Bannon's War Room - Episode 4855： Unshackling ICE To Protect America; Taking Down The Deep State

00:00:00.000 Trump's DOJ trying to convince the American people that he is not weaponizing the department,

00:00:05.700 even as they target a growing list of the president's perceived political enemies.

00:00:11.760 That department used to be weaponized and politicized, 0.54

00:00:14.740 and this is what happens when you take out the fangs of weaponization.

00:00:17.500 Because there's no snare in which you can look at what we're doing, restoring justice,

00:00:21.820 doing the right thing in every single case, and say that that's weaponization.

00:00:26.320 In that same event, Trump named more people he'd like the department to investigate,

00:00:32.000 all while claiming he is the true victim of DOJ weaponization.

00:00:36.880 I think it was the worst weaponization of a political opponent in the history of the world, let alone this country.

00:00:43.180 Don't tell me about us going after them.

00:00:45.820 If anything, we're—we've been very, very soft. I wouldn't be that soft.

00:00:49.640 What they did was criminal.

00:00:51.680 Deranged Jack Smith, in my opinion, is a criminal.

00:00:54.360 And I noticed his interviewer was—I think that was Weissman.

00:00:59.820 And I hope they're going to look into Weissman, too. Weissman's a bad guy.

00:01:03.680 Meanwhile, the Trump administration is paving the way to make it easier for the IRS

00:01:08.420 to criminally investigate left-leaning groups, including major Democratic donors.

00:01:15.640 That's according to new reporting from The Wall Street Journal.

00:01:18.980 The paper reports, quote,

00:01:20.820 the undertaking aims to install allies of President Trump at the IRS Criminal Investigative Division

00:01:29.000 to exert firmer control over the unit and weaken the involvement of IRS lawyers.

00:01:36.960 Adding, quote,

00:01:37.580 Well, I think, you know, if you go back and read kind of any of the great theorists on fascism, authoritarianism, totalitarianism,

00:02:01.180 what they'll say is that the authoritarian leader isn't so much concerned with creating an alternate set of facts

00:02:09.100 as he is with obliterating the sense that reality can be grasped at all.

00:02:14.680 And so in this atmosphere of intense cynicism and derangement and confusion,

00:02:21.740 it's possible for them to then try to create their own reality.

00:02:26.800 And people feel sort of—they feel sort of off balance in trying to reassert what they know to be true.

00:02:36.960 And I think that Donald Trump is really a master of that.

00:02:40.720 I mean, there's a phrase that people in the domestic violence world use when they're—

00:02:45.960 and I think that there's a lot of ways in which understanding how domestic abusers operate

00:02:50.560 gives you some insight into how Donald Trump operates.

00:02:53.900 They say it's DARVO—deflect, attack, reverse, victim, and offender.

00:02:58.740 So, you know, whenever kind of this administration accuses someone of something,

00:03:04.940 in a sense, it's always a confession.

00:03:07.060 Their modus operandi is if they commit a crime and are held accountable for it,

00:03:14.200 that then shows that they have the right to prosecute someone for the identical crime.

00:03:19.740 Mark, one of the most dangerous things that Donald Trump is doing is he is bypassing the usual Senate confirmation process

00:03:27.180 to get people into high-level, high-ranking, powerful roles that will be blindly loyal to him.

00:03:33.540 That's what we saw with Lindsey Halligan, who became the new U.S. attorney,

00:03:37.380 apparently for the sole purpose of prosecuting James Comey.

00:03:40.620 We're seeing that around the country.

00:03:42.240 People who go through the normal confirmation process and have qualifications that are within the realm of the norm

00:03:48.320 for U.S. attorneys are being forced out of those positions

00:03:50.580 and replaced by people who are essentially political puppets of Donald Trump.

00:03:54.940 The Senate has abdicated its duty to insist that the president go through the confirmation process.

00:04:01.360 They have essentially laid down and said Donald Trump can have whoever he wants in these roles.

00:04:05.860 And there are people like Ed Martin, who's another DOJ political operative behind the scenes,

00:04:10.660 who is pulling a lot of strings on these investigations of Donald Trump's enemies,

00:04:15.080 who really are very, very dangerous.

00:04:17.480 And they have not gone through any type of vetting process whatsoever.

00:04:20.660 They are not qualified to hold these roles, and they are doing a tremendous amount of damage.

00:04:24.740 And we really need our Congress to step in and demand some accountability from the president

00:04:30.260 for these extreme people he's putting in these positions.

00:04:33.840 I've been making the argument that this is bigger than Louisiana,

00:04:36.580 that this actually could open the aperture on the Voting Rights Act.

00:04:40.220 Tell me more.

00:04:41.960 Well, back in 2013, the court killed off one of the two pillars of the Voting Rights Act,

00:04:46.560 Section 5, in the Shelby County case.

00:04:48.440 And when they did that, they said, don't worry, there's Section 2, it applies nationally,

00:04:52.940 and it protects minority voters.

00:04:54.840 In the oral argument that I listen to today, it sounded like the conservative justices who make up

00:05:00.460 a majority on the court were prepared either to hold Section 2 unconstitutional in certain applications

00:05:07.060 or deprive it of its strength so that it would no longer require the creation of districts.

00:05:13.480 This would have effects beyond Louisiana's congressional district.

00:05:16.740 Not only would it apply to congressional districts around the country

00:05:20.920 and perhaps lead to a round of redistricting in places where they could get rid of some

00:05:27.520 of these minority opportunity districts, it also applies to state legislatures and to city councils.

00:05:33.680 It could have effects up and down the country in just about every state where there is a sizable

00:05:39.440 minority population.

00:05:40.480 Congress has absolutely abdicated its responsibility under the Constitution to act like an equal and co-equal branch.

00:05:56.120 They have outsourced their spine to the Trump White House.

00:05:59.540 Trumpists are calling the Congress the Duma as in Russia's rubber stamp for Vladimir Putin.

00:06:06.500 That's an approving quote from some in the Trumpist camp.

00:06:10.800 So until we start seeing stands of independence and integrity, what they've done is they've just

00:06:15.260 rubber stamped whatever Donald Trump says because they're afraid of the base and they know he's got

00:06:19.740 a lock on that.

