00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 The reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:29.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.000 War Room.
00:00:45.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Banff.
00:00:52.000 Okay, Friday, 10th September, Year of the Lord 2025.
00:00:55.000 One month ago, Charlie Kirk assassinated in Utah, so it's been one month.
00:01:00.000 The First Lady is speaking.
00:01:02.000 As soon as we get some guidance and some clarity on that, we're going to go to that.
00:01:07.000 I've got Joel Gilbert with us.
00:01:10.000 Kurt Mills is about to join and also a Marine Corps veteran.
00:01:14.000 Marine Corps veteran.
00:01:15.000 We're going to talk about Marine Corps 250 of what Real America's Voice of the World is going to do.
00:01:19.000 Tons of programming around that.
00:01:21.000 As some former Marines told Cleo Pascal, who was our co-host for Navy 250,
00:01:32.000 they said, Ben, it's finally going to get to do the men's department of the Navy.
00:01:35.000 So we're going to have a great coverage wall-to-wall from Marine Corps 250.
00:01:41.000 We'll get to that in a moment.
00:01:42.000 Gilbert, Joel.
00:01:44.000 Because, look, Gilbert is half crazy, half mad.
00:01:48.000 That's what we love him.
00:01:49.000 When he gets on something, he drills down in the details.
00:01:52.000 He brings the receipts.
00:01:54.000 This is what mainstream media is not doing with Weissman.
00:01:56.000 Stephanie Ruhle, MSNBC.
00:02:00.000 A superseding indictment is going to come.
00:02:03.000 She's a crook.
00:02:05.000 Everything she puts her hands on, she's either defrauding a bank,
00:02:08.000 she's got a fraud mortgage, or she's stealing tax revenue from the state.
00:02:12.000 And she's the attorney general.
00:02:14.000 And she ran, the only reason she's attorney general,
00:02:16.000 because she ran on putting Trump and everybody around Trump in prison.
00:02:20.000 Well, guess what?
00:02:21.000 The hunted have become the hunters.
00:02:24.000 And Big Tish is going to go away for a long, long, long, long time.
00:02:29.000 Joe Gilbert, I just want to make sure, let's take a couple of minutes.
00:02:33.000 Everything she owns, she's defrauded either a bank, a mortgage company,
00:02:39.000 or the state for taxes.
00:02:40.000 Take it to the top and let's start in New York,
00:02:42.000 and then we'll work down to Virginia.
00:02:44.000 All of her properties, sir.
00:02:45.000 Hit it.
00:02:46.000 Look, all right.
00:02:47.000 Look, in general, Letitia James has to set the example.
00:02:50.000 She's the attorney general.
00:02:51.000 People look at her and they notice.
00:02:53.000 And everything she's done, every mortgage transaction she did,
00:02:57.000 it's tax fraud, insurance fraud, mortgage fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud.
00:03:02.000 Everything she touches is a crime.
00:03:05.000 Now, the biggest one in her New York apartment building,
00:03:08.000 actually the first one I came out with on Gateway Pundit in March,
00:03:11.000 she had a 10% adjustable rate loan on this apartment building,
00:03:15.000 and she applied for a HAMP loan under the TARP program.
00:03:19.000 You remember the TARP program out of Washington, D.C., out of U.S. Treasury.
00:03:22.000 She wanted to replace her 10% loan with a 2.7% loan on the back of the American taxpayer.
00:03:29.000 To get that loan, she said, I have a financial hardship.
00:03:32.000 You had to have a financial hardship to get it.
00:03:34.000 And she was making $14,000 a month at the time from her city council job
00:03:39.000 and from her rents and a professorship.
00:03:41.000 So that was very likely a lie, $14,000 a month.
00:03:45.000 And she said it's only four units in her building
00:03:48.000 because the program was not eligible for five units or more, and she had five units.
00:03:53.000 So Letitia James has blatantly defrauded and cheated the state of New York,
00:03:59.000 every bank she's ever dealt with. She committed tax fraud, wire fraud.
00:04:03.000 That's why this first indictment that came out in Virginia is just the tip of the iceberg.
00:04:08.000 There's much more coming. There's a separate grand jury in New York,
00:04:12.000 and there's no way she can get out of it by saying, oh, it's political retribution.
00:04:16.000 It's just comical. The hypocrisy is just breathtaking, claiming weaponization, claiming political goals.
00:04:23.000 Letitia James said that any slight problem with your mortgage
00:04:27.000 is a grave crime that you must be punished for even if no money is lost.
00:04:32.000 Well, in Letitia James' case, she cheated banks and mortgage companies out of thousands of dollars, taxes, you name it.
00:04:40.000 So it's all there, and I think she's going to go to jail because there's just too much.
00:04:45.000 There's a long pattern of 43 years of mortgage fraud.
00:04:50.000 Tell me, besides the thing at Brooklyn, which was five and four and it's a rental, all that,
00:04:55.000 I want to go to the one that she did on nine times.
00:04:59.000 So she knew after nine times not getting approval when she basically said,
00:05:03.000 well, it's going to be your second residence or whatever.
00:05:06.000 These are conscious acts she's done over essentially decades,
00:05:11.000 but she knew at the time what she was doing was wrong.
00:05:14.000 That's why she had to gun deck it to get the raise.
00:05:16.000 This also tells her how craven she is.
00:05:18.000 So, but it was nine times for the one of the ones in Virginia?
00:05:22.000 Correct.
00:05:23.000 The one she hasn't been charged for yet, which I'm sure is coming on Sterling Avenue.
00:05:27.000 That's where she said, I bought this house for my niece's children who happened to be convicted criminals.
00:05:32.000 And one is on absconding from arrest out of North Carolina.
00:05:36.000 That one she applied nine times and got rejected.
00:05:41.000 I was told they have a mortgage broker that's actually working with the government.
00:05:46.000 And the government has the ability to subpoena all these records.
00:05:50.000 I can look online and pretty much, you know, it's a done deal.
00:05:54.000 But they can actually get all the mortgage records.
00:05:56.000 They can get Letitia's financial records that she submitted that are going to be fraudulent.
00:06:01.000 And as regards to Sterling property, she was rejected nine times.
00:06:06.000 The 10th time she changed her mortgage application and said, okay, I'm going to make it my primary residence.
00:06:11.000 Because banks will lend to you if you're going to live there because they know people take care of the property better if they're going to live there.
00:06:18.000 If you rent it out, it's a different rate and they have different risk levels.
00:06:22.000 So Letitia absolutely intentionally manipulated the system as she has done for 43 years.
00:06:27.000 She cannot claim no intent.
00:06:29.000 She told us in an interview with Joy Reid, she says, oh, well, they have to prove intent.
00:06:35.000 Well, Letitia has sued landlords for years in New York State.
00:06:39.000 She knows the law very, very well.
00:06:41.000 And the pattern of mortgage fraud over 43 years shows that she had to know what was going on.
00:06:47.000 So I don't think she has a way to get out of this other than screaming that Trump is out to get her.
00:06:54.000 I just want to make sure every property in your investigation, every property she's touched her, put her hand to either has bank fraud, mortgage fraud, and or she's lying to some tax authority to pay less taxes.
