Bannon's War Room - Episode 4840： MAGA Victory： Letitia James INDICTED

00:00:00.000 Letitia, New York Attorney General Letitia James has been indicted.

00:00:04.440 Andrew Weissman, your reaction?

00:00:10.120 I think that I want to sort of address the people who might look at this and say this is sort of tit for tat.

00:00:20.760 That you see that in the Democratic administration, you see them going after Republicans.

00:00:28.200 And this is Republicans going after Democrats.

00:00:32.820 This is where one, even if two wrongs don't make a right, even if that were true.

00:00:38.760 But this is where facts matter.

00:00:41.820 In the Letitia James case that she brought in New York, there was a trial. 0.99

00:00:48.040 Facts were induced.

00:00:49.560 We all could look at those facts.

00:00:51.700 And Donald Trump had a chance, an opportunity to have due process and to hear all of that.

00:00:58.200 Here, the process by which this has been undertaken, like the process that was undertaken with respect to James Comey, tells you that career people and even Trump-appointed people did not think that there was evidence.

00:01:18.640 There were not facts that justified this.

00:01:21.920 And I think a perfect, a perfect symbol of the fact that this is different, that what we're seeing is different, it is not normal, it is not everyone does it, is to take a look at Abby Lowell.

00:01:38.820 Abby Lowell is the defense lawyer for Letitia James.

00:01:42.500 He was also the defense lawyer for Hunter Biden.

00:01:48.100 In the Biden administration, the Department of Justice actually charged and convicted the sitting president's son.

00:02:00.000 And Abby Lowell represented him and defended him and lost that trial.

00:02:04.340 And he is now defending Letitia James.

00:02:08.380 And to me, when people say it's tit for tat, it's like, no, in prior administrations, and by the way, Republican and Democratic administrations, under normal times, which I agree with Mark, are gone.

00:02:23.820 Under normal times in those administrations, there is no politics that is supposed to be considered.

00:02:31.420 I'm not saying it's never considered, and there are, there's aberrations.

00:02:35.340 Letitia James herself, I understand from sources, was fully expecting that she would be indicted. 0.94

00:02:42.520 Again, keeping in mind that the standard for indicting someone is the probability that there may be a crime that was committed.

00:02:52.040 And it's a very low standard, but she was expecting this and bracing for it herself.

00:02:56.760 Prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia, some of them driven out by their decision not to bring this case.

00:03:04.220 Some of them resigning in disgust about other cases that Donald Trump is pressing and insisting upon.

00:03:12.280 He wants to get to all the hits in his enemies list.

00:03:15.320 Those people have been really tortured about all of this, because for them, not only is this not a righteous case, not only is this not a justified case, but for them, it does not even meet the bare minimum for the evidence that has to be presented at trial to sustain a conviction.

00:03:36.640 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:03:44.320 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:03:49.520 You're just not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:03:53.780 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:03:55.700 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:03:57.140 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:03:59.820 It's going to happen.

00:04:01.060 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:04:04.500 Mega media.

00:04:05.400 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:04:11.320 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:04:15.020 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:04:21.420 War Room.

00:04:22.240 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:04:29.880 It's Thursday, 9 October, Year of Our Lord 2025.

00:04:32.720 Of course, a historic day.

00:04:35.880 Very close to having a sign-off.

00:04:37.180 The Hamas chief had just said the war is over.

00:04:39.200 We're going to get to all that.

00:04:40.800 There's court pleadings about sending troops into Chicago.

00:04:47.200 Troops already in Chicago.

00:04:48.840 So monumental historical day.

00:04:51.320 Oh, by the way, Big Tish James is now indicted.

00:04:56.940 And Big Tish, you better tell Abby, you're going to the big house, baby. 0.98

00:05:01.660 Mike Davis.

00:05:02.480 You see, I can't believe they politicized this from Weissman, of all people, sir.

00:05:07.960 All the years they went after Trump and all Trump's associates, and now having changed

00:05:13.680 the Constitution of the state of New York and Big Tish James to come after me.

00:05:17.640 Big Tish, it's a felony.

00:05:19.800 It's a serious felony.

00:05:20.740 I think this is just the first of a number of charges.

00:05:22.860 But Mike Davis, you followed this one for years, and you told us years ago Big Tish James

00:05:27.480 was going to be indicted for felonies.

00:05:29.380 What say you, sir?

00:05:30.240 First, I want to say congratulations to President Trump's U.S. attorney in the Eastern District

00:05:40.580 of Virginia, Lindsey Halligan.

00:05:42.820 She is the one who brought and won the indictment against James Comey, and now she just brought

00:05:50.440 and won an indictment against Big Tish James, the New York attorney general who tried to bankrupt

00:05:58.900 President Trump for non-fraud.

00:06:02.080 Remember this.

00:06:02.580 Let's remind your listeners, your viewers, what happened there.

00:06:07.780 They went after Tish James with Judge Arthur Ingeron, this goofball Democrat judge in New York,

00:06:15.780 tried to bankrupt President Trump with a $400 million judgment because Judge Ingeron with Big Tish James

00:06:26.240 said that President Trump somehow committed bank fraud with sophisticated Wall Street banks

00:06:34.980 that he paid back on time, as agreed, in full with interest.

00:06:40.560 They say that these sophisticated Wall Street banks somehow got duped on the valuation of Mar-a-Lago,

00:06:49.340 and they said that President Trump over-evaluated Mar-a-Lago when he said it was around $750 million.

00:06:56.720 Instead, they said that Mar-a-Lago was worth only $18 million.

00:07:02.880 Just to put this in perspective, Mar-a-Lago is one of the most prime pieces of real estate

00:07:08.160 on the planet.

00:07:09.080 It is 20 acres of land in Palm Beach, Florida, that touches both the Atlantic Ocean and the

00:07:16.320 Intracoastal Waterway.

00:07:17.680 A tennis court at Mar-a-Lago is worth more than $18 million.

00:07:23.700 But even though Trump paid back the banks on time, as agreed, in full with interest,

00:07:30.280 Big Tish James and Judge Goofball Arthur Ingeron socked Trump with a $400 million judgment

00:07:37.380 and tried to foreclose on the properties, tried to enforce the judgment to bankrupt Trump

00:07:43.320 because who has $400 million in cash laying around, right?

00:07:48.380 And so fast forward to today, the New York appellate courts have put a stop to that nonsense

00:07:55.040 in New York largely because Big Tish and Arthur Ingeron are such whack jobs.

00:08:00.980 Now fast forward today, we have learned, a grand jury has agreed and indicted Big Tish

00:08:05.700 that she lied on her mortgage application for her second home in Richmond, Virginia.

00:08:13.260 Her mortgage, she got a mortgage on an investment property and she said it was her primary residence

00:08:19.380 and she got a lower interest rate on that because she lied and said it was her primary residence. 0.98

00:08:25.060 Well, here's the problem.

00:08:26.280 She's the New York Attorney General.