00:06:20.660 But they have absolutely self-neutered their conscience and their common sense and outsourced it

00:06:26.460 to Donald Trump.

00:06:27.680 Well, we're going through this round of redistricting now.

00:06:30.360 It's a race to the bottom.

00:06:31.580 It's already creating all kinds of problems for candidates who don't know if they're going to

00:06:35.460 be able to run their campaigns.

00:06:38.060 This would add if the Supreme Court rules quickly and they change the Voting Rights Act rules,

00:06:43.140 it could create tumult around the country as states are going to be pressured, no doubt,

00:06:47.860 by Donald Trump to try to redraw their maps yet again.

00:06:50.620 And it's just not good for anyone.

00:06:52.220 So I hope whatever the court does, if it's going to make any change, it would wait until

00:06:56.140 after the 2026 election season.

00:06:59.040 It's an astonishing, staggering and profoundly troubling sequence of events.

00:07:05.640 It's hard to get your arms around the size and scale of this problem.

00:07:10.640 And I say this not in a tongue-in-cheek way.

00:07:13.800 When you have David Brooks, who has for a long time been a sensible, what's seen as a sensible

00:07:21.480 centrist, moderate, far from someone who is considered a left-wing agitator, saying that

00:07:30.900 America, we are at the point now where a serious national mass movement is necessary if we're

00:07:37.940 going to preserve what's left, what's still standing of America's democratic framework and

00:07:44.740 traditions, you know that you have crossed some Rubicon somewhere.

00:07:48.700 And I don't disagree with David.

00:07:50.600 I think, you know, the No Kings rallies this weekend, we're going to see millions of people

00:07:56.840 are going to be out.

00:07:58.860 We've seen the protest movements have been growing.

00:08:01.160 At the same time, we're seeing, you know, this militarization, increasing militarization

00:08:06.920 of law enforcement and troops in America's streets.

00:08:11.640 There's no doubt that we are headed towards clashes of some kind and not far off from now.

00:08:19.420 I think the Trump administration wants some of those clashes in the spirit you were discussing

00:08:24.900 of crackdowns.

00:08:26.060 They want, they are setting a stage for, by characterizing these peaceful protests, what

00:08:32.520 have been peaceful protests so far throughout Trump 2.0, that have not been in any way violent

00:08:37.120 or in any meaningful way violent.

00:08:39.000 I don't want to dismiss any, some stray act of violence at some protest somewhere.

00:08:43.220 But already we've seen millions of people who have marched.

00:08:45.400 And we're not, these are not the marches of insurrectionists.

00:08:48.560 These are marches of people doing, protesting in the grand and storied tradition of American

00:08:54.480 democratic dissent throughout our lives.

00:08:58.160 But they are, they're being portrayed in advance as being what you just quoted Mike Johnson and

00:09:03.020 others saying.

00:09:03.960 And we've seen, again, this kind of the flexing of military muscle and force.

00:09:09.640 We are, we are headed towards a conflict, a clash in the streets.

00:09:13.760 One side really wants it.

00:09:15.100 And the fact that it's our, that is the administration, which has the, the, if not the monopoly, has

00:09:22.040 a very strong hold on lethal force and force itself is a profoundly disconcerting and worrying

00:09:29.560 situation.

00:09:30.420 But it may be necessary to have some kind of clash if we're going to get to what David Brooks

00:09:35.840 is talking about, what we need to hold on here.

00:09:38.420 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:09:47.700 Pray for our enemies.

00:09:49.660 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:09:52.920 Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:09:57.180 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:09:59.100 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:10:00.540 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop

00:10:03.040 it.

00:10:03.220 It's going to happen.

00:10:04.260 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:10:07.180 Mega Media.

00:10:09.220 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:10:14.680 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:10:18.420 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:10:24.780 War Room.

00:10:25.640 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:10:27.620 Bannon.

00:10:28.020 Thursday, 16 October, year of our Lord, 2025.

00:10:37.160 You see, as it's becoming evident every day that they're never going to come back politically

00:10:44.480 and be able to take the House or the Senate or even with the Electoral College, the way

00:10:48.100 it's shifting the presidency.

00:10:49.580 They're getting more and more and more radical and more and more and more dangerous.

00:10:54.060 We're getting all that.

00:10:54.700 Let's go to the heart.

00:10:56.260 This is all a reaction to actions being driven by the Trump administration.

00:11:02.440 The most central is we keep talking and taking down the deep state and taking down all the

00:11:07.540 people that want to destroy this country.

00:11:10.440 The central part of this is to stop the invasion and then repel the invasion.

00:11:16.380 President Trump has stopped the invasion, at least on the illegal side, by sealing the

00:11:20.500 border. 0.98

00:11:20.780 However, we're in the process, hopefully, of stopping the invasion by killing off all these 0.95

00:11:25.340 ridiculous and obscene visa programs like HB1 visas.

00:11:31.100 But in repelling the invasion, you got to go down to the deck plates.

00:11:35.100 And the deck plates are in Chicago, Illinois.

00:11:37.980 Our own Ben Burquamp is there.

00:11:39.940 Ben, something you and I have talked about now for months.

00:11:42.740 There has been a sea change in the last, I think, 48, 72 hours, let's say, with DHS on

00:11:51.220 something you've been you and I have been talking about a lot.

00:11:54.020 Explain what's happening and explain why that's going to trigger even a bigger reaction from

00:12:00.980 the violent political left, sir.

00:12:03.900 And first off, MSNBC is insurrection media.

00:12:08.520 There are many of these outlets that are actually driving the insurrection across our country.

00:12:12.700 The left, they are insurrectionists.

00:12:14.840 In fact, the mayor of Aurora, Illinois, yesterday basically called for insurrection in an email

00:12:19.140 they sent out.

00:12:20.220 But what's ironic about this, Steve, is the very sanctuary jurisdictions that invited the

00:12:24.620 invasion in the first place that were part of Joe Biden's invasion.

00:12:27.340 Now they are actually driving, helping drive the policy that I witnessed yesterday firsthand,

00:12:32.460 the shift that we're having.

00:12:33.600 It's all targeted operations.

00:12:35.340 They're still doing the criminal warrants.

