defy the regulations, to, to, to push back against

00:11:21.820 the government and the tyrannical overreach. And those that were trying to silence us, you know,

00:11:26.220 Charlie was in our corner and many pastors and leaders across America weren't. And, and there

00:11:31.660 was a lot of friendly fire that I was taking personally and other leaders of faith, but Charlie

00:11:35.820 was always championing us like go harder, Sean, go for it. Like, this is the hour. You know,

00:11:40.940 he was such a guy that cheered on his friends. Like he was a true encourager. And, you know, I,

00:11:48.460 I feel like tonight, like even being here, like thousands of people, Steve are going to gather here

00:11:54.300 tonight and millions more will watch what takes place online. And it's like today, it's about

00:11:59.740 extending the legacy. It's about taking the baton of courage and boldness. And it's like,

00:12:04.780 you know, just like the, the martyrs throughout history, you know, we, we know that the,

00:12:09.500 that the, uh, the blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church. And, you know, we have that Bible

00:12:13.980 verse that says, unless, unless a seed falls to the ground and dies, it won't bear fruit. And Charlie's

00:12:20.860 life is a seed and we are going to see the harvest. We're already seeing the harvest,

00:12:25.660 but the harvest that's coming for his life. Revival is the revenge in America. Revival is

00:12:35.100 the revenge. And we're going to see a revival. We're going to see an awakening. And just the fact

00:12:39.820 that even tonight in this once godless place, the Kennedy center tonight, we're going to be singing hymns,

00:12:48.300 playing cellos and guitars, lifting up our voices in prayer. I mean, it just, it's going to be so

00:12:54.380 special. And we're just tonight, we just want to celebrate him and, and, and we want to see his

00:12:59.660 legacy endure in the next generation.

00:13:04.220 Sean, last question. I know you got to get backstage because you're kind of

00:13:06.780 organizing this tonight and leading it. Um, it's been pretty stunning throughout the world,

00:13:12.380 from Korea to Europe, to, uh, to London, uh, throughout the United States, huge on Long

00:13:17.900 Island, just all over the country, spontaneous, spontaneous reactions, spontaneous vigils.

00:13:23.740 Today, you're correct. Reports all over churches were absolutely packed,

00:13:27.260 particularly people who haven't been in a couple of decades and or young people.

00:13:31.980 What is it about Charlie Kirk? What is about his life,

00:13:34.860 his mission that's causing a spontaneous outbreak throughout the world?

00:13:42.780 Well, I mean, he was unapologetically bold. He was a truth teller that never backed down,

00:13:47.740 but, but, but he did it in such a way he was joyful. And this is the thing that I think is so

00:13:55.340 powerful. And I would encourage every young leader and every young person that wants to change the

00:14:01.340 world. Like the thing I love so much about Charlie, and we used to talk about this a lot in our

00:14:05.500 conversations, actually just a few days before, you know, he went home to be with the Lord,

00:14:10.540 talking about this, the joyful warrior, like what does it look like to actually, uh, overcome evil

00:14:18.060 with good, but do it with joy? Like we don't have to be the grumpy, angry, perpetually frustrated

00:14:24.540 conservatives. Like we can sit in the seat of joy because we know the end of the story. We know

00:14:32.540 that good wins. We know that even this week, it's just so dark and difficult and hard. I was in,

00:14:37.980 I was with Charlie's pastor last night, Pastor Rob McCoy in Los Angeles at the, at the church that

00:14:43.100 we went to a lot together and just the heaviness and the sobriety. But yet in the midst of that all,

00:14:48.780 like, God, he didn't cause this, but yet he's going to use this. And you know, I, that's my

00:14:55.340 encouragement tonight. There's something that's infectious that Charlie had about his joy going

00:15:00.220 into these campuses where the vitriol and the, the, the animosity. I mean, we've experienced that in

00:15:06.460 our meetings. We get it too. Like the, just the rage, but yet in the midst of that, he's smiling at

00:15:11.580 these, at these kids while telling them the truth. And I think that is so powerful in this

00:15:19.260 generation. And so I think that there, I think courage is contagious. And I think joy is, is

00:15:25.740 profound in moments like that. And that, that's my prayer, even as we leave here tonight, that we

00:15:30.380 would carry the joyful warrior that Charlie Kirk was to the world. Uh, Sean, what is your social media?

00:15:39.260 How do people go find out more about your ministry? Um, they can go to, uh, at Sean Foyt. It's my last

00:15:47.580 name is F E U C H T. They can go to let us worship and we're on all, all social media channels. Um, 1.00

00:15:54.620 Facebook, Instagram, you can go to X, follow me, YouTube, all that good stuff.

00:16:01.660 Thank you, Sean. Appreciate you taking time before the, uh, event.

00:16:06.620 Honored. Thank you, Steve.

00:16:07.660 Let's do a reset. We have, thank you, brother. We have, uh, we have Ben Burquam and David Zier.

00:16:12.700 I'm going to go to those guys. We have many other people showing up that we'll be able to get. Um,

00:16:17.340 can we go back to Ken? Oh, I tell you what we're going to do. We'll take, we had to do a rolling break

00:16:21.900 here. Let's take a short commercial break. Are we ready? Can we do that? Short commercial break.

00:16:26.300 We're going to return. We're live at the Kennedy center for a prayer vigil in the nation's capital

00:16:31.820 for Charlie Kirk. Back in a moment.

00:16:36.460 I got American plans.

00:16:40.700 I got American faith.

00:16:45.100 According to the Department of Energy, blackouts could increase by 10,000 percent over the next few

00:16:49.980 years. It's because of massive energy demand from artificial intelligence data centers. We talk about

00:16:55.580 that all the time here in the war room and we have a fragile power grid. It just cannot keep

00:17:01.020 up with that demand. I don't know about you, but I don't like the idea of being without power even

00:17:05.980 for a day. That's why I got the grid doctor 3,300 from my Patriot supply. It's a powerful solar

00:17:12.860 generator that runs refrigerators, AC units, medical devices, power tools, anything you need to write

00:17:19.260 out of blackout. And right now for their Christmas in July event, they're including over $1,000 in

00:17:26.060 free survival gear with your generator, including emergency food supply, water filtration, survival

00:17:32.780 tools, and more. You heard that right. Over $1,000 in free gear for a limited time. Head to

00:17:39.340 mypatriotsupply.com slash Bannon. That's mypatriotsupply.com slash Bannon and grab the Christmas in July

00:17:46.540 bundle before it's gone. Blackouts are coming. Go to mypatriotsupply.com slash Bannon and get

00:17:53.720 prepared today. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:18:01.860 Okay. Welcome back to our special coverage of the prayer vigil at the Kennedy Center in Washington,

00:18:09.700 D.C. The event doors will open at six o'clock. We're doing a little pregame here.

00:18:15.480 Uh, folks will get in there at about six 30. They're going to kick off and it'll go probably

00:18:19.800 an hour to 90 minutes and we will cover this wall to wall. We have our own Ben Berquam and David Zier

00:18:25.840 there. Uh, Ben, uh, give me your thoughts. Uh, you've had, you've been all over the country recently

00:18:30.540 on raids. Uh, I know you were close to Charlie Kirk and the, uh, and the turning point team.

00:18:35.360 Uh, your thoughts about today.

00:18:39.840 Yeah. Uh, you know, Steve, it, when I heard the news, just like everyone else, it's one of those,

00:18:44.380 you live life and sometimes you just get into life so much. You forget things like this happen.

00:18:50.400 And when it happened, you just think, Oh, he's, he's going to be okay. Right. It's going to be okay.

00:18:54.120 And then you go in the neck. Well, that's bad. And then you see the video and it was like 0.84

00:18:57.700 that moment that's surreal. And it's been surreal ever since it's every morning I wake up. It's

00:19:02.400 just like when you lose anyone in your family, every morning you wake up with that false hope

00:19:06.540 that they're still there. Uh, and that was just a bad dream, a nightmare. And now you get to see

00:19:11.200 him again. And, and I, and I, you know, every morning that's what's happening for me. You know,

00:19:15.300 Charlie was such a, a, such a major person, not just, uh, in my life in, in watching him grow,

00:19:21.960 but the world. And I think about this, Steve, you know, most people, when they die,

00:19:25.600 make very little impact in the world outside of their immediate family and friends there,

00:19:31.680 you know, they're, they're, they're drops, they're a rock dropped in a pond. Charlie Kirk

00:19:36.540 was an earthquake in the ocean and his ripples that we're seeing just starting now. Uh, it,

00:19:42.680 this is a tsunami that's coming around, not just like you said, not just America, but the world,

00:19:47.120 what we saw in England yesterday, what we've seen in South Korea, what we've seen in other Asian

00:19:51.380 countries, Japan, all of these nations that realize that this battle that we're fighting

00:19:56.720 in America is their battle too, that MAGA and, and nobody other than president Trump yourself

00:20:02.120 and Charlie Kirk, uh, emulated that more. They realize that if they can kill this person in 0.63

00:20:09.400 America, that they can kill anybody. But the amazing thing, what Sean said to me, the amazing 0.53

00:20:14.200 part about it is what has already been unleashed. I mean, you think about this, this was like a

00:20:19.880 cluster bomb, you hit Charlie and it's devastating for, for his wife and for his kids and for his

00:20:25.080 parents. But what they did, what the enemy did, what this demon did was unleash millions of Charlies 0.85

00:20:31.980 that, that were being prepared for such a time as this. They were being prepared through TPUSA

00:20:38.660 to fight the battle that they're being sent into now. And so I, going back to Sean's point,

00:20:44.960 ironically, we're standing in the Kennedy center. What the enemy meant for evil is exploding,

00:20:49.860 back in their face already. And I'm just waiting to see the fruits of this, uh, that come out.

00:20:55.060 I still continue to say, pray for obviously the family, pray for truth to come out in this

00:20:59.320 investigation. But ultimately I'm just sitting back saying, Lord, have your will, send us,

00:21:04.920 make this generation bold to fight these battles.

00:21:09.680 David Zier, you've covered this extensively since the 1990s, everything that happened in New York City,

00:21:14.660 the World Trade Center, the first time, uh, 9-11, all of it, you know, the whole global chess piece

00:21:20.760 here. President of the United States said the other day, we're at war, uh, against this radical, uh,

00:21:25.800 ideology. Of course, now it looks like he's pointing to this, these tranny, you know, terror cells, but we 1.00

00:21:32.440 still, there's so much that hasn't been explained. And, you know, tomorrow on the war, we're going to get

00:21:37.720 into all of it in a lot of detail. Maybe even tonight have Jim Hoffman, some people, but Zier,

00:21:42.160 what are your, what are your thoughts? You've been like a combat correspondent on this for years.

00:21:46.400 Your thoughts?

00:21:49.060 Hi. Yes. Good evening, uh, Steve. Good afternoon. Uh, it meshes in so many ways, you know, with 9-11,

00:21:55.040 terrorism, uh, international terrorism, uh, the global intifada, uh, it meshes with what happened

00:22:01.840 to Charlie Kirk because like Ben said, it's seismic, right? And, you know, you have the tragedy

00:22:08.800 and out of that grows resilience and unification. You know, maybe a million plus came out in London,

00:22:15.240 right? The media is saying a hundred thousand. Um, but, um, tonight, you know, over 3,000 ticket

00:22:20.600 requests for this event, 45 years, 50 years of my memories of, you know, liberals gathering here,

00:22:26.460 Barbara Streisand, Bruce Springsteen bashing, trashing Reagan and the whole thing.

00:22:30.480 And the tide has turned here. And Riley Gaines, I was listening to her on Bata Romo this morning,

00:22:36.180 you know, said, I hope 10,000 Charlie Kirks rise in his place. And it's going to be a lot more than

00:22:41.060 that. And you mentioned Long Island, you know, there's organic vigils, just like with COVID.

00:22:45.400 We sat out on the corners in the beginning, just like the tea party, the backroom meetings at the

00:22:49.640 diners across the country, the small group gathering. Um, you know, this, uh, is what's going on now,

00:22:55.820 um, on Long Island, there's a protest of Newsday next Saturday who had this incredibly disgusting

00:23:02.020 op-ed cartoon that the editorial board is, is doubling down on and supporting with an empty

00:23:07.340 chair with the wound, you know, with, with like blood splattered on the wall behind, you know,

00:23:12.120 in the, in the cartoon, uh, with an empty chair that was Charlie Kirks, you know, and, um, I think,

00:23:17.640 um, there's going to be, um, there's going to be, uh, I don't want to say payback, uh, but there's

00:23:23.400 going to be a resurgence. And what Charlie Kirks did that we have to remember to do, and everyone

00:23:28.840 needs to remember is he kept them off their game because he was civil. And he, you know, that was

00:23:35.480 like half the battle, right? Because these kids aren't men and they're not real women, right? They're 1.00

00:23:41.280 not, they're not adults. And he is the youngest person in the room and was the biggest adult we've

00:23:47.560 had. So it's, uh, it's extraordinary times. Okay. Um, I tell you what, we're going to take

00:23:53.980 a break. We've got the great Nick Sorter. Talk about a combat correspondent. Nick is at the tip

00:23:58.120 of the spear. It seems like every incident out there, one of the bravest guys and smartest guys

00:24:02.900 out there where he's at the Kennedy center now with David and Ben Berquam. We're going to take a

00:24:07.160 short commercial break. We're going to be back in a moment. Uh, we also have Brian Kennedy teed up.

00:24:11.740 We've got, uh, Jim Hoff, hopefully Jack Posobiec. We're going to go to the degree we can into the

00:24:18.560 line and talk to MAGA, talk to the Warren posse. Like David Zier said, over 3000 ticket

00:24:24.300 requests and it would just went up. I don't know, 24 hours ago. Really want to thank real

00:24:29.180 America's voice, Parker and Rob Sig, the entire team in Denver taking their Sunday and putting this

00:24:35.300 together. Real America's voice. We're going to have wall to wall coverage of everything leading up to

00:24:40.640 the, uh, the, uh, the, uh, celebration of life for Charlie next Sunday in Phoenix, Arizona at

00:24:48.160 Cardinal stadium. NFL stadium has to be used to accommodate the crowd. The president of the

00:24:53.620 United States will be there. Short commercial break back to the Kennedy center, the prayer vigil

00:24:58.840 in the nation's capital for Charlie Kirk next in the world.

00:26:19.260 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:26:25.320 Okay, welcome back. Our live coverage of the prayer vigil at the Kennedy Center, our nation's

00:26:31.560 capital. We're going to be interviewing people as they come in. The great Nick Sartor joins us. Nick,

00:26:36.860 you've been at the forefront of so many reporting, so many of these amazing events. Give me your

00:26:42.540 assessment of what your view is of what happened, where we are, and why did you make it back to

00:26:50.160 Washington for this prayer vigil? I'm telling you, Steve, this is a little bit different than stuff

00:26:56.560 that I've usually covered in the past, and honestly, it's probably one of the most difficult stories that

00:27:01.720 I've ever had to cover. I'm covering the assassination and manhunt of a friend. I mean,

00:27:06.720 it's, I've slept very little. I mean, some of the, having to watch that video of him being taken out

00:27:13.800 on loop, knowing for, you know, two days that his killer was still out there was haunting,

00:27:20.320 absolutely haunting. And I'm telling you what, right now, the amount of people that have seen

00:27:26.420 that video, Steve, and all of the vitriol coming from the left, normal people have been able to make

00:27:34.600 that connection now. Seeing how bad this was, how gruesome this murder was, and how the leftists

00:27:40.940 react, it's turning a lot of people away. Regular Americans taking them and pushing them to the

00:27:46.620 right. That's what's going on here. And honestly, you're looking at NFL games, NASCAR races, all of

00:27:54.040 these things that were woke, like BLM honoring George Floyd a couple of years ago. They're now

00:28:00.780 putting Charlie's face up on the screen in Memorial and people are cheering. The stadiums erupt in

00:28:07.780 claps and cheers and even chants of Charlie. I mean, it's a beautiful thing to see. And I think a lot

00:28:15.720 of Americans have just, they're now seeing what we see on a daily basis. This proved to them that the

00:28:23.560 left is violent, that, you know, they'll, if they disagree with you on policy, they'll freaking kill you.

00:28:29.500 Charlie wasn't a threat to anybody. They know that, but they still killed him anyway. 0.99

00:28:35.340 This is going to have lasting effects. This is a cultural shift, Steve.

00:28:39.840 Now, you've done such a good job of, particularly when the left explodes, things like Portland,

00:28:44.120 Seattle, you know, the George Floyd, all of it. You only see this peacefully. You see prayer

00:28:49.360 vigils in Long Island drawing tens of thousands of people. You see spontaneous events occurring of

00:28:56.260 young kids walking down the street cheering, putting, you know, in Korean chanting Charlie's

00:29:00.240 name. You see it in London at Hyde Park Corner. What do you think, what is causing this explosion

00:29:07.580 and almost like a revival around the work of Charlie Kirk from many people, I think at least 80% that

00:29:14.840 might not have been familiar with his work on a day-to-day basis, sir?

00:29:19.140 Well, Steve, I shared the other day on X a text that I got from my mom, who was a lifelong Democrat,

00:29:27.080 all growing up. She was Obama, Obama, Obama in my house. And she even texted me and was like,

00:29:33.100 she didn't know who Charlie Kirk was before, but she started watching his videos, watching his speeches.

00:29:38.180 And she said, this encouraged me to go back and find God. And she went to church for the first time

00:29:43.780 in years this weekend. And there were, there were so many reports, Steve, of, of people saying that

00:29:50.980 I couldn't even find a seat in my church and people were parking on the grass because they couldn't get

00:29:55.460 in. You know, like I said, we've been saying this for a long time that these people are violent and

00:30:01.940 they're out to get you. We're not lying. They really are. And people that's, people have now seen it

00:30:07.220 firsthand. It's been confirmed. You know, we're, we're not, we're not lying. And I think we're going

00:30:12.680 to continue to see that, especially among students. You saw 3,000 students standing out there

00:30:20.280 at Utah Valley University when Charlie Kirk was shot. Each and every one of them have now been

00:30:25.660 radicalized, right? They just watched some leftist goon assassinate the guy that they went to go listen

00:30:32.120 and talk to out on the lawn at their campus. And, you know, after the assassination occurred,

00:30:39.460 what did the left do? They went out with their normal lies. I mean, total lies. They can't even

00:30:44.300 say, well, we just didn't know. They went out and lied and tried to say this guy was some sort of

00:30:48.140 MAGA Republican when everybody, everybody and their brother knew that it wasn't some sort of MAGA

00:30:53.920 Republican. That makes no sense. That's also been confirmed to be false. So more and more people are

00:30:59.920 seeing the light. They're realizing that the left, honestly, there's no other way to say it. These

00:31:04.840 people are evil. They're evil. 1.00

00:31:10.060 Ben Burquam and David, any response to observations on the great Nick Sartor's assessment?

00:31:17.740 Nick, your coverage everywhere is amazing. I saw you all over during the campaign and stuff.

00:31:23.040 But I want to say that once people go back, now they're finally watching the debate videos. They hear

00:31:28.240 all the hyperbole. What a terrible guy Charlie is. He's a hater. When you watch those debates,

00:31:33.540 and even me, you know, going back, because he predated MAGA. He's, you know, of the Milton Friedman

00:31:39.620 camp and Hayek and all these guys. And not only is he smart, but the way he just dismantled the

00:31:45.720 opposition at these events, I think everybody walks away saying, oh my God, I got to rethink my

00:31:50.680 whole game. And I think the world is doing that right now.

00:31:53.780 And he did it nicely. He did it eloquently to the point where he wasn't mean about it. He wasn't

00:31:58.560 nasty. He didn't use ad hominems. He was, his delivery was so effective. That's why he was a

00:32:04.600 target, because he was actually able to convince people to think a different way.

00:32:08.980 Yeah. Well, in that, in the end, that's it, Steve. He was so effective at what Charlie did,

00:32:14.840 what nobody else that I've seen been able to do at the level that he was able to do it.

00:32:19.660 And that is reach the youth and start changing the paradigm. And that, to me, is why they hated

00:32:26.300 him so much. But back to Nick's point, you know, this is what the leftist said. The first four years

00:32:31.380 of President Trump, it was all lies. We're all Nazis. We're all racists. We're all bigots. We're

00:32:35.560 all homophobes. Cancel everybody on MAGA. You already saw that shift after they tried to assassinate

00:32:40.880 President Trump, where people said, wait a second, these guys may be not what they said that they were,

00:32:46.100 and MAGA may not be as bad as they said MAGA was. Now we're seeing, I think, what we saw at Butler,

00:32:52.860 we're going to see on steroids now, where you have people that had sat on the fence,

00:32:57.120 and they said, I'm not sitting on the fence anymore. So to Nick's point, you've radicalized

00:33:01.000 the base that was already MAGA to say, I'm going to, if he gave his life for this, I'm going to give

00:33:06.740 my life for my country. You've done that to 20-year-olds. Think about the impact that that has.

00:33:11.500 20-year-olds who say they'll die for their country en masse. We're going to see that across 1.00

00:33:15.900 America. But you're also going to see the people that were on the fence who say,

00:33:19.300 I don't believe anything these guys say anymore. I don't believe anything the left says.

00:33:23.620 And I got word that there were like 32,000 new chapter requests for TPUSA in the past two days.

00:33:30.620 Yes. It's amazing. Nick, let me ask you, is the brutality of Charlie's, the assassination of Charlie,

00:33:40.620 the inhumanity of it, how cold-blooded it was? Was the left playing this thing on a loop and mocking

00:33:47.700 it? Do you think that's part of the reason so many people are getting turned off and turning

00:33:55.060 back and looking at Charlie's work, his body of work, and particularly are touched by his body of

00:34:00.880 not political work, but his body of spiritual work?

00:34:03.280 Absolutely, Steve. I mean, you got to think about it. This video was so horrifying to watch

00:34:10.540 and people saw that and they're, you know, it shook them a little bit. And then they saw the

00:34:15.640 vitriolic reaction from the left and they're like, oh my God, like, I got to look and see what was this

00:34:21.360 guy saying that was so bad that he needed to be killed and that his killing was justified like they 0.73

00:34:26.620 killed Satan himself. And people go back and look at it and they can't find any,

00:34:30.540 not a single instance of Charlie Kirk being hateful or racist or a Nazi or anything like that.

00:34:38.000 They see a skilled debater and a visionary to sort of like a guy that sounded like a founding father

00:34:46.640 almost of the country with these sort of values that he was trying to instill in people.

00:34:51.720 And that really woke people up. I mean, you look at, I think it was Stephen King the other day that

00:34:56.360 tweeted out saying something really stupid, as most Stephen King tweets are, that Charlie said 1.00

00:35:01.260 that gays should be stoned to death. And he got ratioed to the Stone Age and had to retract the 1.00

00:35:07.320 tweet because there was no evidence that Charlie ever said that. It was a lie and it was made up and

00:35:12.040 Stephen King had to end up deleting the tweet. But now these terrible people have been fired.

00:35:16.560 Yeah. Oh, that is.

00:35:17.820 Doctors have been fired. Teachers have been fired.

00:35:19.700 Uh, so I hope it continues.

00:35:21.880 It's the reverse cancel culture in action.

00:35:23.500 They're, they're, they're purging themselves, which is beautiful. I mean, there was just a,

00:35:27.260 an army colonel, I believe that got fired today by, uh, Pete Hegseth or, uh, suspended by Pete Hegseth

00:35:32.080 today. So get the woke generals out. 1.00

00:35:34.180 Nick, before, before, before you bounce, uh, there's a, there is a call from like governor Cox and many of

00:35:40.420 the rhino Republicans that now's a time to, um, for unity. Now's the time to sit down and, uh,

00:35:48.640 with the Antifa and sit down with the left. Uh, and, uh, and we've got to tone down the rhetoric

00:35:53.420 since you've been at the tip of the tip of the spear, your thoughts on that.

00:35:58.600 How do you unify with people that want you dead? How do you do it? I don't think you can do it.