00:08:28.220 By statute in New York, her primary residence has to be in New York.

00:08:33.020 So she's either defrauding New York by living in Virginia or she's defrauding Virginia by living in New York, right?

00:08:41.060 It's one or the other.

00:08:41.820 Well, the grand jury just decided today she's defrauding Virginia by claiming Virginia is her primary residence 0.91

00:08:49.800 and she got charged with mortgage fraud.

00:08:52.860 So I think it's like up to 30 years in prison for each count.

00:08:57.160 I think it's up to a million dollars in fines and restitution on top of that.

00:09:02.020 So I think Big Tish is in big trouble now in the Eastern District of Virginia federal court.

00:09:08.580 Let me make this last point, Steve.

00:09:10.880 This isn't some right-wing grand jury.

00:09:13.040 This is in the Eastern District of Virginia and Alexandria, the Alexandria Division.

00:09:18.560 I worked there many years ago.

00:09:20.160 This is loaded up with Democrats, government workers, and illegal immigrants. 1.00

00:09:25.920 That's the Eastern District of Virginia.

00:09:28.100 So it seems like it's a pretty strong case by U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, President Trump's all-star U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia.

00:09:37.860 She goes back-to-back day.

00:09:41.060 She's bringing big charges against big people, defending the little guy.

00:09:49.380 It looks like every other day.

00:09:50.560 Am I correct on this?

00:09:52.180 Yeah.

00:09:52.420 I mean, yeah.

00:09:54.200 I mean, Big Jim Comey is like, what is he, like six foot seven?

00:09:57.780 He just got indicted by Lindsey Halligan and the grand jury, and then now Big Tish James.

00:10:04.940 So back-to-back, she is bringing accountability and justice.

00:10:10.300 And I would say to these Democrats who said this to us for four years, actually really eight years of lawfare, but particularly bad over the last four years, that if the grand jury indicts, obviously the charges are legitimate.

00:10:22.780 Because the grand jury indicted it, and nobody's above the law, and, you know, she – so I think we can use the same thing that they said, including Tish James, by the way.

00:10:34.160 Remember before the election, for her attorney general election, Tish James actually campaigned on the fact that she's going to weaponize her office to go after President Trump, and she did. 0.98

00:10:47.880 She did, and guess what?

00:10:49.800 Yeah.

00:10:50.380 Revenge is best served cold, Big Tish. 0.88

00:10:52.360 So lawyer up, sweetheart. 1.00

00:10:55.000 It's going to be –

00:10:56.040 I will say this, Steve, I will say this for Big Tish.

00:11:00.360 I hear from people that going to prison puts you on a prison diet and helps you –

00:11:07.480 Whoa, whoa.

00:11:09.580 It helps you get your – it helps you get to better health when you go on that prison diet.

00:11:15.560 Maybe someone here knows.

00:11:16.920 I lost – I lost – I lost 35 pounds.

00:11:20.120 It was the best shape I've been in in decades because you're working out, walking every day.

00:11:23.360 I want to go to two things.

00:11:24.640 The engine room, one of the multiple engine rooms of the war room asked the following question.

00:11:30.380 Hochul, how can she be attorney general in the state of New York if she's indicted on felony charges? 1.00

00:11:36.780 Can't Hochul remove her?

00:11:39.380 Shouldn't she be removed or at least take a sabbatical and step aside while she's under – while she's going to trial and under indictment? 1.00

00:11:50.080 You would think so.

00:11:51.580 I mean, I don't think that Kathy Hochul and Big Tish James like each other that much, so maybe that gives Kathy Hochul an excuse to take out a potential rival on the Democrat side. 1.00

00:12:01.580 I love this.

00:12:02.620 Like, it's – justice, you know, justice is sometimes slow, but justice is definitely being delivered here.

00:12:10.720 And I love that all these people on your cold open, all these people on MSNBC that there's no evidence here, there's not a case.

00:12:19.320 How the hell would they know?

00:12:20.360 The grand jury proceedings are secret.

00:12:22.500 How – they have no idea what's Lindsay Halligan presented to the grand jury.

00:12:27.400 And obviously, this grand jury thought that there was probable cause to move forward with federal indictments – a federal indictment because the grand jury returned a true bill on this indictment.

00:12:39.020 So I think these MSNBC people are – it's a bit of wishful thinking on their part.

00:12:45.960 And it's amazing how they've totally changed their tune on this because I remember when Democrats were indicting Trump and his top aides like you and Peter DeVarro and – or at least charging you and Peter DeVarro and Jeff Clark and his supporters on January 6th and going after parents and Christians.

00:13:04.480 They always said that if there's a grand jury indictment, if there are charges, it's obviously legitimate.

00:13:08.260 So by their same standard, obviously, this is legitimate.

00:13:12.280 Look, it's pretty clear-cut.

00:13:13.960 Did she say on her mortgage application that her primary residence was Virginia?

00:13:19.940 And if she did, that's a clear-cut case of mortgage fraud.

00:13:23.880 Simple.

00:13:24.920 Boy.

00:13:25.720 Can you hang on for a second?

00:13:26.640 I want to get into Weissman and these guys because Donald Trump had due process.

00:13:30.100 Trump had a trial.

00:13:30.760 Yo, we just got an indictment.

00:13:33.240 Also, Weissman is trying to stand.

00:13:34.700 The reason he's yammering and all very nervous.

00:13:38.300 Weissman, you're near the top of the list.

00:13:39.980 Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.

00:13:42.420 We're coming after you too, bro.

00:13:44.940 Don't think you're going to slip out of here.

00:13:46.740 I actually think MSNBC will ultimately be investigated with the media being in collusion with many of these insurrectionists and revolutionaries and terrorists.

00:14:00.080 As terrorist violence escalates in the United States of America, we've got to get to the bottom of it.

00:14:05.600 I've certainly got to get to the bottom of it.

00:14:07.180 The financing of it, how it's organized, who their media partners are, what people know.

00:14:11.720 Also, Julie Kelly couldn't be with us today, hopefully tomorrow, if everything works out.

00:14:17.400 She did send me a tweet that there's a report that Christopher Wray is under investigation.

00:14:23.260 In fact, it may even be to a grand jury.

00:14:25.780 Halligan and company are moving rapidly.

00:14:28.880 And we know who the punch list is, Brennan McCabe.

00:14:31.760 McCabe talked about, right after President Trump won, about being so nervous, having conversations to leave the country.

00:14:38.240 Hey, bro, you know, better late than never.

00:14:42.800 Big Tish James indicted with a felony brings a long time in prison.

00:14:49.280 Mike Davis on the other side.

00:14:52.620 Also, we've got Dave Bratt.

00:14:54.320 We're going to Indiana about the redistricting pact today.

00:14:57.600 Also, world peace.

00:15:00.360 Let me be blunt.

00:15:02.280 Gold is up around 40% this year.

00:15:04.680 That's not speculation.