00:12:37.000 They're still doing the administrative warrants.

00:12:39.200 But what I saw yesterday was a shift to where they're doing the vehicle targeted stops.

00:12:44.720 We had 10 arrests yesterday.

00:12:46.640 We're going to be breaking some news later today on a couple of those arrests, some major news

00:12:51.220 coming out.

00:12:51.680 But basically, you have ICE that has unshackled itself.

00:12:55.200 President Trump, Tom Homan, Kristi Noem, they have unshackled ICE Border Patrol to go

00:12:59.460 out there, in particular because of the insurrection that is coming from the left, trying to stop

00:13:04.640 them.

00:13:04.840 And everyone needs to remember this.

00:13:06.060 This was invited by the Democrat sanctuary cities, the invasion, knowing that it was going

00:13:10.740 to be this difficult to undo.

00:13:13.340 And President Trump and the administration now are all, just wait till you see the footage

00:13:18.900 that's coming out.

00:13:19.580 I mean, all day yesterday, it was nonstop.

00:13:21.540 Instead of waiting for somebody to open a door, they're out picking these guys off one

00:13:25.640 by one.

00:13:27.960 Hang over one second.

00:13:29.380 I know you've got to bounce.

00:13:30.520 You've got to go for another raid.

00:13:32.500 But I need you to stick around for a second.

00:13:34.500 I want to drill down a little bit on the dangerous media.

00:13:38.680 Enemies of the people are in full throttle right now about trying to thwart federal officers

00:13:46.300 from actually doing their jobs.

00:13:47.560 And we're going to talk about the shift.

00:13:49.840 It's not simply the criminal element anymore.

00:13:52.580 It's the beginning, the early stages of, wait for it, mass deportations.

00:14:00.540 If you think it's been ugly so far, folks, you ain't seen nothing yet.

00:14:04.280 They are going to come after these heroic officers and agents of Tom Homans and Stephen Miller

00:14:12.160 and Kristi Noem, the ICE agents who are at the tip of the tip of the spear, you're seeing

00:14:18.400 a change now, targeted operations, the beginning, the curtain raiser for mass deportations.

00:14:25.720 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:28.140 Gold on fire.

00:14:29.720 We're going to talk about the Chinese Communist Party.

00:14:31.360 We're going to talk about economic warfare.

00:14:33.320 There are decades in which nothing happens, and there are weeks in which decades happen.

00:14:42.580 We told you the other day that this was one such week, and man, is it delivering.

00:14:46.600 Short commercial break.

00:14:49.100 Back in a moment.

00:16:15.480 You will get the ultimate guide, which is free for investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.

00:16:21.920 Do it today.

00:16:22.900 Eir, what did you hear from the president yesterday?

00:16:25.600 What I heard is something called rule by law instead of rule of law.

00:16:34.240 In countries that aren't democracies, the law is whatever the person in power says it is.

00:16:40.280 So there's a famous phrase by one of Stalin's prosecutors, you know,

00:16:45.280 find me the man and I'll give you the statute.

00:16:47.420 In other words, find me the person and I'll tell you how to arrest them and what to accuse them of.

00:16:51.780 Using the using the state, using the IRS, using other kind of regulatory organs to investigate your enemies.

00:17:01.380 All of that is is not rule of law.

00:17:04.420 The rule of law, which is what the United States was founded on and what we've had for 250 years,

00:17:09.780 is a means that the law is separate from politics.

00:17:14.360 So the law is the Constitution.

00:17:15.840 The law is what the courts have said.

00:17:18.820 The law is not what people in power at the moment say it is.

00:17:21.980 The beacon of democracy goes dark in it and rights.

00:17:25.000 We have a president who attacks judges and journalists who bullies CEOs into handing over stock in their companies

00:17:31.000 and university presidents into paying meritless fines, who sends military forces into American cities,

00:17:37.180 who's building a new form of interior police and who encourages the deepening divide between red and blue America.

00:17:43.960 All of these changes are part of a larger shift, a revolutionary transformation in the way Americans present themselves to the world

00:17:51.180 and the way they are therefore perceived by others.

00:17:54.760 The most ubiquitous form of American culture nowadays is not jazz programming going out on shortwave radio across Eurasia,

00:18:02.240 but the social media platforms that pump conspiracy theories, extremism, advertising, pornography and spam into every corner of the globe.

00:18:12.740 So it's not just the message and it's the way it's being distributed today, isn't it?

00:18:18.340 Yeah, I think, you know, people used to associate the United States with big ideas, with freedom, with democracy, with rights, with the rule of law, as we were just saying.

00:18:30.100 And increasingly what we're seen as is the nation that produces manipulation.

00:18:34.560 You know, the algorithms that manipulate you and tell you what to see, that we stand for, you know, leaders who break the law rather than follow the law,

00:18:45.740 that we aren't any longer seen as the leader of a broad democratic alliance, you know, with all the many flaws that we've always had

00:18:55.500 and all the hypocrisy that was sometimes inherent in our positions.

00:18:58.580 That was our formal role.

00:19:01.000 That's how we were seen and interpreted by other people.

00:19:03.740 And that is that's changed pretty dramatically.

00:19:06.360 And it will have all kinds of effects over time, not just in security, but in economics and so on.

00:19:13.400 OK, that's an Apple bomb writing.

00:19:15.660 I think it was in the Atlantic and the MSNBC.

00:19:18.220 So it's nonstop barrage.

00:19:19.840 You can tell, Ben, they know they're not going to be winning seats in the House.

00:19:24.160 They know they're not going to be able to take over the House.

00:19:25.720 They know the Electoral College is shifting because of the demographics and the shift in the country and the fact that we're not going to count illegal aliens. 0.98

00:19:32.600 So they've made a point that now this Trump is a fascist. 0.99

00:19:35.900 Trump is a dictator. 0.98

00:19:37.140 And the brown shirts that he has are the ICE agents. 0.91

00:19:40.500 This is why I keep they keep their faces covered.

00:19:42.800 They're trying to dox them.

00:19:44.360 And in what you've reported, this sea change in the last 24, 48 hours of now preparing for the mass deportations, Ben, it's only going to get more dangerous.

