00:00:00.000 Breaking news out of Portland, the Ninth Circuit, breaking news about Portland, I should say.
00:00:04.880 The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned Judge Emmergut's order blocking the federalization
00:00:10.280 of the National Guard, which means President Trump can deploy the National Guard into Portland,
00:00:17.080 Oregon. That is a big, big, big deal. It is a big deal. And I want to just correct one thing
00:00:21.860 and then explain why functionally it is the same. This is a stay of Judge Emmergut's opinion.
00:00:26.740 And that's why it reached the Ninth Circuit as soon as it did, because this is an emergency
00:00:30.840 motion to essentially pause her order. But as a functional matter, you are absolutely correct.
00:00:36.700 It has the function of overturning her order and thereby allowing the president to send
00:00:42.360 the National Guard back onto the streets of Portland. And Katie, I want to read, if I can,
00:00:47.380 just from a little bit of the beginning of this 93 page opinion. It says after considering the
00:00:52.560 record and by the record, they mean all the factual evidence at this preliminary stage,
00:00:56.380 we conclude that it is likely that the president lawfully exercised his statutory authority under
00:01:02.660 10 U.S.C. Section 12406. That's the statute we've been referring to as Title 10 when we have
00:01:09.100 conversations about the National Guard deployments, which authorizes the federalization of the
00:01:13.040 National Guard when the president is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United
00:01:18.820 States. And this is the important part. The evidence the president relied on reflects,
00:01:22.840 quote, a colorable assessment of the facts and law within a range of honest judgment. We thus
00:01:29.240 conclude that defendants are likely to succeed on the merits of their appeal, basically saying that
00:01:35.180 when and if a court considers all of the record in this matter is tried and it gets back to an
00:01:41.360 appellate court through an ordinary process where they have full briefing and full evidence that they
00:01:46.040 still think Donald Trump is likely to prevail there because he has the discretion to determine as the
00:01:53.420 president within a range of honest judgment when it is reasonable.
00:01:57.040 So we're going to be here to talk about lots of lots of different things. And we might take a few
00:02:04.740 questions before, but we are discussing critical minerals and rare earths. And we're going to be
00:02:11.740 signing an agreement that's been negotiated over a period of four or five months. And it was sort of
00:02:16.960 good timing that we got it done just in time for the visit. And we work together very much on rare
00:02:22.480 earths, critical minerals and lots of other things. And we've had a very good relationship. We've been
00:02:28.100 working on that for quite a while. In about a year from now, we'll have so much critical mineral and
00:02:34.600 rare earths that you won't know what to do with them. They'll be worth about $2. But in the meantime,
00:02:40.220 we're working with Australia and other countries. They're working with us too. But other countries also
00:02:47.260 on that. But we're really working on anything having to do with military, military protection,
00:02:54.000 military ships, vehicles, guns, ammunition, everything, the whole thing. We've been long-term,
00:03:02.780 long-time allies. And I would say there's never been anybody better. We fought wars together.
00:03:10.100 We never had any doubts. And it's a great honor to have you as my friend. It's a great honor to have
00:03:15.640 you in the United States of America. We're seeing a peaceful opposition against Trump,
00:03:21.140 the likes that our country hasn't seen in a long time. And it's infuriating him. He's threatening to
00:03:29.180 potentially deploy the National Guard into San Francisco, which is why things like No Kings are 0.56
00:03:34.220 so important. Because this isn't a sprint. It's a marathon. And getting people on the ground gets
00:03:39.600 people connected with those community networks, which gives them the ability to resist against
00:03:43.380 Trump's regime every single day. And more importantly, it gives people the courage to
00:03:49.180 stand up. There was a poll that went out that four of five U.S. troops understand their duty to
00:03:54.080 disobey illegal orders. Using the military to crush peaceful dissent, using the National Guard
00:04:00.820 to crush peaceful dissent is illegal. It's fascist. It's what Trump wants to do. It's what he already
00:04:07.220 did in L.A. And it's what he's trying to do in Chicago and Portland and Memphis and in D.C.
00:04:12.700 and what he's going to try to do in San Francisco. And things like No Kings give both elected officials
00:04:18.520 and potentially pillars of this regime, people like the military, people like civil service employees,
00:04:24.840 the courage to stand up, to risk their own jobs and livelihoods because they know that we,
00:04:30.620 the people are backing them and that together we can stop this regime before it harms and destroys
00:04:37.460 our entire country.
00:04:41.040 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:45.940 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:04:51.200 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a belly full of it.
00:04:57.440 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:05:00.520 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:05:02.740 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega Media. I wish in my soul,
00:05:09.120 I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:05:16.700 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:05:23.020 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:05:30.520 Monday, 20 October, year of our Lord, 2025. Another historic day. By the way, at the last speaker,
00:05:37.700 if he's saying that no kings is going to give backup to pillars of the regime to like work
00:05:44.920 against President Trump, the military, or the just what? No Kings was an epic fail. Now they're
00:05:51.120 breaking it down to a couple of hundred thousand people showed up in New York and Chicago and places
00:05:56.720 like that where you can have any kind of protest and get a couple of hundred thousand to show up.
00:06:00.900 It's no seven million. That's a joke. Everybody knows that. It's just a bunch of old white, 1.00
00:06:05.900 you know, a bunch of old white liberals, teachers, you know, college professors,
00:06:12.800 other irrelevant people wandering around, wandering around. If that's what you're counting on,
00:06:19.900 George Soros' money, not well spent, you're taking out a barrel out into the front yard and just burned
00:06:25.480 it. Well, I don't think that's going to give anybody any, oh, I feel so, no Kings was so massive. I,
00:06:30.820 you know, I think I can go and countermand the commander in chief's orders. Yeah. I don't think
00:06:35.680 that's going to be, I don't think you see a lot of that. If that's what you're hoping for, epic fail.