00:15:06.400 That is reality.

00:15:07.700 And if a portion of your savings isn't diversified into gold, you're missing the boat.

00:15:12.420 Here's the facts.

00:15:13.260 Inflation is still too high.

00:15:14.560 The U.S. dollar is still too weak.

00:15:16.480 The government debt is insurmountable.

00:15:18.540 This is why central banks are flocking to gold.

00:15:21.180 They're the ones driving prices up to record highs.

00:15:24.680 But it's not too late to buy gold from Birch Gold Group.

00:16:36.340 I think that I want to sort of address the people who might look at this and say this

00:16:47.840 is sort of tit for tat, that you see that in the Democratic administration, you see them

00:16:55.540 going after Republicans, and this is Republicans going after Democrats.

00:16:59.520 This is where, one, even if two wrongs don't make a right, even if that were true, but this is where facts matter.

00:17:10.500 In the Letitia James case that she brought in New York, there was a trial. 0.99

00:17:16.860 Facts were induced.

00:17:18.080 We all could look at those facts, and Donald Trump had a chance, an opportunity to have due process and to hear all of that.

00:17:26.280 Here, the process by which this has been undertaken, like the process that was undertaken with respect to James Comey,

00:17:36.660 tells you that career people, and even Trump-appointed people, did not think that there was evidence.

00:17:47.160 There were not facts that justified this.

00:17:51.060 And I think a perfect...

00:17:52.800 He's babbling.

00:17:53.680 He's babbling because he's nervous.

00:17:56.540 How many...

00:17:56.980 I'm going to do an analysis.

00:17:58.540 How many MSNBC contributors are going to be indicted?

00:18:02.700 Also, how many MSNBC hosts are going to be indicted?

00:18:06.360 We're coming, bros.

00:18:07.880 We're coming.

00:18:08.560 Coming for you.

00:18:10.320 You're not a news channel.

00:18:12.740 You're an offensive information warfare weapon.

00:18:16.220 That's okay.

00:18:16.900 We're in that business, too.

00:18:18.580 Remember, they came after us.

00:18:20.420 Coming after you.

00:18:20.980 Oh, it's not tit for tat.

00:18:22.500 Mike Davis.

00:18:24.060 And Big Tish. 0.98

00:18:24.760 I think Big Tish, as they get into it, there'll be other charges on Big Tish, right?

00:18:29.420 So just answer Weissman, though, about, oh, my gosh, President Trump, and this is so terrible and so awful.

00:18:36.420 And President Trump got such a good deal from Big Tish, sir. 0.78

00:18:39.820 It's amazing that Andrew Weissman is saying that it was an unfair process with the Comey and Big Tish indictments when he has no idea what the process was because it was the first step, the grand jury proceedings, and those are secret.

00:18:56.140 He has no idea if it was the first step, the grand jury, and he said, oh, there's not evidence for the career lawyers to move forward with these indictments.

00:19:08.400 Well, guess what?

00:19:09.660 The grand jury thought there was probable cause to move forward with these indictments because the grand jury returned true bills both on James Comey and on Big Tish James.

00:19:22.920 And, again, this is a grand jury in the eastern district of Virginia, the suburb of Chicago that is loaded up with Democrats, government workers, and illegal immigrants. 0.64

00:19:35.520 It's not the southern district of Texas, right?

00:19:39.100 And so if this grand jury thought there was enough evidence to move forward with indictments, then there was enough evidence to move forward with indictments.

00:19:48.660 And Andrew Weissman pretends like President Trump got due process and fair trials with Tish James in New York.

00:19:56.140 But, no, this goofball Manhattan judge, Arthur Ingeron, did not give President Trump the ability to present evidence, to present witnesses, to confront witnesses.

00:20:09.560 Big Tish James, as the candidate for New York attorney general, campaigned on the fact that she's going to go after President Trump. 1.00

00:20:17.840 That's not due process.

00:20:19.480 Andrew Weissman had a much different tune when the Democrats were running this lawfare against President Trump, his top aides, his allies, his supporters, parents, Christians, than Andrew Weissman has now.

00:20:34.060 Because Andrew Weissman pretends like he's just some nonpartisan former federal prosecutor, Andrew Weissman is a partisan hack.

00:20:42.580 And he is, at a minimum, a material witness for a criminal conspiracy investigation on all this lawfare because he was the henchman on this crossfire hurricane investigation, the Jack Smith investigation.

00:21:00.280 Amazing.

00:21:01.720 Can we play the, can we play the, Hunter?

00:21:03.700 Can we play the clip?

00:21:04.560 There's a clip of me outside of the courthouse in Manhattan of my warning to Big Tish James.

00:21:10.200 Can we go ahead and play it?

00:21:10.820 The people rendered their verdict on all this lawfare on last Tuesday, one week ago.

00:21:17.980 And like I have worked on for years and years and years, the whole country came together.

00:21:23.020 Working class people all over came together and they rejected what's going on in this court, what's going on with President Trump.

00:21:29.400 The lawfare of Tish James and Alvin Bragg and Jack Smith and Merrick Garland has been rejected by a landslide by the American people.

00:21:41.360 So the one thing I have to say to Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, Jack Smith, Tish James, Alvin Bragg, you wait.

00:21:48.940 The hunted are about to become the hunters.

00:21:52.660 Thank you very much.

00:21:55.960 The hunted are about to become the hunters.

00:21:58.700 Gosh, pretty prophetic there.

00:22:00.520 Was it not, uh, Viceroy?

00:22:02.700 Yeah, they went after, they went after our side for nonsense.

00:22:08.920 They went after our side for non-crimes.

00:22:11.660 They politicized and weaponized intel agencies and law enforcement with made-up charges that eventually got kicked by the Supreme Court.

00:22:20.940 And it wasn't just Trump and his top aides like you, Bannon and Navarro and Jeff Clark.

00:22:26.560 You guys have the wherewithal to fight this.

00:22:28.560 They went after parents, Christians, protesters on January 6th.

00:22:34.280 They hunted them for years.

00:22:36.400 So these lawfare Democrats, I would say, we are just getting warmed up.

00:22:42.100 James Comey and Big Tish James are just the appetizers.

00:22:46.960 Hearty appetizers, but they are just the appetizers.

00:22:50.340 Just wait until we get to the main course.

00:22:54.980 The long and the wide of it, so to speak.

00:22:57.760 Mike Davis, Viceroy, where do people go to Article 3 to find you, sir, now more than ever?

00:23:03.820 You know, Bannon, I should, I was raised to be better than this, and I should not be so happy when people are suffering like this. 0.97

00:23:11.560 But I would say to James Comey and Big Tish James and the rest of these lawfare Democrats, go to hell. 0.98

00:23:17.360 And in the meantime, go to jail. 0.98

00:23:18.780 So you can go to article3projects.org, article3projects.org.

00:23:25.440 Follow us on social media.

00:23:26.880 Donate, but only what you can afford.

