Bannon's War Room - Episode 4803： Maximalist Strategy, Seize The Institutions, Taking Down The Tech Oligarchs

00:00:00.000 We are following, as we promised, breaking news. It's out of the Eastern District of Virginia, where three sources familiar tell MSNBC former FBI director James Comey is expected to be indicted in the coming days.

00:00:13.760 The full extent of the charges being prepared against Comey is unclear.

00:00:17.880 So, Katie, we have some sources who say that for several weeks now, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia, and actually in offices that are potentially much further south than Alexandria, have been eyeing ways to indict Comey, and they are getting very much closer.

00:00:37.260 The statute of limits, forgive me, rephrase, they are arguing that Comey, there is evidence to suggest Comey lied to Congress in his testimony on the Hill in September of 2020.

00:00:50.660 And for viewers out in the audience who may not be legally as nerdy as me and Ken, I'll just say that there's a statute of limitations to charge people with the crime of lying to Congress or perjury, and that's five years.

00:01:05.960 The five-year statute runs this month.

00:01:09.100 Is it a copycat situation?

00:01:10.620 So, the most famous example in recent years of writing is Brenton Tarrant, who is the Christchurch shooter, you know, a mosque in New Zealand, and he wrote all over his weapon system and on his ammunition, very hateful, anti-Muslim, white power, neo-Nazi stuff.

00:01:29.520 That was emulated by other shooters here in the United States later on.

00:01:33.620 So, suggesting that this writing is part of a pattern, you might see some people stealing it now, but, I mean, traditionally in terrorism, you want to put across your message of why you're doing this.

00:01:46.020 It's not just random violence.

00:01:47.960 But I do think it's important to really dig in to find out what his motivation was.

00:01:52.080 Is it something broader, or did he have a family member that was affected by an ICE raid?

00:01:56.820 Is this a grievance, a personal grievance, or is he acting out against the government because he's seeing injustice?

00:02:03.980 And if you want to look at trends in the United States, yes, this could be emergence of more violence from the left, but anti-government movements have also come from the right.

00:02:14.420 If you look at Oklahoma City bombing, that was a culmination of the patriot movement, but it really came out of Ruby Ridge and Waco, and those things led to a trajectory that had Oklahoma City bombing.

00:02:30.080 You would categorize this more as an anti-government movement, potentially?

00:02:34.420 We don't know, but I think we have to change the framework in which we categorize offenders at this point.

00:02:39.740 When we first started in the counterterrorism space, people neatly fit into boxes when it came to motives.

00:02:45.460 In today's day and age, the biggest threat we face is from lone offenders, and oftentimes, lone offenders with a co-mingling of ideologies.

00:02:52.220 There's not one thing that's leading them to take a weapon and to engage in violence.

00:02:56.580 It can be a confluence of factors, and interestingly, Katie, a lot of times, a lot of ideologies that are seemingly at odds.

00:03:03.200 So we really need to change the framework that we're using to try to analyze these threats.

00:03:06.920 This is the response, I think, that Dominic is talking about.

00:03:10.100 It's Donald Trump's post.

00:03:11.960 I can't believe ABC fake news gave Jimmy Kimmel his job back.

00:03:15.260 The White House was told by ABC that his show was canceled.

00:03:19.500 Let's stop right there.

00:03:22.740 Who do you think that ABC told the White House that his show was canceled?

00:03:30.340 That's a great question.

00:03:31.940 I couldn't speculate on that.

00:03:34.140 I mean, with Donald Trump, it's one of those things where it's like, did he make it up, or is he sharing something out of school?

00:03:41.960 Both are very Donald Trump characteristics, so it's hard to know.

00:03:45.480 I think the interesting thing, that post goes on to talk about how much money he got out of ABC from the lawsuit after the George Stephanopoulos shakedown that they settled.

00:03:56.760 And I think that we're getting to an interesting place where he goes on to talk about how he wants to get more money out of them this time, and he wants to sue them again this time.

00:04:05.560 And it's sort of this, like, authoritarianism by lawsuit, or what was the Ted Cruz line about Brendan Carr, a mobster?

00:04:17.660 It's a little different than, you know, kind of authoritarian attacks on free speech in other countries, the kinds that Jimmy Kimmel was talking about in his monologue, right?

00:04:25.440 Because it failed, like, it failed to shut him down completely.

00:04:28.880 He wasn't on in some markets last night.

00:04:30.460 We can get into that in a little bit.

00:04:31.880 But it failed to shut him down, and they failed in some of their most overt authoritarian attempts, which is good.

00:04:38.120 And yet he still is using the presidency in a way that no other president has, certainly in modern times, to bully people, to shake people down, to extort people,

00:04:49.340 to try to get money for himself, to try to line the pockets of either him or his family or his presidential library.

00:04:56.720 And he's doing that in a very overt manner.

00:04:59.480 And in some ways, I don't know, this might be another Trumpian innovation.

00:05:02.380 I mean, obviously, there have been corrupt banana republics before, but, like, this sort of, like, quasi-authoritarian, it is different than what we see when we talk about the authoritarian attacks in other countries.

00:05:15.600 This guy is flooding the zone.

00:05:16.980 He's dominating the narratives.

00:05:18.140 Because facts don't seem to matter.

00:05:20.240 And Democrats, frankly, have had a difficult time pushing back.

00:05:24.100 And Democrats feel that, you know, at times there's sort of this weakness that dominates our brand and our party.

00:05:29.620 And I think what people appreciate is that we're willing to fight, and not only fight symbolically by having a little bit of fun, but fight substantively. 0.99

00:05:37.680 We have 41 lawsuits against this son of a bitch. 0.99

00:05:40.080 We're pushing back and we're winning. 1.00

00:05:42.580 And, you know, and we're filling a void on a lot of issues.

00:05:47.020 I'm out here for Climate Week.

00:05:48.680 California is the tentpole in terms of climate policy in this country.

00:05:51.520 As he walks away from Paris, he walks away from leadership, moral authority around the rest of the world.

00:05:58.120 California is trying to assert itself.