00:06:40.400 Also the court courts. Yeah. Go to Portland. And you heard the big, these are the same people that
00:06:47.680 said, oh, you know, this is going to be backed up by the repellent court. This is going to be
00:06:51.420 backed up all the way Supreme court. And now they're running around for all the reasons that, oh yeah,
00:06:56.040 well, you know, really they're just trying to get through this. And no, president Trump's got full
00:07:01.180 power article. You heard this one before article to power. In fact, can we pull, I think I got it too.
00:07:07.920 It's up on getter Maria Bartiromo yesterday, president Trump used my famous, my best phrase,
00:07:16.340 the best phrase ever. He goes, Hey Maria, you do know that I'm the chief law enforcement officer
00:07:22.740 of the United States government. Ba boom, ba boom. Do you got that one? We can. Can you go and play
00:07:29.820 that man? What a way to start this production team, production team back in there, in there,
00:07:36.380 and they're rocking. Let's go in here. Uh, the president from Maria Bartiromo.
00:07:40.580 I'm the chief law enforcement officer of the United States. You know that, right? A lot of people say,
00:07:47.080 oh, he's the president. He should know I'm the chief law enforcement. I'm allowed to be involved in it,
00:07:51.800 but I haven't chosen to. Boom.
00:07:59.700 Tonight, Rachel Maddow, Germany night. Suck on that girl. 1.00
00:08:05.000 Yo, that's his article to power. And he's using his article to power.
00:08:09.980 And the appellate court just backed him up. San Francisco, Portland, let's roll. Let's,
00:08:18.620 let's stop the invasion and repel the invaders. And let's lock up in a federal prison. Anybody
00:08:26.820 tries to get in your way, including people out there trying to dox ice officers or the military,
00:08:31.560 any of it. It's time to stop playing games with these people. President's got this great phrase,
00:08:36.180 no games, no games. When he says that, you know, he's serious that something's going on in
00:08:40.960 negotiation or some event or activity that he's just tired of it. No games. Kind of. I think what
00:08:47.420 he told Kushner and Witkoff, when he put them on the plane, said, I want a deal and tell Netanyahu,
00:08:53.580 no games, no more games, no games. The reason Marco wasn't on the plane with him was his disastrous
00:09:01.740 showing as we highlighted a couple of weeks before. It's time. Of course, Netanyahu's in 0.88
00:09:09.100 the times of Israel today saying, Trump did not order me. Trump did not force me into signing
00:09:15.360 this. Okay, baby, good try. Let Tel Aviv Levin push that one on, on the, on the, on his radio
00:09:21.760 show. Let me push that one. You weren't forced. You did it willingly because all your, I forgot,
00:09:26.920 all your objectives in the Gaza war were met. Unreal. Historic today in the cabinet room
00:09:36.460 with the prime minister of Australia, Stan, you're with me. And Stan, I'm going to let you
00:09:43.600 take a crack. It's too late on a Monday. We've been too busy here in the war room. I'm going to
00:09:48.040 let you take a crack of your last name. It's Stan.
00:09:52.500 Wojewodzki. And it's good to be back. Thanks for having me again on the show.
00:09:55.800 So, so listen, the reason I love having you on, you're, you're, you're, you're my quiet weapon
00:10:01.200 over there. You did nothing but called shots. You called the shot on the rare earth. You called
00:10:05.600 the shot on the submarines. Let's start with, why was this so important, a meeting? And, and,
00:10:11.420 and look, the president, we can be open about this. He had exactly been loving up on the Australian
00:10:16.440 prime minister, had Kevin Rudd in there. And we've had Rudd. We've got Rudd's book, who we love the
00:10:22.900 book on the Chinese Communist Party. He did a great job on that. But he and Rudd have,
00:10:26.720 have had disagreements. And he had Rudd in there today and said, where's another prime
00:10:29.900 minister? The one says, you know, we've said bad things about each other. He had Rudd
00:10:34.820 in there. He had the current prime minister, which they've never been particularly close
00:10:39.440 today. They were like brothers in arms. I've never seen such a positive meeting, a positive
00:10:44.640 bilat. He also didn't do in the Oval. I think they did it in the cabinet room so you can get
00:10:48.820 more media in there. Um, why was this so important to get the sign right at the top? That's how
00:10:55.680 important it was for Trump. They walk in, they signed the, they signed this deal right at the top
00:11:00.480 on, um, on rare earths because, uh, Besant is in route to go meet with the Chinese finance
00:11:07.280 minister. And Trump had said at this meeting, which I don't know that Beijing has not verified
00:11:11.980 it, but president Trump said he's meeting with Xi. Why was the rare earth such a big deal,
00:11:16.820 sir? I mean, uh, first of all, I think it's an, it was a very good meeting. It's definitely a win
00:11:23.460 for Australia. It took about 270 days since prime minister Albanese was, uh, uh, reelected. And that's
00:11:29.980 the longest, I think in the last 10 or 15 years that the two heads of states, uh, took to meet, uh, on
00:11:36.760 the heels of a victory. So that left the door open for a lot of pundits and, and, and criticism
00:11:43.640 that perhaps PM Albanese might not have the ear of president Trump, perhaps the AUKUS submarine deal
00:11:51.360 might be in, you know, in troubled water waters. And obviously today, uh, uh, for you and I, uh,
00:11:58.440 folks like us who've been paying keen attention over the past year on where this alliance might go.
00:12:03.740 It was a confirmation that, uh, the U S remains a steadfast partner in such an important, uh, um,
00:12:12.500 naval alliance in such a critical part of the world. That is the Indo-Pacific additionally.