00:23:29.000 And take action.

00:23:30.100 Action, action, action.

00:23:31.160 The war room posse superpower.

00:23:33.940 So thank you, Steve.

00:23:34.960 It's a great day for the Constitution.

00:23:37.060 Thank you.

00:23:38.340 Great honor, Viceroy.

00:23:40.920 You called it.

00:23:42.080 Halligan.

00:23:43.060 What a rock star.

00:23:43.960 I was raised to be better than this, too.

00:23:47.980 But, hey, it kind of is what prison changed me.

00:23:50.840 I'll fall back on that.

00:23:51.780 How's that?

00:23:53.160 Big Tish James.

00:23:54.080 You don't know how evil these people are.

00:23:55.740 And look how worried they are.

00:23:56.880 Weissman, get ready.

00:23:58.480 We want you sweating every night, getting ready for the big bills.

00:24:00.900 McCabe, you wet yourself. 0.80

00:24:02.220 When President Trump came to office, there's conversations every day about leave the country.

00:24:06.620 Leave the country.

00:24:07.400 Go ahead.

00:24:08.260 That's what America means to you.

00:24:09.460 Go ahead and leave the country.

00:24:10.460 Leave. 0.99

00:24:11.640 Take off.

00:24:13.560 Dave Brat, you're sitting there going, hey, the Viceroy and Bannon buried the lead.

00:24:19.100 Sir, as you know, we take that very seriously here at the war room.

00:24:22.160 What do you got for us, Dave Brat?

00:24:24.260 No, I just picked up on one footnote.

00:24:26.660 You guys missed the nerve of Weissman weighing in on Biden Jr.

00:24:33.200 the week the John Solomon and company come out with a bombshell on the CIA report of the

00:24:39.880 Biden and Biden Jr. and Biden family corruption in Ukraine.

00:24:44.880 That's in addition to Congressman Scott Perry with $30 million in checks going to the Bidens

00:24:51.160 from China, et cetera.

00:24:53.780 We could go on and on and on.

00:24:55.020 And Russiagate is the most serious, right?

00:24:57.360 The file and the English file through the Hillary campaign, et cetera.

00:25:04.040 But that, I just caught that one.

00:25:06.780 Weissman, he better brush up on his law school days.

00:25:10.620 Not a good day to drop.

00:25:12.740 By the way, the FBI, the tough guys, they're pretty hardened.

00:25:17.580 From what I heard, they were gagging and couldn't watch what was on the Biden Jr.

00:25:22.020 laptop because it was so grotesque.

00:25:25.020 And finally, I'll just weigh in on Mike Davis and you, and you're raised better.

00:25:30.240 No, I don't think you could have been raised better than you two.

00:25:34.340 The church is all messed up.

00:25:36.080 The Catholic church, the evangelicals, the Jewish, no one's clear on what justice is 0.81

00:25:42.480 anymore in any of these traditions.

00:25:44.800 They've all been incredibly weak.

00:25:46.760 There's no intellectual case.

00:25:48.120 The Catholics used to have just war theory and all this great stuff. 1.00

00:25:52.140 And now the Pope, I don't know what's going on.

00:25:54.680 I won't go there because I'm a frozen, chosen Presbyterian. 0.99

00:25:58.180 But my mainstream churches are all woke.

00:26:00.960 The evangelicals don't have systematic theology built up for justice, for how do we build the 0.81

00:26:06.700 institutions necessary?

00:26:07.940 So the church, we got to get going.

00:26:10.140 We got to do better.

00:26:10.940 But I would not apologize for true justice taking place.

00:26:16.040 That's a good day.

00:26:17.580 Yeah.

00:26:18.860 It's a good day.

00:26:20.620 Big Tish James.

00:26:21.440 By the way, in the second hour, I think we'll close the show.

00:26:26.080 I'm going to go to Rome.

00:26:27.340 And Ben Harnwell is going to address exactly what Brother Day Brett brings up.

00:26:32.680 There's been absolutely this horrible situation in the Catholic church in the last 24 hours

00:26:37.920 where the Pope is coming out in an official document.

00:26:41.440 Now, it's not one of the ones about being infallible.

00:26:45.560 It's not church doctrine.

00:26:46.580 But he's essentially coming out strongly against President Trump and MAGA's immigration

00:26:52.000 policies, our mass deportation policies.

00:26:54.520 And he's specifically telling the Catholic bishops to get up on it and to fight us.

00:27:00.360 And of course, him becoming, you know, the Prevost coming from Chicago, it adds even more

00:27:04.960 weight to it.

00:27:05.480 This is a very serious and a very dangerous situation with, as I hate to say it, I told

00:27:11.740 y'all about Prevost, this guy from Chicago, in particular, all the traditional Catholics,

00:27:17.040 all the trad Catholics.

00:27:18.400 Oh, he's great because he wears the right vest, right colored vestments and hold his hands

00:27:21.740 the right way.

00:27:22.320 No, no, no.

00:27:23.220 No, he's worse than Francis. 0.57

00:27:25.840 Worse. 0.94

00:27:27.200 Worse.

00:27:28.760 But Ben Harnwell is going to come and give us the facts.

00:27:31.540 Dave Brat's going to stick around.

00:27:33.360 We're going to go.

00:27:34.180 By the way, we've got to talk world peace.

00:27:35.700 Everything that happened in the in the cabinet meeting today, which was historic.

00:27:39.660 President Trump rapidly moving to bring peace to the Middle East.

00:27:43.260 The Hamas has already said, I think the war is over officially. 0.86

00:27:45.520 A lot more to get to.

00:27:47.440 And President Trump working nonstop.

00:27:49.320 But we're going to go to the Hoosier State and we're going to talk about 9-0.

00:27:55.740 The redistricting wars now are the preamble to the 2028 election.

00:28:03.420 Indiana next in the war room.

00:28:05.080 You know, I didn't know this until the the guys at Field of Greens, the doctors and the experts told me about it and then gave me information.

00:28:14.840 It was fascinating.

00:28:16.020 We have two ages, our actual age and our body's internal biological age.

00:28:20.540 Additionally, what I didn't know is I've likely lowered my biological age without even knowing it.

00:28:28.360 Here's the thing.

00:28:29.540 Because Americans eat so many processed and ultra processed foods and not enough fruits and vegetables,

00:28:35.920 many, perhaps most, are 10 years older on the inside than their actual age.

00:28:44.060 They're ticking time bombs.

00:28:45.840 A major university study suggests how to slow aging and diffuse that biological time bomb.

00:28:53.100 Participants slowed their aging by drinking Field of Greens.

00:28:56.220 That's all.

00:28:57.460 They didn't change their eating, drinking or exercise.

00:28:59.780 Just Field of Greens.

00:29:00.960 I feel great knowing Field of Greens can slow how quickly I'm aging.

00:29:05.440 And I encourage you to join me.

00:29:07.980 Swap your untested fruit, vegetable or green drink for Field of Greens while there's time.