00:36:03.880 Am I, am I wrong? Like these people have, they, they successfully took out Charlie, but you know,

00:36:09.520 Jack, they, they tried to kill his family. They've tried to kill my family by swatting,

00:36:14.300 by trying to get them to break down the door and shoot my parents. Right. And, 0.99

00:36:18.640 they thought that I was there at the time and I wasn't luckily, but that's what they want to do.

00:36:23.060 They want us dead and they'll do it any way possible. I don't, I don't think there's any

00:36:27.980 way to unify. I'm sorry. We just need to leave them in the dust. That's it. There is no,

00:36:32.140 there is no unification and there never will be. We need to stop playing that card.

00:36:37.320 It don't keep, stop saying both sides. Oh, both sides are radical. Both sides need to tone down

00:36:42.180 the rhetoric. Only one side is killing people on the other side. So.

00:36:48.680 Nick, Nick, where do people go on social media? Your, your, your feed is like the Associated Press

00:36:54.180 of MAGA. Where do people go? I appreciate you, Steve. Pretty much only on X because I'll get

00:36:59.760 banned everywhere else. It's Nick Sorter, N-I-C-K-S-O-R-T-O-R.

00:37:02.680 Nick, thank you so much. Appreciate you. Thank you, Steve. David Zier and Ben Burquam are at the

00:37:11.960 Kennedy Center. We're going to be interviewing more of the dignitaries that arrive for Charlie

00:37:17.180 Kirk's prayer vigil. We're also going to be going into the line and talking to the people who really

00:37:22.880 matter. That would be the War Room Posse, the viewers of Real America's Voice, MAGA, the base,

00:37:29.400 call them what you want. These are the working men and women that make this country what it is.

00:37:35.760 And I know everyone's been touched. As Nick just said, church is overflowing today with some people

00:37:43.420 have not been to church in decades. Others, young people have never been inside a church from Korea

00:37:49.940 to Europe and all over the United States. And like they said, I think it's 30,000 new chapters of

00:37:57.880 Turning Point USA. Charlie Kirk, one of the most extraordinary leaders in our country.

00:38:04.820 And I would argue you have to go back to the revolutionary generation to see someone that

00:38:08.920 in his 20s changed the direction of this country. Short commercial break. We're going to go back to

00:38:14.940 the Kennedy Center in just a moment.

00:38:16.300 If you're a homeowner, you need to listen to this. In today's AI and cyber world, scammers are stealing

00:38:26.320 home titles with more ease than ever, and your equity is the target. Here's how it works. Criminals

00:38:32.700 forge your signature on one document, use a fake notary stamp, pay small fee with your county, and boom,

00:38:39.240 your home title has been transferred out of your name. Then they take out loans using your equity

00:38:45.780 or even sell your property. You won't even know what's happened until you get a collection or

00:38:51.220 foreclosure notice. So let me ask you, when was the last time you personally checked your home title?

00:39:00.360 If you're like me, the answer is never. And that's exactly what scammers are counting on.

00:39:05.780 That's why I trust Home Title Lock. Use promo code Steve at HomeTitleLock.com to make sure your

00:39:13.380 title is still in your name. You also get a free title history report plus a free 14-day trial of

00:39:41.480 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:39:46.040 I want to thank our sponsor, Birch Gold, Philip Patrick. We've postponed some of Philip Patrick's

00:39:52.400 hits given the intensity of our coverage. Also, tomorrow, we're really going to be drilling down

00:39:57.100 on actually the manhunt, what's going on right now. I think it's quite confusing, some of the

00:40:05.020 information and videos. We're going to talk about that. We've got in the next hour, Jim Hoft is going

00:40:09.820 to join us from Gateway Pundit, hopefully Poso. In the next hour, the great Brian Kennedy.

00:40:15.720 We're trying to track down Dave Bossie, who's actually at the Kennedy Center, the great Dave Bossie.

00:40:20.880 As soon as we get him, we're going to talk to him, but I want to thank Birch Gold. You can go to

00:40:25.720 text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N at 989898. Get the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious

00:40:32.120 metals. Like I said, thank Birch Gold for their sponsorship, and we'll have Philip Patrick back

00:40:37.440 on in the next couple of days. Let me go to Birquam. I think Ben is doing a walk and talk. Ben,

00:40:43.980 are you walking through the crowd? Can I, right there, let's go to Ben Birquam live at the Kennedy Center.

00:40:50.880 Yeah, I'm just going to go down the line, and so everybody's filing in. A very kind of somber

00:40:56.240 night tonight, but just wanted to talk to folks and see what Charlie meant to you, what this night

00:41:01.420 means to you. How you doing? Good. Charlie's is just one of a kind. It means a lot, and I'm glad we're

00:41:09.760 here. I have nothing else to say, Matt. Yeah, God bless you. Okay. Hey, Ben. How you doing? Hello. Where

00:41:17.840 are you from? D.C., edge of D.C., northwest. What does this night mean to you? What did Charlie

00:41:23.080 mean to you? Charlie, number one, the humanity of him, and my seeing across the globe how the whole

00:41:29.380 world knew more about him than I might have expected, and a special person. You know, and I

00:41:35.360 mean, I am pretty conservative, and to watch his politics, it's not mainly about politics, but he

00:41:40.400 really came pretty far towards some positions that I think are more sane and needed for saving the

00:41:45.540 country in the last six months. Yeah, but a special human being. Yeah. Yeah. Sad day for America. Thank

00:41:51.720 you. You want to say why you're here, what Charlie meant to you, what turning point? Yes, it's the

00:41:58.720 voice of change, a positive change in the world that was early extinguished, and now we have a blaze

00:42:05.000 coming about. So that's what it means. I just saw today that 32,000 new chapters of Turning

00:42:11.980 Point, they received the application today, so that's amazing. So it's like a phoenix, you know,

00:42:18.840 from the ashes, glory, for God's almighty glory. So. And I don't know if you notice this, Steve,

00:42:27.940 we do have some young folks over here. They're going in. Ladies, do you mind saying where you're

00:42:32.220 from and why this matters to you? We're from North Carolina, but I'm going to go ahead.

00:42:36.860 Okay. I'm from Alabama. Alabama. And actually, as we're talking here, we actually have the one

00:42:42.000 and only Dave Bossie just walked up. If I can jump on, grab you real quick, sir. Absolutely. How

00:42:47.480 you doing? I've had better days, but this is. We all have. This is a tragedy. It's an American 0.95

00:42:54.580 tragedy. You know, I'm deeply, deeply distraught. I know Steve is. Known all of us here. Some of us feel

00:43:05.860 like you've known Charlie since he was a little, like a kid. And what he was able to do, the impact

00:43:14.460 that he had on our nation has been just tremendous. And I'm angry. I'm going to be somebody who

00:43:27.760 is even more in the fray than receding. There's going to be a lot of people who recede now.

00:43:35.640 This is going to scare a lot of people. We have to fight. We have to fight for this country.

00:43:40.720 The battle of ideas that Charlie waged, we owe it to him. We owe it to our country. We owe it to our

00:43:46.460 kids, our grandkids. But Charlie Kirk, what he did and what he stood for, we all have to step up.

00:43:52.660 I know Steve Bannon is. I know that for sure. Steve? Ben, S. Dave, he's built one of the biggest

00:44:00.960 grassroots organizations. How tough is it for Charlie to build this massive operation he's

00:44:06.020 built at Turning Point? So Dave, you've built a massive grassroots operation, but you look at

00:44:12.380 what Charlie was able to do in 31 years and really in 10 years. You know, young guy. Every time I

00:44:18.740 looked at him, I was like, how old is this guy? He was younger than me. To be able to do what he did

00:44:23.940 and the amount of time he was able to do it. Tell us what kind of person that takes.

00:44:27.940 So let me just say, I cut my teeth in politics in the college Republicans. All the battles of

00:44:34.520 good versus evil inside the organization, conservative versus liberals inside the organization.

00:44:40.740 We thought at the time, in the 80s, during the Reagan years, that that was incredibly important.

00:44:46.100 It really wasn't. I look back now and I say, Charlie Kirk got it. He bypassed all of that,

00:44:54.520 all of that, you know, real noise. Okay. And he was, he was right on the target long before,

00:45:03.620 long before his years. He was so wise beyond his years. And so he didn't waste any time.

00:45:10.160 He said, I'm not going to participate in this fraud that is the university system. And I'm going

00:45:18.240 to go and I'm going to educate. First of all, the depth and breadth of his knowledge was, was just

00:45:25.800 incredible. I've been around a lot of really smart people. I know Steve has, we've been honored and

00:45:32.220 to be, to work alongside a lot of really smart people. Charlie was one of the true intellects

00:45:39.380 of his time. Uh, and he just did it on his own, on his own terms. And that's what I just,

00:45:46.080 I just was so proud of watching him develop because you, you could see him argue and debate people.

00:45:53.760 And he was so, um, knowledgeable on so many topics. There's a lot of guys like me do TV,

00:46:02.440 you know, you get us past 10 or 15 minutes on a topic and you're got, you know, look,

00:46:07.800 I mean, that's just the reality of it, right? Because we have to be good at a lot of different

00:46:11.400 things. And guys like, to be honest with you, guys like Steve Bannon, guys like Charlie Kirk,

00:46:16.720 um, there's not a lot of them who have an incredible depth of knowledge, uh, on an incredible array of

00:46:23.660 topics. And that's what made Charlie different. Um, but his fire, his spirit, um, the ability for him

00:46:30.940 to be positive every minute of every day was a really a joy to watch.

00:46:36.900 Hey, Ben, but Ben asked Dave before you let him go. There's so many of the typical voices telling us

00:46:42.320 now we have to compromise. We should have to have unity, uh, that our rhetoric is dangerous. Ask him

00:46:48.680 his thoughts on that. So this is the question. You've got this, this drum beat now from some people

00:46:55.720 saying it's time to unify. It's time to kumbaya. It's time to come together. There's basically

00:47:00.900 equivocating, you know, what the left is in the right. They're, they're, they're analogous. What,

00:47:05.100 what's your message? That's not my message. Uh, I can assure you, um, Donald Trump is a change agent.

00:47:15.560 He's a change agent president. If he does not have people like us out there every single day,

00:47:23.580 making sure we're using this next three and a half years to get America back on track. We are,

00:47:31.040 we are a nation destined for the ash heap of history. If Donald Trump does not utilize this

00:47:37.580 next three and a half years to destroy this very swamp that he has taken over. Um, and that's what

00:47:45.580 Charlie Kirk understood. See, that's the difference. He was not going to allow the left to get one

00:47:52.460 minute of his time. He was not going to allow the left to, to, to push him around. He was not going

00:47:58.920 to be defeated in, in any argument. And that's what we have to do. Charlie has, uh, and, and, you

00:48:05.860 know, it really bothers me. And I, I, people say, Oh, Charlie passed away. He didn't pass away. He was

00:48:11.660 murdered. He was assassinated. Um, and we have to remember that, um, these people, the violent left,

00:48:18.260 the violent left, that's what they are. And they're violent Democrats too. Let's, we, we kind of

00:48:23.440 use the wrong language when we say left because they're Democrats. Uh, and I think the American

00:48:29.120 people have to understand the difference between Republicans and Democrats that these people are,

00:48:35.180 uh, that the, the, the people that are like the assassin, like these crazed leftist, like the per, 0.92

00:48:42.600 the two different individuals that tried to assassinate Donald Trump, they're vile Democrats. 0.92

00:48:48.740 And that's the problem. Um, and I think the American people have to wake up to that. And I

00:48:52.760 think this great awakening that is coming because of Charlie's assassination is going to be part of

00:49:00.420 that. The education is coming, but we have to, we have to be, uh, smart. We have to be thoughtful,

00:49:06.760 but we have to continue to bring pressure and we have to win. This is not a time for just moral

00:49:15.580 equivalency. This is not a time for singing kumbaya. This is a time for Donald Trump and the

00:49:21.680 Trump administration to continue their push to make America great again. And that's what Charlie

00:49:27.360 would have wanted. What's, uh, what is, uh, Ben, what is Dave's social media, where they get his,

00:49:33.180 where they get all those movies and his books, all your movies and your books, where do people find

00:49:38.620 you, sir? You know, uh, citizen united.org. Uh, you can see all of our stuff. Uh, Steve,

00:49:44.760 I do want to talk to you about, um, you know, thinking of a way to, to, to make a film utilizing

00:49:53.620 this moment. And I think you and I have to put our heads together and put it together real soon.

00:49:58.180 Uh, the great Matthew Taylor, I see the great Matthew Taylor over here. Um, this is, this is a,

00:50:04.880 um, this is an incredible moment in time. And I think we have Steve, you and I have to think about

00:50:09.480 how we, uh, really capture it and, and, and make it, um, uh, important for the American people.

00:50:18.220 I'll talk to you, uh, after the vigil tonight, Dave Bossie. Thank you so much. Ben Burkwam,

00:50:22.260 you hang right there at Kennedy center. Maybe you grab Matthew Taylor. We're going to take a

00:50:26.660 short commercial break. We're going out with something you hear every day as we toss

00:50:31.980 from the war room to, uh, Charlie Kirk show, the Charlie Kirk, uh, bagpipes from his, um,

00:50:41.860 ancestral Scotland, which by the way is having, uh, vigils for Charlie Kirk. We're going to take

00:50:48.800 a short commercial break. Uh, we've got Jim Hoff, a gateway pundit. We have Brian Kennedy. We've got

00:50:53.820 Jack Pasovic. We're going to have more interviews from the Kennedy center. We're probably, I don't

00:50:59.780 know, 30 minutes away from, uh, the start of the prayer vigil. We will be here throughout it.

00:51:05.960 Then with a summary afterwards, short commercial break. We're going to leave you now with Charlie

00:51:10.200 in his bagpipes.

00:51:11.340 ¶¶

00:51:41.340 What if he had the brightest mind in the War Room, delivering critical financial research every month?

00:51:47.740 Steve Bannon here. War Room listeners know Jim Rickards. I love this guy.

00:51:52.000 He's our wise man, a former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.

00:51:59.120 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.

00:52:08.320 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency and your financial future.

00:52:16.680 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.

00:52:28.260 Right now, War Room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.

00:52:34.420 This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.

00:52:39.760 I read it. You should read it.

00:52:41.860 Time is running out. Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:52:44.540 That's all one word, Rickards War Room, Rickards with an S.

00:52:47.920 Go now and claim your free book.

00:52:50.340 That's RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:52:52.900 Do it today.

00:52:53.460 It is Sunday, 14 September, in the year of our Lord, 2025.

00:53:13.040 That's Charlie Kirk's famous bagpipes you hear on his show every day as we tossed here on Rural America's Voice at high noon to the Charlie Kirk Show, five days a week.

00:53:23.520 We will toss to it tomorrow.

00:53:25.720 I don't think they've announced they're going to have some very special folks sitting in with the Turning Point team this week as we tossed them.

00:53:34.820 I think more about that later.

00:53:36.400 I want to go to—so we're going to go back to the Kennedy Center, the vigil, prayer vigil, with many luminaries from the Trump administration and others around town that knew Charlie are going to be there and give a few remarks.

00:53:48.120 There will be some prayers, some music.

00:53:50.300 As Sean Foyt's put this together, we'll probably start at the bottom of the hour, about 6.30.

00:53:54.400 I think they're getting people in, but as soon as they do, we'll go live to the stage.

00:53:58.480 I want to bring in Jim Hoff.

00:53:59.880 Jim, you and I have known each other since the early days of the Andrew Breitbart revolution, the Tea Party revolution, of which, by the way, you were one of the founders in St. Louis in the very first gathering.

00:54:10.960 I always tell people that guys like Charlie Kirk—you know, we've had two in my lifetime.

00:54:16.060 You've had Andrew Breitbart, and you've had Charlie Kirk, and, of course, Donald Trump.

00:54:21.340 These individuals come along once a generation, once every hundred years.

00:54:25.200 They're just—they're that unique.

00:54:26.480 And I think you can see from the explosion throughout the world and just kind of self-organizing these vigils, remembrances of Charlie,

00:54:34.300 and, quite frankly, most importantly today, people returning to church, shows you the power of his personality and his teaching and how humble he was.

00:54:41.960 He was a guy I knew very well and never bragged about himself, never talked about himself.

00:54:46.500 Just very, very, very humble.

00:54:48.500 One thing, Jim, I wanted to have you on today is that all over the media and the mainstream media is about— 0.70

00:54:54.600 and one of the reasons that Charlie Kirk was assassinating cold blood is that Charlie Kirk was a hater and that particularly he hated gay people.

00:55:00.820 Do you have any thoughts on that or any eyewitness accounts of this?

00:55:07.320 Thank you, Steve, for having me on.

00:55:09.100 It's such a sad time.

00:55:11.500 You know, I was looking through my text messages today from Charlie, and something popped out to me.

00:55:19.520 This was a couple years ago.

00:55:21.440 He was at his events, and he would be attacked by some fringe group was attacking him, and they'd be crude, and they'd like to ask him about gays and gay rights and gay sex acts and put him on the spot.

00:55:41.560 They thought that that would be a good way to take Charlie Kirk down. 0.72

00:55:44.140 And, you know, Charlie, he could have folded.

00:55:49.760 He could have said, you know, he could have said, you know, I don't want to be around gays or anything. 1.00

00:55:56.800 You know, there's people who might do something like that.

00:55:59.940 Charlie held his ground, and he took them on.

00:56:03.240 And I actually sent you a message then that he sent me, and it was a tweet, and it includes the video of Charlie responding to one of these guys.

00:56:14.720 And I was thinking to myself, you know, Charlie didn't have to do that.

00:56:19.180 I don't talk about my sexuality.

00:56:23.180 I run Gateway Punnett.

00:56:25.320 It's one of the most powerful conservative websites in the country and the world.

00:56:30.520 And I don't talk about my, you know, who I am as a person and who I am my partner or anything.

00:56:39.120 But Charlie knew this, and he sent it to me.

00:56:42.480 And I just thought, what a kind moment.

00:56:45.620 And that's who Charlie was. 1.00

00:56:47.920 So when I hear someone like Stephen King, that asshole, talk about how Charlie wanted to kill gays and have them stoned, it's not just that what the media is saying is not true, because it's not true. 0.99

00:57:04.700 These are lies about Charlie, just like there are lies about you and lies about me all the time. 1.00

00:57:10.140 It's not just that it's not true, but it's the exact opposite.

00:57:13.820 Charlie stood up for gays.

00:57:15.200 And I think that's very important that people understand that.

00:57:19.080 I think that's very important that the gay community understands that.

00:57:22.160 I think it's important that the critical mass that is waking up in America understands that.

00:57:27.920 Charlie was not someone out there who is spitting on gays.

00:57:32.280 He was somebody or any other group.

00:57:34.900 Charlie was welcoming.

00:57:35.920 He started so many groups like, you know, that he took a he filled the White House with some black conservatives for one event.

00:57:44.100 He filled a group with pastors, but he wasn't shy to support somebody, you know, and wasn't afraid to say that he supported gays.

00:57:57.100 I just it was very moving to me.

00:57:59.680 That's who Charlie Kirk was.

00:58:00.980 And I saw that today that got me teared up a little bit because he was a truly great man and we're going to miss him.

00:58:08.100 And so thank you for having me on today.

00:58:11.860 Really.

00:58:15.420 Moving event and I'll miss Charlie.

00:58:17.820 Jim, as Gateway Pundit's always doing, like you said, you're one of the most influential conservative news sites.

00:58:28.980 You had great coverage of Turning Point and Charlie over the years.

00:58:32.060 You guys have been all over this investigation.

00:58:34.060 And I'm going to tell the audience tomorrow we're really going to get into it.

00:58:36.640 We've been working all weekend behind the scenes.

00:58:38.580 If people should know, there's I think a lot of things are going to or some things are going to happen tomorrow.

00:58:42.360 They've been different up until the last 24 hours.

00:58:47.440 But can we talk about this story?

00:58:48.860 And if Denver, I think we have it.

00:58:50.080 If you can put up what's what's the story that you're breaking on on Gateway Pundit this afternoon?

00:58:56.180 Well, Steve, there wasn't just one mass killing by a transsexual in the past year in the same location. 0.99

00:59:03.600 This is the second one.

00:59:05.260 There was another person.

00:59:07.640 She went by the name Mia Bailey.

00:59:09.980 She shot both of her parents in a neighboring town.

00:59:14.400 And then when she was caught, she was caught in the same town as where this guy's parents live.

00:59:22.300 So this isn't the only trans mass murder in the past year or trans murder in the past year in this location.

00:59:31.760 So what's going on?

00:59:32.900 And we've done a lot of digging into some of these groups that these people were communicating in.

00:59:39.600 And we think it's a much wider network than what we're hearing about already.

00:59:48.860 Jim, there's a lot of questions.

00:59:50.320 And we're going to get into that.

00:59:51.060 You know, you got Michael Savage.

00:59:52.140 You have all these Army Special Forces.

00:59:54.600 The videos don't kind of add up to the narrative.

00:59:57.000 I hope that that is going to be put forward tomorrow by the FBI and the Department of Justice.

01:00:02.420 And I think we get a clear context of really having professionals instead of the governor of Utah make these presentations.

01:00:08.800 Because right now, I think there's a lot of Gateway Pundit readers and a lot of the Warren Posse.

01:00:14.500 They're just sitting there going, you know, this looks almost too convenient.

01:00:18.020 You got you got you got a guy that's converted to Antifa.

01:00:21.180 He's been radicalized by Antifa. 0.56

01:00:22.500 He's living with a tranny who happens to be a furry. 1.00

01:00:25.820 You've got all this evidence that just kind of pops up and still like the guys in the Discord chat aren't rolled up yet.

01:00:33.080 Like the Boston Marathon bomber roommates were.

01:00:36.560 So there's a lot of questions to be asked.

01:00:38.960 But you've hit on something with your coverage this afternoon as I've been over at Gateway Pundit.

01:00:43.480 And now you see online people are finally talking about it. 0.58

01:00:47.160 This this transgender, almost terrorist, violent. 1.00

01:00:53.320 I don't know if it's an organization or self organizing, but the hate and the violence coming out of this group nationwide. 0.89

01:00:59.420 And like you said, what you brought up today that happened, I think, in Orem didn't even make national forget national.

01:01:05.940 I'm not even sure I've made regional news that big.

01:01:07.940 But this violence is much broader, much deeper, much more hate filled than anybody's ever anticipated.

01:01:13.900 And this is including us watching the Minneapolis shooting, the Nashville shooting.

01:01:18.360 This thing is actually metastasizing at an increasing rate, sir.

01:01:22.600 Yeah, absolutely.

01:01:25.700 And we do find we did find out that they are, like I said, communicating on these platforms like Stream, which is a video platform.

01:01:34.560 And we we looked into this.

01:01:37.900 I guess it's Steam, not Stream.

01:01:39.960 And something I don't even know anything about.

01:01:42.900 Basically, it's it's one of these video chat groups.

01:01:45.500 And and we also found out that people were talking on that same platform in that same group of transsexuals before Charlie was shot and directly afterwards about about the shooting before before before this man was even captured. 0.70

01:02:04.900 So it's it's it's really interesting.

01:02:06.640 I understand that Kash Patel and the FBI now is investigating this this group, this Steam group.

01:02:13.420 So that's good.

01:02:14.780 I think it's a I think it's a great lead and I'm sure they're going to find out quite a bit.

01:02:21.180 Are you is your reporting so far leads you guys to believe that the people in this group might have had foreknowledge of this, that that this was something that didn't come as a surprise to them?

01:02:33.380 Well, we we we absolutely have found some comments that were put up early.

01:02:38.860 This was Cassandra Fairbanks who did this excellent work.

01:02:41.920 She continues to do a deep dive into this at Gateway Pundit.

01:02:46.340 And yes, I do believe that there was foreknowledge.

