00:03:19.440 I'm off

00:03:24.440 I'm down a forward

00:03:37.440 I'm down a forward

00:03:38.440 Okay we got more footage this day we're gonna show

00:03:39.440 Okay, today's Afternoon Show

00:03:41.440 Is Wednesday 1 October year of medical 2020

00:03:43.440 2025. Momentarily, we're going to go to Memphis, Tennessee. Our own Brian Glenn is there with the

00:03:48.840 Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, and the Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondi, about to

00:03:53.920 give a briefing. We're going to cut there in a moment. But the intrepid Savannah Hernandez,

00:03:59.120 an investigative reporter with Turning Point USA, has had amazing footage. She is out in,

00:04:04.740 I wanted to get Savannah on for the last couple of days, brilliant reporting from Paris, France,

00:04:09.220 but now she's in Portland, Oregon. Savannah, walk us through, particularly the citizens there

00:04:14.880 that can't sleep at night. You've got these Antifa, they come out in the dark at night.

00:04:20.640 It's time now to start rolling these guys up. What are you finding out as you're doing your reporting?

00:04:29.260 Lawlessness out here, and that the residents feel that the local government, the mayor,

00:04:33.940 the governor, the congressman, the senators of Oregon have completely abandoned the citizens.

00:04:40.260 When I came out here, what I saw was residents that were exhausted, tired, abandoned by their

00:04:46.020 government, and just tired of this lawlessness. I mean, Antifa has been out there terrorizing these

00:04:51.780 streets. This is not the first time that I've been out here. Keep in mind, this has been going on since

00:04:55.320 June 4th. And since that time frame, we've seen arson, we've seen violence. The last time I was here,

00:05:01.040 the entire ICE building was covered in threats, reading, kill ICE, shoot ICE pigs, kill Trump, 0.99

00:05:07.100 that has since been cleaned up. But again, you know, all of the chaos and lawlessness that you're 0.99

00:05:12.360 seeing online, I would argue to say is 10 times, 15 times worse in real life, because this is going

00:05:17.860 on for multiple hours every single night and has been for the last 100 days.

00:05:24.880 Savannah, they're clearly intruding and trying to terrorize the ICE agents and people coming

00:05:30.940 for that center where they're supposed to bring the illegal aliens for holding. Why are the local

00:05:37.220 authorities not taking action? Why does it take President Trump to sign a declaration, an executive

00:05:43.080 order declaring Antifa, a terrorist organization, to now deploy, I think, 200 National Guard to

00:05:49.220 Portland? Why are local authorities not taking action on this?

00:05:53.400 Well, what I'm hearing from residents on the ground is that the local police have their hands tied.

00:05:57.600 But I mean, I witnessed this last night. You had post-millennial reporter Katie Davis Ford,

00:06:02.160 who was violently assaulted by an Antifa member. She had to go and chase that person down. She pointed

00:06:06.880 them out to the police. And the police said it was too dangerous for them to go and arrest this person.

00:06:11.680 So they let them go. Local stating that they have made so many pleas to the police to help. And I guess

00:06:17.840 local police saying that they have their hands tied and they're being told that they can lose their jobs

00:06:21.540 if they work with federal ICE officials in assisting the chaos and lawlessness that's going on out there.

00:06:27.600 So again, Steve, this truly does seem like a third world city, if you will, that's been completely abandoned

00:06:32.320 by any law and order. And it truly is the anarchists and Antifa members who are extremely happy about what is

00:06:38.360 going on. Now, they're trying to right now state that Donald Trump is militarizing the U.S., that they're bringing

00:06:44.060 in the fascists, the Nazis to come in and arrest these innocent and peaceful protesters. But again, what I've seen is

00:06:51.380 residents that have been terrorized every single night and Donald Trump needing to bring in the

00:06:56.340 National Guard because ICE agents as well have been doxxed. Let's not forget that this has been

00:07:00.320 going on since June 4th. ICE agents, doxxed, and they have tried to burn down this building.

00:07:06.340 Very reminiscent of what we've seen in 2020 as well during BLM. We're seeing this happen again.

00:07:11.060 And we know time and time again that the Portland officials refused to enact law and order.

00:07:15.400 Everything I've seen of your footage in Burquam's is local police retreating. The entire time Antifa

00:07:23.080 moves, they retreat. They never stand. They never arrest anybody. They're retreating. Are they telling

00:07:30.420 you when you talk to the police that they're under orders from the elected officials to basically not

00:07:35.340 arrest anybody, to not stand their ground, to actually continue to back up? So it's been difficult to talk to

00:07:41.760 local police on the ground just because it has been so chaotic throughout the night. But what I have

00:07:46.680 been hearing from other reporters and local journalists on the ground is that the way that

00:07:51.540 things are working outside of this facility is they're doing it by a citation basis, right? So

00:07:57.100 basically, these criminals will come out. They'll commit a crime. They'll meet an officer. They'll get a

00:08:01.220 citation. They're brought into the facility, given that citation, and then they can get one more

00:08:05.240 citation. It isn't until the third citation that they are actually potentially given jail time or a

00:08:11.580 federal offense. Keep in mind, you've had over 100 people that have been arrested. And given those

00:08:16.420 citations, only 27 of those people have been federally charged by the DOJ. So again, I just

00:08:22.740 feel like this is a broken system in which criminals are not being held accountable. So they keep coming

00:08:26.760 back again and again. And then you also have an Antifa safe house that is right next to this area.

00:08:31.880 So when the Antifa members who are coming under some heat, like the Antifa member that attacked Katie

00:08:36.980 Davis court last night, essentially what Antifa does is they come in with their umbrellas,

00:08:40.560 they shield that person's identity, they take them into like the apartment that's right here,

00:08:45.340 and they shield them from any type of accountability or law enforcement.

00:08:50.860 Now, Ben Burquam interviewed one of the ICE officials today, and I just want to know if

00:08:54.960 you can reconfirm it, is that they said the local police are not assisting them at all. There's

00:08:59.380 absolutely no assistance at all from the local authorities. Is that what you're seeing also?

00:09:04.320 Yes, absolutely. And like I said, too, police themselves are saying that if they assist ICE,

00:09:11.240 if they assist with the chaos, that they're going to potentially lose their jobs. So this is just

00:09:15.660 another example of the repercussions of the defund the police movement of a lawless and Democrat-run

00:09:20.540 city in which police have their hands tied, and they're made out to be the villains in this

00:09:24.240 situation. Meanwhile, you have anarchists that are running around the streets, threatening

00:09:27.980 journalists, threatening residents. And again, Steve, it's just such a heartbreaking scene,

00:09:31.720 because as you're here at night, it is 11 p.m., it is midnight, and you have residents that are

00:09:36.360 on the ground screaming, crying, like, please be quiet. I have a job. I have work. I have kids.