00:19:53.180 But I want you to comment your earlier comment on MSNBC really being the platform of anti-American, pro-illegal alien, hostile takeover of this country, sir.

00:20:04.280 Yeah, so they talk about deflection.

00:20:08.040 It's projection.

00:20:08.900 They are professional projectionists. 1.00

00:20:11.280 And the irony is that they think we're stupid enough to not see through it. 0.99

00:20:14.260 Everything they're saying is what they're doing. 0.99

00:20:16.680 They are the ones that weaponize government against President Trump and everybody who stood for the rule of law and standing for this nation over the last eight years.

00:20:25.220 And now they're saying President Trump is doing that.

00:20:27.280 But I think the American people have seen through that.

00:20:29.380 They used to be able to lie and get away with it. 0.97

00:20:31.000 The only people that listen to them now are the crazy blue-haired freaks that are out here every single day attacking ICE. 0.96

00:20:36.700 But what they're doing is very dangerous. 0.99

00:20:38.480 They are dog-whistling their side to be violent.

00:20:41.100 That is what they want.

00:20:42.000 That is the only solution they have now to stop what's coming.

00:20:45.720 And that is the restoration of our Constitution, the restoration of this nation that President Trump, that Kash Patel, that Dan Bongino and Pam Bondi are bringing to them.

00:20:55.020 They know their days are numbered.

00:20:58.880 Ben, social media is so people can follow you during the day.

00:21:01.600 You're going to have footage and reporting.

00:21:03.800 We'll get you up on the 5 o'clock show if you're freeing back.

00:21:06.780 I want to make sure you get on the road.

00:21:08.020 But where do people go to follow you?

00:21:10.600 Yeah, just real quick before I go, to Governor Pritzker and Mayor Johnson.

00:21:14.220 Listen, the reason, just so you know, the reason that ICE agents and Border Patrol agents are in the communities now is precisely because of your sanctuary policy.

00:21:21.720 So you want to blame anybody for the mass deportation that's coming.

00:21:24.960 Blame yourself.

00:21:26.460 At Ben Berquam, at Real AM Voice on all social media, Real America's Voice News.

00:21:31.260 We're going to be breaking some stuff that only Real America's Voice has, exclusives from yesterday, later today.

00:21:35.920 So stay tuned for that.

00:21:37.080 My sub stack is Frontline America, and my website is FrontlineAmerica.com.

00:21:40.220 Ben, be safe today.

00:21:44.160 Go with God and be safe.

00:21:45.280 Thank you, sir.

00:21:45.680 Thank you, sir.

00:21:47.820 Ben Berquam, on the streets outside Chicago, going to be very dangerous today as the roll-up continues and actually starts to exacerbate.

00:21:57.080 I want to go to Rome now, and Ben Harnwell, the other part of this global conflict, the two most dangerous.

00:22:02.780 And this is for the Israel First crowd.

00:22:06.340 It's over.

00:22:08.140 The Middle East is a sideshow. 1.00

00:22:10.220 And the Israel situation is a sideshow to a sideshow.

00:22:13.100 So let's try to work with President Trump and implement the plan that he's come up with and not try to counter it.

00:22:20.380 It's time now to actually get focused on execution of that and implementation of that.

00:22:27.160 Let's go now to Harnwell in Rome.

00:22:29.120 And here's the part, is that we have a kinetic situation that's metastasizing on the Eurasian landmass around Ukraine.

00:22:36.760 And we have an economic war, folks, that is ratcheting up even as we speak, and it could be more dangerous.

00:22:43.880 Zero Hedge has an amazing piece out this morning about how this rare earths and what China is doing on the restrictions of other supply chain products coming into the world economy.

00:22:56.400 Is Germany is about to get whacked big league.

00:22:59.820 And this goes to the problem of Germany kind of kowtowing to the CCP years ago on their economy.

00:23:06.620 Ben, you've got a piece up from The Sun.

00:23:09.380 Zelensky's coming tomorrow.

00:23:11.120 Folks, this couldn't be more serious.

00:23:12.520 He is asking for offensive weapons, the tomahawks that took down parts of the nuclear, the alleged nuclear program of the Persians, the above ground of which the IDF Air Force, the Israeli Air Force, could not get to.

00:23:29.900 We took it down with tomahawk missiles launched from Navy submarines in the North Arabian Sea.

00:23:35.900 And Zelensky, it wasn't lost in Zelensky, of the firepower of the tomahawk.

00:23:40.220 Ben, the Russians are saying they're already ahead of this and saying, hey, if you go, there's going to be quite you're going into dangerous territory in America.

00:23:48.780 You're now going to be a combatant and they're going to counter that.

00:23:52.260 What do you got for us, Ben?

00:23:54.260 Steve, you've tied all of these things magnificently together.

00:23:57.980 Yes.

00:23:58.340 President Zelensky is going to be at the White House tomorrow, Friday, asking President Trump to give him these tomahawk missiles.

00:24:07.160 But the backdrop, the things that are going on behind the scenes, however, are even more alarming, Steve, than that request in and of itself, which I know is going to strike MAGA very badly.

00:24:18.400 MAGA had been hoping, as a movement, we'd all been hoping, really, for this war to be ended as President Trump promised in the election campaign within the first 24 hours after his inauguration.

00:24:29.060 Actually, he also said in the campaign he was going to he was so confident he was going to get this wrapped up before he said he's going to resolve the situation before he was inaugurated.

00:24:38.860 But we're now sort of 10 months on from that.

00:24:41.300 And not only is it not happening, the conclusion, it's being escalated.

00:24:46.380 This is this is the strategy.

00:24:47.920 I don't know how successful this has ever been, Steve, in history.

00:24:51.060 But the strategy is escalated to de-escalate.

00:24:54.500 And I don't have any hope in that.

00:24:56.400 So, look, you mentioned Germany.

00:24:58.020 So the things that are going on here, you have the meeting in the White House tomorrow.

00:25:02.420 You also have in Germany.

00:25:04.080 Now, all of the European leaders are being especially gangster right now.

00:25:07.660 They know we're going to commit to the five percent of NATO spending on defense, as President Trump has asked.