01:02:49.140 And like I said, I think they're going to find out quite a bit once they start looking at this group and these other groups that these transsexuals have been on, these radical transsexuals who, you know, ended up then.

01:03:04.540 Now we know what they're you know, they're they're angry at Charlie Kirk.

01:03:08.500 They're angry at us.

01:03:09.380 And Charlie Kirk is dead.

01:03:12.080 They shot him in the head and it's just awful.

01:03:14.640 Jim, your social media and where do people go to Gateway Pundit?

01:03:21.180 Because your coverage is unparalleled and you've got a big team over there on the investigation of all this.

01:03:27.740 Of course, you'll be with us for all the vigils, et cetera.

01:03:31.120 Where do people go?

01:03:31.760 It's thegatewaypundit.com and you can find us on Getter and Twitter, X, as Gateway Pundit and several others.

01:03:44.240 But most of our reporting of this will be breaking it at thegatewaypundit.com.

01:03:50.660 Jim Hoft, the founder, publisher, I think still editor in chief of the Gateway Pundit, one of the originals, along with Andrew Breitbart.

01:04:00.200 Thank you, sir.

01:04:02.660 God bless you, Steve.

01:04:05.760 Thank you, brother.

01:04:07.420 Andrew Breitbart and Charlie Kirk.

01:04:10.260 Two of a kind.

01:04:12.160 They come along once a generation.

01:04:14.400 You can't replace them.

01:04:15.340 What you have to do is take their work and go forward.

01:04:20.420 You saw with Erica Kirk her amazing remarks the other night live, I might add.

01:04:26.940 There are very few people on this globe that can do what she did.

01:04:29.920 It was just incredible.

01:04:31.580 Charlie's partner should be taking Turning Point forward.

01:04:35.700 And I think you could say it's in very good and safe hands.

01:04:39.880 We're going to take a short break.

01:04:41.060 We'll return to the Kennedy Center for the prayer vigil in the nation's capital for Charlie Kirk.

01:04:46.260 I've got American faith in America's heart.

01:04:54.040 Okay, welcome back to our coverage of the prayer vigil for Charlie Kirk in our nation's capital in the Kennedy Center.

01:05:19.360 I think Nick Sorter said it best.

01:05:24.420 You know, this is kind of the temple of secular humanism.

01:05:28.940 It is pretty shocking to know that we're going to have a prayer vigil today with some of the top evangelical preachers.

01:05:37.320 It's going to be quite extraordinary.

01:05:38.940 Sean Foyt, who we had on first, a friend of the show.

01:05:42.220 We've had him many times, followed him around the country, is going to kick things off.

01:05:46.540 I think he'll be the prayer leader.

01:05:47.700 However, let's go to David Zier.

01:05:49.700 David Zier is actually inside the theater at the Kennedy Center momentarily at the bottom of the hour.

01:05:56.640 As soon as we have Real America's Voice, we have a couple of cameras there.

01:06:00.020 As soon as they begin the ceremony, begin the event, we will go live to the stage.

01:06:05.160 We will be here, if I need to, I'll make some commentary during the event.

01:06:10.300 It should take about an hour, maybe 90 minutes.

01:06:12.240 We're going to be here afterwards to wrap up with maybe certain dignitaries that are there that we can get and get some feedback.

01:06:18.780 And also from the War Room Posse and the RAV audience that is there right now.

01:06:23.620 David Zier, put us in the room, sir.

01:06:27.440 The line was wrapped around the building earlier.

01:06:30.060 They're filing into the concert hall here at the Kennedy Center.

01:06:34.480 And this room holds about 2,500 plus, I believe.

01:06:39.400 And over 3,000 people have registered.

01:06:41.700 So it's going to be, you know, a full house here.

01:06:45.620 And waiting for the program to start at about 6.30.

01:06:49.360 It's about a two-hour program.

01:06:52.400 And Sean Foyt will be one of the opening people and the closing for the evening here.

01:06:58.000 And as you were saying, there's a long list of people here and notables.

01:07:03.060 I don't know if you went over earlier, you know, like Tulsi Gabbard and RFK, Andy Biggs and Anna Paulina, Carrie Lake, Jake Hoffman, Eli Crean.

01:07:12.460 A lot of people will be here.

01:07:14.020 And this will be a – I bet there won't be a dry eye in the house for Charlie Kirk.

01:07:20.740 David, I want to bring this up.

01:07:26.020 Was there any special security precautions coming into this?

01:07:29.000 I mean, it seats 3,000 people.

01:07:30.740 You are in the nation's capital.

01:07:32.340 They're – you know, particularly the local media there, the Washington Post.

01:07:36.340 There's been a lot of hate and discontent.

01:07:39.420 I think the New York Times today, there's up online some true hater they had write an op-ed.

01:07:45.280 Is your sense any raised level of security?

01:07:51.200 Yes, absolutely.

01:07:52.640 And they're very organized here.

01:07:54.260 And the staff is, you know, watching everyone closely, where you're not supposed to go.

01:07:59.120 I did hear reports earlier Secret Service was on site and that security has been beefed up for this event.

01:08:06.840 I think everybody's always on edge, you know, this weekend here in D.C. and others.

01:08:13.620 So – but the staff seems to have their act together here.

01:08:17.880 And, again, you know, tight security.

01:08:21.040 Went through the metal detectors and got wanded.

01:08:24.920 Had to put our electronics aside.

01:08:27.500 Went through our bags.

01:08:29.460 Definitely – definitely tight security, yes.

01:08:32.860 David, throughout the country, these have been self-organizing over the last couple days.

01:08:39.140 Throughout the world, they've really been amazing.

01:08:41.380 Some have been very joyous.

01:08:42.780 Some have been somber.

01:08:44.460 What is the feeling there in the concert hall at the Kennedy Center, sir?

01:08:51.780 I believe that everybody's still in shock.

01:08:54.640 People are going about their business here to pay respects for Charlie Kirk.

01:09:00.640 I think a lot of people are still processing this and how to handle it.

01:09:05.560 And there are organic groups.

01:09:07.820 A lot of these people here, I'm sure, are involved not only in their local community, but on the national stage in the response for this.

01:09:15.600 And, you know, it's, like, very organic, like MAGA was organic.

01:09:22.760 And, you know, these people, you know, they're tired of being told they're the bad people for being the good people, Steve.

01:09:30.800 And that's the message that Charlie brought to the students, right, when you couldn't go on campus 10 years ago without a table getting ripped up or, you know, collapsed on you.

01:09:40.580 So I think these people are the good people of America, and they want to make sure that this doesn't happen again.

01:09:50.140 David, hang on.

01:09:51.040 I'm going to go to Brian Kennedy.

01:09:52.780 Brian, you ran Claremont.

01:09:55.240 The Claremont Institute is kind of the, you know, the intellectual center.

01:10:00.080 It's become one of the intellectual center of MAGA, but for years has been the intellectual center of the conservative movement.

01:10:07.220 I don't remember if Charlie was a Lincoln scholar or not.

01:10:10.100 But I know that he learned a lot from Andrew Breitbart and from others that were.

01:10:15.220 What is your take on the life and work of Charlie Kirk?

01:10:19.660 Well, look, Steve, first of all, thank you for doing this today.

01:10:22.980 I think Charlie Kirk was a great man.

01:10:25.400 He was a Lincoln fellow of the Claremont Institute back in 2021.

01:10:29.980 Andrew Breitbart was a Lincoln fellow, I would say, also back a decade before.

01:10:34.620 Both of them were warriors who believed in the country, what was good about the country.

01:10:42.240 And in the case of Charlie, Charlie's project was to remoralize this nation.

01:10:48.900 He saw that it had been demoralized, and he wanted to remoralize it.

01:10:52.820 And that's a project that was near and dear to the heart of President Trump and the MAGA movement.

01:10:59.120 The goal of MAGA is to remoralize the country, to teach Americans that they have a good country that's worth defending.

01:11:05.560 Now, I would say maybe in disagreement with some of the earlier folks who said Charlie was not a threat.

01:11:12.100 Charlie was a threat.

01:11:13.740 He represented a recovery in this country of limited constitutional government, of a decency, a morality, a pro-family agenda that the American left finds abhorrent.

01:11:26.580 And President Trump was, I think, spot on on Fox News when he said that we're in a war and that there are terrorist elements in this country that would like to destroy this country.

01:11:37.440 Well, I would say to you, Steve, that you will know that we are in a war if there are 100 lawyers today, right now, at the DOJ or the FBI who are working around the clock to figure out how to dismantle the criminal parts of the American left,

01:11:58.300 whether it's George and Alexander Soros, or Arabella Advisors and the way they put dark money into the system, or their funding of Antifa and a variety of other left-wing causes.

01:12:11.820 You'll know you're in a war if they're finding out right now what is really going on and how you dismantle that.

01:12:18.680 This cannot be business as usual.

01:12:21.700 They have killed a leader of MAGA in a most brutal way.

01:12:25.900 And until you signal to our side that you're going to take this seriously, sure, you can find the killer in that network, and that will yield you something.

01:12:38.540 I think at the end of the day, there has to be justice for Charlie, and that will be it.

01:12:43.720 But if you really want to help save this country, you'll dismantle those networks that are operational today.

01:12:51.700 There is a Communist Party in this country.

01:12:53.880 There is Antifa.

01:12:55.620 There is the Muslim Brotherhood.

01:12:57.720 There are the Democratic Socialists of America.

01:13:00.380 These people have networks.

01:13:01.900 They have funding.

01:13:03.520 They have operatives operating at a variety of levels that are piece by piece taking this country apart still today.

01:13:11.940 The Trump administration, for all the good things it's done, is not doing this with the speed and diligence that's going to be required to actually make that a reality.

01:13:25.460 I think Charlie was pointing to this.

01:13:27.400 He understood this.

01:13:28.400 And if we're going to honor his memory at all, we have to do the necessary steps to make sure that the American left is defunded.

01:13:37.660 We're not going to silence anyone, but we're going to make sure that they're not breaking the law and that these networks are not going to, on a regular basis, be able to inspire these demons on the left that are going to create this kind of violence.

01:13:53.160 But that, on a broader level, are operating within our government today to make sure that our freedoms are being abridged and that they're going to look to the future to make sure that they can win elections in 2026 and 2028.

01:14:08.740 That was what made Charlie dangerous.

01:14:10.800 Charlie understood all those things.

01:14:14.720 What – and Brian, I asked you, we're going to go a moment or take a short commercial break in a moment and then come back and go right to the main stage.

01:14:21.960 I think they'll be ready to kick things off for the prayer vigil.

01:14:26.360 Tomorrow morning, what would you like – what are the top two or three things you would like President Trump and the administration to do to start to dismantle this,

01:14:33.460 to get serious about not just tracking down the assassins, but really the infrastructure underneath it, the financing underneath it?

01:14:41.440 Because you can see from Luigi Mangioni to what's happening in New York with the Working People's Party and the DSA,

01:14:48.900 there's a rise of dangerous radicalism in this country.

01:14:52.200 What would you propose is done, sir?

01:14:55.380 Well, between the Treasury Department and the FBI and the DOJ,

01:14:59.100 there are how many billions of dollars being put into this political network that exists on the left.

01:15:07.060 They need to track that down today.

01:15:09.000 They need to bring in both Soros' for questioning today or tomorrow morning.

01:15:15.960 But there better be lawyers today working on this to make sure that that's a reality.

01:15:20.300 And, look, you can't spend $2 billion or $3 billion a year on these kind of operations without somebody know what's going on.

01:15:29.600 We've got to fix the FBI.

01:15:31.280 We've got to fix the DOJ.

01:15:33.240 We've got to take these things seriously.

01:15:35.640 Ask Scott Besson and his team to make sure that that money is not flowing to the wrong sources.

01:15:40.720 Find out where the money is flowing.

01:15:42.500 Stop its flow today.

01:15:44.600 And the president has to get his team in order right away.

01:15:48.420 Okay.

01:15:50.300 Brian Kennedy, you're going to hang with me.

01:15:53.060 But what is your social media?

01:15:54.220 I want to make sure everybody gets to your content.

01:15:56.980 We're the smartest guys in the MAGA movement.

01:15:59.380 Where do people go?

01:16:01.400 On X, it's Brian T. Kennedy 1.

01:16:03.840 And on Getter, it's Brian T. Kennedy.

01:16:05.880 Thank you, Steve.

01:16:08.420 Brian, hang around.

01:16:09.340 Okay.

01:16:09.620 We're going to take a short commercial break.

01:16:10.860 We're going to go out with Nicole Newgrady's Modern Day Holy War. 0.97

01:16:14.500 Kind of a prescient song, was it not?

01:16:16.160 We're going to return and go to the main stage at the Kennedy Concert Hall, where the prayer

01:16:23.140 vigil for Charlie Kirk and our nation's capital will commence.

01:16:28.220 Back in a moment.

01:16:28.920 Open your eyes, no time to be blind.

01:16:31.600 Open your mind to see.

01:16:35.220 We're in a modern day, holy war.

01:16:39.500 Coming after your mind to find your soul.

01:16:44.940 Oh, oh, it's true.

01:16:50.100 Modern day, holy war.

01:16:53.380 Modern day, holy war.

01:17:23.380 It's Sunday, 14th September, in the year of our Lord, 2025.

01:17:32.880 No one obviously thought last, what was it, Thursday morning, and particularly when we

01:17:40.680 tossed to the Charlie Kirk show at noon from the war room that we've done for years, that

01:17:47.480 on Sunday evening, we would be in a prayer vigil in the Temple of Secular Humanism, the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., with an overflowing massive crowd coming to a vigil for Charlie Kirk because of his assassination.

01:18:03.940 Let's go to our own Ben Berquam, who's outside of the Kennedy Center as MAGA fills in.

01:18:12.220 Ben, I think we're going to start a little late because they're going to take a while to get these folks in there.

01:18:15.980 Is it not, sir?

01:18:16.560 Yeah, Steve, just to show you, so this was supposed to start right now, but the line, just to get in here, it goes through these doors back here.

01:18:25.440 General Mission loops around the building inside, comes out here, goes down to the end of the Kennedy Building, and then it comes all the way back and goes out the other side of the Kennedy Building.

01:18:36.040 So we're talking, I mean, if they're wanting to start this thing with everyone inside, we're talking probably at least 20 minutes, half an hour, and more people keep coming.

01:18:44.700 We've got busloads of people that have come in just for this event.

01:18:48.120 They've traveled in just for this event.

01:18:49.740 So, yes, it's incredible.

01:18:54.680 Here's what's really incredible, Ben.

01:18:56.440 You talk about the self-organizing all over the world from Korea, young kids in the streets of Korea chanting Charlie's name to Long Island, to Hyde Park in the United Kingdom. 0.96

01:19:07.280 This just came about, what, in the last 24 hours, and you have buses of people coming in.

01:19:11.680 They've chartered buses, and you have this massive crowd on a Sunday afternoon of which NFL football and so many other things people have to do.

01:19:20.200 So can you go online?

01:19:21.620 Let's go talk to some of the war room posse that's out there. 0.97

01:19:26.440 Yeah, I will.

01:19:27.740 Before we do, real quick, though, I just want to touch on something you asked Dave and you asked Nick.

01:19:32.420 You can't, this idea of kumbaya with these guys, you can't kumbaya with evil.

01:19:37.380 You can't compromise with evil.

01:19:39.160 That is what has gotten us to this point.

01:19:41.000 It's why the Republican Party has fallen, and it's why MAGA ascended.

01:19:44.820 It's because we compromised with evil too long, and now Charlie Kirk is dead because of it.

01:19:49.460 Unless you want to die, that's the ultimate, that's what compromise with evil is.

01:19:54.340 That's what compromise with the left is. 0.97

01:19:55.960 It's choosing suicide.

01:19:57.360 We cannot do that, but we have to do it in a righteous way.

01:20:00.520 But let's go down here and just talk to some of the folks.

01:20:02.440 Hold on, hold on.

01:20:02.900 Do you guys mind?

01:20:03.620 You don't have to be—

01:20:04.280 Ben, hang on one second.

01:20:05.500 Ben, hang on one second.

01:20:07.480 I want to follow up on that.

01:20:08.920 You went and covered—you know, you were there with Charlie on the recount in Arizona.

01:20:13.440 You did all these Turning Point events.

01:20:15.680 Mo went to all these Turning Point events.

01:20:17.740 We went to many of them.

01:20:19.480 We did live.

01:20:20.500 You know, as you remember, you were there.

01:20:22.060 We did live at all the big Turning Point events.

01:20:24.820 Charlie Kirk—here's what I tell people.

01:20:27.080 Charlie Kirk was the most humble, decent, good man, one of the best I've ever met.

01:20:32.120 If they're going to assassinate and gun down Charlie Kirk at 31 years old, a father-loving husband with two small children, one, what, three years old, the other one-year-old, they'll kill—they'll murder anybody.

01:20:46.180 They targeted the best that we have to offer, the best this country has to offer.

01:20:52.540 And that's what I say.

01:20:53.220 There's no compromise.

01:20:54.060 You can't compromise with that.

01:20:55.720 And people, these politicians on TV that say, oh, no, we need unity, there's nothing to unify with.

01:21:02.840 There is nothing to unify.

01:21:04.140 Unless you want to unify with evil, unless you want to unify with demons and satanic powers, then tell me what you're unifying with.

01:21:12.220 This is not about unity.

01:21:13.700 This is about victory.

01:21:14.640 Ben Berkwa.

01:21:16.980 Yeah, no, it's, you know, it's cliche now, but it's the Wilt Chamberlain, you know, it's peace in our time.

01:21:22.400 That's what they're asking us to do.

01:21:23.900 They're asking us to turn our backs and get shot in the back or stabbed in the back, and we won't do it. 0.86

01:21:29.720 We've done it for too long. 0.94

01:21:31.060 We've seen it too many times.

01:21:32.280 I've been doing this.

01:21:33.160 You've been doing this.

01:21:33.880 I've been attacked.

01:21:34.560 I've got the stitches and the spit in my mouth to prove it.

01:21:37.980 I've been attacked in a hundred different ways by these people, and there is no compromise.

01:21:42.360 In fact, there's not even any common ground.

01:21:44.120 I started my action actually on college campuses as well, and I would go out and just try to find common ground.

01:21:50.020 And for trying to do that, I was attacked.

01:21:52.940 I had my hat, my MAGA hat stolen.

01:21:56.200 I got beat over the head with sticks.

01:21:58.160 You know, you look at that, and I had to make the choice early on in my career.

01:22:01.320 Was this worth it?

01:22:02.260 Is it worth putting my life on the line to do this fight?

01:22:05.660 And ultimately, I came down to, I have to.

01:22:08.420 I'm a husband and a father.

01:22:09.660 I'm the protector of my wife and my children.

01:22:11.820 I have to do this.

01:22:12.940 It's what God has called me to do to be that protector in my family and the protector for this nation.

01:22:17.580 If we don't do it, if the men of this nation don't rise up and stand up and say, no more, not on our watch.

01:22:23.660 We're not having it.

01:22:24.800 Yeah, we follow the God of the New Testament and the Old Testament, and there's a time for righteousness.

01:22:31.060 There's a time for mercy, but there's also a time for wrath.

01:22:34.100 We follow God's word in that, but ultimately, it's the men's job, the protectors of this nation, to stand up and fight this fight.

01:22:44.380 Ben, let's get to some of the posse and some of the MAGA movement folks that are in line.

01:22:52.700 We're going to go down the line.

01:22:53.940 Now, you don't have to say it.

01:22:55.000 I know it's a tough day, but we're trying to find out what Charlie meant to you and what this night means to you.

01:23:01.060 Moms for Liberty. 1.00

01:23:02.900 I'm Moms for Liberty, Cumberland County, chapter chair.

01:23:06.640 Charlie Kirk was the leader of a movement that started almost everything for all of us, other movements that we joined up together.

01:23:15.500 And he meant everything to us.

01:23:17.920 And I want to say a Bible verse.

01:23:19.860 That's what that verse is.

01:23:21.000 It's Romans 8, 28.

01:23:22.660 For all things work together for good to them that love the Lord, for those who are called according to his purpose.

01:23:27.740 And he was called for this purpose.

01:23:29.760 And I'm going to rejoice that he is in heaven with his heavenly Father.

01:23:34.940 And I'm going to rejoice because I believe our country is at a turning point.

01:23:39.620 And I think people are going to see Jesus more than ever and be unafraid to speak because of him.

01:23:48.980 God bless you.

01:23:50.000 Yeah.

01:23:50.420 God bless you.

01:23:53.900 Charlie Kirk reminded me a lot of my son.

01:23:55.840 He was the same age as my son.

01:23:57.020 My son had passed away when he was 22.

01:23:59.200 But the boldness that Charlie Kirk had to preach the gospel, everything he talked about, he segued into the gospel.

01:24:06.200 And that, to me, was, like, so powerful.

01:24:08.840 And it just shows that we need to be bold as Christians.

01:24:12.100 We need to speak out.

01:24:13.080 We need to use our voice to reach people for Jesus Christ.

01:24:16.200 And that, to me, makes him the martyr that he was.

01:24:21.800 His life seemed to exemplify everything that he preached.

01:24:26.900 And I just, it is a sad loss.

01:24:30.320 But what it has stirred up, what the movement that this has created, I just pray that those that have listened to him will take heed to his most earnest plea to them, and that is seek Christ.

01:24:49.620 Seek Jesus Christ.

01:24:51.060 Find out who he is.

01:24:51.860 If this many people are talking about him, you ought to know who he is.

01:24:55.420 Find out who he is.

01:24:56.780 He's everything he's ever promised to be.

01:24:58.920 And Jesus Christ is alive.

01:25:01.140 If Jesus is alive, then Charlie Kirk is alive.

01:25:05.240 And Jesus Christ is alive.

01:25:07.080 So Charlie Kirk is alive.

01:25:08.720 And I will see him again.

01:25:10.040 And I thank God for that, for that assurance.

01:25:11.820 My answer is very quick.

01:25:18.120 I am not a perfect messenger.

01:25:20.000 A lot of us aren't.

01:25:21.660 We're all sinners.

01:25:23.020 But Charlie Kirk has reminded me how important it is to share the gospel and to love like Jesus and to just tell people about Jesus.

01:25:32.800 And I'm going to make sure my son knows that and make sure I grow him and let him become that kind of man that he shares the gospel with others as well.

01:25:40.040 And because everything else is not a kingdom issue, but that is.

01:25:43.240 And we're grateful to Charlie for showing us how to do that with grace.

01:25:48.020 Thank you for doing this.

01:25:49.680 What's your son's name?

01:25:50.640 This is Grant.

01:25:51.520 Grant.

01:25:51.960 Lord, we just pray a special blessing on Grant, on all the young people of this nation.

01:25:56.280 Lord, bless and keep them.

01:25:57.880 Make your face to shine upon them.

01:25:59.160 Be gracious unto them.

01:26:00.160 And raise Grant and this next generation up into the warriors that you'd have them to be.

01:26:04.680 In Jesus' name, amen.

01:26:06.760 Thank you, Lord.

01:26:07.520 Thank you.

01:26:08.340 Amen.

01:26:08.540 Thank you.

01:26:10.040 You guys want to jump in, what Charlie meant to you, why you're here today?

01:26:14.060 No pressure, but.

01:26:15.720 Thank you.

01:26:16.280 You're welcome.

01:26:17.980 You want me to hold you shut?

01:26:18.980 Sure, thanks.

01:26:20.500 No pressure.

01:26:21.340 We are live.

01:26:22.380 No, no, no.

01:26:23.100 You're good.

01:26:23.700 I mean, Charlie means my generation.

01:26:27.040 I'm 32, so I've followed him since we both, since he started and we were both growing up through college,

01:26:33.660 which is a really hard time for a lot of young people.

01:26:35.540 And he, to me, he means that we can share who we are and what we believe.

01:26:40.280 And unfortunately, he was not able to share that in a way that everyone accepted.

01:26:47.040 But he shared it with an astounding amount of people, and his legacy is going to live on forever.