00:09:41.760 Can you please stop? These people do not care. They are so happy to be out here enacting this

00:09:46.760 lawlessness, and they have no plans of stopping anytime soon. Let's hope that potentially the

00:09:50.900 National Guard can come and help clean it up. But as of now, again, we're seeing that citation

00:09:55.180 situation in which people are brought in, they're given a citation, and then they're let back out.

00:09:59.220 Savannah, hang on one second. Can we play the clip of Savannah's reporting from Paris,

00:10:05.300 France? Let's play this, and then I'll bring you back in.

00:10:10.040 This is Savannah Hernandez in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, because I've been covering

00:10:14.640 the illegal immigration crisis in the United States over the last four years, but I wanted 0.83

00:10:18.520 to come to Europe to check out how the crisis is going over here. Now, a lot of people will take

00:10:23.580 you in front of the Eiffel Tower to highlight the immigration crisis, but we actually have been

00:10:28.340 through various parts of Paris, and to be quite honest with you guys, this crisis is a lot worse

00:10:33.460 than I even expected it to be. Now, I was looking at some of the numbers, and you have about 400,000

00:10:39.560 to 500,000 both legal and illegal migrants coming into France every single year, and as you are walking

00:10:46.420 around various suburbs of Paris, you very much see that. Now, first impressions of Paris. There is graffiti

00:10:53.780 on every single beautiful building as you are driving from both North Paris into the heart of

00:10:59.300 the city. On top of that, the city isn't the cleanest, I'll be quite honest with you guys. It's

00:11:04.100 pretty stinky, lots of trash. You are very much seeing the results of the migrant crisis on every 1.00

00:11:10.500 single street corner. I mean, everywhere we've gone, every single street, you are seeing African 1.00

00:11:15.400 migrants. There are also various parts of Paris in which the French people and the French culture

00:11:20.120 is absolutely nowhere to be seen. We are talking entire neighborhoods, entire cultural enclaves in

00:11:27.040 which you are not seeing the French or their culture represented at all. And again, I wanted

00:11:31.620 to come here because we are seeing the exact same thing mirrored in the United States of America,

00:11:36.220 and similar to the United States, the media is absolutely covering up what is going on over here.

00:11:42.000 The government is watering down a lot of those numbers. Now, I've been talking to a lot of local

00:11:46.540 journalists and similar to the U.S. They state that, of course, the media is completely watering

00:11:51.260 down what is going on over here, going so far as to change the name of migrants when crimes are

00:11:57.180 committed, so that way there isn't any bad sentiment in the public view towards migrants. You also have,

00:12:04.400 of course, a large uptick in stabbings and sexual assaults related to migrants. And the French 1.00

00:12:11.600 women and the French men who try to bring light to this are told that they are racist, that they are

00:12:15.240 fascists for trying to highlight these issues. So, again, wanted to come on the street and not only

00:12:20.660 show you the front of the Eiffel Tower, because a lot of people always come to this location.

00:12:24.860 What else is going on throughout Paris? What else is going on throughout France? Because this issue

00:12:28.720 is way more pervasive than anything that I was expecting to see. And it was, to be quite honest with

00:12:34.780 you, pretty shocking. So we're going to be reporting Frontline's TPSA on the ground in Europe,

00:12:40.660 highlighting the illegal and legal immigration crisis, and showing you the impacts to the

00:12:45.220 culture, to the people, and what is really going on here, what's being hidden from the world,

00:12:50.920 and how French culture is being impacted.

00:12:54.800 Savannah, I'm kind of gobsmacked by your report, because Paris, one of the most beautiful cities

00:13:00.340 in Christendom, looks like a third world country, ma'am.

00:13:03.680 Oh, absolutely, Steve. Now, I have covered the U.S. illegal immigration crisis for the last six

00:13:09.940 years. I was completely shocked. And I go to New York quite a bit, and we have some similarities

00:13:14.520 to Paris in terms of the African migrants that have made their way to the U.S. I have never seen

00:13:19.320 a migrant crisis so severe as I have in Paris. And I also have never felt so uncomfortable as I did

00:13:25.240 walking down the streets of Paris. And one of the first things that I saw as we were making our way

00:13:30.160 into the city was a woman in a hijab, and it only got progressively worse the closer we made to the 1.00

00:13:35.500 heart of the city. So, you know, Charlie really wanted us to focus at Turning Point USA on the

00:13:41.920 impacts of both the illegal and legal immigration in the U.S. And he sent us over to Europe to kind

00:13:47.220 of highlight just how bad the United States would get if we do not get our own legal immigration

00:13:52.120 system under control. And of course, if we do not get mass deportations happening here in the

00:13:56.480 United States of America. This actually followed a report that I did out of Minnesota with the

00:14:01.200 Somali population because various parts of America very much mirror Paris in the sense that we have

00:14:08.120 entire neighborhoods that are a void of American culture, of American people, of the American

00:14:12.780 language, values, morals. I mean, this is how an entire country degrades. And so that was why we

00:14:18.700 went over there. And like I said, I truly was shocked. It's so crazy to see in real life.

00:14:22.800 But you see what happens when we try to, this is President Trump trying to basically start the

00:14:28.880 beginning, Tom Holman and Stephen Miller start the beginning of the mass deportation program.

00:14:33.740 And look at the resistance. It's come not just from Antifa, but the biggest problem out there

00:14:39.660 is gutless progressive politicians that will not back the police up and let the police do the job.

00:14:45.200 This is why President Trump's having to federalize the National Guard and sending them in.

00:14:49.840 If you go out tonight, you've got to be safe because that's quite, that's a very dangerous

00:14:55.080 situation in Portland, ma'am.

00:14:58.120 Absolutely, Steve. We will. Lucky for me, there are a lot of really great reporters out here that

00:15:02.300 are on the ground that have been documenting this. And, you know, we'll continue to show you guys what

00:15:07.340 is going on because unlike the entirety of the Portland government over here who is pretending that

00:15:13.100 Portland is not a war zone, it very much is. I will have some other reporting as well coming out

00:15:17.600 about just what it looks like to walk around downtown Portland because it is terrifying.

00:15:22.140 And at the very least, from the homeless crisis to the drug crisis to what is going on with the

00:15:25.960 ICE facility and Antifa, Portland needs federal help because the city is out of control.

00:15:32.800 Savannah, where do people go to social media to follow you? Frontline, the Turning Point

00:15:36.800 investigative reporter, where do people go to get your content, ma'am?

00:15:39.400 Go follow me on x at stab underscore says and then go follow Frontline's Keep USA for all of my

00:15:45.700 reporting. And thank you so much for having me, Steve, and for bringing lights to everything that

00:15:49.840 we're doing for Charlie and for Turning Point USA.

00:15:53.880 Thank you, ma'am. Hope to have you on tomorrow. Be safe tonight.

00:15:57.160 Thanks, Steve.

00:15:58.120 Charlie Kirk, people don't realize Charlie Kirk had a vision globally about particularly the issues,

00:16:04.900 the global issues that are driving so much discontent in the United States and quite

00:16:09.800 frankly, trying to destroy our Republic. And he had a great reporting team, Savannah being one of

00:16:14.160 many. And we, you know, had her on the time from the border, just a very intrepid young woman.