00:07:10.000 She's either when I say fraud, she's either paying less a bank.
00:07:14.000 It's the same thing she tried to get Trump for.
00:07:16.000 Remember, Trump had paid these things off and the bank said we did our own due diligence and we didn't have a problem.
00:07:22.000 We didn't have a problem lending it.
00:07:23.000 Her whole thing was a theoretical kind of net present value of what banks should have been paid.
00:07:28.000 It was so ridiculous.
00:07:30.000 Every real estate guy, every banker I knew in New York City said this is absurd of what they're doing to Trump.
00:07:38.000 Absurd.
00:07:39.000 And yet MSNBC, every night you sat up there, Weissman sat up there, Tish James, Stephanie Rule, Nicole Wallace.
00:07:46.000 You had the director chairs outside the court.
00:07:49.000 When Trump was in there, it was obscene what you did.
00:07:53.000 It was an obscenity.
00:07:54.000 And now we have her.
00:07:56.000 I just want to make sure I got this right.
00:07:58.000 Every property she's touched and she's done this thinking it through because the banks and these folks and some of the mortgage companies rejected it.
00:08:07.000 So everything she's put her hand on, she's either defrauded a bank, she defrauded a mortgage company and or the state tax authority for less taxes.
00:08:18.000 Is that correct, Joe Gilbert?
00:08:20.000 Not only is that correct, I'm going to add insurance fraud because each time she told the insurance company, I've only got one unit.
00:08:26.000 I've only got four units.
00:08:27.000 She was getting lower insurance premiums than she was entitled to.
00:08:31.000 And it goes back to, again, 1983.
00:08:34.000 She's 24 years old.
00:08:35.000 She buys a town home with her father, claiming that her father is her husband so she can qualify for the loan.
00:08:42.000 So she's been doing this mortgage fraud, cheating banks, cheating the government for so many years.
00:08:47.000 None of her defenses.
00:08:49.000 I didn't know about it.
00:08:50.000 I didn't intend to do it.
00:08:51.000 They're just not going to work.
00:08:53.000 Yeah.
00:08:54.000 So every time I looked at one of these fraudulent transactions, I wrote an article on Gateway Pundit, and I thought, oh, well, I guess that's it.
00:09:02.000 And then a week later, I'd go back and look online at a next mortgage, and that had a fraud event in it.
00:09:10.000 Next one had a tax event.
00:09:12.000 You cannot look at any transaction that Letitia James did in Virginia with three homes she purchased or her apartment building refinancing and financing in New York City without finding mortgage fraud.
00:09:24.000 She never should have been able to run for public office.
00:09:27.000 I think she has to resign.
00:09:29.000 Ridiculous.
00:09:30.000 We cannot put up with New York.
00:09:32.000 Where's MSNBC?
00:09:34.000 Where's the Wall Street Journal?
00:09:37.000 Where's the Financial Times of London?
00:09:39.000 Where's the New York Times?
00:09:41.000 When she ran for Attorney General and said she was making Trump and the people around Trump a target, where were you on your due diligence?
00:09:47.000 Why did it take Joel Gilbert years after the fact to do this themselves?
00:09:52.000 Where's the Wall Street Journal?
00:09:53.000 Big shot.
00:09:54.000 Big talking.
00:09:55.000 Wall Street Journal.
00:09:56.000 Paul G. Joe, where's your editorial page?
00:09:58.000 Why don't you roll your sleeves up and get some work done over there?
00:10:01.000 Where's the New York Times?
00:10:02.000 Glenn Thrust.
00:10:03.000 Big talker.
00:10:04.000 Where in the hell are you?
00:10:05.000 You're all over.
00:10:06.000 This is nothing.
00:10:07.000 Dude, you're all over.
00:10:08.000 How come you don't know this right now?
00:10:10.000 Where's the New York Times?
00:10:11.000 They're handing out bullets to you guys all the time.
00:10:14.000 Stephanie Rule, you're an investment banker.
00:10:16.000 Your show is supposed to be the numbers and the power stuff.
00:10:20.000 Get Joel Gilbert on and let you walk through.
00:10:23.000 You're not going to do that because it breaks the narrative.
00:10:25.000 And Joel Gilbert teed it up.
00:10:26.000 You sacrificed these black prosecutors because you knew the cases were shoddy.
00:10:31.000 You knew the cases were shoddy.
00:10:33.000 And now all those.
00:10:34.000 And I'm going to make a prediction right here.
00:10:36.000 Knowing how Letitia James handled her real estate investments.
00:10:40.000 I don't know.
00:10:41.000 Maybe you see a couple of three tax returns or some other transactions the gal's been involved in.
00:10:47.000 Hey, if everything you put your hand on in real estate is fraudulent to insurance companies, to tax authorities, to mortgage companies, to banks, I don't know.
00:10:57.000 So I'll take the over on she's got a couple of other unseemly events in her financial life, Joel Gilbert.
00:11:06.000 Well, the prosecutors have the ability to subpoena all that stuff, which I didn't do, but I got enough from public information.
00:11:14.000 And you're right about how the media just doesn't want to cover it.
00:11:17.000 I actually wrote up the very first story on her mortgage fraud in Brooklyn, and I sent it to the New York Post, whom I had written for before, and they said, oh, we'll get back to you.
00:11:26.000 They never got back to me.
00:11:27.000 I sent it to Fox News Digital, their website.
00:11:30.000 They said, oh, this is such a great story.
00:11:31.000 We'll get back to you.
00:11:32.000 They never got back to me.
00:11:34.000 Finally, I took it to Gateway Pundit.
00:11:36.000 They put it up there.
00:11:37.000 Suddenly it becomes huge news, and Fox and New York Post were pretty much embarrassed into covering it.
00:11:43.000 I did get an apology from Fox News.
00:11:45.000 They did email me and apologize to their credit.
00:11:48.000 But the news is so biased, you have to run a campaign on shows like yours and Gateway Pundit to kind of embarrass them, to force them into covering something when it has wrongdoing to do with the Democrat.
00:12:00.000 Letitia James, though, I think is going to be the poster child for crime, for mortgage crime for many years to come.
00:12:07.000 I see multiple indictments coming down in Virginia and a massive, much larger indictment with years and years in prison for all of her pattern of mortgage crime for 24 years on her Brooklyn apartment building.
00:12:20.000 To tell you how good the war room engine rooms are, the Baltimore division of the engine room tells me during Joel Gilbert said, hey, don't forget car insurance.
00:12:31.000 Sure, she's taking the wrong home for that.
00:12:35.000 You got all car insurance.
00:12:37.000 Everything this gal touches is fraud.
00:12:39.000 So the engine room is all over, Joel Gilbert.
00:12:42.000 Joel, where do we get your films?
00:12:44.000 Where do we get your writings?
00:12:45.000 Where do we get this?
00:12:46.000 Where do we get this?
00:12:47.000 Jim Hoft had the courage to put this up.
00:12:49.000 Where does everybody go to get this?
00:12:50.000 Because, sir, this is going to be a continuing and huge story.
00:12:54.000 The crimes of Big Tish James.
00:12:57.000 Where do they go, sir?