01:26:53.780 What's your name?

01:26:54.380 Where are you from?

01:26:55.040 My name's Jessica, and I'm from Alabama.

01:26:56.980 Did you come just for this?

01:26:58.720 No, I was already here, but glad to be able to attend this event.

01:27:02.680 God bless you.

01:27:05.120 Steve, just look at this line.

01:27:06.520 It's everybody.

01:27:07.240 You've got young people.

01:27:08.420 You've got their families.

01:27:09.820 You've got parents.

01:27:10.520 You've got kids.

01:27:11.300 You've got grandparents.

01:27:12.780 You've got everybody.

01:27:13.680 The amount of people that Charlie Kirk touched, the ripples we will never see.

01:27:18.460 We'll never know the end until we get to heaven.

01:27:20.380 But it's incredible.

01:27:22.440 Ben, hold right there.

01:27:25.180 That commentary is better than anything we've had.

01:27:27.480 So you just stick right there.

01:27:28.940 Hang on.

01:27:29.260 We're going to take a short commercial break.

01:27:31.280 We're going to return in a moment.

01:27:32.900 We're going to go to the Kennedy Center.

01:27:34.800 We're going to start a little late, as you can tell, because of the overwhelming number of people.

01:27:39.500 I don't know how they're going to get them in the concert hall.

01:27:41.260 I think they'll have an overflow room because there are thousands and thousands and thousands.

01:27:47.420 They had 3,000 in advance, just like many more have shown up.

01:27:51.220 We're going to show everything, of course.

01:27:54.160 Take a short commercial break.

01:27:55.820 Ben's going to return.

01:27:56.540 We're going to return to outside.

01:27:58.780 The best commentary so far has been by, guess what, MAGA.

01:28:02.520 Just people right there self-organizing.

01:28:04.480 Short commercial break.

01:28:05.580 We're going to return to the Kennedy Center for the prayer vigil for Charlie Kirk.

01:28:10.560 Let's tell you we're going to start a little late, but that's okay.

01:28:13.120 This is the kind of night that you hope never ends.

01:28:15.280 Short break.

01:28:15.800 Back in a moment.

01:28:16.260 I'm a liberator, cultivator, freedom knows.

01:28:22.640 So I suggest you take a look inside.

01:28:30.320 Because I think you've changed already.

01:28:34.760 You went and lost your pride.

01:28:37.720 But I'm American made.

01:28:41.040 But I'm American made.

01:28:41.800 I got American part.

01:28:45.820 I got American faith.

01:28:50.040 In America's heart.

01:28:52.960 Okay.

01:29:11.860 Right there you see the stage.

01:29:14.120 Very simple.

01:29:15.140 Charlie Kirk's bagpipes.

01:29:16.320 That's a very simple stage with a podium.

01:29:20.620 Two American flags.

01:29:21.620 A small flower arrangement.

01:29:23.940 To the left is a photo of Charlie and his family.

01:29:26.940 And to the right is a photo of Charlie and the President of the United States.

01:29:30.180 Very, very, very simple.

01:29:31.880 Very powerful.

01:29:33.560 Really want to give a hat tip to the Turning Point team that put this together and did it so classy.

01:29:38.500 We have literally thousands of people outside.

01:29:42.900 And we're going to get them all in.

01:29:44.300 I'm sure they're going to use an overflow.

01:29:45.940 Probably the Opera House there.

01:29:49.020 It will fill up two of the major theaters in the Kennedy Center.

01:29:54.260 Think about that for a second.

01:29:55.580 Let's go to have David Zier.

01:29:57.120 I think I have David Zier inside the center.

01:29:59.780 Is David Zier there?

01:30:00.940 Not?

01:30:01.520 Okay.

01:30:02.340 David Zier's inside.

01:30:03.620 He's got some people to interview.

01:30:04.640 Let's go back outside to Ben Berquam.

01:30:06.460 Ben, who do you have for me?

01:30:09.220 These are the best interviews we've had all day.

01:30:11.700 So let's keep rolling.

01:30:13.960 Yeah.

01:30:14.560 Tell me your name.

01:30:15.400 Where are you from?

01:30:16.220 Hi.

01:30:16.600 My name is Rafi Rubino.

01:30:17.920 I am from Rockville, Maryland.

01:30:19.400 Local DMV, D.C. area person.

01:30:22.180 Yeah.

01:30:22.440 And what did Charlie mean to you?

01:30:23.900 What does Turning Point mean to you?

01:30:26.140 Well, there's a lot of things I could use to describe Charlie Kirk in Turning Point USA.

01:30:32.820 But I'll just keep it concise and brief.

01:30:34.600 So to start off with, I was very honored since I transferred from, for some context, I transferred

01:30:41.360 from Purdue.

01:30:42.720 And Charlie Kirk was one of the, he spoke at Purdue.

01:30:45.360 And my friends, left, center, right, we all had a great time.

01:30:48.300 Like, even though we didn't disagree with all the more left-leaning friends, just didn't

01:30:52.380 disagree with a lot of what he had to say.

01:30:55.340 We all respected his time, effort, and commitment to help unify our nation.

01:31:00.220 So that's what he really meant, unifying this nation.

01:31:03.940 And it's important.

01:31:05.640 And for some of the personal struggles I faced, he truly is an inspiration to me and lots of

01:31:10.520 my peers and people throughout the world.

01:31:12.820 So, yeah.

01:31:14.560 God bless you, man.

01:31:15.660 All right.

01:31:16.060 Appreciate you.

01:31:16.680 Thank you.

01:31:18.200 Steve, we got the line coming here.

01:31:19.560 I just want to show this real quick.

01:31:21.180 You know, this is what it's all about.

01:31:22.880 It's about families, young people.

01:31:25.200 You got the next generation down here.

01:31:26.620 Where are you guys from?

01:31:28.260 Virginia.

01:31:28.920 Virginia.

01:31:29.420 What brings you out?

01:31:30.220 Why does this matter so much to you?

01:31:32.420 Yeah.

01:31:32.920 I mean, I've never personally met Charlie, but I don't know.

01:31:35.740 It's just having seen it, you could feel it, you know.

01:31:40.060 It resonated, and I just had to go pay tribute to you.

01:31:43.260 I mean, the stuff I was watching, it just kind of made me feel like I had to go say.

01:31:48.740 I don't think we're ever going to see, not for a while, someone who was influential and

01:31:54.740 impactful like Charlie was.

01:31:55.980 So I just take this moment to such a moment in history to go and be a part of.

01:32:02.200 How much does it matter for your daughter to be able to raise her up in a conservative,

01:32:07.520 not this woke craziness that's going on in college campuses?

01:32:10.980 Yeah, I was actually thinking about that.

01:32:12.880 I mean, she's just nine months, but like in like five years when she starts this, or four

01:32:16.740 years when she starts school, I just really want her to be a part of like an environment

01:32:21.720 that's healthy for her to grow up in.

01:32:23.280 And it's just, like you're saying, like some of the ideologies of like the wokeness is

01:32:27.700 just, I don't know that I want her to be a part of that.

01:32:30.240 So we were thinking about putting her in like a school through our church instead of going

01:32:34.800 to public.

01:32:35.560 So that's what we homeschool.

01:32:37.460 I can't, I can't recommend that more highly, but God bless you guys.

01:32:41.220 Thank you.

01:32:41.980 How about you guys young?

01:32:43.080 So we're trying to, what, what Charlie meant to you?

01:32:44.920 What TP?

01:32:45.880 You can't be interviewed.

01:32:46.980 Okay.

01:32:47.180 No stress.

01:32:47.640 I love, I love the flowers.

01:32:48.780 Can you?

01:32:50.760 Real America's voice news.

01:32:52.080 Steve, actually Charlie Kirk's channel.

01:32:54.420 Okay.

01:32:54.980 Okay.

01:32:55.220 I'll speak.

01:32:56.300 Hi, I'm Jordan.

01:32:57.160 I'm a senior at the George Washington University studying communications and marketing.

01:33:02.380 I'm from New York city where I grew up indoctrinated in a very democratic ideologies and way of

01:33:07.900 minds and coming here in DC and seeing so many different political views and so many people

01:33:12.060 with so many different opinions really allowed me to open up and understand there's a different

01:33:15.580 side to politics and it's okay to have a different opinion.

01:33:18.920 Thank you.

01:33:19.320 God bless you.

01:33:20.440 I think that's the bottom line.

01:33:21.680 And when I say Charlie Kirk's channel, Charlie Kirk was on our channel, real America's voice

01:33:25.580 news, obviously TP USA is their own event.

01:33:28.120 We've got more people coming through here, Steve, just the beautiful kids.

01:33:32.080 This, again, this is what it's about as a dad.

01:33:34.200 This is what it's about.

01:33:35.420 Why, why, why does this matter so much to you guys?

01:33:37.820 It's her future.

01:33:39.020 We're so excited for this movement and all the people here, all the young people here.

01:33:43.260 Do you think what the enemy meant for evil and murdering Charlie Kirk, do you think that's

01:33:47.460 going to backfire and you're going to have more young people raised, right?

01:33:51.060 Definitely.

01:33:51.800 Yeah.

01:33:52.200 Yeah.

01:33:52.760 Evil never prevails.

01:33:54.160 So we're excited.

01:33:55.680 The devil overplayed his hand.

01:33:57.420 Seen that all over Twitter.

01:33:58.620 It's so, so well put.

01:34:00.200 Yeah.

01:34:00.800 God bless you.

01:34:01.160 Where are you guys from?

01:34:02.400 I'm from Texas, but family's from DC.

01:34:05.800 Yeah.

01:34:06.020 How about anyone else want to jump in, what this means, what Charlie meant to you, what

01:34:10.640 turning point means, why it's worth coming out?

01:34:12.920 I just used to watch him every day at noon on Real America Voice, and I just feel like

01:34:18.040 a son is gone.

01:34:19.880 So we're here to just show support.

01:34:23.520 Thank you for what you do too.

01:34:25.800 God bless you.

01:34:27.060 Guys, you want to jump in?

01:34:28.080 God bless.

01:34:29.140 What Charlie meant to your generation?

01:34:31.500 I mean, just such a huge voice.

01:34:33.840 I know a lot of my friends listen to him.

01:34:36.020 I listen to him a lot, saw him all over social media, and just someone who got conversations

01:34:41.280 started, and that's really what we need now more than ever, is just to talk to one

01:34:45.140 another and figure out ways to move forward.

01:34:47.680 And he was obviously a huge catalyst of that.

01:34:51.160 Thank you.

01:34:52.940 Young man, you want to say why you're here, what Charlie Kirk meant to you?

01:34:56.600 He was my idol.

01:34:58.400 I remember watching his videos, wanting to be like him.

01:35:01.600 I would just see the way he would debate.

01:35:03.420 And he stayed calm while the left was just yelling at him, and he was just so nice about

01:35:09.140 it.

01:35:09.680 And then they hated him so much because he knew he was right, but they just didn't want

01:35:15.660 to admit it.

01:35:16.160 So they ended up hating him, and they just killed him for it.

01:35:19.740 What's your name?

01:35:20.260 How old are you?

01:35:20.940 I'm Bryson Levy.

01:35:21.920 I'm 14.

01:35:22.500 Man, God bless you.

01:35:24.420 Where are you from?

01:35:25.480 I'm from here, Oakton.

01:35:27.620 Man, I pray a blessing on Bryson.

01:35:30.380 Ah, this whole generation, Lord.

01:35:32.220 Raise him up.

01:35:33.040 Give him extra strength, extra power, wisdom and favor, Lord.

01:35:36.760 I just pray your angel armies go with Bryson everywhere you go, brother, that God makes

01:35:41.560 you a man, a warrior for this generation, my man.

01:35:44.220 Thank you.

01:35:45.020 Yeah.

01:35:45.440 What's your name?

01:35:46.260 I'm Ben.

01:35:46.880 Okay.

01:35:47.360 God bless you, man.

01:35:48.800 Steve, this is what it's about, man.

01:35:51.400 It breaks my heart because I've got young kids, too, and I think about his kids, and

01:35:55.260 the thing that breaks my heart the most is my biggest fear.

01:35:58.820 I've said this earlier.

01:36:00.120 Hard thing to say.

01:36:01.860 My biggest fear is what happened to Charlie last week, that I leave my wife and my girls

01:36:05.900 to fend for themselves, to not be able to protect them.

01:36:10.000 And I think about that.

01:36:10.980 I think about what Charlie, what he meant to his family, and it just breaks my heart.

01:36:15.020 But, man, when you hear the impact that he has, and this is just the tip of the iceberg

01:36:19.160 of the stories we're going to be getting.

01:36:21.500 It's just truly incredible.

01:36:23.700 Come here.

01:36:24.080 Come here, brother.

01:36:24.980 Come here.

01:36:25.400 You guys.

01:36:26.180 Come here.

01:36:26.860 I'll walk with you guys.

01:36:28.300 Okay.

01:36:28.580 Hey, Ben.

01:36:29.080 Tell me, what does this mean to you, brother?

01:36:31.960 It means everything.

01:36:33.340 Love.

01:36:33.720 Love is the greatest force.

01:36:35.800 And so this means love.

01:36:37.280 This means not hate, not anger, not vitriol, not vengeance, pure love, and everyone showing

01:36:45.100 up, showing their love.

01:36:46.580 That's what this means today.

01:36:48.700 We can't go back to hatred.

01:36:50.760 We can't go back to that.

01:36:51.760 That solves nothing.

01:36:53.580 We got to be free.

01:36:54.920 And we got to walk in this freedom.

01:36:56.580 And the highest freedom, the Bible says, is love.

01:37:00.220 And that's how we love our brother.

01:37:01.860 Love.

01:37:02.180 Give your life.

01:37:02.720 Yeah, love, love, love.

01:37:04.300 No man, no greater love than this.

01:37:05.980 And a man lay down his life for his friends.

01:37:08.540 It's the greatest love.

01:37:10.240 And that's what Charlie did.

01:37:11.400 I mean, I know he knew the chances and the risk of going out here with thousands and thousands

01:37:16.260 talking and giving his opinion.

01:37:19.020 That's what it was.

01:37:20.560 Everyone had a chance to share their opinion.

01:37:23.280 And so that's love.

01:37:26.100 Wow.

01:37:27.480 Do you want to jump in this, ma'am?

01:37:30.000 Acre car.

01:37:32.140 Rare.

01:37:32.720 It's rare.

01:37:33.560 Bishop Leon Benjamin, God bless you.

01:37:35.180 I love you.

01:37:35.980 All right.

01:37:36.780 Hey.

01:37:37.040 Good scene.

01:37:37.620 Hey.

01:37:37.980 You want to jump in?

01:37:38.640 Yeah, you know what?

01:37:40.040 Charlie basically came out authentically, spoke from spirit.

01:37:44.080 And if anybody throughout this entire nation has learned one thing, is always speak the truth.

01:37:50.660 Tune into spirit.

01:37:51.940 Be authentic.

01:37:52.740 Come from a space of love.

01:37:54.100 But don't shy away from speaking the truth.

01:37:56.680 You're either 100% or you're zero.

01:37:59.560 And that's where he operated from.

01:38:01.300 And he was a good friend of mine.

01:38:02.720 We did the border battles together.

01:38:04.140 Remember the six-part docuseries border battles?

01:38:07.480 But he always was consistent, unwavering.

01:38:10.660 His faith was 100% seated in the rock.

01:38:16.080 This, for us, is a moment in history that he's got...

01:38:19.060 Actually, this whole thing put fire in their gas tanks of the youth.

01:38:23.820 So they're going to be unapologetic.

01:38:26.300 They're not going to shy away from it.

01:38:27.960 And this also, to the politicians that like to play both sides and try to be vanilla about it,

01:38:32.480 you're either lukewarm and God will spit you out, or you speak the truth and don't worry about what it looks like.

01:38:39.340 But cancel culture, the woke side of it is dead.

01:38:42.700 It's over.

01:38:44.120 So step forward even more now, fearless, trusting God because he's got you 100% moment to moment to moment.

01:38:52.520 Tune in spiritually because that's where we all operate from.

01:38:55.200 Love the work you guys are doing.

01:38:56.500 Keep spreading the truth.

01:38:57.380 And just this is how our legacy lives through all of us.

01:39:00.600 Amen.

01:39:01.160 Yes, sir.

01:39:03.300 This is it, guys.

01:39:04.700 And hang on for one second.

01:39:05.700 Let's go to the stage.

01:39:06.660 I actually started the musical presentation.

01:39:08.960 Let's go ahead.

01:39:09.780 Ben, just hang on for one second.

01:39:11.180 I just want to go to the stage momentary.

01:39:12.460 Let's go.

01:39:27.380 Let's go.

01:39:37.840 Death could not hold you.

01:39:41.340 The veil tore before you.

01:39:45.180 You silenced the boast.

01:39:48.020 Heavens are roaring

01:39:55.880 The praise of your glory

01:39:59.620 For you are raised to life again

01:40:06.660 You have no rival

01:40:11.020 You have no equal

01:40:14.780 Now and forever

01:40:18.700 Yours is the kingdom

01:40:25.800 Yours is the love

01:40:28.860 Yours is the name

01:40:33.800 Come on, death cannot hold you

01:40:37.620 Oh, and death cannot hold you

01:40:41.400 But there's only for you

01:40:45.320 The silence of the world

01:40:48.360 Is it?