00:05:59.480 On health policy, same thing.

00:06:01.320 We created this West Coast collaborative.

00:06:03.260 We're not going to listen to this guy.

00:06:04.720 We're not going to listen to him trying to pronounce a seat of medicine.

00:06:07.100 Or we're not going to sit there.

00:06:08.680 No one trusts the guy.

00:06:11.060 Well, he certainly promised revenge and retribution in this campaign.

00:06:15.560 When voters went to the ballot box, that was very clear that that's part of what they were choosing if they chose Donald Trump.

00:06:21.920 And he promised it on his political enemies like James Comey.

00:06:26.080 I think it's hard to make the case, even for President Trump, that Comey somehow wronged his voters.

00:06:36.040 But I will say that sense of martyring himself, there is still this broader sense that does appeal to Trump's voters of sort of broader grievance, right?

00:06:45.560 That the deep state is after me.

00:06:48.140 They're after you.

00:06:49.500 You're getting a raw deal with institutions and governments, which a lot of his voters do feel.

00:06:56.500 And that if they could do this to me, imagine if I wasn't standing in their way what they could do to you.

00:07:04.180 And that is an incredibly effective, powerful message for Donald Trump's space.

00:07:11.740 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:07:15.680 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:07:22.100 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:07:26.360 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:07:28.320 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:07:29.740 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:07:32.380 It's going to happen.

00:07:33.660 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:07:37.060 Mega media.

00:07:38.400 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:07:43.060 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:07:47.580 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:07:53.980 War Room.

00:07:54.800 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:07:56.880 Bannon.

00:08:00.820 It's Wednesday, 24th September, year of our Lord 2025.

00:08:03.580 We're going to get to the shooter.

00:08:04.400 We've got so much to go through today.

00:08:05.780 Signal, not noise.

00:08:07.420 I got Julie Kelly by phone because of the Comey situation. 1.00

00:08:10.320 But I got to start off, Julie, because you followed her writings closely.

00:08:15.400 Ashley Parker. 1.00

00:08:16.240 How can a young woman who's so smart be so dumb? 1.00

00:08:19.420 What? 1.00

00:08:20.220 Comey? 1.00

00:08:20.740 Comey had no impact on the MAGA voters.

00:08:26.220 January 6th, the other things that Comey did for his entire time.

00:08:33.740 He built up the entire FBI apparatus that did Russiagate that came after President Trump and put in all the agents and all the field offices that Chris Ray, you know, use in that mentality, that politicized mentality against MAGA was January 6th, the abortion clinics, the kicking, you know, the Catholic Church.

00:08:54.400 All of it was all Comey had built in there.

00:08:58.160 Comey totally went after the MAGA movement, right?

00:09:00.800 Totally went after the MAGA movement.

00:09:02.320 And he lied and lied and lied and lied about Russiagate.

00:09:06.640 And that's what they're getting him for.

00:09:08.240 Julie Kelly, your thoughts.

00:09:10.440 Ashley Parker.

00:09:11.360 Good Lord, ma'am.

00:09:12.520 Your thoughts, ma'am.

00:09:14.020 He did.

00:09:14.520 I mean, this is a problem that Cash and Dan are facing at the FBI.

00:09:18.680 You have this megalomaniac, Jim Comey, who has infected, who did infect the entire Bureau with that sort of approach, with his deception, with his abusing power to go after political enemies, starting with Donald Trump.

00:09:36.340 And, yes, this manifested in not just the January 6th persecution, raids across the country, armed raids with little mini Jim Comeys beating down the doors of American citizens and arresting them on, you know, nonviolent misdemeanors or bogus felony charges.

00:09:55.740 But then, of course, his buddies still being in office and then pursuing President Trump in two federal criminal indictments that were brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith, who, of course, was in the Obama DOJ at the same time James Comey was there as well.

00:10:16.620 So, Julie, you've covered this better than anybody.

00:10:19.080 The statute of limitations, I think, the five years does run out, I think, in 10 days or sometime midweek next week.

00:10:27.960 What exactly is going on here?

00:10:29.860 What is this potential indictment coming against James Comey?

00:10:34.800 So, Steve, it appears that this will be either contempt of Congress or perjury lying to Congress related to his September 30th 2020 testimony before the Senate committee that was investigating the origins of Crossfire Hurricane.

00:10:54.840 And it appears that this will address Jim Comey's testimony and his story, let's say, that he did not leak those memos that he was taking in real time after meetings with the president.

00:11:10.240 So, as you recall, the president met with Jim Comey privately, I think, six or seven times.

00:11:16.380 Jim Comey, then head of the FBI, would go right into his SUV, get his laptop and take notes recalling the subject, the topic of that conversation.

00:11:29.220 And it appears that this specific memo that he took, and then he stored those memos at his home, I believe, four of the seven that he took, he stored at home.

00:11:40.720 Then he leaked at least one of them.

00:11:43.160 He says to his friend, Daniel Richmond, who I think was a professor at Columbia, and then instructed Richmond to leak this particular memo to the New York Times.

00:11:56.080 What was this memo about?

00:11:57.660 It was about the conversation, February 14th, 2017, about the Flynn investigation, and the president allegedly telling Jim Comey, you know, I hope you'll go easy on Mike Flynn, or something to the effect of those words, according to Jim Comey.

00:12:15.600 So, it looks like, and Daniel Richmond was subpoenaed earlier this month.

00:12:21.160 It is reported that he met with prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia last week.

00:12:27.760 So, did that story fall apart?

00:12:30.700 Because Jim Comey has always insisted that he did not disclose those records, those memos, directly to the media.

00:12:37.680 I just pulled up his transcript from that September 2020 testimony before the Senate.

00:12:45.360 He said he never shared those memos with anyone except for Daniel Richmond.

00:12:51.080 Was that a lie?

00:12:52.260 Also, the kind of sketchy report we got from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz in 2019 that said, oh, yeah, Jim Comey really shouldn't have kept those notes.

00:13:04.420 He shouldn't have taken them.