00:16:19.160 We have our own Brian Glenn on right now. Brian, you're out with the secretary. Why is the secretary

00:16:25.940 of war in the attorney general of the United States in Memphis, Tennessee, sir, with a contingent

00:16:31.740 of the best White House reporters?

00:16:35.840 Well, I tell you, back on September 15th, President Trump created this Memphis Safe Task Force,

00:16:41.840 and we just landed here moments ago. You've got a live look at the area where they're both going to

00:16:47.960 come up and address the officials in this room. Now, due to security issues, I'm not allowed to really

00:16:53.680 show anything other than what you're looking at on the screen. But they're here to really help

00:16:59.480 fight this crime that Memphis is, you know, experiencing right now. And we've seen the reduction

00:17:04.960 of what it's done, Steve, in D.C. with the collaboration with local police and also the

00:17:11.980 National Guard and the crime going down, robbing's going mugged. It looks like we're coming in right

00:17:15.860 now. Let me go ahead and turn it over to the podium. Steve, we are live here.

00:17:19.880 Okay, we're going to go live to the briefing, and we're going to do this without commercial

00:17:24.340 interruption. The Attorney General and Secretary of War, live from Memphis, Tennessee.

00:17:27.760 The Attorney General and Secretary of War, live from Memphis, Tennessee.

00:17:28.760 Thank you.

00:17:29.760 Thank you.

00:17:30.760 Thank you.

00:17:31.760 Thank you.

00:17:32.760 Thank you.

00:17:33.760 Thank you.

00:17:34.760 Thank you.

00:17:35.760 Thank you.

00:17:36.760 Thank you.

00:17:37.760 Thank you.

00:17:38.760 Thank you.

00:17:39.760 Thank you.

00:17:40.760 Three.

00:17:41.760 Thank you.

00:17:55.760 So, we have different agencies represented in the task force representative in this room.

00:17:58.760 Each of the folks that we go to, when we leave something from TBI or the FBI or any other agency,

00:18:03.760 So, they're all represented here.

00:18:08.180 This is 24-7.

00:18:16.500 For those who I've not met, I'm the governor of Tennessee,

00:18:19.680 and I am as grateful a person as there is in this room for you,

00:18:26.200 for your leadership, for your role that you play.

00:18:29.400 I'm grateful that President Trump has decided to make a priority

00:18:33.540 of making great cities like Memphis, safe cities for Memphis.

00:18:39.880 This is a great American city that needs you,

00:18:45.100 that needs the efforts that you are going to be able to put into this city.

00:18:49.720 And I'm very grateful for Joe Bondi, for Tech Payne XF, Mr. Miller,

00:18:56.180 for the entire resources of the federal government to be focused on our great city.

00:19:03.540 We, in Memphis, are in a position that no other city in America is in.

00:19:11.000 We have, at our disposal, the resources of every federal agency determined to clean the crown off of these streets,

00:19:22.300 so that Memphians can live and work and worship and raise their kids 0.98

00:19:28.160 and enjoy the great things that Memphis has to offer

00:19:31.400 without worrying about the things they've had to worry about for decades.

00:19:35.280 And that is whether or not their families are going to be safe.

00:19:37.740 We are grateful to be a willing partner with these federal agencies, with the local agencies.

00:19:46.740 It's a great opportunity.

00:19:48.080 You can tell I'm excited about it.

00:19:49.260 But you all are the ones that are going to have to do the hard work.

00:19:52.340 There's a long way between here and there.

00:19:54.800 And thank you for your commitment to this whole thing.

00:19:57.540 Thank you, Governor.

00:19:59.460 Thank you for being a great partner with us in this.

00:20:02.880 And, you know, President Trump knows Memphis is such an iconic city.

00:20:08.000 And he was so excited about us coming here and working hand-in-hand with you to make Memphis safe again.

00:20:14.880 And that's what we did in D.C.

00:20:16.640 And, you know, Gatti said you're 24-7.

00:20:19.940 Well, so are we.

00:20:21.040 When people play politics and shut down the federal government, we don't shut down

00:20:25.480 because President Trump knows crime doesn't stop, and you don't stop.

00:20:29.140 So we're here to back you up, to be your partner, be safe.

00:20:33.040 Thank you for what you do.

00:20:35.280 There's no higher quality than being a police officer, especially in a violent world in which we live.

00:20:42.660 And, you know, we all know Memphis has the highest violent crime rate in the country.

00:20:47.120 And when we're all finished working hand-in-hand with you, no longer.

00:20:50.820 And we want cops to be cops again.

00:20:53.120 You can go out there and you can do your job, and our U.S. attorney is here,

00:20:56.980 and we are going to charge anyone federally, and we're going to go tell all the officers,

00:21:00.720 if you touch a police officer, you will be arrested.

00:21:04.540 If you touch a federal police officer, it will be assaulting a federal officer.

00:21:08.200 We're going to do everything we can to protect you so you can protect the citizens of Memphis.

00:21:14.420 Thank you for what you do.

00:21:15.880 Thank you for wearing a badge.

00:21:17.440 We all care deeply about what you do, and we're here to help you and to have your backs like you always have ours.

00:21:24.640 Secretary, thank you.

00:21:28.100 And I, you know, Pam and Stephen and myself have a great privilege of having a chance to hear the President of the United States

00:21:35.960 to talk about his love for great American citizens, and his love for citizens of all backgrounds and all stripes,

00:21:42.360 his love of law enforcement, his love of our military.

00:21:46.160 And that all comes together in this room, in this place, at this time, with this task force.

00:21:52.800 And I couldn't be more proud for the Department of War, for the Tennessee National Guard, to be a part of this effort.

00:21:59.420 From whether it's the southwest border, whether it's Los Angeles, whether it's Washington, D.C.,

00:22:05.820 our department is proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder right next to law enforcement while you do your job.

00:22:13.100 And, you know, yesterday I talked a little bit about liberating our warfighters on the battlefield.

00:22:17.220 Our job here is to help liberate all of you, law enforcement, to provide National Guardsmen who can secure facilities

00:22:24.700 and secure law enforcement to stand alongside you so you're freed up to go out and provide safety and freedom

00:22:30.920 to the citizens of Memphis, a great American city.

00:22:34.240 So we're really proud to be here.

00:22:36.260 It's a core effort of what we're doing.

00:22:38.820 We're in all of these meetings.

00:22:40.240 We're monitoring the statistics.

00:22:41.520 So is the President of the United States.

00:22:43.280 Rest assured, from the top to right here, he's paying attention to the data and the information that's coming out

00:22:50.340 because he cares about this city and its citizens.

00:22:53.820 And I just want to thank all the law enforcement in this room.

00:22:56.900 What you do every day, what you do every night, what you do away from your families is incredible.

00:23:02.620 And I'm beyond grateful.

00:23:04.060 Our department is grateful.