01:40:52.620 Heavens are roaring

01:40:56.720 The praise of your glory

01:41:00.320 For you are raised to life

01:41:04.240 You have no rival

01:41:07.980 And you have no rival

01:41:11.460 You have no key

01:41:14.700 Now it's your end

01:41:18.240 Yours is the kingdom

01:41:26.340 Yours is the glory

01:41:30.260 Yours is the name

01:41:33.620 And what a powerful name it is

01:41:41.800 What a powerful name it is

01:41:45.540 The name of Jesus Christ my King

01:41:52.920 What a powerful name it is

01:41:56.840 And nothing can stand against

01:42:00.760 What a powerful name it is

01:42:04.440 The name of Jesus

01:42:08.440 What a powerful name it is

01:42:12.340 The name of Jesus

01:42:16.260 What a powerful name it is

01:42:19.600 The name of Jesus

01:42:23.860 What a beautiful name it is

01:42:35.560 What a beautiful name it is

01:42:39.480 What a beautiful name it is

01:42:51.740 Nothing can stand against

01:42:55.560 What a beautiful name it is

01:42:59.780 What a beautiful name it is

01:43:29.760 Well, we'll keep singing until they start

01:43:45.800 Oh, precious

01:43:49.560 Is the flow

01:43:53.300 That makes me white as snow

01:44:00.640 No other fowl I know

01:44:07.280 Sing it out, nothing

01:44:08.180 In nothing but the blood of Jesus

01:44:12.800 Oh, precious

01:44:15.000 Oh, precious

01:44:15.040 Oh, precious

01:44:19.060 Oh, precious

01:44:19.080 Is the flow

01:44:22.800 And that makes me white as snow

01:44:30.060 Oh, no

01:44:31.740 Other fowl I know

01:44:37.140 In nothing but the blood of Jesus

01:44:42.400 What can wash away

01:44:43.580 What can wash away

01:44:44.580 When what can wash away my sin

01:44:52.060 Oh, no

01:44:53.060 In nothing but the blood of Jesus

01:44:59.860 Oh, precious

01:45:00.120 Oh, no

01:45:01.220 No other fowl I know

01:45:03.060 Oh, no other fowl I know

01:45:03.860 Oh, no other fowl I know

01:45:04.320 Oh, no other fowl I know

01:45:06.520 And nothing but the blood of Jesus

01:45:13.020 Sing, oh, precious

01:45:13.740 Oh, in a world that you're in love

01:45:21.220 And I may be right at the storm

01:45:28.460 And nothing but the blood of Jesus

01:45:42.100 Oh, precious

01:45:42.940 Oh, precious is the flow

01:45:50.440 That makes me white as snow

01:45:58.320 No other fount I know

01:46:05.920 In nothing but the blood of Jesus

01:46:13.540 Hallelujah

01:46:17.480 I have decided

01:46:36.220 To follow Jesus

01:46:40.860 I have decided

01:46:45.300 To follow Jesus

01:46:49.640 I have decided

01:46:53.760 To follow Jesus

01:46:57.860 No turning back

01:47:01.860 No turning back

01:47:05.700 Though none go with me

01:47:06.900 Though none go with me

01:47:10.840 Still I will follow

01:47:14.380 Though none go with me

01:47:18.860 Still I will follow

01:47:22.680 Though none go with me

01:47:26.860 Still I will follow

01:47:30.900 No turning back

01:47:34.940 No turning back

01:47:38.200 The cross before me

01:47:39.440 And the cross before me

01:47:43.440 The world behind me

01:47:47.820 The cross before me

01:47:51.760 The world behind me

01:47:55.960 The cross before me

01:47:59.680 The world behind me

01:48:03.900 No turning back

01:48:07.220 No turning back

01:49:25.720 No turning back

01:49:30.340 No turning back

01:49:34.840 Ladies and gentlemen

01:49:48.180 Please welcome

01:49:49.600 Micah Ray

01:49:50.640 Who will open

01:49:51.360 Tonight's service

01:49:52.200 In prayer

01:49:52.820 Well thank you all

01:50:02.980 For your patience

01:50:03.580 With us

01:50:04.080 And getting this going

01:50:04.940 We are absolutely

01:50:06.280 Honored

01:50:06.840 That you would be

01:50:07.980 Here tonight

01:50:08.560 And the large crowd

01:50:10.480 Speaks volumes

01:50:12.040 For our brother

01:50:13.780 And our friend

01:50:15.340 Charlie Kirk

01:50:16.440 Would you all pray

01:50:18.380 With me now

01:50:18.960 As we begin

01:50:20.020 This memorial vigil

01:50:21.560 Our loving

01:50:24.740 Heavenly Father

01:50:25.340 We come before you

01:50:26.560 Tonight

01:50:26.920 With heavy hearts

01:50:28.720 Mourning the loss

01:50:30.620 Of our dear friend

01:50:32.000 And brother

01:50:32.540 Charlie Kirk

01:50:33.740 But we also

01:50:35.860 Rejoice in knowing

01:50:36.800 That he is with you

01:50:37.840 And has heard

01:50:39.100 Those sweet words

01:50:40.200 Well done

01:50:41.640 Good and faithful

01:50:42.960 Servant

01:50:43.700 Lord

01:50:44.880 We thank you

01:50:46.680 For his life

01:50:47.300 His bold faith

01:50:48.160 The witness he bore

01:50:49.660 For you

01:50:50.040 And all that he did

01:50:50.880 We're grateful

01:50:52.320 For the ways

01:50:52.820 That he pointed

01:50:53.280 Others to Christ

01:50:54.160 And lived with courage

01:50:55.400 And conviction

01:50:56.200 To fight for truth

01:50:57.780 Father

01:50:58.940 Father

01:50:58.980 Will you lift up

01:51:00.140 His wife Erica

01:51:00.960 His children

01:51:02.020 His family

01:51:03.200 And friends

01:51:03.860 Would you surround

01:51:05.200 Them with your

01:51:05.840 Comfort and peace

01:51:06.780 Would you hold

01:51:07.980 Them close

01:51:08.440 In this time of grief

01:51:09.380 And give them

01:51:09.980 Strength

01:51:10.560 That only you

01:51:12.020 Can provide

01:51:12.600 Your word

01:51:13.840 Reminds us

01:51:14.380 In Psalm 34 18

01:51:15.620 The Lord is close

01:51:17.180 To the broken hearted

01:51:18.140 And saves those

01:51:19.620 Who are crushed

01:51:20.220 In spirit

01:51:20.840 Be that refuge

01:51:22.400 And strength

01:51:22.940 For them now

01:51:23.420 Lord

01:51:23.740 And Lord

01:51:25.080 We thank you

01:51:25.640 For all those

01:51:26.240 Who have come out

01:51:26.820 Tonight to honor him

01:51:27.860 Many who have

01:51:29.900 Traveled far

01:51:30.660 Especially our

01:51:31.760 Special guests

01:51:32.420 Who took from

01:51:32.960 Their busy schedules

01:51:33.780 To honor Charlie

01:51:34.740 Lord may everyone

01:51:36.140 Here tonight

01:51:37.340 Be lifted up

01:51:38.100 And encouraged

01:51:38.880 By this gathering

01:51:40.080 We pray that

01:51:41.360 This memorial

01:51:42.080 Will run smoothly

01:51:43.440 Become a real

01:51:44.660 Source of comfort

01:51:45.740 To those here

01:51:46.780 In person

01:51:47.300 And watching online

01:51:48.360 And most of all

01:51:50.580 May it honor

01:51:51.620 Charlie's memory

01:51:52.480 Bring hope

01:51:53.360 To his family

01:51:54.100 And friends

01:51:54.840 And may his life

01:51:56.140 And testimony

01:51:56.780 Stir us

01:51:57.540 To live with

01:51:58.780 The same kind

01:51:59.380 Of bold faith

01:52:00.180 Courage to speak

01:52:01.480 Truth

01:52:01.980 And commitment

01:52:02.960 To what's right

01:52:03.720 Just like he did

01:52:04.960 Lord we know

01:52:06.040 That he would want

01:52:06.780 One message

01:52:07.300 To come from

01:52:07.840 This event

01:52:08.360 And that would be

01:52:09.400 That those

01:52:09.940 Who do not know

01:52:10.640 You as a personal

01:52:11.480 Savior

01:52:11.940 Would draw to him

01:52:13.660 And call on him

01:52:14.380 Now

01:52:14.660 He wants

01:52:16.840 To bring those

01:52:18.280 To him Lord

01:52:18.900 We know

01:52:19.500 That the wages

01:52:19.920 Of sin are death

01:52:20.800 But the gift

01:52:21.440 Of God

01:52:21.880 Is eternal life

01:52:22.840 Through Jesus Christ

01:52:23.660 Our Lord

01:52:24.140 That was Charlie's hope

01:52:25.720 That he carried

01:52:26.560 Every day

01:52:27.200 The good news

01:52:28.360 That no matter

01:52:28.900 What our past

01:52:29.820 Forgiveness

01:52:30.700 And eternal life

01:52:31.740 Are offered freely

01:52:32.660 Through Christ

01:52:33.760 Lord we know

01:52:34.900 That Charlie knew

01:52:35.540 That this life

01:52:36.060 Is precious

01:52:36.640 And often shorter

01:52:38.240 Than we expect

01:52:39.500 And that's why

01:52:40.600 And that's why

01:52:40.620 He lived with urgency

01:52:41.580 To point others

01:52:42.800 Toward what mattered

01:52:43.500 Most

01:52:43.960 A real and personal

01:52:45.840 Relationship

01:52:46.480 With Jesus Christ

01:52:47.340 As Charlie himself

01:52:48.840 Said

01:52:49.200 Give your life

01:52:50.260 To Jesus

01:52:50.760 And he

01:52:51.680 Will rescue you

01:52:53.100 As he reminded us

01:52:55.440 Our hope

01:52:57.240 Is not talking

01:52:57.900 About politics

01:52:58.680 Or success

01:52:59.320 Or even the good

01:52:59.980 That we can do

01:53:00.680 It's only found

01:53:01.920 In Jesus Christ

01:53:02.900 And that hope

01:53:03.980 Is available

01:53:04.440 To all tonight

01:53:05.400 Charlie once said

01:53:07.380 Recently

01:53:07.880 Jesus defeated death

01:53:09.200 So that we can live

01:53:10.360 So tonight

01:53:11.400 As we honor

01:53:12.260 Charlie's memory

01:53:13.040 May we also

02:01:20.020 Please welcome Malia Shirley and Charlotte Perez,

02:01:44.460 dear friends of Charlie Kirk and former Turning Point team members,

02:01:48.400 with tonight's welcoming remarks.

02:02:01.040 Please feel free to have a seat.

02:02:07.320 Good evening, everyone.

02:02:09.380 My name is Malia Shirley.

02:02:11.360 And I'm Charlotte Perez.

02:02:12.860 We want to thank everyone for gathering with us tonight

02:02:15.920 to celebrate the life and legacy of the one and only Charlie Kirk.

02:02:21.580 We also want to thank President of the Kennedy Center,

02:02:25.180 Ambassador Rick Grinnell,

02:02:26.960 and his amazing staff,

02:02:28.680 without whom this event would not have been cast.

02:02:31.060 When the horrific, tragic assassination of Charlie took place on Wednesday,

02:02:51.400 we were devastated, as were millions across the country and the world.

02:02:56.700 As I'm sure many of you have seen, vigils, prayer services, and memorials

02:03:02.760 started popping up everywhere completely organically.

02:03:06.560 We kept waiting to hear of one that was going to be happening in the D.C. area.

02:03:12.520 And as patience is not the strongest virtue that either of us possess,

02:03:18.940 by Thursday evening, we were going stir-crazy and knew we had to do something.

02:03:26.440 That's when we banded together to do what Turning Point quite literally trained us for,

02:03:32.220 to plan a massive event like this with all but 48 hours' notice.

02:03:37.080 Truly to honor one of the greatest men that we've ever known.

02:03:53.800 Another thank you to the over 80 volunteers who were made up of friends,

02:03:58.780 Turning Point alum, and those simply inspired by Charlie,

02:04:01.940 to get involved and lend a hand.

02:04:03.920 It takes an army to pull off something like this,

02:04:06.840 and thankfully, over the past decade, that's exactly what Charlie has built.

02:04:22.460 Exactly one year ago today, I stood with Charlie Kirk on campus

02:04:27.680 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

02:04:29.960 We were still pushing to get winner-take-all passed in the Nebraska legislature

02:04:35.220 before the 2024 election.

02:04:37.880 He texted me, yet again, 48 hours beforehand,

02:04:42.200 simply saying,

02:04:43.600 Hey, if I come to the game Saturday,

02:04:46.420 can we do a pop-up winner-take-all rally outside of the stadium?

02:04:51.240 And, of course, as one does whenever Charlie asks for something,

02:04:55.840 of course, we'll make it happen.

02:04:58.660 And we did.

02:05:00.720 When he showed up to a campus,

02:05:02.780 a crowd of 300 to 400 students greeted him,

02:05:06.540 wanting selfies, their MAGA hat signed,

02:05:09.120 or to answer one of his man-on-the-street questions

02:05:12.140 in front of the film crew.

02:05:14.260 I met Charlie for the first time back in 2014,

02:05:17.720 when I was only a freshman in college,

02:05:19.900 trying to start a Turning Point USA chapter on my own campus.

02:05:23.020 We really got to know each other in 2017,

02:05:26.660 when that same campus in Nebraska

02:05:28.600 had professors and administrators harassing and yelling profanities

02:05:33.340 at our chapter leader there.

02:05:35.300 We, of course, got video footage of the insanity,

02:05:38.420 sent it to Charlie immediately,

02:05:40.400 and his response was,

02:05:42.420 Oh, we're going to make these people famous.

02:05:44.740 And we did, if there was any doubt.

02:05:57.640 I've planned a lot of events over the years,

02:06:00.080 both with and for Charlie,

02:06:02.060 from debates with theology professors and campus clash tours

02:06:06.480 to county party fundraisers and pop-up rallies.

02:06:10.200 It was incredible to witness the growth of Turning Point USA

02:06:14.300 under his leadership.

02:06:20.580 We went from having to all but bribe people

02:06:24.040 to attend our events on campus

02:06:25.900 because it was not yet cool to be a conservative in politics,

02:06:30.420 to having to turn people away at events

02:06:33.680 because we reached max capacity with very little promotion.

02:06:37.620 The one thing I never imagined, though,

02:06:41.000 was that this would be the last event that I planned for him.

02:06:45.940 I owe a lot in my life to Charlie Kirk,

02:06:48.800 as I know so many do.

02:06:50.820 His ability to invest in you,

02:06:53.780 bring out the best in you,

02:06:55.140 and push you to be better and work harder is unmatched.

02:06:59.840 People like him only come along once in a generation.

02:07:03.100 I'm a better person for knowing him,

02:07:06.260 and we're a better country because of him.

02:07:20.620 Echoing everything Malia just said,

02:07:23.300 our country would look very different today

02:07:25.540 if it wasn't for Charlie Kirk.

02:07:27.240 What started as a small get-together on the Washington Monument

02:07:39.260 quickly became very much bigger.

02:07:42.620 We are honored to have so many amazing speakers here with us

02:07:46.040 tonight who knew Charlie well

02:07:48.020 and wanted the opportunity to share their personal close stories with him,

02:07:52.440 as I'm sure many of us have.

02:07:54.040 In one way or another, we are all connected by Charlie Kirk.

02:07:58.620 Your emcee for the evening will be someone

02:08:00.620 who is very near and dear to my heart,

02:08:02.980 from the great state of Arizona,

02:08:05.660 State Senator Jake Hoffman.

02:08:15.440 Jake has known Charlie for over a decade

02:08:18.180 and has been an integral part in the building

02:08:20.560 and growth of Turning Point.

02:08:22.220 We thank all of you for taking time

02:08:24.840 out of your very busy schedules,

02:08:26.840 especially on such short notice,

02:08:29.200 to help us honor the life and legacy

02:08:31.520 of Charles James Kirk.

02:08:34.120 And with that, our program will officially begin.

02:08:44.500 Ladies and gentlemen,

02:08:46.300 there are plenty of people looking for seats.

02:08:48.760 If you have any seats to open,

02:08:51.780 please go and move together

02:08:55.140 so we can have everyone sit.

02:08:59.060 Ladies and gentlemen,

02:09:00.480 please welcome Arizona State Senator

02:09:02.780 and longtime friend of Charlie Kirk,

02:09:04.760 Senator Jake Hoffman.

02:09:05.900 Well, I got to just say,

02:09:17.360 this is a beautiful sight

02:09:19.520 because this is exactly

02:09:21.720 what Charlie would want to see right now.

02:09:26.480 This coming together

02:09:28.700 of young and old,

02:09:30.500 of our nation's leaders,

02:09:31.540 some of the most powerful people

02:09:33.660 on planet Earth

02:09:35.020 are in this room tonight.

02:09:37.320 All because Charlie

02:09:38.800 had an indelible impact

02:09:40.980 on their lives

02:09:42.220 the same way that he had

02:09:43.620 on your lives.

02:09:45.700 You know,

02:09:47.100 there's a lot of thank yous

02:09:48.680 for tonight.

02:09:49.440 I'll just echo what they said.

02:09:51.200 Thank you to Ambassador Grinnell

02:09:53.340 and the Kennedy Center staff.

02:09:55.360 I want to thank

02:09:56.220 a specific group

02:09:57.800 of four people

02:09:58.720 who helped make tonight possible

02:10:00.300 and that Charlotte Perez

02:10:01.900 who you just saw,

02:10:03.220 Malia Shirley,

02:10:04.460 Mike Araya,

02:10:05.600 and there was

02:10:06.300 so many more than that,

02:10:07.740 but those three put in

02:10:09.320 countless hours of work

02:10:11.040 to make tonight possible.

02:10:22.040 I want to thank all of you.

02:10:23.740 I want to thank everyone

02:10:24.560 in this room

02:10:25.240 that took time

02:10:26.120 out of their schedule

02:10:27.220 to be here.

02:10:28.100 I want to thank

02:10:28.640 Speaker Johnson

02:10:29.860 for being here,

02:10:30.960 all of the White House

02:10:32.200 administration officials

02:10:33.760 that are here.

02:10:46.280 And we know

02:10:47.420 there are two

02:10:48.420 special individuals

02:10:50.260 in that big,

02:10:51.860 beautiful White House

02:10:52.800 that care about

02:10:53.640 Charlie Kerr,

02:10:54.380 don't we?

02:10:54.860 President Donald J.

02:10:57.000 Trump

02:10:57.340 and Vice President

02:10:58.560 J.D. Vance

02:10:59.520 love Charlie Kerr

02:11:01.740 just like you love

02:11:03.240 Charlie Kerr.

02:11:05.740 We have over 85 members

02:11:08.740 of Congress

02:11:09.780 here tonight

02:11:10.720 to honor Charlie Kerr.

02:11:12.620 and the impact of Charlie Kerr.

02:11:21.160 We have national conservative leaders

02:11:24.760 that have flown in

02:11:26.140 on a moment's notice

02:11:27.840 just to be a part of this

02:11:29.800 and to honor the life

02:11:31.260 and legacy

02:11:32.080 and the impact

02:11:33.520 of Charlie Kerr.

02:11:34.780 We have grassroots

02:11:43.640 from all over the D.C.

02:11:46.180 and Virginia

02:11:46.760 and Maryland areas.

02:11:48.540 Thank you all.

02:11:49.360 I saw buses out there.

02:11:51.120 Anybody who came on a bus,

02:11:52.460 God bless you

02:11:53.200 for doing that.

02:11:55.740 And

02:11:56.280 this impact

02:11:59.860 here tonight

02:12:00.360 goes so much bigger

02:12:01.260 than just what you see

02:12:02.340 in this room

02:12:02.880 because we had

02:12:03.940 every network

02:12:05.400 beg us

02:12:06.660 to live stream this.

02:12:08.640 And so we have

02:12:09.580 Fox is providing

02:12:10.660 pool coverage

02:12:11.400 and there are millions

02:12:12.660 of people

02:12:13.540 that will be watching

02:12:14.760 along with us.

02:12:23.020 Now this

02:12:24.000 this is a prayer vigil

02:12:26.080 and so bow your heads

02:12:27.480 with me

02:12:27.740 because I want to

02:12:28.380 offer up some words

02:12:29.280 for the night.

02:12:29.940 Dear Heavenly Father

02:12:30.980 Jesus we love you

02:12:32.500 and we know that

02:12:33.280 Charlie Kerr

02:12:34.000 loved you dearly.

02:12:35.920 God we know

02:12:36.800 that you have a plan

02:12:38.680 for our lives.

02:12:41.360 We know that your plan

02:12:42.720 is perfect

02:12:43.300 and the peace

02:12:44.900 that I have been finding

02:12:46.380 these last few days

02:12:47.400 God

02:12:47.700 is that Charlie Kerr

02:12:49.040 when he sat down

02:12:50.000 at that table

02:12:50.720 when he picked up

02:12:52.320 that microphone

02:12:53.100 he knew

02:12:54.840 that no matter

02:12:56.080 what happened

02:12:56.880 your plan

02:12:58.520 was perfect.

02:13:00.500 God I pray

02:13:01.220 that you will be

02:13:01.760 with the Kerr family.

02:13:03.300 I pray that you will be

02:13:03.900 with Erica

02:13:04.440 and those little babies.

02:13:06.380 God just

02:13:06.900 bless them

02:13:09.300 because this week

02:13:10.540 they lost

02:13:11.560 a husband

02:13:12.900 and they lost

02:13:13.800 a dad.

02:13:15.260 God but we know

02:13:16.460 that Charlie

02:13:17.240 wants us to celebrate

02:13:18.480 not just mourn

02:13:19.680 and so we come

02:13:21.000 to you tonight

02:13:21.560 and we ask

02:13:22.060 that you would

02:13:22.460 let this be

02:13:23.060 an honor

02:13:23.500 to his legacy

02:13:24.580 and that we would

02:13:25.320 celebrate him

02:13:26.140 all the like.

02:13:27.620 In your name

02:13:28.500 amen.

02:13:30.480 So with that in mind

02:13:31.860 because friends

02:13:32.640 we are mourning

02:13:33.560 but we are also

02:13:35.160 celebrating

02:13:35.800 an incredible

02:13:36.880 life.

02:13:38.100 From South Korea

02:13:39.500 to London

02:13:40.680 Charlie Kerr

02:13:41.940 has had an impact.

02:13:43.260 From student

02:13:44.060 campuses

02:13:44.600 to the White House

02:13:45.960 Charlie Kerr

02:13:47.560 has had an impact.

02:13:48.680 So I gotta ask

02:13:49.780 if you are

02:13:50.480 in here

02:13:51.080 and you are

02:13:52.340 under the age

02:13:53.460 of 35

02:13:54.520 and Charlie

02:13:55.740 Kerr touched

02:13:56.440 your life

02:13:56.900 let's hear ya.

02:13:57.640 You know

02:14:20.020 there's a motto

02:14:20.880 going around

02:14:21.820 the turning point

02:14:22.760 offices right now

02:14:24.060 and that's

02:14:24.840 we are all

02:14:25.900 Charlie Kerr

02:14:26.920 now.

02:14:27.820 You are all

02:14:29.420 Charlie Kerr

02:14:30.600 now.

02:14:33.540 Charlie Kerr

02:14:34.760 sacrificed

02:14:35.380 his life

02:14:36.420 defending

02:14:37.540 our civil

02:14:38.520 liberties

02:14:38.900 to engage

02:14:39.820 in free

02:14:40.540 and open

02:14:41.160 and honest

02:14:41.860 debate.

02:14:43.900 Charlie Kerr

02:14:44.660 you know

02:14:46.080 I know

02:14:46.480 a different

02:14:47.060 side

02:14:47.600 of this man.

02:14:49.280 I've known

02:14:50.080 Charlie

02:14:50.580 for a very

02:14:51.360 long time

02:14:52.140 since he was

02:14:52.920 a Chicago

02:14:53.580 boy

02:14:54.060 who was

02:14:54.800 trying to

02:14:55.280 figure out

02:14:55.760 whether he

02:14:56.200 was going

02:14:56.500 to make

02:14:56.780 the move

02:14:57.440 to DC

02:14:58.340 as he

02:14:59.140 grew his

02:14:59.580 organization

02:15:00.220 or whether

02:15:01.280 he was going

02:15:01.760 to move

02:15:02.180 to the

02:15:02.500 heartland

02:15:03.080 and it

02:15:04.160 was a

02:15:04.600 it was his

02:15:06.180 right hand

02:15:06.680 man Tyler

02:15:07.320 Boyer.

02:15:09.080 Tyler

02:15:09.600 Boyer

02:15:10.100 has been

02:15:10.560 by his

02:15:11.100 side

02:15:11.480 since day

02:15:12.180 one

02:15:12.620 and he

02:15:13.680 convinced

02:15:14.220 Charlie

02:15:14.740 and they

02:15:15.440 decided

02:15:16.020 that it

02:15:16.340 was better

02:15:16.780 to move

02:15:17.320 to the

02:15:17.620 heartland

02:15:18.160 because

02:15:18.760 everyday

02:15:19.480 Americans

02:15:20.400 were who

02:15:21.180 were going

02:15:21.460 to save

02:15:21.840 this country

02:15:22.500 it was

02:15:23.420 going to

02:15:23.640 be the

02:15:23.920 people

02:15:24.240 that live

02:15:24.660 on main

02:15:25.200 street

02:15:25.620 not the

02:15:26.420 people

02:15:26.840 that

02:15:28.420 perpetually

02:15:29.080 run for

02:15:29.620 office

02:15:30.100 you know

02:15:32.840 2019

02:15:34.300 it was

02:15:34.880 new year's

02:15:35.440 day

02:15:35.780 and most

02:15:36.820 people on

02:15:37.340 new year's

02:15:37.760 day are

02:15:38.140 you know

02:15:39.140 waking up

02:15:39.720 slow and

02:15:40.300 having breakfast

02:15:41.020 because they

02:15:41.400 probably stayed

02:15:42.120 up too late

02:15:42.700 the night

02:15:43.000 before

02:15:43.400 and I get

02:15:44.600 a frantic

02:15:45.040 text from

02:15:46.180 Charlie Kirk

02:15:46.840 and he says

02:15:47.840 Jake you got

02:15:48.300 to come to

02:15:48.600 the office

02:15:49.000 we're having

02:15:49.540 a team

02:15:50.580 meeting to

02:15:51.040 strategize

02:15:51.740 for the

02:15:52.060 next three

02:15:52.520 years

02:15:52.900 yes sir

02:15:56.040 because that's

02:15:56.520 what you do

02:15:57.080 with Charlie

02:15:57.600 Kirk

02:15:57.980 Charlie Kirk

02:15:59.480 is a

02:15:59.860 personality

02:16:00.460 he was

02:16:01.580 a personality

02:16:02.500 that when he

02:16:03.380 asked you to

02:16:03.920 do something

02:16:04.440 you knew

02:16:05.080 in your

02:16:05.540 bones

02:16:06.020 that he

02:16:06.680 knew what

02:16:07.080 he was

02:16:07.340 talking about

02:16:08.080 because his

02:16:09.080 convictions

02:16:09.700 they weren't

02:16:10.480 driven by

02:16:11.020 personal ambitions

02:16:11.920 they weren't

02:16:13.340 driven by a

02:16:14.040 desire for

02:16:14.780 celebrity

02:16:15.320 they weren't

02:16:16.020 driven by

02:16:16.820 a desire

02:16:18.600 for fame

02:16:19.500 or for

02:16:20.920 power

02:16:21.380 or influence

02:16:22.240 or for

02:16:23.020 money

02:16:23.360 Charlie

02:16:24.640 cared about

02:16:25.360 the principles

02:16:26.080 of America

02:16:26.960 he cared

02:16:27.820 about the

02:16:28.240 history

02:16:28.700 of America

02:16:29.600 and he

02:16:30.440 built an

02:16:30.980 organization

02:16:31.660 with people

02:16:33.100 like Tyler

02:16:33.720 by his

02:16:34.280 side

02:16:34.540 and many

02:16:35.020 many others

02:16:35.700 thousands

02:16:36.240 of others

02:16:37.520 by his

02:16:38.120 side

02:16:38.460 he built

02:16:39.420 an organization

02:16:40.140 to give

02:16:41.220 you a 0.57

02:16:41.900 voice

02:16:42.280 and so I

02:16:44.020 hope that

02:16:44.440 tonight

02:16:44.780 this will be

02:16:45.760 an honor

02:16:46.120 to him

02:16:46.660 I hope

02:16:47.700 that we

02:16:48.020 can do

02:16:48.380 him right

02:16:48.840 by the

02:16:49.520 service

02:16:49.940 God bless

02:16:50.860 you all

02:16:51.300 and I

02:16:51.740 want to

02:16:52.080 welcome

02:16:52.380 up

02:16:52.780 Speaker

02:16:53.760 Mike

02:16:54.080 Johnson

02:16:54.560 please

02:16:57.540 welcome

02:17:30.440 USA

02:17:31.480 USA

02:17:31.860 USA

02:17:32.340 Thank you all so much. It does my heart good to see you. And they hear that all the way in heaven,

02:17:39.680 I'm telling you. It's been a very, very difficult week in America. We all know that.

02:17:45.880 It's been a mixture of unspeakable sadness and grief and anger and even fear. It's as if a dark

02:17:55.420 shadow was cast over our country and certainly here, even on Capitol Hill. The leaders of the

02:18:02.900 nation have been shaken, as have university students and college students and young people

02:18:07.520 all across the country. It's as if the ground was shifted beneath us. We all felt it deep,

02:18:13.160 deep inside. And in spite of that, we remember that our dear friend Charlie would never want us

02:18:23.160 to be overcome by despair. He would want exactly the opposite. You know, Charlie Kirk recruited

02:18:30.120 and trained and educated a generation of happy warriors. And we do well to be reminded that

02:18:37.400 the best way to honor his memory and honor his unmatched legacy is to live as Charlie did.

02:18:46.220 That's right.

02:18:53.160 I just have two thoughts in a very brief moment. I'm given to speak to you tonight. I just want to

02:18:59.420 give you two thoughts with in that regard. If we can do two things that Charlie did, we will honor

02:19:05.580 that legacy. One is to advance his principles and the other is to adopt his approach. Now regarding

02:19:13.660 his principles, Charlie was a man of deep faith and conviction. Everyone here can testify to that

02:19:18.740 and all the speakers will tonight. I mean, he meant it to his core. He was authentic. And that's what

02:19:23.800 drew people to the message so much. And he believed in the things that are noble and praiseworthy and

02:19:28.840 good that scripture talks about. He believed in family and freedom, faith and virtue and patriotism.