00:13:05.840 He certainly shouldn't have kept them.

00:13:08.380 They did contain sensitive investigative information.

00:13:11.620 Oh, but they weren't classified until later.

00:13:14.160 So, it was okay, basically, if he shared those with someone else who then leaked it to the New York Times to try to destroy Mike Flynn.

00:13:25.440 Comey's slippery.

00:13:27.240 What he did with the dossier, all of it.

00:13:31.100 Hang on for one second, Julie.

00:13:32.440 I know you're by phone.

00:13:33.140 If you just hang on, we'll take a short break.

00:13:36.580 First off, Comey, as you know, never should have gone out and taken notes about the memes with the president, right?

00:13:42.500 He was using that for blackmail, right, to basically use it against President Trump, right, and to be a coward about it.

00:13:51.880 He had to use an intermediary, the professor at Columbia, to get it to the New York Times.

00:13:56.580 These guys are very slippery.

00:13:58.360 They're deep state. 1.00

00:13:59.620 They're liars. 1.00

00:14:00.540 They all should go to prison. 1.00

00:14:01.960 And now's the time.

00:14:02.720 Let's get on with it, okay?

00:14:05.280 This is just the minor charge.

00:14:06.920 This is just perjury or contempt of Congress.

00:14:09.760 This contempt of Congress, gosh, I happen to, let me think for a second.

00:14:13.820 Does anybody know?

00:14:14.320 Oh, yeah, that's right.

00:14:15.300 I went to prison for that.

00:14:16.920 So did Peter Novara.

00:14:19.360 Comey, and this is, you know, I'm glad we're getting under the wire.

00:14:24.120 This is one of, President Trump, I think, lit up Pam Bondi the other night to say, hey, look, let's get on with it.

00:14:30.480 I think when somebody brought to his attention, the clock was ticking.

00:14:32.900 And he had a criminal. 0.96

00:14:34.240 Comey is a criminal. 0.75

00:14:35.700 Should spend many, many, many decades in prison. 0.89

00:14:38.260 We got to start somewhere.

00:14:40.660 Let's start with lying to Congress and a contempt charge.

00:14:43.660 We'll take it.

00:14:45.220 Not the ultimate game, but we'll take it for a starter, for an appetizer, for just a taste.

00:14:51.720 Short break.

00:14:52.500 Julie Kelly, the one and only, on the other side.

00:14:56.320 In America's heart.

00:14:58.520 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the block of emerging superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the United States dollar as the global currency.

00:15:15.160 They're calling this the Rio Reset.

00:15:18.800 As BRICS nations push forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings.

00:15:26.960 While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to start in Rio.

00:15:32.880 The Rio Reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.

00:16:23.220 Text Bannon at 989898 and do it today.

00:16:27.640 Trump has said he's going to or has, I don't know if he's actually done it, deemed Antifa a terrorist organization.

00:16:34.800 Tell us how that changes the game.

00:16:37.740 Well, you know, it's kind of a new thing, but it is overdue, in my opinion, for federal law enforcement to be treating Antifa as a domestic terror threat.

00:16:47.500 And there are various ways that can be done.

00:16:49.220 And again, I don't want to tip off people as to what the exact details of it are, but the president has laid out in his executive order some very accurate facts.

00:16:57.420 I've been following and suing and dealing with Antifa for the better part of a decade now.

00:17:01.380 And what I can tell you is his order is exactly correct.

00:17:05.000 It is a paramilitary terror-type organization that is loosely organized deliberately into little cells.

00:17:14.040 Each of those little cells doesn't know what the other cell is doing. 0.56

00:17:17.020 They report up through a management structure.

00:17:18.780 There are national leaders of Antifa who travel around fomenting violence at different functions and riots that they have.

00:17:27.040 They evade capture, yes.

00:17:28.580 They are armed like military.

00:17:31.780 They are issued with weapons, including hardened gloves and things like that.

00:17:38.600 And they regularly wreak mayhem, including against ICE facilities on the West Coast.

00:17:46.640 And so it is way past time for the United States to take this very seriously and put resources behind it, learn about it.

00:17:53.660 ICE is kind of an out—I mean, sorry, Antifa is kind of an outgrowth of Black Bloc and other type of political left-wing Marxist movements in Europe.

00:18:02.400 And there's a lot of study about what they're doing over there.

00:18:07.040 So we just need to do our homework, learn, and devote the necessary resources to this.

00:18:10.780 I, for one, am relieved this is happening because this is a national terror threat.

00:18:16.680 Okay.

00:18:17.400 By the way, so I think that's fine.

00:18:18.880 Some of the more impossible heads are rolling up a little bit about that.

00:18:21.980 But hang on.

00:18:22.500 Let me just walk through this.

00:18:25.840 If we can pull it up while I speak, and you can go do it in Amazon.

00:18:29.560 I made a film when I was a filmmaker called Occupy Unmasked, starring Andrew Breitbart.

00:18:37.880 It's Andrew Breitbart, I think his last great work, before he passed away.

00:18:43.320 It was about that right there.

00:18:44.820 It was about the transition of Occupy Wall Street or elements of it.

00:18:49.100 Remember, you had elements, people like the Tim Pulls of the world, and they kind of went in a different direction.

00:18:52.820 But this black bloc in Antifa kind of took over the remnants of it and got a foothold here in the United States of America,

00:19:01.640 since it's really started in Germany, Germany, France, and really Germany and Italy, I guess.

00:19:06.460 And it was a Marxist and communist response to some of the movements, particularly in Italy.

00:19:14.260 It's very dangerous.

00:19:15.420 Harmeet, I think, lays it out.

00:19:17.220 It's not that action is not being taken.

00:19:20.580 I think action is already being taken, and Harmeet is very judicious in the way she says that.

00:19:25.080 But, Julie Kelly, I want to bring you in for a bigger picture about this and about the way that Harmeet laid out Antifa,

00:19:32.000 because people are chomping for action, right, including a guy that both lives and works.

00:19:39.480 It's 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and he thinks the world of Pan Bondi, as many of us do.