00:23:05.680 And we're thankful to be standing right here with you.

00:23:08.240 Thank you.

00:23:09.580 Thank you.

00:23:10.900 Thank you, Gattie, Governor.

00:23:12.200 Thanks to all of you.

00:23:15.720 So our mission here is very simple.

00:23:17.360 Zero tolerance for crime in the city of Memphis.

00:23:20.740 We are taking broken windows to the next level.

00:23:23.800 Every criminal fraction that we can enforce against the element in this city that has been causing all of the heartache, pain, suffering, and death,

00:23:31.740 we are going to enforce.

00:23:33.140 Everyone who's been out on the streets, you know who the bad guys are.

00:23:36.200 You know who the villains are.

00:23:37.260 You know who the gangbangers are.

00:23:38.420 You know who the drug dealers are.

00:23:39.660 You know who is causing all the bloodshed and misery in this city.

00:23:43.300 Every resource we have, federal, state, and local, we are going to use to dismantle their networks without apology and without mercy.

00:23:51.440 Everything we have, we are going to bulldoze the criminal element in this city and thereby liberate all the law-abiding citizens in this city.

00:24:01.020 We're going to send the message that the city belongs to people who follow the law and obey the rules, and we're not going to live one more day in fear of criminals.

00:24:09.920 No one should have to change their life path, change their routine, change when they go out, where they go out, what they do, for fear of criminals.

00:24:17.940 The idea that any person living in a city would say, I can't walk down this block by myself, or I can't leave my house at this time of night, or I can't let my kids go to that store or that corner.

00:24:28.040 Are you kidding me?

00:24:28.840 We're going to tell our own families and children where they can and can't go, because what a criminal is going to do, over our dead bodies are we going to live that way anymore.

00:24:38.200 It's not happening.

00:24:39.440 I see the guns and bats in this room, you are unleashed.

00:24:42.940 The handcuffs that you're carrying, they're not on you anymore, they're on the criminals.

00:24:46.940 And whenever you need to get it done, we're going to get it done.

00:24:49.740 State, local, federal, on President Trump's promise, we are going to get it done.

00:24:54.980 Thank you.

00:24:55.420 Thank you.

00:24:58.840 Okay, what you saw there, and I believe the briefing is going to be private.

00:25:16.440 If the briefing's public, we're going to take it.

00:25:18.640 And we apologize for the audio, but the government shut down, so they didn't have the audio technician.

00:25:24.200 Just kidding, just kidding.

00:25:25.500 Stephen Miller, who's essentially the head of the Domestic Policy Council and in charge of everything related to, in coordination with Tom Homan, of the deportation, the mass deportations.

00:25:41.140 And I will tell you, one of President Trump's closest advisors, I've known Steeman since he's a young guy on Michelle Bachmann's staff, and very close to President Trump, very close to President Trump on policy, and really was considered kind of the execution guy of executing, not just being the architect of a lot of these policies, but executing on the policies.

00:25:58.880 Then you had the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, sitting there to tell the, and Miller's sitting there going, hey, we're unleashing you to go after the bad guys.

00:26:08.800 The lawlessness in this town is going to stop.

00:26:11.400 Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of War, saying, hey, I'm going to deputize, federalize National Guard to come in here and to have your back, just like in Washington, D.C.

00:26:21.220 And, of course, the Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondi, sitting there saying, hey, when these guys are rolled up, we're going to prosecute them immediately, no cash bail, none of that, we're going to prosecute that.

00:26:32.780 And, of course, they had the governor of Tennessee there.

00:26:34.780 So this is about as big a deal as you could possibly get.

00:26:36.980 I want to put this in historic perspective.

00:26:40.760 The old title, the Secretary of Defense or Secretary of War, does not go to domestic cities.

00:26:48.720 You didn't see Donald Rumsfeld going and talking about the situation in that city.

00:26:52.960 They might go around and give a speech to a local Detroit economic club or to some gathering of the World Policy Council.

00:27:01.000 All these cities have some sort of council so people can keep up with foreign affairs.

00:27:05.840 They may go and give a talk or a luncheon.

00:27:08.400 They're never there on business about the War Department.

00:27:10.800 So this is as serious as you can get.

00:27:13.980 You see, between the escalating violence of the political left and Antifa and the terrorists, coupled with just the lawlessness of some of these cities, President Trump's just had it.

00:27:24.580 This is not 2020.

00:27:26.160 He's not going to sit there and blink.

00:27:27.920 He's not going to let guys like Bill Barr or Esper around.

00:27:31.620 You've got Pam Bondi instead of Bill Barr, and you've got Pete Hegseth instead of Esper.

00:27:37.700 And as I said yesterday, the buried lead, the commander in chief went down there and talked for 70 minutes.

00:27:43.160 The buried lead in that speech is what we put up, is that he said, hey, I know we're all over the world and we got, you know, I'm going to give you weapons.

00:27:50.180 It's trading dollar budget.

00:27:51.180 You're going to have the best recruits.

00:27:53.780 We're going to get everybody in shape.

00:27:54.880 We know we can beat anybody.

00:27:56.000 However, our country's been invaded and our number one priority in our country is to stop this invasion.

00:28:03.300 We've done it by putting troops on the border.

00:28:05.380 We've totally sealed it off.

00:28:06.560 No, you know, very few of any people are coming in at all, not the hundreds of thousands that were coming in monthly on Biden's watch.

00:28:12.640 But he said, hey, now's the time both to stop these terrorists and to start the mass deportations.

00:28:18.560 That's what we want to start in Portland.

00:28:20.780 You can see the problems you have when you have these radical terrorist groups like Antifa that are trying to get in the way of law enforcement.

00:28:29.140 A huge day.

00:28:29.800 I believe what they're going to do now is basically a classified briefing for law enforcement about exactly what this proclamation that President Trump signed, I think, in the middle of or in September, a couple of weeks ago, of how they're going to execute and how they're going to implement.

00:28:45.320 This is kind of, I think, a model of what they're going to do in Chicago, eventually what they're going to do in Los Angeles.

00:28:50.780 So we're going to cover this nonstop.

00:28:52.480 Of course, our own Ben Burkwam will be out tonight with the ICE officials in Portland.

00:28:57.800 He'll have a report for us tomorrow.

00:28:59.600 And, of course, the brave and intrepid Savannah Hernandez also.

00:29:05.000 Did you notice gold coming up against all-time highs like every day and then back off a bit and then the next day going up?

00:29:10.620 Why is that happening?

00:29:12.020 Well, the central banks of the world are buying more gold than they've ever bought.

00:29:16.380 Why?

00:29:16.780 They're changing the asset mix of their own reserves.

00:29:19.300 They want to hold fewer euros and fewer United States dollars and more physical gold.

00:29:25.980 You ought to understand that.

00:29:27.440 The way you can is go to birchgold.com, promo code Bannon, and get the end of the dollar empire.

00:29:35.100 It teaches you or gives you access to information.