00:12:58.000 Well, keep checking Gateway Pundit.
00:13:00.000 I put up, it seems like every few days there's something new about a crime she's committed.
00:13:05.000 Joel S. Gilbert on Twitter, I'm there posting all my stuff.
00:13:10.000 My new film was out on all the-
00:13:11.000 Is he a sergeant?
00:13:12.000 The corporal?
00:13:13.000 What is it?
00:13:14.000 Roseanne Barr is America.
00:13:15.000 Roseanneisamerica.com.
00:13:16.000 It's on the war room.
00:13:17.000 You can watch the movie there on war room films.
00:13:20.000 And it's available on all the live streaming networks.
00:13:22.000 Roseanneisamerica.com.
00:13:24.000 My new film about Roseanne Barr, her life story and how she got canceled and how she came back.
00:13:29.000 So you want to check out that film.
00:13:31.000 And just let's keep our eyes on Tish James because there's going to be many more superseding indictments.
00:13:39.000 And I think she's going to have to resign.
00:13:44.000 I think she's going to have to resign, too.
00:13:45.000 This is going to be the hunted become the hunters.
00:13:52.000 Nicole Wallace, Stephanie Ruhl, MSNBC, Joel Gilbert.
00:13:59.000 I'm his agent now for booking.
00:14:01.000 I'm his booking.
00:14:02.000 I'm his booking agent.
00:14:03.000 He's open for business and he will bring the receipts.
00:14:07.000 We dare you to have him on.
00:14:10.000 We dare you to have him on.
00:14:12.000 You're all gutless.
00:14:14.000 All you do is sit there with these stupid, lazy narratives and it doesn't wash anymore.
00:14:18.000 This is why Comey's going to the big house.
00:14:21.000 Tish James going around for a long time.
00:14:23.000 She's going to be sweating.
00:14:25.000 When are you going to force her resignation?
00:14:27.000 Gilbert, you're a patriot and a hero.
00:14:30.000 Thank you, sir.
00:14:31.000 Appreciate having me on.
00:14:32.000 Thanks so much.
00:14:33.000 Man, one of our closest viewers want to give a shout out, came to me and said,
00:14:41.000 man, you're yelling and screaming that microphone.
00:14:43.000 Why don't you have Gilbert on?
00:14:44.000 He'll bring the receipts.
00:14:45.000 I want to thank our viewer for giving me a wake up call because, man, that was awesome.
00:14:52.000 That article is awesome.
00:14:54.000 And I know there's a superseding indictment coming.
00:14:56.000 Short break.
00:14:57.000 Marine Corps 250.
00:15:00.000 Have you looked at your power bill lately?
00:15:02.000 Electricity prices are at all time highs and they're only going up.
00:15:06.000 Even worse, power outages are becoming more and more common.
00:15:10.000 In fact, according to the Department of Energy, blackouts could increase 10,000% over the next few years.
00:15:17.000 If you don't have a backup generator for your home, it's time to get one.
00:15:21.000 The one I recommend is the Grid Doctor 3300 solar generator from our friends at my Patriot Supply.
00:15:28.000 Unlike gas generators, it's quiet, fume free and safe to use indoors.
00:15:33.000 Yet it's powerful enough to run almost everything in your home.
00:15:38.000 And with the free solar panel included, you'll have unlimited off grid power to outlast any storm, blackout or grid failure.
00:15:46.000 Best of all, you can get the Grid Doctor 3300 for zero down and as little as 104 bucks a month when you shop at my Patriot Supply dot com slash Bannon.

00:16:08.000 Are you on better yet?
00:16:10.000 No.
00:16:11.000 What are you waiting for?

00:16:39.000 Okay, Marine Corps 250.
00:16:41.000 We're going to do wall to wall coverage.
00:16:42.000 The event tomorrow night is five to eight.
00:16:45.000 Currently planned.
00:16:47.000 Eastern Daylight Time.
00:16:48.000 We're going to cover it live here in Real America's Voice Post.
00:16:50.000 So we got a whole crew of folks and obviously many former Marines.
00:16:54.000 Now, it may be inclement weather.
00:16:56.000 They're going to make a call on that this afternoon.
00:16:58.000 We'll know this by the time we're back here live covering the New Jersey rally
00:17:02.000 with Posobiec and Benny Johnson right this afternoon.
00:17:05.000 So just hang around.
00:17:06.000 But Marine Corps 250.
00:17:08.000 I said there's going to be bifurcated.
00:17:10.000 On Saturday, the 18th, we're going to have wall to wall coverage.
00:17:12.000 Want to bring in Chad, Sergeant Chad Rubishaw, Force Recon.
00:17:17.000 Sergeant, first of all, walk us through your history with the Corps.
00:17:20.000 Just deployments.
00:17:21.000 What did you do and what have you been doing afterwards?
00:17:24.000 Yeah, so I went to Marine Corps at 17 years old in 1993.
00:17:28.000 My family served since World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam.
00:17:33.000 My father was the first Marine in our family in Vietnam as an infantryman.
00:17:38.000 And both my sons are Marines.
00:17:39.000 So a big history in the Marine Corps.
00:17:41.000 I served as a Force Reconnaissance Marine.
00:17:44.000 Later, I got a contract to go over to a JSOC task force and did eight deployments to Afghanistan.
00:17:50.000 After my time in Afghanistan, I came home and I started the Mighty Oaks Foundation, which is a foundation where we've served over half a million warriors and their families.
00:17:59.000 And also, I now host the Resilient Show, written several books, do a lot of humanitarian rescue operations.
00:18:06.000 I was on with you, Steve, when we were doing the Afghanistan evacuations.
00:18:10.000 And so I was asked and invited to be part of Marine 250.
00:18:15.000 And man, what an honor.
00:18:16.000 It's going to be absolutely amazing to showcase 250 years of Marine Corps greatness.
00:18:21.000 I want to make sure I want to go back because I don't think we do as great a job in the Navy in walking through the history of the U.S. Navy and how it's followed on from the from the from the British Navy.
00:18:37.000 You guys obviously started 250 years ago.
00:18:39.000 They had the World Marines on British Navy sips.
00:18:42.000 But you guys do an amazing job.
00:18:44.000 The Marine Corps does an amazing job of inculcating the history of the Corps into the basic from the very first day you show up.
00:18:52.000 You're in you're imbued with the history of the United States Marine Corps, the battle, the virtues, the valor, all of it.
00:18:59.000 Walk us through that of how, as a young Marine, you're formed around the lineage and the chain of kind of the unbroken chain since the very beginning.
00:19:10.000 Yeah, I mean, the second you go to either Parris Island or Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, you stand in the yellow footprints.
00:19:17.000 Every every Marine does this and you raise you raise your hand and make an oath.
00:19:21.000 And of course, you make an oath to America and your nation and the Constitution, but you're joining into a brotherhood that's built on history and tradition.
00:19:29.000 Ask any Marine, what is the Marine Corps birthday?
00:19:31.000 And they're going to tell you November 10th, 1775.
00:19:34.000 But any other branch, I think, systemically across the board, don't know the birthday of their service.
00:19:40.000 And that's just like one example how how much the Marine Corps takes their history seriously.