00:25:14.060 Here in Italy, Prime Minister Giorgia Maloney has just indicated how flexibly the European leaders are actually taking this, the performative theater behind it all.

00:25:26.320 And she's spending billions of dollars to build a bridge between mainland Italy and Sicily. 1.00

00:25:31.000 And she's going to mark that off against this five percent.

00:25:34.020 That is how bad this is.

00:25:35.280 In Germany, however, which you just mentioned in your question, Steve, the defense minister, Pistorius, has brought the coalition that they have there, which very tenuously holds together in and of itself.

00:25:49.220 He's brought this coalition to the brink because at the last moment he's pulled out of an agreement which had been confected between the Christian Democrats, the ruling Christian Democrats, but also the Social Democrats,

00:26:02.360 which was to introduce the lottery system they're calling it in Germany.

00:26:08.260 But it's basically just the draft.

00:26:10.120 It's they're going to try and meet their 2,000 extra, 200,000 extra troop commitments by introducing those that don't voluntarily present themselves and sign up under the augmented wage conditions.

00:26:23.980 They're going to draft by a lottery.

00:26:26.160 And at the last moment, Pistorius blinked and said, we're not going to do this, Boris Pistorius.

00:26:32.020 We're not going to do this.

00:26:33.200 We need to find another way.

00:26:35.000 Steve, the reason is because he knows this is political suicide in Germany because the people most at risk of coming out to fight, the youth, are the most against it.

00:26:45.540 That's the backdrop to what's going on here in Europe.

00:26:47.800 Europe is, you know, they're feeling the pressure put down by President Trump and they want to fall into line with his reasonable requests, but they're meeting against the reality of the demographics.

00:27:01.520 The background is in the huge push, and we'll talk about this some more, Steve, but the huge push behind President Trump to accommodate President Zelensky is going to fall on the shoulders of Americans.

00:27:15.100 Yes, yeah.

00:27:17.180 Hang on one second.

00:27:18.240 Hang on one second.

00:27:18.960 I want to go through escalate to de-escalate.

00:27:22.060 Gold, ladies and gentlemen, is at $4,278.

00:27:26.740 It'll blow through $4,300 sometime over the next couple of days, I believe.

00:27:31.600 A rush to a safe haven.

00:27:33.920 Geopolitical risk.

00:27:34.760 Economic warfare risk.

00:27:37.360 All broken down and explained to you in the war room next.

00:27:45.100 Okay, let's be honest.

00:29:13.020 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:29:15.900 Bannon.

00:29:19.840 Okay.

00:29:20.480 Birch Gold.

00:29:21.480 End of the dollar empire.

00:29:22.760 Four years ago, we told you it was going to come down to a de-dollarization, trying to destroy the United States by destroying the financial system of the United States.

00:29:30.660 And it's revved up.

00:29:33.120 Now the Chinese Communist Party, as we have warned, has gone big league in outright economic warfare.

00:29:39.560 This is not unrestricted warfare.

00:29:41.180 They're going to the next phase.

00:29:42.380 Like Ben Burkham's reporting, we're going to the next phase and beginning mass deportations.

00:29:47.380 They're ramping it up to go full out, in-your-face economic warfare.

00:29:52.580 And we've warned about this forever.

00:29:53.940 This is why we've been the leaders, not just in the anti-CCP movement, but telling you we have to decouple.

00:29:59.980 If you kick the can down the road, there's only so far.

00:30:02.500 When it comes, push comes to shove, they're going to come after us, and they're coming after us.

00:30:06.700 And this is why this Ukraine situation, because you have a kinetic part of the war on the western part of the Eurasian landmass, the landmass taken as a whole, right, in Ukraine, in the bloodlands.

00:30:20.220 And a brutal, violent, over 2.5 million casualties, as President Trump reports, about a million eight from the Ukrainians, over a million, maybe a million and a half from the Russians.

00:30:29.300 On the opposite side, with the Chinese Communist Party, the South China Sea, the Taiwan, right, now you have the CCP going, understanding they have a chokehold on us when it comes to heavy rare earths.

00:30:43.660 This is the whole reason we're playing footsie with Lula now, because the only other part of the world that has it is Brazil.

00:30:49.260 This couldn't get more serious.

00:30:50.680 You're seeing in Zero Hedge, I'll get this up later, you can grind production lines to a halt.

00:30:55.560 And the Secretary of Interior, Burgum, and, you know, building the 200-mile road, gravel road into Alaska, this is all great.

00:31:04.920 It needs to be done immediately.

00:31:06.260 It should have been done years ago, but it's no time now to be pointing fingers of blame.

00:31:10.860 You've got to get on with it.

00:31:12.780 But we're at full-scale economic war.

00:31:15.200 Why is gold exploding?

00:31:18.040 We told you what was going to happen.

00:31:20.060 It has always been a hedge against geopolitical risk.

00:31:23.420 Now banks are saying, hey, guess what?

00:31:25.880 Maybe this euro is not really an asset.

00:31:28.560 Maybe U.S. government debt is not an asset I should have as an asset class.

00:31:32.860 Maybe I should load up more on gold.

00:31:35.160 Gold's at $4,279.

00:31:36.360 Remember, we never tell you to go out and buy gold because of the price.

00:31:39.320 You need to learn the process of what drives value in gold.

00:31:42.960 Birchgold.com.

00:31:44.760 Promo code Bannon, the end of the dollar empire.

00:31:47.160 Over four years, seven free installments, eight and nine are coming.

00:31:51.140 We're working on it, but go get it today and talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:31:54.480 Do not miss that.

00:31:55.200 The two sides of this war, Ben Harnwell, is Zelensky's coming tomorrow, seeing the striking

00:32:03.000 power of the Tomahawk, which is a 1970s technology that was out in the fleet when I was a young

00:32:11.120 officer back in the late 70s, a 1970s technology had been updated.

00:32:15.840 The striking power against the Persians' above-ground nuclear facilities wiped them out with 30 Tomahawks 1.00

00:32:22.760 delivered from Navy submarines was not lost on Zelensky.

00:32:26.800 And the striking power, I don't know, goes 1,500 miles.

00:32:29.860 It puts Moscow and maybe even St. Petersburg in target range of Zelensky.