00:29:37.500 You start to understand why gold has been a hedge against times of financial turbulence for 5,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:29:45.000 Do it today.

00:29:45.640 You start to build a relationship with Philip Patrick and the team.

00:29:49.500 I think there's still a lot of squeeze in that lemon.

00:29:52.160 Short commercial break.

00:29:53.320 The government shutdown is now on its 17th hour here in the war room.

00:29:57.460 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro.

00:30:04.320 The block of emerging superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the United States dollar as the global currency.

00:30:14.660 They're calling this the Rio reset as BRICS nations push forward with their plans.

00:30:20.760 Global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings.

00:30:26.260 While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to start in Rio.

00:30:32.400 The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.

00:31:26.540 You know, I didn't know this until the guys at Field of Greens, the doctors and the experts, told me about it and then gave me information.

00:31:35.440 It was fascinating.

00:31:36.800 We have two ages, our actual age and our body's internal biological age.

00:31:42.360 Additionally, what I didn't know is I've likely lowered my biological age without even knowing it.

00:31:48.940 Here's the thing.

00:31:49.860 Because Americans eat so many processed and ultra-processed foods and not enough fruits and vegetables, many, perhaps most, are 10 years older on the inside than their actual age.

00:32:04.540 They're ticking time bombs.

00:32:07.480 A major university study suggests how to slow aging and diffuse that biological time bomb.

00:32:13.600 Participants slowed their aging by drinking Field of Greens.

00:32:16.720 That's all.

00:32:17.260 They didn't change their eating, drinking, or exercise.

00:32:20.300 Just Field of Greens.

00:32:21.460 I feel great knowing Field of Greens can slow how quickly I'm aging.

00:35:02.000 Okay, welcome back.

00:35:06.380 As soon as anything breaks with Miller or Hegseth or Pam Bondi in Memphis, we're going to go right back to it.

00:35:14.580 Brian Glenn's on the scene.

00:35:16.100 Like I said, I think some of this stuff is classified right now.

00:35:18.140 Bottom line is President Trump is dropping the hammer in places like Portland, Oregon, Memphis, Tennessee, Chicago, D.C.

00:35:26.000 Tonight, I guarantee you, one of the big blocks on MSNBC and CNN is the escalatory ladder on authoritarianism.

00:35:34.280 And now this is an authoritarian breakout, right, where Trump is actually calling the military in.

00:35:38.880 These cities are lawless.

00:35:40.400 These Democrats are anarchist, Marxist, right?

00:35:43.940 And it's time.

00:35:44.380 It's got to stop.

00:35:45.420 And you can see with Stephen Miller right there, hey, it's going to stop.

00:35:49.500 Those three up there aren't going to back down.

00:35:51.300 So I think we're in for some quite exciting times over the next 24, 48 hours.

00:35:56.840 Let's see.

00:35:58.800 The next one, I've asked Liz Yor. 0.88

00:36:00.400 Of course, Liz does the 6 o'clock show with Ben Harnwell.

00:36:03.700 I've asked Liz to jump in here. 1.00

00:36:05.320 At first, I was going to play this as a cold open and just bring you into it right after the getter.

00:36:09.880 Spot.

00:36:10.440 But then I realized as I looked at it that you would actually think the audience would be lost and say,

00:36:15.420 why is Steve playing a Saturday Night Live skit on a Wednesday evening?

00:36:21.360 Well, it's actually not a skit.

00:36:23.580 It's not a parody.

00:36:24.560 This actually happened.

00:36:26.300 Let's go ahead and play it.

00:36:27.200 I'm going to go to something that just occurred at the Vatican.

00:36:30.400 Let's go ahead and play it.

00:36:39.880 Lord of life, bless this water.

00:37:07.020 May it awaken our hearts, cleanse our indifference, soothe our grief, and renew our hope through Christ our Lord.

00:37:20.500 Amen.

00:37:21.500 Okay, that goes on for another couple of minutes, and we could play it, and maybe I will play it when we have more time.

00:37:29.040 But, Liz, you're—and there is a tradition of blessings, of, like, blessings of the beginning of the season that the grain will grow,

00:37:37.600 and there's these types of things that the church has historically done.

00:37:40.220 And there are blessings of the waters, particularly in North America.

00:37:44.980 There was, you know, they would come out and bless the waters as kind of a saying to, you know, God in heaven, you know, we offer up our best work.

00:37:51.900 That's not what this is, right?

00:37:53.540 If that was it, a blessing of the waters, hey, I think I always would be cool with it.

00:37:57.520 But this is a pagan ritual to the religion of Gaia, the religion of climate change, the religion—it's a natural—I don't know what in the hell the pope is sitting there blessing a block of ice, blessing a block of ice.

00:38:15.600 And this is not a blessing of the waters.

00:38:17.540 That's a tradition of the church, and they call it that.

00:38:20.500 But this is putting that kind of paganism of climate change, which, as I said, climate change became religion.

00:38:29.880 Talk to these—talk to the climate change people.

00:38:32.800 Talk to the group Greta and the crowd are down. 0.77

00:38:36.040 Now they've shifted to the Palestinian situation, but the climate radicals, it's a religion to them.

00:38:42.960 And the pope is playing into this by blessing a block of ice, ma'am?

00:38:48.900 Yeah, Steve, you predicted this with the election of Prevost.

00:38:52.520 You knew he was a Marxist.

00:38:54.100 You knew he was Francis 2.0.

00:38:56.120 But I don't even think you expected this.

00:38:58.780 I mean, for the last 24 hours, the woke pope, Leo, is trending on X more than the government shutdown.

00:39:06.640 Even I can't believe what I'm seeing.

00:39:08.420 And this Vatican-produced video shows the melting ice from this artificial block of ice, I guess to suggest that we're in the position of global warming.

00:39:21.280 But when you don't have the facts, you have to use memes and images.

00:39:25.660 But, you know, so what's happening is this has gone absolutely crazy on the Internet.

00:39:30.760 And timing is everything is ice, our ice is sweeping across the American big cities.

00:39:37.100 Leo's is blessing a big block of artificial ice at the Raising Hope for Climate Justice Conference in the Vatican with none other than the famous great climatologist Arnold Schwarzenegger. 0.91

00:39:52.860 I mean, this is not only embarrassing, it's moronic, and there's nothing short of a weird, pagan, earth-worshipping, hippie ritual in some kind of, you know, communist freak event.

00:40:08.200 And, you know, this is really actually worse than blessing the pagan Pachamama idol because it is promoting the U.N. radical climate hoax. 0.97

00:40:19.340 You know, that's what Trump called it.

00:40:21.660 I mean, I would encourage people to read again Trump's speech at the U.N. where he called the global warming hoax and con job.

00:40:29.380 It was absolutely right.

00:40:32.240 And so blessing a melting piece of ice to symbolize global warming is a desperate act.

00:40:39.980 And, you know, the Internet memes are hysterical.

00:40:43.780 Maybe Leo is blessing Tom Homan from ICE.