00:19:46.000 We just have an incredible history of being warfighters in every climate, every place around the world since 1775.
00:19:53.000 And the Marine Corps builds the next generations off of that history.
00:19:57.000 And you understand through that history the shoulders of the giants that came before you standing on.
00:20:02.000 And when you do deploy downrange, you feel a tremendous responsibility to represent those who came before you for your nation and for those fellow Marines present and past.
00:20:14.000 The thing that always amazes me besides the the chain of custody of the of the valor and the heritage of it is the adaptability.
00:20:23.000 If you think of any branch of service we've got, the Marine, the Marines are so adaptable to what the conditions for warfare at the time are.
00:20:32.000 Talk to me about that, particularly your own career.
00:20:34.000 You can see the different things that you had to do.
00:20:36.000 What you had to do.
00:20:37.000 Yeah, I mean, the Marine Corps is known for having these is it is the smallest branch and it has the smallest budget.
00:20:43.000 And, you know, we have we believe inside the Marine Corps that we do the most with the least.
00:20:47.000 And actually, it's something the misery in that and the unfairness of that is actually something Marines take pride in that we could deploy anywhere around the world.
00:20:56.000 We're not going to have the best equipment.
00:20:57.000 We're not going to have the best logistics.
00:20:58.000 We're not going to have the best resources, but we're going to do the best at getting the job done.
00:21:02.000 And like I said, as as terrible as that may be at the time and the complaining that people do in the Marine Corps, there's a sense of pride in that, you know, go back to the early days of Iraq and Afghanistan.
00:21:14.000 And, you know, Marines are you'll make makeshift up armoring Humvees by putting sandbags on the floor.
00:21:20.000 And I know every branch did this, but, you know, the Marine Corps is out there operating and pushing to fight, you know, first battalion, seventh Marines, you know, crossing the line of departure in 2003 into Iraq and leading the way.
00:21:34.000 And they were just, you know, just skeleton like of equipment.
00:21:39.000 And, you know, those those Marines went forward and did that and drove all the way from Kuwait into into Baghdad to take Saddam's palace and secure, secure Baghdad, same in Afghanistan.
00:21:48.000 But it was the same in everywhere that Marines have been.
00:21:51.000 And for me, going in this in the special operations community, you know, I thought, you know, I'm going to go to special operations community and we're going to get all this amazing equipment.
00:21:59.000 It's the same. I mean, now it's a little bit better.
00:22:01.000 But in my generation, in my day, you know, what force recon Marines had, what recon Marines had, the budget is not the same as what the SEALs or Army Special Forces have.
00:22:10.000 And so even in going into special units, that didn't change much.
00:22:14.000 But it's the mentality of the Marine, the foundation Marine, whether regardless of your what your job is, if you're a force recon Marine or if you're a few logistics personnel, whatever your job is, it's the ability to adapt, improvise and overcome and accomplish a mission.
00:22:29.000 And the adaptability, I mean, like in World War One, Bella Wood, you're far from a body of water.
00:22:38.000 You're far from being the the infantry arm or the are the the striking arm of the United States Navy.
00:22:45.000 The adaptability of the Marines throughout history has just been extraordinary in Korea.
00:22:48.000 Chosin Reservoir has just been absolutely extraordinary.
00:22:51.000 Talk to me about Marine Corps 250.
00:22:53.000 We're going to cover this wall to wall.
00:22:55.000 What can we anticipate?
00:22:56.000 I the one thing I was so proud about the naval exercise and our ability to cover to get the special footage is the president, the commander in chief actually got to see up close and personal naval warfare.
00:23:06.000 Are we going to see the same of that at Camp Pendleton on Saturday, the 18th, sir?
00:23:11.000 We are. We're going to we're going to see the demonstration of the Marine being the world's premier amphibious force.
00:23:17.000 We're going to see landing landing crafts of the Marine Marines coming onto the beach, securing a beach.
00:23:23.000 I've already talked to some of my friends at first force recon company, and we're going to see force recon Marines parachuting in.
00:23:31.000 We're going to see explosions, aircraft in.
00:23:34.000 And look, this is this is something the Marine Corps is very proud of.
00:23:38.000 We have the first vice president United States as the United States Marine is something we're really proud of.
00:23:43.000 And so for for Vice President Vance to be leading this, I mean, they're they are going all out to make this an incredible, incredible event.
00:23:51.000 And we're going to have the vice president there.
00:23:53.000 We're going to have the secretary of war Pete Hexeth is going to be there.
00:23:57.000 The secretary of the Navy, the commandant of the Marine Corps is going to be there.
00:24:00.000 I am so honored to have been asked to be to be there with them.
00:24:03.000 And we're going to we're going to have 15000 Marines, a concert.
00:24:07.000 We're all going to get to speak to the Marines and encourage them for the work they've done.
00:24:11.000 And then just motivate them for the work that's ahead of securing our nation.
00:24:16.000 So it's going to be awesome day.
00:24:18.000 And by the way, I know the event tomorrow is is based on weather the 18th with Vice President Vance there.
00:24:26.000 We are not canceling rain or shine.
00:24:28.000 Marines thrive in inclement weather.
00:24:31.000 And so Vice President Marine, if he gets wet, he gets wet.
00:24:36.000 Are you saying that Marines will have taken a beach or two in inclement weather and will if it's if it's inclement, we'll get to see it, sir?
00:24:45.000 Yeah, I mean, like this is where we said earlier is where that is where we thrive most.
00:24:50.000 If it sucks, then you can see the best the best out of us.
00:24:54.000 And so I have already been told that this will the 18th will not be canceled for weather.
00:24:59.000 So we're going to hold them to it right here on Real America's Voice.
00:25:04.000 Sergeant, where do people you're doing such great work for veterans and for the country?
00:25:10.000 Where do people go? What are your coordinates on social media and where do people go to get your books and most particularly the work you're doing for for veterans?
00:25:18.000 Where do folks go?
00:25:19.000 Well, my kind of central ending page is ChadRubyShow.com.
00:25:23.000 I'm on Instagram mainly at ChadRubyShow.
00:25:26.000 You can always go to MightyOaksPrograms.org, especially if any veterans, first responders, family members listening, active duty service members.
00:25:33.000 Everything we do at Mighty Oaks is absolutely free.
00:25:36.000 We do about eight million dollars a year in programming and have served over over a half a million warriors and just through.
00:25:43.000 And honestly, a lot of the work we do has been obviously a support of a grateful nation of people who love our warriors.
00:25:50.000 But through the first administration of President Trump really amplified the work we do.
00:25:54.000 Now we have, you know, we have a president, we have a vice president, we have a secretary of the war, and we have Doug Collins over in the VA office.
00:26:02.000 These are people who truly care.
00:26:03.000 They're patriots for America and they truly love our warriors and doing the best they can for them to equip them and then take care of them when they come home.
00:26:09.000 Sergeant, thank you so much Semper Fi, and we look to see you on the 18th of October, sir.
00:26:17.000 Semper Fi, God bless.
00:26:19.000 Always faithful, United States Marine Corps, legendary institution, and the history of it, just incredible.