00:19:46.840 But he put out the other day, you know, a true social.

00:19:49.900 It was kind of like, hey, we've got to get on with it.

00:19:51.400 It was really around this Halligan situation in the eastern.

00:19:54.260 I guess she got temporarily put in.

00:19:56.140 Next thing you know, voila, we have an indictment coming.

00:20:00.760 I guess we're going in front of the grand jury on Comey very quickly.

00:20:05.380 The president does seem frustrated.

00:20:07.180 And I think all of us are frustrated that you've got Brennan, you've got Comey, you've got all these guys.

00:20:12.480 It's evident what they've been doing.

00:20:14.380 And where's the action?

00:20:15.540 Where are the perp walks, right?

00:20:17.540 Where are the indictments?

00:20:18.940 Where are the trials?

00:20:20.440 And I think on Antifa, the same thing.

00:20:22.340 I realize Harmeet says, hey, look, we're going to look at this.

00:20:24.240 It's domestic. 0.92

00:20:25.420 And I might add, because we had a little voice behind the scenes on this,

00:20:29.760 it is pushing, I think, current legal boundaries about domestic terror versus international global terror.

00:20:38.320 You make the case, Antifa is a global terrorist organization.

00:20:40.920 And it's not the foot soldier she was talking about.

00:20:42.840 It's not even the second tier of the military, ex-military people who train them.

00:20:46.760 It's really the NGOs, the big institutions, the Tides Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation.

00:20:54.120 I'm throwing out some names, just random names and source and all that of how these things are organized finance and who in media are their partners.

00:21:00.780 So give me your perspective.

00:21:02.100 You cover this closer than anybody.

00:21:03.980 You see a building sense of frustration of, like, when are we going to get on with it, ma'am?

00:21:10.660 Right.

00:21:11.240 I mean, there definitely is frustration among the base, including ourselves.

00:21:17.040 There's frustration in the White House.

00:21:19.700 We know that.

00:21:21.060 And so there are a lot of challenges for this DOJ.

00:21:26.200 That's why everything had to be perfect, Steve.

00:21:29.360 And I know that that sounds unrealistic.

00:21:31.740 But because the DOJ and FBI was up against not just the media, but the institutional corruption of the DOJ and the FBI.

00:21:43.320 So everything had to go perfectly.

00:21:46.060 We couldn't afford any unforced errors.

00:21:49.140 Unfortunately, we have seen so many that have been a distraction, that have left the base justifiably rattled and nervous,

00:21:59.980 that we are going to see a repeat of things that we saw in the first Trump term, not because of the president, because we have a different president this time.

00:22:09.260 And he has a different installation around him than he had the first go around.

00:22:15.260 But we can't afford these mistakes.

00:22:18.120 And I think it appears that there were problems in this U.S. attorney's office in the Eastern District of Virginia.

00:22:26.800 There were institutional holdovers.

00:22:29.600 There was resistance there to pursuing the investigation into Jim Comey and then Letitia James as well.

00:22:37.660 And I'm going to go a little step further here, Steve.

00:22:41.160 We don't need to hear from people all the time.

00:22:45.040 We need work being done.

00:22:47.740 We don't need a lot of social media posts.

00:22:50.640 We don't need interviews.

00:22:52.520 We don't need those things.

00:22:54.340 We need the dirty fingernails. 1.00

00:22:56.980 We need the ass kicking behind the scenes. 1.00

00:22:59.300 We need the purging. 0.99

00:23:00.780 And I know that some of that has gone on.

00:23:03.180 But what they are up against is almost insurmountable.

00:23:09.840 That's why, like I said, couldn't afford any mistakes, can't afford any mistakes, and certainly can't create them and then keep talking and talking and talking.

00:23:19.200 Just get the work done.

00:23:20.660 Okay.

00:23:22.340 So you know this better than anybody.

00:23:24.180 We were taking apart like the D.C. court and the appellate court and everything in D.C. with Peter Navarro.

00:23:33.000 Spent an hour with him last night on the show, on the 6 o'clock show, about how he and I didn't even realize how corrupt it was until we got sucked into the process.

00:23:42.220 This is why I keep saying a maximalist strategy with a sense of urgency, and the objective is to seize the institutions.

00:23:50.440 They're just looking at Trump as a passing phenomenon.

00:23:54.960 Their plan now is how to wait him out, and that includes some people in his administration that are still rhinos and globalists, right? 0.88

00:24:03.860 It includes definitely the Democratic Party, but it also includes the business community, all of it.

00:24:08.340 They think this is a passing summer storm, a bad storm, but it's a passing summer storm, and it will be over.

00:24:15.600 And once it's over, they look at who they got out there, and they say, none of these guys scare us.

00:24:19.920 None of them.

00:24:20.860 Zero.

00:24:21.800 Zippo.

00:24:22.960 Okay?

00:24:24.200 So they're just going to wait him out.

00:24:25.980 That's why you have to seize the institutions.

00:24:27.760 You have to purge these.

00:24:29.700 We're barely hanging on at the Justice Department.

00:24:32.180 Your point, everything's got to be perfect or they're leaking on you all the time.

00:24:35.520 And this concept of blue slips, for folks that maybe missed our lesson on this in the past, this is a convention, a custom and tradition where the senators, whether from red states or blue states, kind of get approval of who's going to be on the list to be judges in their districts and who are going to be the U.S. attorneys.

00:24:55.300 And that is a concept behind the scenes of how things kind of balance out, right?

00:24:59.760 You kind of keep everybody united by doing that.

00:25:03.420 But what that stops is putting in, quite frankly, MAGA-oriented U.S. attorneys and judges, particularly in a place like Maryland.

00:25:12.100 It's always going to have two Democratic U.S. senators. 1.00

00:25:15.740 And so now more than ever, we have to hit this system with a blowtorch or you're going to find out.

00:25:22.520 This gets back to my speech at Turning Point in July.

00:25:27.340 If we don't take the administrative state and the deep state down now on this watch, it ain't going to happen.

00:25:33.460 And here's what number one is going to happen.