02:19:36.380 See, Charlie understood that we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. It's not even close.

02:19:40.580 I don't care what anybody argues and Charlie could beat them all. We're the most, we're the most free,

02:19:58.340 most successful, most powerful, most benevolent nation that has ever been on the earth. And Charlie

02:20:02.300 understood why. And he wanted others to understand it as well, because Charlie knew that if you don't

02:20:07.500 understand the source of your freedom, it is easy for it to be taken away. Charlie believed in the

02:20:12.380 creed of our country, which we will celebrate our 250th anniversary next year. Charlie loved to take

02:20:25.500 university students and young people through the second paragraph of the declaration. We hold these

02:20:29.860 truths to be self-evident. By the way, students, what is the self-evident truth? It's something that's

02:20:34.400 obvious. We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, not born equal, 0.98

02:20:40.600 created equal. That's what Charlie knew. And Charlie knew that because of that, because what the

02:20:53.600 founders said, what they articulated, that God created us. He's the one that gave us our inalienable

02:20:59.160 rights. Charlie Kirk stood for the principle and he shared it everywhere he could.

02:21:02.880 Our rights do not derive from the state or a king. They come from the king of kings.

02:21:19.400 Charlie also taught so effectively, he did it as well as anybody in his generation or possibly for

02:21:24.360 many generations, that the other principles that come from that, what the founders do, and when they

02:21:29.140 put this country together, this grand experiment in self-governance, they understood that we are made

02:21:34.020 in the image of God. And because of that, that's right, because of that, Charlie knew and he believed

02:21:40.980 it and you could see it in how he advanced this ministry of his. He knew that because we're all

02:21:46.120 made in the image of God, every single person has inestimable dignity and value. And your value is not

02:21:51.400 related in any way to the color of your skin or what zip code you live in, where you go to school.

02:21:55.340 It's irrelevant. Your value is inherent because it is given to you by God. That's what Charlie

02:22:00.540 Kirk believed. If we could advance those principles that Charlie advanced, we'll be able to save this

02:22:15.000 great republic. And that's what he was all about. But we should also adopt his approach. See, Charlie

02:22:20.800 loved a vigorous debate, but he loved people more. Charlie, that's right. Charlie, Charlie was

02:22:28.920 never motivated by hate. I mean, he could cling the fuck of anybody in a debate. We all know it. 1.00

02:22:34.200 But you know what he did after those debates? He was always the first person to reach out a hand of

02:22:38.120 friendship or to offer an arm around the shoulder of someone who he felt was lost. Because in many

02:22:43.740 places, in many cases, the people he was debating were indeed lost, not just philosophically,

02:22:49.120 but spiritually. And Charlie knew the truth. And he knew that eternity awaits us all. We know exactly

02:22:57.560 where Charlie is right now. That's right.

02:23:09.600 Charlie had such faith and such, such belief, and he wanted to share that truth with others. And what

02:23:14.180 he was trying to do is pull people back from the abyss, not just to save a country, but to save souls.

02:23:20.080 That's what Charlie Kirk was about. And that, that will resonate. It goes far beyond him. His legacy

02:23:25.520 is immeasurable. I used to be a lawyer. I defended free speech and religious freedom and all that in

02:23:31.560 the courts. And we tried to, we talked a lot about advancing and preserving the free marketplace of

02:23:35.960 ideas. I think Charlie Kirk offered more productive content, the free marketplace of ideas than

02:23:43.560 anyone in its generation and arguably in the last hundred years of U.S. history.

02:23:57.560 I could go on and on, but I'm out of time because you have a lot of great people to hear from tonight.

02:24:01.540 Everybody has a story about Charlie and they're all worthy to be shared. And I wouldn't know we'll

02:24:05.880 be doing that for many days to come. I just leave you with a thought from Edmund Burke. It's attributed to

02:24:10.720 him and Charlie knew this quote. Well, he was my friend. We talked about these things. He reminded

02:24:15.440 young people, all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Charlie Kirk did 0.87

02:24:23.520 so much in his short life that he spurred that on in other people. He inspired it in other people.

02:24:29.320 And that message and that truth will go more boldly now than it did while he was here. It will go

02:24:35.420 forward with power and strength. I've been asked to offer a brief word of prayer. So if you would

02:24:51.320 do that with me, heavenly father, we come to you tonight in sadness, but also with grateful hearts,

02:24:57.820 because we know that your truth endures. We know where our dear brother and friend Charlie is.

02:25:04.880 We thank you that he is receiving his reward and that he's heard those words that we all aspire to

02:25:09.380 hear. Well done, good and faithful servant. Father, help us to remember the principles of your word

02:25:15.580 that Charlie worked every day to advance, that we do not return evil for evil, but we overcome evil

02:25:23.420 with good. And we pray that you bless our friend and brother's legacy, that it goes on, roars on

02:25:31.200 throughout the nation, that you pray and encourage and inspire Erica, the children, the Kirk family,

02:25:37.600 the Turning Point staff, and all the volunteers and supporters, and every student around the nation

02:25:43.360 who is already connected to this organization and the 18,000 plus inquiries that they received this

02:25:49.700 week for new chapters. Heavenly father, we pray that you bless that in such a supernatural,

02:25:55.320 exponential way that no one can explain it, but that your spirit has been involved. We pray and

02:26:01.840 believe all this and we commit our great nation to you in Jesus name. Amen.

02:26:07.080 Amen.

02:26:07.400 Ladies and gentlemen, the White House Press Secretary, Caroline Levin.

02:26:23.920 Good evening, everyone. Good evening. Please be seated. Thank you so much.

02:26:47.000 It's such an honor to be here behind a podium. I'm very comfortable behind podiums.

02:26:51.600 And it's really comforting to be around so many good, faithful, God-fearing people at a time when

02:26:59.760 I know we are all still mourning. We're confused. We are angry over the assassination of a legendary

02:27:06.160 American and a friend to so many in this room and so many across the country, Charlie Kirk.

02:27:12.540 The presence of God, and he is a good God. As Erica Kirk so beautifully and powerfully stated,

02:27:18.380 he is a good God. He is clearly present in this room tonight. You can feel the spirit moving

02:27:23.980 and working in this room as we remember Charlie's life and his legacy. I have the honor of going to

02:27:30.660 work every day at the White House as the Press Secretary for the 47th President of the United States,

02:27:35.960 President Donald Trump.

02:27:36.880 And I repeat that because I would not be in this position if not for the heroic efforts of Charlie

02:27:59.820 Kirk, who turned the political tide among young people in this country and helped usher in President

02:28:05.920 Trump's historic victory on November 5th, 2024.

02:28:09.000 And I know that point has been said over and over by so many over the last few days, but it's

02:28:24.920 because that point is absolutely true. President Trump's win in November was fueled in no small

02:28:31.180 part by the tireless work of Charlie, the turning point organization that he built from scratch out

02:28:36.860 of a garage, the true essence of the American dream, and the MAGA movement that he helped so many young

02:28:43.620 people join. The important work that's being done every day right down the street from here at 1600

02:28:49.700 Pennsylvania Avenue that I witness to restore American greatness, it's happening in large part due to the

02:28:57.440 blood, the sweat, and the tears that Charlie poured into this movement, not just during the 2024 cycle,

02:29:03.840 but all the way back to the founding of Turning Point 13 years ago. Charlie fundamentally believed in

02:29:11.020 the potential and the promise of so many in this room, young, patriotic Americans. And he inspired

02:29:18.900 millions of us across the country to get off the couch and to enter the political arena to fight for

02:29:25.440 our nation's conservative values. And I too was one of those young people. When I launched my campaign for

02:29:32.500 Congress at just 23 years old during the 2022 midterm elections, most people in this town, pretty much

02:29:39.160 all of the people in this town of Washington did not take me seriously. Charlie Kirk, however, did.

02:29:46.380 Charlie and his political PAC, Turning Point Action, immediately embraced me with open arms and endorsed my

02:29:52.180 campaign. Charlie personally and his team would check in with me throughout the campaign. They asked how they

02:29:58.220 could help. And when Washington Super PACs poured money into the coffers of my opponents' campaigns,

02:30:04.680 Charlie and Turning Point gave more to me to help me across the finish line. Charlie and his team flew

02:30:11.640 me out to Arizona to introduce me to some of the biggest donors in Republican politics so I could fuel

02:30:17.140 my race. Charlie welcomed me on stage to speak at the Student Action Summit in Florida, to raise national

02:30:23.860 awareness for my candidacy and to speak directly to young voters. And when most played it safe and stuck

02:30:30.180 to the business-as-usual approach of the establishment Republican Party that no longer exists, Charlie looked

02:30:36.100 for the outsiders, the up-and-coming truth-tellers with new ideas who weren't afraid to challenge the

02:30:53.480 status quo, just like President Trump, whom he loved so much. And I speak on behalf of the President when I

02:30:59.800 say, President Trump loved you, Charlie, so much, too.

02:31:09.780 When the President appointed me as White House Press Secretary, Charlie was one of the first people

02:31:14.480 to reach out and congratulate me with genuine sincerity. I still have that text from him, and I will keep it

02:31:20.540 forever. Charlie Kirk was a maverick, an independent-minded person who had the courage of his

02:31:26.200 convictions. When so many influential voices in our society are brainwashing young people to abandon

02:31:33.000 our faith, to stay single, not to have children, and to bash our country, Charlie Kirk offered us an

02:31:39.300 alternative path. Charlie embraced our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and proclaimed the gospel boldly and proudly.

02:31:47.140 Charlie. Charlie preached a message of faith to all who would listen. He encouraged young people to get

02:32:01.400 married and to have children, and as a young person who has done it, I encourage you to do that as well.

02:32:06.500 It is the best thing in life. It is the ultimate legacy that we can leave in our most important mission

02:32:12.360 on this earth. Charlie celebrated American exceptionalism, and as you heard from our great

02:32:17.400 Speaker of the House, he firmly believed and he proclaimed that America is the greatest country

02:32:22.800 in the history of the world. And that's why we must continue to fight to protect her. Simply put,

02:32:36.820 Charlie was a beaming light in a world that is so consumed by darkness. It's going to take all of

02:32:43.440 us in this room and all of us across the country to take up Charlie's torch, because that's exactly

02:32:49.300 what he would want us to do. We have to lean on our faith, dig in, and fight back harder than ever

02:32:55.560 before for the beliefs and the convictions that Charlie Kirk gave his life for. That's how we'll honor

02:33:01.660 his family, and that's how we will honor his legacy. If Erica Kirk, God bless her, could speak so

02:33:07.600 powerfully in front of the entire nation just two days after her beloved husband was stolen from her

02:33:13.900 and their two beautiful, precious children, then every single person in this room can rededicate

02:33:20.040 themselves to the righteous cause of keeping America the greatest country in the history of the world.

02:33:25.740 So as I continue to step before the White House podium, I will continue to pray to our Lord and

02:33:42.480 Savior Jesus Christ. But starting tomorrow, every time I take that podium, I will think of Charlie Kirk.

02:33:48.780 I will remain inspired by his courage and his conviction, and I will continue to speak the truth

02:33:53.940 as Charlie did so well. I will leave you all with a scripture that feels so perfectly written for

02:33:59.620 the time we are in, Romans 12, 21. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

02:34:07.540 We cannot allow evil to prevail in our beautiful country. We must all commit ourselves to doing good,

02:34:14.300 good for God, good for our families, and good for our nation in that order, the order that Charlie

02:34:20.560 always spoke about. May God bless you and keep all of you in this room. Thank you.

02:34:36.560 Please welcome the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.

02:34:50.560 Aloha.

02:35:12.240 In the book of Corinthians, Paul said,

02:35:15.720 Therefore, we are always of good courage and know that while we are at home in the body,

02:35:26.520 we are absent from the Lord. We are of good courage, I say, and prefer to rather be absent from the body

02:35:35.560 and be home with the Lord. Ultimately, for every one of us,

02:35:43.620 the time that we have in this world is temporary. Our time will come sooner or later.

02:35:54.340 And so the critical question that we have for ourselves is whatever time we have,

02:36:00.820 what are we doing with it? How are we making the most of every day that we have?

02:36:06.340 Charlie Kirk, every single day carried out his mission, motivated by his faith in Jesus Christ

02:36:18.100 and his unwavering dedication to defending our God-given freedoms enshrined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

02:36:25.780 Because of his commitment and dedication, his impact here and around the world is profound.

02:36:36.980 And it is a beautiful thing to see it playing out now.

02:36:40.900 Probably like many of you, I had the privilege of joining Charlie at some of his different campus visits,

02:36:48.820 and it was truly something to behold.

02:36:53.380 Because he did things that no one else would do. As I sat with him in the very first time,

02:36:58.260 huge crowd, thousands and thousands of, yes, students, but faculty members and people of all different ages.

02:37:04.340 And the first two or three people who had stood in line waiting to say something to Charlie were very kind.

02:37:11.460 And they thanked him for his work. They praised him. They talked about how he positively impacted their lives.

02:37:18.660 It was powerful to witness and to see. But Charlie wasn't there for praise.

02:37:25.780 He would call to the crowd and say, hey, who here disagrees with me? Come to the front of the line.

02:37:32.660 He listened carefully to everyone. Even when others in the crowd booed, whoever was speaking,

02:37:42.020 he told them to be quiet and to let this person speak, to show them respect.

02:37:47.540 And he engaged in that lively debate. He encouraged it. He welcomed it. And he inspired it in others.

02:37:53.540 Not belittling them, not arguing just to argue, but to have a real, sincere dialogue.

02:38:04.660 You know, I've said many times, and every soldier lives this fact, this truth. I may disagree with what you say,

02:38:12.900 but I will defend to the death for your right to say it. Charlie lived by this principle.

02:38:28.820 Charlie lived by the principle that no matter how horrible another person's speech may be,

02:38:34.180 their ideas must be defeated by better ideas, not by resorting to violence.

02:38:50.340 Charlie was killed on September 10th. On September 11th, we observed the 24th anniversary of the Islamist 0.99

02:38:58.100 terrorist attack on our country 24 years ago. Now, these events have something in common. They were

02:39:05.700 both carried out by those who hold on to ideologies that cannot stand up to scrutiny and challenge. So

02:39:13.540 they feel that their only recourse is to commit an act of violence to silence those who oppose them

02:39:19.860 and to intimidate and terrorize others into silence. This is the definition of terrorism.

02:39:30.100 We cannot allow ourselves to be terrorized into silence. We need to live Charlie Kirk's example,

02:39:38.340 the example that he set that are captured by the words of Reverend Martin Luther King. Darkness

02:39:45.060 cannot drive out darkness. Only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate. Only love can do that.

02:39:54.420 This was more than a quote from an icon in our past to Charlie. He lived this every day and he inspired

02:40:04.020 countless people around the world to do the same.

02:40:17.380 And in the wake of this tragedy, this has been what to me has been beautiful to see how today and,

02:40:23.860 you know, Sunday football games all across the country, these teams were leading moments of silence,

02:40:31.060 putting pictures of Charlie up on the big screen, having a flyover with the flags flying at half staff

02:40:38.180 to honor the impact of Charlie's life, how he positively inspired countless people

02:40:46.260 and how it's up to us to continue Charlie's legacy. It's time for us every day and how we engage with

02:40:54.820 others to choose to live aloha, love, respect.

02:41:10.420 You know, from my home state of Hawaii, the reason why we greet each other with the word aloha

02:41:15.300 is because of its deeply spiritual meaning. It doesn't actually mean hello or goodbye.

02:41:22.740 We greet each other with aloha because what we are really saying when we say aloha is,

02:41:27.380 I see you as a child of God and I respect you as such. It is to recognize that God is all powerful

02:41:37.380 and God's love is all powerful. Love is not weak. Respect for others is not weak. There is nothing

02:41:48.340 more powerful than love. Living aloha, living that love and respect, it doesn't mean being a pacifist

02:41:56.340 or rolling over when our ideas are challenged or when our freedoms are under attack. Actually,

02:42:01.780 it's the exact opposite. It means standing up, fueled by love to defeat hate, to defeat that evil and

02:42:10.900 that darkness and to speak the truth and defend our fundamental freedoms that are granted to us by God.

02:42:18.980 Charlie lived this.

02:42:20.020 Charlie embodied this and Charlie changed hearts and minds of countless people around the world

02:42:33.940 because he made a conscious choice every day to choose love. I had a friend of mine who sent me a text

02:42:42.820 the day after Charlie was killed, really distraught. And she said, what do we do now?

02:42:53.700 I know the answer should be love. The answer should be peace. But Charlie tried that and it didn't work.

02:42:59.780 And my response to her was no, it did work. Powerfully.

02:43:17.780 And that's why they killed him.

02:43:21.460 We look at the movement that Charlie inspired around the world, love, truth, freedom, turning to God in

02:43:28.260 good times and hard times, not asking God what he will do for us. But as Charlie said,

02:43:34.020 quote, I am far more interested in God in what God wants from me than what I want from God.

02:43:41.140 He said, my prayer is very simple. God, use me for your will.

02:43:47.780 If only 10 of us committed ourselves to continuing Charlie's mission, that alone would be incredible to be

02:43:58.420 that fertilizer and that water that will help spread this light that is inspired by God's love.

02:44:04.900 God's love. But there are far more than 10 of us. There are countless people around the world,

02:44:21.860 speaking different languages, have different backgrounds, different views and opinions who

02:44:28.500 are eager to carry on Charlie's mission to spread this light inspired by God's love,

02:44:36.020 which will also expose those who are trying to shut down free speech, trying to silence us

02:44:41.940 us through violence, intimidation and terrorism. It will expose them for who they are and the

02:44:49.220 hollowness and emptiness and weakness of the ideas that they present.

02:44:54.580 So while we will miss Charlie dearly, our hearts should not be broken because we are confident that

02:45:15.060 Charlie is at home with the Lord. Embrace in the loving arms of Jesus Christ to whom he dedicated his life.

02:45:24.580 Those who are full of anger and hopelessness and hate right now, some of them protesting outside this hall today,

02:45:34.900 unfortunately, they do not have the spiritual happiness that Charlie experienced.

02:45:41.940 They're empty. And this is where their anger is coming from. It is their rejection of God,

02:45:48.020 their desire to be God, and therefore they have made God their enemy.

02:45:54.580 I have hope today that every one of us will do our best to shine the light of God's love in our lives and in our work,

02:46:07.460 that we will treat each other with aloha, respect, and stand strong and unshakable in the defense of our God-given rights and freedoms.

02:46:18.900 May God bless you all. May God bless you all. May God bless this great nation. Aloha.

02:46:24.900 Thank you all.

02:46:26.900 Thank you all.

02:46:30.900 Now joining us, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

02:47:00.900 The Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

02:47:30.900 Yesterday, my 17-year-old niece left for Europe to go to college.

02:47:44.040 And while she was packing, her mother, Amaryllis, my daughter-in-law, noticed that she had put a Bible in her suitcase.

02:47:52.560 And Amaryllis was curious about it.

02:47:56.060 And she asked her, and Zoe said to her, I want to live like Charlie Kirk.

02:48:02.320 And there are millions and millions of kids around the country who he inspired, who now want to live with Charlie Kirk.

02:48:19.780 And that's a great thing for our country.

02:48:23.060 I met Charlie for the first time in July of 2001.

02:48:28.540 I went on his podcast.

02:48:29.760 And I think we approached each other with a lot of trepidation at that time.

02:48:35.440 But by the end of the podcast, we were soulmates.

02:48:39.320 We were spiritual brothers.

02:48:41.180 And we were friends.

02:48:47.060 And over the next couple of years, our friendship blossomed.

02:48:51.320 He ended up being the primary architect of my unification with President Trump, which I...

02:48:58.180 Which I did my endorsement at his rally, at the Turning Point rally in Scottsdale.

02:49:17.700 And he was the one who put the sparklers on the stage when I shook that.

02:49:24.620 He made a big show of it.

02:49:25.980 But the overarching mission of Charlie Kirk was Jesus, but also free speech.

02:49:36.520 And he saw them as intertwined.

02:49:38.900 He thought conversation was the only way we were going to heal our country.

02:49:43.220 We had to learn to talk to each other without vitriol, without poison, without anger.

02:49:50.720 We had to be able to listen to ideas.

02:49:52.820 We had to be able to say what we mean.

02:49:56.720 Without being mean.

02:49:59.120 And to talk to each other across this divide.

02:50:02.340 It was the only way to end the polarization that's driven now by these algorithms and by all these other forces in our society.

02:50:10.840 And that first conversation with him that I had, we talked a lot.

02:50:15.500 We had a wide-ranging conversation.

02:50:17.460 We talked mainly about the First Amendment.

02:50:20.200 We talked about the fact that our founders put freedom of speech in the First Amendment because all the other rights are dependent on it.

02:50:29.340 A government that can silence its opponents has license for any kind of atrocity.

02:50:35.660 And we were specifically talking about what happened during the pandemic.

02:50:49.900 Once the government figured out that we would put up with the censorship, they went after the entire Constitution.

02:50:58.100 And immediately, they immediately took away our right to assembly, the First Amendment right with social distancing regulations.

02:51:12.680 They shut down the First Amendment right to worship by closing all of our churches for almost a year.

02:51:19.200 And keeping the liquor stores open is essential businesses.

02:51:24.200 They went after our Fifth Amendment right to our property rights. 0.63

02:51:30.740 They closed down three and a half businesses with no due process, no trust compensation.

02:51:35.000 They went after our Seventh Amendment right to jury trials by making whole categories of businesses that we could no longer sue, no matter what they did to us. 0.93

02:51:46.080 They went after the Fourth Amendment right, the protection against unwarranted searches and seizures,

02:51:53.300 with all these social distancing regulations that made us have to produce our medical records before we went to a public building or an airplane or enjoyed other constitutional rights.

02:52:04.200 And Charlie, more than any figure in our country, led the resistance that has restored freedom of speech to this country.

02:52:23.360 And he built this movement, you, which is going to make sure that that never, ever happens again.

02:52:34.200 When my brother David died, I had a conversation with my mother, who had been through more than her share of loss and tragedy.

02:52:53.100 And I said, I asked her, I said, does the hole that they leave in you when they die, does it ever get any smaller?

02:52:59.380 And she said, no, it never gets any smaller.

02:53:03.500 But our job is to build ourselves bigger around the hole.

02:53:08.400 We do that.

02:53:09.500 We do that by taking the best virtues and character traits of the person that we've lost

02:53:21.280 and using discipline and restraint and practice, integrating those character traits into our own character.

02:53:29.520 And in doing that, we make ourselves larger and the hole gets proportionally smaller.

02:53:37.320 And we also give that person a kind of immortality because they are now living on, the best parts of them are now living on in us.

02:53:46.660 In one of my conversations, and Charlie was a target rich environment for virtues.

02:53:52.900 We can all think of something extraordinary that his love of family, his love of God, his love of freedom of speech,

02:54:03.440 his reverence for this country, his belief that we are an exemplary nation.

02:54:09.140 We are unique in history.

02:54:10.920 We're the only nation with this kind of constitution.

02:54:14.440 In Europe, they don't have free speech anymore.

02:54:16.800 We have it here, and we are the beacon for humanity for the rest of the world.

02:54:23.720 And all of those...

02:54:24.860 And all of those visions, his vision, his mission to preserve those things,

02:54:41.080 his kindness, his kindness in talking to people with whom he disagreed,

02:54:46.800 are all things that we need to learn.

02:54:49.680 And we need to integrate into our own lives.

02:54:52.900 As Tulsi said, we need to reach out with love to the people on the other side who are asleep

02:54:59.360 and who are too frightened and too panicked and too controlled to understand what they are losing.

02:55:07.720 And we need to protect those things until they wake up.

02:55:11.100 And I had a conversation once with Charlie where we were talking about the danger that we both face

02:55:19.900 from challenging entrenched interests.