00:40:46.800 But it's not—

00:40:47.800 No, but I mean—

00:40:49.520 I know, but it's—you know, it's not—it's—but here's the thing.

00:40:53.560 This is—what have I been preaching on this show now that we're in the execution stage?

00:40:56.980 Remember, I said after the first 100 days, second 100 days, you're going to have the convergence of all of this, and it's going to feel like it's spinning out of control.

00:41:04.120 So the three—we have to have a three-part strategy.

00:41:06.360 Number one, maximalist.

00:41:08.180 What we're doing, you have to do—you have to go to the absolute end because you're not going to have another shot.

00:41:13.280 Number two, you have to do it with urgency.

00:41:16.480 And number three, we have to seize the institutions.

00:41:19.240 My point.

00:41:20.340 Pete Hexer brings all the flag officers from the world around, and President Trump gives a commander-in-chief speech.

00:41:25.860 Why?

00:41:26.300 On DEI and this other woke.

00:41:28.480 Just changing out some personnel just doesn't do it.

00:41:31.000 Ask Pete.

00:41:31.800 You've got to go into—it's embedded into these institutions now, and just changing a couple people are not going to change it.

00:41:38.700 You have to get to the substrate of the institution.

00:41:41.920 You have to rip it out, and you have to put in traditional values.

00:41:45.460 You have to rip it out, and you have to burn it alive in front of them, and then you have to bury it.

00:41:50.520 The same thing is with the church.

00:41:52.700 You can't—this is why I kept saying with Prevost.

00:41:54.700 He's just a happy American face for the donors and for the wealthy American donors of Francis, where Francis was kind of, you know, was not the warmest guy in the world, not the most articulate guy in the world, didn't give him the warm fuzzies.

00:42:10.340 And even the American, you know, all that crowd that sits there in their kind of trad Catholic ink, right, and the establishment, the conservative establishment in the church, particularly the lay, they had to put an American in there to shake him down for money. 0.53

00:42:27.140 I said at the time, this guy is not only no better than Francis, he's going to be worse, but one of the points is he's not going to get into the institutional rot.

00:42:35.120 Talk about the—remember, the young guy that went in, they had a pagan ritual in the Vatican with the Amazon religion brought by Francis, and hey, Prevost is down there in Latin America.

00:42:47.700 So the young man had to take it out of the creche and go throw it in the Tiber.

00:42:51.880 And remember, they wanted to arrest him, but he was there as a young man to say, hey, this is institutional.

00:42:57.360 This is just not a couple of bad people.

00:42:59.600 This is what he's showing you today.

00:43:01.500 They're having a climate conference, which is Gaia.

00:43:03.900 It's a pagan religion.

00:43:05.400 It's like the worship of Mother Nature, the worship of the earth.

00:43:09.420 And now you saw today, they actually take a block of ice, and they have the representative of Jesus Christ on earth will go over and bless it as it kind of slowly melts, and then say the prayers over, and no.

00:43:21.640 And they can say, oh, this is the blessing of the headwaters.

00:43:23.800 It's not what was done traditionally about the rivers and the streams and, you know, years ago and centuries ago when we did that.

00:43:31.320 This is totally different.

00:43:32.180 This is to support paganism. 0.91

00:43:34.600 That's what you have.

00:43:35.520 And I told everybody, and all some of these trad Catholic guys all fall in love and swooning on Prevost because he wore the right vestments and he maybe held his hands in the right way. 0.97

00:43:46.520 That's all.

00:43:47.000 It doesn't matter.

00:43:48.360 This is what matters.

00:43:49.900 The institutions of the church have been corrupted.

00:43:53.040 And we have to get in there.

00:43:54.360 We have to change that.

00:43:55.240 It's not going to be easy.

00:43:56.040 You're not going to be invited to some of these big conferences where you get to sit and the Pope, and the Pope's going to bless your marriage.

00:44:02.840 You're not going to get the plaque on the wall that says your 25th anniversary is blessed if you want to save the church.

00:44:08.600 And people better realize this is reality.

00:44:11.740 This is reality.

00:44:12.640 Not wearing the right vestments, not wearing the vestments that make you feel comfortable.

00:44:16.900 You have to say, if you want to save the Catholic church, you need to roll your sleeves up.

00:44:21.740 And this is why all the great young priests have been terminated and thrown out of the church. 0.54

00:44:25.100 This is why everybody in the trad Catholics are demonized by these demons. 1.00

00:44:30.580 This is why Kubrick, they just gave an award, a lifetime achievement award, to one of the biggest abortionists in the country, Durban, who supports abortion.

00:44:38.300 This is how institutionally it has not changed.

00:44:42.180 Liz, the floor is yours, ma'am.

00:44:44.900 Steve, this is a serious warning.

00:44:47.240 This is a shot across the bow.

00:44:49.580 Look, the Catholic church has been infiltrated by the UN, the globalists. 0.92

00:44:53.620 They used the Catholic church to push the China agreement, to push the UN, the Paris treaty.

00:45:00.980 They are continuing to do this.

00:45:02.960 We better pay attention.

00:45:04.680 This guy is going to carry on and, I think, accelerate the work of the globalists using the Catholic church. 0.94

00:45:13.320 It is infiltrated.

00:45:15.400 It is corrupted to the court.

00:45:16.840 Look, the Catholic church in America, the traditional Catholic church, has been suppressed as bad as the underground church in China.

00:45:24.500 And nobody's fighting back.

00:45:26.480 I mean, they have literally closed down every traditional parish mass in America.

00:45:32.600 And where's the pushback?

00:45:35.560 It is time for people.

00:45:37.040 I mean, this guy should resign and we should be demanding his resignation and cleaning out the entire Vatican and demanding that we see their agreements with the UN, their agreements with China.

00:45:51.660 This is a warning shot.

00:45:54.360 People better pay attention and not look at the, you know, superficial mazetta that he wears or his kind manners.

00:46:01.160 He is as bad as Bergoglio. 1.00

00:46:03.080 Ridiculous. 1.00

00:46:04.600 He's bad. 1.00

00:46:05.480 He's worse than Bergoglio. 0.98

00:46:06.840 He's worse than Bergoglio.

00:46:08.840 You're going to be back for the six.

00:46:10.560 Where do you go for your social media, ma'am?

00:46:13.260 I'm on Substack.

00:46:15.060 Elizabeth Yor.

00:46:16.100 My website, Yor Children.

00:46:17.760 And all of your social media, Elizabeth Yor.

00:46:19.740 Thank you, ma'am.

00:46:22.600 Appreciate you.

00:46:23.740 You bet.

00:46:25.120 Chip Roy, we're 18 hours into a government shutdown.

00:46:28.620 You've been, you were one of the architects of 13, as I remember correctly.

00:46:32.260 I think you were working with Ted Cruz at the time.

00:46:34.500 You were one of the architects in a highly successful shutdown.

00:46:38.640 What do you think now?

00:46:39.560 What's your thoughts on this?

00:46:41.540 Yeah, right.