00:26:28.000 We're going to do all that like we did for the Navy.
00:26:30.000 It's going to be wall to wall coverage here, Real America's Voice, the war room.
00:26:33.000 We're going to have so many experts.
00:26:35.000 We'll have people talking about the geopolitics of it.
00:26:37.000 We'll have people talking about the history, the future, and also the operations, what you're about to see.
00:26:43.000 You're going to see a Marine amphibious landing with everything, close air support, paratroopers, all of it.
00:26:49.000 It's going to be extraordinary down at Camp Pendleton, as only they can do it.
00:26:52.000 And it'll be action-oriented.
00:26:54.000 I think a couple, three things will blow up that day, knowing the Marine Corps.
00:26:58.000 So if you enjoyed Navy 250, we look forward to having you for Marine Corps 250.
00:27:03.000 That'll be next Saturday, the 18th of October.
00:27:06.000 We're going to find out this afternoon about the inclement weather, because the event in Washington was going to be very different.
00:27:12.000 It was going to be outside, but very, very different, I realize, in inclement weather.
00:27:15.000 Although the Marines can handle it, you know, it might be too messy.
00:27:19.000 So we'll find out about that this afternoon.
00:27:21.000 If it's on, it's on, and we'll cover it here live at the Real War Room and Real America's Voice.
00:27:26.000 We'll give you plenty of a heads up.
00:27:28.000 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:27:31.000 The one and only Kurt Mills joins us on a historic Friday.
00:27:37.000 President Trump was not awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
00:27:41.000 And in not being awarded, I think it highlights even more his greatness.
00:27:48.000 Kurt Mills joins us from American Conservative, next in the world.

00:29:17.000 In today's AI and cyber world, scammers are stealing home titles with more ease than ever, and your equity is the target.
00:29:26.000 Here's how it works.
00:29:27.000 Criminals forge your signature on one document.
00:29:30.000 Use a fake notary stamp, pay small fee with your county, and boom!
00:29:35.000 Your home title has been transferred out of your name.
00:29:38.000 Then they take out loans using your equity or even sell your property.
00:29:42.000 You won't even know it's happened until you get a collection or foreclosure notice.
00:29:49.000 So let me ask you, when was the last time you personally checked your home title?
00:29:55.000 If you're like me, the answer is never.
00:29:58.000 And that's exactly what scammers are counting on.

00:30:43.000 What you need to do is talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:30:46.000 Like I said, something fundamentally has happened here that is no longer just considered a hedge,
00:30:51.000 although it's still one of the biggest hedges in financial, it's the biggest hedge in financial history.
00:30:56.000 It's still one of the biggest hedges in global finance, but there's something deeper and bigger happening.
00:31:03.000 Last night on Stephanie World, because they do have a lot of investment bankers and market people on at the last, so we monitor that show closely.
00:31:10.000 They said they've never seen stock market and gold ever move kind of in the same way because stock markets are all reaching all-time highs,
00:31:19.000 although I think a lot of that has got the AI bubble underneath it, kind of the AI hype.
00:31:26.000 But there's no real hype in gold.
00:31:28.000 That's why it's important for you to understand this, not just look at the price and have the fear, did I miss out?
00:31:33.000 Has this move already been done?
00:31:34.000 Only you can come to that conclusion.
00:31:36.000 That's why you've got to talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:31:38.000 So make sure, just a simple way to do it is take out your phone and text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, at 989898.

00:31:57.000 Last night it was below 4,000, it came back, I think it's 4,025 right now, roughly.
00:32:02.000 It's going to fluctuate every day, but you see it's setting up, boom, truth draws, goes back higher.
00:32:08.000 You have to understand why.

00:33:32.000 All consultations free, so go check it out.
00:33:34.000 Kurt Mills, you have been very vilified, but you've been the voice of reason.
00:33:42.000 And here's why.
00:33:43.000 We're in a place now that Kurt Mills and Stephen K. Bannon and Megyn Kelly and I don't know,
00:33:49.000 Tucker Carlson and other people told you we were going to be at.
00:33:53.000 That is just a hard, cold fact.
00:33:56.000 The Israel First crowd did a grave disservice to the folks in the United States of America,
00:34:03.000 citizens in our country, and did an even graver disservice to the state of Israel
00:34:08.000 and to the Jewish people.
00:34:09.000 And we're in a situation now that, hey, whether you like it or not, it's happening.
00:34:14.000 And that is basically the beginning of a two-state solution in Palestine.
00:34:18.000 All two million Palestinians are going to stay.
00:34:21.000 They're not going to be biblically driven to Egypt or the Sinai.
00:34:25.000 It's not going to happen, okay?
00:34:26.000 You saw that amazing footage today from Fox that shows that trek they're making,
00:34:31.000 a biblical trek that they're making north from the southern Gaza to north,
00:34:34.000 because now they know there's going to be peace.
00:34:36.000 Why?
00:34:37.000 Because the United States is involved.
00:34:39.000 Kurt, there's a lot of things like, quite frankly, I'm very worried about these when I hear 200
00:34:43.000 and the White House saying they're not going to Gaza, they're not going to Israel,
00:34:45.000 they're going to coordinate from a distance, probably from Doha.
00:34:50.000 But obviously there's a lot of uncertainty in this.
00:34:54.000 It's got to come together.
00:34:55.000 But all the news reports, President Trump has staked everything on this
00:34:58.000 and basically told Bibi, and this is why Ambassador Dermer and Bibi
00:35:02.000 haven't really been a part of this negotiation.
00:35:04.000 This has all been between the Gulf Emirates, countries like Turkey.
00:35:08.000 They've been talking about the money, how it's going to be redeveloped,
00:35:11.000 and also the security guarantees, and who's going to oversee.
00:35:14.000 What you have to say, folks, is an Arab legion that's going to be,
00:35:18.000 have a foothold in Israel and Palestine.
00:35:20.000 And remember, this was brought to you by Bibi Netanyahu
00:35:24.000 and the Tel Aviv Levin crowd and all the Israel First crowd brought it to Israel
00:35:29.000 and brought it into reality.
00:35:31.000 It's their fault.
00:35:32.000 Kurt Mills, your assessment, sir.
00:35:35.000 I think so far this looks like a godsend.
00:35:40.000 I mean, this looked like this was going off the rails totally.
00:35:43.000 And President Trump sort of swooped in at the midnight hour
00:35:47.000 and negotiated a deal that, frankly, the Biden administration could not get done
00:35:52.000 and refused to do.
00:35:54.000 And that looks like it was benighted earlier in this administration,
00:35:58.000 particularly this summer.
00:36:00.000 The Israeli hard line got rolled.
00:36:04.000 And that's not just me saying this.
00:36:06.000 Netanyahu's fringe members of his own ruling coalition are furious about this.
00:36:12.000 And I think it's very important to look at what the Israelis actually say
00:36:17.000 and what a lot of neoconservative voices in the United States actually promote.
00:36:22.000 And they're claiming that this is their victory.
00:36:25.000 And that's fine.
00:36:26.000 If that's the price of peace, if they have to claim that this is their idea, then by all means.