00:29:13.600 Check out the university study.

00:29:16.080 I want you all to read it and get 20% off when you use promo code Bannon at fieldofgreens.com.

00:29:22.020 That's fieldofgreens.com, promo code Bannon.

00:29:24.860 Read the university study.

00:29:27.480 Find out how you can slow down your internal biological clock by using this amazing formula,

00:29:36.780 which you just add to your favorite drink or the water, which you do at the war room every day.

00:29:41.080 And, in addition, you will get an energy boost.

00:29:46.160 That's fieldofgreens.com, promo code Bannon.

00:29:48.340 You get 20% off.

00:29:49.600 Do it today.

00:29:52.140 Two and a half centuries of honor, courage, and commitment.

00:29:57.220 This Saturday, Real America's Voice presents America's Marine 250.

00:30:02.140 Uncommon Valor, a 250th anniversary salute from the founding at Tunn Tavern to today's Marines defending freedom worldwide.

00:30:14.740 Witness a historic tribute to their service and sacrifice.

00:30:18.140 Coverage begins at 5 p.m. Eastern, hosted by Steve Bannon, Benny Harmony, Brian Glenn, and Jack Posobiec.

00:30:31.920 Join us for this once-in-a-generation salute, only on Real America's Voice.

00:30:43.520 If you liked Navy 250, which we spent, I think, eight hours, we're bifurcating, or I guess Marine Corps 250 is going to bifurcate the commemoration for the United States Marine Corps.

00:31:03.540 We're going to do three hours on Saturday.

00:31:06.760 We're going to cover an official event they're going to have in Washington, D.C.

00:31:11.500 We will cover it from 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time until 8.

00:31:15.300 Of course, we're going to have the team full coverage.

00:31:17.060 Lots of Marines and former Marines will be on there.

00:31:19.520 And then the following Saturday, there'll be another, we'll give more information about that, hopefully, tomorrow or on Saturday for Saturday the 18th.

00:31:30.540 More coverage of Marine Corps 250.

00:31:32.720 Or as certain former Marines told Cleo Pascal, who's my co-host for Navy 250, tell Bannon, we're finally going to, he's finally going to cover the men's department of the United States Navy.

00:31:44.840 So it's going to be spectacular.

00:31:46.280 Also, tomorrow, there's going to be a rally at Seaport, at Seaport, at the Seaport Pier in Wildwood, New Jersey.

00:31:54.900 It's going to go from 4 to 7 for the gubernatorial candidate and a host of other people.

00:32:00.480 Cliff Maloney's going to be there.

00:32:02.620 Scott Press is going to be there.

00:32:03.940 Jack Posobiec, Benny Johnson.

00:32:05.320 We're going to be live on the show from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. tomorrow.

00:32:09.520 So I want to make sure everybody's there.

00:32:11.220 We're going to get tons of guests in.

00:32:12.400 This New Jersey race hangs in the balance.

00:32:15.460 Dave Brett is riding shotgun with me.

00:32:17.240 We're going to get more to.

00:32:18.080 We had a great cold open about the cabinet being historic today.

00:32:20.680 what's happening at Gaza World Peace.

00:32:22.920 Also in Chicago, the hearings about sending the federal troops in, the nationalized or the federalized, I should say, National Guard.

00:32:32.100 But I want to go to, like I said, the battle over redistricting now as we've been fighting,

00:32:36.680 this audience has been fighting the front in Texas for the last couple of months.

00:32:41.820 And, of course, we're fighting this situation in California.

00:32:45.300 But I want to go to, a couple of weeks ago, I bring in Andrew Ireland from the House of Delegates in Indiana,

00:32:50.700 one of the leaders, small group of leaders in the House of Delegates that are fighting to go 9-0.

00:32:57.460 So, Andrew, I think it was a couple of Saturdays ago we came in live to the head of DeGrasse and Raheem

00:33:03.300 had a conference out there with 500 or 600 people.

00:33:06.860 Senator Banks was there.

00:33:08.440 We know we got 8-1, but people all jacked up about 9-0.

00:33:11.880 But is that kind of hung up right now?

00:33:13.600 I mean, what's the status?

00:33:14.740 Because we have to maximize this.

00:33:16.420 First off, the census would demand it.

00:33:19.660 How people moved around states would demand it.

00:33:21.980 It's the only fair thing to do.

00:33:23.660 My understanding, we might have hit a speed bump in Indiana, sir.

00:33:28.300 That's exactly right.

00:33:29.340 We've got to get it done.

00:33:30.580 I feel like we have hit a bit of a speed bump here in Bard-Rand, Indiana.

00:33:35.100 Right now, we still haven't called the special session.

00:33:38.400 We're still kind of in a holding pattern right here.

00:33:40.860 And I understand, you know, we're trying to kind of figure out where everybody's at on that.

00:33:43.960 But at the end of the day, you know, the clock is ticking.

00:33:46.640 We only have so much time to get this done.

00:33:49.180 And every day we wait is another day that, you know, we're risking not getting it done.

00:33:53.240 So, I mean, tell us what the process is, because we're burning daylight here.

00:34:01.200 We have throughout the country, from Nevada to Missouri to Ohio, there's, you know, 21.

00:34:07.720 We've got five in Texas.

00:34:08.960 We should have eight, but we've got five.

00:34:10.700 There's 16 more to go.

00:34:12.520 And we've got to get it now because you've got a set of primaries and, you know, all the logistics dealing with the elections of 2026.

00:34:19.040 Just walk us through the process.

00:34:20.900 Why does this seem like it doesn't have momentum at the moment?

00:34:24.380 And what can be done about it?

00:34:25.580 And what's the process we actually have to get done to get this approved?

00:34:30.180 Yeah.

00:34:30.560 So, I mean, you know, kind of start the whole process.

00:34:33.360 We've got to call a special session.

00:34:34.740 We're a part-time legislature.

00:34:36.180 We're not meeting right now.

00:34:37.500 So, we're going to change the maps.

00:34:39.200 We've got to come back in.

00:34:40.120 We've got to get back to work.

00:34:42.020 And so that, you know, it's step one.

00:34:43.180 But then we've got to get a map together.

00:34:44.540 We've got to get it passed to give, one, you know, our little local election officials the time to do what they need to do. 0.88

00:34:52.900 I mean, the filing deadline in Indiana to run for Congress is February of 2026.

00:34:57.260 So, we're only a couple months out now.

00:34:59.880 We've got to figure this out soon.

00:35:01.440 I mean, you know, I had a chance.

00:35:03.120 I'm a former deputy attorney general here in Indiana to go and handle some of the election litigation that came here in 2020.

00:35:09.500 And I've got to tell you, I mean, there are a lot of judges out there that I think this is a perfectly legal process and we're going to get a map that's going to stick.

00:35:16.940 But there are going to be judges and there are going to be lawyers that are going to try to stand in the way of that.