02:55:24.140 And he asked me if I was scared to die.

02:55:26.900 And I said to him, there's a lot worse things than dying.

02:55:29.720 And the chief among those is losing our constitutional rights and having our children raised in slavery.

02:55:48.720 And I said to him at that time, I said, sometimes our only consolation is that we can die with our boots on.

02:56:03.760 We can die fighting for these things.

02:56:06.440 Charlie gave his life so that the rest of us would not have to suffer those fates worse than death.

02:56:24.840 Now it's our job, and he's no longer there to lead us, to rush in and fill the beard breach

02:56:33.220 and win this battle for our country, for God, and for our families.

02:56:38.560 Thank you all for that.

02:56:39.440 Please welcome the senior advisor for the U.S. Agency for Global Media, Carrie Lake.

02:57:09.440 Oh, wow.

02:57:17.900 Charlie, you can still draw a crowd.

02:57:22.160 And I know that if Charlie were to be told, wow, you filled up Kennedy Center tonight,

02:57:29.200 he'd say it wasn't me, it was God.

02:57:34.200 It was God.

02:57:39.440 Oh, yeah, Miss Charlie.

02:57:42.160 I will say that he would be, he'd have a couple criticisms tonight.

02:57:47.300 He'd say, where are the smoke machines?

02:57:51.520 Where's the confetti?

02:57:53.840 Where are the sparklers when Bobby Kennedy took the stage?

02:57:58.500 Because Charlie knew how to put on a show to spread the message of Jesus Christ.

02:58:05.340 It really did.

02:58:09.440 You know what, there's a, in the book of Genesis, there's a Bible quote that says,

02:58:17.120 in so many words, it's actually a little easier to understand if I put it in modern language.

02:58:23.720 What the enemy meant for harm, God will use for good.

02:58:28.440 And God is using Charlie Kirk for good.

02:58:31.740 I'm heartbroken about Charlie's loss.

02:58:47.060 31.

02:58:49.260 And somebody took his life.

02:58:51.040 I got the call on Wednesday, I was working.

02:58:56.280 And a friend of mine called and said, is Charlie okay?

02:58:59.140 I heard he was shot.

02:59:01.160 I said, Charlie who?

02:59:02.580 Couldn't have been Charlie.

02:59:03.800 Charlie Kirk?

02:59:06.060 And I got on, of course I went to Twitter.

02:59:08.160 Like, how many of you went to Twitter?

02:59:11.460 Went to Twitter.

02:59:12.120 And I saw a clip of people running.

02:59:17.080 And I thought, that doesn't look good.

02:59:19.000 That doesn't look good.

02:59:19.720 I knew Charlie was starting up this amazing movement where he was going to go campus to campus to talk about America and what's happening in America, which is so amazing and so powerful.

02:59:30.260 And talk to people who disagreed with him.

02:59:33.660 Debate them.

02:59:34.620 There's nothing more peaceful than that.

02:59:37.280 Our first clip I saw was of people running.

02:59:40.180 And I thought, that looks bad.

02:59:42.080 But, of course, everything is going to be fine.

02:59:45.460 And then I saw another clip.

02:59:49.880 And it was Charlie being asked a question.

02:59:51.960 And out of nowhere, an assassin's bullet came through the crowd and hit him in the neck.

03:00:01.440 We saw his head.

03:00:03.400 We saw the blood.

03:00:04.320 And we saw him go down.

03:00:06.540 We've got to stop this, folks.

03:00:09.180 We can't let this go on.

03:00:10.940 This violence has got to stop.

03:00:13.500 It's got to stop. 0.96

03:00:14.920 And I'm not going to say our side is perfect, but, damn it, this is coming from the other side. 0.97

03:00:35.020 How does a 22-year-old become so filled with hate? 0.97

03:00:40.520 Five years earlier, I was told he was a Trump supporter.

03:00:44.920 And we sent our kids off to college, and they brainwashed him.

03:00:49.980 I am making a plea to mothers out there.

03:00:52.440 Do not send your children into these indoctrination camps.

03:00:57.020 Don't do it.

03:00:58.620 Do not do it.

03:01:07.500 At one moment, that 22-year-old who shot Charlie was a baby in his mother's arms.

03:01:14.920 And by all accounts, those parents did a good job raising him until he was sent off to be brainwashed.

03:01:22.440 We have lived through the most horrific brainwashing campaign in the history of mankind.

03:01:28.080 And the very fact that we're all here means we have somehow survived it.

03:01:41.600 We've survived it.

03:01:42.820 But too many youngsters are not surviving it.

03:01:49.620 And we have to stand up.

03:01:52.040 Because some things are non-negotiable.

03:01:54.980 Our children's minds and futures are non-negotiable.

03:01:57.940 Charlie Kirk came to my house several years ago with Erica.

03:02:11.960 They had just gotten married.

03:02:13.520 I remember asking him about their beautiful wedding rings that were made specifically for them, matching with rings.

03:02:20.260 Although I will say Erica had a beautiful cascade of diamonds around hers.

03:02:26.180 Charlie, good job.

03:02:27.380 You did a good job with that.

03:02:29.840 And they hadn't had children yet.

03:02:32.360 And my children joined us at the table.

03:02:34.640 And it happened to be the day I invited them to dinner.

03:02:36.980 It happened to be, by the grace of God, the day that President Trump gave me my first endorsement from President Donald J. Trump, which is pretty special.

03:02:44.740 Which, by the way, thank you, Charlie, for helping us make sure President Trump won this time.

03:02:55.940 We've got to give him some thanks for that.

03:03:02.480 Charlie's 25 years younger than me.

03:03:04.340 I'm not going to have you do the math.

03:03:05.600 Please do not do the math.

03:03:07.480 If I catch one of you with a calculator on your phone right now, I'm going to have the security guards take your phone.

03:03:12.980 25 years younger than me.

03:03:15.820 And I was so excited.

03:03:17.040 Through dinner, I kept saying, I got the endorsement, Charlie.

03:03:20.820 And he finally said, stop.

03:03:22.460 Enough celebrating.

03:03:24.280 Let's make the next plan.

03:03:27.160 What's the next step?

03:03:28.520 And for two and a half hours, Charlie gave me the best political advice of anybody in the world.

03:03:34.120 I mean, better political advice than you could get from anybody who had 60 years on him.

03:03:39.440 And then when he left, he said, from now on, I thought this was great.

03:03:44.280 He said, by the way, from now on, your name isn't, your first name isn't Carrie.

03:03:48.780 Your first name is Trump endorsed.

03:03:50.680 And your last name is Carrie Lake.

03:03:53.960 So use that everywhere you go.

03:03:55.700 I know we don't have a lot of time.

03:04:03.640 There's so many good speakers tonight.

03:04:05.280 This is a battle between good and evil.

03:04:07.820 I wish we could compromise, but you can't compromise with evil.

03:04:12.440 You can't compromise with evil.

03:04:14.020 Charlie didn't go to college.

03:04:21.440 My daughter didn't go to college and said she went and worked for Charlie Kirk.

03:04:26.260 And she quit about a year ago.

03:04:29.760 And Charlie said, I heard Ruby quit. 0.99

03:04:31.720 And I said, well, she's taking your advice.

03:04:34.880 She wants to get married and start a family. 1.00

03:04:37.620 And he said, well, that's a pretty good reason to quit.

03:04:42.940 So I miss Charlie already.

03:04:47.260 I know all of you do.

03:04:48.360 I know that you're comforting your children.

03:04:50.180 You might be comforting one another.

03:04:52.000 But I just ask us all to step up and be strong.

03:04:56.820 Charlie had a shirt when he was taken from us.

03:04:59.760 Do you remember what that said?

03:05:01.240 Freedom.

03:05:02.400 Freedom.

03:05:03.380 We can't have freedom without faith.

03:05:05.120 And I believe that Charlie will live an even bigger life after Wednesday than he would have before Wednesday.

03:05:12.880 And I hate to say that because I miss him.

03:05:15.040 But God is using him in such powerful ways.

03:05:17.700 Charlie is not dead.

03:05:18.600 He's got everlasting life.

03:05:20.220 He's got everlasting life.

03:05:21.760 I tried to sleep in today.

03:05:33.980 And my beautiful, wonderful husband brought me coffee in bed, which is the best thing ever.

03:05:39.020 Find a good spouse, please, everybody.

03:05:41.260 If you're not married, find one that loves and supports you.

03:05:43.740 And I was reading some, I got on Twitter and I happened to, one of the first things I saw was from Tyler Boyer, who we love in Arizona.

03:05:51.800 He is Charlie's right-hand man at Turning Point Action.

03:05:55.260 They're trying to put him in prison, by the way, because of his support for President Trump.

03:06:00.780 So this fight is not over, not by a long shot.

03:06:03.940 We're here today fighting because Charlie and many people before Charlie gave us the courage.

03:06:11.120 But it's not going to be easy.

03:06:12.520 If you think it's going to be easy now, if you're really willing to stand up and fight, it's really going to get harder.

03:06:20.100 They're going to try to cancel you.

03:06:21.720 You're going to lose friends.

03:06:22.960 How many of you have lost friends?

03:06:25.240 Rach, keep your hand up.

03:06:26.240 How many of you have been canceled?

03:06:27.220 How many of you have been law-fared?

03:06:30.880 I need three arms.

03:06:33.460 How many of you have been deposed?

03:06:36.080 Subpoenaed?

03:06:37.740 It's not going to get easier.

03:06:40.040 It only gets easier when we meet the Almighty in heaven.

03:06:43.340 That's when it gets easier.

03:06:44.420 But until we do, we've got to be up for the fight.

03:06:47.380 Before I leave tonight, I want to read you something that Tyler shared on Twitter.

03:06:53.240 He said, please take the time to look through these posts.

03:06:55.560 It was a woman who had said, how many of you are going to go to church tomorrow because of Charlie Kirk?

03:07:01.900 And there were 805 posts as of Saturday night.

03:07:06.580 Today, there were about 8,000 posts.

03:07:18.240 Charlie's going to be remembered for politics, but he's going to be remembered most for bringing people to God.

03:07:23.400 Let me just read a couple of these because they moved me to tears today.

03:07:29.000 I'm going to church because that's exactly where Charlie would want us to be, said one post.

03:07:34.340 One post said, my husband and I are going to try diving into this journey with our children for the first time ever since Wednesday when Charlie died.

03:07:44.280 Another person said, I just bought a Bible.

03:07:46.280 I haven't been to church in 10 years.

03:07:49.400 My body hurts.

03:07:50.700 My brain hurts.

03:07:51.720 I need rest.

03:07:52.560 And I only know one way to find it.

03:07:55.440 Another person said, I bought my first Bible on Friday.

03:07:59.280 First Bible I've ever owned.

03:08:02.140 And I'm finally seeing the light of it.

03:08:03.920 How about this one?

03:08:13.960 I haven't been to church, one woman said, since I was 10 or 11.

03:08:17.200 I'm 31.

03:08:17.920 I'm heading to church tomorrow morning with my husband and kids.

03:08:20.540 And I've got to find the one I love the most because it was the first Bible verse I reread when I was 50.

03:08:33.320 I can't find it, but I'll tell you what it was.

03:08:35.020 Somebody said, I bought a Bible.

03:08:36.540 I just read the book of James, which, by the way, I highly recommend.

03:08:40.980 It tells you how to be a good Christian.

03:08:43.100 And I'm going to church tomorrow.

03:08:45.940 Charlie, we miss you.

03:08:48.260 We love you.

03:08:51.380 We're going to protect and stand around Erica.

03:08:53.640 She's got an army of mama bears and papa bears and cubs around her. 1.00

03:08:58.480 We're stepping forward, and we're going to save this republic.

03:09:01.080 You got us going.

03:09:02.120 You gave us a voice.

03:09:03.180 You gave us the strength.

03:09:04.560 And we're going to carry on so that we can find the freedom that you have.

03:09:07.980 We love you, Charlie, and we miss you.

03:09:09.820 God bless you all.

03:09:18.260 Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna.

03:09:32.880 I want to thank you all for being here today and start by expressing my deepest gratitude,

03:09:51.380 not just to those who have joined us here today, but to the millions of Americans who have poured

03:09:56.620 out their love, prayers, and support for Erica, Charlie's family, and the Turning Point USA

03:10:01.500 community during this heartbreaking time.

03:10:04.540 Like so many of you, I'm still struggling to process the reality of Charlie's absence.

03:10:08.580 It's hard to accept that someone so vibrant and so full of life is no longer with us.

03:10:15.240 But in my heart, I know Charlie would not want us to throw in the towel.

03:10:19.520 He'd tell us to pick up the mic, to keep pushing, and to carry his movement forward with unwavering

03:10:25.500 resolve.

03:10:27.460 I first met Charlie on August 5, 2018, at Turning Point USA's Young Women Leadership Summit.

03:10:33.900 I just left the Air Force and was working as a counter-trafficking activist, planning on

03:10:38.720 attending medical school.

03:10:40.520 At the time, Turning Point was a small organization with maybe a few hundred people at every conference.

03:10:46.620 I vividly remember seeing Charlie walk through the crowd, young, wearing sneakers, of course,

03:10:51.560 with his suits, yet radiating a larger-than-life aura.

03:10:56.080 And when he passed by, I remember hearing people say,

03:10:59.540 That's Charlie Kirk.

03:11:00.820 Even then, you could feel his energy, his vision, and his ability to inspire.

03:11:07.700 That conference was my own turning point for me.

03:11:10.420 It's where I met some of my closest friends, many of whom are now some of the most influential

03:11:14.480 and biggest names in conservative and Republican politics.

03:11:19.040 I also saw women I admired speak boldly about issues that mattered.

03:11:23.540 And what I didn't know at the time is that Charlie in Turning Point USA was scouting me to

03:11:27.420 become their National Hispanic Outreach Director.

03:11:29.320 Charlie had this extraordinary gift of being able to recognize things in people before they

03:11:34.800 realized it for themselves.

03:11:37.440 In 2018, when young conservatives and Republicans were not being engaged by the GOP, Turning Point

03:11:43.380 was ahead of the curve, and that was because of Charlie's vision and leadership.

03:11:47.820 Not long after that summit, I received an unexpected phone call from Fox News inviting me on air.

03:11:52.600 I'd never done television, and I had no idea how they got my contact.

03:11:56.860 And after pressing the producer, I later found out that Charlie had pitched me to the network

03:12:00.580 in an effort to advocate for me sharing my immigration perspective.

03:12:04.900 That was always Charlie, thinking about how to lift up other voices,

03:12:09.040 amplify new perspectives, and strengthen the movement.

03:12:11.960 He understood the challenges that we collectively faced together,

03:12:14.720 and he knew that he couldn't do it alone.

03:12:16.260 Shortly after that, I was literally preparing to go to medical school, bags packed,

03:12:22.900 and I kid you not, 24 hours prior, I got a call that changed my life.

03:12:28.420 Hey, Ana, it's Charlie Kirk from Turning Point USA, and I'd like to offer you a job

03:12:32.580 as our National Hispanic Outreach Director.

03:12:36.480 24 hours prior, guys.

03:12:37.660 That was my fork in the road.

03:12:41.000 Was I going to continue on to what I thought my path was,

03:12:44.140 or was I going to pay attention to God knocking at the door

03:12:47.080 and showing me that there might be a different one?

03:12:50.160 And so, in about six hours, I decided that I would stay

03:12:54.420 and help fight socialism on college campuses alongside Charlie Kirk.

03:12:58.540 And that's where the real adventure began.

03:13:11.900 I'll never forget our first tabling campus event.

03:13:14.860 It was in Portland, Oregon, so you know where I'm going with this.

03:13:19.500 You may have seen the video, Charlie Kirk wearing an ice hat,

03:13:22.440 sitting at a table with a sign that read,

03:13:25.140 there are only two genders.

03:13:26.640 As I sat there next to him, student after student approached the debate,

03:13:34.320 often with heated emotions, but Charlie remained cool, calm, and logical,

03:13:38.480 and one by one, no matter how controversial the question was,

03:13:42.800 he would dismantle them with his reasoning.

03:13:45.800 And that's when I realized something.

03:13:48.440 Charlie Kirk didn't need college.

03:13:50.320 College needed Charlie Kirk.

03:13:56.640 Those college tours are some of my fondest memories.

03:14:05.640 Charlie's work ethic was truly unmatched,

03:14:07.980 only probably rivaled by President Trump.

03:14:10.740 He'd be on a different plane every day in a new city,

03:14:13.620 at a new campus, all while fundraising, engaging in social media,

03:14:16.980 appearing on different media outlets,

03:14:18.300 and still running Turning Point USA.

03:14:21.060 But yet when he sat at that table or in the chair ready to debate anyone,

03:14:24.880 he was truly in his element, fearless, focused, and fully committed to the truth.

03:14:30.080 I saw Turning Point grow from those early days of a few hundred attendees

03:14:33.820 to conferences with thousands upon thousands of young people,

03:14:37.860 all inspired by Charlie's vision.

03:14:40.760 Turning Point wasn't just a non-profit.

03:14:42.560 It's a movement, a force for change to empower young conservatives to take a stand.

03:14:48.720 Walking into Turning Point's headquarters for the first time,

03:14:51.220 I was struck by the energy of young people,

03:14:53.240 dynamic, creative, and passionate my age,

03:14:56.220 were running the entire operation.

03:14:58.400 They were making politics fun and accessible and impactful,

03:15:01.760 and Charlie had built something extraordinary,

03:15:04.080 and it was truly changing the political landscape.

03:15:07.140 One day, Charlie and I were talking.

03:15:08.780 He said, Ana, you really need to share your story.

03:15:10.720 He knew my background and understood the power of personal connection.

03:15:15.420 He taught me that while identity politics was real,

03:15:18.080 not everyone thought that way,

03:15:19.660 and stories like mine could help combat the narrative.

03:15:23.080 I remember one of Turning Point's first events at Mar-a-Lago,

03:15:26.420 showing up and being next to this wonderful lady

03:15:28.540 who was looking at him beam on stage.

03:15:30.280 I realized I had been sitting next to Charlie Kirk's mom,

03:15:58.100 and how proud she was to see her young boy there.

03:16:09.300 I was already on social media,

03:16:10.960 but Charlie showed me how to use it effectively,

03:16:13.140 how to respond to headlines,

03:16:14.660 especially those with false narratives,

03:16:16.340 and how to win the argument with truth.

03:16:18.900 Truth is the best disinfectant, he would say,

03:16:21.240 and he truly lived by that principle.

03:16:22.620 When I decided to run for Congress,

03:16:28.000 I had no idea what I was doing.

03:16:29.740 My own party worked against me,

03:16:31.020 but Charlie was one of the few who backed me from the very beginning.

03:16:34.920 Turning Point helped me knock doors,

03:16:36.600 and Charlie invited me onto his podcast to share my message.

03:16:39.840 In a world where political alliances are often transactional,

03:16:44.820 Charlie asked for nothing in return.

03:16:46.200 To him, it was about saving our country and advancing the movement.

03:16:50.740 He introduced me to some incredible people,

03:16:53.180 like Caroline Leavitt,

03:16:54.140 who was running for office at that time as well.

03:16:56.780 Charlie hosted us both at the Student Action Summit,

03:16:59.160 and I often joke that Charlie's probably the only reason why I have friends.

03:17:04.920 Some of the many people that I'm closest to today,

03:17:07.360 I met through his organization and this movement.

03:17:11.020 Charlie was more than a commentator,

03:17:12.740 or a show host, or an online personality.

03:17:14.680 He was a patriot in every sense of the word.

03:17:18.640 He lived to preserve our nation's founding principles,

03:17:21.360 not just through words, but through action.

03:17:23.760 He did not just complain about the state of our country,

03:17:26.020 he did something about it.

03:17:28.960 Even as a private citizen,

03:17:30.700 Charlie advised sitting members of Congress.

03:17:33.520 During the 2022 speakers fight,

03:17:35.460 he called me to check in and asked me what was going on.

03:17:37.980 As I'm sure you guys can imagine, it was kind of chaotic.

03:17:41.100 After explaining everything, he said,

03:17:42.660 okay, just make sure that you guys know when to take the deal, right?

03:17:46.500 President Trump called me shortly thereafter and echoed the same advice,

03:17:50.280 and that's the kind of influence Charlie had.

03:17:52.620 Strategic, brilliant, and trusted.

03:17:55.760 I remember discussing inherent contempt with Charlie.

03:17:58.620 Charlie was fascinated, always eager to dive into the details and strategize.

03:18:02.260 And I saw Charlie evolve from a young man tabling on college campuses

03:18:07.100 to a global leader where he remained humble and still driven.

03:18:11.380 Whether at conferences, on video calls for media hits, or at Mar-a-Lago,

03:18:16.320 he was always Charlie, encouraging and pushing us to be our best.

03:18:21.060 During this past election cycle, I saw him in Arizona at a campaign stop

03:18:24.560 while I was campaigning with now Vice President J.D. Vance.

03:18:27.380 He pulled me aside to share messaging tips as he always did,

03:18:31.300 and of course I took his advice because it always worked.

03:18:34.920 Backstage, he was chatting it up with J.D. and doing what he did best,

03:18:38.320 building a movement one conversation at a time.

03:18:41.780 The last time I saw Charlie in person was at the Student Action Summit in Tampa.

03:18:45.500 I spoke on a show, addressed the students, and spent time with my friend.

03:18:51.220 That day, I talked a little bit about the evil that we face in our world,

03:18:54.820 a topic Charlie was passionate about,

03:18:56.780 as he used his platform to reach millions not just to discuss politics,

03:19:00.360 but to share his faith and point people toward God.

03:19:04.560 Charlie Kirk will go down in history

03:19:06.960 as one of the greatest political minds and activists of our lifetime.

03:19:10.280 His impact places him alongside transformative figures

03:19:25.700 like Dr. Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, and Robert F. Kennedy.

03:19:29.760 Leaders who inspired movements, challenged the status quo,

03:19:40.280 and fought for what they believed in.

03:19:43.060 Charlie's legacy is not just in the ideas that he championed,

03:19:46.300 but the countless of lives that he's touched,

03:19:48.800 the voices he amplified, and the movement that he built.

03:19:51.960 Though Charlie's no longer with us physically, his spirit lives on.

03:19:55.540 And in my heart, according to the scriptures,

03:19:57.600 I know that I will see my friend again one day.

03:20:00.620 Since his passing, Turning Point USA has received the request

03:20:03.560 to start over 32,000 new college campus chapters.

03:20:07.380 Churches are overflowing, and young people across the country

03:20:23.800 are asking how they can get involved.

03:20:26.500 Charlie's legacy is keeping this movement alive,

03:20:29.620 and it's up to us to carry it forward.

03:20:32.020 So I want to leave you with the very same advice

03:20:34.320 that Charlie gave me once upon a time.

03:20:36.060 Share your story, get involved, join the movement,

03:20:40.420 help others, run for office,

03:20:42.840 but above all, keep the debate alive and pray.

03:20:46.420 Truth will always prevail.

03:20:48.900 To Erica and Charlie's family,

03:20:51.600 you have my word, alongside with every single person

03:20:54.600 that was on the stage and millions of other Americans,

03:20:57.780 including some of the most powerful voices in Washington, D.C.,

03:21:00.060 that we will continue Charlie's mission.

03:21:03.920 His vision, his courage, and his love of country

03:21:06.740 will live on through all of us.

03:21:08.820 Thank you, and God bless.

03:21:09.680 From the great state of Arizona,

03:21:26.120 please welcome to the stage Congressman Andy Biggs.

03:21:29.760 We are so fortunate to live in the greatest nation

03:21:45.080 in the history of the world.

03:21:46.540 And we are especially blessed

03:21:54.240 to have lived through the two greatest political movements

03:21:58.700 of the 20th and 21st century.

03:22:02.900 First of all, President Trump's MAGA movement.

03:22:05.480 Joined at the hip with Charlie Kirk's Turning Point movement.