00:36:31.000 But the reality is Turkish troops on the Israeli border, a pathway to a statehood for the Palestinian people,
00:36:40.000 a, you know, non, frankly, violent destruction of Hamas, the abandonment of the expulsion of these people to Libya or Madagascar or wherever,
00:36:53.000 by the force of U.S. arms of the U.S. Navy, all of that's off the table.
00:36:57.000 And it's because Netanyahu appears to have asked for too much.
00:37:02.000 And I think, you know, for all the reporting and I think what, you know, both you and I know about President Trump,
00:37:08.000 the bombing in Doha, Qatar last month was really a bridge too far.
00:37:13.000 People talk about Qatar all the time as a sort of master string puller.
00:37:17.000 And, you know, look, they obviously have a lobby and they obviously have an influence operation.
00:37:22.000 But the reality is Qatar is the only country this year that has been bombed by both Israel and Iran.
00:37:27.000 And we have a major air force base there.
00:37:31.000 We have a military base there, I should say.
00:37:34.000 And it is ridiculous for a alleged U.S. ally like Israel to bomb another steadfast ally like Qatar that is hosting major military personnel for the Americans.
00:37:46.000 And so I think that was the.
00:37:47.000 Well, but but hang on, but hang on, but hang on.
00:37:49.000 I want to hang on, hang on.
00:37:50.000 I want to put it in perspective because I'm no fan of Qatar's.
00:37:53.000 There may be some guys in the administration, big fans of theirs.
00:37:55.000 There's still the to me, the railhead of the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:37:58.000 They finance it.
00:37:59.000 It is.
00:38:00.000 There's some announcement today.
00:38:01.000 There may be a base in Idaho.
00:38:03.000 I don't want to talk about that till I get more details.
00:38:05.000 Pete Hicks is signing something to somebody.
00:38:07.000 The Qatar situation, I think, is people should be very concerned about that.
00:38:12.000 However, it's not what Netanyahu did.
00:38:15.000 What Netanyahu did is the same exact thing he did.
00:38:18.000 The lie he told on going after the Iranian nuclear facility.
00:38:23.000 We now know that was a decapitation strike.
00:38:25.000 The Times of Israel reported that the war cabinet said we're told is two years, two years before they would have everything as we told you on the show.
00:38:35.000 What did Netanyahu do?
00:38:37.000 He went right after the negotiating team that Steve Wyckoff was negotiating to try to kill them and decapitate them.
00:38:43.000 And he did a lot.
00:38:44.000 He didn't get all of them, but he got a lot.
00:38:46.000 Remember, Wyckoff had on that Sunday a meeting set up in Muscat, Oman, to continue negotiations.
00:38:52.000 Netanyahu and the way these guys think, they went to get rid of that so we had nobody to negotiate with.
00:38:57.000 That's what he went to Qatar for.
00:38:59.000 They admit they tried to get Hamas's negotiating team.
00:39:02.000 Who would do that?
00:39:03.000 Would an ally do that?
00:39:04.000 Would a protectorate do that?
00:39:06.000 No.
00:39:07.000 He was out of control.
00:39:08.000 And finally, that pushed Trump.
00:39:09.000 President Trump said, I've had enough of this.
00:39:11.000 This guy's not calling the shots.
00:39:13.000 And I think the most important thing that has happened is that anybody said that they're calling the shots, they ain't calling the shots now.
00:39:20.000 This deal that just went down with Kushner and Wyckoff that took place in the resort near the Red Sea.
00:39:27.000 Dermer and Netanyahu, they could care less what they had to say about it.
00:39:31.000 The Israel first crowd, they can spin it all they want.
00:39:35.000 This is not the deal they wanted because now they got a state solution.
00:39:39.000 You got Arab money in Gaza, which is basically Israel, right?
00:39:43.000 You've got, you're going to have an Arab legion down there.
00:39:46.000 And President Trump has already said, we're not doing it.
00:39:49.000 You're not doing anything else in Judea, Samaria.
00:39:51.000 And I'm just saying, wait for the day that you're going to have an Arab legion there.
00:39:55.000 And you're going to have Gulf Emirate money there.
00:39:58.000 Okay.
00:39:59.000 And in addition, you're going to have the Iranians in the Abraham Accords full stop.
00:40:04.000 This is what I'm arguing now.
00:40:06.000 If you're going to start and have a two-state solution with an Arab legion and Arab money from the Gulf Emirates,
00:40:11.000 time to start talking about a three-state solution.
00:40:14.000 Time to start talking about, I'm not kidding about this.
00:40:17.000 If you've got two states, why do the Christians not have their own deal?
00:40:22.000 Why are we not there to oversee our own heritage?
00:40:26.000 Which is the legacy of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and those elements thereof.
00:40:33.000 First off, they destroyed because of Bush and everybody.
00:40:36.000 We destroyed the ancient desert church in Iraq and Syria has been destroyed.
00:40:41.000 And Egypt has been destroyed.
00:40:43.000 That's a legacy and a heritage that we are held accountable for.
00:40:47.000 That is basically the connective tissue that connected the church of where it started in the desert
00:40:52.000 to what happened with St. Paul in Rome and then Western Christendom in Europe that is the bedrock of America.
00:41:00.000 And so I'm dead serious about this.
00:41:03.000 Netanyahu, who's only done this for his own political expediency, the great irony here at the end of the day, it completely flipped on him.
00:41:12.000 Why? Because he pushed a guy named Donald J. Trump too far.
00:41:17.000 The missile attack into Qatar to try to kill the Hamas.
00:41:20.000 Think about it. To kill the Hamas negotiators?
00:41:23.000 Aren't we trying to get a deal there just like we were trying to get a deal in Iran?
00:41:28.000 Because he doesn't want a deal.
00:41:30.000 Because as soon as the wars are over, he's out.
00:41:33.000 And as soon as he's out, all the crimes he's committed and all those years are going to come to the forefront,
00:41:38.000 just like Big Tish James.
00:41:40.000 You're going to see it all.
00:41:41.000 And that's why he's fighting tooth and nail this morning.
00:41:43.000 He's huffing and puffing that this is not done in the right way, that he's going to do it the hard way.
00:41:48.000 He ain't doing anything.
00:41:49.000 OK, President Trump has put him in the box and it's now a time for basically the traitors that are part of Israel first,
00:41:58.000 that put another nation's well-being ahead of the United States of America to understand the game is over.
00:42:06.000 I don't care how you spin it, but the game is over.
00:42:09.000 Kurt Mills, your assessment, sir?
00:42:11.000 I think the only real isolationist is Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli state.
00:42:16.000 I mean, look what has occurred.
00:42:18.000 They have lost major tracks of the Democratic Party and they are in the midst, I think, at a faster acceleration of losing the Republican Party,
00:42:26.000 particularly people under 50, has been widely documented.
00:42:30.000 They are losing the information war.
00:42:32.000 Frankly, they would be better off not releasing any of their propaganda because it's just turning off the electorate.
00:42:39.000 And their sell that the United States has to endlessly finance this war and endlessly finance the geopolitical goals of, quote, greater Israel and say, thank you, please.
00:42:53.000 I think it's just not a sell that is going to work on the American people.