00:35:20.460 And so there's going to have to be a process there.

00:35:22.060 We're going to have to litigate this out, which means we have to give ourselves time to get the job done.

00:35:27.620 So, again, I'm hopeful that we're going to call that soon.

00:35:33.180 Who's the deciding figure in that?

00:35:34.680 Is that Governor Braun?

00:35:36.020 Because I know Governor Braun's pretty MAGA.

00:35:37.680 Is he is he having second thoughts about this?

00:35:42.480 Well, I think the governor's signal that, you know, he fully supports this.

00:35:46.120 I think he'd like to call a special session, but they're trying to see, you know, where the votes are.

00:35:49.940 There's enough votes in our House and our Senate to get the job done.

00:35:53.260 And I think that's where the hang up is right now.

00:35:56.960 What do you think you have the votes in the House?

00:35:58.920 I hear what people are telling me is that the Senate in the Indiana legislature, that's the problem.

00:36:04.640 Do you think you have the votes in the House right now?

00:36:06.500 I hope so.

00:36:08.300 You know, I don't have a whip count, honestly, Steve.

00:36:10.520 But, you know, got my vote.

00:36:11.980 I know there are a number of members of the House that have been pretty vocal about their support for this.

00:36:16.680 Maybe, you know, less so maybe in the Senate right now.

00:36:19.400 So I think that's where a lot of the intrigue has been.

00:36:21.740 But honestly, I don't have a whip count on either one.

00:36:24.180 That'd be my suspicion, though.

00:36:25.300 The Hoosier State is as red as you get. 0.93

00:36:30.820 It's also people look to the Hoosiers as common sense and kind of fairness.

00:36:35.700 But it's a huge MAGA state.

00:36:38.020 I don't understand.

00:36:39.000 I think people are confused on our show.

00:36:41.080 There's other states where we know we have issues for good reason.

00:36:45.640 We just can't think of any good reason there is in Indiana.

00:36:48.220 Can you make that clear to people of what the hang-up is?

00:36:51.420 Is there something with the establishment?

00:36:53.340 Is the Mitch Daniels wing of the party doesn't like fairness?

00:36:57.540 Doesn't like to have a map that really represents people in Congress?

00:37:01.120 I mean, there's got to be something or this would have gotten done, correct?

00:37:03.800 Because it's not that – this is not a heavy lift.

00:37:06.820 There's a couple of states you could actually say certainly these are a heavy lift.

00:37:09.760 9-0 in Indiana is not a heavy lift, so it has to be something else.

00:37:14.280 Do you have an idea what that is or can educate this audience about it?

00:37:20.120 Well, I've got to tell you again, I don't get it, honestly.

00:37:22.940 To me, this seems like the easiest vote in the world.

00:37:26.260 Frankly, we should have had a 9-0 map a long time ago.

00:37:29.120 We are a bright red state.

00:37:30.840 I mean, we are as red as a stop sign.

00:37:32.280 And yet, we're a state right now that we're actually home to one of the most radical members of Congress of all,

00:37:38.380 Andre Carson, here in my backyard in Indianapolis.

00:37:41.440 He represents kind of the northern portion of the city.

00:37:44.400 I mean, he's part of the Hamas caucus.

00:37:46.120 And for some reason, we want to draw a map right now that protects that guy,

00:37:49.980 that ensures that that guy wins every time no matter what.

00:37:53.600 To me, again, I think we've got to get the job done soon.

00:37:57.080 I couldn't tell you what the hang-up is, but this seems like a very easy vote.

00:38:02.280 So, Andrew, can people, do you have a website, do you have social media that people can go and get more educated?

00:38:08.880 The posse wants to pound in here, but we don't want to do it, you know, until you guys are ready.

00:38:15.840 So, can you, do you have a site or social media that you can educate people more on the actual details?

00:38:21.120 Yeah, absolutely.

00:38:23.020 My Twitter handle, my X handle is Andrew Ireland, I-N for Indiana.

00:38:29.780 Okay, perfect.

00:38:30.720 We will send everybody over there today.

00:38:32.500 We look forward to having you back.

00:38:34.260 We have to go 9-0 in Indiana.

00:38:35.960 Andrew is 100% correct.

00:38:37.120 It is as red as a stop sign.

00:38:39.080 This is the only fair thing, and you can't, all these things get gerrymandered to protect these radicals,

00:38:43.180 and it's time the good folks in Indiana don't deserve that.

00:38:45.960 Andrew Ireland, thank you so much for being on here.

00:38:47.920 Appreciate you.

00:38:48.420 Thank you.

00:38:51.620 Dave Bratt, we're going to get to everything else.

00:38:53.740 I want to go to these redistricting fights.

00:38:55.500 I mean, you actually were party tour redistricting during your time in Congress.

00:39:01.580 This is so important.

00:39:02.540 Look, the Battle of 28, the war in 28 starts with the battle here.

00:39:07.800 The redistricting wars are so important, and I'll tell you who understands that.

00:39:11.240 Gavin Newsom.

00:39:12.460 Gavin Newsom understands fully that his whole argument to be president of the United States

00:39:16.580 can't be on how he's governed California.

00:39:19.160 That's a disaster, and he knows it.

00:39:21.440 It has to be that I stopped Trump, and I negated the five seats they legitimately picked up in Texas.

00:39:29.620 I took a state that is, what, of the 42, 43, 44 percent Republican and took it from 43 House seats to 9 to 48 to 4.

00:39:41.020 Basically stole, going to steal five seats.

00:39:43.220 What is the hang-up, though?

00:39:46.760 Bossy was on this morning.

00:39:48.320 You've got these governors in various states that are just hesitant to basically drill down and to fight to get this done.

00:39:56.640 Why is that?

00:39:57.180 Why are politicians very hesitant to do these redistricting fights?

00:40:00.720 Yeah, you know what the answer is.

00:40:05.320 My Republican leadership in the House and Senate in Virginia, of course, went along with my redistricting.

00:40:10.680 I found that out after the case.

00:40:12.200 I was a liberal arts professor.

00:40:13.940 I was not well acquainted with the main ingredient in politics is money.

00:40:18.100 The bigger majority you get, the more the Republicans are in control.

00:40:21.780 In Virginia, the motto was keep it small and keep it all.

00:40:25.260 Keep all the power concentrated and a few people, four billionaire guys ran the state, wrote the checks.

00:40:32.340 That was widely known.

00:40:34.120 When I won that unexpected big election, I ruined a lot of business deals.

00:40:39.100 And the folks at the top don't want instability.

00:40:41.740 That's what it's all about.

00:40:44.160 It's going to upset some Democrats.

00:40:46.200 It's going to upset the stability of their business deals they have over the five to ten-year window.

00:40:50.440 You might lose some Democrat support where they need it for business deals, not for the will of Indianans or Hoosiers or Virginians.

00:41:00.580 And it's always the case, right?

00:41:02.720 I got sued for a million two, right?