00:25:35.480 They're going to put everybody in jail.

00:25:37.480 Hakeem Jeffries just told you that two nights ago.

00:25:39.640 They're going to put everybody in jail.

00:25:40.940 And they move with alacrity.

00:25:42.500 Okay, they move with alacrity.

00:25:44.180 They don't mess around.

00:25:46.000 And we kind of stumble around.

00:25:47.300 Julie Kelly, your observations on that.

00:25:50.620 Well, I mean, as someone I think who covered the D.C. court system closer than anyone on our side, you know, I called for the defunding and dismantling of that federal courthouse for years after having seen what they did to average Americans who were completely defenseless and destroyed by the Biden DOJ.

00:26:11.680 And watching these judges in action, we have not had one single impeachment inquiry, not one, into a federal judge in Washington.

00:26:20.400 If you're telling me, Steve, if House Republicans would have started an inquiry into former Chief Judge Beryl Howell, everything that she did to the president, all of his White House associates, his attorneys, J6 defendants, allowing the entire Florida documents case to be investigated in Washington, then switch the jurisdiction at the last minute to get the indictment in Florida by reading transcripts before D.C.

00:26:49.400 I mean, if this is not malfeasance and misconduct at the highest level of our judiciary, I don't know what is.

00:26:58.460 You're telling me House Republicans wouldn't open a single inquiry into her or into Jeb Bosberg for what he did and has done, that it would not be a little shot across the bow to these judges?

00:27:10.400 Okay, well, you know, this can happen. I don't want my records for the entire country to see. I want my name dirtied up. I want to be a hero like I'm considered in Washington, D.C.

00:27:21.920 So the president and his administration, including the DOJ, do not have backs of Republicans in Congress.

00:27:31.200 So that is very problematic for them as well. Republicans are not doing their side of the deal either.

00:27:38.300 And I think that that adds to our frustration.

00:27:40.360 But, yeah.

00:27:43.480 Julie, where do people go to get your Substack, to get all of it?

00:27:49.280 And we'll get you back up here when you can be on camera.

00:27:52.520 Yeah. Hopefully tomorrow I would like to talk more about Jim Comey and everything else that's going on.

00:27:57.560 D-Class sided with Julie Kelly on Substack.

00:27:59.980 X Julie underscore Kelly too. 0.54

00:30:05.840 YouTube announced yesterday it would open the door for channels that were banned to be reinstated.

00:30:12.380 Some of the bans were for posting about COVID-19 or the 2020 election.

00:30:17.560 Again, this comes after Representative Jim Jordan subpoenaed Alphabet's CEO, alleging that YouTube was a direct participant in the federal government's censorship regime.

00:30:29.520 Joining us now, Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio.

00:30:32.580 He's the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

00:30:35.200 And I'm glad to have you on, even though it's a phoner.

00:30:37.780 I know you're in the great state of Ohio, Congressman.

00:30:42.180 I mean, we heard something similar a year ago from, I think, Facebook sort of copying to the same thing.

00:30:52.460 I mean, is this similar?

00:30:54.680 With Facebook, they weren't allowed to put anything out about the laptop, I don't think, or the lab origin, the Wuhan virus lab origin.

00:31:03.460 Is this similar?

00:31:04.760 Is it the same things that they were banned for or different?

00:31:09.160 Very similar.

00:31:10.080 Or, you know, Google or YouTube admitted yesterday that they, like these other platforms, were censoring, were being pressured by the Biden administration to censor speech.

00:31:20.280 I mean, you've got one of these, you know, Google is a huge market cap company censoring, you know, half their customers, in essence.

00:31:28.000 And I think the big takeaway was they're going to reinstate people that they've actually taken their channel from them, that they kicked off.

00:31:33.560 And then they also said they committed to never use these fact checkers like these other platforms, you know, these independent fact checkers who think they're so much smarter than the rest of us but are just biased individuals.

00:31:43.920 So we thought that was big news.

00:31:46.940 And then I think maybe the fourth thing that we heard from them was, look, what's going on in Europe?

00:31:52.620 We've all seen this with the Digital Services Act, the Digital Marketing Act, are very troublesome.

00:31:57.460 So here's…

00:31:57.920 Okay, let me take it.

00:32:00.420 Thanks.

00:32:00.940 Chris Pavlovsky is the founder and CEO of Rumble, of which you can find The War Room.

00:32:08.760 And the reason you find The War Room, we were banned by Google and YouTube and taken down.

00:32:14.860 We had a huge following on YouTube.

00:32:15.940 I'm just talking it down.

00:32:17.580 But, Chris, you bring up a quite interesting point.

00:32:19.780 And I heard you earlier today on Stuart Varney's show, and we love Stuart, right?

00:32:25.040 He's always taken an alternative, although he's not particularly a fan of President Trump or the MAGA economic agenda.

00:32:32.700 I think there's…

00:32:34.340 And we are adamantly opposed to what Biden and the Biden regime did, but I think you've got a very sophisticated take on what actually happened.

00:32:41.740 Can you explain to our audience what actually went on, sir?

00:32:45.460 Yeah, thanks for having me, Steve.

00:32:46.800 So, you know, it's great that they've come out with this report and they're highlighting all the nefarious things that have happened over the last four years.

00:32:56.640 But what I think this report is missing, in fact, what I know it is missing and what Google is not saying is what happened in 2020, in late 2020, prior to the Biden administration.

00:33:10.160 So Rumble is in a very unique spot.

00:33:12.380 We were the platform where a lot of band creators ended up coming over to our platform.

00:33:17.040 You're a primary example of that happening.

00:33:19.880 I think I just checked earlier.

00:33:21.520 You came on November 6th and joined Rumble in 2020.

00:33:25.780 That's three days after the election in November 3rd.

00:33:29.280 But what really happened in October, and I don't know if you were part of this or I just know that you guys joined in November, but you may have been part of this.

00:33:36.820 But the bannings happened in October of 2020.

00:33:40.580 So when you look at that, what does that really actually mean?

00:33:44.240 It means, in my opinion, that Google interfered in the 2020 elections.