00:32:37.160 The Russians have come out and they said the Sun, a newspaper in England reporting, what,

00:32:41.860 two million?

00:32:42.540 They're prepared to call up two million troops if this happens.

00:32:45.960 At the same time, their partners, the Chinese Communist Party, are saying, hey, double down,

00:32:52.020 triple down because we're about to grind America's production capability. 0.78

00:32:56.860 When I say not some theoretical capacity, I mean production lines of our heaviest manufacturers

00:33:03.300 grinding to a halt.

00:33:06.180 Ben Harnwell, your thoughts and assessment, sir?

00:33:10.580 The limit, the range of the Tomahawk missile is around, as you say, 1,500 miles.

00:33:18.260 And it has huge destructive capacity.

00:33:20.740 But that's not why Zelensky wants them.

00:33:22.700 Zelensky wants them because he wants you guys in the war. 0.62

00:33:27.060 He has no chance of winning this war without America involved kinetically in this war against 0.65

00:33:32.220 Russia.

00:33:32.820 That's why he wants these Tomahawks.

00:33:35.020 He wants you to supply them to him via NATO or whatever.

00:33:38.880 But he wants America to supply him the missiles and give him the intelligence in order to direct

00:33:45.600 them and to hit targets.

00:33:47.020 And Moscow is well within that 1,500 miles range.

00:33:50.540 That is his, from his perspective, Steve, it makes perfect sense.

00:33:55.820 What doesn't make sense is why President Trump hasn't stamped this out when it was first

00:34:01.940 floated.

00:34:02.680 It is not in America's interest to be dragged into this war.

00:34:06.220 That is what Zelensky is trying to do.

00:34:07.700 Well, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:34:11.180 I know, by the way, they want us as a combatant.

00:34:13.920 And President Trump, let's be blunt.

00:34:16.040 In the Persian, in the 12-day war, we were a combatant.

00:34:19.020 We started off immediately, the Israelis dragged us in immediately as defensive. 1.00

00:34:22.760 We had Aegis-class cruisers sent to the eastern Mediterranean.

00:34:26.740 We gave them 25% of our THAADs.

00:34:28.320 We sent Patriot missiles.

00:34:29.700 They could not defend themselves.

00:34:31.140 The reason this war came to an end in 12 days, President Trump knew that Tel Aviv was getting

00:34:35.580 crushed because they couldn't stop the onslaught coming from the Persians. 1.00

00:34:39.420 Forget the offensive capability, which they did not have.

00:34:42.020 They depended upon the United States to deliver.

00:34:43.660 But President Trump sees something.

00:34:45.800 Give me a minute or two on escalation to de-escalate.

00:34:50.760 I think his bet here is that everything he's tried to do with Russia, with Putin, he would

00:34:56.900 be the first to admit, hasn't worked so far, right?

00:34:59.720 So he's going to threaten escalation to finally get Putin's attention.

00:35:05.020 Do you buy that?

00:35:05.820 Or you think we're heading down the road to perdition that then we're going to get

00:35:09.440 to be an active combatant, sir?

00:35:12.860 Steve, Russia is not the vassal state of America that Israel is.

00:35:18.920 Israel can be, at the end of the day, Israel can be ordered what to do by America.

00:35:23.820 And Trump did it magnificently, right?

00:35:28.140 He did, Trump did it magnificently.

00:35:29.960 Russia is not the same vassal state.

00:35:32.180 But for Russia, this is an existential issue.

00:35:35.900 OK, why is this escalate to de-escalate not going to work?

00:35:40.400 You can look at it now.

00:35:41.700 The day before the White House summit between Zelensky and Trump, what has been the Russian

00:35:47.200 position today?

00:35:48.240 They are now floating that they were called up to two million reservists to come and fight

00:35:56.320 in Ukraine.

00:35:58.620 Two million reservists.

00:35:59.720 That builds, Steve, on what I was saying just before the break about the fact that your

00:36:04.660 so-called allies here in Europe aren't with you.

00:36:08.760 They are performative and they are theatrics.

00:36:11.420 If America goes into this war, Steve, America goes in effectively alone.

00:36:16.880 That's the point.

00:36:17.440 And I can only give credit to the Russians on this, that the day before this meeting is

00:36:26.240 taking place, Russia is not threatening a nuclear response.

00:36:31.140 Russia's response to this moment, as of today, as of this moment, is maintaining itself within

00:36:37.440 the sphere of conventional warfare.

00:36:39.820 You supply Zelensky with the Tomahawks, you supply Zelensky with the Tomahawks, and we will 0.94

00:36:47.380 conscript two million people to come and fight.

00:36:50.900 Credit to the Russians.

00:36:52.360 They don't.

00:36:53.240 Right.

00:36:54.220 Because if they weren't showing this maturity, this would all end.

00:36:57.580 This would all end in mushroom clouds.

00:36:59.800 They don't care how many people either side put into the meat grinder. 0.77

00:37:06.660 This is one of the reasons that they're having call-ups and all this stuff in Europe.

00:37:10.040 They ain't sending any troops.

00:37:12.180 This is a kill zone.

00:37:13.200 It's not called the bloodlines for nothing.

00:37:15.340 Okay.

00:37:16.420 1.8 million.

00:37:17.680 And I'm quoting the president of the United States.

00:37:19.840 1.8 million Ukrainians dead or wounded.

00:37:23.820 A million to 1.5 million Russians.

00:37:26.560 You're talking roughly 3 million people since the start of this war.

00:37:30.320 And we warned everybody this was going to happen.

00:37:32.120 So I don't want to hear all the happy talk in MSNBC and CNN for Admiral Stavridis. 0.85

00:37:36.660 And General Clark and all these clowns that got us in this situation. 0.80

00:37:40.640 In Russia, let me be blunt. 0.98

00:37:42.700 They're calling our bluff.

00:37:44.300 They're saying, okay, you give them tomahawks.

00:37:47.180 We're going to increase this thing.

00:37:48.320 And next stop is Kiev.

00:37:49.560 And we'll see you there defending Kiev.

00:37:51.820 The kinetic part of this war, we're getting sucked into it.