00:12:18.820 And I think you're probably one of, uh, those that have covered the most, uh, some of the moves on
00:12:24.680 the part of China and the CCP to play hardball in the rare earth space to try and, uh, a corner the
00:12:33.420 United States by limiting exports of anything that has a remotely 0.1% of, uh, uh, critical minerals
00:12:43.680 or rare earth. Uh, and that means the entire technology and information industry, uh, across
00:12:50.100 all sectors, strategic, uh, sectors that is. And so, um, this, uh, this technology prosperity deal
00:12:59.880 that was signed right off the bat in the cabinet room between the two, uh, administrations, uh,
00:13:06.640 first reaffirms AUKUS, but also, uh, paves the way for a long-term strategic partnership
00:13:12.480 in sourcing critical minerals and rare earth. And it's, um, you know, it's a chess move on,
00:13:19.540 on China's, uh, attempt at pressuring, uh, the U S and its partners along, uh, the rare earth,
00:13:28.540 uh, uh, uh, route, which is so critical to our national security. So to the pundits back
00:13:34.980 in Australia, which have had 270 days to undermine and criticize both president Trump from far,
00:13:41.760 but also at home, their prime minister that the Trump administration was in retreat and
00:13:48.160 could not be relied upon. I think it's a strong message to our allies and our adversaries in
00:13:54.160 the region that have doubted that the U S would stick to its end of the bargain. It's also a very
00:14:00.840 strong message. It reaffirms, uh, and reassures our allies and it gives predictability, uh, if I want
00:14:09.440 to be politically correct to our adversaries, uh, it, uh, projects, you know, uh, continued naval
00:14:16.900 supremacy and the notion that, uh, the U S remains the world's leading naval force augmented now with
00:14:24.960 Australia and the UK and this, you know, generational partnership that we've come to know as AUKUS.
00:14:30.980 Um, Deterrence is in fact, the name of the game. I mentioned it in my last conversation with you,
00:14:38.900 peace through strength is a doctrine and stealth remains the most important element of both our
00:14:44.820 stand stand, stand, stand, hang on for one second. I'm going to hold you over to the next week.

00:16:52.440 That'll be fair. And you cover it as well as anybody that's ever covered this subject. You
00:16:57.780 know, it's a very complex subject. But China has ripped us off from day one. And, you know, 0.97
00:17:03.600 Richard Nixon, he allowed this to happen. You know, he was the one, he opened China. And I said,
00:17:13.200 is that good or bad? You tell me. He unleashed it. And we have a very strong
00:17:18.680 adversary. And they only respect strike.
00:17:24.880 Wow. President Trump, give me a little real politique.
00:17:30.580 Stan, I would just want to back up for one second. And this is why I'd love your call,
00:17:34.220 shot, because this was very controversial for the last couple of years. And a lot of guys like
00:17:37.480 Stan and myself and others that were huge advocates of this, not just media in Australia,
00:17:44.140 but also in the region and others said that day's over. Trump's, you know, Trump's an isolationist.
00:17:51.260 The CCP has intimidated the Australian people too much. They got called out. It was all proven wrong.
00:17:57.320 Just just give me a minute of why this submarine deal is so important for the to show the strength
00:18:04.720 of the alliance, really Australia, the United States and Great Britain to stand up to the Chinese
00:18:10.000 Communist Party and to show the people in the region that are not Australians, not English or not 0.66
00:18:15.460 Americans, that we're not messing around here, sir. Sure. Thank you again. I think as we discussed on
00:18:22.320 the 250 year anniversary of the U.S. Navy, at any given time, on any given day, you have six, seven,
00:18:28.780 eight nations and island nations in the Indo-Pacific that are being challenged in their exclusive
00:18:34.680 economic zones in their territorial waters by an adversary, the People's Liberation Navy or its
00:18:42.680 maritime militia. And the Indo-Pacific has become ground zero of global competition. Naval warfare capacity
00:18:54.680 and projection remains the realm of global powers. Australia sits in the middle of this body of
00:19:04.680 water. It is a critical partner. And this generational partnership that was signed under a previous
00:19:12.980 administration and that was reviewed under President Trump signals to our partners and our
00:19:24.340 allies in the region that they're not alone in standing up to some of the bullying that the maritime
00:19:31.500 militia or the People's Liberation Navy exerts on their fisheries, on their territorial waters, on their
00:19:41.420 territorial claims. And therefore, it was of the utmost importance once AUKUS was signed not to pull back
00:19:52.680 from it because both allies and adversaries have already computed and incorporated that into their
00:19:59.240 war games. And therefore, had we pulled out or had anything happen to this alliance, it would leave a
00:20:05.400 massive vacuum, which would be immediately filled by our adversaries. I have to maybe state that something
00:20:13.440 you must know over the last two, three days, there's been a lot of noise coming out of the CCP. I think on October 17,
00:20:23.040 the Defense Ministry announced that the central, the Vice Chair of the Central Military Commission, a member of the
00:20:30.000 Politburo and eight other senior military commanders had been expelled from the Communist Party and the military for serious
00:20:38.480 violations of party discipline. So the lines are shifting. It's very hard, very opaque, very hard to
00:20:45.120 read what is going on behind closed doors with the party. But certainly, this peace through strength and this
00:20:58.560 reassurance of our commitments to our allies, both within NATO and outside of NATO, but certainly in the
00:21:05.440 in the in the Indo-Pacific is is making is making the rounds and is being noticed by both our adversaries and our
00:21:15.360 allies. By the way, we're gonna we're gonna the seven o'clock or six o'clock our excuse me, we're gonna go through
00:21:21.360 this even in more depth because President Trump, the Chinese Communist Party has thrown down in an open, active and
00:21:28.400 serious economic war against the United States with these heavy rare earths. And President Trump,
00:21:35.200 this is why it's going to be Australia first and next is going to get one of the Brazil. He's fighting
00:21:40.320 back and given some ammo to Scott Besson. He goes over and President Trump announced that he's going to
00:21:45.440 meet. We're going to cover it all. Also, the buried lead President Trump goes in a year, we're going to be
00:21:52.480 fine in a year going to just take that out in your number two, Princeton, write that down. That is 12
00:21:59.200 months. That's a long time, particularly when you're when people in your production, you know,
00:22:03.520 the Ford Motor Company, we got to shut down the lines in six weeks. This is what the CCP is trying
00:22:09.520 to do to the United States. It's what it's trying to do to President Trump as much as he's tried to,
00:22:14.960 I think, accommodate them in some of their struggles with their economy. Stan, what's your social media?