03:22:25.620 They changed the trajectory of a nation.

03:22:30.800 And in so doing, they changed the direction of the world.

03:22:33.580 We thank them.

03:22:37.320 And I thank Charlie Kirk for his courage,

03:22:41.380 his tenacity, his wisdom, his preparation.

03:22:46.840 The first time I met Charlie,

03:22:49.940 everybody's got one of those stories.

03:22:53.440 I have family members that have worked for him.

03:22:57.500 I have nephews that have worked with him for eight years.

03:23:00.660 And I had not met the guy.

03:23:05.400 And, but boy, they sure told me how great he was.

03:23:10.960 I met him.

03:23:13.200 And I said,

03:23:14.560 Behold the man.

03:23:16.700 You remember Solzhenitsyn,

03:23:27.560 who basically chronicled life in the gulag

03:23:32.060 of the communist Soviet Union.

03:23:36.920 He interviewed people,

03:23:39.320 and in that chronicle,

03:23:41.800 he quotes people time and time again saying,

03:23:45.000 the reason we fell to the communists

03:23:48.400 is because we as a people forgot God.

03:23:53.020 This past week,

03:24:04.240 we are reminded

03:24:07.080 how real evil is.

03:24:11.700 Evil is real.

03:24:12.680 And it occurs in a vacuum

03:24:18.360 when we forget God.

03:24:20.960 But we also

03:24:22.200 have something very real

03:24:25.120 happening to us as well.

03:24:28.000 We know that healing,

03:24:31.060 healing in the name of Jesus Christ

03:24:33.320 is also real.

03:24:35.100 And so we've,

03:24:44.180 we've we've wept,

03:24:45.360 we've mourned,

03:24:46.260 we've grieved,

03:24:46.900 and that will be

03:24:48.740 for a short season

03:24:50.300 because it is incumbent upon us

03:24:53.740 to take the healing,

03:24:56.300 the healing balm of Gilead

03:24:58.980 and march forward

03:25:01.700 on the mission

03:25:03.460 to complete the mission

03:25:05.260 that we are on today,

03:25:07.180 which is to save this nation

03:25:09.100 and in turn,

03:25:10.580 save the world.

03:25:11.540 That's

03:25:12.820 that is the mission

03:25:21.860 that Charlie Kirk

03:25:24.320 undertook

03:25:26.080 with confidence.

03:25:28.720 We learn

03:25:29.860 and are reminded

03:25:31.660 if we didn't know before

03:25:33.380 this week

03:25:35.560 that we are eternal beings.

03:25:38.120 is every person

03:25:42.360 that comes here

03:25:43.300 at some point

03:25:45.180 the winds of immortality

03:25:46.820 sweep us away

03:25:48.180 in the sands of time.

03:25:50.420 But each of us

03:25:51.720 has left a mark,

03:25:55.960 a trace,

03:25:58.840 a track.

03:26:02.260 None of us

03:26:03.240 are evanescent.

03:26:04.860 We are all eternal.

03:26:08.120 And Charlie

03:26:09.840 has left for us

03:26:10.880 a track.

03:26:12.320 We love him.

03:26:13.940 We embrace him.

03:26:16.000 And we walk

03:26:17.140 and join

03:26:17.800 hand in hand

03:26:18.580 walking that track

03:26:19.640 to broaden it.

03:26:26.040 You see

03:26:27.180 the movement

03:26:28.500 as Anna was talking about

03:26:31.300 and others have talked about

03:26:32.700 has expanded

03:26:34.340 enormously already.

03:26:35.700 because it calls

03:26:39.440 to the spirit.

03:26:41.380 It speaks

03:26:42.320 to the heart

03:26:43.080 and to the brain.

03:26:45.800 I loved,

03:26:46.440 I always,

03:26:46.900 did you watch

03:26:47.320 the Oxford debates?

03:26:50.260 Those are the best

03:26:51.200 debates in the world.

03:26:55.280 Smugness,

03:26:55.940 arrogance,

03:26:57.300 defeated.

03:27:00.940 So,

03:27:13.320 so as,

03:27:14.120 as we go

03:27:15.600 and we're getting ready

03:27:16.320 to leave this venue,

03:27:19.180 let us,

03:27:20.020 let us not leave

03:27:21.300 anything behind

03:27:22.520 other than

03:27:24.900 our love for each other,

03:27:27.020 our respect

03:27:27.860 and love for Charlie,

03:27:28.820 our love

03:27:30.960 and concern

03:27:31.640 for Erica

03:27:32.340 and their

03:27:33.020 beautiful family,

03:27:34.760 our love

03:27:35.840 for this nation,

03:27:38.120 our love

03:27:39.120 for our fellow man,

03:27:47.140 will the walk

03:27:48.520 out with our

03:27:49.020 preparation,

03:27:50.920 a commitment

03:27:51.860 to be

03:27:52.640 like Charlie.

03:27:54.320 I mean,

03:27:54.580 Charlie was always

03:27:55.220 smart.

03:27:56.720 He was the smartest

03:27:57.680 dude.

03:28:02.240 We will be

03:28:03.080 eloquent

03:28:03.560 and patient

03:28:05.080 but firm

03:28:07.600 and convicted

03:28:08.340 in our principles.

03:28:20.140 And I feel,

03:28:22.280 to tell you this

03:28:23.320 before I do this,

03:28:24.240 Winston Churchill

03:28:26.280 was an emotional

03:28:27.320 man.

03:28:29.940 I'm trying

03:28:30.700 not to be

03:28:31.200 like Winston

03:28:31.780 Churchill

03:28:32.200 tonight.

03:28:38.000 But I feel

03:28:38.800 impressed

03:28:39.440 to share

03:28:41.740 with you

03:28:42.160 and join

03:28:42.660 in Charlie

03:28:43.140 in my testimony

03:28:44.020 that Jesus

03:28:48.160 Christ

03:28:48.780 is the son

03:28:52.880 of a living

03:28:53.340 of a living

03:28:53.360 God.

03:29:04.560 He is my

03:29:05.620 Savior

03:29:06.160 and your

03:29:06.920 Savior.

03:29:07.600 He is my

03:29:08.100 Redeemer.

03:29:08.600 He is your

03:29:09.160 Redeemer.

03:29:14.440 And as

03:29:15.280 and as

03:29:16.700 the Savior

03:29:17.200 taught,

03:29:19.040 no man

03:29:19.580 cometh to

03:29:20.120 the Father

03:29:20.620 but by and

03:29:21.820 through Jesus

03:29:22.380 Christ.

03:29:24.240 We are

03:29:25.080 eternal beings.

03:29:27.900 Charlie is

03:29:28.400 eternal.

03:29:30.180 He rests

03:29:30.800 in the bosom

03:29:37.020 of our

03:29:39.580 Lord and

03:29:40.380 Savior.

03:29:40.720 and I

03:29:51.240 would

03:29:51.500 I would

03:29:52.600 suggest

03:29:53.220 that each

03:29:55.580 one of us

03:29:56.280 now has

03:29:58.120 an additional

03:29:58.660 mission

03:29:59.200 and the

03:30:01.080 mission is

03:30:01.560 to preserve

03:30:03.280 the freedom

03:30:03.980 of this

03:30:04.720 country.

03:30:05.140 the First

03:30:07.340 Amendment

03:30:07.720 as

03:30:08.120 Secretary

03:30:10.140 Kennedy

03:30:10.500 talked

03:30:10.800 about.

03:30:11.420 It's not

03:30:11.940 just about

03:30:12.300 free speech

03:30:12.920 either,

03:30:13.280 is it?

03:30:13.940 It is

03:30:14.440 about

03:30:14.840 free speech

03:30:16.500 so we

03:30:16.980 can worship

03:30:17.520 and that's

03:30:19.500 what we

03:30:19.740 want to

03:30:20.060 do.

03:30:22.280 And so

03:30:22.680 we walk

03:30:23.100 out of

03:30:23.420 here

03:30:23.700 heads held

03:30:24.560 high,

03:30:25.720 recommitted

03:30:26.320 to our

03:30:27.660 mission,

03:30:29.000 preservation

03:30:29.380 of freedom

03:30:30.140 and

03:30:32.200 understanding

03:30:33.020 our

03:30:33.760 relationship

03:30:34.320 to God

03:30:35.080 and Jesus

03:30:36.840 Christ,

03:30:37.860 our Savior.

03:30:41.480 So

03:30:41.740 join me

03:30:51.980 in wishing

03:30:52.500 and praying

03:30:53.980 that God

03:30:54.700 will bless

03:30:55.080 Erica,

03:30:56.720 God will

03:30:57.460 bless each

03:30:58.020 of you,

03:30:59.520 God will

03:31:00.060 bless our

03:31:01.160 great

03:31:01.480 President

03:31:01.980 Donald J.

03:31:02.720 Trump,

03:31:03.000 God,

03:31:09.700 that God

03:31:10.860 will bless

03:31:11.280 this country

03:31:11.900 that it

03:31:12.280 will endure

03:31:12.980 until that

03:31:14.960 happy day

03:31:16.060 and that

03:31:18.300 God will

03:31:18.880 bless Charlie.

03:31:21.040 May Charlie

03:31:21.980 rest in

03:31:22.540 peace and

03:31:23.980 may us,

03:31:24.960 each one

03:31:25.520 of us,

03:31:26.660 now go

03:31:27.220 forward in

03:31:27.700 the season

03:31:28.220 of work

03:31:29.080 and be

03:31:31.180 happy

03:31:31.660 warriors

03:31:32.440 always

03:31:34.060 willing

03:31:34.560 to do

03:31:35.680 what we

03:31:36.580 need to

03:31:36.980 do to

03:31:37.640 further

03:31:37.980 the cause

03:31:38.780 of freedom

03:31:39.960 and justice.

03:31:41.040 God bless

03:31:41.660 all of you.

03:31:42.120 Thank you.

03:31:42.460 To offer

03:31:57.200 closing

03:31:57.700 reflections,

03:31:58.820 once again,

03:31:59.580 please welcome

03:32:00.160 Arizona State

03:32:00.820 Senator

03:32:01.360 Jake Hoffman.

03:32:02.680 Let's hear it

03:32:07.960 one more time

03:32:08.800 for the

03:32:09.140 entire team

03:32:10.100 here at

03:32:10.960 the Kennedy

03:32:11.400 Center.

03:32:12.860 Let's hear it

03:32:13.880 for Ambassador

03:32:14.580 Rick Grinnell.

03:32:16.700 None of this

03:32:17.500 would have been

03:32:18.060 possible without

03:32:19.460 that entire

03:32:20.320 team's dedicated

03:32:22.120 commitment to

03:32:23.640 honoring the

03:32:24.480 life and legacy

03:32:25.640 of Charlie

03:32:26.500 Kirk.

03:32:27.580 Charlie

03:32:28.200 Kirk taught

03:32:28.960 us that

03:32:29.840 one man

03:32:30.740 plus God

03:32:32.280 equals a

03:32:33.640 majority.

03:32:35.140 It is our

03:32:36.460 job to

03:32:37.920 now carry

03:32:38.680 on the

03:32:39.220 torch that

03:32:39.960 Charlie

03:32:40.420 Kirk lit.

03:32:42.140 That is

03:32:42.660 faith in

03:32:43.440 Jesus plus 0.65

03:32:44.860 courage of

03:32:45.700 conviction plus

03:32:47.320 unabashed

03:32:48.800 truth is how

03:32:50.520 we will usher

03:32:51.400 in the next

03:32:52.480 250 years of

03:32:54.100 freedom like

03:32:55.100 our founding

03:32:55.760 fathers ushered

03:32:57.180 in the first

03:32:57.840 250 years of

03:32:59.380 freedom.

03:33:04.860 Now I have

03:33:06.060 to give one

03:33:06.820 shout out to

03:33:08.060 all of those

03:33:09.140 young 20

03:33:10.000 somethings and

03:33:11.240 30 somethings

03:33:12.340 working at

03:33:12.840 Turning Point

03:33:13.420 right now with

03:33:14.640 Erica Kirk at

03:33:15.740 the helm with

03:33:16.900 leaders like

03:33:17.740 Tyler Boyer and

03:33:19.120 Justin Strife and

03:33:20.540 Marina Minas and

03:33:21.880 Amy Smith and

03:33:23.260 all of the

03:33:24.140 dedicated young

03:33:25.100 young people who

03:33:26.200 are out there

03:33:26.980 preparing to go

03:33:28.380 to battle for

03:33:29.340 truth to stand

03:33:30.880 up and double

03:33:32.020 down and triple 0.86

03:33:33.360 down in the face

03:33:34.840 of their founder

03:33:35.920 being slain by an

03:33:37.600 assassin's bullet.

03:33:38.580 we are all Charlie

03:33:40.300 Kirk now and let's

03:33:41.820 join them in this

03:33:43.280 fight.

03:33:43.640 Let's carry the

03:33:44.860 cause of freedom

03:33:45.740 and let's honor

03:33:47.060 Charlie Kirk once

03:33:48.760 and for all.

03:33:52.680 Charlie we love

03:33:54.580 you we miss you

03:33:56.400 but we will fight

03:33:58.120 to continue your

03:33:59.500 legacy.

03:34:00.660 God bless you all

03:34:01.680 for coming.

03:34:02.720 Let's have some

03:34:03.560 worship.

03:34:03.880 All my life you

03:34:12.980 have been faith

03:34:14.880 all my life you

03:34:20.700 have been so so good

03:34:24.620 with every breath that

03:34:28.500 I am in I will sing of

03:34:35.000 the goodness of the goodness

03:34:36.000 of God.

03:34:37.000 All my life you have been so so good

03:34:55.000 with every breath that I am in I will sing of the goodness of God.

03:35:09.000 Your goodness.

03:35:10.000 Your goodness is running after, it's running after me.

03:35:18.000 Your goodness is running after, it's running after me.

03:35:26.000 With my life laid down, I surrender now, I give you everything.

03:35:34.000 Your goodness is running after, it's running after me.

03:35:41.000 Come on sing it, your goodness. 1.00

03:35:43.000 Your goodness is running after, it's running after me.

03:35:49.000 Now could you go ahead and get out your phone with your light on it if you don't have

03:36:18.980 a candle?

03:36:19.980 We only had 500 candles and a lot more people.

03:36:23.980 So come on everybody get your phone with your light.

03:36:26.980 Come on everybody all over on the top, on the bottom, every light on.

03:36:31.980 All across America churches were full.

03:36:37.980 People showing up to worship Jesus.

03:36:42.980 Spurred on by Charlie.

03:36:43.980 Let's sing this out together.

03:36:46.980 I have decided to follow Jesus.

03:36:53.980 I have decided to follow Jesus.

03:37:01.980 No turning back.

03:37:14.980 No turning back.

03:37:16.980 Though none go with me.

03:37:18.980 Still I will follow.

03:37:19.980 Though none go with me.

03:37:20.980 Though none go with me.

03:37:21.980 Still I will follow.

03:37:22.980 Though none go with me.

03:37:23.980 Still I will follow.

03:37:25.980 Though none go with me.

03:37:32.980 I will follow, don't ungo with me, still I will follow, no turning back, come on one more time, I have decided, come on sing it out.

03:37:51.840 And I have decided to follow, I have decided to follow Jesus, I have decided to follow Jesus.

03:38:15.920 No turning back, no turning back, and no turning back, no turning back.

03:38:34.600 I just want to thank you all again for coming, all of us here.

03:38:51.460 Everybody who had a part in this, we're so grateful to you taking the time to be here.

03:38:58.800 You loved Charlie, you knew Charlie.

03:39:00.620 And I just want to close in a prayer, thanking the life of Charlie, thanking you all.

03:39:08.900 Again, a special shout out and thanks to the wonderful staff here at the Kendi Center, Ambassador Grinnell, for allowing us to do this in such a short amount of time.

03:39:19.100 We could not have done it without so many amazing people, and we're very, very thankful.

03:39:25.340 This event was definitely God's event, and that's what Charlie would have wanted.

03:39:29.100 So bow your heads, put up your hands, close your eyes, whatever you do, and we'll conclude this evening.

03:39:37.940 Lord, we're thankful for the life of Charlie.

03:39:43.900 As we close this memorial service, a service of praise and testimony to his life, we honor the life and legacy of our brother.

03:39:53.880 Charlie often said that what he wanted to be remembered for was his courage and his faith.

03:40:00.080 And Lord, you've answered those requests.

03:40:02.800 And all those that knew him, they knew exactly that's how he lived.

03:40:06.900 He faced life with boldness.

03:40:08.860 He anchored his hope in Jesus Christ.

03:40:11.600 His courage wasn't just about speaking truth or saying for what's right, but flowed from a deeper faith and knowledge in you.

03:40:17.140 So, Lord, we ask that as we conclude now, you would bless those that are here.

03:40:22.820 If there are some that have never found this Jesus and this friend, have not known the relationship that Charlie knew with his Savior,

03:40:31.100 would you allow them to find that Jesus tonight?

03:40:33.380 To accept into their heart a Savior.

03:40:36.600 A Savior who died for them.

03:40:37.920 A Savior who came to this earth as a man, lived perfectly, died, rose, was buried, rose again, and on the third day, Lord, he ascended.

03:40:50.300 Lord, we're thankful that Charlie is now with his Savior.

03:40:54.400 We're thankful that his time is not done.

03:40:58.760 His testimony and his impact will go on, Lord.

03:41:01.920 So, if there are those here that have even strained from you, would you bring them back to you?

03:41:06.920 Charlie would want that.

03:41:08.340 He would want the glory to be back to his Savior.

03:41:12.100 As we go out now, Lord, will we never forget his impact?

03:41:15.500 May we never forget the life that he lived.

03:41:17.480 And may we take the courage.

03:41:20.220 May we fight the fight like Charlie did.

03:41:23.180 May we pick up the cross.

03:41:25.400 And may we lead the charge.

03:41:29.280 Lord, we ask these things of you.

03:41:32.000 Bless us now.

03:41:32.980 Give us safety as we go home.

03:41:34.560 Thank you for allowing us to meet together.

03:41:37.920 Thank you for your son.

03:41:40.660 And it's in his name we pray.

03:41:42.680 Amen.

03:41:43.660 Thank you all.

03:41:44.540 On behalf of tonight's organizers, speakers, and all who gathered here or viewed from afar,

03:41:58.860 thank you for joining us in honoring the life of Charlie Kirk.

03:42:02.880 May his legacy of faith, courage, and conviction continue to inspire us all.

03:42:08.080 This concludes our services this evening.

03:42:10.900 live from the Kennedy Center.

03:42:21.080 Absolutely powerful, moving music, religious teachings, and, of course, personages that knew Charlie Kirk.

03:42:31.640 Let's go to Ben Berkwam, who's outside the Kennedy Center.

03:42:35.380 Ben, your closing thoughts, sir?

03:42:37.100 Yeah, a couple things.

03:42:42.000 First, as we said before, there is no more compromising with evil.

03:42:46.260 But one thought I had was when Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr. were talking,

03:42:51.300 there are millions of people, and I've met a lot of them,

03:42:54.360 that I've had people come up to me and say,

03:42:56.480 you know, I used to be a Democrat.

03:42:57.840 I used to be on the left, and I watched what you did.

03:42:59.880 I watched your network, and I've woken up.

03:43:03.980 Pray for those people and keep reaching those people.

03:43:06.740 There is a portion of the population that is unreachable,

03:43:10.080 that has hardened their heart to the Lord.

03:43:11.820 And as Romans 1 says, the Lord's given them over to that sinful heart.

03:43:15.920 But there are millions more that still can be reached.

03:43:19.800 And my biggest, the best quote I had from tonight was Anna Paulina Luna,

03:43:24.520 who said, Charlie Kirk didn't need college.

03:43:28.280 College needed Charlie Kirk.

03:43:30.000 And if we can focus our energy anywhere,

03:43:32.100 it's on this next generation of young people.

03:43:34.840 We've got to continue to reach them.

03:43:36.540 Now, obviously, Charlie did that, Turning Point did that.

03:43:38.260 That's going to continue to grow.

03:43:40.040 But that's where the fight really is in this next generation.

03:43:44.840 Ben Berquam, social media, where do people get you?

03:43:49.460 At Ben Berquam, catch a flight, go straight from here.

03:43:52.320 I'm going to be speaking down on the border tomorrow.

03:43:54.380 So we're not stopping.

03:43:55.800 The fight for America continues.

03:43:57.820 And everyone that's watching this, continue to fight.

03:44:00.620 At Ben Berquam, obviously, Real America's Voice News, Law & Border.

03:44:03.680 We've got new episodes coming out.

03:44:05.380 And then Substack, Frontline America, on my website, frontlineamerica.com.

03:44:09.340 God bless you, Steve.

03:44:10.260 Love you, sir.

03:44:10.660 We'll see you in Arizona in the funeral.

03:44:13.440 Let's go to David Zier.

03:44:14.480 David Zier's in the concert hall.

03:44:15.900 David Zier, closing thoughts?

03:44:19.220 Well, my wife reminded me before the program that my son shares the same birthday and is the same age of Charlie.

03:44:24.420 So that really hit home with me.

03:44:25.840 I didn't put it together before.

03:44:26.960 But the organizers of this event put this together in less than 48 hours with 80 volunteers.

03:44:34.220 And, you know, they said earlier, Charlie built an army that allowed something like this to happen tonight.

03:44:40.400 Emotions were roaring inside when people sit down.

03:44:42.640 But I think once the service started, you know, the impact of Charlie's life on others, you know, really set in.

03:44:49.440 And it was uplifting.

03:44:50.480 I think people are leaving here tonight with a renewed sense of purpose.

03:44:54.020 And I just wanted to say the quote of the night was definitely Carrie Lake when she said, 0.97

03:44:58.420 don't send your kids to these indoctrination camps, you know.

03:45:02.420 So a very moving night, though.

03:45:04.540 Charlie Kirk, a very, very special person.

03:45:08.260 And not many like him.

03:45:12.640 David Zier, social media, where do people find you?

03:45:16.940 At Dave Zier on X and David Zier on everything else except Insta, David W. Zier.

03:45:23.700 Thank you, Steve.

03:45:25.800 Thank you, brother.

03:45:27.120 Zier, David Zier.

03:45:28.360 Ben Burquam, fantastic coverage.

03:45:30.920 Also want to thank the Real America's Voice team and the Charlie Kirk's Turning Point to put this all together to go off as flawlessly.

03:45:39.160 And, folks, there were thousands and thousands and thousands of people there.

03:45:43.160 Kennedy Center is massive, absolutely packed.

03:45:46.640 Everybody in – just look at the spirit there.

03:45:50.300 You don't see people in the streets.

03:45:51.680 You don't see burning buildings.

03:45:53.500 That's why we're going to win.

03:45:55.060 Let's go.

03:45:55.520 We're going to play the pipes right now for Charlie Kirk, his famous bagpipes.

03:46:00.800 And we're going to be back at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time tomorrow.

03:46:05.460 There's going to be a lot of activity.

03:46:07.200 I believe you will see some real movement on the search for the assassin.

03:46:13.040 Might want to leave you with the fact that the assassin has not – the alleged assassin has not confessed yet as we're here out of Utah.

03:46:19.540 Okay.

03:46:20.080 We're going to be working all night.

03:46:21.320 We'll be up on Getter.

03:46:23.220 Check out Grace and Mo.

03:46:25.280 I want to thank the entire team once again, Robin, Parker, Sig, and all the Real America's Voice team for pulling this together.

03:46:32.140 Tomorrow, there's going to be some very special – as we toss to the Charlie Kirk show throughout the week, there's going to be some – how do I say?

03:46:40.300 Some interesting surprises.

03:46:42.000 So we'll see you at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time for the War Room, and we'll pitch to Charlie Kirk as we do every day.

03:46:49.080 Thank you so much for joining us.

03:46:50.420 Thank you.

03:46:55.280 Thank you.

03:47:25.280 Thank you.

03:47:55.280 Thank you.

03:48:25.260 Thank you.