00:41:06.920 I wasn't acquainted with getting sued for a million two coming out of liberal arts economics professor land.

00:41:13.480 So I learned the hard way.

00:41:15.360 And now we got, you know, Spanberger and all sorts of issues in Virginia.

00:41:18.380 It's getting interesting, finally, because of shows like yours.

00:41:21.920 There's more transparency what's going on.

00:41:24.620 And the Uniparty is getting caught with its hand in a cookie jar all over the place.

00:41:30.120 And, again, I'll just – the State Freedom Caucus crew, that's a good crew.

00:41:35.500 People need to sign up.

00:41:37.420 Good crew.

00:41:38.800 Okay, I have to tell you, I have to have a confession.

00:41:41.220 I was an integral part of Dave Bratt's first run.

00:41:44.240 Not – I got volunteered because I thought Bratt had no chance.

00:41:47.880 Here's why I thought he had no chance.

00:41:50.700 He was just too nice a guy.

00:41:52.120 Ron Maxwell, the great director, found him because he was obsessed about taking Cantor out in a primary.

00:41:57.220 And having come from Richmond and known Tom Blali, the guys run the Catholic funeral home down there,

00:42:02.580 very central to the Catholic community in Richmond, which is relatively small.

00:42:07.980 That's the one the FBI went after my parents' traditional Catholic Latin mass parish.

00:42:13.580 Tom Blali's driver, his body man, was Eric Cantor.

00:42:16.780 And the Cantor family is very well-known and kind of revered by the Catholic community down there.

00:42:21.940 They're very giving.

00:42:22.680 The Jewish community center, they would open up to the kids to swim in the winter.

00:42:26.000 I mean, just really great guys.

00:42:27.100 And the Cantors were as good a family and nice as people as possible.

00:42:30.580 Really nice.

00:42:31.000 I mean, super – they're Menches, right? 1.00

00:42:33.720 So – but Cantor was so – you know, he was a young gun.

00:42:38.120 He was McCarthy's guy.

00:42:39.780 You know, and so he had just totally gone in and sold out to the system.

00:42:44.040 So they want to run a guy against him.

00:42:45.940 And they said, we got the perfect guy.

00:42:47.460 And I go, who is that?

00:42:48.180 Well, he's an economics professor.

00:42:49.600 I go, where?

00:42:50.540 I go, Randolph.

00:42:51.220 He goes, Randolph-Macon.

00:42:52.240 I said, that's like a country club.

00:42:54.140 It's not even a college.

00:42:55.120 So hold it.

00:42:56.080 They introduced me to Brad, and I told Maxwell, I said, that guy is such a pilgrim.

00:43:00.480 He is – he's pure as new driven snow.

00:43:03.120 He's got a theology degree from Princeton.

00:43:05.500 He has no earthy idea how the world actually works.

00:43:09.120 And you're going to put this guy up into – I mean, literally go into battle with the biggest vested interest?

00:43:15.420 I told Maxwell, I said, in the history of the republic, the majority leader has never been defeated in a primer.

00:43:21.820 It's never happened.

00:43:23.060 And we've been around a couple hundred years.

00:43:24.620 It would have happened if it could have happened, and it ain't going to happen with this pilgrim. 0.96

00:43:28.360 Brad, 1,000% wrong.

00:43:31.160 1,000% wrong.

00:43:32.480 Dave Brad pulled it off.

00:43:34.000 Still a pilgrim.

00:43:35.040 Still like Sir Galahad, right?

00:43:37.740 Like new different snow.

00:43:39.160 Brad, stick around for a second.

00:43:41.120 You're in the war room on a historic Thursday.

00:43:44.000 If you're a homeowner, you need to listen to this.

00:43:53.260 In today's AI and cyber world, scammers are stealing home titles with more ease than ever, and your equity is the target.

00:44:02.220 Here's how it works.

00:44:03.000 Criminals forge your signature on one document, use a fake notary stamp, pay small fee with your county, and boom, your home title has been transferred out of your name. 0.81

00:44:14.340 Then they take out loans using your equity or even sell your property.

00:44:18.640 You won't even know it's happened until you get a collection or foreclosure notice.

00:44:24.260 So let me ask you, when was the last time you personally checked your home title?

00:44:31.520 If you're like me, the answer is never, and that's exactly what scammers are counting on.

00:44:37.300 That's why I trust Home Title Lock.

00:44:40.440 Use promo code Steve at HomeTitleLock.com to make sure your title is still in your name.

00:45:04.900 Go to HomeTitleLock.com now.

00:45:06.840 Use promo code Steve.

00:45:08.380 That's HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Steve.

00:45:11.140 Do it today.

00:45:13.160 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:45:16.280 Okay, here's what we're going to do.

00:45:19.980 At 6 o'clock, we're going to play the cold open we would have for the five show.

00:45:23.020 We're going to get into the peace deal, all of it.

00:45:25.080 Dave Brat's committed to me, although he's in D.C.

00:45:26.900 I got a lot of stuff going on.

00:45:27.560 He's committed.

00:45:27.940 He's going to stick for the first half hour.

00:45:29.360 I got Harnwell for the second.

00:45:31.700 You have to stick around for that for the Pope.

00:45:33.180 And I'm going to tell another Brat or two story, right, because this guy's, you know, Dave Brat's a historic figure.

00:45:40.600 Nobody in the history of this republic has ever challenged a sitting majority leader.

00:45:46.340 Remember the way the House works.

00:45:47.780 If you have the majority, your top guy is the Speaker of the House.

00:45:52.080 But the guy that really runs the deal, right, day in and day out is the majority leader.

00:45:56.720 That would be Scalise now.

00:45:57.940 And in that time, it was Eric Cantor because the young guns were going up.

00:46:03.440 You know, you had McCarthy, you had Ryan, you had Cantor.

00:46:06.840 Those were the three young guns.

00:46:08.520 No one had ever in the history of this country taken on a sitting majority leader in a primary and beaten them.

00:46:15.800 Dave Brat is the only person that's ever done that.

00:46:18.180 And Dave Brat on that victory completely changed the arc of history because it changed.

00:46:24.100 They were going to have an amnesty.

00:46:25.060 The Zuckerberg was coming back for a huge amnesty meeting the next day.

00:46:28.560 Fox was all in.

00:46:29.400 They were all in.

00:46:30.200 Brat's victory running on an anti-immigration, you know, no amnesty, build the wall.

00:46:35.620 And it laid the predicate for a guy named Donald Trump a couple of years later.

00:46:41.920 So you could say that Dave Brat was actually John the Baptist in this regard.

00:46:45.140 Anyway, I got a couple more great Brat stories. 0.99

00:46:47.900 Talk about a pilgrim.

00:46:49.180 I mean, this guy had no earthy.

00:46:50.680 He is just pure as new driven snow.

00:46:52.940 Brat, you hang on.

00:46:53.600 And Mike Lindell, I'm confused now.