00:33:48.640 They banned all the many conservative voices on their platform prior to the election on November 3rd, 2020.

00:33:55.480 And Rumble was a recipient of all these creators moving their audiences over to Rumble in October of 2020.

00:34:04.260 And Dan Bongino was part of the two biggest names they talk about in the headlines.

00:34:07.740 All the headlines yesterday, Bongino and Bannon, can go back to – October 20 is an interesting date because they banned us all and started moving and suppressing us for the laptop from hell.

00:34:22.140 That's what they didn't want there, and Google was absolutely adamant about it.

00:34:24.960 You could tell.

00:34:25.640 And Rumble, if you didn't have Rumble, you wouldn't have had a voice.

00:34:29.320 This is what – don't get me wrong.

00:34:30.260 What Jim Jordan and the team did about Biden is 100 percent correct, and Biden had authorities, had the FBI going after these meetings.

00:34:35.860 That's 100 percent correct.

00:34:37.440 But let's not miss the plot here.

00:34:39.380 This was all big tech working in unison with the – essentially the deep state because President Trump was still president, the deep state to shut down any kind of mention of the laptop from hell.

00:34:54.940 And now we know it's 100 percent true, which is what he said at the time.

00:34:57.620 I was the guy that did the China part for Rudy and the team that did it.

00:35:02.840 So if it hadn't been for you and you absolutely nailed it, I don't know why more people are not talking about this.

00:35:08.420 The reality is it was done way before Biden came in.

00:35:11.640 It was done to steal the election from Donald Trump, sir.

00:35:17.120 This was – yeah, people are missing the plot on this.

00:35:20.540 This was, in my opinion, the greatest election interference.

00:35:24.740 The first person that came to rumble was actually Congressman Devin Nunes in August of 2020.

00:35:31.820 And what he noticed was that something was really, really wrong on the platform.

00:35:35.920 So he may not have been banned.

00:35:38.000 He was an official – he was a congressman in California.

00:35:40.920 He had, you know, millions of constituents over there.

00:35:44.080 And he may have not have been banned.

00:35:45.820 But what was not – what was happening was that no one was subscribing to his channel.

00:35:50.280 He wasn't able to garner any views on the platform.

00:35:52.420 So there may have been a shadow banning happening to an elected member of Congress.

00:35:56.880 And then he comes over to rumble.

00:35:58.480 Within two to three months, he accumulates like 200,000 to 300,000 subscribers.

00:36:02.980 Whereas for the prior four years, he didn't have more than 10,000 subscribers while he's advertising his podcast on road signs in California.

00:36:12.060 It makes absolutely no sense.

00:36:13.980 But now, looking at this report, it is very clear to me that there was an absolute censorship happening to an elected member of Congress, Congressman Devin Nunes, for sure.

00:36:24.260 Because how does he have – how does he get 300,000 subscribers in a couple months, whereas he only gets 10,000 in four years on YouTube?

00:36:33.060 So whether they were banning creators – they were definitely banning creators on October of 2020.

00:36:39.300 But they were – and they were certainly shadow banning and steering content in a specific direction so that when you searched Congressman Devin Nunes on Google, you're going to get a New York Times hit piece, a CNN hit piece.

00:36:52.120 You're going to get hit piece after hit piece after hit piece.

00:36:54.240 And you're not going to be able to find the actual content of Congressman Devin Nunes, his actual – what he actually believes.

00:37:01.380 And to me, this is the biggest story of what really happened over the last five years.

00:37:06.120 And Rumble's been in the middle of this from the beginning.

00:37:08.600 We – you can say that they're going to bring back the creators on the platform, but whatever way the wind blows for these tech executives, like at Google, like at Facebook, they will capitulate to any government around the world, whoever the government may be.

00:37:27.660 We have seen it.

00:37:28.420 They did it back in 2020.

00:37:30.780 They did it during the Biden administration.

00:37:32.540 They do it in different jurisdictions.

00:37:35.120 At Rumble, we don't do that.

00:37:36.400 We actually – we tell the government, you know, go pound sand.

00:37:41.580 I think it's the reason people love Rumble.

00:37:43.460 I want you to hit rewind and repeat that.

00:37:45.420 This is what I was just screaming about with Julie Kelly and then before Julie Kelly came on.

00:37:50.500 Why do I keep saying it?

00:37:51.600 Maximum strategy, sense of urgency, seize the institutions.

00:37:55.760 They think Trump's here just a temporary summer storm, and he's going to pass.

00:38:00.480 And once he's passing – and that's the key about these big tech broligarchs.

00:38:04.400 Hit it again on what you just said about him, about capitulation, sir.

00:38:09.000 So Rumble gets governments coming to us to remove content all the time.

00:38:14.420 That doesn't violate our policies.

00:38:16.360 My decision, our decision at this company is to stick to our policies.

00:38:20.460 We're an American company with American values.

00:38:22.580 So when Brazil comes to us to ban a creator, we tell Brazil to go pound sand.

00:38:27.780 When France comes to us to ban a creator or remove content, we tell France to go pound sand. 0.84

00:38:33.260 When France goes to Google or Brazil goes to Google, they're going to capitulate.

00:38:41.160 They did it.

00:38:41.960 They do it.

00:38:42.660 The executives made a decision in 2020 to remove all creators on the platform, all creators that got banned in October 20, and they did it because they thought the wind was blowing a specific way.

00:38:57.840 And they're just going to do that again and again and again.

00:39:00.760 They do not have the values that Rumble has.

00:39:03.180 They do not have the values that many conservatives have.

00:39:05.640 They are just doing it as a bandage.

00:39:07.820 Building on YouTube is like building on sand.

00:39:10.880 A wise person builds on a rock. 1.00

00:39:12.500 A fool will build on sand. 0.93

00:39:13.860 And what is happening right now is just a little temporary bandage to try to appease all the conservatives for the next couple years or, you know, could be 10 years, could be 12 years, could be two years. 0.99

00:39:27.340 Until they think the wind is blowing in a different direction, we'll see what they do then.