00:22:20.560 You've been ahead of this and today was two called shots, one on the rare earths and the other on this
00:22:26.000 massive submarine deal. Where do people find you, sir, for your writings? On LinkedIn or on your show
00:22:32.400 most of the time. Steve, thank you again for inviting me. As I mentioned the last time,
00:22:37.760 stealth is the name of the game, including in our advisory role. We love guys and know what
00:22:44.080 they're talking about and can get our audience information and knowledge well before it happens.
00:22:48.480 Thank you, sir. Thank you. Have a good night. Those are the guys you want to get on. Guys
00:22:53.520 who will tell you weeks and months ahead, hey, here's what's going to happen and here's why it's
00:22:56.960 going to happen. Very impressive. Big day for President Trump. Very big day. And this Chinese 1.00
00:23:03.280 Communist Party thing is only going to get ugly. We're going to break it all down with various
00:23:07.280 people at six. I've got Michael Patrick Leahy. I've got to tell you, I've known Leahy for a long
00:23:14.720 time. He's a comrade in arms. You've got to go pretty far in the woods to hit his tripwire. But
00:23:20.800 man, when you hit Leahy's tripwire, action's coming. Last night on 60 Minutes where I was obsessed with
00:23:28.160 the with the Jared Kushner and Witkoff interview, which I thought was so much amazing information
00:23:33.520 came out of there. But Michael Patrick Leahy focused on another part of 60 Minutes, another interview.
00:23:40.400 Let's go ahead and play the cold open and bring in Michael Patrick Leahy. I'm the chief law enforcement
00:23:47.520 officer of the United States. You know that, right? A lot of people say, oh, he's the president. He should.
00:23:52.240 No, I'm the chief law enforcement. I'm allowed to be involved in it. But I haven't chosen to.
00:23:57.760 And DOJ whistleblower Erez Roveni, who was inside the Trump Justice Department,
00:24:02.800 pulled back the curtain on what it looks like inside. And the Trump administration's
00:24:07.440 open defiance of the courts in order to maximize mass deportations. Take a look.
00:24:12.400 It felt like a bomb had gone off. Here is the number three official using expletives to tell
00:24:19.840 career attorneys that we may just have to consider disregarding federal court orders.
00:24:24.400 And then it really hit me. It's like, we really did tell the courts, screw you. We really did just
00:24:32.080 tell the courts, we don't care about your order. You can't tell us what to do.
00:24:38.560 That was just a real gut punch. Normally, people deported in error are returned.
00:24:45.680 But instead, Roveni says that in a phone call from a superior, he was ordered to argue against
00:24:53.360 Abrego Garcia's return by telling a judge that Abrego Garcia was an MS-13 gang member and a terrorist.
00:25:02.160 And I respond, up the chain of command, no way. That is not correct. That is not factually correct.
00:25:12.160 It is not legally correct. That is a lie. And I cannot sign my name to that brief.
00:25:17.600 Well, Michael Patrick Leahy. OK, here's the thing. Barry Weiss is very pro-Israel.
00:25:26.800 She was criticized about this a lot. She's a Zionist. She allows to go on because this 1.00
00:25:34.320 is her first week as executive editor of CBS News. And the first thing she did was,
00:25:41.280 as Michael Patrick Leahy knows, she called the 60 Minutes crew in there and said,
00:25:44.560 hey, you know, certain people think you're biased. And they're like, what are you talking about?
00:25:48.800 It was a full meltdown. They leaked everything to the press. She allowed
00:25:53.200 the Leslie Stahl interview with Witkoff and Jared go forward, which buried Netanyahu, buried him,
00:26:01.760 full stop. Yet this one pops up. And Leahy, you more than any person in the United States of America
00:26:10.560 is on top of the story. Why is this story so outrageous, sir?
00:26:16.880 Well, this is Scott Pelley in 60 Minutes and the anti-Trump propagandists there, a throwdown,
00:26:23.440 a challenge to the leadership of Barry Weiss, because the clips you played are biased, dishonest,
00:26:29.920 and misleading. Particularly that last clip of the Arez Raveni who was fired by the Department of
00:26:37.360 Justice for not zealously defending his client's interest, the United States government. His claim
00:26:42.800 that there was no evidence that Kilmer Obrego Garcia had MS-13 ties is just a flat out lie.
00:26:51.120 In fact, if you go to two immigration court judge decisions in 2019, they kept him in detention while
00:27:01.440 his final deportation hearing was being held, because the two judges concluded there was enough
00:27:07.600 evidence that he was an MS-13 gang member. Now, why didn't Raveni present that to the court? He should
00:27:13.280 have. He didn't.