00:37:55.420 President Trump magnificently shut down the Israelis and the Israel First Crowd when they tried to get us involved in the decapitation and regime change in Persia.

00:38:05.620 He ended that with the total obliteration strike from our B-2s and the United States Navy with the tomahawks. 0.78

00:38:13.740 We avoided that.

00:38:14.700 And I think, quite frankly, ended up with not a great deal for Israel.

00:38:19.160 I think the two-state solution, particularly with Qatar financing it and the Turks providing security, I just don't see this working.

00:38:26.480 In Israel's best interest over time.

00:38:30.940 But I tell you, they're calling our bluff right now.

00:38:33.740 This meeting with Zelensky couldn't be more important tomorrow.

00:38:36.020 And I know President Trump, the master negotiator, if ever we needed Trump at peak Trump, we need him tomorrow at peak Trump because we are getting sucked in.

00:38:45.380 And the Chinese see this.

00:38:46.480 This is why they've dropped the hammer.

00:38:48.260 They walked away from the commitments they made in June and July on rare earths that Secretary Besant and our trade representative, Peter Navarro, all that team made.

00:39:00.160 They've walked away from it.

00:39:01.120 Why?

00:39:02.040 They understand now it's a time to shut.

00:39:04.080 Call the United States bluff.

00:39:05.160 You guys are such tough guys.

00:39:07.080 Let's see it.

00:39:07.740 Let's see if you've got the capacity.

00:39:09.220 Let's see if you can actually keep a production line going without the rare earths that, oh, by the way, we bought the processing company out of Ohio back in 2015.

00:39:19.820 And Obama and these guys said nothing about it.

00:39:22.620 They understand leverage.

00:39:24.300 And they understand leverage points.

00:39:25.840 And right now, this is like the summer of 1939.

00:39:32.460 This is where we are.

00:39:33.600 It couldn't be more dangerous.

00:39:35.600 And one bad move, the whole thing could come tumbling down.

00:39:41.020 Why do you think gold's on a roll right now?

00:39:43.320 Ben Harnwell, where do people go to your social media to get all your information?

00:39:47.020 Thanks, Steve.

00:39:48.520 I'll be updating this as the evidence for hours, obviously.

00:39:52.040 Getter, Steve.

00:39:53.040 It's my social media platform of choice.

00:39:55.160 Just tap in my surname, Harnwell.

00:39:57.760 And there I am.

00:39:59.120 Give me 30 seconds to respond to what you just said about Bibi and coming out with a bad deal at the end of this. 1.00

00:40:06.020 You're right.

00:40:07.160 He did come out with a deal which wasn't great.

00:40:09.820 But I happen to think, and perhaps we can talk about this at another point.

00:40:13.660 I happen to think, actually, if anybody else had been prime minister of Israel over the past 30 days, they would have come out with a better deal than what Bibi did.

00:40:24.260 And, effectively, Bibi deceived President Trump over the situation with regards to Iran, backed up by the Israel first stooges in the United States. 0.85

00:40:34.900 And President Trump wanted to free himself of that.

00:40:37.960 And I think he, as you say, as I say, he acted magnificently.

00:40:42.820 But I think anyone else, had anyone else been prime minister of Israel, they might have actually been able to persuade President Trump to give them a better deal.

00:40:52.140 But Bibi got what he deserved. 0.93

00:40:55.380 Getter, Steve.

00:40:56.360 Harnwell at Getter.

00:40:59.620 Unfortunately, what he deserved is now going to have massive implications for Israel and for the United States for years to come.

00:41:06.300 I'm just telling you, we got a proto-Palestinian state with a foothold in Israel, financed by Qatar on one hand. 0.52

00:41:16.060 And people know where I stand on Qatar.

00:41:17.420 They're the railhead of the Muslim Brotherhood. 1.00

00:41:18.820 In fact, the convening authorities, and I understand President Trump was looking for a deal, but the pressure about the hostages, and look, the hostages is a terrible situation.

00:41:28.540 It's a terrible situation.

00:41:30.620 But what would the leaders of Israel have done in 67 and 73?

00:41:36.900 Just the hostages are a casualty of war.

00:41:38.840 And we can't be held up by these terrorists that are going to put the gun to our head on that.

00:41:43.640 You've got to be tough.

00:41:44.600 You've got to be hard.

00:41:45.300 Like I said, from the day that we covered it live, October 7th, if you've got to go through hell, you have to go through as quickly as possible.

00:41:52.340 That's not what happened, and we are where we are.

00:41:55.160 But I'm telling you, the situation in Ukraine, the situation of the Chinese Communist Party couldn't be more dangerous.

00:42:03.900 And the international gold market is telling you that.

00:42:07.480 Ben Harnwell, thank you so much for joining us.

00:42:09.860 Appreciate you.

00:42:10.460 We're going to take a short break.

00:42:16.340 Gabe Kaminsky is going to join us.

00:42:19.200 He's got a scoop, a massive scoop, about the Secretary of Treasury in the Treasury Department.

00:42:24.600 At the same time, Brian Schwartz and the team at the Wall Street Journal dropped a bomb about the IRS.

00:42:30.680 President Trump and his administration is getting very real and very focused.

00:42:34.740 When we talk about taking down the deep state, things are happening and things are moving.

00:42:40.000 And this couldn't come at a more critical time on what I think is everything we've got going on is one of the most, if not the most important thing we have to do.

00:42:47.620 Okay.

00:42:48.380 I have a short – you get a short access to the situation with gold by just texting, taking Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, text Bannon at 989898.

00:44:21.980 Trump administration is paving the way to make it easier for the IRS to criminally investigate left-leaning groups, including major Democratic donors.

00:44:33.540 That's according to new reporting from The Wall Street Journal.

00:44:36.820 The paper reports, quote,

00:44:38.680 The undertaking aims to install allies of President Trump at the IRS Criminal Investigative Division to exert firmer control over the unit and weaken the involvement of IRS lawyers.

00:44:54.600 Adding, quote,

00:44:55.420 The proposed changes could open the door to politically motivated probes.

00:45:01.020 The effort is being driven by a top advisor to Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, who is also serving as acting IRS commissioner.

00:45:11.120 Okay, Gabe Kaminsky from the Free Press is going to join us.