00:39:32.000 But I'm pretty confident they're just going to capitulate, and they're going to go whatever way the wind blows, and they're not going to have any values behind that.

00:39:38.660 Well, it's not even the wind blows.

00:39:40.680 They're all progressive Marxist, leftist, all of them.

00:39:44.840 Everybody in Silicon Valley to a T.

00:39:47.180 And then, oh, we're libertarians.

00:39:48.540 They're not libertarians.

00:39:51.500 Take your number two pencil out and write down Wednesday, 24 September, the year of our Lord, 2025, in the 5 o'clock hour, what Chris just told you.

00:40:00.780 Because as sure as the turning of the earth, it's going to happen.

00:40:05.740 And that's why platforms like Rumble fight the good fight every day.

00:40:09.940 Chris, how do people go find out more on your social media?

00:40:12.060 How do they find out more about Rumble and what you guys have built over there?

00:40:16.180 Yeah, so I'm on True Social.

00:40:18.380 Handle's Chris.

00:40:19.220 I'm on X, Chris Pavlovsky.

00:40:21.420 And on Rumble, I'm Chris Rumble.

00:40:23.140 But you can go straight to rumble.com.

00:40:25.660 You can find the War Room right there on the home page.

00:40:31.140 You can subscribe to the War Room channel.

00:40:33.900 And every day, I guess at 10 a.m. and at 5 p.m., you'll get a notification that the War Room goes live, unlike these other platforms that perhaps don't send notifications every single time everyone goes live.

00:40:47.420 But you'll always, without a doubt, be sure that we'll be broadcasting the War Room and many others.

00:40:53.440 We know we're building on rock over rumble, sir, because I can tell you, I can tell you with all the different chat rooms we got going simultaneously in all the different platforms, the rumble chat sticks out.

00:41:07.160 But that is hardcore.

00:41:10.120 They don't take fools lightly. 0.96

00:41:13.860 It's pretty hardcore. 0.92

00:41:15.100 So it's a great audience you got over there.

00:41:16.400 We appreciate you, sir.

00:41:17.780 Thanks, Chris.

00:41:18.520 Thank you, Steve.

00:41:19.380 Thank you for having me.

00:41:20.160 Come on, man.

00:41:22.820 That was it was it was all about the laptop from hell.

00:41:25.640 They started shutting it because here's why.

00:41:27.980 And maybe I could get that Hillary Clinton. 1.00

00:41:30.100 I'll do it tomorrow and get more time to work it through.

00:41:33.660 You know, Hillary Clinton said this morning on a thing was Steve Bannon knew about the the disaffected young men in the gamer community.

00:41:40.880 And, you know, he he was able to kind of get in there ahead of the Democrats.

00:41:44.400 They didn't realize what was going on.

00:41:47.320 This is all of a piece.

00:41:48.780 I mean, it's what they they took a vow.

00:41:52.240 They made a vow to themselves after 2016.

00:41:55.900 And it was Darren Beattie.

00:41:58.440 And Mike Benz.

00:42:01.080 That brought this that brought this to me.

00:42:04.480 Benz at the time was working over at over at HUD.

00:42:10.080 Right.

00:42:10.600 He was working over HUD at the time.

00:42:12.040 Beattie was still was one of the speechwriters at the White House.

00:42:16.160 And they came with all the evidence of how big tech had had gotten bitch slapped, had a wake up call that we had used social media much more sophisticated than the Democrats.

00:42:24.760 And remember, they had their whole staffs.

00:42:26.320 They had these these sessions where they're all crying and, you know, taking the conch shells and cutting their forehead and and and and and belly aching.

00:42:33.660 And in a fetal position terrible that Trump, the savage orange man bad had taken the White House and they vowed never happen again.

00:42:40.860 That's what happened in the run up to 2020.

00:42:44.520 Now, we got banned earlier for in some of these social media platforms about Fauci.

00:42:48.720 But in the run up to 2020, particularly around October 20th, the laptop from hell.

00:42:53.140 They had to shut that down.

00:42:54.600 They realized that that everything they had done to steal it from Trump, that that thing was so egregious.

00:43:01.840 Russian disinformation.

00:43:02.980 Remember all the lies about that?

00:43:05.420 They banned Bongino and it suppressed everybody.

00:43:09.500 That's when we finally went to rumble a couple of days after the after the election.

00:43:15.020 Been there ever since.

00:43:16.800 Appreciate it.

00:43:18.280 Short commercial break.

00:43:19.220 Take your phone out.

00:43:20.700 Text Bannon 989898.

00:43:35.900 What if he had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month?

00:43:41.960 Steve Bannon here.

00:43:43.080 War room listeners know Jim Rickards.

00:43:44.760 I love this guy.

00:43:45.600 He's our wise man, a former CIA, Pentagon and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.

00:43:53.840 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.

00:44:03.220 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.

00:44:10.260 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.

00:44:22.460 Right now, war room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.

00:44:29.060 This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.

00:44:33.860 I read it.

00:44:34.980 You should read it.

00:44:35.980 Time is running out.

00:44:36.900 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:44:38.680 That's all one word, Rickards War Room, Rickards with an S.

00:44:44.540 That's RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:44:47.100 Do it today.

00:44:49.280 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:44:51.440 Bannon.

00:44:53.580 We're going to drill down tomorrow on the shooter, but this guy was Antifa adjacent or Antifa affiliated in the Discord chats, was terminally online all the time.

00:45:06.140 They're saying he's a copycat of the person that assassinated Charlie Kirk.

00:45:12.200 Well, we don't know who assassinated Charlie Kirk.

00:45:14.580 Maybe the alleged gunman.

00:45:16.400 This guy was far left, had a mother, was progressive, had a bunch of progressive stuff on social media.

00:45:20.440 But I want to get all the facts and put them out tomorrow.

00:45:23.280 But this is, the left has embraced assassinations.

00:45:28.300 I told you this.

00:45:29.280 Because they think it's working for them.

00:45:31.520 They think it's working for them.

00:45:32.460 Charlie Kirk's gone.