00:46:55.980 I've actually bumped the coal open at 6 o'clock because I saw this thing today with this company buying Dominion.

00:47:08.540 And Raheem is one of the guys working on that.

00:47:10.580 I talked to Raheem.

00:47:11.040 He was going to try to come on, but we didn't have enough time.

00:47:13.060 I'm going to try to get Raheem on tomorrow because Raheem had a big lunch meeting yesterday at Butterworth and had all the prominent DC political operatives and media types.

00:47:23.020 Raheem, obviously, Butterworth is the place to go.

00:47:25.400 Raheem's one of the owners and kind of runs it and is obviously so prominent.

00:47:28.720 But in talking, just doing my due diligence so I could come on and explain it, they started going through all the deals that are settled.

00:47:36.860 And they told me, I'm Rudy Giuliani, Mike Lindell.

00:47:38.980 And I go, Mike Lindell, are you sure?

00:47:40.980 I kind of ask him this question every other day on the show.

00:47:43.520 And he's all huffy and gruffy.

00:47:45.240 I'll never settle on Mike Lindell.

00:47:46.980 And they said, no, no, no, Mike Lindell settled.

00:47:49.580 And so hold it.

00:47:50.160 Then I see all these news sources.

00:47:51.880 The stories are exploding.

00:47:53.020 Mike Lindell settles with Dominion to close deal.

00:47:55.860 I just want to hear it in your own voice, your own voice.

00:47:59.580 I know you're very, very like a brother to me.

00:48:01.600 Did you settle with Dominion voting system, sir?

00:48:05.720 100% no.

00:48:07.760 And Steve, it's even worse.

00:48:09.180 I've got every media outlet calling me in the country.

00:48:12.000 CNN calls up, Mike.

00:48:13.660 But a conservative, a conservative bought Dominion's voting machines.

00:48:18.400 And he says he's going to go to paper ballots.

00:48:21.240 He's going to promote paper ballots.

00:48:22.780 I'm going, gee, what's wrong with that picture?

00:48:24.660 You think I care who owns these voting machine companies when I want them all melted down and

00:48:29.480 turned into prison bars?

00:48:30.500 It don't matter if you're a conservative.

00:48:32.540 And then the guy goes, and you settled?

00:48:34.200 I go, no, I didn't settle.

00:48:36.020 And once again, it's fake news on top of fake news.

00:48:38.800 That news is so far-fetched that nobody in the country even believes it.

00:48:43.960 I mean, do you think I spent one and a half years?

00:48:46.120 Hang on.

00:48:46.640 Slow down.

00:48:47.160 Hang on.

00:48:47.500 Slow down.

00:48:47.980 Slow down.

00:48:48.500 Slow down.

00:48:48.960 Slow down.

00:48:49.600 You can't blame the media for this one and CNN.

00:48:52.900 I think they're putting it out.

00:48:54.540 And I don't know if it may be a miscommunication between their lawyers and the guy that owns

00:49:00.460 and runs a company.

00:49:01.220 Or maybe it's a miscommunication between his comms people.

00:49:05.000 Because I think they are.

00:49:06.220 And I believe they believe this is true.

00:49:09.080 They're saying, yeah, Rudy settled.

00:49:10.860 They're getting to clean all these out.

00:49:12.420 And Mike Lindell settled.

00:49:14.420 I said, so I just want to make sure you're on the record.

00:49:17.080 You have not settled with the Minion voting system.

00:49:19.820 100% no.

00:49:22.080 And I'd like to be, wouldn't we, you know what?

00:49:24.540 Why don't we make that call, a national call?

00:49:26.980 They can call up to me and ask me what I would want.

00:49:30.540 I'll tell you what.

00:49:31.460 The settlement would be, take all your machines.

00:49:33.860 You guys go make blenders or something.

00:49:35.940 But you shouldn't be making voting machines for our country.

00:49:39.000 Okay?

00:49:39.380 That's what you need to do.

00:49:40.700 Go make blenders.

00:49:41.720 I don't care what you make.

00:49:43.220 You know what?

00:49:44.000 You've attacked my pillow and attacked my company.

00:49:47.240 And you've just tried to destroy me and destroy our voices.

00:49:50.600 Because we want paper ballots.

00:49:52.360 Hand counted, everybody.

00:49:53.780 Don't let this new company or any of them fool you when they say, oh, we promote paper ballots.

00:49:58.480 We all have paper ballots.

00:50:00.100 But they're counted by machines and they come out of these machines.

00:50:03.440 So, Steve, it's an out and out, complete lie.

00:50:06.340 And you're right.

00:50:06.820 Maybe the media doesn't know about it.

00:50:08.400 Because actually these guys that are calling me all day long from CNN and others, you know,

00:50:12.700 they're actually like, oh, Mike, the news is out.

00:50:15.340 That's what the company says.

00:50:17.260 They're saying that to try and put this out.

00:50:19.600 Nobody believes it, Steve.

00:50:20.840 I'm glad you had me on to set the record straight.

00:50:23.760 I have not settled with Dominion.

00:50:28.580 And you will not settle with Dominion.

00:50:30.420 Is that what I'm hearing?

00:50:31.380 Until they melt down all the machines or something?

00:50:32.880 I will not settle with Dominion.

00:50:33.540 Yeah.

00:50:34.280 We need to get rid of the voting machines in our country like 132 other countries have.

00:50:39.660 We need to save our country.

00:50:41.220 You think I'd walk away now and go, okay, you've destroyed my pillow.

00:50:44.840 Yeah, yeah.

00:50:45.240 Have a nice day, you know.

00:50:47.460 Oh, boy.

00:50:48.020 I'm really – you think I'm afraid of going in debt and putting everything I had on the line

00:50:53.080 just to get all the way to the end?

00:50:55.000 And they go, oh, we just changed our name.

00:50:57.200 We sold it to another guy.

00:50:58.400 And by the way, Mike, he's a conservative.

00:51:00.140 He's a real nice fellow.

00:51:01.600 Give me a break.

00:51:02.480 I don't care who is – you know, like I say, Steve, I have no problem with any of these companies.

00:51:06.820 Go make blenders.

00:51:07.940 Go make – I don't know – telephones.

00:51:10.260 Go make anything.

00:51:11.360 But don't bring computers and voting machines into our country again.

00:51:16.080 And then I told the one –

00:51:17.000 Folks, you've got to understand that.

00:51:18.300 I told the one CNN, I said, you should be reporting real things that are good news to our country.

00:51:25.660 Like Dallas County in Texas just voted to go to paper ballots hand counted in the upcoming primary.

00:51:32.300 There's real news.

00:51:33.620 People should know that Mike Lindell is such a brother to me that I specialize in working him up before the show on something.

00:51:40.980 This is actually real.

00:51:42.120 Mike, we've got about a minute and a half.

00:51:44.020 I want people to understand that you've got deals for them.

00:51:46.860 The way the company is thriving is the deals for the war room.