00:27:17.120 I want to hold you through the break. I want to bring you back, because some of the audience may
00:27:22.160 not understand that you're the guy that broke all this story down in Tennessee with your radio show
00:27:27.280 and the Tennessee Star. You went in, Leahy went in and did the pick and shovel work when all this was,
00:27:34.720 this was just a Maryland father. Remember, he's just a Maryland dad. He's just some guy,
00:27:39.440 a Maryland dad. You know, like a former Colts fan that's now a Ravens fan. He's just a Maryland daddy.
00:27:45.920 Nothing could be farther from the truth. And Michael Patrick Leahy exposed it. Okay, let's be honest. You
00:27:51.680 never thought it would get this far. Maybe you missed the last IRS deadline or you haven't filed taxes
00:27:56.720 in a while. Let me be clear. The IRS is cracking down harder than ever, and this ain't gonna go away

00:29:14.960 People deported in error are returned, but instead, Ruvaney says that in a phone call from a superior,
00:29:22.640 he was ordered to argue against Abrego Garcia's return by telling a judge that Abrego Garcia was an
00:29:30.640 MS-13 gang member and a terrorist. And I respond up to, up the chain of command. No way. That is not
00:29:41.680 correct. That is not factually correct. It is not legally correct. That is, that is a lie. And I,
00:29:47.920 I cannot sign my name to that brief. Okay, Leahy, we're always pressed for time,
00:29:53.200 but I want you to tell the audience because you're the guy, you're the guy that turned him from a 0.97
00:29:58.080 Maryland dead to a gang member because of the research you did with the, I think, Tennessee 0.57
00:30:02.400 State Police records and others. Give me the reasons why that is inaccurate, sir. Because two 2019
00:30:12.240 immigration court judge rulings determined that there was enough evidence that he was an MS-13 gang member,
00:30:17.760 that he was not released during his deportation hearing order. That was evidence that Ruvaney
00:30:22.880 should have, could have, and had a duty to present the court, but he chose not to. He got fired because
00:30:28.160 he didn't zealously represent his client. Also, he, he failed to properly point out to the court this,
00:30:35.840 in that deportation order with the withholding of removal from 2019, the black letter of the order
00:30:43.520 said, you can't send them to Guatemala. It's right there in black and white, like four times.
00:30:48.880 He didn't present that information to the court. So that was another error on his part. And number
00:30:53.840 three, he violated attorney client privilege. He's representing the government. And now he's going
00:30:59.120 and giving information that, uh, to the other side. He was really representing the defendant. That's
00:31:04.640 why he got basically was fired by DOJ. Also that CBS report. Yep. Yep. They failed to report
00:31:12.640 that the case was brought in the wrong venue. Those, uh, terrorists, those Venezuelan terrorists 1.00
00:31:18.080 were in Texas. That's where the, the, uh, the case should have been brought, but it was brought
00:31:23.600 to Judge Bozberg in DC. Why? Because he hates Donald Trump and everybody knows that. Finally,
00:31:30.560 they also claimed that he, they violated court order. A court order given verbally is not a,
00:31:35.440 not a court order. It's gotta be written. By the time that written court order was delivered,
00:31:40.480 all of those, uh, Venezuelan gang members had been deported to El Salvador.
00:31:47.600 Um, what, so Barry, why showed courage in, in putting up the Netanyahu thing, which, you know, 0.65
00:31:53.680 she's very pro Israel and this berries Netanyahu, a brutal interview with, uh, Whitcoff and Jared
00:31:59.600 Kushner. Uh, but this somehow got under the radar scope and you've got the facts. You brought the receipts.
00:32:05.920 What are you requesting of Barry Weiss? Because Barry Weiss, people should know is like in, uh,
00:32:10.560 she's like army command in, uh, Saigon in 1968. She got nothing but enemy around her. They,
00:32:16.560 as soon as she went and talked to the 60 minutes people about this exact topic, you're biased, uh,
00:32:21.840 against the truth, against the facts, and they're all up in arms and they leaked it immediately to
00:32:26.080 the, immediately to the New York Times before she's even out of the room. Uh, what, what remedy are you
00:32:31.600 looking for, for, for the, for this poor woman? I have a direct message. I have a direct message
00:32:37.120 for Barry Weiss. I want at the Tennessee star and individually, Michael Patrick Leahy, I want 13
00:32:42.800 minutes of unedited primetime on CBS news to rebut, to rebut this completely biased and anti-Trump
00:32:50.640 piece of propaganda. That's what I want. Hang on. Hang on. How about if you did that 13
00:32:56.960 minutes on 60 minutes with Scott Pelley, uh, interrogating you, sir? Would you, are you down
00:33:02.400 for that? I'll take it as long as I can have my own camera there. Exactly. And do your own editing.
00:33:11.360 Leahy, you're the best. Uh, this is very important. You called them right out. I know the president
00:33:16.400 of the United States is going to love this, uh, where they go to get you your, all your information,
00:33:20.560 your show, uh, the Tennessee star, all of it, sir. On X, you can find me at Michael P. Leahy and,
00:33:27.600 uh, Tennessee star.com Tennessee star.com is a website where you get all of this great breaking
00:33:32.320 news. You know, Leahy, you got like 50 jobs. You're like, you're, you're working 24 seven.
00:33:38.400 And then you went to law school at night. You've been, you've been a man on fire ever since then.