00:42:57.000 And then I think in broader, you know, Western civilization, this is this is a country that often emphasizes that it is part of Western civilization and the preeminence of Western civilization.
00:43:07.000 Look how popular they are in the United States. Look how popular they are in Europe.
00:43:11.000 And it's because of their behavior. Nothing more, nothing less.
00:43:14.000 This is a country that is committing ethnic cleansing.
00:43:17.000 This is a country that is trying to hijack U.S. foreign policy and is asking us to pay.
00:43:22.000 And Trump is putting a stop to it. It looks.
00:43:24.000 President Trump is President Trump is has said this is all going to stop.
00:43:33.000 And, you know, he told Bibi, you can't take on the world.
00:43:36.000 That was his blunt message the other day when they were sitting there going, well, well, well, he says, hey, hang on.
00:43:40.000 This has got to end. It's got to end now.
00:43:42.000 It's going to end on my watch and you can't take on the world.
00:43:45.000 Kurt, we've got to go to DOJ. Pam Bondi's just stepped up.
00:43:48.000 It's going to be a live press conference about increasing political violence by the left.
00:43:52.000 Where do people go to get you?
00:43:54.000 What's your what's your social media and how they get to American Conservative?
00:43:58.000 Yeah, the magazine founded in 2002 in Washington, D.C.
00:44:01.000 Against the Iraq War by conservatives and friends, www.theamericanconservative.com.
00:44:06.000 And my own work and promoting the work of the firm is at Kurt Mills at C-U-R-T-M-I-L-L-S on X Twitter.
00:44:14.000 Thank you.
00:44:15.000 Thank you, brother.
00:44:17.000 Appreciate you.
00:44:18.000 OK, we're going to blow the break.
00:44:19.000 We're going to go right to the Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondi.
00:44:24.000 Good morning.
00:44:29.000 Thank you all for being here.
00:44:31.000 And thank you, Lieutenant Governor, for being here.
00:44:34.000 We've been living through a horrific cycle of political violence in this country.
00:44:38.000 We've seen attacks against police officers, federal agents, including the deadly shooting in the ICE facility in Dallas.
00:44:46.000 Night after night, Antifa wreaks havoc on the streets of our cities.
00:44:51.000 In Minnesota, a gunman murdered a state lawmaker and her husband.
00:44:56.000 It was horrific.
00:44:58.000 An anti-Semitic lunatic tried to burn down Governor Shapiro's house while he was in it with his wife and young children.
00:45:08.000 This week, authorities arrested a man outside a Catholic church in Washington, D.C., with hundreds of explosive devices.
00:45:16.000 And on September 10th, our nation stopped in its tracks with the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
00:45:23.000 We miss him dearly.
00:45:25.000 Unfortunately, I'm here today to talk about similar threats that were made against Benny Johnson and his wife, Kate.
00:45:32.000 Benny's a well-known media personality carrying a message very similar to Charlie's, grounded largely in faith and love of country.
00:45:42.000 Just days after Charlie's assassination, Benny received a letter at his home where he and Kate are raising their beautiful, beautiful young family.
00:45:52.000 The author of this letter made it very clear that he hated Benny because of his views and he wanted Benny dead.
00:46:06.000 This was a coward hiding behind a keyboard who thought he could get away with this.
00:46:13.000 That's why we're standing up here today.
00:46:16.000 You are not going to get away with threatening people in this way.
00:46:21.000 And I'm proud to announce that we have arrested the author of this letter.
00:46:26.000 George Isbell Jr. was taken into custody this morning, and we are charging him federally with mailing threatening communications.
00:46:36.000 It is a crime, and if convicted, he is going to prison.
00:46:41.000 This was incredible teamwork.
00:46:44.000 Benny called me right away.
00:46:46.000 Chief Burkhoff, thank you.
00:46:47.000 You were on it right away.
00:46:48.000 Matt Fodor and all the FBI agents.
00:46:51.000 Thank you, U.S. Attorney Kehoe.
00:46:53.000 All, all of our, the U.S. Postal Service, FBI, state and local law enforcement working together.
00:47:01.000 This is what it's about.
00:47:03.000 And we are going to catch you if you think you can do something like this.
00:47:08.000 We don't care if you're across the country in California.
00:47:11.000 We will find you.
00:47:13.000 We will arrest you.
00:47:14.000 We will extradite you.
00:47:16.000 And we will bring you to justice.
00:47:21.000 We cannot allow this political violence to continue any longer.
00:47:27.000 This arrest will serve as a reminder to many.
00:47:31.000 Do not do this.
00:47:33.000 We will find you.
00:47:35.000 Greg Kehoe is going to give some details of the incident, of the horrible crime.
00:47:41.000 And we're not going to get into specifics of what's in the letter.
00:47:45.000 It's pretty horrific, and it's now a pending case.
00:47:48.000 But I just want to thank all of the law enforcement officers standing behind me.
00:47:52.000 And I want to thank Benny and Kate for standing so strong and fighting for their views and not cowering in fear,
00:48:00.000 but coming out and supporting their faith and their values.
00:48:04.000 Thank you.
00:48:06.000 Thank you, General.
00:48:08.000 Just preliminarily, I'm Greg Kehoe, the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida.
00:48:13.000 I just want to introduce some of the individuals that are here at the podium,
00:48:16.000 so you can put names to faces, and they have all participated in this.
00:48:20.000 As the general has said, this was a coordinated effort.
00:48:23.000 In my far right is Rodney Crawford.
00:48:25.000 He's the assistant special agent in charge of the FBI.
00:48:28.000 Next to him is Blad Rojo, who is the inspector in charge for the Postal Service.
00:48:34.000 And Mark Glass is right behind me.
00:48:38.000 He is the commissioner of FDLE.
00:48:40.000 And last but certainly not least is Chief Lee Burkaw of the Tampa Police Department.
00:48:44.000 You know, often we talk about coordinated, organized efforts by law enforcement to get something done.
00:48:50.000 And I will tell you this is a textbook example of that.
00:48:55.000 This letter came in to Mr. Johnson and his wife.
00:48:58.000 We immediately contacted the Tampa Police Department.
00:49:01.000 Lee Burkaw and his folks at Tampa Police Department got on this letter right away.
00:49:06.000 Right away.
00:49:07.000 Pulled in the FBI.
00:49:09.000 Pulled in FDLE.
00:49:10.000 The Postal Service was able to track where this letter was sent from in San Diego.
00:49:16.000 In a miraculously quick period of time, FDLE turned around the fingerprints that were obtained
00:49:23.000 from the particular letter to identify George Russell Isbell on this matter.
00:49:29.000 And there was an arrest by the FBI who was coordinating this outside the San Diego area
00:49:35.000 in conjunction with the local U.S. Attorney's Office, the FBI in San Diego, and last but not least,
00:49:40.000 the San Diego Police Department.
00:49:42.000 What we have here, and you can look at the complaint that has been filed and that is before you,
00:49:48.000 is a vicious, horrific letter threatening Mr. Johnson and his family sent to Mr. Johnson's house.
00:49:56.000 In the complaint that you'll see, and also it attaches Isbell's letter,
00:50:01.000 where he is calling for the extermination of Mr. Johnson.