00:45:33.560 What are you going to do about it?

00:45:35.500 Yes, the team and Erica, they're doing amazing.

00:45:39.140 Show's great.

00:45:40.620 They got the college tour going.

00:45:42.840 Great participation of that.

00:45:44.200 But you'll never replace Charlie.

00:45:47.800 He's irreplaceable.

00:45:48.840 You'll go on.

00:45:49.480 It'll be better.

00:45:50.200 It'll be bigger.

00:45:50.940 Going to do fantastic things.

00:45:52.500 But they understood.

00:45:53.140 They took out Charlie Kirk.

00:45:54.100 He's a unique individual.

00:45:56.280 Today, they've embraced political violence.

00:45:59.720 And nobody, you're not going to stop it until you stop it.

00:46:03.780 You're not going to stop it until you stop it.

00:46:07.420 And I don't care if people come.

00:46:08.480 Well, you've got to come.

00:46:09.120 They're doing so much.

00:46:09.740 I understand.

00:46:10.640 And great things are happening.

00:46:13.100 But this is an inflection point in American history.

00:46:16.140 And we have to hold ourselves to a higher standard.

00:46:18.660 We have to push harder.

00:46:20.320 We have to work harder.

00:46:21.540 We can't take time off.

00:46:22.740 You have to do it, do it, do it, do it, do it.

00:46:25.300 Because we're burning daylight.

00:46:27.480 And they know that.

00:46:28.660 They're just waiting Trump out.

00:46:32.060 So we're going to have a lot more tomorrow also on the government shutdown

00:46:34.800 and things that are being planned.

00:46:35.940 And, hey, this could backfire on the Democrats.

00:46:37.720 They're trying to be cute about it.

00:46:39.940 My Patriot Supply.

00:46:41.020 My Patriot Supply, one of our best sponsors, love these guys.

00:46:55.160 So go to mypatriotsupply.com.

00:46:57.580 Put in promo code Bannon.

00:47:36.040 Plus another $1,500 of top-quality product.

00:47:41.400 It's incredible.

00:47:42.300 And you don't want to miss it.

00:47:53.940 They realize a lot of people are new to this.

00:47:56.420 And this is why they have founded the, they kind of founded this part of the industry,

00:48:00.480 what I call this segment, this sector, this vertical.

00:48:03.800 And they kind of dominate it now because of not just great products,

00:48:09.200 but amazing customer service.

00:48:12.180 So My Patriot Supply, honored to have them as a sponsor.

00:48:14.620 Go check out mypatriotssupply.com, promo code Bannon.

00:48:18.560 Make sure you get this extraordinary offer,

00:48:20.680 a one-year food kit of $1,500 off of that and another $1,500 of incredible product.

00:48:28.640 Like I said, this shooter on TV, you saw the clip. 0.63

00:48:33.980 That's why I wanted to play the cold open and have your head blow up. 0.93

00:48:36.720 Now they have to, you know, these, you know, it's not left-righter anymore.

00:48:41.500 As they're murdering people every day and they're gunning down folks every day and you get on there

00:48:48.720 and they're all the same, the young man, all twisted and parents haven't been on top of it.

00:48:54.300 Look at the parents.

00:48:55.540 Hey, sorry.

00:48:56.380 It's all part of a whole and they're making a society's problem, but now it's got to be reclassified.

00:49:03.640 It's got to be reclassified.

00:49:05.480 This is all the demonic left from the schools, how they form them,

00:49:10.100 to the parents, how they don't pay attention. 0.89

00:49:11.880 All of them are gamers, terminally online, that rot, rotting their souls out. 1.00

00:49:17.600 Disgusting and revolting. 1.00

00:49:22.740 Because guess what? 0.99

00:49:23.640 They are the same young men that won World War II.

00:49:28.040 You just have to treat them like young men and demand of them that they be young men 0.99

00:49:35.400 and they'll turn out fine.

00:49:37.760 Not the way they're doing it.

00:49:39.680 And it ain't going to stop until we make a stop.

00:49:42.160 Michael Lindell, I really want you on this afternoon.

00:49:44.440 James Comey looks like he's going to be indicted.

00:49:46.020 The Comey FBI was the ones that, what, stopped you, tried to humiliate you into a parking lot

00:49:52.480 by fast food, took your phone, tried to make you look like a criminal as they get the forces

00:49:57.560 around you to try to bankrupt you, sir.

00:49:59.280 What do you think?

00:49:59.860 Before you talk to me about a deal, talk to me about James Comey and the FBI

00:50:03.480 and Mike Lindell's observations on this situation.

00:50:08.300 First of all, I've told everybody evil is greedy.

00:50:11.140 That's our biggest advantage.

00:50:12.480 And Comey, he is the example of that, the perfect example.

00:50:19.320 He has until Tuesday, by the way, the statutes and limitations run out on him this coming

00:50:24.540 Tuesday to indict him.

00:50:25.860 We need to get this done.

00:50:27.360 He made so many mistakes, Steve, that I could sit and tell on your show because he got way

00:50:31.860 out in front of his evil.

00:50:33.060 And he made mistakes that changed the course of history, actually.

00:50:38.500 And it's all coming to light now.

00:50:40.660 Remember, this is the same guy, everybody, that last May put seashells, took a picture

00:50:45.820 of him and said, 86-47.

00:50:48.380 Let's not forget that.

00:50:50.100 So what they're talking about and dining for you is all the lies he's told and the cover-ups.

00:50:55.360 This man is, when you look up evil and stuff that's done is evil, there he is.

00:51:00.700 But like I said, he's made a lot of mistakes and they're all going to come to fruition now.

00:51:05.900 And it's all, remember, everybody, these are, you look back and all, even things happening

00:51:10.200 bad at the time, God uses all things for good for those who believe.

00:51:14.320 And all the mistakes that evil makes, because evil is greedy, it's going to help us save this

00:51:19.480 country.

00:51:22.940 Talk to me.

00:51:23.620 Give me a special deal.

00:51:24.440 We've got about a minute.