00:33:43.280 The worst thing they allowed to happen is let Leahy go to law school, sir. Thank you. Appreciate
00:33:48.160 you. Thanks, Steve. Thank you. Mark Mitchell, uh, your polling here recently has been, uh,
00:33:55.840 so profound and so deep and talking about where the, where the country is in this crisis. We
00:34:02.000 currently, uh, we currently have, uh, you've got something, uh, new and, uh, quite explosive
00:34:07.200 tonight. What do you got, sir? Uh, I'm uncovering more stuff about COVID. And we talk about how
00:34:13.360 all of the mainstream pollsters lie by fudging the numbers by over and over again,
00:34:17.760 misrepresenting things. But one of the ways that they like to lie and to shill for the establishment
00:34:24.080 is by carefully deciding not to ask important questions. And so people who follow Rasmussen
00:34:29.840 reports know that we'll actually dig into it. We'll show that Americans want to deport everybody
00:34:34.560 in the United States. Imagine that that's what explains Donald Trump's win things like that.
00:34:39.280 Well, one of the things that every single one of them, every single one of them turned their nose
00:34:43.920 up, decided not to go into was vaccine safety. And as far as I know, in the entire industry,
00:34:49.440 the only other pollster that pulled at all about vaccine safety was Rich Barrett, the people's
00:34:54.080 pundit. And he told me personally, he lost clients. He had people text him. What are you doing? You're
00:34:58.400 going to ruin your business. What's going on here. Why are you doing this? But fortunately for America,
00:35:03.360 Rasmussen reports had been so written off by the establishment that we decided to pull on this in the
00:35:08.400 fall of 2022. And we thought, you know, this might be one of those things. It's a fringe conspiracy
00:35:13.120 theory. We'll probably find small numbers. And the very first question we asked was whether or not
00:35:18.000 people had a major or minor side effect from the vaccine. And we broke the news on your show,
00:35:22.160 seven percent major side effect rate, another 31 percent. It was massive. So we've been asking about
00:35:28.800 this time and time again. And every single one comes back worse and worse and worse. We asked people
00:35:33.920 if they know. But hang on. Yeah, this is it. Don't bury the league. Give me that they know
00:35:38.400 something personally. That number, I think, was even more shocking. When you told me on the show,
00:35:42.720 I was like, what? Give us that. Oh, I know. Right. And it's like you probably had a cold open of some
00:35:48.800 weather person dropping dead on air in front of America. And 28 percent, 28 percent of Americans
00:35:55.680 thought it was at least, you know, someone agreed that they know somebody personally who died from
00:36:00.720 the COVID vaccines. Wow. The number kept going up. And then we got a number close to half of
00:36:06.320 Americans who said it's at least somewhat likely the vaccines are killing a significant number of
00:36:10.480 Americans. Well, just recently, the number still been going up. We had 56 percent of likely voters
00:36:16.320 said that it was likely the vaccines are killing a significant number of people. Now, that's the thing,
00:36:22.240 is that Donald Trump won because of accountability, because of pushback. A lot of it was because of
00:36:27.440 COVID. And Americans want all these wrongs righted. And I'll tell you, we haven't really heard a whole
00:36:33.360 lot about what's going on with this stuff. And it pisses me off so much to sit here and know, well,
00:36:39.840 trust in America's health industry is completely gone because of COVID. Now, by a two to one margin,
00:36:45.280 people say that they have to take their own health information into their own hands. They can't just rely
00:36:50.240 on a doctor. And you have all these doctors still sitting at the top of this regulatory pyramid
00:36:56.000 who have a revolving door to industry, who are running cover for industry, who are quite frankly,
00:37:01.760 siphoning trillions of dollars with sick care. We all know it. It's one of the reasons that our
00:37:06.720 republic is going to die because we are funding massive amounts of people in a sick care system
00:37:12.480 that is just basically legalized grift. Like that's really what's going on. There's so much corruption
00:37:17.360 and we haven't heard any, really anything about it. Well, I'm here to just stick one more,
00:37:22.640 you know, knife and the dagger of this rotted corpse. And that is nobody has pulled on the
00:37:27.280 hospital treatment protocols for COVID, literally not a single person. And we're talking about here,
00:37:32.960 the implications of over a million people died from COVID, most of them in the hospitals,
00:37:37.920 most of them with a lot of questions about ventilators and remdesivir and other things.
00:37:42.640 You know, we heard the stories about how you lose your license if you let anybody get treated with 0.66
00:37:46.560 ivermectin. But without our polling, it would all be anecdotal. It would all be super easy to
00:37:53.920 sweep under the rug. And of course, they'll still try to sweep this under the rug. So here's the two
00:37:58.880 questions. And we literally just did this for 1400 Americans. Has somebody, you know, personally died
00:38:05.920 from COVID-19 while being treated in a hospital? 32% of America says yes, 58% say no. And then asked of
00:38:14.800 those people, how likely is it that hospital treatment protocols for COVID-19 contributed
00:38:21.360 to their deaths? 30% very likely, another 17% somewhat for a combined total of 47%, almost half.
00:38:30.640 And only 14% say not at all likely, only 36% say not likely. So it's plus 11. So it's most people,
00:38:39.600 most people who have an opinion on why that person died, it would be a majority if you remove the not
00:38:45.440 shores. And there's a bipartisan signal. 34% of Democrats think it's likely, but 58% of Republicans
00:38:54.080 and 52% of independents, only 33% of independents say no. So this is pretty solid. People are like,
00:39:00.160 yeah, there's reasons to question this stuff. And what's really wild is you can even see the mama bear
00:39:05.600 signal. Women under 40 are overwhelmingly, overwhelmingly more likely to say this. 56%
00:39:12.560 very likely, 30% somewhat. And the age signal is also incredible. Of the 65 and older, only 21% say
00:39:20.000 very likely, another 14% somewhat. So that's 35. But look at the 18 and 29s, 56%, 31% very likely,
00:39:29.040 really stunning signal. It's almost two to one among 18 and 29 year olds.