00:45:16.940 He had a scoop.

00:45:17.680 Now, here's how you got to think about this.

00:45:20.400 Gabe's story is the predicate for the IRS story.

00:45:25.100 Gabe, your scoop is about the Treasury Department in this line of work.

00:45:30.300 Walk us through what you found out about Treasury and why it's kind of a predicate and or a bridge to what's going to happen at the IRS, sir.

00:45:39.760 Yeah, Steve, thanks for having me again.

00:45:41.300 What we reported at the Free Press yesterday is that the Treasury Department's Financial and Crimes Enforcement Network, also known as FINCEN, which is an office within the U.S. Treasury Department that investigates money laundering and terrorist financing domestically and overseas.

00:46:00.920 We reported that that office is encouraging financial institutions, i.e. banks, to report any information to the U.S. government on what they call suspected domestic terrorist activity.

00:46:18.060 And so the Treasury Department, this is part of a broader move within the entire Trump administration.

00:46:23.640 And as you said, that Wall Street Journal story on the IRS for the Trump administration to, in its mind, go after left-leaning or Antifa, what it calls Antifa funding networks after the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

00:46:42.660 See, this is part of the whole – this is why getting the designation as a domestic terrorist organization and now hopefully international terrorist organization is so important.

00:46:50.000 Just tell me, when you use two terms, brother, that is putting the fear of God in these people, money laundering and terrorist financing.

00:46:59.780 You've got literally the pros from Dover Treasury, the pipe hitters over there that know this backwards and forwards, now focused on people that may be doing this to fund these organizations in the United States.

00:47:13.820 Do I read that correctly?

00:47:15.100 Yeah, that is correct, and I think it does demonstrate the sort of seriousness of how the Trump administration is claiming to be aiming to go after these sort of funding networks.

00:47:28.980 I think the real big questions, and this is a question that I posed to a former senior IRS attorney who we quoted in the story, is how the Trump administration, through any of these investigations, is going to aim to adequately connect funding to what it calls Antifa.

00:47:49.960 And I think the point I'm saying that Antifa, and I think the point I'm saying that Antifa is not – there's not one Antifa organization.

00:47:56.220 It's not a registered charity.

00:47:57.860 It's not a 501c4.

00:47:59.400 It's not a super PAC.

00:48:00.920 It's pretty decentralized and grassroots.

00:48:03.640 There are – it's a left-wing movement.

00:48:06.460 And so in order for the Trump administration to adequately sanction and go after its funding networks, there needs to be a determination about what entity it is pursuing and who it is going after.

00:48:17.920 And the reason that is notable is because sort of subsequently or at the same time, the White House has been talking about going after liberal foundations, so including one funded by Democratic megadonor George Soros called the Open Society Foundations, as well as the Ford Foundation.

00:48:35.620 And so with the government talking about going after those groups, it only leads the public to believe that it's possible that they are beginning to determine or aiming to investigate whether those organizations funded by Democratic megadonors are the ones that they are saying align with these progressive funding networks.

00:48:56.100 The reason Gabe's story is so important.

00:49:00.080 On MSNBC, they're talking nonstop about there's no Antifa.

00:49:03.620 It's just that we say Antifa foot soldiers on the ground.

00:49:07.400 Then you've got the people that train them.

00:49:09.340 A lot of people that are in the government, the Antifa guys are saying that and interviews people that leave those groups saying, hey, Army Special Forces guys, intelligence guys are training us.

00:49:17.180 The most important is the interconnections and the financing.

00:49:20.500 And that's what Treasury is telling you.

00:49:22.480 They're putting their top people on money laundering and terrorist financing to go after that.

00:49:27.060 This is sending shockwaves.

00:49:28.280 In fact, Matt Palumbo, who wrote the great book on Soros and now is about to publish the book on Soros, is going to be our guest tomorrow based upon when he read Kaminsky's reporting about Treasury.

00:49:40.840 He contacted me right away and said, hey, I got to get up.

00:49:42.800 This is as important as it gets because they are clearly going to be the targets.

00:49:46.780 Gabe, before I let you go, and by the way, so Grace and Mo, we're going to put both stories up and push them both out. 0.96

00:49:53.080 They're kind of two sides of a same coin, a whole of government approach, Treasury through the Kaminsky article of Free Press and then Schwartz at the Wall Street Journal on the Treasury piece.

00:50:03.800 Gabe, this is one of the reasons you're seeing the action and how it's putting a chill on the left.

00:50:08.760 This is one of the reasons I've been one of the strongest advocates in the White House.

00:50:12.960 I tried it, but they just crushed us.

00:50:14.880 To designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.

00:50:18.400 Once you get these designations, it opens up a whole toolbox at Treasury, at IRS for the whole of government to start looking at these organizations and taking them apart, correct?

00:50:28.380 No, that is absolutely correct.

00:50:32.120 I think the one sort of important caveat to that is Trump issued an executive order that's purported to be designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist group.

00:50:44.120 I think the really important thing for listeners and just the public to be aware of is that really, as we talked about in the show, Antifa is not a single entity, which makes it pretty difficult to sort of designate it as a terrorist group.

00:50:58.700 And moreover, the U.S. government has a mechanism to designate foreign groups as terrorists, as foreign terrorist organizations.

00:51:07.640 But a domestic decentralized group, Antifa, it is difficult.

00:51:11.180 And that is why you say, actually, with the Muslim Brotherhood, if the government determines that the Muslim Brotherhood is a single entity, yes, it would be easier to designate them.

00:51:20.600 And that would come with financial ramifications.

00:51:23.780 We have to put that at the top of the stack.

00:51:25.960 That's something we're obviously working on behind the scenes as we did in the first term.

00:51:30.180 But we got the capital moved to Jerusalem.

00:51:32.680 So you got to take it.

00:51:34.380 You got to take it a step of time.

00:51:35.380 Gabe, amazing reporting.

00:51:37.040 Where do people go to get you to free press in your social media?

00:51:39.920 Yeah, you can follow me on X at G.E. Kaminsky, G-E-K-A-M-I-N-S-K-Y, and read all of my reporting at thefp.com.

00:51:51.420 Thank you, brother.