00:46:42.020 Great to be on, Steve.

00:46:43.020 Yeah, back with Ted in 2013.

00:46:45.400 We were fighting for the American people.

00:46:47.340 We were fighting, as you remember, to make D.C. listen.

00:46:50.320 We were fighting to try to stop the implementation of a disastrous health care plan that has now turned out to be a total train wreck for the average hardworking American family, causing them to have to spend $25,000 a year, every year, to go into the pockets of insurance companies.

00:47:05.560 And so now, fast forward today, and what are Democrats doing?

00:47:08.700 They are shutting down the government.

00:47:10.540 We're now 18 hours into a shutdown government because they want to give $40 billion a year more to the insurance companies rather than helping hardworking families.

00:47:19.300 God bless President Trump.

00:47:21.800 God bless Russ Vogt for having the spine to stand up and do the right thing.

00:47:27.320 And to the credit of the House, right, we work through this.

00:47:30.180 Neither you nor I, Steve, we talk about this all the time, are great lovers of continuing resolutions.

00:47:36.080 But we are trying to move the appropriations bills through, and Democrats are blocking us.

00:47:40.280 So we passed the CR into November.

00:47:43.100 Democrats are now rejecting that.

00:47:44.960 They're choosing to shut down the government because they don't have anything to run on.

00:47:48.580 So they want to, you know, stand up for health care for illegal aliens.

00:47:52.640 They want to stand up for big fat cat insurance companies.

00:47:55.200 They want to stand up for more fraud in our health care system.

00:47:57.660 Chip, here's the thing.

00:48:00.860 Mike Lee and Ted Cruz were eviscerated for what they did in 2013, in August of 2013.

00:48:06.180 And guess what?

00:48:06.840 Mike Lee and Ted Cruz were right, and we had a sweeping victory in the midterm elections after that.

00:48:11.560 And I learned a big lesson then, right, that if you message this properly and let the – because the American people start paying attention to a shutdown,

00:48:17.920 people are not interested in politics, you have to message.

00:48:20.720 Why is your colleague and dear friend over at OMB, why are we not – why is Russ Vogt not already got a couple of million names that he wants to riff?

00:48:32.060 Why are we going to do that, sir?

00:48:34.000 Yeah, Russ is actually working on the riffs, as you know.

00:48:36.280 And he obviously took a quick action with $8 billion hitting the Green New Scam subsidies, $18 billion.

00:48:42.900 He immediately took action taking money from the infrastructure projects from New York because they're all wrapped in the DEI nonsense.

00:48:50.200 He's working through it methodically.

00:48:52.040 Let's be very clear.

00:48:52.820 He's getting a lot of resistance from the handful of established Republicans over in the Senate who are now squawking about what Russ Vogt may be doing when it is Donald Trump and Russ Vogt that are doing the work the American people sent them there to do and have a spine to stand up and do it.

00:49:06.640 The good news is a lot of Republicans are right in behind the president here.

00:49:10.660 What we can't do is let the normal establishment folks in the town give in to all the K Street demands. 0.52

00:49:16.640 And by the way, did you know that the health care lobby, they spend $750 million a year lobbying, which is six times more than the defense K Street contractors.

00:49:27.600 That's where the money is.

00:49:28.780 And a whole bunch of people in the Senate are trying to give in to the insurance companies who, by the way, are running ads right now in D.C. and across the country because they want their free money.

00:49:37.740 And it's not free.

00:49:39.000 Russ is doing a good job.

00:49:40.240 I expect him to keep doing it today.

00:49:41.800 They've taken those quick first two actions, and I think they're going to keep moving more with riffs, as he talked about earlier on a phone call with Republican conference members on which I was on that call.

00:49:51.500 He talked about those riffs.

00:49:54.940 Chip, we've got to go to Memphis for the briefing, but one minute.

00:49:58.880 Give me a minute on November 21st, even with the CR.

00:50:03.340 What audience is with you 100% and knows your history in this?

00:50:06.420 And we hate CRs, but, hey, prepare to do this to get to some appropriations.

00:50:10.380 But what everybody's afraid of is we're going to get a monster omnibus that the same guys in the Senate that don't want to riff anybody and are telling the president in his ear, Russ Votes are radical.

00:50:20.420 Russ Votes is going to lose your seats in the House in the midterms, which is a lie.

00:50:25.180 They tell him don't let Russ Votes off the chain, right?

00:50:29.100 They're also cooking up right now a very sophisticated omnibus package.

00:50:35.340 What can you tell us behind the scenes what's going on there?

00:50:38.120 Yeah, well, first of all, those of us in the Freedom Caucus and conservatives in the House, we've made very clear our position that under no circumstances can we allow an omnibus bill to get to the floor of the House.

00:50:46.940 We need to move appropriations bills according to our levels of spending, which means lower than the current levels of spending, or at worst, do a full year CR and go empower Russ Votes.

00:50:56.180 But we're not going to allow a big mega omnibus bill, and if the moderates in the Senate want to try to go down that road, they're going to have a fight on their hands.

00:51:03.140 The president and the White House know that.

00:51:04.700 They're with us.

00:51:05.500 They know what they need to do to try to make sure that we're strong going into the midterm elections, and that means continue to do what we said we would do, and that is reduce spending, keep spending flat, not give in to all the K Street swamp creatures in Washington.

00:51:18.000 And look, I trust Russ.

00:51:19.900 I trust the president.

00:51:21.280 I trust the Freedom Caucus.

00:51:22.480 And we're going to work with our colleagues to make sure we stop it.

00:51:25.100 But look, I'm with you, Steve, and the rest of the posse.

00:51:28.200 I'm concerned that they're going to try to jam that through.

00:51:30.840 We're going to do everything we can to stop it.

00:51:32.880 We just need to support the president right now and build the strength so that we can stop it in November.

00:51:39.060 Chip, we've got to go to Memphis to the briefing.

00:51:41.260 What's your social media?

00:51:42.380 I understand.

00:51:43.020 I understand against my recommendation you're running for a new office because we need you here in Washington to fight the fights.

00:51:48.760 You're one of the smartest strategists we've got.

00:51:50.640 But what's the site?

00:51:51.900 What's the site for your running for AG down in Texas?

00:51:54.340 Where do people go?

00:51:55.100 And what's your social media?

00:51:56.560 Yeah, chiproy.com.

00:51:57.800 And my Twitter slash X handle is chiproy, T-X, C-H-I-P-R-O-Y-T-X.

00:52:02.620 Steve, you're a great man, and I'm going to still be in the fight for another 15 months.

00:52:05.880 And as Attorney General of Texas, I'm going to be standing up to fight those criminals, fight to secure the border, fight to stop Sharia law. 0.99

00:52:11.560 Let's talk about Sharia law when this news settles down.

00:52:14.140 We've got to go combat that and make sure we stop the Soros DAs. 0.99

00:52:17.020 Go to Memphis.

00:52:17.900 God bless Pete Hex, Seth, and the president.