00:39:32.160 Wow. So that also shows that, listen, establishment, you're not going to be able
00:39:36.640 to run away from the internet. These people are asking hard questions about literally everything,
00:39:41.360 about the very capitalistic system that we live in, about foreign influence, about the ways that
00:39:46.800 everything's been corrupted. And I think that we are not hitting this idea of accountability hard enough,
00:39:51.680 because I'm telling you, I try and stay rooted in this like sort of Zoom or online culture,
00:39:56.800 more so than I think most people. And what's being talked about isn't like,
00:40:00.480 oh, isn't it great? Republicans are giving us everything they voted for. It's like, no,
00:40:04.080 why isn't this system burning down fast enough? That's, I think, accurately captures what I see
00:40:10.320 anecdotally on the internet.
00:40:12.880 Let me ask you, is Bobby Kennedy, because, you know, recently, ever since they held back the 500
00:40:18.560 million in research for big pharma, and maybe it hasn't been pounded hard enough, but you can see
00:40:25.040 he's starting getting traction. Is that resonating with anybody? Because I keep recommending they
00:40:33.040 got to go bigger on their media narrative. You got Bobby Kennedy, you got the president, but
00:40:37.600 it's not having the push that you have to do to get through the white noise. Do you think
00:40:43.280 that Bobby Kennedy's actions are enough at least to turn it around with some of these people? And do
00:40:48.960 you think the messaging is amplified enough, and it's such a scale that it's going to break through
00:40:53.840 the white noise and get to the American people?
00:40:58.080 Remember the days of thunder? Remember the shock and awe as we saw USAID funding network
00:41:05.600 piping all this money into leftist NGOs? We automatically realized, no, it's not George Soros
00:41:10.880 that's just doing this for ideological reasons. It's a whole web of leverage, basically of arbitrage,
00:41:16.960 of influence arbitrage, and how when you and I were processing all that stuff, you probably knew
00:41:23.440 about it. But for me, it was an eye opener. This is way worse than we thought, but also more systematic
00:41:28.640 and understandable than we thought. There was like an aha moment. Well, in the polling, it's almost like
00:41:33.120 America reflexively felt that too, because we were setting right direction records. Remember 60% of 18 to 0.96
00:41:39.520 39 year olds were like, yeah, we're going to get a second golden age under Trump. Like this is happening.
00:41:44.480 He had a 60% approval rating among 18 to 29. Like it was wild. And it was because of Doge. And it was
00:41:50.720 because I think this idea of, I don't think there's any specific one thing that America knows, well,
00:41:56.000 if I got that, we'll be happy, everything will be fixed. But I think it's this pot of boiling water
00:42:00.560 that we're still sitting in. People, I think will start to, you know, connect the dots and say,
00:42:06.000 well, you know, not enough of this has been changed. And so again, we need to see more.
00:42:11.440 And I can't specifically say what that is because I'm not looking at the grand juries. I don't know
00:42:15.920 what evidence they have on these people, but we need to know, because again, I don't want to get
00:42:21.120 anybody sued for defamation here, Steve. But when you hear the story specifically about how that one
00:42:27.520 drug used pretty ubiquitously in the hospital treatment protocols, got its emergency youth
00:42:33.760 authorization and what safety trials were done and the people involved and whether,
00:42:38.720 whether they used to be at regulatory agencies and then became not, and they went to industry,
00:42:44.880 it stinks. It absolutely stinks. And people in this polling are tying the treatment protocols
00:42:51.760 to deaths, like real deaths in a non-partisan way. I mean, and again, people can say, oh,
00:42:58.720 it's not polling. You're just polling people who answer polls. It's like, okay,
00:43:02.160 I defy anybody in the industry to prove me wrong. Hang on for a second. I'm holding

00:44:23.040 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:30.160 Mitchell, we got to go and I want to get your coordinates, but I have one question. I think
00:44:33.900 intuitively the 18 to 30-year-old, 18 to 29-year-old understand, this is why I say the most based
00:44:41.780 generation, particularly young men in American history, they intuitively know, why did people
00:44:47.380 do this? All the action you talk about, they did it for one reason. What was that reason?
00:44:50.960 I mean, this is, the system has been destroyed. These people should be inheriting America in its 1.00
00:44:59.280 golden age. They should be the most optimistic and they think the system's failed them. They don't
00:45:03.580 look forward to their future with optimism. Many of them are suffering from mental health. They've
00:45:07.940 been literally turned into the pariah of our modern society and they're angry now and they're not
00:45:13.560 conservative. We've talked about this a lot and I'll just say one thing for the Trump administration,
00:45:18.120 if anybody in the administration is watching me, go look on YouTube for Moist Critical's video and
00:45:24.600 Asmongold's reaction to it. Millions of people in the 18 to 29-year-old bracket, most of the men are
00:45:29.060 going to be watching that and they're angry and it's because they're not seeing enough
00:45:32.340 accountability. People on the right and the left are looking at it and saying, what do I see? I see a
00:45:37.380 lot of paradoxes. Why was the Trump administration leaning into anti-vax stuff and now Trump just got a
00:45:43.240 vaccine a week ago? What's with all this crypto stuff? What's with these business deals? Why are
00:45:49.980 these people that we've been told are going to be arrested not being arrested? And whether that
00:45:53.700 stuff's right or wrong, it's the optics and people are asking hard questions about that and getting
00:45:57.440 angry now. So if you want to know the 18 to 29-year-olds, talk to Barrett. He'll tell you who
00:46:01.920 to watch. I think that's what it comes down to. Mark Mitchell, what are your coordinates, sir?