00:50:05.000 That he should be strangled by an American flag.
00:50:08.000 That he hoped somebody blows his head off.
00:50:10.000 And then some vicious, vicious comments thereafter.
00:50:14.000 Ladies and gentlemen, we have been at this podium many times before.
00:50:19.000 And I say this and I say it again to echo what the Attorney General has just said,
00:50:24.000 and what the Attorney General has said throughout the country when similar instances have come up.
00:50:29.000 such conduct will simply not be tolerated.
00:50:33.000 It will not be tolerated.
00:50:35.000 If you send a communication to anyone, anyhow, anywhere, where you are threatening individuals with harm,
00:50:44.000 you will be prosecuted by the United States Department of Justice.
00:50:48.000 And you will be prosecuted while we bring all of the joint assets of law enforcement, as you see here.
00:50:55.000 The Tampa Police Department.
00:50:56.000 The Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
00:50:58.000 The United States Postal Service.
00:51:00.000 And of course, coordinating this is the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:51:05.000 So the word should go out and it should be no mistake that if you decide at any point at any time to write such a thing
00:51:13.000 and send it over the wires or in this place, in this instance, put it in the mails.
00:51:17.000 You will be prosecuted and you will be held accountable.
00:51:21.000 If we can just take a couple of moments.
00:51:23.000 I know Mr. Johnson wants to say, make a few comments and I invite you to do so.
00:51:27.000 Thank you.
00:51:28.000 Thank you.
00:51:29.000 God bless you.
00:51:30.000 Thank you.
00:51:31.000 Thank you, officers.
00:51:36.000 One month ago today, I witnessed my friend of 10 years, someone who I considered a brother,
00:51:46.000 a loving husband, a devoted father, a generational leader, get assassinated on a live stream.
00:51:56.000 By a left-wing radical.
00:52:00.000 Approximately one year ago, I witnessed the President of the United States get shot in the head.
00:52:06.000 By a left-wing radical.
00:52:08.000 Who also took the life of a Trump supporter in front of his daughters and wife.
00:52:15.000 Two months ago, Christian children kneeling and praying in a church were slaughtered by a left-wing extremist.
00:52:25.000 And two weeks ago, federal law enforcement was shot at multiple sniper rounds in a federal facility by a left-wing extremist.
00:52:35.000 If it's happening every single week, is it that extreme?
00:52:40.000 Or has the Democrat Party mainstreamed violence as a political tool?
00:52:47.000 The individual who wrote me described why he wanted me dead.
00:52:55.000 I was a white, cis, Christian Trump supporter.
00:53:03.000 They described in great detail how I would be killed in an open field just like Charlie.
00:53:09.000 How much blood would come out of my head and neck when it was blown off.
00:53:15.000 This individual described orphaning my four beautiful children and widowing my wife with great joy.
00:53:25.000 You might want to say another left-wing radical.
00:53:34.000 Another extremist.
00:53:37.000 And to that, I would like to direct your attention to the state of Virginia.
00:53:41.000 Where Democrats have nominated and are about to vote for the chief law enforcement officer in that state, a man who has done the exact same thing.
00:53:52.000 An individual who's calling for the assassination by bullets of Republicans that he disagrees with.
00:53:58.000 The killing of their children.
00:54:01.000 The slaughtering of, as he says, little fascists.
00:54:04.000 Are my four innocent, beautiful children, little fascists?
00:54:11.000 Violence has been mainstreamed by the Democrat Party.
00:54:15.000 It is not extremist.
00:54:16.000 It is mainstream.
00:54:21.000 And we need a moment of reckoning here.
00:54:24.000 This has to stop.
00:54:26.000 This cycle must end.
00:54:31.000 Is any Democrat courageous enough to disavow violence?
00:54:36.000 To call for individuals that espouse these things, like what happened to my family or what's happening in Virginia?
00:54:42.000 To call for those kind of candidates to step down?
00:54:45.000 Will Democrats vote for that?
00:54:47.000 Because if you're voting for that, then implicitly you're encouraging it.
00:54:51.000 You're endorsing it.
00:54:53.000 I don't want political violence.
00:54:54.000 I want peace in my nation.
00:54:56.000 I love this country.
00:54:57.000 I want to be able to debate like Charlie did.
00:54:59.000 I want to be able to raise my family in peace.
00:55:01.000 That is our birthright.
00:55:03.000 But you cannot make peace with evil as a Christian.
00:55:07.000 You cannot unite with people who want you dead.
00:55:11.000 I want unity in this nation.
00:55:13.000 I want to be able to agree on more than what we disagree on.
00:55:18.000 But for that first to happen, we must understand the battle.
00:55:22.000 We are fighting good versus evil, darkness versus light.
00:55:25.000 And good must conquer evil.
00:55:28.000 Do not make peace with evil.
00:55:33.000 To that end, and in conclusion, I would like to thank federal law enforcement, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, the FBI, the DOJ, the Tampa Police Department, the detectives here, with absolute pinpoint accuracy, professionalism, courtesy, swift and tact.
00:55:57.000 But they were able to act instantly in order to make sure that my family was safe.
00:56:04.000 Potentially to preserve the lives of my children.
00:56:10.000 And they're doing that for families all around the country in many different ways.
00:56:14.000 Every American should unite behind that cause.
00:56:18.000 No matter who you are, you should say, this is a country where families should be able to raise their children safely, where people can have peaceful disagreements, where we can all live together under one American flag.
00:56:31.000 I just want to profoundly thank the Trump administration and federal law enforcement and local law enforcement for saving my family.
00:56:38.000 I will never forget it.
00:56:40.000 It is the greatest goodness that has ever been done to me.
00:56:43.000 And that is a thing that every American can get behind.
00:56:49.000 The Trump administration making America safe again.
00:56:54.000 God bless them.
00:56:56.000 Thank you.
00:56:57.000 Thank you.
00:56:58.000 We'll take, do you want to, do you have a few questions?
00:56:59.000 This is the war room.
00:57:00.000 We're going to toss to the Charlie Kirk show right now.
00:57:02.000 Pam Bondi.
00:57:03.000 Attorney General, I do know that it's unfortunate what happened to your family in that letter.
00:57:08.000 But he just described that this is solely put on by the Democratic Party.
00:57:13.000 Do you see it that way, that this is something that is caused by the Democratic Party?
00:57:18.000 No.
00:57:19.000 And I just talked about what happened in Minnesota to a Democrat, what happened in Pennsylvania to a Democrat governor.
00:57:27.000 No, this was a left wing radical.
00:57:30.000 Absolutely.
00:57:31.000 What if he had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month?
00:57:37.000 Steve Bannon here.
00:57:38.000 War room listeners know Jim Rickards.
00:57:40.000 I love this guy.
00:57:41.000 He's our wise man, a former CIA Pentagon and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.
00:57:49.000 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226 down to the actual number itself.
00:57:58.000 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.
00:58:06.000 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm driven crashes, and even threats to national security.
00:58:18.000 Right now, war room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for strategic intelligence.
00:58:24.000 This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, strategic intelligence.
00:58:29.000 I read it.