00:52:19.240 Thank you, brother.

00:52:21.760 Let's go to Memphis Live.

00:52:22.780 Attorney General, Secretary of War.

00:52:24.520 You state and local officers, let's see what your DA does, because he better prosecute crimes against you, because we have your back.

00:52:31.920 We know there is no ordinary day in the life of a police officer, and thank you for what you do, and thank your families.

00:52:48.320 You are out here night and day.

00:52:51.040 God bless you.

00:52:52.260 We are here for you, and we will always be here for you.

00:52:55.260 We are going to, this is long term, we are going to work hand in hand to make the most violent crime city in the country have no crime.

00:53:04.580 Thank you all.

00:53:05.480 God bless you, and God bless the area.

00:53:07.280 I'll just say what a privilege it is to be here.

00:53:17.620 We see you up front, we see you in the back.

00:53:19.680 I see green, blue, black, tan, camouflage, all together, one cause, one city.

00:53:32.820 It's really cool to have a privilege, and we all do, Steve and Pam, myself, so many others, to see how much President Trump loves Americans, American cities, and American citizens.

00:53:45.180 And how he puts America first, and at the Department of War, we are proud to be part of that effort to ensure we're defending the homeland and defending those who defend the homeland.

00:54:00.120 Whether it's our southwest border, where we brought it to zero folks, crossing illegally, whether it's in Los Angeles, where we stand by our partners in ICE, who need to be able to have the ability to do their job anywhere, in any American city.

00:54:15.600 Whether it's Washington, D.C., ensuring our nation's capital is safe for citizens, and visitors who come to visit that beautiful place, we're right here in Memphis, where your families, every family, deserves to live safe and free.

00:54:33.300 So, I had a chance yesterday to talk a little bit about how we're changing the environment at the Department of War.

00:54:41.220 I see.

00:54:45.600 I see some great beards out here.

00:54:48.620 They're just not allowed in the infantry anymore.

00:54:53.080 Undercover.

00:54:53.720 That's right.

00:54:55.240 I just cannot thank you enough for what you do, what you do in difficult places, in dark places, in dangerous places, where politicians spend a lot of time second-guessing you, second-guessing the impossible decisions that you have to make that they will never understand.

00:55:14.380 It's part of what we're trying to do with the Department for our troops overseas or in combat and elsewhere is we're not here to second-guess you.

00:55:22.020 We're here to have your back, to unleash you, to do your job so you come home safely.

00:55:26.760 Our department is here to enable you, law enforcement, to do your job, to help protect your facilities, help protect your people, so that you, your hands can be untied to secure your city.

00:55:41.860 So, our department's proud to be here.

00:55:43.820 It's a priority for us.

00:55:45.260 The Tennessee National Guard's going to be right here, having your back.

00:55:50.100 Godspeed.

00:55:50.800 God bless.

00:55:51.700 Thank you for everything you do.

00:55:53.100 Thank you, Pete, Gaddy, Pam, and of course, your governor, for not only being here today, but for the invitation to your state to bring the full resources of the federal government to making Memphis safer than any of you could ever possibly imagine.

00:56:17.260 To the Memphis Police Department, to the officers that I see sitting in front of me, we are about to provide you with a level of support you cannot even imagine.

00:56:30.040 This isn't just a task force.

00:56:32.260 This is an all-of-government-unlimited support operation.

00:56:36.600 ATF, DEA, FBI, ICE, Department of War, every resource we have.

00:56:44.420 And they're not going to be sitting behind a desk at a keyboard.

00:56:48.680 We are sending in real cops with guns and badges to go out with you on the street every single night making arrests.

00:56:57.300 These are people who have taken down drug cartels, kingpins, the worst criminal offenders in the United States.

00:57:04.060 Standing with you, shoulder to shoulder to shoulder.

00:57:08.440 All we ask from you is to show up at a roll call every single night with your brothers and sisters in the federal government and to go out and get the criminals off the street.

00:57:19.240 And if you do that, I pledge to you, we will liberate this city from the criminal element that has plagued it for generations.

00:57:26.780 This is not just a strategy shift.

00:57:29.220 This is an attitude shift.

00:57:31.000 We are not going to live in an environment anywhere where there is a street that belongs to a criminal, where there is a neighborhood that belongs to a gang, where there is any physical space anywhere that belongs to anyone other than the law-abiding citizens and families of Memphis.

00:57:49.000 The idea that there is a square inch of block in this city where a citizen doesn't feel safe is unacceptable.

00:57:57.500 This is Memphis.

00:57:58.920 This is the United States of America. 0.99

00:58:00.880 And all that bullshit is done. 0.99

00:58:02.940 It's over. 0.99

00:58:03.840 It's finished.

00:58:04.520 You know, the gangbangers that you deal with, they think that they're ruthless.

00:58:15.720 They have no idea how ruthless we are.

00:58:18.680 They think they're tough.

00:58:20.040 They have no idea how tough we are.

00:58:23.460 They think that they're hardcore.

00:58:25.520 We are so much more hardcore than they are.

00:58:27.680 And we have the entire weight of the United States government behind us.

00:58:31.480 What do they have?

00:58:33.160 They have nothing behind them.

00:58:35.140 So we are going to win.

00:58:36.520 They are going to lose.

00:58:37.760 We are going to rescue Memphis.

00:58:39.040 And it will not only be safer than ever before, but businesses and investment are going to pour in.

00:58:43.760 And Memphis will be richer than ever before.

00:58:45.780 Because President Trump has decided this is a priority.

00:58:48.420 And when President Trump makes a decision, this team behind me today executes.

00:58:53.340 Thank you, and God bless.

00:58:57.680 Okay, so now we're going to try and disseminate this Chick-fil-A in an orally fashion.

00:59:15.780 We got Chick-fil-A for you tonight.

00:59:18.200 Elon Musk got Chick-fil-A for you tomorrow night.

00:59:21.420 And Jeff Yavien who founded Airbnb is here with us.

00:59:24.720 And he is helping, too, with all of this and all of our efforts.

00:59:28.460 You're out there keeping us safe and we're going to be safe.

00:59:31.300 Thank you.

00:59:31.780 Thank you.

00:59:31.860 Thank you.

00:59:34.600 Thank you.

00:59:44.660 Okay.

00:59:47.320 Okay.

00:59:48.160 Is Brian Glenn ready?

00:59:49.320 If not, if not, we'll toss it to John Solomon.

00:59:53.540 We're going to continue on with our 6 o'clock show, Real America's Voice, and continue with Just the News with Amanda Head and John Solomon.

01:00:01.160 You have the Secretary of War.

01:00:03.340 You have the Senior Domestic Policy Advisor to the President of the United States and Stephen Miller.

01:00:14.320 They're going to give a briefing now.

01:00:15.840 But let's say this.

01:00:16.600 The hammer is getting dropped even as we speak in Memphis, Tennessee and in Portland, Oregon.

01:00:21.660 More cities to come.

01:00:24.480 We're going to stick around.