00:46:10.460 Rasmussen underscore poll at YouTube. We'll probably cover this polling on a stream tomorrow
00:46:14.500 night at 9 p.m. Eastern. Rasmussen underscore poll on Twitter and I'm at Honest Pollster. And
00:46:20.380 please, we've made everybody an enemy and so neither party is paying to have us help them win. We're
00:46:27.100 independent and basically all of corporate America despises us. So if people want to support us,
00:46:32.860 they can go to rasmussenreports.com, sign up for a couple bucks a month as a reader. That's really
00:46:37.620 where most of our revenue comes from. And it's not USAID or the dark money NGOs. So you're the
00:46:43.800 perfect pollster. You're perfect pollster for the war room posse. All corporate America hate you in
00:46:49.220 both political parties. Ungovernable outcast. Exactly. Thank you, brother. Amazing.
00:46:57.100 Um, what is amazing is the reason that now gold is knocking on the door 4,400. Like I said,
00:47:05.160 it's not the price here. You can tell. Um, we have said that the Chinese Communist Party is
00:47:13.820 outright in economic war with the United States and the people of the United States with everything
00:47:19.700 President Trump's trying to do to accommodate them and to try to balance this thing out and, you know,
00:47:23.740 start putting some logical, uh, tariffs in because of the, the, the trade so out of control. Um,
00:47:32.340 they have thrown down, they've gone up the escalatory ladder on this rare earth and President
00:47:36.400 Trump knows how serious it is. You saw today out of nowhere, we're besties with Australia and
00:47:42.220 Australia has been a long time ally. Don't get me wrong. They're great. My ship pulled into Australia
00:47:47.200 a number of times. They're great people. Love it. Great ally in the Pacific and the Indo-Pacific.
00:47:52.560 But this was different today and you can tell it was different. Um,
00:47:57.920 gold is responding to that. They're, they're responding to the geopolitical. There's also tons
00:48:02.480 of articles up today about what we talked about weeks ago, but the asset classes,
00:48:07.920 the asset kind of makeup on the balance sheets of big banks and central banks are that is changing
00:48:13.040 away from, you know, we get government bonds and the Euro and all that. It's changing and changing
00:48:17.600 radically. Philip Patrick talked about this a couple of weeks ago. This is why you need to go
00:48:22.320 to birchgold.com, promo code Bannon, the end of the dollar empire, seven free installments over
00:48:29.200 four year period. You get all, you get everything kind of laid out to make sure you can understand,
00:48:35.040 you can start to see the pattern recognition. You can start to connect dots, not Philip Patrick or Steve
00:48:41.120 Bannon. We're not here to tell you what to do. We're here to provide you information
00:48:45.440 so that you can learn on your own and think it through on your own.
00:48:49.520 Birchgold.com, promo code Bannon, end of the dollar empire. Also, you can get the
00:48:54.000 the shorter version, um, which is just text Bannon at 98989. You get the ultimate guide for
00:49:00.320 investing in gold and precious metals. And don't forget the precious metals. Silver's on fire too.
00:49:06.160 Why? People are looking for a hedge in times of uncertainty. Times of uncertainty,
00:49:10.160 would that be, Oh, the third world war, both the kinetic part in the bloodlands of Ukraine
00:49:15.760 and, uh, in, in the Middle East and the economic part between the two greatest economic powers the
00:49:21.920 world's ever seen, the United States and the Chinese Communist Party. So go check it out. Also,
00:49:27.040 the budget gap, it's not going to go away. Uh, the IRS, even under Scott Besson and President Trump,
00:49:32.960 they're going to be looking for their money. Tax network USA. If you got a problem by problem,
00:49:37.120 let me define that. If you haven't filed, haven't filed once over the years, if some of your filings
00:49:43.920 are wrong, you're upside down on some, you got a letter from the IRS, just don't think it's going
00:49:47.840 to go away. And don't think that Trump's in office is going to go away because it's not.
00:49:52.560 What you have to do is talk to the experts. These folks have solved a billion dollars worth of tax
00:49:56.800 problems. There's nothing you have. They haven't heard before your tale of woe. They're going to
00:50:01.840 understand. What you need to do is talk to an expert. Don't do it on your own. And certainly
00:50:07.440 don't put it in the drawer and think it'll go away. It's not going to happen. It's going to
00:50:10.640 metastasize. 800-958-1000. Tell them Steve Bannon sent you. The Warren sent you. Tell me you're part
00:50:17.440 of the posse and they'll give you a free consultation. Mike Lindell. Sir, couldn't get you on this morning
00:50:24.400 because you had to cut to the Prime Minister Australia. But I got you now. The audience
00:50:29.920 was so angry. They want to start a Monday off by knowing where the deals are. Where are the deals,
00:50:34.160 sir? Well, I'm going to quick tell you that, but I do want to set the record straight. Everybody's
00:50:38.800 been texting me from around the country about the couple of lawsuits that MyPillow is still involved
00:50:43.280 in. One of them is Liberty Vote that said they're buying Dominion. They said they would drop the charges.
00:50:48.480 They dropped the charges, the case against MyPillow. That's a lie. They have not dropped it. It's
00:50:54.000 still against MyPillow, my employee-owned company. And yes, the judge in Minnesota ruled against MyPillow
00:51:00.400 that they defamed him, but guilty by association. So we really need your help, Warren Posse, to fight
00:51:06.560 this stuff. And the best way you can do it to support us is by getting our sales. The three-in-one sale,

00:52:26.220 critical financial research every month? Steve Bannon here. War room listeners know Jim Rickards. I love
00:52:32.660 this guy. He's our wise man. A former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of
00:52:39.180 geopolitics and capital markets. Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226,
00:52:47.260 down to the actual number itself. Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could
00:52:54.860 define Trump's presidency in your financial future. His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting
00:53:02.420 the stage for financial chaos. Bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes,
00:53:08.140 and even threats to national security. Right now, war room members get a free copy of Money GPT when
